- 0:22It's time for the truth be told with Booker Scott.
- 0:26The United States State Department, they've designated Iran as a state sponsor of terrorism since 1984.
- 0:33They frequently describe it as the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism.
- 0:39So much for America not negotiating with terrorists.
- 0:43I'm Booker.
- 0:44This is the Truth Be Told.
- 0:46Thank you for joining us live tonight, or if you found us later on a podcast, thank you for doing that.
- 0:51So what do we make out of all the negotiations going on with Iran?
- 0:55Who are we negotiating with?
- 0:57Who is Donald Trump and his administration?
- 1:00Who are they negotiating with?
- 1:02Iran keeps saying, Well, we're not negotiating.
- 1:04We haven't negotiated with anyone.
- 1:07And Donald Trump says we're getting presents from Iran.
- 1:10Very expensive presents.
- 1:11I won't tell you what they are because they're very expensive.
- 1:15And I it's really hard to tell exactly what's going on.
- 1:19Here's what I understand.
- 1:21I understand that the foreign minister of Iran called from a cell phone directly to Steve Whitkopf's cell phone last Thursday.
- 1:29And that really started a negotiation.
- 1:32Over the weekend, Donald Trump put a 48-hour period on Iran to uh stop bombing or else, or else he was going to go after the power grid and energy, and then Iran came to the table and we're negotiating.
- 1:47But who are we negotiating with?
- 1:49Who is even in charge?
- 1:52And let's back up and look at the last year, just the last year with Iran.
- 1:57You can't really negotiate with these people.
- 1:59You can't trust them, they lie.
- 2:01And I would point out the missile, the ballistic missile they just shot off at Diego Garcia over the weekend.
- 2:08On March 8th, they said, well, we don't have any ballistic missiles that will go over 2,000 kilometers.
- 2:14Diego Garcia is 4,000.
- 2:17It's 2500 miles instead of 1250 miles, which they said March 8th, we don't have any missiles that go over that.
- 2:23They lie, that's what they do.
- 2:25If you go back to June of last year, there was negotiating going on then with Iran.
- 2:32And right up to the last minute, it didn't work because it never does with them.
- 2:37Because they lie.
- 2:39And what happened?
- 2:41We bombed with a Moab their capability of producing nuclear weapons.
- 2:47Although that didn't quite work because we're doing that again.
- 2:50That happens to be where the concentration of bombing is going on right now by America.
- 2:55In Fort O and those other places that we bombed in June.
- 2:59That negotiation didn't work.
- 3:01You look at the ceasefire in Gaza with Hamas.
- 3:05It has worked somewhat, but there were two parts of that.
- 3:09Don't forget that.
- 3:10The other part of the negotiation and the ceasefire that took place in Gaza with Hamas was they had to give up all of their weapons.
- 3:18And Hamas to this day, they still have not done that.
- 3:23Negotiating with Iran never works.
- 3:26But again, I asked the question.
- 3:29Who exactly is in charge in Iran?
- 3:32Because we're seeing all types of different things.
- 3:35Wednesday morning, uh here's what the Pakistan ambassador said from Iran.
- 3:40He said there has been no talks between Washington or Tehran after Donald Trump said progress had been made.
- 3:54So far, no negotiations.
- 3:56Direct or indirect have taken place between the two countries.
- 4:01He also added, it was natural that friendly countries are always engaged in consultations with both sides to end this illegitimate aggression.
- 4:11Pakistan has uh said that they would offer their services to negotiate an end to the conflict in Iran.
- 4:18Meanwhile, you have the 82nd Airborne has now said they're sending 3,000 troops to the area.
- 4:25You have 5,000 Marines on the way.
- 4:28Are we going to have boots on the ground?
- 4:30Are they just there for Carg Island?
- 4:32I don't know.
- 4:33And no one can really answer these questions, but I'm curious who exactly we are negotiating with.
- 4:39We've killed the top two leaders, multiple leaders in Iran have been killed.
- 4:44So who has the responsibility to do this negotiation?
- 4:49And then what exactly is America offering in this negotiation?
- 4:54And in return, what will America and the Arab nations, our allies and Israel, what will they gain from this?
- 5:03Israeli uh government, they don't want America to begin negotiating right now.
- 5:08They want them to continue to bomb.
- 5:10Of course, that is what Netanyahu and Israel would always want.
- 5:14We know that.
- 5:16But I don't know who we're negotiating with.
- 5:20Here's President Donald Trump from Tuesday.
- 5:22They're gonna make a deal.
- 5:23They're gonna make a deal.
- 5:24They did something yesterday that was amazing, actually.
- 5:27They gave us a present.
- 5:30And the president arrived today.
- 5:32And it was a very big present worth a tremendous amount of money.
- 5:36I don't know what that means exactly.
- 5:39Do you?
- 5:40Have you seen that?
- 5:41I don't know what Trump's talking about there.
- 5:43And he says they want to make a deal.
- 5:46I'm not sure that we should make a deal with terrorists, especially when we don't even know who is in charge.
- 5:52Let's go back through some history here.
- 5:54Recent history, just in the last few months.
- 5:57Back in January, there was a revolt of the people of Iran.
- 6:01Seventy-five percent of the Iranian people, they don't want the regime that is in place.
- 6:07What did that regime do at the time?
- 6:10They killed thousands of those people in the streets in cities all across that country.
- 6:16Donald Trump at the time, he pledged his support and said, I've got your back.
- 6:20I'm coming.
- 6:22America is going to be there.
- 6:24So it took some time.
- 6:25We had to get the air carriers there in the air area, the Navy in the area.
- 6:31Once we were there, we see what is happening.
- 6:34Maybe the people of Iran thought that this is it.
- 6:37They have our back.
- 6:38They are coming to change the regime, which Donald Trump talked about.
