A fatal crash on I-95 in Rosedale early Friday morning left one woman dead after her Subaru collided with a tractor-trailer that was pulling over due to a flat tire. The 34-year-old victim, Francesca Lloyd, was married to the driver of the Subaru, 41-year-old Gregory Lloyd, who was hospitalized but expected to survive. The truck driver escaped injury.
