Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: On Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: The redistricting earthquake is spreading.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_00]: Just when Democrats thought the damage from the landmark Kalei ruling couldn't get any worse,
- 0:30[SPEAKER_00]: The Supreme Court just dropped yet another bombshell that has Democrats, strategists, party leaders, and race-based jerry-mandering architects, absolutely panicking.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_00]: Because scotists just wiped out two more.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_00]: lower court decisions and sent them straight back with one unmistakable message.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_00]: Colle is the law of the land and it applies literally everywhere, but that's just the beginning.
- 0:59[SPEAKER_00]: Because today, I'm going to show you just how far, how devastatingly historically far the Colle Shockwave is going to travel.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: And when we're done, you're going to understand why more and more panic Democrats are sounding the alarm.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_00]: that their party may simply not survive this ruling.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, gang, it's me, Doctor Steve, or a Patriot professor.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_00]: Still writing the glorious wave of one of the most consequential Supreme Court decisions in American history that you made happen because of your unwavering support of the one and only Donald J. Trump.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_00]: So if you want to front or see it on how you continue to change the world of ways you never even imagined, you know what to do?
- 1:42[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_00]: The Supreme Court issued two major follow-up orders in the wake of the Kalei ruling yesterday, and both of them are devastating for the Democrat Party's race-based redistricting machine.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_00]: Now, the first case is out of Mississippi, a three judge panel, and the Southern District of Mississippi,
- 2:05[SPEAKER_00]: had sided with plainess back by the ultra far left NAACP, who claimed that certain state legislative districts diluted the black vote.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_00]: Now, if you don't know what this vote dilution is,
- 2:20[SPEAKER_00]: Vote dilution is a very creative gimmick that the far left came up with about 40 years ago to deliberately predetermined guaranteed democrat seats.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: They exploited the notion.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_00]: that black voters couldn't get their preferred candidates into office as long as there were too many white voters in their district.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_00]: So as to ensure racial justice, districts had to be redrawn so as to guarantee that black voters could elect candidates
- 2:54[SPEAKER_00]: of their choice, i.e.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_00]: Democrats, otherwise they're being disenfranchised, racially disenfranchised.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_00]: And so this lower court actually ordered Mississippi to redraw its maps to address that alleged transgression, which is just code for, you need to manufacture another guaranteed Democrat.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: It was a textbook application of the old pre-collay section to voting rights act, standard to kind of judicial activism that Democrats have relied on for four decades to force the creation and majority minority districts that deliberately discriminated against, discriminated, discriminated against white voters.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_00]: But yesterday, May 18th the Supreme Court vacated that order and
- 3:44[SPEAKER_00]: through it out.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_00]: In light of the collet decision that officially recognizes such practices as blatant racial discrimination, Mississippi does not have to listen to that court order.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_00]: The second case is out of North Dakota.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_00]: The eighth circuit court of appeals was examining a challenge
- 4:04[SPEAKER_00]: to North Dakota's legislative districts this time on behalf of Native American voters who claimed their political power was being diluted because of too many white voters.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_00]: That's always the pre-text there.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_00]: So do you notice how, do you notice how voter dilution only ever applies to minority non-white voters right never the other way around?
- 4:26[SPEAKER_00]: Regardless, the 8th Circuit made an interesting but ultimately irrelevant distinction that ruled that only the federal government can sue to enforce section 2 of the VRA, not private parties, but the Supreme Court again.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_00]: had nothing wanted nothing to do with it they vacated that ruling Senate back for reconsideration in light of the recent collay decision to more lower court decisions vacated gone in the same week all as an open declaration that a new sheriff was in town collay is now the law of the land.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_00]: racially gerrymandered district for whatever justification you want to try to come up with are now unconstitutional everywhere across the board.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_00]: That's what happened as of yesterday.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: Now, this is where it gets absolutely delicious.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_00]: All these decisions by the Supreme Court, both I should say of these decisions by the Supreme Court, were eight to one decisions.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_00]: Would you like to take a guess?
