- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: All Right, here we go six o'clock on this Tuesday morning.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Let's make it a good one. Ricky Sanchez says those
- 0:07Speaker 2: three things.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Rianna announced another pregnancy at the met Gala last night.
- 0:12Speaker 3: She stepped out in a studying ensemble from the night
- 0:14Speaker 3: celebrating this year's concept super Fine Tailoring Black Style. Everybody
- 0:18Speaker 3: looked so freakin good. It's my favorite thing to watch
- 0:21Speaker 3: what people wear to this. This is our third child
- 0:24Speaker 3: with Asap Rocky, who was the co chair for the
- 0:27Speaker 3: event last night, so big congrats to both of them.
- 0:30Speaker 3: Ranna loves to do quite the experience to announce that
- 0:35Speaker 3: she is pregnant.
- 0:36Speaker 4: She did a big photo shoot that was huge.
- 0:38Speaker 3: She announced during the Super Bowl halftime show the second
- 0:40Speaker 3: pregnancy and now the third one while walking the red carpet.
- 0:44Speaker 4: At the met Gala.
- 0:46Speaker 3: I will also post a picture of her because she
- 0:48Speaker 3: looks phenomenal. So you can check that out at one
- 0:50Speaker 3: oh seven five of the River in our Instagram stories.
- 0:53Speaker 4: JW.
- 0:54Speaker 3: Mariot Downtown is doing a Spilled the Tea special pop
- 0:56Speaker 3: up event. It looks super cute, so it's happening every
- 0:59Speaker 3: Saturday May inside the Duke they have poured tea table sides,
- 1:05Speaker 3: so they're going to have a roaming cart that comes
- 1:06Speaker 3: around to you with tea of your choice.
- 1:08Speaker 4: There's going to be bird.
- 1:09Speaker 3: Cages filled with little bites of savory and sweet treats.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Seating as limited reservations are highly recommended in order to
- 1:16Speaker 3: ensure availability. This is a great idea for Mother's Day
- 1:19Speaker 3: if you can get in and snag a spot for
- 1:21Speaker 3: Mother's Day, something new, something different, something to kind of
- 1:24Speaker 3: you know, get mom out of the house and it's
- 1:25Speaker 3: not your typical brunch or something like that. Especially if
- 1:28Speaker 3: your mom likes to dress up, this is a great
- 1:30Speaker 3: way to celebrate her. And speaking of Mother's Day, the
- 1:34Speaker 3: fifteenth annual Mother's Day Index has just come out, so
- 1:38Speaker 3: this happens yearly and it highlights just how much money
- 1:40Speaker 3: moms should make if they were getting paid to do
- 1:43Speaker 3: their job of being a mom, because being a mom
- 1:46Speaker 3: can be a job. According to the research, mothers in
- 1:50Speaker 3: the US would have earned a salary of one hundred
- 1:52Speaker 3: and forty five two hundred and thirty five dollars over
- 1:55Speaker 3: the last year, which is a four percent increase from
- 1:59Speaker 3: the year before. So this includes things like cooking, helping
- 2:02Speaker 3: with homework, caregiving, cleaning, doing laundry, providing emotional support for
- 2:06Speaker 3: the family, all the things that moms do.
- 2:08Speaker 2: And just working for free.
- 2:09Speaker 3: I know, and they could be making quite the salary
- 2:12Speaker 3: they got paid hurtez.
- 2:14Speaker 4: And those are the three things you need to know.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Thank you, Ricky. I feel like we should just point
- 2:18Speaker 2: out here you can still sign up for our Mamma Graham.
- 2:21Speaker 2: We're we're doing this on our website. One o seven
- 2:23Speaker 2: five The River dot com. Celebrate mom this year with
- 2:25Speaker 2: a singing telegram and tickets to see Teddy swims again.
- 2:29Speaker 2: He can sign up one oh seven five The River
- 2:31Speaker 2: dot com. We teamed up with the Music City Chorus
- 2:33Speaker 2: for this. One oh seven five The River dot Com.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Ricky zecond Man in the morning, one o seven five
- 2:38Speaker 2: The River. Let's say good morning to Amanda calling from
- 2:41Speaker 2: Leben and how are you on this Tuesday morning.
- 2:43Speaker 4: I'm good.
- 2:44Speaker 5: I didn't want to get up to get to work,
- 2:45Speaker 5: but I'm good.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Yeah, Kevin and I both didn't sleep well last night.
- 2:49Speaker 2: That's what I was gonna bring up.
- 2:50Speaker 4: I didn't either, Okay, so something's up.
- 2:52Speaker 3: There's something going on with like the moon and the
- 2:55Speaker 3: tides I don't.
- 2:56Speaker 6: Know what it is, but nobody in your mind that
- 2:58Speaker 6: no one slept well last night.
- 2:59Speaker 2: I don't even know my ankle hurt. I kept rotating
- 3:02Speaker 2: my ankle around.
- 3:03Speaker 4: That sounds like an age problem, Kevin.
- 3:08Speaker 2: No, what was your problem, Amanda? Why could you not sleep?
- 3:11Speaker 5: My daughter kept texting me, Oh, could she not sleep too?
- 3:14Speaker 4: What was happening with her?
- 3:15Speaker 5: Nope, she's in college and it was her last day
- 3:18Speaker 5: of school yesterday.
- 3:19Speaker 6: This is when you put that phone on. Do not disturb,
- 3:21Speaker 6: Amanda Tyler, Bye bye.
- 3:23Speaker 4: I got to sleep. I tried.
- 3:25Speaker 7: I thought I did, Honestly I did.
- 3:26Speaker 5: I didn't hit the split.
- 3:28Speaker 4: Right, Amanda. I'm sorry that you didn't sleep well.
