- 0:00Ezekiel chapter 6. First let's pray.
- 0:04Dear God, please open our minds and our eyes to what we read in
- 0:09scripture so that we understand what you want to communicate to
- 0:14us. We ask this in Jesus name, Amen.
- 0:18So this is called doom for the mountains of Israel.
- 0:23The word of the Lord came to me. Son of man, set your face
- 0:27against the mountains of Israel, prophecy against them, and say,
- 0:33you, mountains of Israel, hear the word of the sovereign Lord.
- 0:39This is what the Sovereign Lord says to the mountains and hills,
- 0:45to the ravines and valleys. I am about to bring a sword
- 0:50against you, and I will destroy your high places.
- 0:55Your altars will be demolished and your incense altars will be
- 0:59smashed. And I will slay your people in
- 1:04front of your idols. I will lay the dead bodies of
- 1:07the Israelites in front of their idols, and I will scatter your
- 1:12bones around your altars wherever you live.
- 1:17The towns will be laid waste and the high places demolished so
- 1:22that your altars will be laid waste and devastated, your idols
- 1:26smashed and ruined, your incense altars broken down, and what you
- 1:32have, what you have made wiped out.
- 1:35Your people will fall slain among you, and you will know
- 1:40that I am the Lord. But I will spare some, for some
- 1:46of you will escape the sword. When you are scattered among the
- 1:50lands and nations, then in the nations where they have been
- 1:55carried captive. Those who escape will Remember
- 2:00Me, how I have been grieved by their adulterous hearts which
- 2:06have turned away from me, and by their eyes which have lusted
- 2:11after their idols. They will loathe themselves for
- 2:15the evil they have done and for all their detestable practices,
- 2:19and they will know that I am the Lord.
- 2:23I did not threaten in vain to bring this calamity on them.
- 2:27This is what the Lord, the Sovereign Lord says.
- 2:31Strike your hands together and stamp your feet and cry out.
- 2:34Alas, because all of because of all the wicked and detestable
- 2:41practices of the people of Israel, for they will fall by
- 2:47the sword, famine and plague. One who is far away will die of
- 2:53the plague, the one who is near will fall by the sword, and
- 2:58anyone who survives and is spared will die of famine.
- 3:03So I will pour out my wrath on them, and they will know that I
- 3:10am the Lord when their people lie slain among their idols,
- 3:16around their altars, on every high hill and on all the
- 3:20mountain tops, under every spreading tree and every leafy
- 3:26oak, places where they offered fragrant incense to all their
- 3:30idols. And I will stretch out my hand
- 3:33against them and make the land a desolate waste from the desert
- 3:38to Dibla, wherever they live. Then they will know that I am
- 3:43the Lord. That's the whole chapter 6.
- 3:46So I'll read what the study Bible says.
- 3:48And I've done some research on this too.
- 3:49So I think this is going to be a short one for today, for this
- 3:52chapter. So why did Ezekiel prophecy
- 3:56against the mountains? Worshipping idols?
- 3:59The standard form of worship in ancient cultures was practiced
- 4:02mostly on hilltop shrines or high places.
- 4:06Speaking toward the mountains was a symbolic condemnation of
- 4:11Israel's idolatry. Now I'm going to add more to
- 4:14this because I agree with what the study Bible said, but I
- 4:19think it's actually more than that.
- 4:21I think metaphorically the mountains represent a spiritual
- 4:27entity. And I will prove that from
- 4:29Scripture after I get through these questions and answers.
- 4:32But I wanted to just mention that.
- 4:34So there's there's a little bit more research that's coming up
- 4:36on this one about who the mountains are.
- 4:40Now, sometimes they're literal and sometimes they're symbolic
- 4:43and sometimes they're both. And that's the way a lot of
- 4:47scripture is. It can have literal A symbolic
- 4:52and spiritual significance. And so let's go to the next
- 4:55question in the study Bible. Why did God call the people
- 4:58adulteress? Because they were unfaithful to
- 5:01him just as an adulterer is unfaithful to a spouse.
