- 0:36There's a lot going on right now in the Unicorn Fart Desk
- 0:40community. One of the big projects which we
- 0:42undertook was a complete rebuild of our website.
- 0:46Today I'm joined by Exit the Matrix.
- 0:49He's the person that spearheaded this effort and we are going to
- 0:54give you today the first look at the new Unicorn Fart Desk
- 0:58website. Exit.
- 0:59Welcome. Welcome to Duster Club.
- 1:01Welcome to Ron's basement. Thanks so much, Ron.
- 1:03I really appreciate it. Hi, everybody.
- 1:05Pleasure to be here again. Yeah, you got you Got to be
- 1:08excited, I want to point out, but just so I don't forget,
- 1:11thank you very much for everything you've done.
- 1:14I know you. You've worked tirelessly on this
- 1:16project and I think it looks great.
- 1:18We're going to show everybody here in a few seconds.
- 1:21But on behalf of myself and the entire UFC community, thank you
- 1:25for everything you've done because you are a professional
- 1:28and skilled and we are lucky to have you here, so thank you very
- 1:31much. It's absolutely my pleasure.
- 1:33And you know, of course these kinds of things center around a
- 1:37person that puts things live and brings them to into a focus.
- 1:40But I want to also say that there's been a cast of people
- 1:43involved behind the scenes and making this happen.
- 1:46You know, the whole, the whole leadership group, the leadership
- 1:48council has spent a bunch of hours and reviewing and
- 1:52providing comments and feedback and that's been absolutely
- 1:54fantastic. I wanted to also acknowledge
- 1:57trusted guy who proposed the framework for it and, and, and
- 2:01indeed hope to set it up. So that's been tremendous.
- 2:05You know, when we have that kind of skill in house, it's it's
- 2:08amazing. And and arms as well has helped
- 2:12with with reviewing and testing and providing his stamp of
- 2:14approval on it. So yeah, these these things kind
- 2:18of center around, like I said, the person who pushes the
- 2:20button. But but it's it's it it, it
- 2:22wasn't just me. You know, let's just let
- 2:26everybody know I'm the one that did everything, OK?
- 2:28Exit right. Yeah, look, the cat's out of the
- 2:31bag now. Where's Jasper?
- 2:33Yeah, the cat's out of the bag. No, there was a whole team.
- 2:35There always is. And thank you to everybody who
- 2:38worked on this. You know, we just have a lot
- 2:41going on right now out there in the community and in the
- 2:44project. And what was the impetus?
- 2:47What motivated you to to, to think that we needed to redo the
- 2:51website? Was there something, did you
- 2:53think that you could make it better per SE?
- 2:58Yes. Yeah, well the the short answer
- 3:00is yes. You know what?
- 3:02What kind of led to it is as I've looked at, because we're
- 3:07humans, so, so part of our nature is to compare things.
- 3:10And I try to minimize that because it doesn't generally
- 3:12lead to happy places. But I think that comparing in
- 3:16order to motivate oneself is useful.
- 3:18And so looking at what, not necessarily competition, but
- 3:22what, what else is in this space and what does it look like and
- 3:26what's engaging, right. Our website was pushing
- 3:29information out, but it wasn't really drawing the visitor in to
- 3:32have an interaction to kind of tell a story.
- 3:36And, and that's what really kind of tweaked my mind at first to
- 3:40how to tell us the story of UFD in a way that's engaging, that's
- 3:44interactive. And you know, we, we talked
- 3:49about over several of the over of our leadership meetings, we
- 3:53talked about, you actually brought this up, Ron.
- 3:57How do we provide information to people about all the cool things
- 4:00that we've done about the things that that are yet ahead of us,
- 4:03about the things that we're working on to provide some
- 4:05transparency and just, you know, get people involved in different
- 4:07efforts. Because if you don't know what's
- 4:08going on, how do you know what to what to raise your hand for
- 4:10necessarily. And so this was also a chance to
- 4:15to provide that, to provide a venue for displaying that
- 4:18information. And you know, we, we have, we
- 4:21have various cool things that happen in the community.
- 4:23I want to steal Thunder from which you revealing the site,
- 4:25but we have some really cool things that happen in the
- 4:28community and this is also our chance to highlight them.
- 4:31Yeah, I like I like what you said.
- 4:33I wrote a few things down because instead of a website
- 4:36that just shows information and says here, here it is, this is
- 4:40what we are. It feels like the the goal of
- 4:43this was to create something interactive, something that told
- 4:47a story, right? Because I think the lore of UFD
- 4:50and the story that we're all creating together really from
- 4:53day one is a big part of our community, but also provide good
- 4:58information. And I know, you know, we're
- 4:59going to look at some things here, but you've been able to
- 5:02kind of tie in data from some different sources, a place where
- 5:06people can come and not just read but interact and feel like
- 5:10they're a part of. Is that is that a safe
- 5:12assessment? 100% And when you said the data
- 5:16sources that I'm kind of chuckling here in the background
- 5:18to myself because you know, what you guys are about to see, of
- 5:22course is the kind of the face of the of the site and, and, and
- 5:25the interaction of it and so and so forth.
- 5:27And yes, you're going to see the, the pieces that pull
- 5:29information, but from an effort perspective, just to give you an
- 5:33idea, the, the part that pulls the information from other
- 5:36sources and displays it, that's the part that's like 3/4 of the
- 5:40effort overall behind the scenes, right?
- 5:44And that's how it, that's how it generally is.
- 5:46When you look at a building, you see the facade of it, but you
- 5:48don't necessarily think, unless you're in construction of what
- 5:51the foundation was like and, and how it was armed and all, all,
- 5:54all of these different pieces go into it.
- 5:56So this, this is similar here. The scaffolding and and and the
- 5:59structure of it is what what what takes most work versus the
- 6:03visible pieces. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 6:06Then I know there's a lot of work that went into it.
- 6:08I saw your messages. I was following along, you know,
- 6:12tremendous amount of work behind the scenes to make everything
- 6:16work smoothly and you know, operate like it's supposed to.
- 6:19And I think the other exciting thing about this is we're very
- 6:23lucky to have you who put it together and as it as that this
- 6:27can evolve as well, right when people have recommendations,
- 6:31other good ideas when our IP is out that we can kind of read
- 6:36maybe even rebrand it is that is that a safe assessment?
- 6:40100% And this is actually where where the work that just a guy
- 6:44did really comes into into the fore because the way that that
- 6:48we've designed This site is so that it's very modular and easy
- 6:52to maintain. So you could see something on
- 6:54screen and looks great, but in the background, if you want to
- 6:56make a change, but it's going to take you a couple of weeks to
- 6:58put it in and you have to, you know, go through a whole bunch
- 7:01of code and so on and so forth. No, no, no, this is so that you
- 7:04know, and as we go through the side, I'll talk about the
- 7:06elements where we're reading things from a text file, for
- 7:09example. Well, not necessarily text file,
- 7:11but from a formatted file, but so putting new information in
- 7:15there, very, very easy. Changing the colour scheme,
- 7:19very, very easy. Other components as well.
- 7:22And this is meant to be a living site, not something that's
- 7:25static. So for the first month, I, I've,
- 7:27I've committed to making weekly releases that are to address
- 7:31issues and, and any tiny little tweaks and, and, and
- 7:34refinements, you know, once our IP is released, of course,
- 7:37that'll be part of it is, is making sure that the imagery
- 7:40that we have matches it, working with the, with the appropriate
- 7:43artists to also create the rest of the images and fill
- 7:46everything in a, in a way that's consistent.
- 7:49And then after that, I'll, I'll actually commit myself to a
- 7:51monthly release window where the community is going to have a
- 7:54voice in discord to vote on what is the backlog for this look
- 7:58like? What is the feature board, if
- 7:59you will, and then which of these features do we want to
- 8:02prioritize? I love what you refer to it as a
- 8:07living site because that matches up directly with our community,
- 8:12right? We are a living, evolving
- 8:14community. So as the months go by and the
- 8:16years go by, the site will continue to evolve.
- 8:20And you know, you, you did some cool things.
- 8:22I don't know if you're going to show everything to everybody.
- 8:24I think you want to leave a few surprises, but you know it.
- 8:27But there could be other components, right as well.
- 8:30I mean, if somebody has a great idea for another tab, I guess
- 8:34I'm an old guy I would call it. But another, another component
- 8:37that could that could potentially be done.
- 8:39Is that is that a safe statement?
- 8:42100% then, and I'll kind of drop a little teaser here.
- 8:46You know, you've, you've seen some of the cool memes that have
- 8:49been, that have been going around connected to, to Unicorn
- 8:52fart dust. And, and so we're actually in
- 8:55the works with, with one of our community members to bring an
- 8:58interactive component that's going to, to, to tie that in.
- 9:02So it's, it's kind of in the final stages.
- 9:04And I think that you'll be, I think that you'll be pleased
- 9:07with the results. I think I heard a little bit
- 9:10about this and yes, it's, I guess I'll keep my mouth shut at
- 9:14exit because that's what I'm not good at doing.
- 9:17But but it's an interactive component, right?