- 6:42You don't hear him talking about that much anymore.
- 6:45I believe that it's going to be up to the people of Iran to do that.
- 6:48It can't be done from outside.
- 6:50It's going to be up to them to do it, and that time will come.
- 6:54There is a possibility for regime change at some point.
- 6:57But again, who is in charge now?
- 6:59Who is America negotiating with?
- 7:02A terrorist?
- 7:04A terrorist state?
- 7:06What is the deal?
- 7:08That's the thing.
- 7:09What is the deal?
- 7:10What are we talking about here, President Trump?
- 7:13And I'm not going to tell you what that president is, but it was a very significant uh.
- 7:20Prize.
- 7:21And they gave it to us and they said they were going to give it.
- 7:24So that meant one thing to me we're dealing with the right people.
- 7:28No, it wasn't nuclear related.
- 7:30It was oil and gas related.
- 7:32And he said that that meant to me that we are dealing with the right people.
- 7:37Because America got a present.
- 7:39We don't know what the present is, but because we got the present from Iran, whether we actually received it or not.
- 7:47We don't know.
- 7:48But because of that, Donald Trump says that we're dealing with the right people.
- 7:53Let's go back in history again and look at the progression here.
- 7:59The objective of this was ballistic missiles and nuclear sites at the beginning.
- 8:06The Strait of Hormuz then shut down, and then it became about negotiating for the Strait of Hormuz to be reopened because if not, the oil prices are going to shoot up and they're going to stay up, and the gas prices for Americans and our bank accounts are going to be affected.
- 8:23So now the negotiation has to do with opening the Strait of Hormuz.
- 8:28There has been a progression here through this.
- 8:32Is it about the people of Iran having a regime change?
- 8:36Is it about nuclear capabilities?
- 8:38Is it about ballistic missile sites?
- 8:43Now it's about the Strait of Hormuz and oil.
- 8:47It's about all of it, isn't it?
- 8:49It really is.
- 8:51But I'm interested about the 15-point plan that they say they have with Iran and that that's what they're negotiating on.
- 8:59It's a framework.
- 9:00It's a framework right now.
- 9:02But opening the Strait of Hormuz is right there at the top.
- 9:07Not having any nuclear weapons is right there at the top for America in this negotiation with Iran.
- 9:14You're not going to have the capability of enriching any uranium in the country, is what Donald Trump's administration is saying.
- 9:23By the way, they no longer want to negotiate with Steve Whitkoff.
- 9:27This is according to CNN Wednesday morning.
- 9:30They now only want to negotiate with J.D.
- 9:33Vance.
- 9:33J.D.
- 9:34Vance and Marco Rubio are also in the negotiations.
- 9:39What else is in this 15 point plan?
- 9:42Well, uh and again, it's a framework.
- 9:44It is not written in stone.
- 9:46It's a point of the negotiation.
- 9:49What does Iran get?
- 9:51There are three things that Iran will get as a result of doing this, and one of them is they are taking away the snap back.
- 10:00If you remember back when Barack Obama was negotiating with Iran, a state sponsor of terrorism.
- 10:07So, yes, we do negotiate with terrorists.
- 10:10Obviously, we've negotiated with Iran for a long time.
- 10:13I'm just saying it never works.
- 10:16Because they weren't supposed to be enriching uranium to 60%, which they did, and they admit that they did.
- 10:22They weren't supposed to be having ballistic missiles that would shoot 4,000 kilometers.
- 10:27But they admit that they did.
- 10:30Iran lies.
- 10:31That's what they do.
- 10:33And they always have.
- 10:34But back to Barack Obama.
- 10:37Let's remember that snapback, because that is being taken away.
- 10:41The snapback would allow any sanctions that were put on Iran to go right back on if they uh uh don't do what they're supposed to do.
- 10:52And that's one of the three things that America is offering to be taken off the table with Iran.
- 10:59Another one is they do away with sanctions with Iran.
- 11:03Sanctions have been on Iran for a very long time.
- 11:07What, 15, 15, 18, 20 years?
- 11:11Sanctions have been on Iran.
- 11:12We're about to take that off in this negotiation.
- 11:16And if we are negotiating with the same people that are the regime, there's no evidence that there has been any type of regime change yet.
- 11:27Then we're only negotiating and giving the people that have done the things that they've done to the people of Iran and the people of the world, especially there in the Middle East.
- 11:38We're giving them exactly what they want.
- 11:42For what?
- 11:44For only ballistic missile sights and bombing a nuclear site, which America did in June.
- 11:52And don't get me wrong, I'm supportive of what Donald Trump has been doing.
- 11:56You can read my articles in the archive if you'd like.
- 13:57Here's a little more of Donald Trump.
- 13:59What it showed me is that we're dealing with the right people.
- 14:02Because you know you don't know because the leadership was killed, all gone.
- 14:06Komani all gone, as the expression goes, the past Supreme Leader.
- 14:12And then the new Supreme Leader was uh racked up at a minimum, racked up pretty good, and everyone else was gone.
- 14:20And then many of the people in the third tier.
- 14:23Because the question are we really negotiating with the people in charge?
- 14:30And I know that the communication in that country has been cut way down, so maybe the ambassador in Pakistan for Iran, he wouldn't know.
- 14:39There's no way he would know anyway.
- 14:41And what he says you take with a grain of salt, I get that.
- 14:45Well, Donald Trump also is giving a present to Iran right now.
- 14:50He announced that he was releasing a 140 million barrels of Iranian oil that is sitting out at sea to ease the global prices of oil.
- 15:00And oil has come down a little bit.
- 15:02It's below 100 a barrel.
- 15:04It had spiked to 120.
- 15:06It's down.
- 15:07And like I said, it's going to come down quickly once the Strait of Hormuz is open.
- 15:11That's part of the negotiation.
