- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: Hello, and welcome back to the Pretty Little Podcast.
- 0:03[SPEAKER_00]: We're your hosts.
- 0:05[SPEAKER_00]: My name is Phoebe.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: My name is Caroline.
- 0:08[SPEAKER_00]: And today we're going to be getting into some of the latest pop culture happenings, television, and of course personal updates because it's Halloween time.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: And Phoebe has been freaking busy.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: I thought I was one of the great celebrators of Halloween.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_00]: Turns out I have competition and
- 0:31[SPEAKER_00]: I wouldn't say that it's cop.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, go ahead and just put a curse on me.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_00]: I just want to spell on you actually because you're coming from don't try to cover my job.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_01]: I wouldn't say that I'm competing because I think we do where we we kind of are doing different things like you celebrate Halloween and like a way of like you do Halloween things.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_01]: I'm more I just happen to this year and normally I don't really do costumes.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_01]: I don't really.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I've never, I will say I have never and your adult life seen you commit quite the way that you did this weekend and like I don't know what came over.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even know that I've ever committed to the level that you committed this weekend.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think I've ever really done full, full body pain.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_01]: There's like, it's everywhere, um, I, I wasn't giving you a run for your money.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_01]: I was giving Kelly a run for her money.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that's for sure.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, a Kelly, seven, she saw the pictures, she was dying.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_00]: And she goes, okay, well, next time I'm going to go down there and do the paint job for her because it's a little streaky.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, well, I asked Phoebe.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_00]: So anyone who's an eye ended up using a brush.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't do that.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_00]: Thank God.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_00]: Anyone who's on the Patreon,
- 1:49[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even know where to begin with what you get to see there on there.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_00]: Phoebe and I got on and I was like kind of getting ready for a ghost tour and Phoebe was like well since we're getting ready together.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_00]: Why don't I try out my swim cap and it'll figure out the length of the pipe cleaners for my minion hairdo of course.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_00]: And so she comes in, puts the swim cap on on cam, of course it's the video version on Patreon.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_01]: She snaps it so hard on her own face that she said it was going to leave a bruise and I just want to know did it It didn't but what I will say is I think I probably have like permanent brain damage from wearing that on my god Yeah, I don't think you're meant to wear swim caps for that long and when I took it off way I'll show you okay This might be a close friends post everybody join the patreon, but I'll show you this picture.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's a close friend
- 2:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, oh, yeah, no, I saw that.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_01]: Those aren't four, no, those aren't four-head wrinkles.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I'm offended you even thought that.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_00]: What?
- 2:52[SPEAKER_01]: Those aren't four-head wrinkles.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_01]: Those are the lines from the swim cap that have been, I did not say a word about four-head wrinkles.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_01]: But also like the perfect, like the ridges of her is going to stay in California for the streakyness.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_01]: And I forgot about this thing about yellow face paint is that it's kind of hard, it's a harder color.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_01]: So do you forgot about that thing about it?
- 3:21[SPEAKER_01]: Like the green last year, it's like such a dark and so pigmented that it like, no matter how you put it on, it was like, no, you couldn't really see your skin tone.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_01]: Whereas the yellow was a little bit more translucent.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_01]: I do think I had to do like lots of layers.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_01]: So I thought, ready.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I didn't know how long it was going to take me.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_01]: Certainly to get this women cap on.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_01]: That's probably what took the longest.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_00]: It was in a two-person job, be honest.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: Well, just because from what I saw, I was like, okay, maybe we need to help her in here.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_01]: Well, no, because it had to be a big reveal.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_01]: It had to be a big reveal.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, right.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_01]: And I didn't know how long it was going to take me.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_01]: So I started getting ready at six after eight.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_01]: A.M.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_01]: The party was at eight.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_00]: Is it going to be like six a.m.?
- 4:06[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, Phoebe, we're getting ready while we were recording.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_00]: Also, you were prepping the costume.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_00]: it's such a fun you guys it is you will have harder than you've made me laugh definitely in your entire time listening to the podcast but like maybe ever if you go watch that video on the patreon it is impressed with my ability to the my the hair I really think I pulled through on the hair and here's how you get it
- 4:28[SPEAKER_01]: So I did the first my plan and I'm glad I didn't end up doing this because I don't think I think it would have fucked up the pipe cleaners But my plan initially was to poke the pipe cleaners through the swim cap and then put the swim cap and then you were like this some cap is so thick that could not be possible That is probably not but also Once it was on my head and I remember and I realized oh fuck I forgot You were like this isn't coming up until it's not coming up I feel amazing.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_00]: I can't take this off
- 4:55[SPEAKER_00]: I'm so I feel so confident right now, but if I did get off of it, I lose all my party hosting abilities.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_01]: So what I did was I took the little thing that I had made for the hair.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_01]: And I put a bobby pin on it, and then I put on a bobby pin, shock you and a bobby pin, not in a rude way.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_01]: One, one.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_01]: Did you just look around on the floor?
- 5:14[SPEAKER_01]: No, I had to, because I didn't do my drawers.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't do my drawers to find the, because I, you know, Caroline's probably been here once and maybe left one around here.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_01]: What happened was I was cleaning and I saw it on I think Mimi maybe had it over some like I had been getting ready to hear at some point But there was one on my little like one of the surfaces in the bathroom when I was cleaning I put it into the you're like I'll remember you
- 5:38[SPEAKER_01]: I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I would, I
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: it looks really good but the thing is is that the thing is is that oh wait by the way guys I was a minion yeah yeah yeah yeah well yeah I and I was going to say I don't think you that then I was like Caroline you're always ragging on Phoebe's not talking to the audience but yeah that was an instance where context might have helped I was a minion of like pipe cleaters the shit and slim cap
- 6:34[SPEAKER_01]: I, so I started getting ready not knowing how long it was going to take you to be fully ready.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_01]: Party started at eight.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_01]: I started getting ready at six.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_01]: The place was ready.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_01]: Like the place of course.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_01]: Fully, like everything was clear.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_01]: It was ready for people to arrive.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_01]: It was giving Christmas party at like for Halloween.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 6:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, okay.
- 6:53[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_01]: I caught up a tape party at home.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_01]: The tables weren't even ready.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_01]: Things were set up ships in bags and bowls.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, quite out of the bags.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, seal for fashion.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_01]: And so I just kind of had to sit in my in my outfit for like an hour and a half.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: I thought you were going to say, like, took you the whole time and you were like pushing it.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_00]: How quick did you get ready?
- 7:17[SPEAKER_01]: Pretty quick.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_01]: Because I don't know I could do it on the fly if I had to.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_01]: I found my favorite brand of body slash face paint.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_01]: It's the same brand I used when I was out for the last year.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_01]: It's really effective and share it with you always like last year.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_01]: I don't actually know the name of it.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_01]: But it's on Amazon and it comes up.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_00]: OK, well, you should probably send a link so we can pin it because hello.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: worst influencer of all time.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_00]: Phoebe, I found the perfect my preferred brand of face paint.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god, what is it?
- 7:50[SPEAKER_00]: Ah, I have no idea, but even it's on Amazon.
- 7:54[UNKNOWN]: Perfect.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_00]: Perfect.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_00]: Go to Amazon, get it.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_01]: let's see.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_01]: But the thing that I like about it is that last year we didn't know how much it was going to take to get my face completely painted.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so and looking good.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_01]: So we've got it for we've got a lifetime supply of that cream.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we got like a bunch of bottles and then it was like I barely used one.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_01]: I used a lot more for the yellow because I also had to paint the bald cap for this one.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_00]: And I was thinking about that.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, I might have painted that
- 8:24[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_00]: Was it was it like sliding around on the no, it's perfect.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_01]: I was worried about that.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_01]: I was worried.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_01]: It was going to come off.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_01]: But it went great.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, went right on.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_01]: I only put the clothes.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_00]: Guys, the pictures are and they're not all going to be on close friends because I will not allow it.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's called make holy.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_00]: And again, just some of that like.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you better advance from crumbling.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_01]: No, I think it's just, oh, get away from me.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, D-sick, looking at you holding up your phone on camera.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_01]: I was, yeah, I was a hit, everybody.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_01]: But I was the person who went the hardest.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_01]: And like the thing is, is that this was someone's birthday party.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_01]: So there were people showing up that I didn't like, no, oh my god.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_01]: Was everybody in costume at least?
- 9:20[SPEAKER_01]: Multiple people were dressed as minions.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_01]: And then we had a couple of grooves.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_01]: And we had a vector.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, well, that's good.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_00]: It's kind of a good turnout.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_00]: But I can't believe there were no kids.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_00]: Like not like a literal child.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I was movie.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_01]: They're like the main characters.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_01]: Well, we were it was more of a minions minions party Then it was okay, but we're going back over there
- 9:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but they're kind of like ancillary character for those two people for the minions.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, did you guys speak in minion the whole night or how did that go?
- 9:49[SPEAKER_01]: But there was one moment where shallow someone wanted to do karaoke.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_01]: And so we did they did shallow and at the very end, when they start when it's like the big climax after the build up and they say, I'm off the deep end.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_01]: whatever.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_01]: At one point when they say when they say shallow, they both without having rehearsed this, they both said below.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_01]: And it was it was kind of an electric moment.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it sounds like what I will say is like there were times where I would open the door And like they didn't know that they knew that this party was at their friends Yeah, but they didn't know who I was They didn't know XYZ yeah, and so I opened the door dressed as I'm dressed and I'm like like I tried to be like Are you in overalls?
- 10:43[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I got the costume.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_01]: You didn't send it full body pack.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_01]: And mom, it was actually the least flattering thing I've ever heard.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_00]: Who cares?
- 10:50[SPEAKER_01]: It's where, where your family, it's your family who can you send it to.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_01]: The, it was like, the legs were super long.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_01]: So like, the, the seam of the,
- 11:00[SPEAKER_01]: I hate this word, the seam of the crotch, I came down to basically my knees.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_01]: And so I had to do a couple alterations where I cut the legs a bit, so they were uneven.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_01]: But anyway, I had to cut, I should have cinched it a little bit.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_01]: But anyway, I cut the legs, and then also, it was like a Velcro thing with the overalls.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_01]: And so I had to,
- 11:24[SPEAKER_01]: This was me.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, oh my god, I couldn't do anything after the Bobby pin revelation and after this.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, you're like, I could be a costume.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_01]: We're on Broadway.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_01]: It's giving me a quick change energy.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, oh my goodness.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_01]: This is like, it's sagging.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_01]: How can I fix this?
