- 1:07Speaker 2: Okay, you know what we should just we should just
- 1:11Speaker 2: honestly play this at the start of the show because
- 1:13Speaker 2: this was such, this was years ago, and uh, Bob
- 1:16Speaker 2: doesn't know a lot about Star Wars.
- 1:18Speaker 3: I do.
- 1:18Speaker 2: And he questioned, how Chewbacca goes to the bathroom. How's
- 1:21Speaker 2: Chewbacca use the bathroom? I know how Han Solo uses
- 1:24Speaker 2: the bathroom? Talking about Chewbacca.
- 1:27Speaker 3: He probably just squats. I don't know.

- 2:05Speaker 2: I just thought maybe the Star Wars movies have been
- 2:07Speaker 2: around a while and thought maybe they addressed it at
- 2:09Speaker 2: some point. Dude, you know, I don't know. It just
- 2:14Speaker 2: I don't want to get too technical with it. I
- 2:16Speaker 2: just wonder, how does chew we go to the bathroom?
- 2:20Speaker 3: Star Wars Mystery?
- 2:22Speaker 2: Star Wars, mistery, how does cheer we go to the bathroom?

- 2:38Speaker 2: Happy made and fourth everybody, I'm gonna be cool for
- 2:41Speaker 2: Star Wars Day today. Kiss you mean to tell me
- 2:46Speaker 2: somehow we did the NFL draft without any issues, without
- 2:49Speaker 2: any traffic and then the Pittsburgh Marathon, which we've done
- 2:53Speaker 2: multiple multiple times. We still can't figure this traffic and
- 2:57Speaker 2: parking stuff out, Like it.
- 3:00Speaker 3: Seems like the city really cares.
- 3:02Speaker 2: When it's like, all right, everybody clean up companies coming over.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Pittsburgh Marathon's more like, yeah, we do this every year.
- 3:11Speaker 3: It's the marathon. People figure it out what they're getting.
- 3:14Speaker 2: I saw more people with parking in traffic issues for
- 3:17Speaker 2: the marathon than I did for the entire NFL Draft.
- 3:21Speaker 2: It's mikey Abob the ninety six to one Kiss Morning
- 3:23Speaker 2: Freak Show. Hey, little explosion. How about Will Lovener? Huh
- 3:28Speaker 2: Will Lovener, dude wins the men's Pittsburgh Marathon. He was
- 3:33Speaker 2: a runner up in twenty twenty four. He won the
- 3:36Speaker 2: Cleveland Marathon that year and then proposed to uh uh
- 3:41Speaker 2: his uh wife now wife there at the end of
- 3:44Speaker 2: the line, and then he had his wife and his
- 3:46Speaker 2: son waiting for him at the finish line. It's so
- 3:48Speaker 2: cool that he ends or won the damn Pittsburgh Marathon.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Congrats to Will Lovener. Also, Jane Barraccis won the uh
- 3:56Speaker 2: one the women's that's what Yeah, that's our third time
- 3:59Speaker 2: in a that's historic, never been done before. So congrats
- 4:03Speaker 2: to both of them. But the marathon's awesome. I just
- 4:06Speaker 2: love the people. I love the signs. I love the
- 4:09Speaker 2: camaraderie that it is. You know, the city just coming
- 4:12Speaker 2: out and stand there cheering people on.
- 4:14Speaker 3: Yeah, it's just it's a good vibe. Dude.
- 4:16Speaker 2: I saw our buddy Bill Crawford. He posted a picture
- 4:19Speaker 2: on his Instagram. It was just like, you know, I
- 4:22Speaker 2: was scrolling through all of his marathon pictures and everything,
- 4:25Speaker 2: and there's one kid he asked to be five or
- 4:28Speaker 2: six years old, who is holding up a sign that
- 4:32Speaker 2: says don't bleep your pants, but it has the S word.
- 4:36Speaker 2: It doesn't say poop. Parents, let let him go, which
- 4:40Speaker 2: is awesome. And there was somebody I would think it
- 4:44Speaker 2: was a small child next to him dancing in a
- 4:47Speaker 2: poop emoji costume.
- 4:50Speaker 3: That's beautiful right there, man.
- 4:51Speaker 2: I mean, you're at the fifteen mile mark and you
- 4:53Speaker 2: see that kid pop up in front of you.
- 4:55Speaker 3: You're just like, all right, I got this well.
- 4:57Speaker 2: And you also think, probably not a good idea at
- 5:00Speaker 2: a fart at this point.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Fair warning.
- 5:02Speaker 2: I mean I'm not a runner. I don't know what
- 5:03Speaker 2: it does. To your body and how that all happens.
- 5:05Speaker 2: But I know that is a thing, but can you
- 5:07Speaker 2: just imagine you're seeing all these positive signs and everything,
- 5:10Speaker 2: and you see a little five or six year old.
- 5:12Speaker 3: Hey, don't bleep your pants? So good. I love marathon
- 5:19Speaker 3: so much. Just just the.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Camaraderie of the city and everybody sort of getting along
- 5:24Speaker 2: and cheering each other on it is uh yeah, it's awesome.

- 6:08Speaker 3: Mikey and Boba Kiss Morning Freak Show. What happened to
- 6:10Speaker 3: you this weekend?
- 6:12Speaker 2: Man?
- 6:12Speaker 3: Dude? Oh boy? Drain in the basement.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Oh no, we got a drain right by the furnace
- 6:21Speaker 2: and in our little furnace nook room. Yeah, uh, it
- 6:26Speaker 2: started gurgling water up and it started coming.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Up, and dude, bad water. Hey, the water, the water.
- 6:32Speaker 3: You don't want to see. How have you had so
- 6:34Speaker 3: many le like different issues with your house?
- 6:38Speaker 2: Man?
- 6:38Speaker 3: You just like something comes up, big logs. I guess
- 6:41Speaker 3: I don't know what I'm doing. I don't know. I'm
- 6:44Speaker 3: telling I don't know what's happening.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Man, I just I don't want to call you the
- 6:48Speaker 2: toilet assassin. My amount of hills that you have under
- 6:51Speaker 2: your belts and sound I'm undefeated.
