- 0:43Doctor, Who commentary podcasts? Some of the greatest moments of
- 0:49my life are with the man, I'm with today.
- 0:52Mr. Siren, heart, hello, how you doing today?
- 0:55All right, thank you. It's lovely to have you here in
- 0:57my living room, one of what you've got to say that I do.
- 1:05Every time I post a picture you and me, you know, I think I'm
- 1:07declaring I'm in a new relationship.
- 1:09Here we take good picture, you do.
- 1:12So I like you to do me a favor of you words.
- 1:15Okay. Could you please explain the
- 1:16plot to Full Circle to me because I'm still not entirely
- 1:19sure I've got a handle on this whole evolutionary flaw.
- 1:22Well, I The evolution is is probably fudge little, it's
- 1:30probably not scientifically accurate.
- 1:32But basically there seem to be three states of life on the
- 1:37planet hours area. So, there's the spiders, what
- 1:40the earliest evolutionary life and they somehow become Marsh,
- 1:46men who somehow become the people who live in the
- 1:49Starliner. And this is a sequence that's
- 1:51going on and on and on. So.
- 1:54So when did the Starliner first, First land, a long time ago and
- 1:59basically what's happened to Generations as it was it more
- 2:03than that more like four thousand Generations.
- 2:05I think Ramona says, please say, forty Generations more like
- 2:09they've been repairing that ship.
- 2:11Yeah. Thousand.
- 2:12Generationally because the manuals in the learn to read and
- 2:15then they put it back together and they smash it apart, put it
- 2:18back together and it goes on and on and on.
- 2:21And and so the people that Marsh men evolved to become the people
- 2:26who live in the ship, because they evolved to be cut.
- 2:29The evolution Works quite fast apparently on this planet.
- 2:33As far as I can pick up, this is what, and so, They think that
- 2:40they are the descendants of the spaceship that came down in the
- 2:44first place. And that, they've just been
- 2:46taking this ship over all this time.
- 2:48Yes. And because they don't remember
- 2:50that. The only person that ever knows
- 2:52the true secret. That's basically keeping this
- 2:54thing and Perpetual Loop is the head decider.
- 2:58That's right. Yeah, The Keeper of the system
- 3:00files because that's where it's revealed.
- 3:02But, of course, they can't leave in the spaceship because they
- 3:05haven't got The page that tells them how to live their life, the
- 3:12green button after that, where he's like, no one knows how to
- 3:20fly. It's a really nice bit of
- 3:28Storytelling though. And that's why this sequence
- 3:31goes on and on and round and round and round, because they
- 3:35eventually get wiped out by the Marsh man who invade and it
- 3:39begins all over again. Can I ask you then?
- 3:42Because that's a big idea to wrap your head around.
- 3:45Eeveelution. Yeah, did dr.
- 3:49Who, you know, you are 17 and 18 big Concepts.
- 3:56Yeah, was dies. You introducing you to sort of
- 3:59bigger. We you Mullen these over toilet
- 4:02member. I, I think as Child.
- 4:07I was just swept Along by what was had the adventure.
- 4:10It. Yeah.
- 4:11And which is probably like the point.
- 4:13I remembered images. I didn't remember the plots of
- 4:17the stories it was images like davros coming back to life than
- 4:21a felon ship bearing itself. Scare off space, the mandrel
- 4:25bursting through the walls of the ship everything in the
- 4:29Leisure Hive. That was just amazing.
- 4:32The doctor has made gloss and here it's the met the spiders
- 4:36coming out of the melon Ins in the Cliffhanger here, the marsh
- 4:38man coming around Ramona possessed, things like that and
- 4:42the Tardis in space canine on location.
- 4:45It was a series Doctor Who was like a series of images that
- 4:48stayed in my head and it was only when I was slightly older
- 4:54and was reading the books that I would pick up what the plots
- 4:57were. I know there was an episode
- 4:59guide. Yeah, I was going to say, I can
- 5:01imagine it's the target. Yeah, the target.
