- 0:03Speaker 1: Hello and welcome to Outspoken.
- 0:05Speaker 2: It's your dose of the hottest.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Influencer and pop culture news twice a week. I'm Sophie Torber.
- 0:11Speaker 1: I'm Kate Torber. And I'm Amy Torber and coming up
- 0:14Speaker 1: on today's show, Tammy Hembrough's boyfriend's insensitive pregnancy prank and
- 0:19Speaker 1: long-time subscribers hit out at Zoe Ray's content. But first,
- 0:24Speaker 1: Georgia Richards has revealed she's returning to her barista job
- 0:27Speaker 1: six years after leaving to become a full-time influencer. The
- 0:31Speaker 1: 28-year-old admitted working alone from her apartment has taken a
- 0:35Speaker 1: toll on her mental health. Now, Soph, initially, Georgia wasn't
- 0:38Speaker 1: sure she wanted to open up about this to her audience.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right.
- 0:42Speaker 1: In her recent YouTube video, she admitted that she felt
- 0:45Speaker 1: awkward talking about this new career pivot and was initially
- 0:49Speaker 1: unsure how she wanted.
- 0:50Speaker 2: To broach it with her audience.
- 0:52Speaker 1: She led into the announcement by vlogging herself waking up
- 0:56Speaker 1: at 4.44am and packing her lunch for the day and
- 0:59Speaker 1: then catching a tram. And as an avid viewer of
- 1:03Speaker 1: her content, I was like, where is she off to?
- 1:05Speaker 1: I was so confused. She then followed up with some
- 1:08Speaker 1: overlay of a new coffee shop. And I thought, oh yeah,
- 1:11Speaker 1: she's just there getting a drink. But no, it turns
- 1:13Speaker 1: out that she's working there. So after her shift, she
- 1:16Speaker 1: jumped into her car for a debrief with her followers
- 1:19Speaker 1: saying this.
- 1:20Speaker 3: I decided to get a second job. I've gotten a
- 1:22Speaker 3: barista front of house job at a cafe, which if
- 1:25Speaker 3: you've been around here for a long time, like a really,
- 1:28Speaker 3: really long time, I used to be a barista and
- 1:30Speaker 3: a manager of a cafe back. I quit in 2020
- 1:33Speaker 3: to do social media full time. And honestly, when I
- 1:35Speaker 3: did that, it was just kind of, exciting I didn't
- 1:38Speaker 3: love a lot of aspects of that I didn't love
- 1:40Speaker 3: being a manager and like being higher up and having
- 1:42Speaker 3: that much responsibility on my shoulders but the job itself
- 1:44Speaker 3: like working in hospitality I didn't hate but that was
- 1:47Speaker 3: smack bang in the middle of COVID so my shifts
- 1:49Speaker 3: were getting cut left right and center because obviously cafes
- 1:51Speaker 3: weren't allowed to be open and then in turn of
- 1:53Speaker 3: that everyone was sitting at home online because what else
- 1:56Speaker 3: were you going to do in lockdowns and so then
- 1:57Speaker 3: I started making more money off the internet and it
- 2:00Speaker 3: just kind of felt like the exciting thing to do
- 2:02Speaker 3: like the right thing to do I'd never like dreamed
- 2:04Speaker 3: of doing social media full-time but the fact that the
- 2:06Speaker 3: option was there and available to me. Like it felt
- 2:08Speaker 3: ridiculous to not take it.
- 2:10Speaker 1: I was really taken off guard by this announcement, but
- 2:13Speaker 1: I have to say I'm really happy for her. I
- 2:14Speaker 1: think that this is going to be the best thing
- 2:17Speaker 1: for her moving forward. She has seemed quite unhappy for
- 2:21Speaker 1: quite some time now because I've been watching her content
- 2:23Speaker 1: for a number of years. And You can just tell
- 2:26Speaker 1: that she's been sad. She doesn't seem fulfilled in this role.
- 2:30Speaker 4: That's the difficulty with monetizing a hobby. It goes from
- 2:33Speaker 4: something that you enjoy doing to something that seems like work.
- 2:36Speaker 4: And I mean, we can all sit back and watch
- 2:38Speaker 4: influencers vlogs and be like, oh, going to a nail
- 2:42Speaker 4: appointment seems like a big task or doing.
- 2:44Speaker 5: The grocery shopping. But that's what happens.
- 2:47Speaker 4: It's kind of like when people retire, these small things
- 2:50Speaker 4: become big deals. And I don't think that's particularly healthy
- 2:53Speaker 4: for someone that's in their late twenties.
- 2:56Speaker 2: It's because of the lack.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Of perspective because they've then gone into this new normal.
- 3:00Speaker 1: And I think what is incredibly difficult is when a
- 3:02Speaker 1: lot of influencers then surround themselves with influencer friends. So
- 3:06Speaker 1: then it's this echo chamber and it's just the norm
- 3:08Speaker 1: to be at home all day feeling yourself. And I
- 3:11Speaker 1: think that a lot of people look at influencers lives
- 3:13Speaker 1: and they think it's really glamorous, but the reality of
- 3:16Speaker 1: being at home all day, every day by yourself, it
- 3:19Speaker 1: would be incredibly lonely. And the fact that you are
- 3:21Speaker 1: just focusing on yourself the whole day, like I noticed
- 3:25Speaker 1: that This announcement from Georgia has coincided with her being
- 3:29Speaker 1: in a relationship for the last year with her girlfriend
- 3:31Speaker 1: who has a job outside of social media. And I
- 3:34Speaker 1: wonder what role she has played in this decision. I
- 3:37Speaker 1: would say that she has a bit to do with
- 3:39Speaker 1: it and wanting Georgia to be happier and something that
- 3:42Speaker 1: fulfills her more. Now, Georgia went on to admit that
- 3:45Speaker 1: she had spent years feeling guilty for not enjoying her
- 3:48Speaker 1: life as an influencer, particularly because she's aware of how
- 3:52Speaker 1: privileged she was to be in that position. And she
- 3:55Speaker 1: went on to admit that when it comes down to it,
- 3:57Speaker 1: she has spent years avoiding the reality that life as
- 4:00Speaker 1: an influencer simply doesn't suit her personality. Let's take a
- 4:04Speaker 1: listen to some of what she said.
