- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:05Speaker 1: One of the biggest elephants in the room that nobody
- 0:08Speaker 1: in the legacy media ever wants to talk about or
- 0:11Speaker 1: in fact dig deeper into is the connections between the
- 0:15Speaker 1: Clintons and Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein. Now those of
- 0:20Speaker 1: us who have been following this case from the beginning
- 0:23Speaker 1: and who aren't wearing tribalistic glasses, well we understand real quick.
- 0:29Speaker 1: that the Clintons were as close to Epstein as just
- 0:32Speaker 1: about anybody. Look, you don't get invited to Chelsea Clinton's
- 0:36Speaker 1: wedding if you weren't close, okay? And furthermore, we have
- 0:40Speaker 1: heard from several of Epstein's own lawyers who said that
- 0:45Speaker 1: the Clintons and Epstein and Maxwell worked together to launch
- 0:49Speaker 1: this Clinton Global Initiative. Where's the legacy media asking questions
- 0:56Speaker 1: about all of this? Why aren't they asking Angel Arena,
- 1:00Speaker 1: who is, excuse me, Angel Urena, who is Bill Clinton's spokesman,
- 1:04Speaker 1: real questions. He gave one canned ass statement in like
- 1:08Speaker 1: 2019 denying all this stuff. And you mean to tell
- 1:11Speaker 1: me we've learned nothing new since then? What about the
- 1:14Speaker 1: 17 trips to the White House that were documented? Nobody's
- 1:18Speaker 1: going to ask anything about that, huh? But yet, if it's, say,
- 1:22Speaker 1: somebody like Acosta or Elon Musk in a photobomb picture,
- 1:28Speaker 1: everyone wants to go crazy, huh? All you're doing when
- 1:31Speaker 1: you do that sort of thing is exposing yourself as
- 1:33Speaker 1: somebody who truly doesn't care about justice in this case.
- 1:38Speaker 1: If you're following this case and you're hoping for tribalistic outcomes,
- 1:42Speaker 1: you're following the wrong case. Because scumbags from both sides
- 1:46Speaker 1: of the political aisle were in bed with these people,
- 1:49Speaker 1: literally and figuratively. And the fact that nobody wants to
- 1:54Speaker 1: hold Bill Clinton accountable is just beyond the pale. Look
- 1:58Speaker 1: at how hard they went after Prince Andrew in the UK.
- 2:02Speaker 1: And you can't even get one of these scuzzy-ass, blue-checkmark,
- 2:06Speaker 1: wannabe-ass journalists to do their job here in America and
- 2:10Speaker 1: ask the same kind of hard questions about Bill Clinton.
- 2:14Speaker 1: This guy gets up there through his spokesperson and says
- 2:18Speaker 1: he's never been to the island. He's never been to
- 2:20Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch. And we have direct accounts from witnesses going
- 2:25Speaker 1: counter to that. So are we just supposed to believe
- 2:29Speaker 1: Bill Clinton? Everything he says? Because, you know, he's never
- 2:31Speaker 1: lied before. He's been a straight shooter with the American
- 2:34Speaker 1: people for his whole life. And then the audacity of
- 2:39Speaker 1: people to put him on shows like this James Corden show. Like,
- 2:42Speaker 1: we should all get up here and clap about this guy. Sorry,
- 2:46Speaker 1: that's never going to happen. The dude is gross, he's disgusting,
- 2:50Speaker 1: and he was a lot closer to Jeffrey Epstein than
- 2:53Speaker 1: all of his handlers in the legacy media would like
- 2:55Speaker 1: to let on. And it really, you know what it
- 2:57Speaker 1: really comes down to, folks? It comes down to, they
- 3:00Speaker 1: don't want to provide ammunition for the other side. That's
- 3:03Speaker 1: what it comes down to. How petty. How disgusting. And
- 3:07Speaker 1: yet people are falling hand over fist to keep giving
- 3:10Speaker 1: these legacy outlets money every month for subscriptions. And I'll
- 3:14Speaker 1: just never understand it. These people look at you with disdain.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Most of us that are listening to this podcast, these
- 3:22Speaker 1: journalists wouldn't spend five minutes in a room with you. Unless,
- 3:24Speaker 1: of course, they're trying to pilfer some information from you.
- 3:28Speaker 1: They've all graduated from Yale. They all come from upper crust,
- 3:31Speaker 1: white bread ass families for the most part. You know
- 3:34Speaker 1: what these... editorial room should be doing they should be
- 3:38Speaker 1: going to community colleges and getting some journalists from community
- 3:41Speaker 1: colleges but no it's an elitist industry filled with the
- 3:46Speaker 1: elite and they don't have any desire to go after
- 3:49Speaker 1: their faves as Nancy Pelosi's own daughter said so I
- 3:54Speaker 1: guess that leaves it up to us huh well in
- 3:57Speaker 1: the words of Doc Holliday I'm your huckleberry because I'm
- 4:02Speaker 1: not going to let go of this bone I am
- 4:05Speaker 1: so tired of the Clintons avoiding the fire here, avoiding
- 4:09Speaker 1: the fallout. And for what reason? It's not like they
- 4:13Speaker 1: can provide receipts and act like they weren't close with
- 4:16Speaker 1: Epstein and Maxwell. We have pictures. We have firsthand reports.
- 4:20Speaker 1: We have reports from the survivors themselves. But yet, the
- 4:24Speaker 1: legacy media continues to drag their feet. They continue to
- 4:28Speaker 1: talk about BS that doesn't matter to you. Meanwhile, an
- 4:32Speaker 1: ex-president who is still being carried on the shoulders by
- 4:35Speaker 1: some was completely and utterly in bed with Jeffrey Epstein. Now,
- 4:42Speaker 1: with that said, nobody has come forward and said that
- 4:44Speaker 1: Bill Clinton abused any girls with Jeffrey Epstein. I've never
- 4:48Speaker 1: said that because I don't have that evidence. But I
- 4:51Speaker 1: can tell you this, the relationship between the Clintons and Epstein,
- 4:55Speaker 1: it is undeniable. And anybody who's trying to deny it
- 4:59Speaker 1: or act like it wasn't deep or tight, they're lying
- 5:02Speaker 1: to you. So just keep that in mind when you're
- 5:04Speaker 1: listening to content creators or people talking about this story.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Be very, very mindful of that. Because the Clintons play
- 5:12Speaker 1: a huge part here in the whole enabling process. And again,
- 5:16Speaker 1: I've heard it from a survivor themselves talking about how
- 5:19Speaker 1: Bill Clinton enabled this abuse. And it doesn't matter if
- 5:23Speaker 1: it's directly or indirectly. The fact that he's still out
- 5:26Speaker 1: here talking about, oh, I had nothing to do with Epstein.
- 5:29Speaker 1: I hardly knew the guy. It's just laughable at best.
- 5:32Speaker 1: And I can't believe people are just going to accept
- 5:34Speaker 1: it and continue to accept it. Well, guess what? We're
- 5:37Speaker 1: not going to accept it here on this podcast. We've
- 5:39Speaker 1: never have and we never will. So today. Let's get
- 5:43Speaker 1: into the article that has inspired this, oh, I don't know,
- 5:47Speaker 1: five-minute rant. Today we have an article from the DailyMail.com
- 5:51Speaker 1: and the headline, Ghislaine Maxwell touted her connection to Bill
- 5:54Speaker 1: Clinton and how she helped launch his global initiative, to
- 5:58Speaker 1: prove her desire to do good in the world, as
- 6:01Speaker 1: she seeks a lower sentence for trafficking underage girls for
- 6:04Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. And you notice how anytime one of these
- 6:07Speaker 1: rich people gets busted, it's always, oh, look at my
- 6:10Speaker 1: charitable work. Look at all the work I've done in
- 6:13Speaker 1: this charity. Oh, look at all the people I've saved. Meanwhile,
- 6:17Speaker 1: there's a trail a mile long of broken lives that
- 6:21Speaker 1: we can see right here in front of us. So
- 6:24Speaker 1: save your charitable work for somebody who cares. Save that
- 6:27Speaker 1: shit for when you get up to heaven and you're
- 6:29Speaker 1: looking at those pearly gates and you're denied access. Tell
- 6:32Speaker 1: your story then. Because the people, right, the majority of us,
- 6:36Speaker 1: we don't give a fuck anymore. We know what you are.