- 3:31Speaker 3: We're all kind of struggling a little bit today, but
- 3:34Speaker 3: hopefully this makes things a little bit better because you
- 3:36Speaker 3: are the first caller of the day on one oh
- 3:38Speaker 3: seven five the River. You got tickets to go see
- 3:40Speaker 3: Rob Thomas from Matchbox twenty at a Sunday ampitheater on
- 3:42Speaker 3: August fifth.
- 3:43Speaker 5: Hey, that sounds like fun.
- 3:44Speaker 2: He's very good. You're gonna have fun. Thank you for
- 3:47Speaker 2: being here, and I hope you sleep better tonight.
- 3:49Speaker 7: I hope so too.
- 3:50Speaker 4: Hang on the line, Love, I took a nap yesterday. Oh,
- 3:53Speaker 4: is that what messed you up?
- 3:54Speaker 2: Maybe it could have been. But later in the day,
- 3:57Speaker 2: Zach was trying to try to text me about seaweed
- 3:59Speaker 2: or something. It sounds crazy, I know. But then later
- 4:02Speaker 2: he yelled me, He's like, why was your phone on
- 4:04Speaker 2: do not disturb?
- 4:05Speaker 6: Because Kevin always says that he doesn't nap, He's like
- 4:07Speaker 6: the perfect five to ten minute napking, and his phone
- 4:10Speaker 6: was on do not disturb for hours.
- 4:12Speaker 2: It's twenty minute.
- 4:13Speaker 4: It was a long time. I put my do not
- 4:15Speaker 4: deserve on for days and it drives.
- 4:16Speaker 3: Zach in the scene and then he responds and says,
- 4:21Speaker 3: notify anyway.
- 4:22Speaker 4: With the notify anyway.
- 4:23Speaker 2: But now with Amanda, he's like, why weren't you on?
- 4:25Speaker 2: You're not disturbed, Zach. You're a confusing person. She's allowed
- 4:27Speaker 2: to sleep, You are not.
- 4:28Speaker 4: Kevin.
- 4:29Speaker 1: More of those tickets tomorrow one O seven five the River, Ricky,
- 4:34Speaker 1: Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 4:35Speaker 3: I hope you're ready for this because this is quite
- 4:38Speaker 3: the drama. Zach went to a wedding over the weekend
- 4:41Speaker 3: and there was a lot that happened between the bridesmaids,
- 4:44Speaker 3: but not like typical bridesmaid drama. It's Ricky zach amando
- 4:48Speaker 3: in the morning on one O seven five of the River.
- 4:50Speaker 3: This is like a twist on bridesmaid drama.
- 4:53Speaker 6: It is I feel like whenever you think of like
- 4:55Speaker 6: bridesmaids drama, you're like, oh, someone got into an argument
- 4:58Speaker 6: or they didn't like this person rank a little.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Bit too much and got into an argument with someone.
- 5:02Speaker 6: Was the complete opposite. So apparently two of the bridesmaids
- 5:07Speaker 6: fell in.
- 5:07Speaker 4: Love with each other, but not totally. Yeah, so one
- 5:11Speaker 4: twist to that, because that's.
- 5:13Speaker 3: How you started the story when you told Kevin and
- 5:15Speaker 3: I that they like fell in love with each other.
- 5:17Speaker 4: But there's more to this.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:19Speaker 6: So each bridesmaids clearly are women. Yes, they are both
- 5:22Speaker 6: married with children at home. One is in a typical
- 5:25Speaker 6: straight couple. One is a same sex couple. And so
- 5:29Speaker 6: the woman that is in the straight sex relationship has
- 5:34Speaker 6: decided that she wants to fall in love with this
- 5:36Speaker 6: other one.
- 5:36Speaker 2: So this is real. This wasn't like caught up in
- 5:38Speaker 2: the moment type of thing, but she's pursuing this now.
- 5:41Speaker 6: She tried, she did definitely try on this entire trip.
- 5:46Speaker 6: It has decided that she no longer is a straight woman,
- 5:49Speaker 6: and she realized that at the wedding, and she has
- 5:52Speaker 6: a husband and children at home.
- 5:54Speaker 2: So this was a destination thing. You were in Mexico,
- 5:56Speaker 2: she was there without the family.
- 5:57Speaker 6: They're both there without their correct Yeah, it was just
- 6:03Speaker 6: so much drama. We were sitting there and the bride
- 6:05Speaker 6: came to me and she was like, so the matron
- 6:08Speaker 6: of honor fell in love with one of my bridesmaids And.
- 6:10Speaker 4: I was like, wait, what are you talking about?
- 6:12Speaker 3: Did that bring like a lot of drama to the
- 6:15Speaker 3: actual wedding itself though, because it seems like the bride
- 6:18Speaker 3: was pretty chill about it.
- 6:19Speaker 6: The bride was very chill about it, but there was
- 6:21Speaker 6: definitely like the whispering behind everybody's back of like, oh,
- 6:24Speaker 6: did you see them coming out of that room?
- 6:26Speaker 4: Because the one was really sad, wasn't she?
- 6:27Speaker 6: The one was very sad when she was told that, like, hey,
- 6:31Speaker 6: I'm not the one for you, Like, don't leave your
- 6:33Speaker 6: family for me. Like there was all of this drama
- 6:37Speaker 6: because she wanted to leave her family for this woman
- 6:39Speaker 6: that she met forty eight hours.
- 6:40Speaker 2: This is a lot more serious than when you originally
- 6:42Speaker 2: told Ricky and I thought it was kind of like
- 6:44Speaker 2: a you know, just like a passing, just like a
- 6:46Speaker 2: summer love fleeing type of thing. But this was real.
