Scott interviews Daniel Larison about his recent article on the Iran Nuclear Deal negotiations. Before getting to that, Scott asks Larison about his reaction to the ceasefire in Yemen. Larison points out that nearly all ceasefires to occur in Yemen so far have actually been excuses for forces to regroup. However, he agrees with Scott that this one appears different.