- 15:14I think this is going to be over pretty quickly.
- 15:16It will be declared a victory by Donald Trump.
- 15:19But the victory is not going to be known for years.
- 15:24For a very long time.
- 15:26For the people inside Iran, it's going to be decided in months.
- 15:31Are they going to have a government for the people and by the people?
- 15:36Will the Shah be brought back in to take over in Iran?
- 15:41I I just don't know.
- 15:43Who knows?
- 15:44Nobody really knows anything.
- 15:45And I go back to what I always say when a war is going on, whether it's Ukraine and Russia or here with America, Israel, and Iran.
- 15:53I don't believe anything any government says.
- 15:57Because it's war.
- 16:00There was an interesting thing that happened on the oil market.
- 16:04Let's go to this audio.
- 16:05Listen to this.
- 16:06Here's the curious thing, and here's kind of where the mystery is.
- 16:08I want to kind of zoom in on this area here.
- 16:10So I'll kind of zoom in so you can see.
- 16:13This is just the volumes of people going into that oil market and kind of for the most part selling after that Donald Trump post.
- 16:21You can see there's this real spike in activity.
- 16:23A lot of people going in there.
- 16:25This was the post that we are going to negotiate.
- 16:27That Donald Trump says we're going to negotiate.
- 16:30We're not going to do anything for five days.
- 16:32If you remember, we started this hour with uh over the weekend, it was 48 hours, or I'm going to bomb your energy.
- 16:40And then Donald Trump came out with the post.
- 16:42We are negotiating with them.
- 16:43I'm giving them a five days to uh come to the table and get this thing resolved.
- 16:48Fifteen minutes before that Donald Trump post, there was a very big uh amount of trading volume.
- 16:57Very big.
- 16:58In fact, actually, when you're looking at that amount of uh volume, that spike, um that was the biggest trading volume that we saw that day.
- 17:06We're starting here just at 8 o'clock in the morning.
- 17:08We're going through to that moment of the Donald Trump post.
- 17:11Um relatively quiet volumes, not much going on in the market, and then all of a sudden that.
- 17:17And if you're wondering, okay, maybe this was just a one-off.
- 17:20It was someone who made a lucky bet.
- 17:21Have a look, not just at this.
- 17:23So this is WCIS, one measure, the U.S.
- 17:25measure of oil.
- 17:26Have a look at Brent's, which is the kind of the European seen as the international measure of oil.
- 17:31Again, the same thing.
- 17:32Donald Trump makes this post flurry of activity, lots of people there.
- 17:36But look at that.
- 17:38And 15 minutes before that Donald Trump post, a very big trade.
- 17:45Now it's unclear whether it's just individual an individual or whether it's a kind of group of people, but what we do know from just imputing what the potential value, the notional value of those trades just on oil would be, is staggering amounts of money.
- 18:00Life-changing amounts of money.
- 18:0258 million dollars.
- 18:06Someone made a trade or people made a trade 15 minutes before Donald Trump's posts that could make them 580 million dollars.
- 18:18Someone has some really good information somewhere, and they're getting rich.
- 18:24Keep an eye on that.
- 18:27America.
- 18:32What's going on?

- 20:40I prefer joining the program now is someone that has been here before.
- 20:51Her name is Jenna Ryan, and you may remember that name because she became the face of mainstream media's narrative when it came to January 6th, soon after January 6, back in 2021.
- 21:03Her life was turned upside down.
- 21:06She went through everything.
- 21:07And the last time she was on the program was right before she got a pardon from Donald Trump.
- 21:12And Jenna, it's great to have you back.
- 21:15Thank you for having me.
- 21:16Let's get into what you were up to now because you you reached out to me and said, I've got a couple of lawsuits going on.
- 21:22And this really has to do with the de-banking, sort of when it comes to PayPal.
- 21:27Uh, when you went through everything that you went through, PayPal kind of debanked you.
- 21:32They kicked you off the platform, didn't they?
- 21:35They did.
- 21:36PayPal came in.
- 21:38Um first I was arrested by the FBI.
- 21:41The FBI advertised it, called the media, then arrested me in, you know, it was all over the news.
- 21:46Yeah.
- 21:47And then a couple days later, I did a fundraiser, and PayPal emailed me and said, You can't do business with us ever again.
- 21:57And then an hour later, they contacted, well, it was world news in one hour.
- 22:02So they they contacted CBS News and they said we're canceling Jenna Ryan for because she violated our fundraising policies.
- 22:10And within by the next day, I was kicked off every platform, kicked out of my office, attacked rabidly by the public and by whatever they had going on with the bots.
- 22:22And I was just big time attacked and lost everything the next day.
- 22:25Well, Jenna, what did they say you did wrong?
- 22:28How did they what did they say that you violated so that they could kick you off?
- 22:33They gave no reason and they told the news that I violated fundraising policies, which I didn't do.
- 22:39And so what I did is, you know, I knew I was going to sue them, but then they ended up throwing me in prison for media interest.
- 22:47And then I get out and I end up filing a lawsuit, and they've got me caught in arbitration for a couple years, and then Trump won.
- 22:55I got a pardon, and then Trump did the weaponization, ending the weaponization against the federal government.
- 23:01And I was like, wait a minute.
- 23:03Um, and I and I just started representing myself in court, and I just started filing motions and they were ignoring me.
- 23:10And then I started getting on the AI with the GROC and with Chat GPT, but mostly Grok at this time, and just started uncovering all of this incredible information that showed that PayPal was acting as an arm of the government to punish and censor conservatives and J6.
- 23:32Then I looked it up and it there was a congressional report done by Jim Jordan named, you know, notably, and it showed how PayPal had Zoom calls with FENCEN, which is the uh FBI, and uh, you know, the anti-money laundering division of our government, and they were who knows what they were talking about, but it was very suspicious.
