- 1:12SPEAKER_00: And I see so many women engaging in negative self-talk or people pleasing or not setting boundaries, hating their bodies, and honestly, it breaks my heart because they don't know the codes to self-love, right?
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: So I'm sharing all of the codes you're gonna need for self-love, and I really want you to understand that when you love yourself on a truly deep level, your whole life changes.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: Your relationships improve, your friendships improve, your magnetism improves, your happiness improves, even how much money you make improves.

- 1:51SPEAKER_00: I like I like the word yummy.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: Yummy just came to mind, but it's true.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Life just gets to be to be yummy, right?
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: And so in these four weeks, I really awaken your inner goddess and help you to ignite that self-love.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: So that you can like feel good in the bedroom with your boyfriend and feel good naked, or even if you're like single, you can just like drop it down and dance, and you're not afraid to speak your voice at work, and you're not afraid to be seen, or be afraid of too being too much, and you know, you can stop all the no boundaries and the people pleasing, which we're gonna get into in this episode, anyways.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: So you have to love yourself first, right?
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, nothing else is ever going to be enough.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: So it's four weeks.

- 3:35SPEAKER_00: If you are looking to live well, you are in the right place.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: A new episode starts now.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: Hello, hi everyone.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: I'm excited for today's live.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: Normally I do like um a QA type of live, but I'm excited to like, I actually wrote an agenda for today.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: So it's going to be a good one.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: Um, I have a bunch of things written down, so we're gonna get into the root of self-love is setting boundaries selfish, signs you're a people pleaser, why you people please, why you don't love yourself, um, the dangers if you lack self-love, myths about self-love, the truth about self-care.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: I literally have a whole agenda, guys.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: I I really plan for this live today.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: Um, and I hope you guys are having a good day.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: It was like literally a blizzard five minutes ago in Toronto, which is like end of April.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't know, I'm not here for this.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: Hi, everybody.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: Keep waving or putting hearts and all of a sudden.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: I love seeing so many of you guys that I see all the time.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: It really, I appreciate the support.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: Hello, I hope it's warmer in Belgium than it is in Canada right now.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: Okay, so let's start off by talking about the root of self-love.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: So, self-love is literally tied to everything.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: Self-love is the root of everything in your life, it's the root of health, relationships, friendships, career.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: What else do I have?
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: Magnetism, happiness, everything like that comes from self-love and how much you love yourself.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: So it's so much more than just negative self-talk.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: A lot of the times when we think about, you know, self-love, we think about, oh, that's just not, you know, calling yourself fat in the mirror.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: But it's so much more than that.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: It's things like people pleasing, you know, not setting boundaries, not, you know, putting up with things that you shouldn't be putting up with, maybe like toxic relationships.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: So there's so many more other deeper ways that people engage in a lack of self-love that we're gonna dive into in today's live and ways you can kind of overcome that and kind of start to do that.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: So the first thing that comes up is is setting boundaries selfish.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: Setting boundaries are not selfish.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: Literally, when you put up boundaries, you liter you signal to the world, hey, this is what I'm willing to put up with.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: And when we don't set boundaries, we are basically declaring an energetic free-for-all that everyone has access to it at any time.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: Now, the reason you have trouble setting boundaries is because you have either a fear of rejection, a fear of abandonment, or you know, fear of not being liked.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: Now, there's a difference between selfish, selflessness, and self-hood.
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: So selfish is my needs always come first before everything else.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: Selflessness is my needs don't matter.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: Then you have self-hood, which is in the middle, which is where you want to be, and this is it's mine and your needs together and what fits together.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: So that's why having self-love and setting boundaries does not mean that you're selfish.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: It does not mean that you don't care about people.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: Guys, I'm like, I have the biggest heart.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: I give too much, but I still have boundaries because that way it doesn't violate me in a way that depletes my energy.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: So a great way to understand if something is a boundary is that does this deplete me?
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: Does this am I still full after giving this?
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: We want to really be giving from a state of overflow.
- 6:48SPEAKER_00: So what I like to say is, are you doing this from love or are you doing this for love?
