Transcript
- 0:16Speaker 1: Welcome into Jags.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Am Conanti Stephens, Brian Sexton, John oserre with you today.
- 0:19Speaker 2: We're getting ready for the Jaguars of face off against
- 0:21Speaker 2: the Seattle Seahawks in Week six. But first off, we're
- 0:24Speaker 2: gonna talk about a trade that went down late last night.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Let's start out with our Big Things, brought to you
- 0:28Speaker 2: by g e h A Government Employees Health Association benefits
- 0:32Speaker 2: for federal employees and retirees c B.
- 0:34Speaker 3: Swap.
- 0:35Speaker 2: We saw cornerback swap Tyson Campbell heading to the Cleveland Browns.
- 0:39Speaker 2: I when I saw this drop last night, Brian, I
- 0:42Speaker 2: was surprised, to say the least, because Tyson Campbell obviously
- 0:45Speaker 2: got an extension right with the previous regime. But now
- 0:48Speaker 2: we're seeing that James Gladstone's clearly not afraid.
- 0:51Speaker 3: To make moves.
- 0:52Speaker 4: No, and he said as much. I remember when he
- 0:54Speaker 4: drafted moved up in the draft to to to take
- 0:57Speaker 4: Travis Hunter. He said, They're never going to miss a
- 0:59Speaker 4: chance to improve their football team. So let me take
- 1:01Speaker 4: you back to Monday night football and it's third down
- 1:03Speaker 4: and and nine with about five minutes to play in
- 1:06Speaker 4: the first quarter. And in one of the few times
- 1:08Speaker 4: that Anthony Campan eally sent extra pass. Rush Mahomes drops
- 1:13Speaker 4: back and throws the ball up to a spot and
- 1:16Speaker 4: Tyson Campbell didn't know where the ball was. You can't
- 1:20Speaker 4: pay a corner eighteen million dollars a year on average
- 1:24Speaker 4: if he can't make that play. They think they got
- 1:27Speaker 4: better by trading for Greg Newsom. Newsom's a talented guy,
- 1:32Speaker 4: former first round pick, and they think they got better,
- 1:35Speaker 4: and that's what they said they would do. John, the
- 1:37Speaker 4: other side of the coin is and this one is
- 1:39Speaker 4: just as important. Tyson had an onerous contract. I mean,
- 1:43Speaker 4: this is going to save the Jaguars into the future
- 1:46Speaker 4: about forty five million dollars. That's an incredible amount of
- 1:51Speaker 4: money and cap savings and flexibility that the Jaguars were
- 1:55Speaker 4: able to get from the Cleveland Browns. It's a really
- 1:58Speaker 4: good opportunity for the Jaguar. John, I'm surprised that Cleveland
- 2:01Speaker 4: wanted to do this because Tyson Campbell is a good player,
- 2:04Speaker 4: not a great player. They're taking on a great contract.
- 2:07Speaker 5: Yeah, and it gives them incredible flexibility. At the end
- 2:11Speaker 5: of the year, Newisan's a free agent, so you can
- 2:13Speaker 5: sign them if if it works out, if both sides
- 2:16Speaker 5: want to if both sides don't want to, you can
- 2:18Speaker 5: move on and I figure out the position. I think
- 2:20Speaker 5: also a key here is people thought that Tyson was
- 2:24Speaker 5: the number one corner. He was in name Travis Hunter,
- 2:31Speaker 5: Jordan Lewis. And there's not a significant drop off in
- 2:34Speaker 5: his team's eyes between Monteric Brown and Tyson Campbell. So
- 2:40Speaker 5: they don't feel like they got any worse. It was
- 2:43Speaker 5: a no brain remove once it presented itself to them.
- 2:47Speaker 5: And yeah, it's if they have showed you anything. They're
- 2:51Speaker 5: not gonna be tied to the past. They're not gonna
- 2:53Speaker 5: have be doing things because of how things look. And
- 2:57Speaker 5: Gladstone said during his press conference at the end of
- 3:01Speaker 5: the season or at the beginning of the season that
- 3:04Speaker 5: he thought teams could get better during the season with moves,
- 3:09Speaker 5: and I think they did.