- 5:03We've got more time. You take a step, you take more
- 5:06time, reading a book. Yeah, and then you get immersed
- 5:09in that world. I booked for this one.
- 5:11I won in the Target book competition, in 1980, bring
- 5:15down. I eat it.
- 5:15I saw so brilliantly. I'm about 10 years ago.
- 5:21I met Andrew slip and I was able to tell him that and he signed
- 5:24the book for me and which was lovely.
- 5:27And I was able to say what an impact, this storied had on me
- 5:30as a young child because it really did this one was very,
- 5:33very memorable particularly because I'd had the tape as
- 5:36well. So I knew the plot of this one
- 5:38actually probably better than any other because I heard it so
- 5:41much. But again, I would listen to b.
- 5:44I'm would very rarely, listen to the whole thing because
- 5:47obviously, the bits where the music was good or parts, who was
- 5:51quite boring. So there's a lot of talking in
- 5:52part two, so I didn't listen to that so much.
- 5:54But part 3, I really love to know what right II had to VHS is
- 6:01when I was growing up and I put a blank tape in one.
- 6:04Connect the scart lead from one to the other.
- 6:07And then odd for called all my favorite scenes and I had a like
- 6:11a mixed VHS tape. Oh well.
- 6:14Okay my favorite scenes are but you couldn't do it with the ones
- 6:18that they brought out. No they wouldn't record but the
- 6:20ones you takes off the Telly. The ones that I got sent to me
- 6:22from Scotland. Yeah and I do love wish I could
- 6:25find that now I had yeah I had to not because my dad used to
- 6:28have the video and the TV connected to his stereo.
- 6:32I could record the audio of things quite easily.
- 6:35So I had a cassette of my Favorite bits from Doctor, Who
- 6:38stories of bits, where the music were he still got that?
- 6:40No, no, my cassettes have gone to watch that video.
- 6:50We knew we were going to head back into the past for this.
- 6:52Why did? And have a bit of nostalgia?
- 6:55There's a reason. Why when I look at the
- 6:57demographics on this podcast, there's a huge Spike between 30
- 7:01and 50. We're all doing the same time.
- 7:06Let's I got to tell you, I've got a talking point, as soon as
- 7:11we go. Alright.
- 7:12Then. Okay.
- 7:12As usual. Yep.
- 7:13So I'll counter sin in five, four, three, two, one, go.
- 7:21I don't know if anybody. Anybody watches alongside the
- 7:24episode to know Pinterest? I've are sometimes think I
- 7:27should why came with the ones I've done it.
- 7:29Be nice to do that. Now, do it, if it means, it does
- 7:32have re-listen ability this podcast because if you haven't
- 7:35then you mind. Do you mind Yeah, exactly.
- 7:38But that wasn't what I'll do right in if you've if you have
- 7:41done that. If anybody has watched this, a
- 7:43log sided episode, what's it? Like I've only done it once I
- 7:47think marks only done it once as well.
- 7:49My second point is Andrew Smith. Okay, who's an interesting
- 7:54fellow? Yes, he is a little bit
- 7:57self-effacing and quite quiet. It doesn't strike me as a very
- 8:00egotistical writer I know and certainly not at the time as a
- 8:05young kid Since he has written a number of big finish audio.
- 8:12So yeah, hit and miss is how I would survive pouring.
- 8:18That was a miss. That was a big Miss but he wrote
- 8:21the first on tolerance for the Lost stories, right?
- 8:23Yes and that was a big hit, my thought he's written some
- 8:27interesting ones for Tom Baker, lot of water, Matthew Waterhouse
- 8:30ya later on which really like and then he's done some for like
- 8:35you know the hour long time. Yes, pretty dreary and I don't
- 8:41know if maybe Chris paid. Me did beat this up a little bit
- 8:44because I don't think he's written a script since as good
- 8:47as this. I've often wondered how crisp it
- 8:52means has has in typical crisp, it reads.