- 6:49Speaker 6: It's very real, and she is literally distraught that she
- 6:52Speaker 6: was told that you are not the one for me.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Wait, did you also just say that they met each
- 6:56Speaker 3: other forty eight hours prior to her saying that she
- 6:58Speaker 3: was willing to leave her family one hundred percent?
- 7:00Speaker 6: They met for the first time on Wednesday of last
- 7:02Speaker 6: week in Mexico, and by Friday, she was in love.
- 7:05Speaker 2: This is crazy.
- 7:06Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, that part you did not tell us. Yeah,
- 7:10Speaker 4: it literally was insane.
- 7:11Speaker 2: They didn't know.
- 7:12Speaker 3: They knew each other for years and it just happened
- 7:14Speaker 3: to be that they were both in Mexico, so she
- 7:16Speaker 3: told her there.
- 7:17Speaker 6: Nope, never knew of our.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Love at first sight?
- 7:21Speaker 4: Is real, I guess right.
- 7:22Speaker 1: No.
- 7:22Speaker 3: I think that she wants to get out of her
- 7:24Speaker 3: marriage and she should probably leave.
- 7:25Speaker 6: Yeah, there's a lot more to that situation that I'm like,
- 7:28Speaker 6: I don't even want to that's going on.
- 7:30Speaker 2: All of that heaviness aside. Did they make a cute couple?
- 7:34Speaker 4: They were very cute together. I don't know what you
- 7:37Speaker 4: call them a couple guys together. What are you talking about?
- 7:41Speaker 2: Okay, moving on from that, Before you went to the wedding,
- 7:43Speaker 2: you had mentioned that you were doing the bride's makeup
- 7:46Speaker 2: for the ceremony. How did that go?
- 7:47Speaker 4: She looked stunning, She looked beautiful.
- 7:49Speaker 8: Good.
- 7:50Speaker 3: I love your switch of this because she's so uncomfortable
- 7:54Speaker 3: about this situation. He thought this was a much happier
- 7:57Speaker 3: story than it is said.
- 7:59Speaker 4: There was a Twitter parama.
- 8:01Speaker 2: But the makeup is good.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Good.
- 8:03Speaker 2: That's what we're gonna end on. Welcome back is that?
- 8:06Speaker 4: Relationships thoughts much? Three things?
- 8:10Speaker 2: We got a beautiful day. The sun is shina. Thank
- 8:12Speaker 2: you for being here friends. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 8:15Speaker 4: Bad Bunny has announced a world tour.
- 8:17Speaker 3: He has an upcoming sold out residency in Puerto Rico already,
- 8:21Speaker 3: and as of yesterday, he decided he's going to go
- 8:23Speaker 3: to more places that can get really excited to see it.
- 8:26Speaker 3: So his Debutada Must Photos Stadium World Tour has twenty
- 8:32Speaker 3: three dates and it's going to hit places like Dominican Republic, Australia, Peru, Japan,
- 8:37Speaker 3: and more. He's skipping Mainland US entirely on this tour.
- 8:41Speaker 3: I don't know if that means that later on there's
- 8:42Speaker 3: going to be dates that are announced, or if he's
- 8:44Speaker 3: just not going to do anything in the US for this,
- 8:47Speaker 3: we'll see. If you want to travel though, tickets go
- 8:51Speaker 3: on sale on Friday, your girls really thinking about it?
- 8:54Speaker 3: Are you might travel to a different country and then
- 8:57Speaker 3: just also go to one of these contents.
- 8:59Speaker 2: I mean sometimes they say it can be cheaper to
- 9:01Speaker 2: do that, like what the air is tour.
- 9:02Speaker 4: I might do it. I might see what there is
- 9:04Speaker 4: to offer.
- 9:05Speaker 3: If I can actually get tickets is going to be
- 9:06Speaker 3: the biggest thing because they sell out so fast.
- 9:10Speaker 4: So just keep that in mind. The tickets are on
- 9:12Speaker 4: sale on Friday.
- 9:13Speaker 3: If you want them and you plan on going somewhere else,
- 9:15Speaker 3: make sure that everything is planned accordingly and you are
- 9:17Speaker 3: ready to go asap. Joe aka Joe Keery from Stranger
- 9:22Speaker 3: Things is bringing his Another Bite tour to Nashville. He's
- 9:25Speaker 3: playing at the Pinnacle Thursday, October second. Tickets for his
- 9:28Speaker 3: show go on sale on Friday, May ninth at ten am.
- 9:31Speaker 3: So this Friday ten am, it's general admission with the
- 9:35Speaker 3: reserved balcony show. So just in case you haven't been
- 9:37Speaker 3: to the Pinnacle yet, since it's brand new. The way
- 9:40Speaker 3: that this works is that general admission is standing room only,
- 9:44Speaker 3: so you will be standing.
- 9:45Speaker 4: The entire time.
- 9:46Speaker 3: Balcony tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
- 9:49Speaker 4: Those do have seats, there's not a lot of them.
- 9:52Speaker 3: I've done it both ways so far, where I've been
- 9:54Speaker 3: in the balcony and on the floor in general admission.
- 9:57Speaker 3: I don't think there's any wrong way of doing it,
- 9:59Speaker 3: just something to keep in mind.
- 10:00Speaker 4: If you do need to sit and you'd.
- 10:02Speaker 3: Rather sit door in concerts, try to get yourself a
- 10:04Speaker 3: balcony seat before just doing regular ga because you will
- 10:08Speaker 3: be standing the entire night. And cotton candy sprite is
- 10:11Speaker 3: the new food trend everyone's obsessed with, and it's not
- 10:15Speaker 3: something packaged and sold. You can't just buy cotton candy spray.