- 3:10Speaker 4: And John, I think we also have to touch on
- 3:11Speaker 4: the fact that this might not be the only move
- 3:14Speaker 4: they make. I mean, if they're willing to be this
- 3:16Speaker 4: aggressive over the next couple of weeks, you get the
- 3:19Speaker 4: strong sense that they think that this is a team
- 3:21Speaker 4: that can get better and they're gonna do anything they
- 3:24Speaker 4: can to make it better. So I don't know that
- 3:25Speaker 4: anybody should be surprised if there are more press releases
- 3:28Speaker 4: in the coming weeks.
- 3:28Speaker 5: Saguars are buyers, baby buyers, something they haven't been.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Nothing's off the table. We love it, ohways, something new.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Our second big thing today is gonna be next man up.
- 3:36Speaker 2: There's some injuries on Monday Night football. Robert Hainsey center
- 3:39Speaker 2: left that game, did not participate in practice yesterday, was
- 3:42Speaker 2: off to the side, and then also Brenton Strange placed
- 3:44Speaker 2: on ir this week. John Brent Strange, we rave about
- 3:47Speaker 2: him all the time, but it really is hard to
- 3:49Speaker 2: duplicate what he does with both blocking and pass catching.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Is it gonna shift a little bit of the offense
- 3:54Speaker 2: without him?
- 3:56Speaker 6: Yeah, a little bit.
- 3:57Speaker 5: And you know he's so good and say, a unique talent,
- 4:02Speaker 5: but one of the better two way tight ends in
- 4:04Speaker 5: the league that you can't plug anybody else on the
- 4:06Speaker 5: roster because there's only a few guys in the league
- 4:08Speaker 5: who can do it. They like Hunter Long, Johnny Mutt,
- 4:12Speaker 5: Quintin Morris. I don't know that it's automatically a position
- 4:16Speaker 5: they have to make a move for so they can
- 4:19Speaker 5: go forward with this, but if he's not there, it
- 4:20Speaker 5: changes the offense because I'm not gonna say that you
- 4:24Speaker 5: can't be as good a running team, but it's harder
- 4:26Speaker 5: to run without him because he's still might be your
- 4:30Speaker 5: best run blocker.
- 4:31Speaker 4: I think you're exactly right. You've got some different guys
- 4:34Speaker 4: that are options for you. You may need to go
- 4:36Speaker 4: and find someone who's a run blocking tight end to
- 4:39Speaker 4: add to this roster. But this is a guy, John
- 4:41Speaker 4: that they're going to pay in the future. I mean
- 4:43Speaker 4: Brett Strange. You mentioned one of the better two way
- 4:45Speaker 4: tight ends. Think about how many two way tight ends
- 4:48Speaker 4: there really are in professional football. He is a unique
- 4:51Speaker 4: breed of cat and they want him here. So you're
- 4:54Speaker 4: not going to give up a ton to go and
- 4:56Speaker 4: find a guy that you're not going to be able
- 4:58Speaker 4: to keep on the roster because you're going to keep
- 5:00Speaker 4: Britton Strange instead.
- 5:01Speaker 5: Yeah, think about this guy. The other night, they beat
- 5:04Speaker 5: the Chiefs without who I think are there are their
- 5:08Speaker 5: best players on both sides of the ball, Trayvon Walker
- 5:10Speaker 5: and then Brenton Strangers out in the second half. Pretty resilient,
- 5:14Speaker 5: absolutely so.
- 5:15Speaker 2: Our final thing today, big thing today because there's a
- 5:17Speaker 2: football game that the Jaguars are going to play on Sunday.
- 5:20Speaker 2: It's a short week of prep as well. They played
- 5:21Speaker 2: on Monday Night Football. Now they're preparing for the Seattle
- 5:23Speaker 2: Seahawks team. Trevor Lars talked a little bit about it yesterday.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean that's part of this league, like you've
- 5:29Speaker 3: got to be able to you know, move on quickly.
- 5:31Speaker 3: So I've had experience with that over the past few years.