- 6:38Speaker 1: We know who you are. And the whole, well, we
- 6:42Speaker 1: had no idea what was going on. I'm a good person.
- 6:45Speaker 1: It was really Epstein's fault. That shit's not going to fly.
- 6:50Speaker 1: This article was authored by Daniel Bates. And I got
- 6:53Speaker 1: to tell you what, folks. I go hard on the
- 6:55Speaker 1: legacy media here, right? But the Daily Mail, and people
- 6:59Speaker 1: can say what they want about the Daily Mail. And
- 7:01Speaker 1: a lot of it's true. But when it comes to
- 7:03Speaker 1: the Epstein case and following Prince Andrew and Clinton and
- 7:07Speaker 1: the rest of them... The Daily Mail has taken the
- 7:10Speaker 1: gloves off completely and they're doing such a good job
- 7:13Speaker 1: covering this story that they deserve credit. And certainly Daniel
- 7:17Speaker 1: Bates deserves a nod of the cap because this guy
- 7:21Speaker 1: right here continues to tell the truth. Seems like everybody
- 7:24Speaker 1: else is scared of Bill Clinton. Like nobody else wants
- 7:27Speaker 1: to take this guy on. As if some second rate,
- 7:31Speaker 1: has-been-asked politician who should be scorned and mocked is anyone
- 7:36Speaker 1: to fear at this point. but yet people continue to
- 7:39Speaker 1: shy away from outing him for his part in Epstein's operation.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell used her connections to Bill Clinton in an
- 7:49Speaker 1: effort to get herself a lower sentence for trafficking underage
- 7:52Speaker 1: girls for Jeffrey Epstein. The disgraced socialite human trafficker, pointed
- 7:57Speaker 1: to her work for the former president's philanthropic endeavors three
- 8:01Speaker 1: times as she argued she should serve just four years
- 8:04Speaker 1: in jail at her sentencing on June 28th. So not only, folks,
- 8:09Speaker 1: did Ghislaine Maxwell use the relationship with Clinton, her and Epstein,
- 8:14Speaker 1: to get girls into their grasp, but now, three times here,
- 8:20Speaker 1: she's trying to use the relationship with Bill Clinton to
- 8:23Speaker 1: try and get a lighter sentence. So, once again, she
- 8:26Speaker 1: is looking to use the relationship. Remember, use the relationship
- 8:31Speaker 1: that they have, that they've built. And she's mentioning it here,
- 8:34Speaker 1: hoping that that's going to get her a bit of
- 8:35Speaker 1: a stay of execution. But do you think that she'd
- 8:38Speaker 1: be mentioning this in court documents? Do you think that
- 8:41Speaker 1: Epstein's lawyers themselves would come out and say this if
- 8:45Speaker 1: it wasn't true? So don't you think this deserves a
- 8:48Speaker 1: more A hard look from the legacy media? I mean,
- 8:52Speaker 1: a full on investigation, launching reporters to his house and
- 8:56Speaker 1: the whole thing like they do with other people? I mean,
- 9:00Speaker 1: look what they did for the creator of that dumb
- 9:02Speaker 1: ass libs of TikTok. Look at the big hubbub about
- 9:05Speaker 1: unmasking who that person is. As if who really cares?
- 9:09Speaker 1: But they'll go crazy over that because it moves the
- 9:11Speaker 1: political needle in their direction. If they can manipulate one
- 9:15Speaker 1: of these stories or one of these situations to get
- 9:18Speaker 1: you hating each other more, that's what they're going to do.
- 9:21Speaker 1: But when it comes to really holding people of power
- 9:24Speaker 1: to account, they've forgotten their role. That is what the
- 9:27Speaker 1: fourth estate is supposed to do. But they don't do it.
- 9:31Speaker 1: They carry water. They're all activists. And the rest of us, well,
- 9:35Speaker 1: just take a look at the polling numbers for the
- 9:38Speaker 1: legacy media. Nobody believes them. Nobody trusts them. And this
- 9:41Speaker 1: is why. Maxwell claimed that helping to launch the Clinton
- 9:46Speaker 1: Global Initiative demonstrated she had a desire to do good
- 9:50Speaker 1: in the world. Maxwell, 60, will be sentenced next Monday
- 9:54Speaker 1: after she was found guilty of trafficking and sexually abusing
- 9:57Speaker 1: underage girls last December. She has asked to serve just
- 10:01Speaker 1: four years and three months in jail when she is
- 10:03Speaker 1: sentenced later this month and claims she is getting death
- 10:07Speaker 1: threats in prison. Look, I don't doubt that. As far
- 10:11Speaker 1: as the death threats go, we've talked about that since
- 10:13Speaker 1: Jump Street here. And I've been trying to get some
- 10:16Speaker 1: of my friends who have been in prison to come on,
- 10:19Speaker 1: but a lot of them are not really into telling
- 10:23Speaker 1: their stories, you know, in such a public way. Considering,
- 10:27Speaker 1: you know, it's a little bit of a reach here
- 10:29Speaker 1: on the podcast now. We have a significant amount of
- 10:32Speaker 1: listeners and stuff. So people aren't really willing to come
- 10:35Speaker 1: out and talk about what went down while they were
- 10:37Speaker 1: in prison. And I get that. I have a lot
- 10:40Speaker 1: of friends that did serious time, man. I have one
- 10:42Speaker 1: friend who did two different stints, one six years, one
- 10:46Speaker 1: 10 years. Dude's only 43. Shows you how long he
- 10:50Speaker 1: was in prison for. I have another buddy who went
- 10:53Speaker 1: to prison, came out, then, well, engaged in a robbery
- 10:58Speaker 1: and got killed by the cops. So my point is,
- 11:01Speaker 1: what goes on in jail and prison, it's not fun.
- 11:04Speaker 1: It's not easy. And if Maxwell thinks she has it hard,
- 11:08Speaker 1: try being somebody from East Las Vegas from a broken
- 11:11Speaker 1: home with no support whatsoever and certainly nobody running around
- 11:16Speaker 1: and championing your cause. So the whole Maxwell, oh, things
- 11:20Speaker 1: are rough for me. It just doesn't hit home for me.
- 11:24Speaker 1: But as far as her being threatened, that definitely does
- 11:27Speaker 1: ring true. Somebody like her is going to be threatened
- 11:29Speaker 1: on the main line. And this is just the beginning.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Wait till she hits the real yard. Unless, of course,
- 11:34Speaker 1: she goes to a federal camp. And if that's the case,
- 11:37Speaker 1: then she's probably not going to have to worry about anything.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Because people in those federal camps, the last thing they
- 11:43Speaker 1: want to do is jeopardize their own status there and
- 11:46Speaker 1: have to move to a more secure place, right? People
- 11:49Speaker 1: want to go to these little camps because it's the
- 11:51Speaker 1: closest thing to not being in prison. You have a
- 11:55Speaker 1: lot more leeway to learn and feel safer and all
- 11:58Speaker 1: of that. So it really depends on where she ends up.
- 12:02Speaker 1: And we'll have a lot more to go on, obviously,
- 12:04Speaker 1: come next week. But the whole four years in prison ask,
- 12:08Speaker 1: that is just ludicrous. If that was the case, I
- 12:11Speaker 1: swear to you, folks, if she gets some kind of
- 12:13Speaker 1: sentence like that, I'm going to have to go and
- 12:15Speaker 1: protest in front of the Department of Justice. Stand out
- 12:18Speaker 1: there with a sign saying, And let them know my
- 12:21Speaker 1: anger because somebody like this getting less time than somebody
- 12:26Speaker 1: like my loved one who didn't commit a violent crime
- 12:30Speaker 1: is just unbelievable to me. And it just shows you
- 12:33Speaker 1: how unequitable things are, inequitable things are. The whole entire
- 12:40Speaker 1: justice system is broken. And when you have rich people
- 12:42Speaker 1: like Maxwell who are bending the ear of the very
- 12:45Speaker 1: people who are putting this policy in place and they
- 12:48Speaker 1: have said nothing for years, now they end up in
- 12:51Speaker 1: prison and they have a problem all of a sudden. Well, sorry,
- 12:53Speaker 1: nobody wants to hear that. Where were you for all
- 12:56Speaker 1: of these years when you had the power to bend
- 12:59Speaker 1: a couple of years in the direction of reform? She
- 13:04Speaker 1: also claimed that the guards inside the prison where she
- 13:07Speaker 1: is currently being held are told her there was concern
- 13:10Speaker 1: she could be shot by a sniper. I don't even
- 13:13Speaker 1: know what that means. That's like the Epstein story about
- 13:16Speaker 1: the ninja in front of his house, shot with a sniper, what,
- 13:18Speaker 1: through the wall? What are they using, thermobaric rounds? They
- 13:22Speaker 1: go over to Ukraine and get themselves a couple of
- 13:25Speaker 1: weapons and they're going to set up shop on top
- 13:27Speaker 1: of the World Trade Center and shoot you from there?