- 11:38[SPEAKER_00]: And so I pulled the thing up and I was like, Nothing some bits and bulbs can't fix.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, nothing a little bit of strength, a bit of thread can't fix.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_01]: I cut the thing and then I took my scissors and I made a little button hole so that the button there that wasn't being used was now a functional button.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_01]: With the overalls.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: Mom and Dad are going to want to hear details on this, which you know.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm sure you know mom and dad.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_00]: I'm actually laughing.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_00]: I'm imagining how hard they were laughing.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_01]: I'm also I'm also imagining dad going up to empire and showing my former boss who has known me since I was five years old that picture and see will not be surprised and will be a busy little he hasn't seen me in here.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_00]: He's not you in every every iteration may have to be just fine actually.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_00]: He's like oh, she's just how I remember her.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_00]: Actually, it's exactly how I remember her.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_01]: I did like I was thinking I was like I haven't really celebrated Halloween like this in a while However as a kid.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I was kind of loved Halloween.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, well the energy is is really special like trick or treating.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, there's nothing better
- 12:46[SPEAKER_00]: I, getting booed, I just was like, I just brought that back into somebody's head the other day.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I said this if we booed our neighbor and they were like, oh my god, I forgot about being booed.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_00]: It was like, oh, it was like the most exciting thing that could happen to you.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_00]: Like it literally was like,
- 13:03[SPEAKER_00]: the coolest thing in the world I will never forget that feeling of being booed and like just how and then getting to make your own boo bags and go out and boo your friends and like mom driving us around like just so cute and then like all the different Halloween parties we go to the Halloween parade we go to the like church here's party dressed as one thing and then like we have multiple costumes because we you know mom would want us to do one as like a family and then we would be able to change and go
- 13:26[SPEAKER_00]: with our friends and just like whatever.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_00]: And Halloween is famously one of the first nights I really got drunk ever in sophomore year of high school.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_00]: It's actually crazy to think about kids.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_00]: How different are Halloween's were in high school?
- 13:41[SPEAKER_00]: Well, sure.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_00]: But also just like, kids and like what they were doing.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_00]: Like literally, my friends and I had this whole plan we're going to this Halloween party, which was crazy as the kiddos throwing the Halloween party, had gotten in trouble at the last party, which I don't remember what party it was.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_00]: Um, or no, no, no, nevermind.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: Sorry.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_00]: This is what sparked it.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_00]: So the Halloween party.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_00]: We're all trick or treating with like, I'm not looking like a water bottle that just has like straight vodka in it in our trick or treat bags and we had some times I'm like, sometimes I'm like, man, that I miss out in high school and then you hear the story.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_00]: This sounds terrible.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we had like one of our moms drop us off in that neighborhood.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_00]: So we could trick or treat in that neighborhood and then go to the party when we were done.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_00]: And while we trick or treat it, we would like drink out of this water bottle.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_00]: And then we got there and I was loona love good.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_00]: And it was the last one she had to show me as well.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_00]: Cause I had those awesome glasses and I got them for this.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_00]: And um, I just remember this one kid got like fucked up with this party and he got in Trump like a big trouble.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_00]: And I think I was already gone when that happened.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_00]: But then as a like, they really all these kids like helps him and his parents took all of them to Benny Hanna.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_00]: As like a, thank you for taking care of our kid.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_00]: But like it was like this like celebration like he was there.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_00]: And then they had him host the New Year's party.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_00]: to like be safer and not it was the first party that I ever called mom and said like gummy bear said the code word Had her company up because it was like said people were vomiting on the floor at the party I was like I do not need to be here and I had our company but like can you imagine it's just like
- 15:18[SPEAKER_00]: How different like arm mom if if I had been the one to get like so sick at this party and get in trouble Like have they'll care I need to be in jail.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_00]: I would be in jail.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_00]: What mom of it try or as an adult Try or as an adult and I try her for murder like that's what would have happened if that had been me They literally I remember I'm talking about the Betty Hanna dinner because like I had friends There's some parents who pay off the cops like get their kids trouble our mom is paying the cops to get us in trouble They're like, but you might just like writing them around in the in the public car with the service on and handcuffs
- 15:47[SPEAKER_00]: Cool kids, man, no, one of them, my kids are honestly free.
- 15:51[SPEAKER_00]: They're honestly available for whatever you need for the rest of their life because after this night That oh my god, I mean, I'm just like It was such a crazy thing, but I just dream and then I remember going home and sleeping over My friends how are going in my friends house sleeping over and we all like slept at this huge pile because we were all drunk And we didn't know how to like be drunk and then I woke up and so hungover.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: I had to go walk to baby set
- 16:15[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_00]: And it walked from like the very back of the manner to like, to like our, you know, whatever.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_01]: It's maybe said that's quite the, yeah, the walk of shame.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_00]: I know, I know.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, and I was in also like a how to cost you, I think.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_00]: Like I had like, I had like my bag of tandy for trick trick trick.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_01]: I'm coming from.
- 16:33[SPEAKER_00]: I know, oh my god, the worst part is the way I had braces, of course.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_00]: And I was still missing teeth.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like, it's like, what was it during the bones or mouth?
- 16:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, oh my god, wait, how long are you?
- 16:44[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, just a little Halloween anecdote for you all.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but like I went through in elementary school, my costumes were always pretty intense.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_01]: I would go home for lunch to get to like put it on for the parade and then I would.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_01]: I would then like in middle school.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_01]: I still like would get a different costume every year.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_01]: But then in high school, I ended up being like, I was like, was asky every year for high school.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_01]: Cause it's like I had the costume and it became easy.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_01]: But I did have to, I'm forgetting this now.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_01]: I was Mike was asking for like, when I would be with my friends on Halloween and it was a good thing to have that costume.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_01]: But because of, and this is how I know Carolina, I had just radically different like experiences in high school because I was in the marching band so every, like sat, those sat on in before Halloween.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_01]: We would have the parade and my section in the band, they took it really seriously.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_01]: Really serious.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_01]: As they should.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_01]: And Halloween is not really a joke.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_01]: I always I didn't get to do it my senior year Which sucks because it was wicked themed But um and if you want to know why I didn't get to do it my senior year It's because I was marching in a different section of the parade because she was the homecoming Oh my god.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_00]: I love you because Carolyn and I had a vastly different like
- 17:59[SPEAKER_00]: high school experiences I was like in the marching band um yeah you were fucking homecoming queen bitch I wasn't even on the roster give me a give me a freaking worry I thought you were nominated for your house no no I don't think so I was not nominated for a homecoming court and and that makes sense I would not have been
- 18:18[SPEAKER_01]: No, but I feel like you were probably just like a name, you know, that's what that happened so often.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_01]: Like I feel like when you got the list of like the 50 however, like, because it would be you know who the probably was.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_00]: I bet Michelle was on Michelle was in my home.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_00]: I bet she was.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, no, I just remember who was it was another girl in the band.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_00]: Another girl in the band.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, okay.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_00]: You guys were rigging that you guys were rigging it.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_00]: Actually, but like you.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm sorry, but what they say in girls is true is actually active band geeks, and I mean that complimentary like Distories I would hear from my friends in the band.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_00]: I was like holy shit like I was like, okay We're living two different like high school experiences and then I think it circles background Like there was also a corner of the band that was not acting like that, but the ones who were Shit, it was like oh my god, I don't want to hear it my ears kid.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_00]: I was like get me on that drum line
- 19:13[SPEAKER_01]: just kidding.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but I just, I wouldn't have been surprised if you had said it was you just because of the way they do it.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_01]: Definitely.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_01]: Because every home room, now many it's to a boy in a girl.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_01]: And then they pair that down.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, many people.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, wasn't me it was either I thought frankly this is the thing.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_01]: I was like in my home room I don't think I'm getting on that that's hilarious let alone I was a school all the things was like In a weird way I was like If I get on homecoming court That like that like I don't need it, but like no, it happens it happens.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm cool that no, I just mean like
- 19:57[SPEAKER_01]: the that math added up to me, but within my own home room, the people who were like you guys, I thought your trainers are voting for me.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_00]: I thought your trainers in my mortal enemies, actually.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_00]: It is like the people you're in home room with, it's like you guys, we are not, well, except for again, Michelle and I, thank God we are in the same home room.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_00]: I had a good little row in my home.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_00]: It was great, but it was also just like, so people in a home room, like we just because we've been together in here for the last four years.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't mean we have anything in common.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_01]: Just don't care.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_01]: Anything in common.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my God.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_00]: But I had the most laks home room of all time, and it was awesome.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_00]: Who was your teacher?
- 20:31[SPEAKER_00]: Mr. Forsyth.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, he didn't care at all.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_00]: I would never be there for home room.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_01]: I would like just have to go like say hey before You would expect that from Mr. Diallo, but he was low.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_01]: Do you like stripped about it?
- 20:43[SPEAKER_00]: It's always like honestly a shock like when certain teachers are like wait, you're supposed to be cooler Like I think you should be cool and then they're like really sticklers for certain rules.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just like wait.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_00]: What?
- 20:52[SPEAKER_00]: Like be cool This isn't hey be cool.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_00]: You know Cool and just driving cool for once.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_00]: Well anyway
- 21:01[SPEAKER_00]: I went to the QD pilot of fall.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_00]: If I saw yesterday in the strip, which was really fun.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_00]: Let me show you this candle I got.
- 21:08[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, cool.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_00]: While I was there, there was this little dog shop with like dog bow ties and bandanas and stuff and I did get Chuck a glow in the dark ghost bow tie because he needs to have that for Halloween.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_00]: And there was a...
- 21:22[SPEAKER_00]: an incredible dog who was running the show at her business, of course.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_00]: And she was in a full rhinestone get up.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I'm not kidding.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_00]: You feel like, like, I didn't look comfortable in any way.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_00]: It was like giving life a film, no girl.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, huge headpiece, like diamond rhinestone big, like whatever, just sitting on the on the bet.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_00]: People are walking all around her, like their dogs everywhere.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_00]: She's just like,
- 21:43[SPEAKER_00]: She is completely unbothered.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_00]: She's like, I'm at work.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I'm at work.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not here to socialize.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not here to put on a show for any of you.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_00]: I'm here to work.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_00]: I'm in huge form by my things.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_00]: And you know what?
- 21:54[SPEAKER_00]: Fucking worked on me.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_01]: Can't wait for the child to be.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_01]: For me, the fall festival that we went to that, the dogs might have been the highlight.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_01]: There were so- You were on the show.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_01]: Caroline, I think Elvis is like-
- 22:05[SPEAKER_00]: Trying to talk to me.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god, but what is he saying?
- 22:08[SPEAKER_00]: You know, he makes me stress like what does he need to say?
- 22:10[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, not in about just like in a way of like he What do you need to say to us like in a in a wagon?
