- 2:22That's what we do around here at the Radio Ranch. We're glad that you feel the same way and would like to participate with us here in the freedom game
- 2:29to relieve yourself
- 2:31of satanic
- 2:33Jew slavery.
- 2:35You can remove yourself from the clutches
- 2:37of these monsters, and we can show you how.
- 2:41So here we go. Roger Sills, your host, Radio Ranch, the fourth
- 2:45fourth day of June.
- 2:48June,
- 2:49was it seventh?
- 2:51We got some pretty important things coming up here in June. You got d day, I believe, don't you?
- 2:56And you got the USS Liberty,
- 2:59confab
- 3:00this month too, the eighth, I think.
- 3:03So, eventful month of June. Good morning, Paul. How are you doing, buddy?
- 3:10Good.
- 3:23Oh, really?
- 3:26Unknown: Mhmm.
- 3:43Unknown: Really?
- 4:10Oh my god.
- 4:23Oh,
- 4:24how about that? That's pretty cool. Thank you, Alan. Good
- 4:28noodling.
- 4:29Good good noodling there.
- 4:32Extend our reach peep
- 4:35uh-huh. Good. Well, I I listen. People are hungry for what we've got, and we just hadn't been able to touch up with them yet for whatever reason.
- 4:44How do I know that? I just saw just a minute ago something that
- 4:50warmed the cockles of my little heart,
- 4:53and it was a UN meeting
- 4:56in Zurich,
- 4:58where there's big old room full of people,
- 5:01like the Jew UN General Assembly kind of thing.
- 5:04Israel,
- 5:06Israel lie, and, of course, they always lie. An Israel lie person was up there talking about something.
- 5:12And every time he'd say a sentence,
- 5:14the room wouldn't boo or anything. They'd hit their desk with their fists and stomp their feet.
- 5:20So every time he tried to do something, the whole room was stomping their feet and hitting their desks, and he couldn't talk.
- 5:27There's your reaction
- 5:29of the world community
- 5:31to this bunch of
- 5:32vehement,
- 5:34vile,
- 5:36disgusting
- 5:38individuals that call themselves people,
- 5:41these Jews, these flavors, these monsters, these thieves. That's who they are, and they're getting openly brash now. Okay? Go ahead. Alright. I just wanna say that.
- 5:54No. No. No. No. No. No. I didn't say that. I said it was a meeting in Zurich,
- 5:59Switzerland
- 6:00of the UN
- 6:02in a room with about the same size and scope of the general assembly
- 6:07meeting room in in in New York. But, I mean, there's probably a thousand people in there. K? So one little couple of guys
- 6:15going, oh, hey. Y'all look at these new shoes I got. No. There was a whole room full of people that were stomping on their floor and pounding the desk so that the noise was so overwhelming,
- 6:27he couldn't speak.
- 6:30The world is silencing
- 6:33Israel
- 6:35at the United Nations and hopefully
- 6:37soon everywhere else. K?
- 6:40The these people are vile. They're vindictive.
- 6:43They're the worst
- 6:44the worst group that has ever been on the face of the earth. That's according to Thessalonians. That's my little old Mir Roger here. All I've done is studied them for thirty years and seen all of their ex, quote, unquote, exploits.
- 6:57And, so, anyway, I've more, listen. Anything against these people, they're the most heinous,
- 7:03ruthless,
- 7:04vindictive,
- 7:05vile people that have ever walked face of the earth. That's my feeling as through their history.
- 7:10That they've proven this. It's just me commenting on it. Okay?
- 7:15So, you know, how about, you know, like yesterday, we got that little a little flare up with Nancy yesterday at the women. What about the Israeli defense forces going around with T shirts to a pregnant Palestinian woman that say one shot, two kills? How about that? Yeah. That's that's How about that?
- 7:36Oh, okay. And They're repulsive. So, anyway, we got them.
- 7:40Got them right here. I dare any come on. Come on the show and challenge me. Let's talk. Let's have a little discussion. Little little slaver.
- 7:48You won't ever do it because you're all just chicken shits.
- 7:52Until you got all the money and you got all the upside,
- 7:55you're oh, you're real brave then.
- 7:58Oh, yeah. Yeah. Pounding your chest and all the rest of the crap you do.
- 8:03But when it's just one on one or you're exposed like this, you're just a silent piece of crap,
- 8:08slaving crap.
- 8:10Sorry.
- 8:11Like that big
- 8:13guffoon that I had to watch say something this morning, Randy Fine,
- 8:18who I hope like hell somebody beats in the fourth of the 6th District Of Florida down there. I forget which one it is. I think I called it the sixth. I think it's the fourth. It's down there around, Tampa Saint Pete.
- 8:30So, anyway, that's, a little off my chest this morning. Thank you, Harrison, for showing me that. You don't get to see that type of thing too often. And the more that they
- 8:41smoltrich and this band of absolute bandits,
- 8:45liars, thieves, and murderers. That's who they are. So we got them right here. We got you slaving, and you've built the whole world off of this little mechanism right here.
- 8:54Because when they get you to fraudulently answer those two questions, yes. Are you citizens of The United States? Are you a resident? You signed something? Now you've agreed to their scam.
- 9:03Now you agreed to it.
- 9:06Didn't force you in the corner. They tricked you in the corner. You agreed to it. Undo it.
- 9:12Undo it. It's fraud.
- 9:13Undo it. Let's get some numbers. Let's confront these son of a bitches openly on big platforms,
- 9:19or we can say you're a slaver. I can prove it right here. Why didn't you respond to this to this affidavit? You know, when you think about it and you file this affidavit right here, they convict themselves.
- 9:31You don't have to do anything but put it in the postal system. They convict themselves
- 9:38because they can't respond or rebut it.
- 9:41They have to sit there with their with their big fingers up their big ass noses.
- 9:48Mhmm. We're gonna get you. It's a matter of time. It's a matter of time, folks. It may be slow. We we may grow slowly, but one of these days, this truth right here, you can't keep this truth down. You know, what's the old English guy said? The truth is like a lion. Let it run free.
- 10:04Unknown: Mhmm.
- 10:05Unknown: Running free, folks.
- 10:07Everybody hates these son of a bitches. I'm I'm telling you. I just saw a room of a thousand people with one guy speaking, and the minute he opened his mouth, they made so much noise. He was not audible.
- 10:20That's the way the world feels about them right now is evidenced by that right there.
- 10:25K? Yeah. So, anyway, you my favorite topic, of course, is these creeps,
- 10:31and,
- 10:32I love to rope their noses in it because they won't say a thing. Come on. Come on. What what what's the ADL guy's name?
- 10:40That little bald headed creep. Come on. Put me on your hate list.
- 10:44I hate you. Hate you. I think you're Satan's son of a bitchin' son.
- 10:49I hate you. Roger. Put me on your list.
- 10:52One star. I wanna come on at number one with a bullet, Lisa. I don't want this number 10, number eight, number five. I wanna come on at number one with a bullet, baby.
- 11:03Unknown: Just a thought for you, though, to keep in mind, when you're on Paul English's show today, you can't talk like that. You know that.
- 11:11Unknown: Well, I don't know if I can or not. I don't know. I I just told Paul yesterday.
- 11:16I told Paul yesterday,
- 11:18I'm I don't wanna know what you wanna talk about.
- 11:21You put me on there, and and we'll discuss it. I wouldn't do that to Paul, Lisa. I can do that here, though.
- 11:28I don't have a damn worry about it here.
- 11:31Unknown: I know. I know. But, you know, they do not have nearly the freedom of speech that we do here.
- 11:36Unknown: Yeah. That stuff. Oh, yeah. Well, they don't have freedom of too much over there from what I can see lately.
- 11:42They they a guy comes up and stabs you five times, and they handcuff you and let you bleed out in the gutter.
- 11:50Mhmm. That's coming to a head over there too, by the way.
- 11:54One of these incidents, which one is it gonna be
- 11:58where the pushback is overwhelming?
- 12:01We saw a little taste of it this week in our country with the two four two,
- 12:06thing with the merging of the militaries.
- 12:08That got announced on Friday, snuck out over the weekend. It was done by Monday. The
- 12:14the overwhelming
- 12:16pushback
- 12:17because virtual again, I'm gonna go back to the scene I've described.
- 12:21The countries of the world
- 12:23hate these people.
- 12:28Despise
- 12:29them.
- 12:30They despise
- 12:31Netanyahu.
- 12:33That was the world talking. That's not just Roger telling you about it.
- 12:37Thank you, Lisa. I wouldn't do that to Paul. He can come over here. We can talk about it, though. Yeah.
- 12:44So, anyway, that was the way that I ended up just before the show. I I yes, Paul. Yes, sir. My little bit, my little bit at the beginning,
- 12:52Unknown: I actually, my microphone wasn't turned on to the stream. So, I'm just gonna briefly
- 12:57briefly glaze over what what was in the dead air at the beginning of the program and I apologize. Okay. For that.
- 13:03Yeah. We're going to be making a change in the Radium Ranch starting probably next Monday and
- 13:09that will be
- 13:11instead of mentioning the platforms that we're on and free conference call and the website and all that at the beginning of the program, we'll do it at the top,
- 13:20at the end of the first hour into the beginning of the second hour.
- 13:24So syndication
- 13:26can pick up those two pieces and have two fifty eight minute segments, hour one and hour two,
- 13:31kinda like Republic Broadcasting does it,
- 13:35and then just
- 13:37spray that far and wide. So
- 13:40that's that's what we've got going on. For
- 13:44right now,
- 13:46we are on eurofolkradio.com.
- 13:49Thanks to pastor Eli James.
- 13:51We're on Global Voice Radio Network, radio.globalvoiceradio.net,
- 13:56and rumble.globalvoiceradio.net.
- 13:59We're also on radiosoapbox.com.
- 14:01Thanks to Paul English,
- 14:03who will be having his own program today at 3PM, Paul English Live
- 14:08on Rumble and YouTube
- 14:10and
- 14:11Food for Thought Radio and I believe Eurofolk Radio too.
- 14:16Just go to paulenglishlive.com,
- 14:18and you'll get all of the links for how you can listen to that program.
- 14:22And,
- 14:24that's at 3PM eastern today. And at 5PM
- 14:28eastern,
- 14:29four central,
- 14:30Roger will be joining
- 14:32him for the third hour of that program, and that happens today.
- 14:39So
- 14:40Unknown: Is that the third hour, or is it the after show?
- 14:43Unknown: It's third hour.
- 14:45Okay. He he's on WBN three two four for the first two hours, and then WBN drops off, but he keeps going for a third hour on Rumble,
- 14:55YouTube,
- 14:56and
- 14:57all of his radio platforms that he has.
- 15:00Unknown: Okay. Well then. Alright. Whatever.
- 15:03We'll do. I'm tickled to death, Paul. Yesterday, after the show, the phone rang. My phone my landline. That works now.
- 15:10Yep. And I was out giving out putting some chicken bones out for the dog that I like, and I
- 15:17couldn't get back to the phone. So as soon as I got in, was like, okay. They'll call back. Well, damned if he didn't call back and put me in connection with Paul. Paul asked me if I'd come on their show here this afternoon, of course, which I obliged and, tickled to death to
- 15:32I just like doing things with Paul English.
- 15:35K? Yeah. I like having conversations
- 15:37with him. I like his accent. I like his attitude.
- 15:41I like the way he does things.
- 15:43We we we just really click and like each other, and it's a great honor for me to be invited over there. I'm wondering when he's gonna get Brent over there. I don't think he's had Brent over there yet. He's had Eli a bunch of times.
- 15:56I
- 15:57I I think he needs to get Brent over there. Pardon me while I blow my nose. Paul, say something so you'll come. I have told Eli I have extended
- 16:06Unknown: an open invitation
- 16:08for Eli to join us anytime that he wants and I have sent him the
- 16:15sent him the link to join
- 16:18Unknown: numerous times. Yeah. It's just Well, Eli, then shame on you. You must not like us too much. That's alright. We really like you.
- 16:26So Yes. Anyway,
- 16:28now where else can we go here at the start of this Thursday edition show? I got that off my chest this morning,
- 16:35so I feel a little bit better.
- 16:37I just want these people. I want them besieged
- 16:41from every side.
- 16:43Okay. Now what do you know about Albania?
- 16:46What do you know about Albania, Paul?
- 16:50Unknown: A map of Albania
- 16:52looked,
- 16:53or
- 16:54the that thing on, what was this? Gorbachev's head that kinda looked like a map of Albania.
- 17:00Unknown: Was a
- 17:01birthmark.
- 17:02Yeah.
- 17:04Well, on this same Harrison show, I was watching the third hour yesterday. It's pretty it's jam packed with info, I can tell you.
- 17:11Well, I get to see mister Trump's daughter who I haven't seen a picture of in a long time. She was actually talking on there because her and hubby
- 17:21her and hubby a couple of years ago, well, they flew into Montenegro or somewhere over there.
- 17:26And they met up with their buddy
- 17:28whose yacht was over there. They picked him up in his yacht, and, they went on this little sailing thing through the Mediterranean.
- 17:35Oh, by the way, the the the buddy is Nathan Rothschild.
- 17:39Oh, no. Oh, Nathan. They're pretty tight and
- 17:43so they're sailing around the Mediterranean
- 17:45over there and
- 17:47they pull up in one of the cities, and one of the leaders of the
- 17:51country comes out to their boat, and this and they didn't know him. Jared didn't know him. He never met him in his government functions.
- 17:58Government functions like you were ever a government employee. Trump promised you wouldn't be involved in the second damn administration,
- 18:06and here you are, and every time camera turns on you and
- 18:10dingbat, they're
- 18:12off doing some kind of
- 18:14some kind of political diplomatic
- 18:16thing where everybody knows you're spies for Israel when they're talking to you. I mean, it's the most ridiculous thing. And they just pull it off like it's just like they're normal. Okay.
- 18:27Anyway, I'll continue.
- 18:29They spent an evening with the head of
- 18:32that country over there, and there was a
- 18:35they noticed, I think he said they were building a new airport. Of course, they always build that by according to Jared Kushner by the ocean so they could show off the beautiful thing when the planes land.
- 18:46Anyway, Paul,
- 18:48it seems that they've announced a deal.
- 18:51There's an island though. There's couple islands off Albania. One of them's got a whole bunch of tunnels and stuff from World War two or some previous conflict. The country was run by communist,
- 19:02iron fisted for a long time. So the second, excuse me, second poorest country in the in the world.
- 19:08And
- 19:09so now,
- 19:11there are $4,000,000,000
- 19:12is involved here.
- 19:15And they're going to build a huge resort for yachts and everything else on this private island.
- 19:22And they're going to have to tear out this bird sanctuary that's a international bird sanctuary.
- 19:27Well, they've already gone in and changed the laws on a bunch of that surreptitiously,
- 19:32of course
- 19:33and boy, we're going to have a nice a
- 19:35big resort over there, high end.
- 19:38Paul, where where all of my Jew buddies in their yachts can come and park and have this. Well, the people in Albania
- 19:46ain't having any part of it at this stage. Whether they prevail or not, we'll see, but a 100,000 of them got out in the street yesterday.
- 19:55And there's videos, all that. You can see that. If you wanna go back, all that's in the
- 19:59third hour of Harrison Smith.
- 20:02Unknown: That's what we need to do in America.
- 20:05Unknown: Yeah. No. We can't
- 20:07do that. We can't do that in America because of January 6
- 20:12and the stigma they put on that with that little incident.
- 20:16Lisa, you were trying to say something?
- 20:18Unknown: The article I read about that too, I love the nickname genocide Jared.
- 20:24Unknown: That's
- 20:26a good one.
- 20:27So Harrison, boy, I'll tell you what, if there's somebody that's on these people as much as I am, it's Harrison Smith.
- 20:34I
- 20:35look. He's got two young children at home. K?
- 20:39Young family.
- 20:41But he he sticks his nose right out there, calls a spade a spade,
- 20:46and god bless you, Harrison Smith.
- 20:48K?
- 20:50So, enough of us get out there. The tide's turning on him.
- 20:54What do you think? I mean, we
- 20:57could get a big crowd of people say,
- 20:59here's how they've enslaved. You always knew you were a slave, didn't you?
- 21:03I mean, you always knew. Y'all you'd say, oh, I'm a financial
- 21:06slave. I'm locked to this debt. Well, yeah, that is. But you're more than a financial slave.
- 21:12You're an actual
- 21:13condition
- 21:14of voluntary servitude,
- 21:16which is legal and lawful under the constitution
- 21:19and is called the English
- 21:21variety
- 21:22of slavery.
- 21:24That's what they call it in the old law books, the English variety
- 21:29of slavery.
- 21:30Now do we understand we got any new folks in today maybe that don't have this background?
- 21:35It's pretty interesting story
- 21:38that you find out that there were
- 21:41feuds,
- 21:42manners as the system developed in England after the down in Europe after the downfall of Rome.
- 21:50That's where this very, very important connection
- 21:54and and and and formula
- 21:58comes from protection for allegiance, allegiance for protection.
- 22:02That is the holy grail of what we're doing because that right there is what gives that bureaucrat over there at that big plush desk
- 22:10with a big plush pension?
- 22:12What gives him the right to alter existing legislation passed by the legislature,
- 22:18signed by the president,
- 22:20and put over to him
- 22:22what gives him the right to alter,
- 22:25change, do anything he wants. So you up until last year for decades
- 22:31with the Chevron deference, what gives that bureaucrat
- 22:35the ability to make man made laws not only apply them but enforce them on little old me and you.
- 22:42There's a question right there.
- 22:44That formula answers that question. Protection for allegiance, allegiance for protection. You got either one of them. The other one is automatically invoked.
- 22:54The person has no option. This isn't a, well, I think I'll give them that now. No. No. No. It ain't that. It's an obligation and a duty. Those are pretty strong words in law.
- 23:06They have a duty to give you that protection.
- 23:09You give them your allegiance when you file that affidavit,
- 23:12their duty. And if they don't know about it, their duty extends to known or should've known.
- 23:18If they're in that elected position, one of these high exalted Putin dates, and they don't understand one of these, well, they need to get their ass back in the law library and learn about it
- 23:29because that's their function. That's their office. You wanna talk about a trader business? That's their trader business. They're supposed to understand the laws and the background on the laws and things no matter how well buried they are
- 23:42of things like allegiance for protection, protection for allegiance.
- 23:46Simple.
- 23:47Doesn't hardly take anything to understand,
- 23:50and you go back and find our position and our statute,
- 23:54a nationalist total allegiance to a small less state. If you didn't know that that not only brings in the word allegiance, it brings in the word protection.
- 24:02And the unspoken says says, hey, mister attorney general of the state,
- 24:07you owe me protection.
- 24:09You owe me protection against intrusive traffic laws upon the federal government applied to residents under the fourteenth amendment.
- 24:16You owe me protection.
- 24:17If if if if my damn governor's going over to India and bringing back 300 mosques and crap and all these people in my state. He's he he he's got a duty to protect us. That doesn't sound like he's protecting you too much to me, Texas.
- 24:36Georgia.
- 24:37Georgia.
- 24:39So, anyway, that's what we do around here. If you're new, we dig deep deep in these. Nobody's ever
- 24:45contradicted
- 24:46on these things right here. This basic legal stuff,
- 24:50no one has ever rebutted
- 24:52or, or contradicted one thing I've said in fifteen years.
- 24:56Well, they might not know about it,
- 24:59but when they go back and look at
- 25:05Guess I should have been exposed to that.
- 25:09So that's what we do, folks. It didn't just be free. You gotta help others be free. It's to Tom Hopkins. The only way to get what I want is to help enough other people get what they want.
- 25:19I wanna be free. I want these son of a bitches of Satan exposed.
- 25:25I wanted to pay some sort of a price.
- 25:27You don't have to wipe them all out. I think at some point, they'll learn.
- 25:32But what point do they learn? How many of them do you have to deal with personally on these other levels here before the rest of the group gets an idea that we ought not to do this to these people? Hey. How about all the Jews in Spain?
- 25:451492.
- 25:47All it did was just get them kicked out of the country,
- 25:50and they had to leave their wealth.
- 25:53They could either die
- 25:55with their wealth. They could leave without their wealth or something. They didn't have very many choices.
- 26:00This is, by the way, the day that
- 26:02Christopher Columbus
- 26:04sailed the oceans blue with his Nina and Pinta Barria
- 26:08with his Jew crew
- 26:10to go find an outlet for the Jews who were having to be forced to leave Spain.
- 26:15And Christopher Columbus had a Jewish background.
- 26:18And that's why when they came to the new world, all the people over here that are Jews and descendants of that, they have their names in row in in flowers,
- 26:27rows, etcetera, etcetera. That's how they identify themselves.
- 26:32So that happened to them. Leave without your wealth,
- 26:35or you you you I guess you can die with it.
- 26:39Eat it. Go ahead. Chew on it. I want you to I want you to chew on one of those emeralds.
- 26:48By the way, Paul, someone sent me or I stumbled into it anyway. I was looking in
- 26:53some of these videos, and this subject came up from a standpoint of genealogical
- 26:58studies,
- 27:00you know, of of the the my my my the female DNA and the male DNA and all that stuff. Paul, you there, or are you off doing something? No. I'm here. Okay. Okay. Well, I was watching these things. You know, the damnedest thing.
- 27:14It's very it was kinda shock to me.
