- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: Are you currently in a season where you're looking to create something to sell online and make money?
- 0:07[SPEAKER_00]: I want to tell you that there's so much money to be made online.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_00]: However, if you are working on the wrong thing, you'll be wasting your time, and in this conversation, I want to break down what people are actually buying, and here's a hint.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's not courses.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's not your school community.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's not the thing you actually think you're working on.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_00]: And so let's break this down.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to the department.
- 0:29[SPEAKER_00]: This is the offer's department excited to be joined.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_00]: My name is Omar Tochori.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_00]: The host of this podcast.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_00]: I'm also joined with art.mp4.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, Leo.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_00]: And Brandon Flakes.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_00]: What's up?
- 0:41[SPEAKER_00]: AKA three dudes.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_00]: With a hat.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_00]: We all look the same.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_00]: And glasses.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, if you're just watching this or maybe you actually caught us on the last episode because that episode kind of is doing really well and you are not subscribed Do what's to solid hit the subscribe button.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_00]: I usually don't ask but what's tend to happening what's
- 1:02[SPEAKER_00]: Tending to happen is that, you know, people are watching an episode and then you'll never see it.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's like 75% or something.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_00]: 75% of people who are watching the podcast are not subscribed.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_00]: So hit that subscribe button, but just want to start off with a question from your guy's point of view, and that is when you think about making money online, what comes to mind?
- 1:25[SPEAKER_01]: I think selling stuff online, like on Instagram, like the Instagram shop.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_00]: You think about using a profile, yes.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: That has an audience per se to sell a product.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, a physical product.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_00]: A physical product.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_00]: What do you come up with, come to mine?
- 1:41[SPEAKER_02]: uh... selling overall whether it's like yourself selling a product that a brand deals trying to give you or for example me selling the product i provide which is clothing based um... so i guess it just depends on who it is great so a lot of people do kind of come my way to learn sales and uh... it's funny because at one point i use to think sales was achy or sales was sleazy or the concept of it
- 2:09[SPEAKER_00]: But what I found is when you really understand and look at what people are actually buying, they're not actually buying what you think they're buying.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_00]: And so what most people or creators or entrepreneurs or coaches and consultants, what they think people are buying, they think people are buying courses and communities and product.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if you guys have seen that post or that picture where it talks about, like Nike doesn't sell shoes.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_00]: I found the image.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_00]: Immediately with no editing whatsoever, it says, and those do these are all logos of brands.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_00]: It says, Jeep sells adventure, not cars, Gucci sells luxury, not shoes, Nike sells stories, not shoes, Apple sells creativity, not tech, Supreme sells scarcity, not clock clothes, Red Bull sells thrill, not drinks, vans sell authenticity, not shoes, snickers, sell humor, not chocolate,
- 3:17[SPEAKER_00]: Tesla sells innovation not cars.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_01]: So like the van's one is a reach.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but they have authentic actually he's wearing vans like van sells.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, sorry, a heater bro, you had a billion dollar brand up in the works bro.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_02]: But does this like imply to the thing that you said about like cleaning ladies don't sell?
- 3:38[SPEAKER_02]: What did you say earlier?
- 3:40[SPEAKER_00]: Did you you could be a man who clean tombs, too?
- 3:42[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just sorry.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, no.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_00]: No, that like yes, cleaners don't sell.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_00]: cleanliness, they sell a transformed space, okay.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_00]: So what I wanted to do in this podcast was just number one, remind you of what people don't care about, which is what we usually do.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_00]: We usually care about the Zoom calls that we're selling, the Discord or the workbooks or the the modules.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_00]: And when you start making it about that,
- 4:14[SPEAKER_00]: because usually the beginning of anybody I know that wants to make money online is let me create something in the dark and then sell it to people but the thing you're creating tends to be the thing that you try and sell and you're trying to sell something that people don't want nobody woke up today wanting to
- 4:32[SPEAKER_00]: Get a workbook from you or buy a workbook.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_00]: So, I came up with this acronym for what people actually buy online and the acronym if art you could put it on the screen is a topic, a topic, it's A-A-T-O-P-I-C-C. We're gonna go through these and then we'll be done with this podcast.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_00]: and then we'd be, you can go on your cycling or training for Iron Man.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_00]: Is it Iron Man or a triathlon?
- 5:06[SPEAKER_01]: It's both.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's an Iron Man.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_00]: Iron Man is a triathlon.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_01]: But the Half Iron Man, to be clear.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_00]: Nobody needed to know that.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, no.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_00]: But okay, I think.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: So a topic, the first thing people are willing to pay for is acceleration.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_00]: People are willing to pay for speed.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_00]: So what's cool about this is that if you sell an outcome in a certain amount of time, people will pay for that.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_00]: So for instance, launch your podcast in under 30 days.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_00]: If I created a course that was how to start a podcast,
- 5:56[SPEAKER_00]: Cool.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_00]: Probably be hard to sell.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_00]: But if I if I led with the promise that you would do it quickly,
- 6:06[SPEAKER_00]: people will pay for that.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_01]: Same thing.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_01]: What did you say to like things that can't necessarily use speed?
- 6:16[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I don't know, say somebody is they teach stocks.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_01]: And what they teach, it's not gonna bring a result quickly because it needs to take time.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_01]: It's great.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_01]: So what would you say to that?
- 6:29[SPEAKER_01]: And probably like other examples that people would have.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, I mean, you bring up a good point.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'm making a note because I, yes, that would fall under a different category.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_00]: So acceleration is for the person that can truly guarantee the outcome that like, that is what you're selling.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_00]: So like the thing is, if you can't, then don't use acceleration.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just telling a morning people to know what people are willing to pay for.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_00]: I just want people to know that people aren't buying the course.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_00]: They're buying the outcome of how fast you can get somebody a result.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_00]: Whether it's a course or not.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: That's the thing is like, people, it actually doesn't matter how you do it.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_00]: It could be a one day workshop that gives you the blueprint to do the thing, launch the thing, have the thing, would you say the length of the course plays into that?
