- 2:10SPEAKER_01: Hello, hello, welcome everyone.
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: We are doing a QA.
- 2:15SPEAKER_01: What would Dr.
- 2:16SPEAKER_01: Live do?
- 2:17SPEAKER_01: What you're struggling with.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: I will help you.
- 2:19SPEAKER_01: Um, so I'm gonna start by answering the questions that you guys left for my stories, and otherwise, flood me with questions, and let's just go ahead and dump dump and jump in.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: There we go.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: Um, alright.
- 2:34SPEAKER_01: Tips for recover after a gut flare-up, consuming gluten by accident.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: Oof.
- 2:39SPEAKER_01: Getting glutened is probably up there with one of the worst things.
- 2:42SPEAKER_01: Okay, so what you need to remember if you've gotten glutened, hey Caitlin, is that you need to decrease inflammation.
- 2:49SPEAKER_01: So, A, everything you want to be doing is doing things to foster good gut health and bring down inflammation.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: Ginger, turmeric, peppermint tea, omega-3s.
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: So think chia seeds, salmon, hemp hearts, flax seeds, all of that's gonna decrease the inflammation of your gut lining, which is probably contributing to a lot of your getting gluten symptoms like bloating, um, distension, cramping, and all of that.
- 3:13SPEAKER_01: You also want to heal and seal the gut as much as you can, and everything that you can do to kind of allow your body to do that naturally is going to help.
- 3:22SPEAKER_01: So, bone broth, um, collagen, getting lots of those liquids, especially on an empty stomach.
- 3:28SPEAKER_01: Think about if you get bone broth or collagen in before you eat the food, it's gonna coat the lining of your digestive tract before you put in things that it might react to.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: So it really helps to heal those tight junctions after you've been glutened.
- 3:42SPEAKER_01: So, bone broth and/or collagen, put it in your coffee or have a cup before you eat physical food and before your digestive system has to go to work to digest things for the day.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: That's gonna be major.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: Then you want to really foster it with kind of bacteria and prebiotics that are going to heal the gut lining.
- 4:01SPEAKER_01: So, hicama, asparagus, all of these things are gonna allow the good probiotics or the good gut bacteria to thrive in there so that they can heal and seal the gut.
- 4:12SPEAKER_01: Hopefully that makes sense.
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: So many good questions.
- 4:15SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 4:17SPEAKER_01: Hey Liv, I have acne marks left after acne.
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: Sorry, my dryer is done.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: Um, I have acne marks left after acne.
- 4:26SPEAKER_01: Any tips for me?
- 4:27SPEAKER_01: Two major one, two major ones, collagen and vitamin C.
- 4:31SPEAKER_01: So you actually need vitamin C for collagen to work properly.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: So if you're taking collagen supplements, make sure you're getting enough vitamin C because that is going to naturally support the production of collagen.
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: For the scars to come up, I used to have horrible acne scarring.
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: I'm talking about like nutritionally, you want to support with vitamin C, collagen, omega-3s.
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm not fully sure about your health background, but making sure you have enough healthy fats in your diet and making sure that when you are using skincare, you're not burning off too many of the layers too quickly or using too many acids that can darken your spots and make sure you're using a sunscreen.
- 5:10SPEAKER_01: You everyone needs to be using sunscreen, but if you have any acne marks, using sunscreen and staying out of the sun is going to do wonders.
- 5:16SPEAKER_01: I find when I wasn't using sunscreen like four or five years ago, all my acne marks would get a lot darker in the sun.
- 5:22SPEAKER_01: So you need to need to cover your face, and then, like I said, the collagen, vitamin C, omega-3s.
- 5:30SPEAKER_01: Can intermittent fasting cause gut problems?
- 5:34SPEAKER_01: It can cause gut problems if you do not do it properly.
- 5:38SPEAKER_01: People tend to just under-eat when they intermittent fast, um, and then that causes gut problems because then your digestive enzymes downregulate because it's not getting as much shit food as it should, and when they downregulate, that's when we get bloating, um, IBS, we start reacting to innocuous foods.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: So, done properly, fine.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: It's just that most people do not do it properly, unfortunately.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: And that's where the problem is.
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: I'm vegan.
- 6:04SPEAKER_01: Any replacement for collagen.
- 6:06SPEAKER_01: Get a ton more vitamin C so that you can support your body's natural collagen production, which kind of just decreases as you age.
- 6:14SPEAKER_01: So making sure lots and lots um of vitamin C just to support your your body's natural process.
- 6:21SPEAKER_01: Collagen, like you get it from animal sources because animals have collagen in their cartilage.
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: Cows, you know, fish.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: So, like, you that's where like you get it from.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: That's what collagen, that's what the substance is.
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: So there's not really a vegan source because it comes from the cartilage of animals.
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: So support your vitamin C is the best thing you can do if you're vegan.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: And omega-3s, which you can get from chia seeds, black seeds, hemp hearts.
- 6:50SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 6:52SPEAKER_01: Next.
- 6:53SPEAKER_01: Why do we get cravings?
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: For instance, I feel like I just can't consume enough orange juice or citrus lately.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: Is there something I'm lacking?
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: Um those I feel like are two separate questions.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: You get cravings because of 50 million issues.
- 7:07SPEAKER_01: Your stress levels, your hormones, how much you sleep, your weight, your insulin resistance, or whether you're not insulin resistance, your emotions that you're carrying, the trauma that you're carrying, the day you've had, um, whether you're eating enough, whether you're eating enough of the right things.