- 13:30Speaker 1: What does that even mean? The explanation was supposedly the
- 13:35Speaker 1: reason why she was held in such high security conditions
- 13:38Speaker 1: at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. Her
- 13:42Speaker 1: legal filings accused prosecutors of scapegoating Maxwell by making her
- 13:46Speaker 1: a proxy for the crimes of Epstein, who hanged himself
- 13:49Speaker 1: while awaiting trial in 2019, allegedly. In her 77-page filing,
- 13:55Speaker 1: Maxwell references Maxwell's history of philanthropy, charitable work, and helping others,
- 14:00Speaker 1: namely her work with the Clinton Global Initiative. Ah, fellow
- 14:04Speaker 1: travelers and all. Imagine if this had someone else's name
- 14:07Speaker 1: attached to it. Insert politician everybody hates here. What if
- 14:12Speaker 1: the name was Ron DeSantis? How do you think the
- 14:14Speaker 1: legacy media would be reacting to this right now? And
- 14:18Speaker 1: I just, before we even got onto the podcast today,
- 14:21Speaker 1: I went on Google and I just, a simple search,
- 14:24Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell and Bill Clinton. This story didn't pop up.
- 14:28Speaker 1: None of the legacy media is running this story. None
- 14:30Speaker 1: of them. Now, do you think that would be the
- 14:32Speaker 1: same case if it was reversed and it was somebody else?
- 14:36Speaker 1: Say low-hanging fruit that the legacy media doesn't like. Say
- 14:39Speaker 1: it was Acosta. What then? And then you see my point, right?
- 14:44Speaker 1: While I believe that Acosta is a piece of shit
- 14:46Speaker 1: and he should have been held to the fire, I
- 14:49Speaker 1: also believe that the same is true of someone like
- 14:51Speaker 1: Bill Clinton. And when you continuously hear these reports about
- 14:55Speaker 1: how close the Clintons were to Maxwell and Epstein, you
- 14:59Speaker 1: would think that somebody out there, one of these hard-charging journalists,
- 15:04Speaker 1: where's Julie K. Brown, by the way, and the rest
- 15:06Speaker 1: of the people that gained so much notoriety from this story?
- 15:09Speaker 1: Why have you stopped? Have you accomplished whatever goals you
- 15:13Speaker 1: wanted to accomplish? Because if that's the case, then it
- 15:17Speaker 1: doesn't look real good on you because there's a long
- 15:19Speaker 1: road to be traveled. And it sure seems like the
- 15:22Speaker 1: people that have gotten their pockets super fat from all
- 15:25Speaker 1: of this, they don't have any interest anymore. Their pockets
- 15:29Speaker 1: are fat. They made their dough. So what the hell?
- 15:33Speaker 1: But you better believe that people like Bill Clinton and
- 15:37Speaker 1: the rest of these folks, they should all be absolutely
- 15:42Speaker 1: blasted by the legacy media, and they should all get
- 15:46Speaker 1: the Prince Andrew treatment. The filing states, Ms. Maxwell has
- 15:52Speaker 1: always worked hard. Her many educational, occupational, and avocational accomplishments
- 15:58Speaker 1: include becoming an emergency medical technician, a helicopter pilot, a
- 16:04Speaker 1: submersible pilot, a banker, partnering with the Cleveland Clinic to
- 16:08Speaker 1: establish a telemedicine platform to enable people in remote areas
- 16:12Speaker 1: to obtain quality medical treatment, helping develop the Clinton Global Initiative,
- 16:17Speaker 1: and supporting a variety of non-profit and charitable organizations. How
- 16:22Speaker 1: many times are they going to mention the Clintons here?
- 16:25Speaker 1: Are you folks paying attention yet? I know those of
- 16:27Speaker 1: you who are following this story and who aren't playing
- 16:30Speaker 1: tribalistic politics are. And I know you're pissed. I've seen
- 16:33Speaker 1: the emails. Believe me, I feel the same way you do.
- 16:39Speaker 1: In a later section in the document, it states that
- 16:42Speaker 1: Maxwell is not an heiress, villain, or vapid socialite. Her
- 16:46Speaker 1: lawyer wrote she has energy, drive, commitment, a strong work ethic,
- 16:50Speaker 1: and a desire to do good in the world. She
- 16:53Speaker 1: has supported friends and family through tough times and personal
- 16:56Speaker 1: crisis and currently is assisting women in her unit at MDCC. Oh,
- 17:01Speaker 1: I'm sure she is. I'm sure she is. You know,
- 17:05Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, just the greatest person in the world, like
- 17:08Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, the consoler of widows, the feeder of orphan
- 17:12Speaker 1: orphan children. The protector of the polar bears, the whole thing. Meanwhile,
- 17:18Speaker 1: we all know who she is. You can say whatever
- 17:21Speaker 1: you want, but the facts are the facts. She has
- 17:26Speaker 1: endeavored to contribute to society by helping to launch the
- 17:29Speaker 1: Clinton Global Initiative. I mean, wow. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow.
- 17:33Speaker 1: How many times are they going to say that? And
- 17:36Speaker 1: I just want to drive the point home. Remember... The
- 17:40Speaker 1: Clintons and their canned ass response to all of this
- 17:43Speaker 1: through their spokesperson, Angel Arena. And still to this day,
- 17:47Speaker 1: he's never updated that statement. They always refer to that
- 17:51Speaker 1: in an article in Newsweek. He said they referred him
- 17:54Speaker 1: to the 2019 statement. You have nothing new to add
- 17:58Speaker 1: with all of the new developments. There's nothing you'd like
- 18:00Speaker 1: to add to this, huh? Because from where I'm sitting,
- 18:04Speaker 1: it sure looks like all of you were engaging in
- 18:06Speaker 1: a big ass lie here. Not that we should be
- 18:09Speaker 1: shocked coming from the Clintons or anything, but, you know,
- 18:11Speaker 1: here we are. The claim puts renewed spotlight on links
- 18:16Speaker 1: between Maxwell, Epstein, and Clinton. Epstein claimed to have helped
- 18:20Speaker 1: Clinton launch the CGI, and the former president flew on
- 18:23Speaker 1: his private jet, known as the Lolita Express, dozens of times.
- 18:28Speaker 1: One photo taken as the jet was about to depart
- 18:30Speaker 1: shows Maxwell standing with Clinton on the plane's steps, the
- 18:34Speaker 1: two smiling warmly. Of course they were. And only the
- 18:38Speaker 1: most ridiculous, bought-in partisan at this point would deny it.
- 18:45Speaker 1: The friendship between Epstein, Clinton, and Maxwell dates back to
- 18:48Speaker 1: the mid-90s, at least, when they were all photographed together
- 18:52Speaker 1: at the White House. Clinton has denied any wrongdoing in
- 18:55Speaker 1: relation to Epstein and said he never visited his private
- 18:58Speaker 1: island in the Caribbean, as some reports claimed. So he's
- 19:01Speaker 1: calling Virginia a liar. And frankly, when we look at
- 19:05Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's track record, he probably shouldn't be calling anyone
- 19:08Speaker 1: a liar. The claim about Maxwell being targeted by a
- 19:15Speaker 1: sniper was made during a section of the pre-sentencing filing
- 19:18Speaker 1: which talked about Maxwell's treatment in the MDC while awaiting trial.
