- 0:00Speaker 1: Felix and Winston here and we've got the latest for you, not just on the breakthrough a ideal of Microsoft, what's happening in sneakers inflation collapsing but how you can actually make money out of it.
- 0:12Speaker 1: I'm walking through some real trades and much, much more.
- 0:15Speaker 1: It all is the hard work of this Golden Vitriva.
- 0:19Speaker 1: We've done a lot today, haven't you, winston?
- 0:20Speaker 1: So there we are.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Let's get cracking, shall we?
- 0:22Speaker 1: Do you want to go in snack?
- 0:24Speaker 1: I think you probably do.
- 0:25Speaker 1: I'm going to let this guy out and we'll get cracking.
- 0:27Speaker 1: I'll be right back.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Right, we're back, dressed half in green and half in red.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Today, we sort of reflect the mood of the market right now.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Good morning to you and, as usual, none of this financial advice, just Winston's wisdom.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Smash the you know what and let's get cracking.
- 0:53Speaker 1: I've also got two goodies for you in terms of important information to understand, and the first is I made a document for you Becoming a real writer here.
- 1:07Speaker 1: I just called them Basically.
- 1:09Speaker 1: I want to go through this in a second here Yield Curve.
- 1:12Speaker 1: The yield curve, if it's doing what it's doing right now, normally says we should be in a recession, but we're not.
- 1:18Speaker 1: So I want to explain why that's happening and how you can actually make money out of it, like what sectors are going to benefit from this?
- 1:24Speaker 1: So you can download this completely free of charge.
- 1:27Speaker 1: That FelixFriendsorg slash money, because this is what this is all about Money, and that's why you invest, isn't it?
- 1:34Speaker 1: Unless you have some religious further, for you know, alex Karp or something, but most of us, it's money.
- 1:42Speaker 1: So get your pause on that.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Felixfriendsorg slash money and it's, as usual, free, of course.
- 1:47Speaker 1: So let me then jump into a little bit and I can see the little symbols here, you guys popping into it, which is cool.
- 1:55Speaker 1: So go for that.
- 1:56Speaker 1: We're going to look a little bit at economics.
- 1:58Speaker 1: What's happening here in terms of headlines?
- 2:00Speaker 1: We want to look at Apple, we want to look at Microsoft.
- 2:03Speaker 1: We want to look at this little thing here called Pi, and I asked Pi, which is the thing that Microsoft just acquired?
- 2:08Speaker 1: I asked it how do I explain to my golden retriever that he needs to go on a diet?
- 2:15Speaker 1: And it says this is the LLM, the chat, gpt sort of type thing that Microsoft just acquired in a really sneaky way and apparently it has emotional intelligence.
- 2:26Speaker 1: So it says that's a tricky one.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Felix Docs don't understand human language.
- 2:30Speaker 1: I just agree.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Or concepts like dieting Okay, I agree on that one.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Instead, try these strategies.
- 2:35Speaker 1: So remember, consistency is key.
- 2:37Speaker 1: My lovely housekeepers been very generous with their food portions.
- 2:42Speaker 1: They thought they were doing a nice thing.
- 2:43Speaker 1: The poor chaps put on about five pounds which he now has to work off.
- 2:48Speaker 1: So there we are.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Before we get properly cracking, we are also running a life trading training this coming Tuesday.
- 2:55Speaker 1: If you want to see how I made last year 105% RACE, 126% the year before and so far this year we're up about $5,400 on a approximately $30,000 portfolio Then come and join me on Tuesday.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Felixfriendsorg slash webinar links down below.
- 3:18Speaker 1: It's simply go to FelixFriendsorg slash webinar and also be actually be life trading for you guys in the community already today.
- 3:26Speaker 1: You might have seen the notification already.
- 3:28Speaker 1: If not, you have seen it now here Web be nah.
- 3:34Speaker 1: It's about 90 minutes and I give you my entire protocol, the whole system.
- 3:38Speaker 1: It's only three steps.
- 3:39Speaker 1: It's pretty, pretty easy to do the steps.
- 3:42Speaker 1: You need to learn a bit, for sure, but I'll give it to you so you can start learning.
- 3:46Speaker 1: So we've been doing quite nicely, as you can see.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Now let me run you through a little bit.
- 3:52Speaker 1: What's actually going on in the world, while stock's doing what they're doing.
- 3:55Speaker 1: This is meant to be the best week so far this year, although today is looking a little bit touch and go, but we'll get onto that Now.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Globally, inflation has come down tremendously.
- 4:07Speaker 1: We're down to 2.9% in the G7, the largest seven economies in the world which is sort of slightly above the long-term average, but not a great deal.
