- 0:41Hi, it's Adam here. And in today's episode of The
- 0:46Hypnotist, I'm not going to be doing a hypnosis session.
- 0:50It's this weird time of year between Christmas and New Year's
- 0:56that I think a lot of people have this deep intuitive insight
- 1:05as to the kind of changes they want to make.
- 1:08It's this closing of 1 chapter, beginning of a new one, and you
- 1:13get this powerful clarity, I think at this time of the year
- 1:20that maybe you get when you're in some deep relaxation kind of
- 1:26place or on holiday far away from reality or maybe on your
- 1:30birthday. But where the majority of people
- 1:34get this kind of sense of clarity is now.
- 1:38This is a wonderful time and I thought for this episode it may
- 1:44be helpful for me to share some pearls of wisdom from being a
- 1:50hypnotherapist for coming up to about 12 years now, thousands of
- 1:55clients are helping people to create changes, seeing the
- 2:00things that stopped them making changes.
- 2:03And when it works well and when you work with that many people,
- 2:08you do get some pearls of wisdom.
- 2:11So I thought it might be helpful to share some of them.
- 2:14So the very first, let's say, Pearl of Wisdom, at this time of
- 2:22year, a lot of people make resolutions, a lot of people set
- 2:24goals. And I'm a big believer in goal
- 2:27setting. But I do think there is
- 2:31something even more powerful than setting a goal.
- 2:35And that is when you choose to set powerful intentions.
- 2:41And a lot of people are against that idea because intentions
- 2:45tend to be vague. But what intentions have, I
- 2:50believe, is they can have the power of meaning and emotion,
- 2:56which makes them so more valuable than just a goal.
- 3:01And you know that to be true because if you think about
- 3:04previous years and you were to look at some of the goals that
- 3:08you've written down, some of those goals you made no effort
- 3:14at all to make any progress on. And therefore, if goal setting
- 3:19is so powerful, why was it that some of those goals you made
- 3:23incredible progress and some of those goals you didn't make any
- 3:27progress at all. And for me, one of those reasons
- 3:33that makes a big difference is the power of intention.
- 3:38And when I think back to where it all came from, me wanting to
- 3:44be a hypnotherapist, there was one insight that I had that was
- 3:51based on things I was interested in and and a way that I thought
- 3:56I might be able to have a positive impact on the world.
- 4:00And in that moment, I set the intention not to have a
- 4:04hypnotherapy clinic, but to be a hypnotherapist.
- 4:10And being a hypnotherapist meant that I had to study
- 4:12hypnotherapy. I need to have a place to work
- 4:17from, I needed to get good. But all of those things were
- 4:20side effects of the intention of being a hypnotherapist.
- 4:26Later that intention evolved and then I wanted to be an
- 4:31innovative hypnotherapist and I wanted to do things in
- 4:35hypnotherapy that people weren't doing or or weren't trying.
- 4:40But it came from an intention. And I would encourage you at
- 4:45this time of year to really think about your intentions.
- 4:51Focus on what you want to be, what you want to achieve.
- 4:57So the things you want to have, what you want to experience, but
- 5:00think in terms of intentions rather than goals.
- 5:05And what you might find is some of those intentions naturally
- 5:09lead to goals and action points and things to do.
- 5:14But I would say it's much more powerful if you were to start
- 5:202025 with two or three powerful intentions than 100 goals.
- 5:28So that would be my tip #1 is to think about those two or three
- 5:32powerful intentions. Imagine vividly what it would be
- 5:36like to live those intentions. Because the subconscious mind
- 5:41thrives on clarity. And if you've got clear
- 5:44intentions and a meaning, a purpose linked to those
- 5:48intentions, the subconscious will work it's magic for you.
- 5:54So that's tip #1. Tip #2 is to harness the power
- 6:01of self talk. A lot of people are aware of
- 6:06their inner dialogue. Most people aren't.
- 6:09For most people, it's an unconscious thing.
- 6:14It's like a clock ticking in a room that you've become unaware
- 6:20of. It's there, but you can't hear
- 6:23it. And for a lot of people, the
- 6:26self talk, the inner dialogue, if you ask them, are they
- 6:31talking to themselves? Because there's fears, there's
- 6:33connotations of schizophrenia and that you're mad.
- 6:38If you talk to yourself, most people will either not realise
- 6:43they're doing it or feel ashamed to say, Oh yeah, I, I talk to
- 6:47myself all the time. The power of self talk, I would
- 6:53say is, I mean it is very powerful.