- 22:16[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe he's trying to be like I see that he's like he got to heaven and he saw how some dogs on this earth are like treated He's like I see that some dogs are in wagons not having to
- 22:28[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't know that was really an option.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_01]: And he was like, I'm at this festival and I see, I mean, Mimi probably, my world stopped for a second.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_01]: So there's this dog I've been walking that looks kind of like Elvis.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_01]: His face doesn't really look like Elvis, but in certain lights.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_01]: And like if I'm looking down at his head and petting him, it is Elvis.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_01]: His face is more like a, yeah.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_01]: He's like a, he's like a,
- 22:53[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, a shit-su-be shot or something like that.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_01]: It's face is not purely shit-su, but this dog, first of all, had some pounds on him.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_01]: So, already, like, looking more like Elvis, hair-grained, but clearly isn't great.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_01]: It was black and is turning gray.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_01]: Face in the ears cut, just like, oh my god, when Bubba's ears would get cut off, I literally gas.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_01]: And then, and then, and just like that, he was gone.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_00]: and oh my god you plankton he was gone.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_00]: Life is too short.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_01]: It was the best part about the festival scene all the dogs and like their costumes.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_00]: I know it was so cute seeing all the dogs and their costumes.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_01]: Also here's one thing I want to say about Lebanon.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_01]: So I went we went down to Franklin for this.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_01]: And Franklin is like one of the most gorgeous little towns ever.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_01]: and they have free parking garages, they are clean, they have numbers on the outside that tell you how many spots are there.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, as you're going up, they have lights above each stall so that like they're no like, it's not like, wow, you think you're going to turn into a spot and then there's a mini Cooper.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they're lights and it's wow.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_01]: Well, and I'm like,
- 24:07[SPEAKER_01]: if you want people to use these parking rages so fucking badly i know just make them free i know just make them free i know it's crazy stupid anyway so what i got was before we went into antipology because you know you just have to when you're down that's too strong with the
- 24:27[SPEAKER_01]: And I needed a new volcano, but I had before I bought that.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_01]: I bought a local candle, love, called Hocus Pocus.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_01]: Candles by a dad.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my God.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_01]: Could you believe this?
- 24:37[SPEAKER_01]: Heat, listen to this Caroline.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_01]: They are a Murphy'sboro company.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_01]: And he makes them in his childhood bedroom.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_01]: Wait, is that weird?
- 24:49[SPEAKER_01]: No, okay, I don't think I'm a sweet I'm just wondering like if it was weird and it smells so good.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god That's awesome.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_00]: That's a good.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_00]: I love when I love any find a really good candle that you didn't previously know And I'm sorry that's heartwarming and cute.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_00]: I know if it was like weird like, but whatever It's not it's not weird.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_00]: I'm weird.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_01]: I'm weird.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_01]: I'm weird.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a weirdo.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_00]: I'm okay.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_01]: Do you ever see this stupid little hat on?
- 25:17[SPEAKER_01]: And we are beddy like everyone else different what is this?
- 25:25[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I love the silver.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_01]: I think I realized that Mimi doesn't know the war of the volcano can't I have to kind of I need I'm like in retrospect I'm understanding not because she
- 25:37[SPEAKER_01]: I don't mean me's not listening because maybe I don't mean this in a mean way, but I need this for the I need to explain to you why this is such a wonderful candle, but I saw her picking up each volcano, thinking they all
- 25:56[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, well, I had this moment of going upstairs where all the holiday stuff is by the way, like the fucking not I got like I they have these um butter knife holders for like for like a shark who'd really cheese knife or something
- 26:09[SPEAKER_01]: One is a golden nutcracker and his hit their holes in his hands and the knife goes in his hands like a like a stab Oh my god, I've said they have a rat king who also has like their it's a you baffed by them separately Oh my god, I would be so my god So cute the Christmas stuff that they have out right now is like actually makes me sick to my stomach Oh, you just wanted so bad now and then I was looking I've been looking for these volcano canals at this place.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_01]: I never find them here
- 26:37[SPEAKER_01]: And then I see that there's a they get cabinet of them and they're like in these beautiful greens.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, Christmas, but I mean, I think they are still the right smell and they weren't at all.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_00]: But it's a really good Christmas smell.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_01]: So like I'm just not, I know, but anyway, it's exact conversation last year about Target.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_01]: But I had this same experience again this year for this Halloween party.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_01]: I went to Target and I was like, I'm going to get a couple fall candles because they have like so many cute little canisters for them.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_01]: And I go they're all Christmas now.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_00]: I know well, that's why I started buying the fall ones so remember when I was like buying them early and I was like keeping them because I was like I Would do know and like I ordered so I have like a few candles.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_00]: They're like my favorites for fall and now I'm like I just will plan ahead.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_00]: So I make sure that I have them And I'm already like starting to gather my candles for Christmas that I just will always have the candle any but like I think the best my favorite fall candles are
- 27:31[SPEAKER_00]: Every time Target does their hearth in hand.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_00]: Is that what it's called?
- 27:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_00]: Line Joanne Gaines.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_00]: She will put out a fall candle that has the word harvest in the title.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_00]: Get it.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_00]: Whatever it is, it is a matter.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's all like a version of the same scent.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_00]: This year was harvest chestnut.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_00]: They are so good.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_00]: It's the best fall scent I've ever found.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_00]: And like I don't know if you guys know the lore of me in fall sense, but there was a candle call.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_01]: It was the second, right?
- 27:58[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_00]: There was a candle.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_00]: That I found when I guess I had like just graduated college maybe.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_00]: No, yes, I just graduated college and I was in my phase where I was like still in my childhood bedroom, but I would love to go to Marshalls and like get a few little things to decorate my room.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_00]: And I would get candles because I was finally allowed to have a candle on my room at 22 years old living at home.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you moment that.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_00]: So I found this candle.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_00]: It was from DW home, okay.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's at Marshalls home goods, whatever.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_00]: And it's called November nights and it was a black candle.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_00]: And when I tell you, I mean, this was my first like true love affair with a sent other than the volcano candle, of course.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, there is not a better fall sent than this.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god, I bought every single one that they had.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_00]: And I started going to every Marshalls and TJ Maxx that I could to buy all of them in the vicinity because it was like a $7 candle.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, once they're gone from there, they're gone.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_00]: So I had so many of them.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_00]: I had enough to last me through the next year and I couldn't find them anywhere.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_00]: I could not like I never found it again.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_00]: I go to my friends house one day.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, what is this smell?
- 28:57[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god, what is it?
- 28:58[SPEAKER_00]: Is this the November night she was burning it?
- 29:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, she did the same thing I did the year prior, but a bunch of them so she could have them also couldn't find them.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_00]: So I go on this quest.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like looking everywhere I go, there's a TJ Maxx.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't been in I am in there.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_00]: I'm looking for the candle.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_00]: I have now resorted to emailing DW home and saying like do you sell this under another name now?
- 29:16[SPEAKER_00]: Is it out there somewhere where can I send me a link?
- 29:18[SPEAKER_00]: I will buy it.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_00]: I'll buy everything.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_00]: Did they answer?
- 29:21[SPEAKER_00]: They were like we don't make the candle anymore.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_00]: I started dating Anthony.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_00]: Anthony, and I go to the candle lab I'm like I just want to make this candle but like I can't remember enough exactly what it smells like Anthony emails the DW home people He's like I need to tell me like the make-up of them November nights candle my girlfriend is really into it
- 29:37[SPEAKER_00]: So they sent him what the sense were that we're in the November nights came on.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_00]: They were like we have no plans to redo it and like we and like this is not an exact like we don't know.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_00]: It's like we can never recreate it fully and I will still like I remember going on Instagram and being like does anybody know where the November nights do you hardly handle it?
- 29:52[SPEAKER_01]: Just rush over like one of the most like romantic gestures ever like she just like completely yeah.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_01]: I think he did this thing and it actually didn't work that well.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, but I know that is, I mean, I'm, they're just so many things like that about him to say.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_00]: But like, um, that is my Lord, that candle, that was like the first one and to this one, target harvest, whatever is like a dead ringer.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_00]: I think for that set, another one of that I'd always love was the Henry Bendel's try candle.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_00]: They don't make it anymore.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, my God, Chloe and I were completely head over heels for that one.
- 30:25[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, the volcano candle.
- 30:26[SPEAKER_00]: I also love the valispa, valispa, pumpkin spice latte.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_00]: It's like a little bit sweeter, but it comes in a gorgeous glass canister.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_00]: Always get that.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_00]: I also like the bourbon vanilla from valispa.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_01]: That's a good cozy sandwich.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_01]: Cinnamon and pear.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_01]: I've realized as I grow up, I don't like super sweet scent.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I like things that make the house smell kind of clean That's why I love the volcano canals.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I don't know why the fucking six ounce candle is twenty two dollars.
- 30:52[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I know But it's what it's genuinely worth it.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_01]: It's genuinely worth it doing was because mom lost your for Christmas
- 30:59[SPEAKER_01]: Or maybe, yeah, I think she got us a really big one last year, and when I burned that down, I just started putting new and small in it smart because I love the way it looks on my table.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, and if it's a little one in there and the flame is in it.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_00]: So it looks like it's and one thing I actually learned from megg is like.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_00]: If you are dumb with the candles, but they're still a little bit of wax in them.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_00]: She will just like leave the canisters, because they're so pretty, but she'll leave them open, and you'll still get a whiff of it when you walk by.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_00]: Like you will still be able to smell it.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_00]: It'll still make that like area smell like it, which is nice.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_00]: Like it's a really high quality, like long lasting scent, too, because the thing is, you can get there's a really good dupe for the volcano scent at TJ Maxx.
- 31:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's the Storm Candle.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's also GW home.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_00]: storm.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_00]: It is like almost a dead ringer, but it is not as powerful.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_00]: The Senate doesn't really linger as long.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_00]: There was a candor in the past.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that was like a Capri.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I went to candle and Capri.
- 32:00[SPEAKER_00]: And thank you for saying Capri.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like nothing is so much for that.
- 32:03[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and uh, it's, I was like, oh, that smells like the volcano candle, but it wasn't quite.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, it's so good.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, but what I was saying about the green ones there is like, you know, even though you love volcano, if you're down, like, it's a good, like, it's an easy swap for December, like.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_00]: Just not ready yet.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_01]: I did have intensity.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_01]: And they won't run out.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't tense cart jealousy as I was checking out all my six-ounce candle growing next to me looks younger than me So I'm already annoyed because like why are you whose card do you no one's allowed to be younger well that for sure Yeah, unless you're in less you're like 20 years younger.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_02]: Right
- 32:41[SPEAKER_01]: I'm the youngest person on her.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I know exactly.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_01]: Is there a newborn?