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: So, like, why you get cravings is massive.
- 7:24SPEAKER_01: I did just do a podcast episode all about sugar cravings and emotional eating and like binge eating.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: So definitely go listen to that if any of you struggle with that.
- 7:33SPEAKER_01: But if we're thinking about orange juice or citrus, your body's looking for quick sugar.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: Why is your body looking for quick sugar and or vitamin C?
- 7:42SPEAKER_01: Are you getting enough vitamin C specifically because you're craving orange juice and citrus?
- 7:46SPEAKER_01: So it could be a sugar craving, or it could just be a vitamin C craving.
- 7:51SPEAKER_01: And so supplementing with vitamin C um could help that.
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: Can we eat 20 to 30 cashews today as nuts as a meal?
- 7:59SPEAKER_01: Would it be okay?
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: No, you cannot have nuts as a meal.
- 8:02SPEAKER_01: You cannot just eat 20 cashews and that's a meal.
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: That is no.
- 8:07SPEAKER_01: Okay, what can you do for really bad hair?
- 8:10SPEAKER_01: Uh you need to balance your hormones.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: That's a hormonal insulin resistant issues.
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: So you need to look at the food you're eating.
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: Why, where are you eating foods that are spiking insulin and causing your hormones to be out of balance?
- 8:23SPEAKER_01: This is normally tied to like PCOS, if you're getting like hair on your chins, arm, legs, like too much.
- 8:28SPEAKER_01: Um, so look at your insulin resistance, making sure that you're eating to balance blood sugar, cut sugars, cut refined sugars, lots of protein, healthy fats, fiber, um, that's gonna help, and then making sure your estrogen is metabolizing properly.
- 8:42SPEAKER_01: Chances are you're having that because you've got too much estrogen floating around, and or that is throwing off your testosterone, which is normally because your liver is not functioning properly, which means your liver is bogged down and sluggish.
- 8:54SPEAKER_01: Why is your liver sluggish?
- 8:56SPEAKER_01: What are the products you're using?
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: Have you been on antibiotics?
- 8:59SPEAKER_01: Have you been on birth control?
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: Um, what kind of like food are you eating?
- 9:02SPEAKER_01: Like, are you eating clean food?
- 9:04SPEAKER_01: Are we eating like conventional dairy or you know, all those types of things?
- 9:08SPEAKER_01: So many different things we can do, but we can definitely get rid of it.
- 9:11SPEAKER_01: That should not be a regular thing in your life.
- 9:16SPEAKER_01: Alright.
- 9:17SPEAKER_01: Your take on nuts and seeds, are they high in omega 6?
- 9:20SPEAKER_01: How much of them can in healthy adult eat?
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: Depends how much you're working out.
- 9:24SPEAKER_01: It depends on how tall you are, it depends on so much.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: So without knowing that about you, but certain seeds are higher in omega-6 than other ones.
- 9:34SPEAKER_01: You want to focus on omega-3s.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: Most people have way too many omega-6s and not enough omega 3s.
- 9:39SPEAKER_01: So that's why you want to focus on high omega-3 nuts and seeds if you're vegan, which is chia, flax, and a hemp.
- 9:46SPEAKER_01: Or if you cannot get enough of those per day, that's when you would supplement because omega-6s will kind of counteract any benefit of omega-3s.
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: You need to make sure that you're having a good balance, and unfortunately, a lot of plant-based people have way too many omega-6s and not enough omega-3s.
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: Alright, how to overcome overthinking and people pleasing?
- 10:07SPEAKER_01: Great question.
- 10:09SPEAKER_01: You need to get to the root of why you are doing it.
- 10:12SPEAKER_01: So, next time you're people pleasing, I think I've mentioned this before, but I'm gonna run through this.
- 10:16SPEAKER_01: You're gonna get a little bit of a coaching session for me.
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: When you are people pleasing, what is the motivation behind why you're people pleasing?
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: Generally, it's because you want to feel loved, accepted, andor are scared of being rejected and abandoned.
- 10:30SPEAKER_01: So you need to go back to when you first learned that you need to please other people, or XYZ will happen.
- 10:37SPEAKER_01: So look at where you're people pleasing, because some people please at work, in their romantic relationships, in their friendships, multiple, all of them, or maybe just certain ones.
- 10:47SPEAKER_01: So look at where you are, what you're afraid of, where you learn that to be true, and then I would recommend trauma release and reprogramming your mind because right now your brain has an association of if I don't do this, I will die, or I will be abandoned, or I will be rejected.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: And your brain's gonna continue to operate with that rule because it learned, you know, generally from age seven and under, it made this rule in your mind, in this belief, this limiting belief, that I have to operate this way in order to survive.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: So you need to reprogram this, otherwise, it's going to be very hard for you to completely overcome it because your brain is smart and wants to keep you safe.
- 11:25SPEAKER_01: If it thinks you're doing something that is not safe, which it in the case for you was people pleasing, for you, people pleasing is actually safe to your mind.
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: You need to recode and rewire your mind to believe that it is safe to not.
- 11:37SPEAKER_01: Hopefully that makes sense.
- 11:38SPEAKER_01: But it's it's major key.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: And that's why people can do affirmations so the cows come home, or they can meditate to the cows come home and it doesn't stick.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: So if this is you and you feel like you've tried everything and it's not sticking, it's because you actually need to rewire and recode the trauma that happened to you from when your brain interpreted this as a rule in your environment.