- 27:18As they trace these genealogies
- 27:20back,
- 27:21it goes back to four women
- 27:24on the maternal side,
- 27:26and they're not Jewish.
- 27:29One of them was in Italy,
- 27:31and the other three were in Europe. Predominantly,
- 27:34all of the Jews in the world, their female DNA comes from this one woman in Italy. Not all of them, but all virtually a large percentage.
- 27:42So even in their female
- 27:45is the one that that burst the Jewish nation because you're not a Jew unless a woman burst you. The original women
- 27:53were non Jews.
- 27:56I
- 27:57tell you this is the most convoluted screwed up bunch. Okay?
- 28:01They're marrying within their own ranks. They got producing crazy people.
- 28:06They got stuff like this. And so you're only a Jew if you're born and your mother was a Jew, but if you trace it back, the original
- 28:14Jewish women weren't even Jewish.
- 28:16That's according to this genealogy that I watch.
- 28:20Is that not the damnedest thing?
- 28:22That's Tell me they're not screwed up. They're screwed up from here to nine
- 28:28to you to Mars.
- 28:31And on top of that, all their culture mainly comes out of this damn Babylonian
- 28:37Talmud,
- 28:38the Zohar, the Mishnah, and these books that are well, quite honestly, some of the most vile books have ever been written and printed,
- 28:47quite frankly. Never read them. You never gone in and read any of the Babylonian Talmud, have you? Well,
- 28:54you should do yourself a favor and go read some.
- 28:59Yeah.
- 29:00They say it right in their book.
- 29:05So, anyway, hopefully, the world's gonna deal with these people, folks, because we just I
- 29:12I don't think people wanna live in a world where they're slaves
- 29:16to these freaking satanic monsters.
- 29:20We're better than everybody else. We're than everybody else. Why? Because you're Nephilim?
- 29:25Is that why? Or or or because with your Machiavellian
- 29:30ideas and concepts, you can lie, cheat, murder, and steal, and you know the other people won't because we've actually got a low a line of morals and some ethics that we adhere to, at least somewhat.
- 29:43You don't adhere to any of them except that you're the only ones. You're better than everybody else. You don't have to deal with everybody else because they're lower than you. They're just cows.
- 29:52Moo. Moo.
- 29:55Moo. Moo. They'd like to stick one of those tubes up your ass and and and put a one of those things on your back so you could fart into a damn piece of plastic like the cows do.
- 30:08And then they go
- 30:10bury it and sequester it somewhere underground.
- 30:14Telling you folks,
- 30:18I know you
- 30:20you're gonna have to take a stand. Fortunately,
- 30:23the stand we take here is guaranteed.
- 30:26It doesn't cost you anything.
- 30:28They've never rebutted one. They've never denied one.
- 30:33You just gotta get over whatever's in your mind. You gotta be one of these people that goes, I've been wanting to relieve myself of the burden of these bastards even though I didn't know what it was my whole life, and I'm doing this. And you dive right in the deep into the pool. That's Julie.
- 30:49That's some of our others around here.
- 30:51Or you gotta sit and wait on it. Well,
- 30:54how long you're gonna wait? Well, I'm chewing my cud.
- 30:58Let me ruminate
- 30:59on it. For a little while, it's only been a couple of years.
- 31:03Unknown: Come on.
- 31:05Unknown: And then there's people that are just outright scared and walk away. No. I could I could never do that. What? You could never exercise your own free will.
- 31:17You can never
- 31:19even fathom
- 31:21exercising your own free will
- 31:25and understand that you are live under what set of laws you want to. That's not their choice. It's yours.
- 31:34So those are the obstacles. And let me tell you what, folks. Some people, as you know,
- 31:39they just can't get over them.
- 31:41Unknown: People need to be empowered.
- 31:43Unknown: They cannot get over those obstacles, Paul. Some people not.
- 31:48Unknown: People have been taught their entire lives that somebody else is in control.
- 31:53They're taught that if they wanna speak, they have to raise their hand, like in school. That's where the indoctrination
- 31:58starts. How about how about this one? It's disempowering
- 32:02from age one onward.
- 32:05How about this one? And
- 32:07Unknown: Hey, Paul. Come on. This is ridiculous. You can't fight city hall.
- 32:11Unknown: So I I did it, and I won.
- 32:14Unknown: Yeah. That's not true. Too. Didn't even object to it. They just sat there mute like a bunch of dummies.
- 32:22Unknown: As a citizen,
- 32:24I fought city hall and won.
- 32:29Unknown: I fought the hall and
- 32:31I won. I fought the hall and I
- 32:35won. How about that? Yeah. I fought the hall. I fought the hall. I won.
- 32:40You can win too.
- 32:44Unknown: Now I I was a citizen,
- 32:46and,
- 32:48I still won.
- 32:50I went up against city hall
- 32:52Yeah. And I still won.
- 32:54Yeah. Just because I wasn't gonna back down.
- 32:58No. I know. Oh. Yep. Yep. Damn. You know, I ruined the lives of some people for about a week.
- 33:03Unknown: Yeah. How about, you know, here here the only way you you lose here is you quit or you don't do it.
- 33:10Then you for sure lost because you had one opportunity.
- 33:13It's a rare opportunity that very few people at this point even gotten a shot at and you turned your back on it. Bad
- 33:20choice.
- 33:22Bad choice. People
- 33:24Unknown: here that if they haven't turned their back on it.
- 33:27Unknown: Well, there's some Making a wedge. Oh, no. No. No. We gotta go get the guns, man. That's just a piece of paper. What's all that crap about?
- 33:35Must be pretty powerful. It shuts up the biggest, baddest son bitches ever on the on the block.
- 33:41It must have some kind of wampum,
- 33:44some mojo. We
- 33:47should see if we have some new folks or any questions. Alright. Let's see. Alright. I'm I'm I'll get off my soapbox here and see if there's anybody new with this. I don't wanna scare you away. We'd like to help you, meet you, talk to you, see if we can answer your questions, and get you to a point where you can make an educated decision. I'm not gonna force you to do this.
- 34:06If you don't wanna do it, I'm not gonna force you to do it. There's one right there. We're gonna talk to a nice lady. Good morning.
- 34:13Good morning. This is Heiko again. I'm sharing Heiko. I thought you were down in in Miami.
- 34:20Unknown: I am in Miami, but I'm taking two hours off so I can listen and learn.
- 34:26Unknown: Is that is that your friend's bird in the background there?
- 34:31Unknown: No. I'm actually at my daughter's home, and, yeah, there are birds out here. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. I love birds. I just have a quick question because
- 34:40Unknown: Yes. Let me can can while this moment is while this moment is there with that bird like that, let me can I make an observation? I've thought about a bunch of times.
- 34:48I like to watch golf. You know? I don't play. I'm not, but I like to watch it. And you you get it one of these big golf matches, and it's a big important tee, seventeenth, eighteenth hole, or whatever, and they're all the gallery is piled up at that hole because it's right at the end, and the guy's getting ready to make the shot, and the the guy that oversees is going, quiet, please. And there's some mockingbird.
- 35:10What
- 35:12Unknown: do you mean quiet? I
- 35:15Unknown: just have to laugh at the indignity of those birds.
- 35:19Anyway, Heiko, good to hear you, dear. What is your question?
- 35:23Unknown: So my question is, I I heard yesterday on a show of yours
- 35:29the cover letter.
- 35:31So I wanna I'm inquiring
- 35:33what you mean in the cover letter because Okay. I had mentioned to you guys that that we did the affidavit
- 35:41Unknown: of Yes.
- 35:43Unknown: The affidavit
- 35:44of citizens'
- 35:46evidence.
- 35:47Yes, There is the jurat on it, and then there is this sentence,
- 35:51you know, which I Well on the website. If And there is the appeal.
- 35:56Unknown: So why is covered that or not? Well, if you used our sample affidavit,
- 36:01the jurat is in the first sentence. The jurat is penalty perjury.
- 36:06K? Right. And there's did you know there's two jurats,
- 36:10Heiko? Yes. I do. There's one And I use Okay. You know about two? Well, other than the audience, there's two. It shows you the difference, and it's right there in front of you when you know what you're looking for. You can go over title 28.
- 36:21That's treasury, and in there, the the two jurats, one within The United States and one without The United States.
- 36:29And they're both the exact same thing except the one without The United States outside of it says The United States Of America.
- 36:37That's the only difference.
- 36:39So, yes, that's embedded in our first paragraph there. If you use the one sentence approach,
- 36:45it's not in there. It says you solemnly swear,
- 36:48and that infers it, but it doesn't state it. Okay?
- 36:52So a cover letter is just something very short. Here's where we send them.
- 36:58Send one originally to the secretary of state when you file
- 37:02if you file one that's called the naked affidavit.
- 37:06The helicopter flying in the area here. That's pretty unusual.
- 37:11So that would be the yes.
- 37:14You'll have the affidavit. You're gonna send it to the secretary of state, mister Rubio,
- 37:19and you're just gonna say on the front, please find the enclosed affidavit
- 37:24of citizenship
- 37:26evidence.
- 37:28K?
- 37:29Please adjust
- 37:31my
- 37:32my records accordingly,
- 37:34something to that effect.
- 37:37So it's not complex. It's very the simpler you can make it, the better off you are. They know what these things are by now. K?
- 37:47So that would be not the at the top of that, I guess you could put
- 37:52legal lawful notice.
- 37:56You could put that.
- 37:58We haven't done that before, but you could put that big bold letters.
- 38:03And you could if you wanted to because he is an agency.
- 38:08You could put the, laws of agency statement
- 38:11on there that we put on other ones to the state,
- 38:16and that HICA is very simple.
- 38:19It says,
- 38:20notice to the principal
- 38:23is notice to the agent.
- 38:26Notice to the agent
- 38:29is notice to the principal.
- 38:31You can put that on there. It would apply. They're an agency.
- 38:35They got a bunch of agencies under them,
- 38:38and that's all that is required.
- 38:41Now you don't put a cover letter on it, or I you could get a copy of that one
- 38:47and include it with your affidavit in the passport application,
- 38:51but be sure to have at least the affidavit. You could copy the copy, the cover letter to let them know it's been previously
- 38:58submitted,
- 38:59but put that in the package
- 39:02that you're sending to get your passport.
- 39:05And then you're gonna go Can you okay.
- 39:08Hold on. I'm sorry. You can go back and I
- 39:12I just thought that I only had to submit that that affidavit that the juror had on it. Just one Well, you kinda wanna tell them at least give them some semblance of, hey. This is me, and I'm sending you this. Please do this, and then you leave them alone. It's not any kinda long
- 39:28drafted 20 page letter or anything. It's just simple statements
- 39:32to help give them some guidance. Okay?
- 39:36Unknown: Oh, I see.
- 39:38And do I have to write on top of it affidavit on the cover letter? No?
- 39:44Unknown: No. You're saying What is it? The cover letter, I find the enclosed
- 39:49citizenship
- 39:50evidence
- 39:51affidavit.
- 39:52You're telling them what it is. They know what it is.
- 39:58Okay?
- 40:01Unknown: So
- 40:02I put on top affidavit
- 40:05of citizen
- 40:06Unknown: evidence. That Is that the That of the now we're not talking about the cover letter. We're talking about the affidavit now.
- 40:13At the top of the affidavit,
- 40:15I I would suggest you put what it is. It's an affidavit,
- 40:19or if you want, it's a declaration if you don't get it notarized.
- 40:23Either one. They either one work.
- 40:26Affidavit's
- 40:26better. Affidavit of citizenship evidence
- 40:30at the top bold letter. Citizenship.
- 40:33Unknown: Citizenship
- 40:34evidence.
- 40:35Unknown: Yeah. And we call let me tell you why we use that specifically
- 40:39because in their back office,
- 40:42that's what they refer to the affidavit is.
- 40:45Citizenship
- 40:46evidence.
- 40:47They know the lawyers at the state department
- 40:51very well know what the word evidence means.
- 40:59Mhmm.
- 41:00K.
- 41:01Unknown: So it's affidavit
- 41:03of citizenship
- 41:04evidence.
- 41:05Unknown: Yeah. Look. If you look at the sample, Heiko, on the website there,
- 41:10all can tell us where it is.
- 41:12It it that's how it's headed at the top. You know, any kind of legal
- 41:17document usually has a statement like that. They're somewhere near the top. This affidavit, you're telling them what it is from the start. It's citizenship evidence,
- 41:26and it's an affidavit.
- 41:27Now affidavit
- 41:28carries particularly strong
- 41:31a little bit stronger warm up. Do you understand that, Haika?
- 41:35Unknown: Yeah. I do.
- 41:37Okay.
- 41:38Unknown: So that's why we suggest doing an affidavit, then you can do that cover letter to Rubio.
- 41:43It's just the cover letter and the affidavit
- 41:46initially that go in
- 41:48to them at the state department.
- 41:50Then
- 41:51you can turn around
- 41:53and apply for a passport. You could notify the IRS at the same time. There isn't any real strict
- 42:00order here necessarily.
- 42:02There's a suggested order,
- 42:04and there's a way that we suggest that you do it because it's what we've developed over all these years, and we know it works. If other people wanna go off and do something else, I'm not gonna tell them not to.
- 42:16But this
- 42:17is the way we recommend. Okay? First paragraph is on your status.
- 42:22It's very plain. There's no wiggle room.
- 42:25More importantly,
- 42:26the second paragraph is this IRS stuff, which is one of the main reasons
- 42:30most or many people go through this. And you want it there because it's in your affidavit. So if they come back and try and screw with it,
- 42:39with you on IRS,
- 42:41will you just send them the affidavit back and circle that paragraph so this has not been rebutted
- 42:45or denied by you?
- 42:47So it stands.
- 42:49So you can leverage these things in your favor, my high ICA. K?
- 42:55Unknown: Right. So back to my my question is, do I have to submit a cover letter with the passport application?
- 43:03Unknown: Okay. Now you're gonna need to talk a little bit in the phone because you're faint.
- 43:08You do your question is, do you do you submit a cover letter
- 43:14Unknown: with what?
- 43:16Unknown: Application. No. No. No. You don't. You could if you want to, but you don't have to. Okay.
- 43:23Okay? Yeah. Because in their instructions, it says Yeah.
- 43:28In the instructions, it tells the clerk, you can you can
- 43:32include affid documents
- 43:35documentation including affidavits.
- 43:37And should anybody
- 43:38if this is d s elevens
- 43:40and you gotta go to the post office to get this done and you get any objection from those people because we've had that, you go back and find in the instructions.
- 43:49I can attach affidavits
- 43:51and documentation.
- 43:52It's right here, clerk.
- 43:54Okay?
- 43:55Alright. So just trying to cover the bases here, Heiko.
- 44:00Unknown: So just again, so I don't need a cover letter when I get a passport.
- 44:05I just not need the affidavit of citizenship evidence.
- 44:09Unknown: You if you wanted to put a copy of what you're sending first with the cover letter to the secretary,
- 44:15you can do that,
- 44:16or you can put it just the affidavit in by itself.
- 44:20K. Either way.
- 44:55Okay.
- 44:57Well, sweetie, do you have anything more you need to ask?
- 45:05I could did you have anything else? Thought like my stepdad was. No.
- 45:09Unknown: I'm I got all my questions answered. Thank you so much, and I keep listening. Okay, sweetie. Have a great vacation. Now was that Dave
- 45:17Unknown: that I had there? Dave, was that you?
- 45:25Yikes. I'm having a hard time today. Who'd like to step forward and say something? Somebody was just trying to a minute ago.
- 45:33Paul, what am I doing wrong here?
- 45:38Hell, I don't even have Paul.
- 45:41Okay.
- 45:42Unknown: Well I I just I just had a bunch of music show up, but, apparently, you didn't hear it. I was trying to track it down. I don't know where the hell it was coming from.
- 45:52Unknown: Okay. But
- 45:54Unknown: Well, it's gone now.
- 45:56Would somebody like to come on play music for us for us? No.
- 46:00You can do wanna play name or do the radio ranch name that tune? Would would you like to do that? The Roger.
- 46:07Yes. Is that Dave? No.
- 46:11Unknown: It's Rich in Huntsville. Oh,
- 46:13Unknown: hello, Rich. How are you doing?
- 46:18Okay. Can can you hear me okay on this new phone phone? Yeah. You don't need to yell. Than the old one. Calm down. Don't yell. You're much better than the old one. No yelling. Just talk normally.
- 46:30Okay. How can we what can we do you for, Rich? You just wanna test your phone or what?
- 46:37Unknown: No. I wanted I wanted to ask Heikka
- 46:41how she
- 46:42learned about your,
- 46:46Unknown: little program.
- 46:48Unknown: I okay. I I that's a good question. Heiko, are you still there, sweetie? Rich and probably others in the audience. Here, but I but I but I couldn't hear the full question. Well, he was asking I learned what I was he was asking how you found out how you found us.
- 47:05Unknown: You know, I don't even remember. I found you guys in 2021.
- 47:10Unknown: Oh, that's right. It was a while back.
- 47:12Unknown: I stumbled,
- 47:14about this interview you gave with what is her name? Siminola's?
- 47:20Siminola.
- 47:21Sarah West Sarah Westall? No. No. No. No. That is that lady in Chicago,
- 47:27the
- 47:28Unknown: Minnesota.
- 47:29Unknown: Our interview.
- 47:31Deanna Spangola?
- 47:33Unknown: Yeah. Deanna.
- 47:34Diana. Oh, she's gone now. I stopped working on that.
- 47:40Unknown: And and then I started researching
- 47:43everything, and everything made 100
- 47:47a sense.
- 47:48You know? But, see, my son was not ready to do that, and now he is in a job.
- 47:55He is an independent contractor.
- 47:58Yeah. And he now has to pay
- 48:01his own,
- 48:03you know, taxes to the IRS.
- 48:06And I approached him again, and I said, look. I said, I got a way for you to get out of this.
- 48:13And this time,
- 48:14he was fully on board. And so now we are doing this,
- 48:19you know, because,
- 48:21you know
- 48:22yeah. It you know, there is a real incentive now for him. You see what I'm saying? It's a it's a taxes are a common denominator
- 48:31Unknown: issue.
- 48:32Everybody's
- 48:33concerned about their pocketbook, and that's why they use the tax issue to try and introduce
- 48:38the total tyranny issue. And a lot of people like John say, hey. Look. This isn't about taxes.
- 48:44It's just that taxes are the way a prism for you to look through eventually, even though you might not do it initially,
- 48:50and realize that this is far bigger than taxes down the road. It's liberty. You see, John Exactly.
- 48:57John thought that, that he could take this complex tax code
- 49:02and teach and show you what all they're doing and that the people would get disgusted and rise up and throw the yoke off.
- 49:10Folks, you can't get people's attention to learn all this tax stuff. It's just too complex and cumbersome.
- 49:17Look at how we take our stuff and break this down just I mean, you know, they tricked us all into being Jim Crow. How how how how much simpler can it be?
- 49:31How much simpler can it be?
- 49:34They made us. They tricked us all into being Jim Crow. Oh.
- 49:39And you can go you want you don't believe me? Let me show you. Title 42.
- 49:46You you came up the other day, 1982,
- 49:491983,
- 49:50civil citizen of The United States have all the same privileges and immunities as the white citizen.
- 49:56That's white citizen as in
- 49:59white opposite Jim Crow,
- 50:01as in white state Christian citizen.
- 50:04That's what that is right there in the code, sir. I'm gonna show you. This is what they've done. They've made us all the first one, but here's the reference to the second one. Tell me.
- 50:14What happened to Whitey and Jim Crow? Where'd he go?
- 50:18Good. He he's just disappeared.
- 50:23They threw a little magic a little magic on him, and he just disappeared.
- 50:28His whiteness went to opaqueness.
- 50:33Right there.
- 50:36Just gotta find the right person.
- 50:38You know? And if somebody says no, it's what they used to tell us in sales was,
- 50:42you know, just every time you hit a no,
- 50:45you're just that much closer to a yes.
- 50:48Because you're gonna get one. You just gotta go through enough people to get it.
- 50:53I'm always impressed
- 50:56down here because of my
- 50:58association with sales and marketing most of my life.
- 51:02I'm impressed with the way some of these young kids
- 51:06are out hustling stuff here, and they just get, you know, pop whatever on their because somebody's hustling something everywhere.
- 51:13At the traffic light, they got water,
- 51:15whole halado,
- 51:17which is ice cream.
- 51:18They carry these coolers, and you can buy ice cream right at the traffic light or kids on the street.
- 51:24And you tell them no. They go, okay. Well, whatever. They're just on their way. They don't take, umbrage to it. Some people can't stand that. They can't stand being told no.
- 51:34So it's just part of, going through it. You'll get you'll eventually get to a yes.
- 51:39And you might get you a whole covey of yeses.
- 51:42Who knows?
- 51:43But I do know this. We got some powerful wampum here. We got the mojo.
- 51:48We got our enemies mojo. They're scared to death of it. All we got to do, they're scared to death of normal,
- 51:54the numbers of populace,
- 51:56just because they're stupid and they got numbers.
- 52:00What if they get numbers of educated people with this information?
- 52:04They're in big trouble, folks. They're already in big trouble. I think they you know, they're so well isolated in their
- 52:12white
- 52:13towers
- 52:14and their separation
- 52:16from a common people that are so petty
- 52:19that they just lose touch with what's happening. Bam. A fire explodes on them. That's what's gonna happen. It's already happening. A 100,000
- 52:26in Albania
- 52:27the last couple of days to
- 52:29to because they don't want the Kushners and these world Jews coming out of the and they oh, oh, guess who else is this
- 52:37president Albania's
- 52:38big buddy, Paul? He's got now his big buddies with the Kirchners and with the Rothschilds evidently.