- 7:26[SPEAKER_01]: If it was literally a course that somebody is selling.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_00]: Dude, I'm so glad you asked that.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_00]: I do think
- 7:33[SPEAKER_00]: It's totally fine to, yeah, yes, I do.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_00]: I do think if you had a program and it was just a 30-day program.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_00]: Like the five-day challenge is a five-day program.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_00]: So in five days, there is a outcome that takes place or breakthroughs that take place within that time span.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_00]: And because there is a limit on that time span, there is a perceived value because it's like, dude, something has to change in five days now.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, because what came to mind for me was,
- 8:01[SPEAKER_01]: If there's two courses that both offer the same outcome, let's say it's editing.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_01]: Like you're gonna be able to do this after watching this course.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_01]: And one of them is a five hour course.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_01]: And then the other one is a 30 minute course.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, oh yeah, the 30 minute course.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_01]: It's the same outcome in the way last time.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, if you mean like with that.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_00]: Dude, with something like that, I feel like it depends on the buyer.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_00]: There are some buyers who actually see more value in how much they're doing.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_01]: So then how are you discern that?
- 8:29[SPEAKER_00]: As somebody who is selling the course, you discern it by just doing you, whatever resonates with you.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_00]: I never want somebody to think to themselves when they listen to a podcast like this.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_00]: That's like, oh, forgive me the permission to do less.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm gonna do less.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_00]: That's never the heart and the intent.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's, it's, are you adding too much?
- 8:54[SPEAKER_00]: Are you, are you trying to prove yourself and the value you bring by like over delivery?
- 9:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_01]: Or is there not enough?
- 9:01[SPEAKER_00]: Or is there not enough?
- 9:02[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, to each is their own, that's why,
- 9:04[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of the question you ask is a very, has a very new answer, but what's funny about a lot of the times people think in regards to selling time, they think using the word cohort is why somebody buy something.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone, everyone of my friends and I love you all.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_00]: They usually run by the first thing that they're going to like sell to me.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think about this?
- 9:30[SPEAKER_00]: Seven-week cohort.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_00]: That's fine.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and the reality is like, I think they think cohort means money.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, like, if I put together like cohort and something more sophisticated.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_00]: But it's like again.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_00]: What's this going to do for me, you know, like cohort base, oh, no, hort base.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: So hey, department fan question for you based on you listening to this podcast.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_00]: You probably are either looking to grow your personal brand this year.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: Build your audience online and just stop chasing business and start to have business chasing you.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_00]: If that's you, I want to invite you to the content to cash challenge.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_00]: This is a five-day coaching experience, a live coaching experience with myself that's done all on Zoom and you get access to a private community and it really is unlike any other experience that I offer.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_00]: By the end of the challenge, you'll have unreal clarity on what you're supposed to do online and you'll have the insight on how you can make an extra six or even seven figures.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, I said seven figures in your business this year.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_00]: And if any of those things sound great to you, I want you to join the next content to cast challenge.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: Scan the QR code if you're watching on a television or click the link in the description.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_00]: Once you go through it, go ahead and upgrade to VIP because you'll get an extra hour of bonus VIP Q&A with me every single day of the challenge.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_00]: and so looking forward to seeing you there.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: Let's get back into the combo.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_00]: Acceleration, if you can promise a speed of outcome, people will be more likely to pay more or even just pay for the thing.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_00]: Imagine creating the reputation that your program, your business, your consulting,
- 11:25[SPEAKER_00]: So one of the offers we used to sell, it was at its peak, it got to $15,000, but you had to purchase anywhere between $15 to $25,000 worth of equipment.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_00]: So it was about $35 to $40,000 for a day, and it was called dialed in a day.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_00]: And the idea was,
- 11:48[SPEAKER_00]: Most people take weeks, months, years, trying to figure out their setup.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: Well, what if we can just come in and have it done in a day?
- 11:57[SPEAKER_00]: So we'll dial it in a day, get drippy crispy in a day.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_00]: And it's crazy because I wasn't good at sales when people were buying that offer.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_00]: But it's because it's sold speed.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_00]: So, I no longer offer that, so don't I?
- 12:12[SPEAKER_01]: Speed with a very powerful pain point supporting that.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_00]: Correct.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_00]: Which time and head, time is and them, or time is a pain point.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: Got it.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you don't have time to waste.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_00]: Trying to get all this tech, what if, what if with a push of a button?
- 12:27[SPEAKER_00]: Like, people, I will pay for that button.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_00]: Whatever, and that's what your business could be.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_00]: Your business could be the button somebody or presses, right?
- 12:38[SPEAKER_00]: So like, that's a good way to put it.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_00]: They had never heard that before.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_00]: Your business could be the easy button and it should be to somebody's pain point.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_00]: And so again, like, still when I think about the dialed in a day season, when we were doing those, it's still a great offer.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_00]: It is.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_02]: Why don't you offer that anymore?
- 12:58[SPEAKER_02]: Just...
- 12:59[SPEAKER_00]: It... Because it became a lot.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_00]: It became sideways energy.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_00]: And here's what actually, every time you provide a solution to a problem that creates new problems.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_00]: And so what happened was it's like, as soon as somebody said, okay, I love this.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_00]: Then they start finicking with it.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_00]: And then they then I became tech support then the idea would have been like maybe we should have some like ongoing tech support But I ain't got no time for it is and it was it's a non-scalable offer unless I Boiled it down to like one to three packages and it was like The the idea was like why don't we just purchase all the equipment and now you buy the equipment from us It's already put it's already systematically dialed and then we just do like sticky notes and it was just like boom you do it
- 13:43[SPEAKER_00]: But again, it's still a great business model.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_00]: I did, it can crush still.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_00]: But this is a good segue.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_00]: This podcast is brought to you by our actual gear setup.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_00]: And if you want the gear setup that people paid $30,000 for the link is in description, or you can scan the QR code on the screen.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_00]: acceleration.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_00]: I'll just give it to you for free.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_00]: Is that cool?
- 14:11[SPEAKER_00]: All right, cool.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_00]: That.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_00]: The next A in a topic is affiliation.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_01]: What do you say?
- 14:18[SPEAKER_00]: You know, dudes with the name Aaron sometimes.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_00]: A right.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_00]: A topic.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_00]: or with what you do, or with what thing you're creating.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_00]: Now, this isn't for everyone, but this could be for you one day.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't know that people would pay to be on this podcast, but what they're getting is they're not just getting to be a guest on a podcast.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_00]: They're getting affiliation.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_02]: kind of like a resume almost or like sure looks at it something yeah I can say when I got hired I notice a lot of people that you work with are like oh what do you do with Omar and they're like intrigued yeah because I have or yeah no just kidding no no but it's kind of like you know motion to work for motion you're working for like bigger brands like for example create at the time
- 15:18[SPEAKER_02]: Now that I work that Creed, I can get my foot in the door, like Louis Vuitton, and that's how I look at it with the English.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I knew Omar, that's a Cory or I work.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_01]: It's kind of, I mean, it's a cosine.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_00]: It's a cosine.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_00]: It's a, it's collaborative.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_00]: It's, what, I mean, the idea though is just, and this is why branding is so important, because you can create a brand or a perception that if people can just get around it,
- 15:44[SPEAKER_00]: That they will get what they paid for.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and like I Always believe people get more than what they pay for, but but at what point do you know?