- 32:46[SPEAKER_01]: The amount of candlesticks she was putting on her, like I just kept putting them up and like candlesticks and then the candle holders.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_01]: Holy shit.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, did you, are you the person who just won $500,000?
- 33:02[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I can feel it.
- 33:04[SPEAKER_01]: How are you reporting this?
- 33:06[SPEAKER_01]: It's crazy.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_01]: Younger than me.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_00]: Here's another hack though for that.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_00]: The sale room almost always has tabricandles in there.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_00]: And they're like, yes, I do.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_00]: So do you think she got some of them?
- 33:16[SPEAKER_01]: I think some of them.
- 33:18[SPEAKER_01]: But she was a few of them were Christmas.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_01]: But I think I want to invest in our, honestly, I could go probably thrift some candles for borders that are cool and then go to anthropology and buy a candle sex if I wanted to, but I do think I want, you know, we should just, like kind of, because I have that, my TV stand that has like a big surface area on top.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_01]: So there's a lot of, there's a lot of room to like put stuff into TV.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_01]: And I think I could, I would like to do some candles.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's buying them on sale.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_00]: There is always good, again, TJ Maxx.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_00]: It's a really good place to go get those.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_00]: And also, you can get like $1 ones that they would use at like church or something.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_00]: Those white ones.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_00]: That like, my goals or something.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_00]: Dollar store.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_00]: And then use little T-light candles wax to decorate them and make them into like more intricate fun candles.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_00]: Like you'll get a bunch of little T-lights in different colors.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_00]: And then you take like a paint brush or whatever.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_00]: And you use that hot wax and you paint and you create like
- 34:14[SPEAKER_00]: because a lot of their candlesticks now are really cute with like icons on them, or flowers, or whatever, like yeah, look on TikTok.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's like the trees.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_00]: They have a, you could also dip them in like a green wax and like dye them.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_00]: Great.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_00]: There's something if you want them to be a different color.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_00]: But that would be a fun thing.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_00]: We could do over Christmas because I would be fine.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_00]: Look it up on TikTok there, like a zillion.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_00]: how to use a high do it.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_01]: So that's what we have.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_01]: As we as the as Anne's girls start obviously not yet, but as Anne's girl start to get older, cookie decorating turns into a condolent decorating.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_00]: Oh.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_00]: And they're all babysitter by the way.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_00]: I share all these dying to compete against these girls.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just like, I think I can take them.
- 34:59[SPEAKER_00]: Just kidding.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just kidding.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_00]: I definitely have got me.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_00]: They've got me for sure.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_01]: That's so fun.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_00]: I was trying to eat them.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_01]: I was just trying to eat them.
- 35:08[SPEAKER_00]: I was just trying to eat them.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_01]: I was just trying to eat them.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_01]: I was just trying to eat them.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_01]: I was just trying to eat them.
- 35:12[SPEAKER_01]: I was just trying to eat them.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_01]: I was just trying to eat them.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_01]: I was just trying to eat them.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_01]: I was just trying to eat them.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_01]: Why didn't you mention it?
- 35:19[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god, you're Hamilton and somebody in the crowd, said someone in the crowd could have been on you.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, but I'm currently in some of you.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like it.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_00]: But somebody went up to Phoebe and was like, oh my god, hey, if he was like, oh, I know someone I know from college.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_00]: It's not how I react.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_00]: And they were like, it's okay.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have to remember me.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_00]: You just look exactly like Caroline.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, and Phoebe is dressed as Hamilton with facial hair.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_00]: And I love that.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_00]: That is the life of a fraternal twin.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_00]: You don't know the life of a fraternal twin.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it was, it was an absolute blast.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_01]: It was a hit.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_01]: And then I was that again last night all the time.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_01]: My god, hello weekend college vibes.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_01]: Okay forever in college.
- 36:04[SPEAKER_01]: No, and then it's like I'm writing this high of like having something every night this weekend And then next weekend is like actually how we can and I'm like, you know, what to do.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to say I'm back to the drawing board of costume.
- 36:16[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I'm sure you can repeat or you could just like play a cool like not hockey jersey hockey jersey.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_00]: know, I certainly had pants.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you better not wearing pants.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_00]: And you had to go barefoot for a nice case.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_00]: You choose.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_00]: And you'll bear it or I mean, I was good.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I did talk about this in the Patreon and I'm not gonna go in like full detail, but I just like a note here.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_00]: Like because I went to this fall festival, and there were somebody there doing caricatures.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, oh, see, look, this would be a time where if you wanted to draw me, you could, if I asked you to, I'm paid you.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_00]: And if you wanted to make it ugly, that would also be fine because I knew I was asking you to draw a caricature of me.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_00]: And since something I just want to say is if you go somewhere as like a plus one to a wedding we're like you know literally nobody and you're sitting in a table with a bunch of people don't start drawing them just don't start drawing them especially if like you're not actually an artist or good at it don't start drawing them and then if you do draw them you're actually to draw what you see make them look better than you think they look because there's a chance they're gonna see it and say what is that and look at it and take a picture and you might make a nasty mortal enemy that night if you play your cards wrong dead wrong
- 37:30[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm just saying it could happen.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, and I'm just saying you could end up giving somebody a drawing of them that you did and makes them want to die and that most people say looks like Rosie at all.
- 37:44[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm just saying that that could happen if you decide to take the risk and start drawing people you never heard of or not.
- 37:51[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_00]: I've got a face that you could just can't draw like that.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_00]: How about this?
- 37:54[SPEAKER_00]: I just don't want to be drawn.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_00]: How about this?
- 37:57[SPEAKER_00]: Don't draw anyone without their consent.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_00]: If I sit down and pay you for a character, that's totally fine.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_01]: If I don't, don't.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_01]: Or like, if you're going to be that person who's drawing people and they don't be good at it.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_01]: They try to capture like the most personal essence of the people that they're drawing so that when they give it to them It's this moment of like oh my god, like you know notice something in me like you noticed a light in my heart But like the sorts of things not like I'm not like I know literally like
- 38:32[SPEAKER_00]: Make if you notice four chins on somebody give them one or give them one anyway Just pretend you don't see it.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_00]: I don't need to know what you perceive me as I don't need to know what you think I look like And I think that's been clear from the cocoa about me even though this girl didn't know me She should have known that and that's what I'm saying and I hope she'll send to the podcast and here's this Okay, um, if you want to hear the full story and you want to see the sketch You can go to the Patreon episode again.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_00]: It's gold that episode is gold
- 38:58[SPEAKER_00]: Um, okay.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_00]: I have started watching season three of nobody wants or season two of what he wants this.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_00]: I'm I'm guessing you haven't started it yet because I haven't heard anything from you.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I haven't started it yet and I actually didn't realize it was out.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I got home last night from the party and I was like, I'm not in the right headspace.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, that's a good way to look at it.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_00]: I need to be sober clear minded.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, I agree because I was like, I was a little bit nervous to start it.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_00]: Because again, it was like, how was the glass season was so good?
- 39:26[SPEAKER_00]: And I feel like I don't even know if they knew how good it was when they did it.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_00]: And then it was just like, can they recreate this magic?
- 39:32[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
- 39:33[SPEAKER_00]: It's how I'm gonna feel about season two of our compensating a little bit as well.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_00]: Like I'm almost nervous to watch it.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_00]: And so the first episode, I was like, okay, like, the bar was just set so high.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't immediately feeling it.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_00]: I'm on episode three now.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_00]: I'm bought.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm trying to savor it.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_00]: It is funny as a fuck.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_00]: There is one line, and this isn't spoiling anything for you, but like,
- 39:54[SPEAKER_00]: Someone is talking to Adam Brody's mom, and he's like, oh my god, like, there's such a good couple.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_00]: Like, Joanne and Noah are such a good couple.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_00]: They're so good together.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_00]: They're so close together, connected.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_00]: And the mom goes, and I have scissors.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_00]: Baby, it's the credits!
- 40:15[SPEAKER_00]: And you like think things are kind of okay, right before that?
- 40:17[SPEAKER_00]: She was, and I have scissors.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_00]: It just is like I'm sorry in the way that the sister is like there's a moment where Kristen Bell like is gonna get to write an email And the sister's like, oh my god, I love when you do this.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god It's been so long since you've written an email like okay, um start thinking like oh, okay There's like so it's just like okay.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_00]: I know it needs to be perfect.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_00]: Like um and she starts like writing the email like but and they're just like so excited.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's just they capture the sister dynamic
- 40:46[SPEAKER_00]: and also the podcast dynamic.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_00]: So well, I'm going on top of it.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_00]: It's also so fucking funny and also Esther reminds me so much of Angie Kay from Salt Lake, which one is Esther?
- 40:58[SPEAKER_00]: She's married too.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, she's married too.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_00]: Noah's brother Adam brought his brother.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, okay.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_01]: No, I think that's fair.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_01]: And I can't wait to watch it, but now that you've brought Angie up, let's get into something.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, I will say is I have, I don't think I finished last week's episode.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_01]: I got close, but I don't hear you completely, but I've seen enough online that I'm not worried about an even spoiler.
- 41:22[SPEAKER_01]: but let's go back two weeks to the what did they call it they call it something so fucking funny clarity the wine tasting but no they know they they had a name for it because the side is there I don't know something to it was like a I don't know but it was I was like it was similar to the clarity lunch yeah they had a name for that bottom of the screen and oh my goodness you guys listen
- 41:48[SPEAKER_01]: I wasn't expecting this, and I'm still not on Lisa's side.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_01]: I think she's acting insane.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_01]: But what I will say is I'm shocked, Angie is making me like I thought it was going to be like just so easy to take Angie's side on everything.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_00]: This is like a wine tasting from hell.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_01]: No, there was a, there was a, there was a, there was a, there was a, there was a, there was a, there was a, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little, there was a little
- 42:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I think part of what makes her potentially look worse and I'm hesitant to say that but what does make it look that way is that we just have really come to expect it from Lisa and like so I think it's like we don't want Angie to fall from grace like she had a claw her way up Lisa started at the top and she's never not been who she is and so it's like we expect it we don't want that from Angie I think it's wise but I also to say like I
- 43:06[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't think the conversation with Mary was bad.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_01]: I thought that I feel like, oh, no, no, I'm not speaking about the conversation that they had at the Mary was trying to look out for Anne.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_01]: And was like, I want better for you.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_01]: I get expect better for you.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_01]: And I know you're capable of better than this.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_01]: Why are you throwing this stuff?
- 43:26[SPEAKER_01]: Why are you?