- 12:00SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 12:05SPEAKER_01: Hyperhydrosis in underarms causes I've done a lot of liver support, but not helping.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: So without you are naturally supposed to sweat.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: So I want to make sure, A, Savannah, that you are actually sweating more than normal.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: A, um, because some sweat is normal.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: You don't want to like have completely dry because then all your ducts are blocked.
- 12:25SPEAKER_01: Um, you've done liver support.
- 12:27SPEAKER_01: Have you done lymphatic support?
- 12:29SPEAKER_01: So, oh, you have a major lymph nodes underneath your underarms.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: So if your lymph nodes are backed up and your lymph nodes can be backed up without your liver being backed up, uh, their separate systems, probably that's what's causing it.
- 12:40SPEAKER_01: So I would look at some lymphatic support.
- 12:43SPEAKER_01: One thing you can do, um, just in general, is either body gouasha or rebounding or anything that gets your lymph system moving will probably will probably help you.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: But again, I don't know your full, full history.
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: And also look at the if there's specific instances where you're sweating.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: Like, are you talking you're sweating going to work?
- 13:04SPEAKER_01: Maybe that's a like indication of how you feel at work.
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: How to structure a workout such as weightlifting while staying in your feminine energy.
- 13:14SPEAKER_01: I don't I take the structure out of it.
- 13:15SPEAKER_01: So I would for you like take make you not structuring it the rule.
- 13:20SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't structure my own workouts, I have someone else structure it for me that I can kind of flow.
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: So for you, I would say the same versus you trying to structure it, I would outsource that, especially if you're not a personal trainer.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: What can we do for the sluggish liver?
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: So I can't recommend supplements to you because I don't know your health history and that would be unethical.
- 13:44SPEAKER_01: But for food, I would say A, stop putting fuel in the fire.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: So look at all the products that you're using.
- 13:51SPEAKER_01: Look at whether you're processing emotions because as much as the liver also metabolizes through antibiotics and birth control, it also does emotions, so make sure you're doing emotional release.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: Cilantro is really good.
- 14:02SPEAKER_01: Can you add more cilantro to your meals?
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: That's really good for liver detoxification.
- 14:06SPEAKER_01: Um, lemon is really good for liver detoxification.
- 14:10SPEAKER_01: So having either lemon water, lemons on salads, that's another good food that is going to do it.
- 14:16SPEAKER_01: Um, and then I would say also making sure that you're supporting your hormones because if you're not supporting your hormones in like not just phase one detox of your liver, but phase two detox, then a lot of times the hormones are going to backlog it.
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: So rather than focusing on like how can you focus on how you can put less fuel in the fire for your liver, and then your liver won't be as sluggish.
- 14:39SPEAKER_01: Because think about it, it's just really backed up.
- 14:41SPEAKER_01: It's just like you keep piling on stuff after stuff for it to move through.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: If you were to just take those things away and clean that up, your liver will get a lot less bogged down.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: So I would focus on that.
- 14:53SPEAKER_01: And then if you want more help, you can always jump into a session with me.
- 14:59SPEAKER_01: Beautiful questions, guys.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: Keep going.
- 15:04SPEAKER_01: Um, how many nuts do you consume per day?
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: I don't cons count my nuts.
- 15:08SPEAKER_01: I couldn't imagine like counting my nuts.
- 15:12SPEAKER_01: I would focus more on like your over overhaul nutrients and worrying about counting certain nuts.
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: What are your daily habits to stay on top of your mental health?
- 15:21SPEAKER_01: Ollie, I love this question.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: The number one thing is you want, most of what I do, slash what I recommend to my clients, you want to start your day right.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: If you start your day reacting to things, then that's going to spiral your whole day.
- 15:39SPEAKER_01: So my daily habits is I start with in the morning what I need.
- 15:42SPEAKER_01: Now, what I need might change.
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: I might need a walk, I might need more meditation, less meditation, journaling, but I always ask myself what it is that I need, and what is the feelings that I want to feel today, and what is the intention that I'm setting today?
- 15:56SPEAKER_01: So my habit is always, how do I want to feel?
- 15:59SPEAKER_01: What do I need to do to feel that way?
- 16:01SPEAKER_01: Then I go and do those, feel those things.
- 16:02SPEAKER_01: So I get myself in the right mindset for the day, and then I get to any other things that I need to react or respond to.
- 16:11SPEAKER_01: So that's gonna be number one.
- 16:13SPEAKER_01: Number two is food, like your nutrition.
- 16:16SPEAKER_01: Mental health is tied to gut health, is tied to the food you eat, especially if you're not fueling your body properly, then you're more likely to suffer with anxiety, and if your gut is damaged, as we know, the gut brain connection is massive, then you're more likely to be anxious, depression, and all that.
- 16:31SPEAKER_01: So I always focus on making sure that I feel my body with nourishing foods.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: Like that is huge, which sometimes takes time and it takes effort, it takes planning, but it takes you actually putting the effort to do those things to make sure that your mental health is going to be top.
- 16:47SPEAKER_01: Now, B is I ought, or C, I guess, I honor my energetic capacity.
- 16:54SPEAKER_01: So, in order to stay on top of mental health, you need to honor where that is and how that energetic capacity might shift day to day.
- 17:01SPEAKER_01: For example, last week, last Friday, I had a complete because I was sick a previous week, all my calls from that week got moved to last week.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: Plus, I had all the shit to do from last week.