- 23:56And so I learned that you know, PayPal was under congressional um investigation for canceling people after J6, and then I put two and two together and I started researching, and I came up with 50 different exhibits showing how the government had forced PayPal to cancel me and how it caused my life's destruction.
- 24:17So did you uh were you trying to raise money with GoFundMe?
- 24:21Is that what you were doing?
- 24:22And it was attached to PayPal, and then PayPal started all this, or how were you trying to raise money and use PayPal back then?
- 24:30Well, they were making me famous, they were putting my face everywhere.
- 24:33Yeah, and so I was like, Well, I might as well try to, you know, like Shelley Luther did, or you know, anybody would.
- 24:39I was just like, hey, if y'all want to donate to my legal fees, and um, and so I just put up a little link.
- 24:46I've been using PayPal since 2006, and I had no clue that this big billion dollar company even knew I existed, but come to find out through my lawsuit and discovery through my lawsuit.
- 24:59PayPal had a there's an AI, and they were flagging conservatives, and they were flagging crowdfunding for Trump supporters and people that were buying Bibles.
- 25:12And so FENCEN, our federal government was doing this, and then the they were pushing it through to the banks.
- 25:19And so, yeah, I just put up a little fundraiser, a little button from PayPal.
- 25:24Okay, so it was directly PayPal is what you were doing, and then they flagged it, they took you down, and then they said you can no longer work with us, and then that brings you to this lawsuit.
- 25:34And where is that now?
- 25:35You said that they were not paying you any attention at all in the courts, but you have done some more research using artificial intelligence in Grok, and you found a lot of information.
- 25:45How are you using that?
- 25:46And what are the courts doing with you?
- 25:49So the um the PayPal's premise is we're a private company, we can do what we want.
- 25:54You need to go to arbitration.
- 25:55This is a contract dispute.
- 25:57And that's not true.
- 25:58I I found out and proved to the court with evidence that they were acting as an arm of the government.
- 26:06So that's a huge deal.
- 26:07PayPal cannot withstand that kind of allegations publicly if it ever gets out to the news.
- 26:12But the news is also implicated, so I'm on a litigation hold and nobody's reporting about it.
- 26:17So what's going on in the court is I ended up, you know, they're about to rule.
- 26:22So I have filed a renewed.
- 26:24We've had some court battles.
- 26:26They're trying to keep me in arbitration, but there's just really no way they're going to be able to do it any longer.
- 26:31So the judge is about to rule if I have to go to arbitration or if we can stay in open court.
- 26:37And if we have to stay, if we stay in open court, PayPal will have to settle because they cannot afford to be found to be a state actor.
- 26:45That's like it's it's I'm suing them under the 1983 provision, which is the KKK Act.
- 26:52So it's an act that was created, a statute that was created to prevent the KKK.
- 26:58And I'm suing them on the 1983.
- 27:01So it's so horrible for them.
- 27:02They can't have they can't lose this.
- 27:05So they'll immediately settle, I would assume.
- 27:08And there's no way they can stay in arbitration because you can't just stay arbitration for the rest of your life if a person is standing up fighting.
- 27:16And what they're used to is they're used to people having to have attorneys and exhausting their money.
- 27:22Uh-huh.
- 27:23But because I had the AI to assist me, I'm able to circumvent the old guard, and they're not used to it, and they're baffled and they don't have any protection against somebody who's actually willing to fight.
- 27:36And, you know, I have to, it's very difficult.
- 27:39I have to go into I have to, it's very, very, very, very hard.
- 27:44It's not like anybody can do this.
- 27:45I mean, it's my life, though.
- 27:47They destroyed my name.
- 27:48Yeah.
- 27:48They destroyed my reputation.
- 27:50So I don't care what it takes.
- 27:52I want my name back.
- 27:53I want my reputation back, and I'll do whatever it takes, even if that's, you know, sometimes it's 14-hour days of just strategizing with the AI.
- 28:02But right now we're at a place where none of that, you know, I've done the work and now I'm winning.
- 28:07And ultimately, you're going to see, and then President Trump, two weeks ago, comes up with the executive order, fair banking for every American.
- 28:18And basically, I put it into the AI and I was like, what is this?
- 28:21And they're like, that's your lawsuit.
- 28:24I'm like, what?
- 28:25So the president of the United States had the same problem.
- 28:29They debanked President Trump.
- 28:31So, you know, I've got the backing of the executive order and just the whole um, and then and then the Fox News started talking about debanking and saying that by the Biden administration had actually forced the banks, the financial institutions to cancel conservatives.
- 28:49So that's a lot of evidence on my behalf that you know, PayPal's just not going to be able to stand against.
- 28:56Do you think PayPal is gonna pay you just to have this go away?
- 29:01Or does that open themselves up for more people like you that got kicked off the platform to do the same thing that you have done?
- 29:10You know, it does open them up, and I really don't know what they're doing.
- 29:13I think it's a it's a combination of hubris because they can't believe what that I'm able to do what I'm doing, and just clear they were not used to this.
- 29:23They're not used to a person standing up and being able to fight in court, toe-to-toe with their top attorneys.
- 29:30So who knows what they're doing, but they're going to have to answer to me.
- 29:34And you asked whether they would be able to, if other people would be able to file like class action.
- 29:39The difference, and they will.
- 29:41The difference between my case and the hundreds and you know, thousands, maybe millions, who knows, of people that had been debanked, is my damages were so direct.
- 29:52Like I directly the next day after they called the media and publicized the fact that they canceled me.
- 29:59The very
- 30:00Very next day, I was kicked off of my entire network that I'd been on for my entire life.
- 30:05Do you know I mean for 20 years?
- 30:07Do you have proof that they made the phone calls to CBS and ABC and MBC?
- 30:13I do.
- 30:13Well, it says on the CBS.