- 52:44Guess who else's big buddies over there spending
- 52:47all kinds of time over there lately? George
- 52:50Soros'
- 52:51son.
- 52:52And when he goes to Albania,
- 52:54he doesn't stay in a hotel.
- 52:56He stays in the mansion
- 52:59that was the former hideous communist dictator's mansion for him and his buddies. So Soros,
- 53:05we went over there a lot lately because he likes it.
- 53:09When he goes over there, he stays in the ex dictator's
- 53:14house, mansion,
- 53:16whatever the hell it is.
- 53:18So you got Rothschild,
- 53:21you got Kirschner,
- 53:23and you got Soros
- 53:25all going over to the same little country.
- 53:28I think it might be worth looking into.
- 53:32Just a suspicion
- 53:34on my part, of course.
- 53:36No educated guess or anything.
- 53:42Oh, folks.
- 53:43It's just something there's
- 53:46somebody right there. Is that William?
- 53:49Unknown: It's it's it's Rich
- 53:51Unknown: and Huntsville. Again. No. I don't recognize you because you're I don't
- 53:56recognize you because you're audible now.
- 53:59Yes, sir. Go ahead.
- 54:04Unknown: When I was,
- 54:06stationed in Munich, Germany,
- 54:08I remember when Armand Hammer
- 54:12had flown over to,
- 54:15Moscow,
- 54:17and
- 54:18I think he was over there for
- 54:20quite a few months.
- 54:22He was the only person hearing again.
- 54:25Unknown: He was
- 54:26I'm gonna interrupt him, and he was the only person author he was the only person authorized to do business with communist Russia.
- 54:37Unknown: Right. Arm and hammer. He was he was buddies with rock corrosion.
- 54:42Oh, yeah. All that good stuff. But Oh, yeah.
- 54:46Yeah. And then and then,
- 54:49I think about
- 54:51six months later is when the wall came down.
- 54:54That was in '89.
- 54:55Unknown: Mhmm.
- 54:56Could be. I remember there was a pro there was a program on PBS years ago called the seven sisters,
- 55:02like the history of the oil industry.
- 55:05And, there was a guy after he died,
- 55:09they were talking to the CFO,
- 55:11the chief financial officer of the company that he left. That's Arm and Hammer baking soda too, by the way, if you don't know. Arm and Hammer, big Jew. Just I tried to get rich in everything, and finally, had baking soda and oil.
- 55:27And, Libya, I believe, was one of his big oil
- 55:31depots,
- 55:32rich and oil. You know, Libya has some of the Swedish crude in the world.
- 55:37So, anyway, they were interviewing the chief financial officer of his company,
- 55:42and I remember a statement that he made. I'll never forget it. And he said that, well, you got a question. And the guy said, he wasn't immoral.
- 55:53He was amoral.
- 55:56He just didn't cross the boundary. He had no morality.
- 56:01But the the chief financial officer of the company, he was also the only person authorized,
- 56:06if I remember correctly,
- 56:07to do business with communist Russia.
- 56:12So anything else, Rich? Thanks for bringing up that.
- 56:17Unknown: Yeah. Sure. One of the, oh, one of the other, things
- 56:20that, I
- 56:22remembered
- 56:23when I applied for my first passport.
- 56:27I was in a place I was, in a place called Baumholder,
- 56:31Germany,
- 56:32at that time.
- 56:34And
- 56:35I remember
- 56:38sign or seeing a document
- 56:41that was the,
- 56:43the jurat
- 56:45of,
- 56:46title,
- 56:47either it was either title eight or title 28,
- 56:51US
- 56:52code
- 56:53Well seventeen forty six dash one, I think it was. That's that's 28.
- 56:59Unknown: That's 28 where the two juror acts are, section seventeen forty six,
- 57:04one within The United States,
- 57:06one without The United States. The only difference, as I said a minute ago, without The United States, it says of America.
- 57:14They're your national. United States Of America.
- 57:18I'm a USA.
- 57:20I'm an American national, and don't let these damn bureaucrats
- 57:24buffalo you.
- 57:27Unknown: Right. And and it was a question back in '87. I don't know. I don't and I don't know if it was because I was over in Europe at the time when I applied for the passport
- 57:38because we were
- 57:39as a soldier, we were all under status of forces agreement,
- 57:43so we didn't have passports.
- 57:45Or we you know, you could
- 57:47get one
- 57:48after the fact. But, yeah, I remember when I when I filled out the application
- 57:55for a passport so I could go over to Czechoslovakia,
- 57:59that
- 58:01I literally
- 58:02saw that, and it was it was set
- 58:05as a question.
- 58:07And I had just read
- 58:10I don't know if it was Eustace Eustace Mullen's book or or
- 58:14or America Throw Off the Yoke. I can't remember, but it it it
- 58:19it it said
- 58:21that
- 58:23when you,
- 58:25do documents and stuff, make sure that you
- 58:31you're with in The United States Of America,
- 58:35not The US.
- 58:36Because when you say that you're a US citizen,
- 58:40you fall under the
- 58:42the
- 58:43auspice of the district of Columbia and its
- 58:46Well
- 58:48Unknown: arsenals and and other types of Ports and arsenals
- 58:54and needful buildings.
- 58:56If you've got an affidavit
- 58:58in doing something like using the wrong juror at is not gonna overcome your affidavit.
- 59:04K?
- 59:05So that's just a a it's a difference that's right there. I try to use of America. I don't,
- 59:12when I do things, don't do that sort of thing very often,
- 59:15but you need to be aware of it. But it's not gonna trip you up and step on a landmine and throw you back into slavery.
- 59:21And some of our people think that they can do that, that they can do something here or do something there, and it's gonna cancel their affidavit.
- 59:27They can't cancel your affidavit without you
- 59:31canceling it.
- 59:35K?
- 59:37Thank you, Rich. Anything else?
- 59:42Bring up something?
- 59:44Maybe,
- 59:48Unknown: there was a a
- 59:50as I say, there's
- 59:52on YouTube somewhere, there's a
- 59:56there's a site that's done by this
- 59:59I don't know if he's retired cop or what, but,
- 1:00:02he keeps on covering these
- 1:00:05these,
- 1:00:06the
- 1:00:07film cam the the cameras that these police have on their,
- 1:00:12uniforms now,
- 1:00:14they they're recording pulling over,
- 1:00:17people for whatever type of moving violations,
- 1:00:22and he calls them sovereign citizen
- 1:00:27pullovers.
- 1:00:28And, it's it's interesting to watch the interaction between the, you know, the police and and the, quote,
- 1:00:37people that they automatically
- 1:00:39deem
- 1:00:40sovereign
- 1:00:41citizens.
- 1:00:43And you can tell by,
- 1:00:45you know, their reactions to the police when they come up and ask for their information
- 1:00:51or why they don't have a
- 1:00:53driver's,
- 1:00:54tag
- 1:00:56or etcetera, etcetera. But I
- 1:01:00think it'd be interesting for for people to,
- 1:01:03when they do have the time to to go on to the that YouTube site and
- 1:01:10learn how the police
- 1:01:13are
- 1:01:14identifying
- 1:01:16people that they suspect to be, quote,
- 1:01:19sovereign citizens.
- 1:01:21Unknown: And Well, you need to give us this channel first, Rich. You need to give us his channel. Just can't say get over to YouTube. Is that that guy from Texas?
- 1:01:30Like, Lee Craig or whatever his name
- 1:01:34Unknown: No. No. No. No. No.
- 1:01:37Unknown: This guy's
- 1:01:39sir his his
- 1:01:40call sign is sergeant Curtis,
- 1:01:42I believe.
- 1:01:44Okay.
- 1:01:45Unknown: Sergeant Curtis' channel?
- 1:01:47Unknown: It's
- 1:01:50Sergeant
- 1:01:50Curtis'
- 1:01:51what you type up in the search, and then I usually just put a slash and then sovereigns you know, the funniest sovereign
- 1:01:59citizen
- 1:02:02arrests because
- 1:02:04most
- 1:02:05every one of them actually winds up these guy you know, these folks get arrested. And it's pretty it's pretty sad because I'm I mean, I've seen I've seen some of these these sheriffs and
- 1:02:17police officers
- 1:02:19ruin
- 1:02:21families'
- 1:02:23days.
- 1:02:24Perfect. I mean,
- 1:02:26they they wind up
- 1:02:28you know, these some of these people have have children in their arms. You know? And they
- 1:02:34they wind up confiscating their vehicles and
- 1:02:38them having to go to the get dropped off at a courthouse somewhere Yeah. And then have to call a bonding
- 1:02:45Unknown: agent to That's why they dropped the IQ for for for policemen to a 100. They if you got over a 100 IQ,
- 1:02:53they won't hire you.
- 1:02:57Unknown: Right. So, Jackson, I haven't heard what you're saying. And I will
- 1:03:02Unknown: Go ahead, Rich.
- 1:03:05Unknown: Yeah. Years years years ago on RBN,
- 1:03:09there were a couple of
- 1:03:11ex,
- 1:03:12police officers, and they were saying the exact same thing
- 1:03:16that
- 1:03:18the SPLC
- 1:03:19basically got involved with the Yep.
- 1:03:22Policies and stuff of your police forces all over the country.
- 1:03:27Unknown: Yep. They send them out a monthly magazine.
- 1:03:30Yeah. They send them out a monthly magazines.
- 1:03:33Send the if the chief wants to, they'll send them all over there to Israel so
- 1:03:39that the IDF can train them. Bunch of police say,
- 1:03:43hold divisions have been trained over in Israel now, folks. They got less than a 100 IQ,
- 1:03:48and they got a gun on their hip. Do you wanna argue with those folks on the side of the road?
- 1:03:54I don't think so.
- 1:03:57Not a good idea.
- 1:03:58George Bush George
- 1:04:00George Bush said wouldn't be prudent. Wouldn't be prudent.
- 1:04:06Unknown: Yeah. And that's that's the information that I I hope that would somehow
- 1:04:10get out to all the people that are
- 1:04:13they're trying
- 1:04:14to
- 1:04:15find out what the matrix
- 1:04:17is.
- 1:04:19And Yeah.
- 1:04:20They're they're going about it the wrong way.
- 1:04:23Unknown: And Boy, are they? Well, they it's like you say,
- 1:04:26That's the history of the patriot community right there. Why are they going at it the wrong way, Rich?
- 1:04:33Why?
- 1:04:34Because everything's
- 1:04:35built on the dialectics.
- 1:04:37That's their whole program.
- 1:04:39So automatically,
- 1:04:41we're always going the wrong way.
- 1:04:49Unknown: So, yes,
- 1:04:51I agree. And
- 1:04:55it'd be nice it'd be nice to you know, for people to make a comment on this this,
- 1:05:01sergeant's,
- 1:05:03Curtis's
- 1:05:03page,
- 1:05:06and
- 1:05:07maybe there might be some people out there that
- 1:05:11might get the message
- 1:05:13Unknown: on don't argue with the, you know, pop on the side of the road and you get
- 1:05:18Unknown: take care of this stuff. Thomas Payne, what did he say? The pen is mightier than the sword.
- 1:05:24And what what you've been offering to the people out there who will just, you know, listen
- 1:05:30is
- 1:05:31is just that. The pen is mightier than the sword. Take care of this stuff
- 1:05:36before it even gets into court.
- 1:05:39Unknown: Well, I can't no way beat the New World Order on the battlefield,
- 1:05:43but I can beat them with one piece of paper in one sentence.
- 1:05:49Unknown: Yes. And that I agree. And that's the,
- 1:05:53and,
- 1:05:55one of my experiences
- 1:05:56when I went to court,
- 1:06:00the day before because, you know, it's a learning process for all of us, and everybody kinda gets in different type of situations depending upon the municipalities
- 1:06:09and things. But
- 1:06:12a couple,
- 1:06:13back in '22, I filed my affidavit
- 1:06:16with the county recorder's office.
- 1:06:19And so before I was going to court the next day, I went to the counter recorder's office
- 1:06:24to ask for a copy,
- 1:06:27which I had at the house somewhere, but I I just couldn't find it. But
- 1:06:33when they went to look for it, they couldn't find it. And I'm like,
- 1:06:37you mean I paid $25
- 1:06:39to file an affidavit
- 1:06:43and you can't find it?
- 1:06:45And they said, well,
- 1:06:47wait a minute. We'll we'll
- 1:06:49look dig deeper.
- 1:06:51And then they came back, and
- 1:06:54this
- 1:06:55clerk this clerk read part of my affidavit,
- 1:06:59and she read out loud. And there were about six other
- 1:07:03people in this office notice to the agent as,
- 1:07:08notice to the principal, notice to principals, notice to the agent.
- 1:07:11And she read that out loud.
- 1:07:13And,
- 1:07:15I asked also,
- 1:07:17how
- 1:07:19do I get this to the judge that I'm supposed to be going
- 1:07:23to tomorrow?
- 1:07:24Is there some kind of, like, you guys have some kind of a,
- 1:07:29air tank that that that shoots this this affidavit
- 1:07:33in a tube to the judge's office?
- 1:07:36And they said, no.
- 1:07:38We
- 1:07:39don't know. That's
- 1:07:40Unknown: that's your responsibility,
- 1:07:42buddy. But that's That ain't that ain't their responsibility.
- 1:07:46Theirs is to take your $25
- 1:07:48and file your documents.
- 1:07:49You should have been given, I would think, a copy
- 1:07:53with all the stamps on it. Book so and so, page so and so. You can pay extra and have the clerk of court
- 1:08:01stamp it, which just means that the clerk of the court is saying, yes. This is in the the page in the book. K? So they they should have some of that information on there already, Rich.
- 1:08:14Unknown: And I did. I as I said, I had a copy at home with all that stuff,
- 1:08:19properly,
- 1:08:20marked.
- 1:08:22But
- 1:08:23as I say, it was a learning experience because I wanted to Yeah. I wanted to find out how the judge
- 1:08:30was to get that affidavit
- 1:08:32Unknown: You you gotta give it to him. Going there. Was that some You gotta give it to him, bitch. You gotta give it to him. You gotta give it to him. It's your freedom. Right. You're making the declaration.
- 1:08:45You gotta go file it with the court,
- 1:08:48with your other paperwork. Right.
- 1:08:53Unknown: I I got I got you. I I got you.
- 1:08:57But just remember, there's other people that are listening that might not know that,
- 1:09:02and
- 1:09:03I took the documentation
- 1:09:05with me
- 1:09:07just in case.
- 1:09:09But
- 1:09:10when
- 1:09:11I was thinking when they were reading that out in the county recorder's office, you know, notice the agent, notice the principal.
- 1:09:20I'm some people would think, well, the judge ought to know or been sent that information
- 1:09:26because they're the principal. Correct?
- 1:09:29Unknown: Yeah. But it's not their duty or the other people's duty to inform them of your political status, Rich. It's your duty.
- 1:09:39You're the one that's gotta make the objection
- 1:09:42that this is a jurisdictional thing. And if they can't overcome that,
- 1:09:48the the the proceeding does not go forward. They're not supposed to.
- 1:09:54Unknown: Right. So, yeah, everything turned out successful the next day. Okay. So, you know, I did have my I
- 1:10:02Unknown: did have my information with me.
- 1:10:05I don't deal any government
- 1:10:09person that does not receive a copy of my affidavit.
- 1:10:14If I'm gonna have some kind of discourse with them, they're gonna get a copy of that right out front. That's just my personal,
- 1:10:22creed.
- 1:10:23I want all of them. I don't think they can see enough of these things.
- 1:10:28I think we ought to make it all where we Roger. Go through the whole process once a year just so we reshuffle
- 1:10:35it in front of them.
- 1:10:37Yeah. I think that Samuel wants to say something. Hold on, Rich. Yes, Samuel. I believe that was you. Right?
- 1:10:44Unknown: Yeah. Thanks.
- 1:10:45You know, Rich has told the story before, and I think what he's saying, Roger, is that
- 1:10:50they got a copy or they let the no they did let the judge know. I think isn't that the bottom line,
- 1:10:57Rich?
- 1:10:59Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:11:02Unknown: Okay. Well, I don't remember the story, but they got no duty to show the judge anything.
- 1:11:08Unknown: But it sounds like they they took took that
- 1:11:11agency
- 1:11:13Unknown: and got it to the judge. Oh, yeah. They have. I don't know. Is that what happened, Rich?
- 1:11:24Rich, is that what happened?
- 1:11:27They got the people in there?
- 1:11:29They got it to the judge, and the case turned out in your favor. Right?
- 1:11:34Okay. Well, they had no duty to do that even though that may have been what their their motivation, Samuel. Sure could have been.
- 1:11:42But,
- 1:11:43regardless
- 1:11:44one And of the other and one of the other things is when when I,
- 1:11:49Unknown: I tried to retrieve
- 1:11:51the, affidavit
- 1:11:53at the counter recorder's
- 1:11:55office,
- 1:11:56You know, as I say, it's a learning process. I'm I'm trying to find out how all this stuff administratively
- 1:12:04works,
- 1:12:05and they couldn't find my affidavit.
- 1:12:08But when they then they said, wait. We'll go look at another place,
- 1:12:13come to find out
- 1:12:15that it was filed under miscellaneous
- 1:12:19Unknown: Yeah. Documents.
- 1:12:20Unknown: Well, they didn't know what to do with it. So that was
- 1:12:25Unknown: right. So
- 1:12:26they they probably figured, well, we'll file it. So
- 1:12:31Unknown: nobody will ever see this thing because they don't want they don't want this getting out. Yeah. Okay. Well, let me tell you how you go in and correct them on that.
- 1:12:39You ask one question.
- 1:12:42Where do you file your IRS
- 1:12:45notices of liens?
- 1:12:47File it there.
- 1:12:52Unknown: Got this? Yes.
- 1:12:55Unknown: Yeah. Was that, Rick? I think that's Rick. Yeah.
- 1:13:01Unknown: Hey, man. I filed lots of things at the county.
- 1:13:05And when you file something,
- 1:13:07make of course, make sure it's filled out properly.
- 1:13:09And if there's a question, ask the clerk. You know, how do I fill this out or whatever? What's the proper form? Anyway, when they file something,
- 1:13:16you request, they give you they tell you where it is.
- 1:13:20Unknown: Supposed to stamp it on a copy for you.
- 1:13:24Unknown: Well, the stamp is just to say that it's received by the clerk. But I used to get I used to file plats,
- 1:13:31and I would give them my email, and they would send me an email telling me where it was filled. It'll take me a couple of days to
- 1:13:38in my county to to file it.
- 1:13:42And they tell you where it's filed.
- 1:13:44K? What book, what category, what book, what page?
- 1:13:48That's all you gotta do. Just make sure you get where it was filed. Yep.
- 1:13:54Unknown: Now if you go in, this is some if we got, like, we got Haika here.
- 1:13:59I don't want Haika thinking she's gotta go and file this stuff at the county recorder's office because you don't,
- 1:14:06but you can.
- 1:14:08Like I thought like to tell people, Haika, if it makes you sleep better at night, if it's on file there in the county, then you go pay the $25
- 1:14:17or whatever and get it done. It's not critical.
- 1:14:20Used to be, that's what we were taught.
- 1:14:23Because I should go back to this story for those of you who may be new like Heiko.
- 1:14:29You see the whole the I believe, I truly believe
- 1:14:33that if John and Glenn,
- 1:14:36my teachers,
- 1:14:37would have figured out this exit hole
- 1:14:40through the secretary of state
- 1:14:42to see that's what they had us do to fulfill the requirements
- 1:14:47of filing the affidavit.
- 1:14:49They had us file it in the county where we were born
- 1:14:53or the county where we lived. I did both.
- 1:14:57K?
- 1:14:58So,
- 1:14:59what
- 1:15:00happened was that's carried
- 1:15:03over.
- 1:15:04Well, that was fine. Nobody ever I mean, I remember when I took that five page affidavit in, she said, you wanna file this? I said, yeah. It's $25.
- 1:15:12It's back in the nineties. $25
- 1:15:15was a lot to me back then,
- 1:15:17but I did it. We went and ran it in the newspaper.
- 1:15:20Me and my buddy, Ron Brown, we both did everything. We covered every base that we could cover. We filed it in the Cobb County property records where I lived, and we put it in the Cobb County paper in the legal section. We did everything,
- 1:15:33but they didn't know to send it to the secretary of state.
- 1:15:38If they would have known that,
- 1:15:42we may live in a different world today.
- 1:15:45That one simple thing.
- 1:15:48Because you see, then they couldn't have come and raided them. They couldn't have come and done everything.
- 1:15:53It was that one link of knowledge that they missed.
- 1:15:58I swear to you, we could live in a different world today.
- 1:16:02One thing right there. Well, that's what we've got now, and we've gotta go back out and read and array it and and get
- 1:16:09get people to understand it, or else we're just gonna be talking to god's people. We're gonna be the remnant. And if that's what this is and all it is,
- 1:16:18I I I'm I'm alright with it. Yes. Who's who said Roger there?
- 1:16:23Unknown: Samuel,
- 1:16:25do you remember the story that I mean, my point here is gonna be,
- 1:16:29I think every state and every county is gonna be different on their filing. They are. Yes.