- 15:53[SPEAKER_01]: You can sell your affiliation That's a great question.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_00]: I think the answer is
- 16:06[SPEAKER_00]: you don't necessarily even need a name.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_00]: I did a podcast with Rich Minden, and we talked about there was a couple people in his mastermind that we did the podcast in front of, and I think three of those people paid $100,000 to be in the room.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, what did they get?
- 16:25[SPEAKER_00]: And he said, status, how did you get status?
- 16:32[SPEAKER_00]: because like Richmond doesn't have like the the most known personal brand sure well there was status in the price point so he gave somebody the ability to be affiliated with investing with them so in themselves at a hundred thousand dollars the affiliation
- 16:50[SPEAKER_01]: The ability to say that.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, got it.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_00]: So that's what affiliation is.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_01]: Is the idea that like, oh yeah, because he's just like your friend, Macy says like she invested a million dollars into coaching into herself.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_01]: With Miren, and she can use Miren's affiliation, but then also the phrase by itself, I invested a million dollars in myself with coaching.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, for sure.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_00]: So that offer in and of itself, if nothing came with it.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_00]: the reason part of why she bought it was for the affiliation, right, this is why people are like, man, sounds like scams.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's because you don't want to sell.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_00]: Like, this is why people buy Louis Vuitton.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_00]: This is why they buy it for status.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_00]: Like, and in the reality is, is like, it might sound very surface level or shallow.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_00]: But when you buy something, you've worked really hard for that you have admired, and you know other people kind of admire the world admires LVMH.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_00]: Is that the whole line of brands?
- 18:01[SPEAKER_00]: That when you put it on, and when you wear it, or when you put it on your wrist, if you're like, dude, it does something.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_00]: Do you feel cool wearing your Rolex?
- 18:11[SPEAKER_00]: 100.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
- 18:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_00]: And then in the brand name itself, like like it's Rolex sells affiliation.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I'm trying to get people to see these brands that have been doing it for years and decades and centuries.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_00]: Actually, I'm in the middle of watching it four and a half hour documentary on mass manipulation.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_00]: And I know that sounds crazy.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_00]: It's so, wow, it's on YouTube.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_00]: If you're on my email list, I will send you this documentary, but the idea is it's showing you that at a time.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_00]: The US, the population, they were only into buying quality goods.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_00]: That their purchases were all based on needs, not once.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_00]: So if you needed something, you bought something that was high quality.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_00]: It got better with time.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_00]: It served you.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_00]: And that's how the US function.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_00]: It was actually a parade in like 19 O whatever, where cigarettes were a thing, but women didn't smoke cigarettes.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_00]: And
- 19:48[SPEAKER_00]: This guy who would be brought in by, he'd be consulting different countries and different economies.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_00]: What happened was they got all these journalists ready at a certain block of the parade and they got all these beautiful women to walk smoking cigarettes.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_00]: And then it was like, the front, the people were like, wait, it made the front page of the New York Times.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_00]: And it was like, women smoking cigarettes, which became a symbol of like, I own me, like I got it, like I don't need a man.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_00]: And so cigarette sales went up 50% because women started buying cigarettes.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_00]: But what were women buying?
- 20:36[SPEAKER_00]: Were they buying cigarettes?
- 20:38[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_00]: And this started a cycle in marketing, and in persuasion and sales, where now America, they were buying things they wanted.
- 20:53[SPEAKER_00]: They were buying things that made cars, now car brands matter, like branding matter, like at one point, at one point, it didn't matter.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_00]: It was, it was, again, Jesus handles and, and cloaks, bro, you know, but, but it's a beautiful thing.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_00]: It, it's a beautiful thing to to understand why people are moved to make purchases and, and so when I say affiliation, I also mean status.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_00]: I also mean affiliated to create a feeling.
- 21:23[SPEAKER_00]: People pay by things for a feeling, you know, so, um,
- 21:28[SPEAKER_00]: So that's the second A.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, the third thing people mind.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_00]: This is a no particular order.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_00]: I just came up with all these put it in Chad GVT said give me a word with these all spelled out and now I have a framework.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_00]: It's it's got guys it's that simple this has a third thing people pay for is a transformation.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_00]: So now I'm going to go back to your stocks.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so how can you guarantee somebody an outcome in stocks.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_00]: fast.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_00]: Well, one is you can, you can sell something like, you know, become a pro at stocks in under 60 days.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_00]: You could do that.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_00]: But sometimes a transformation could be a skill set.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_00]: So like being a six figure day trader is a transformation.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_00]: And that might take a year.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_00]: So maybe the thing you sell is a year long program or you have access to something for it.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_00]: So, but you need to know if what you're selling needs or can be a transformation.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_00]: You know, there's somebody in the program that wants to start helping cosmetologists build their business in a way that gives them the freedom gives them the clients that they are proud of working with and things like that.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_00]: But I call most people are willing to pay for a transformation.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, yeah, I mean, would you say this is probably the most important one out of the list or no?
- 23:03[SPEAKER_00]: I wouldn't call it importance.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_00]: I would probably just, I'd probably call it the most, the most lucrative.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_00]: because if you could formulate your words to say that's what it is you give people, or that is your service, or that is your program.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_00]: But I would say, yeah, the dialed in a day, that's also a transformation.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_00]: And I love that I love my friend, Macy, of the sales girls.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_00]: She's able to see like a transformation in offers that sometimes I don't even see.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_00]: But the transformation that the dialed in a day or the transformation that, you know, me helping entrepreneurs where they're content, the transformation is that.
- 23:46[SPEAKER_00]: People perceive you as an industry expert.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_00]: People respect you because the quality of your content creates
- 23:58[SPEAKER_00]: the quality of your life.
- 24:00[SPEAKER_00]: You want better, you want higher quality opportunity, increase the quality of your content.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_00]: And it's not just quality as in just the visuals and the audio, but also how you say, how you present yourself, how you talk, that's communication, that's skills becoming a masterful communicator, transformation.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 24:18[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_00]: But when you're able to communicate this stuff, I'm just letting people know that this is what people buy.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_00]: So like, there are create or coaches that are not selling a transformation and that's why they are probably not making as much money as they'd like to.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_00]: But if you can really show somebody from where they're at and somewhere they could be in where they should be and by the way, we're all transforming, but the question is, do you like the way you're transforming?