- 19:22Speaker 1: The document states the treatment imposed on Ms. Maxwell was
- 19:26Speaker 1: unnecessarily and intentionally degrading and threatening. While in isolation, a
- 19:31Speaker 1: high-ranking prison guard told Ms. Maxwell that there was concern
- 19:34Speaker 1: that she would be shot by a sniper. You notice
- 19:37Speaker 1: how they don't give a name, right? It's just like
- 19:38Speaker 1: when they made the allegations of abuse, how they didn't
- 19:41Speaker 1: give the name or a badge number of the guard. Well,
- 19:44Speaker 1: I don't believe you. This is a very general statement
- 19:47Speaker 1: you're making. Oh, some guard told me this? Okay, sure.
- 19:50Speaker 1: I believe you. Putting aside the reason and propriety of
- 19:54Speaker 1: dispensing this alarming information, the security concerns resulting in her
- 19:59Speaker 1: transfer to general population appears correlated to Ms. Maxwell having
- 20:04Speaker 1: been sufficiently safeguarded to fill Epstein's empty seat. Oh yeah, see,
- 20:09Speaker 1: it's all about Epstein, right? It's all about what Epstein did,
- 20:12Speaker 1: and they're saying that Maxwell had no part in that. Well,
- 20:16Speaker 1: the facts, they don't bear that out, folks, as you
- 20:18Speaker 1: all know at this point. And I find all of
- 20:20Speaker 1: this repetitive and ridiculous on the behalf of Maxwell's team.
- 20:27Speaker 1: The filing includes a number of letters from friends of Maxwell,
- 20:30Speaker 1: including Jeffrey Roth, the archivist at the New York Times. Oh,
- 20:34Speaker 1: that's shocking, huh? A guy from the New York Slimes
- 20:37Speaker 1: writing letters in support of Glenn Maxwell? And then you
- 20:40Speaker 1: wonder why the legacy media doesn't go hard here. Folks, look,
- 20:44Speaker 1: I don't know how much more clear we can make it.
- 20:47Speaker 1: I have a direct line for you. from the desert
- 20:50Speaker 1: to the oasis. The question is, how many people are
- 20:53Speaker 1: going to drink? He was seen during multiple pre-trial hearings
- 21:00Speaker 1: sitting with the Maxwell family and sat on the front
- 21:03Speaker 1: bench with her siblings during the trial. He writes that
- 21:06Speaker 1: he has known Maxwell for 50 years and finds her
- 21:09Speaker 1: to be forthright, kind, and respectful. Maxwell should serve substantially
- 21:13Speaker 1: less than the 50 year maximum sentence at the hearing
- 21:16Speaker 1: on June 28th. Her lawyers claimed in court documents published Wednesday.
- 21:20Speaker 1: They said that the higher sentence would be absurd and
- 21:23Speaker 1: that Maxwell does not present a containing danger to the public. Well,
- 21:27Speaker 1: I think the survivors feel differently about that. And I
- 21:30Speaker 1: think what they have to say come victim impact statement
- 21:33Speaker 1: time should go a long way here. The filing said
- 21:38Speaker 1: that Maxwell's life has been ruined and an inmate in
- 21:40Speaker 1: her prison said the extra 20 years in jail would
- 21:43Speaker 1: be worth it for the money they would get for
- 21:46Speaker 1: killing her. It also revealed that her marriage to tech
- 21:49Speaker 1: tycoon Scott Borgerson, 46, had foundered as a result of
- 21:54Speaker 1: the scandal, and disgrace heaped upon her after she was
- 21:57Speaker 1: arrested for child sex abuse. Yeah, because going into it,
- 22:01Speaker 1: there was no signs that Ghislaine Maxwell was a bipedal serpent.
- 22:05Speaker 1: There were no signs that Ghislaine Maxwell was some sick
- 22:08Speaker 1: lady who was hanging out with Epstein and engaging in
- 22:10Speaker 1: all kinds of perverse and disgusting behavior. No signs at all. So,
- 22:15Speaker 1: you know, it took this trial for Scott Borgerson to
- 22:17Speaker 1: figure that all out. Because, you know, he's such a
- 22:19Speaker 1: brilliant man and all. The guy who left his kids,
- 22:22Speaker 1: the guy who left his wife, for Ghislaine Maxwell's disgusting ass.
- 22:27Speaker 1: How gross do you have to be to even think
- 22:30Speaker 1: about leaving your family for this lady? I just don't
- 22:33Speaker 1: understand it. I'll never understand it. And I don't think
- 22:36Speaker 1: there's any way for me to understand it. And the
- 22:41Speaker 1: filing detailed a letter sent to the court from Maxwell's brother, Philip,
- 22:44Speaker 1: and sister, Anne. It said abuse she'd suffered at the
- 22:47Speaker 1: hands of their newspaper tycoon father, Robert Maxwell, had ultimately
- 22:52Speaker 1: left her vulnerable and open to manipulation from her pedophile boyfriend,
- 22:57Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. Oh, I'm sure that that was all there
- 22:59Speaker 1: was to it. All that abuse that this poor rich girl, Maxwell,
- 23:03Speaker 1: suffered at the hands of her father. Give me a break.
- 23:07Speaker 1: How many people sitting in prison suffered severe abuse growing up?
- 23:11Speaker 1: And was that an excuse used at court or an
- 23:13Speaker 1: excuse that was accepted at court for why they committed
- 23:16Speaker 1: their crime? Well, it shouldn't be accepted for Maxwell either.
- 23:21Speaker 1: She did what she did. There's no excuse for it.
- 23:24Speaker 1: And there is no explanation for it. All right, folks,
- 23:28Speaker 1: that's going to conclude part one of this story. We're
- 23:32Speaker 1: going to hit part two right now, and it'll be
- 23:34Speaker 1: the next episode that gets posted. If you'd like to
- 23:38Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com.
- 23:42Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at ProtonMail.com. You can also find me on
- 23:49Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that we discussed
- 23:56Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. All right, welcome
- 24:00Speaker 1: back to the program. This is part two of the
- 24:05Speaker 1: article from the Daily Mail by Daniel Bates about the
- 24:09Speaker 1: relationship between Ghislaine Maxwell and the Clintons. Detailing the blood-curdling
- 24:15Speaker 1: threat allegedly made against the disgraced socialite, human trafficker, the
- 24:20Speaker 1: filing said, recently an inmate in Ms. Maxwell's unit threatened
- 24:24Speaker 1: to kill her, claiming that an additional 20 years incarceration
- 24:27Speaker 1: would be worth the money she'd receive for murdering Ms. Maxwell.
- 24:32Speaker 1: On information and belief, one of the female inmates in Ms.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Maxwell's housing unit told at least three other inmates that
- 24:38Speaker 1: she had been offered money to murder Ms. Maxwell and
- 24:41Speaker 1: that she planned to strangle her in her sleep. Now,
- 24:44Speaker 1: we'll have to hear more about this from the investigation
- 24:47Speaker 1: that the jail is obviously going to do. I have
- 24:51Speaker 1: no idea if this is legit or not, but the
- 24:53Speaker 1: real question is, if somebody offered money, who is the
- 24:56Speaker 1: group or person who offered that money? And... Are we
- 25:00Speaker 1: going to hear anything about that? Or, more likely, it's
- 25:03Speaker 1: just an inmate running their mouth trying to get some cred,
- 25:06Speaker 1: trying to get some notoriety. The inmate who made the
- 25:11Speaker 1: threat has been moved to the SHU, Special Housing Unit,
- 25:14Speaker 1: presumably to protect Ms. Maxwell. This incident reflects the brutal
- 25:18Speaker 1: reality that there are numerous prison inmates who would not
- 25:21Speaker 1: hesitate to kill Ms. Maxwell, whether for money, fame, or
- 25:25Speaker 1: simple street cred. Well, you're the ones who asked to
- 25:28Speaker 1: put her in general population. Everybody who knows what goes
- 25:32Speaker 1: on in prison warned you against it, but here we are.
- 25:35Speaker 1: You made a big-ass stink about getting her out of
- 25:38Speaker 1: the shoe, and now that she is, and she's dealing
- 25:41Speaker 1: with threats and shit, oh, it's everybody else's problem? Well,
- 25:44Speaker 1: put her back in solitary confinement. Put her back in
- 25:48Speaker 1: the shoe. Nobody will bother her in there. But no,
- 25:51Speaker 1: she can't do that, right? She has to have human contact.