- 30:15Oh, by the way, yeah, on the CBS article where they leaked it to the media.
- 30:20It says Reputation Manager Kim Icorn from PayPal give it gave us a statement about Jenna Ryan saying she violated fundraising policies, and that's why they're canceling her.
- 30:32And all the headlines, there was like 28 mainstream headlines that said PayPal boots, Jenna Ryan.
- 30:39And so there's even one that says Jenna Ryan is arrested by the FBI and PayPal boots her.
- 30:46And so it's like it's a conspiracy.
- 30:48I'm claiming it's a conspiracy.
- 30:50And I don't have to prove that at this juncture.
- 30:53You know, we're just at the motion stage.
- 30:55So I don't have to prove it yet, but it's plausible.
- 30:58It it it match, it fits the plausibility standard.
- 31:02So as long as I can stay in court and face them in court, they're not they they're not gonna be able to stand because two, I'd be able to get discovery and get those phone calls that they made with the government, and it would just be very devastating for them.
- 31:16Yeah, they they don't want to go there.
- 31:18So let's get to your lawsuit against the federal government.
- 31:20What are you doing with that one?
- 31:23Okay, great question.
- 31:24That one I just kind of filed just because I wanted to get the truth out.
- 31:28I never dreamed in a million years that it would actually get to where it is today.
- 31:34Um, so I filed it just to get on the record the truth because there's so many lies.
- 31:40And so that one has progressed, and the DOJ has lawyered up and brought in veteran 30 year um attorneys in the civil rights and ethics division, which is bizarre, by the way.
- 31:56And they have lawyered up, and that you know, which tells you a lot.
- 32:00So I'm suing the prosecutor who prosecuted me, and she lied and she fabricated evidence and did any manner of things to me.
- 32:09I mean, you're you're about to find out because the Trump administration, they're about to disclose everything because they're gonna have to.
- 32:16And so it's gonna all the J6 stuff is about to come out here in a minute, but they are fighting me.
- 32:22The DOJ, the Department of Justice, the Trump Department of Justice is fighting me because my case, you know, threatens absolute immunity, sovereign immunity, qualified immunity, discretionary immunity.
- 32:36It it's because I've got that AI that's helping me.
- 32:39Yeah, and I am and I'm also very tenacious, and I don't sleep, and I just go because I'm so upset about them lying.
- 32:47So you know, it's very complicated about where we're at, but I'm giving you everything.
- 32:53You're seeking the justice you feel like you deserve, and everybody else does.
- 32:56You said something there just a minute ago that the Trump administration is gonna come out with everything about J6 in a minute.
- 33:04What did you mean?
- 33:04Do you have information that uh we don't have?
- 33:07Do you do you think that they're coming out with something or know that they are coming out with something?
- 33:12I know for a fact they have to because lawsuits like mine, they're on the record.
- 33:17They're stronger.
- 33:18My lawsuit is stronger than the media, even because I'm on the record proving with evidence with exhibits with their name on it, you know, showing what they did.
- 33:29They fabricated evidence, they they did all you know, the sedition hunters, the the PayPal thing.
- 33:36It was all one big clump of the Biden administration.
- 33:40So it's interesting the way the Trump administration, they have to defend the United States against it.
- 33:48It's like they're they're caught, they're in a catch 22.
- 33:50Sure, it's like they did it.
- 33:52Yeah, but they have to, you know.
- 33:54So you're asking so basically my lawsuit is really like out in front of everybody, every J Sixer, because I'm the only person that's just I'm I'm a clean case, you could call it, because I was I only walked in for two minutes and eight seconds, and then I just found the video showing the police officer I supposedly trespassed on the door I walked in that they were making such a big deal about.
- 34:20He's waving people in, and that was hidden evidence, and so that's a Brady violations, very serious.
- 34:27And I'm not an attorney, and I'm just finding this stuff, it's really child's play what they're doing.
- 34:32Yeah, but you know, they have to they have to fight it, they have to fight for America, but at the same time, they have to make it right with the January Sixers.
- 34:41And I do know that the January Sixers are, you know, numbers are being floated as far as what each person will end up getting due to the lies and the horrible abuse we suffered, and they're floating numbers, they're floating, you know, settlement amounts, and they're also they have to get the truth out because all of us were extremely lied about.
- 35:02Yeah, it's all made up.
- 35:04Jenna, that has been one of my frustrations with uh you know this 119th Congress so far.
- 35:10And I know they had their hands full.
- 35:12You had the reconciliation, the big beautiful bill, you've had confirmations, you've had uh everything that Donald Trump has tried to accomplish here in the first seven or eight months of his presidency, but there has not been any type of commission to get to the bottom of the January 6th and what it was all about.
- 35:29And that's been really disappointing for me because you know, we saw everything that Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats did, along with uh a couple of Republicans in name only.
- 35:39That would be uh Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger that were the only Republicans that were allowed on that J6 commission because Nancy Pelosi said no, we're not gonna let Jim Jordan, you mentioned him a few minutes ago.
- 35:51She would not allow him to be on that commission.
- 35:53And this 119th Republican Congress and the Senate and the House, they haven't done anything yet to uh bring the truth about what happened on January 6th, because I know American people want to know that.
- 36:06So good luck on both of those lawsuits.
- 36:10We'll keep watching and we'll have you back when there is some more news about it.
- 36:14I want to get in first of all, let's talk about your book because the last time you were here, you you said you were not quite finished, but it is now out and it is available on Amazon.
- 36:23Tell us the name of the book and then just tell us a little bit about it.
- 36:27Um my book is was just something that we wanted to put together to record what happened.
- 36:34It's called Storming the Capitol, storming the Capitol, unjustly accused, unwavering in truth, and it's basically just a play by play of the things that I went through, and it is on Amazon, and I am speaking throughout you know the country throughout Florida mostly.
