- 1:18Speaker 2: Today we're talking about resilience, that amazing ability to keep
- 1:23Speaker 2: going even when life pushes us down. Resilience isn't just
- 1:28Speaker 2: about being tough or stubborn. It's about adapting, learning from setbacks,
- 1:33Speaker 2: and growing stronger through challenges. It's what helps us bounce back,
- 1:38Speaker 2: not just where we were, but forward with new strength
- 1:44Speaker 2: and wisdom. Let's explore why resilience matters and how you
- 1:49Speaker 2: can build it in your own life. But first we
- 1:53Speaker 2: have our trivia question of the day. Are you ready
- 1:56Speaker 2: for it? Here it is who famously said the oak
- 2:01Speaker 2: fought the wind and was broken. The willow bent when
- 2:05Speaker 2: it must, and it survived. We'll have the answer when
- 2:11Speaker 2: we come back. Hey there, amazing listeners. Are you looking

- 3:50Speaker 2: Welcome back. Do you know the answer to this week's
- 3:54Speaker 2: trivia question? The question was who famously said the oak
- 4:00Speaker 2: thought the wind and was broken the willow bent when
- 4:04Speaker 2: it must and survived. The answer Robert Jordan in his
- 4:09Speaker 2: novel The Fires of Heaven. This quote reminds us that
- 4:13Speaker 2: sometimes strength isn't about standing firm and rigid, It's about
- 4:18Speaker 2: bending and adapting. That's what resilience really looks like, flexibility
- 4:24Speaker 2: and endurance. Now you know, resilience doesn't mean you never
- 4:43Speaker 2: fall or feel pain. It means you choose to keep
- 4:47Speaker 2: moving forward, learning, adapting, and growing stronger with every challenge.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Building resilience starts with self awareness, understanding your limits and feelings.
- 4:59Speaker 2: It grows with self compassion forgiving yourself when things don't
- 5:03Speaker 2: go as planned, and it deepens through connection, asking for
- 5:07Speaker 2: help and accepting support. Think of resilience like a muscle
- 5:12Speaker 2: you exercise every time you face difficulty and decide to
- 5:16Speaker 2: try again. The more you practice, the stronger you get. Remember,
- 5:22Speaker 2: resilience is not bouncing back to where you were, It's
- 5:27Speaker 2: bouncing forward, shaped by what you've learned. We will end
- 5:37Speaker 2: with this quote by Nelson Mandela. Do not judge me
- 5:42Speaker 2: by my success. Judge me by how many times I
- 5:47Speaker 2: fell down and got back up again. Yes, your strength
- 5:53Speaker 2: isn't about never failing and never falling. It's about rising
- 5:58Speaker 2: up time and time again. You are stronger than you think.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Every step forward is a win resilience.
