Speaker 7: a no-fault state. What that means is your own auto

Speaker 7: insurance pays your first $ 10, 000 towards your medical bills. So

Speaker 7: when she gives her health insurance, they may bill health insurance.

Speaker 7: I'm sure they will bill health insurance. And maybe health

Speaker 7: insurance just slips through the cracks and health insurance pays.

Speaker 7: And that happens all the time because everybody's health insurance

Speaker 7: your medical bills and you recover money from somebody else

Speaker 7: for the medical bills that we paid, you've got to

Speaker 7: pay us back. And then at that point, the lawyers

Speaker 7: need to negotiate with the health insurance company to say, look,

Speaker 7: this person has had to pay a certain percentage to

Speaker 7: get their money, an attorney's fees to get their money.