- 5:05And the marriage vow, the Israelites violated the covenant
- 5:09they had made with God when they walked away from him to worship
- 5:13idols. The charge of adultery described
- 5:16physically what they had done spiritually.
- 5:20So that even explains it even more like, you know, these
- 5:24metaphors for adultery, they have a spiritual significance.
- 5:28So that's the way a lot of the Bible and the prophecy is
- 5:32written is it does have like a dual meeting meaning.
- 5:36And sometimes it has a near present prophecy and then
- 5:41sometimes it has a far distant future prophecy.
- 5:45And it can be both in one where I believe that what Ezekiel is
- 5:49talking about has like a double fulfillment for this prophecy.
- 5:54And especially when we get into Chapter 7 there, it's very
- 5:58obvious that this is end times related in addition to probably
- 6:05a partial fulfillment of it early or, you know, in the past.
- 6:10So next question from the study Bible, Why clap, stamp and
- 6:16shout? Usually this kind of behavior
- 6:18shows great pleasure, like applause.
- 6:21But God was not happy about their wicked and detestable
- 6:24practices. It may be that Ezekiel was
- 6:27enacting the taunts of enemies who would later cheer Israel's
- 6:31defeat. His shouts of anguish, however,
- 6:34suggest that clapping, stamping, and shouting could represent any
- 6:39intense emotional outburst, joyful or distressed.
- 6:45One last question. Why use dibla to describe a
- 6:50desolate waste? This probably refers to Ribla, a
- 6:55city in northern Syria. God used this familiar image of
- 7:01a barren desert to describe in an exaggerated language the
- 7:05desolation that would come to Israel.
- 7:09So that I'm going to read that verse again because now with
- 7:12this in mind, it's a city in northern Syria.
- 7:15So and I will stretch out my hand against them and make the
- 7:19land a desolate waste from the desert to the city in northern
- 7:25Syria where they wherever they live.
- 7:29Then they will know that I am God.
- 7:31OK, so that's that concludes everything that's found in the
- 7:35study Bible. There is something also that I
- 7:39should read from Amir's book that is so true and applicable
- 7:43to us today and the what we need to keep in mind.
- 7:47And he says this in in regards to the devastation that was
- 7:52coming on Israel. His comment says when you keep
- 7:55your back turned to God, there is no point.
- 8:00When you there is no point. When you will experience a
- 8:04genuine turn around in your circumstances, there will always
- 8:09be something remaining to bring you down.
- 8:12So if somebody is connected to God and you turn your back on
- 8:15God, there will come about a series of things that will be,
- 8:21if you want to call it misfortunes in your life.
- 8:23Because if you had some sort of connection with God and you are
- 8:27like pulling away from God, he's going to do that to discipline
- 8:31you, to bring you back to him. And that's exactly what is
- 8:36happening and will happen to Israel.
- 8:39There's still people in Israel who don't acknowledge the
- 8:44Messiah as Jesus and don't realize that Jesus is the one
- 8:50who atoned for their sins and that all the different rituals
- 8:55that they have are not going to get them into the Kingdom of
- 8:58God. But Jesus has done that for
- 9:02them. And eventually they will see
- 9:06this. That's what Bible prophecy says.
- 9:08But for right now, they are blinded to this.
- 9:11And it's going to be very interesting how the Bible
- 9:17prophecy unfolds because there's a couple things that I know.
- 9:20Actually, I think one of the things I wanted to talk about
- 9:23right now is actually, yeah, it's in Chapter 7.
- 9:26There's a lot more that I have to talk about in Chapter 7.
- 9:29So I'm going to, when I was, I'm going to read what I researched
- 9:35for this chapter 6. I was just curious like I've had
- 9:39this feeling myself when I've read through the Bible and I
- 9:44just had this feeling that the mountains are more than just
- 9:46mountains. And so I searched all of the
- 9:51entries in an in blueletterbible.org and I
- 9:55searched mountains and a lot of them are just generally the
- 9:58mountain. You know, there's nothing
- 10:00significant about it. It's just a literal mountain.