- 9:20It's a cool thing that people can do on the site.
- 9:24Did I say too much? I don't think I did.
- 9:26No, no, that's that's perfect. That's perfect.
- 9:28Yeah, well, you want to head out there and you can take us for a
- 9:30Grand Tour. Let's do it.
- 9:32Of your of your baby. OK, so I'm going to share.
- 9:35Everybody should see the website now on their screen and why
- 9:40don't you just walk us through and I'll if I screw something
- 9:44up, let me know. Perfect.
- 9:46There's no screwing it up, by the way.
- 9:47It's meant to be robust. OK, I can't.
- 9:50I can't break it. We'll see.
- 9:53It it, it would take a lot of effort to break it the way that
- 9:55we're hosted now, and I'll go through that in in, in a few
- 9:58moments. But is is very redundant,
- 10:02meaning that it doesn't just sit on one server, it sits on dozens
- 10:06of servers around the world. And depending on what the one
- 10:08where the visitor is located, they're accessing it from the
- 10:12closest location. So that's part of it as well is
- 10:14to make it robust, make it not impervious to attacks, but make
- 10:19it a lot more resilient to any potential attacks and.
- 10:22We, we are, we are distributed. Our servers are distributed just
- 10:26like. Distributed just like 100%.
- 10:29That's exactly it. And I think that it kind of
- 10:31follows that ethos and it's, and it's a it's a beautiful thing.
- 10:34The only way the site truly goes down is if the Internet goes
- 10:37down. Like globally, yeah.
- 10:40Well, if it if that happens, it was really nice knowing you.
- 10:46Likewise, likewise, All right, So the start page, the layout of
- 10:50it, the reason it's set up in this way is because it tells a
- 10:54story. So the first thing that we want
- 10:56to to do do with the visitor is give them a chance to buy UFD
- 11:01because after all, this is their, their gate in is to hold
- 11:05beans. But if you were to to so, so if
- 11:09you click on the buy, buy UFD button, Ron, you'll see that we,
- 11:12we're listing various, various places where the, where the
- 11:16person can buy UFD, of course, starting with our sponsors,
- 11:20right? Right Moon pay awesome.
- 11:23HTM go ahead. I'm sorry.
- 11:26In the, in the blurb above as well, we have, you know, we, we
- 11:29talked about the fact that protecting your bean is, is, is
- 11:33important. So our other sponsors mentioned
- 11:36up top which is Ledger and they're a great option.
- 11:40Awesome, love it. What if I click on Can I click
- 11:43on Moon pay? You can click on in any of these
- 11:45things, yeah. And then let's.
- 11:47Just it opens a new, IT opens a new page, which possibly opens
- 11:50in a different window that's not showing to the audience here
- 11:54right now. Yeah, yeah, up up here I can
- 11:56show it real quickly. So yeah, I clicked on it and it
- 12:00brought us to channel sponsor Moon Pay.
- 12:02So let me go back to our website and here we go.
- 12:08We should be back. Yeah.
- 12:10HDX crack in. Awesome.
- 12:12Wow. Yeah, that's great.
- 12:15That's very cool. So if you close out of that run,
- 12:20we then, so if someone's coming to the side and then they're
- 12:23just not ready yet. So as we, as we Scroll down, the
- 12:26next thing we see are statistics, because, you know,
- 12:30maybe I'm not convinced. I don't really know if this is
- 12:32real. Like I don't want to see some
- 12:33data here. And so this is the idea that,
- 12:36that, that's, that's the cadence of, of the journey that that
- 12:40we're taking the, the visitor on is the second thing is, well,
- 12:43let's find out what the numbers say.
- 12:45And, and then we'll, we'll, we'll go, we'll go there in a
- 12:48moment, but let's just keep going down, down the, down the
- 12:51page just to, to cover the, the starting page.
- 12:53Oh, cool. What if if they looked at the
- 12:58numbers and they're they're they're jazzed about it.
- 13:00They're like, yeah, this this looks really good, you know,
- 13:02maybe got some beans. Maybe they want to find out a
- 13:05little bit more about the story of it.
- 13:06So what's the lore here? What what is this whole thing
- 13:10about? And if they know enough about
- 13:12the lore, well, maybe it's time to to actually become the
- 13:15official duster. All right, get their horn.
- 13:18Can I can I click on learn the lore?
- 13:21Absolutely sure. Oh cool, check this out.
- 13:26So, so, you know, every story has a beginning and goes through
- 13:32a journey. So, so, so the same thing is
- 13:34with with UFD. And as we go through life, we
- 13:39have photographs of key milestones of key things that
- 13:43we, and we may have huge photo albums, but there are probably,
- 13:46you know, a few dozen photos that we actually go back to on a
- 13:49regular basis. And so this is it.
- 13:51This is this is our this is our photo wall, if you, if you will,
- 13:54of UFD, what you know, started with the with the prelude of of
- 14:00Ron's channel original channel silver and gold.
- 14:03Can I, if we? Click on it.
- 14:04Can I click on that? Good on.
- 14:06That good looking guy real quickly.
- 14:08Let's see here. Absolutely.
- 14:09All right. So we, we, we made the hair too
- 14:12Gray. This is This isn't really fair
- 14:13to you because. Well trust me as my hair, my
- 14:17hair is getting grayer by the month so just give it a few more
- 14:21months. Don't do an update.
- 14:25Yeah, so each of these, each of these panels, each of these
- 14:27photos has a panel associated with it, which tells a story.
- 14:30And, and Mason did a did a great job working with Georgie to
- 14:34provide the content here written up really, really nicely.
- 14:37So you know, as, as I, as I actually read through it, I, I
- 14:41had, I had my eyes started to sweat a little bit at one moment
- 14:45because it's just especially as we go go through the, the, the,
- 14:49the, the, the further panels, there are some things that are
- 14:52quite touching. So that's so that's neat, right?
- 14:55Yeah, this. Is really cool.
- 14:59So now I'm on UFD launch the launch story correct?
- 15:02Yes. Yeah.
- 15:05And you can see here how quickly things not escalated, but but
- 15:10exploded, right. It's, it's, it's from that, from
- 15:12the origin story, from the launch to, you know, to actually
- 15:19it blowing up and going crazy. $400 million.
- 15:24Yep, yeah, 400. OK, you tell me what to do.
- 15:29Yeah, I'm, I'll listen. Yeah, so, so Ron, if you close
- 15:31this one, I'm just going to scroll to the the film strip to
- 15:33the end, just to show the user that there is.
- 15:38Rapid growth and adoption? Yeah, Challenges overcome.
- 15:43Yeah, the the hack. The hack, right?
- 15:46Yeah, a couple hack. Community coming together, yeah.
- 15:49And now we're in the accumulation phase, building the
- 15:53foundation. Wow, that is really cool.
- 15:55I love that because that gives people a chance to learn about
- 16:01what happened that got us to where we are today.
- 16:04I think that gives a potential new a buttercup, a real concise
- 16:10and clear version of our story. I like that.
- 16:16And if you were to scroll a little bit further to the right
- 16:19on the film strip itself once you exit the panel here.
- 16:22I can keep going, yeah. You can keep going.
- 16:24Let's just scroll. How do I do that?
- 16:27I can't do it. Hold on.
- 16:28I'm horrible to the right. Yeah.
- 16:33When I click hold on maybe if. I no just like mouse sideways
- 16:37motion like you were scrolling across the web page to the
- 16:40right, across the panels. I'm on a laptop so I have like a
- 16:44mouse like a little. Yeah, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 16:46No, no, I I do too. It's it's one second.
- 16:50And I'm horrible with this kind of stuff and now I'm now I'm
- 16:53getting nervous so. No, no worries, no, but so, so
- 16:57just just so that the the viewers know if if you're on
- 17:00your mobile device or if you're on your laptop, you can actually
- 17:03scroll to the to the further to the right and there is one other
- 17:06panel there there. Is how the heck do I get there?
- 17:09This is going to drive me crazy. I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll walk you
- 17:12through it later, just so that we've got.
- 17:15So there is a there's a secret. There's a secret.
- 17:17There's a secret battle. Absolutely.
- 17:19There we go. So there are some things we want
- 17:21to leave for for the big reveal for the for the user to, you
- 17:24know, as you interact with it. Obviously if we show you
- 17:26everything, it's like I've seen it, seen it.
- 17:28That's not that's not that exciting.
- 17:29So there are going to be a few little, let's just call them
- 17:32Easter eggs that that are that are left for you.
- 17:34Yes. Yes, I know of a few of them.
- 17:36So awesome. OK buddy, where do I where do I
- 17:38go next? Next, if you, if you Scroll down
- 17:42the side, you know, we have, we have some information, we have
- 17:45some terminology, of course, meet meeting the, the, the the
- 17:49greatest of all time, the goat around Toshi and and some
- 17:54information about, about our, our developer and, and, and on
- 17:58the left hand side, the sacred knowledge.
- 17:59So, so there is a lingo that comes with UF, with UFD, we
- 18:03have, we have our own terminology as how we're, how we
- 18:06refer to different things. And so that's captured there as
- 18:09well as Ron's promise to the community, right.