- 6:53SPEAKER_00: If you're doing this for love or a form of validation and that's why you're not setting boundaries, that's like a sign that you need to engage in more self-love and that you should set that boundary properly.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: However, if you're in an overflow, like for example, take a couple weeks ago when I announced I was gonna do that emergency energy healing.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: I had so much love.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: I was in such overflow that I was like, okay, I can hold space for other people right now, versus like a month ago or like two months ago when I was in the midst of a kasha being a terror, I didn't have the energetic capacity to host um, you know, free energy healing to market cow ceremonies.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: And that was the boundary I drew.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: So does that make sense in terms of the difference between selfish, self-ness, self- wait, selfishness, selflessness, and self-hood?
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: Um, and if you have any questions about any boundaries, people pleasing or self-love, leave them um in the question box and I will get to them.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: So let's go over some signs that you are a people pleaser.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: So I wrote some down, um, but also like agreeing with everyone, apologizing often, feeling responsible for how other people feel.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: You can't say no, you can't stand the thought of somebody not liking you.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: Um you act different to different people depending on what you feel that they need, um, or you go to lengths to avoid conflict.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: So all of these things are signs that you're engaging in people pleasing.
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: And people pleasing comes from the fact that, oh, if they don't like me, I am going to be rejected, abandoned, and I'm gonna die alone.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: So it really comes down to that core-based need, if you're familiar with Maslow's hierarchy of needs, of I need to feel safe and secure.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: I don't feel safe and secure on my own.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: I don't have enough in my cup, I need to overextend myself and please everybody so that I get that external love and validation.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: But spoiler alert, no amount of external is ever going to be enough if you don't give enough to yourself.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: Because you can be the juiciest peach in the whole, it's not a peach patch, what is it?
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: Peach farm?
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: Um, but there's still gonna be someone who doesn't like peaches.
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: And so when you're not setting boundaries and you are engaging in people pleasing, then you are gonna end up depleting yourself more and more, and it's gonna make you feel more lack, more fear of rejection, more fear of being criticized, more fear of disappointing others, um, more loneliness and more guilt.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: So hopefully that all makes sense.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: Um you have any questions about that?
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: Let me know.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: Okay, so let's move on to the next thing I wanted to talk about.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: Um, which is oh yeah, why you still don't love yourself.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: Okay, so there's a bunch of reasons I still see people why they don't love themselves.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: Number one is you are still comparing your journey to somebody else's.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: If you are comparing yourself to, you know, whoever it is online, you cannot think that your journey has to be the same as theirs.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: You are not the same person.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: So that's like number one.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: If you are if there's anyone like in your feed that you feel like, oh, they're not an expander for you, and rather you find yourself um comparing, you need to eliminate that.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: You're also forgetting that you have what others don't.
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: So there are so many things that you have that probably others don't have, and you need to start focusing on like gratitude practice, meditation, and doing all these things to really build up your self-love.
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: Next is your past haunts you.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: So if you do not deal with your past trauma, if you do not deal with the fact that, oh, I was a people pleaser because you know my mom really wanted me to get good grades when I was little, and so I feel the need to please everyone in my life in order to get that love validation.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: Or mom or dad's love wasn't available to me.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: They were emotionally distant, they weren't the type that said, I love you.