- 25:54Speaker 1: Nothing's good enough for these people. And nothing's ever going
- 25:57Speaker 1: to be good enough. And all they're going to do
- 25:59Speaker 1: is complain, bitch, and moan like they've done every single day, basically,
- 26:05Speaker 1: since she's been in there. What, a hundred complaints she's
- 26:08Speaker 1: filed since she's been in the lockup? I mean, really?
- 26:11Speaker 1: We get it, Ghislaine. Prison sucks. Maxwell, 60, was convicted
- 26:17Speaker 1: in December of recruiting and trafficking underage girls for the
- 26:20Speaker 1: late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Her sentencing was delayed while the
- 26:24Speaker 1: court resolved questions over whether a juror unfairly influenced the
- 26:29Speaker 1: jury by failing to disclose his history of sexual abuse.
- 26:33Speaker 1: A judge subsequently found he did not. In their 77-page
- 26:37Speaker 1: sentencing submission and 29-page legal argument, Maxwell's lawyers said that
- 26:42Speaker 1: she should not be made a proxy for Epstein. She's
- 26:45Speaker 1: not being made a proxy for Epstein. That's just such BS.
- 26:49Speaker 1: And that totally discounts what all of the girls who
- 26:52Speaker 1: have been abused by Maxwell have said. So we should
- 26:55Speaker 1: just discount what they have to say? And this is
- 26:58Speaker 1: just some jihad or crusade by the government to go
- 27:02Speaker 1: after Epstein? That's ridiculous! Ghislaine Maxwell needs to be held
- 27:07Speaker 1: responsible for her part in this. I don't want to
- 27:10Speaker 1: hear no, by proxy? What does that even mean? The
- 27:14Speaker 1: pedophile hanged himself in a Manhattan jail, allegedly, while awaiting
- 27:18Speaker 1: trial in 2019, and attention turned to Maxwell, who became
- 27:22Speaker 1: his replacement, the document claims. The filing states, in sentencing Ms. Maxwell,
- 27:27Speaker 1: the court cannot be influenced by this inexorable drumbeat of
- 27:31Speaker 1: public condemnation calling for her to be locked away for good.
- 27:35Speaker 1: The court cannot heal the wounds caused by Epstein by
- 27:38Speaker 1: heaping on Ms. Maxwell's shoulders the pain of every one
- 27:41Speaker 1: of his victims, the outrage of society, the public scorn
- 27:45Speaker 1: of the community, and then driving her out of the
- 27:48Speaker 1: community forever. That's exactly what we're doing, okay? Sorry. This
- 27:52Speaker 1: isn't some cancel culture jihad. This isn't some lady who
- 27:56Speaker 1: said something untowards on her social media and there's some
- 27:59Speaker 1: hard-charging knuckleheads trying to get rid of her. This is
- 28:03Speaker 1: a lady who has ruined lives, a lady involved in
- 28:05Speaker 1: molesting kids, a lady involved in human trafficking. So save
- 28:09Speaker 1: the whole, oh, you can't blame her for Epstein for
- 28:12Speaker 1: somebody else. That shit is not going to work here.
- 28:15Speaker 1: And frankly, I'm tired of it. While that may assuage
- 28:21Speaker 1: the public and give the perception that justice was done,
- 28:24Speaker 1: that is not justice. That is scapegoating. Ms. Maxwell must
- 28:28Speaker 1: be sentenced on the record before the court and not
- 28:31Speaker 1: these external pressures. Arguing that Maxwell was treated far more
- 28:35Speaker 1: harshly than any other suspect held in custody ahead of
- 28:38Speaker 1: their trial, the filing claims her life has been ruined.
- 28:42Speaker 1: I'll just be straight up and say it. Ghislaine Maxwell's
- 28:45Speaker 1: lawyers have straight up lied in these court filings time
- 28:48Speaker 1: and time again, not only about her treatment, but how
- 28:52Speaker 1: she's being treated worse than anybody else. Again, do you
- 28:57Speaker 1: have to go and listen to the Kalief Browder story?
- 29:00Speaker 1: Or do you remember what happened to him? And how
- 29:04Speaker 1: many other Khalif Browders are there in the system that
- 29:06Speaker 1: we don't even know about? So when Maxwell and her
- 29:11Speaker 1: team get up here and act like she has been
- 29:14Speaker 1: abused down at Guantanamo and waterboarded in some black site
- 29:19Speaker 1: in Saudi Arabia, it's laughable at best. Her life has
- 29:23Speaker 1: been ruined. How about all of the lives that she
- 29:26Speaker 1: ruined while she was out there running around raping and
- 29:28Speaker 1: molesting people with Jeffrey Epstein? How about that? It continues, Ms.
- 29:35Speaker 1: Maxwell cannot and should not bear all the punishment for
- 29:38Speaker 1: which Epstein should have been held responsible. Ms. Maxwell has
- 29:41Speaker 1: already experienced hard time during detention under conditions far more
- 29:46Speaker 1: onerous and punitive than any experience by a typical pre-trial detainee,
- 29:51Speaker 1: and she is preparing to spend significantly more time behind bars. Um, yeah,
- 29:56Speaker 1: that's exactly what she should be preparing for. Five years?
- 30:00Speaker 1: Zero chance. Come on, man, really? Anyone who thinks Maxwell
- 30:04Speaker 1: should get five years is certainly not playing with a
- 30:07Speaker 1: full deck. This lady should get five years times ten.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Fifty sounds about right to me. Her life has been ruined.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Since Epstein's death, her life has been threatened and death
- 30:19Speaker 1: threats continue while she is incarcerated. It would be a
- 30:22Speaker 1: travesty of justice for her to face a sentence that
- 30:25Speaker 1: would have been appropriate for Epstein. It would have been
- 30:28Speaker 1: appropriate for the both of them. So you mean to
- 30:30Speaker 1: tell me that Sammy the Bull Gravano shouldn't get the
- 30:33Speaker 1: same sentence as John Gotti got? Of course he should.
- 30:36Speaker 1: And if it wasn't for Sammy the Bull ratting and
- 30:38Speaker 1: stool pigeoning, it would have been a whole different story.
- 30:42Speaker 1: But when you're in a leadership position of an organized
- 30:45Speaker 1: crime group, and folks, let's not mince words here, that's
- 30:49Speaker 1: what the Epstein group was, a criminal enterprise, then you're
- 30:53Speaker 1: going to get slapped with leadership charges. You're going to
- 30:56Speaker 1: get slapped with a whole slew of charges that you
- 31:00Speaker 1: might not have gotten if you weren't part of the
- 31:01Speaker 1: leadership structure. But that's what Maxwell was, wasn't she? Part
- 31:05Speaker 1: of the leadership structure. Epstein's right hand. Epstein's underboss. In
- 31:13Speaker 1: seeking to explain Maxwell's background, her lawyers blamed her conduct
- 31:17Speaker 1: on her late father, the disgraced newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell,
- 31:21Speaker 1: who died in mysterious circumstances after falling off his yacht
- 31:25Speaker 1: in 1991. A letter from Philip and Anne Maxwell said
- 31:28Speaker 1: her relationship with Epstein began at a moment of extreme vulnerability.
- 31:32Speaker 1: Ghislaine's life after the tragic death of our father, he,
- 31:36Speaker 1: our father, was a powerful and dominant figure. Well, that
- 31:39Speaker 1: would be a good reason if that was the case.
- 31:44Speaker 1: But we know that Maxwell and Epstein met previous to
- 31:48Speaker 1: the death of Robert Maxwell. And I don't care what
- 31:50Speaker 1: the official narrative says. The evidence points in a completely
- 31:54Speaker 1: different direction. And as elder siblings, we witnessed our father
- 31:58Speaker 1: taking Ghislaine under his wing, whereby she became over-dependent on
- 32:02Speaker 1: his approval and vulnerable to his frequent rapid mood swings,
- 32:06Speaker 1: huge rages, and rejections. They act like this dude was
- 32:09Speaker 1: beating her up and down the house with a belt.