- 6:56Most people that I've worked with, with severe anxiety, fear
- 7:00of rejection, fear of worthlessness and judgement,
- 7:05they're talking to themselves all the time non-stop in their
- 7:08in their own head. And the irony is if it was a
- 7:12different person saying some of the things they were saying to
- 7:16themselves, they'd punch them in the face.
- 7:19They wouldn't tolerate it at all, but because they're telling
- 7:23it to themselves, they do accept it.
- 7:26And worse than that, they believe it.
- 7:28And if you're in a dialogue is motivating and encouraging and
- 7:36supportive and understanding, it's like you've got a
- 7:40therapist, a best friend, a motivational speaker inside your
- 7:45head all of the time. That would be an advantage.
- 7:49But just imagine you've got someone critical and pessimistic
- 7:54and sarcastic and mean spirited in your head.
- 8:00Well, then it would make it very challenging to do anything.
- 8:04And, and sometimes you've got different inner dialogues with
- 8:08different motives. So many people have seen at
- 8:11least one episode of a cartoon where the character is having a
- 8:15dilemma and there is a an Angel on one shoulder and a devil on
- 8:20the other, and they're trying to sway them into a different
- 8:24decision. That actually happens a lot with
- 8:28people not visualizing it as a as a devil and as an Angel.
- 8:33These are just archetypes, but this kind of conflict of being
- 8:38pulled in different directions is way more common than you
- 8:42would think. So if we accept that your inner
- 8:45dialogue shapes and influences your reality and your emotional
- 8:49states, then it's safe to say that if we change that self talk
- 8:55to make it useful and empowering, that spread over a
- 9:00year can have, you know, mind boggling impact on the quality
- 9:04of someone's life. And you can do with that in many
- 9:07different things. The simplest is affirmations and
- 9:10train yourself to say a good thing to yourself, but sometimes
- 9:15these parts are unconscious and hypnotherapy can work with those
- 9:18parts. There's an episode that I
- 9:22created is available on the podcast if you check it down.
- 9:25I think I called it ChatGPT because it sounds similar to
- 9:30ChatGPT, but the Chad is because the client that I worked with
- 9:35had a previous boss called Chad that was always encouraging and
- 9:40positive and he's in a dialogue wasn't like that.
- 9:44He had very harsh critical parents.
- 9:47So we just changed that harsh critical voice to a positive,
- 9:51empowering voice in a single session and it worked wonders.
- 9:55So check out that episode and and lots of other episodes that
- 10:00deal with in a dialogue #3 develop a relaxation ritual.
- 10:09Stress hinders progress. It becomes almost like the the
- 10:17gunk that can kind of clog up all the cogs stop things moving
- 10:21in the right direction. Also, for most people, the way
- 10:25that they cope with stress tends to lead to other problems and
- 10:30that could be drink, drugs, food, distractions, you know
- 10:35those things can have their own issues.
- 10:38So if we say that having that kind of every now and then, the
- 10:42ability to get very relaxed is a useful thing, figure out what
- 10:48works for you. Now that might be a walk in
- 10:52nature. That might be finding a good
- 10:55massage therapist. That might be finding a hypnosis
- 11:00podcast like this one or meditation music.
- 11:04Find something and do it regularly, and if you do that
- 11:09and you can get into that very relaxed state consistently, it's
- 11:16going to really make you more resourceful.
- 11:21A great definition of stress is is demands in comparison to
- 11:26resources. So if you've got a relaxation
- 11:29ritual that brings down the perceived demands while
- 11:34simultaneously making you feel more resourceful, you're going
- 11:38to be the same person but feel like a like you've got a
- 11:42superpower that you can handle more of what life throws at you.
- 11:48So figure out what works for you.
- 11:51For me, it's the gym. You know, a good workout helps a
- 11:55lot. I have a hot tub in my garden.
- 11:59Sitting in the hot tub, no music, just with my own
- 12:03thoughts. That helps me.
- 12:06I listen to my own hypnosis sessions on this podcast.
- 12:09So I've got like 2-3, four things that I do consistently
- 12:14that can always get me in a relaxed state of mind.
- 12:16You've just got to figure out what they are for you and make
- 12:21sure they're not one offs. You're not going to get fit
- 12:24going to the gym once and you're not going to get relaxed doing
- 12:28something relaxing once. And and for some people, they'll
- 12:32have a relaxing holiday once a year that isn't enough.