- 1:16:35And,
- 1:16:36like, I remember Daryl telling the story. He went down to to give his county recorder the affidavit. He was sitting down at the desk with her having a little bit of a conversation.
- 1:16:47And he he said, well, aren't you gonna read it? And she says, it's none of my business.
- 1:16:52Unknown: There you go. I remember that. Okay. In California,
- 1:16:56Unknown: if they don't have a category
- 1:16:59to put a document,
- 1:17:01they won't file it
- 1:17:03or record it.
- 1:17:05So what you gotta do is you gotta pick a category
- 1:17:08that they do file in and then use attachments
- 1:17:12to that document
- 1:17:14in order to get it recorded.
- 1:17:17Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:17:19Unknown: So there is no for that, miss Eleni, because that's basically what they were telling me is if we have all these categories
- 1:17:26to file things in,
- 1:17:28you know, we're never gonna find it.
- 1:17:33Unknown: Say,
- 1:17:34well, maybe you need indexes.
- 1:17:37Now what happened was that was going along, and most people never had a problem
- 1:17:42There's none of these county recorders that seen anything like that before.
- 1:17:47And then remember that song? And then along came Jones.
- 1:17:52Remember that? Yeah.
- 1:17:54And then this is along came Tim Turner.
- 1:17:57Along came Tim Turner,
- 1:18:00and he's going around midnight town to town. Hey. Hey, Samuel.
- 1:18:04Tim Tim's gonna be in town tomorrow night at midnight. We're all gonna meet down at the cafe. Okay? That kind of thing. And then he gets their money, and he boof, bambooz out of town. Well, he was the one that was telling him to file all these UCC forms.
- 1:18:19And all of a sudden, all these UCC one forms and stuff, people go in. Can you file these?
- 1:18:24And then the whole thing blew up when he got arrested and all that. This is where the Southern Poverty Law Center
- 1:18:32got the term fabricated
- 1:18:34it sovereign citizen.
- 1:18:37They fabricated
- 1:18:39that. Is that a straw man against what we're doing here, nationals?
- 1:18:43Is that what that was? Because so did Robert Dawson or knew very well about this from the beginning.
- 1:18:48K?
- 1:18:49So I don't know, but that's where it came from. So it's just like with William.
- 1:18:55He's the he he just got a hearing.
- 1:18:58He was ruled against in a hearing
- 1:19:01and got charged $4,500
- 1:19:04or something with attorney's fees
- 1:19:06and charged with an entity that does not exist.
- 1:19:12That prosecutor
- 1:19:13charged him, and he was convicted
- 1:19:15on being a sovereign citizen
- 1:19:17of which there's no legal entity definition,
- 1:19:21court case referral,
- 1:19:23or anything else except to throw a case out probably.
- 1:19:27That's all that. But that went on. It's got $4,500
- 1:19:30in attorney's fees out of a fake entity
- 1:19:33used by the prosecutor because they don't wanna face this. And William, thank god, is going to appeal this, at least try and rub their nose in it a little bit. Is the appellate level in Georgia? I mean, I I grant you, Rick. Georgia's a hell of a lot more corrupt than it was when I lived there,
- 1:19:52or at least it's a little more public.
- 1:19:55Okay? But is the appellate level court in Georgia gonna,
- 1:19:59side with a judge that ruled on an entity that does not exist anywhere?
- 1:20:06Well, I don't know. I guess we'll see, won't we? And I boy, I applaud William for having the guts and the gall and the determination
- 1:20:14to, attack this and stick with it like a bulldog.
- 1:20:18K?
- 1:20:20That's why if you're gonna go do some of these things, you gotta be ready for these oh, well, you're 4,500
- 1:20:26in in legal fees. Well, fortunately,
- 1:20:29Williams got a buddy with some bucks. Hey, Robert. He said this this needs to be confronted, and and I'll I'll pay those for you. Let's confront it.
- 1:20:37Yes. Who's that?
- 1:20:40Unknown: It's Rich again. Can,
- 1:20:43can we find out
- 1:20:45when this,
- 1:20:47this court,
- 1:20:48date's supposed to take place so
- 1:20:50people can show up and, you know, and take hold of him?
- 1:20:55Unknown: No. Because it's not that type of a thing. It's more of a paper shuffle.
- 1:21:00It's not a hearing to my knowledge. It's a paper shuffle. Okay?
- 1:21:04And that's what's happening. These people, they get up in these upper levels, and they just exchange the paper.
- 1:21:10Now at the 11th Circuit
- 1:21:12in Atlanta,
- 1:21:13the old post office building, you can go in there.
- 1:21:17What a magnificent
- 1:21:18building that is. Oh, magnificent.
- 1:21:21So, anyway, applause to William. They'll determine something. We'll see if it's a hot potato to them. If you'll remember the story,
- 1:21:30he was having the discussion with the judge. And the minute William said, no. This is political because they're talking about the term resident.
- 1:21:38Said, no. This is political. That's when the judge said, nope. Boom. Shut it down right there.
- 1:21:43Judges are, they don't wanna get over in that territory.
- 1:21:49And and if you take it just like the sixteenth amendment, you take this issue and throw it to the legislature,
- 1:21:55they're gonna say, no. This is a judicial issue, and they're gonna throw it right back at you. And you're gonna go, no. No. This is a legislative issue, and you're gonna throw it at them. And it's it's hot potato.
- 1:22:07Nobody wants to deal with it.
- 1:22:09Unknown: Roger?
- 1:22:10Yes.
- 1:22:12The
- 1:22:12answer to that is the that's evidence to William's claim that he has a choice.
- 1:22:19That's what political means.
- 1:22:22Unknown: Yeah. Choice. Well, I I'm sure of that, but you see the judiciary doesn't wanna deal with that. They wanna deal with law.
- 1:22:29And that and and whether he didn't do that complete enough for him or whatever because as we're coming to understand,
- 1:22:37this whole thing hinges.
- 1:22:39I'm coming to understand after all these years, Samuel,
- 1:22:43the whole thing hinges on that term resident.
- 1:22:47And it hinges on it, and they're gonna always apply
- 1:22:51the ambassadorial
- 1:22:52definition
- 1:22:53because that's the legal lawful definition.
- 1:22:56K?
- 1:22:57And and they're gonna always try and buff you
- 1:23:01and and say, no. You stupid. It's a geographical.
- 1:23:04It's all these man made stipulations
- 1:23:07or it's not.
- 1:23:09And that that seems to me to be the main pivot point that they're using. K?
- 1:23:14So very interesting after all these years. I knew the term resident was important,
- 1:23:19but I never understood its total importance as much as I do lately, and we still might not understand its total importance.
- 1:23:27But we got a better hand on the company. Yes, Rick.
- 1:23:32Unknown: If
- 1:23:33you
- 1:23:35have a case or something and you produce a copy of a affidavit you sent to the US secretary of state, they may ignore it, which has been done. But if you file
- 1:23:46at the courthouse,
- 1:23:48that is automatic
- 1:23:49legal evidence.
- 1:23:52And you get a copy that has the stamp and hand it to the prosecutor
- 1:23:58and hand it to the judge if you can. Well They have to hurt you. Well, can't hurt you so the public record It has more weight.
- 1:24:06Has more weight. Uh-huh.
- 1:24:08Unknown: Okay.
- 1:24:09Well, I did that years ago, and then we got away from it. I don't know whether to tell you to do it or not. It comes back to, you know, my standard question. How well do you like to sleep at night? If it bothers you, if that thing's not foul, will you go down there and get and do the best you can to get it done? Now hold on. Here's the problem. Thank you, Tim Turner,
- 1:24:28again,
- 1:24:29because you may be lucky and live in one of those counties where you go in there and try and file it, and they call the FBI sovereign citizen squad on you.
- 1:24:39Oh, why don't you go out of lunch and come back? And when you come back, the sheriff's sitting there waiting for you, and we've had that happen.
- 1:24:49In Augusta,
- 1:24:50William. Hey, Rod. North Augusta. In North Augusta.
- 1:24:54Yes, Dave. Hey, Dave. How you doing, bud? Hey. Okay.
- 1:24:58Unknown: I had a guy at my gate last week, this black foreigner
- 1:25:04honking his horn at my closed gate. This is 300 feet from the street up to the inside gate and at at the street,
- 1:25:13about 25
- 1:25:15feet in,
- 1:25:16I got two cedar posts, you know, on either side of the driveway
- 1:25:20without a gate, but one of them has a legal lawful notice
- 1:25:26a warning,
- 1:25:27no trespass,
- 1:25:28and it lists
- 1:25:30people like
- 1:25:32people trying to serve, you know, process
- 1:25:35papers or whatever.
- 1:25:37All these government agencies,
- 1:25:39Well, he he didn't see the sign. He drove to my gate and honked the horn.
- 1:25:44And my brother's like, there's some black guy out there honking the horn.
- 1:25:48And I I went to the front door and I you know, you could see him and he could see me.
- 1:25:55And and I said, what do you want?
- 1:25:58He said, oh, I got a paper for I got a document for mister David.
- 1:26:05And I said, what kind of document?
- 1:26:08Oh, from the county.
- 1:26:10And I said and I forgot about my sign, you know. It's so stupid.
- 1:26:15I should have said, you see that sign out there? You better go read it because you're not you're not allowed to come in my property unless you give me $5,000.
- 1:26:24Well, I didn't say that, but I said, no, we don't want any get out of here.
- 1:26:29And so he he backed out
- 1:26:31and he oh, I guess he parked at the ditch
- 1:26:35out in front of on the street and my wife left about fifteen minutes later and she said he was sitting out there and he had a stack of papers about two inches thick in his hand and papers all strewn throughout his car and she said, who are you? You know what he said?
- 1:26:54He said, oh, I'm a sovereign
- 1:26:57server
- 1:27:00and she said, what the hell is that?
- 1:27:03And he said, oh, I have I can't find it. I don't I don't remember his name. And she said, well, guess what?
- 1:27:11That ain't him. He ain't him.
- 1:27:14And he said, oh,
- 1:27:17well, she left and he left and I never heard back from him, but he called himself a sovereign
- 1:27:23server.
- 1:27:24Unknown: I never heard that term in my life. They're letting them come over and drive trucks without a license and everything else. They're letting them take over every damn corporation with the technical stuff. They move a handy in, put him in the supervisor
- 1:27:38position within two shakes of a lamb's tail. Everybody underneath him is Hindi.
- 1:27:43Okay? Yep. Man, the man, the the the speed that that's happening in Texas, Dave, you that's part of your old haunt. Man, it was Yep. Unbelievable.
- 1:27:53Unbelievable.
- 1:27:54Unknown: Should that governor See, I call them Hindus,
- 1:27:57Roger. I call them Hindus.
- 1:28:00Unknown: Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Man. Well, I'm
- 1:28:04I feel sorry for you guys up there. My heart goes out to you. I'm just glad I got out when I did.
- 1:28:10And the problem, if some of you are getting out now or you're thinking about it, is there's a lag time.
- 1:28:16But what you if you're moving from one town in The US to the other, I'll get you a second, Paul. There's a lag time there. It's a familiarity and a refamiliarity.
- 1:28:26Will you go to another country that speaks another language?
- 1:28:30And it is more than a lag time. It just takes a little while to catch up and get adjusted. And let me tell you something else.
- 1:28:37I I remember this in my own experience, and I hadn't thought it hit me the other day. If you leave the country hey. People told me this in Argentina. I didn't believe them, but then I experienced it. If you leave the country, it will take you a year
- 1:28:54to a year and a half
- 1:28:56to unwind
- 1:28:57mentally.
- 1:28:59You think I'm crazy?
- 1:29:01I'm not.
- 1:29:04Yes, Paul.
- 1:29:07Unknown: I found the I
- 1:29:09found the YouTube channel that Rich was talking about. Yeah. The name of the channel is sergeant Curtis,
- 1:29:16and I looked through the list of videos.
- 1:29:19This guy is
- 1:29:21collecting
- 1:29:22and
- 1:29:23glorifying
- 1:29:25jack boot thug
- 1:29:27cop, tyrannical cop videos.
- 1:29:32Unknown: Is that good or bad?
- 1:29:34Unknown: It's absolutely ridiculous.
- 1:29:36Okay. I left only a single comment on the channel.
- 1:29:40Channels like this glorifying thug tyrannical cops is why people don't assert their rights. This isn't Germany in the nineteen forties. This is supposed to be the freest country in the world, and shit channels like this one are tyrannical propaganda machines that normalize
- 1:29:56jack boot thuggery in the minds of free people. Shame on the channel and shame on anyone that watches this tripe. The only thing I'm thankful for is ex sergeant Curtis is retired and not a threat on the road anymore.
- 1:30:10Unknown: Rich, I think your evaluation is a little different from Paul's.
- 1:30:16I try not to do traffic stuff. As you all know, there's no consistency to it,
- 1:30:22because of the same thing like Jim Turner.
- 1:30:25And I'm not kidding. I had some people in North Augusta.
- 1:30:28That's South Carolina. The river splits Augusta,
- 1:30:33where William is in the masters from South Carolina, which they call North
- 1:30:38Augusta, I believe.
- 1:30:40Anyway, they went into the North Augusta
- 1:30:43property thing, and the lady said, yeah. Well, will you go have lunch? We'll we'll
- 1:30:47so I don't remember what the rest of the excuse was. It was years ago. And they came back, and the sheriff's department was waiting for them.
- 1:30:54Yeah. Oh, are you a sovereign citizen?
- 1:30:57Well, I guess our response is, what is
- 1:31:00sir, pardon my ignorance.
- 1:31:02What is
- 1:31:04a sovereign citizen? Who is this you're looking for? Well, what is it you're you're accusing me of it? So you must know, have some idea in your mind of what it might be. What is one? Because I've never seen it anywhere
- 1:31:18except accusations.
- 1:31:21What is it? Where is it?
- 1:31:23That's gonna be very interesting to see how the appellate level of Georgia handles tell you what they think.
- 1:31:29Yeah.
- 1:31:30Okay. Tell me.
- 1:31:32Unknown: Well, they think that, you don't believe the law applies to you
- 1:31:37and that you can shoot these guys. That's they bring up a lot of cars. Okay.
- 1:31:42Unknown: Great. You're accusing me of something.
- 1:31:45Where is it?
- 1:31:46Where where is it a crime to be a sovereign citizen? Statute, regulation,
- 1:31:51a court case? Where is it?
- 1:31:55Because I wanna know what it is. It sounds like an oxymoron
- 1:31:59to me.
- 1:32:02Unknown: It's a FBI label that they started in
- 1:32:06in the early two thousands with some of the With the Freeman movements in the in the in the Northwest.
- 1:32:13Unknown: No. No. It's a term that was conjured up by the Jews at the damn sodomy pedophile larceny center that they fed to the FBI,
- 1:32:24Unknown: Samuel. Yep. Probably.
- 1:32:27Unknown: No. Not probably. I promise you that's what happened.
- 1:32:31So, anyway, let's see if they continue to to per prosecute
- 1:32:35Southern Poverty Law Center.
- 1:32:38Is is is
- 1:32:40Trump changing tunes again?
- 1:32:45I mean, there's a chance. The guy's bucking for it. His college roommate and dear friend attorney
- 1:32:52who'll sacrifice the rest of his career to do it to become attorney general, replace Pam Bondi, and he wants to bring that guy Ed that everybody raves about, who he does too, as his assistant attorney general. You think Trump will let that happen? Because they wanna start going after everybody.
- 1:33:10I heard him say that on Jones
- 1:33:13publicly.
- 1:33:14Samuel, by the way,
- 1:33:16the FBI
- 1:33:17guy, Larry Johnson, is on the the good judge all the time. They announced yesterday that Iran has nuclear bomb.
- 1:33:26Him and Pepe Escobar.
- 1:33:28K?
- 1:33:30So,
- 1:33:31they'll know. They think they might have got it from Pakistan,
- 1:33:34but they don't know. Okay?
- 1:33:36I just and they confirmed that they both knew that and the source and all that stuff yesterday.
- 1:33:43Unknown: K? Yes, Dave. I just wanted to Yeah. I don't know if you guys have talked about this yet, but I heard, I think yesterday,
- 1:33:51that the new NDAA
- 1:33:53Unknown: Yep. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We do. We know about this.
- 1:33:57Unknown: The military
- 1:33:58to Israel hell.
- 1:34:00Unknown: Two four two. No. It doesn't turn it over. It merges the two and gives Israel
- 1:34:06top clearance to all the things. There's things, believe it or not, there are things within the government that they don't have access to now. Not many, but a couple. This would complete that. But the good news is, Dave, there was such a huge backlash
- 1:34:21by that on Monday that it was pulled from the bill.
- 1:34:26Okay.
- 1:34:27Unknown: Okay?
- 1:34:28Unknown: Okay.
- 1:34:29Unknown: Good. I didn't hear that. Thank you. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Now who else has got something here? Good we've had good shows with you guys, but it's because we got great participation,
- 1:34:40good questions, and stories,
- 1:34:42and William stories, and god knows Rich's stories. Yes, sir.
- 1:34:49Unknown: One more thing on the traffic. Alright. There is an app that you can purchase. It's about $17 a month, probably discounted for a yearly subscription.
- 1:34:58It's called Attorney Shield, and I've been watching these police encounters,
- 1:35:02traffic stops.
- 1:35:04And you pay for that, and what happens,
- 1:35:07if you're pulled over,
- 1:35:09you tap your app and an attorney comes on almost immediately.
- 1:35:13And he can see the police officer
- 1:35:16and what's going on.
- 1:35:18And in 98 times out of a 100, they deescalate.
- 1:35:22They do not try their tricks. And you might get a ticket,
- 1:35:25but you're not gonna get illegally searched.
- 1:35:28Okay? If you get us, gonna get us
- 1:35:31Unknown: gonna beat you up, and it it seems to work really well. Can we find the name of that app? There's some people that may they got a heavy foot anyway. They just might wanna do that.
- 1:35:42Unknown: Status I think you're pretty good. You don't you don't have to have a heavy foot to get pulled over. They'll invent something. Okay? Well, I'm sure. Well, I've been gone a long time, Rick. I'm sure that's probably true. And But that's a really good idea.
- 1:35:56Unknown: Somebody's using their damn thinking app here. K? It's a good idea. Mom. Yeah.
- 1:36:01Unknown: Yeah. It is. And especially
- 1:36:03in Tennessee, but it's it's other states. But in Tennessee, they've had an epidemic of people.
- 1:36:08They've gotten a convict DUI convictions when they're totally sober. I mean, they passed the the physical test on the side road. They blow zeros,
- 1:36:17and they still get run-in for DUI.
- 1:36:20And this AttorneyShield
- 1:36:22thing, they've been covering these cases.
- 1:36:25But this this app
- 1:36:26seems to work really good because the officers, as soon as that attorney says this is, you know, I'm his attorney.
- 1:36:33They Shocker. Change their attitude.
- 1:36:36Unknown: Yeah. That they've probably they've never been confronted with anything like that. That's gonna shock the piss out of them. That's a really good idea. Hats off to whoever came up with that one. What a great application
- 1:36:48of Internet stuff. You know, they've got a a similar type thing for people with, like myself. Their,
- 1:36:55their eyes are are are handicapped, I guess, my reading ability.
- 1:36:59Same thing. You gotta have an Apple, I think, but you call them, and through the camera and all that stuff, you somebody reads the label or whatever you can't do, and then you disconnect. I think that one may be free.
- 1:37:12But there's some really great applications like that that truly help people.
- 1:37:17Cool. Cool, Rick.
- 1:37:19Thank you. If you find out the name of that, let us know because,
- 1:37:23there
- 1:37:24there might be some listeners Attorney Shield. Attorney
- 1:37:28Shield. That's the name of the app?
- 1:37:31Unknown: Yes.
- 1:37:33Unknown: Attorney,
- 1:37:35two words, shield or one word?
- 1:37:38Anyway, Attorney Shield. Just
- 1:37:41Unknown: type in Attorney Shield on YouTube,
- 1:37:43and the videos will come up, and I'm sure you can find them, on a general search.
- 1:37:48Unknown: Okay. Well, really cool.
- 1:37:51And thank you, Rick.
- 1:37:54Finally.
- 1:37:55Unknown: Me first. Joe. Me first. Okay. Well, Joe, sorry, Joe. Sorry, Joe. Alright, man. Samuel's before Joe,
- 1:38:03but that I I said comment three times.
- 1:38:06The reason that these people are still getting railroaded and going to jail for DUI is because
- 1:38:13they do not have a way to test for intoxication
- 1:38:17by
- 1:38:18drug.
- 1:38:20So
- 1:38:21the presumption of the cop in his professional
- 1:38:25analytic opinion
- 1:38:27is that
- 1:38:31you were under the influence.
- 1:38:34He can't prove what,
- 1:38:36but he doesn't have to.
- 1:38:38All he's gotta say is you appeared to be under the influence. Even though they couldn't prove it, they still send your ass to jail and ruin your life.
- 1:38:47Unknown: Samuel. That's right. That's right. And if they do a blood test, it's ninety days to get the blood test back some sometimes six months.
- 1:38:56Unknown: Good lord.
- 1:38:57Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:39:00Samuel.
- 1:39:02Unknown: Yeah. I wanted to agree with Rick and support him on his statement about recorded
- 1:39:08documents.
- 1:39:08It should be it
- 1:39:10should be notarized and recorded.
