- Jamie: But if you want to risk it for a biscuit, go for it. He's probably the worst quarterback in NFL, Bo Nix right now. no, I've done it again. I've it again. Liam: you're gonna pick against Jamie: Like. Liam: I want to park that Browns game. Jamie: OK, it doesn't exist, Liam: Do you listen to them? Jamie: Only listen to Forth and T, find us all on every single platform possible. Liam: Fine wine. that hamstring injury gave me the ick. Jamie: cool, yeah, yeah, that is fair. Liam: big baby B tech Drake man. What's up, Forth and T, it's another pod, welcome. It is the week seven preview show with myself, Liam, and my fellow host, Jamie, who is back from the abyss. How you doing, mate? Jamie: Good good to be back nice Monday off feels good. It was yeah, it was quite nice And Mondays sound like a good, it's probably the best show I think you've done so far. Liam: Well, mate, I won't lie, my voice is very hoarse after going to the London game. Look, big up London Jamie: I could tell, yeah. Liam: again. London is ready, right? But big up London again. It was really good. I just need more home atmosphere. I know that there's like a lot more going on with their NFL stuff in London and Jags might not be here for the long run anymore, but still got the Lawrence jersey. They've done us well. And yeah, I'm just, I'm just, you know, that's just where I'm at. So yeah, London was awesome. But anyway, apart from that, had a great little pod with James. It's nice to see that boy. Although the AI covers, there's a bit of controversy. Is it James? Is it Jamie? Is Liam old? Is Liam young? Jamie: I thought it done you a favor, you know, what can you say about me? Liam: Strong. Jamie: and James has, James is one with a much better beard. think you he's Kinect. Liam: Mate, I think I've got a decent, nice facial covering. Jamie: Yours is fine, I'm about a minor mistake. Anyway, that's one for the video watchers. Liam: Cool. That's one for the video watchers. So we say every week, we're a new podcast until we're not. And we're going to do a quick rundown of the week seven preview show. So we're going to start by going through each of the games, a tiny preview, the betting line, and our pick for each game. We're then going to jump into each of our wild takes of the week. They're wild, trust me. We're then gonna go into our Forkum segment. Each week we chuck a new team onto the pile that isn't gonna make their playoffs. Although every time we pick a team at the minute, they win the next game week. And then we're gonna go into our final segment of Fantasy Players to Avoid. So without further ado, ready Jamie? Jamie: Ready. Liam: Big ready. Big noise, It's the first game of the week. It is Thursday night football and it is the New England Patriots who are four and two at the Chicago Bears who are four and two. Bears favored by 2.5 points. Betting spreads provided by Bet365. So, big game, big win for the schedule makers. The Bears, They look like they're back with Caleb Williams and Drake May is in his flow. He has found the confidence that took them to the Superbowl last year without even talking about the schedule. So Caleb Williams is back from the baby little hamstring injury. Jamie, what was your impression of him? think, no, end of the world. Jamie: no... no... Season ending injury out for two weeks... bless. Liam: is back with a vengeance 30 out of 36 passes for over 300 yards to be the upstart Atlanta Falcons and he completed his first 12 passes straight. But Drake May 18 of 32, 18 of 32. He is finding receivers that I think we said the other week, you're not even you didn't really know who they was before the season. So Drake May He is like the, I don't want to say BTEC and offend anybody Jamie, because you know, we're both educationally challenged, but you know, he's the BTEC Josh Allen. So I don't know, New England Patriots struggling at wide receiver though, Romeo Dubs hit the IR and, and AJ Brown. I don't know. Last week, he, he didn't look like AJ Brown. So Jamie: Do you watch your joints horrendous? He's my fantasy, like first pickup bill, obviously, because that connection with May and booty last season, thought, level up AJ Brown. Obviously then he went, I ruined that for, know, for this week's come back and he's like, he had like nine targets and he called it twice. And honestly, he should have caught them all. I'll give him one, but like he should have caught them all. And like Drake May's 18 out of 32 from last week, like it should have been a lot higher and he should have. got a lot more yards but like damn yeah and he found him but Liam: Yeah, well, that's their number one wide receiver, right? You've got to step up. yeah, I think they're gonna get I think you'll get back there might be bit of a bounce back game. mean, I don't know. It's a double. So both these two defenses are Jamie: It is a tough one, both 4 and 2. Liam: actually also ranking as top seven defenses. So this is like a really, this is a high, high profile game. For me, Caleb has looked like he is what Ben Johnson wants and what he planned for for the year. And I can see it. I can see that unleashing at home. The run games always been there. And now the passing games back, which Which way are you leaning towards this one, Jamie? Jamie: I got, can we just shout out dubes going on IR. So obviously shout Liam: Shout out to