- 5:34Speaker 3: And i'd say physically obviously, you know, playing a Monday
- 5:36Speaker 3: night game, it is a quicker turnaround. You lose you know,
- 5:38Speaker 3: almost two days, so it's just trying to take care
- 5:41Speaker 3: of your bodies and get ready to go because you know,
- 5:43Speaker 3: today's a Wednesday and we got to prepare for Seattle
- 5:46Speaker 3: and it's really less than two days after our game,
- 5:48Speaker 3: so that is that is always a little bit of
- 5:51Speaker 3: a challenge. But everyone has to do it. Everybody plays
- 5:53Speaker 3: Monday night games, so it's just something that comes with
- 5:55Speaker 3: the territory. And obviously, you know, we got to get
- 5:59Speaker 3: back as quick as pop and get a great week
- 6:01Speaker 3: of preparation in for a really good Seattle team.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Brian Us in the media, maybe the fans reliving Monday
- 6:07Speaker 2: Night Football a little bit, but the Jags have certainly
- 6:09Speaker 2: turned the page already. What can we expect on Sunday
- 6:11Speaker 2: against the Seahawks.
- 6:12Speaker 4: Well, listen, if you've got the right locker room, and
- 6:14Speaker 4: the Jaguars believe they have the lot of the right
- 6:16Speaker 4: locker room, you don't worry too too much. These guys
- 6:19Speaker 4: will do what you ask of them here. But then
- 6:22Speaker 4: guys like Josh Heinz Allen will go home and they'll
- 6:24Speaker 4: work on the recovery and the nutrition and focusing on
- 6:27Speaker 4: sleep and making sure that they're ready to go. I
- 6:30Speaker 4: think they believe that this team I'm talking about the
- 6:32Speaker 4: locker room now, believes that they're a team that's capable
- 6:36Speaker 4: of being a factor in this race in the AFC.
- 6:40Speaker 4: So the guys in the locker room yesterday and the
- 6:42Speaker 4: guys at the podium yesterday, you heard them all in
- 6:44Speaker 4: Unison talk about what it takes looking through the windshield
- 6:48Speaker 4: and NodD into the rearview mirror. They're going to be
- 6:50Speaker 4: ready to play.
- 6:51Speaker 5: Yeah, the so called hidden games in the NFL are
- 6:55Speaker 5: really big games. There'sn't a division game, it's not against
- 6:58Speaker 5: the Chiefs, it's not a Monday Night.
- 7:00Speaker 6: But the Seahawks are really good.
- 7:01Speaker 5: And I say hidden, I don't mean that they're not
- 7:03Speaker 5: good because I think they might be the best team
- 7:05Speaker 5: they played so far. When you can get these after
- 7:08Speaker 5: a Monday night game at home, you're playing at one o'clock.
- 7:11Speaker 5: Most of the nation's not paying attention to you.
- 7:14Speaker 6: These are the ones that.
- 7:16Speaker 5: You get some of these and that gets you to
- 7:18Speaker 5: eleven or twelve wins. I think it's gonna be a
- 7:21Speaker 5: real test for this team. You can get up for KC.
- 7:24Speaker 5: You know San Francisco, You're going on the road. You
- 7:26Speaker 5: were trying to get something you hadn't done before, that
- 7:28Speaker 5: West Coast thing. This game won't have a lot of
- 7:31Speaker 5: hype against a really good team. If they win this one,
- 7:33Speaker 5: get to five and one, this would be impressive.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Really impressive to me, Definitely an important one this Sunday.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Stay with us here on Jagsam I check in with
- 7:42Speaker 2: our Seahawks insider to learn more about Sunday's matchup. Time
- 7:53Speaker 2: XAM brought to you by field at Group Seafields First,
- 7:55Speaker 2: Jacksonville's premier luxury auto group at a rid offieldatto dot com.
- 8:01Speaker 2: Welcome into behind Enemy Lines, where we check in with
- 8:03Speaker 2: a media member from the Jaguars opponent team. This week,
- 8:06Speaker 2: it's gonna be the Seattle Seahawks. We're checking in with
- 8:09Speaker 2: Jen Mueller. It's part of the broadcast team. Jen, thanks
- 8:11Speaker 2: so much for joining us.