- 8:57Well, don't believe how much he wrote off this season and I
- 9:01suspect this one needed a lot of help.
- 9:03Yeah. But I mean, he's always
- 9:07actually, he's always been very generous to Andrew Smith and
- 9:10said yet, he was really good, very spotty young lad who came
- 9:15to the office. And we've talked about exactly
- 9:19like, Krispy Kreme, just very rude, but, you know, this is
- 9:22just screaming a bit me this story.
- 9:25Yeah, isn't it? All of the technical dialogue,
- 9:28it's very big need. Sort of how thoughtful and smart
- 9:32is the moment of drama because like bit me.
- 9:34Could absolutely right drama. Yep.
- 9:37But even the monsters are not monsters naeun and that there
- 9:41are Concepts. Yeah, well though really, if it
- 9:43was a bit meet script it would be called a luxurious well
- 9:45supposed to be the planet there's slept wasn't it.
- 9:50I think that was the original really good full circle.
- 9:54Oh well never mind. So hit.
- 9:59So I still fit the last men look pretty good here.
- 10:02As I can, there are worse monsters and that's what
- 10:05glistening on there because it's just because they're all wet and
- 10:09they're made of rubber. All right.
- 10:12All right. All right.
- 10:13You better. Not be lying.
- 10:14I drink Miss Falls. A myth.
- 10:18Yeah, I would want to hang out with these kids.
- 10:20You know? They seem a bit whiny.
- 10:25But it's a fun idea for kids. I think that there's a bunch of
- 10:30sort of kid Rebels. Yeah.
- 10:33Fighting against the system that would be useless though.
- 10:36On there, you know the vehicle didn't you?
- 10:37Lie on when you were a kid. Yeah, my sister really liked
- 10:41Kira. I think I seem to remember her
- 10:43liking that, but that might be, because it's a rare occurrence
- 10:46of a young girl in Doctor Who since I have now become the
- 10:50Mary, Whitehouse of had a blunt penknife.
- 10:52So not when it comes to sexual references, what if Comes to
- 10:55violence and horror. I've been talking about this a
- 10:56lot. Yes.
- 10:57Ali at times where I think the show's crossed the line, there
- 11:00is a sequence in this where they go into the Tardis and they're
- 11:02waving noise. Yeah, that's not wouldn't get
- 11:04away with that now. Well I don't think you should
- 11:06have got away with it at the time not and they're very pretty
- 11:09shoddy looking know. I've so it doesn't too bad but
- 11:12the inference is there take us where we want to go.
- 11:14I'm going to stab you LOL Awards.
- 11:16You know. I love all these things of the
- 11:19doctrine canine, crouching down and hiding behind bushes and
- 11:23things like that. It's not.
- 11:24Okay? Now it's great to be abused in
- 11:26this season. Well, he does get incredibly
- 11:29abused very shortly. He was there but I was told it's
- 11:32a child. Yeah, we got his head lopped
- 11:34off. It comes out all of his videos
- 11:42on our site where they leave the little baby one behind the
- 11:46useless. One, you know, but how long does
- 11:50it take them to evolve from a spider to a marshmallow, from a
- 11:53large man to? So, they sort of skipped over
- 11:57that I thought were supposed to be so thrilled by the idea of
- 12:02it? Yeah, you don't have, don't have
- 12:04time to think about it again, has too many questions now.
- 12:07I got very clean because they've been out in the mud.
- 12:10That's right. It goes.
- 12:13We're taking over your ship. Ha ha.
- 12:17Oh answer, it looks very apologetic.
- 12:20Yeah, and he's the friend who has just had his they last
- 12:24moment he looks absolutely haunted.
- 12:26Speaking of somebody who works in a library right?
- 12:28Yes, very tiny. That is very tight.
- 12:30All those finals in a special little patterns, but I remember
- 12:36the such as seeing an interview with the set designer and so
- 12:39these are all milk crates. Are they free and their disguise
- 12:43with Bits of Paper in them. So you don't see.