- 18:12So, so that's available. And then, and then once someone
- 18:16has acquired the nod, once they feel confident.
- 18:19Yeah, I, I know this stuff and, and maybe I'm I'm ready to get
- 18:22my horn. Yeah, they can actually.
- 18:25They can click and and and take. This middle part, this middle
- 18:29thing down here, What is this? Little thing right here.
- 18:32Test your knowledge, get your horn.
- 18:34Tell me about this. This looks cool.
- 18:37All right, Duster certification. We'll go ahead.
- 18:40Exit. Yeah, so this was this was
- 18:42actually something around that that that that you had mentioned
- 18:44that that you'd love to you'd love to see some way for for
- 18:47dusters to to kind of find out if they're if they're ready to.
- 18:54Well, not really dusters. This is, I mean, maybe they have
- 18:56some beans, They're not quite a buttercup yet, but but Duster
- 19:01comes with certain knowledge. Duster Duster knows how, knows
- 19:05what people are talking about when, when we're on X and we're
- 19:07talking about rubbing horns or when we're talking about horns
- 19:10up or, you know, there are certain elements here that, that
- 19:14people that people need to demonstrate that they actually
- 19:16know what's going on so they can become certified.
- 19:18And so this is it. You can start start the quiz and
- 19:21and and see what happens. So this is a a certification
- 19:23process, correct? Exactly.
- 19:26Oh, you're going to. I'm going to ask some questions
- 19:29instead of referring. Should I go through the whole
- 19:31thing or should I? You can just maybe, maybe let's
- 19:34leave the end to to to for people to discover on their own.
- 19:36But let's let's let's let's even yeah, do a few of them.
- 19:40We also don't want to give away all the answers, correct?
- 19:42I know. Right, exactly.
- 19:44Instead of referring to our Unicorn fart dust tokens as
- 19:47coins, we we refer to them as farts, Lollipops, love bugs.
- 19:52All right, I'll answer this one. Correct beans.
- 19:56All right, All right. Any person yet to own a UFD
- 19:58token is referred to as an outsider, Butterfingers,
- 20:05Buttercup, or a Butterball. Now I know the right answer, but
- 20:08I'm going to go with Butterball and see what happens.
- 20:15I got kicked out of the website. I told you I could break it and
- 20:18exit. Oh no, you're.
- 20:20It's it's it's it's meant to do exactly that.
- 20:22It's meant to to have a little fart sound there and and and.
- 20:26So I can give. The person a chance to study
- 20:28some more or just retake the test immediately, right?
- 20:31Yeah. And there's something special
- 20:33that happens at the end of that test, when the test taker
- 20:37successfully completes the completes the quiz, correct?
- 20:41That's that's exactly it. OK, OK, that is awesome.
- 20:44Well, what people's appetite for for what happens next.
- 20:47Yeah, well, I think that our lore, and you know, I see it
- 20:51here kind of interwoven within the whole website that our lore
- 20:55and our language, I should say, the glossary that I've been
- 20:59keeping track of, these words that we use, That's a real big
- 21:02part of our community. You know, it's kind of our
- 21:05secret language, I guess you would say.
- 21:08And and we're we're obviously using it for good, attracts
- 21:11good. But I do think that it's it's a
- 21:13pretty cool. I know David Golkstein
- 21:15yesterday, he loves to call himself or say that he's not a
- 21:18buttercup. You know, he always says I ain't
- 21:20no buttercup. I ain't no, you know, so, yeah,
- 21:24awesome. I love it.
- 21:25I love it. How many questions are on that
- 21:27quiz? Look like about 14 or 15.
- 21:29Yeah, there there are. There are 14 questions on the
- 21:31quiz. Yeah.
- 21:32OK. And then?
- 21:34Go ahead. Sorry.
- 21:35Go ahead. No, you go ahead, Go ahead.
- 21:37I was just going to say that keeping with, with that original
- 21:42premise of, of the site being alive, there may be a future
- 21:47point at which we have more kind of an advanced quiz, if you
- 21:52will, or, or, or an, or an add on to the quiz where you know,
- 21:56once you, once you have your horn, maybe you get a diamond
- 21:59horn or something. I don't know.
- 22:01But there may be some stages here, but there may be some
- 22:03gamification, some progression that not, not only do you know
- 22:07the, the, the, the wording and the lore, but you've actually
- 22:09been participating actively in the community.
- 22:11So you're starting to understand some of the inside jokes, right?
- 22:14That, that just a casual person wouldn't just who had no idea
- 22:17what, what we're talking about. And that's, that's, that's cool
- 22:20because any community is alive through, through its references.
- 22:26And, and that's, that really is the definition of, of, of even
- 22:30the word me. My wife was listening to
- 22:31something the other day about this, how meme is essentially a
- 22:35social contract. And, and so we have the social
- 22:39contract that, that we, we actually believe that this has
- 22:41some value, that this is unique and, and what binds us together
- 22:44as this community is the way that we refer to each other and,
- 22:48and, and different events and so on, so forth.
- 22:51It's, it's our way of the secret, you know, in a
- 22:53distributed world where, where we're not sitting face to face
- 22:57and, and, and physically interacting with each other all
- 22:58the time because we have meet ups.
- 22:59So, so, so that does does happen, but this is our secret
- 23:02handshake. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 23:04And, you know, this just came to me.
- 23:06But most big organizations, I have a neighbor who was the
- 23:11president of the local Lions Club, and he tried for years to
- 23:15get me to join the Lions Club. And you have to take some, you
- 23:18know, you have to go through a process to get in to get
- 23:21certified as a Lion, right? And, and look, we're not, you
- 23:25know, we aren't excluding anyone, but if they want to get
- 23:29certified, here's a good, a good, a good opportunity.
- 23:32And I love what you said, right? We could have the diamond level
- 23:35in the future. The, you know, all different
- 23:38types of cool things, really fun.
- 23:40I love it. I think it's it's fun, but it
- 23:42also is a almost not a ritual, but a but but a but a tool that
- 23:50we can use to help people feel like they're more part of the
- 23:54community. And I'm getting that feeling
- 23:56from the entire website that this is I guess you said it at
- 23:59the beginning, it's interactive. It's our story like that we're
- 24:02bringing people in and that they're getting a real because
- 24:06that's our value, right, is our sense of togetherness, our sense
- 24:09of belonging, our sense of shared purpose.
- 24:11So this is awesome exit. Thank you my.
- 24:14Pleasure. If you want to click on the
- 24:16stats just to just to show folks what we're talking about as far
- 24:20as numbers are concerned. So here we have some information
- 24:24and certain pieces of information get populated
- 24:27depending on the on the connection to the data.
- 24:31So there'll be some things that like for example, average
- 24:34holding time, please check back later when you check, check that
- 24:36again, you'll see that it's about 100 and 68170 days,
- 24:39something like that. But that just depends on what's
- 24:42being pulled at a given moment. This information is refreshed on
- 24:46an hourly basis and it comes from certain sources.
- 24:49So market data, for example, comes from Coin Gecko, Holder
- 24:53distribution comes from Holder Scan.
- 24:56There's a lot richer data that Holder Scan has, but
- 25:00unfortunately there it's what it's what's known as an API.
- 25:04So if you think of it from a layperson's perspective, it's
- 25:08kind of like your electrical outlet on the wall that you plug
- 25:12into in order to get electricity.
- 25:13Well, you plug into an outlet on holder scan in order to get
- 25:17certain piece of information from them and that reveals
- 25:21certain certain data. But they don't reveal all the
- 25:23information that's present on their site, unfortunately,
- 25:25because they have richer, richer info there.
- 25:28But we can get things like what is the number of total holders?
- 25:32What is the? There's a very rough
- 25:34approximation of narwhals because our narwhals are
- 25:362,000,000 token holders, 2,000,000 plus token holders,
- 25:40bean holders. But you know the holder scan
- 25:44doesn't provide that piece of information specifically that
- 25:48they have, they have who's who's holding $10,000 plus as far as
- 25:52today's value of beans is concerned.
- 25:54So it's maybe like a baby narwhal.
- 25:58Right, right. It's also useful to see like,
- 26:01yeah, we have, we have 36,000 holders as far as the system can
- 26:07determine it, but unique wallets is actually a a larger number.
- 26:13Yeah, 43,000 wow wow and I saw something on here that surprised
- 26:20me as well. It's just, yeah, I mean, you
- 26:24know, it's very cool exit to be able to come here in like 1
- 26:29dashboard and get some very useful because honestly, I would
- 26:33look around like I would hear people say we have X number of
- 26:36of holders now I know where I can go and find it without
- 26:40having to dig through a bunch of data that I don't really
- 26:44understand. So I think this will be very
- 26:46useful no doubt. And of course, tokenomics,
- 26:49because we will, although these things aren't being pulled from
- 26:51anywhere, this, these are facts about about UFD.
- 26:54So if someone's wondering, well, can we make more of this?
- 26:57Can, can the dev just print more of this?
- 26:59Right. It's guess what, folks, It's not
- 27:01Fiat, you know, This is, this is Rantoshi.