- 8:12Speaker 7: Absolutely, although I don't love being an enemy, I totally
- 8:16Speaker 7: get it.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Not very very loose word, very loose word. I did
- 8:20Speaker 2: want to check in. I was excited to check in
- 8:22Speaker 2: with you because I feel like we don't follow the
- 8:24Speaker 2: West Coast teams as much just because of division. And
- 8:28Speaker 2: we've learned so much. Went to the forty nine ers already,
- 8:31Speaker 2: and I feel like Seattle's always just quietly such a
- 8:33Speaker 2: good team. And you know, you're five weeks in at
- 8:35Speaker 2: this point, what have you learned about the identity of
- 8:37Speaker 2: this team? What have you seen so far?
- 8:40Speaker 7: We have definitely seen growth from the defense and just
- 8:44Speaker 7: a really physical style of play.
- 8:46Speaker 1: We've also seen a lot of injuries on that side
- 8:48Speaker 1: of the ball.
- 8:49Speaker 7: Offensively, Sam Darnold is executing what Clint Kubiak wants at
- 8:54Speaker 7: a really high level. And despite the loss Sunday against Tampa,
- 8:58Speaker 7: he had his best game as a Seahawk. And you
- 9:00Speaker 7: can just see a more established identity on offense for
- 9:05Speaker 7: the first time in a few years, just kind of
- 9:08Speaker 7: knowing how Kubiak wants to run that system. So there's
- 9:11Speaker 7: been some growth and there's been some injuries that certainly
- 9:14Speaker 7: bring Sunday's game in Jacksonville into question.
- 9:17Speaker 2: I've had some injuries over here as well. I know
- 9:19Speaker 2: you won't find out until later in the week who
- 9:21Speaker 2: might be available, but when you look at maybe potential injuries,
- 9:24Speaker 2: who hear some names that you guys are dealing with.
- 9:27Speaker 7: Well, just in what happened on Sunday, it was Derek Hall,
- 9:30Speaker 7: one of the edge rushers who left the game early.
- 9:33Speaker 7: Devin Witherspoon and Julian Love weren't able to play. Rike
- 9:36Speaker 7: Wolland left the game with a concussion, so he's being
- 9:39Speaker 7: evaluated this week. And all of that means that you
- 9:42Speaker 7: were without some really significant pieces. DeMarcus Lawrence didn't play
- 9:46Speaker 7: on Sunday, so that was another guy up front that
- 9:49Speaker 7: you had been counting on.
- 9:50Speaker 1: So the depth of that defense has been tested.
- 9:52Speaker 7: You're right, we won't know for a few more days
- 9:55Speaker 7: as to who was going to make it back. But
- 9:57Speaker 7: on a defense that plays fast, a restive, and physical,
- 10:01Speaker 7: you need to have that depth and those rotations going
- 10:04Speaker 7: and that you know on that side of the ball.
- 10:07Speaker 7: And so you kind of saw what happened when you
- 10:08Speaker 7: got down to the fourth string cornerback in that game.
- 10:11Speaker 7: But yeah, those are those are the big names, and
- 10:14Speaker 7: they are significant contributors that could not finish or play
- 10:17Speaker 7: in the game.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Last week, I heard you mention Sam Donald obviously going
- 10:21Speaker 2: at it with Baker Mayfield. The other week we saw
- 10:24Speaker 2: what Sam Donald's resurgent looked like last year. And then
- 10:26Speaker 2: now kind of getting settled in in Seattle. How has
- 10:29Speaker 2: that been going thus far? And do you feel like
- 10:31Speaker 2: he's really coming into his own He.
- 10:33Speaker 7: Is, and I think he has really been helped by
- 10:36Speaker 7: an offensive line that feels more cohesive than the last
- 10:39Speaker 7: few years. And maybe that's play calling, maybe that is
- 10:43Speaker 7: offensive philosophy. But I was just looking at a couple
- 10:46Speaker 7: of the numbers. He's only been sacked six times this year.
- 10:49Speaker 7: That is tied for the fourth fewest in the NFL.
- 10:52Speaker 7: No sacks last week by a Tampa defense that, as
- 10:55Speaker 7: you know, really physical they.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Can get after a quarterback.
