  Speaker 2: And so the flight left at three point thirty on

  Speaker 2: Friday afternoon and we arrived back home at about one

  Speaker 2: o'clock on Sunday, and in the meantime we flew sixteen

  Speaker 2: hours to the Middle East to Dubai. We were on
• 1:30
  Speaker 2: the ground for thirteen hours and then borded a sixteen
• 1:33
  Speaker 2: and a half hour flight back. Yes, Now, one thing
• 1:36
  Speaker 2: I will say is really cool. I wasn't sure like
• 1:38
  Speaker 2: the routing and how it was going to go, but
• 1:40
  Speaker 2: it's one of those trips that went over the top.

  Speaker 2: So we took off and went straight north over the
• 1:45
  Speaker 2: North Pole and then down the other side of the
• 1:49
  Speaker 2: planet down into Dubai. So we approached Dubai from like
• 1:53
  Speaker 2: if you know Dubai sits, you know, we came from
• 1:56
  Speaker 2: the east, right.

  Speaker 3: Did you look down and see the north lights?

  Speaker 1: I didn't because I was sleeping at that. Yeah.

  Speaker 2: But the biggest, the biggest tip that I would have

  Speaker 2: for anybody doing something like that is try to stay

  Speaker 2: on your own home schedule.

  Speaker 1: Yeah, as best as you can.

  Speaker 2: The plane it's hard to even describe. It's massive. It's

  Speaker 3: You go upstairs, for God's sake.

  Speaker 2: I mean, and it's not just like there's a small

  Speaker 2: upstairs area towards the front of the plane. It goes

  Speaker 2: the length of the entire plane.

  Speaker 1: I thought it was only in the front. So it

  Speaker 1: goes to the length of the entire plan. It's massive.

  Speaker 1: So where were your pods or whatever? They're upstairs upstairs.

  Speaker 3: Stairs, in front the front of the plane.

  Speaker 1: Yeah, towards the front of the plane. And then so

  Speaker 1: there's a lounge and the lounges all the way on
• 3:21
  Speaker 1: the back of the plane.

  Speaker 2: So you go first class curtain through all the business

  Speaker 2: class people, which those are laid flat and those super nice.

  Speaker 2: Those are really nice. And then you go beyond a

  Speaker 2: curtain there and then that's where there's this lounge and

  Speaker 2: it's a full like horseshoe bar person there serving drinks.

  Speaker 2: There's multiple tables, sandwiches, tables kind of set up and

  Speaker 2: you can just kind of hang out and lounge back.

  Speaker 1: There the big screen TVs like games and stuff.

  Speaker 3: They're like seat belts back there.

  Speaker 1: No, yeah, yeah, when you're sitting there, there are there

  Speaker 1: were seat belts like on.

  Speaker 5: Them about how many people can fit in the lounge

  Speaker 2: Thirty it's pretty big, but it was never super crowded

  Speaker 2: back there now. And then beyond that, beyond the lounge

  Speaker 2: towards the back of the plane was the full kitchen

  Speaker 2: that they had where they were making all the food

  Speaker 2: because it was a it was a full menu that

  Speaker 2: we were presenting.

  Speaker 1: We took showers. Yeah, how is that? The bathroom is huge?

  Speaker 1: Time power water. Obviously there's a limited water supply being

  Speaker 1: they call it a spa attendant. So this person just

  Speaker 1: stands outside of the bathroom. It's kind of like a

  Speaker 1: like a reception area and anything you need they can

  Speaker 1: get you, or like once once you're done, they'll go

  Speaker 1: in and they'll freshen up the bathroom for the next
• 5:59
  Speaker 1: person and put did you.

  Speaker 1: They issue you pajamas.

  Speaker 3: No, you said you weren't going to fit in them.

  Speaker 2: but it wasn't super comfortable. So I just used like

  Speaker 2: a regular T shirt that I brought that I normally

  Speaker 2: sleep in. But man, the world's most comfortable slippers. Oh, okay,

  Speaker 1: And then oh, I brought one for Greg because.

  Speaker 2: And uh, you know, so staying on the on the schedule,

  Speaker 2: like you know, the plane left like three thirty, so

  Speaker 2: about seven thirty, which is when I would typically like

  Speaker 2: start like passing out at home is when I'm like,

  Speaker 2: you know what, I'm gonna shut it down.

  Speaker 1: Yeah.

  Speaker 2: I slept from let's call it eight o'clock. By the

  Speaker 2: time I fell asleep, they set your then they set

  Speaker 2: your little pot up and everything with this like bedding material.

  Speaker 2: They have a they put like a mattress thing down.

  Speaker 2: The seat goes flat. Then they put a mattress thing on.