- 24:54[SPEAKER_00]: Are you transforming in a way that you're proud of the work you're doing?
- 24:58[SPEAKER_00]: Are you proud of the money you're making?
- 25:00[SPEAKER_00]: Because if you're not the person to make the money you desire to make, well, maybe you need a transformation.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_00]: Right, level up, level up season.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_00]: The number one question I usually get asked by people like you is, Omar, how the heck does your videos look and sounds so dang crispy?
- 25:19[SPEAKER_00]: Well, the reality is it's the equipment I use and you'd be surprised how inexpensive it could actually be.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_00]: So I've compiled all my gear and I've updated the list and I want to give it to you.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're listening or watching this, just hit the description box below and I'll send you my gear guide for every budget and let's get back into the conversation.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_00]: anything else on transformation, or zip in through this.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_02]: No, I feel like, I mean, let me branded you have any like the thing that comes to mind when you said like the way people perceive use the way they receive you and so like if you're putting out quality content or like quality game, then people will be like, oh, maybe I should invest for sure maybe I this will transform me and my business to be better with whatever you're doing.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, that's the only thing that can to mind on me.
- 26:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and let me let me let me let me go off like I'm going to I'm going to go from like teaching Omar to like,
- 26:11[SPEAKER_00]: Coach Omar.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_00]: Selling Omar.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_00]: If you sell a transformation and you yourself are unwilling to go first, no one's gonna buy from you.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_00]: It's just just the way it works.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_00]: Like,
- 26:32[SPEAKER_00]: Some people have been following my journey for a long time, which number one, that alone is a power brand hack, is like, are you have people even been able to follow you for a long time?
- 26:46[SPEAKER_00]: No, well, you could be out of good start it.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_00]: One's the last time.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_00]: One's the best time to plan a tree.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_00]: Five, 10, 20, 30 years ago.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_00]: One's the next best time.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_00]: Today, today's your day.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_01]: You're saying go first as in investing in yourself first.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_00]: 100.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I would argue you can't sell any of these things if you yourself have been been through any of these things.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_00]: And here's the thing.
- 27:08[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes people have been through it, but you didn't even know you went through it.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_00]: So the lack of awareness voids your ability to still sell the same thing.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_00]: So I have friends and family that are like, oh my, I want to do what you're doing.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_00]: Amazing.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_00]: But you can't do it unless you've done it.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_00]: You can't sell something unless you've bought in something.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_00]: So in so many ways, like I've said this in a mastermind we did, but you should allow your purchases to show where you are in life, if there's something you want to do, buy it first.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_00]: What do you want to do?
- 27:58[SPEAKER_00]: What's something you want to do?
- 28:00[SPEAKER_00]: Like you want to sell clothes.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_00]: You want to create a staple brand.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_00]: Like you need to go to pop-ups and you need to buy something at those pop-ups.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_00]: And you need to see what they do when you buy something at those pop-ups.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_00]: And it's going to inform you on things they do that are really smart.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to inform you on things that you're like, dude, they could have 100% done this better.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to make sure I do that better.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's like,
- 28:24[SPEAKER_00]: Now that that time and money you spent on that is it's R&D research and development for when you throw on the greatest pop-up of all time.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_02]: It's actually this crazy because I never told you guys this but these this crewneck is $700.
- 28:41[SPEAKER_02]: I know it's wild.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_00]: Oh is it?
- 28:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah but it's it was like you buy the crewneck and then you can have James Franco like for 10 minutes and that's why it's like signed by James
- 28:52[SPEAKER_00]: Bro, and so I see a James Franco piece.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_02]: But like, that alone was like worth the price of admission because I understood the feeling that I got of like, dude, I just met the green goblin of Spider-Man.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_02]: He's having an underbug.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_02]: But like, it was just like the feeling that I'm being the artist.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_02]: And then like, you know, I got it with a homie of mine in New York, but that whole story was he there.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_00]: James Franco was there so like yeah, he signed this one.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so you go through the showroom and they're like, oh, yeah, like he's in this room if you purchase it.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_00]: But he also hand distressed.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he hand distressed in and he like signed in drew on it too.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but like it's like you go in the showroom and it's like, oh, yeah, James Franco is here for the next two hours.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_02]: to give you this like, do you want champagne that amount of yeses?
- 29:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_02]: And I was just like, they're with the homie and then I was like, you know what?
- 29:44[SPEAKER_02]: Like, we're here in New York, when in Rome, let's cop it.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_02]: So you bought it and then we're in the room with James Ranker for like 10 minutes and we get to talk to him and ask him a question.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_02]: So cool.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_02]: But like, that's R&D.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I didn't know you had it like that.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_01]: When and wrong, all right, bro, 700 bucks.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_01]: Swipe.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it wasn't like a team.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_00]: It was my first time.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_00]: That's so good.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_00]: Thanks for bringing that up.
- 30:03[SPEAKER_01]: It's this reminds me of when I bought that jacket.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_01]: The leather one?
- 30:07[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_01]: For 500 bucks.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_01]: And it was the most I've ever spent on that jacket.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you can't.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_00]: You tried to wind up him, but you're down 200.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_00]: Come on.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going to get any of you.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_01]: But like the first time I wore the jacket after buying it,
- 30:22[SPEAKER_01]: it yielded so many compliments.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, what the heck?
- 30:25[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, of course, of course.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, this makes sense.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_01]: But I remember you saying that exact line though, as I was trying to buy it, you were like, bro, this is where you let your purchases, I don't know what you say.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_00]: You don't even know, whatever, whatever.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I think you, whatever.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_01]: Gaslight, you were doing, you didn't get me to buy that jacket.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, all other members that you had a knife so my throat.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_00]: No, but here's what's crazy, because I love seeing it in action.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_00]: I love watching him process of like a perfect fitting piece.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you're a weirdo when you call a piece of clothing in the piece, but I saw that thing.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_00]: What's up with these dudes calling T-shirts pieces, bro?
- 31:12[SPEAKER_00]: It's a T-shirt, no.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_00]: No, this jacket was so great, and it fit him so good, and it was like, and then it kept getting good.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_00]: It kept getting good.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_00]: And it was like, the guy comes up, he's like, oh yeah, I do that.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_00]: That looks really good on you.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_00]: And like the fur, it was a flight jacket.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_00]: So the furry collar comes off.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, then you're getting two jackets in one.