- 4:06Speaker 3: But I also think when it comes down to it,
- 4:08Speaker 3: what I've been fighting and avoiding dealing with for years now,
- 4:12Speaker 3: I want to say, is I just don't think that
- 4:14Speaker 3: me personally, like my personality or my work style or
- 4:17Speaker 3: even just my mental health, really, I don't think that
- 4:19Speaker 3: I'm meant to just work for myself 100% of the
- 4:22Speaker 3: time alone in my apartment. I think I've just been
- 4:25Speaker 3: so depressed. sad for quite a long time and kind
- 4:28Speaker 3: of like suffocated in myself. I don't really know how
- 4:30Speaker 3: to explain it. Like maybe if you work for yourself,
- 4:33Speaker 3: maybe you can understand. I'm sure there's a lot of
- 4:34Speaker 3: people who love working from home, love being in their
- 4:37Speaker 3: own company 24 seven. I think I was driving myself
- 4:40Speaker 3: a little bit mental. I think I was.
- 4:42Speaker 4: This was so interesting to listen to because in the
- 4:45Speaker 4: last five or 10 years, the job of an influencer
- 4:49Speaker 4: is the peak job that you can have. Like if
- 4:51Speaker 4: you ask kids at school, what do you want to
- 4:53Speaker 4: do when you grow up?
- 4:54Speaker 5: They'll say, I want to be an influencer.
- 4:57Speaker 4: And the role of an influencer used to essentially be
- 5:00Speaker 4: like a celebrity. But now that the influencer market is
- 5:02Speaker 4: so saturated, A lot of influencers out there are hustling
- 5:06Speaker 4: just to create enough money that a nine to five
- 5:09Speaker 4: would give you. So I think it would be interesting
- 5:11Speaker 4: to see if that perspective change and not as many
- 5:14Speaker 4: people now want to become influencers as the reality of
- 5:17Speaker 4: it becomes clearer over the years as it develops.
- 5:21Speaker 1: I think it's really interesting to hear her saying that
- 5:23Speaker 1: she felt suffocated in herself because as we were discussing before,
- 5:28Speaker 1: The role of an influencer is very self-involved.
- 5:31Speaker 2: You're literally vlogging your whole life.
- 5:33Speaker 1: It's all about you. You're looking at yourself day to
- 5:36Speaker 1: day in a viewfinder. And I think it would be
- 5:39Speaker 1: incredibly tough for your mental health.
- 5:41Speaker 2: I'm sure she was.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Also worried that a lot of people would perceive this
- 5:44Speaker 1: as some sort of failure, that she was having to
- 5:46Speaker 1: return to this old job with a tail between her
- 5:49Speaker 1: legs because her influencer career is no longer lucrative. But
- 5:52Speaker 1: I personally don't think this has anything to do with money.
- 5:55Speaker 1: It has everything to do with happiness and mental health
- 5:57Speaker 1: because she pointed out that she's only doing two to
- 5:59Speaker 1: three shifts a week and it's really to get out
- 6:02Speaker 1: there talking to people.
- 6:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't think this has to do with money,
- 6:05Speaker 4: but in saying that, there has been a little bit
- 6:07Speaker 4: of a trend of influencers returning to nine to five.
- 6:10Speaker 4: So a couple of years ago, Jonathan Sauer, who was
- 6:13Speaker 4: the OG boyfriend of Sharni Grumman, He returned to his
- 6:16Speaker 4: work as an accountant. We saw Michael Finch do a
- 6:19Speaker 4: stint at a nursery that was in between his sort
- 6:22Speaker 4: of makeup career and him becoming a TikTok cook. And
- 6:26Speaker 4: there'll be heaps of other examples. I mean, Katia Milan
- 6:29Speaker 4: was complaining that she was even considering returning to a
- 6:32Speaker 4: nine to five because the influencer market is that saturated.
- 6:35Speaker 4: So I do think there are influencers who actually have
- 6:38Speaker 4: to return because.
- 6:39Speaker 5: They're just not making enough money anymore.
- 6:41Speaker 4: But I think, as you said, when it comes to Georgia,
- 6:44Speaker 4: it definitely seems like her mental health is pushing this decision.
- 6:48Speaker 1: I think the novelty of the job has just worn
- 6:50Speaker 1: off for her. And I wonder if this is going
- 6:51Speaker 1: to happen to a lot of young people because A
- 6:54Speaker 1: lot of young people are turning their side hustle as
- 6:57Speaker 1: an influencer into a full-time job. They then have no boundaries.
- 7:00Speaker 1: There's no one you have to answer to. There's no
- 7:02Speaker 1: strict deadlines. But what you find in that is you
- 7:05Speaker 1: have to be very self-motivated in order to make it work.
- 7:09Speaker 1: And I think that as she touched on, that's not
- 7:12Speaker 1: for everyone. Being self-employed isn't for everyone.
- 7:15Speaker 4: And particularly when it comes to influencing, the boundaries are
- 7:18Speaker 4: really blurred between your life, your work, and your identity.
- 7:22Speaker 4: That all becomes one. And it would be very overwhelming. Particularly,
- 7:27Speaker 4: it's like, well, what are you meant to film when
- 7:29Speaker 4: you don't have a lot going on? Because let's face it,
- 7:34Speaker 4: if all of us were left to our own devices
- 7:36Speaker 4: in our house, it would be quite overwhelming. You're like, well,
- 7:40Speaker 4: other than doing your regular grocery shop and your errands
- 7:44Speaker 4: and stuff, you'd really have to come up with some
- 7:47Speaker 4: sort of hobby that Or do volunteer work.
- 7:49Speaker 5: You'd have to have something to take time out of
- 7:52Speaker 5: your day.
- 7:52Speaker 2: But that's the thing.
- 7:53Speaker 1: A lot of these influencers have become removed from the
- 7:55Speaker 1: real world. And, you know, they may have friends who
- 7:59Speaker 1: are spending all day at work, so they can't catch
- 8:01Speaker 1: up with them.
- 8:01Speaker 2: They left to their own devices.
- 8:03Speaker 1: I mean, what I noticed in George's vlogs is that
- 8:06Speaker 1: doing some simple tasks like going to the grocery store
- 8:09Speaker 1: or even doing something enjoyable like scrapbooking, it seemed like
- 8:11Speaker 1: a huge inconvenience for her or something she had to
- 8:14Speaker 1: really talk herself into. And it's probably because her life
- 8:17Speaker 1: had become too easy. She admitted that in another vlog.
