- 0:10Speaker 1: God bless football, Mikey A.
- 0:14Speaker 2: God bless football, Taylor.
- 0:17Speaker 3: God bless football, Stu Gotts.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Thank you, Taylor. We have yet to get Taylor's thoughts
- 0:21Speaker 1: on everything that transpired over the weekend with the NFL.
- 0:24Speaker 1: He also has a statement game of the week. Mikey
- 0:27Speaker 1: has a bad bet that he made. I was 5-1
- 0:30Speaker 1: on Stu Yagatz. How you doing?
- 0:33Speaker 2: On NFL Stu Yagatz.
- 0:35Speaker 1: Yes, on NFL Stu Yagatz. My bad bet of the
- 0:37Speaker 1: week was trusting the Chargers. How about that? I mean,
- 0:40Speaker 1: Justin Herbert, Jim Harbaugh. John Harbaugh did fine. Jim Harbaugh,
- 0:45Speaker 1: not so well. And Mike McDaniel. I am so tired
- 0:48Speaker 1: of that quarterback and so tired of the praise we
- 0:52Speaker 1: heap on that quarterback. Every time we enter an NFL season. Enough.
- 0:57Speaker 3: I've seen the light when it comes to Justin Herbert.
- 0:59Speaker 3: Because I was one of the people in the media...
- 1:02Speaker 3: Who every time Justin Herbert struggles... I'm finding any excuse
- 1:06Speaker 3: to figure out why Justin Herbert struggled. Was it his O-line?
- 1:09Speaker 3: Was it his receivers? And then you see more and
- 1:11Speaker 3: more coming out. Jim Harbaugh saying... The only weakness Justin
- 1:16Speaker 3: Herbert has is his teammates have to rise to his level.
- 1:19Speaker 3: This is the best quarterback I've ever seen. The best
- 1:21Speaker 3: quarterback you've ever seen does not lose to the Cardinals
- 1:25Speaker 3: in week one. And look that unprepared. And I think
- 1:28Speaker 3: the smartest thing that Justin Herbert has ever done in
- 1:31Speaker 3: his life. If I was in Justin Herbert's camp and
- 1:34Speaker 3: trying to fix his PR, the smartest thing he's ever
- 1:37Speaker 3: done is attaching himself to Madison Beer so everybody forgets
- 1:41Speaker 3: just how bad a quarterback he is.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Why does the attachment to Madison Beer make us forget
- 1:46Speaker 1: about what a bad quarterback he is? I don't know
- 1:48Speaker 1: who Madison Beer is, but if I knew, I'd still
- 1:51Speaker 1: look at him and say, hey, that guy's not playing
- 1:53Speaker 1: quarterback well. Yeah, but if you knew.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Who Madison Beer was when you're watching the Chargers-Cardinals game,
- 1:59Speaker 3: they put her on the TV, and all of a
- 2:01Speaker 3: sudden you get a little distracted.
- 2:02Speaker 2: You forget for.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Just a second.
- 2:06Speaker 3: You start to forget just how bad Justin Herbert actually
- 2:10Speaker 3: was in that game. And it's almost like you kind
- 2:12Speaker 3: of have to shake yourself out of a trance and
- 2:14Speaker 3: be like, oh, Justin Herbert does kind of stink.
- 2:16Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:17Speaker 1: I just looked up. I just did a Google image search.
- 2:20Speaker 1: And you guys are right. Herbert is the best quarterback
- 2:21Speaker 1: I've ever seen.
- 2:24Speaker 5: It's one of those you start rooting for him to
- 2:25Speaker 5: do good just because you know they're going to cut
- 2:27Speaker 5: to her.
- 2:31Speaker 1: You want him to do good for her so he
- 2:33Speaker 1: doesn't lose her. Right.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Well, no, so that they cut to her.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 2:38Speaker 4: It's like Taylor Swift.
- 2:40Speaker 1: But not.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Right.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Do they cut to her when he makes bad plays? No.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Just to see her reaction, you know, concerned girlfriend.
- 2:48Speaker 3: There was a couple of times where they cut to
- 2:50Speaker 3: her and she looked just as confused as everybody else
- 2:52Speaker 3: as to how Jacoby Brissett, who Jacoby Brissett, by the way,
- 2:56Speaker 3: we kind of laughed Jacoby Brissett out of the room.
- 2:58Speaker 1: He should have held out longer. Yeah.
- 3:00Speaker 3: When Jacoby Brissett held out, we were like, oh, what
- 3:02Speaker 3: is this guy holding out for?
- 3:04Speaker 1: Right.
- 3:05Speaker 3: He kind of makes an impact when he's in the game.
- 3:07Speaker 1: So does Jeremiah Love, yes, and that defense was very good.
- 3:10Speaker 1: And Justin Herbert stinks. I think when they go to
- 3:12Speaker 1: Madison Beer and she looks confused, I think she's confused because...
- 3:16Speaker 1: Why does everyone tell me that this guy, my boyfriend,
- 3:18Speaker 1: he's so good at this thing? He's not. That's why
- 3:22Speaker 1: she's confused and she doesn't understand why everyone heaps praise
- 3:25Speaker 1: on him every single year headed into the NFL regular season.
- 3:28Speaker 1: No one knows.
- 3:29Speaker 3: The other thing I loved about that game was every
- 3:32Speaker 3: time they cut to Mike LaFleur's parents in the crowd,
- 3:35Speaker 3: who they're watching on their phone, Matt LaFleur in green. Minnesota.
- 3:41Speaker 3: And I know this was Mike LaFleur's debut as an
- 3:43Speaker 3: NFL head coach, but it feels very clear that Mike
- 3:47Speaker 3: LaFleur is the favorite child of the LaFleurs. To go
- 3:50Speaker 3: to a game where your son is a nine and
- 3:53Speaker 3: a half point underdog, realistically, not too many people gave
- 3:56Speaker 3: this Cardinals team a chance. And the other game, Matt LaFleur,
- 3:59Speaker 3: who you've probably seen countless times already, play and underwhelm
- 4:04Speaker 3: with the green Bay Packers. That was a divisional game.
- 4:07Speaker 3: And they, they chose let's, let's just go to LA.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Well, they chose their other son's first game as a
- 4:12Speaker 1: head coach. That's what they chose. I understand that. Right.