- 36:50I'm going to speaking events.
- 36:51So if anybody wants me to come speak at your event, I can.
- 36:55And then yeah, it's a great book.
- 36:57Okay.
- 36:58Well, everybody go find that book.
- 37:00We'll put it in the bookstore here at AmericaOut Loud.news so you can find it there as well.
- 37:04If you're listening later on a podcast, it should be up by the time that you're listening to this on a podcast.
- 37:10Jenna, let's get into the docuseries.
- 37:12You mentioned to me the other night that there is a docuseries that is doing the story on your life.
- 37:18Who's doing that?
- 37:19Where will it be available?
- 37:20When will it be available?
- 37:23Well, I have some very reputable, credible, real director, producer team and and distribute global distribution team, as well as investors in place.
- 37:34And we are developing, I'm producing.
- 37:37Well, I'm a co-producer in this docuseries, and it's going to be just my story.
- 37:44And um, the director is incredible, and he's a strong Christian, and you know, we have good roots and faith.
- 37:52And um, he's one to do my life story.
- 37:55He's gonna show who I was before all this happened, what happened to me, how I was smeared, and then how the triumph part, the third part, which is rising up to battle the biggest giants in the world, billion-dollar financial institution and the department of justice by myself with a keyboard, and so it's a pretty good story.
- 38:21It's like, you know, Aaron Brookfitch, yeah, yeah, and a lot of different things, true crime, you name it, it's everything rolled into one.
- 38:28So we've got you know, all sorts of people getting involved, and so it's definitely happening, and it's a little bit bigger than me because I've got a team.
- 38:37Yeah, well, good.
- 38:38You deserve a team.
- 38:39You've been out there on your own now for what five years almost fighting all of this.
- 38:46It's hard to believe it's been five years.
- 38:48It will be five years in January.
- 38:50It's really, really hard to believe that it's been that long, and we still don't really have all the answers, but you're fighting for them.
- 38:56You know, when something like this happens to our lives, uh, you have a couple of different ways you can go.
- 39:02You can kind of quit and roll over and lay down and give up, or you can fight, and you have fought, and that's one of the reasons why I like you so much and so glad that you come on the program.
- 39:13You have moved to Florida.
- 39:14You're a neighbor of mine now, so we'll have to get together.
- 39:16Uh, maybe I can get your book and you'll sign it for me.
- 39:20And I don't know if you know this, but I have a book that came out July 27th on in artificial intelligence, actually.
- 39:26I saw that.
- 39:27That looks really good.
- 39:28Yeah, we'll swap books.
- 39:30What about that?
- 39:31That sounds wonderful.
- 39:32I look forward to it.
- 39:33Well, Jenna, good luck on your lawsuits, and we'll look for the docuseries come out.
- 39:38And you know, when there's news about this, let me know, and we'll get you back on the program so everybody hears how these court cases are going.
- 39:45Perfect.
- 39:46I'm glad to.
- 39:47Thank you so much for allowing me to speak and share.

- 41:00Everywhere we look, it seems like America has all sorts of problems.
- 41:04And one of the problems I I think maybe that people don't want to talk about, they want to bury their head in the sand is human trafficking.
- 41:11You bring up the words together, and uh people just gloss over with a look.
- 41:16And unfortunately in this country, whether you call it human trafficking or the sex business, it's I've seen 35 billion dollars.
- 41:24I've seen it's as much as a hundred billion dollar a year industry.
- 41:27I'm not sure, but either one of those numbers is astounding, and it really needs to have some attention.
- 41:33And that's what we're going to try to do here in this segment as we welcome to the program, Sarah Lachance.
- 41:39She has an organization out of Tampa Bay, Florida, and it's called StopTheMovement.org.
- 41:44Sarah, welcome to the program.
- 41:46Thank you so much for having me.
- 41:48I really appreciate you shining a light on this issue.
- 41:51And you and I uh, you know, we were able to go take a tour a few weeks ago.
- 41:57And uh, right here in the Tampa Bay market, uh, which by the way is uh television market, it's about four million people, but it is an incredible, incredible problem we have.
- 42:08And I thought I knew something a little bit about this subject, but what I found out was I really know nothing about it because the things that we saw were amazing.
- 42:18And I want to get into that, but I also want to ask you you start stop the movement.org.
- 42:24What was your motivation?
- 42:25What what was that that event that happened in your life that said I'm gonna do something?
- 42:31That's a great question.
- 42:33This has um been a calling on my family's life for many years.
- 42:37I worked uh at the LA Dream Center uh in downtown Los Angeles about 10 years ago.
- 42:43I I spent some time there on the human trafficking unit, and I was in the exact same spot as you are.
- 42:48I was shocked to um discover uh what I I thought I knew about the issue, and I was completely wrong.
- 42:55And I was shocked to find out that human trafficking trafficking affects men, women, and kids of all ages, and I have unfortunately worked with a variety of them over the years.
- 43:07Um when I moved back to Florida, I I was passionate about finding a place to serve and did research for about a year trying to figure out where I could get plugged in, and um really felt called to start my own organization, and our focus for the past couple years has been prevention and awareness.
- 43:24We our our mantra is you know, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
- 43:28And uh we have recently, as you discovered, uh branched out to outreach, and we've got even bigger dreams beyond that because like you said, it is such a big problem.
- 43:39And I wasn't aware of how big a problem it is, and what we found was on that tour, we went to neighborhoods that were less fortunate.
- 43:47Uh we went we went to a neighborhood that had three to five million dollar houses, and there were a couple of trap houses there.
- 43:54And to be honest, I I didn't know what a trap house was.
- 43:57Can you explain to people what a trap house is?
- 44:01Sure, that's not in everybody's vernacular.
- 44:03Uh, a trap house is essentially um a house where illegal activity is taking place.