- 1:39:13And the way I'm doing it, I'm I'm I'm taking
- 1:39:17I'm gonna take these four documents that I'm working on.
- 1:39:25Unknown: You're clipping a bit. Samuel, you're breaking up. And
- 1:39:28Unknown: You're clipping, babe. Samuel, you're you're breaking up. Climb up on the roof. Climb up on the roof and get a better signal,
- 1:39:36and we'll we'll take Joe, and then we'll circle back to you. Joe You're clipping comment. Clipping pretty bad. Just
- 1:39:43Unknown: a quick comment.
- 1:39:45I was listening to Real America's Voice this morning,
- 1:39:49and they had a leader into their
- 1:39:52news program that I didn't get a follow-up on because it I waited about fifteen minutes, and they hadn't talked about it. But the lead in was that
- 1:40:02Tucker
- 1:40:04may be a candidate for
- 1:40:08president.
- 1:40:09Really?
- 1:40:10The
- 1:40:11re the Republican party is
- 1:40:14changing
- 1:40:15so much that he is
- 1:40:19a possibility.
- 1:40:20I mean, that's a trial balloon is what it was.
- 1:40:23Unknown: Right. But
- 1:40:25Unknown: Well
- 1:40:27Unknown: eyes wide.
- 1:40:29Unknown: I've heard Alex Jones. I've heard Alex Jones say, of course, they're pretty good friends,
- 1:40:35that Tucker told him the only way he'd run
- 1:40:38was if Jesus Christ appeared
- 1:40:40in front of him and asked him to.
- 1:40:45It's just what I've heard Alex say in Georgia. You know that might Maybe.
- 1:40:49Well,
- 1:40:50it may be bad enough that he's he's reconsidered. You're right. It may happen.
- 1:40:55Good lord. Hope they don't try and assassinate Tucker. He's just getting to be really big and a big thorn in their side
- 1:41:03because he's got so much credibility,
- 1:41:06and they virtually have none.
- 1:41:10Unknown: I hope he's got 50 people on his security team.
- 1:41:13Unknown: I'm just continue
- 1:41:15I wouldn't surprise me. It wouldn't surprise me at all. Continue to, press forward. Let's expose these bastards.
- 1:41:23Man, can you imagine if Tucker stumbled on stumbled on our material?
- 1:41:27Yeah.
- 1:41:29And he may. One of these days, we may can get to him, but we gotta keep pushing and pushing. You gotta keep talking to people.
- 1:41:36Hey. Do you know there's two types of citizenship in this country? Hey. Are you a citizen of The United States, or are you a citizen of The United States Of America?
- 1:41:44When you're asking me if I'm a resident,
- 1:41:47are you framing that in a geographical or or or a legal definition,
- 1:41:51Unknown: please? Political.
- 1:41:53Legal or political definition.
- 1:41:55Sure.
- 1:41:56Unknown: You're just real simple. Throw the equivocation back at them. Yep. Joe Joe, did we get you taken care of?
- 1:42:03Unknown: Yeah. I just wanted to throw that in that, you know,
- 1:42:07Unknown: everybody might wanna follow-up on that
- 1:42:10or pay attention to it because it
- 1:42:13balloon went up this morning.
- 1:42:15Unknown: Well, that's good, man. Let's just throw some what if what if, Patrick,
- 1:42:20Bird is right
- 1:42:22and all of the remaining Epstein files get released? Now the only way I can see that happening
- 1:42:29is if Trump named his old roommate from college as the AG,
- 1:42:34and he put that guy in and got this doofus
- 1:42:37out of there.
- 1:42:39Whatever his name is, I can't remember. But, those guys get in there, that could be a possibility right there, folks. Could be. Alright. Samuel.
- 1:42:49Unknown: Samuel, did you climb a tree or something like that? You got a better signal now? Yeah. We gotta check back then. There's a female out there hovering. Yes, Samuel? Well, I think I have more bars.
- 1:43:00Unknown: Any better? There you go. Yeah. Much better. Great. Okay. Okay. Yeah. I wanted to agree with Rick about, you know, trying to record our documents at the county level.
- 1:43:10Just they should probably be notarized.
- 1:43:12I'm notarizing all mine.
- 1:43:14Again, sort of going along with the system as little as possible.
- 1:43:17Mhmm. But where it's important, I'm doing some of these things that I think they recognize and only for that reason.
- 1:43:24However,
- 1:43:26of those documents,
- 1:43:28one is to quitclaim in order to get it into
- 1:43:31and then I'm attaching
- 1:43:33my affidavits,
- 1:43:34my declaration of independence,
- 1:43:37and my Iloidium and land patent. So
- 1:43:40if I can get all of those documents in there, now I and get them
- 1:43:44received
- 1:43:45and recorded.
- 1:43:47Now I can take that stack of documents,
- 1:43:51and I can tell the
- 1:43:53the AG who I am, where I am, and what I am.
- 1:43:57And
- 1:43:58ask him for commentary. And if he doesn't comment in a timely manner, he's in agreement with me, etcetera. And that's sort of how I'm looking at doing it.
- 1:44:08Unknown: Okay. How are you?
- 1:44:10Unknown: Keep us in the loop.
- 1:44:12Roger.
- 1:44:14Yes, sir. I think Joan wanted to get in there. What's that, Joan? I know there was a female. Joanie, was that you, babe?
- 1:44:22I was just asking if it's Blanche that Trump wants to get out of there. Todd Blanche. No. That that's who we'd like to get out of there, Todd Blanche. He's the offender. He's ripping out all the cases that indict new world orders to Pfizer.
- 1:44:37The the there he's just appears to be a very bad guy. That's who they wanna get out of there and replace with the Trump's it starts with a t. He was on Alex
- 1:44:49last
- 1:44:50Friday,
- 1:44:51I think, for an hour, the third hour
- 1:44:54or so, second or third. You can go listen to him. He's a really sharp guy, very involved
- 1:45:00with, getting an instrumental in getting Tina Peters out of jail too.
- 1:45:06He was her attorney.
- 1:45:09I wish I could remember his name, Joan. I just don't. I'm getting old. You know? So who else? Now Joan, we got Joan
- 1:45:16Unknown: Who is the guy? Next? It's Peter Tip's kid.
- 1:45:20Unknown: Well, there's Julie. What is Peter
- 1:45:23hold on. What's
- 1:45:24his last name?
- 1:45:26Unknown: Peter Tip Tip Tip I can never say his last name. I know. I can't hear
- 1:45:32Tick Tickness or Ticker? Tip Tipken.
- 1:45:35Unknown: Tipken.
- 1:45:36Unknown: Tipken. Tipken. Okay. Thank you, Jeff.
- 1:45:40He's a sharp guy. A real straightforward guy. I like him. Now
- 1:45:44who was the guy that said Roger a minute ago with a different voice? That that's Dwayne down here in New Orleans. Yeah. Dwayne, no wonder it's different. It's Dwayne.
- 1:45:55Unknown: How y'all doing?
- 1:45:57This conversation
- 1:45:58Unknown: Hold on. We got a buzz we got a buzzy thing going on. Let's see if we can get somebody's mute on.
- 1:46:04Can we do that? I think we did. Go ahead, Duane. Good to hear from you, man. Okay.
- 1:46:09Unknown: Yeah. It's been a while. I've been I I listened to y'all, but this is so I I I recently, like, in the last two days,
- 1:46:17listened to a podcast
- 1:46:19from the activist post,
- 1:46:21and it was the title of there's two brothers. So one guy one of them is, like, 65 years old, and the other's a little bit younger. They're
- 1:46:30they're out of California. They're called pot brothers at law.
- 1:46:34And the activist post the title of the podcast
- 1:46:38was shut
- 1:46:41the f up,
- 1:46:43the 29 word script that saves lives.
- 1:46:46They said one of the things they were talking about was whenever a cop pulls you over for whatever reason reason,
- 1:46:53he,
- 1:46:54the first thing you know, when they start asking you, have you had a drink? Are you you know, anything.
- 1:46:59You just say, I'm not here to I'm not going to discuss my day.
- 1:47:04Because you can't lie if you've had a drink even if you're not intoxicated.
- 1:47:10But you you just say, I'm not gonna discuss my day my day. And that way you're not lying. And if you when if and when you go to court, you the VA or the prosecutor
- 1:47:19can't call you a liar for saying you when you answer, oh, no. I haven't had a drink, but in fact, they end up doing a blood test, you know, a breath test or a blood test.
- 1:47:29The other thing they said was and everybody has to look this up for their own state,
- 1:47:34but they said in the majority of the states that
- 1:47:37breathalyzer
- 1:47:38tests are voluntary.
- 1:47:40You do not have to take them.
- 1:47:43Correct. As well as all the other tests, like the, you know, one foot in front of the other, the flashlight thing. They can do the flashlight thing because you can't control that, but, you know, you don't have to do the one foot in front of the other, walk forward, walk backwards
- 1:47:57As long as it's not it it's a voluntary action in your state, we we just have to look it up for each state.
- 1:48:04But these guys,
- 1:48:06they the the entire they have a YouTube channel, and they go into this whole thing, and it's literally it's called pot brothers at law.
- 1:48:14Because one of the things they started to do was,
- 1:48:18represent
- 1:48:19growers and what have you out in California.
- 1:48:22And then they got heavy into the DUI, and they started watching how the, you know, watching how the cops were just railroading people,
- 1:48:30including themselves. They tried the cops tried to pull did pull one of the brothers over a couple years ago. And the brother said, look. We've been teaching this stuff for years, but it was very hard for me as this is the brother. I'm paraphrasing. Very hard for me to hold my composure and remember what to say,
- 1:48:47including
- 1:48:48just shut the f up once you say, I'm not going to discuss my day when the cop asked you, have you had a drink
- 1:48:56or how many drinks have you had?
- 1:48:58So
- 1:48:59and then he said that they said that if they tell you to get out of the car, get out of the car. But at the same time, you say, I do not consent to a search.
- 1:49:07Am I detained, or am I free to go? And if they're detained,
- 1:49:12then the cop says, I wanna search your car. I said, well,
- 1:49:15had probable cause. You don't need to ask me. Do you have to ask me? You always put it into questions. If you had probable cause, do you have to ask me to search my car? Because in fact, they don't have if they have probable cause to search, according to the lawyer brothers,
- 1:49:32I'm just the messenger. That's educational purposes only.
- 1:49:35They are the cops you you know, you don't have to give them permission. You you can say I do not consent to a search.
- 1:49:42Unknown: Comment on that? Again, shut up. Yeah. And, actually, when they I'll get you a sec. When
- 1:49:48they pull you over, I think, technically, you're under arrest.
- 1:49:51And I remember people saying, am I under arrest?
- 1:49:54Well, no. No. They're not free to go.
- 1:49:58Unknown: You're asking, are you free to go? Because they do have the the right to pull you over if they're but what they're doing is when they start talking to you,
- 1:50:07we're literally
- 1:50:09ants we're we're helping them to help me to screw myself is what the brother said. But they they can pull you over. They because they have a right to ask for ID and that sort of thing.
- 1:50:21But
- 1:50:22but you have a right not to talk to them. But you have to be polite polite to not escalate,
- 1:50:29and and and you and you can't lie because the moment you lie, then the DA can use that against you. And they can arrest you for lying to to police even though the police can lie to you us. Rick, you had something So I thought it was interesting.
- 1:50:42Unknown: Yeah. Let's see what Rick has. He think it was a month from there. He is absolutely correct. But if
- 1:50:49Unknown: you say you're not gonna take the physical test and the and the breathalyzer,
- 1:50:54what will happen is they will put you in handcuffs, have you car towed, and take hospital for a blood test. And while you're waiting on that blood test for thirty days, three months, six months,
- 1:51:04you go to court and you you pay the fines and you may go to jail.
- 1:51:09Unknown: Well, it depend according to the brothers, the lawyers, they said that you have to know in your state if it's voluntary or not so you don't refuse the blood test. You
- 1:51:19is this a isn't this a voluntary blood test and a voluntary action in the state that lets the cop know on his camera that you have
- 1:51:29asked or you know, you've read without saying, I know that this is voluntary.
- 1:51:33Because the moment you make a declaration,
- 1:51:36then you're starting an argument or a I e a case. A case means argument. If I may You know, you have to understand and ask the questions always. Always put everything in a quorum with the question to whomever you're talking to. Seems like it used to. It wouldn't it take the test. Voluntary.
- 1:51:52Unknown: It wouldn't have hold on, Samuel. If you didn't take the test, that they would
- 1:51:57just a second, Samuel. If you didn't take the test, that they would revoke your driver's license, you could refuse to take the test. But if you did, you got your driver's license revoked. Seems like I heard that at some point.
- 1:52:09Hold on. Well, that's not point right there. In California,
- 1:52:12Unknown: it's voluntary, but if you refuse to test, you lose your license.
- 1:52:16Unknown: There you go. There you go. Rick. Roger.
- 1:52:19Unknown: Alright. Yeah. Well, that's what each state would have to understand what the what the regs are. So Yeah.
- 1:52:25Unknown: Were very clear on that. So Yeah. Rick? If you refuse all those tests,
- 1:52:31you have no evidence you were not intoxicating.
- 1:52:35Intoxicated.
- 1:52:36Unknown: Okay? There you go. Get that group.
- 1:52:39Unknown: The dialectic. But that's subjective that's subjective on the cops because the these brothers brought that up in the conversation.
- 1:52:46That if you think they don't have anything No. Ash.
- 1:52:49I'm the messenger.
- 1:52:51Unknown: I'm not here to argue. I'm just telling you what they said. You know? Audience right here right here, if you're get caught drinking, driving, we're we're gonna flog you. We used to have a guy that was in that situation. It was one of our group, and he was an alcoholic. He'll come on the show at 10:00 drunk.
- 1:53:08And then he got all these tickets caught up with him, and he came on, and Brent helped him out. He's in Colorado. Brent got him off everything on the phone. Just say that. It's happened right here.
- 1:53:18Please don't drink and drive. Please be responsible.
- 1:53:22You wanna be a national?
- 1:53:24That absolutely incorporates personal responsibility.
- 1:53:28Please adhere to those. We wanna be a shining example
- 1:53:31to people.
- 1:53:33Unknown: You're right. Not a not a bad one. A good one. Yes. And and the other thing they said was that you can always make sure you ask for your attorney early in the conversation, in the question and answers period.
- 1:53:45If I'm being detained, I would like my attorney.
- 1:53:50Unknown: Can I call my attorney sort of thing, I guess? So Sure. Anyway hear what did you just hear what Rick said about this attorney shield thing, Duane?
- 1:54:00Unknown: Yeah. I did. And I I I heard that I was gonna I'm gonna spend some homework on this. And Yeah. I'd also like that app. I don't do apps, but I do that app.
- 1:54:10Unknown: I don't think I'd say attorney. I think I'd say counselor.
- 1:54:14Unknown: Yeah. I hear you.
- 1:54:16But And name? One of the brothers Samuel. He he got pulled over because his light wasn't on lights of his car weren't on. He got pulled over coming out of a bar.
- 1:54:25And,
- 1:54:26and the cops
- 1:54:27lit him up and said he got pulled over for his lights. And he's and the brother said, as much as I know about all this, it was very hard for me to follow the script because they walk up. They got their guns. They dressed in black. He's you know?
- 1:54:42And he said they're trained like that. You know? That that that's just the training to intimidate and to get you
- 1:54:49to answer any question that gives them the right to arrest you.
- 1:54:54Unknown: So
- 1:54:55Comment?
- 1:54:57Unknown: Me first.
- 1:54:59Unknown: Sorry,
- 1:55:00Joe. We gotta put you in the back bench. It wasn't
- 1:55:04Unknown: wasn't Joe. It's somebody else. That's all I've got. Anyway, they've got a YouTube channel if anybody wants to go listen to them, and they've got a website.
- 1:55:13So Okay. Alright, gods and gals. Thank you. Thank you,
- 1:55:16Unknown: Dwayne. Good to hear you. Glad I don't drive. Who was next? Google Google test,
- 1:55:21Unknown: Google search for voluntary sobriety
- 1:55:24test states.
- 1:55:26The AI overview in all 50 US states field sobriety tests are strictly voluntary pre arrest screenings.
- 1:55:33You are not legally required to perform them at a traffic stop and refusing carries no automatic
- 1:55:39driver's license penalties while
- 1:55:42field sobriety tests are voluntary nationwide,
- 1:55:44the consequences of refusing and whether that refusal can be used against you in court vary by state.
- 1:55:51It is crucial to understand how your local jurisdiction handles these roadside assessments.
- 1:55:57State by state refusal rules, there's no penalty but admissible as evidence in states like New York and Washington.
- 1:56:04You can refuse without penalty, however prosecutors
- 1:56:07can use your refusal as evidence in court arguing
- 1:56:11that you declined because you knew you were impaired.
- 1:56:15Constitutionally
- 1:56:16protected refusal
- 1:56:18inadmissible.
- 1:56:20In a few states such as Georgia and Massachusetts,
- 1:56:23favorable search
- 1:56:25and seizure laws protect your right to refuse.
- 1:56:28In these states a prosecutor could not use your refusal of voluntary field tests against you in court.
- 1:56:35But the difference lies between field versus chemical tests.
- 1:56:39Do not confuse voluntary roadside tests like the walk and turn, one leg stand, blowing in a breathalyzer, etc. With mandatory
- 1:56:47chemical tests.
- 1:56:49Field sobriety tests are voluntary, pre arrest, and designed to establish probable cause.
- 1:56:54The chemical tests, breath,
- 1:56:58blood, urine,
- 1:56:59are mandatory
- 1:57:00under implied
- 1:57:02consent laws.
- 1:57:03If you refuse a chemical test after a lawful DUI arrest, you will face immediate automatic license suspension and fines in almost every jurisdiction.
- 1:57:14For comprehensive
- 1:57:15breakdowns of regional DUI laws you can review
- 1:57:20state specific guidelines
- 1:57:22via the, and this is important,
- 1:57:25Governors
- 1:57:26Highway
- 1:57:27Safety
- 1:57:28Administration.
- 1:57:29Google that.
- 1:57:31If you
- 1:57:32want me to look into this further, tell me.
- 1:57:36That's AI asking me for more information.
- 1:57:40Unknown: No. No. Go back to API. Rick,
- 1:57:45was that you? Yeah.
- 1:57:47Unknown: One last comment.
- 1:57:49Of that all of that is true.
- 1:57:51However,
- 1:57:52if you refuse all that, it's gonna happen just like I said. And the only thing the judge has to go on is the opinion of the officer, and he will do say anything to convict you.
- 1:58:04The best thing is to have an attorney on the scene right there,
- 1:58:08and they won't throw all that crap.
- 1:58:11Unknown: Oh, I'm so glad I don't have to drive and leave a known liar.
- 1:58:17Unknown: Guilty until proven innocent.
- 1:58:21Unknown: Okay. Well, listen, kids. We're whistling ourselves out of here. And, of course, I'm gonna grab a little
- 1:58:28bite or two and
- 1:58:29this afternoon reappear
- 1:58:31magically over on mister English's show, which I always enjoyed being with Paul.
- 1:58:35So looking forward to all of that. Don't know what we're gonna discuss, but I'm I'll
- 1:58:40I'll be do the best I can at it.
- 1:58:44Hey. Hey.
- 1:58:47Hey.
- 1:58:57Good,
- 1:58:58juicy stories. We might pick up Hey. Some new people. Of course, we usually
- 1:59:02don't cater to them as much on Friday. Anyway, we will be back tomorrow and the day after, good lord willing, and the consistency
- 1:59:12of being here for you on a regular basis.
- 1:59:14Love y'all. Want everybody to be free. Want us to pin the bad guys in the corner.
- 1:59:20Not do anything to get these guys exposed.
- 1:59:23Oh, there's they're I I believe they just are would freak out, folks, if this came out on a large scale. See you tomorrow with Brent or this afternoon with Paul. Either one. Ciao.
- 1:59:38Okay.
- 1:59:39There you go. Okay. Hang
- 1:59:41Unknown: out just a minute. There was there was somebody else that had a comment. I will. Okay.
- 1:59:46Who who is that Roger right there?
- 1:59:50Unknown: It's Larry.
- 1:59:52Unknown: Larry.
- 1:59:53Hey, man. Where you been?
- 1:59:56Unknown: I've just been listening. Yeah.
- 2:00:00When you're
- 2:00:02being stopped
- 2:00:04by an officer
- 2:00:06for an alleged traffic incident,
- 2:00:09that is not an arrest. That's a detainment.
- 2:00:14So the
- 2:00:15legal distinction between
- 2:00:17detainment
- 2:00:19and an arrest
- 2:00:21is defined by, of course, the Fourth Amendment
- 2:00:24and decades of court precedent, but here's the differences.
- 2:00:29So at a detainment,
- 2:00:30when you're being detained,
- 2:00:32the officer only needs reasonable suspicion
- 2:00:35that you and uses present tense words that you are involved in
- 2:00:41or
- 2:00:42or about to engage in criminal activity.
- 2:00:46With an arrest,
- 2:00:47this requires probable cause,
- 2:00:50and the officer must possess specific facts and circumstances
- 2:00:55that would lead a reasonable person
- 2:00:58to believe you have committed
- 2:01:01or are committing a crime.
- 2:01:04And then the
- 2:01:05scope of the restraint has to do with this.