- 4:14Speaker 3: But do you think they really went into that? Like,
- 4:16Speaker 3: I know, I know Michael first parents probably love him.
- 4:20Speaker 3: Do you really think his parents went into that game saying,
- 4:23Speaker 3: Jacoby Brissett and this Cardinals offense and this Cardinals roster?
- 4:28Speaker 1: I am not saying it's the game they wanted to attend.
- 4:31Speaker 1: I'm saying they had to attend that game. That is
- 4:34Speaker 1: all I'm saying. And why are you saying that they
- 4:36Speaker 1: probably love their son? Of course they love their son.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Why is there a qualifier in front of that?
- 4:42Speaker 3: No, I don't think it's clear. I think it is
- 4:45Speaker 3: clear which son they love more.
- 4:47Speaker 1: You don't think they love the son who coaches the
- 4:49Speaker 1: Green Bay Packers?
- 4:51Speaker 3: No, they love him.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Okay.
- 4:52Speaker 3: They just love the son that coaches the Cardinals more.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Okay, so they love both their sons, just so we're clear.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Not probably. Probably. definitively, they love both of their sons, right?
- 5:04Speaker 3: I want to go on the record and say, I
- 5:06Speaker 3: think the LaFleurs love both their sons.
- 5:08Speaker 1: So put this on the poll. Do the LaFleurs love
- 5:11Speaker 1: both sons equally?
- 5:12Speaker 4: They don't.
- 5:14Speaker 1: No one does.
- 5:15Speaker 4: They just don't.
- 5:17Speaker 2: It's one of those things.
- 5:18Speaker 5: That conversation was probably, hey, Matt, listen, we can watch
- 5:22Speaker 5: you disappoint us next week, but for this week, we're
- 5:24Speaker 5: going to go see Mikey's first game.
- 5:26Speaker 2: And yes, they call him Mikey. Yes.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Listen, it's a good thing they didn't go to the
- 5:30Speaker 1: other game. I mean, what a disaster. What were they
- 5:35Speaker 1: outscored in the fourth quarter? It was like 22 to
- 5:37Speaker 1: nothing by Carson Wentz. Yeah, pretty much. Which LeFleur is
- 5:45Speaker 1: going to last longer? I mean, I guess Arizona's LeFleur.
- 5:49Speaker 3: The strangest part in that Vikings-Packers game was early in
- 5:52Speaker 3: the fourth quarter, Green Bay was leading by five. They
- 5:57Speaker 3: kick a field goal on a fourth and six. There's
- 5:59Speaker 3: a penalty, which... erases the field goal because LaFleur's like,
- 6:04Speaker 3: I'm just going to go for it on fourth and
- 6:06Speaker 3: one instead of just taking the eight-point lead. And then,
- 6:08Speaker 3: of course, they get stuffed on the very next play,
- 6:10Speaker 3: and then everything kind of unraveled after that point.
- 6:13Speaker 1: He took points off the board.
- 6:17Speaker 3: Always take the points.
- 6:18Speaker 4: No, no, no.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Well, listen, you don't have to take the points. You
- 6:21Speaker 1: can take them off the board if the five yards
- 6:23Speaker 1: gives you a first down. How's that sound?
- 6:26Speaker 4: Correct. Right.
- 6:27Speaker 1: It just went from fourth and six to fourth and
- 6:29Speaker 1: one and a half.
- 6:31Speaker 4: That's it.
- 6:31Speaker 1: It was a long yard. It was.
- 6:33Speaker 2: And it felt like an analytic play.
- 6:35Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:35Speaker 2: It just felt wrong at the time.
- 6:37Speaker 1: It really did.
- 6:37Speaker 2: You were just like, no, man, you just take those points.
- 6:40Speaker 4: Yes.
- 6:41Speaker 1: You're good. Put yourself in a position where even if
- 6:43Speaker 1: they score a touchdown with a two-point conversion, you're tied.
- 6:46Speaker 1: That's it.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Yes. Carson Wentz has to do that to you, by
- 6:49Speaker 2: the way.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Right.
- 6:49Speaker 5: Carson Wentz has to march down the field, score a touchdown,
- 6:53Speaker 5: and get a two-point conversion.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Yep.
- 6:55Speaker 3: And it would be one thing if on this fourth
- 6:57Speaker 3: and one, you had Jalen Hurts as your quarterback who
- 6:59Speaker 3: specialized in the tush push. It would be another thing.
- 7:02Speaker 3: If you had Josh Allen, you have Jordan love. Nobody
- 7:05Speaker 3: really looks at Jordan love and says like he's some
- 7:08Speaker 3: physical specimen.
- 7:09Speaker 2: It would be another thing. If you had Josh Jacobs
- 7:11Speaker 2: at running back, but you didn't.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Right.
- 7:15Speaker 3: I think the jets are going to upset them in
- 7:17Speaker 3: week two.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Listen, Mikey hates. Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop. Mikey did
- 7:21Speaker 1: not like the fact that I picked the jets and
- 7:23Speaker 1: still you gots. They won.
- 7:25Speaker 4: They covered.
- 7:25Speaker 1: They look like a competent football team. They didn't turn
- 7:27Speaker 1: the football over. Granted, it was Tennessee, but it was
- 7:30Speaker 1: on the road against Salah, former coach. We'll take it.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Jets are 1-0, the Patriots are 0-1. I'm good. And
- 7:38Speaker 1: I do think they could upset the Packers next week.
- 7:40Speaker 1: I do.
- 7:41Speaker 3: The Jets are in no position to poo-poo any opponent
- 7:44Speaker 3: that you win. I don't want to hear people that
- 7:46Speaker 3: are Jets fans today say, oh, I mean, it was
- 7:48Speaker 3: only the Tennessee Titans. You have been a losing program
- 7:52Speaker 3: or a losing franchise for quite some time now.
- 7:55Speaker 1: We'll take it.
- 7:55Speaker 3: You got to take any wins you can. And I
- 7:57Speaker 3: know there's people who are going to say the Jets
- 7:59Speaker 3: have to position themselves better To get a quarterback?
- 8:02Speaker 1: No, they don't.
- 8:03Speaker 3: I think Aaron Glenn just has to show what Stu
- 8:05Speaker 3: Gotts mentioned, that they could be a competent team.