- 12:46So they could, where you've got the bought the space for the
- 12:48bottles and put a piece of paper.
- 12:50In them and it distracts you from what they actually are.
- 12:52So it's done Christianity, where he gives the great speech to
- 12:59everyone. Yes ship.
- 13:00Did he see that long shot? Yeah, with a huge sign above
- 13:03the. Yeah, she is shooting up.
- 13:06So it looks like it's huge, it's probably a tiny set but towards
- 13:11the embarkation citizens continue the work of men.
- 13:20Students. So is there a common here on
- 13:23sort of bureaucracy? They're all absolutely.
- 13:26I'd go around in circles and not actually achieve anything.
- 13:29Hmm and again that ties in with full circle, white icing with
- 13:3217, Douglas Adams was obsessed with that.
- 13:35Those two that pair from Nightmare of Eden, to tighten
- 13:38them up in red tape. Yeah.
- 13:42But the owners very much, it's about the procedures and keeping
- 13:46things going, and this is how you control your population.
- 13:49Is it it because they have their jobs and they keep doing them.
- 13:53The difference is, this is played absolutely straight.
- 13:58Yeah, if this was 17, they would have, yeah, this will be playing
- 14:02the part of the hell wouldn't there?
- 14:04Yeah. And you've probably had a scene
- 14:06where someone comes and repair something and then someone comes
- 14:09and takes it apart and puts it all back together again, and
- 14:12you'd probably explore the Starliner.
- 14:14I find that fella in his bar top hitchhikers going, what we can't
- 14:18actually do anything. We just go around around, you
- 14:22know, I'm speaking of going, R&R a canine on location, doing a
- 14:26good job in the mud. I can't see the street.
- 14:28No Ramona, yeah. No, that's a bit there.
- 14:34Knife to her throat, actually. Look, there are literally
- 14:37fighting with knives. Yeah, that's not all.
- 14:39And this is well Romano. Holding the knife to him.
- 14:42Yeah. And then turning it around.
- 14:46Yeah, it sucks. It isn't real nice.
- 14:49You know, I remember when I first saw this, I got the, he's
- 14:57space Trilogy on VHS and for me, it was some of the best TV I
- 15:05thought I'd ever seen. At the time, I was three stories
- 15:07are really strong and different ways and they're all doing
- 15:11something different with Doctor. Who the one thing I've been.
- 15:16They missed a trick got doing. In this story was showing the
- 15:20marsh men carrying the Tardis and I think, damn, I couldn't,
- 15:24they could have done that, it's quite a big white probe.
- 15:27It would have been one of the iconic images of Doctor Who a
- 15:31series of monsters carrying. The police box.
- 15:36Yeah I think it would have been really cool to see that.
- 15:39I don't know why they didn't the comedy here.
- 15:41I know there's Tom just like I look they cut out a square where
- 15:45flowers is it invisible? We haven't done this, not the
- 15:51invasion of we and people, oh, I've come back to this
- 15:55particularly in part 3, but people say, well, there's no the
- 15:59compound season, there's no comedy and Tom Baker, can't be
- 16:04arsed. But he is, he's on terrific,
- 16:07forming this story. He's, he's actually looking at
- 16:12this compared to the Leisure Hive.
- 16:15He's aged quite a lot because we're recording out of order.
- 16:17So, they've done the Leisure Hive State of Decay, made gloss.
- 16:22Then this one. Hmm.
- 16:24But he's obviously better from whatever the illness was that he
- 16:28had and there are many different opinions of what is luring
- 16:32drinking a lot. Yeah, and just a bit.
- 16:34It depressed. Yeah, it was coming to an end of
- 16:36viroid problem and losing weight.
- 16:39So he's looking healthy here but it has aged him.
- 16:43Yeah, and of it, you can say it hasn't, but he is on blistering
- 16:47form in this story and he's doing things that he hasn't done
- 16:52with the part before. Or we haven't seen him do for a
- 16:55long time. It's a bit where the Mast child
- 16:58dies. Yeah, I think is furious you.