- 4:17Speaker 1: So we're expecting rate cuts from the Fed and from the ECB and the Swissies and everybody else Japan going the opposite direction, obviously, but that's an outlier and that should be a good thing for stocks.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Right, you would think, and it is to a large extent.
- 4:33Speaker 1: But if you look at this document that I'm sharing with you, we have a yield curve in version and read what that means to really understand it the longest ever.
- 4:47Speaker 1: And normally what happens is when you get a yield curve in version, which is where we are below this zero line here normally what happens is you get the gray zone afterwards and the gray zone is a recession.
- 5:00Speaker 1: So why the heck did we not get a recession so far?
- 5:03Speaker 1: When we're down here, I mean, we're really at like 1980s levels Well, because the government is spending us out of a recession.
- 5:11Speaker 1: It's very simple it's debt, it's debt, it's all debt.
- 5:13Speaker 1: That's really what this is about here, us government debt is going up faster than ever before.
- 5:18Speaker 1: That's preventing this recession from happening.
- 5:20Speaker 1: So what's going to happen?
- 5:21Speaker 1: Is it going to come anyway?
- 5:22Speaker 1: And if it does, is it going to be good?
- 5:24Speaker 1: Is it going to be bad?
- 5:25Speaker 1: The Fed will cut more.
- 5:27Speaker 1: What's going to happen here?
- 5:28Speaker 1: Seriously, read it.
- 5:29Speaker 1: That's what I'd say to you, because Then you really understand it.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Okay, so check it out.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Phoenixpenserorg slash money, as they say in certain parts of the United Kingdom.
- 5:39Speaker 1: That's the webinar.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Sign up for you If you haven't been over there already.
- 5:42Speaker 1: And this is pre-market, which actually is looking a little bit better than it was 20 minutes ago when I first looked at it.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Apple is in the green, despite lawsuits which we'll look at.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Google is up some more meta in the green.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Tesla down 3 percentage points.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Is that the end of Tesla?
- 6:00Speaker 1: No, it's not.
- 6:01Speaker 1: We are actually bullish Tesla, and I'll walk you through that as well.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Fat drugs are doing well, which is not surprising, and Accenture is doing well.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Is that Accenture?
- 6:14Speaker 1: Yeah, possibly, because PWUC is going to get hit with some serious fines in China.
- 6:20Speaker 1: You would have thought right, ever grant?
- 6:22Speaker 1: Yeah, you don't want to be the auditor that signed that off.
- 6:25Speaker 1: It's a minor difference in revenue 78 billion, right?
- 6:31Speaker 1: Brilliant Trainers and very tight leggings.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Do you know that Lululemon is one of the largest causes of microplastics?
- 6:43Speaker 1: Yeah, there's an environmentalist in here too.
- 6:45Speaker 1: You'd be surprised, right?
- 6:46Speaker 1: Seriously, everything that you buy that is that synthetic, stretchy, crappy material.
- 6:53Speaker 1: When you wash it, microfibers come out of it, they go in the water and they end up in the sea and they end up in fish, and if you eat fish, they end up in you, and so on.
- 7:01Speaker 1: It's glorious, it's not that, yeah, anyway, lululemon's are slowing a little bit.
- 7:08Speaker 1: It's a competition from companies like Alley Yoga and people like that.
- 7:13Speaker 1: They just made kind of cooler stuff, really.
- 7:16Speaker 1: So what's Lululemon going to do?
- 7:17Speaker 1: They've got the ultimate secret to it More colors.
- 7:21Speaker 1: So you're going to see more people in those really weirdly colorful leggings in your next yoga class, if that's what you get up to.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Nike's similar issue they have too much inventory still, although inventories come down I think about 13%, which is more than expected, but they're basically trying to get through a glut of trainers and then catch up to with the likes of Hawker and you know, on on and those kind of slightly newer, trendier brands.
- 7:54Speaker 1: So Nike are really underperform of that.
- 7:56Speaker 1: But yeah, they got some struggles ahead there, although I still wouldn't count Nike out.
- 8:03Speaker 1: But yeah, they have obviously not done super, super well.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Apple, the big one, lost a hundred and thirty billion dollars Because they're basically being probed in two openings, which isn't pleasant by the Americans and the Europeans.
- 8:23Speaker 1: And in Europe you can now get fined up to 20%, I think, of global revenue or something like that.
- 8:31Speaker 1: There's a 10% of global revenue like serious fines in theory after they just got fined, and similarly in the US.
- 8:38Speaker 1: And what's it all about?
- 8:39Speaker 1: It's basically restricting access to stuff.
- 8:43Speaker 1: So they've got the eye messenger right.
- 8:47Speaker 1: It's not possible to build an app that connects to the messenger and also say to WhatsApp and like some sort of grouping app.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Apple made that impossible and there are lots of little things like that that they've done that basically have restricted or sort of build more of a moat for themselves in a kind of Microsoft-esque fashion, which is understandable from an Apple point of view.