- 31:35[SPEAKER_00]: And then dude comes up, he's like, yeah, also, we have a lifetime guarantee.
- 31:42[SPEAKER_00]: I said, sir, can you please explain?
- 31:43[SPEAKER_00]: He said, you can return this jacket whenever you'd like if you become dissatisfied.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_00]: I said what like 90 days, he said forever.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, the room, I was like, there is no risk.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_00]: They have removed the risk for making a purchase decision.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_00]: You have no reason to be afraid.
- 32:03[SPEAKER_00]: So it's almost like parking money into their business, per se.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, I'll be, I also was like, bro, what happens if people keep on doing it?
- 32:10[SPEAKER_00]: He's like, well, actually, we'll cut him out.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_00]: So you can no longer buy from us.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_00]: So anyway, it's like, but I'm like,
- 32:18[SPEAKER_00]: aren't tearing all this stuff and it's still like, you know, and that's what I mean, like, a transformation is taking place.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_00]: Like, for sure.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_00]: You're way closer, drop it.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_00]: But no, you didn't buy the jacket for the compliments.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_01]: No.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_00]: But it, it, it, it is funny because that jacket now also gave you a affiliation though.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_00]: You people don't even need to know the brand.
- 32:47[SPEAKER_00]: The quality was there.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_00]: For sure.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_00]: So.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_00]: Just, I mean, this is so good.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_00]: I love, this is why you guys are here by the way, please, please bring more examples because it just solidifies that I'm not crazy.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, well, I brought up the story because you said it and I was like, do I had that whole story just came to mind?
- 33:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no, yeah, that was great.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_00]: And it, and it, and it, and it, it's so cool, like,
- 33:08[SPEAKER_00]: If you didn't buy something, it would have been totally fine, but you wouldn't have gotten a level of access.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to go too forward.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to go too deep.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_00]: But you wouldn't have been able to get even a closer look.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I think some of the best, I mean, I joined a mastermind in September, a new one with Russell Bronson.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_00]: I've only spent 50 minutes with him.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_00]: Total time spent.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_00]: And we're, you know, we're in December now at the time of filming this.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_00]: He's given me two things to do.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_00]: I've done those two things.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_00]: And those two things that I've already done have made me five hundred and eighty grander.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to crazy like that.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_00]: Like, what the heck?
- 33:57[SPEAKER_00]: Fifty minutes.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_00]: Now, that's what he told me.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_00]: But because I'm always looking, because I'm a great buyer, I can also get more out of my purchases.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_00]: So when we go to his events, I'm seeing how people, what do they do with a 50K offer?
- 34:22[SPEAKER_00]: Like how do they do things differently?
- 34:24[SPEAKER_00]: Like, is there anything I can do that's either better, similar, take away whatever?
- 34:30[SPEAKER_00]: And I already, like you've seen that I did a workshop, went to Russell's thing, came back to the workshop again and switched it up.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I did see that.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_00]: And it created a better experience.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_00]: But that's only because I bought it.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_00]: So you can't sell something you yourself aren't willing to buy.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_00]: It's called a phony, a topic.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_00]: So we have acceleration, affiliation, transformation.
- 34:59[SPEAKER_00]: The next thing people pay for it, don't have to get too deep into this, is organization.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_01]: So, yeah, what does that mean?
- 35:06[SPEAKER_00]: So, is everything important?
- 35:09[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's organization.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_00]: You're just being the height man.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you, audience, advocate.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_00]: Organization, I'll ask this question back.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_00]: Do you believe you can find everything you need on YouTube?
- 35:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_00]: How to do anything?
- 35:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_00]: OK.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_00]: So if somebody takes the thing that's even on YouTube and puts it together in orderly fashion, do you find more value in that?
- 35:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_00]: It's just repackaged in a systematic way.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_00]: So this is a quote from Rory Vaiden.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_00]: People don't buy information, but they buy organization of information.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_00]: When you organize the information, then
- 36:03[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you'd be more willing to purchase it.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_00]: So like, you know, you're thinking about getting a sewing machine for Christmas.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_00]: Just buy it now, dude.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_00]: I just don't mind.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_00]: But I just want to forget it so easy.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_00]: But you're going to learn how to sew.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_00]: And you can go on YouTube University.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_00]: Or you could pay $300 for a mini course on how to expect like the video showed me that guy was willing to do something.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you probably would buy it, but if it was more systematic because the reality is like you can't trust everything out there on the internet.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_00]: I know AI, but the AI is out there, which is why information is becoming more commoditized than ever.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_00]: When before like gatekeeping was actually valuable now.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_00]: It's like it's out there But but if you're responsible for putting it in a systematic way for somebody to follow along People are willing to put it out almost like if you were to put a list of gear that you use on a dock I guess oh yeah, no, it's essentially your gear guide.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and that what it is 100 so like it could even be a lead magnet for somebody
- 37:14[SPEAKER_00]: All this can be, I mean, a lead magnet is also an offer.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_00]: It's just not an offer for money.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_00]: A lead magnet is just an offer for information.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's still an offer.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_00]: That's what my Ryan would call a lead generation offer.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_00]: Um, so yeah, this all works for Lee Gen 2, but yeah, organization, this is simple that just great.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_00]: Why should I buy this isn't it on YouTube?
- 37:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, go ahead, spend the hours and spend the weeks trying to find out where the and you'll tell you where I really realize this in my own personal life is I made so many videos on think media.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_00]: and people still had their camera settings buffed.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_00]: And people still didn't know where to plug in the mic, and people still couldn't make the videos, but because it was scattered.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_00]: And like, I actually found that like scattered, consuming scattered information is actually harming the growth process, right?
- 38:15[SPEAKER_00]: Because now you might learn something out of context, or you might learn something out of order, but that's, I mean, YouTube is no respecter of your place in the journey of figuring out something.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_00]: It's just gonna give you what they think is right.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_00]: So organization, the next thing people pay for
- 38:36[SPEAKER_00]: proximity.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_00]: So, back to James Franco, shout out to Green Goblins.