- 17:02Maybe haven't seen him. That angry sea.
- 17:04Since the pirate Planet. Yeah, yeah, he never gets lauded
- 17:09for what he's doing is always what he's not doing and everyone
- 17:13says he's miserable, but he's not miserable until the very end
- 17:17until the got Palace. Yeah, I don't think because I
- 17:22think there is, there was an absolute thing here to make him
- 17:28act in this. Yes.
- 17:29Wasn't it? And it's a good choice because
- 17:30it's a really great actor. Yeah.
- 17:33And I don't, I know he didn't like it, you know, because they
- 17:35were basically telling me what to do all of a sudden but you're
- 17:39right, he's so good. Why wouldn't you showcase that?
- 17:42And I think bid me would come down on the set and say read the
- 17:46fucking script as we wrote it, you know.
- 17:50And maybe not quite like that. Yeah, but that's the those
- 17:55scenes in part 3, where he's confronting the deciders, he is
- 17:59just one of his very best performances and it never gets
- 18:02lauded in the way that stop pyramids of mars or the homo
- 18:07sapiens speech, whatever gets but I think it's one of his key
- 18:11moments and right at the last minute, he's still pulling
- 18:15something surprising out of his his performance to what offering
- 18:19the funniest bit. Stories, Ramada.
- 18:22Rebecca. Remember, what a drink, where's
- 18:26Ramona? Never mind.
- 18:28My my my funniest bit is coming up in this episode where you've
- 18:33got the wonderful bit where I am knee, Fred I'm Gareth.
- 18:38I am Logan. And then Tom just turns around
- 18:40with a huge grin just says and I'm the doctor so great.
- 18:47This. It got.
- 18:48Okay, compare this crowd of people, to the crowd.
- 18:52We add on caliph racks going? You know what?
- 18:56Yeah, I'm on the five old man. Scott are shall rise.
- 19:09It's 80 and it is still only about 10x shows, but it just the
- 19:13way it's shot. Yeah, mmm.
- 19:16Yeah, there's a lot of thought, put into this Miss kraemer's
- 19:18first. Yeah, and he hits the ground
- 19:22running as forward. This look up, Alice Kilda and
- 19:25hearth shock. Yeah, it has four, great
- 19:28stories. And if only he could have done
- 19:30that Dalek story as well and no such a loss.
- 19:33I think he would have really made that Dynamic and then what
- 19:38might have done in season 21. Imagine him directing Frontier.
- 19:43Oh yes, or Targeting Warriors of the deep.
- 19:49Sorry I was busy. I was bit the guard there by
- 19:52vast. What?
- 19:54He's got a shirt. Mostly I could.
- 19:56Yeah. Well why is it a date?
- 19:58Yeah. Because it's basically a Roberts
- 20:00out. Yeah.
- 20:01Peter greenaway it in brilliant action sequences to take it on
- 20:05the five doctors. Yeah, exactly over.
- 20:08That could have been very exciting like a heart thing
- 20:12wrong. I think the five doctors is
- 20:14wonderful. Yeah.
- 20:16It's not exciting leader explored a bit.
- 20:19Well, it's exciting when Jay and he directs the be of it.
- 20:24All the idea of using the Tardis as a battering.
- 20:26Yeah, that's great. All really great ideas.
- 20:30That's a shame when we don't see it going down a hill on it, it's
- 20:33just all those things yet. Oh, your sister, I can feel your
- 20:37sister getting tense from here. Mmm, they can exploring the
- 20:42cave. Mmm.
- 20:45And it is nice. How obviously you know we meet
- 20:47the humanoid character. Yeah.
- 20:49Immediately we see the master and at the end of episode 1 The
- 20:53spider comes along at the end of episode two, that's your three
- 20:56elements. Yes.
- 20:57But it's been staggered but a.s. and you don't know what the
- 21:00connection is between the mall. I love and the moment.
- 21:04We still don't know how long they've been at, no game.