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: So now I go over and above and I people please, and I have no boundaries because I'm still craving mommy and daddy's love.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: You need to go back and heal the past things.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: Um, relationships.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: So this can even go with whether it's toxic friendships, toxic romantic relationships.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: Um, but if you've not healed those, you're gonna probably keep manifesting the same patterns over and over again because you always get in life a mirror for what you believe you are worthy and deserving of.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: This goes where you're worthy and deserving of a career, money, friendship, relationships, health, um, everything like that.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: Now, also to note, it is important that self-love is tied to a bunch of physical symptoms.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: So self-love is tied to acne, psoriasis, IBS, IBD, certain cancers, um, MS, asthma, well, definitely gut health.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: So just loop everything to do with gut health, um, autoimmune conditions, all of that.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: Because if you do not believe you are worthy and you are constantly saying negative things to your body and fighting with your body, all of these things can manifest.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: So let's dive into some of the dangers of a lack of self-love.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: So, number one, depression and anxiety.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: If you struggle with both these, uh basically I'm gonna guarantee you that you do not have enough self-love.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: Number two, you are constantly longing for more.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: So if you do not love yourself, no amount of external validation is ever gonna feel enough.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: No amount from your boyfriend, your mom, your friends, it's always gonna, you're always gonna feel wanting more that it's not enough, that it's not enough.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: If it's not enough, that's because you're not giving it to you.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: It is your job to give it to you.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: Everything else is extra.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: Everyone else is bonus, everyone else is like the cherry on top.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: Make sense?
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: Um, and then your health will suffer.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: So if you were not loving yourself, like I said, your gut health goes in the toilet, you might become constipated or have loose stools, um, acne is another go-to, anything to do with skin, eczema psoriasis, that goes in the toilet.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: Um, you also may not like excel in your career because you have a fear of being too much, or a fear of being seen, or you know, then your stress goes in the toilet because you're not setting boundaries at work, because you didn't tell your boss that hey, I'm not available at 10 p.m.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: to answer your email.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: Because you didn't set those boundaries because you want a people, please, because you have a fear of being rejected, and you want your boss to like love you so much, and you have trouble drawing that line and drawing that boundary.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: Does that make sense?
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: And of course, you will never have enough, and you're gonna keep chasing that never-ending loop.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: So, I'm gonna get into some of the questions.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: Let me know.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: Um, oh, this is a good one.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: How do you people please less without being rude?
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: So, this is interesting.
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: Why do you assume that by not pleasing people you're being rude?
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: Uh no, like there is nothing rude about being like, hey, like, I don't have the energetic capacity for that right now.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: Uh, hey, like Akasha kept me up all night.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: I am not the person I am would usually be.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: I cannot, you know, hang out tonight or hold space.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: Uh, does that make sense?
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: So, like, it's all in the tone and the way you set your boundary, but you also don't have to overexplain.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: Um, I find sometimes people think that they need to over-explain and justify their boundaries.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: You don't need to justify your boundaries, your boundaries are your boundaries.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: You don't need to explain to everyone why you have your boundaries.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: Hopefully that makes sense.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: Um, this is a good one.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: Will people pleasing affect your gut health?
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: So, people pleasing is one of the biggest things that affect gut health, and it comes from a lack of safety, right?
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: Because when we are people pleasing, safety and the gut are tied.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: So, your safety, the ability to feel safe is literally in your second chakra right there.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: When you are people pleasing, you're literally declaring, oh, I'm not safe on my own.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: I I need everyone to like me.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: Oh, everyone needs to like me because I don't like myself enough.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: You gotta stop chasing the everybody needs to like me type of thing because you're just gonna end up exhausted, depleted, and ruin your gut health because you don't feel safe in who you are.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: When you feel safe in who you are, you don't feel the need to people please because you already are full of love and validation from yourself.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: So hopefully that makes sense.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: And if you guys need help with it, that's what uh goddess activation is for.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: Um, saying I'm worthy of my desires is one thing.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: How can you get to believing it?
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: Great question.
- 14:50SPEAKER_00: So you need to get to the root of where did you first learn this belief to not be true and where did you first pick that up?
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: So, um, okay, let me think of an example.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: I'm not worthy of okay, so let's say, because it's because I had a reading with someone who had a relationship issue.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: So let's say you've had a series of like bad, toxic, romantic relationships, and you say you're worthy of like a better one, but if you don't believe it's possible for you because you declare, like, oh, I've never had one before, so it's not possible, you need to go back and release the beliefs from those past relationships, so either past life regression, trauma release, something like that, because otherwise, no amount of affirming in the present is going to do that when your subconscious mind is telling you the opposite.