- 2:01:10A detainment must be brief and cursory
- 2:01:14and no longer than necessary
- 2:01:17to confirm
- 2:01:18or dispel the officer's suspicions,
- 2:01:21and that's where you get a Terry stop from. You've heard of Terry. Right? Roger? Yes. Yes. There's a case. Yeah.
- 2:01:28Unknown: Supreme Court case.
- 2:01:31Unknown: So that This is this is all for citizens again, which everything you cite is citizens.
- 2:01:38Unknown: Well, I'm not sure if accurately residents.
- 2:01:42Unknown: You are not they're they're in the
- 2:01:45Unknown: you are not free to leave,
- 2:01:47but you are not formally
- 2:01:50in police custody.
- 2:01:54The officer does not have to read your Miranda rights.
- 2:01:58Now with an arrest,
- 2:02:00this is a significant long term restraint on your movement where you are taken into custody for formal charging.
- 2:02:07Once arrested,
- 2:02:09your rights become fully
- 2:02:11activated,
- 2:02:12your constitutional protections,
- 2:02:14and officers must read your Miranda rights before interrogating
- 2:02:18you.
- 2:02:19So those are the key differences.
- 2:02:21Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:02:23If I may, Raj,
- 2:02:25in most cases,
- 2:02:27when a cop pulls you over and they wanna search your car,
- 2:02:30most of the time they say something like this, I'm afraid I'm gonna have to ask you if I can search your vehicle.
- 2:02:41Unknown: For public safety.
- 2:02:43Unknown: I have a comment also.
- 2:02:46So so, Roger, like you had said with resident, you know, that more importantly for residents,
- 2:02:52but with a lot of people now having these federal
- 2:02:55I REAL ID federal driver's license,
- 2:02:59did that change to citizen versus resident?
- 2:03:02Unknown: I I Are they stepping in the direction? I do not I do not know. It may be that that's the case, Lisa. I just don't know.
- 2:03:12Sorry.
- 2:03:13Unknown: You know, the the what I said earlier, when I'm sending my documents
- 2:03:19that I'm gonna get in in the recorder's office
- 2:03:22and I sent it to the AG, I'm gonna be telling him
- 2:03:25who I am, where I am, what I am, what I expect from him
- 2:03:29in future.
- 2:03:31And he, of course, gets a chance to say no and tell me why. But in the meantime,
- 2:03:37I'm gonna use the doctrine of necessity
- 2:03:40when it comes to driving.
- 2:03:42And I'm gonna tell them
- 2:03:45that I needed to survive so I'm keeping it, but I'm not waiving my rights
- 2:03:51as a Californian.
- 2:03:55And if he doesn't respond to that,
- 2:03:58he's in agreement. Okay. I'm also gonna tell him, you have to you have to send it to my proper
- 2:04:06address
- 2:04:08under my Christian name.
- 2:04:11Otherwise, I have cause
- 2:04:12to refute everything that you're doing.
- 2:04:15If you can't if you can't get my location right and you can't get my name right,
- 2:04:21why
- 2:04:22should I be responding to you?
- 2:04:25Put the claim on them.
- 2:04:30Make a claim.
- 2:04:32Unknown: Speaking truth to power.
- 2:04:36Unknown: Roger?
- 2:04:38Unknown: Rick.
- 2:04:40Unknown: One one more thing.
- 2:04:42Larry was correct. You're detained. What happens is they put you in handcuffs, put you in a squad car, your car is towed, they take you to jail.
- 2:04:52The net you probably spend the night in jail. The next morning,
- 2:04:55they take you in front of a judge, and at that point, you're formally arrested,
- 2:05:00charged, and read your Miranda rights. You will spend time and if it's on the weekend, you may spend two days before you're formally charged. Yeah. They no. They like that. They like that.
- 2:05:11Unknown: They tried to do that in Argentina. If you're a political guy and
- 2:05:15Unknown: and you cause them any trouble, they'll arrest you on a holiday weekend at 05:00 in the
- 2:05:21afternoon on Friday.
- 2:05:24Okay. And and and give you bus diesel therapy on top of it. Mhmm. You know, if it it what they're arresting is the resident trust, and that's why you're gonna be in a military tribunal because you're a thing,
- 2:05:39not a man standing on his rights.
- 2:05:44Unknown: Okay. I'll see y'all tomorrow.
- 2:05:46Yes, Rick.
- 2:05:50This is Christian.
- 2:05:52Christian. Okay. That was Rick. Yes, Christian?
- 2:05:56Unknown: My '47 Chevrolet has been in the shop for six years. It's fixing to come out. You guys got me scared to death to to drive my
- 2:06:07truck. Well,
- 2:06:09Unknown: I'm a let them scare you. I don't drive anymore.
- 2:06:12But you
- 2:06:13need some kind of transportation where you're not walking six
- 2:06:17miles to and from in the Texas sun.
- 2:06:20Anyway,
- 2:06:21anybody else got anything for me? I gotta work here. I gotta split shift today.
- 2:06:26Good good good news. John Bolton has reported
- 2:06:31that he's going to plead guilty to one count
- 2:06:34and pay a $2,000,000
- 2:06:36fine for retaining
- 2:06:38sensitive documents. Yes.
- 2:06:40Well, good.
- 2:06:41Good. Well, that's a step in the right direction.
- 2:06:46Yep. And one more thing. Twenty two years ago today,
- 2:06:51a a very disgruntled
- 2:06:53citizen
- 2:06:54named
- 2:06:57I forget his name, but he got a bulldozer and
- 2:07:02and took out of town because he wasn't happy with the administrators.
- 2:07:08Twenty two years ago today, killdozer. Okay.
- 2:07:13Some people go to great lengths to get remedies.
- 2:07:16Love you. Bye.
- 2:07:21Unknown: Good luck storming the castle.
- 2:07:40Unknown: Hey,
- 2:07:42Paul.
- 2:07:51Unknown: Paul, are you out there?
- 2:07:54Unknown: I'm pretty sure Paul was trying to take care of something with Roger for the show later.
- 2:08:01Oh, okay. I just know at a point he said, don't leave right after we're done. So I'm guessing that's what he's doing. I'm just guessing though. I don't know.
- 2:08:13Unknown: Yeah. There's a the other thing that that gets mentioned here sometimes, and I don't think a lot of people listen much,
- 2:08:18is Mirka
- 2:08:20is very sound, I think, on this public and private.
- 2:08:24And that's one of the main things
- 2:08:26that Prost is is speaking to in his piece
- 2:08:30is you wanna be
- 2:08:32back in your private not
- 2:08:35in that public
- 2:08:37because that's basically their church that you've entered and you agree to what that church doctrine is,
- 2:08:45and
- 2:08:46that's not freedom.
- 2:08:49Because if you don't agree, they throw you in jail,
- 2:08:53and they call you a sovereign citizen,
- 2:08:55etcetera, etcetera.
- 2:09:00Unknown: Can I share a story and maybe get some advice and
- 2:09:04some
- 2:09:05comments on it?
- 2:09:07Unknown: Hello, man.
- 2:09:09Hi.
- 2:09:12Unknown: It it relates to everything. I was gonna try and get it in earlier, but then I just kinda realized
- 2:09:18I wasn't gonna squeeze it in.
- 2:09:20But it totally pertains to Roger talking about,
- 2:09:24oh, don't
- 2:09:26have a heavy foot and obey the traffic laws and blah blah blah. Well, you
- 2:09:32could do all that, and you can get pulled over and and blamed for drunk driving. Let me tell you.
- 2:09:40I was
- 2:09:42coming in between the two towns
- 2:09:45from
- 2:09:46and I stopped at the grocery store, got some groceries.
- 2:09:50I come through
- 2:09:52town.
- 2:09:53I see a cop is in the
- 2:09:57traffic
- 2:09:58behind me somewhere,
- 2:10:00seems to be kinda trying to get behind me, gets behind me. I do my turn for where I usually go to skirt around town to get
- 2:10:10out and heading home.
- 2:10:12And I'm like, if he turn if he pulls in this turning lane with me, he's after me. And sure enough, he pulls in the turning lane with me. I make my turn. He follows. Lights go on. I'm like, what
- 2:10:27the hell? I was like, I didn't do anything but come from the grocery store. I'm a pretty good driver.
- 2:10:33Pretty
- 2:10:35my in this truck, all the lights and stuff work. The other truck, I know one of my blinkers doesn't. But so, anyway, he he
- 2:10:44comes up to the window
- 2:10:46and is like,
- 2:10:48what was this first thing?
- 2:10:51Oh, he said he asked for my
- 2:10:54license and registration.
- 2:10:56And I'm kinda at this point, I don't I I hand over
- 2:11:01my
- 2:11:02my driver's
- 2:11:03license.
- 2:11:06I I am not ready to try and play the game with my
- 2:11:11passport card even though I have one and all that.
- 2:11:16And
- 2:11:17especially at this moment, I just wanted to give him my license
- 2:11:21and have him just go away because there's nothing
- 2:11:25that I did. And
- 2:11:29I've been really good with cops. I've been pulled over a lot and usually
- 2:11:33they pretty much are like this and that, and I'm like, Uh-huh. Okay. No.
- 2:11:38Have you and they kind of have to go, Okay. Well, have a good day or whatever.
- 2:11:43I've walked through a lot of pullovers
- 2:11:46pretty well
- 2:11:47and this was kind of one of them. I
- 2:11:53don't think I asked.
- 2:11:54I'm pretty sure he kind of did the, so
- 2:11:58do you know why you got pulled over? And I
- 2:12:02was like, not
- 2:12:04at all because
- 2:12:07I've only been dry I just went came from the grocery store. I don't see how I did anything wrong.
- 2:12:14And, he's like, well,
- 2:12:16we got a call
- 2:12:18matching this,
- 2:12:20saying that you,
- 2:12:22were driving erratically.
- 2:12:25And I was like, weren't you behind me
- 2:12:28since I got from the grocery store? And he's like, yeah.
- 2:12:33And I was like, and what did I do that's erratic? And he's like, well, we have a someone called you in and described
- 2:12:42your truck. And I was like, am I license plate? And he's like, well, no. But they described your
- 2:12:49your
- 2:12:51lumber rack
- 2:12:52silver Dodge
- 2:12:541,500.
- 2:12:55And I'm like, okay. I was like, I can tell you right now, there's more than one of these. And literally two days later, saw a truck has the same lumber rack, the same everything.
- 2:13:06I was like, I wonder if that was the truck. I don't know.
- 2:13:11And so the whole and so I'm just, like, shaking my head looking at him like,
- 2:13:16so you pulled me over
- 2:13:18because someone
- 2:13:20called you and described my truck
- 2:13:23and said that I was
- 2:13:25driving erratically?
- 2:13:27And he's he was like, yeah. And I was like, and you can do that? I could just call on anybody and have you pull anybody over?
- 2:13:37And he's like, well, sir, you you have to realize, you know,
- 2:13:41that, yeah, I have to check on the safety of
- 2:13:46for other drivers and stuff. I can't just ignore
- 2:13:50a call. And I was I was just like, okay.
- 2:13:54I was like, but didn't you follow me? Didn't you watch me drive?
- 2:13:59And he's like, yeah. And and I was like, and?
- 2:14:02And he was like, well, I I didn't observe any
- 2:14:06behavior.
- 2:14:07Not and he's like, and I'm, you know, I'm crawling in your window right now. I don't smell anything.
- 2:14:14He kind of said something like that. Like, I'm I'm close to you. I'm trying to get, you know, I'm trying to get indicators from you, and I I'm not picking
- 2:14:23up any
- 2:14:26any smells of alcohol or intoxication.
- 2:14:29And I was like, okay then.
- 2:14:32And then he's like, well, let me let me go to my car and run your
- 2:14:36because I couldn't find my my insurance
- 2:14:40card. It was kind of a new
- 2:14:42I hadn't been driving that truck, and I had recently got the insurance put on it. And so I was just like, I don't have the insurance card.
- 2:14:52And my
- 2:14:54my,
- 2:14:56whatchamacallit,
- 2:14:57my glove box fell out of its hinges when I went in there. And, of course, the there's another cop on the other side of me with his flashlight all searching in there as as much as he can while that happened, and I was just
- 2:15:10pretty ticked off. And but I I always stay cool. I always stay
- 2:15:15direct,
- 2:15:16and I always stay fairly
- 2:15:18polite.
- 2:15:19And he just comes back, and and I said something like, well, I hope you realize
- 2:15:24I'm not who you're looking for. And he goes, who?
- 2:15:27And I I was like, the guy that they said was driving erratically.
- 2:15:32And he's like, okay.
- 2:15:34And walks back to his car,
- 2:15:36comes and he's some, like, military looking young kid,
- 2:15:40comes back to my car, and he's like, okay. Well, everything checks out. He's like, have a good night.
- 2:15:47And I drive away,
- 2:15:49and I'm just like, wow.
- 2:15:52So
- 2:15:53so a lot of what you guys are saying was
- 2:15:56kinda interesting about
- 2:15:59those kinda things. And then just Roger kinda being like, well, don't do anything wrong, and you will be alright. And I was like, yo. Hey, man. Yeah. You keep saying that. Okay. Yeah.
- 2:16:09Unknown: Yeah. This is Larry. Here's a couple of tips
- 2:16:12for that anyone could use when they get stopped. I I've watched hundreds of videos
- 2:16:18as a pastime hobby
- 2:16:20about traffic stops and what attorneys recommend.
- 2:16:25So you are not legally required to
- 2:16:30invest to to assist in the investigation of the officer. So all you gotta do is if you're stopped, you wanna crack your window just a little bit,
- 2:16:41and that prevents a cross draft because some officers will claim they smell drugs, marijuana, or whatever. Well, if there's no Did
- 2:16:50my window a little bit, and I think that gave them an indication that I wasn't a newbie. Is no is no law in any state that requires you have to roll your window all the way down. So if an officer says Yep. I need you to roll your window down,
- 2:17:04You could just say, well,
- 2:17:06it's sufficient, officer. Is there a law that requires that?
- 2:17:10And, you know, I'm trying to hand you my license and
- 2:17:14registration and insurance card, you know, through the window here, and I think that's sufficient, and we both can hear each other.
- 2:17:21And so, anyway, that's another tip. That's what I did. Another thing is
- 2:17:27no matter what question they ask you,
- 2:17:30you say politely,
- 2:17:32officer,
- 2:17:33I'm not legally required to assist you in in your investigation,
- 2:17:37and I don't answer questions.
- 2:17:40Because they're gonna say, where are you coming from? Or what are you doing? Yeah. He did that.
- 2:17:45Unknown: And I did volunteer a little too much information.
- 2:17:48Unknown: But Right. You you don't even have to talk to them.
- 2:17:51And,
- 2:17:52you know, you invoke your right to remain silent and let them conduct their their traffic stop investigation,
- 2:17:59which is a detainment, a temporary detainment.
- 2:18:02And and, you know, eventually, you'll probably be free to go. Now here's another thing.
- 2:18:07If the officer orders you out of the vehicle and you say, well, what if I don't get out, officer?
- 2:18:14And he says, well, then I'm gonna pull you out.
- 2:18:17You better just get out of the vehicle.
- 2:18:20And here's what you do.
- 2:18:22You lock your car as soon as you exit, and you put the keys in your pocket.
- 2:18:29The officer,
- 2:18:30you don't get out and leave your car running.
- 2:18:33You shut the car off just like if you're going to a grocery store.
- 2:18:37You get out of the vehicle.
- 2:18:39You you lock your car.
- 2:18:42And because if you leave your door open,
- 2:18:45they might go in there and do a search. Like, they they will treat that as an invitation
- 2:18:50because you did not you did not, you know,
- 2:18:53you do not put any restraints on the stop and getting out of the car, you know, any verbal restraints.
- 2:19:00So, anyway, you you could lock your car. And
- 2:19:04if the officer tries to do a search, it's gonna be a forced search, they're violating,
- 2:19:08you know, they're violating the constitution at that point.
- 2:19:11And all of this could be taken care of in court.
- 2:19:14But, yeah, there's nowhere that anywhere that says that you have to help an officer in their in their investigation.
- 2:19:21So the best thing you can do is just,
- 2:19:23you know, ask the officer, are you free to go? Constantly
- 2:19:27ask the officer,
- 2:19:29okay, officer. I'm
- 2:19:31not gonna answer questions.
- 2:19:33I'm not gonna help you in your investigation. Am I free to go?
- 2:19:36Well, no. I'm not not yet done. I'm I need to go phone this in, or I gotta go talk to my superior.
- 2:19:42Okay, officer. So the officer comes back. Am I free to go? You just keep asking that, and, eventually, they're gonna let you go either with a warning or a ticket.
- 2:19:52You take the ticket and you go fight it in court if you think, you know, you were stopped for some stupid reason.
- 2:19:58Anyway, my 2¢.
- 2:20:03Unknown: Thank
- 2:20:04you. I was like, I think that initial me only rolling the window down a little bit
- 2:20:10and kinda how I looked at him and kinda how I
- 2:20:15was just like,
- 2:20:17didn't you, you know, didn't don't you know that you really didn't pull me over for anything? And he had to explain that I got called in, and I feel like I did some of those right. And I kinda give them a little bit so it doesn't become a confrontation
- 2:20:33because I was kinda just like, this is so stupid. I just wanna go home, and I don't wanna fight anybody
- 2:20:40about this. And
- 2:20:42and but the look I mean, this kid is one of those kids that
- 2:20:48I feel like wouldn't like me in high school and
- 2:20:52probably didn't like me there. But I think a lot of times, I give them the impression
- 2:20:58that I know
- 2:21:01what I can do what you can do, and I know what you can't. And that was part of rolling that window down
- 2:21:08and me kinda challenge him
- 2:21:10about the pullover.
- 2:21:12And it's like, there's no reason to pull me over. And then he says, well, I got a call describing your vehicle. And then I was like, and my license plate?
- 2:21:21And those kind of things. And so I think he kinda
- 2:21:25and, again, he was kinda up in that crack of the window
- 2:21:29even though he's a little shorter. He was, like, on his tiptoes kinda trying to smell in my window, and he didn't smell anything.
- 2:21:37So
- 2:21:38he kinda had to just
- 2:21:40back away because it wasn't this obvious
- 2:21:44drunk
- 2:21:45douchebag in a truck that somebody called
- 2:21:48in.
- 2:21:50And I and I couldn't but I did kind of volunteer that I had driven from
- 2:21:56from Whitefish to, you know, to the grocery store, and they they asked me what I was doing. And I'm like, going to the grocery store. Like, didn't you see me coming from there? And that cop searching with his light could see my grocery bag, so everything
- 2:22:11checks out. But I I kinda was like, why why did I say that? Like, why did I tell him where and where I came from? Because that probably would match
- 2:22:21possibly what the
- 2:22:23caller had said of you know, or whatever and maybe
- 2:22:27pinpoint
- 2:22:28that more. But, yeah, I just wanted to share that. Do you do you have
- 2:22:34Unknown: do you have a passport card?
- 2:22:37Unknown: I do have the passport card with my affidavit.
- 2:22:42Unknown: Okay. On on the back of that passport card,
- 2:22:45on the the designation,
- 2:22:47do you have what number do you have?
- 2:22:50O9O,
- 2:22:52Unknown: here. Let me look.
- 2:22:5411?
- 2:22:55Think I can find it. I've kinda heard you guys talk about this, and I got confused at one point and was looking at my card, but so this will be good.
- 2:23:06I think I I have my wallet. Good, baby.
- 2:23:09Let me let me find it. It'll take me maybe a minute, and I'll be back on
- 2:23:16Unknown: a minute's too long.
- 2:23:18Anyway,
- 2:23:20you look at a you look at that
- 2:23:23endorsement that you have on the back of that passport card,
- 2:23:27and it has a number on it in in the about the middle of all those numbers at the very top line.
- 2:23:33Has a number on it.
- 2:23:36And if you look at it, it'll say O9
- 2:23:39or
- 2:23:4011 or 12 or 13 or whatever.
- 2:23:44A50
- 2:23:45means that you're a pedophile.
- 2:23:48Unknown: So here's my card. You're so there's a number under my picture?
- 2:23:55No. On the back of it. Oh, on the back. Okay. On the back.
- 2:24:01Oh, the IPUSAC
- 2:24:05garbage?
- 2:24:08Unknown: Yeah. Keep reading it. Keep reading it. And then somewhere in the middle there
- 2:24:13Unknown: will be either a number Did you say one of those numbers does make you a pedophile?
- 2:24:19A60.
- 2:24:23Unknown: Passport
- 2:24:24endorsement. A16.
- 2:24:28Unknown: There's a ton of numbers. So there's those letters to start with, a string of numbers, and then some
- 2:24:35crow's feet or whatever you call those, greater
- 2:24:39than sign. And then there's so there's two greater than signs, o four,
- 2:24:45Unknown: another greater than sign. 04. 04.
- 2:24:494. That's it. Stop right there.
- 2:24:51Okay. Alright. 04.
- 2:24:54So then you go you go to 8
- 2:25:03Unknown: The f a m? 5052.
- 2:25:05Unknown: 8,
- 2:25:07the number 8,
- 2:25:11f Here I go. A
- 2:25:14m,
- 2:25:15f family,
- 2:25:17a association,
- 2:25:19m marijuana.
- 2:25:24Unknown: FAM
- 2:25:26Association?
- 2:25:29Unknown: No.
- 2:25:31Just the letters, f
- 2:25:33a
- 2:25:35m.
- 2:25:36Okay. Yeah. Did you graduate from the third grade like I did?
