A toddler died in an Arizona pool on Super Bowl Sunday—only to be found alive six hours later in the morgue. The parents, Angelo and Alexus Fiordilino, avoided child abuse charges after prosecutors determined there wasn’t enough evidence to prove gross negligence, despite police initially recommending charges.