- 27:05Not, not, not not Jerome, this is.
- 27:08No, the number of beans has been neutered, OK.
- 27:11And that's the fact, right? The the community can reproduce
- 27:15at a very rapid rate and our bean holders can reproduce at a
- 27:18very rapid rate because as I've said many times, we are the
- 27:21Unicorn horniest community on the Internet.
- 27:24But the number of beans is neutered like Jasper the cat.
- 27:28So that gives us that gives us good tokenomics.
- 27:31Sorry, exit Susie's cringing. Susie's listening and cringing
- 27:35right now. I can feel it.
- 27:36But go ahead, buddy. Like Nella, my dog, she's also
- 27:40neutered anyways, so the circulating supply also is 1
- 27:45billion there. It's never been like an amount
- 27:47of it was vested or locked tokens or locked for marketing
- 27:50reasons. No, no, no, no.
- 27:52All of these things went into circulation day one, you know,
- 27:55so 100% open and fair distribution through open
- 27:58market. There are no buy, sell taxes.
- 28:01Of course there are gas fees, which which happens with any,
- 28:03any blockchain. But you know, over 99% of the
- 28:06liquidity as reported by the authorities is locked.
- 28:11The freezing authority is disabled.
- 28:13So the tempering or or or or changing the future supply or
- 28:17rules is, is not on because it's been kind of it's built into the
- 28:22very contract of this thing, the very fabric of this thing.
- 28:25So that's, that's some cool stuff.
- 28:27You know, below if you were to Scroll down, run.
- 28:29We have some other information that's useful, perhaps a little
- 28:33bit less so to the casual visitor.
- 28:34But I think it's, you know, even as a casual visitor, I'd be
- 28:37interested in this kind of stuff because I'm a guy.
- 28:40But but our Raiders, you know, we, we have folks who go to
- 28:43colder scan. We have folks who gather
- 28:46information or to lunar crash. Actually, sorry, social
- 28:49dominance comes from from lunar crash and I'll tell a little
- 28:54anecdote about it in a moment, but we kind of want to know at a
- 28:57glance what's going on in the ecosystem that we were part of.
- 29:01We were launched on run launched UFD on pump dot fun and and so
- 29:08how do we how do we measure up? How do we stack up with, with
- 29:10other meme coins on, on this, you know, in this segment And
- 29:16currently as of, as of as of, you know, minutes ago, we are #4
- 29:21with 0.18% of, of social dominance, you know, across all,
- 29:28across all, all crypto. So it's pretty, it's, it's
- 29:34pretty darn decent, especially if you were to look at, you
- 29:37know, the next competitor up, which we often beat Vine, by the
- 29:41way, we kind of vacillate between fifth spot and 3rd spot.
- 29:46And so that changes. You can see that it's actually
- 29:48based on number of mentions and ours is, is 1.8 versus 1.88 in,
- 29:55in Vine. And then so we've just, you
- 29:58know, in the, in the, in the last couple days, we've been
- 30:00bouncing, I've been watching this bounce around quite a bit.
- 30:03But the the competitor above us 41,000,041 million and then
- 30:08Bartcoin that we were very close to flipping, if not even flipped
- 30:12at one point sitting at, you know, 345.
- 30:17And that's, that's, I mean, they got a major haircut during the
- 30:20last less little little dump as well, because they were at over
- 30:24a billion for, for a while. So, so we're competing in a, in
- 30:28a space that that really kind of underscores the delta between
- 30:36the value of, of what we have here and the price of it.
- 30:41And at some point, and I'm, you know, I've said this many times
- 30:43in different posts that I've done, the two, the 2 will meet.
- 30:48And, and this is invariable. This has been across all
- 30:51different communities, all different meme coins in the past
- 30:54where the value exceeds the price.
- 30:56There is a moment of reckoning where, where those two things
- 30:59catch up. And when this happens for UFD, I
- 31:01mean, it's going to be like the exorcist because heads are going
- 31:04to spin. I, I, and I love it.
- 31:07This is this is I could not if you're not getting the sense of
- 31:11it by the way, you know, listener, whoever you are that
- 31:13I'm bullish about this like I am vibrating in my seat.
- 31:18I get up. I don't need coffee UID is my
- 31:20coffee. I I can't wait to jump in, roll
- 31:23up my sleeves and and participate in the community.
- 31:25So there's there's another plug for for being involved is what I
- 31:31get out of it is exponentially bigger than what I put into it.
- 31:34And I've put in a ton of hours into the website, but what I'm
- 31:36getting back out of it is far beyond.
- 31:40Yeah, that is it's incredible. And when we look at, when we
- 31:42look at Fartcoin, my, my rough calculation is their market cap
- 31:47is what about 20 times bigger than ours right now and that's
- 31:52after they've had quite a haircut.
- 31:54The other thing I'll throw in and and I'll include you in this
- 31:58group of us as well as I feel like it's hard for me to put
- 32:02this into words exit, but our community engagement is much
- 32:07deeper than and I'm in look, I love fartcoin and I've read an
- 32:12article about fartcoin. That's part of the reason why
- 32:14I'm here. So I'm not putting down
- 32:15Fartcoin, but it feels like to me that our community engagement
- 32:19is kind of a next level or deeper or has more content
- 32:25involved in it than what I see from some of the other
- 32:27communities. Is that?
- 32:28Is that a? Am I way off base when I when I
- 32:31say that I see that. No, that's, that's exactly it.
- 32:34And, and of course you, you have a great intuition, so you sense
- 32:39these things. Yeah.
- 32:41And, but also if we look at it from a from a logical structure
- 32:45perspective, the numbers actually tell that story as
- 32:47well. The numbers tell that story and,
- 32:50and you know, I'm not being paid for doing this.
- 32:52I'm doing this because I love the community.
- 32:55I love to participate, I love to contribute.
- 32:57And I've gotten so much inspiration and value out of UFD
- 33:01that even though I'm nowhere near the whale status or narwhal
- 33:04status, you know, I'm passionate about what we are becoming, what
- 33:09we already are, of course, and what we are becoming.
- 33:13So, so that and I'm, and I'm one of great.
- 33:17I'm not unique, no unique snowflake.
- 33:20You know, if you, if you watch Fight Club, I keep, I keep
- 33:23hearing that voice. You're not a unique snowflake.
- 33:26But so there are many people like me and, and smarter than
- 33:31me, more talented than me and who are giving even more of
- 33:34themselves to UFD. So, so now think about this,
- 33:38think about, you know, if a corporation and how much would a
- 33:43executive level person get paid in that corporation?
- 33:45Now think about that time being contributed towards UFD that
- 33:48increases the bag value for every single holder, every
- 33:54single holder. And This is why I keep harping
- 33:57on the topic. This is why I'm so jazzed about
- 33:59more of us, more of the dusters, more of the, the, the diamond
- 34:04hooved participating actively. Because as more of us
- 34:07participate, the rocket ship is going to launch and we will be
- 34:11market makers. Forget the charts.
- 34:13It's not going to be all this is the trend or Bitcoins down or
- 34:16Ethereum's down. No, no, no, no, no.
- 34:18It'll be the it'll be exactly. We will be the reverse.
- 34:20We'll be the island that stands apart from others because we are
- 34:25actually doing things differently than others.
- 34:28We're not just, you know, running by market whims.
- 34:30We hold our own intrinsic value. Yeah, we are not a shiny red
- 34:35ball meme coin and we aren't a gambling coin.
- 34:38We are like a long term project coin based on quality and
- 34:44fairness and transparency, which and you said it and I think it's
- 34:48very powerful, but very simple way to say it is we really are
- 34:52different and we have been from day one in the meme coin sector.
- 34:58So yeah, you, I won't repeat what you said, but you summed it
- 35:01up very nicely. There's, you know, I think a
- 35:04confluence of factors coming together in this project that is
- 35:08unlike anything else in in most of crypto.
- 35:12I always like to compares most to things like Bitcoin and maybe
- 35:16if they're mean, like the big ones.
- 35:17But I think when the when the scales tip and the and the, the
- 35:23confluence of those factors comes together that it could be
- 35:26a a very interesting time for those of you who got your
- 35:30certification here on the website. 100% and also.
- 35:36Is the is the is the surprise at the end of the certification
- 35:39process that there's a $50 fee? I'm just joking.
- 35:43I'm just joking. No.
- 35:45But I, I, I, I do hope that that part of what happens as a result
- 35:49of people playing with the site and, and seeing the other things
- 35:53that we've got in the pipeline for, for improving and
- 35:56improving, but maybe enriching engagement is that the folks
- 36:01who've been maybe, you know, have a, have a few beans.
- 36:03They're kind of the more reluctant duster.
- 36:05They're kind of waiting to see what happens.
- 36:07We'll realize that this is real, but there is a tremendously
- 36:10powerful engine driving this thing forward and that they're
- 36:15going to open up their wallets and say, yeah, I'm all in
- 36:18because guess what? I, my wife and I, we are
- 36:21literally, and I'm not, this isn't facetious.