- 44:08So generally the homes that we toured and saw uh there are women, children, uh, and drugs being sold in and out of them.
- 44:18Uh you could probably include weapons and a lot of those as well.
- 44:22So there's just illegal activity happening in these places.
- 44:25And like you said, uh it could be your next door neighbor.
- 44:28It's not necessarily all low-income housing.
- 44:31It it spans every city across uh every state in our nation.
- 44:36And as we toured, we went to a lot of less fortunate areas, and and I think that's where most people believe it's all taking place, and and does take place there.
- 44:46And the life that these people get trapped into is terrible.
- 44:50And we I want to talk about that.
- 44:52But uh again, it really struck me that here we are with three to five million dollar houses, the neighborhood right next to that, really nice homes alone.
- 45:01Um it had it had trap houses where uh they were selling people out of and selling drugs and and guns, and it's it was shocking, and uh, and I it left an impression on me.
- 45:12Uh really for a week.
- 45:13I couldn't stop thinking about it.
- 45:14And here we are now, weeks later, and I'm still uh thinking about it.
- 45:18Yeah, you know, the because these are people's kids that start out there.
- 45:23We we learned about grooming.
- 45:24We went by one specific house where uh this guy puts out ads on Craigslist to teach kids, boys specifically, because I think boys are left out of of this.
- 45:35We always think of little girls and we think of women.
- 45:38Um, but the but this specific case was uh a guy that was putting ads on Craigslist and to teach them how to be a DJ or voice lessons.
- 45:46So the parents drop these boys off, spend sixty dollars, give the guy sixty dollars to do the voice lessons, and then he starts the grooming process.
- 45:55That that's that's legitimate, isn't it, Sarah?
- 45:58Yes, and we I'm so glad that you brought that up.
- 46:00I think it's really important that we talk about what grooming is.
- 46:03I was just having a conversation yesterday with a woman who said, I don't even know that term.
- 46:08And so the simple way to explain grooming is um when an adult, a bad adult is um taking their time to uh earn the trust of either another adult or a child for the purpose of exploiting them.
- 46:23So they are um maybe befriending them.
- 46:26It could be a uh boyfriend girlfriend relationship.
- 46:29Um, they are taking the time to learn where their weaknesses are, and then they will uh make it seem like they're filling those needs, and then they will flip the script and uh start to exploit those needs.
- 46:42And at that point, the mental abuse has already begun, the psychological abuse, a lot of times physical uh and sexual abuse um have also occurred.
- 46:52And at that point, uh escape is almost um impossible.
- 46:57Yeah, and they go down that path, and that path becomes that that voice teacher becomes the pimp and starts and starts selling these young boys in this case uh publicly online, maybe on Craigslist or some other place.
- 47:13I also learned another term that I'd never heard, and uh that was a rub map.
- 47:19And for those of you listening, um, I'm gonna try.
- 47:22Well, I actually, Sarah, you try because you know more about it than I do.
- 47:27I I uh think we're all learning together, but basically uh a list of the what we call the IMPs that illicit massage parlors in the area.
- 47:38Um the places that now the are there places giving legitimate massages?
- 47:43Of course there are.
- 47:44Um there are places that are um keeping women employed there against their will.
- 47:51They have taken their identifications, generally they are from other countries, and they are not allowed to leave, and they're being forced to perform sex acts much beyond the scope of what an actual massage is.
- 48:03And one way that you could uh keep an eye out if you're in the community, um, is if you see a massage parlor that's open until midnight, yeah.
- 48:12This is a red flag.
- 48:13I I love a massage, but I have never needed a massage at midnight.
- 48:18And if you see all the windows are blacked out, um those are the pretty good sign that something illegal is happening behind those doors.
- 48:26And a rub map, just to go back to that, uh, is an application that you can download on your phone or it's a website, and what it does is it shows those massage parlors all over the country.
- 48:38You can click on your state, then click on your zip code, and it will show those massage parlors that are doing more than giving massages.
- 48:46And uh something else I learned was that if it was a pink pony, that that meant that there were little girls at that massage parlor.
- 48:56So this is this is reality, isn't it, Sarah?
- 48:59Absolutely.
- 49:00This is not an ethereal concept.
- 49:02This is not um well, primarily we focus on what's happening stateside.
- 49:06So this is not something that we're when we're talking about it's not happening in the Philippines, it's not happening in India.
- 49:11This is happening here in the United States where everybody is supposed to be free, and and we have uh it's not a conceptual idea.
- 49:19It's also I think very important to say this is not a political issue.
- 49:22This is a huge human rights issue that's that's really affecting all of our cities.
- 49:27And like you found out just a few weeks ago, it is right under our noses.
- 49:32And if we don't know what to look for, then we don't know how to help.
- 49:35Yeah, I found out that one of these people that is involved in this lives less than a mile from me, one of those houses.
- 49:42And uh so it was a shocking tour.
- 49:45It really, it really was.
- 49:46And uh when you get back to the trapped part of this lifestyle, we were talking about the guy on Craigslist giving the voice lessons.
- 49:54Uh they get them into drugs, and then uh then these people get uh uh addicted to drugs.
- 50:00Drugs.
- 50:00So then they become dependent on the groomer, or then becomes the pimp.
- 50:06And they can't get out of the lifestyle, can they?
- 50:08Because I heard stories of uh, you know, the even the cell phones that they possess are not owned by them.
- 50:16So the only way to get outside of their world is to give up their cell phone.
- 50:22And and you guys actually try to outreach to take people out of these positions.
- 50:27That's not easy though, is it?
- 50:29No, not at all.
- 50:30And you were you hit the nail on the head.
- 50:32It is not only uh a drug dependence, it is um generally they racked up a criminal record.
- 50:38Um mostly due to no fault of their own.