- 10:04But then you get to a few verses where it explains and and just
- 10:10trying to find some resources for this just to see if anybody
- 10:15else had the same thought that mountains were actual spiritual
- 10:20entities. I did search that just in a
- 10:23Google search. I said, are mountains in the
- 10:26Bible symbolic for spiritual entities?
- 10:30The result said yes. Mountains in the Bible are both
- 10:34literal places and powerful spiritual slash symbolic
- 10:39entities representing divine presence, revelation, covenants,
- 10:46kingdoms, strength, and spiritual ascent slash
- 10:50challenges serving as sites where heaven meets earth for
- 10:55transformative encounters with God.
- 10:57From Sinai the law was given to Zion, where the Temple and New
- 11:03Jerusalem will be, to the Sermon of the Mount where Jesus's
- 11:06teachings occurred. So here are key symbolic
- 11:10meanings. Divine encounters are
- 11:12theophanies. God often appears to prophets
- 11:16and patriarchs on mountains like Sinai, Horeb, Olives, Covenant,
- 11:22and Law. Mount Sinai is where Moses
- 11:25received the 10 commandments symbolizing God's covenant
- 11:29kingdoms and authorities. Mountains can represent earthly
- 11:34kingdoms, Babylon as a ruinous mountain or God's eternal
- 11:40Kingdom. Daniel's vision of a great
- 11:44mountain. So then it talks about spiritual
- 11:47height and purity. High places signify closeness to
- 11:49God, a space, a place for revelation and spiritual
- 11:53elevation, contrasting with the valleys of hardship, stability,
- 11:57and permanence. Like mountains surrounding
- 11:59Jerusalem, God's protection is seen as enduring Jesus's
- 12:04ministry. The Sermon on the Mount and the
- 12:07Mount of Olives are key New Testament settings for Jesus's
- 12:10teachings and prayers. So there are there are lots of
- 12:17different meanings and significance of mountains, but
- 12:20the kingdoms and authority is what I was kind of zeroing in on
- 12:24for this conversation. Mountains can represent earthly
- 12:28kingdoms. Babylon as a ruinous mountain or
- 12:32God's eternal Kingdom, Daniel's vision of a great mountain.
- 12:37So where does Scripture back this up?
- 12:40Well, we can look at chapter 68 in Psalms where it talks about
- 12:50this and specifically verse 15 it says Mount Beshan, majestic
- 12:56mountain, Mount Beshan rugged mountain.
- 13:01Why gaze in envy, you rugged mountain, at the mountain where
- 13:06God chooses to reign, where the Lord himself will dwell forever.
- 13:13So think about that like he is in this Psalm.
- 13:18And of course a Psalm is a song. But what I've realized is that
- 13:23the Psalms, not all of them but some of them are actually
- 13:26prophecy and there is like hidden information in there.
- 13:32So yes you can. When you write songs and lyrics,
- 13:35you can use symbolic things to express and it doesn't always
- 13:40mean literal things. Where I believe this is talking
- 13:44about like Mount Bashan is a majestic mountain.
- 13:48It's some spiritual entity, you know, I guess personification
- 13:54gives inanimate objects living qualities.
- 13:58So granted, yes, that could be the poetic sense of it all.
- 14:03But when you read this, I think with the Holy Spirit helping,
- 14:07then you can see that this is something more than that.
- 14:11Like God chooses a mountain. He's choosing, you know,
- 14:15Jerusalem as the at Mount Zion. That is his mountain that he's
- 14:20claiming and where he will rule from.
- 14:23But the other mountains, the other spiritual entities, they
- 14:26want to rule. And so within this, it's kind of
- 14:30like, it's interesting, this Mount Bichon, I forgot where I
- 14:34had looked this up before. I want to see where this is,
- 14:37where this is located, because maybe that'll have some
- 14:41significance. The mount Mount Bichon refers to
- 14:46the mountains fertile volcanic plateau in ancient Transjordan
- 14:51encompassing today's Golan Heights, known in the Bible for
- 14:56its rich pastures, strong cattle, oak forest and powerful.