- 43:27[SPEAKER_01]: You're doing, you're stupid to her level and you don't have to.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_01]: And I think Mary was just disappointed in Angie.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_01]: I understand it was in the heat of the moment and like she's she was really worked up and it was probably hard for her to she's seen red so I think like yeah Mary got the short into the stick in that conversation it's just like okay by Mary like i'm not and and she wasn't seen i think helps that Mary was yeah i agree
- 43:51[SPEAKER_00]: I totally agree and I think I mean and that's that's kind of Mary's thing too.
- 43:55[SPEAKER_00]: She's like catches people really off guard sometimes with how invested she is and things like she seems so checked out of everything until she finally snaps into a full reaction.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_01]: She's like wait what I didn't realize you were on your on your friend's podcast I think yeah and um
- 44:09[SPEAKER_00]: Dylan Hayford, bravo batches, podcasts, my friend.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_01]: Dylan was like, they were talking about how it's like inevitable that you'll become close with these women and you'll end up caring about them.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_01]: She's not brandy like I I've tried really hard not to it is hard except it's not hard with Britain.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_01]: Here's one thing that I actually really enjoy about Britney.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_01]: Number one, she gives Rachel Dratch in the sense of like the timing and her life of things.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_00]: It's like she's never had a timing for literally anything.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_01]: It's the doorball ring in her as soon as she thinks she's subtle.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 44:44[SPEAKER_00]: Amy Poor is podcast because it's your computer being out of battery as soon as the doorbell is done ringing and she's sat down with her food.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_00]: Like yeah yeah yeah.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_01]: Because like she's having these hard-to-hard moments or like she's like, oh, trying to open up about, oh, she's having the argument with Angie Kent.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I am on Brittany side in the argument and then she goes, um, oh, Jared's calling me.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_00]: And they're like,
- 45:06[SPEAKER_00]: Don't answer oh guys.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_00]: I should answer.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_00]: I really okay, you know what not answering when she doesn't answer That's what you God, I can't but here's also when I say about Angie two things I'm in my cycle when Alice is a part I also see
- 45:22[SPEAKER_00]: She has been studying how to sort of rise up.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm not faulting her for that.
- 45:27[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not saying that in a bad way.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_00]: She's done a great job of it.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_00]: She has had Lisa Barlow's blueprint to follow.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_00]: And Lisa Barlow from the beginning of time has gone low.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_00]: Has been nasty.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_00]: All these things.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_00]: And it has been heralded as iconic behavior.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_00]: We love her.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_00]: She's our favorite.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_00]: Angie...
- 45:46[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's trying to, has been trying to follow suit.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_00]: Now, she's a little bit a lot of bit more self-aware because she's trying to emulate that behavior.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_00]: It's not just who she is, but it's like, okay, well, now you've established herself as the icon.
- 46:01[SPEAKER_00]: Now, you need to be your own version of the icon and not, like, now it's not gonna work for you to do what Lisa's thing is because,
- 46:10[SPEAKER_00]: It does that make sense like, but I feel like she's seen that for so long that she's like, well, that's how we act.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_00]: That's what we do.
- 46:16[SPEAKER_01]: And that's how we become the name and whatever you know, if you know how the magician does the trick.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't start as interesting.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_01]: Or is like Lisa was one of a kind.
- 46:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_01]: Like she was like, we had never seen anything like that.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_01]: And now when the Angie tries to emulate like things off.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it's like, oh, it doesn't look she's miscalculating because the things that we liked about Angie are not the things that she's
- 46:38[SPEAKER_00]: No, well, the things we like about Angie, I think she thinks they're the manufactured version of her that she's kind of created It's like, no, the things we like about Angie are the not the non-made the fact that she knows she's manufactured We love that about her.
- 46:50[SPEAKER_00]: We love, you know Whereas like and that's just she's just inherently different than Lisa and I expect more from her than I expect from Lisa in that way Because Lisa has always been who she has but the other thing is that I do think we're gonna see
- 47:06[SPEAKER_00]: I think we're going to see that Angie did hear Mary and like I think we're going to I hope because the way that it ends, I don't know if you got to the part of Heather and Meredith going for their walk.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_00]: Did you see that in the at the luncheon?
- 47:20[SPEAKER_01]: No.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_01]: Or is this in the, no.
- 47:22[SPEAKER_01]: I haven't.
- 47:22[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 47:22[SPEAKER_01]: So I do want to touch on Meredith in a second because I have her.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_01]: Heather in the luncheon clocked what I said last time we talked about.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, yes, yes, yes.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_01]: She was like, I think it's weird that Meredith isn't react.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_01]: I will say is the thing Heather referenced was the Jen Shaw like in the tweets talk about Brooks's sexuality.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like,
- 47:42[SPEAKER_01]: that was a different bar than like the way we're talking about kids.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_01]: Like Jen was like Brooks was still a minor, not that the other kids aren't minors, but like the content of what they were what was being discussed in those tweets is very different than like Lisa's kids get to put their name on product.
- 47:59[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 47:59[SPEAKER_01]: Like it's different.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_01]: So Meredith's the difference in Meredith's reaction to me seems
- 48:05[SPEAKER_01]: not inconceivable because of the levels, but yeah, Heather said basically, yes, saying exactly what I said, said kind of what I said.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_00]: I've been noticing it too, like, on watch what happens with Allison Williams and Meredith, which we'll talk about in a second.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_00]: Um, because they want to go into that as well, but so Heather is having a conversation with She Heather goes shopping with Lisa and they have like a blowout fight because Heather is like Lisa I just don't understand like why you're acting like this.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_00]: So like why did you use in the products back?
- 48:39[SPEAKER_00]: Why did you act so I didn't do whatever?
- 48:41[SPEAKER_00]: And Lisa just loses her mind on Heather how dare you like talk like this like a little while I just be my friend.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_00]: Heather's like I am your friends.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_00]: I was saying this to you Lisa cannot hear at Lisa's being so nasty.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_00]: So then Heather has a call with Angie that I thought was interesting to her that from the beginning, which you probably saw where I was like I feel like Angie saying like I just feel like yeah like you're saying she saw red all these things whatever.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_00]: Then we have Heather going this walk with Meredith and Heather is like I'm really like surprised by
- 49:11[SPEAKER_00]: and Meredith's like well I don't have any proof like there's no proof that she did this and and Heather's like well I know but it's you kind of do because she's done this to all of us so it's it's really not that hard to believe that she would do it to you and Meredith's like no Lisa and I had a moment a few years ago
- 49:29[SPEAKER_00]: When we had some issues and I just think, I know she wouldn't do it to me.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_00]: And Heather's like, yeah, but Meredith, I think she did do it to you.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_00]: And Heather fully is like, and I don't want to be friends with someone like that.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_00]: And Heather and I think is about to leave a charge against Lisa.
- 49:45[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that could be what says Angie.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_00]: I think that if Angie can be like, you know what your right Lisa's making us all act insane.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_00]: And she's doing all this insane shit.
- 49:54[SPEAKER_00]: She needs to do that though, you know, and she can't keep down this path.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_00]: I know, and I think Heather sees that I think Heather wants Angie to come with them.
- 50:02[SPEAKER_00]: I think she wants Meredith to and Meredith is like, it's like she's in the cult of Lisa Barlow.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_00]: She can't get out.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_00]: So then I'll watch what happens.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_00]: What was interesting was
- 50:11[SPEAKER_00]: Allison Williams was kind of like having so much fun and she was like being a little bit messy with certain things.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_00]: There were moments where it was like Meredith was playing a game called Can You Defend it with things that Lisa has done and Meredith was defending like every single one They were like two things she couldn't defend and Allison was just like what like she like couldn't get over it And like she said like Meredith wasn't laughing at jokes about Lisa Meredith was like I Lisa's my front like she was like
- 50:37[SPEAKER_00]: So the point that I kind of felt bad for Allison Williams, because I was like she's trying to have fun in her fun and Meredith is like, honestly, like, and I know we make fun of Heather Gay, like, from Emily, whatever.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_01]: But like, she, I, I feel like with what you're describing, you kind of need the Heather Gay.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_00]: You need the person who, like, is winking at the camera to be able to have fun and watch what happens in the way that Heather's like, okay, I know it looks bad right now you guys with Angie, but don't worry, we're going to get those Hunter control like that.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_00]: So I have their needs to like stay to the audience.
- 51:03[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_00]: So, I don't know, I'm excited to keep watching, but I just...
- 51:09[SPEAKER_01]: I was making the pitch at my party for someone was like, do you...
- 51:13[SPEAKER_01]: I think someone... Real Housewives came up in G.C.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_01]: was like, oh, you shark Phoebe about it.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_01]: And I was talking to this girl, telling her, like, sorry, you like, you have to... Yeah, you have to.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I was like...
- 51:26[SPEAKER_01]: If you are down for a bravo commitment, here's my prescription.
- 51:30[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, if this is, if this is a chronic illness that we're treating and you need to cure it, we start with Beverly Hills.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_01]: We don't have to watch all of it, but you need to get to the point where you're going to want to.
- 51:43[SPEAKER_01]: But you're going to, you need to get to the point where you're going to want to.
- 51:46[SPEAKER_00]: Over to Vanderbilt.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_00]: And you need to me Kyle.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_00]: Like those are two people you have to meet now.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_01]: But then, but the key to this is that I'm trying to get her channel or point it out and I know that's why she needs so then we get to Vanderpump and then she's locked in and then it's like it just opens your world up being like well now I could do another house wife show and I'm like in Salt Lake see answer yes because
- 52:05[SPEAKER_01]: The thing you're also like there are dud seasons of Beverly Hills.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_01]: There are dud seasons of Roney.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_01]: There are dud seasons of every other show We were calling one yet and I was worried about this season because I was worried about season five after reality on teased and now this it's like These women these people live ver
- 52:24[SPEAKER_01]: Like I hope they get paid more than anybody else.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_00]: It's like there's something in the water up there because I feel the same way about the Mormon girls.
- 52:32[SPEAKER_00]: Like a secret lies in Mormon lives.
- 52:33[SPEAKER_01]: But the Mormon wife is, and I don't watch it as religiously as you do, but I obviously like have my opinions about Whitney.
- 52:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_01]: Every TikTok I see of Whitney doing dancing with the stars.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_00]: It's crazy.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_01]: She's unbelievable.
- 52:48[SPEAKER_01]: know I know you're so talented but also she's fun so likable now dude the tiktok of her husband where she it's her and her glinda dress and he's holding the camera so you don't see him at first and it's the your cream yes and he turns it around painted green and he does like his little like jettie off the screen it's like
- 53:06[SPEAKER_01]: I think there weren't in Salt Lake City.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you would be normal.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, look, the RSV video was bad.
- 53:13[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I think she has really questionable judgment.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_00]: And I think she's kind of insane.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_00]: But I think that she's super funny.