- 10:18Speaker 3: It's not one of their crazy, wild, random flavors. It's
- 10:21Speaker 3: a new thing that people are doing at McDonald's. So
- 10:23Speaker 3: McDonald's customers are posting this all over social media, which
- 10:26Speaker 3: obviously is causing it to explode, and everybody wants to
- 10:29Speaker 3: try it. You ask the staff to add three pumps
- 10:32Speaker 3: of vanilla syrup to your cup, and then you ask
- 10:34Speaker 3: them to fill it with sprite or you fill it
- 10:36Speaker 3: with sprite yourself, and apparently it makes it taste just
- 10:39Speaker 3: like cotton candy.
- 10:41Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, I don't know.
- 10:43Speaker 3: If that's actually true, but that's what everybody's saying online.
- 10:45Speaker 3: So try it for yourself and get back to me.
- 10:47Speaker 2: A lot of sugar.
- 10:47Speaker 4: I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three things you
- 10:49Speaker 4: need to know.
- 10:50Speaker 2: You be careful of your sugar and take everybody at
- 10:52Speaker 2: a lot of sugar. But thank you your panic, thank you, Ricky.
- 10:55Speaker 4: Absolutely panics right now about the sugar.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Try to stay away from sugar. And that sounds like
- 10:58Speaker 2: a lot.
- 10:59Speaker 4: Hey like your learn joy, happiness.
- 11:03Speaker 2: Zach's Facts right after Miles Smith. You learn something new
- 11:06Speaker 2: every day, and we do for sure from this man
- 11:08Speaker 2: that I'm looking at right here, Zach Woodward. He is
- 11:10Speaker 2: standing by. He's ready. We're learning. Next down the river
- 11:12Speaker 2: one O seven five the river, Nicky.
- 11:14Speaker 4: Zach, You're ready to learn. Zach's ready to teach. It's
- 11:19Speaker 4: Zach's Facts I one of seven five the river.
- 11:21Speaker 6: This just blew my mind. So the met gala was yesterday.
- 11:23Speaker 6: Do you guys know how much a ticket is to
- 11:25Speaker 6: go to the Met gala.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Prop I didn't even know regular people could get tickets
- 11:29Speaker 2: to get it.
- 11:29Speaker 4: I think you can. No, I thought it was like,
- 11:32Speaker 4: what is it like seventy k something, seventy five thousand dollars.
- 11:36Speaker 2: So all the attendees, like whoever was there lest Andre
- 11:41Speaker 2: three thousand, he paid seventy five thousand dollars to be.
- 11:43Speaker 4: There, and then you pay to go.
- 11:45Speaker 6: What I'm gonna do that for my birthday party. I'm
- 11:47Speaker 6: gonna invite you and then you have to pay a
- 11:48Speaker 6: cover to come out.
- 11:49Speaker 3: It's all for charity in the end, though, I don't
- 11:52Speaker 3: think that it's like your birthday, which would not be charity.
- 11:55Speaker 4: I am a charity case. You said it to me.
- 11:58Speaker 2: There's a fact of the day.
- 12:00Speaker 1: One O seven Reicky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 12:03Speaker 3: Happy Teacher Appreciation Day to all the teachers out there.
- 12:07Speaker 3: This week is teacher Appreciation Week. So make sure you
- 12:10Speaker 3: give a little extra thanks to your teacher. If you're
- 12:12Speaker 3: going to school, if you're on your way there, your
- 12:14Speaker 3: favorite teacher.
- 12:15Speaker 4: Just you known't let them know how much.
- 12:16Speaker 2: You appreciate that A little gift, even bet little gift
- 12:19Speaker 2: card made.
- 12:19Speaker 4: I mean it might be a little late now, for
- 12:21Speaker 4: the gift all week.
- 12:22Speaker 2: You got all week.
- 12:23Speaker 4: Yeah, you got the rest of the week.
- 12:24Speaker 3: But we want you to call in and tell us
- 12:26Speaker 3: about a teacher who changed your life. This is for everybody,
- 12:28Speaker 3: not just the kids that are in school right now,
- 12:30Speaker 3: but a teacher that just comes to mind whenever you
- 12:32Speaker 3: think back on school days and the impact that they
- 12:35Speaker 3: had on you.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Zach, you have one. Don't don't say me, but you
- 12:38Speaker 2: have like a teacher from your past.
- 12:39Speaker 6: I do Miss g. She is my fifth grade math
- 12:42Speaker 6: teacher at Lake You Elementary School in Mount Juliet.
- 12:44Speaker 4: Shout out to Miss G. I loved her so much.
- 12:47Speaker 2: If you have one six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 12:50Speaker 2: one oh seven the teacher that changed your life, we
- 12:53Speaker 2: want to hear one.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Reiky, Zach and Meno in the morning to day is.
- 12:59Speaker 4: Teacher appreciates yay.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Teacher was from one of seven.
- 13:04Speaker 4: Five the river.
- 13:04Speaker 3: Wanted to shout out all the teachers out there, thank
- 13:06Speaker 3: you for being a teacher. We got James in Nashville
- 13:09Speaker 3: on the line. Tell us about a teacher who changed
- 13:11Speaker 3: your life.
- 13:12Speaker 9: So her name was this kid. She was my seventh
- 13:15Speaker 9: grade math teacher. I'm sorry science teacher, and I was
- 13:19Speaker 9: being bullied for being gay before I even knew it
- 13:21Speaker 9: being gay was and she just like stood up for
- 13:24Speaker 9: being classed and told me that it's okay to be
- 13:26Speaker 9: who I am and that one day I will know that.
- 13:30Speaker 9: And as a thirty year old gay man, I am
- 13:33Speaker 9: so appreciative from that.
- 13:34Speaker 4: Wow, my heart, I love her. What was her name again?
- 13:37Speaker 9: Her name is this Kimes. It's this Brown.