- 36:23This is not a joke. This isn't something I just say
- 36:25for marketing. We are literally selling our
- 36:28house right now and heaven will have been in the process of
- 36:32trying to sell it for for some time and I will be buying and so
- 36:36will she a whole slew more beans like I'm intending to be a
- 36:40narwhal. That's I have a ways to go and
- 36:43I'm that's, that's, that's that's absolutely my intention.
- 36:46And so this is the type of conviction.
- 36:48I'm not the only one. By the way, there are lots of
- 36:49people like, you know, one of the one of the legends in the
- 36:52community, Scott DCA is every day.
- 36:54There are a number of folks who follow that practice.
- 36:58I don't mean to single him out specifically, but he's a great
- 37:00exemplar of this. People who believe in this so
- 37:05much, they continue, continue to buy and it's so.
- 37:11It's incredible. Go ahead.
- 37:13Yeah, if you were to Scroll down around the bottom of this page,
- 37:16can I point? Out.
- 37:17Yeah, yeah, think quickly because I spent all this time
- 37:19drawing with my crayons. So our market cap is well let me
- 37:25say it this way Bark coins market cap is 20 times bigger
- 37:29than ours, 20X their social mentions are two times more than
- 37:34ours. OK.
- 37:35And again that mentions just measures like the number of
- 37:39times that bark coin was mentioned in the post.
- 37:42I I would still argue that our 180K yeah, 180, yeah, they have
- 37:49360 K that are 180 K are higher quality.
- 37:52And with that, I'll be quiet and Scroll down like you asked me.
- 37:55Exit. I don't know.
- 37:55It's, that's a, that's a really good point, Ron is the other
- 37:58part, the other small part of this, maybe not so small.
- 38:01I think it's very significant part of this is I, I, I'm a, I'm
- 38:05an avid scuba diver. I was a scuba instructor for a
- 38:08period of time and I, I worked at this place in the Philippines
- 38:11called Herb's Dive Club. And, and their, their, their
- 38:13slogan was don't panic, it's organic.
- 38:15Always comes to my mind because that's our community.
- 38:18Like you look at those numbers and you think, oh, well, there's
- 38:20some bots or whatever. No, no, no, don't panic.
- 38:22It's organic. It's all organic.
- 38:25And there's and, and think about usually, at least here in the
- 38:28United States, anytime you want to acquire anything, usually
- 38:31food that's labeled as organic, it has a higher value associated
- 38:36with it, A. 100%, 100%. So, yeah, we've got some charts
- 38:41here for those who are more visual, right?
- 38:43They want to see what, what the price looked like over time.
- 38:46And then what is our volume? How, how, how, how are the
- 38:50averages here stack up against that.
- 38:52So that's, that's here. But also to a point that you
- 38:54made earlier around, which is very, very important.
- 38:56And that's something that's actually woven into the fabric
- 38:58of this site here and on another page that we'll go into a moment
- 39:02into in a moment. Sorry, little sleep.
- 39:05I was working on this till midnight last night, but if you
- 39:08Scroll down a little bit farther, there's this key thing
- 39:11that we that we're out to provide and it's called, it
- 39:14starts with T, it's called transparency.
- 39:17It's something that's very near and dear to my heart is we can
- 39:20say whatever we want and people can go, yeah, but you massage
- 39:23the numbers. This isn't real, I guess.
- 39:25What folks, it is real. You can go to the Gecko API, you
- 39:29can go to Gecko website. You can get exactly the same
- 39:31numbers that our website has. There'll be two within an hour
- 39:35because you can see the time stamps on the bottom of what
- 39:37when the information was updated, you know, holder scan.
- 39:40You can see what we're getting from them.
- 39:42You can look at Lunar Crush and what we're getting from them.
- 39:45This is this is unveiled in in some wall of secrecy.
- 39:47This isn't some behind the scenes magic that's pumping up
- 39:50our numbers or, or maybe selecting the ones that look the
- 39:53prettiest. No, this is the real raw
- 39:55information. And if you want to validate it,
- 39:57if you want to verify it, it's right here.
- 40:00Again, this is this is how we start to build trust.
- 40:04Yeah. And trust breeds conviction,
- 40:06right? Because it's based on something.
- 40:08And I'm convinced that it's going to do well because I
- 40:09trusted. You know, it's interesting you
- 40:12bring up the T word. When I was in Paris at the
- 40:14Ledger conference, had a long conversation with one of the top
- 40:20executives and he was asking me about my YouTube journey prior
- 40:24to getting into Unicorn fire dust.
- 40:25And he said it. But I agree with it, and I've
- 40:28said this all along, trust is everything.
- 40:31I mean, it is the cornerstone foundation of everything.
- 40:36And I think that that what I've done and what everyone else,
- 40:40including you and the community has done, the people that stick
- 40:44around in our community are generally a little more mature,
- 40:48responsible, and absolutely trustworthy.
- 40:51It's almost like a natural market force weeds out the
- 40:56people that aren't trustworthy, if that makes sense.
- 40:59And I think this giving references on our website is a
- 41:03is yet another reflection of that.
- 41:06Absolutely. And I mean you, you, you say
- 41:07it's so beautifully run. And this has become of our, our
- 41:11credo, right? Good attracts good.
- 41:13And this goes for other things as well, like like attracts,
- 41:16like you were talking yesterday on the live stream, like ducks
- 41:19fly with ducks or yeah, however you put it.
- 41:22But this, this is it. It's it's also trust attracts
- 41:25trust and trustability. So this is this is cool.
- 41:28And nobody's perfect not to go down a rabbit hole.
- 41:30Nobody's perfect, right? It's the, I think, the
- 41:33underlying intention of the community.
- 41:37Nobody's hell do. It has to be absolutely perfect,
- 41:40right? I can assure you, and Susie can
- 41:42attest, I'm far from perfect as a husband, a father, everything
- 41:46else, a meme coin, boomer based dev, anything.
- 41:51But I think it comes down to the intention that people have,
- 41:54right? And I know from knowing you as
- 41:57well as I do that you intend to do things that are going to
- 42:00inspire trust in the community. And I everyday do things that I
- 42:05believe will inspire trust in the community.
- 42:08And as an added bonus, I like to always throw in, it's a lot
- 42:11easier to operate that way. You feel better and it's a lot
- 42:14simpler. 100% it really is way fewer things to remember, right?
- 42:20It's just. Yeah, exactly right.
- 42:22Yeah, Yeah, Yeah. Did I say this?
- 42:24I don't remember. I was like, no, I just told the
- 42:26truth. That's all I did.
- 42:28It's easy to remember. Yeah.
- 42:31Maybe the next, the next page actually, because of this, this
- 42:33goes with with onboarding trust. We, we looked at onboarding
- 42:37right and, and, and the lower and all the details, but the
- 42:40community is the next page where, where we really start to
- 42:42showcase that, that level of transparency and what we do.
- 42:46So the first thing we've we've talked about this before.
- 42:49You know, Ron, you, I've had the pleasure of being on your live
- 42:51stream previously and, and, and I talked about the fact that we
- 42:56have a structure in place and you've been mentioning it on, on
- 42:58various streams as well. And, and this is also something
- 43:03that it's not, it's not a pyramid.
- 43:07We're not sitting at the top of it dictating how things are
- 43:09going to be done. And this is, you're far, far,
- 43:12far. It's not exactly, it's laughable
- 43:14that that's what it would be. It is, it is the opposite of
- 43:16that. It's, it's a servant leadership
- 43:18model that works within our distributed fabric.
- 43:23And we are here representing certain pillars of capability,
- 43:29but on the shoulders of this team, if you will, of this
- 43:32grouping is the community. Like we are here to prop up the
- 43:37community. We are here to serve the
- 43:39community. We are here at, you know, at
- 43:42your, not at your disposal necessarily, but we are here to
- 43:46improve value for all and to make things better for all, to
- 43:50provide value for the community. And, and everyone's here because
- 43:54they want to be here, right? No one's being paid by Unicorn
- 43:59fart dust. It's AI think I like the way you
- 44:02say that because we are right, a distributed decentralized
- 44:07community, no doubt about it. But I do think having a level of
- 44:13structure available within that decentralized, overall
- 44:18decentralized environment can lead to some real efficiencies
- 44:22and some real benefits for the overall good of the project.
- 44:28100% And so here you get to meet the UFD leadership.
- 44:33And by the way, even the word leadership or we don't we, we,
- 44:37we internally call ourselves the leadership council.
- 44:40There's a difference between team and council, where team
- 44:42focuses more on the kind of tactical execution of tasks,
- 44:45whereas a council focuses more on keeping the lower, keeping
- 44:49things consistent with the ethos of, of a project and so on.
- 44:53And I, and I think that that's what we're evolving towards.
- 44:55But even just the moniker of it, the name may not resonate with
- 45:00with everybody. Some people may kind of get
- 45:02exactly the wrong feel about it, but they're being now told what
- 45:06to do that, that that isn't it. And as a matter of fact, even
- 45:08the name is mutable and changeable.