- 2:25:40Unknown: I made it. I graduated
- 2:25:43high school.
- 2:25:46Unknown: Oh, well, you're you're way ahead of me. But, anyway,
- 2:25:49Unknown: five No. Can you repeat can you repeat the number we're look can you repeat the number we're looking for, please, again? I'm sorry. I'm doing this too. So what do we look at the five? Because I have a bunch of greater than and less than signs
- 2:26:01just like Manna has.
- 2:26:04Unknown: Okay. So okay. So you have you have IP USA
- 2:26:09and a and a letter c.
- 2:26:11Right. And then 123456789
- 2:26:15numbers.
- 2:26:16Unknown: Right.
- 2:26:17Unknown: And then greater than, less than, greater than, less than,
- 2:26:21and then a number in between.
- 2:26:23O something, thirteen, twelve, whatever, 11. Right.
- 2:26:29And and you my number is 09.
- 2:26:33Alright? Greater than, less than
- 2:26:3627
- 2:26:37Unknown: So mine are not greater than and less than mine are not greater than and less than. They're all like the arrows pointing
- 2:26:44to the left. So that would be the number that's in the it's in the middle Right.
- 2:26:51Unknown: Of the okay.
- 2:26:53So what's in what's the number in the middle? O nine?
- 2:26:56Unknown: I gotta get my glasses on.
- 2:26:59Unknown: But we go to eight, fam. You're blind in you're blind in one and color blind in the other one?
- 2:27:04Unknown: We go to eight fam. Yeah.
- 2:27:08Unknown: Eight fam, f a n k. 5058.
- 2:27:14Unknown: Point two.
- 2:27:16Eight.
- 2:27:17Unknown: Endorsement
- 2:27:18four is no fee regular passport
- 2:27:21placed in all no fee regular passports except military dependent passports
- 2:27:26with preprinted endorsement 60 prior to April 2021 used by CAPPTSIA
- 2:27:33and the Charleston Passport Center.
- 2:27:36Those e passports containing only the preprinted endorsement 60 will have expired by April 2026.
- 2:27:45And
- 2:27:46the number up above,
- 2:27:49there is some other relative information about the bearer of the passport.
- 2:27:55Endorsement and that's section a. Endorsement means an official stamped or printed indication of the circumstances under which a passport was issued or can be used.
- 2:28:05The bearer may also be provided with an information
- 2:28:09notice
- 2:28:10that provides more information about the endorsement. Endorsed passports indicate that
- 2:28:16number one, they're valid only for a specific period of time, or two, the passport was issued under particular circumstances.
- 2:28:23Three, the bearer has a certain status, and or number four, there is some other relative information about the bearer of the passport.
- 2:28:33Unknown: Okay. So O9. Now go down to O9.
- 2:28:37Unknown: Okay. O9 do is do? You just type in a a spam 505.2.
- 2:28:42Unknown: Is that it? You do go to the endorsement code?
- 2:28:46Unknown: Yeah. That takes you to a state department site. FAM is foreign affairs manual.
- 2:28:52Unknown: Okay. And it's 505.2.
- 2:28:54Right? Yes.
- 2:28:56Unknown: Thank you. Endorsement
- 2:28:57But it's all it all have to do with the counselor
- 2:29:01Unknown: with the counselor
- 2:29:03department affairs.
- 2:29:05Unknown: Endorsement O nine is the bearer
- 2:29:09the bearer is a United States national and not
- 2:29:13a United States citizen. That's o nine.
- 2:29:19Unknown: Alright.
- 2:29:20And it says
- 2:29:22right there, all types of passports.
- 2:29:28Right beside it.
- 2:29:31And if you look at the top if you look at the top
- 2:29:34passports, like o five, o six, o seven, they all say diplomatic passport, diplomatic passport, diplomatic passport, diplomatic passport,
- 2:29:43diplomatic passport.
- 2:29:45Alright.
- 2:29:47So how do you says.
- 2:29:50Unknown: Mine says 13.
- 2:29:51Nine says
- 2:29:53Unknown: okay.
- 2:29:53So don't go go down to 13. Yours on 13 says
- 2:30:00right there, it's a 13 b?
- 2:30:04No. It doesn't have through 12 c.
- 2:30:07Unknown: Uh-uh. It just has a 13 passport.
- 2:30:12Unknown: Right.
- 2:30:13So it says diplomatic passport. No no fee regular passport. Official passport.
- 2:30:20This passport
- 2:30:22may be reissued
- 2:30:24at expiration.
- 2:30:29Unknown: But it says I don't know what it says. It says endorsement.
- 2:30:32Unknown: I I don't see endorsement 13 at all. I see 12 and I see 14.
- 2:30:39Unknown: Right. It go endorsement
- 2:30:4013.
- 2:30:42It says 8FAM505.2Dash13.
- 2:30:50Unknown: Right above Right. But it says diplomatic passports. It says endorsement 12 series diplomatic
- 2:30:56passports, no fee.
- 2:31:00Right.
- 2:31:01It's an official passport.
- 2:31:05Unknown: You're an official. You're a diplomatic agent.
- 2:31:09Okay. So at least I'm not a
- 2:31:11Unknown: not how come I got 13 and you've got nine?
- 2:31:16Unknown: Because you're Because if when I turn mine in
- 2:31:20Right.
- 2:31:21Unknown: Because you have a diplomatic passport, he has a United States national passport.
- 2:31:29Unknown: But I'm also a diplomat
- 2:31:31because it says all types of passports with the o nine designation.
- 2:31:38So I'm a diplomatic agent.
- 2:31:41Unknown: So hold on. So is that what I am too? Alright.
- 2:31:45Unknown: Yes. Because you yeah. We're all all of us that have this. Now some of them that have the other endorsements like 11 and but they're still diplomat.
- 2:31:54Unknown: Alright? So you know what?
- 2:31:57Unknown: And and you know what?
- 2:31:58What
- 2:32:02Unknown: Sheldon was telling you that you used that number beneath your picture on the left hand side of your card where it says dash, that mine has
- 2:32:12you used that number to determine what
- 2:32:15you are.
- 2:32:18Unknown: No. The back you use a back number. That's why Roger's always talking about that o nine.
- 2:32:23Unknown: Jerry, what I read on the nine is that you use an alias.
- 2:32:27It
- 2:32:28says that that that the bearer uses an assumed name
- 2:32:33in addition to their legal name.
- 2:32:35Unknown: No.
- 2:32:36That is
- 2:32:38two dash nine
- 2:32:42Unknown: Endorsement
- 2:32:43Unknown: eight. That's that's endorsement eight.
- 2:32:46Unknown: Okay. I don't have there's no endorsement 13 on here. It goes from endorsement 11 series and then endorsement 12, and then it goes to 14.
- 2:32:56Unknown: That is an unpublished
- 2:32:58endorsement.
- 2:33:00They won't tell us what that means.
- 2:33:02Unknown: So what does that mean?
- 2:33:04Unknown: It means it means something,
- 2:33:07but they're not going to tell us. So you need to do a privacy information request specifically
- 2:33:13asking for you the meaning of the endorsement on your passport.
- 2:33:20Unknown: Wow.
- 2:33:22Unknown: Where do I get information
- 2:33:24to look up what
- 2:33:26number
- 2:33:27I'm looking at for the endorsement
- 2:33:30because there's all these numbers. I I mean, I don't That's
- 2:33:34Unknown: what we've been talking about. You are you looking at the famfam.state.gov
- 2:33:40website webpage?
- 2:33:43Unknown: Yes. That's not what I'm asking. I'm asking on my passport.
- 2:33:50Unknown: No. Passport card in the back.
- 2:33:54On the back of your passport card.
- 2:33:57Unknown: So you're
- 2:33:58Unknown: Would that Are there lot of numbers? You have.
- 2:34:02Unknown: I have it in my hand. There's a lot there's that first string of numbers, and you're saying it's the first number
- 2:34:09after the long string?
- 2:34:14Unknown: Exactly. For the for the two less
- 2:34:16than or greater than
- 2:34:20Unknown: Yeah. Symbols Not the one after that
- 2:34:23with a single less than or greater than.
- 2:34:28Unknown: In the middle.
- 2:34:30Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:34:31So, basically, I got their so they're they basically sounds like they ignored my paperwork.
- 2:34:38Unknown: Yep. That's what it sounds like to me. Everything. They ignore you.
- 2:34:42Unknown: Okay. I don't think that's the right I don't think that's the right one. I don't think that's the right number, you guys, because I asked Grock and everything, and they said there are no endorsement 13 series.
- 2:34:55Unknown: Grouch lies.
- 2:34:56Unknown: I know, but sometimes it doesn't lie. Tell
- 2:35:00Unknown: it not to tell it not to hallucinate.
- 2:35:07Unknown: Yeah. I I take mushrooms.
- 2:35:09Anyway,
- 2:35:09so now if you go to diplomatic
- 2:35:12diplomatic
- 2:35:12immunity,
- 2:35:16and it'll come up
- 2:35:20diplomatic because all these cards are diplomat with all diplomatic agents.
- 2:35:26And if you go to diplomatic immunity,
- 2:35:30it'll come up a counselor.
- 2:35:37Just type in dip diplomatic
- 2:35:40immunity.
- 2:35:47And it'll come up and look for the look for the nice little
- 2:35:52colorful
- 2:35:56Counselor Department of State Counselor.
- 2:36:01It's a diplomatic and counselor immunity.
- 2:36:05It's not pretty purple,
- 2:36:07red, blue
- 2:36:11manual.
- 2:36:17Unknown: Yeah. Mine definitely doesn't say any of that diplomat stuff on it.
- 2:36:22Unknown: It looks like Yeah. It does. They they all do. And then scroll down to page seven. It's after pre phase in introduction. I'm trying to get through this pretty quick.
- 2:36:32And on the right hand side, there'll be little numbers where three,
- 2:36:36four,
- 2:36:37five,
- 2:36:39six,
- 2:36:41and seven.
- 2:36:42And right there on
- 2:36:44page seven, it says, diplomatic agents.
- 2:36:48Alright. Since our passport and we are all diplomatic.
- 2:36:52Passports have diplomatic passports,
- 2:36:56we are diplomatic agents.
- 2:36:59And this diplomatic immunity and counselor
- 2:37:02manual says,
- 2:37:04diplomatic agents enjoy the highest degree of privileges and immunities.
- 2:37:09They enjoy complete personal and viability,
- 2:37:13which means
- 2:37:15that they may not be handcuffed,
- 2:37:17what,
- 2:37:19except in extraordinary
- 2:37:23circumstances.
- 2:37:24It means that they may not be arrested or detained,
- 2:37:29and neither their property,
- 2:37:31including
- 2:37:32their vehicles
- 2:37:34nor residencies
- 2:37:37may be entered or searched.
- 2:37:40Diplomatic agents also enjoy complete immunity from the criminal jurisdiction
- 2:37:46of the host
- 2:37:48country's
- 2:37:49courts.
- 2:37:51So if each state is its own country according to Lee,
- 2:37:55when he told Abraham,
- 2:37:57you want me to fight? I'm not gonna fight against my country, men.
- 2:38:06Every state is a country in its own right.
- 2:38:09So when we're traveling, like, say, I'm in New Mexico and I traveled to Texas
- 2:38:13and I get pulled over and I hand him this card, he he takes it back and reads it.
- 2:38:19That's why Roger's been stressing this O9O9,
- 2:38:23the o nine. I don't know but the O9. Alright?
- 2:38:26That's just coming out of Roger's mouth.
- 2:38:29That o nine designation makes us diplomatic agents.
- 2:38:38And we Yeah.
- 2:38:40The the if your passport your passport doesn't even have the state where you reside or domicile at.
- 2:38:47It has
- 2:38:48where you were born.
- 2:38:50Your pass my passport card, I was born in Texas.
- 2:38:53I've been living in Carl in New Mexico for forty something years.
- 2:38:58Hasn't that passport card has nothing to say
- 2:39:02about Carlsbad, New Mexico.
- 2:39:05It has Texas.
- 2:39:09Unknown: Yeah. Mine has place of birth,
- 2:39:11Montana.
- 2:39:12Unknown: Exactly.
- 2:39:14Unknown: USA. Alright. And where do you live?
- 2:39:18Unknown: Gone
- 2:39:19very far.
- 2:39:21I
- 2:39:22live I live 50 miles away from where I was born. You're still in you're still in
- 2:39:28Unknown: Montana. Okay?
- 2:39:30Mine says
- 2:39:31place of birth, Texas.
- 2:39:33And nowhere else on this card does it say anything about Carlsbad, New Mexico.
- 2:39:40Unknown: Right.
- 2:39:43Unknown: Alright? And I've been here for forty something years.
- 2:39:46Alright? So, anyway, getting back to this diplomatic agent. Diplomatic agents enjoy what?
- 2:39:52Personal inviolability.
- 2:39:54They cannot violate you.
- 2:39:57But
- 2:39:58because they they presume that you're still a thing and property and you belong to them, they violate you and they disregard all this information.
- 2:40:07They regard they disregard all the affidavits
- 2:40:11and citizenship affidavits that you turned into the state secretary to the state
- 2:40:16department of state in in the plantation,
- 2:40:19and they ignore
- 2:40:21all that because they do not know.
- 2:40:24So you're right. No. I'll I'll give you this. If if you wanna have insurance, that's your business. You know what I mean? It's none of their business. They say, oh, you gotta have registration
- 2:40:35insurance and and and a driver's license. No. I don't. This is my driver's license. This this passport card gives me the right to travel
- 2:40:45international
- 2:40:46land and sea.
- 2:40:49International
- 2:40:50land and sea travel. Air travel.
- 2:40:54Valid for domestic air travel?
- 2:40:57International
- 2:40:57land, and sea travel between The United States, Canada, Mexico, The Caribbean,
- 2:41:03and Bermuda.
- 2:41:06But it also gives me the right to travel
- 2:41:09The passport book
- 2:41:12gives me the right to travel anywhere
- 2:41:14in the world that I wanna go
- 2:41:17without being violated
- 2:41:20as a diplomatic agent.
- 2:41:24And I know this is way above your head, but I don't have a whole lot of time.
- 2:41:32Anyway, thank you for listening.
- 2:41:34Unknown: I have a question for you.
- 2:41:37If they issued a
- 2:41:40passport
- 2:41:40with an incorrect code? Do you have to pay to have everything done all over again, and how do you get it corrected?
- 2:41:50Unknown: How would you know if it's incorrect code?
- 2:41:53Unknown: Well, they gave me a code 14,
- 2:41:56which is just a replacement passport.
- 2:42:00Unknown: Again, I I probably the outsider here, but the way I look at all of this, you are what you say you are. What they decide to call you, I really don't care.
- 2:42:11It's in my affidavit. That's the reason I put the paperwork in with it along with whatever paperwork I I'm telling them who I am.
- 2:42:20That's all.
- 2:42:22Unknown: Yeah. That's fine. But when you're going through security
- 2:42:25or an airport,
- 2:42:26if you have a diplomatic
- 2:42:28number,
- 2:42:29you're going to get right through. They're not going to want to really
- 2:42:33hold you and and and all that.
- 2:42:37You're not gonna be detained. No. They'll Whereas
- 2:42:40Unknown: no. They'll they'll detain you regardless.
- 2:42:43They don't know. They don't know these.
- 2:42:46What we know, they don't know.
- 2:42:49They So they're gonna obtain your daughter or whatever.
- 2:42:54Unknown: It's it's supposed to be in that file.
- 2:42:59Unknown: In other words, when they Supposed to they don't know what that they don't know they don't know you have a file?
- 2:43:04Unknown: No. No. I when they scan the code, it all comes up. It only comes up at TSA,
- 2:43:10and I don't know where else.
- 2:43:13Unknown: Yeah. I had I had that situation when I first got this card. Right?
- 2:43:18And I haven't I haven't I've only had this card maybe, I don't know, like, a year or two, two years.
- 2:43:24But when I took a flight out of El Paso, Texas,
- 2:43:28the TSA agent took that card because that's all I gave him.
- 2:43:32He wanted my ID. Right? So I gave him that
- 2:43:35Right. The passport card.
- 2:43:38He stuck it in that machine
- 2:43:41and pulled it out and looked at it.
- 2:43:45You know, like, turned it upside down. I don't know what he saw on the on the screen of that computer.
- 2:43:50I don't know.
- 2:43:52I don't care.
- 2:43:53Probably you're after in there.
- 2:43:56I don't I don't like I said, I don't know. But, anyway, he stuck it in there and pulled it out and looked it up, flipped it over, and stuck it in again, pulled it out. And there was another TSA that's standing about 10 feet away,
- 2:44:08and he motioned them to come over. Right?
- 2:44:11So that other TS agent came over here and he handed him my card,
- 2:44:15and he looked at it and he says, stick it in there. You know? So he stuck it in there again and pulled it out and gave it back to him.
- 2:44:23I was standing in one line
- 2:44:25and he said, move over here to this one.
- 2:44:27Right?
- 2:44:29And he stuck it in that computer and pulled it out again. And he said, get behind the get the behind the camera. And I said, no. I'm not getting I'm not getting behind no camera. You're not taking my picture.
- 2:44:38He looked at me like
- 2:44:41and then he said, go through.
- 2:44:43So I don't know what they saw. I don't I don't care what they saw. I shoulda asked, but at the like I said, at the time, I had just barely gotten this.
- 2:44:51Unknown: Right.
- 2:44:52Unknown: And then I started finding out all this information.
- 2:44:55I didn't know I didn't know that those endorsement codes.
- 2:44:59I didn't know
- 2:45:01what Roger was saying when he was saying
- 2:45:03I don't know if it O9 on the on the card. O9 on the card. O9. So I started digging and digging and digging, and then I came up with this.
- 2:45:12I found that a counselor,
- 2:45:1688FAM505.2.
- 2:45:20And I clicked it up and then I boom. There it was O9.
- 2:45:24The bearer of this endorsement is a US national
- 2:45:28and not
- 2:45:29a citizen of The United States.
- 2:45:33On that affidavit that we turned in of Rogers affidavit
- 2:45:38I'm sorry for the beeping, beeping, beeping. But anyway, on the affidavit that we turned in
- 2:45:45with the certificate of noncitizen nationality statement at the bottom.
- 2:45:51I turned all that stuff. I copied that.
- 2:45:56I copied that, and I sent it. I sent it with my passport.
- 2:46:02Unknown: And but that's another The problem I'm having is that my code
- 2:46:07go ahead. My my code says it's this is issued to US citizens.
- 2:46:13So
- 2:46:14effectively,
- 2:46:15I'm I'm just still,
- 2:46:17you know, regarding as a US citizen. It doesn't say national
- 2:46:22for code 14. It's
- 2:46:26a replacement passport for a US citizen,
- 2:46:29which I'm not. Right.
- 2:46:32So I have to get that correct. According to the according
- 2:46:36Unknown: to that passport, you are.
- 2:46:41That's what they're looking at.
- 2:46:44Did I And I want to see if gonna take my word for it.
- 2:46:47Unknown: Right.
- 2:46:50Unknown: But you are. You know?
- 2:46:52You're you're still a US citizen because the certificate of US
- 2:46:56of noncitizen nationality states
- 2:46:59all US citizens are
- 2:47:02US nations,
- 2:47:04but only a relatively small number of people like this Mexican right here Right. Know these things.
- 2:47:11So when they turn in all their paperwork to the secretary of state in Washington DC, the plantation owner, Marco Rubio, or whoever blinking was at the time when I did mine.
- 2:47:23Oh. That's what I did mine too. They But it didn't say that don't that
- 2:47:29you are a national.
- 2:47:33A US national.
- 2:47:36And then they try to bluff bluff you
- 2:47:39and make you scared like, oh, oh, there's something wrong. I'm gonna come after
- 2:47:44Oh, that's what we
- 2:47:46as nationals
- 2:47:48need to stand up
- 2:47:50and know our we don't have to know all of our rights,
- 2:47:53but we have to know enough
- 2:47:56that we can defend
- 2:47:58our rights.
- 2:48:02Unknown: Yeah. No. I I get a shout out to not subject. You know, I'm upset because I've bullied all regulations. All this time researching and and I
- 2:48:10thought that I,
- 2:48:11was a national. I even
- 2:48:13spoke to a representative
- 2:48:16from the passport office and they told me that
- 2:48:19the paperwork is there and it will show when they scan your card and everything.
- 2:48:25But then when I looked at the designation,
- 2:48:28it's just such a replacement passport for a US citizen,
- 2:48:31which is not the same as a diplomat,
- 2:48:35which has And more it's still it's
- 2:48:39Unknown: still a diplomatic passport.
- 2:48:41Unknown: What if a national is a citizen?
- 2:48:46Unknown: A national is a citizen.
- 2:48:48Unknown: Okay. And that's what they're I get that. Yeah.
- 2:48:52It's a glorious citizen to me.
- 2:48:55I avoid it.
- 2:48:58Unknown: Yes. There are some folks that have had their birth certificate
- 2:49:03certified by the courts, and they turn it in, and then that's when you get a different number. I don't know exactly what the procedure is. They they to the way I look at it, they have jurisdiction through our name,
- 2:49:16Unknown: through our signature,
- 2:49:17through our addresses,
- 2:49:19etcetera. They all need to be claimed
- 2:49:22to back back to something that we wanna be,
- 2:49:25not their fiction.