- 8:20Speaker 1: She said she really has to try and challenge herself
- 8:22Speaker 1: to do things because you don't have someone sitting there saying,
- 8:25Speaker 1: do it. By the way, I'm not trying to throw
- 8:27Speaker 1: any shade at her because I think that this would
- 8:28Speaker 1: happen to most people who found themselves in this position.
- 8:31Speaker 2: It'd be very hard to motivate yourself.
- 8:34Speaker 4: The irony is I think this is only going to
- 8:36Speaker 4: make Georgia Rich's channel better because I have to admit
- 8:38Speaker 4: she is one of my favorite YouTubers. But as you said, Sophie,
- 8:42Speaker 4: she has seemed quite sad And I think she's just
- 8:45Speaker 4: got into this monotony of sharing the same thing over
- 8:48Speaker 4: and over. But now that she's back at work and
- 8:50Speaker 4: doing something relatable, I think that's only going to strengthen
- 8:53Speaker 4: her personal brand and make people relate to her even more.
- 8:56Speaker 1: I reckon we're going to see her bestie Sophie Jane
- 8:58Speaker 1: Miller jumping ship soon and getting into naturopathy because... She
- 9:03Speaker 1: also spoke about how that would be her dream job
- 9:05Speaker 1: if she wasn't doing influencing. And I think that this
- 9:07Speaker 1: is just going to start a bit of momentum in
- 9:09Speaker 1: that friendship group.
- 9:10Speaker 4: I wonder how George is going to go working out
- 9:13Speaker 4: her travel around this new job, because obviously that is
- 9:16Speaker 4: one of the big advantages of being a YouTuber. You
- 9:19Speaker 4: can drop everything and go on big trips. And we've
- 9:22Speaker 4: seen her do that in the past. Her best friend,
- 9:24Speaker 4: Sophie Jane Miller, is also on a massive US trip
- 9:27Speaker 4: at the moment filming content.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Yeah, but she's just got a flexible cafe job. I
- 9:32Speaker 1: think that's why she's probably gone into a job like that.
- 9:34Speaker 1: It was interesting because she spoke about how it feels
- 9:36Speaker 1: so satisfying to finish a shift and know that she's
- 9:39Speaker 1: actually done a good job. Whereas when she's worked for herself,
- 9:42Speaker 1: she's so hard on herself and nothing ever seems to
- 9:45Speaker 1: be good enough.
- 9:46Speaker 4: It actually reminds me when I was made redundant during COVID.
- 9:49Speaker 4: So I think I had like three or four months off.
- 9:52Speaker 4: And when I returned to work, it wasn't a job
- 9:55Speaker 4: that I enjoyed at all, but there was something that
- 9:57Speaker 4: was unbeatable about that Friday night. feeling where you felt
- 10:01Speaker 4: like you earned the weekend.
- 10:03Speaker 1: As you touched on before though Kate I also think
- 10:05Speaker 1: that part of this move is because she realized that
- 10:07Speaker 1: being a full-time influencer isn't great for her content. I
- 10:10Speaker 1: mean She literally started her channel when she was working
- 10:14Speaker 1: long shifts as a barista and the manager of a
- 10:16Speaker 1: local cafe. And I think it was really that normality
- 10:20Speaker 1: and that relatability that made her audience fall in love
- 10:23Speaker 1: with her. She seemed like one of us, if that
- 10:25Speaker 1: makes sense. And I think her returning to this, you know,
- 10:28Speaker 1: in quotations, normal job is going to be really good
- 10:31Speaker 1: for her channel.
- 10:32Speaker 5: You see it happen all the time.
- 10:33Speaker 4: You You follow someone on TikTok or YouTube that.
- 10:37Speaker 5: Vlogs or shares about a particular niche.
- 10:40Speaker 4: So sometimes it might be their like nine to five
- 10:42Speaker 4: job and then they end up getting so big that
- 10:44Speaker 4: they leave the nine to five job. And it's kind
- 10:46Speaker 4: of like, well, why do I follow you anymore? You're
- 10:48Speaker 4: not interesting because you're not doing the thing that I
- 10:50Speaker 4: followed you for.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 10:51Speaker 2: And then they seem out of touch.
- 10:53Speaker 1: I also wonder if this has something to do with
- 10:54Speaker 1: her age because In the previous video, she celebrated her
- 10:58Speaker 1: 28th birthday. And I've noticed that a number of her
- 11:01Speaker 1: influencer friends are either getting pregnant or they're getting married.
- 11:04Speaker 1: And maybe she realizes that they're not going to always
- 11:07Speaker 1: just be able to catch up during the day and
- 11:09Speaker 1: sort of fill that void. And if anything, if she
- 11:12Speaker 1: stays in this full-time influencer role, she's just going to
- 11:15Speaker 1: become more isolated.
- 11:16Speaker 4: Yeah, it definitely seems like she's experiencing burnout. And I
- 11:20Speaker 4: am really happy and proud of her for making this
- 11:23Speaker 4: step because it would have been hard to open up
- 11:25Speaker 4: to your audience and you're in this privileged position, you've
- 11:29Speaker 4: got a dream job that everyone wants, but.
- 11:30Speaker 5: Actually putting your hand up and saying, hey, this actually
- 11:33Speaker 5: isn't for me.
- 11:34Speaker 1: I love that her ego is not too big too,
- 11:35Speaker 1: that she's happy to work in a cafe.
- 11:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:38Speaker 4: I actually thought when she got in the car, I
- 11:41Speaker 4: wonder if any of the people know that she's got
- 11:44Speaker 4: this massive following, that she's a YouTuber or anyone that
- 11:47Speaker 4: comes into the cafe and is served by her because
- 11:49Speaker 4: she said she's at the bottom of the pecking order
- 11:51Speaker 4: at the moment and she's finding her feet there. If
- 11:54Speaker 4: I was her, I would be so paranoid Someone I
- 11:56Speaker 4: worked with was going to then go and watch the
- 11:59Speaker 4: video and see this little debrief in the car.