- 10:59Speaker 7: The fact that he has been kept upright has certainly
- 11:02Speaker 7: made a huge difference. And his connection and relationship with
- 11:06Speaker 7: Jackson Smith and Jigba that's really fun to watch because
- 11:10Speaker 7: it just seems like Jaysen shows up when the quarterback
- 11:13Speaker 7: needs him. He is just going to be open somewhere
- 11:16Speaker 7: in the field. And Sam said this last week his
- 11:18Speaker 7: ability to show up for practice is what makes all
- 11:21Speaker 7: of those things work on game day. So he has
- 11:24Speaker 7: made some pretty spectacular throws under pressure, managed to escape
- 11:29Speaker 7: and then find his outlet in a guy like Jaysen.
- 11:32Speaker 2: For the Jags offense, they've been since Liam Cohen has
- 11:35Speaker 2: come in very strong about establishing the run. But I
- 11:38Speaker 2: know your guys run defense has been amazing thus far,
- 11:41Speaker 2: so I'm excited to see that kind of clash. What
- 11:44Speaker 2: have you seen from the defense? I know some injuries,
- 11:46Speaker 2: but just style wise, what have you seen up front?
- 11:49Speaker 1: There's nobody better than Leonard.
- 11:51Speaker 7: Williams, although a close second would be Byron Murphy right
- 11:54Speaker 7: in the middle of that defensive line. And I don't
- 11:58Speaker 7: neither of those guys get enough credit because when you
- 12:00Speaker 7: look at that final box score, I mean, what are
- 12:01Speaker 7: you possibly going to see?
- 12:03Speaker 2: Right?
- 12:03Speaker 7: But it's their ability to eat up double teams and
- 12:06Speaker 7: to have everybody just crashed towards that ball carrier. So
- 12:10Speaker 7: they've allowed about eighty three rushing yards a game.
- 12:12Speaker 1: That is the third fewest in the league.
- 12:15Speaker 7: That is a huge difference from what we have seen
- 12:17Speaker 7: in the last couple of years where they were retooling
- 12:20Speaker 7: that defensive identity. Now, the downside of that, Tampa wasn't
- 12:24Speaker 7: able to run, but they did find a lot of
- 12:26Speaker 7: yards in the middle of the field, so that past
- 12:28Speaker 7: defense again with some of those injuries. But Byron Murphy
- 12:31Speaker 7: is a really fun special player to watch in the
- 12:34Speaker 7: way that he takes up double teams. Partly you would
- 12:37Speaker 7: call it leverage in just the way that he has
- 12:41Speaker 7: built but boy is he strong. And do his teammates
- 12:44Speaker 7: sing his presence, seeing his praises, and just his ability
- 12:47Speaker 7: to disrupt and blow up things in the middle in
- 12:50Speaker 7: the middle of a run game.
- 12:52Speaker 2: All right, as we look ahead to Sunday, do you
- 12:54Speaker 2: have a name or two of matchups you're looking at
- 12:57Speaker 2: or a player to watch?
- 12:59Speaker 1: You know, I actually just want to see how this
- 13:01Speaker 1: team responds.
- 13:02Speaker 7: Seattle has been really good on the road under Mike MacDonald,
- 13:05Speaker 7: which I'm not saying that part's a surprise, but they
- 13:08Speaker 7: haven't found as much success at home as they would like.
- 13:11Speaker 1: This team tends to come.
- 13:13Speaker 7: Together on the road in a way that I have
- 13:15Speaker 7: seen few others. If I had to look at a
- 13:18Speaker 7: game and somebody in particular, I would look at Ernest Jones,
- 13:22Speaker 7: the linebacker who if you look at PFF's ratings from
- 13:25Speaker 7: Sunday's game against Tampa, he didn't rate out very highly.
- 13:29Speaker 7: He does not take that very well, so I would
- 13:31Speaker 7: expect a pretty big bounce back game for him and
- 13:34Speaker 7: just being able to shore up some of what was
- 13:36Speaker 7: happening in the middle of that defense last week.
- 13:39Speaker 2: Very good, Jen, Thanks so much. We'll look forward to
- 13:41Speaker 2: seeing you on Sunday.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Sounds great.
- 13:43Speaker 2: That was behind the enemy line with Jen Mueller from
- 13:45Speaker 2: the Seattle Seahawks broadcast team. Stay with us year on Jagsam.