- 13:39Speaker 8: Now.
- 13:40Speaker 4: I love her.
- 13:41Speaker 6: And I'm so glad that you had somebody like that
- 13:43Speaker 6: in your life to make such an impact because it
- 13:45Speaker 6: can be such a hard time at such a young age.
- 13:47Speaker 2: For sure, and we think of teachers, you know, teaching
- 13:50Speaker 2: us the lessons, the science and the man. But she
- 13:52Speaker 2: had such a profound impact on your your personal being,
- 13:55Speaker 2: your life. Those are the things we don't think about
- 13:58Speaker 2: that often.
- 13:58Speaker 9: Yeah, And I was so young and I just like it.
- 14:01Speaker 9: The bullying was so bad and she just made a
- 14:03Speaker 9: huge difference. I'm like, I remember that, like so, I
- 14:06Speaker 9: don't know.
- 14:07Speaker 3: It's amazing, James, thank you so much for sharing that
- 14:09Speaker 3: with us. That is such an amazing thing that you had.
- 14:12Speaker 3: I'm so sorry that you went through that, But shout
- 14:14Speaker 3: out to your teacher for giving you some some love
- 14:17Speaker 3: and grace and happiness and such a tough time.
- 14:20Speaker 9: Awesome. Oh you guys have a great day.
- 14:21Speaker 2: Thank you so much, You too, Buddy, Thank you so
- 14:23Speaker 2: much for Colin. We appreciated. Brittany and Clarksville, welcome to
- 14:27Speaker 2: the river. Would you like to shout out a teacher
- 14:29Speaker 2: change your life?
- 14:30Speaker 5: Well, I'm calling on behalf of my daughter. She told
- 14:33Speaker 5: me to call you guys.
- 14:34Speaker 8: Teachers already at.
- 14:34Speaker 5: School, but I definitely want to shout out the Spanish
- 14:38Speaker 5: immersion program the Clarksville all the teachers there. The program
- 14:42Speaker 5: that they have at that school is really great. They
- 14:44Speaker 5: got a Blue Ribbon award this year, so those teachers
- 14:47Speaker 5: are doing something really special to those kids, and I
- 14:49Speaker 5: really appreciate it.
- 14:50Speaker 4: H Chills. I'm happy to hear that. That's so amazing.
- 14:53Speaker 5: Yes, they are great teaching kindergarteners Spanish.
- 14:56Speaker 6: I don't know how to do it, but yeah, that
- 14:59Speaker 6: is genuinely impressive to teach them Spanish like I feel
- 15:02Speaker 6: like in kindergarten, I was learning, like my address and
- 15:04Speaker 6: my mom's phone number, not a different language.
- 15:08Speaker 5: Literally my daughter's Devin and she can have a full
- 15:10Speaker 5: conversation in Spanish.
- 15:12Speaker 4: Impress.
- 15:12Speaker 3: Wow, I'm very impressed by that because I'm trying to
- 15:15Speaker 3: teach myself now at almost thirty three, because I lost
- 15:19Speaker 3: so much that I learned previously, like because I wasn't
- 15:22Speaker 3: really speaking Spanish as often.
- 15:24Speaker 4: And I don't. I don't know anything anymore. So I'm
- 15:26Speaker 4: impressed by that.
- 15:27Speaker 5: Yes, and the school's only been going on for seven years.
- 15:30Speaker 4: Wow, God for them.
- 15:31Speaker 5: Brand new, but they are. They have a great program here.
- 15:35Speaker 5: It's amazing.
- 15:35Speaker 2: That's awesome. Brittany, thank you, Yes, I please, thank you.
- 15:38Speaker 8: Guys.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Have a great day. Let's do one more right now.
- 15:41Speaker 2: I'm guessing Eden is probably on her way to school.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Eden and Murphysboro, good morning. Shout out that teacher.
- 15:47Speaker 4: Miss Salman Shelman. Is she your teacher this year or
- 15:50Speaker 4: a teacher you had previously?
- 15:52Speaker 10: In my science teacher this year.
- 15:54Speaker 4: Science teacher?
- 15:55Speaker 3: Okay, Hey, science teachers, that's a tough job to make
- 15:59Speaker 3: science and enjoyable and fine, because like I was not
- 16:02Speaker 3: very good at science, So having a good teacher makes
- 16:05Speaker 3: all the difference.
- 16:06Speaker 2: Hey, even, just make sure today when you go to
- 16:07Speaker 2: school that teacher and all your teachers feel appreciated, because
- 16:10Speaker 2: today's a very special day and it's it's usually a
- 16:13Speaker 2: thankless job. So make sure they feel special today.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Okay, thank you for calling Eden, of course, Reiki, Zach
- 16:21Speaker 1: and Meno in the morning.
- 16:22Speaker 3: Nori in Nashville, good morning, Good morning, I love.
- 16:27Speaker 4: Do you want to tell us a teacher who changed
- 16:29Speaker 4: your life?
- 16:30Speaker 10: It was my math teacher, Miss Holeman.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Okay, what's so special about miss Holman? We want to
- 16:35Speaker 2: hear about her?
- 16:36Speaker 5: Whenever I get just about a mass problem, she'll help
- 16:40Speaker 5: me and call me down and works me through it.
- 16:44Speaker 3: Aw that is so special, Nori. I am not very
- 16:48Speaker 3: good at maths. I didn't have a good math teacher.
- 16:52Speaker 3: So you make sure that you let your math teacher
- 16:54Speaker 3: know today how special she is and how much you
- 16:56Speaker 3: appreciate her.
- 16:57Speaker 7: Okay, Nori.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Before we let you go to you want to quiz
- 17:00Speaker 2: Ricky on a math problem.