- 15:01Amorite King Ogg, often described as a mountain of many
- 15:06peaks or a mountain of God symbolizing God's power
- 15:09contrasted with Zion. This is interesting because the
- 15:13Amorite King Ogg. I believe he was also.
- 15:18I don't know if he's the one who had the 13 foot bed or
- 15:21something, but he was one of the I got a Raphaim or the maybe the
- 15:30Nephilim. But I believe that he was one of
- 15:34those, if you really do a deep dive into Scripture, because
- 15:37I've looked at it, because it's King Ogg and also King of Sihan,
- 15:42both of them. And they were, I think
- 15:46descendants of, and this is going to throw a lot of people
- 15:50for a loop, but it's in the Bible, descendants of fallen
- 15:54angels who had sex with human women and produced offspring.
- 16:01And these were the quote giants of the Bible.
- 16:05They were called Raphaim Zuzum. There's like another name for
- 16:10them as well. I think it, I don't know if it's
- 16:13the Amalekites or something similar to that, or are they?
- 16:17I don't, I'd have to look it up to confirm, but there's multiple
- 16:21names and go to the Hebrew version of the Bible because
- 16:26you're not going to figure it out.
- 16:27If you're just trying to go through NIV version or something
- 16:30like that, you're not going to see this.
- 16:31But when you dig deep into Scripture, I mean, just read
- 16:34about AOG and figure out like where he came from, what were
- 16:39his people like? He was the king of this just
- 16:42like Goliath, who is in the Philistines in the current area
- 16:46of Gaza. He was this giant.
- 16:51And they were saying they were probably like 9 feet tall to 13
- 16:54feet tall. Now this stuff is in the Bible.
- 16:57And so now, I mean, I didn't realize like Mount Bashan.
- 16:59Now there's some connection here to King Ogg and, and maybe the
- 17:03oak forest because I know God talks about trees and are the
- 17:06prophets do talk about different kinds of trees.
- 17:09And that's another kind of symbolism.
- 17:12And I don't want to get too far off the track, but so this Mount
- 17:16Bichon, this is, you know, basically here, I'm just going
- 17:20to sum it up to what I've found and you can challenge me on
- 17:24this. Look it up for yourself,
- 17:26research it because that's the only way you're going to find it
- 17:29is these do seem like this was fallen angels who wanted to be
- 17:35God that are threatened by God and when want to like they want
- 17:42to establish their Kingdom here on earth.
- 17:43It does say that Satan is the ruler of the air.
- 17:46And so when Satan brings it, it says in the Book of Revelation,
- 17:51the dragon who is Satan takes his tail and sweeps 1/3 of the
- 17:55stars out of heaven. The stars are symbolic of
- 17:59angels. So those are the fallen angels
- 18:02and they wanted to come to earth to, you know, it says within the
- 18:08Bible they weren't. I forgot which book it was that
- 18:14talks about like Lucifer or Satan, how you've fallen and
- 18:23that he he just wasn't satisfied with having all of these
- 18:26wonderful attributes that God gave him, wisdom, appearance,
- 18:32all these things like he was a very highly decorated, highly
- 18:36created, you know, perfectly created Angel, but he wasn't
- 18:42happy with that. He wanted to be equal to God and
- 18:47he but he was a created being. He was and is a created being
- 18:52and he is not God, but he wants to have that worship.
- 18:56He wants people to worship. That's exactly what he did to
- 18:58Jesus right after he got baptized.
- 19:00And Jesus was out in the wilderness for 40 days and Satan
- 19:05was tempting him and Satan stood on the top of a mountain again.
- 19:09And then say, hey, I can give you all this Kingdom if you just
- 19:12bow down and worship me. But Jesus came back to him with
- 19:16Scripture and he resisted him, and then the devil left.
- 19:22Satan left because Satan's, you know, Satan does have some
- 19:27authority that's been given to him by God.
- 19:29And I believe, just like it says in Ephesians 6 verse 12, that
- 19:35there's all these principalities.
- 19:37And it seems like, I guess it's a conclusion from Scripture, is
- 19:42that God assigned certain entities some sort of ruler.
- 19:49They become rulers over certain geographical areas.