- 17:10SPEAKER_01: And Friday, I was just like so burnt out that I actually, for my mental health, instead of like fighting through and feeling so overwhelmed, I allowed myself a big cry and a big release to cry it all out and to get it.
- 17:23SPEAKER_01: And I saw where my energetic capacity, like, oh okay, so this is where my energetic capacity is.
- 17:28SPEAKER_01: This is all I can do today, which is last Friday.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: It's like I I physically cannot do anymore, and honoring that, and honoring what I'm able to do.
- 17:38SPEAKER_01: Those are, I would say, are the top things.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: You have to honor yourself 1000%.
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: Okay, next one.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: What kind of where did it go?
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: What kinds of there we go.
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: What kinds of foods help balance hormones and hormonal acne?
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: So, with hormonal acne, you want to make sure you are supporting your liver.
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: Liver and gut are gonna be huge.
- 18:04SPEAKER_01: If your liver and gut are not eliminating properly, that's where you are going to struggle.
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: So you want to stay away from gluten, conventional dairy, any kind of refined sugars, those are all gonna, you know, go out the window if you want to balance your hormones.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: Then high omega 3s, lots of fats, protein, fiber, all of those are gonna help with all of that.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: So the more you can get in healthy fats, not omega 6s, not canola oils, and get away from sugars like the oat milks and all that, the better it will be so that your body can start A, responding to insulin, but B making sure that your gut health is on point and making sure that your liver is on point.
- 18:41SPEAKER_01: So many things are tied to like your gut and liver not working properly.
- 18:46SPEAKER_01: So the more you can do that by the foods you eat, the easier it's gonna be, and the less you're gonna need supplements.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: Um, and I believe I said earlier some like cilantro and all that to help with your liver.
- 18:56SPEAKER_01: So I just wanted to jump in here and let you guys know that I have heard the invitation.
- 19:01SPEAKER_01: So, in true projector fashion, which is my human design, I have had so many requests for you guys to see what it's like to work with me one-on-one in a single session.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: Now, normally you have to work with me in my three-month container to see me one-on-one and have access to all of my knowledge, training, expertise, and psychic abilities.
- 19:22SPEAKER_01: However, that is no longer the case.
- 19:25SPEAKER_01: I am opening intuitive alignment sessions where I combine the woo, the feminine, the match path, and make it an unforgettable session that is going to change your entire life, frequency, body, and mindset.
- 19:38SPEAKER_01: There are so many things we can bring into alignment in these sessions.
- 19:42SPEAKER_01: Think health, wellness, spirituality, money, relationships, manifesting, business, career, name it, I got you.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: And I know that one of these sessions can change your life.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: So many people have already had profound shifts in just one session with me.
- 19:56SPEAKER_01: So if you know you've been craving to get into my world and haven't been able to, this is your chance.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: I'm opening limited spots.
- 20:04SPEAKER_01: So after they are gone, they will be closing until I have more space in my calendar and open them back up.
- 20:10SPEAKER_01: So if you are curious and ready to expand, you've been wanting to work with me one-on-one and kind of see what that's like, definitely head to the link in the description and book one.
- 20:22SPEAKER_01: Um, Savannah, you're saying that's excessive to the point I can't wear long t-shirts, blah blah blah.
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: So I would say A, it could be lymphatic support, or two, um, emotional stuff.
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: How to live abundantly financially while still paying off student loans.
- 20:37SPEAKER_01: And I think there was actually another question about debt that I saw.
- 20:40SPEAKER_01: Um, let me find it.
- 20:45SPEAKER_01: Where was the other one about debt?
- 20:47SPEAKER_01: Oh, not sure how to tackle off-paying up debt too embarrassed to get help from the bank.
- 20:52SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna put these two together and we're gonna talk about the energy and frequency of debt student loans.
- 20:58SPEAKER_01: What you actually need to do is you need to rewire and recode what are your beliefs about debt and what you are making debt mean.
- 21:05SPEAKER_01: Is there any guilt around it?
- 21:07SPEAKER_01: Is there any shame around it?
- 21:09SPEAKER_01: And working with those and releasing those so that your story around debt is no longer one that's negative and it what it's more one that feels expansive.
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: So can you get your mindset into I'm always in overflow, I always have more than enough money, more than enough money is always coming to me.
- 21:26SPEAKER_01: What is the feeling that I would feel if all my debt was paid off tomorrow?
- 21:31SPEAKER_01: If I no longer had student loans, what would that feeling be?
- 21:35SPEAKER_01: Harnessing that feeling and getting rid of any guilt, shame, or stories or limiting beliefs that you believe or other people around you have believed that made you believe about debt.
- 21:44SPEAKER_01: Debt is not bad.
- 21:45SPEAKER_01: You are making the meaning of debt bad.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: I had a student loan from like Nash Bath School.
- 21:51SPEAKER_01: Like, why are you making it bad?
- 21:53SPEAKER_01: Like, I didn't I never saw it as bad ever.
- 21:55SPEAKER_01: Like, what what is the story you're making around debt bad?
- 21:58SPEAKER_01: What are the new beliefs?
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Do you want to recode about debt?
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: And then what is the feeling I would feel as if it's already paid off?
- 22:05SPEAKER_01: And can you start to rewire of it's getting paid off immediately?
- 22:09SPEAKER_01: I'm constantly in overflow.
- 22:10SPEAKER_01: I have more money than I know what to do with.