- 8:07Speaker 5: Yes.
- 8:07Speaker 3: And it feels like that's what they are with Geno
- 8:09Speaker 3: Smith at quarterback.
- 8:10Speaker 4: Yep.
- 8:10Speaker 1: They have the third and the fifth round pick next year.
- 8:12Speaker 1: In the first round. Third and fifth pick in the
- 8:13Speaker 1: first round. That doesn't change. If the season ended today? Well, no.
- 8:16Speaker 1: It doesn't change. If the season ends any day, they
- 8:19Speaker 1: still have those picks. Am I wrong?
- 8:23Speaker 2: They might not be the third and fifth pick.
- 8:25Speaker 1: All right. So, I mean, you could still parlay it
- 8:27Speaker 1: to get a quarterback is my point, right? And at
- 8:30Speaker 1: least these quarterbacks are seeing, hey, there's a competent football.
- 8:32Speaker 4: Team over there.
- 8:33Speaker 1: And maybe Peyton and Eli allow Arch to play for
- 8:37Speaker 1: the Jets, even though neither of those guys are his dad.
- 8:42Speaker 5: There has to be a happy middle between Jets fans
- 8:47Speaker 5: shouldn't be rooting to lose and And Jet fans shouldn't
- 8:50Speaker 5: be saying, we're going to the Super Bowl and we're
- 8:52Speaker 5: going to beat the Packers next week because we beat
- 8:54Speaker 5: the Titans. Yes, Jet fans should be happy they beat
- 8:57Speaker 5: the Titans. That was awesome. Live in this moment. Live
- 9:01Speaker 5: in this.
- 9:01Speaker 4: Moment right now where you are 1-0.
- 9:04Speaker 5: Let's not start talking about beating the Packers next week
- 9:07Speaker 5: going to the playoffs, winning the Super Bowl.
- 9:10Speaker 4: All right.
- 9:10Speaker 1: We're just talking about the Packers. It's the next game up.
- 9:13Speaker 1: No one said Super Bowl.
- 9:14Speaker 4: We're on to Green Bay.
- 9:16Speaker 2: You've already got them with the upset, and it's just like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Okay, slow down.
- 9:22Speaker 3: I don't think I would be talking Super Bowl right
- 9:24Speaker 3: now if I was a Jets fan, but I do
- 9:25Speaker 3: think it is fair for Jets fans to change expectations
- 9:28Speaker 3: after a week one game where There was no stress
- 9:31Speaker 3: in that game. It felt like the Jets were in
- 9:33Speaker 3: control of that game from the moment it kicked off.
- 9:37Speaker 3: And you have the pieces on offense where the quarterback
- 9:40Speaker 3: play has been so bad the couple of years that
- 9:43Speaker 3: Geno Smith just being an average quarterback and pairing him
- 9:46Speaker 3: with somebody like Garrett Wilson, who probably could be a
- 9:49Speaker 3: top 10 wide receiver in the NFL, but again, he's
- 9:52Speaker 3: had so much turnover at that quarterback position. All I'm saying, Mikey,
- 9:57Speaker 3: is I think it's fair for Jets fans to change
- 9:59Speaker 3: expectations today and say, maybe we can sneak into the
- 10:03Speaker 3: playoffs and be a wildcard team, especially because of how
- 10:06Speaker 3: bad it's been recently.
- 10:07Speaker 1: I think what Mikey is trying to tell you, though,
- 10:09Speaker 1: is when we start thinking about changing our expectations, that's
- 10:12Speaker 1: when everything goes back to normal.
- 10:14Speaker 4: That's when you get hurt. That's the hope that kills you.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Yes, don't dream big.
- 10:18Speaker 2: It's the hope that kills you.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Don't, no, no, no, no.
- 10:21Speaker 5: Let's just live here. And remember this. Week one is
- 10:25Speaker 5: a liar. Week one in the NFL is always a liar.
- 10:29Speaker 5: Last year, the Raiders beat the Patriots week one. That happened.
- 10:34Speaker 5: The Patriots went on to the Super Bowl. The Raiders
- 10:36Speaker 5: went on to the first overall pick.
- 10:39Speaker 2: That happens. The Jets being competent could just be a lie.
- 10:43Speaker 3: Who's this year's Raiders? It's probably the Cardinals, right?
- 10:46Speaker 1: Probably. Well, the Raiders won their game, too. I mean,
- 10:49Speaker 1: against the Dolphins.
- 10:49Speaker 4: Maybe it's the Jets.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Yes, who were as bad as advertised. Stu, are you
- 10:53Speaker 1: saying it could be the Raiders again? Could be the
- 10:55Speaker 1: Raiders again, yes.
- 10:58Speaker 2: No, you got to beat somebody good. You got to
- 11:00Speaker 2: beat somebody good.
- 11:01Speaker 1: That's fair.
- 11:01Speaker 4: Right.
- 11:01Speaker 1: They beat the Dolphins. That's an interesting question that Taylor
- 11:04Speaker 1: brought up in terms of fan base and changing their
- 11:07Speaker 1: expectations after week one. And I'm okay with fans doing that.
- 11:10Speaker 1: I'm a fan, and that's how fans cheer. What fan base,
- 11:13Speaker 1: rightfully so, should change their expectations, good or bad, after
- 11:19Speaker 1: one week? Meaning, is there a fan base that thought
- 11:22Speaker 1: their team was going to be good, and after a week,
- 11:24Speaker 1: they're like, eh, you know what? Not so sure. And
- 11:26Speaker 1: a fan base that thought their team was going to
- 11:28Speaker 1: be bad, and after one week, they're like, hey, not
- 11:31Speaker 1: as bad as I thought. How about that?
- 11:34Speaker 5: I will put the Dallas Cowboys in that. We were told,
- 11:38Speaker 5: just like just like the chargers.
- 11:41Speaker 2: Oh yeah.
- 11:42Speaker 4: The Cowboys, they fixed their defense.
- 11:44Speaker 2: They did all this.
- 11:45Speaker 5: No, you, you just gave up 28 points to the
- 11:47Speaker 5: New York giants who were going into this.
- 11:50Speaker 4: Another one of.
- 11:51Speaker 5: Those teams are like, ha ha. The giants lose, right?
- 11:53Speaker 5: Like the Cowboys pump the brakes.
