Ohio State Eyes Statement Win vs Kent State | Columbus News
Ohio State Buckeyes, reeling after a heartbreaking loss to Texas, aim to make a statement this Saturday as they host Kent State — a team with a rocky season but some spark under new coach Mark Carney. The Buckeyes are heavy favorites, but Kent State, led by rising QB Dru DeShields and anchored by standout linebacker Rocco Nicholl, brings grit and momentum from their comeback win over Wofford. This game also marks Kent State’s final four nonconference matchups before the MAC shifts to a more conference-heavy schedule starting in 2028. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow…