- 6:53Speaker 3: I am undefeated.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Really, So wait, was it was the toilet broker? Was
- 6:57Speaker 2: this just the drain started bubbling up? Oh, it was
- 7:01Speaker 2: just a drain. It was just a drain.
- 7:03Speaker 3: But then we got to get everything out of that room.
- 7:04Speaker 2: That room's like where we dump all the storage room, right,
- 7:08Speaker 2: Christmas stuff, Halloween, holiday stuff, some of my wife's like
- 7:13Speaker 2: old teaching stuff is in there.
- 7:15Speaker 3: And it's like.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Yeah, dude, oh my god, So you were moving boxes
- 7:21Speaker 2: trying to get it away from trying to get it
- 7:24Speaker 2: away from brown water.
- 7:26Speaker 3: Oh my god. Yeah, were you hustling horrible Saturday?
- 7:30Speaker 2: You're like doing like a touch and go drill and
- 7:33Speaker 2: get this. But I gotta get this buns over here. Hey,
- 7:36Speaker 2: I'm not good with smells either. Oh no, my wife
- 7:40Speaker 2: was the m v P. My wife, Rebecca was the
- 7:41Speaker 2: damn m VP because I am I come down the
- 7:45Speaker 2: stairs and catch it with.
- 7:50Speaker 3: And again you're not.
- 7:52Speaker 2: I'm just telling her I can't do it, dude.
- 7:57Speaker 3: It was so bad. Oh my god, it was bad.
- 8:00Speaker 3: She just plugged her nose and it's just like, somebody's
- 8:02Speaker 3: got to do this.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Just yeah, my wife is ten times tougher than I'll
- 8:07Speaker 2: ever be. Same with my wife too, man, Like, I
- 8:11Speaker 2: feel like our wives are very similar in that way,
- 8:14Speaker 2: you know, like if something difficult needs to be done
- 8:17Speaker 2: me and you're just like, ah, can we pay somebody to.
- 8:23Speaker 3: The top of the basement.
- 8:26Speaker 2: It's like your cat in the middle of the night
- 8:28Speaker 2: when it's toughing up a hairball, but it's.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Just you and she's just getting she like get down here.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Now.
- 8:37Speaker 3: How do you make your house smell better after that?
- 8:39Speaker 2: Do you have to open every window and like light
- 8:42Speaker 2: candles and.
- 8:43Speaker 3: That gets in fact everything that is touched. Dude.
- 8:48Speaker 2: I mean it doesn't smell right now, but Saturday was
- 8:51Speaker 2: a bad day.
- 8:52Speaker 3: It was a bad day. You should have came over, man.
- 8:55Speaker 3: I don't think it was my time to leave the house.
- 8:58Speaker 3: I wish I could. You'd probably be divorced if you
- 9:01Speaker 3: just real quick.
- 9:03Speaker 2: I'll be back all right, Boks, got something we need
- 9:05Speaker 2: to fix this coming coming up next on the show Man,
- 9:09Speaker 2: I got sad listening to a Geinny Malkin talk when
- 9:12Speaker 2: they did locker clean out for the Pens. You know,
- 9:15Speaker 2: he was asked if he wants to play more, even
- 9:17Speaker 2: if it's not with the Penguins. We'll get to that
- 9:19Speaker 2: coming up. Around six forty and it's Many the fourth.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Today it's Star Wars Day.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Today.
- 9:24Speaker 2: I am going to power rank my top five favorite
- 9:26Speaker 2: Star Wars noises for today in Freak Show History.
- 9:28Speaker 3: Around seven am, it's Mikey and Bob ninety case.
- 9:32Speaker 2: I'm Mikey Young Bob Podcast today in Freak Show History.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Up next where I power rank my top five all
- 9:42Speaker 2: time Star Wars noises. On May the fourth, it's Mikey
- 9:44Speaker 2: and Bob The Kiss Morning Freak Show. Let's go international.
- 9:47Speaker 2: Here you go to Canada. It's our buddy Canadian Bacon
- 9:51Speaker 2: Brandon sending us a talkback message here brought to us
- 9:54Speaker 2: by one Team Media Miikey Bob.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Yeah, Canadian Bacon Brannon. Here, it's up b checking in
- 10:00Speaker 3: on some Pirates highlights here.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Yeah, what the hell is with that pylon?
- 10:09Speaker 3: Where did that come from? That's too funny.
- 10:12Speaker 2: It's a long story, Canadian Bacon Brandon, but it's a
- 10:15Speaker 2: good one. Basically before the season, fanatics put out a
- 10:18Speaker 2: shirt that was misprinted. It said hoist to the Cone
- 10:22Speaker 2: instead of hoist the colors. The team embraced it, and
- 10:26Speaker 2: now there's people that dress up as traffic cones to
- 10:29Speaker 2: go to the Pirates game. Dude, yesterday during the broadcast,
- 10:33Speaker 2: I just saw there was like a group of like
- 10:35Speaker 2: four middle aged women just dressed just traffic cones. And
- 10:39Speaker 2: I'm like, this is awesome. It's only the coolest thing
- 10:41Speaker 2: that's happened to the Pirates in years. Yeah. Pirates sweep
- 10:44Speaker 2: the Reds over the weekend, by the way, one nothing
- 10:46Speaker 2: win on Sunday Friday they won nine to one, and
- 10:49Speaker 2: then Saturday was awesome.
- 10:51Speaker 3: They won seventeen to seven. That game was hilarious.
- 10:55Speaker 2: At one point the Reds I think walked seven straight batters.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Just a weird game, but fun game. The Pirates sweep
- 11:02Speaker 2: the Reds over the weekend. They're off today, then six
- 11:04Speaker 2: game road trip against the National League West, which means
- 11:07Speaker 2: later starts.
- 11:08Speaker 3: Now.