- 32:12Speaker 1: Go pick out a switch and let me beat you
- 32:14Speaker 1: with it. So ridiculous. And what it really does is
- 32:18Speaker 1: it takes the look away from real child abuse. Real
- 32:22Speaker 1: people out there who are really abusing their children. Now,
- 32:25Speaker 1: was there some mental abuse? Probably. When you have powerful
- 32:29Speaker 1: people like this, that usually occurs. But I don't believe
- 32:34Speaker 1: the scenario that they're putting out there before us. I
- 32:37Speaker 1: see it more as a Circe-Lannister-Tywin-Lannister relationship where she's at
- 32:42Speaker 1: his knee learning the family trade. This led to her
- 32:45Speaker 1: becoming very vulnerable to the abusive and powerful men who
- 32:49Speaker 1: would be able to take advantage of her innate and
- 32:52Speaker 1: good nature. Wow, this is so ridiculous. Who would believe this? Honestly,
- 32:57Speaker 1: who believes this? The document stated that he would subject
- 33:02Speaker 1: his children to verbal abuse every Sunday. Well, every Sunday,
- 33:07Speaker 1: when I go over and watch the football games with
- 33:10Speaker 1: my parents and my family, I was subjected to verbal
- 33:13Speaker 1: abuse too. but not by my family, by watching the
- 33:17Speaker 1: game and the announcers telling me that my team sucked.
- 33:20Speaker 1: I mean, let's be real. All kidding aside, she probably
- 33:24Speaker 1: had a bunch of verbal abuse. No doubt about it.
- 33:27Speaker 1: That's the kind of guy Robert Maxwell was. But to
- 33:29Speaker 1: frame that and use that as the explanation for what
- 33:33Speaker 1: she did is just mind-boggling. And it doesn't even begin
- 33:40Speaker 1: to explain away Ghislaine Maxwell's actions. Robert Maxwell would explode,
- 33:45Speaker 1: threaten and rant at the children until they were reduced
- 33:48Speaker 1: to pulp. Mr. Maxwell was relentless, with children ending up
- 33:52Speaker 1: in tears, punishments being doled out, and the whole family
- 33:55Speaker 1: in utter distress, the filing claims. And it's convenient that
- 34:00Speaker 1: all of the blame is falling on the dad who's
- 34:02Speaker 1: dead here, huh? All the honor in this Maxwell family.
- 34:05Speaker 1: What a great group of people. The document states Mr.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Maxwell employed corporal punishment on his children. Ghislaine vividly recalls
- 34:15Speaker 1: a time when at age 13, she tacked a poster
- 34:18Speaker 1: of a pony on the newly painted wall of her bedroom.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Rather than mar the paint with tape, she carefully hammered
- 34:24Speaker 1: a thin tack to mount the poster. This outraged her father,
- 34:28Speaker 1: who took the hammer and banged on Ghislaine's dominant hand,
- 34:31Speaker 1: leaving it severely bruised and painful for weeks to come.
- 34:34Speaker 1: If somebody hits your hand with a hammer, it's not
- 34:36Speaker 1: just going to bruise. You're probably going to have fractures
- 34:39Speaker 1: and a broken hand. I don't believe that story. Sorry.
- 34:42Speaker 1: The filing notes that Maxwell's estranged husband, Scott Borgerson, was
- 34:45Speaker 1: besieged by media coverage and lost his employment and professional relationships.
- 34:50Speaker 1: It states, sadly, the marriage could not survive the negative
- 34:53Speaker 1: impact of this case, nor a husband's association with his
- 34:57Speaker 1: dishonored wife. Well, why did he get with her in
- 35:00Speaker 1: the first place again? I have no empathy for these people. None.
- 35:04Speaker 1: Did they have any empathy for all of the girls
- 35:06Speaker 1: and people they molested and hurt? Of course they didn't.
- 35:10Speaker 1: Borgerson married Maxwell on Christmas Day of 2016, her 55th birthday,
- 35:16Speaker 1: and dumped her during a heated phone call while she
- 35:18Speaker 1: was in solitary confinement. He has since moved on and
- 35:22Speaker 1: was reported to be seeing a yoga teacher mom of
- 35:24Speaker 1: two called Chris McGinn earlier this year. The sentence of
- 35:29Speaker 1: 51 to 63 months was appropriate as Maxwell has never
- 35:33Speaker 1: been accused of any sex offenses or any crimes for
- 35:36Speaker 1: that matter in almost a 20 year period since the
- 35:39Speaker 1: conduct at issue in this case ended the filing claims.
- 35:43Speaker 1: So just because of that, she shouldn't get the real
- 35:46Speaker 1: time she deserves. And how do we know what she's
- 35:49Speaker 1: been up to? Look, we don't know. That's the point.
- 35:55Speaker 1: And their team, the legal team, they're grasping at straws here.
- 36:00Speaker 1: It states that there is absolutely no evidence that Ms.
- 36:03Speaker 1: Maxwell is attracted to minors or has the sort of
- 36:06Speaker 1: uncontrollable impulses that would compel her to reoffend. According to
- 36:10Speaker 1: the trial record, it was Epstein who had such proclivities,
- 36:14Speaker 1: whereas Ms. Maxwell's role was to facilitate Epstein's sexual abuse. Indeed,
- 36:19Speaker 1: after she moved on from Epstein in the early 2000s, Ms.
- 36:22Speaker 1: Maxwell was involved in two long-term relationships with men who
- 36:26Speaker 1: had young children and was actively involved in their lives
- 36:30Speaker 1: without even the slightest hint of impropriety. Most importantly, the
- 36:33Speaker 1: government concedes that Ms. Maxwell is not a danger to
- 36:37Speaker 1: the community. Well, the survivors don't feel that way. And
- 36:40Speaker 1: I think that their opinion and their feelings, for once anyway,
- 36:45Speaker 1: should be recognized and they should be the guiding light here.
- 36:51Speaker 1: The government never made the assertion in connection with Ms.
- 36:54Speaker 1: Maxwell's numerous bail applications, and there is no evidence whatsoever
- 36:58Speaker 1: to support such a claim. Put simply, Ms. Maxwell is
- 37:01Speaker 1: not dangerous, and there is no risk that Ms. Maxwell
- 37:04Speaker 1: will ever repeat the offense. Um, okay. I don't care.
- 37:10Speaker 1: How about that? She did what she did, now she
- 37:12Speaker 1: has to be punished, just like the rest of us
- 37:15Speaker 1: would be. And the whole entire relationship with the Clintons,
- 37:19Speaker 1: that needs to be put on blast. And that needed
- 37:21Speaker 1: to happen yesterday. All right, folks, that is going to
- 37:25Speaker 1: conclude this two-part series of Ghislaine Maxwell trying to maneuver
- 37:32Speaker 1: and use her friendship with the Clintons to get a
- 37:34Speaker 1: lighter term. If you'd like to contact me, you can
- 37:37Speaker 1: do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.

- 37:54Speaker 1: The link that we discussed can be found in the
- 37:56Speaker 1: description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode
- 38:00Speaker 1: of the Epstein Chronicles. Well, it only took the better
- 38:05Speaker 1: part of two decades, a global scandal, a suicide in
- 38:08Speaker 1: a federal cell, a conviction, a mountain of civil suits,
- 38:12Speaker 1: and a billion unanswered questions, but at long last the
- 38:15Speaker 1: Clintons have received a subpoena in the Jeffrey Epstein matter.
- 38:19Speaker 1: Not an accusation, not an indictment, just a subpoena. A
- 38:23Speaker 1: formal request for information, and yet the sheer fact that
- 38:26Speaker 1: this moment is newsworthy, tells you everything about how long
- 38:30Speaker 1: they've been insulated from even basic scrutiny. And let's not
- 38:35Speaker 1: pretend that the Clinton connections were obscure. Epstein visited the
- 38:40Speaker 1: Clinton White House at least 17 times, a number that
- 38:43Speaker 1: surpasses casual acquaintance and edges into routine access. These weren't
- 38:48Speaker 1: just one-off encounters at state dinners. They were logged, documented,
- 38:52Speaker 1: and ignored. Ghislaine Maxwell, meanwhile, was seated prominently at Chelsea
- 38:57Speaker 1: Clinton's wedding, a guest that was so familiar that her
- 39:00Speaker 1: presence barely raised an eyebrow. And this wasn't ancient history.