- 45:11And we invite the community. And so this is going to be
- 45:13something we're launching very soon, but the announcements
- 45:16coming up about our community Discord and one of the first
- 45:20things that we're going to have on the community Discord as a
- 45:22group activity and why Discord and not X?
- 45:25I'll also go into this in a moment, really briefly, but in
- 45:30Discord, we'll have a venue for our community members.
- 45:32We're going to have a poll with, with a few different possible
- 45:35names, and we're going to take your vote as to what you wish
- 45:39for us to be called. So what resonates with you the
- 45:41most? There are a few things been been
- 45:44thrown around. You know, personally, I like
- 45:45lore keepers because it kind of makes me think of Lord of the
- 45:48Rings a little bit. But you know, and and and and
- 45:53the whole Unicorn image. That kind of fits with that for
- 45:55me in my mind at least. But but even something like
- 46:00that, we want to give the community of a voice and, and
- 46:03this website is only a part of it, but it extends out beyond
- 46:07it. And Discord is going to be the
- 46:08next big piece that provides a lot more interactivity as far as
- 46:12gathering your ideas, having having a chance to vote on those
- 46:15ideas and and the reason why not X in X, you can vote multiple
- 46:21times on the same issue. You can turn a butt on a on a
- 46:25pole and and we see what that looks like, right?
- 46:28Yes. The numbers.
- 46:30The numbers can be very deceiving.
- 46:33Whereas on this court it's 1:00 to 1:00.
- 46:34And on this court, you're going to connect your, your, you know,
- 46:37your wallet, whether it's your full wallet or, or whether you
- 46:40just spin up a temporary one with a, with a few beans in it
- 46:43to get a validate as a duster. And guess what, if you sell your
- 46:46beans, your duster designation gets revoked because that's the,
- 46:50the thing keeps striking in the background periodically.
- 46:52All it is, is a read. All it is is a read.
- 46:57That is that that I like that. That sounds very cool, Georgie,
- 47:02Jack, Nate and Scott. And this is this is static too.
- 47:07Some people depending on what's going on in their life in any
- 47:10given time. We don't want anybody to leave.
- 47:12We're very appreciative. But other people could be added
- 47:16to this UFD council leadership, whatever name we wind up using
- 47:20in the future. Is that is that a safe
- 47:23assessment exit? 100% And actually, if you were
- 47:26to Scroll down just a tiny bit, Ron, there's a, there's a little
- 47:29blurb here that, that, that, that actually speaks to that a
- 47:33bit. And the leads are supported by a
- 47:35cast of what we call Team Shadows.
- 47:38So these are folks who are working with us.
- 47:40They may, you know, there are other people who are part of the
- 47:42leadership group who just, they, they prefer to stay in the
- 47:45background and provide, provide supports.
- 47:50They've got plenty of things on their plates and, and they have
- 47:53busy, busy lives. So they don't necessarily want
- 47:55to be be public. And there are other folks who
- 47:58maybe don't have the same level of leadership experience from
- 48:01their past and yet they are looking to for some mentorship,
- 48:05they're looking to get involved, they're looking to contribute.
- 48:08And each one of us visible on up on that board is working with a
- 48:14group of others, whether or not actively yet we will be.
- 48:18That's the whole intention is so that if, you know, if I get hit
- 48:22by a bus or whatever, if something happens to any one of
- 48:25us, that there is a small group of people who are ready to take
- 48:28that place. You know, we all have things
- 48:31happen in our lives. You know, there'll be a point in
- 48:33time when I want to spend a bunch of my time underwater,
- 48:37like looking at the, at the cool world and, and I won't have my
- 48:39phone with me there. And that's the whole idea is to
- 48:42unplug and, and there'll be others who are stepping in.
- 48:46And, and so this, this, this, this is also how we keep true to
- 48:51the distributed ethos of of crypto and UFD.
- 48:55Maybe you can live stream when you're underwater, you never
- 48:57know. Maybe I think I think some
- 49:01people would be amazed and surprised what you can see.
- 49:04But if if you were to Scroll down around this, this page also
- 49:08reveals some additional details like we want to show off the
- 49:11recognition that we have as part of the community.
- 49:13So this is this is one of the pieces of the site that reads
- 49:16from a file. So it's very easy for us to add
- 49:20names to this is very easy to to add information to this.
- 49:24And these are the folks that we recognize.
- 49:26There's a lot it shows the last 10 is is is what it is, is we
- 49:28have a lot more. We don't want to make this so
- 49:30someone has to scroll for, you know, whoever knows how long,
- 49:33but it'll be the the last 10 that'll always, always show
- 49:36there. Wow, oh wow, Can I go down here?
- 49:39Yeah, please. We also have a community
- 49:42showcase. So I just picked a few random
- 49:44things to to show here. There are only three things that
- 49:48if we click through it in the, in the carousel, it'll, it'll
- 49:50show the different images. But the idea is that, you know,
- 49:54I just picked some random things that, that kind of just, I don't
- 49:57know, for whatever reason, those, those were the ones that
- 50:02spoke to me as kind of things to showcase at the start.
- 50:05But this can be as as big or as small as we want it to be.
- 50:08Also very, very easy for us to add components to it and
- 50:12showcase some of the creativity that we have as part of our UFD
- 50:16fabric. Wow, I love it.
- 50:18I keep looking at Elizabeth jumping mid air with her.
- 50:21We trust and there's Tazza, all right, And I said OK, there's DJ
- 50:26Litmus. So yeah, always.
- 50:28And look at all that. I just since we're here, I love
- 50:31the the collage pictures down at the bottom, everybody with their
- 50:36which Vincent started that another key community member.
- 50:39He started that's we try. He's a great guy, right?
- 50:44I mean, and as the Leadership Council evolves, like we said,
- 50:47who knows, you know, who may want to or who we invite to, to,
- 50:52to become part of that. Yes, yes, yeah.
- 50:56We, I mean, and, and because we're doing things in a way
- 50:59that's repeatable, that's process based, we actually have
- 51:01an application form. That's something that we all,
- 51:03even internally, the people who are already there, we feel we
- 51:06fill out a form so that we know what are our key skill sets.
- 51:10You know, what, how do they intersect, what, what may be
- 51:12missing? And as new members put their
- 51:16hand up and want to, want to want to join the table that
- 51:18that's, you know, if a lot of application, and then we review
- 51:21it and when we talk about it and we don't want to have a cast of,
- 51:24of, of, you know, 100 people because it becomes very
- 51:27difficult to manage it. But, but having, having
- 51:30something that's right sized and, and with that, with that
- 51:33cast of supports that are used to step in at any moment as
- 51:36well, that's, that's very, very useful.
- 51:38So we're not living in an echo chamber.
- 51:39We truly are honoring the distributed nature.
- 51:42Awesome. And then scrolling down around,
- 51:44if we just kind of maybe follow the page nearly at the bottom
- 51:47there, the thing that that people ask about a lot is what's
- 51:50going on in the community. And, and, and, you know, there
- 51:53are some more casual dusters who they just don't necessarily have
- 51:55the time to listen through as beautiful and interesting as
- 51:58these live streams are. And we have a lot of different
- 52:00events that happen, like not events, but repeatable things
- 52:04that happen where we share ideas about what the events are or
- 52:08things like that. We kind of want to have an at a
- 52:10glance place of what these things are.
- 52:12And I mean, the leadership town hall is just a placeholder date
- 52:15there. But something that I'll be
- 52:17talking about on our on our Monday meeting is I think that
- 52:20it'll be worthwhile for us to actually have something maybe
- 52:23monthly recurring or whatever the cadence of it will be,
- 52:26whatever the frequency it will be that allows the community
- 52:30members just to join the leadership group and, and kind
- 52:33of listen to U.S. chat about things and throw out their ideas
- 52:36as well. And sometimes you want to, you
- 52:39want to step into the sausage factory just to make sure that
- 52:41it's as organic as you hope it is.
- 52:44Right. No, I think that's a great idea.
- 52:46Yeah, I mean, DJ Litmus, of course we want to, we want to
- 52:49feature something like that because it's it's such a cool
- 52:51thing. And, you know, my head is
- 52:53already bopping in the background here thinking of the
- 52:54awesome tunes. We're going to hear this this
- 52:56Friday, Yeah, some guidelines about about, yeah, about some,
- 53:01some what, what are the things that we want to think about as a
- 53:05duster, right? Being kind and respectful, being
- 53:07positive and so on so forth. So you can scroll through there
- 53:10that will as you visit the site and and kind of see see how that
- 53:14fits you, right. But these are the things that
- 53:17that that make us who we are by, by, by, by hold build.
- 53:21Yeah. Awesome, I love it.
- 53:22Wow. Wow.
- 53:23There's a lot on this website, really awesome.
- 53:28Yeah, and and again to the topic of transparency, you know people
- 53:35have asked number of times what's in this marketing wallet,
- 53:39you know, I'm donating money to it 11 what's you know, what are
- 53:43we holding there? What's what's his value and and
- 53:45to what's being done with it. So, so this provides an up to
- 53:50date and it tells there's a little time step on the, on the
- 53:52bottom to say when it was last updated.