- 9:12Speaker 1: But regulators are saying very, very naughty and therefore, potentially, yeah, they're going to spend years in lawsuits.
- 9:19Speaker 1: The problem with that isn't defying.
- 9:22Speaker 1: The problem isn't whether they win or lose, and they might well win, but it's distracting senior management.
- 9:29Speaker 1: If they're going to testify, they're going to get coached by lawyers and discuss these things.
- 9:34Speaker 1: That's actually the problem that it slows innovation down, and I think Apple is already fairly slow on that front.
- 9:41Speaker 1: So that's the real problem.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Microsoft, on the other hand, does not have that issue.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Microsoft is just like a thief in the night.
- 9:55Speaker 1: There is an AI company called Inflection AI and they have built an LLM, which is literally this one here, called Pi Piai.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I don't know how you get a two-letter domain name, but I'm jealous, and it's apparently has got emotional intelligence.
- 10:14Speaker 1: So what can you say?
- 10:18Speaker 1: What's my love language?
- 10:21Speaker 1: Ace your next interview.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Get started with journaling.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Seven things you didn't know.
- 10:26Speaker 1: The ocean, anyway, it does that sort of thing.
- 10:28Speaker 1: So it's a little bit more like fluffy soft.
- 10:32Speaker 1: What about the news today?
- 10:33Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Did that?
- 10:34Speaker 1: Ok, let's see.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Give me today's key stock market news Most likely to move stocks, All right, see what happens.
- 10:49Speaker 1: This is what they've just acquired.
- 10:51Speaker 1: So what they've done is they didn't acquire it.
- 10:52Speaker 1: They hired all the employees, all the key employees, and then they chucked a bit of money at the company as a compensation, which possibly it's not answering.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Is it so far, so good.
- 11:05Speaker 1: It's not answering, which, yeah, possibly is a way to get around regulators, because if they try to acquire it, they'd probably get hit by the antitrust lawsuits.
- 11:19Speaker 1: But this way they didn't acquire it, they just acquired the IP and the staff.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Hang on, there's a cat stuck.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Someone be right back.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Wouldn't want cats on the loose now, would we?
- 11:40Speaker 1: Especially not this one when you stack, where you stack somewhere?
- 11:44Speaker 1: Possibly, yes, why were you stack?
- 11:46Speaker 1: Because you snack out when I came in.
- 11:49Speaker 1: All right, so there we are.
- 11:50Speaker 1: It's all very serious and it all works terribly well.
- 11:53Speaker 1: See, apologies, an unexpected error has occurred.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Microsoft has just taken over this business.
- 12:00Speaker 1: That's what happens.
- 12:02Speaker 1: That's what you get.
- 12:03Speaker 1: That's quite funny, jeffrey says.
- 12:10Speaker 1: And the valued AI shares?
- 12:12Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's on the list, possibly for next week, possibly for next week.
- 12:16Speaker 1: I appreciate you going for that.
- 12:18Speaker 1: And Ella Tallulah or Squeaks says Logan, you are very well informed.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Was the names of my cats so slightly spooky?
- 12:26Speaker 1: No, I do appreciate it.
- 12:27Speaker 1: So Bloomberg says Apple loses 113 billion.
- 12:30Speaker 1: There's an opinion piece the US shouldn't force Apple to make a worse iPhone, which is clearly Apple paying Bloomberg.
- 12:40Speaker 1: And then there's Reddit, which is app.
- 12:43Speaker 1: How much is Reddit app?
- 12:44Speaker 1: By 48% or something.
- 12:46Speaker 1: And you're all going.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Felix, you told me not to buy the IPO.
- 12:49Speaker 1: We hate you now.
- 12:50Speaker 1: That's why no one's tuning in today.
- 12:51Speaker 1: I'm still very happy about my decision.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Yeah, they're up 48% and now, of course, it's the time to yolo in when it's up 48%.
- 13:00Speaker 1: The problem with this to me is that that was a headline yesterday, earlier today the IPO.
- 13:09Speaker 1: They didn't just raise money, that they also had existing shareholders selling, and to me, that's just a huge fricking red flag.
- 13:21Speaker 1: So you invest in this company, reddit, like five years ago.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Now the valuation is 10 times higher and now you sell and you are an institutional investor or a private equity fund or something and you're basically saying I know this business from the outset, I know everything about it and I think this is the time to exit.
- 13:44Speaker 1: But you lot, you idiots, they're in the masses.
- 13:48Speaker 1: You should go and buy it.
- 13:49Speaker 1: That's basically the pitch.
- 13:50Speaker 1: And people are going brilliant, I get access to IPOs.
- 13:54Speaker 1: I'm so lucky.
- 13:55Speaker 1: What really?