- 11:09Speaker 2: The Penguins, of course, are out of it. If Guinny
- 11:12Speaker 2: Malkin was doing locker clean out day and you know,
- 11:15Speaker 2: telling everybody that he wants to stay. But what a
- 11:17Speaker 2: great question this was to Gino because obviously he's going
- 11:21Speaker 2: to be a free agent after the end of this season.
- 11:23Speaker 2: He's been with the team for like twenty damn years
- 11:25Speaker 2: with sid and it's just it would be sad to
- 11:28Speaker 2: see if Guinea Milkin play for another team. But somebody asked, Hey,
- 11:32Speaker 2: if the Penns don't want you, do you still want
- 11:34Speaker 2: to be in the NHL or is that going to
- 11:35Speaker 2: be it?
- 11:36Speaker 5: We know you said you want to play another year here,
- 11:38Speaker 5: but would you come back and play another year in
- 11:40Speaker 5: the NHL even if that wasn't with the Penguins.
- 11:42Speaker 4: Yes, I mean I won't play in NHL for Shure.
- 11:48Speaker 4: But again, I know it's it's not easy for Kyle.
- 11:53Speaker 4: You know, it's maybe he wants like new blood here.
- 11:57Speaker 4: Though I'm understanding, so I can be listening. I'm unders
- 12:00Speaker 4: like he wants playbe a new team like Senior faces here.
- 12:03Speaker 4: But and I won't play one way year in in
- 12:07Speaker 4: the NHL. I'm not uh looking back to Khel even
- 12:12Speaker 4: though I'll play in Russian but it's uh again, if
- 12:15Speaker 4: not peace groups, I hope.
- 12:17Speaker 3: Like uh Kim. Okay, I don't want this. I don't
- 12:21Speaker 3: like where this is headed here.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Okay, he doesn't want to go to KHL, he doesn't
- 12:24Speaker 2: want to play in Russia. But if Penguins don't give
- 12:27Speaker 2: him a deal, if he doesn't stay here, if if
- 12:30Speaker 2: Kyle Dubis depends, GM doesn't go, Hey, Gino, let's run
- 12:33Speaker 2: this back. You know, get pretty.
- 12:35Speaker 3: Good this year.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Just you know, a lot of guys didn't you know, playoffs.
- 12:39Speaker 2: It just wasn't happening. Watching Gino play with Ovechkin next year?
- 12:43Speaker 3: Why would you do that? Don't dude, don't bring that here.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Oh geez, god, both their last years probably Oh my god,
- 12:51Speaker 2: did you Russian assassins?
- 12:53Speaker 3: Yeah? I don't know, real life friends. Yeah, oh no,
- 12:57Speaker 3: don't do this to me, dubes. I mean, I don't
- 13:00Speaker 3: want it.
- 13:01Speaker 2: The rumor was always Geno to like Florida Panthers, right,
- 13:05Speaker 2: I don't know, something like that. Maybe years ago but like, yeah,
- 13:09Speaker 2: Gino and Obie playing on the same team together.
- 13:12Speaker 3: Let's stop that talk right now.
- 13:13Speaker 2: He gets his last ride, but no, no, that would
- 13:18Speaker 2: more be like Ovechkin's last ride, but it'd be with Melkin.
- 13:21Speaker 2: You know, you know, laying it on the table's going, man, Yeah,
- 13:25Speaker 2: I'm gonna play. Yeah, that's that's a bold move there
- 13:28Speaker 2: by Gino because now it puts the uh, the puck,
- 13:31Speaker 2: if you will, in Dubas's ice rink. So he you know,
- 13:36Speaker 2: I was gonna do ball in his court, but that's
- 13:38Speaker 2: I'm I'm an idiot. Yeah. So it's up to Dunes
- 13:42Speaker 2: now because told you where he stands, and he wants
- 13:45Speaker 2: to be back in Pittsburgh.
- 13:46Speaker 3: So we'll see how this all plays out.
- 13:48Speaker 2: Coming up next on the show, my top five favorite
- 13:51Speaker 2: Star Wars noises from the Star Wars movies and I'm
- 13:57Speaker 2: making the noises too for me the or It's Star
- 14:00Speaker 2: Wars Day here on the Kiss Morning Free Show. It's
- 14:02Speaker 2: coming up next, It's Mike and Bob, This is Stateside,
- 14:05Speaker 2: Pink Panthers, and Zar Larson on Friday show to prepare
- 14:11Speaker 2: for the Pittsburgh Marathon, which looked great over the weekend.
- 14:15Speaker 2: We discovered that we can leave messages for people while
- 14:19Speaker 2: they're running. If they cross like a certain mile marker,
- 14:22Speaker 2: then we would pop up in their in their headphones,
- 14:25Speaker 2: their AirPods, whatever and give them an inspirational message. We
- 14:29Speaker 2: did this for We did this for a few people
- 14:31Speaker 2: that were running the marathon over the weekend. So let's
- 14:33Speaker 2: get to this talkback message here, brought to us by
- 14:36Speaker 2: the Pavement group.
- 14:37Speaker 6: Well, miking, Bob, it's running a nice survived, barely survive
- 14:43Speaker 6: my first half marathon. I just want to thank Rebecca. Actually,
- 14:48Speaker 6: I mean, Bob, your message is great, but Rebecca's reminder
- 14:51Speaker 6: to not trust my farts was really like what got
- 14:53Speaker 6: me through.
- 14:53Speaker 2: I think, wait, wait a minute, he's talking about your wife, Becca,
- 14:57Speaker 2: did you leave running a message like at your house
- 15:00Speaker 2: sitting on my college.
- 15:01Speaker 3: Okay, and sent over his little thing to record. Yeah.
- 15:04Speaker 2: I just started making a message and all of a sudden,
- 15:07Speaker 2: like I'm I'm doing nipples and you know, I'm going
- 15:10Speaker 2: through the motions of sense I think could be a problem. Yeah,
- 15:13Speaker 2: and then like out of the corner of the room,
- 15:16Speaker 2: my wife's just like, don't crust your farts. Wow, it's
- 15:19Speaker 2: a good, good message. Tag yourself in come on, yeah, sure,
- 15:23Speaker 2: why not? Well you got rolling over the finish line.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Great job rowing and everybody who did the ale Or
- 15:29Speaker 2: half marathon. Congratulations. All right, special day today, it's May
- 15:33Speaker 2: the fourth. I'm a Star Wars person. I love Star Wars.
