  Speaker 3: supports it. If they can't pass it, what good are they?

  Speaker 2: The answer is the GOP Senate is good for nothing.

  Speaker 3: for the midterms. You got to do it now, President Trump.

  Speaker 3: If the SAVE Act isn't in place by the midterms,

  Speaker 3: we don't win, period. My favorite sayings both apply here.