- 13:57Speaker 1: No, you're not, you're just the moped who pays private equity investors Mighty.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Anyway, logan, I know, I tell you that I've got two here.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Actually, I've got both Tallulah and Squeaks.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Next to me.
- 14:16Speaker 1: There's a third cat which is fairly rare to see here on the channel Pepsi incentives.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Gregorio, what are you talking about?
- 14:30Speaker 1: When the Reddit options Shane, be ready.
- 14:31Speaker 1: You're looking to short it, are you?
- 14:33Speaker 1: Typically 24 hours later?
- 14:38Speaker 1: It could be a little later, I don't know, it just depends.
- 14:40Speaker 1: You basically need somebody to make that market Could be later.
- 14:44Speaker 1: There isn't usually a really hard rule on it.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Even to get the stock chart up.
- 14:49Speaker 1: What is it?
- 14:52Speaker 1: Rddt?
- 14:52Speaker 1: No, it's up.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Okay, they're pretty quick, but yeah, that also takes a little bit of time.
- 14:57Speaker 1: So there's no real hard hard rule on that.
- 14:59Speaker 1: One.
- 15:00Speaker 1: A PayPal chart looking pretty, someone saying PayPal, indeed, paypal.
- 15:04Speaker 1: That PayPal call is making some money.
- 15:06Speaker 1: It's very nice.
- 15:07Speaker 1: $66.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Yeah, so next step, $68.
- 15:11Speaker 1: That's the resistance and beyond $68, we can go to $76 and then we're making some money.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Now I wanted to walk you through two things.
- 15:23Speaker 1: If you get read our newsletter, it's called Trading Flow Whispers.
- 15:26Speaker 1: It's on Substack.
- 15:27Speaker 1: You get actual trade ideas from us.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Planet Fitness one.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Did you see that?
- 15:33Speaker 1: One, did you see this?
- 15:35Speaker 1: This chap here looks a little bit like Peter Thiel.
- 15:38Speaker 1: He was in the woman's changing room having a shower because he apparently identifies as somebody who should be in a woman's locker room, which is understandable.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Many are man, as this felt the urge to walk into a woman's locker room in a gym, but generally they don't, because they get arrested.
- 15:56Speaker 1: But there is a clause out, there is a loophole.
- 15:59Speaker 1: You just say, I felt like I was a woman today, and then you get there, and then this lady who's was in the locker room took a picture of him, posted it and the gym did what.
- 16:10Speaker 1: The gym terminated her membership.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Of course, that's the logical, rational thing to do.
- 16:17Speaker 1: We all want naked men in women's locker rooms, don't we?
- 16:21Speaker 1: So we saw that and we thought well, we know, a certain part of the country isn't gonna like that.
- 16:27Speaker 1: So we put on a short trade and we wanted to set up.
- 16:32Speaker 1: We wanted to get to 300%.
- 16:34Speaker 1: We said you would risk $52.
- 16:37Speaker 1: And we thought you could make 300%.
- 16:40Speaker 1: And you would have made that and then some if you were on board with us.
- 16:44Speaker 1: And I'll show you where it's trading right now.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Planet Fitness hang on.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Planet Fitness now identifies as a bond or something.
- 16:59Speaker 1: We're down, yeah, we're climbing up a little bit here, but you saw that nice rally down right.
- 17:05Speaker 1: So we took advantage of that.
- 17:07Speaker 1: With options makes it made a nice bit of money.
- 17:09Speaker 1: We are also currently bullish on.
- 17:13Speaker 1: That's nice, isn't it?
- 17:14Speaker 1: That's real charming, isn't it Real?
- 17:16Speaker 1: Like eloquence there in the language, everything that we stand for.
- 17:20Speaker 1: And, yeah, we made some money on that too.
- 17:23Speaker 1: That was the VIX trade and this is Tesla.
- 17:25Speaker 1: We're bullish Tesla, very simple.
- 17:27Speaker 1: And yeah, it's down 3% today, doesn't really matter.
- 17:31Speaker 1: The downward trend is what we bounced off.
- 17:38Speaker 1: So if you see let me show you this you see this purple line Low, low, sort of lowish, low, bouncing off it again, and that's all.
- 17:50Speaker 1: We need a bit of a bounce up.
- 17:52Speaker 1: I think we can quite easily get back into the 180s.
- 17:58Speaker 1: That's what I would think.
- 17:59Speaker 1: I think the whole EV industry is taking a little bit of a breather, demand slowing a little bit that's what Tesla said producing less in China and so on, and that's just kind of normal.
- 18:07Speaker 1: They got a bit of inventory.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Interest rates are high.
- 18:09Speaker 1: People buy less cars, simple as that.
- 18:12Speaker 1: It's not really surprising, right?