- 53:19[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that like, if she wasn't in an environment with mom talk, like, and like, I think she's like, maybe someone who's like addicted to this kind of attention and like a negative way, you know what I mean?
- 53:30[SPEAKER_00]: Because I think that's the point.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_00]: Because that's what that video was.
- 53:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it was just like that's like such a crazy thing to do and you just never doing that if you're not introduced to that world and what that did to you But maybe I had her core like she's fun because
- 53:43[SPEAKER_00]: You hear the girls say not to.
- 53:45[SPEAKER_00]: They're like what needs like fun like and then she'll just have a moment.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_00]: She looks so good like she really not.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, she doesn't.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_00]: She can dance so well.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_01]: I never noticed before like I'm show.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_00]: I've never thought she was like her skin like I actually just she was getting care about the nation from her got so much.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_00]: I'm yeah.
- 54:03[SPEAKER_00]: Um, no, I totally agree with you.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_00]: Or is it just going to say, um, I do think it's crazy.
- 54:08[SPEAKER_00]: Taylor Frankie Paul is being so fucking messy and I'm like, girl, you are about to be the Bachelor at it.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_00]: Don't, you know, you can't be acting like this.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_01]: What if what if what if that's what they want though?
- 54:18[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it obviously is, but like, she have you seen this stuff?
- 54:20[SPEAKER_00]: She's like, fully like,
- 54:22[SPEAKER_00]: posted a video saying, oh, I just found out the girl in the middle, slept with my baby daddy and like now she's with him.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_00]: But like this, like I'm not kidding, like she's and then she'd lead it, but like everyone had already seen it in a screen shot.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_00]: And as the macro had to respond, when Taylor had to respond to that.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, this is our battle to the right show.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_01]: If this show doesn't exist, if this world doesn't, if TikTok doesn't exist,
- 54:43[SPEAKER_01]: these are just people that, like, you're, you're, you're on Facebook and they're people that you were friends, like, went to your high school to your friends on Facebook.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_01]: And you're obsessed with their updates.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, Facebook, they're having arguments in Facebook.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_00]: That is what this, like, this girl in the middle.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_00]: It's such a good point.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_00]: Like, how do these people come, like, before TikTok, we never would have known these people existed, but these people did exist.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
- 55:07[SPEAKER_00]: Like never the last they exist.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_00]: They were they were just being crazy in different ways.
- 55:11[SPEAKER_00]: We just didn't know about it.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_00]: But these people are everywhere.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_00]: And social media has just brought them into the light and made them stars.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_00]: But they are literally everywhere.
- 55:19[SPEAKER_00]: People who are this crazy.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm just like.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm not even trying to talk shit on Taylor, Frankie Paul, but it does feel like something's in the water and Salt Lake is like everything they put into the world is pure soul.
- 55:29[SPEAKER_00]: It's way baby is pure soul.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_01]: I'll see if that starts happening in Franklin.
- 55:34[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we posted it on some TV posted water and the drill house has a Franklin Tennessee is up next.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_01]: I wouldn't be shocked.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_01]: But one more thing I was going to say about Salt Lake.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_01]: I'm really liking Bronwyn, her conversation with Todd made me like, I rate.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_01]: I really liked their last conversation.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_01]: I saw between them where they were talking.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_01]: Like, he was really defensive about towards her parents.
- 56:01[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 56:01[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, this is a, and he was talking about ways that he was trying.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_01]: We better offer seeing the way he behaved and the previous season.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 56:08[SPEAKER_01]: And then there's just felt like a, I know, back because I know in a reaction.
- 56:12[SPEAKER_01]: He was like, but maybe they were just in terror.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_01]: It was kind of giving the vibe of like, we like, when your parents say they're going to go do something.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_01]: And then they go, but they're, they're in bad mood.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 56:22[SPEAKER_01]: But they said they were going to do it.
- 56:23[SPEAKER_01]: So they're like, no, we'll go.
- 56:24[SPEAKER_01]: We'll go get the ice cream.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_01]: But they're like both like so annoyed with each other.
- 56:28[SPEAKER_01]: So that like breeds this kind of conversation.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_01]: It could have just been that.
- 56:31[SPEAKER_00]: It's true.
- 56:31[SPEAKER_00]: And I also think,
- 56:33[SPEAKER_00]: I liked it.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_00]: It felt like she could show him how disappointed she was in the moment and like how she was like good at communicating.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_00]: She's a great communicator.
- 56:42[SPEAKER_00]: And the way that she got so emotional and she was like I like I don't want you.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_00]: I just said this to you.
- 56:47[SPEAKER_00]: We just have a conversation like I'm like I'm sorry that's like a real thing.
- 56:50[SPEAKER_00]: Like I said Anthony 15 times a day or I'm like why did you do that?
- 56:53[SPEAKER_00]: I just said to you not to do that and you did it.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_00]: Like what just happened?
- 56:58[SPEAKER_00]: And it's not always malicious you know, but like the
- 57:02[SPEAKER_00]: But then her, I was like, what's different here is that she's comfortable showing him how upset it made her.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_00]: Whereas like, if she, if I felt like she really was, you know, Stockholm syndrome into this relationship, which let me tell you, I'm not saying that she is not with this guy because he makes her life easier.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_00]: But I also think there is a love there.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_00]: There would have to be like, I really do, especially he, like, he hit the way that he takes care of her and like the way that he does have her back on certain things and like he, it's just a type of relationship
- 57:34[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, but anyway, my point is if she really was so scared of him, I don't think she's showing him how, I think she's brushing it off and laughing it off, and especially with cameras there.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 57:44[SPEAKER_00]: She's like, well, why did you do that?
- 57:45[SPEAKER_00]: Like, she's okay with it looking imperfect in that moment.
- 57:49[SPEAKER_00]: And then I felt like in the next scene, we see him in, which was a little bit more of a serious scene.
- 57:54[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't know if he got in there yet.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_00]: I think he seemed a little bit better, like he, like she shows up and he's already got the drink that she likes.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_00]: He's like, I want to do the drink, you like, and like whatever.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_00]: And I just feel like he's probably, he hates the third doing that.
- 58:09[SPEAKER_00]: He hates it so much.
- 58:11[SPEAKER_00]: I think that it's something that makes her feel like she's contributing in a way, you know what I mean?
- 58:16[SPEAKER_00]: I think that it's like important for her to have.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_00]: He hates it.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_00]: It's her work.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_00]: And let me tell you, if he wanted her to not be doing the show, I feel she wouldn't be doing it.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_00]: Like if he really was like, I make the decisions here.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_00]: I would say he's in a position where he could do that, you know what I mean?
- 58:31[SPEAKER_00]: And he's not.
- 58:32[SPEAKER_00]: So it makes me think that like, it's portrayed a certain way and it probably is that way to a degree, but I don't get the sense that Brownman is like in a dangerously on healthy relationship the way that some people seem to think that she is.
- 58:48[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're probably two toxic people, and I probably is a little bit of a toxic relationship, and I think that's why they're on TV.
- 58:55[SPEAKER_01]: a lot of most mobile problems you know what they say like they so say that ever again this this season oh it's just rich it's just so good and Britney is killing me like Britney but that's another I think I mentioned this in the episode of Pretty The Liers but in case to be a people that for some reason just listen to the Tuesday that'll be crazy
- 59:18[SPEAKER_01]: That's another moment with Angie that interaction with Brittany that really bothered me because Brittany will be mean and Brittany wasn't trying and I kind of thought differently than you.
- 59:29[SPEAKER_01]: I think Angie is always When the cameras are up she's ready to take that moment to start the moment.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, and I think this was an instance where like she
- 59:40[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe there was a little bit of malice, which I didn't read it that way, and if I had been Angie, I wouldn't have heard it that way.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_00]: What I felt like.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_01]: But Angie immediately jumped on it and was made at a fight.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_00]: I would have heard it more the way that Angie heard it than the way that you heard it, which I think is not a surprise to anyone.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_00]: I have not ever reacted the way that Angie did.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_00]: Like, the way she reacted was like, okay, but that was too much.
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_00]: Stop.
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_00]: And don't tell her that she can't, she doesn't know how to do it that way.
- 1:00:05[SPEAKER_00]: And it just, you know, teed up, Lisa, like, that's a thing that like, Angie will start it, but believe me, Lisa will take it to the next step.
- 1:00:12[SPEAKER_00]: Like Lisa will make it worse, you know what I mean?
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_00]: Um, but I did feel like Brittany was so excited to be able to say in front of everybody.
- 1:00:21[SPEAKER_00]: Like if Brittany had good intentions, it would have been, I guess that's true.
- 1:00:24[SPEAKER_00]: I really want to talk to Angie about her house, like, oh my, I just think, you know, what if I looked at it and said it was like Angie, oh my god, it's been less of a long time, like Brittany
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_00]: I do think it's low key dumb as rocks, but I also think that she knows what something like that is going to do to the person next to her who is all the richest zip codes in Utah memorized.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
- 1:00:43[SPEAKER_00]: Like she, Lisa Barlow's going to comment on, well, I know what it means when your house is in the market for that long.
- 1:00:49[SPEAKER_00]: Brittany knows what that means.
- 1:00:50[SPEAKER_00]: Brittany, I think she was excited to have a moment where she was had the upper hand because that's her wheelhouse and she could be like, look Lisa, see look, you want some backup?
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_00]: I'm here to like,
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I feel about Britney right now.
- 1:01:03[SPEAKER_00]: So for me, if I were Angie, I would have read it about why I would have been like, okay, you're being a bitch for what reason stop, but I don't think I would have gone, I mean, I know that I would back to the way Angie K did.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_00]: Like, that's the thing.
- 1:01:17[SPEAKER_01]: It's just like taking such a crazy tree, but I felt like, like, already, like, on the defensive, red, like, just being
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_00]: Well, she did because the lone wolf thing had just I that is the other thing like Lisa does this whole apology Lot like not lunch, but she does all these apologies and then the next day she takes the lone wolf products out and is like by the way Your source so dusty should I send my cleaner above a law and now this is the lunch that Angie's going So it's like well, of course Angie went and ready for that, you know, so did Lisa Yeah, but I think that there's a but Lisa doesn't and this is another thing Lisa's able to kind of keep her cool until she
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like she didn't walk into that lunge.
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_01]: She was a, but she was sitting at the end of the table like with her legs crossed like him like, yeah, chill and till she didn't know.
- 1:02:02[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like need to be chill.
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_00]: And she's waiting in her queue.
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_00]: And Lisa's like, I don't need a queue because this really is just how I am, which again is why we hold Angie to a different standard because we know that she knows what's going on.