- 12:02Speaker 1: That would be my biggest fear, but I guess she's
- 12:04Speaker 1: been an influencer now for six years. She's probably gotten
- 12:07Speaker 1: over people going back and who know her and watching it.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Her followers were really supportive of the career change. So
- 12:13Speaker 1: underneath the YouTube video, one person wrote, yes, can take
- 12:16Speaker 1: the girl out of hospitality, but never the hospitality out
- 12:19Speaker 1: of the girl. You are glowing in this video and
- 12:22Speaker 1: your energy reminds me of your old school vids. Hope
- 12:25Speaker 1: you're enjoying the cafe. Whilst another said, congrats on the job.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I actually think it makes content more relatable for most people.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Whilst another said, really happy to hear about you taking
- 12:35Speaker 1: a step towards something that seems to make you feel
- 12:37Speaker 1: better and happier. It can be really scary, but ultimately
- 12:40Speaker 1: very rewarding. Forever rooting for you. If I could only
- 12:44Speaker 1: do one for the rest of my life, I would
- 12:47Speaker 1: choose weight training over Pilates any day of the week.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Tammy Hambro's boyfriend, Grayson Timoana, is under fire for pulling
- 12:55Speaker 1: an insensitive pregnancy prank. On Monday, the 23-year-old sent the
- 12:59Speaker 1: internet into a frenzy when he teased that his OG
- 13:02Speaker 1: influencer girlfriend was pregnant with her fourth child.
- 13:06Speaker 2: Kate, how did this all go down?
- 13:08Speaker 4: Well, the couple have been holidaying on the Great Barrier
- 13:11Speaker 4: Reef and been posting a lot of content from the trip.
- 13:14Speaker 4: And clearly, Grayson wasn't getting enough traction on his post,
- 13:18Speaker 4: so he decided to share a bit of a red
- 13:20Speaker 4: herring in a photo dump from his trip to generate
- 13:23Speaker 4: some attention. So amongst couple selfies and photos of boat
- 13:27Speaker 4: trips and helicopter rides, he included a photo of Tammy's
- 13:31Speaker 4: phone screen, which had a digital waiver form for an
- 13:34Speaker 4: ocean raft tour on it. Now in the photo, Tammy's
- 13:38Speaker 4: hand is seen pointing to the selected option, which said, yes,
- 13:42Speaker 4: first trimester, one to 13 weeks pregnant.
- 13:45Speaker 1: The joke about all of this is that This post
- 13:48Speaker 1: initially didn't get any traction either.
- 13:50Speaker 2: It seemed to be that.
- 13:51Speaker 1: This photo was buried too far deep in his photo
- 13:54Speaker 1: dump on TikTok and people aren't particularly interested in his life.
- 13:58Speaker 2: So no one was swiping through.
- 13:59Speaker 1: That was until influencer watchdog account Influencer Updates AU picked
- 14:04Speaker 1: up on the story and it started spreading like wildfire.
- 14:08Speaker 1: From there, mainstream media picked up on the story and
- 14:11Speaker 1: people started speculating whether Tammy was really pregnant or whether
- 14:15Speaker 1: this was just some gross prank.
- 14:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, there were some fans that were excited
- 14:19Speaker 4: at the prospect of her being pregnant again, while others
- 14:22Speaker 4: were not so happy. One person wrote, this is something
- 14:25Speaker 4: that should never be joked about, while another said, absolutely diabolical.
- 14:29Speaker 4: Another person asked if it was pregnancy rage baiting, while
- 14:32Speaker 4: others suggested it was done in a bid to stay relevant.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Oh, I think that hit the nail on the head there. Yeah.
- 14:38Speaker 4: Now, amid the backlash, Grayson updated the title of the
- 14:42Speaker 4: photo dump, which originally said favorite song at the moment,
- 14:45Speaker 4: to fun waver joke.
- 14:48Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but I agree. This is absolutely diabolical behavior.
- 14:52Speaker 1: It is so attention seeking. I mean, this guy was
- 14:55Speaker 1: already a walking red flag. But to me, this just
- 14:58Speaker 1: makes it even worse that he's trying to drop these
- 15:02Speaker 1: fake pregnancy rumors just so that he can go off
- 15:04Speaker 1: on TikTok. Like, what the fuck? Look, I know he's
- 15:06Speaker 1: only 23. But surely over his time, he has seen
- 15:10Speaker 1: other influencers get in hot water over insensitive pranks like this.
- 15:14Speaker 1: It's like, this isn't something new. Other people have done
- 15:17Speaker 1: this before. Well, Tammy was obviously involved in it too, though,
- 15:19Speaker 1: because she was the one who filled out the form
- 15:22Speaker 1: on her phone and posed for said picture.
- 15:24Speaker 4: Well, another person who didn't see the fun side of
- 15:27Speaker 4: this joke was Tammy's former sister-in-law, Emma Zukowski.
- 15:30Speaker 1: So.
- 15:31Speaker 4: Under a post that we actually made about Grayson's admission,
- 15:35Speaker 4: she wrote, everyday people around the world are struggling with
- 15:38Speaker 4: IVF and conception, dealing with an incredibly emotional and difficult journey.
- 15:43Speaker 4: To turn something that affects so many people into a
- 15:45Speaker 4: joke purely for media attention says a lot about the
- 15:48Speaker 4: level of maturity of everyone involved.
- 15:51Speaker 5: Now, I could not agree more with Emma.
- 15:54Speaker 4: It's incredibly insensitive as we've touched upon, but especially when
- 15:57Speaker 4: you consider the that Matt Sikowsky has bravely opened up
- 16:01Speaker 4: in the past about his own infertility.
- 16:03Speaker 5: I know Tammy and Matt are no longer.
- 16:05Speaker 4: Together, but surely at the very least you would be
- 16:07Speaker 4: respectful enough not to make a pregnancy joke with your
- 16:10Speaker 4: new boyfriend, particularly when Tammy and Matt both spoke about
- 16:14Speaker 4: how they were investigating IVF options quite recently.
- 16:17Speaker 2: But everything they do is so attention-seeking.
- 16:20Speaker 5: Like, I'm not surprised by this.
- 16:21Speaker 4: To me, this is just another sign of Grayson's intentions.
- 16:24Speaker 4: I mean, he clearly is... chasing clout and attention. And
- 16:27Speaker 4: I don't know how Tammy can't see through it. It's
- 16:30Speaker 4: because she doesn't want to. She doesn't want to see
- 16:32Speaker 4: the reality of what's going on.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 16:34Speaker 4: And I mean, her intentions are matching up with his
- 16:36Speaker 4: at the moment because she knows how to play her
- 16:39Speaker 4: followers and the media. As someone commented on our post,
- 16:42Speaker 4: she knows how to generate headlines like the Kardashians.