- 15:37Speaker 2: It is such a great escape for me. I watch
- 15:40Speaker 2: all the Star Wars stuff. I've explained this millions of
- 15:43Speaker 2: times on the show I Love Star Wars. Now for
- 15:46Speaker 2: today and freak show history. On May the fourth, Star
- 15:48Speaker 2: Wars Day, Let's take you back to when I was
- 15:51Speaker 2: asked to make my top five favorite Star Wars noises,
- 15:54Speaker 2: but I couldn't use the actual noise. I had to
- 15:57Speaker 2: make the noise myself. It's one of my favorite all
- 15:59Speaker 2: time power rankings.
- 16:00Speaker 3: Here here we go today History talking to me. Able
- 16:13Speaker 3: to do these noises? Good? If I can't use the
- 16:15Speaker 3: real noises?
- 16:17Speaker 1: Uh?
- 16:17Speaker 2: Top five Star Wars noises according to me, uh huh.
- 16:22Speaker 2: Number five the ton Ton from like when Luke was riding.
- 16:26Speaker 3: On Hoff in the snow. Number five, that was the
- 16:39Speaker 3: thing that Luke was riding on off. I don't know
- 16:44Speaker 3: what that is.
- 16:44Speaker 7: Number four the tie Fighter all that it's like, do
- 16:54Speaker 7: you know that the tie Fighter?
- 16:56Speaker 3: You know what I'm talking about right.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like it's here in the studio with me.
- 17:04Speaker 3: I'm going I took my headphones off.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Then I'm gonna move past.

- 17:24Speaker 2: I think I think I got a very close your
- 17:29Speaker 2: eyes if you're not driving.
- 17:31Speaker 3: Darth Vader just walked.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Pretty good, right, that's pretty good. It's not like dread guys.
- 17:41Speaker 2: It's not Darth Vader talking or nothing like that.
- 17:43Speaker 3: It's his south number two Tubaca here comes. I don't
- 17:58Speaker 3: know it sound a bad TUBEA. Go ahead? You got

- 23:28Speaker 2: don't think I've made it through one of those full
- 23:30Speaker 2: body scanners without it's setting off.
- 23:33Speaker 3: Without uh oh yeah, big man's hiding something. It's less invasive.
- 23:37Speaker 2: With the back of the hand to it's mud right, like, Okay,

- 24:33Speaker 3: Wow.
- 24:33Speaker 2: I think that might be the first use of the

- 36:31Speaker 2: big yellow planes that were such an affordable way to travel.
- 36:34Speaker 2: I love how Spirit Airlines was like a joke for
- 36:37Speaker 2: so long, and now they've taken Spirit Airlines away and
- 36:40Speaker 2: we're like, wait.
- 36:41Speaker 3: A minute, no, no, I like that. I like that
- 36:45Speaker 3: one sheep option where you know, it might not be
- 36:48Speaker 3: the best airline, but it's gonna get you where you
- 36:49Speaker 3: need to go to if there's no other options.
- 36:51Speaker 2: Spirit Airlines has uh has shut down, which you know
- 36:55Speaker 2: has sort of an uncertain future for the Arnold Palmer
- 36:58Speaker 2: Regional Airport there in late Tree because Spirit was flying
- 37:01Speaker 2: out of there. Definitely not great if you want to
- 37:03Speaker 2: travel someplace. It takes away another option, Like I don't
- 37:05Speaker 2: think any flyings affordable, even though Spirit is labeled as
- 37:09Speaker 2: the cheapest option usually. But like it's not good that
- 37:12Speaker 2: they're gone, Like that's definitely not a good thing. Devilware's
- 37:15Speaker 2: Product two kicked gass at the box office over the weekend.
- 37:20Speaker 2: It made two hundred and thirty three million worldwide seventy
- 37:24Speaker 2: seven million domestically. Compare that to two thousand and six
- 37:27Speaker 2: with the original Devilwaar's product made twenty seven and a
- 37:30Speaker 2: half million.
- 37:30Speaker 3: It's open, So I would say.
- 37:33Speaker 2: By those numbers, probably prepare for Devilware's Product three.
- 37:38Speaker 3: Yeah, because that made a lot of money.
- 37:40Speaker 2: Kentucky Derby delivered a record audience over the weekend as
- 37:46Speaker 2: what was the golden tempo?
- 37:48Speaker 3: Did the horse win?
- 37:50Speaker 2: No? Renegade Now, Renegade was the favorite to win the
- 37:54Speaker 2: Kentucky Derby. Renegade finished finished second, right behind Golden te
- 38:00Speaker 2: Bo who won the race. But there was some history though,
- 38:04Speaker 2: first time a female trainer has ever won the Kentucky Derley.
- 38:09Speaker 2: Derley the Deurly Sherry Devereux was the trainer for the
- 38:15Speaker 2: horse that won the Kentucky Derby. So by the way,
- 38:17Speaker 2: the live audience peaked for the Kentucky Derby. So when
- 38:20Speaker 2: the race was happening, uhuh, twenty four and a half
- 38:23Speaker 2: million people were watching on NBC and peacock. What horse
- 38:28Speaker 2: racing is such a bizarre thing twenty four because no
- 38:31Speaker 2: one cares at all. Some people are even just against
- 38:34Speaker 2: the sport. But that didn't they have an I'm for
- 38:37Speaker 2: like six hours or something too. It goes on all day,
- 38:39Speaker 2: but then there's like this, this real quick, like a
- 38:42Speaker 2: couple minute period where twenty four and a half million
- 38:46Speaker 2: people just go, you know what, I'm gonna watch some horses. Also,
- 38:51Speaker 2: we got some tour cancelations here. Zane has canceled his tour,
- 38:56Speaker 2: you know, formerly one Direction. He was supposed to play
- 38:58Speaker 2: the Arena July twenty Yeah. Yeah, yeah, he's uh, he's's
- 39:02Speaker 2: canceled his tour. Well not all of it though, He's
- 39:05Speaker 2: still gonna do shows in the UK and Mexico and
- 39:08Speaker 2: South America. But yeah, Zane's not coming anymore. Also the US,
- 39:12Speaker 2: the US leg is done.