- 11:56Speaker 1: They need to readjust their expectations. They're not as good
- 11:58Speaker 1: as everyone said they were going to be headed into
- 12:00Speaker 1: the season, even though it's only week one. I like that.
- 12:04Speaker 1: I think the other one is the LA Rams. I
- 12:05Speaker 1: do where the expectations were, Hey, Rams of the field.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Can the Rams go undefeated? Well, they've already lost once,
- 12:12Speaker 1: even though that game feels like it was played last season.
- 12:15Speaker 1: But they've already lost once. Miles Garrett is now out.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Aaron Donald obviously coming back. Good substitution for Miles Garrett.
- 12:23Speaker 1: But the point was those two were going to play together.
- 12:25Speaker 1: If I'm a Rams fan, I change my expectations. I do.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Not going to be as great as I thought we
- 12:29Speaker 1: were going to be.
- 12:30Speaker 3: What do you think is more likely, that the Rams
- 12:32Speaker 3: win the Super Bowl or the Rams miss the playoffs?
- 12:34Speaker 3: Because It sounds like a crazy question to ask after
- 12:37Speaker 3: week one, but the odds would suggest that they're more
- 12:41Speaker 3: likely to miss the playoffs than be a plus 600
- 12:44Speaker 3: Super Bowl winner.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Yeah, especially with Arizona in that division.
- 12:50Speaker 4: I have that Rams loss as a good loss.
- 12:52Speaker 3: Really?
- 12:52Speaker 1: Really. They lost Miles Garrett for four weeks.
- 12:57Speaker 5: Takes all the pressure off of going 17-0. Nobody's talking
- 13:00Speaker 5: about it anymore. Now you can just get back to
- 13:02Speaker 5: playing football.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Get the loss out of the way.
- 13:04Speaker 4: Get it out of the way.
- 13:06Speaker 5: And the best is, it was a loss that came
- 13:09Speaker 5: with all sorts of built-in excuses.
- 13:12Speaker 4: Oh, the weather.
- 13:13Speaker 2: Oh, the travel.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Oh, the this.
- 13:15Speaker 4: Oh, game one.
- 13:16Speaker 5: It came with all the excuses that you could chalk
- 13:19Speaker 5: it up to. And now you get to say, hey,
- 13:21Speaker 5: Now we just get to go play football.
- 13:22Speaker 1: And, of course, Todd in accounting.
- 13:24Speaker 4: Yes.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Or Todd in accounting.
- 13:28Speaker 3: It's a good loss for the Rams until they lose
- 13:31Speaker 3: week two. Because if you lose week two and the
- 13:35Speaker 3: narrative was, okay, now we don't have to worry about 17-0. Okay,
- 13:39Speaker 3: now we don't have to worry about 16-1. And then
- 13:43Speaker 3: it's just going to keep adjusting that until this team
- 13:45Speaker 3: actually proves they can win.

- 15:16Speaker 1: of the week from Taylor. This is exciting. What do
- 15:19Speaker 1: you got, Taylor?
- 15:20Speaker 4: Is this it? This?
- 15:21Speaker 1: I didn't know.
- 15:22Speaker 4: Mikey.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Mikey.
- 15:24Speaker 3: The New York Giants came in with a lot of
- 15:26Speaker 3: expectations this year. And Stugatz did the thing where he
- 15:30Speaker 3: was talking up the Giants' expectations, but also saying the
- 15:34Speaker 3: Giants shouldn't get as excited because he's not quite sure
- 15:38Speaker 3: that Jackson Dart might be this franchise quarterback. So he
- 15:41Speaker 3: was doing this thing where he was propping up Jim Harbaugh,
- 15:43Speaker 3: but he was also downplaying Jackson Dart.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Yeah, John Harbaugh.
- 15:46Speaker 3: John Harbaugh.
- 15:47Speaker 4: Yes.
- 15:47Speaker 3: I'm tired of the Harbaughs. I'm tired of the Lakers.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Jim, John, tomato, tomato. Yes.
- 15:52Speaker 5: One of them needs to get fired on both brothers.
- 15:55Speaker 5: One brother needs to get fired on both of them.
- 15:57Speaker 1: But none of them will. Ever.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Matt's trying.
- 16:03Speaker 3: But this Giants performance, even with the expectations that you
- 16:08Speaker 3: had going into Sunday Night Football with Harbaugh coming in
- 16:11Speaker 3: and kind of changing the culture for this Giants team,
- 16:14Speaker 3: it feels like they surpassed all the expectations because that
- 16:17Speaker 3: Cowboys team, who rightfully so was probably a little bit overrated—
- 16:22Speaker 3: the Giants own that game from start to finish where
- 16:26Speaker 3: they never felt like they were out of control in
- 16:28Speaker 3: this game. And you saw somebody like Jackson Dart be
- 16:31Speaker 3: able to diagnose plays at the line of scrimmage. You
- 16:34Speaker 3: saw Jackson Dart be able to use his legs as
- 16:37Speaker 3: a threat, but also not wind up in the blue tent.
- 16:41Speaker 3: And then you saw a, a Giants defense who, for
- 16:44Speaker 3: the most part, there was nothing really flashy about the
- 16:47Speaker 3: Giants defense, but overall the, The biggest takeaway from New
- 16:50Speaker 3: York sports right now is it seems like you have
- 16:53Speaker 3: two competent football teams. And that's, again, more than you
- 16:56Speaker 3: could say for the past. And right now I feel
- 16:59Speaker 3: a lot more confident about the Giants being an NFC
- 17:02Speaker 3: East contender than I would with the Jets being an
- 17:04Speaker 3: AFC East contender.
- 17:04Speaker 1: That's the kind of talk Mikey likes. Talk up the
- 17:06Speaker 1: Giants and don't talk about the Jets at all. That's
- 17:10Speaker 1: all he's saying, right?
- 17:12Speaker 5: I've been praying for years for competent football.
- 17:15Speaker 2: That's all I want.
- 17:16Speaker 4: I don't need to win. Not yet.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Just don't embarrass us, man.
- 17:19Speaker 5: Just don't be the game where you're like, ugh, look
- 17:23Speaker 5: at that ugly game.
- 17:24Speaker 4: I don't want to watch it.