- 16:45Speaker 5: So maybe this is just her at the end of
- 16:47Speaker 5: the day.
- 16:48Speaker 1: This is the third time that Tammy has baited pregnancy
- 16:51Speaker 1: this year, because remember when she spoke about putting on
- 16:54Speaker 1: weight at the start of the year and people thought
- 16:56Speaker 1: she was dropping subtle clues because she had this special
- 16:59Speaker 1: doctor's appointment and she's going to reveal more. And then
- 17:02Speaker 1: around the time that she launched her relationship with Grayson
- 17:06Speaker 1: at a premiere, there was a video going viral where
- 17:10Speaker 1: she was in the background of her sister Amy's daily
- 17:12Speaker 1: vlog on TikTok saying, oh, something about being pregnant.
- 17:16Speaker 2: But then they were like, no, no, she wasn't saying
- 17:18Speaker 2: she was pregnant. She was saying her sister was pregnant, who,
- 17:20Speaker 2: side note, isn't pregnant.
- 17:22Speaker 4: And she also came out to the media recently in
- 17:24Speaker 4: an interview and said that she and Grayson had discussed
- 17:26Speaker 4: the prospect.
- 17:27Speaker 5: Of having a baby together.
- 17:29Speaker 1: It's so odd to me that they would do this
- 17:31Speaker 1: because her comment section on TikTok is always flooded by, oh,
- 17:34Speaker 1: is this the new baby daddy? Like it's become a
- 17:36Speaker 1: joke with her haters. And it's like they're just feeding
- 17:40Speaker 1: into it more. If anything, this sort of behaviour is,
- 17:43Speaker 1: feeds into those rumors a couple of weeks ago that
- 17:46Speaker 1: maybe things aren't financially great with Tammy Hembrough. That's why
- 17:50Speaker 1: she's having to go to the extent of pregnancy baiting
- 17:54Speaker 1: so that people tune back into her life. It didn't
- 17:57Speaker 1: work with the 23-year-old boyfriend. No one gives a shit
- 17:59Speaker 1: about him because he's clearly a clout chaser. But people
- 18:02Speaker 1: really seem to be interested in her being pregnant and
- 18:05Speaker 1: this whole storyline about how she's a mother. So maybe
- 18:08Speaker 1: she thinks this is good for business. It's good for
- 18:11Speaker 1: brand Tammy Hembrough because As we touched on a couple
- 18:13Speaker 1: of weeks ago, she's having to sell her house.
- 18:15Speaker 2: We don't know where she's going yet.
- 18:16Speaker 1: And that's what sparked these rumours that perhaps things aren't
- 18:20Speaker 1: financially good for her at the moment.
- 18:22Speaker 4: Was, of course, also off the back of her activewear
- 18:24Speaker 4: brand shutting down. It certainly is interesting timing when you
- 18:28Speaker 4: also consider the fact that Grayson's post was shared the
- 18:31Speaker 4: day after Tammy's ex and baby daddy, Rhys Hawkins... Todd
- 18:35Speaker 4: launched his new relationship with swimwear model Irene Aragi. So
- 18:39Speaker 4: Reese shared a photo with his new girlfriend in a
- 18:41Speaker 4: photo dump entitled Life Lately. Irene ended up resharing the
- 18:46Speaker 4: photo on her Instagram story and wrote, this man makes
- 18:48Speaker 4: me happy with a blue love heart. And this is
- 18:51Speaker 4: very on brand for Tammy because anytime Reese seems to
- 18:54Speaker 4: get a girlfriend or do something big, she then tries
- 18:58Speaker 4: to steer the attention back on herself. And the last
- 19:01Speaker 4: time Reese went public with a girlfriend was when he
- 19:03Speaker 4: hard launched fitness influencer Liv Kelly. And the announcement came
- 19:08Speaker 4: off the back of growing speculation that Reese and Tammy
- 19:11Speaker 4: had rekindled their romance following her divorce announcement. Funnily enough,
- 19:16Speaker 4: those rumors were sparked by Tammy herself after she shared
- 19:19Speaker 4: this family reunion TikTok, which featured Reese herself and their
- 19:24Speaker 4: two kids. She then went on to share a bunch
- 19:26Speaker 4: of other vision from her and Reese on different outings
- 19:30Speaker 4: with the kids. There was, of course, that infamous footage
- 19:33Speaker 4: on Snapchat of him drinking out of Matt Sikowsky's glass
- 19:37Speaker 4: on their porch as well.
- 19:38Speaker 1: The most wild thing is that they actually did go
- 19:42Speaker 1: on a date around that time. Tammy mentioned it on
- 19:45Speaker 1: her sister's podcast, and it seemed like Tammy was quite
- 19:49Speaker 1: keen to rekindle her relationship with Rhys. Again, I wonder
- 19:52Speaker 1: if that's because she knows it's good for brand Tammy
- 19:55Speaker 1: Hembrough or whether she genuinely wanted.
- 19:57Speaker 5: To be with him. Well, this has all been brewing
- 19:59Speaker 5: in the background.
- 20:00Speaker 4: Things appear to be getting serious with Matt Sikowsky and
- 20:03Speaker 4: his new girlfriend, Charlotte Lee Harvey. So just a couple
- 20:06Speaker 4: of weeks ago, the pair were papped kissing on the
- 20:09Speaker 4: streets of Melbourne after a breakfast date. Matt has since
- 20:12Speaker 4: come out on his podcast and said he did not
- 20:14Speaker 4: call the paps. He's denying it. And his case is
- 20:17Speaker 4: that he would never have called the paps because he
- 20:19Speaker 4: was wearing skinny jeans. He said, you'll know if he
- 20:22Speaker 4: calls the paps because he'll be wearing skinny Baggy jeans.
- 20:25Speaker 2: I don't know if I'm buying that.
- 20:26Speaker 1: I think he still did call the paps, particularly after
- 20:29Speaker 1: he did the tell-all with the Daily Mail. Clearly he
- 20:32Speaker 1: tipped them off. Maybe he means he didn't get paid
- 20:34Speaker 1: for it. Maybe he just told them he was going
- 20:36Speaker 1: to be there but didn't actually exchange money for the photos.
- 20:39Speaker 1: I actually thought what he said on his and Anna's
- 20:41Speaker 1: podcast was hilarious about the skinny jeans, but he's hardly
- 20:44Speaker 1: going to admit that he called the paps on himself.