- 38:40[SPEAKER_00]: He allowed you to get close, and that's part of what you bought.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_00]: Like, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when
- 38:55[SPEAKER_00]: When somebody, I mean, is kind of aligned with affiliation, but proximation, we're all isolated.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_00]: Many of us are isolated doing what we do in life.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_00]: You're an isolated real estate agent or you're an isolated esthetician or you're an isolated service provider in the city you're in and
- 39:18[SPEAKER_00]: sometimes creating a space in place where people can get close.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_00]: But I mean, I'll be honest with you, this is why we pay for concerts.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_00]: We're not paying for music.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_00]: We're paying to get close.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_01]: It's good.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_00]: You can get the music for $12.99 Apple Music or Spotify or YouTube Music.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean, someone say they're like, it's also the experience, right?
- 39:45[SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it is the experience, but like, if we really talked about the experience of going to a concert, you want to get in traffic, you want to overpay prices, you want to, okay.
- 39:56[SPEAKER_01]: So what would be the back to you bringing up a affiliation, what is the difference between these two?
- 40:01[SPEAKER_00]: Between affiliation and proximation.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_00]: So affiliation, I don't need to physically be in your presence.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_00]: Got it, got it.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_00]: Affiliations being just connected.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_00]: Great.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_00]: We're just connected.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_00]: Proximation is actual.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_00]: you get close.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_02]: Chris Brown, 15 hundred to take a picture with all right 1500 bucks.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_00]: Why are we into that?
- 40:23[SPEAKER_00]: Why are women taking a picture or willing to pay 1500 bucks and have their man's take the photo.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I'm just kidding.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, shoot, what was I going to ask you?
- 40:33[SPEAKER_01]: Um, approximation.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_01]: The Chris Brown just sent me for a loot.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_01]: oh okay okay okay um what makes your proximity valuable how can somebody make someone else being in their proximity valuable
- 40:53[SPEAKER_00]: If you respect me as a person, or respect my processes as a person, and I let you into my process, let me show you the factory Willy Wonka.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_00]: Let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me
- 41:12[SPEAKER_01]: in a humble way.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_01]: You say when people get around you, they make more money.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_01]: So, like, just using me for an example, if I wanted people when they get around me and they end up making more money, like, how do I make myself viable in that way?
- 41:27[SPEAKER_01]: Where my proximity just does that.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you just become the person that does that for people.
- 41:33[SPEAKER_00]: Got it.
- 41:33[SPEAKER_00]: You know, like, I don't, like, it's just a byproduct.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_00]: It just happens, you know, like, but it happens because in I've built so much inherent value in myself by investing in myself.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_00]: I genuinely, you've seen me invest over 300 grand.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_00]: In myself, you've seen it.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_00]: So a byproduct of that, just yields that effect, right?
- 41:55[SPEAKER_00]: And so it's a person who invests in themselves and do and does what people tell them to do, you know.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_00]: But I mean, the approximation is, dude, like when people come and see the studio,
- 42:10[SPEAKER_00]: Like, if people just came here and saw the setup, they'd be blown away, and they always are.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_00]: Like, this is what literally the same testimony.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_00]: Wait, that's it.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_00]: That's all it is that you guys do.
- 42:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, to make it look that good.
- 42:28[SPEAKER_00]: Well, what makes it look that good?
- 42:31[SPEAKER_00]: But like, I could show you in a video, I could, it's just getting in and then what's crazy is the reason why proxamation is highly valuable as something you can sell is because there's a limitation to proxamation.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_00]: Like in-person experiences could only,
- 42:54[SPEAKER_00]: you know, serve so many people.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_00]: If you have an online course that shows the same thing, you can have as many people as you want, wash it, watch it.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_00]: But there's something about getting close, getting nearer.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_01]: But I mean also online, you can create that too.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I mean, with your challenge, you have a VIP plus, which is super limited, and that's a different level of proximity with you.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_00]: 100.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_00]: It's great.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so that's it's like different.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_00]: I guess I guess a word could be accessed, but I do you know when I I really remembered the power of this in the realm of concerts when we went to watch the throne concert with Kanye and Jay Z and 20 summer of 2010 or summer of 2011 at the MGM Garden Arena.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_00]: then the ticket to his show was 500, it was fire.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_00]: All right, they did, they did and words in Paris, 12 times.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, literally back to back to back, but I was okay, $520 for the album.
- 44:11[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm at $520.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_00]: I bought two shirts.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_00]: The shirts were 120 each.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_02]: 2010.
- 44:18[SPEAKER_02]: 2010.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_00]: For Haynes Bft's bro.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_00]: So that's another 240 bro.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_00]: I was I met seven hundred dollars as somebody who makes tools.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_00]: I was working at the Rec Center.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_00]: I was making two grand a month.
- 44:33[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my gosh.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_00]: And
- 44:37[SPEAKER_00]: same music.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_00]: But that's what I was buying though.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_00]: You know, like the proximity and the feeling proximity of that feeling.
- 44:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I didn't buy it.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_00]: A hand's beefy tea.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_00]: I bought something Kanye design.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_00]: He put his touch on this game's rank.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's all tying and all ton of scarcity too involved.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, dude.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, yeah, and you create the environment.
- 44:58[SPEAKER_00]: This is why it's what it's powerful is when you really start understanding why people buy.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_00]: Like, when you get people in person, you should always sell them something.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_00]: Like, especially if you do it for free, but even if they pay, if somebody pays you to come in person, sell them something else.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_00]: Because they already expressed that they want this.
- 45:21[SPEAKER_00]: So if they wanted this, there's a high likelihood that there's another group of people in that, I want this, that wants more of this.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_00]: So like, that's why I think, you know, now that we have like merchants stuff, we should want 100% start just rolling it out.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_00]: Not to make more money, but it's just like,
- 45:37[SPEAKER_00]: You already hear the feeling is like, man, this is, this is, this is it, this is the place, this is the brand, this is the, yeah, it's like why not, why not, as well.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's what Myron calls it, might as well offer it.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_00]: Might as well.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_00]: But proximation, yes, just getting people in proximity or in different ways of consuming what you're doing.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so thanks for bringing up the challenge.
- 46:06[SPEAKER_00]: This podcast is also brought to you by the content to cast challenge, a five day live coaching experience.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_00]: Join VIP and get five hours of Q&A with myself and other people.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, as we just got done doing one, and it was incredible.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_00]: The next one is this, we're talking about what people buy.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_00]: People will buy identification.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_00]: identification.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_00]: They will buy identity.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_00]: They pay for identity.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_00]: This is why your offers and what you sell should have identity language.
- 46:43[SPEAKER_00]: What is the outcome or who want people to be?
- 46:47[SPEAKER_00]: Like what people want to be.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_00]: So my inner circle, it's called the content mastery inner circle.