- 5:34[SPEAKER_00]: As to the soul, lonely justice that actually voted against and forcing collect.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_00]: That's right, justice ought open.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_00]: But give that keeps on giving.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_00]: Only justice, katanji, brown, jax, some.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_00]: Descented.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_00]: Alone, again, arguing that the court should have stepped in to resolve the confusion rather than sending these cases back out.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: Again, join by no one.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_00]: Not even Kagan or Sotomayor, because there's nothing to adjudicate.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_00]: There is no confusion.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: You can't weaponize this absurd notion of vote dilution anymore.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_00]: Always working in one direction.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_00]: Those days are over.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_00]: Even for the other two liberal justices, they know what time it is.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_00]: Justice Auto Pen is truly a one woman island now.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_00]: Some in the media are just trying to, they're doing their best downplay.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_00]: This latest scotus action is, it was just merely procedural.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_00]: Just a couple of GVRs, nothing to see here, don't be fooled.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_00]: Don't be, what the Supreme Court just did on May 18th is not bureaucratic housekeeping.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_00]: It's the court methodically systematically dismantling the entire architecture of race-based electoral manipulation that Democrats built over four decades, one case at a time.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_00]: What we're seeing?
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: is nothing less than a sweeping Republican victory as a foregone conclusion in this historic mid-decade redistricting war.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_00]: And that's just talking about congressional seats.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_00]: Because here's where this gets truly staggering in scope.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_00]: And this is what most commentators are missing right now.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_00]: But Democrats aren't.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_00]: Democrats like Stacey Abrams, right, the Georgia Democrat who's built their entire political career on the idea of that race-based electoral engineering equals justice, she's absolutely openly panicking right now.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_00]: She's been warning loudly on her sub-stack and in her multiple media appearances that the consequences of Kalei,
- 7:56[SPEAKER_00]: are beyond devastating for Democrats.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_00]: And she's not wrong about that.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_00]: She's identified where Kaley threatens to literally wipe the Democrats out.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_00]: And there's nothing they can do about it.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: Wait until you see this.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_00]: I know you keep telling yourself at some point in the future.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to buy and store away a few dozen gallons of water just in case and emergency hits your family and the water shuts off.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_00]: We've all experienced it, the storm hits, the faucet stops working and we're left wondering how long it's going to be before we have drinking water again.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_00]: Every time it happens, we kick ourselves for not being more prepared.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_00]: Well, here is an easy step that you can take the cost less than a dinner out.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_00]: It's called the pure water straw and it can clean an entire year of water for you.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_00]: It's absolutely amazing.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_00]: It's the perfect emergency tool.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_00]: for making sure your family always has clean water through a disaster.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_00]: So I got a little bit of some dirty water here as it were.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_00]: And what you do is you just take it out and you take the top off.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_00]: And then what you can do is you can drink from any water source no matter how dirty check this out.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_00]: I can't, I can't do not, it tastes just like water, this is, this is coffee, obviously.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_00]: I don't taste the coffee, it's just water, I mean, this is, this is amazing.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_00]: The pure water straw allows you to drink from literally any water source, from the pond.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_00]: from the mud puddle, the bucket that caught the rainwater, even I kid you not, even the toilet.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: The pure water straw instantly cleans out bacteria, pathogens, and debris, and purifies the water.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_00]: So you can drink clean water from any source without worrying about you can your guts out.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_00]: We have these in our home.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_00]: We got him in our cars, we've got him in our go bags or emergency responders actually recommend having one of these on hand for every member of your household.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_00]: They store well in their sealed bag.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's a tool your family will be able to count on for years to come now.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_00]: If it take out meal is more important than a year of clean water for your family, well then obviously the pure water straw isn't for you, but if you know how important clean water is and understand how quickly a disaster can change everything, then getting a few of these pure water straws is a no brainer.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_00]: It's the most logical next step, both for your
- 10:50[SPEAKER_00]: piece of mine, but also from an investment price standpoint, because normally these are $45 each, but today, the makers Sierra Madre need to make some space in their Wisconsin warehouse.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_00]: So they're marking these guys down over 60% with free shipping to boot.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_00]: Click the link in the description below and grab yours today so your family's ready for the next crisis or disaster.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_00]: You won't regret it.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_00]: Click on that link below right now.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_00]: Stacey Abrams to her credit is openly panicking about the scope of the problem for Democrats and the scope goes way beyond just congressional redistricting.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_00]: That's what so many people don't get.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_00]: Colle did not just address the drawing of federal congressional lines.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_00]: It laid down a constitutional principle that race cannot be the predominant factor
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: electoral district any electoral that means state legislative districts that means county commission districts that means school board districts that means city council maps in short hundreds upon hundreds of districts that were deliberately drawn at the local
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: are now legally and constitutionally vulnerable.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: Even the ACLU is acknowledging this warning that this Kalei ruling affects not only congressional redistricting, but it challenges state legislative and local election systems across the country.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_00]: Abrams out that fair fight, I think that was the one that she got $2 billion from.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_00]: Biden for, they put out a report projecting that Republicans could pick up as many as 30 congressional seats alone in 2026 and 2028, but that as they warn, that's just Congress.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_00]: The downstream effect on state legislatures and local government across the country could be even more profound.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_00]: The Republicans have the chance of flipping hundreds of local seats because of the required redistricting post-collect.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_00]: The Democrats built their political infrastructure, their bench, their pipeline, their community organizing networks on a foundation of race-engineered local representation and Colleges cracked that foundation from top to bottom.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_00]: And this brings us really, I think, to the most extraordinary analysis that I've read in the aftermath of this ruling, the American spectator published a piece, asking a question that really would have seemed outlandish to even the most optimistic conservative three months ago.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_00]: And the question is, simply, will the Democrats survive the Kalei ruling?