- 20:47Speaker 5: Who would?
- 20:47Speaker 4: He's got to say something about it. It's good content.
- 20:50Speaker 2: You'd try and throw people off the scent, wouldn't you?
- 20:52Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 20:53Speaker 4: Well, it's lovely because it seems like things are going
- 20:55Speaker 4: well between Matt and Charlotte because he's now rocking her
- 20:58Speaker 4: initial permanently on his wrist. Now, don't worry, it's not
- 21:02Speaker 4: a tattoo, but it's a soldered permanent bracelet by Sarah
- 21:05Speaker 4: and Sebastian. So he shared an Instagram story of him
- 21:09Speaker 4: getting a new gold bracelet soldered to his wrist. If
- 21:12Speaker 4: you zoomed in, you could see it was a tiny
- 21:15Speaker 4: C for Charlotte. And this is very significant. Because Matt
- 21:19Speaker 4: and Tammy got the same matching bracelets with each other's
- 21:22Speaker 4: initials on to celebrate their one-year relationship anniversary. And despite
- 21:27Speaker 4: breaking up in February 2025, it took Matt nine months
- 21:31Speaker 4: to replace the T on his bracelet with a Z
- 21:34Speaker 4: for Zukowski. Apparently, his friends and family kept asking him
- 21:37Speaker 4: when he was going to remove the bracelet and he
- 21:39Speaker 4: told them he was waiting for it to fall off.
- 21:42Speaker 4: And clearly, it was quite meaningful to him because he
- 21:45Speaker 4: spoke on his podcast about how it was the one
- 21:48Speaker 4: last thing that still connected him and Tammy and that
- 21:51Speaker 4: Tammy was still wearing hers. However, when the bracelet finally
- 21:55Speaker 4: snagged on something at work, he ended up replacing it.
- 21:58Speaker 4: And we spoke about it at the time, but he
- 22:00Speaker 4: got so emotional in store when they removed the tee
- 22:03Speaker 4: that he had to have a bit of counselling from
- 22:05Speaker 4: the retail worker who ended up DMing him later saying,
- 22:09Speaker 4: are you okay?
- 22:10Speaker 2: Look, who doesn't love a bit of Sarah and Sebastian?
- 22:12Speaker 1: I don't have an issue with him getting the same bracelet.
- 22:14Speaker 1: I'm just glad he hasn't got her initials on his ass.
- 22:16Speaker 1: I mean, I think that that's a good move.
- 22:18Speaker 5: Not yet, at least.
- 22:20Speaker 4: I don't know. I think I'd feel a little bit
- 22:21Speaker 4: funny about it, particularly if it was this really special
- 22:23Speaker 4: thing that you did with your ex-wife and then it's like, oh,
- 22:26Speaker 4: I'll just replace the letter and now I'll get yours
- 22:28Speaker 4: on there.
- 22:30Speaker 6: I am sorry to those of you that feel like
- 22:33Speaker 6: my content has changed, but I do just film the
- 22:36Speaker 6: days and the bits that I enjoy filming.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Zoe Ray admits she feels lost and confused about what
- 22:42Speaker 1: to share on YouTube. after her OG subscribers called her
- 22:46Speaker 1: out for no longer sharing relatable content. The longtime subscribers
- 22:50Speaker 1: hit out in the comment section, criticizing Molly Mae's sister
- 22:53Speaker 1: for constantly name-dropping products and sharing too many ads. Now, Soph,
- 22:58Speaker 1: before we get into the drama, can you bring listeners
- 23:01Speaker 1: up to speed on who Zoe is? Well, as you mentioned,
- 23:04Speaker 1: she is the older sister of UK mega-influencer Molly Mae Hagen.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Something that initially surprised me about Zoe is was that
- 23:12Speaker 1: she was part of the British army for five years.
- 23:14Speaker 1: So she joined the army when.
- 23:16Speaker 2: She was 22. It's where she met her husband, Danny.
- 23:20Speaker 1: And it was during her time in the army that
- 23:21Speaker 1: she decided to follow in Molly's footsteps and start up.
- 23:24Speaker 2: Her own YouTube channel. She didn't share that often on there.
- 23:28Speaker 1: It was just blogs here and there about her fitness
- 23:31Speaker 1: competitions that she would enter and just.
- 23:33Speaker 2: Her everyday life.
- 23:35Speaker 1: And I mean, it showed how starkly different her life
- 23:38Speaker 1: was to her sister. She lived in a very small apartment,
- 23:41Speaker 1: On the weekends, she and Danny would drive up to
- 23:43Speaker 1: the Lake District for camping trips and they would occasionally
- 23:46Speaker 1: film fitness competitions. And because Zoe often appeared in the
- 23:50Speaker 1: background of Molly's vlogs, people became curious about her life
- 23:53Speaker 1: and there was demand for her to start sharing more videos.
- 23:57Speaker 1: And she quickly started generating hundreds of thousands of views
- 24:00Speaker 1: on her channel. And with that, brand deals obviously started
- 24:03Speaker 1: rolling in too. Now in 2023, she decided to leave
- 24:07Speaker 1: the army to become a full-time content creator and She
- 24:10Speaker 1: now has 172,000 subscribers on YouTube and 704,000 on Instagram.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Her husband now has also left the army to start
- 24:20Speaker 1: up his own influencer career. So they offer now vlog together.
- 24:25Speaker 1: And I think what people really seem to love about
- 24:27Speaker 1: Zoe was her relatability and that she just seemed like
- 24:30Speaker 1: an ordinary girl.
- 24:32Speaker 2: I mean, a lot of brands wanted.
- 24:33Speaker 1: To work with her off the bat because she was
- 24:35Speaker 1: viewed as this more relatable Molly Mae. Yeah, she was
- 24:38Speaker 1: almost the more affordable Molly Mae for brands to work with.
- 24:41Speaker 2: I mean, it's crazy.
- 24:42Speaker 1: She will have a million followers on Instagram very shortly.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Like her follower count has grown substantially. And I think
- 24:49Speaker 1: a lot of it also comes down to the fact
- 24:51Speaker 1: that she appeared on Molly May's documentary.
- 24:54Speaker 5: So she gained a lot of followers then.