- 39:14Speaker 3: Yeah okay.
- 39:15Speaker 2: Also, Post Malone and Jelly Roll have postponed their Big
- 39:20Speaker 2: Ass Stadium tour this summer.
- 39:22Speaker 13: Uh.
- 39:23Speaker 2: Post Malone said the timing didn't line up.
- 39:26Speaker 3: After looking at the schedule.
- 39:28Speaker 2: Uh, saying that he didn't want to rush the process
- 39:31Speaker 2: because he's working on new music.
- 39:33Speaker 3: Hey, post Malone, you knew when the tour dates were waiting,
- 39:38Speaker 3: the timing didn't line up. I'm just sick of artists.
- 39:41Speaker 3: Every art he has like a lying like just I
- 39:44Speaker 3: didn't sell tickets. You guys don't love me anymore.
- 39:47Speaker 2: Sorry, But like tour busses had like full on recording studios,
- 39:50Speaker 2: and like artists make music everywhere. Yeah, it sort of
- 39:53Speaker 2: seems like that's what you say when you can't sell tickets,
- 39:56Speaker 2: Like post Malone said, I didn't have the time to
- 39:58Speaker 2: finish the new album before or the tour starts. Hey
- 40:01Speaker 2: post Malone, who cares? Then we'll just hey, play your
- 40:04Speaker 2: old hits that we want to hear anyway. You know,
- 40:07Speaker 2: he says, we ain't ready for tour just yet, So
- 40:09Speaker 2: I'm making the decision to push the.
- 40:11Speaker 3: Tour back so pretty much. It didn't fell about three
- 40:13Speaker 3: weeks so we can get the album done.
- 40:16Speaker 2: Uh.
- 40:16Speaker 3: Yeah, it wasn't selling good. That's it.
- 40:18Speaker 2: Like nobody has a sold out show where they just go, yeah,
- 40:22Speaker 2: I sold out this stadium. But I'm thinking I need
- 40:26Speaker 2: to work on new music. The only reason usually unless
- 40:29Speaker 2: it's like some medical figure. They're not sound tickets. It's
- 40:33Speaker 2: nobody cancels like big sold out show.
- 40:35Speaker 3: Now that money away. No, And also it's not a
- 40:38Speaker 3: surprise like, oh man, what do you mean I have
- 40:41Speaker 3: a summer tour to do with Jelly Roll? So yeah,
- 40:44Speaker 3: I like post Malone, but come on, man, just I
- 40:48Speaker 3: mean artists.
- 40:49Speaker 2: Artists are never gonna say I'm not selling tickets, but
- 40:52Speaker 2: they should because I think being open and honest, even
- 40:56Speaker 2: with your fans is like, hey, lest we want to
- 40:58Speaker 2: cancel some dates.
- 40:59Speaker 3: We gotta start moving some tickets here.
- 41:01Speaker 2: So uh, it's delayed, might be canceled. We'll see what
- 41:06Speaker 2: happens with Post Malone and Jelly Roll. But just like Zane,
- 41:09Speaker 2: they are they're moving, moving tour dates or just outright
- 41:13Speaker 2: canceling them.
- 41:14Speaker 3: All right. We will hear from if Guinny Malkin, and
- 41:16Speaker 3: Sidney Crosby about the future, especially for Gino, he's a
- 41:20Speaker 3: free agent. Coming up around eight forty, we'll tell you
- 41:23Speaker 3: about our big sly deck in Fence Deck Dot Deck
- 41:26Speaker 3: Party contest We're doing around eight to fifty five and
- 41:30Speaker 3: your chance to win one thousand dollars around nine ten.
- 41:32Speaker 3: It's Mikey and Bob ninety It Sabrina Carpenter When did
- 41:39Speaker 3: you Get Hot?
- 41:39Speaker 2: It's your weird, oddly shaped Pittsburgh Uncles, Mike and Bob,
- 41:43Speaker 2: The Kiss Morning Freak Show. Hey, congratulations, Noahcon noa CON's
- 41:47Speaker 2: got the number one album in the country, his fourth album,
- 41:51Speaker 2: The Great Divide.
- 41:52Speaker 13: It's his biggest debut week that he's ever had. It's
- 41:56Speaker 13: the third largest debut of the year, behind BTS and
- 42:00Speaker 13: Harry Styles. But Noah Con The Great Divide had the
- 42:03Speaker 13: largest streaming week of any album this year. Usually, I
- 42:07Speaker 13: think when a new album comes out and it's an
- 42:09Speaker 13: artist I really like, like, I'll listen to it a
- 42:11Speaker 13: few times, and then you know, I'll be like, all right, well,
- 42:14Speaker 13: let me go back to my other music.
- 42:16Speaker 3: I like this song, I like that song.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Bro. This this album has just been on repeat, repeat, repeat,
- 42:22Speaker 2: put it on shuffle, don't even care what song comes up.
- 42:25Speaker 3: Repeat.
- 42:26Speaker 2: I'm saying a lot of that's probably me getting the uh,
- 42:31Speaker 2: the streaming record there's all on. You might just be
- 42:34Speaker 2: me for Noah Khan. All right, let's get to uh.
- 42:37Speaker 2: Let's get to a couple of messages here. We got
- 42:39Speaker 2: a couple of people that want to say something nice.
- 42:40Speaker 3: Let's get to this. Say something nice, Say something nice.
- 42:47Speaker 11: Mikey and Big Bob.
- 42:48Speaker 14: Hey, this is Kim from Green Tree and I don't
- 42:51Speaker 14: know if you have done say something nice, say something nice.