- 12:35You need to come up with a ritual that does it more
- 12:39consistently. So tip #4 is beliefs are again
- 12:49one of these double edged swords, these very sharp double
- 12:53edged swords. Strong, empowering, useful
- 12:55beliefs can help you in ways you know you won't be able to
- 13:01comprehend. But just a few limiting or
- 13:05disempowering beliefs can almost make something impossible.
- 13:11And I guarantee right now there'll be someone listening to
- 13:14this that we're told they were stupid or an idiot throughout
- 13:18their childhood and they believe it.
- 13:21Or they were told that success is for other people but not you,
- 13:26and they believe it. Or that you're a slow learner
- 13:30and you believe it. And what if these beliefs aren't
- 13:34true, but you're acting as if they're true?
- 13:39That would mean that there is this world of possibilities that
- 13:44becomes invisible for you. I think a great metaphor for
- 13:48thinking about belief systems. It's like the lenses that you
- 13:53view the world. And I did this on myself when I
- 13:56was in a very, very dark place, full of anxiety, full of fear.
- 14:01My fear was social anxiety was people.
- 14:04And I did some early hypnosis on myself.
- 14:07I was about 20 years old. And I came up with this acronym
- 14:11about how people are precious. And each of the letters in the
- 14:15word precious represented a different positive attribute of
- 14:20people. Bearing in mind I was very
- 14:23socially anxious, very shy, very, you know, in, in a, in a
- 14:28state of constant anxiety. And I really wired this into my
- 14:33mind. And the next day I was walking
- 14:36through the same town, but the people were different.
- 14:41I would, I was noticing people were smiling at me.
- 14:43I was noticing positive interactions with people.
- 14:49Clearly the world was the same, but I was seeing the world
- 14:54differently just because I changed the perception about how
- 14:58I perceived people. And that was one belief.
- 15:01And I've changed a lot of my beliefs since back then.
- 15:06But it's been incredible because if you believe, just imagine
- 15:12that you believe that people are dangerous, people are out to get
- 15:15you. You would act very differently
- 15:18around people than if you believed that people are a
- 15:22source of inspiration and kind of connection.
- 15:26The people could be the same, but you would see different
- 15:28things in them. So I would say it doesn't have
- 15:32to be beliefs about people. It could be beliefs about your
- 15:34capabilities, beliefs about your future, beliefs about your past.
- 15:39But by changing just a few, limiting beliefs or
- 15:43disempowering beliefs and making them powerful for you could be
- 15:48life changing. So really think about them.
- 15:51And I would encourage you that, and it's a tip linked to this
- 15:56idea of reframing limiting beliefs.
- 15:59Keep a journal. You don't have to do it daily,
- 16:03but keep a journal so you get thoughts out of your head into
- 16:06something that you can reflect on and learn from.
- 16:11And if you state something that you feel is true, you're writing
- 16:16down a belief. And that belief may or may not
- 16:19be useful, but it's difficult to catch it in the moment.
- 16:22It's obvious when you look back, and then you can see your
- 16:26beliefs more objectively. So have some form of a journal
- 16:32where you get thoughts, ideas, emotions out of your head down
- 16:35where you can actually reflect on that.
- 16:38And then when you find those disempowering, limiting beliefs,
- 16:45change them. Could be with a hypnotist, it
- 16:48could be you work on yourself, it could be that you do some
- 16:51kind of self hypnosis. But if you find something that
- 16:54is not working for you, change is One of the most powerful
- 16:58things you can do. Tip #5 is to leverage
- 17:04visualization. And you know, whether you call
- 17:10it visualization, whether you call it imagination, whether you
- 17:13call it future pacing, there's a lot of different words that mean
- 17:16exactly the same thing. And that is to imagine things as
- 17:23you would want them to be. And the very first tip, just to
- 17:26remind you was set positive intentions.
- 17:31Imagine living as if those positive intentions have already
- 17:35come true is a very powerful thing because it gives you an
- 17:41ability to experience the future before it happened.
- 17:47It's almost like you get a a test drive of the life that you
- 17:50want. And if that's a wonderful test
- 17:52drive, your brain now wants to make that imagined reality real
- 17:59and it becomes really, really powerful.
- 18:02And if you have trouble visualizing, then I would say
- 18:05just imagine. You know, you don't have to
- 18:08picture it. You can just say, right, what
- 18:11would it be like if I already had this incredible life, this
- 18:15intention that is really profound for me?
- 18:19What would it be like? And when you ask questions like
- 18:22if could and would, you know, these are verbal stepping stones
- 18:28that gets your brain thinking about the future.