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: Money comes, money comes, and money comes.
- 22:13SPEAKER_01: Avalanches, plethora, overwhelming amounts of money are just so in my life, they're just so available to me every single day.
- 22:19SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 22:20SPEAKER_01: But you need to get your body into the point where you say that every single day to recode it.
- 22:26SPEAKER_01: Then maybe I would say if you're still struggling, book an intuitive alignment session with me, and then we can kind of go back to where you learned your money beliefs and kind of recode those.
- 22:38SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 22:42SPEAKER_01: Not sure if you can help with this, but how do you handle regrets or a decision you made impulsively?
- 22:48SPEAKER_01: So I would I would is it impulsive or were you listening to your intuition and now you are afraid?
- 22:56SPEAKER_01: So in order to handle it, you need to not shame yourself, not feel guilty, and look at it with curiosity.
- 23:04unknown: Huh.
- 23:05SPEAKER_01: So what made me think that was a good idea?
- 23:10SPEAKER_01: Okay, I thought, you know, X, Y, Z.
- 23:12SPEAKER_01: I thought, you know, uh that they were the right person for me, or I thought it was this job was gonna be a better environment.
- 23:20SPEAKER_01: What made me make that decision?
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: And then what can I now what is like the silver lining on the cloud, if you will, so that you because like I don't think there's regrets.
- 23:30SPEAKER_01: There's no such thing as there shouldn't be a regret.
- 23:31SPEAKER_01: Because there's no such thing as a mistake, there's only lessons.
- 23:33SPEAKER_01: So what lesson do I need to learn?
- 23:35SPEAKER_01: Again, you're attaching a negative meaning to it, which we shouldn't do.
- 23:38SPEAKER_01: Nothing is good or bad until you decide something is good or bad.
- 23:41SPEAKER_01: Remove the bad from it.
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: Um, sinus issues.
- 23:52SPEAKER_01: So think about your congestion as your body is literally being congested.
- 23:58SPEAKER_01: It depends on where your sinus issues are and what specific sinus issues.
- 24:03SPEAKER_01: So I would need you to be more specific because something like allergy sinus issues is different than you know, regularly getting chronic sinusitis, which is different than like so many different things.
- 24:14SPEAKER_01: Um, so be more specific with your sinus issues, but ask yourself where are you congested in your life?
- 24:23SPEAKER_01: Guys, these questions are on fire.
- 24:25SPEAKER_01: I'm definitely gonna say this and put this on the podcast.
- 24:28SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 24:30SPEAKER_01: I always have trouble with digestive issues when I travel on vacation.
- 24:34SPEAKER_01: How do you balance this so gut health is good while traveling?
- 24:38SPEAKER_01: So, Miss Dana, I don't know if your eating habits are changing.
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: If you're sometimes when people go travel on vacation, they throw everything about health out the window.
- 24:47SPEAKER_01: So if it's like you're throwing all health food out the window and you're eating lots of fried foods and sugar, then your gut health is going to probably be like that because of your change in diet.
- 24:56SPEAKER_01: So, can you just clarify for me if you're still eating well on travel and vacation and having gut issues, or are we having foods that we don't normally have an abundance of that are not so great for us that are then causing your gut issues?
- 25:10SPEAKER_01: Because that's a big but also know, depending on where you're traveling, it could be the different microbes and the microbiome there.
- 25:19SPEAKER_01: Like, for example, when I went to Mexico, there's the just the microbiome array that is in their food, even in healthy food, is different than what we're used to, like in Canada, right?
- 25:31SPEAKER_01: So your microbiome is not, you know, matched to that.
- 25:35SPEAKER_01: Same with like Thailand or Bali, that's why people get like Bali belly, right?
- 25:39SPEAKER_01: So just know that the microbiome difference, if it's something like Canada versus Mexico or Bali, that could also be why.
- 25:45SPEAKER_01: But clarify your question for me and then I can help.
- 25:51SPEAKER_01: I eat really healthy, why am I so bloated?
- 25:54SPEAKER_01: Good question.
- 25:55SPEAKER_01: So what is your definition of really healthy?
- 26:00SPEAKER_01: Are you eating really healthy to the sorry, really healthy to the point where it's stressing you out and the stress is depleting your gut?
- 26:07SPEAKER_01: If you are you eating healthy but actually haven't done any gut healing, so you remove the fuel from the fire but haven't done any healing for your gut.
- 26:15SPEAKER_01: Are you people pleasing?
- 26:16SPEAKER_01: Do you have poor boundaries?
- 26:18SPEAKER_01: Are you giving away your personal power?
- 26:21SPEAKER_01: What are your hormones like?
- 26:23SPEAKER_01: Um yeah, I would say tackle those six things, and that's normally why.
- 26:29SPEAKER_01: It's normally because you haven't done the emotional work or you haven't fully repaired the lining after taking away the fuel on the fire.
- 26:38SPEAKER_01: People underestimate boundaries, people pleasing, giving away their personal power, and like still holding trauma in their gut because you hold you hold your safety in your gut.
- 26:48SPEAKER_01: So if you're not feeling safe in a day-to-day, Nadia, I think that's how you say it, correct me if I'm wrong, um, you're gonna get bloated because you're in a fight or flight response.
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: Because your body and your nervous system is still responding to things that happened to you when you were little.
- 26:59SPEAKER_01: So you gotta get rid of those things so that your body's no longer in fight or flight.