- 2:49:27So
- 2:49:28even if you get this passport nationals
- 2:49:30correct and you don't have that name cleared up or that location cleared up, that's still their jurisdiction.
- 2:49:38Everything they've
- 2:49:40Unknown: done capital means
- 2:49:42Unknown: is to attack us.
- 2:49:45If you're if you're believing Christian like I am,
- 2:49:49what they've done
- 2:49:51is like a trick of the devil is to make me think
- 2:49:54that I am something that I am not
- 2:49:58and sign for it
- 2:50:00and waive my liberties
- 2:50:03and freedoms in the process.
- 2:50:06Great trick if you can pull it off, and they've done a good job of it. But I I just feel that we need to make a claim on all this. It's like the charity league thing on the signature.
- 2:50:18When I send my paper off to the attorney general, I'm gonna claim my signature as
- 2:50:24my old one that I used to use
- 2:50:26and the new one that's in common law
- 2:50:29and tell them
- 2:50:31that this there's a difference. I claim both
- 2:50:35because I think prior to the civil war,
- 2:50:38we had the right to contract inside and outside
- 2:50:41the constitution
- 2:50:43at will.
- 2:50:45I think that's still our right, but that comes under Swift versus Tyson.
- 2:50:50And they've taken that away also
- 2:50:52through the Tompkins case.
- 2:50:55But,
- 2:50:56you know,
- 2:50:57I'm
- 2:50:58I'm just afraid of the national term myself.
- 2:51:03I just don't I just don't know that that's not another trick.
- 2:51:07And and as long as I have a 1% feeling about that, I just call myself a Californian.
- 2:51:15Unknown: Can somebody
- 2:51:16Unknown: Lowercase lowercase
- 2:51:18state
- 2:51:20California.
- 2:51:22Unknown: No. I don't agree with that either. Leave the state out of it. They they own the upper and lowercase state in all of their titles as well. If you look at title eight, and I've tried to do this and the INA,
- 2:51:37that lowercase state that you're pledging
- 2:51:40permanent allegiance to
- 2:51:43is not what we think it is,
- 2:51:45and they define it.
- 2:51:47I've asked people to look so that it's not my own prejudice,
- 2:51:51but, you know,
- 2:51:53sketch, have you looked at it?
- 2:52:06Unknown: I got a question. I think it was Sherry that was talking about her passport card.
- 2:52:15Unknown: I
- 2:52:16I'm sorry. I didn't hear what you just said, but I can is there anybody on there that can send something?
- 2:52:23I've been searching and trying to verify what number to look at for the endorsement.
- 2:52:29Unknown: I've got eight email.
- 2:52:33Unknown: Got a question, so you could help me. Uh-huh. Another rat at home. Those Some somebody's unmuted.
- 2:52:40Unknown: I can help you with the endorsement, I think.
- 2:52:45Do you have a passport card?
- 2:52:52Unknown: This is Manna Still. I'm just,
- 2:52:55Unknown: I'm just not convinced that that's the number I'm supposed to be looking at. I I I'm looking at this manual. I'm reading all the kinds of I agree with you, man. This is Julie. I a 100% agree with you because I've looked this up a million times, and that's
- 2:53:12not the number in my opinion.
- 2:53:15Unknown: Yeah. So I would think in the manual somewhere, and I've been searching,
- 2:53:19you'd think somewhere it would show me where the endorsement code is on my passport
- 2:53:25and there's
- 2:53:27I can't find that.
- 2:53:29Unknown: Yeah. It's the lower left lower left corner
- 2:53:33on the front of the passport card.
- 2:53:36Unknown: Yeah. See, that's directly different than I don't know who was helping
- 2:53:41us figure this out to start with,
- 2:53:44but that's a totally different spot than what?
- 2:53:47Unknown: What what your card does your card say at the bottom left corner at behind the dash?
- 2:53:54Unknown: Under my picture.
- 2:53:56Unknown: Yes.
- 2:53:58Unknown: Yeah. The very last one, this one's a Dash o 8.
- 2:54:04Unknown: Okay.
- 2:54:05Unknown: So that's so you think so but but what
- 2:54:08makes you think that that's the number?
- 2:54:11Unknown: Yeah. That's that's a great question. And I I started out confused about this.
- 2:54:17I think it was Tom from RBN that, you know, kinda and he's been doing this for, like, forty years.
- 2:54:24Yeah. He he was the one that suggested that's where it is, and I and it does make sense.
- 2:54:30Although,
- 2:54:31I you know, one of the guys that was on the call, like, over a year ago was saying that they they're not issuing o nines anymore.
- 2:54:39Whereas, like, Joe Lustica and I think a lot of the early people had o nines and even some people had o sevens.
- 2:54:47Unknown: I think the best thing we can do at this point is maybe call the passport office
- 2:54:53and,
- 2:54:54be like, oh, I was looking at this thing about endorsements.
- 2:54:58Can you please show me on my card where that endorsement number is?
- 2:55:04Unknown: Yeah. That would be good. I don't think anybody's ever absolutely done that.
- 2:55:09So do do you know what an o eight I am putting that
- 2:55:12Unknown: task on you. I think you have to go and call them. Honestly, Manna, that's a great idea. Because I've just watched a bunch of YouTube videos with Bad Wolf and these people. And they're all saying they're not showing
- 2:55:26no matter where I go, no matter what browser I use, they're saying that that is not the code on the back, and it's not the code on the front of the picture. On the bottom where it has a dash,
- 2:55:37those two things are not the endorsement codes that are on eight FAM
- 2:55:41Unknown: five o whatever that number is. It almost sounds like when I was reading it that it's actually in some sort of paperwork
- 2:55:49and that it's on
- 2:55:52something that they send
- 2:55:54with you, which I think I have the envelope and everything.
- 2:55:59Unknown: So maybe I should my envelope. I have my envelope, but I don't see any numbers, man, on mine.
- 2:56:04Unknown: Yeah. There's no other extra info
- 2:56:07inside your
- 2:56:08Unknown: in there. No. It's just
- 2:56:11Unknown: our letter saying, here's your passport card.
- 2:56:14Unknown: Aren't we asking them who we are?
- 2:56:17Unknown: Well so, Samuel,
- 2:56:19I get what you're saying, but, also, if you can kinda
- 2:56:25listen to kind of some of the stories about
- 2:56:29how
- 2:56:30when you present this card with
- 2:56:37attachment, they they recognize
- 2:56:39something immediately
- 2:56:41in the card, apparently.
- 2:56:44Unknown: And Yeah. And I do That's why, yeah, man. I I heard this purse this story about this person going for overseas international travel, and they got pulled over by somebody in the airport.
- 2:56:55And the guy was just saying, well, how did you get this card? How did you get this? Do you know what this means? Do you know what you have here?
- 2:57:02Then every person was just standing there looking ahead and going,
- 2:57:06no. He goes, do you know that, like, you have diplomatic like, you do you know what you could ask when you go to those countries? Like, you could literally ask for escorts
- 2:57:14everywhere. You have privileges that nobody else has in terms of tickets, free tickets to games and stuff like that. It was like this guy went on and on and on and on. It would be nice to know just how to be. That would be nice have hearsay.
- 2:57:27Well, I know. I get it, but it was, an official inside an airport. Yeah. You're right. Hearsay.
- 2:57:33I'm just the messenger.
- 2:57:35Unknown: The other one where a guy said, wow. Your your card basically says, do not detain. So have a nice day. And
- 2:57:43I don't I don't wanna pull out my card to this shaved head
- 2:57:48kid who's half my age who pulled me over because somebody just called in my car. And I hand him my passport card,
- 2:57:58and then I gotta listen to something about, oh, you're a sovereign citizen,
- 2:58:02and have him try and rip my window open because I only rolled it down halfway. So that's why I gave him my
- 2:58:09driver's
- 2:58:10license and just asserted myself
- 2:58:13as a private citizen
- 2:58:15and how I always do as
- 2:58:18I know my rights. With them on the side of road. Don't
- 2:58:29Unknown: argue with them. Take the ticket because it becomes a bill of attainer,
- 2:58:35which no state
- 2:58:36under the constitution, article one, section 10, no state can issue any bill of attainment.
- 2:58:44And if they give you a ticket, it's a bill of attainment.
- 2:58:48And then you can put liens
- 2:58:50on all their corporate
- 2:58:53entities,
- 2:58:54all their corporate agencies,
- 2:58:56all their corporate persons.
- 2:58:59Unknown: And a cop can't just pull you over on the side of the road because somebody said to pull you over. If they don't have a sworn affidavit from that witness,
- 2:59:08the cop didn't see you do anything wrong. They they don't have probable cause. Exactly.
- 2:59:14Unknown: That's why I Where's the big that's why I bring follow the rules.
- 2:59:19Unknown: Not just like the judge. The judge doesn't follow the rules. The cops don't follow the rules.
- 2:59:24Unknown: Yeah. Well, that's why I bring up this story and why I pinned him to that. I was like, didn't you follow me? Did you do see me do anything wrong?
- 2:59:33And why why are you pulling me over again? Oh, because somebody called
- 2:59:38and I even called him on that. And I was like, oh,
- 2:59:42so
- 2:59:43so I I could just
- 2:59:46just pick somebody I don't like and call in their car, and you guys can go pull them over.
- 2:59:52And I was like, I hope you realize I'm not that guy. And he looked at me really weird, and he's like, what guy?
- 2:59:57I was like, the guy that the other guy called in and said was driving erratically. And he kinda
- 3:00:05realized I was getting a little frustrated, and he's like, well, I'm just gonna take this back to my car, and I'll be right back. You know? And I just so yeah. If he'd ever issued me a ticket in that
- 3:00:16and I and or gave me any grief, this would be one of those times where I would probably fight it and try and get him fired and start talking about cloak of immunity, but it didn't get that far.
- 3:00:30Then that's why I bring up this story is because
- 3:00:33you can do everything right.
- 3:00:36And I have a feeling I know what driver called me in. There was a guy tailgating me and being really kinda dickish
- 3:00:44and did something kind of dangerous
- 3:00:47and passed me actually in a double yellow line
- 3:00:51even though I was going the speed limit. And then here I'm getting pulled over a little later. I was kinda like, I
- 3:00:58wonder.
- 3:01:00So
- 3:01:01Unknown: I've I've been in this so called movement for over fifty years,
- 3:01:05and
- 3:01:06I must say that since
- 3:01:09I've taken the TAC as
- 3:01:12a Christian
- 3:01:14and
- 3:01:15try to write my paperwork
- 3:01:17accordingly,
- 3:01:19I've had a whole lot more success
- 3:01:22because they can't pull the sovereign citizen card on you, etcetera.
- 3:01:26And they understand
- 3:01:28what you're talking about.
- 3:01:30If you're coming from a
- 3:01:32an honest place and and explaining your position,
- 3:01:36there's a in the in the book of the hundreds, there's these discourses.
- 3:01:41They're called Daniel in the lion's den.
- 3:01:43And Daniel's
- 3:01:44in court, and it's his exchange with let me just read the first the first this is this the court says, Daniel Smith. Daniel says, you say that I am. And the and the judge is like, I'm sorry. I didn't hear you.
- 3:02:02And Daniel says again, you say that I am. And it just goes on like this. It's comical,
- 3:02:07but it's the truth.
- 3:02:10And they can't touch him.
- 3:02:15Unknown: I feel like a lot I've been pulled over a lot, and I do kind of
- 3:02:20nicely insert you know, and they always you I think that copy even asked if he could search my car, and I was like
- 3:02:26I was like, no. And then they go, oh, why? And I was like, I
- 3:02:31wanna go home.
- 3:02:32I was like and they're like one time, they're like, well, how about you just pump your gas?
- 3:02:37And we'll search your car while you pump the gas. This was in Oregon where you're actually not allowed to pump your own gas,
- 3:02:44and this guy
- 3:02:46Unknown: And you have no idea if the guy's got an illegal substance on him, and he pulls it out of his pocket and throws it under your seat.
- 3:02:53Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. And I I kinda I sat in there, and I was like, no. You can't search my car.
- 3:02:59And and
- 3:03:00then what happened? He he they end up leaving,
- 3:03:05and I go
- 3:03:06and I get oh, they leave, and I get out of my car, and I try and put my card in to do the gas.
- 3:03:13And I'm like, what the hell? This isn't working. I went to another gas station, and I mentioned that. And they're like, oh, you can't pump your own gas in Oregon.
- 3:03:22I was like, that lion's sack.
- 3:03:25I was like, he he
- 3:03:27knew he saw my mon he told me. He pulled me over because he saw my Montana plates
- 3:03:33and that this is a known drug trafficking corridor.
- 3:03:38So huge,
- 3:03:40huge,
- 3:03:41horrible
- 3:03:43misuse of power and everything, but he was thinking I was gonna be stupid
- 3:03:48and get out and try and pump my own gas, realized that I couldn't do that anyway,
- 3:03:54and therefore, he'd be searching my truck. But I know not to say that. I know not to let him. I know I can say no.
- 3:04:01I know I can't fight him to the ground about it, but
- 3:04:05but, yeah, they try that all the time. And I'm always like, crack the window.
- 3:04:09No. You cannot. No. Thank you. No, sir. I would rather go home. And they usually leave me alone.
- 3:04:21And so I do I do understand what you're saying, Samuel, with that. But when this guy is bringing up that my card could say
- 3:04:29these certain things, and they could look at it and go, oh,
- 3:04:34here's
- 3:04:34he not only is speaking,
- 3:04:37but his card also backs up what he's saying. I would love that.
- 3:04:43And sounds like
- 3:04:44some people have a card that says that somehow,
- 3:04:48and I would like to be one of those people. And I would like to call
- 3:04:52the agency on their misstep
- 3:04:56on not recognizing
- 3:04:59my paperwork. I feel like at this point, need to do an a freedom of or a personal freedom of information or whatever
- 3:05:08and see what I get back because I'm I'm not sure
- 3:05:12of what of what they did with my paperwork at this point. And I'm also not sure if they to do that. Soon
- 3:05:20Unknown: in the Department of State in Washington DC.
- 3:05:24Start holding them accountable. Nobody holds anybody accountable anymore, including the judges, the police, the sheriff, the chief of police, the mayor, the council members. Nope. The the
- 3:05:35the school boards, nobody holds them accountable, and we let them get away with whatever they wanna get away with. Yes.
- 3:05:43Unknown: And, you know, I mean There's a guy out there. There's a guy out there.
- 3:05:53Unknown: Yeah. I Yeah. I'm a like to see I would like to see more of us file paperwork without using things like the national status,
- 3:06:02challenge
- 3:06:03the signature, the address,
- 3:06:05etcetera.
- 3:06:08And and then see what you get at the number.
- 3:06:12Unknown: Look. There's a guy out there, Edmund George.
- 3:06:15He he's on Rumble.
- 3:06:17It's Ed George Yeah. And the number 44 on Rumble.
- 3:06:22That guy says he he's got a national
- 3:06:26process
- 3:06:27that's
- 3:06:28we have his thumb drive, but we didn't look at that part. My wife don't like opening it because it goes to
- 3:06:38Word,
- 3:06:39and she don't do Word. Nothing Microsoft.
- 3:06:42Anyway,
- 3:06:43I don't know what his process is, but it's on his free coaching
- 3:06:48site
- 3:06:49on Rumble.
- 3:06:50And he says he's on a blue list. There's a blue list. He's been pulled over in New York City, New York, whatever,
- 3:06:58and, you know, buy a trooper and, you know, he gave him his passport card. He didn't know what to do with it. He told him to call it in and run it. He
- 3:07:07he called back, and he said
- 3:07:10that,
- 3:07:11you know, he wanted to let he was gonna let him go, and he goes, well, what do you mean you were gonna write me a ticket? And he goes, well, you're on you're on a blue list, and then says, not detain,
- 3:07:22and,
- 3:07:23you know, I'm supposed to let you go. I've never seen anything like that. He goes, it says that in your computer? And he said, yeah. He said, can I take a look at it and take a picture of it? And
- 3:07:33and the cops like, well, I gotta go. And he took off.
- 3:07:37Unknown: That might have been where I heard that DOD story because I followed or looked at a lot of his
- 3:07:44work for a little bit, but then I just kept kinda thinking about how complicated it is and they keep it simple,
- 3:07:52And I I like what he says, but he gets
- 3:07:56complicated.
- 3:07:57And, yes, his thumb drive, hardly anything open for me. I paid money for that,
- 3:08:03and I've had yet to really see anything on it. And I've kinda
- 3:08:08I would like to, but I
- 3:08:11it just eats up my time. Right.
- 3:08:14Unknown: Right. Hey, Dave. Mentioned the Bob Wolf. Do you do you remember John the farmer? Talks about five stories
- 3:08:22Unknown: on his passport code.
- 3:08:25Unknown: Somebody's gonna have to see yeah. John the farmer had both experiences.
- 3:08:31And and and and when he had better experiences,
- 3:08:36it was because he had done and his notices had taken some time to And get out
- 3:08:42I think one of the big mistakes we're making as a group is we're not noticing them and making our claims and being in their face and building a file.
- 3:08:53Because
- 3:08:54if you're, like, gonna do something like me and take all these certified
- 3:08:59documents
- 3:09:00and then feed them to the attorney general and tell them who you are, where you are, what you are, give him some time to respond.
- 3:09:07If he doesn't respond,
- 3:09:09he's now in agreement with you and you do that with registered mails. You've got chain of custody.
- 3:09:16You're putting them in a position, one,
- 3:09:19that
- 3:09:20they know you know. They know you you know that that you've got a chain of custody,
- 3:09:26and you're asking them to do certain things and protect you and do what their job is and just be nice about it. And what are they gonna do?
- 3:09:36I mean, I'm gonna tell them, if you send me any information
- 3:09:40or you want me in a court or something like that, you're gonna have to use my address and you're gonna have to use my name. I think that's fair. Don't you? So here it is. Here's my Christian name,
- 3:09:52and here's my location
- 3:09:55because an address is also a commercial thing.
- 3:09:59And, you know, we need to do more of that. And then I I I love Brose declaration of independence.
- 3:10:06You run that in your local paper. I'm also getting that notarized,
- 3:10:10and I'm gonna try to get that into the Coney recorder.
- 3:10:14But then I'm also gonna try to run it in the paper of record.
- 3:10:19And they give you a certification of that because it's like a legal notice.
- 3:10:24I think that and and if you look at what Terry Lee did with his signature and everything else,
- 3:10:30Terry Lee has been doing this all his life, and he has a binder
- 3:10:34of the steps he took and all the crap he went through.
- 3:10:39And finally, he gets to a point where they leave him alone because he was also arrested and put in jail for the driver thing and all that stuff as well.
- 3:10:48But at some point, when they realize
- 3:10:52who you are,
- 3:10:54where you are, and you mean it,
- 3:10:57they tend to leave you alone.
- 3:10:59It's like reading this stuff in the book of the hundreds about Daniel and the lion's den. It's it's funny because it points out
- 3:11:08how brainwashed we are and how we should be thinking.
- 3:11:12We assume
- 3:11:13that they're in charge.
- 3:11:15That's not this government that we created. We're supposed to be in charge,
- 3:11:21and we should act more like it.
- 3:11:24Unknown: Is there somebody trying to say something?
- 3:11:31Unknown: I don't know.
- 3:11:32Unknown: I thought there was somebody trying to get in.
- 3:11:36Might have been saved. Like that was a good moment to kinda
- 3:11:41let him in. But
- 3:11:43Unknown: Comment.
- 3:11:45Please.
- 3:11:47Unknown: Yeah. Hey, guys.
- 3:11:49This is the other William in Georgia,
- 3:11:51Atlanta
- 3:11:52area.
- 3:11:53I,
- 3:11:54I put a link in the or a suggestion in the chat
- 3:11:59about the ICAO
- 3:12:02ninety three zero three.
- 3:12:04It's a document standard
- 3:12:06international,
- 3:12:09civil aviation
- 3:12:11organization.
- 3:12:13There might there might be some information in there on the,
- 3:12:19you know, the the passport numbers.
- 3:12:22I just don't have time to follow it.
- 3:12:26So I'd
- 3:12:28interject it.
- 3:12:32Unknown: Oh, okay. Thank you.
- 3:12:34Yeah.
- 3:12:37Unknown: And it it I look at all of that is like, if they're gonna really pull this wool over our eyes,
- 3:12:43aren't they gonna put some out there that get a result
- 3:12:48so that we take it as if there's something special about how they did it or is it just them allowing it so that it looks that way? These people are certainly not beyond that,
- 3:13:03especially if they do still have total control and they know it.
- 3:13:11I I mean, I'm
- 3:13:12maybe paranoid,
- 3:13:14but
- 3:13:15I think I think they have a track record.
- 3:13:20Unknown: Yeah. But there's also evidence
- 3:13:22kinda of and I kinda wonder if my
- 3:13:25I wonder if just
- 3:13:27by the way you operate each time you get pulled over creates a record. Kinda like what you're saying with Terry Lee sounds like, and he keeps his own record, but I think
- 3:13:37the police might as well. Because honestly, it seems like
- 3:13:42I mean, I I look
- 3:13:45I I feel like I know enough about how I look and how I've been treated most of my life that most cops would probably just try and ring me dry.
- 3:13:55And they
- 3:13:56pretty quickly
- 3:13:58kinda wanna go back to their car and run what I hand them,
- 3:14:03And that seems to they kinda seem to quickly wanna
- 3:14:08get away.