- 17:25Speaker 1: All right, so Taylor, the Giants made a statement with
- 17:27Speaker 1: their week one win is what you're saying. That's your
- 17:29Speaker 1: statement game of the week, Giants over the Cowboys.
- 17:31Speaker 3: It's my statement game of the week because I went
- 17:34Speaker 3: in kind of downplaying Harbaugh coming in year one, changing
- 17:38Speaker 3: the culture that fast. And after week one, I'm watching
- 17:41Speaker 3: this Giants team, and I guess kind of it is
- 17:43Speaker 3: also to what you saw in the Commanders-Eagles game where
- 17:46Speaker 3: Neither of those two teams look that impressive where I'm
- 17:50Speaker 3: watching the Giants and I'm like, okay, I could start
- 17:51Speaker 3: to talk myself into the way that this team wants
- 17:55Speaker 3: to play football. They want to bully people at the
- 17:57Speaker 3: line of scrimmage. They rush for 37 carries, 165 yards.
- 18:02Speaker 3: Isaiah Likely, I could talk myself into him being a
- 18:04Speaker 3: top five tight end in the NFL.
- 18:06Speaker 1: I mean, we've been doing that for years, though. He
- 18:08Speaker 1: had Lamar Jackson as his quarterback.
- 18:09Speaker 3: I'm saying it might be more likely.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Yeah, but I'm saying he didn't reach that. With Lamar Jackson,
- 18:16Speaker 1: and you have him reaching that with Jackson Dart. He
- 18:18Speaker 1: was clearly Jackson Dart's favorite wide receiver, tight end, on
- 18:23Speaker 1: the field last night. It's good to have neighbors back, too.
- 18:25Speaker 1: He helps, you know? Yeah.
- 18:27Speaker 5: But you guys are glossing over what John Harbaugh really
- 18:31Speaker 5: brings to this team. Because everybody's talking about, oh, he
- 18:33Speaker 5: makes him stable.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Oh, he buttons them up.
- 18:36Speaker 4: No, no, no, no, no.
- 18:37Speaker 5: What John Harbaugh brings is Patrick Richard, the fullback. Because
- 18:41Speaker 5: that's the guy that stole the show yesterday. Everywhere he went,
- 18:45Speaker 5: it was like, oh, well, that's where they're going. They
- 18:48Speaker 5: brought back fullback football.
- 18:50Speaker 2: To the nth degree, and I was here for it.
- 18:53Speaker 4: Yes.
- 18:54Speaker 3: Mikey, when I watch him... block at fullback i have
- 18:58Speaker 3: the the delusional confidence to say i think i could
- 19:01Speaker 3: run at running back behind him sure if he's leading
- 19:05Speaker 3: the way i could talk myself into.
- 19:08Speaker 1: A thousand yards yes yes i don't know a thousand
- 19:11Speaker 1: yards listen 17 games all right let's do this how
- 19:14Speaker 1: many yards per game do you need to get a
- 19:16Speaker 1: thousand yards in today's nfl 17 games now it's like
- 19:19Speaker 1: 60 some odd yards yeah 58.8 so what you guys
- 19:23Speaker 1: are saying is this fullback what's his name Patrick Rashard.
- 19:27Speaker 1: Patrick Rashard.
- 19:28Speaker 4: Came over from the Ravens.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Yes. If you were running behind Rashard, Taylor, in the NFL,
- 19:35Speaker 1: do you think you can get yourself, I don't know,
- 19:37Speaker 1: 65 yards a game? What do you think?
- 19:40Speaker 3: Now that it's broken down into that math, 58 yards
- 19:44Speaker 3: is like, I just need a break like a couple
- 19:46Speaker 3: of loose. And the Giants offensive line is good enough
- 19:50Speaker 3: that Richard is also good enough that I think I
- 19:52Speaker 3: could rush for 60 yards a game in the NFL.
- 19:56Speaker 3: But also, the bigger thing is, I would be so
- 19:59Speaker 3: good in the goal line finding the holes because, again, Patrick,
- 20:02Speaker 3: I just have to follow Patrick Richard. If a first
- 20:05Speaker 3: and goal from the three– I'm scoring on that 99%
- 20:09Speaker 3: of the time.
- 20:10Speaker 5: All you want to do is you want to put
- 20:12Speaker 5: your hand on his back and let him lead the way,
- 20:14Speaker 5: and then when he makes contact, just go the other way.
- 20:17Speaker 1: Taylor, put it on the ball.
- 20:18Speaker 4: Touchdown.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Could you run for 1,000 yards behind Patrick Richard? Put
- 20:22Speaker 1: that on the ball, please.
- 20:23Speaker 4: The answer is yes.
- 20:25Speaker 3: So my problem playing football, especially at the D1 level
- 20:29Speaker 3: at North Carolina.
- 20:30Speaker 4: Right.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Is I was a little bit chicken shit when I
- 20:33Speaker 3: got the ball, and not being able to trust, hey,
- 20:36Speaker 3: the scout team offensive line in front of me is
- 20:39Speaker 3: going to be able to block this D1 defensive line.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Right, but you didn't have a Patrick Richard. Exactly, Stu, exactly.
- 20:47Speaker 3: If I had a Patrick Richard blocking me at North Carolina,
- 20:50Speaker 3: I don't think I'm on the scout team. I think
- 20:51Speaker 3: I'm in the NFL right now. You guys probably don't
- 20:53Speaker 3: even know me. You guys are talking about me on
- 20:54Speaker 3: this episode.
- 20:55Speaker 1: If Taylor put it on the poll, if Patrick Richard
- 20:58Speaker 1: played at North Carolina, would Taylor be in the NFL?
- 21:02Speaker 2: Yes. Yes. I mean, you would have been a bust
- 21:06Speaker 2: in the NFL.
- 21:06Speaker 4: Yes, but you would have gotten drafted.
- 21:08Speaker 1: It depends.
- 21:09Speaker 3: Do I have Patrick Richard blocking for me still?
- 21:11Speaker 1: What a great poll question. Could you run for a
- 21:18Speaker 1: thousand yards behind Patrick Richard and if Patrick Richard played
- 21:23Speaker 1: fullback at North Carolina, would Taylor be in the NFL?
- 21:30Speaker 1: That is so good.