- 13:56[SPEAKER_00]: Will the Democrats survive this?
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: And the answer the spectator analysis gives is, um, no, uh, not, uh, it's not a certainty.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_00]: Mind you, but it is a genuine alarming possibility that they may indeed might not.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_00]: That was a long way of saying it probably not.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_00]: Not just loose seats here.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_00]: Remember, not just struggle in 2026, 2028, but structurally
- 14:29[SPEAKER_00]: The Democrats are poised to collapse as a viable national party.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_00]: And here's why that conclusion isn't just hyperbolic.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk about the numbers because they're breathtaking.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_00]: Ballet Pedia using data straight from the U.S. Census Bureau's 2024 American Community Survey.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_00]: Identified.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_00]: 148 house districts that were drawn explicitly with races of predominant factor under the old section to standard.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_00]: 148.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_00]: If you want to do some quick math, that's a full one-third of the entire house of representatives.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_00]: And of those 148 districts, 122 are currently held by Democrats.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_00]: 122 seats, that's more than half of the Democrats entire, 212 seat house caucus sitting on maps that collage us declared legally suspect.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_00]: More than half their entire caucus.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_00]: built on a foundation of race-based cartography that the Supreme Court has now in a six to three decision condemned and then, as of yesterday, fully confirmed.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_00]: Now think about what that means.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_00]: The Democrat Party didn't build its house coalition primarily on policy, it didn't build it on persuasion.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_00]: It built it on racially engineered geography.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_00]: For 40 years, Democrat-friendly courts and the weaponized voting rights act gave them what they thought to be a permanent, traditionally guaranteed structural advantage.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_00]: They could pack black and brown voters into carefully drawn districts, guarantees, safe seats, and build a house majority that was essentially immune to normal political competition.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_00]: And what just happened is that clay nuked that system.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_00]: I mean mushroom cloud and all, it's gone.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_00]: Now, the immediate impact on congressional seats may take a couple of cycles for sure to play out.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_00]: Most of the redistricting for 2026 is already locked in.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the thing that should chill every Democrat strategist to their bones.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_00]: 2030 is coming.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_00]: 2030 is a full decennial census year.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_00]: That means every single congressional district in the country, every 10 years gets redrawn from scratch, all for 435.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_00]: And every state legislature that draws those maps will now be operating under a Supreme Court precedent that says you cannot use race as the predominant factor.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_00]: black voters into a district simply because they're black.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_00]: You cannot create a majority minority district because a federal court told you to back in 1992.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_00]: You have to draw colorblind maps.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_00]: And if you don't, those maps will be challenged and shot down in federal court just like we did yesterday.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_00]: After 2030, under entirely redrawn collay compliant maps,
- 17:45[SPEAKER_00]: The structural advantage the Democrats have enjoyed for 40 plus years simply disappears.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_00]: Poof gone forever.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_00]: And because those house seats are the foundation of everything else, fundraising, committee assignments, media oxygen, the ability to recruit candidates, the ability to claim relevance
- 18:16[SPEAKER_00]: the downstream effects of losing that structural advantage are simply incalculable.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_00]: Kale plus a clean 2030 census is not a political setback for the Democrats, it's a checkmate.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_00]: And it's one from which the Democrats may never recover again.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_00]: So what do you guys think?