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: So you need to go back and rewire those beliefs from you, those relationships, or for something you pick up from your parents.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, your mom told you you weren't good enough, or you weren't getting high enough grades, or you're not good enough to make the soccer team, but like that memory is always stuck with you.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: Chances are you have a memory that's always stuck with you that's like defined you.
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: For example, and I've used this one in I think my last life, one that stuck with me up until I released it that really defined my worth was I came home with a science test, showed my mom, I got a 98, I was so pumped, so proud, and she asked me what happened to the 2%.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: I can see the bathroom, what she was wearing, what I was wearing the meal, I can see everything about this memory until I went and like released it.
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: So you have to go back and basically show love to your little girl and rewire that.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: Hopefully that makes sense.
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: Um am I correct that the gut is the second brain?
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: Yes, a thousand percent.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: Hmm.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: I oh I feel like I always need to hold space for my boyfriend.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: He gets moody and down a lot, and it's hard.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: You are responsible for no one's well-being.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: Well, okay, I'm guessing you're not a parent.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: So, like when you have a parent, you know you need to.
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: But in terms of boyfriend relationships, you are responsible for your happiness and your happiness only.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: You cannot make someone else do the work.
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: You are not responsible for fixing.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: This goes back to people pleasing.
- 17:03SPEAKER_00: If you find the nicks to find the nicks, find the need to fix people, you are a people pleaser.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: You need to stop that and get to the root.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: Why do you feel like you always need to hold space?
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: If you don't hold space, what will happen?
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: Is that true?
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: So ask yourself those two things.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: What will happen, and is that true?
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: How can you stop acting based on how people want?
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: Literally rip off the band-aid and start acting how you want to act.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: Do the things you want to do, set your boundaries how you want to do.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: Um, we dive into like the deep ones in God's activation.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: I believe it's week one.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: We know worthiness is week one, which is kind of tired.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: I think it's we week one or two, week one or two.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: Um, but we dive deeper into that.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: But you have to go back and identify what is your fear.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: Is it a fear of rejection?
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: Is it a fear of loneliness?
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: Like, oh, if I don't overextend myself to this person, oh, my my husband or my boyfriend's gonna leave me and I'm gonna die alone.
- 18:07SPEAKER_00: Get to the root of what your belief is and then rewire that.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: Okay, you guys.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: Oh, I think my my house manager's texting me, but like, mmm, no.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: Why I'm gonna pause one second.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: Okay, we're back.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: We just got to make sure that Akasha was okay.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: Um, okay.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: How exactly do you release these strong memories and emotions?
- 18:26SPEAKER_00: Get into either an energy healing with me, goddess activation, or um an Akashic reading.
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: You cannot do them on your own.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: Do not try to trauma release yourself.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: You can you can't trauma release yourself.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: Um, tips for not overeating, mindfully in college.
- 18:45SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna tie this back to the topic of the live just to keep it there.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: Chances are you are overeating because you lack self-love, because there is a part of you that is empty and you need to fill the emotional void.
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: So you need to replenish yourself more so that you are not going to food for comfort.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: So that's part of the reason.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: If you are full enough, then you don't look to the food for comfort.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: How do you rewild old memories?
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: Um, you can do brain rewiring, reprogramming, trauma release, any of the stuff I just said, or get um into goddess activation if you need help with self-love and all that.
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: How do you start with meditation?
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: Um, you can do it on your own.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: I just sit silently and then meditate, but you can also do guided ones.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: I mean, there's one on YouTube.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: I have an abundance one, which honestly is really good.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: I mean, people have like manifested houses, thousands of dollars, jobs, partners, everything.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: So I I mean I would suggest that one, Sadie, if you're if you're looking for a good one.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: Um keep the questions coming.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: What should I do if a friend of mine is still holding a grudge towards me?
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: Why do you care?
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: Why do you have to do anything?
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: If if someone is triggered by you and someone is like mad at you, they're the ones suffering.
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: Who is it?
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: I think it's there's a Buddhist quote or something like that where it's like, when you don't forgive people, it does more to them than it does for you.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: So that grudge that she's holding is messing up her gut and messing with I'm guessing it's a her.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: Um, a lot more than it's gonna mess with you.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: Release it.