- 13:48Speaker 2: Coming up after the break, we'll tell you our predictions

- 14:11Speaker 1: Welcome man.
- 14:11Speaker 2: We're gonna do our best at predicting the future headlines
- 14:13Speaker 2: for Monday, because plane house for Sunday. That's what we
- 14:17Speaker 2: do we predict these things, Brian, what do you think
- 14:19Speaker 2: it's gonna be?
- 14:19Speaker 3: Well?
- 14:20Speaker 4: I went with grit over grunge. I'm even sure grunge
- 14:23Speaker 4: is around anymore Seattle, but it was part of their identity. Look,
- 14:26Speaker 4: when Trevor Lawrence tried to leap over and reach the
- 14:30Speaker 4: ball into the end zone the other night, I thought,
- 14:32Speaker 4: man were stuck. Right, there's still a couple of mistakes
- 14:34Speaker 4: that he makes every game that just make you scratch
- 14:36Speaker 4: your head. And then from that point on I saw
- 14:40Speaker 4: a level of determination and not just at the end,
- 14:42Speaker 4: but some runs that he made. The storyline yesterday in
- 14:46Speaker 4: a lot of the news conferences was about the quarterback.
- 14:48Speaker 4: Shouldn't he be sliding feet first? But they missed the
- 14:51Speaker 4: determinating factor right, and that was his determination and his grit.
- 14:56Speaker 4: I think Trevor the fire is lit. I think the
- 14:59Speaker 4: light is on, and I think that that level of
- 15:03Speaker 4: passion and aggressiveness is something that's going to benefit him.
- 15:07Speaker 4: So I say that's the difference maker. Look, I get it.
- 15:08Speaker 4: See that was a really good team. They may be
- 15:10Speaker 4: healthier by the time they get here. Pardon me, they
- 15:13Speaker 4: may be healthier by the time they get here. This
- 15:14Speaker 4: week and the one o'clock start on the East Coast
- 15:17Speaker 4: time across the country. Who knows whether that still factors in.
- 15:21Speaker 4: So in a really narrow game, I say that Trevor
- 15:23Speaker 4: Lawrence's grit and determination to use those words for the
- 15:28Speaker 4: seventh time is the difference between these two teams on Sunday.
- 15:31Speaker 5: Yeah, I think that's We move on to mind now,
- 15:34Speaker 5: which is sort of playing off yours. I went with
- 15:38Speaker 5: streaking and I put Travis Hunter as the person because
- 15:43Speaker 5: I was trying to figure out how they might get
- 15:46Speaker 5: to victory because I think it's going to be tough
- 15:48Speaker 5: this week coming off the game on Monday, and I
- 15:51Speaker 5: think the path is at some point. Watching Travis Hunter
- 15:56Speaker 5: the last couple of weeks, it feels like it's close
- 15:59Speaker 5: to having those breakout plays. At some point he's going
- 16:02Speaker 5: to catch one, make a move on somebody, and it's
- 16:04Speaker 5: going to be daylight and he's going to score. So
- 16:07Speaker 5: I wonder if the grit that I think they will
- 16:11Speaker 5: show will be enough. But I think if we're sitting
- 16:14Speaker 5: here talking about a win on Monday, it's because either
- 16:17Speaker 5: BTJ or Travis Hunter have made a huge play to
- 16:20Speaker 5: compliment that grit and it just feels we've been waiting
- 16:25Speaker 5: for some sort of big play from the offense. I
- 16:27Speaker 5: thought last week they needed a big passing play to win.
- 16:29Speaker 5: I didn't know he's going to come from Devin Lloyd,
- 16:32Speaker 5: but at some point they have to get some easy touchdowns.
- 16:37Speaker 5: Travis feels like he's very close to starting delivering those.
- 16:40Speaker 4: I think maybe this is a better team than even
- 16:44Speaker 4: I think it is, right, and everyone has said, and
- 16:48Speaker 4: the coach said it yesterday, that they haven't played their
- 16:51Speaker 4: best football and they're pissed off about it, and that
- 16:54Speaker 4: sort of upside that they see that maybe we don't
- 16:57Speaker 4: because we're not on the practice field and we're not
- 16:59Speaker 4: in the met rooms. Travis's catch again, I go back
- 17:03Speaker 4: to the little thirteen yard first down he had that
- 17:05Speaker 4: I thought was spectacular, stunning. I think that there's real
- 17:09Speaker 4: opportunity for this team, and I think they may be
- 17:11Speaker 4: better than people know.