dupes. Jamie: out dubes. he was when AJ Brown went down, I then went and got dubs. dubs is now down. So I've got AJ Brown back in the lock up. Really good. Yeah. Liam: DOOBS has actually been doing good in fantasy and I think he's a by-lo for when they come back because if AJ Brown isn't clicking, DOOBS, DOOBS, Jamie: Dooms. Liam: DOOBS was starting to clean up. So yeah. Jamie: It's a, it's a really tough one to predict. And yeah, I mean, it's a proper prime time game that you want, isn't it? Like this, as you said, like schedule makers have smashed it both forward to go into this. said both top seven defenses, Patriots offense, finally clicking Chicago got their pieces back or their main piece back. Obviously I think my nun guys still out something like that. Isn't it? Liam: Manungai looks like he's week to week, yeah. Jamie: So it's, it is a toss of a coin. And from our predictions, our waveform predictions last week, I mean, we can't do any worse. But I'm going to stick my neck out. I'm gonna go for the home team. I'm gonna go Chicago Bears. Just literally, only because they're at home. I think you wanted them as well. We agreed too much last week. That's why I went in there first and got them. Liam: You know what's great about this, Jamie. Jamie: Yeah. Liam: I'm going with big baby B tech Drake man. Let's go. You Jamie: Nice. Liam: know, you know what? just that that hamstring injury gave me the ick. Jamie: cool, yeah, yeah, that is fair. Liam: And you know what, cool. Simply put, Jamie's going with the Bears, I'm going with the Patriots. And well, I guess I'm going with them to beat the spread because it's Bears that are favorite. So yeah, On to the next one. And it is in Paris. I don't know what to say about that, but it's in Paris and it is the Pittsburgh Steelers. who also a foreign to, technically at home for the New Orleans Saints. Steelers favored by 3.5 on the road. Jamie. Jamie: Yeah, I mean, where'd start in Paris? That is... It's an interesting one as the current circumstances. Obviously, first regular season game in Paris. Probably not the greatest of circumstances to be going there. Hope everything's okay, everyone's okay, you know. I actually am hoping the Saints aren't going to be okay because... They look quite good against the giants. straight points. They look dangerous. I expected more out of the giants. They sort of flopped. You go listen to Monday show, listen to James giving his review for it. Again, it's actually Steelers. I think I maybe I went for them negatively too much. think now Rogers has got Jeremy. He does doesn't he trust him. He said he's already passed every single press conference, Rogers is doing, he's bringing him up. saying like, he's passed this, he's done this, he's got his guy and it's not Pittman, it's not Metcalf, it's this Jeremy Bernard, know, Jeremy Bernard, you know, what a guy. And Liam: Jeremy Bernard? Jamie: I'll just look at the rest of their injuries. Obviously, yeah, Michael Pittman's out, Robert Wilson's still out, now he's on IR. So, but then for the Saints, they haven't got a running game, but Tyler Shucks stepping up, making plays when he needs to. defense isn't doing too badly. Pittsburgh went to Tampa Bay off the back of their first win of the season and then took them down to overtime. His face just milked the clock and they looked really controlled and methodical and it looked really good. And I want the Saints to lose. So you know where this is going. I'm going for the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road. Liam: gosh, nice. You know what? What has happened to this New Orleans team? Jamie: They are, they might be the weirdest team this season. Liam: think so. You look at like, who they're they're beat. Look at them in Detroit, first game of the year. That was so good. And then, and then you get what they what they've got, you know, last week, and I don't know, you're nearly losing a game that you're like 34 points up against the Giants without their starting quarterback, and they're back up throwing like interceptions. So I mean, they have ignited a fire in New York, they're screaming for Nine? What did James say? Two times nine is 18. That's what's happened because of this Saints team. So I don't know what to say. Surely the Rock's got to stop. And I don't know. So Jamie, does the Steelers going to overtime with Tampa and sneaking it give you that confidence? Jamie: It does, it's strange enough it actually does. I don't know, I can't trust this Saints team. I know it's so weird. Obviously they went to New York, got their win. went to beat Baltimore in their own back garden as well. So like they're they're a good team, took lines all the way. He went for the two points of rolling and probably getting a tie in the end of it as well. So like that's one of their losses. Vikings at home always tough defensively. Yeah. Saints aren't a bad team, but I just think. Who's more supported? Maybe, I'm thinking maybe the Steelers will be. Good fan base in the UK, good fan base in Ireland. Just a little journey to Paris. Rogers Liam: Pari! Jamie: on his final tour, international game, bit of A-Rod's, Jeremy Burnett. How do you not? Liam: Right. Got to call it then Jamie. you've called it? You said the Steelers? Jamie: I've called it. I'm getting stalers. Who have you got? Liam: Unfortunately, I'm calling the