- 24:55Speaker 1: People fell in love with her on there because she
- 24:58Speaker 1: told it straight to Molly and she was not a
- 25:00Speaker 1: fan of Tommy Fury, which would be very awkward now
- 25:03Speaker 1: that they are back together. It's interesting because fast forward
- 25:06Speaker 1: now to 2026 and Zoe's life has vastly changed from
- 25:09Speaker 1: the army days.
- 25:10Speaker 2: She's a full-time influencer.
- 25:12Speaker 1: She and her husband recently built a brand new house
- 25:15Speaker 1: around Cheshire and she now shares a lot of day
- 25:18Speaker 1: in the life videos where she talks about her beauty
- 25:21Speaker 1: routine and She drops a lot of brands that she
- 25:23Speaker 1: works with.
- 25:24Speaker 2: She also goes.
- 25:25Speaker 1: On a lot of brand trips, one which she recently
- 25:27Speaker 1: enlisted a stylist for. I would say she's also become
- 25:31Speaker 1: one of those cozy influencers whose life looks very relaxing.
- 25:34Speaker 2: I know she's a favorite of yours, Amy.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I love her content so much so that I
- 25:38Speaker 1: even find myself watching her husband Danny's videos, which are
- 25:42Speaker 1: just all about high rocks, like just to get like
- 25:44Speaker 1: a glimpse of her and a glimpse into their lifestyle.
- 25:47Speaker 1: But as someone who has followed her from day dot,
- 25:50Speaker 1: I have seen a real change in her content. It
- 25:53Speaker 1: used to be all about high rocks and all the challenges,
- 25:55Speaker 1: as you said, Soph. And now it is quite reminiscent
- 25:58Speaker 1: of Molly's, but I really enjoy it. If I was
- 26:00Speaker 1: Zoe's friend, aka her publicist, I would be saying that
- 26:05Speaker 1: they are the ultimate dinks. That's how I'd sell the
- 26:08Speaker 1: content because I sometimes sit and watch it. I'm like,
- 26:10Speaker 1: oh my God, their life looks so relaxing. Like they're
- 26:12Speaker 1: able to go on all of these trips. They have
- 26:14Speaker 1: their dog Otis. Like it's, I love that little insight
- 26:18Speaker 1: into it. Yeah. But I think people are just getting jealous.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Like this is, it's tall poppy syndrome at its finest.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Like they've moved into their new home. They now have
- 26:26Speaker 1: this enviable life and people are going, wait a sec.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Why do you get all of this? You're just like me.
- 26:31Speaker 1: And it's like, well, What did you expect? She's got
- 26:33Speaker 1: over 700,000 followers on Instagram. It was actually a recent
- 26:36Speaker 1: vlog of Zoe's that sparked all the drama. So at
- 26:39Speaker 1: the end of one of her videos, she apologized to
- 26:42Speaker 1: her audience for the lack of consistency on YouTube. So
- 26:45Speaker 1: she usually uploads videos every Sunday. She hadn't posted for
- 26:49Speaker 1: a couple of weeks. And she explained that she was in.
- 26:52Speaker 4: A bit of a YouTube rut and that she didn't
- 26:54Speaker 4: know what people wanted to see on her channel at
- 26:57Speaker 4: the moment. She also spoke about how she had a
- 26:59Speaker 4: lot of other work going on in the background and
- 27:01Speaker 4: that YouTube had taken a backseat, which She admitted it
- 27:04Speaker 4: wasn't like her as YouTube is usually her number one priority.
- 27:08Speaker 4: A lot of her OG subscribers saw this as an
- 27:10Speaker 4: open invitation to critique her channel. So one subscriber wrote,
- 27:15Speaker 4: I don't get as excited for your vlogs anymore as
- 27:17Speaker 4: every time I go on Instagram, it seems like every
- 27:20Speaker 4: post is an ad and it's such boring things as well.
- 27:22Speaker 4: Then brand trips and beauty content is not something we
- 27:25Speaker 4: all fell in love with and wanted to see as
- 27:28Speaker 4: everyone else is doing it. I understand earning money, but
- 27:30Speaker 4: you have such bigger potential than that. Also with your reach,
- 27:34Speaker 4: hoping for more fitness and not ads content again. Another
- 27:37Speaker 4: said your golden era of YouTubing that I was hooked
- 27:40Speaker 4: every week was when you lived in your old flat
- 27:42Speaker 4: and Danny lived away for six months while still in
- 27:44Speaker 4: the army and your vlogs would take us with you
- 27:47Speaker 4: around the supermarket buying your dinner in B & M,
- 27:50Speaker 4: showing us cooking dinner, showing your morning workouts, maybe doing
- 27:53Speaker 4: a few jobs around the house.
- 27:54Speaker 2: Perfect comfort viewing.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Yeah, so if you could just have your husband go
- 27:59Speaker 1: away again and not be as successful, that would be
- 28:02Speaker 1: fantastic for my Sunday night viewing.
- 28:03Speaker 5: And also move back to your old place.
- 28:05Speaker 2: That'd be great.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Well, another person said, to be honest, the brand slash
- 28:08Speaker 1: product name dropping constantly is so boring. and seems really superficial.
- 28:12Speaker 1: I saw in another comment, you said you weren't selling
- 28:14Speaker 1: anything in the video, but it seems like all you
- 28:16Speaker 1: do is talk about products that you've bought slash received.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Not everyone is looking to consume all the time, but
- 28:21Speaker 1: maybe that's just me. So it seems like a bit
- 28:24Speaker 1: of tall poppy syndrome is going on. People aren't pleased
- 28:27Speaker 1: that she's getting these massive brand deals. In saying that though,
- 28:30Speaker 1: I can kind of see where people are coming from.
- 28:33Speaker 1: There's nothing worse. And we touched upon this in the
- 28:35Speaker 1: Georgia Richards topic when your favorite influencer said, suddenly makes
- 28:39Speaker 1: it and then all they want to do is push.
- 28:41Speaker 5: Ads to you.
- 28:42Speaker 1: True.
- 28:43Speaker 4: The art of being a good influencer is having enough
- 28:46Speaker 4: organic content that you can then put an ad here
- 28:49Speaker 4: and there and it doesn't disrupt the connection that you
- 28:52Speaker 4: have with your audience.