- 18:13Speaker 1: But I, yeah, I'm actually fairly bullish on them.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Of course, there's not financial advice, just an opinion here of a chap who's wearing a green jacket and red shorts.
- 18:21Speaker 1: So that tells you a lot.
- 18:23Speaker 1: I feel like a woman can go into any in all women's.
- 18:29Speaker 1: What are you talking about, danza?
- 18:30Speaker 1: Are you want women to go into the men's rooms and you would applaud that?
- 18:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't think it's a big problem that way around, right?
- 18:37Speaker 1: Probably not a huge issue for us, right?
- 18:43Speaker 1: Float in the saying German finance, youtube channels.
- 18:49Speaker 1: A lot of consideration about cannabis.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Okay, find out what is an ounce of cannabis costing if you buy it from one of the Canadian listed producers and then find out how much it costs to buy it from the dodgy looking bloke at the corner and at least in the last year and I have not done this research myself lately that's bloke at the corner.
- 19:12Speaker 1: How to?
- 19:12Speaker 1: Cheaper than if you bought it from Aurora or one of those guys, which means the business does not work because people will not pay much more when the legal stuff is way cheaper.
- 19:23Speaker 1: So the growing costs were too high and there's regulatory hurdles.
- 19:26Speaker 1: There's always this oh, it'll be legalized everywhere.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Yeah, the question is, who can you find in the value chain of cannabis that actually has a moat?
- 19:40Speaker 1: It's not the grower, because the end of the day, it's all the same stuff.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Right, it's like growing corn corn.
- 19:46Speaker 1: I know there are differences and all that, but essentially it's all the same.
- 19:49Speaker 1: It's like growing tomatoes there are a thousand different types of tomatoes, but really you're just selling tomatoes.
- 19:54Speaker 1: No one's going into the store and go can I have the XZ23 tomato?
- 20:00Speaker 1: I'll only buy that one.
- 20:01Speaker 1: No one does that.
- 20:02Speaker 1: People go I want a big tomato or a cherry tomato.
- 20:04Speaker 1: It's the same thing with that.
- 20:05Speaker 1: And then are there any really strong brands in it?
- 20:08Speaker 1: Not really.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Yeah, there are some like topical oils and supplement things and chew gums, but it's all still pretty generic.
- 20:17Speaker 1: So I think, if you think the space is going to explode, I would go for the shovels, I'd go for the payment processors, I would go for the delivery companies, I'd go for the storage, I'd go for the processors, I'd go for that space, because I don't think of the end product or the growers face.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Anyone's really figured out what the breakfast business is meant to work.
- 20:37Speaker 1: So I think it's a basket case, but that's just my opinion.
- 20:40Speaker 1: All right, broughton, and I'm not saying I'm right.
- 21:02Speaker 1: You're very welcome to disagree with me at any point, although yesterday somebody said apparently I said something offensive about COVID.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Okay, I think you have the right to be offended, but I think because you were offended it doesn't mean I shouldn't be allowed to say it.
- 21:18Speaker 1: I think that's the disconnect right.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Completely permitted to disagree with me, violently, throw things at the screen or it's your screen, but I'll still say whatever the heck I want.
- 21:29Speaker 1: That's, I think, the way it's meant to work, right?
- 21:31Speaker 1: So Rimsings and a mobile cannabis, and I would have expected yeah, I did a little bit of digging on that at one point, but purely as an investment.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Of course, the jacket offends me.
- 21:49Speaker 1: All right, that's it.
- 21:50Speaker 1: It's going in the incinerator.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Yes, green jackets offend me.
- 21:55Speaker 1: It's a little warm, actually, so slightly offends me too.
- 21:58Speaker 1: I will be live trading for you guys inside the community in just a moment and come and join me also live on Tuesday, if you want to learn how we make money Seriously.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Three rules I'll show you how simple it is, exactly how the structure works.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Head over to philxfriendsorg slash webinar.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Philxfriendsorg slash webinar link is down below.
- 22:17Speaker 1: I'll type it in the chat here as well.
- 22:19Speaker 1: For those of you who don't know where the lowest dot org slash webinar, grab yourself a free seat.
- 22:27Speaker 1: It's completely free of charge and takes about 90 minutes.
- 22:31Speaker 1: I walk you through the exact structure our exit rules, how we automate everything, how we select trades, we do a trade together and everything else.
- 22:39Speaker 1: And then, yeah, there it is.
- 22:42Speaker 1: And, of course, make sure you also get your hands on this, because I wrote it and it's glorious and it's wonderful and it's educational and it's insightful and it's entertaining.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Actually, I don't think it's entertaining.
- 22:51Speaker 1: I don't think.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Did we put any jokes on this, toledo?
- 22:53Speaker 1: No, she says.