  Speaker 1: Top of that. It feels like it's really luxury linens.

  Speaker 1: You have this pillow, the whole thing. To get it
• 8:21
  Speaker 1: all set up for you. You go changing your jammis
• 8:24
  Speaker 1: and whatever you and they basically tuck you in. There
• 8:27
  Speaker 1: are these two giant doors that are on a button

  Speaker 1: and goes just slide shut. And they were like really
• 8:32
  Speaker 1: tall walls so that you have complete privacy. Uh.

  Speaker 2: And I passed out, didn't wake up until about four o'clock,
• 8:40
  Speaker 2: and so I looked at my aura ring. It was
• 8:43
  Speaker 2: the best sleep score I've gotten in weeks, better than
• 8:46
  Speaker 2: any night on the cruise that I was just on.
• 8:49
  Speaker 2: It was a ninety one sleep score. It was unbelievable,
• 8:52
  Speaker 2: and you slept for eight hours straight. I was out
• 8:55
  Speaker 2: and though I woke up, I watched a little TV
• 8:59
  Speaker 2: and by the time I woke up, It's like we

  Speaker 2: were going to be landing, not that not that long.

  Speaker 2: So I had time to eat, I had a meal,

  Speaker 2: I took a shower, and then we were landing.

  Speaker 3: The field looked incredible.

  Speaker 1: So is there a part of you that thinks sleeping

  Speaker 1: is almost a waste on a flight like that? Not

  Speaker 1: when it's sixteen hours really, so then it's still so long. Yeah,

  Speaker 1: you still got another eight hours. Now, had you not
• 9:18
  Speaker 1: slept and you just wanted more sliders, more caviarr they
• 9:21
  Speaker 1: would just endless. Everything is endless. Yeah, just unreal.

  Speaker 2: Yeah, so I realized this is not the way that
• 9:28
  Speaker 2: everybody can travel like it was first class on Emirates Airlines.

  Speaker 3: It was an experience.

  Speaker 2: It was a bucket list thing for Menace for his birthday.

  Speaker 2: We have been to be able to work it out.

  Speaker 2: The company paid for it, like, you know, thirty thousand

  Speaker 2: dollars each round trip for that experience. Now, I will say,

  Speaker 2: business class looks phenomenal. You still have access to the lounge,

  Speaker 2: you still get the priority boarding, you still get all
• 9:53
  Speaker 2: this other stuff, and that that would have been that

  Speaker 2: would have been fine too.

  Speaker 4: Yeah, it's just like pretty much like a smaller pot.

  Speaker 2: And that said, I can't imagine. I can't imagine that

  Speaker 1: the plane. And then there's one that's like kind of

  Speaker 1: on the tail that looks down over the fuselage with

  Speaker 1: the wings and you see like the as you're flying.

  Speaker 1: And there's one on the belly of the planet looks

  Speaker 1: straight down and you can see like what you're flying directly.

  Speaker 2: Over, so you could watch the landing and everything. You

  Speaker 2: could watch everything. It was so it was so cool. Yeah.

  Speaker 2: What a waste of money would be eight hours of sleep? No, dude,

  Speaker 2: to see the plane, which I did. Got to Dubai

  Speaker 2: and I booked. There's a hotel inside the terminal at

  Speaker 2: the Dubai airport which is massive, and it's a five

  Speaker 2: star hotel, very nice at thirteen hours. So I got

  Speaker 2: this room and it's a beautiful room, like a sharper
• 14:36
  Speaker 2: image massage chair in there this whole day. But right
• 14:39
  Speaker 2: downstairs on the on the first floor obviously is this
• 14:42
  Speaker 2: giant like duty free mall. Everything from the Lego store
• 14:45
  Speaker 2: to a Nike store to apphole store, like all kinds.

  Speaker 2: Oh yeah, they had all kinds of stuff at bud

  Speaker 2: Wiser restaurant, like So I walked just to get some

  Speaker 2: walking in. I walked around there, came back to the room,

  Speaker 2: got a bunch of work done for this week, just
• 14:58
  Speaker 2: sitting in the room listening the Christmas music. Samuel Yeah,

  Speaker 2: I heard a bunch of Christians music in the mall plants.

  Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, they had like Christmas trees everywhere.

  Speaker 3: Oh yeah, so festive.

  Speaker 2: So I got I got that work done, made a

  Speaker 2: couple of phone calls because it was like normal hours

  Speaker 2: back homes. Dad, talked to my mom, talked to my wife,

  Speaker 2: and then I booked myself because it's a twenty four

  Speaker 2: hour spa at the hotel, I booked a two hour massage.

  Speaker 2: Two hours two hours. I got the most amazing massage.