- 46:52[SPEAKER_00]: It is an identity.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_00]: phrase and, you know, six figure creator, the seven figure podcast, the, um, that, you know, I'm one of the girls in the program.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_00]: It's the the six figure, esthetician or the boss babe, like people pay for identity.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_00]: And so, I guess, would you say that it's the same as transformation?
- 47:23[SPEAKER_01]: No, because transformation can be, um, right.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_00]: No, okay.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm chilling.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_00]: So this is a great framework, or what about affiliation?
- 47:31[SPEAKER_01]: Is it, no, I mean, that's what I was thinking, but no, because identification is like, people when they buy a Louis bag, they're not buying an identity.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, no.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_01]: Like they are buying affiliation with the brand.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_01]: Right, um, people don't identify as like, Louis Vuitton, right.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_00]: No, but they do, but identify as someone premium.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_00]: So buying luxury items necessarily doesn't create new identity for you.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_01]: No, it doesn't change my identity.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just buying it because I want to be affiliated or known to have this brand with me.
- 48:08[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_00]: But does that put you in a different kind of buyer?
- 48:14[SPEAKER_00]: bracket.
- 48:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, you are a premium buyer.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, 100 me buying a $500 jacket.
- 48:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it like leveled me up in a different sense.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_00]: So you, in some ways, you did get identity kind of you became, there became more sophisticated buyer.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_00]: And this is why I love testing purchases, but people,
- 48:43[SPEAKER_00]: pay for identity, most of our purchases is a reflection of our identity.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_00]: So, if you could sell somebody their future self, not in the transformation aspect of things, but in the way they see themselves and the way they wanna be perceived, that is something you could sell to.
- 49:06[SPEAKER_00]: So, let's just take, I'm kind of going back to like the Esthetician Cosmopolitan, the cosmatologist,
- 49:14[SPEAKER_00]: example is, you know, Jasmine wants to help other women, you know, take back their business and take control and have the freedom and charge their prices and all that stuff.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_00]: Now, in order for you to do that, you, you need to see yourself as premium.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_00]: You want to serve premium people, then you must become premium.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_00]: But if you, if you have a premium offer,
- 49:45[SPEAKER_00]: He like, Alex Amosie says, if you want to make a lot of money, like solve rich people's problems.
- 49:51[SPEAKER_00]: And it's because not only do wealthy or rich people value time more than ever, so acceleration matters to them, they will understand this whole thing that I'm talking about today.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_00]: But it also reminds them that they are who they want to be.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, does that make sense?
- 50:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, I see like brains working, but I just want I want you to break this if you can what's going on in your brain?
- 50:23[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know I'm just trying to think like all you brought up cosmetology is thinking of like why do we pay hundred dollars for a haircut versus like the 40 that you can just go into a random shop in
- 50:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, what comes in mind for that is like, there's a skill difference.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_01]: The 120 dollar haircut, I know I'm going to walk out of that shop.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_01]: A great point happy with my cut versus the 40.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, there's a chance I'm going to walk out of there like super dissatisfied.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_02]: Is there identity added to that?
- 50:55[SPEAKER_02]: All right, I don't, that's what I'm like.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_02]: I'm trying to process it all.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_00]: But I mean, I mean, what do you think?
- 51:00[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I mean, when it comes to getting a fade, the reason why I go to the greatest barber in Las Vegas and pay a premium price, it's more for certainty.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_00]: right.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_00]: I just know that I'm not gambling.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 51:19[SPEAKER_00]: And I would argue because of the price he charges and the level of cut he brings, he is actually selling security and safety.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 51:32[SPEAKER_00]: I would, yeah, I would even, I would even argue he sells, okay, here's the identity he sells, a more confident you.
- 51:40[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm, okay, yeah, so that's what I buy by going and getting a fade every week Is that I could keep my confidence at a high and then when I look at other dudes That would just got scrubby looks they look scruffy AF Bro, I'm like you just look broke My gosh, okay, but it's true.
- 52:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, so I'm paying for a confident version of me.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_00]: That's identity
- 52:09[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I didn't, I didn't write more examples.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_00]: I wish I did, but no, I mean, I think we kind of hit the, yeah, I mean, with the stocks thing, I, I, I, I did write down your stocks example.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_00]: Let's say a skill set like what, what do you become when you become a master in the skill?
- 52:25[SPEAKER_00]: Like, the master's sales, like when I think about Macy's offer, it, hers is sales mastery.
- 52:34[SPEAKER_00]: in her circle, say the sales mastery or her boot camp or something, when stocks, it's like the day trader.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_00]: So like the, I want to be, I want to take on this identity as like a boss as a CEO, as an entrepreneur, well, there's things that we can buy that, create that identity in us, right?
- 52:55[SPEAKER_00]: And that's in our clothing purchases, that is in our self personal development purchases.
- 53:04[SPEAKER_00]: That's gonna help me fix my money.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_00]: I'm identifying with a more prosperous version of who I am.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_01]: This is funny, but me signing up for the Iron Man, I signed up for an identity.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, you did.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_00]: It's literally named Iron Man.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_00]: Iron Man.
- 53:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_00]: Dang, it's funny.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_01]: I just like never would have thought of it that way.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_00]: but they did, but thought of it before you did.
- 53:29[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why you got got.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_01]: That's why that ticket was $700.
- 53:33[SPEAKER_00]: That's why they took it with $700 bucks.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_00]: And then that's why they got you swimming out by the end of the morning.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_00]: For real.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_00]: But proud of you, bro, you're getting freaking ripped, bro.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_00]: Ladies.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_00]: All right, that's what we're going.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_00]: Again, this is a topic.
- 53:48[SPEAKER_00]: I'll review and then we'll go on to the next.
- 53:50[SPEAKER_00]: We have acceleration.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_00]: This is what people pay for.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_00]: A pay for acceleration, affiliation, transformation, organization, approximation, identification.
- 54:00[SPEAKER_00]: The next is congregation.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_01]: Pay for a church.
- 54:04[SPEAKER_00]: No, that's not, congregation just means a collect group of people.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_01]: No, I'm just being an idiot.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_00]: So, I was on the phone or I did a call with somebody in the program and when she was telling me the biggest pain points of the people she's actually supposed to serve, which are, you know, high-income W2 marketers,
- 54:27[SPEAKER_00]: It sounded like so many of them are lonely and they're not celebrated and they're not seen and they're not valued and I'm like dude, that your offer needs to be a community offer.