- 42:55Speaker 2: Shit, I'm gonna tell you something, Kim. It doesn't matter
- 42:57Speaker 2: if we've done it or if we haven't done it.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Anytime you say something nice time on our show, Say
- 43:06Speaker 2: something nice, say something nice.
- 43:09Speaker 14: But I just wanted to give a shout out to
- 43:11Speaker 14: all of the runners, volunteers, absolutely first emergency staff, please, city,
- 43:17Speaker 14: et cetera that came out yesterday for the marathon.
- 43:20Speaker 3: It was fantastic.
- 43:21Speaker 14: Lots of energy and congratulations to all the winners.
- 43:25Speaker 11: Wait do you go everybody?
- 43:26Speaker 3: Yeah, Happy birthday, Bob, Happy birthday to me.
- 43:28Speaker 11: Mind's New Year's Eve.
- 43:31Speaker 2: At the end, thank you, ma'am. Bob's birthday again, New
- 43:33Speaker 2: Year's Day. It's uh, it's not today. Let's get to
- 43:38Speaker 2: another one here. Say something nice, say something nice.
- 43:48Speaker 3: Say something nice.
- 43:50Speaker 15: Yeah, say something nice, Okay a.
- 43:52Speaker 3: Little bit, say something nice, Say something nice.
- 43:59Speaker 15: Hi, Nikey, Bob. Recently to my double dumplings broken Wait
- 44:05Speaker 15: a minute.
- 44:06Speaker 3: Old dumplings broke the dumplings broke. Recently, two of the
- 44:11Speaker 3: dumplings broke. Oh my goodness. She's obviously not talking about
- 44:15Speaker 3: like dumplings that we cook and eat right now, like
- 44:18Speaker 3: the squishies. Two down, man, two dumplings down. That's tragic.
- 44:23Speaker 15: Didn't like all year in last year, and I really
- 44:29Speaker 15: wanted to heal the show and thank you very much.
- 44:32Speaker 2: But you know what you are on the show now.
- 44:35Speaker 2: You know why because you uh your dumplings. You broke
- 44:40Speaker 2: the dumplings. Sorry to hear about. So you're on the show.
- 44:43Speaker 3: Now, say something nice, say something nice. I remember when
- 44:50Speaker 3: I was like little kid well listening to the radio.
- 44:54Speaker 3: I remember there.
- 44:55Speaker 2: Was this this guy that was on the radio when
- 44:57Speaker 2: I was growing up. His name was Doctor and I
- 45:01Speaker 2: called his radio show when I was probably like b
- 45:04Speaker 2: ten twelve years old, and I was just like.
- 45:07Speaker 3: I I'm funny. I could be on the radio and
- 45:10Speaker 3: they just hung up on me.
- 45:12Speaker 2: So whenever we get a kid that enjoys the show
- 45:14Speaker 2: calls the show, they're going right on why because I
- 45:18Speaker 2: don't want to be doctor Don.
- 45:20Speaker 3: Doctor Don was a jerk to me all these years.
- 45:25Speaker 2: Yep, it hands it stuck with me all these years.
- 45:29Speaker 2: Para day in May you can win tickets some of
- 45:32Speaker 2: the biggest concerts coming this spring and summer and fall
- 45:35Speaker 2: to Pittsburgh Today. It's Bruno Mars tickets that you're trying
- 45:38Speaker 2: to win. You send us a talkback massive.
- 45:40Speaker 16: Lauren English from Pleasant Hills, really hoping to end the
- 45:43Speaker 16: summer on a high note before I head back to teaching.
- 45:47Speaker 8: So consider me, Jesse.
- 45:49Speaker 1: I'm Pittsburgh and I'm dying. I guess you Bruno Mars.
- 45:52Speaker 3: Good morning, Mike and Big Bob.
- 45:54Speaker 10: This is Debbie coming from Pittsburgh, PA on NORSEAD doing
- 45:58Speaker 10: the talk back to try to win t gets your
- 46:00Speaker 10: Bruno Mars.
- 46:01Speaker 17: And this is Julia from Greenfield aka Mike McCarthy stomping grounds.
- 46:07Speaker 17: But I'm entering to win the Bruno Mars tickets and
- 46:11Speaker 17: I really need to see Brune.
- 46:14Speaker 3: No mo nice.
- 46:15Speaker 11: This is Diane and we want to go see Bruno Mars.
- 46:19Speaker 3: Why he is such a dance concert Please call us.
- 46:23Speaker 11: We want to go.

- 46:30Speaker 3: Yeah. Keep sending your talkback messages.
- 46:33Speaker 2: Paraday in May you can win a pair of tickets
- 46:35Speaker 2: go see Bruno Mars today here on ninety six to
- 46:37Speaker 2: one kiss. It is Mikey and Bob and of course
- 46:40Speaker 2: the Penguins are are out of it now and it's
- 46:43Speaker 2: just sad like locker clean out stuff that happened recently.
- 46:46Speaker 2: And if Getny Malklin is going to be a free agent,
- 46:49Speaker 2: and he was just you know, talking about how he
- 46:51Speaker 2: wants to stay with the team and in the city.
- 46:54Speaker 3: Sound boar here and all.
- 46:56Speaker 4: It's not just as it's fans, it's uh, it's friends.
- 47:03Speaker 4: It's lots of memories here. Never forget that plush again,
- 47:08Speaker 4: it's best moment. My son broke here.
- 47:10Speaker 3: Yeah, family, son was born here.
- 47:12Speaker 2: I don't think he wants to play with another team
- 47:15Speaker 2: or another city. But he was asked if the Penguins
- 47:18Speaker 2: don't re sign you, do you still want to play
- 47:20Speaker 2: in the NHL or are you just going to retire?
- 47:22Speaker 2: Do you want to play for another team?