- 19:53It really does seem like that when you look at the Bible and
- 19:56you see how these specific lands have always operated in a
- 20:02certain way. Look at how they react to Israel
- 20:06for example. The different lands, the
- 20:09different people like today who are against Israel, they were
- 20:13like always against Israel in Scripture.
- 20:17And you know, the, this whole land of Gaza, I mean, that's was
- 20:22the Philistines. Those were the giants.
- 20:25Those were the ones that were that Israel was battling all the
- 20:29way from the beginning in the land of Canaan, where all of
- 20:32these Raphaim that lived there, the giants lived there.
- 20:35God said they're going to get out, you're going to go there.
- 20:39And so when you read the Bible, it really gets interesting.
- 20:42But these these things that people don't often talk about
- 20:46are pretty fascinating. Maybe it's because a lot of
- 20:49people don't talk about them, but when you really get into
- 20:51Scripture, you notice these things.
- 20:53So anyway, the mountains, I believe, are symbolic of
- 20:59spiritual entities who have some sort of power, spiritual power
- 21:05over certain lands. They're associated with certain
- 21:09lands. And this will be that way.
- 21:11That's why in the Book of Revelation it says when Jesus
- 21:14returns, the mountains crumble. Did you ever think about that?
- 21:19Maybe it'll be a literal thing, but maybe it's going to be the
- 21:22symbolic mountain that crumbles the spiritual entity.
- 21:27Just like Daniel's dream where he talked about a rock that was
- 21:31cut that will smash all the kingdoms in the end.
- 21:36So these kingdoms that are being built up, the mountains that are
- 21:40being built up the toes of the statue that was in the dream,
- 21:46those will be crushed by the rock that was cut, but not from
- 21:51human hands. That the rock is Jesus who came
- 21:54from God the Father, and he will crush all of these kingdoms that
- 22:00have been set up here on earth. That's why I think in the Book
- 22:03of Revelation, it talks about these mountains crumbling down
- 22:07like everything will be layered when leveled when Jesus returns
- 22:11because he will establish his Kingdom here on earth and the
- 22:15other kingdoms will be flattened.
- 22:18They will have no power no longer.
- 22:21They currently have power right now, but it will not be that way
- 22:24forever. So there's another place where I
- 22:29think I well, I read Psalm about Mount Bashan and that's how it
- 22:34got to the the giants. But then there's also Jeremiah
- 22:39chapter 51. Let's see, OK, this is 1 I wrote
- 22:47was actually Jeremiah. Let's go to Jeremiah 50 verse 2.
- 22:55This is interesting. He says announce and proclaim
- 23:00among the nations, lift up a banner and proclaim it.
- 23:04Keep nothing back but say Babylon will be captured, Bell
- 23:11will be to shame, Marduk filled with terror, her images will be
- 23:18put to Shane shame and her idols filled with terror.
- 23:25So this is it says this is the first statement above that was
- 23:31this is the word of the Lord spoke through Jeremiah the
- 23:34prophet concerning Babylon and the land of the Babylonians.
- 23:39So the land of the Babylonians is like Iraq was the primary
- 23:44place, but it also had parts of I think Syria and parts of
- 23:50Turkey and parts of Iran. It was kind of that area in
- 23:55there and and I know this doesn't talk about a mountain,
- 24:00but when we get to Jeremiah chapter 51, it'll relate back to
- 24:04this. So look at these names though
- 24:07Babylon will be captured, Belle will be put to shame.
- 24:11Belle is bail. Bail is what they they
- 24:15worshipped. Marduk is another one.
- 24:18Babylon, Belle and Marduk are all connected together.
- 24:21Whether they are three separate entities or whether this is a
- 24:27sentence that saying they're all one in the same, I don't know
- 24:34it. It kind of seems like, well,
- 24:36they're all one in the same spirit.
- 24:38Whether they are different entities, I guess we won't know
- 24:42until God lets us know. But here's what it says.
- 24:47This is how it ties to a mountain.
