Residents relocated, boats return as eastern China braces for Typhoon Dolphin
Typhoon Dolphin is bringing heavy rains and strong winds to China’s eastern regions, including Zhejiang and Fujian Provinces where it is forecast to make landfall. Shanghai has also moved some residents to safety ahead of the Typhoon’s anticipated arrival.