- 22:54Speaker 1: But most people don't know what the heck an inverted yield curve is.
- 22:58Speaker 1: I didn't used to know what that is, but you can understand it.
- 23:01Speaker 1: And then you understand how that affects consumers and how debt ties into this, how the rate cuts are going to affect real estate and consumers, stocks, financial stocks, tech stocks, utilities, healthcare, manufacturing and so on, and it might help you just make slightly better informed decisions, which is the whole point here.
- 23:21Speaker 1: So link is down below.
- 23:29Speaker 1: What does inside the community mean, julia?
- 23:31Speaker 1: There is a very secret thing.
- 23:32Speaker 1: You need a secret handshake.
- 23:33Speaker 1: You need to show up on the third of the month, no kidding.
- 23:36Speaker 1: So we have a coaching community where we teach and show to you, and we have a team of former investment bankers and myself in there and they are all beautiful people who have decades of experience actually trading for massive hedge funds.
- 23:59Speaker 1: They've managed hedge funds and so on, and we run here live sessions.
- 24:06Speaker 1: So I'm running, as you can see, today, live trading with Winston, and tomorrow we're running sessions, a Q&A, with two of our head coaches Byung BK, who is a market maker.
- 24:20Speaker 1: He managed the options portfolio for like a $3 billion hedge fund in LA there's only one in LA, if you know the space and then we're doing beginner sessions bigger tomorrow, more about interactive options, how to use brokers.
- 24:37Speaker 1: That's all that tomorrow, on the weekend, and then Monday you can see Tuesday what's going on and so on.
- 24:41Speaker 1: So we run group sessions, but you can also book one-on-one calls with the guys, so you can literally be on a call as often as you like with an investment banker who's done this for decades and you can actually learn how this stuff works.
- 24:54Speaker 1: That's what we do from an educational point of view, on the kind of back end that you don't really see all that often, and it's super fun, super exciting and people are getting some amazing results, which I'm very, very happy to see.
- 25:08Speaker 1: So if you want to check that out, come and join me on the webinar on Tuesday.
- 25:11Speaker 1: That's what I would suggest.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Felix Frensler orgslashwebinar.
- 25:14Speaker 1: I'm hoping Tesla stocks stays down until Monday.
- 25:19Speaker 1: I'm getting more cash than Gabriel.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Okay, happy to see that you like my British humour, but I'm not British.
- 25:33Speaker 1: You know, the really funny thing about that is I'm German, which is the ultimate.
- 25:37Speaker 1: You need some real humour for that if you're British.
- 25:41Speaker 1: They're not the Brits.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Generally when they hear and see Germans, there's just one word that pops up in their mind, and it's Hitler.
- 25:51Speaker 1: That's what happens in their heads.
- 25:52Speaker 1: I lived in the UK for a fair bit of my life, sort of formative years and all that.
- 25:56Speaker 1: So yeah, I kind of absorbed and very much treasure the British sense of humour and I love that you can take the piss out of everything and everybody and how everybody is sort of self-depreciating, doesn't take themselves too seriously, and I very much hope that sticks around.
- 26:10Speaker 1: So I think really what we should do is we should force school children to watch Monty Python, because then they'd actually develop a sense of humour, because those guys are making fun of everything and it's brilliant.
- 26:21Speaker 1: It's still brilliant.
- 26:22Speaker 1: So if you haven't seen that, watch that.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Chris says don't mention the war.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Indeed, don't mention the war.
- 26:32Speaker 1: From where in Germany?
- 26:33Speaker 1: I was born in Hamburg and I lived there till I was 16, and then I went to the UK and then was there for probably the next 10 years or so and then went to Hong Kong and now I'm here and I'm sort of vagabond around the world a little bit.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Reem's, don't mention your German as well, just don't tell people.
- 26:54Speaker 1: That's probably the best thing to do.
- 26:56Speaker 1: Forty Talus is also brilliant, absolutely.
- 26:58Speaker 1: It's Winston named after Churchill, absolutely, which is another irony, isn't it?
- 27:02Speaker 1: And Lizzie, you're right, germans are particularly serious people.
- 27:11Speaker 1: Northern Germans are very serious people.
- 27:14Speaker 1: We are not really meant to laugh.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Now there is actually there is in a slight defence to them In German.
- 27:22Speaker 1: There is some very good German humour, but it doesn't translate and most Germans are not very much fun, I'm afraid.
- 27:29Speaker 1: So Logan says yeah, python, forty Blackout are absolutely some of the breast stuff there coming out of the UK.
- 27:38Speaker 1: Ever, you used to be able to take a piss out of everything, what I still do and occasionally people get offended and then they'll go and tune in somewhere else, which is fine with me.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Fed News today.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Economic News nope, not a lot Next week.