- 28:53Speaker 1: Yeah, I get where you're coming from, Kate, because as
- 28:55Speaker 1: you said, I think the people really bought into her
- 28:58Speaker 1: old lifestyle and they liked the fact that she felt
- 29:00Speaker 1: like one of us. She wasn't as far removed as
- 29:04Speaker 1: her sister and Now, following the onslaught of comments, Zoe
- 29:07Speaker 1: addressed them in the following week's YouTube video. So she
- 29:10Speaker 1: said that she found the comments very upsetting as they
- 29:13Speaker 1: affirmed what she thought. And she felt like she had
- 29:16Speaker 1: been letting her longtime followers down because they're used to
- 29:20Speaker 1: seeing a particular type of content.
- 29:22Speaker 2: Let's take a listen to more of what she said.
- 29:23Speaker 6: I feel like I'm addressing an elephant in the room.
- 29:26Speaker 6: I'm not really. It's just something I just wanted to
- 29:28Speaker 6: get off my chest. And I am so aware that
- 29:30Speaker 6: my content over the years has definitely changed, um, I
- 29:34Speaker 6: guess I've changed, my circumstances have changed, my job has changed.
- 29:40Speaker 6: When I first started YouTube I was in the army,
- 29:42Speaker 6: I wasn't very happy. Danny and I lived an hour
- 29:45Speaker 6: away from the Lake District, we worked Monday to Friday
- 29:47Speaker 6: and then we had our weekends and we always used
- 29:49Speaker 6: the weekends to escape the garrison and army life so
- 29:53Speaker 6: we were off to the Lake District all the time
- 29:54Speaker 6: so it was very easy for me to film that
- 29:55Speaker 6: style of content. I miss it. I miss being obsessed
- 29:58Speaker 6: with fitness the way I used to be. So I
- 30:01Speaker 6: guess I'm just trying to find my way at the
- 30:03Speaker 6: minute and figure out what it is that I enjoy
- 30:07Speaker 6: and what it is that I like.
- 30:09Speaker 4: I know being an influencer is viewed as being a
- 30:11Speaker 4: bit of a cruisy job and you know you get
- 30:13Speaker 4: a lot of perks but the downside is pretty massive
- 30:18Speaker 4: when you consider that once you start becoming successful no
- 30:22Speaker 4: one wants to know about it and people just demand
- 30:25Speaker 4: that you continue to stay the same. It just seems
- 30:28Speaker 4: impossible because it's like in order to to actually make
- 30:32Speaker 4: influencing a full-time gig, you have to push ads. But
- 30:35Speaker 4: then people don't want that. So are we going to
- 30:38Speaker 4: see an influx of only part-time influencers? Because that's the
- 30:41Speaker 4: only way it seems like you're going to make your
- 30:43Speaker 4: audience happy these days.
- 30:45Speaker 1: What stands out to me is it's often the OG
- 30:48Speaker 1: subscribers or followers who are hardest on said influencer. Like
- 30:52Speaker 1: in the case of Zoe Ray, they feel like they
- 30:55Speaker 1: know her better than she knows herself. And they're telling her,
- 30:58Speaker 1: you've changed. This isn't really you. You really should enjoy
- 31:02Speaker 1: fitness more. Why are we seeing you enjoying beauty products?
- 31:06Speaker 1: When in reality, she's a multifaceted person. She has a
- 31:09Speaker 1: lot of different interests. And the difficult thing with a
- 31:12Speaker 1: lot of influencers who started their YouTube channels maybe a
- 31:15Speaker 1: decade ago is that you grow and change as a person.
- 31:17Speaker 1: I saw Smiley Citrus talking about this. She was really
- 31:20Speaker 1: worried when she had her son and she didn't want
- 31:22Speaker 1: her content to turn into like a mummy channel or
- 31:25Speaker 1: all about you know, her newborn. But unfortunately, when you
- 31:28Speaker 1: share about your life and you move through different stages,
- 31:30Speaker 1: your content is going to have to pivot and change
- 31:32Speaker 1: over time. You'll probably drop some followers and pick up
- 31:35Speaker 1: other followers. And Zoe said that it's quite interesting because
- 31:38Speaker 1: she always checks the analytics of her videos to see
- 31:41Speaker 1: which type of content performs well. And it's never the
- 31:44Speaker 1: fitness or camping content that does well. She said it's
- 31:47Speaker 1: her day in the life chatty content that she receives
- 31:50Speaker 1: mass views for.
- 31:52Speaker 2: So it does seem like.
- 31:53Speaker 1: It is a lot of her OGs who only followed
- 31:55Speaker 1: her for that particular genre of content who were.
- 31:58Speaker 2: Displeased about it.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Yeah, because most people who watch her content aren't probably
- 32:02Speaker 1: going to engage in the comment section and be like, oh,
- 32:04Speaker 1: you've done this fucking wrong. It's all the people, it's
- 32:06Speaker 1: the ride and dies, as you say, who are most critical. Yeah,
- 32:10Speaker 1: and that's because of the parasocial relationship they have.
- 32:12Speaker 4: So they actually think that they're friends and that they
- 32:15Speaker 4: have the right to be like, hang on, you've changed.
- 32:17Speaker 5: You used to be like this.
- 32:19Speaker 4: And often in friendships in your 20s, if someone changed
- 32:23Speaker 4: a lot, then you might just drift apart. And I
- 32:26Speaker 4: suppose that is kind of what happens with YouTubers. You
- 32:28Speaker 4: drift apart and then maybe they eventually get on the
- 32:32Speaker 4: same life stage as you and you enjoy following them again.
- 32:35Speaker 4: When you look at the psychology of it, it's quite
- 32:36Speaker 4: interesting because a lot of OG followers turn into an
- 32:40Speaker 4: influencer's biggest hater or troll because they follow this person
- 32:44Speaker 4: when at the time that person.
- 32:46Speaker 5: Reflected their life. So for a lot of these people.
- 32:49Speaker 1: Zoe working in a normal job in the army and
- 32:51Speaker 1: doing these fitness challenges, that represented them at that particular
- 32:54Speaker 1: point of their life.
- 32:55Speaker 2: And they felt like they could connect with her. But
- 32:57Speaker 2: now that she's moving.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Away from that, they get angry about it and they
- 33:02Speaker 1: now hate follow. And they think, oh, well, she thinks
- 33:04Speaker 1: she's better than us. She's become too confident. She's too
- 33:07Speaker 1: famous now.
- 33:08Speaker 2: And then they turn into trolls.
- 33:09Speaker 5: Yeah, it really is quite a vicious cycle.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Well, I think that is all we have time for today.