- 47:24Speaker 4: Yes, I mean I won't play NHL for sure. But
- 47:29Speaker 4: again I know it's it's not easy for style. You know,
- 47:34Speaker 4: it's maybe he wants like a new blood here. You though,
- 47:37Speaker 4: I'm understanding it's like business and I understand like he
- 47:42Speaker 4: wants maybe new team like senior faces here, but I
- 47:46Speaker 4: won't play one way year in NHL. I'm not looking
- 47:51Speaker 4: back to Khell, you know, play in Russia. But it's again,
- 47:56Speaker 4: if not Petsburg, I hope, like some him.
- 48:00Speaker 3: I don't like hearing that.
- 48:02Speaker 2: I'm not the option to go someplace, just that he
- 48:05Speaker 2: wants to, not that he wants he wants to stay
- 48:08Speaker 2: in Pittsburg, right, but the fact that Kyle Dubas if
- 48:11Speaker 2: they don't figure out a way to resign him and
- 48:13Speaker 2: make it part of.
- 48:14Speaker 3: The team, he's willing to move on if he has to. Yeah,
- 48:17Speaker 3: I don't that's I don't know if I like that.
- 48:19Speaker 2: He still wants to play in the NH. Yeah, I
- 48:21Speaker 2: don't know if I like that. Here with Sidney Crosby
- 48:23Speaker 2: talking about Gino, I.
- 48:25Speaker 18: Mean, it's uh, it's tough. I mean, we'll see what happens.
- 48:28Speaker 18: We've played together so long. I think, uh, you know,
- 48:32Speaker 18: it's clear I'd love to be playing with him for
- 48:34Speaker 18: for longer.
- 48:35Speaker 3: So we'll see what happens.
- 48:36Speaker 18: But just his ability to step up, his competitiveness, the
- 48:40Speaker 18: energy that he brings to the rank every day.
- 48:41Speaker 3: He still loves it, he still.
- 48:43Speaker 18: Wants to win, and he's a determined guy with a
- 48:46Speaker 18: lot of pride, and I think, uh, you know, for
- 48:49Speaker 18: as long as he's played here, I think he's been
- 48:52Speaker 18: part of setting the standard. And it's pretty obviously at
- 48:54Speaker 18: this point, you know, I'd love to keep playing with him.
- 48:56Speaker 2: All right, Well, if we don't keep if Anny malcol,
- 48:59Speaker 2: that's gonna be Sidney Crosby sad and angry. And we
- 49:02Speaker 2: don't want angry and sad Sidney Crosby, do we? Just
- 49:07Speaker 2: you know, how much is he gonna cost?
- 49:09Speaker 11: Come on more?
- 49:11Speaker 3: You we got this, bard dubes, you might as well.
- 49:14Speaker 2: Just it's sad though. Hockey's over for us here in Pittsburgh.
- 49:17Speaker 2: And I didn't even turn any of the NHL games on.
- 49:21Speaker 2: I was just like, do we really want to see
- 49:23Speaker 2: Gino into like a Capitol's jersey?
- 49:25Speaker 15: No?
- 49:26Speaker 2: I don't want to see him in any other jersey
- 49:28Speaker 2: other than the Penguins or some weird Russian team that
- 49:30Speaker 2: he plays for when he's like sixty years old, like
- 49:33Speaker 2: Yoger did. But now the possibility of getting can not
- 49:37Speaker 2: being in a Penguins jersey is a sad thing to
- 49:39Speaker 2: think about.
- 49:40Speaker 3: All right.
- 49:40Speaker 2: Coming up next around eight fifty five, we will tell
- 49:43Speaker 2: you how you can get yourself a brand new deck
- 49:47Speaker 2: and then have me and Bob over to party on
- 49:50Speaker 2: your new deck. That's coming up, Well, deck deck party
- 49:53Speaker 2: that's coming up around eight fifty five, Your chance at
- 49:55Speaker 2: one thousand dollars.

- 50:45Speaker 3: May with you.
- 50:46Speaker 11: Mikey, I need to say that I don't know, And
- 50:50Speaker 11: happy birthday, Bob.
- 50:51Speaker 3: It's not Bob's birthday. He's not a Star Wars baby.
- 50:54Speaker 3: He's a New Year's baby.
- 50:54Speaker 2: Bob's birthdays January first, but for some reason, all of
- 50:57Speaker 2: our listeners are trying to wish him happy birthday every
- 51:00Speaker 2: day for the rest of the year.
- 51:02Speaker 3: Let's get to another quick message here.
- 51:04Speaker 2: Good morning, boys.
- 51:05Speaker 14: Just wanted to call in and let you know there
- 51:07Speaker 14: is a local naked story on the news where I
- 51:10Speaker 14: live up Towards, Indiana.
- 51:12Speaker 16: Here a naked man.
- 51:14Speaker 18: At a punks the Tawny hospital.

- 51:29Speaker 2: take a look, all right, anybody, do you want to
- 51:34Speaker 2: do it?
- 51:34Speaker 3: You want me to do it? You want to save
- 51:36Speaker 3: the groundhog jokes? Or yeah, we can save him. Let's
- 51:39Speaker 3: wait till we Geturry hog. Well, wait again, I'm there.
- 51:44Speaker 1: I'm there.
- 51:44Speaker 3: Now we crossed, I'm there now, Verry Hogs out. Now,
- 51:48Speaker 3: it's already done. Now, Harry Hog. All right, there you go.
- 51:51Speaker 3: That was us covering. That's how we were going to
- 51:53Speaker 3: cover it. Anyway. It was gonna end with Furry Hog.
- 51:57Speaker 3: I'll take a look for it to you if if
- 51:59Speaker 3: there's anything else, do it.
- 52:00Speaker 2: You see the top pack guys brought the groundhog in
- 52:02Speaker 2: for the Pirates game the other day. Just the groundhog
- 52:07Speaker 2: threw out that first pick. Groundhog can't throw. They should
- 52:10Speaker 2: have thrown the groundhog. That's not even in any god,
- 52:13Speaker 2: that's not even in a be mean to animals way.
- 52:15Speaker 2: That's in a nice way, a nice groundhog toss toss.