- 24:50So listen to this in Jeremiah 51 verse 25, I am against you, you
- 25:01destroying mountain, you who destroy the whole earth,
- 25:06declares the Lord, I will stretch out my hand against you,
- 25:10roll you off the cliffs and make you a burned out mountain.
- 25:16Now he's not talking about his creation.
- 25:18He's not talking about a literal mountain.
- 25:21He's talking about something spiritual and the preceding
- 25:27statement says before your eyes, I will repay Babylon and all who
- 25:34live in Babylonia for all the wrong they have done in Zion,
- 25:39declares the Lord. And then after that verse about
- 25:45what he will come against you destroying mountain, it says no
- 25:50rock will be taken from you as a cornerstone nor any stone for a
- 25:54foundation for you will be desolate forever declares the
- 25:57Lord. That means there's not going to
- 26:00once Jesus returns. Jesus is the cornerstone and
- 26:04he's he was, you know, cut from the rock, but not by human hands
- 26:09and he is the foundation. So once he is here on earth
- 26:14ruling this Babylon Spirit is not going to have a foundation,
- 26:20is not going to have something that comes up again.
- 26:25I think historically, year after year, maybe not every year, but
- 26:30generation there were there were the spirit influenced people,
- 26:35people who were not submitted, surrendered to God, who had the
- 26:39Holy Spirit are who the evil spirits look for.
- 26:44And there's, you know, you get into the spiritual stuff, which
- 26:47people don't. It makes people uncomfortable.
- 26:50But there is, and I don't know if this is correct or not, but I
- 26:57did find this in research, was that there was a statement made
- 27:02that demons were actually the spirits of the Nephilim who were
- 27:09killed. And I don't know if demons are
- 27:11something it doesn't really matter where they're sourced
- 27:13from. But the point that this person
- 27:15was making was that demons and angels are different from one
- 27:19another. And so I don't know if they
- 27:23should be called demons or just evil spirits.
- 27:25Maybe that's a better word to use rather than demons because I
- 27:28don't really know what demons are.
- 27:29But evil spirits throughout the Bible, it talks about evil
- 27:34spirits. In fact, when Saul kept
- 27:39disobeying God, didn't listen to him, wanted to do things his own
- 27:44way. Saul had been anointed by
- 27:46Samuel. He had the Spirit of God with
- 27:49him. It clearly says in Scripture
- 27:51that God's spirit left him and an evil spirit came and
- 27:56tormented him. Now God is sovereign over all
- 28:00the spirit, you know, like, well, the Holy Spirit is God,
- 28:03but God is, you know, the Holy Spirit is over all these like
- 28:08evil spirits, whatever they are, whatever their label is, God is
- 28:11higher and more powerful than that.
- 28:13But because of Saul's disobedienced, I mean, is that
- 28:17what it means like to grieve the Holy Spirit?
- 28:20It says do not grieve the Holy Spirit, you know, did he like
- 28:25get his protection from God removed because of his
- 28:28disobedience? And this evil spirit came and
- 28:32tormented him. These are spiritual things that
- 28:35people don't talk about, but they haven't gone away.
- 28:38Like spirits are beings that have existed way in the past.
- 28:47Like think about this, like Satan was way back in the
- 28:51beginning in the book of Genesis.
- 28:52And he's still, he's still like alive today.
- 28:55And he was created by God and he was given free will just like
- 29:01all of us. And he chose evil as opposed to
- 29:04submission to God. And so he is still alive.
- 29:10And I, I believe he, I, I actually believe that we were
- 29:14all created to live forever. Like that's the way God created
- 29:21us. The time that we're here on
- 29:23earth is determining where we are going to live in the future.
- 29:26But once God created us, He created us to be eternal.
- 29:31And so Satan will be eternal, but he's just going to be
- 29:34separated from God and will be thrown into the burning lake of
- 29:39sulfur, as it says in the Bible at the end.
- 29:42First he's going to be locked up for 1000 years, then he's going
- 29:45to be loosed. For what reason, I have no idea,
- 29:47but that's what the Bible says. But then he will be thrown into
- 29:52the burning lake of sulfur. So that's what the Bible tells
- 29:55us is the final end result was Satan.