- 27:05SPEAKER_01: I eat balance and do enough sports.
- 27:07SPEAKER_01: So people pleasing, boundaries, trauma.
- 27:12SPEAKER_01: Every time someone comes to me where they're already eating clean, they're still bloated, we knock those out and they're fine.
- 27:17SPEAKER_01: And that's what finally knocked it out for me.
- 27:22SPEAKER_01: OMAD for six months and not losing weight.
- 27:25SPEAKER_01: Doesn't surprise me.
- 27:26SPEAKER_01: You're not gonna be eating enough.
- 27:28SPEAKER_01: Um, your body is in fight or flight, it doesn't feel safe.
- 27:31SPEAKER_01: In order to let go of weight, your body needs to feel safe.
- 27:34SPEAKER_01: On OMAD, especially for six months, that's way too long.
- 27:37SPEAKER_01: You can only be on that for like max eight weeks.
- 27:40SPEAKER_01: Max.
- 27:42SPEAKER_01: Um, and so that's normally why because your body does not feel safe.
- 27:49SPEAKER_01: So uh A, you need to be eating more, you need to recalibrate your nervous system to feel safe, and B, are there any other exterior sources of stress or lack of safety to your nervous system?
- 27:59SPEAKER_01: What is your job like?
- 28:00SPEAKER_01: What is your relationship like?
- 28:01SPEAKER_01: What are your friendships like?
- 28:02SPEAKER_01: What is your home environment like?
- 28:03SPEAKER_01: And are you thriving in all of those where you feel fully safe?
- 28:07SPEAKER_01: And then also looking at the physical safety from you not eating enough being on OMAD for six months.
- 28:11SPEAKER_01: And I don't know who allowed you to be on OMAD for six months, but like, no, that's way too long.
- 28:16SPEAKER_01: Um, I went to a doctor and he said I don't have anything.
- 28:18SPEAKER_01: A, I would want to see like your physical results because sometimes people go and their gut is still leaky, so I don't know if I would make sure you work with a natural bath or someone like me to make sure your gut's not leaky, Nadia.
- 28:30SPEAKER_01: Um, and it's probably horrible because it's emotional.
- 28:34SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna, Nadia, go listen to my podcast.
- 28:37SPEAKER_01: There's so many, like I think there's like five different episodes on the emotional stuff, but generally, your lack of boundaries, your people pleasing, your trauma is keeping you in a fight or flight response.
- 28:50SPEAKER_01: When we are in fight or flight, we cannot digest properly, we are going to be bloated.
- 28:55SPEAKER_01: You need to do that stuff.
- 28:57SPEAKER_01: And then I I would go listen to all because I think I have like five different episodes on it, um, so that you can really understand that you can listen to it a couple times too if you need to.
- 29:10SPEAKER_01: You mentioned where is it loading?
- 29:12SPEAKER_01: You mentioned the body being in a fight or flight mode.
- 29:14SPEAKER_01: How do you come out of it?
- 29:15SPEAKER_01: You need to release the trauma that your body is reacting to, and you need to fix the day-to-day things that are making your body react to fight or flight.
- 29:23SPEAKER_01: Um, what's your work situation like?
- 29:25SPEAKER_01: What's your home situation like?
- 29:26SPEAKER_01: What are your relationships like?
- 29:27SPEAKER_01: What are your friendships like?
- 29:29SPEAKER_01: Or is like Joe, your boss, constantly emailing you and you see the notifications and you go into fight or flight because it's the morning, you want to meditate, but Joe needs you to, I don't know, do this Excel document or whatever the hell it is.
- 29:39SPEAKER_01: Do you know what I mean?
- 29:40SPEAKER_01: Like look at the areas where you're getting put into fight or flight now, and then do trauma release for the previous stuff to let think about it like a cup in a bad way.
- 29:49SPEAKER_01: Childhood, all these things happen to you, all this trauma.
- 29:52SPEAKER_01: Middle school, high school, we got some bullying, maybe some divorce, some this, some that, I don't know, whatever it is.
- 29:56SPEAKER_01: Then we have being an adult, having kids, um, demands of work, job, COVID, pandemic.
- 30:02SPEAKER_01: Then your cup overflows in a bad way, and then is when your nervous system freaks out.
- 30:07SPEAKER_01: You need to clear this out so that your energetic capacity in your nervous system gets bigger.
- 30:15SPEAKER_01: And if any of you have specific questions, just DM me and I'll voice note you when I'm walking a kasha after this.
- 30:20SPEAKER_01: Um, just because I don't want to repeat the same thing over and over in case for for some people.
- 30:25SPEAKER_01: How do you reduce bloating?
- 30:27SPEAKER_01: I already touched on that.
- 30:28SPEAKER_01: Um, fix your gut health, fix your liver, stop people pleasing, set boundaries, bring safety into your body, release trauma.
- 30:39SPEAKER_01: Hmm, okay.
- 30:41SPEAKER_01: Bloating, bloating, we covered that.
- 30:44SPEAKER_01: I want to heal, but I don't know what's the route.
- 30:47SPEAKER_01: So, with so much going on.
- 30:49SPEAKER_01: Okay, so that's kind of like where I would come in.
- 30:51SPEAKER_01: So, like obviously, you wouldn't know everything because I've went to med school, like I trained for this, so I don't expect anyone to like know necessarily the route.
- 31:00SPEAKER_01: Book an intuitive lineman session with me, and or if you want to fully jump into one-on-one, I have some spots left.