- 52:19Speaker 2: But then the pirate parrot has that big goofy mit
- 52:23Speaker 2: and he cradles it. Yes, yes, he kisses it softly.
- 52:28Speaker 3: Punks of Tony phil as the first pitch. You know what,
- 52:32Speaker 3: just let everybody throw.
- 52:33Speaker 2: That groundhog for the first pitch. Rest of the summer.
- 52:36Speaker 2: Let's go bucks, huh fuzzy hog. Hey, you want a
- 52:40Speaker 2: new deck? You want me and Bob to come over
- 52:42Speaker 2: and hang out at your house. It won't be weird.
- 52:44Speaker 2: Trust me, we're normal guys. Deck dot Deck party.

- 54:05Speaker 10: Hi, boys, a few thoughts this weekend catching up on
- 54:08Speaker 10: the podcast because my life has been as crazy as yours.
- 54:12Speaker 11: It sounds like lately, but you know, it really sucks.
- 54:16Speaker 10: The worst time to catch up is after like the
- 54:19Speaker 10: Steelers lose or the Pens loser.
- 54:21Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what, I agree exactly what you say,
- 54:24Speaker 2: because a lot of times people, you know, life is happening.
- 54:26Speaker 3: We know that you don't get to listen to the
- 54:28Speaker 3: full show every morning.
- 54:30Speaker 2: We know that you're catching up on the podcast, but
- 54:32Speaker 2: you only make it through like half an episode and
- 54:34Speaker 2: then you got things to do and then you don't
- 54:35Speaker 2: go back.
- 54:36Speaker 3: But when people are catching up, it does suck. When
- 54:40Speaker 3: like Pittsburgh Sports is a freight train.
- 54:43Speaker 2: Yeah, and we're talking about the Pens and the Flyer series,
- 54:47Speaker 2: oh Man, Force Game seven.
- 54:49Speaker 3: People are listening to it just like gonna happen.
- 54:52Speaker 2: Boys, it's kind of sad, you know, you know, hot end,
- 54:54Speaker 2: it's kind of sad, Just damn that it just sucks.
- 54:58Speaker 11: Also, Happy birthday, my and I'm happy birthday, Bob, because.
- 55:02Speaker 2: You know, yeah, you know what today should be my birthday.
- 55:04Speaker 2: It's made the fourth Star Wars Day should be my birthday.
- 55:06Speaker 11: And also thank you Mikey for sharing what you did.
- 55:10Speaker 11: We love you and we love to support you.
- 55:12Speaker 2: Do you think she's talking about sharing my top five
- 55:16Speaker 2: favorite Star Wars characters of all time? Or do you
- 55:18Speaker 2: think she's talking about when I was sharing about my
- 55:22Speaker 2: mental health a couple of weeks ago, how it's in.
- 55:24Speaker 3: The crapper on the show. Probably the second one, Probably
- 55:27Speaker 3: the second one.
- 55:28Speaker 10: Yeah, Star Wars and Mikey, listen what you're going through
- 55:31Speaker 10: and your family's going through.
- 55:33Speaker 11: I deal with it every day.
- 55:34Speaker 10: I'm a hospice social worker, and I'm not saying that
- 55:36Speaker 10: your father in law is there. It's just I've been
- 55:39Speaker 10: a community social worker for a while and what you
- 55:42Speaker 10: think is available isn't And it just sucks.
- 55:45Speaker 2: Yeah, if you know it's my father in law is
- 55:48Speaker 2: not a problem at all. My father in law is great.
- 55:50Speaker 2: He lives with us. He's been living with us for
- 55:51Speaker 2: a few months now. And you know, he's older, and
- 55:54Speaker 2: we got the chair lift at our house and everything
- 55:57Speaker 2: like that. But he doesn't need like you know, twenty
- 55:59Speaker 2: four care and everything, like he can get up by himself,
- 56:02Speaker 2: go to the bathroom, all that stuff. It's just, you know,
- 56:05Speaker 2: it's a lot when you have another person moving your
- 56:07Speaker 2: household that you got to take care of like that.
- 56:09Speaker 2: But that's just one of like the millions of things
- 56:11Speaker 2: that are going on in my life right now.
- 56:13Speaker 10: And families are just left and you don't understand the
- 56:15Speaker 10: system and they don't make it easy.
- 56:18Speaker 11: So please reach out if you ever have questions.
- 56:20Speaker 10: I'm not trying to solicit to you for my services
- 56:23Speaker 10: is like you know, work, but like just need you know,
- 56:26Speaker 10: we all want to help you and anything we can do.
- 56:28Speaker 11: Thank you. I love you guys. Keep doing what you're
- 56:31Speaker 11: doing because you make everybody just happier.
- 56:33Speaker 3: Thank you for the nice message.
- 56:35Speaker 2: The one thing I got to worry about the most
- 56:36Speaker 2: of dealing with living with my father in law is
- 56:40Speaker 2: all of a sudden, food will go missing.
- 56:42Speaker 3: So if I got the good stuff, what do you mean,
- 56:44Speaker 3: I got snacks and whatnot and squirrels it away? Yeah
- 56:50Speaker 3: from again, he'll.
- 56:51Speaker 17: Be done it.
- 56:52Speaker 3: He'll be done in the kitchen.
- 56:53Speaker 2: Like he basically lives upstairs he's got his TV room, bathroom,
- 56:56Speaker 2: bedroom up there, so he basically stays upstairs.
- 56:59Speaker 3: But when he comes down, he's in the kitchen.
- 57:02Speaker 2: You'll be sniping some stuff and taking it upstairs, and
- 57:06Speaker 2: I'll be like.
- 57:06Speaker 3: I go to Jamie.
- 57:07Speaker 2: I'll go, did you eat my little Debby snack cake?
- 57:10Speaker 2: He's like, I didn't even know you have. I'm my
- 57:12Speaker 2: dad must up and then I don't want to say anything.
- 57:15Speaker 2: Oh he's my father in law.
- 57:17Speaker 3: You know, he's held it out just like you know what.