- 27:52Speaker 1: We're getting not a lot till Thursday.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Gdp data and jobless claims Thursday.
- 27:59Speaker 1: So it's a little bit of a quiet one, which is quite nice, probably because you know when is Easter coming up?
- 28:05Speaker 1: Soon, isn't it?
- 28:06Speaker 1: So, in honour of Jesus, I'm sure we're releasing less economic data.
- 28:10Speaker 1: That's probably offensive now, isn't it?
- 28:12Speaker 1: But then the Monty Python you have.
- 28:14Speaker 1: You remember that scene we were talking about yesterday, guy carrying his cross-up to get crucified, and then the lovely priest comes along and let me help you with that, let me, you know, lighten your burden or something, and then he takes it and then he just runs off.
- 28:28Speaker 1: It was rather funny.
- 28:30Speaker 1: I thought it was rather funny.
- 28:31Speaker 1: So how's your temper?
- 28:33Speaker 1: As a German, I'm just, you know, very angry inside, obviously, and frustrated, and my life runs on the spreadsheet and I like to shout at people.
- 28:43Speaker 1: You know, wear your papers.
- 28:46Speaker 1: All the best humours are a bit offensive, not just a bit.
- 28:52Speaker 1: I saw Jimmy Carr here a couple of weeks back.
- 28:55Speaker 1: He's a British comedian.
- 28:56Speaker 1: He's done some Netflix shows and stuff that is properly offensive.
- 28:59Speaker 1: I mean really offensive, very funny, but also very, very offensive.
- 29:07Speaker 1: Can you tell us what happened with your recent losses, logan?
- 29:09Speaker 1: We've had recent losses.
- 29:11Speaker 1: I wasn't aware we had at least recent losses.
- 29:13Speaker 1: I'll show you.
- 29:14Speaker 1: I took a screenshot today.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Here it is.
- 29:18Speaker 1: This is today.
- 29:19Speaker 1: We have 4000.
- 29:21Speaker 1: No, that's not today.
- 29:22Speaker 1: Where's the other one?
- 29:23Speaker 1: I can log into it for you if you like, in case you think I'm hiding something from you.
- 29:32Speaker 1: There we go.
- 29:35Speaker 1: I just updated that today $5,400.
- 29:38Speaker 1: We're absolutely far to this year.
- 29:40Speaker 1: The portfolio size is about 30K.
- 29:42Speaker 1: So we're doing quite nicely.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Yeah, we've had a couple of small losses, and that's normal and we want to take those so that we make money.
- 29:52Speaker 1: That's really ultimately what it's about and we've done that.
- 29:55Speaker 1: So if you look at my March, yeah, we took a couple of trades off, lost us some money and then next day we make money.
- 30:02Speaker 1: So that's just the way it works.
- 30:04Speaker 1: And in February we only had one.
- 30:06Speaker 1: February was very calm for us.
- 30:08Speaker 1: January was very much in a straight line.
- 30:10Speaker 1: It's not always a straight line.
- 30:12Speaker 1: So March has been we went down a little bit at 1.400 dollars down or something.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Here.
- 30:18Speaker 1: We went down a little bit 700 dollars down and now we're up again.
- 30:21Speaker 1: So it's just normal.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Honestly, the smooths out, the more.
- 30:23Speaker 1: In a sense, the more trades you make, the smoother this gets.
- 30:26Speaker 1: But it'll never be a straight line, like everything is a zigzag.
- 30:30Speaker 1: I just like the stock market.
- 30:31Speaker 1: So you don't expect it to be.
- 30:33Speaker 1: You know, we don't aim to win every single trade.
- 30:36Speaker 1: We aim to win about 75% of trades right now, about 67%.
- 30:40Speaker 1: But that's also because I've got some longer trade trades open that it doesn't count right.
- 30:44Speaker 1: It doesn't count trades that are still open, we only count trades that we've closed for a profit or a loss.
- 30:49Speaker 1: So we've got, we've got some nice, nice buffer here right now with trades set up.
- 30:55Speaker 1: So, yeah, I'm very happy with what we're doing.
- 30:56Speaker 1: So we'll be live trading in just a little bit here.
- 30:59Speaker 1: Now, what up are you using to see that?
- 31:07Speaker 1: That's a website called trades illog, which is all right.
- 31:10Speaker 1: I, to be honest with you, perfectly honest with you I signed up to it to snoop on it because we're building out something similar into options watch.
- 31:17Speaker 1: So I was doing some research, but then I thought it's actually quite nice and visual.
- 31:21Speaker 1: So let me just keep using it because I'm paying for it anyway.
- 31:30Speaker 1: Christian, how do you get access to Circle A and B in the community?
- 31:32Speaker 1: Join the coaching program, christian, I did see your email and you did see I'm doing some life training today that you have access to.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Thanks for that, christian.
