A Texas fugitive, Ramon Alberto Artola Junior, is now on the state’s Most Wanted list with a $3,000 reward for tips — he’s been evading justice since June 2026 after skipping sex offender registration and accumulating DWI charges. Convicted in 2001 of aggravated sexual assault on a five-year-old, he served 15 years before violating probation.