- 39:05Speaker 1: It was well into the years when Epstein's reputation was
- 39:08Speaker 1: already a matter of public concern. And then, there's the
- 39:11Speaker 1: financial angle, which rarely gets the attention it deserves. Epstein
- 39:15Speaker 1: didn't just socialize with the Clintons, he funded them. His
- 39:19Speaker 1: early donations helped jumpstart the Clinton Foundation. This is the
- 39:22Speaker 1: same man later charged with trafficking minors across international borders.
- 39:27Speaker 1: If we apply even a modest standard of due diligence,
- 39:30Speaker 1: this should have triggered alarm bells. Instead, it raised campaign funds.
- 39:36Speaker 1: And the ties weren't limited to money and appearances. Ghislaine
- 39:39Speaker 1: Maxwell's nephew secured a job at the State Department during
- 39:42Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton's tenure as Secretary of State. And that's not speculation.
- 39:47Speaker 1: It's publicly documented. Whether that hiring was a result of
- 39:50Speaker 1: favor trading or coincidence is worth asking, but for years,
- 39:54Speaker 1: no one did. And then, of course, there is the photograph,
- 39:58Speaker 1: the image of Bill Clinton receiving a massage from one
- 40:00Speaker 1: of Epstein's known trafficking victims, not an anonymous masseuse, not
- 40:04Speaker 1: a footnote, a woman who has since testified to being
- 40:08Speaker 1: trafficked by Epstein and Maxwell. And yet, Clinton's response was
- 40:13Speaker 1: to deny any wrongdoing and insist he knew nothing. And somehow,
- 40:17Speaker 1: that line... has held up longer than it should have.
- 40:22Speaker 1: So now with subpoenas beginning to fly toward individuals long
- 40:25Speaker 1: considered out of reach, the obvious question is, why did
- 40:28Speaker 1: it take this long? Why were the Clintons with all
- 40:31Speaker 1: these connections documented, visible, relevant, so conspicuously absent from the
- 40:36Speaker 1: center of the investigation for so many years? Maybe the
- 40:40Speaker 1: answer is as simple as this. The political cost of
- 40:43Speaker 1: asking hard questions used to be higher than the public
- 40:46Speaker 1: demand for answers. But that balance... might finally be shifting.
- 40:50Speaker 1: And for the first time in a long time, the
- 40:53Speaker 1: Clintons don't get to walk around the Epstein controversy. They
- 40:56Speaker 1: have to walk through it. And this article was published
- 40:59Speaker 1: by the New York Post. Headline, Bill and Hillary Clinton,
- 41:03Speaker 1: former AGs and FBI directors, subpoenaed for Jeffrey Epstein testimony.
- 41:08Speaker 1: The author of this article is Josh Christensen. House Republicans
- 41:13Speaker 1: subpoenaed nearly a dozen former federal officials and politicians, including
- 41:17Speaker 1: Bill and Hillary Clinton, as well as records from the
- 41:20Speaker 1: Department of Justice on Tuesday, amid an expanding probe into
- 41:24Speaker 1: the deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The officials, including former FBI
- 41:30Speaker 1: Director James Comey and Robert Mueller, as well as six ex-U.S.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Attorney Generals, were compelled to testify before the House Oversight Committee.
- 41:39Speaker 1: And look, I hate to be doom and gloom all
- 41:41Speaker 1: the time, But when we're talking about this topic, it's
- 41:44Speaker 1: very difficult to find sunshine and good news. And while
- 41:49Speaker 1: on the surface this looks like a great idea, and
- 41:51Speaker 1: the fact that the Clintons are going to be called
- 41:53Speaker 1: on the carpet is certainly a good thing, when you
- 41:56Speaker 1: go and look deeper and you look at the people
- 41:58Speaker 1: that are getting called, no Mukasey, no Philippe, no Acosta,
- 42:03Speaker 1: no Villafana, no Menschel, not one single person that was
- 42:07Speaker 1: around or in charge when it was time to sign
- 42:10Speaker 1: the NPA. And if we want to get to the truth,
- 42:13Speaker 1: all transparency leads directly to and through the NPA. Because
- 42:18Speaker 1: any committee that's hearing about this topic that doesn't hear
- 42:21Speaker 1: from the architects of the NPA, that committee is not
- 42:24Speaker 1: doing their job. Either that, or they're just putting on
- 42:28Speaker 1: a show. The question is, which is it going to be?
- 42:32Speaker 1: Oversight Chairman James Comer announced the move less than two
- 42:35Speaker 1: weeks after DOJ officials interviewed Epstein's late accomplice, you mean co-conspirator,
- 42:41Speaker 1: You mean fellow child abuser? You mean bipedal serpent? Who
- 42:45Speaker 1: is serving a 20-year sentence in a federal prison for
- 42:48Speaker 1: conspiring to sexually abuse young girls? No, for actually abusing
- 42:51Speaker 1: those young girls. The facts and circumstances surrounding both Mr.
- 42:56Speaker 1: Epstein and Ms. Maxwell's cases have received immense public interest
- 43:00Speaker 1: and scrutiny. Comer wrote, in all the letters, while the
- 43:04Speaker 1: department undertakes efforts to uncover the publicly disclosed additional information
- 43:09Speaker 1: related to Mr. Epstein, and Ms. Maxwell's cases, it's imperative
- 43:13Speaker 1: that Congress conduct oversight of the federal government's enforcement of
- 43:16Speaker 1: sex trafficking laws, generally and specifically its handling of the
- 43:21Speaker 1: investigation and prosecution of Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell. The
- 43:26Speaker 1: investigation kicked off after President Trump faced backlash over a
- 43:30Speaker 1: two-page memo released by his DOJ and FBI July 6
- 43:34Speaker 1: that found a systematic review of evidence uncovered no Epstein
- 43:38Speaker 1: client list, of rich and well-connected associates implicated in his
- 43:43Speaker 1: sickening crimes. Epstein, 66, committed suicide in a Manhattan jail cell, allegedly,
- 43:49Speaker 1: August 10, 2019. Multiple federal and independent medical investigations determined,
- 43:56Speaker 1: but as well-documented links to Hollywood stars, high-powered attorneys, politicians,
- 44:01Speaker 1: and influential business leaders have caused furious speculation for years.
- 44:06Speaker 1: The person who wrote this article, I forget their name already,
- 44:09Speaker 1: They have no idea what they're talking about. The autopsy,
- 44:13Speaker 1: that was disputed. And the medical examiner didn't even sign
- 44:17Speaker 1: off on it being a suicide for a little while
- 44:20Speaker 1: because they were trying to figure out what was going on.
- 44:22Speaker 1: And then all of a sudden, miraculously, after Bill Barr
- 44:25Speaker 1: gets involved, we're told it's a suicide. I don't believe it. Sorry.
- 44:30Speaker 1: I believe what Dr. Michael Bodden said. If you want
- 44:32Speaker 1: to believe the state of New York, if you want
- 44:34Speaker 1: to believe the federal government, that's on you. Go ahead.
- 44:37Speaker 1: But I'm not going to be dog walked by a
- 44:39Speaker 1: bunch of liars who have traditionally not told me the truth.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Trump's current attorney general, Pam Bondi, has indicated a client
- 44:46Speaker 1: list was sitting on her desk for the review in
- 44:48Speaker 1: February and the FBI's New York field office was in
- 44:51Speaker 1: possession of thousands of pages of documents related to the
- 44:55Speaker 1: investigation and indictment of Epstein. I told you for years
- 45:00Speaker 1: now that there was no list. There's never been a list,
- 45:02Speaker 1: not a traditional one. You want a list? Go get
- 45:05Speaker 1: the list of the underage girls that were funneled through
- 45:08Speaker 1: MC squared. How about that list? But the July 6th
- 45:13Speaker 1: memo said there was no credible evidence found that Epstein
- 45:16Speaker 1: blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions and no
- 45:20Speaker 1: evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.
- 45:26Speaker 1: In other words, go get screwed. That's what they told us.
- 45:29Speaker 1: And then all this other stuff started happening. So if
- 45:32Speaker 1: you have no information, you have no evidence. Why are
- 45:35Speaker 1: you engaging in all this other background noise? Why are
- 45:39Speaker 1: you going to meet with Glenn Maxwell? Why is she
- 45:41Speaker 1: getting moved? Why is Congress subpoenaing people to give their testimony?