- 50:42If if a pimp is controlling what they do, um, you know, maybe petty theft charges or or drug charges.
- 50:48Um, additionally, there is a huge psychological abuse that's taking place.
- 50:53That if um if a let's just use a girl, for example, that's being trafficked.
- 50:58Her family has been threatened.
- 51:00So she's not just at risk.
- 51:02If she leaves and they catch her, they might beat her beyond uh, you know, recognition and then drag her back.
- 51:10But her sister has been threatened, her little brother has been threatened that they're gonna be drug into this if she leaves, and that her mom and dad are gonna be killed, and that uh the pictures that she's um you know taken are going to be shared all over school or maybe all over her church that you know she's gonna be publicly humiliated.
- 51:29Um, and and there is a no way out.
- 51:31You are completely isolated, and so when people say, Well, why don't they just leave?
- 51:35Yeah, believe me, if they could, they would.
- 51:38Yeah, and they and it really is trapped.
- 51:40And as I heard, trap houses.
- 51:43I'm you know, that's what I thought.
- 51:45I thought, well, these people are trapped in a lifestyle.
- 51:47We went by one particular road that had, I think it was two, uh, it was at least two, maybe three houses in a row.
- 51:54And they they said that they move girls from one house to the other house and to the other house.
- 51:59And after the tour, I actually went and looked up those houses online at Google Maps, and uh you could literally see two guys standing out front of those houses keeping guard.
- 52:11Something else I learned on that tour was that these homes and these trap houses, they are surveilling you.
- 52:18That they have video cameras up in the trees, they have video cameras all over it.
- 52:23So the process of trying to go and rescue these women, men, boys, girls, is difficult because you're putting yourself in danger.
- 52:33Oh, it's almost impossible.
- 52:35And and that's absolutely accurate.
- 52:37I had a personal situation where we went to a massage parlor one time, and before we got out of the car, they met us at the door.
- 52:46We didn't even see I to this day.
- 52:48I don't know where the cameras were.
- 52:49They saw us as we pulled into the parking lot.
- 52:52They knew that we clearly were not customers, met us at the door and refused us uh to come in.
- 52:58So they're and this is a as you said at the beginning, this is a multi-billion dollar industry.
- 53:02These people are smart, these are business people, they they know what they're doing, they're not trying to get caught, and they're trying to make money, they care about money over everything else.
- 53:10Um, so that they're protecting uh their product, which is people.
- 53:17And it's real, and that's what I want people to understand is it's real because I think sometimes the human trafficking words together, and and people just it just flies right over their head.
- 53:28What how do you describe human trafficking?
- 53:32So I describe it as exploitation for profit.
- 53:36So when we talk about words like sexual abuse, uh molestation, rape, though that is an exploitation.
- 53:43That is um that's an abuse, that's a stealing of someone's innocence.
- 53:47When we talk about human trafficking, it is that exploitation over and over and over again that someone is choosing to pay for and someone else is benefiting from.
- 53:57And when we talk about it is a hard concept to grasp.
- 54:01Two things I want to say.
- 54:03Uh when we say it's a 30 billion dollar industry, what does that mean to people?
- 54:07That that's such a hard number to grasp.
- 54:09Let me put it in a bite-size um nugget for you.
- 54:12The average sex act is about $30.
- 54:16Wow.
- 54:17How many sex acts add up to $30 billion or $150 billion or whatever the actual number is?
- 54:26It's staggering.
- 54:28That's what we need to know.
- 54:29And when people say, you know, this is happening um in developing countries, not happening here.
- 54:34Let me introduce you to the two little girls that are sisters that were being trafficked by a family member.
- 54:40And they went to school every single day and at night they were being trafficked out of their own house.
- 54:45Let me introduce you to the girl uh that I work very closely with who was abused by a family member 20 years ago.
- 54:54Then pictures were taken, and those are still circulating on the internet today.
- 54:58So there is no justice there while this man walks around free.
- 55:02And let me introduce you to the girl who has a child who needed to be rescued from the situation and left other children behind.
- 55:10There, this happens every single day.
- 55:12I I could go on and tell you for hours, unfortunately, stories of a real people that it's happening to here.
- 55:19Um and it's not, and none of us are are immune to this happening.
- 55:24So that doesn't mean that we should, you know, lock our kids up and and never let them go outside and never let them use the internet, but we have to be aware of it.
- 55:30Yeah.
- 55:31And it's so pervasive.
- 55:33That's what I learned in that tour.
- 55:35It was just everywhere in the from the massage parlors to the homes to the street corners, and the these people get trapped in the lifestyle, and there's no way to get out of it.
- 55:45And it and it can ruin their lives.
- 55:47But there are people like you.
- 55:48This is Sarah Lachance.
- 55:50Her organization is Stop the Movement.org.
- 55:53And what what else can we do other than getting the word out to let people know that this is a real thing and it really affects people's lives?
- 56:01What else can be done?
- 56:03I'll tell you what, again, I so appreciate you taking the time to shed some light on this issue.
- 56:08It's scary and it's dark and people don't want to talk about it, but that doesn't help anyone.
- 56:12And so when we do our our free trainings, uh, let me give you some very basic one-on-one tangible things that don't have anything to do with trafficking.
- 56:21We're talking about take a couple steps back.
- 56:23Things that we can do as parents, as community members, if you're involved in a church or a school, um, look for red flags, look for kids that are acting out of the ordinary, look for um signs of physical abuse or malnutrition, kids that are acting out sexually that does not match their age.
- 56:43The movement.org.
- 56:45There's a place to donate there if you want to help out, you can do that, but at least learn more about this.
- 56:50Sarah, thank you very much for joining us.
- 56:52Thank you so much for your time.
- 56:54There is only one truth.
- 56:56You've been listening to The Truth Be Told with Booker Scott on America out loud.
