Dan The Story of the game with Samson Johnson career high sixteen points, talk
0:04
about how he established himself early and at the defense of any contained Soriano.

Yeah, I mean, Samson was a beast, and you know, just
0:11
losing Donovan and not having a whole lot of time to prepare, and you
0:15
know, and then obviously the tough loss the other night. He's just showed
0:18
incredible warriors heart and you know, played one of the best big guys in
0:22
the country, h even at worst, and your team is down too with
0:26
about two minutes to go and they closed the game in an eight to two
0:28
run. The character, but also how what worked in those final couple of
0:33
minutes. Just a leadership. I thought Tristan and Cam just provided just great
0:37
leadership and poise and Steph Castle made some huge plays, you know, down
0:42
the stretch, and you know, we showed the poise of a national championship
0:46
team in US for the big Hartford crowd here tonight, you got it,
0:50
biggest crowd in this building ever. And they delivered, didn't they. Yeah,
0:53
they were great, and uh, you know, just uh, you
0:57
know, it's just great to get a win and come in and not ruin
1:00
Christmas for ourselves and for all of the Husky Nation. Dan, thank you
1:04
much. Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas.