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: It's her stuff.
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: Why why does it matter to you?
- 20:23SPEAKER_00: Hmm, look at why it matters.
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: Fear of rejection, fear of abandonment, guilt, loneliness.
- 20:28SPEAKER_00: Look at why it matters to you.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: What are you making it mean?
- 20:34SPEAKER_00: Should you do it if every day of the week?
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: I don't know what you mean by that, so just let me know.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: Okay, guys, keep coming with the questions.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: Anything about self-love?
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: Oh, I wanted to touch on the truth about self-care.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: So, self-care is great.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: Don't get me wrong.
- 20:52SPEAKER_00: Face masks are great, all the stuff is great.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: However, if you are doing it from a place of punishment or from a place of negativity, for example, are you doing this face mask as an act of service to yourself to help yourself relax?
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: Or are you putting this face mask on because you hate your skin, because you're breaking out and you have acne and you're so miserable and you hate yourself that you're hoping the face mask is gonna fix you?
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: So that is the thing that like self-care is not self-love until you actually learn to love yourself.
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: Does that make sense?
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: So, you know, working out can be self-care if you are not working out in order to punish your body, to look a certain way, or because you hate your body.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: Does that make sense?
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: You need to master self-love first.
- 21:38SPEAKER_00: Oh, I'm so glad, Lauren.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: Oh, the abundance one is really, really good.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: Does well nourish help with emotional releasing too?
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: A thousand percent.
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: So, well nourish is going to be emotional releasing along with health, nutrition, and food, um, specifically focused on emotions around like eating food, but we also go into people pleasing.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Goddess activation is more like the basis of self-love, and like well-nourished goes even deeper, right?
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: It's a more intensive program.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: It's eight weeks long versus like four weeks.
- 22:11SPEAKER_00: So they're just like they're different, and obviously, one is shorter and less intense.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: Oh, where'd you get your energy bracelet?
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: I am energy collective.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: Um, I designed it, but I believe we're out of stock.
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: You guys have been buying them like crazy.
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: How do you teach self-love to children?
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: Oh, this is a wonderful question.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: Getting them to recognize themselves for their accomplishments.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: So instead of being like, I am so proud of you, oh, like, oh, you drew this pretty picture, I'm so proud of you, encouraging them to be proud of themselves.
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: Because yes, it's great that you are proud of them, but then the child's gonna learn, like, okay, I have to do this drawing really good so that mommy will be proud of me and they'll seek mommy's validation.
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: Does that make sense?
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: So you want to encourage them to have autonomy in their own to be like proud of themselves, like, oh, do you see like how wonderfully you did, or what do you love about the picture that you drew?
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: Does that make sense?
- 23:13SPEAKER_00: So they get like, oh, I really like you know the the flowers that I drew, or you know, asking them what they're proud of that they did today and recognizing things about themselves versus relying on you for comments about themselves.
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: Hopefully that makes sense.
- 23:31SPEAKER_00: Tips on self-love.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: So 100% listen to my latest episode of the podcast, but also set boundaries, stop engaging in people pleasing, stop the negative self-talk, find out the emotional um past issues from either past relationships or childhood that you first learned that you weren't worthy of, and then join glass activation because that's where you do the really deep reprogramming, and I give you guys the codes.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: Hmm.
- 24:01SPEAKER_00: Okay, someone asked if I eat eggs.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: I eat eggs.
- 24:05SPEAKER_00: Hmm.
- 24:06SPEAKER_00: Oh, wait, there was another question about Enneagram 9.
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: Let me oh no, that did disappear.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: Oh, there we go.
- 24:13SPEAKER_00: I am a strong Enneagram 9 and really work hard on focusing and really working hard on focusing less on others and emotions.
- 24:21SPEAKER_00: Okay, can you read the word that question?
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: You're focusing less on other people.
- 24:25SPEAKER_00: Is that what you mean?
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: Um, are you protecting your energy?
- 24:29SPEAKER_00: Are you setting boundaries?
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: That's what I would say.