- 53:55It also updates hourly so that we're not hitting that plug over
- 54:00and over and over and wearing it out, so to speak, right.
- 54:03But it, it also shows the address there.
- 54:05And if you click on the address, it takes you to a separate site
- 54:07that actually shows the, the, I think it's the soul scan data
- 54:12directly so that you can see that we're not manipulating
- 54:14this, this information in any way.
- 54:16It is, it is unadulterated and raw and coming in and as an
- 54:20adjunct to it on our Discord, on our community Discord, we
- 54:23already have built a channel. So these are groupings of
- 54:27information that you go to. It's kind of like a tab on a
- 54:29website for those more traditional folks.
- 54:33And, and in in that Channel, you'll also see the transfers in
- 54:36and out of that wallet and information about what money is
- 54:39being committed to. So, so this is our commitment to
- 54:42continue transparency and just providing information so that
- 54:45members at a glance can get this view.
- 54:46They don't have to go somewhere to request it.
- 54:48They don't have to, you know, you don't have to be fussed
- 54:51about it. They just go and they see it.
- 54:54There's a lot of good data on this website, things that would
- 54:59take me 5 hours to discover, from social metrics to wallet
- 55:04information to so much more. That's like all right here in
- 55:08one simple place like a dashboard.
- 55:12That's exactly it, you know, and, and, and also because
- 55:16probably looking at time, we'll be wrapping up soon and, and,
- 55:18and I know that maybe we wanted to show what this experience
- 55:21also looks like on the mobile because the site is very Oh
- 55:23yeah, yeah. For the technically minded
- 55:26called responsive. But before, before we go there,
- 55:28there's, there's one other thing I wanted to to talk about kind
- 55:31of geek out here for one, one moment for for folks who maybe
- 55:34are a little bit more technically minded as far as how
- 55:38this is set up. So the way that we've set this
- 55:41up is it mirrors an enterprise development and release
- 55:45pipeline. So very large organizations
- 55:48that, that have big websites or applications, when those
- 55:53applications are being built or when they're being maintained
- 55:56or, or run because, you know, you run an application that gets
- 56:00new features and updates periods of time and get certain fixed
- 56:03releases, certain certain time. They have a way in which they
- 56:07organize it. And that's what it's, that's
- 56:09what it's called. It's called a development and
- 56:11release pipeline, meaning that we do things in stages.
- 56:15So the way that this works is I on my system right now, and this
- 56:20is something that is set up in a way that others can collaborate
- 56:23on. I make some certain changes on
- 56:25my system. I commit them into a repository
- 56:29for those interested, it's on GitHub.
- 56:30It's a private 1. So this isn't something that
- 56:32we're exposing to everybody, but people can be invited to it and
- 56:35like for example, just a guy is a contributor in that repository
- 56:38and can download code from it and modify that code.
- 56:42And so we have that the repository will be in which we
- 56:46have two main branches like buckets.
- 56:49The first buckets, what I've done my changes locally, I
- 56:52commit them to pre production. So it's kind of like the testing
- 56:56bucket. Our website provider
- 56:59automatically picks it up and creates a temporary address
- 57:03where I can go and test that things look and feel the way
- 57:05that I expect them to. And you know, making these
- 57:08modifications until midnight last night, making a couple of
- 57:11fixes here. There were a few things that,
- 57:14you know, I would miss certain bracket and something's just not
- 57:16working. So, so absolutely these things
- 57:20happen and then I would go and recommit another another change
- 57:24tested. Yes, it's working and looking
- 57:25good. OK, fantastic.
- 57:26I press a button, it goes into the name, what's what's called
- 57:30production bucket, and our website automatically picks it
- 57:33up, builds it and displays it within about 5 minutes.
- 57:36So, you know, there there's this, this staged process, you
- 57:40know, large organizations have even more buckets than that.
- 57:44But for, for our purposes, we, we have, we have these, we have
- 57:48these ones and, and it works really, really well.
- 57:50I think it's very, very slick, not just from the fact that it's
- 57:54slick, but it's, it's something that it is incredibly
- 57:57functional. It allows for collaboration.
- 57:59So I'm not like Wizard of Oz sitting behind some screen,
- 58:02right. Other people can, can join us
- 58:05who, who want to participate, who, you know, of course they
- 58:08would need to be vetted because we have some certain secure
- 58:10information as far as keys that allow us to access the
- 58:12information from Lunar Crash and so on, so forth.
- 58:14But but we have people who, you know, may have development
- 58:19expertise and they want to contribute in the future.
- 58:21It's enabled for that. Not only is it enabled for that,
- 58:24it's built for it, and it's built for it in a way that's
- 58:27very robust. Interesting.
- 58:30So it's not like one person controls it and has ultimate
- 58:35authority over it. It's built in a way that it can
- 58:38stand the test of time. Is that is that accurate?
- 58:41100% the test of time and the provider that we're using
- 58:46Cloudflare is, is one of the top providers in the world are
- 58:50actually used for many purposes, even by those who host their
- 58:52websites elsewhere. Their infrastructure has those
- 58:55multiple servers around the world that provide redundancy
- 58:58and so on. They're the ones who do a lot of
- 59:01the verification things for are you human when you visit a site,
- 59:05you see a little Cloudflare banner pop up and then you get
- 59:07verified. So we're, you know, we're
- 59:12swimming with the big boys and and robust and and durable and
- 59:17meant to survive and here for the long run, all these things
- 59:20are built into the fabric oversight.
- 59:23Sounds great. Do we want to look at the road
- 59:25map or do we want to do the the mobile this?
- 59:28Well, maybe, maybe let's, I mean, it's up to you, Ron,
- 59:31really. But maybe we show we show the
- 59:33flavor of it on a mobile device because folks will discover
- 59:36other pieces here. Of course, the road map speaks
- 59:38to, you know, where we've been, where we are, some fun ideas for
- 59:42a potential future. And again, like for the Discord
- 59:45server, when it once it goes live, really, really encourage
- 59:48everybody to sign on to it, get verified as a duster ASAP
- 59:51because you'll have access to so many cool things.
- 59:54And you know one of them will be having a voice in having a voice
- 1:00:01in what comes next. What do we focus on next?
- 1:00:05We want to hear your ideas. Yeah, this is this is your
- 1:00:09website. If you're a duster, this is your
- 1:00:11website. And I meant to say that when you
- 1:00:13showed the leadership council or leadership group, whatever we're
- 1:00:17going to call it, like the, I know all, everybody on there and
- 1:00:20like, this is not an ego thing. It's a community thing.
- 1:00:24I think that that that's, I talk about our community being
- 1:00:27mature, responsible, and, you know, nobody's perfect, but
- 1:00:31generally there aren't any big, huge egos in our community.
- 1:00:35People are willing to listen and and and willing to do things for
- 1:00:40the overall good of the project. Absolutely.
- 1:00:43And this is the other, the other fun little thing about about our
- 1:00:46about our team is I think in almost everybody on it, if not
- 1:00:50everybody on it didn't actually come to your own and say, can I
- 1:00:53be a part of leadership team or anything like that?
- 1:00:56It's more like we were tapped on the shoulder because we were
- 1:00:58doing this already. Yeah.
- 1:00:59And someone tapped us and said, hey, I think that you'd be good
- 1:01:02being part of a group and contributing.
- 1:01:04So yeah, you're absolutely right.
- 1:01:06I was thinking of this the other night.
- 1:01:08I've never asked anyone for anything since I started UFDI.
- 1:01:13Didn't ask that people replenish my beans.
- 1:01:15That's a kind of a side subject matter.
- 1:01:19People step up. And I think again, that speaks
- 1:01:22to the organic community feel that this project has that makes
- 1:01:28us very, very unique. Like people just step up,
- 1:01:31volunteer and, and, and then just now we call it through the
- 1:01:36community market, right? The good people, the cream rises
- 1:01:39to the top and people stick around.
- 1:01:42The good people really embed themselves within UFD.
- 1:01:48And I'm saying that this now for the third time, but I really
- 1:01:50think that makes this project way different.
- 1:01:53Absolutely. Want me?
- 1:01:56Want me to show it on mobile? If you, if you, if you'd like
- 1:01:59to, let's, let's, let's make this happen.
- 1:02:02OK, so I'm going to I went to Google and put in Unicorn fart
- 1:02:04desk website and we'll see how the camera does with this.
- 1:02:09Here we go. Boom, there it is.
- 1:02:12Can they see that? Yeah, I can.
- 1:02:15I can see it. Maybe not perfect, but you can
- 1:02:16see that there's something coming up.
- 1:02:18OK, now you have to press something there.
- 1:02:20So I understand and agree blah blah blah.
- 1:02:23Becoming an active member, you can get addicted.
- 1:02:25Oh, wow, so there's this is really optimized.
- 1:02:28This is cool. I like it on the desktop.
- 1:02:33But yeah, I mean, look at that, join the herd stats and trust
- 1:02:37all the different components that we looked at are right
- 1:02:40here. And the two bubbles on the top,
- 1:02:43on the left hand side, you've got our logo and on the right
- 1:02:45hand side is what's known as a hamburger menu.