- 18:31They're a hypothetical frame. And the more time you think
- 18:35about what that future would be like, the more you're activating
- 18:39the power of your subconscious mind to almost like program it
- 18:43like coordinates in the SAT NAV to let your mind know where you
- 18:46want to be #6. An NLP term which I love is
- 18:52called anchoring. In behavioural psychology, they
- 18:57would call it conditioning or triggering.
- 19:00They mean the same thing. Anchoring positive states is
- 19:05such a powerful thing. And many people do this
- 19:09unconsciously. They'll have certain music that
- 19:13they play. They'll have certain fragrances
- 19:16that they'll wear. When they wear certain clothes,
- 19:18they feel different. If you're accidentally creating
- 19:23positive states, imagine what difference could be made if you
- 19:27did it intentionally. That if you just said I'm going
- 19:31to have an elevated level of confidence, motivation,
- 19:37happiness, gratitude, and then you can wire that in and you'd
- 19:42be surprised at how little it takes to do that.
- 19:47You know, if you think of how many people in the world don't
- 19:50have access to good quality water.
- 19:54Every time you have a sip of water, that could be a trigger
- 19:57for gratitude. Every time you have a shower
- 20:00that could be, you know, a trigger for feeling renewed and.
- 20:07The more that you link emotions to things, the more you're going
- 20:12to be in these wonderful positive states more often, and
- 20:15you can create them. The classic NLP anchor is to
- 20:20squeeze a finger and a thumb together whenever you feel
- 20:23certain things. But the problem with that is
- 20:26that you've got to remember to do it, and squeezing a finger
- 20:30and a thumb isn't as powerful as other things.
- 20:33And the anchors that I found most powerful are sounds, smells
- 20:39and physical movements. If you look at any top, top
- 20:44sports person, they have certain movements and gestures and
- 20:51facial expressions that they make consistently after they've
- 20:55scored a goal or after they've got a match winning point.
- 20:58You'll see that it works. If it works at the highest
- 21:02level, it's going to work in your day-to-day life and a good
- 21:07hypnotist will help you to figure out what are the best
- 21:10resourceful states to be in and figure out ways of using your
- 21:14life and the things that you do, how to trigger and anchor these
- 21:17states, They just happen all the time.
- 21:20I'll, I'll share an example with you whenever I get some kind of
- 21:25a message that could be an e-mail, that could be an
- 21:27Instagram kind of message, It could be a comment on Spotify
- 21:32that my hypnosis has had some part, some kind of positive
- 21:37impact on someone. I really feel it recharges my
- 21:41batteries, gives me a renewed sense of purpose.
- 21:45And the more it happens, the more it becomes true.
- 21:50So therefore, I don't have to get myself motivated every day
- 21:55to record a new podcast episode. It comes from a sense of mission
- 21:59that gets replenished whenever I get good feedback.
- 22:03And I think I've had over 1000 reviews.
- 22:07It's got an average of 4.7 I think on the on the reviews,
- 22:11which means most people are giving me 5 star reviews.
- 22:13Most people are giving me good comments.
- 22:15That keeps my motivation high. But I don't have to do it
- 22:20myself. The comments and the messages
- 22:23become the anchor. They become the trigger for
- 22:25that. And again, you could find out
- 22:28these things that work for you. That might be a review, that
- 22:32might be a smile, that might be a handshake.
- 22:35There's anchors that we can create to get you in these
- 22:37positive states more frequently. And 1 positive state in
- 22:41particular, I think is one of the most powerful ones is
- 22:45gratitude. So tip #7 is to cultivate
- 22:48gratitude. Gratitude naturally shifts your
- 22:53focus from a space of lack to a space of abundance.
- 22:58Some of you will know that I created a a course with about
- 23:0120-3 hours worth of content called Hypnotic Wealth when I
- 23:07was a teenager. I had very, very little.
- 23:10I grew up in a middle class family, but my dad went to
- 23:14university. So it meant that there was a lot
- 23:17of scarcity. You know, I did not have good
- 23:20quality clothes. You know, I carried a plastic
- 23:23bag to school to put my books in.
- 23:26You know, there was a lot of shame and embarrassment
- 23:28connected to this. Not having enough.
- 23:31It gave me a gift of being motivated to acquire more.
- 23:35But for me, the big shift that happened financially was when I
- 23:39believed in genuine infinite abundance, that that there is
- 23:46infinite possibilities, infinite opportunities.