- 45:46Speaker 1: I thought there was nothing left to see here. Obviously,
- 45:48Speaker 1: there's a lot left to see. The problem is they
- 45:51Speaker 1: want to manage how much of it's going to be
- 45:53Speaker 1: for public consumption. And if history is any guide, we're
- 45:56Speaker 1: not going to get any transparency from any of these
- 45:59Speaker 1: agencies that are involved. All of a sudden, they woke
- 46:02Speaker 1: up and they turned a new leaf. And they're going
- 46:04Speaker 1: to conduct business a different way now? We're talking about
- 46:08Speaker 1: the same people that sold crack in the streets of America.
- 46:11Speaker 1: The same people that get in front of Congress on
- 46:13Speaker 1: a daily basis and lie about black operations that they're
- 46:16Speaker 1: involved in. But now they're going to be honest? Now
- 46:19Speaker 1: they're going to tell the truth? On July 17th, Trump
- 46:22Speaker 1: posted on Truth Social, based on the ridiculous amount of
- 46:26Speaker 1: publicity given to Jeffrey Epstein, I have asked Attorney General
- 46:29Speaker 1: Pam Bondi to produce any and all pertinent grand jury
- 46:33Speaker 1: testimony subject to court approval. This scam, perpetuated by the Democrats,
- 46:38Speaker 1: should end right now, he added. Cool, release all the documents,
- 46:42Speaker 1: Donnie diddles. Quit complaining, quit crying, quit unleashing your hounds
- 46:47Speaker 1: to try and destroy people who are asking questions, and
- 46:50Speaker 1: just release the information that you said you were going
- 46:52Speaker 1: to release. This whole ass dog and pony show could
- 46:54Speaker 1: have been avoided if he would have just done what
- 46:56Speaker 1: he said he was going to do. So everything that
- 46:59Speaker 1: comes after that as far as criticism... That's on him
- 47:02Speaker 1: because accountability matters, especially when we're talking about elected leaders.
- 47:07Speaker 1: They can't run on something during the campaign and then
- 47:10Speaker 1: just turn around and call it a hoax and say
- 47:12Speaker 1: it's a big scam that's being unleashed on them. What
- 47:15Speaker 1: it does is it makes you look guilty. That's what
- 47:18Speaker 1: it does. And the only scam is the scam that
- 47:21Speaker 1: we had run on us when we were told that
- 47:23Speaker 1: this was going to be the most transparent administration in
- 47:25Speaker 1: the history of administrations. Trump also told reporters of the
- 47:29Speaker 1: public's right to previously undisclosed Epstein information, anything that's credible,
- 47:34Speaker 1: I would say, let them have it. Well, who's going
- 47:37Speaker 1: to be the arbiter of what's credible or not? And
- 47:40Speaker 1: the more I think about it, the more I think
- 47:42Speaker 1: that we need a special prosecutor to handle this whole
- 47:45Speaker 1: matter to make sure that it gets handled correctly. Deputy
- 47:49Speaker 1: Attorney General Todd Blanch interviewed Maxwell July 24th and 25th
- 47:54Speaker 1: at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Tallahassee, Florida, before she
- 47:57Speaker 1: was shuffled to a spacious correctional center in Bryan, Texas
- 48:00Speaker 1: last week. You know, when they talk about Club Fed,
- 48:03Speaker 1: this is what they're talking about. Camps just like this one.
- 48:08Speaker 1: The discussions came amid speculation that the former Epstein Associates
- 48:12Speaker 1: legal team could be seeking clemency for their client, who
- 48:16Speaker 1: was convicted in December of 2021 and sentenced in June
- 48:20Speaker 1: of 2022. Her lawyers have already appealed her conviction to
- 48:25Speaker 1: the U.S. Supreme Court. arguing that she should have been
- 48:28Speaker 1: off-limits to prosecutors under a plea agreement reached when Epstein
- 48:32Speaker 1: was first charged with sex crimes. The justices will consider
- 48:36Speaker 1: her petition in late September. The disgraced financier pedophile had
- 48:41Speaker 1: to register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to
- 48:44Speaker 1: Florida charges of soliciting sex from a minor in 2007,
- 48:49Speaker 1: but went on to host lavish parties and enjoy professional
- 48:52Speaker 1: relationships with associates like Prince Andrew, and Microsoft founder Bill Gates.
- 48:58Speaker 1: Bill Clinton rode on Epstein's private jet abroad, nicknamed Lolita
- 49:03Speaker 1: Express several times. Following Epstein's arrest on sex trafficking charges
- 49:07Speaker 1: in July of 2019, a rep for Bill Clinton told Newsweek,
- 49:12Speaker 1: the former president had not spoken to Epstein in well
- 49:15Speaker 1: over a decade and knows nothing about the terrible crimes.
- 49:19Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton is been asked to appear October 9th, while
- 49:22Speaker 1: Bill Clinton was ordered to sit for his deposition on
- 49:25Speaker 1: October 14th. Their reps did not immediately respond to requests
- 49:29Speaker 1: for comment. Mueller's deposition is scheduled for September 2nd. Comey's
- 49:34Speaker 1: is scheduled for October 7th. Also summoned were former President
- 49:38Speaker 1: Joe Biden's AG Merrick Garland, Trump AGs Bill Barr and
- 49:42Speaker 1: Jeff Sessions, former President Barack Obama's AG Loretta Lynch and
- 49:47Speaker 1: Eric Holder, as well as former President George W. Bush
- 49:50Speaker 1: AG Alberto Gonzalez. Who's missing? That's right, Mukasey, Philippe, Acosta, Menchel, Villafana,
- 50:00Speaker 1: all the people I talked about previously. Barr, who did
- 50:04Speaker 1: not immediately respond to a request for comment, is set
- 50:07Speaker 1: to be deposed August 18th, Gonzalez on August 28th, Lynch
- 50:11Speaker 1: on September 9th, Holder September 30th, and Garland on October 2nd.
- 50:17Speaker 1: Reps for the DOJ declined to comment. Gonzalez did not
- 50:20Speaker 1: immediately respond, while Comey, Mueller, Garland, Sessions, Lynch, and Holder
- 50:26Speaker 1: could not immediately be reached for comment. The Justice Department
- 50:30Speaker 1: has given until August 19th to turn over the full complete,
- 50:34Speaker 1: unredacted Epstein files. and it looks great on its face.
- 50:38Speaker 1: It looks like they're making moves, and it looks like
- 50:40Speaker 1: they're now interested in finding out what went down. But
- 50:43Speaker 1: how are you going to get to the bottom of
- 50:44Speaker 1: things if you don't bring the key players in? And
- 50:47Speaker 1: if you're not bringing in Mukasey, you're not bringing in Philippe,
- 50:51Speaker 1: you're not bringing in Acosta, and the rest of the
- 50:53Speaker 1: gang that couldn't shoot straight, then as far as I'm concerned,
- 50:57Speaker 1: you're not trying to get to the bottom of anything.
- 50:59Speaker 1: Because make no mistake about it, all of this stuff
- 51:02Speaker 1: hinges on that NPA. And if that NPA was done
- 51:05Speaker 1: away with, I think that the dam would break. And
- 51:08Speaker 1: I think everybody that was involved would end up being prosecuted.
- 51:12Speaker 1: The problem is, I doubt that they're going to do that.
- 51:15Speaker 1: There's been no signals that they're going to do that.
- 51:18Speaker 1: That's something that the DOJ could do without really asking
- 51:21Speaker 1: for anybody else's permission. But they haven't done it. Instead,
- 51:25Speaker 1: we hear about grand jury documents. We hear about Maxwell
- 51:29Speaker 1: sitting in front of Congress, which I highly doubt is
- 51:31Speaker 1: ever going to happen. And now you have these subpoenas.
- 51:34Speaker 1: And while it's certainly a baby step in the right direction,
- 51:37Speaker 1: it's not far enough for all the reasons that we
- 51:40Speaker 1: previously discussed. So let's see what they do from here.
- 51:43Speaker 1: Let's see if they add anybody else. And let's see
- 51:46Speaker 1: if they really mean business or if it's just going
- 51:48Speaker 1: to be more bread and circus. All of the information
- 51:52Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 51:55Speaker 1: description box.