- 17:02Speaker 4: Say, okay, give me a math problem. Nori.
- 17:06Speaker 10: What fifteen divided by three?
- 17:12Speaker 2: Fifteen divided by three?
- 17:14Speaker 4: Is it five?
- 17:15Speaker 7: Yes?
- 17:16Speaker 4: Look at me.
- 17:17Speaker 2: You're going to see Jesse Murphy.
- 17:19Speaker 4: You know what, Nori?
- 17:20Speaker 3: I think it's because your voice is so nice and calm,
- 17:22Speaker 3: and that's how I could work through that problem myself.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Thank you, Thank you for culinari. Have a great day today.
- 17:28Speaker 10: Okay by love.
- 17:29Speaker 2: Oh my goodness, was the best cut and good job
- 17:33Speaker 2: with Ricky. Thank you, Lexi and Annie. Good morning, welcome
- 17:37Speaker 2: to the river. Do you want to shout out a teacher?
- 17:39Speaker 5: Yes, this mail Low.
- 17:40Speaker 7: She was my kindergarten teacher, and I used to.
- 17:44Speaker 5: Have problems like pronouncing my els, and she helps me,
- 17:48Speaker 5: like I get better with pronunciation.
- 17:50Speaker 2: I love it. I love the teachers. I mean, there's
- 17:52Speaker 2: so many great ones out there that take the extra
- 17:54Speaker 2: time to help students and really have an impact.
- 17:57Speaker 5: When I was in her arm class, I was her
- 17:59Speaker 5: last life class that she taught, and then like a
- 18:02Speaker 5: few years later she took pictures for her parents' wedding.
- 18:05Speaker 4: Uh oh, that's amazing.
- 18:07Speaker 3: I love that she still has, you know, pieces of
- 18:09Speaker 3: your life that she's popped into.
- 18:11Speaker 2: Yeah, well, thank you, lex You appreciate your calling.
- 18:14Speaker 4: Thank you, y'all. I was blessed your teas. Love you too.
- 18:18Speaker 2: It's so special that everybody has a teacher.
- 18:20Speaker 4: That mine was my kindergarten teacher too. So really yeah,
- 18:23Speaker 4: Miss Damian.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Miss Demian. All right, Kira, last one here, Kira and Portland.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Who is that teacher for you?
- 18:28Speaker 11: Ah? Miss Melanie Trotter from East, Robertson and Cross Plains.
- 18:32Speaker 4: What grade were you in when you had her?
- 18:34Speaker 11: All of high school she was our librarian and freshman
- 18:38Speaker 11: year she taught us how to properly take notes and
- 18:41Speaker 11: stuff to get us through college even and then my
- 18:43Speaker 11: senior year, I actually got pregnant. I graduated eight months pregnant,
- 18:47Speaker 11: and she was like my faith face, and she kept
- 18:51Speaker 11: showing me, you know, how to continue to get through school.
- 18:54Speaker 11: So I not only graduated top ten eight months pregnant,
- 18:57Speaker 11: but I got my degree with this baby, and I uh,
- 19:00Speaker 11: I'm getting in my field cure.
- 19:02Speaker 4: I have absolute goose bumps. I'm chilled. That is amazing.
- 19:07Speaker 4: Congratulations to you.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 19:09Speaker 11: It's crazy because I'm like in my thirties now, and
- 19:12Speaker 11: I'll never forget that.
- 19:13Speaker 3: That impact is gonna stay with you forever. What an
- 19:16Speaker 3: amazing person she is. But what amazing person you are
- 19:19Speaker 3: that you pulled through did all of that.
- 19:22Speaker 4: I can't imagine doing all of that eight months pregnant.
- 19:24Speaker 4: You can't.
- 19:24Speaker 3: I'm thirty three this summer and I can't imagine being
- 19:28Speaker 3: eight months pregnant in general, let alone do what you
- 19:31Speaker 3: have done.
- 19:31Speaker 4: So amazing grats to you. That is truly a feat.
- 19:35Speaker 8: Well.
- 19:35Speaker 11: I don't think I could have done it without her,
- 19:37Speaker 11: So thank her for showing that anybody is capable.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Thank you for sharing. That's very special. We're all tear
- 19:43Speaker 2: off over here. Yeah, thank you.
- 19:45Speaker 7: Guys.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Have a good day too.
- 19:47Speaker 4: Oh my goodness, I'm getting emotional.
- 19:49Speaker 3: This stuff always kind of makes me emotional, especially with
- 19:52Speaker 3: my fiance being a teacher and just knowing how much
- 19:55Speaker 3: they care about their kids and the impact that they
- 19:58Speaker 3: have on them and how they always just want to
- 20:00Speaker 3: help them. Oh, it makes me so emotional. But shout
- 20:03Speaker 3: out to my fiance.
- 20:04Speaker 2: We almost made it through this whole thing without shouting
- 20:06Speaker 2: a j I would never We've got Jesse Murph tickets
- 20:10Speaker 2: with the Game of the Day right into the song.
- 20:12Speaker 1: On the Liver Ricky second Man in the morning.
- 20:16Speaker 4: Jesse Murph is coming to town.
- 20:17Speaker 3: She's playing a seven Amith Theater September thirteenth. We're playing

- 20:26Speaker 4: Seems a little nervous to play.
- 20:29Speaker 7: I love Jesse Murph. I love her, I love her.
- 20:31Speaker 2: I'm so nervous, you too, did you come to River
- 20:34Speaker 2: on Rooftop last summer.
- 20:36Speaker 7: I did.
- 20:36Speaker 2: I don't know why I called it river on rooftop
- 20:39Speaker 2: I left that word, but thank you for coming, and
- 20:41Speaker 2: hopefully you get to see her again at a cent

- 21:14Speaker 7: Oh, I don't know. I listened. I had promised if
- 21:16Speaker 7: he were my two kids there, No, I don't know.