- 21:08Do we vote? Then my old landed recently and
- 21:11they're just sort of repairing the ship and then they go again.
- 21:17Oh, hop on. Just like no, no.
- 21:19All those panels. And then.
- 21:20Yeah, but that's place your piece and that's what they do
- 21:22plastic bits. I say that I wore when I work in
- 21:25a shop tonight. Yeah, so things on a shelf, over
- 21:27someone take it and then fill it back up.
- 21:30What's the spaceship? Corridors are interesting.
- 21:34Lie designed for their, well, they're well designed.
- 21:37So you can shoot them at different angles, yells massive.
- 21:41Okay, I play seven vibe from this, you know, real.
- 21:43You know, where they go along. The, the tunnel between the main
- 21:48was the main set called of the flight deck.
- 21:51Yeah. The flight deck and then under
- 21:53the telephone. Yeah.
- 21:53And they've got their little hexagonal, corridors reminds me
- 21:57of that. All the Mass child.
- 22:00This is such a lovely professors because it's without dialogue.
- 22:03So it's all done via body like yatch and of course, Tom could
- 22:07charm to everyone knew how much he could charm children.
- 22:11So, So yeah, it's remember minerals and Iraq.
- 22:14Yeah. When he comes in, he gives them
- 22:15a sweet and then he tussled his hair.
- 22:18You have to do is always kiss. Look very androgynous.
- 22:21You do? Don't I.
- 22:23Okay 20, it was the 70s. Oh, look, they've got some biker
- 22:29on the edge and now that the captured the not good.
- 22:33Isn't it in a sack or something? Yes, in a big net, isn't it?
- 22:37Oh, this is your B. Now this is it going to turn it
- 22:39out so we can all hear it. Oh wait.
- 22:42Oh, I'm sorry unless the sound effect of the mass job which is
- 22:47pigs. I was here first and treated
- 22:50there's there was a great interview with dick Mills on the
- 22:53radio, around the time. This went out there.
- 22:55I remember hearing where he said, oh, I had to go to a farm
- 22:59and record. All these sounds, here we go,
- 23:01lovely ceremony. All designed to beguile and
- 23:06that's all people. Look at those massive tunics.
- 23:09Uh-huh. The spot lights coming on around
- 23:12them. Wait, you were to lose it now.
- 23:18It goes dad. As coming back to these stories
- 23:35as an adult, that they've basically taken away canines
- 23:40personality in this season. Yeah.
- 23:42Well, we talked about this, didn't we in our baguette?
- 23:44In fact, yeah, so much to do. Yeah.
- 23:46And here is just written as a computer and it's such a shame.
- 23:50Yeah, ok9 folks has been decapitated, oh, That's all for
- 24:00a lot of look so upset, I don't say there's no Redemption for
- 24:03that Master marshmallow. Now, Dear.
- 24:09Oh that's right. So then they the marshman want
- 24:11to turn the Tardis into a batter and but that's right.
- 24:13What they all bugger off because they're scared.
- 24:15They're scared of the spiders. Yeah.
- 24:17Why would they be scared of spiders though supposed to do
- 24:20with Evolution? Probably?
- 24:22Okay. Perhaps the.
- 24:24Well, lots of people are scared of spiders when I gotta clear
- 24:27out the cave. So the bottom jump a lot of
- 24:29Wars. Lovely costumes has gotten this
- 24:36way, it's because the actress has such presence.
- 24:38Yeah. Yeah, that you can't help her
- 24:40lose because I feel like LA water Romana II, but what?
- 24:43They're probably very similar has two critical.
- 24:45Yeah. Other, which is the late,
- 24:47honorable site, Sarah wall. That's right.
- 24:49Yeah. Yeah, she is gorgeous.
- 24:53She says that she's not glamorous.
- 24:56I married her seeing a different way to Maritime.
- 24:59Absolutely glamorous. Yeah.
- 25:01She's not like not sort of, you know, movie Starlet.
- 25:05No, she's not married time. You put her ins.