- 29:57So anybody who's following Satan or doing a cult practices or
- 30:00anything, you're not going to have a good future.
- 30:02So you might want to wake up now and get on God's team as opposed
- 30:07to the one that this Babylon spirit who is misleading the
- 30:11whole world. In fact, we'll probably talk a
- 30:15little bit about that in Chapter 7, because in Chapter 7 it says
- 30:23flee from her. Just like in Revelation, it
- 30:25tells people to get out of Babylon.
- 30:28I believe that Babylon is a spiritual entity that will
- 30:34affect and maybe even inhabit or maybe even possess people.
- 30:38I don't know to what degree. When we see some of the terrible
- 30:41things that some people are capable of, it could very well
- 30:45be a possession. If it's not a full, full
- 30:49possession, it's certainly an influence.
- 30:51And there's a lot of things that come out of this Babylon spirit
- 30:57and people probably won't like it.
- 30:58But like the sacrifice of children like Molech, like
- 31:03Molech, Baal, all of these entities.
- 31:07Marduk, I think Marduk was actually an A fallen Angel.
- 31:11I mean, you might want to look that up, but it's it's something
- 31:15that the Babylonians believed in.
- 31:17But again, these spiritual things are still out there.
- 31:21They're still here and they're still interacting with human
- 31:23beings. And but I think also maybe
- 31:28unknowing, like people are not really, they think they're
- 31:32interacting with God or a higher, higher power.
- 31:35And it is a higher power than a human being that they're
- 31:37interacting with, but they just don't know that it's evil.
- 31:40Maybe because a lot of people are deceived and think they're,
- 31:44you know, messing around with something that is ultimately
- 31:48good, but it turns out to be something that's really bad.
- 31:52People who have been in the occult and have testimonies
- 31:55about their life changing after they got to know who Jesus was
- 32:00and put their faith and trust in Jesus and made Jesus Lord over
- 32:03their life. They testify to these kinds of
- 32:07things that this is real. This does happen.
- 32:12There are actually even like musicians and singers and stuff
- 32:16that say that when they perform something takes over them.
- 32:20Little do they know that this is some evil spirit.
- 32:22When you look at the, the fruit of what is coming out of them,
- 32:26that what they are saying, what they are doing, it's not of God,
- 32:30it's something evil and they are completely blinded, but realize
- 32:35this is some higher power taking over them.
- 32:38I Beyoncé is one of those people.
- 32:41And so she, she has no idea or maybe she does has no idea.
- 32:46She's being, being influenced by evil spiritual forces.
- 32:50So Bible's very interesting and I hope this intrigued you and,
- 32:56and check out everything I'm saying, you know, look it up for
- 33:00yourself and research it. You should always test what
- 33:04people are saying. I'm not trying to be a
- 33:05sensationalist, but I'm just trying to point out there are
- 33:08spiritual powers that are influencing our lives.
- 33:11And unless we're submitted to God and have the Holy Spirit
- 33:15with us, we are not protected. And we are, we can be affected
- 33:23by these things. And so it's kind of a warning
- 33:27to, you know, to get close to God because it's not going to
- 33:33get less. It's going the way the Bible
- 33:36prophecy states. Things will get worse before it
- 33:40gets better. Eventually it will get better.
- 33:42So I don't want to leave people with a bad feeling about this
- 33:48because once Jesus returns, that's when things will get
- 33:50better. It's going to the people who are
- 33:52not in alignment with God will actually suffer because the
- 33:57wrath of God is coming with Jesus.
- 34:00But the people who have surrendered to God and have the
- 34:05Holy Spirit, there's nothing to fear because God provides it.
- 34:08There's many times throughout Scripture that God provides.
- 34:11We don't have to worry about that.
- 34:14Whatever is needed, we can rely on God for it to get through it.
- 34:18So that's about enough for Chapter 6.
- 34:22I if you're not subscribed, please subscribe.
- 34:24If you feel this is beneficial, please share this with other
- 34:27people and join me the next day so we can talk about Chapter 7.
- 34:31There's going to be a lot more interesting things to talk
- 34:33about. Thank you.