- 21:18Speaker 2: It's okay. It is famously the site of.
- 21:21Speaker 4: The Kentucky Derby.
- 21:22Speaker 2: Kentucky Derby. Oh that's alright, it's all right, you're still alive.
- 21:28Speaker 2: You need to two questions left, you need them both.
- 21:30Speaker 7: Here we go, I'm gonna kill it. Let's go.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Who announced their third pregnancy at the met gala last night?
- 21:38Speaker 7: Okay? I did see that.
- 21:42Speaker 4: Sheep?
- 21:42Speaker 7: Oh my gosh, you guys. If I lose this, I'm
- 21:45Speaker 7: going to Oh my gosh.
- 21:46Speaker 3: Just deep breaths, deep bass rerun. Yeah, you just guys,
- 21:52Speaker 3: take a second.
- 21:52Speaker 4: Listen. It's okay.
- 21:54Speaker 7: Yes, I know.
- 21:54Speaker 2: I love her too, all right, you need this to win.
- 21:59Speaker 2: Who is cam Ward? Why has the name cam Ward
- 22:03Speaker 2: been trending here in Nashville?
- 22:06Speaker 5: He got he got he picked by the Yeah.
- 22:10Speaker 2: Draft, you're going to see Jesse Murph.
- 22:13Speaker 7: I don't even like football, but we went to the
- 22:15Speaker 7: draft party.
- 22:16Speaker 4: Oh that's cool.
- 22:16Speaker 3: Hey, the draft is a lot of fun, and it's
- 22:18Speaker 3: even more fun than when you're at a draft party.
- 22:20Speaker 7: Yeah right, I took my kids three tickets. I get
- 22:23Speaker 7: free tickets to anything.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Well, you just got free tickets to Jesse Murphy.
- 22:26Speaker 4: You got good luck?
- 22:29Speaker 7: Well, no, those were you just had to pick one.
- 22:32Speaker 3: Oh that's right, that's right. I remember that they did
- 22:34Speaker 3: that for free. Well for here, you have very good luck. Congratulations.
- 22:38Speaker 4: You're going to see her at a Sunday of a
- 22:39Speaker 4: theater September thirteenth.
- 22:41Speaker 1: Woo.
- 22:41Speaker 7: I literally just signed up for the RSVP yesterday. So
- 22:45Speaker 7: I am y'all.
- 22:46Speaker 3: I love y'all.
- 22:46Speaker 4: I well, we love you. Thank you so much for hanging
- 22:49Speaker 4: out with us and for playing today.
- 22:51Speaker 11: Thank you.
- 22:52Speaker 2: All right, hang on the line, okay.
- 22:54Speaker 11: All right, three things, all right, all right, let's.
- 22:58Speaker 2: Go just after eight o'clock. Scout those three things.
- 23:01Speaker 3: The Sphere in Las Vegas sent Beyonce a cease and
- 23:04Speaker 3: desist letter. So she uses footage in her Cowboy Carter
- 23:07Speaker 3: show during interludes, and one of the pieces of footage
- 23:11Speaker 3: is her picking up what.
- 23:12Speaker 4: Looks like the Sphere.
- 23:14Speaker 3: According to the venue's owner, the letter asked her to
- 23:17Speaker 3: stop using the footage that they say is used quote
- 23:21Speaker 3: without permission. There were rumors a while back that she
- 23:24Speaker 3: was in negotiations to perform at the Sphere at one point,
- 23:27Speaker 3: to do a residency in Las Vegas. A lot of
- 23:29Speaker 3: people thought that's what she was going to be announcing,
- 23:32Speaker 3: ended up not happening. Instead, she's performing at Las Vegas
- 23:35Speaker 3: Allegiance Stadium on July twenty fifth and twenty six. She's
- 23:37Speaker 3: doing a full tour, not a Vegas residency. So there
- 23:40Speaker 3: are some worries that fans will be misled to believe
- 23:43Speaker 3: that she's going to do maybe a surprise show at
- 23:45Speaker 3: the Sphere, or that eventually she's going to announce a
- 23:47Speaker 3: residency at the Sphere. Something along those lines. So the
- 23:51Speaker 3: Sphere don't want it. They don't want it as a
- 23:53Speaker 3: part of.
- 23:54Speaker 4: Anything that has to do with her footage.
- 23:55Speaker 3: So we'll see how that goes and if she takes
- 23:57Speaker 3: that out and if they actually decide that it really
- 23:59Speaker 3: does look like the Sphere and it is the Sphere.
- 24:02Speaker 3: Mary Morris is celebrating her new album with Dreamsicle Day
- 24:05Speaker 3: at Grimey's. It's happening May seventeenth from noon to two pm,
- 24:09Speaker 3: where she's gonna be signing vinyls and CDs. There's also
- 24:11Speaker 3: gonna be local pop ups from Living Waters Brewing, tattoo
- 24:14Speaker 3: artist Couture, Inc.
- 24:15Speaker 4: And treats from King of Pops.
- 24:17Speaker 3: So if you want to go, pre order your Dreamsicle
- 24:20Speaker 3: vinyl or CD on grimes dot com for line entry.
- 24:23Speaker 3: I love when Grimes does stuff like that. It's so
- 24:25Speaker 3: cool to like actually see everybody you know they do
- 24:27Speaker 3: little performances or signings.
- 24:30Speaker 4: Love it.
- 24:31Speaker 3: And Microsoft got rid of Skype yesterday. You probably haven't
- 24:35Speaker 3: heard anybody even say skyping quite a while, which is why.
- 24:38Speaker 4: They got rid of it.
