D4vd Charges: Special Circumstances and Forty Terabytes of Evidence
David Anthony Burke, 21, known professionally as D4vd, has been charged with one count of first-degree murder with special circumstances, one count of continuous abuse of a child under the age of fourteen, and one count of unlawful mutilation of human remains in the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, 14, of Lake Elsinore, California. Burke entered a plea of not guilty at his arraignment.