- 54:41[SPEAKER_00]: So I know I started the podcast like bagging on like join my school or join my discord.
- 54:46[SPEAKER_00]: What I want them, I do want to make clear is you can have a community driven offer, it's called Masterminds, it's called networking.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_00]: It's just that the words you use and attach to this community, which should be identity words,
- 55:06[SPEAKER_00]: which should be acceleration words, which should be affiliation words, it's still, it's still this solidify the fact that you can have community as an offer.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_00]: So being a part of a community of like-minded individuals or people that are headed in the right direction or people who have the same goals, I actually think,
- 55:29[SPEAKER_00]: Neal's offer, the forward mastermind, is a community offer.
- 55:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, he sells it as a community, like stop being alone in your cubicle, stop building an isolation and get around amongst people who are all killing it in their industry or in their lane or in their cities or their regions, it's called the forward mastermind, we're headed one direction.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_00]: he's selling congregation.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_01]: It's really good.
- 56:01[SPEAKER_00]: And then why why people don't leave is because they when you leave your leave in the community.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's good.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_01]: Something that came up.
- 56:13[SPEAKER_01]: What's really cool about this framework that you came up with is something that is really meta about it is whatever you're doing, whatever you have, whatever business that you currently are trying to build you could have three out of the seven you could have five out of the seven or you could legit have all of these things.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_01]: be a part of your business or what your business does for people, and that is just like a crazy thought to me.
- 56:45[SPEAKER_01]: Like your inner circle has every single one of these, and would you say it almost bullet proofs your offer is if you have every single one of these.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I've been literally selling the same offer for two and a half years.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_00]: Um, but it's because I keep, I keep getting better and because I keep getting better the offer keeps getting better and, um, but yeah, I do believe the inner circle hits all the the more you can hit.
- 57:14[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_00]: The better.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 57:16[SPEAKER_00]: Because then there are because there are different kinds of buyers.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_00]: People have different kinds of reasons for joining something.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_00]: But I would say there is a main one.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_00]: I think the main thing that I solve is a transformation.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_00]: But in this offer, we have all of this, yes.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_01]: So not to overwhelm people with like, okay, I need to get all seven, so yeah, but you just did.
- 57:45[SPEAKER_01]: So I was like, what would, no, no, no, because what would be like if somebody had to just focus on one first, I mean, I guess they would have to, like it does matter with what kind of things they have at the end of the day, if you can get somebody a stinking result, yes, and outcome, a breakthrough.
- 58:04[SPEAKER_00]: that's what you need to focus on.
- 58:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's the goal.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_00]: But if you want to make more money from that, either sell it to a different person or you articulate it in a more sophisticated way.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_00]: And I could help people with their content or I can help people attract high quality leads.
- 58:31[SPEAKER_00]: on autopilot, 24-7, while at the same time building their personal brand, which is going to be something they're going to wish they built, like now it's like, dude, whatever the price is.
- 58:45[SPEAKER_00]: So, but yeah, I mean, here's a beautiful thing about congregation too, by the way, when you become
- 58:56[SPEAKER_00]: the facilitator of a community or a network of individuals, you get the credit.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_00]: Even though you didn't necessarily, you're just, you just put it together.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_00]: You just, you just created the school group.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_00]: You just created the mastermind, but like,
- 59:18[SPEAKER_00]: I think some people tend to under what are they do, it's underrated, it's underrated to not be the person.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_00]: He's like, you don't have to be the fill in the blank.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_00]: You can just be the facilitator, the facilitator, and then you become the person that people are known for being the facilitator.
- 59:47[SPEAKER_00]: I could name people, but I know people have gone to prison, but I don't want to say it.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_00]: But there's somebody I think about that it's literally close.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_00]: He is close to everybody.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_00]: I could think of in the industry
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_00]: Bro's bro's rich because he just makes deals happen and he's getting gets people together and he throws part You know, I don't think he's rich anymore because he's in jail.
- 1:00:11[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, the last one is consolidation
- 1:00:16[SPEAKER_00]: uh... consolidation meeting meeting you just is the one stop shot it's eight it's not seven it is eight at eight yeah i thought go into three four five six seventy i guess it's eight i didn't yeah i didn't okay so what's the problem or in there you got to get another one throw it in the chat throw it in the comments uh... it's consolidation
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, consolidation.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_00]: I believe is different than organization.
- 1:00:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because organization is more systematically systematic is more systematic is a more better Is yeah, it's more orderly consolidation is more one-stop shop.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_01]: Okay
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_00]: So you're going to get everything you need in this one place for this thing, if you want to build a seven figure clothing brand.
- 1:01:13[SPEAKER_00]: this program has all the connections that you need to get your clothes made in every any kind of material you wish access to a virtual assistance library so that you can have people doing your customer service for you.

- 1:01:40[SPEAKER_00]: on top of the community of people, like consolidating everything you need as someone who's looking to launch a Perse profitable clothing brand.
- 1:01:50[SPEAKER_00]: Like, that's the idea.
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, some people wanna put together a program where you,

- 1:02:07[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if all the way through, but if everything is that, like, I will, I mean, I have the graphic designers.
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_00]: I got the ghost writers or the, like, what?
- 1:02:21[SPEAKER_00]: Because, because you don't want people to think about, well, okay, what else do I need to buy in addition to this thing?
- 1:02:29[SPEAKER_00]: You can actually create an offer where there is no else.
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_00]: I thought about it already.
- 1:02:33[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:02:33[SPEAKER_00]: I thought about everything you actually are thinking about as it's here.
- 1:02:36[SPEAKER_00]: So our offers can be that and I think this is why I'm always trying to think about how inner circle can always get better because there's so much, you know, it's almost like never ending but in so many ways we want to streamline the processes and give people just what they need and sometimes what they need is exactly what we've created.
- 1:03:06[SPEAKER_00]: you know.
- 1:03:07[SPEAKER_00]: Um, anyway, those are the eight.
- 1:03:11[SPEAKER_00]: Those are, that is what people are buying.
- 1:03:14[SPEAKER_00]: If you are currently working on the course, pause for a second, think about what you're actually selling people.
- 1:03:21[SPEAKER_00]: And this is the beauty of selling stuff online is that you get to create it from your imagination, but don't do it in isolation because no one is going to get you that monetization.
- 1:03:34[SPEAKER_00]: All right, we'll see you on the content, the guest challenge, download the gear guide, final words, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, no, not Happy Holidays, it's Merry Christmas.