- 31:05SPEAKER_01: You can do that so that I can tell you the route because it can be very overwhelming to try to figure out yourself, and you're probably it it can very be very hard to even see your own blind spots.
- 31:16SPEAKER_01: Like, even I don't necessarily see all of my blind spots, right?
- 31:20SPEAKER_01: So know that getting help from external can always help you see things that you didn't see otherwise.
- 31:26SPEAKER_01: Um, okay, next one.
- 31:27SPEAKER_01: I've been struggling for years.
- 31:29SPEAKER_01: Can I actually heal?
- 31:30SPEAKER_01: Yes, if you believe you can.
- 31:32SPEAKER_01: If you believe you can, you can.
- 31:33SPEAKER_01: If you believe you can't, you can't.
- 31:34SPEAKER_01: What's that quote?
- 31:36SPEAKER_01: Whether you believe you can or you believe you can't, you're right.
- 31:41SPEAKER_01: I think that's the quote.
- 31:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 31:43SPEAKER_01: So it's all about your beliefs and what standard you're gonna set.
- 31:47SPEAKER_01: It's literally a choice.
- 31:48SPEAKER_01: You get to decide is this the standard I want for my life, my health, my wealth, my abundance, or not, and then bridge the gap.
- 31:56SPEAKER_01: Quitting a caffeine cold turkey, or what's the rest of it?
- 32:02SPEAKER_01: Or reduce slowly.
- 32:04SPEAKER_01: I would say slowly if I did it cold turkey, I would have had massive headaches and just I wouldn't be able to function in like how I show up at my job if I was having migraines from caffeine withdrawal, which I tried.
- 32:17SPEAKER_01: I tried going cold turkey, the worst thing.
- 32:20SPEAKER_01: Um, I would gradually decrease.
- 32:22SPEAKER_01: So instead of like when I was cutting caffeine, instead of doing full caffeinated beans, I did three-quarters caffeinated, one quarter decaf, and then half and half, and then I switched it like this.
- 32:33SPEAKER_01: Um, with sugar, let's say you're putting a teaspoon in your coffee.
- 32:36SPEAKER_01: Can you put three-quarters of a teaspoon or half a teaspoon?
- 32:40SPEAKER_01: Um, instead of buying yogurt with fruit in it or the vanilla flavor, can you buy the natural?
- 32:45SPEAKER_01: Like, you do you know what I mean?
- 32:46SPEAKER_01: Can you start, can you start to do that?
- 32:48SPEAKER_01: It'll just be honestly gentler on your body, and unless you can like stay home on the couch all day, every day, I would I would say probably slowly.
- 32:59SPEAKER_01: Um, when you have many roots of trauma, do you have to heal them all individually, or does healing one instance usually take care of them all?
- 33:06SPEAKER_01: It depends on if we're talking about different wounds.
- 33:09SPEAKER_01: You don't have to heal every let's say you have an abandonment wound.
- 33:13SPEAKER_01: You don't have to heal every single time you were abandoned, but an abandonment wound would be different than uh some bad money beliefs you inherited from your mom saying money doesn't grow on trees, right?
- 33:25SPEAKER_01: So they're different.
- 33:26SPEAKER_01: So you shouldn't have to do like one per wound, I would say, and then having the ripples as long as you go back to the first one and as long as you become the embodiment afterwards.
- 33:39SPEAKER_01: Hopefully that answers the question.
- 33:41SPEAKER_01: If not, let me know.
- 33:43SPEAKER_01: Um, okay, how to make your partner understand that their words are hurting when you are not good communicating.
- 33:51SPEAKER_01: I don't know if you're not gonna communicate or you mean he's not.
- 33:55SPEAKER_01: I'm going to assume, clarify, I'm gonna say you mean male.
- 33:59SPEAKER_01: I'm just getting the intuitively that you mean your partner is a man.
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: Because how you talk to a man is very different than how you talk to a woman.
- 34:05SPEAKER_01: So if your partner is a woman, let me know because my advice is gonna be completely different.
- 34:09SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 34:10SPEAKER_01: When you are talking to a man, you cannot talk to them in feelings.
- 34:13SPEAKER_01: They do not understand feelings.
- 34:15SPEAKER_01: It is a logic game with them.
- 34:17SPEAKER_01: You cannot be like, when you use that word, I feel as though you don't know, blah blah blah.
- 34:23SPEAKER_01: It is in one ear, out the other.
- 34:26SPEAKER_01: You need to talk to them in logic.
- 34:28SPEAKER_01: Scrap the feel, scrap the feel, scrap the feel, do not talk to them in feelings.
- 34:32SPEAKER_01: They cannot, they can only wrap their brain around logic.
- 34:36SPEAKER_01: So you need to communicate with them in a logic-based thinking more than a feeling-based thinking.
- 34:42SPEAKER_01: This is major because then you're gonna have a disconnect where they're not gonna fully understand where you're coming from, you're gonna get frustrated as to why they're not understanding.
- 34:49SPEAKER_01: You think you're communicating, but you're not speaking in their language.
- 34:52SPEAKER_01: You have to speak in a language that they are going to understand, and that language is more logic-based than feeling-based.
- 34:59SPEAKER_01: And also, make sure you are not talking to them in a way where you are accusing them or blaming them.