- 25:08In those that sort of red riding gear fan.
- 25:10Yeah, horns of 91. She's asleep every costume apart
- 25:14from The Nightmare of Eden where arms are locked off.
- 25:20He goes. I love.
- 25:22I said this line over and over. Why can't people just get along
- 25:25just for one cerebelli nice to each other.
- 25:29It's a good point. Mmm, Yeah.
- 25:35I mean, look at that. Look at using the Hex Girls on
- 25:36the floor there. As yeah, it's just All attention
- 25:39to detail. There's just visually
- 25:42interesting. Huh?
- 25:43Sure. Oh, he's just turned their.
- 25:45Sorry upside down. Yeah.
- 25:47Just by saying And so is they did I bring them into the
- 25:53Starliner? When they miss come up just in
- 25:55case they find the control? The the marsh man.
- 25:59Yeah. And again, it's It's for the
- 26:05good of the community. Yeah, we've heard that.
- 26:07Yeah, exactly. I still hear that.
- 26:10We're she soon a car. It's.
- 26:12Yeah. And it's what you do to keep
- 26:14your population under control. So you tell them things, that
- 26:17become the truth, even though they're not the truth.
- 26:21And people believe it because they're told by someone in
- 26:24authority authority. Yeah, it's a very clever piece
- 26:28of writing decks. It is a really interesting
- 26:31character morally suspect Carrie I know but he sort of played
- 26:36quite amiable. Yeah.
- 26:37And then he's there and they're smiling through this doing
- 26:40vivisection brandishing that scalpel.
- 26:42Yeah. Saying I'm now going to do an
- 26:44examination of its brain. Well, here we go.
- 26:48Okay. So a lot of, a lot of the
- 26:51success of this Cliffhanger. I think it comes down to Paddy
- 26:54Kingsland deliver. Yeah.
- 26:58Yeah. Because look, they are, they're
- 26:59not and not the pretty rubbery out my butt.
- 27:03But also the editing as well. Yeah.
- 27:05And you've got little jump-scares where they pop out
- 27:08and just see as a young child because my sister is a year and
- 27:12a half younger than me. I don't think that yellow eyes
- 27:15help and I was glowing eyes up. Look it all straight towards the
- 27:21camera. So my sister who is a year and a
- 27:25half younger than me, would have seen this and this really scared
- 27:29her cause she didn't like the spiders.
- 27:31Anyway, it's nice to know that doctor who was doing his job
- 27:34back in the day. Yeah, I do like the ones that
- 27:37scuttling around. Yeah, floor.
- 27:38You can just sort of see the movie.
- 27:40I just, the Jeopardy of adric taking the Tardis off.
- 27:44Oh yeah. I just kind of say it if you
- 27:47could put the raw believer. I think I pulled the wrong
- 27:49lever. Oh, wow.
- 28:10Here we go. I'll come back to that question
- 28:17nicely, doesn't she look at that Jen's very graceful.
- 28:20Huh. Very great.
- 28:21Well she's a late honorable. She is maybe
- 28:34now that. So have we pushed a plot on a
- 28:36lot in that episode? I've been with extolled the
- 28:40Starliner. I think we've explored the But
- 28:43we haven't pushed it off and POP3 pushes it on.
- 28:47There's a lot of exposition in part.
- 28:48Yes, very isn't there? Yeah, this episode is about more
- 28:53Scene setting and getting the doctor into place.
- 28:55I asked the end, our location work, isn't it?
- 28:58It's all inside from now on. Yeah, I think you're right
- 29:00actually, isn't it? Yeah, I think that was a Savvy
- 29:03move. Uh-huh.
- 29:04I think always so we moved to put the money up front.
- 29:07Get them while they're hot. Absolutely.
- 29:10Wow. Sorry I'm not going to say.
- 29:14Will you hold my hand again. You're already holding my hands.
- 29:24Are you ready for part 3? Yeah, I'm going to stop with a
- 29:28tale of you for pop. Oh, I'm excited.