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_00]: We know that she knows she's waiting for her queue and that she's being filmed and that she's, you know, and Lisa's like, I would be acting this way if there were cameras here or not.
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_00]: Like, that's the who I am.
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I just want to take a moment page to Sorbo got Botox.
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_00]: I am so glad that she told us this because for so long she was like, not, you know, everyone was like, page if you got Botox and she said no, and she was like, you guys will know what I do.
- 1:02:40[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, oh, she's not sharing much with the Googlers these days, but she's at it.
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_00]: Which so long are you trying to go or are you asking where her hair is for forehead you can already tell it looks great I mean she looked beautiful before I honestly I don't know if I set this on here I had noticed that she hadn't gotten it yet and I was just like she looks younger for not having it like She makes her look more useful because we have this conversation at Lord.
- 1:03:07[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, okay.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, I think that Pete like I think her crow's feet Yeah, I think she left me guys
- 1:03:14[SPEAKER_01]: I think that they make her look beautiful.
- 1:03:16[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:03:16[SPEAKER_01]: I think that she looks, she's so stunning.
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, a great.
- 1:03:19[SPEAKER_01]: And I think it is, it's becoming,
- 1:03:24[SPEAKER_01]: A, I don't know, it's starting to look cheaper.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_01]: It's starting to make people look older.
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_01]: It's going out of style.
- 1:03:32[SPEAKER_01]: And I just think, put it off as long as you can, which, guys, by the way, is like, you could put it off forever.
- 1:03:39[SPEAKER_01]: I've never, never, never, never, never, never have to get it.
- 1:03:42[SPEAKER_01]: But like, I think page is probably doing it.
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_01]: I don't expect page to be someone who's going to be really down there.
- 1:03:48[SPEAKER_01]: What I will say is that something about Lisa,
- 1:03:54[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think it looks good.
- 1:03:55[SPEAKER_01]: It looks bad for her.
- 1:03:57[SPEAKER_01]: I think that her I do just like I think she's she's for all her faults.
- 1:04:03[SPEAKER_01]: She's pretty honest and her saying she was like, I didn't get a face lift, but I got four threads or whatever in her face on each side.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_01]: It's fucking crazy and she's like, look, Sarah, I believe you.
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I don't know.
- 1:04:18[SPEAKER_00]: I think she's a liar, but I believe her.
- 1:04:20[SPEAKER_00]: I guess about that.
- 1:04:21[SPEAKER_00]: But I do think she lies about a lot of stuff.
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_00]: They all do like they all do But page I think it looks great.
- 1:04:29[SPEAKER_00]: I think like now that she has it.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, okay, it looks amazing.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_00]: I will definitely be someone who gets Botox but you know
- 1:04:38[SPEAKER_00]: It's also nice that she didn't do it when she was 25.
- 1:04:41[SPEAKER_00]: That she waited until she's like, look, 34.
- 1:04:43[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, again, it's still so young.
- 1:04:45[SPEAKER_00]: She did not need to do it yet if she didn't want to.
- 1:04:48[SPEAKER_00]: But I think in her industry also, like, it makes sense for her.
- 1:04:51[SPEAKER_00]: Like, we all, it's not a matter of like, if I'm going to do it.
- 1:04:54[SPEAKER_00]: Like, she's like, I'm going to do it.
- 1:04:56[SPEAKER_00]: I just, and I will let you all know when I do.
- 1:04:58[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm going to wait as long as I can.
- 1:05:00[SPEAKER_00]: And I did start to notice I was just like, she looks younger because her face, like,
- 1:05:05[SPEAKER_00]: is moving like in her, I mean, she had a lot of expression on her forehead and you know what Allison Williams said.
- 1:05:10[SPEAKER_00]: She said an interview and she was like, oh, I can't like move my face that much right now because I just got Botox.
- 1:05:15[SPEAKER_00]: She said in-between projects, she gets it so that her face can relax a little bit because that's what it does.
- 1:05:20[SPEAKER_00]: Just forces your face to relax.
- 1:05:21[SPEAKER_00]: She was like, when am I acting like I can't have it.
- 1:05:24[SPEAKER_00]: But I get it between projects.
- 1:05:25[SPEAKER_01]: I really like that perspective.
- 1:05:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so that my face can relax.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_01]: You could have just said Allison Williams at the exact opposite.
- 1:05:30[SPEAKER_01]: And like she got it all the time.
- 1:05:33[SPEAKER_00]: People would have been like, okay, I'm in.
- 1:05:34[SPEAKER_00]: I love that.
- 1:05:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, it was a very funny, but um, okay, so the Louvre being robbed though has been kind of fun.
- 1:05:44[SPEAKER_01]: What do you think it says about our society that every time there's a tragedy or we're like, how are you?
- 1:05:48[SPEAKER_01]: Kind of come together.
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no.
- 1:05:50[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, what did you see that they got caught today?
- 1:05:53[SPEAKER_00]: I saw they arrested two people that they arrest everyone.
- 1:05:56[SPEAKER_00]: I think there were four, and that there were four total items there.
- 1:06:01[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, okay, okay.
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's amazing.
- 1:06:03[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, one, I'm like, those things are gone.
- 1:06:06[SPEAKER_01]: already.
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I don't know.
- 1:06:09[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't read too much of the article yet, but I'm, I must, but I must have, where, you know what I mean?
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I know that I've seen things like what I've always been about market buyer collector who was already there, but I'm like, who would be in the list of that?
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_00]: Do it.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_01]: Who even wants that displayed in your house?
- 1:06:24[SPEAKER_01]: I know, crazy.
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_01]: But this is one of my favorite things Dad said about the Isabella Stuart Gardner Museum that we still don't have.
- 1:06:33[SPEAKER_01]: Those things back.
- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_01]: And if you guys are ever embossed in that as an awesome museum to go to, there's awesome stuff there to see, but they still, if you don't know the story, basically,
- 1:06:42[SPEAKER_01]: This museum was robbed and at the Rembrandt's only seascape is still missing.
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_01]: See and like but where all the things were stolen from they left the frames on the wall Oh, like you can see so it's ready the museum is like ready for the stuff to come back Wow, but basically dad was like the thing about the people that probably did this in Boston is like that Rembrandt seascape is probably sitting is probably on the wall of like someone's kid.
- 1:07:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah
- 1:07:09[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it's probably sitting in the garage somewhere in someone's door chester.
- 1:07:14[SPEAKER_01]: That's a good point.
- 1:07:15[SPEAKER_01]: That's a good point.
- 1:07:17[SPEAKER_01]: But the thing is, I think that the... We find out dad has a round... We're like sad ones, we go to God, guys.
- 1:07:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, guys, what's this?
- 1:07:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's in the pool house.
- 1:07:24[SPEAKER_00]: We're like, oh my god, we're like, oh my god, we're like, oh my god, we're like, oh my god, we're like, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my
- 1:07:33[SPEAKER_01]: But um, that robbery felt different than this one did.
- 1:07:38[SPEAKER_01]: This one, like, this is a high class fucking house.
- 1:07:42[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, it was more like, I mean, it's like, I'm sorry, but a house like this to where like, you know, to our knowledge.
- 1:07:48[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, everyone was probably like, I'm not saying this.
- 1:07:51[SPEAKER_00]: He wasn't coming.
- 1:07:51[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, no, it was like a hurt.
- 1:07:52[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you know what I mean?
- 1:07:53[SPEAKER_00]: Like, it's just like,
- 1:07:55[SPEAKER_00]: And with the now you see me promo, it's like a hilarious hilarious little coincidence, but it is like just so crazy Like to think about the planning that went into this and how easy it was for them to do I was like low-key the genius of doing it during like right after doing it right after Right after doing it right after It literally opens because you know everyone's preoccupied everyone's down there like the it's going to take long So there's something about for them to get to you.
- 1:08:20[SPEAKER_01]: I mean this
- 1:08:21[SPEAKER_00]: It's the security probably loosens when the museum opens in a way of like it's not you're expecting the place to be robbed That's what I'm saying they have nothing to do or they have stuff to do during the day like they're they're actually watching the people who are in the museum They're and especially at you know nine thirty when it's just open They're like letting everybody in and they're dealing with the metal detectors of a lot of all that kind of shit Which like yeah the night the night patrol there
- 1:08:45[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like it's also going to take you longer, potentially, to get to whatever alarms whenever it gets your life.
- 1:08:51[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 1:08:53[SPEAKER_01]: It's a testament to like if you see someone in a workman's outfit, it's like you don't have to trust them.
- 1:09:00[SPEAKER_01]: Would that, but it's it's a funny thing about our world we trust them just assume that there's Well, they they know what they're doing.
- 1:09:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, clean the jewels every so often.
- 1:09:09[SPEAKER_00]: I know it is crazy It is crazy, but okay, maybe they're supposed to shout out to the glass and take it out the way I don't know They're in uniform.
- 1:09:16[SPEAKER_00]: They're in uniform.
- 1:09:17[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not gonna be the one to be like, hey, what do you do?
- 1:09:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I don't know what they're maybe they're supposed to be doing that.
- 1:09:21[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe this is like part of the Loot I don't want to insult them.
- 1:09:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like this is an art installation and it's so I'm like just let's just let them go I'm sure we'll figure out what that was all about
- 1:09:29[SPEAKER_00]: And they're like out of there, they're the real ones.
- 1:09:31[SPEAKER_01]: We find out there was someone in that.
- 1:09:33[SPEAKER_00]: Watching the audience out.
- 1:09:35[SPEAKER_00]: And they're like, just don't.
- 1:09:37[SPEAKER_01]: They don't even acknowledge them.
- 1:09:38[SPEAKER_01]: They start walking around and they're like, Oh my god, when you go up to the third floor.
- 1:09:42[SPEAKER_00]: Well, let me know if there's a device.
- 1:09:43[SPEAKER_00]: There's someone really used to it.
- 1:09:45[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's cool.
- 1:09:45[SPEAKER_00]: It's really cool.
- 1:09:46[SPEAKER_00]: I bet they're probably putting it back together.
- 1:09:48[SPEAKER_00]: You should go next, actually.
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_00]: Because it's, I won't talk about it.
- 1:09:50[SPEAKER_00]: It was so cool.
- 1:09:51[SPEAKER_00]: Um, they go up there and they're like, oh my God, something horrible is happening here, but it is just like I'm crazy to think about me art robberies are so interesting and this whole like it's just like world, we know what are you think about What are you black market so wild it's just like so wild people like that are out there like they're literally are like villains and James Bond that's what he's around is it both to regard our music That's like
- 1:10:17[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
- 1:10:17[SPEAKER_01]: Especially the Isabel's to record a museum thinking about that they stole like a Rembranded so many different kinds of films that like maybe it's like all of this could be anything The seascape is like that as yeah
- 1:10:33[SPEAKER_01]: Who is buying that?