- 23:50And when you believe that, you don't become like a hoarder, you
- 23:54don't feel this kind of scarcity.
- 23:57And I think it comes from a combination of gratitude, but
- 24:01also the knowledge that incredible things are happening
- 24:05all the time. So getting into that state of
- 24:08gratitude more often will create wonders for you because you get
- 24:15to focus on what's good. I did a podcast episode called
- 24:21The Best Time to Be Alive is Right Now.
- 24:24If you haven't heard that one, track it down.
- 24:27I think that's the title. So just put it in Spotify.
- 24:30The best time to be alive is right now.
- 24:33Now, some people will say, no, the 60s were great or the
- 24:36roaring 20s were great. You aren't living in the 1960s,
- 24:40you're not living in the 1920s, You're not living in the time of
- 24:43dinosaurs. You're living right now.
- 24:46And therefore, the optimal belief is to be is to believe
- 24:50that there is no one better to be than yourself.
- 24:53And the absolute best time to be alive is right now because you
- 24:57are you and you're living in the present.
- 24:59And those two beliefs cultivated and linked to this feeling of
- 25:04being grateful for being you and grateful for living at this time
- 25:07in history is a superpower. It really is.
- 25:11So see if you can track down that episode.
- 25:13But getting in that state of gratitude is powerful.
- 25:17If you do have a journal already or start a journal, try and
- 25:23write two or three things down every day that you're really
- 25:25grateful for. And if you feel hopeless and
- 25:29maybe depressed, that may be a struggle, but set yourself to
- 25:32challenge to find two or three things that you're grateful,
- 25:36even if it's that you're drinking clean water and
- 25:38breathing fresh air and that you know you've tasted something
- 25:44nice. So you've you did one thing that
- 25:46made you smile. You'll be amazed when you start
- 25:51with the small things, it gets easier and easier because you're
- 25:53training those neural pathways to find and look for more things
- 25:59to be grateful for. And when you look, you find
- 26:01them. Tip #8 Embrace small, consistent
- 26:09actions. So many of the clients that I
- 26:12work with, they want to change everything now and they don't
- 26:18realize that that itself can be an issue.
- 26:23You know, and, and sometimes when you've got very competitive
- 26:26children and they say, right, I'm going to beat you by a
- 26:30million goals, they've got something ridiculously big
- 26:34because it means that if they lose, their ego is protected
- 26:38because they weren't going to win by that much anyway.
- 26:42Much better to have what I consider the perfect
- 26:46combination. I set what I call ridiculously
- 26:50big goals and I link them to intentions, and I do that by
- 26:55calling them ridiculously big goals.
- 26:57I'm saying, look, I don't expect to have them, but you know, I'm
- 27:01going to believe that I can achieve them.
- 27:03But what I really do is I focus so much on the process that
- 27:10could increase the probability of wonderful things happening.
- 27:16If you and, and let's look at this in extremes.
- 27:20If you did an hour of exercise every day and you have really
- 27:25good quality nutrition every day and you drunk at least 2 liters
- 27:29of water every day and you did that for two or three years,
- 27:32you're going to be a lot healthier at the end of that two
- 27:35or three years and probably have been sick less often.
- 27:39Equally, if for the next two or three years you drunk 2 liters
- 27:44of of fizzy drinks and soda, you had a large pizza every day, you
- 27:49had lots of processed food, and you did that every day for two
- 27:52or three years. In one of those futures, you're
- 27:55likely to be a lot healthier and happier and leaner and more
- 28:00confident. And another one you'd likely to
- 28:02be sick and overweight and probably on the way to type 2
- 28:09diabetes. And here's the interesting
- 28:12thing, it's not a grand vision. That's the difference there.
- 28:16It's the small consistent actions.
- 28:19In one, the small consistent actions are eating while
- 28:23exercising, doing nutritious things.
- 28:26And in the other, it's putting gratification first.
- 28:30But when you zoom out and you say what's the consequence of
- 28:32these small consistent actions over a long time period?
- 28:37Sometimes it's obvious. It's obvious where things end up
- 28:42if you did certain things small and consistent.
- 28:45Now let's say you're in your 20s or 30s, guaranteed you're going
- 28:49to be a millionaire in the next 20 years, guaranteed.
- 28:53Just by doing small consistent things, you're guaranteed to do
- 28:56that. But most people won't because
- 28:59they think it's not possible. And there is huge power in doing
- 29:04the small consistent things because that is what creates
- 29:09powerful change. And a lot of people are looking
- 29:13for the magic wand. They're looking for the silver
- 29:15bullet that changes everything instantly.