- 35:10SPEAKER_01: When you say, like, you did this, you said this, you, you, you, no, they're gonna get defensive, or like be like, whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 35:19SPEAKER_01: And the last thing I will, the last little tidbit, last little tip I'll give you when communicating with them is do not assume that when you want to communicate, and this actually goes for women too, to be honest, they are actually in the space to receive it.
- 35:33SPEAKER_01: So if let's say he comes home from work and then you start going off about how he said this, this, this, he's gonna be like, Holy shit, what the hell?
- 35:41SPEAKER_01: I just got home from he's not gonna hear it.
- 35:44SPEAKER_01: Ask, when is a good time to talk?
- 35:47SPEAKER_01: When is it when do you have time?
- 35:49SPEAKER_01: When do you have space, you know, to talk?
- 35:50SPEAKER_01: You might be like, you know, give me 30 minutes to like, I don't know, watch the game or something, and then he can talk, right?
- 35:56SPEAKER_01: Just this goes for all humans.
- 35:58SPEAKER_01: Don't assume people have the space to hold for you.
- 36:01SPEAKER_01: That's a big one.
- 36:07SPEAKER_01: Always had a regular period, haven't gotten it for two months, didn't get it, and Death Not Pride's what would you do?
- 36:13SPEAKER_01: I would look at your feminine energy and I would look at what happened two months ago because something happened two months ago.
- 36:18SPEAKER_01: Are you eating enough?
- 36:19SPEAKER_01: Um, and what happened two months ago?
- 36:22SPEAKER_01: Something happened to throw that off.
- 36:24SPEAKER_01: And are you in your feminine energy?
- 36:26SPEAKER_01: Your cycle is connected to your feminine.
- 36:28SPEAKER_01: Any kind of cycle issues means there's something going on with your feminine.
- 36:31SPEAKER_01: Either you're hustling too much, you're grinding, you don't feel safe in your feminine, um, you're rejecting yourself in some way, um, you're not comfortable with yourself or your body, it could be body shaming, it could be um accomplishment like shaming or like lack of accomplishment um shaming, whether you don't have, I don't have a house, I don't have a kids, my body looks like this, blah blah blah blah blah.
- 36:53SPEAKER_01: I would look at all of those roots.
- 36:59SPEAKER_01: Yes, yes.
- 37:00SPEAKER_01: Please DM me if you have any specific questions for sure.
- 37:06SPEAKER_01: Um that's the next one.
- 37:08SPEAKER_01: Can you give examples of logic-based communication?
- 37:13SPEAKER_01: Can you give me an example of what yours?
- 37:15SPEAKER_01: Let's see if I can pull something out of.
- 37:17SPEAKER_01: Alright, let's say they're let's still use the previous person.
- 37:20SPEAKER_01: They're their negative words, I think you said they were using.
- 37:22SPEAKER_01: I don't know, maybe they have like a negative, they don't have much of an abundant mindset.
- 37:27SPEAKER_01: Logic would be like A plus B equals C.
- 37:31SPEAKER_01: So instead of being like, uh, you know, it makes me feel really unsupported when you, I don't know, use non-abundant language.
- 37:42SPEAKER_01: Using uh like language of XYZ makes me think in my head, oh, you know, it's not possible for us to have that life, or it's not possible for us to eventually buy our dream home.
- 37:55SPEAKER_01: And he's gonna be like, that doesn't make sense, it's not what I said, right?
- 37:59SPEAKER_01: So you have to be like, oh, like this is how my brain heard it, or this is how I interpreted it, not feeling.
- 38:08SPEAKER_01: Think about it like you're literally trying to explain the equation, remove the feeling out of it.
- 38:13SPEAKER_01: It's I'm better at this when my clients give me like specific examples, but like that's as specific or like as general as I can be for how to apply the situations.
- 38:21SPEAKER_01: Remove any feeling and always use it like you're explaining a math problem.
- 38:28SPEAKER_01: It made me think this, not feel.
- 38:31SPEAKER_01: It made me interpret it like this, or it seems like this is what you mean.
- 38:39SPEAKER_01: And they'll they'll be like, oh my god, that's not what I meant at all.
- 38:42SPEAKER_01: And you're like, oh, okay.
- 38:45SPEAKER_01: Alright.
- 38:47SPEAKER_01: Any more questions about time?
- 38:53SPEAKER_01: Um intuitive linemen sessions are still open.
- 38:56SPEAKER_01: I know a couple of you booked some today.
- 38:58SPEAKER_01: I have some one-on-one spots too for my three-month container for those of you who want to go deeper healing, but it just Andrea takes a habit.
- 39:07SPEAKER_01: Like once you learn how to talk them, you'll it you won't have to think about it as much.
- 39:11SPEAKER_01: It's just so we tend to talk in feelings, and I know I used to talk in feelings, and they just don't understand that.
- 39:16SPEAKER_01: So it's just a habit you gotta make.
- 39:18SPEAKER_01: Alright, any last questions, guys?
- 39:20SPEAKER_01: Because I gotta take Kashki out for a W.
- 39:24SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 39:25SPEAKER_01: Wow, any more questions?
- 39:27SPEAKER_01: Please feel free to DM me.
- 39:28SPEAKER_01: I'm happy to point you in the right direction or direct you to a podcast episode or whatever it is.
- 39:33SPEAKER_01: And then, like I said, any questions about healing, and if you want to heal with me, um, we can find an avenue that works for you and just let me know what's going on, and I'll point you to which one makes sense for you.
- 39:45SPEAKER_01: All right, guys, have a good rest of your day.