- 21:31Speaker 3: It feels like So with Cam Scadaboo, it feels like
- 21:34Speaker 3: there's a bit of a distraction part that comes when
- 21:37Speaker 3: he's your running back.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:39Speaker 3: Because he's doing all the backflips, he's talking, he's streaming,
- 21:42Speaker 3: which feels very anti-Harbaugh. But when you watch Cam Scadaboo
- 21:47Speaker 3: play at the running back position and his running style where...
- 21:51Speaker 3: It's similar to Isaiah Pacheco, where it feels like an
- 21:54Speaker 3: offensive coordinator is going to him and saying, like, hey,
- 21:56Speaker 3: this might be your last carry ever.
- 21:58Speaker 4: Yes.
- 21:59Speaker 3: Skadaboo runs like that all the time.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Harbaugh loves him like a son.
- 22:02Speaker 4: Yes.
- 22:03Speaker 3: It does feel a bit conflicting. Like, Harbaugh wouldn't really
- 22:06Speaker 3: like this running back, but the way he plays outweighs
- 22:08Speaker 3: anything that could potentially be an issue off the field.
- 22:11Speaker 1: I'll take it this far. If given the choice, Derrick
- 22:14Speaker 1: Henry or Skadaboo to be his running back, John Harbaugh
- 22:16Speaker 1: would choose Skadaboo. How about that?
- 22:19Speaker 5: You'd choose Patrick Richard before both of them.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Who wouldn't? Taylor beat the NFL today.
- 22:29Speaker 3: I really do think that.
- 22:31Speaker 4: I know you do.
- 22:32Speaker 3: This damn knee injury I had.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Yeah, well, you wouldn't have it if Richard was there.
- 22:37Speaker 3: Clear in the lanes. I just need a lane. I
- 22:39Speaker 3: just need a sliver of lane.
- 22:41Speaker 4: Listen. He'll get you one.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Reach out to Pat Hanlon at the Giants. He's a
- 22:45Speaker 1: good friend of mine. He has gotten us Brian Dayball,
- 22:48Speaker 1: Joe Shane multiple times, who's also a good friend. Tell
- 22:51Speaker 1: him we want this fullback.
- 22:53Speaker 3: Oh, I thought you were going to ask for something else.
- 22:55Speaker 3: I thought you were going to ask if I could
- 22:57Speaker 3: go up to.
- 22:57Speaker 4: No, we're going right to the top.
- 22:59Speaker 1: I am telling you, I'm telling you right now, Pat
- 23:01Speaker 1: Hanlon has not received a media request for a fullback
- 23:05Speaker 1: in probably a decade and a half. He's going to
- 23:07Speaker 1: be thrilled to get it. He's going to get him
- 23:09Speaker 1: right on the show. Okay.
- 23:10Speaker 3: So there's two things I could reach out to Giants
- 23:12Speaker 3: PR for. One, ask for Patrick Richard on the show.
- 23:16Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 23:16Speaker 3: Two, me go up to East Rutherford and try out
- 23:19Speaker 3: for the Giants because I think I'm perfect for this
- 23:21Speaker 3: John Harbaugh team.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Well, try to get it done. Seriously. I would take
- 23:24Speaker 1: Rashard right now over Skadaboo. I would take him over
- 23:27Speaker 1: Jackson Dart. I would take him over John Harbaugh. I'd
- 23:30Speaker 1: take him over any Giant on the team in terms
- 23:31Speaker 1: of a guest. I would. We have built up the
- 23:34Speaker 1: mythology of Rashard to a point where I now want him.
- 23:38Speaker 1: I'd ask him to be the co-host of this show.
- 23:40Speaker 1: How about that?
- 23:42Speaker 2: Sorry, Patrick's busy.
- 23:43Speaker 4: Do you want Jackson? No, we'll wait.
- 23:46Speaker 1: When's he going to be available?
- 23:48Speaker 3: We should rebrand the show as God Bless Patrick Richard.
- 23:51Speaker 4: God Bless the Fullback.
- 23:54Speaker 2: The name of this episode is going to be the
- 23:56Speaker 2: Patrick Richard Show.
- 23:57Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Just so we're clear. Are there any other fullbacks out there?
- 24:00Speaker 1: Is he the last of his kind?
- 24:01Speaker 2: Who cares? He's the gold standard.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Okay.
- 24:05Speaker 3: So it depends what you classify Kyle Juszczyk as. Because
- 24:07Speaker 3: I would say he's a fullback.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Receiver-ish, yes.
- 24:10Speaker 5: Yes.
- 24:11Speaker 3: That's the problem with somebody like Kyle.
- 24:12Speaker 2: He wants all the glory. Right.
- 24:14Speaker 4: He's a glory hug.
- 24:16Speaker 1: He is. Kyle, you stick.
- 24:17Speaker 4: No, no, no, no.
- 24:18Speaker 2: Shut up and block like Patrick Richard.
- 24:19Speaker 1: Do the little things, the dirty things.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Yes.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Keep people protected. Don't get them injured. Create holes. How
- 24:26Speaker 1: dare you catch a pass out of the backfield? The
- 24:31Speaker 1: Giants have the ball for nearly 37 minutes in last
- 24:34Speaker 1: night's game. Like, that's it. If they're going to control
- 24:38Speaker 1: the pace of play and have the ball 36, 37
- 24:41Speaker 1: minutes with Jackson Dart playing a near flawless game, the
- 24:44Speaker 1: Giants are going to be good.
- 24:46Speaker 3: The Cowboys scored to cut it to eight. Javante Williams
- 24:49Speaker 3: has that terrible taunting penalty. The second he has that
- 24:55Speaker 3: taunting penalty, I know how good Brandon Aubrey is, but
- 24:58Speaker 3: everybody had the same thought. Like, he's not making this
- 25:01Speaker 3: extra point.
- 25:01Speaker 1: Bad karma, man. What are you doing?
- 25:03Speaker 3: But even then, it's still a one-score game, and the
- 25:07Speaker 3: Giants get the ball back with 521 left. It is
- 25:11Speaker 3: so impressive in this NFL to have a style of
- 25:15Speaker 3: play where you get the ball with 521 left, with
- 25:18Speaker 3: a two-minute warning, with however many timeouts Dallas had, and say,
- 25:21Speaker 3: we're not giving this ball back. And again, it's exactly
- 25:24Speaker 3: the way Harbaugh wants to play.