- 24:32SPEAKER_00: Um, and the abundance meditation is on my podcast.
- 24:36SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna any questions that are not related to like self-love, boundaries, and people pleasing, just DM them to me because I am going to be saving this for a podcast, so I want to keep everything kind of on topic.
- 24:47SPEAKER_00: So you guys have any other questions related to health or whatever, just send me a DM and I can answer them.
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: But oh, I'm glad you guys like my blondies.
- 24:56SPEAKER_00: So, any more questions about self-love, boundaries, people pleasing, how that ties into life.
- 25:04SPEAKER_00: Um honestly just remember that you get in life what you believe you are worthy and deserving of.
- 25:13SPEAKER_00: So if there is you feel like a part of your life is lacking, it is a signal to you that you don't believe you're worthy in that aspect.
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: So really focus on rewiring that and showing yourself love and reprogramming those different aspects, if that makes sense.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: Okay, guys, any more questions about this?
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
- 25:44SPEAKER_00: What is the best way to start your day of self-love?
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: Saying good morning, your name, I love you.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: So, good morning, love, I love you.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: Because I think oftentimes we're waiting for someone else to tell us that we love them.
- 26:00SPEAKER_00: If I asked you about all the things you love, how long would it take you to say yourself?
- 26:07SPEAKER_00: Hmm.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: Question, right?
- 26:09SPEAKER_00: We always wait to be like, oh, for a boyfriend or a partner or someone else to say I love you, but when's the last time you said I love you to yourself?
- 26:17SPEAKER_00: That you actually stood there or like said out loud or stood in the mirror and was like, Liv, I love you.
- 26:22SPEAKER_00: You are amazing, you are an inspiration, you're changing lives, you're incredible, you look so good today.
- 26:28SPEAKER_00: When's the last time you did that?
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: Hmm.
- 26:31SPEAKER_00: Go and do that.
- 26:32SPEAKER_00: That's everyone's homework.
- 26:33SPEAKER_00: Everyone now has homework from this live.
- 26:36SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 26:37SPEAKER_00: Um, I'm not familiar with like I know what an Enneagram 9 is, but I don't know the characteristics because I'm a I'm a three-wing two.
- 26:46SPEAKER_00: Uh how do you find out what is the thing you want and not what others expect from you?
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's a good question.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: So when you're about to do something, let's say someone asks you to hang out, do you want to go, or do you feel obligated?
- 27:03SPEAKER_00: Do you feel guilt?
- 27:03SPEAKER_00: If you get a like a pit in your stomach that's a guilt feeling, then that's what they expect of you.
- 27:09SPEAKER_00: If your boss messages you or calls you at 10 p.m.
- 27:12SPEAKER_00: and you don't want to answer, but you feel guilt if you don't answer, then that's what others expect from you.
- 27:16SPEAKER_00: So tune into your body and see, okay, what is my bot, how is my body feeling in response to the situation or question?
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: Does it feel guilt, shame, uneasy, obligation, or does it feel like full of love, free, and like, yeah, I want to hang out, or yeah, I'll host an energy session, whatever it is.
- 27:34SPEAKER_00: That's the key.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: It's tapping into your body to see what you feel.
- 27:38SPEAKER_00: Oh, I'm so so glad.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: Um, yes, my collab with I Am Energy should be coming back.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: How do we stop comparing ourselves to others?
- 27:52SPEAKER_00: I would say A, get into cause activation, but B, you need to start identifying where are those aspects that you are comparing yourself and what are you making it mean?
- 28:05SPEAKER_00: So, like, are you making it mean I don't have that and that it's not possible for you?
- 28:11SPEAKER_00: Or are you using it as an expander?
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: So, like, I feel like this is probably gonna be body related.
- 28:18SPEAKER_00: So, like, who can't even think of someone?
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: Okay, let's think of Kenzie Burke, because I actually like Kenzie Burke.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: So, Kenzie Burke, she's like thin, pretty, whatever.
- 28:25SPEAKER_00: Ah, I don't have a body like Kenzie Burke.
