- 0:00Remember years ago when people used to find their soulmate at the grocery store?
- 0:04Oh yeah.
- 0:05Like that was he you'd like pick up the melons and be like, nice melons.
- 0:09Yeah, well that was always one line to use.
- 0:11Yes.
- 0:12But it's crazy.
- 0:13That's not the go-to.
- 0:14No, I think the reason that it worked was you would find this sort of dish women back, you know, in the day would find this sort of disheveled guy, not not put together.
- 0:24I'm talking like might have come from work and maybe he was a single guy and you know he wasn't necessarily the best at picking out certain things in the store and then And then she would lean over and be like, You want this one.
- 0:36Right.
- 0:36You know, and then I think that's the way.
- 0:40Excuse me.
- 0:41Okay.
- 0:41Well, it was a thing.
- 0:42People I know it's adorable, actually.
- 0:44People used to, you know, kind of find their their soulmate at the grocery store.
- 0:47Well, then what a great origin story, you know.
- 0:49He went on to other things, but this now, mind you, I'm gonna share this with you only because I feel at a Whole Foods it's not as risky as a behavior.
- 0:57But this desperate woman really wants to find a man, so she put her Whole Foods shopping schedule online.
- 1:03So that's That is awesome.
- 1:05Well, it is, unless you're at Save a lot, in which case you'll end up in the back of a white van and you will never see your family again.
- 1:12But at a Whole Foods, I think you're probably pretty safe.
- 1:14I feel like stepped up a bit here, so have a listen.
- 1:18BSA, I will be at the ground beef and rice section at Whole Foods at 3 p.m.
- 1:22today.

- 1:36Please come.
- 1:38Do you remember when I used to always grocery shop before I met Zach actually?
- 1:42Do you remember when I uh when what time I used to always grocery shop?
- 1:45Uh no.
- 1:45Saturday, 6 a.m.
- 1:47I think you still do that.
- 1:49Not as much.
- 1:50He gets me to like sleep in a little bit on the weekends.
- 1:52Yes, it's a it's a miracle.
- 1:54But it so not that I was looking, but if I was, all my options.
- 1:59Stock boys.
- 2:00Stock boys and old, old, old men.
- 2:02Actually, they're stock men at that point.
- 2:04The boys haven't even gotten up.
- 2:05They're too lazy to get up and go in and stock at that hour.
- 2:07Except in Meneers.
- 2:09Damn it.
- 2:10I don't know what it is with that place.
- 2:11They always have the younger uh demographic working there.
- 2:15The ones that you look at, you're like, you're an inspiration.
- 2:18You gotta be going to Notre Dame for God's sake.
- 2:20You're an inspiration.
- 2:21I'll tell you what, if you want to get a corning ink guy, then let's see, what time was I at the grocery store yesterday?
- 2:26Better build the Whole Foods quick.
- 2:28No, but there is there is definitely that like corning business the audience, if you will.
- 2:35Yeah, that 5 30 uh Wegmans.
- 2:37It's earlier than that.
- 2:38What time was at the grocery store yesterday?
- 2:39I had to randomly stop there.
- 2:41Is it earlier though?
- 2:424 30.
- 2:42I was there at 4 30.
- 2:44Oh, they're so executive they can get out of 4 30.
- 2:46Yes.
- 2:47While their piss ons are staying till 5.
- 2:50So if you're looking for a business professional, Wegman's 430.
- 2:54Produce section for this.
- 2:57Now I gotta play this for you.
- 2:59Because uh we are uh, you know, at the time a lot of people are are heading in to school.
- 3:03And we also know the school year is wrapping up for a lot of people.
- 3:06PA, a lot of folks wrapping up this week.
- 3:08June 5th, PA is your last day.
- 3:10Then we come to New York and uh sometime around August they'll get you out for the year.
- 3:14Uh-huh.
- 3:14Uh but anyway, this high school principal in Florida has been placed on administrative leave after she allegedly quoted Trap Queen from Fetty Wop in the school's yearbook.
- 3:24Now what's wrong with that?
- 3:26Well, that's uh how do you get remembered?
- 3:29You don't get remembered by quoting Engelbert Humperdink.
- 3:32Right, right, right.
- 3:33By the way, Fetty WAP was just here in Binghamton a couple weeks ago.
- 3:36Oh, that's right.
- 3:37What was the quote?
- 3:38Oh, here, I'll well let me play this for you.
- 3:40I did not put that quote in the earbook, nor did I approve that quote to be in the earbook.
- 3:43We live in the age of social media where this stuff can kind of go viral and get crazy real fast.
- 3:49Some of the people were screaming about this, saying the loudest, don't even have children in the school.
- 3:54There were certain parents that went straight to the district or straight to the news or straight to Facebook.
- 3:59None of them even called me.
- 4:00The quote was everybody hating, we just call them uh fans, though.
- 4:07Okay.
- 4:08If you don't have kids in the school, shut your hole.
- 4:11Also, you're right.
- 4:12I think that there's a way to connect with with the younger audience.
- 4:15Yeah.
- 4:16And that might be through a fetty wop lyric or whatever.
- 4:19Had she used profanity or something that was, I don't know, overly sexual, overly violent.
- 4:26Is it because he smokes the devil's lettuce?
- 4:29Oh, dear God.
- 4:30That's what I think.
- 4:31I mean, I hate it too.
- 4:32I can't stand walking around downtown Elmira and smelling it on every corner, but she's it might not be your thing, but it's not illegal.
- 4:39Right, exactly.
- 4:41Exactly.
- 4:41So I what's okay for well for high school kids it would be.
- 4:44Let me clarify that statement.
- 4:45But is that the issue?
- 4:47Because what else would the issue?
- 4:48I don't know.
- 4:49The quote was not terrible.
- 4:50It wasn't like I'm gonna kill your family or something.
- 4:54Everybody hating, we just call them fans, though.
- 4:57I mean, isn't that the old I know you are, but what am I?
- 5:01Uh yeah, I guess, yes, yes, yes.
- 5:04Well, and I love people calling the news, but also you know, sending messages to the school and all that stuff.
- 5:11Oh, for god.
- 5:12I wish in school that I was on the yearbook uh committee because you can kind of do things like that.
- 5:17Or let's say, for instance, I'm in a hating mood today, but I'm really not, I promise you.
- 5:22But let's say, for instance, my enemy, Nicole from high school.
- 5:25Let's say ball to the face.
- 5:27Let's say there were two pictures of her from volleyball, and one of the pictures, she has this really nasty face.
- 5:33And I was on the yearbook committee.
- 5:35You know, I'm picking that one to go in the yearbook.
- 5:37Yeah, I figured as much.
- 5:38That's that's great.
- 5:39That's the power you have in the yearbook committee.
- 5:42You have the power to put the Fetty Wap quote.
- 5:44So did somebody hate this teacher?
- 5:46And they thought, I'm gonna get her.
- 5:49I mean, this is the full all the way to the top.
- 5:51I'm sorry, principal.
- 5:52It blows my mind.
- 5:53Did somebody go, I hate this principal.
- 5:54I'm gonna get her.
- 5:55I don't know.
- 5:56What are we supposed to do?
- 5:57Put Celine Dion quotes on in the yearbook?
- 5:59Will that make everybody happy?
- 6:01Not related.
- 6:01Wow, wait a way to look on hip.
- 6:04It's it seems like she's probably gonna get her job back.
- 6:08I would like to think so, yes.