- 17:12Speaker 5: Yeah, Kai the genuine reaction yesterday in the locker and
- 17:15Speaker 5: the Brian's talking about where you talk to multiple players
- 17:19Speaker 5: and they clearly moved on, and they were clearly upset
- 17:23Speaker 5: that they left so much in the field. Josh Ein's
- 17:25Speaker 5: Allen was even talking about we want the Chiefs again
- 17:27Speaker 5: because we want to show that we're better than that
- 17:29Speaker 5: where they beat them. So, I mean, there wasn't an
- 17:32Speaker 5: arrogance to it. It was incredibly professional, and it again
- 17:36Speaker 5: spoke to the culture change just in whatever time this
- 17:41Speaker 5: regime has been here. It was an interesting locker room
- 17:43Speaker 5: on that front.
- 17:44Speaker 4: It is amazing how much they've gotten done to this
- 17:47Speaker 4: point of the season. I don't know that anyone could
- 17:49Speaker 4: have expected that they would be where they are in
- 17:51Speaker 4: the locker room. On the field, I just it is
- 17:54Speaker 4: a transformational story, and it is fun.
- 17:57Speaker 2: To tell signs of a good team when you find
- 17:59Speaker 2: a way to win when you're not playing your best.
- 18:01Speaker 2: I am a little hesitant. I feel very concerned about
- 18:05Speaker 2: this game. I love to be wrong, but I think
- 18:06Speaker 2: they're gonna be up against it a little bit. The
- 18:08Speaker 2: run defense for the Seahawks one of the best in
- 18:10Speaker 2: the league, and I feel like this offense operates best
- 18:13Speaker 2: when they're running the ball. Well, I don't know what
- 18:16Speaker 2: if they're gonna be able to run the way they
- 18:18Speaker 2: want to without Breton Strange and against the defense that's
- 18:21Speaker 2: this good as stopping to run. So, as John mentioned,
- 18:23Speaker 2: if they can get some explosives, get the wide receivers
- 18:25Speaker 2: involved early, that's definitely a path to victory. I think
- 18:28Speaker 2: this will be very difficult and and I don't think
- 18:30Speaker 2: it's being overlooked by any means, but maybe by fans
- 18:33Speaker 2: or people looking at the schedule. You're looking at some
- 18:35Speaker 2: other things. So there is that this is This will
- 18:37Speaker 2: probably be I think the toughest opponent that they face
- 18:40Speaker 2: that this at this point if depending on injuries for them,
- 18:43Speaker 2: but yeah, it'll definitely be a tough one.
- 18:45Speaker 1: I agree say with us.
- 18:46Speaker 2: We'll tell you what's coming up the rest.
- 18:47Speaker 4: Of the week after break.

- 19:19Speaker 6: is a big game.
- 19:21Speaker 8: For a reason being guys, it's not gonna end our
- 19:24Speaker 8: season or make ours It's the our opportunity to go
- 19:31Speaker 8: knocked down the door.
- 19:34Speaker 6: And erg and take the respect that we can go
- 19:42Speaker 6: We don't get anything in this SLeague. We all understand it.
- 19:46Speaker 8: But if there's a group of guys that I've been
- 19:48Speaker 8: around for quite some time now.
- 19:51Speaker 6: That the way they work, the way.
- 19:53Speaker 8: They prepare, the way they treat each other and come
- 19:57Speaker 8: together as a team.
- 20:00Speaker 6: This is a moment we deserve to go, prepare to
- 20:04Speaker 6: take it.
- 20:05Speaker 9: That's all we get to this game, and what an
- 20:08Speaker 9: opportunity is for us to go kick down going to be.
- 20:17Speaker 1: A good one.
- 20:21Speaker 5: How can you and how can you not be fired
- 20:24Speaker 5: up for this guy? And the fans are getting to
