  Speaker 1: to go to God and prayer, and as always I

  Speaker 1: invite you to join along with me in prayer. And

  Speaker 1: this morning I'm thinking about our children being out for
• 0:13
  Speaker 1: the summer, and that's what I want to pray about.

  Speaker 1: Heavenly Father. Today we come before you with grateful hearts
• 0:19
  Speaker 1: as we lift up our children during the summer season. Lord,
• 0:23
  Speaker 1: thank you for bringing them through another school year. Thank
• 0:26
  Speaker 1: you for the lessons learned, the growth they've experienced, the
• 0:30
  Speaker 1: challenges they've overcome, and the opportunities that lie ahead as
• 0:35
  Speaker 1: they enter this season of summer break. We place them
• 0:39
  Speaker 1: completely into your loving and capable hands. Father. We ask
• 0:43
  Speaker 1: for your divine protection over every child, whether they are
• 0:47
  Speaker 1: at home, whether they're traveling, attending camps, participating in activities,
• 0:51
  Speaker 1: visiting family, or simply enjoying time with friends. Keep them safe, God,
• 0:57
  Speaker 1: Let your angels watch over them wherever they go. Detect
• 1:00
  Speaker 1: them from accidents, from danger, from harmful influences, and anything
• 1:05
  Speaker 1: that will seek to harm them physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually. Lord, God,
• 1:11
  Speaker 1: their minds in a world filled with distractions and negative influences,
• 1:16
  Speaker 1: help them to hold on to the values, the principles,
• 1:19
  Speaker 1: and the lessons that have been planted within them. Give
• 1:22
  Speaker 1: them wisdom God beyond their years. Help them make good choices,
• 1:26
  Speaker 1: choose good friends, and avoid situations that can lead them
• 1:29
  Speaker 1: away from Your purpose for their lives. Oh Father, we
• 1:32
  Speaker 1: pray especially for our teenagers and our young adults. Give
• 1:36
  Speaker 1: them deserned with facing peer pressure. Give them courage to
• 1:40
  Speaker 1: stand for what is right, even when it's not popular.
• 1:43
  Speaker 1: Let them know that their worth is found in You
• 1:46
  Speaker 1: and not in the opinions of others. Lord, we pray
• 1:49
  Speaker 1: for the children, the children who struggle during the summer months,
• 1:52
  Speaker 1: those dealing with loneliness, those dealing with uncertainty, anxiety, family challenges,
• 1:58
  Speaker 1: or difficult circumstances. Surround them God with your love. Let
• 2:02
  Speaker 1: them know that they are seen, that they are value,
• 2:04
  Speaker 1: and they are deeply loved by You. Father. Bless our
• 2:08
  Speaker 1: homes this summer. Let families create mean up through memoris together.
• 2:12
  Speaker 1: Let them be have laughter and joy and conversations and
• 2:16
  Speaker 1: moments together, O God, that strengthen the family bond. Help
• 2:21
  Speaker 1: parents and guardians to be patient, to be present, and
• 2:25
  Speaker 1: to be intentional as they pour into their children. Lording
• 2:28
  Speaker 1: Knight Purpose in our children. Let this summer be more
• 2:31
  Speaker 1: than entertainment and activity. Let it be a season of growth, discovery,
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: and development. God revealed gifts, Reveal talents and passions that
• 2:40
  Speaker 1: you placed inside of our children. Help them grow not
• 2:43
  Speaker 1: only academically, but spiritually, emotionally, and personally. Oh Father, we
• 2:49
  Speaker 1: celebrate the children who are making wise choices, showing respect,
• 2:52
  Speaker 1: helping others, and demonstrating good character. Continue to strengthen them
• 2:56
  Speaker 1: and encourage them to keep walking in integrity even when
• 2:59
  Speaker 1: no one's watching. And God, when the summer ends and
• 3:02
  Speaker 1: a new school year begins, let our children return stronger, wiser, healthier,
• 3:08
  Speaker 1: and even more confident than before. Let them know that
• 3:11
  Speaker 1: your hand is upon their lives and that you have
• 3:14
  Speaker 1: a plan and a purpose for each of them. We
• 3:16
  Speaker 1: cover every child with the blood of Jesus, and we
• 3:19
  Speaker 1: entrust them to your care. Thank you for loving them
• 3:22
  Speaker 1: even more than we do. In Jesus' name, Amen, Amen,