- 25:25Speaker 1: Yes, 100%. That's exactly how he wants to play. Mikey,
- 25:29Speaker 1: so you made the worst bet of all time last
- 25:31Speaker 1: night or yesterday? What happened?
- 25:33Speaker 2: You ever just been so sure?
- 25:35Speaker 5: I'm in what we call a picks pool with my
- 25:40Speaker 5: friends where everybody makes a pick every week and then
- 25:43Speaker 5: you put it all in a parlay and whoever loses
- 25:45Speaker 5: has to.
- 25:45Speaker 4: Pay for the next week's bet. Okay.
- 25:48Speaker 1: I like that. Yes.
- 25:49Speaker 2: And somebody made a pick and I mocked them.
- 25:52Speaker 5: I was like, that is a god-awful pick and they
- 25:54Speaker 5: go okay what's your pick and i made this pick
- 25:56Speaker 5: and i was like this is this is not this
- 25:58Speaker 5: can't lose it just can't right lose.
- 26:02Speaker 3: Yeah can i guess what the pick was yeah you
- 26:05Speaker 3: you can my guess if this was the worst pick
- 26:08Speaker 3: ever yesterday the under and the bears panthers game.
- 26:13Speaker 2: You nailed it.
- 26:14Speaker 4: Really?
- 26:15Speaker 5: The over-under was 47. And I go, there is no
- 26:18Speaker 5: way in hell this game touches 45.
- 26:21Speaker 4: Wow.
- 26:22Speaker 2: I wanted to ladder it.
- 26:24Speaker 5: I was going to go, I'm going to go 47, 45, 43,
- 26:27Speaker 5: because this game's ending 13-10.
- 26:29Speaker 2: That's what's going to happen in this game.
- 26:32Speaker 3: Yep.
- 26:32Speaker 2: I'm sure the Panthers will lose, but they'll play tough
- 26:34Speaker 2: at home. And not only... Did I lose the bet?
- 26:38Speaker 1: You lost it in the first quarter.
- 26:40Speaker 2: But it doubled.
- 26:41Speaker 4: It doubled.
- 26:42Speaker 5: Like, the over-under was 47. There was 96 points scored
- 26:46Speaker 5: in that game.
- 26:46Speaker 3: Yes. Stu, I'd rather lose a bet like that, though,
- 26:49Speaker 3: where the bet is very clearly going the opposite way,
- 26:52Speaker 3: and by the end of the first quarter, I don't
- 26:54Speaker 3: even have to think about it. It's like I don't
- 26:56Speaker 3: want to be let on for four quarters and then
- 26:59Speaker 3: we get backdoored with some kind of Caleb Williams touchdown.
- 27:02Speaker 3: Like that bet was over almost a second that game
- 27:05Speaker 3: kicked off.
- 27:05Speaker 1: We'll get to Caleb in a second. What was the
- 27:07Speaker 1: total for that game, Mikey? First off, the way you
- 27:09Speaker 1: presented it to your friend, you can't do that because
- 27:11Speaker 1: you know there are no locks in the NFL. So
- 27:12Speaker 1: that's on you.
- 27:14Speaker 4: Well, that's the point of the whole thing is to
- 27:16Speaker 4: cop trash.
- 27:17Speaker 1: What was the total there?
- 27:19Speaker 4: It was 96.
- 27:20Speaker 2: The over-under was set at 47 when I made the bet.
- 27:22Speaker 1: So they scored 34 points combined in the second quarter.
- 27:28Speaker 5: Yep.
- 27:29Speaker 1: After a 21-point first quarter.
- 27:31Speaker 4: Yep.
- 27:32Speaker 3: Ben Johnson.
- 27:33Speaker 4: I lost by a half-time.
- 27:34Speaker 1: They scored at least 14 points in every quarter.
- 27:39Speaker 2: I would have told you it was going to be
- 27:40Speaker 2: a 13-10 game.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Yes. By the way, Kayla Williams, greatest quarterback of all time.
- 27:45Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 27:46Speaker 3: So do you feel better about Caleb Williams today, or
- 27:48Speaker 3: do you feel better about Ben Johnson today?
- 27:51Speaker 2: Caleb.
- 27:51Speaker 4: No, Caleb.
- 27:53Speaker 3: I understand they're a bit of a package deal, and
- 27:55Speaker 3: you don't really have to have one success without the other.
- 27:58Speaker 3: Ben Johnson in the preseason was like, we are going
- 28:01Speaker 3: to set the NFL scoring record.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Yep.
- 28:04Speaker 3: And when somebody says that, it's almost like, oh, this
- 28:06Speaker 3: guy's a psycho. I do think Ben Johnson is a psycho,
- 28:10Speaker 3: but he's a good kind of psycho because he backs
- 28:11Speaker 3: up what he says.
- 28:12Speaker 4: Yes.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Keep in mind, guys, he had job offers before he
- 28:16Speaker 1: left to take that job in Chicago. He took that
- 28:18Speaker 1: job in Chicago because Caleb Williams was the quarterback. So
- 28:21Speaker 1: if you think he's very good at his job, then
- 28:24Speaker 1: he's also very good at identifying who's the right quarterback
- 28:26Speaker 1: for his system and who he can win with, and
- 28:28Speaker 1: he chose that quarterback. Ben Johnson could have gone anywhere.
- 28:31Speaker 1: He could have. Am I wrong?
- 28:35Speaker 4: No, you're not wrong.
- 28:36Speaker 5: I just think that The offensive philosophy, game plan, and
- 28:40Speaker 5: execution was more impressive than Caleb Williams.
- 28:44Speaker 2: And that's not to say Caleb Williams wasn't impressive.
- 28:46Speaker 4: Right.
- 28:46Speaker 2: I'm just saying they had, what, 200 yards rushing?
- 28:50Speaker 4: Something like that?
- 28:50Speaker 5: Like, that's... That's not Caleb Williams, even though Caleb Williams
- 28:54Speaker 5: ran for a bunch of those yards.
- 28:56Speaker 1: He had 65 of them. They had two 100-yard rushers
- 28:59Speaker 1: in the game, and then Caleb was third with 65
- 29:01Speaker 1: and two touchdowns.