- 1:02:47So that's how you can navigate to different pages on mobile
- 1:02:50very easily. So at a glance, all of the
- 1:02:54functionality works correctly. We've tested on it on Android,
- 1:02:58we tested on iPhones. Yeah, I'm Android and there's
- 1:03:01the film and I can attest, look at like scrolls.
- 1:03:05Yep, there you go, now you. There you are.
- 1:03:08I do everything on my phone really looks good on this.
- 1:03:12You know, old Android phone that I use.
- 1:03:15Really, I can only imagine what it would look like on an iPhone,
- 1:03:20a newer iPhone, whatever. Very cool exit.
- 1:03:22I like it. I like this a lot.
- 1:03:24I loved it on the desktop, but. This is cool, I'll tell you
- 1:03:26around. It looks better on your phone
- 1:03:28than it does online. I need reading glasses more and
- 1:03:32more often nowadays or my arm isn't quite long enough to give
- 1:03:35me a good field of view on things.
- 1:03:37But but you know, so I have it set up for the blind.
- 1:03:41I'm just joking. But but I have larger fonts and
- 1:03:44and with those larger fonts, it means it fits less on the
- 1:03:46screen. So it's less than ideal on my
- 1:03:48phone on my iPhone, but but tested on my wife's Android and
- 1:03:53it looks looks great, just like it looks.
- 1:03:55It look, it really looks incredible.
- 1:03:57I I clicked on the 1st Excuse me, I'm fighting a cold.
- 1:04:03I clicked on the 1st frame, on the, on the, on the on the film
- 1:04:09thing and there it is. I mean, yeah, no, I love it.
- 1:04:13Thank you. Exit.
- 1:04:15Oh, it's my pleasure, absolutely.
- 1:04:16When we hang up I'll be on my phone checking this out, it
- 1:04:19looks great. Cool and.
- 1:04:21By the way, by the way, exit. We have 500 people who have
- 1:04:25joined us now, which is a lot for a cryptocurrency meme coin
- 1:04:32live stream. So thank you everybody for being
- 1:04:34here. Please retweet this so that we
- 1:04:36can get the news out more and more about the website.
- 1:04:39Don't forget we've got a hallow bean contest going on.
- 1:04:43You can go to Georgie four 20s profile and X to learn about
- 1:04:47that. I'm probably forgetting some
- 1:04:49things. Maybe exit will help me when we
- 1:04:50get to the end here. But go ahead, exit.
- 1:04:52Do we want to look at that last panel on the website?
- 1:04:56We can, but I mean, really, it's yeah, the.
- 1:05:00Last part of our. Road map really is the is the is
- 1:05:03the last, the last piece that we NF these people can look at
- 1:05:06themselves as well. We're showcasing some of our
- 1:05:10incredible artists, but here we can.
- 1:05:13This is this is actually my personal little quibble with
- 1:05:17this is I had a different vision for a road map page.
- 1:05:20So this is probably going to be one of the components of it that
- 1:05:23is modified first. Yeah.
- 1:05:25You know, as you scroll across, there's a farting Unicorn that
- 1:05:28flies flies around but. A translucent farting Unicorn, I
- 1:05:33think I sometimes when I get too tired, I see him flying around
- 1:05:36down here in my basement. Oh, really cool.
- 1:05:41So you've got future plans, current activities, and hold on,
- 1:05:46let me go down here. And then what's the first panel
- 1:05:50here? Past achievements.
- 1:05:53It's past achievements. Awesome, Totally love it.
- 1:05:56And are we going to stop now and let people discover the Easter
- 1:06:00egg, discover the Easter egg for themselves?
- 1:06:04Tomorrow night is the big DJ Litmus rave party.
- 1:06:08I'll be posting about it. DJ Litmus will be posting about
- 1:06:12it. We talked about the Halloween
- 1:06:13contest. We will have IP coming out
- 1:06:16sometime in the near future, but today the big news was the
- 1:06:20website, which is incredible. I started out by saying thank
- 1:06:25you, exit. I can't express how impressed I
- 1:06:27am with what you've done. And to see this as a living
- 1:06:32website evolve over time, as the community evolves, as the IP
- 1:06:36comes out is really exciting, right?
- 1:06:39And you know, you're a great example to me of a community
- 1:06:43member who has skills and talents and you saw an
- 1:06:46opportunity where you could help UFD and you've definitely
- 1:06:51stepped up. So on behalf of myself upstairs,
- 1:06:54Susie, who I just heard moving around upstairs in the whole UFD
- 1:06:59community, seriously, thank you. And I loved it on the desktop,
- 1:07:03but I got I am, I am like enamored with it on my phone.
- 1:07:07So as soon as we get done here, you know I'll be picking my
- 1:07:10phone up to to play around for a while.
- 1:07:13Oh, that's awesome. I'm so pleased.
- 1:07:14Thank you and, and thanks of course for, for, for your
- 1:07:18inspiration and your leadership and, and everything, Ron and,
- 1:07:21and to all of you in the community and, and those maybe
- 1:07:25who are just tuning in to see what UFT is about.
- 1:07:28This is so unique. This is I, I, I keep kind of
- 1:07:34saying that the same thing, but you know.
- 1:07:37Go ahead, say it. It, it makes it makes my eyes
- 1:07:41water and it's inspiring. It is life changing.
- 1:07:46I continue to aspire to the way of the Unicorn.
- 1:07:49And for me, being in service of something greater than me is
- 1:07:53that to, to have, you know, this sense of purpose for with
- 1:07:57something. It is life changing.
- 1:07:59And I encourage, like I, I just encourage you as, as you know,
- 1:08:02listeners or viewers take advantage of it because it's
- 1:08:05here for the taking. It's and and and here for the
- 1:08:10taking, and by taking, it's here for the giving.
- 1:08:14It's incredible. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:08:16And it feels good to do good. It feels great to do good,
- 1:08:19absolutely. Yeah, I was thinking, I was
- 1:08:21talking to David Goldstein yesterday and I said or I was
- 1:08:25talking to somebody else yesterday.
- 1:08:26I've been talking to a lot of people, but I said, you know, I
- 1:08:29think if you take the vast majority of people in the world,
- 1:08:34everywhere in the world, all age groups, and you put, you ask
- 1:08:37them a question, do you want good or do you want evil, right?
- 1:08:40That a good button and an evil button, I think like over 99% of
- 1:08:45people press the good button, right?
- 1:08:47People want good. Nobody's perfect.
- 1:08:49But you know, we really do have a unique project in so many
- 1:08:54ways. I got to watch myself 'cause I
- 1:08:56could talk for another 10 minutes about it, but it really
- 1:08:58is. It's a unique situation.
- 1:09:00Is it hard work? Yes, but anything big, anything
- 1:09:04good worth accomplishing in life is hard.
- 1:09:07Otherwise anybody would do it right.
- 1:09:09Anybody. Anybody can start a
- 1:09:11cryptocurrency meme coin. Trust me.
- 1:09:13Watch there's 10 minute YouTube video.
- 1:09:15You can do it yourself. The hard part is right, and it's
- 1:09:19what everybody in the community is doing, is showing up every
- 1:09:23day because they believe in it, because they know that this is
- 1:09:27something special and sticking with it day by day.
- 1:09:31Yeah, I mean, not the website itself is a combination of about
- 1:09:33100 plus hours of just my work accounting what other people put
- 1:09:36into it. And yet I will say this, what I,
- 1:09:40what I used to say when I worked in, you know, as an executive in
- 1:09:43a large corporation and I had more than two team of more than
- 1:09:47200 people that I, that I supported as a, as a leader
- 1:09:50that, that, that I worked for because that's how I saw it.
- 1:09:52I worked for them as well as my clients.
- 1:09:56I am one of the most selfish people you will meet.
- 1:10:00And, and I, and I, and I, I don't, I don't mean this in a
- 1:10:02cheeky way. I just know that doing good pays
- 1:10:05back a hundredfold. I'm, I'm selfish long term, not
- 1:10:09short term, because short term selfish does never works.
- 1:10:12It's actually counterintuitive, but I want to feel good.
- 1:10:16I want to feel like I've contributed.
- 1:10:17I get so much out of it. Yeah and yeah.
- 1:10:21No, it makes I I you, I couldn't say it better.
- 1:10:25So thank you exit. Thank you to everyone who helped
- 1:10:28exit on this project. Thank you to everyone who's
- 1:10:31joining us today. Now we have 550 people on our
- 1:10:34live stream, which is really good for an early morning
- 1:10:37Thursday live stream. That's because what we're doing
- 1:10:40here is really good. And what you and the people that
- 1:10:42helped you on this project accomplish is a big, big deal.
- 1:10:47So thank you my friend, and I can't, I can't wait to see where
- 1:10:52this goes because it's already awesome.
- 1:10:55So we'll talk to you soon. Thanks everybody for out there.
- 1:10:59And don't forget, be good to yourself first.
- 1:11:01That'll give you a good platform from which to be good to other
- 1:11:05people. And we'll see you soon.
- 1:11:07Bye bye.