- 24:38Speaker 3: So it's been around for nearly two decades and the
- 24:41Speaker 3: company decided to take it away. They folded its features
- 24:44Speaker 3: into teams where users can find their old chats and
- 24:47Speaker 3: contacts in there. Skype it used to be like the
- 24:49Speaker 3: go to video calling system, but they just couldn't keep
- 24:52Speaker 3: up with new programs like Zoom and stuff like that,
- 24:54Speaker 3: and so they decided to get rid of it, which
- 24:57Speaker 3: makes sense.
- 24:57Speaker 4: But rip to Skype a.
- 25:00Speaker 3: Twenty years it's wild to think woman, and those are
- 25:04Speaker 3: the three things you need to know.
- 25:05Speaker 1: One O seven five the River, Ricky, Zach and man
- 25:08Speaker 1: in the morning.
- 25:09Speaker 2: We got no conversation in here because of Ricky's name Ricky.
- 25:13Speaker 2: People often mess.
- 25:14Speaker 4: It up all the time.
- 25:16Speaker 3: I say Ricky and they're like Vicky Nicky.
- 25:19Speaker 2: There are too many female Ricky's out there. Great name though,
- 25:21Speaker 2: it's a strong name. But we are question for you.
- 25:25Speaker 2: How do Barista's mess up your name? Okay?
- 25:29Speaker 3: Get the age at the end all the time, the
- 25:31Speaker 3: age or they call me jack Oh okay, okay.
- 25:35Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 25:35Speaker 4: They never spell it zac the way that it's actually spelled.
- 25:39Speaker 4: It's always a c H or a kay at the end.
- 25:41Speaker 2: Come on six, one five, seven, three seven, nine, one
- 25:44Speaker 2: oh seven. It's different for everybody. How do they mess
- 25:47Speaker 2: up your name? We want to hear one O seven five.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 25:52Speaker 3: Early in elevenon. How do baristas mess up your name?
- 25:56Speaker 2: Can? I guess first, I would go with like maybe Holly.
- 25:59Speaker 11: Yes, they do that, so they call me Holly, Haley, Hillary.
- 26:04Speaker 5: I don't know how you get Hillary.
- 26:05Speaker 4: I'll Harley, but yeah, I feel like Harley.
- 26:07Speaker 6: I would be like Charlie, I got that tea one
- 26:10Speaker 6: Charlie Holly.
- 26:13Speaker 2: I don't I guess maybe I don't go to Starbucks
- 26:15Speaker 2: enough to know this. But the person that will write
- 26:16Speaker 2: your name on the cup is a different person that
- 26:19Speaker 2: then reads it correct correct. Okay, so yeah, lost is
- 26:22Speaker 2: something lost in translation here?
- 26:23Speaker 4: I think Harley is a very cool name.
- 26:25Speaker 5: Well, thank you so much.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Yeah, most people think I'm a guy.
- 26:29Speaker 4: Well people think I'm a guy all the time too.
- 26:30Speaker 4: I get it live just you get used to it
- 26:35Speaker 4: after a while. Ye, what it is? Yeah, whatever you want.
- 26:39Speaker 2: Surprise, It's a great surprise, Harley. Thank you for calling.
- 26:43Speaker 10: I'm a great morning guys.
- 26:45Speaker 2: Grace in spring Hill, good morning. How do they mess
- 26:47Speaker 2: up your name?
- 26:48Speaker 5: They always put Chris.
- 26:50Speaker 7: I don't know why they.
- 26:52Speaker 6: Yeah, yes, I feel like these people need to have
- 26:56Speaker 6: their hearing chats, like Grace is not that.
- 26:59Speaker 2: Hard of a name.
- 27:00Speaker 1: I know.
- 27:01Speaker 3: Yeah, that one's strange for me because I'm like, you
- 27:03Speaker 3: think hard, g like Grace, Like, I don't know.
- 27:06Speaker 4: Where they're getting that from.
- 27:08Speaker 2: There's gonna be a better solution here, like if they
- 27:11Speaker 2: have us write our own names on the cup or something.
- 27:14Speaker 4: Yeah, but then maybe you can't read the handwriting. I
- 27:16Speaker 4: don't know. I know people wouldn't be able to read
- 27:18Speaker 4: my handwriting. Mine's terrible.
- 27:21Speaker 3: I love it well, Grace, thank you so much for
- 27:24Speaker 3: calling in.
- 27:26Speaker 2: You two. I love Ashley in a darbol Kentucky. Before
- 27:30Speaker 2: you tell us how they mess up your name, Zach,
- 27:32Speaker 2: what's your.
- 27:32Speaker 4: Guess, Ashley?
- 27:34Speaker 6: I literally don't know how you could mess up Ashley
- 27:37Speaker 6: unless it's the spelling of it.
- 27:39Speaker 10: No, so it's not necessarily a barista, but places that
- 27:43Speaker 10: many places I used to work at, I would answer
- 27:45Speaker 10: the phone and say, this is Ashley, and every time
- 27:48Speaker 10: I thought, I said, Sasha, well that's so weird.
- 27:52Speaker 3: I'm like kind of concerned for society as a whole
- 27:55Speaker 3: right now about our hearing.
- 27:57Speaker 6: Okay, Ashley, let's just practice ring ring, ring, and act
- 28:00Speaker 6: like you're answering the phone so we can see if
- 28:02Speaker 6: we hear Sasha ring ring ring.
- 28:04Speaker 10: Okay, Hi, this is Ashley.
- 28:05Speaker 4: I don't he very clearly, Ashley.
- 28:09Speaker 2: Fun role playing now, thank you for calling.
- 28:11Speaker 7: That's all.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Thank you. One seven five The River, Thicky, Zach and
- 28:15Speaker 1: Mano in the morning.