- 31:41Speaker 1: If you want to get access to coaching, you got to get access to coaching.
- 31:44Speaker 1: It doesn't show as your dog for good luck.
- 31:47Speaker 1: I think he's probably just gone out.
- 31:50Speaker 1: This was usually the time where he does his evening walk.
- 31:52Speaker 1: Brilliant, quick.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Look at the life market, shall we?
- 32:02Speaker 1: If you are faint-hearted, avert your eyes now, or you know?
- 32:08Speaker 1: Look this way.
- 32:10Speaker 1: And Thelula?
- 32:15Speaker 1: You want to explain it for us?
- 32:16Speaker 1: Google is up 1.1 percentage point, just keeps going.
- 32:19Speaker 1: Tesla down 3 percentage points.
- 32:21Speaker 1: I wouldn't read too much into that.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Meta down half a percentage point.
- 32:24Speaker 1: Well, tesla was basically saying sales are slowing in China.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Amazon down half a point.
- 32:28Speaker 1: So the market is, you know, it's been the best week so far this year.
- 32:34Speaker 1: It's kind of natural that people take a little bit of stuff off the fire at the end of the week, but it still looks pretty good.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Nvidia is flat, apple flat, despite the lawsuits and so on.
- 32:44Speaker 1: So I'd say this looks pretty good.
- 32:46Speaker 1: We're going to look for some trade opportunities in a little while here.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Lululemon is down 14%, nike down 7%.
- 32:54Speaker 1: That's interesting.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Maybe we can do something with that.
- 32:56Speaker 1: We'll have a look at that in a moment.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Trump's back still going nuts and PayPal is going up.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Very nicely.
- 33:03Speaker 1: That's making us some really good money, which is good to see.
- 33:08Speaker 1: Vincent, I'm taking your classes.
- 33:09Speaker 1: How do you get to the community, vincent?
- 33:12Speaker 1: Drop me an email, vincent.
- 33:13Speaker 1: If you don't know where you are, you should have, of course, gotten.
- 33:16Speaker 1: You should have gotten I'm sure they're probably in your spam folder somewhere emails with invitations to everything, but occasionally a vicious spam filter will eat it.
- 33:28Speaker 1: Email me here, philixatgoatacademyorg, and you're all obviously super welcome to the same thing if you've got any questions about anything, and we'll get you whatever access you should be having.
- 33:39Speaker 1: My friend, there we go.
- 33:45Speaker 1: I thank you for tuning in.
- 33:46Speaker 1: Make sure you get your pause on.
- 33:48Speaker 1: The full document explains what stocks will benefit from rate cuts and everything else.
- 33:53Speaker 1: Links down below philixatgoatacademycom.
- 33:55Speaker 1: And also make sure you sign up and grab yourself a spot at our live trading training coming Tuesday evening.
- 34:02Speaker 1: That's Eastern Time and you will learn exactly the three steps I use to make money and how we are up.
- 34:08Speaker 1: How much are we up?
- 34:09Speaker 1: By what did I just say?
- 34:10Speaker 1: 5,000, or was it Close to the game?
- 34:13Speaker 1: It was 5,000 something, wasn't it?
- 34:15Speaker 1: What was it?
- 34:18Speaker 1: 5,000, let's just say it was 5,000, over approximately 30,000.
- 34:21Speaker 1: So we're up about 16, 17, maybe 18 to 10 so far this year, which I'm quite happy with.
- 34:27Speaker 1: And PayPal somebody shouts just PayPal, paypal.
- 34:30Speaker 1: You think he's German.
- 34:32Speaker 1: Paypal is looking good, looking very good at $66 here and really the next stop here is this will be a mini resistance that line there you can take away the other one which is that previous high here, and then there's not a lot really holding us back, maybe a little bit here.
- 34:55Speaker 1: 66, 67.
- 34:56Speaker 1: Breakthrough that I could see us cats arguing.
- 35:01Speaker 1: I could see us back in the mid-70s, which would be glorious because our trade will be really printing some money.
- 35:09Speaker 1: They will probably double our profits for the year.
- 35:12Speaker 1: So far Right, germans only use PayPal.
- 35:17Speaker 1: Probably I don't know.
- 35:23Speaker 1: Rui Camitzono, I'm glad you're making progress, love to see that and I thank you for tuning in.
- 35:31Speaker 1: I love you for doing that.
- 35:33Speaker 1: You on the next one, I'll probably tomorrow, do a deep dive into what I think is going to happen next week.
- 35:39Speaker 1: So if you are subscribed to the channel, you might just get the notification if you press the little bell thingy there and have a glorious day.
- 35:48Speaker 1: Enjoy it for you guys in the community.
- 35:49Speaker 1: I'll see you over there in a few minutes.