- 29:03Speaker 3: Mikey, when you see this stat line from the Bears
- 29:06Speaker 3: where they have 552 total yards of offense, they average
- 29:08Speaker 3: 7.9 yards per play. And Colson Loveland finishes with zero catches,
- 29:15Speaker 3: zero yards. Zero catches. I know the Bears are celebrating
- 29:19Speaker 3: in the locker room after week one.
- 29:20Speaker 1: They should.
- 29:21Speaker 3: But Colson Loveland's probably sitting in that locker and being like,
- 29:24Speaker 3: all this yards, all these points, and I couldn't get
- 29:26Speaker 3: a catch.
- 29:27Speaker 4: Couldn't get me one.
- 29:28Speaker 2: Couldn't get me a two-yard out. And Cole Komet had
- 29:31Speaker 2: the big touchdown catch. Right.
- 29:33Speaker 1: But imagine when that guy clicks in. I mean, seriously.
- 29:36Speaker 1: The Bears could win the Super Bowl. I'm not even joking.
- 29:39Speaker 3: That would be my... pick for a team that adjust
- 29:42Speaker 3: their expectations from a fan base.
- 29:43Speaker 1: Chicago, yes.
- 29:44Speaker 3: Chicago, where.
- 29:45Speaker 1: I mean, they made the playoffs last year and had
- 29:46Speaker 1: a magical ending to a playoff game.
- 29:48Speaker 4: They were the two seed.
- 29:48Speaker 1: Right, they were the two seed last year.
- 29:50Speaker 2: Yeah, but.
- 29:51Speaker 1: They thought they were going to be good. With this
- 29:52Speaker 1: coach and that quarterback, they thought they were going to
- 29:54Speaker 1: be good. No?
- 29:55Speaker 3: But now Super Bowl good. Yes, I think that's the difference.
- 29:58Speaker 3: The Bears fans went into the season saying, let's hope for...
- 30:02Speaker 3: replicate the season that we had last year because the
- 30:04Speaker 3: turnaround in the NFL, just because a team was great
- 30:08Speaker 3: last year doesn't mean they're going to be great this year.
- 30:10Speaker 3: I think after week one, if you're doing overreactions, I
- 30:12Speaker 3: think Bears fans could stop saying, like, hey, let's just
- 30:15Speaker 3: get to the playoffs and more let's go win a
- 30:18Speaker 3: Super Bowl because that quarterback, that coach, it feels like
- 30:20Speaker 3: you have all the pieces you need.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Mikey, do you think Arizona, that fan base, do they
- 30:25Speaker 1: care enough to change their expectations? Because you know what's
- 30:27Speaker 1: going on at WFAN today in New York. I mean,
- 30:30Speaker 1: it's Giants, Jets, Super Bowl. You know what's happening. You
- 30:34Speaker 1: think Arizona cares enough where they're calling into their local
- 30:37Speaker 1: radio show somewhere in Phoenix– To talk to, I don't know,
- 30:41Speaker 1: give me a former Cardinal, Stump Mitchell. Do you think
- 30:44Speaker 1: they're calling and saying, hey, cards to the Super Bowl?
- 30:46Speaker 1: Stump Mitchell was a good one.
- 30:47Speaker 4: That's not bad.
- 30:53Speaker 1: EJ Jr. They're not, Arizona, right? They don't think they're
- 30:59Speaker 1: winning the Super Bowl.
- 31:00Speaker 5: No, I think you're probably, and this is the sad
- 31:03Speaker 5: state of fans, but I would imagine you have more
- 31:05Speaker 5: people that are angry about the win then you are
- 31:08Speaker 5: happy about the win because it's going to cost them
- 31:12Speaker 5: in the draft.
- 31:13Speaker 1: That's an attractive job for a quarterback coming out of college, Arizona,
- 31:17Speaker 1: because you have McBride, right? You have Harrison, and you
- 31:19Speaker 1: have Jeremiah Love. It's not a bad spot for a
- 31:22Speaker 1: rookie quarterback.
- 31:24Speaker 5: Yeah, but the one thing every quarterback needs, every team needs,
- 31:28Speaker 5: is a better offensive line and a better defense.
- 31:32Speaker 4: That's what they need.
- 31:33Speaker 2: And they have the fun stuff on the outside. but
- 31:36Speaker 2: I'm not sure they have it up the middle.
- 31:38Speaker 1: I'm just trying to identify who the Falcons are going
- 31:40Speaker 1: to sign as their next quarterback because it appears no
- 31:42Speaker 1: one wants to play quarterback for that team anymore.
- 31:46Speaker 3: I can tell you who's lurking around.
- 31:48Speaker 1: Cousins?
- 31:48Speaker 3: Phil Rivers.
- 31:49Speaker 4: Oh, Phil.
- 31:51Speaker 3: He always is.
- 31:52Speaker 4: Five years.
- 31:53Speaker 2: Five years when the insurance is going.
- 31:55Speaker 4: To go out.
- 31:58Speaker 1: You think Flacco has his eyes on that job? Oh, 1,000%.
- 32:00Speaker 3: He would take it today.
- 32:02Speaker 4: Yes.
- 32:03Speaker 3: 1,000%.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Get me out of Cincinnati. And if it goes bad
- 32:06Speaker 1: in Atlanta and you need me later in the season
- 32:08Speaker 1: because Burrow gets hurt, I'll be there.
- 32:12Speaker 4: They might win.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Let's do this. Quarterbacks that... Help the Falcons make a
- 32:18Speaker 1: deep run in the playoffs. Joe Flacco, deep run in
- 32:22Speaker 1: the playoffs. Falcons?
- 32:24Speaker 4: Deep run. They're in the playoffs.
- 32:26Speaker 1: They make the playoffs.
- 32:26Speaker 3: Playoffs, yes.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Is there a quarterback available where they go on a
- 32:30Speaker 1: deep run? Carson Wentz?
- 32:32Speaker 4: J.J.
- 32:33Speaker 1: McCarthy?
- 32:34Speaker 4: No.
- 32:35Speaker 2: No.
- 32:35Speaker 1: No. Got too far. I'm trying to think of a
- 32:40Speaker 1: quarterback that's out there.
- 32:41Speaker 5: Jameis?
- 32:41Speaker 1: Jameis?
- 32:44Speaker 3: I could talk myself into it.
- 32:45Speaker 1: That would be the most fun team in the NFL.