- 29:19And unfortunately, that's what leads people to be suckered into
- 29:24these quick fixes and these scams.
- 29:27Generally, the thing that really makes the difference is clear
- 29:32intentions, knowing what kind of life you want for yourself, and
- 29:34doing the small, consistent things that increase the
- 29:37probability of doing that. So embrace those things.
- 29:42And journaling would be a small, consistent action.
- 29:48A relaxation ritual would be a small, consistent action.
- 29:53Figuring out what your positive emotional triggers would be and
- 29:58then working on improving that. That would be small, consistent
- 30:01actions and it would completely change your life.
- 30:04Tip #9 is to release the past. And I would say the past,
- 30:12particularly at this time of year is a useful thing to
- 30:16reflect on the and, and certain things may come up.
- 30:20Frustration may come up, guilt, shame, embarrassment may come
- 30:27up. But I would say there is power
- 30:32in that the purpose of guilt and shame is not to punish you.
- 30:37It's to influence future decisions so that you get more
- 30:43of what you want. You become wiser from your past,
- 30:47learn from the past and then release it.
- 30:50You know, this is a great time to reflect on the last 12 months
- 30:55by asking yourself the question, if you had a time machine and
- 30:59you could go back to 12 months from now, what would you do
- 31:01differently to be happier about where you are now?
- 31:06And there is a lot of value in asking yourself that question.
- 31:10But once you've got the insights and the wisdom and that and the
- 31:14change in strategy, release the past.
- 31:18Let go of those regrets, let you know someone's wronged you, OK,
- 31:22They've wronged you. You don't have to carry that,
- 31:25you know, all the way into the future.
- 31:28Hypnosis can help process and reframe negative experiences.
- 31:32I've worked with a lot of people been on the receiving end of
- 31:36horrible traumatic events. But you don't.
- 31:40That doesn't have to define you as a victim forever.
- 31:43OK, Take whatever the value is from that situation, move on
- 31:47from it. It doesn't have to define your
- 31:49life. And then that frees up a lot of
- 31:52resources to move forward. And I think, you know, a few
- 31:55days before a brand new year, that's a good time to release
- 31:59the past. And then the final tip is to
- 32:04program your subconscious before sleep.
- 32:09You've got this kind of very receptive state to hypnotic
- 32:13suggestion just at the point where you wake up and right
- 32:17before you go to sleep. And a lot of people and I, I see
- 32:22the stats from Spotify and Apple, so I know a lot of people
- 32:26do use this podcast as part of their relaxation ritual as their
- 32:32way of kind of getting into a good headspace.
- 32:37And they know either consciously or unconsciously, objectively or
- 32:41intuitively, that if you listen to these kind of suggestions
- 32:45right before you go to sleep, it's probably planting seeds in
- 32:48more fertile soil. So if we accept that the mind is
- 32:53the most suggestible right before falling asleep, this
- 32:56would be a good time to give yourself positive affirmations.
- 33:00This would be a good time to do self hypnosis.
- 33:03This would also be the good time to listen to a hypnosis podcast.
- 33:08But pick the right episodes, cultivate playlists that are
- 33:11good for you so that you're programming your mind right
- 33:15before you go to sleep. So these are my 10 tips.
- 33:20And remember #1 is probably the most powerful.
- 33:22Set positive intentions, no what you want that could be an
- 33:26intention to make a change or to to be someone to improve an
- 33:30error of your life. But be really, really clear on
- 33:32those intentions. And if you feel that a hypnotist
- 33:38could help you with these intentions or to increase the
- 33:44probability of getting more out of the next year, there will be
- 33:48a link in the show notes where you can schedule that free 30
- 33:51minute consultation. Call with me, we'll have a chat.
- 33:54I might not be the right hypnotist for you, but if you've
- 33:57listened to my stuff for a while now, your unconscious is already
- 34:02in rapport with my voice. It's going to take a suggestion
- 34:06from me differently than from a stranger.
- 34:08So therefore, we've got more probability of some powerful
- 34:12changes. And if that appeals to you,
- 34:15click that link in the show notes or check out my website,
- 34:19adamcox.co.uk. Book the free 30 minute
- 34:22consultation call. We'll have a chat.
- 34:25And it could well be that I end up working with you next year to
- 34:28help make those positive intentions become true, whether
- 34:32you work with me or not. Thank you very much for
- 34:34listening to my podcast. Hope you had a lovely Christmas