- 1:10:34[SPEAKER_01]: I know that's the thing I have it in your house.
- 1:10:37[SPEAKER_00]: And if you can't wear these necklaces, you can't wear this pearl T-R, like whatever, like bottom thing you can't, you cannot, because you can't display it in your house and be like, oh yeah, that's real what also it's facing.
- 1:10:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's so interesting.
- 1:10:49[SPEAKER_00]: Like I'm just like, yeah, who, what kind of collector even wants something like that?
- 1:10:54[SPEAKER_00]: Also like what a target to put on you.
- 1:10:56[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, well,
- 1:10:59[SPEAKER_00]: Let's let's just dive in now to our rotations.
- 1:11:02[SPEAKER_00]: You're on dream my dream rotations you me and the road warriors We did everybody guys if you have not listened yet On Thursday we released part two of the pretty little iris finale cannot believe we made it through the whole thing like I am
- 1:11:21[SPEAKER_00]: Honestly blown away.
- 1:11:23[SPEAKER_00]: I've been low-key on cloud nine.
- 1:11:24[SPEAKER_00]: I got you guys.
- 1:11:25[SPEAKER_00]: I got to meet a road warrior at the ghost tour on Friday I was completely shocked shout out my girlfriend.
- 1:11:31[SPEAKER_00]: It was I mean, I I went to the bar and go to the bathroom I come out or about to go I see a beautiful girl in Road warrior merch in our homie march and I was like I like stopped my time.
- 1:11:42[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, oh my god But then I was like maybe I know this person like I thought was not that this was like someone who like I was like
- 1:11:50[SPEAKER_00]: And then I was like, hi, she's like, oh my god, I'm so excited to meet you and I was like, whoa, like what?
- 1:11:54[SPEAKER_00]: And then I like how to go check people in and then I heard her say she drove five hours to beat her.
- 1:11:59[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, oh my, for a little meal, like, and to go to prison.
- 1:12:03[SPEAKER_00]: Like what?
- 1:12:04[SPEAKER_00]: And it was just like so fun.
- 1:12:06[SPEAKER_00]: And honestly, I was like, it makes me so nervous because I'm like, oh my god, what if they are like, okay, so never doing that again.
- 1:12:10[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I can't believe that we wasted all that time in the car to do this or whatever.
- 1:12:14[SPEAKER_00]: Um, they were going to do some like Mac and Miller stuff the next day too, which is cool, but.
- 1:12:17[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, fun.
- 1:12:18[SPEAKER_00]: Um,
- 1:12:19[SPEAKER_00]: But I was like, what a cool way.
- 1:12:20[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I would totally do that to go see, like, you know, a podcast host that I like had or pat, like if they really like, because it's like, it's not just like a show where you're like watching them talk, you like, get to actually like kind of hang out for a little bit and like whatever.
- 1:12:33[SPEAKER_00]: And it's just like, was so fun.
- 1:12:35[SPEAKER_00]: And it was like such a special week for that to happen.
- 1:12:38[SPEAKER_00]: I was just like in my feels and it was awesome.
- 1:12:41[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, you're coming for Gossip Girl, right?
- 1:12:42[SPEAKER_00]: And she was like, yeah, I never watched it.
- 1:12:44[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm just makes me excited because I was like, we've got this whole new world of jokes that have not been told yet.
- 1:12:50[SPEAKER_00]: And worlds that have not been created yet, which are going to be so excited to dive into.
- 1:12:53[SPEAKER_00]: So anyway, yeah, if I were doing a dream rotation, I'm going to also be, you mean the road warriors, because I think we have some them fucking awesome here.
- 1:13:01[SPEAKER_00]: I'm so proud of us.
- 1:13:03[SPEAKER_00]: and proud of us for completing it even if it sucked the whole time.
- 1:13:06[SPEAKER_00]: I'm even more proud of us for creating something that we're genuinely proud of and like that we put so much work into and and I'm proud of us for being able to continuously schedule these and not kill each other and only let this strength in our relationship because I think there are many people who don't have that experience when they do something like this and
- 1:13:30[SPEAKER_00]: We always say we don't know how you do it without siblings, but even so, yeah, you could have really hated me after those.
- 1:13:36[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you do, but I'll never know.
- 1:13:38[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, guys, my nightmare rotation.
- 1:13:41[SPEAKER_00]: First up on my nightmare rotation is admin.
- 1:13:44[SPEAKER_00]: I, oh my god, the amount of emails like I need to answer, October's been a freaking movie.
- 1:13:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's been a freaking whirlwind, and I hate admin.
- 1:13:52[SPEAKER_00]: Like I just I don't want to open mail.
- 1:13:54[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to open emails.
- 1:13:55[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to have to go through and see all the text that I didn't respond to the need of response like and then by the time I said down to respond to them, it's too late to have to schedule it to send it.
- 1:14:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's just like I like any planning of any sort hate, any laundry, any unpacking or packing hate that just kind of making a grocery list making recipes figuring out dinner for the week eight that unloading the dishwasher or hate that.
- 1:14:16[SPEAKER_00]: sometimes showering washing my hair to a little short like I just add men in general and and maybe Okay, as I'm saying it all out.
- 1:14:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's like well Caroline sees a lot of pressure might be starting to creep in These are all tell tales signs, but So if you're feeling that way you're not alone.
- 1:14:32[SPEAKER_00]: It's also OCD Awareness Month, which I was gonna put on my nightmare occasion because I keep seeing all these videos on my Thing about it where like people are just like sharing their interests of thoughts and compulsions and shit
- 1:14:45[SPEAKER_00]: Which are making me laugh because they're funny, but then it's also like... You know what I mean?
- 1:14:53[SPEAKER_00]: You just see them and you're just like, yeah.
- 1:14:55[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 1:14:56[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:14:57[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 1:14:58[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 1:14:58[SPEAKER_00]: Looks like I have a new one.
- 1:14:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that and it's like, oh, that's one I used to have that I'm going to have again.
- 1:15:03[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that's one I also have and it's like I was kind of hoping that maybe this whole time I was just faking OCD and then I don't have it.
- 1:15:09[SPEAKER_00]: Which is something that I make myself think a lot.
- 1:15:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and then there's that.
- 1:15:15[SPEAKER_00]: So anyway, but it's not on my night meditation because it's a good thing.
- 1:15:19[SPEAKER_00]: So if, you know, it's anyway, it's that month.
- 1:15:22[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, back to my night meditation and not just admin, but also.
- 1:15:30[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, also sketches and any sketches.
- 1:15:33[SPEAKER_00]: Sorry.
- 1:15:34[SPEAKER_00]: Sorry.
- 1:15:35[SPEAKER_00]: Well, if you've all in there, but you're you're now number two of my night Marotation and then number three of my night Marotation is actually a joint spot for Lily Allen and David Harbour Because I have learned more about these two people in the past 24 hours than I ever sought to know or thought I would
- 1:15:50[SPEAKER_00]: Lily Allen just put out an album called Western Girl and it's all about her divorce from David Harbour and it's crazy and she basically makes no bones about it and tells you every little every single little detail which is bonkers to listen to.
- 1:16:08[SPEAKER_00]: Um, and so then it, you know, got me looking to David Harbour a little bit and I learned some like crazy to have about him.
- 1:16:13[SPEAKER_00]: Like, there was like a woman who like jumped to her death from his apartment window.
- 1:16:18[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I'm just like 21.
- 1:16:20[SPEAKER_00]: And he was like, yeah, it's a shame.
- 1:16:22[SPEAKER_00]: And like, I, like, there's a lot of things where people are like, he's not a good dude.
- 1:16:26[SPEAKER_00]: And then, unfortunately, found out some stuff about Lily Allen as well.
- 1:16:29[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, oh my God, and she's not a good person either.
- 1:16:32[SPEAKER_00]: So I just have learned so much of these people.
- 1:16:35[SPEAKER_00]: White or rabbit hole would encourage you to still at least go read the lyrics of the album because it's bonkers and with stranger things coming out like the timing here is quite wild.
- 1:16:45[SPEAKER_00]: So pretty unfortunate for check it out.
- 1:16:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:16:49[SPEAKER_00]: Well, play stupid games when stupid prizes.
- 1:16:51[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 1:16:52[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's it.
- 1:16:53[SPEAKER_00]: Guys, this Thursday, the Pretty Little Liars content is not over just because we finished the show.
- 1:16:58[SPEAKER_00]: We've got a few more weeks of Pretty Little Liars content under our belts.
- 1:17:01[SPEAKER_00]: And of course this week, we have got to get Sarah Shepherd back on the pod.
- 1:17:04[SPEAKER_00]: So on Thursday, you will have an amazing episode featuring Queen Sarah Shepherd creator, Pretty Little Liars writer of the books.
- 1:17:12[SPEAKER_00]: Last year, we had her on the show to
- 1:17:16[SPEAKER_00]: You know, talk a little bit about pretty little layers, so we didn't get too into it, but she is rewatching the finale, so she is like up to date on what we are talking about and we're going to get into all of it.
- 1:17:25[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to get into that 15th anniversary interview in the different, you know, how to Sarah feel about things that like they talked about and said and just how the show ends it up and then of course the questions that you guys submitted as well.
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_00]: So.
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_00]: you're not going to want to miss that that is coming out on Thursday and then a video version of that will be available on the Patreon for all honorary corner sisters so and it'll probably be a little bit less edited so if you want that version check that out and obviously our amazing episode where if you kind of did a good ready with me with her minion outfit which is probably like a 50% laughter episode it's so funny
- 1:17:56[SPEAKER_00]: that's out now to your one and then we're also going to do like an epic Halloween episode for our dream rotation this week.
- 1:18:03[SPEAKER_00]: So stay tuned for that.
- 1:18:06[SPEAKER_00]: Last week to get that Halloween merch, the Rosewood Ghost Tour much just because it's not October any more.
- 1:18:11[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you can't keep the spirit of Halloween and the Rosewood Ghost Tour company alive.
- 1:18:15[SPEAKER_00]: No, I'm stop.
- 1:18:16[SPEAKER_00]: because it's not real anyway, so go get that merch.
- 1:18:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's so fucking cute.
- 1:18:21[SPEAKER_00]: It's my favorite merch we've designed.
- 1:18:22[SPEAKER_00]: I love it.
- 1:18:23[SPEAKER_00]: Stay tuned for updates on what has to come.
- 1:18:25[SPEAKER_00]: Stay with us.
- 1:18:26[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you guys for being here.
- 1:18:27[SPEAKER_00]: We love you so much.
- 1:18:28[SPEAKER_00]: And we will see you next week.