- 28:27SPEAKER_00: Let's say you're comparing yourself to her body.
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: Why are you comparing your body to hers like your body should look like hers?
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: What are you making it mean about her body, and what are you making it mean about your body?
- 28:42SPEAKER_00: Look at what you are making it mean.
- 28:45SPEAKER_00: That's how you stop comparing.
- 28:47SPEAKER_00: So you're making it mean that your body is if it's like larger, let's say for example, what are you making it mean?
- 28:54SPEAKER_00: That what does that mean?
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: Does that mean you are less than?
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: Does that mean you are less worthy because it doesn't look like that?
- 29:00SPEAKER_00: Look at what you are making it mean.
- 29:05SPEAKER_00: Okay, what is the best way for empaths to protect their energy?
- 29:09SPEAKER_00: Black tourmaline, wear a bubble around yourself, set boundaries.
- 29:15SPEAKER_00: Like empaths basically need to be like the boundaries.
- 29:18SPEAKER_00: I don't want to use the b word, but the boundary queen.
- 29:21SPEAKER_00: Let's use boundaries queen.
- 29:22SPEAKER_00: You need to be a boundary queen.
- 29:24SPEAKER_00: If you are feeling like you are getting overwhelmed as an empath, your boundaries are not where they should be.
- 29:31SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: Any last questions, guys, about self-love, boundaries, people pleasing, any of that?
- 29:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah, shug night's also good.
- 29:42SPEAKER_00: Just shug night is very expensive.
- 29:44SPEAKER_00: Like the little shug night I have, which is like okay, this is not shug night, but it's about this size,$70.
- 29:49SPEAKER_00: So I just wanted to give some um crystal recommendations that weren't like super expensive.
- 29:56SPEAKER_00: Okay, guys.
- 29:57SPEAKER_00: Any more questions about self-love boundaries, goddess activation, guys?
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: There's so many women already in goddess activation.
- 30:06SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited.
- 30:07SPEAKER_00: I mean, this has been like sitting on my heart for so long.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: I literally just had an action reading right before this of more people not loving themselves.
- 30:14SPEAKER_00: Women, can we please start loving ourselves?
- 30:16SPEAKER_00: And also, let's normalize feeling ourselves.
- 30:19SPEAKER_00: Like, I want, I love to see women like post that selfie, post the video, feel yourself, feel good.
- 30:25SPEAKER_00: Like, we we need to stop cutting other women down and we need to start like empowering them.
- 30:30SPEAKER_00: And like, yeah, when I see like people doing dances or taking selfies on the street, I'm like, yeah, you go, girl.
- 30:36SPEAKER_00: Like, I'll take the photo for you, like I'll help you.
- 30:38SPEAKER_00: We need to start normalizing us feeling good.
- 30:40SPEAKER_00: I think oftentimes, you know, people will be like, oh, she's like feeling herself, oh, she's confident, she's posting a selfie.
- 30:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, post that selfie.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: Feel good.
- 30:49SPEAKER_00: Why would you not post it?
- 30:50SPEAKER_00: Like, if you're feeling good, like we need to start normalizing women feeling good, and just realize that when you love yourself, your whole world changes, your health changes, your relationships change, you attract better, not only romantic relationships, but you attract better friendships, your health improves.
- 31:06SPEAKER_00: How much money you make at work improves.
- 31:09SPEAKER_00: Like, one of my clients got a$35,000 raise because we worked on her self-worth.
- 31:13SPEAKER_00: You know, it's crazy.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: You know, when you're not afraid of being seen and you're not afraid of being too much, you speak up in your job.
- 31:20SPEAKER_00: And so maybe you get that promotion or you excel better because you're not afraid anymore.
- 31:25SPEAKER_00: You're just your happiness overall improves because you're not looking for external validation and you realize that you're whole, worthy, and complete already.
- 31:33SPEAKER_00: So please, ladies, show yourself more love.
- 31:37SPEAKER_00: Stop the negative self-talk.
- 31:38SPEAKER_00: Join us in God's activation if you need to.