same as you. Jamie: Ugh. Liam: Sorry. Not, unfortunately. Jamie: Unfortunately. Liam: I think it came down to this for me. Saints have lost probably their actual home field advantage by going to Paris. And I don't know how good the traveling is going to be with the weirdness that's going on in France and Paris right now. And the... Steelers running game and Warren who has stepped up, they're playing the worst run defense in the league. And I think it's going to come down to that. So for me, Steelers, is. Next one. And it's a big one. It's the Liam Marshall government official name versus Manke Manke Jamie Ball. Jamie: What? Liam: And it is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, my beautiful pirate boys, against Jamie's tiny little Carolina Panther boys, okay? One and five Buccaneers against the three and two Panthers. The Panthers are favored by 3.5 points. Jamie, hit me with it. Jamie: do you know what? We do have notes, right? Pod Darby. What a brilliant name that is, I've seen. Liam: That's a much better name, the Pod Bowl. Pod Bowl. Jamie: hot bowl. got the NFC South leaders, obviously winners. We won it last season as well. Leading it again. We're getting pieces back off of IR. We had all these injuries. We're getting them back. Hoka was back in, played well. He admitted it himself. He dropped a few passes against the Eagles. Recently we could have scored about 40 plus. It wasn't for the officials. throwing the flag every two seconds in that game, costing us about 150 yards in the process. But what a good game. Do you know what? Well, maybe it's not a good game. This is a game where I can Liam: Hahaha. Jamie: see if for me it's like a prove it game for the Panthers because last season we lost both home and away against the Saints. They ended up finishing bottom, like four wins of the season, something like that. Liam: Yeah. Jamie: And this one feels like, again, another little sort of Is it a game where it's like, backup quarterback, not looking great. Bukka's, you know, getting the majority basically of, you know, of scoring drives 16 home against the Steelers, one and five. But then you've gone to, you've gone to Dallas and won. Liam: We've only got road performances in the bank at this point, so maybe the road's our friend. Jamie: So, mean, I have to back the Panthers in this one really, you go on form, go on Bryce, MV9, looking sensational. Just got to put a stat in here as well. Bryce Young, passing yards per game, 309. Next, Matt Stafford, not even 300, 294 per game. And the rest of them were just by the wayside. Bryce Young's playing at such an elite level, pocket presence for such a small man. You know, five foot nine. What a very, very small, small man. Liam: I, we can only dream of that Jamie. Jamie: You Liam: By we I mean me. Jamie: Yeah, so obviously I'm back in the boys, I'm back in the little cats, I'm back in the Panthers. Easy. Liam: Back in the pants, okay. Jamie: And what's it? 3.5? Yeah, easy. Liam: Yeah, the beaten the spreads. Got a score prediction? Jamie: cool. yeah, actually. Let me just, how many touchdown passes? Chubas got to have a run in, got to have a rushing one. Tommy Trimble's getting touchdown, Kocher might get one, the top. What's that? 33, 33, 33, 23. Liam: Wow. Fair play for the Bucks score that many. Yeah. Jamie: It's going to be 1512 on Phil Guptis isn't it? Liam: No, nice. think one, I'm going to just throw a couple of things in the Bucks corner. We're Jamie: Please do. Liam: not locked Jamie. I am going to be backing the Buccaneers. Jamie: Nice. Liam: Fourth best defense on EPA per play allowed this season, despite all the losing. But Todd Bowles has got to do something. He's got to throw it. This is going to. It's not what all teams in the NFL would class as a signature win, but I think the books would class this as a signature win. the who know? I mean, we're round. We're going to be getting to the time where Baker's going to come back. They're planning as if a J-Lar is starting, but maybe Baker comes back, maybe has a bit of a revenge on the Panthers. I don't know. But you know what, I'm just excited to see this one. We're not locked. You've got the Panthers and I've got the onto the next game and it's the San Francisco 49ers. Fine wine. Jamie: I'm Liam: Tastes as good as ever and only getting better. They are undefeated still at the Atlanta Falcons who are two and four. The 49ers are favored by 3.5 points. So straight off the bat, I am locking the fine wine 49ers. I am not gonna lock against these until I see something to prove otherwise. They are getting it done with the third, fourth, fifth, sixth man up after injuries are happening. Like they are finding a way no matter what. So yeah, they're one of the three unbeaten teams. Why should I doubt them? The Falcons. fumbles, not helping last week. Penix, it looked like they found a way to get at him in defense. They were sending the corner blitz and it was like Penix who actually is not as mobile as I think he looks, but that's probably to do with three ACL surgeries on the same knee. But the corner blitzes were just getting to him and landing. It just shut him down completely. So... That being said, I don't think there's a lot to say. The Niners defense are probably going to just do this Atlanta team if they can keep the interpenics like that anyway. And if it's not penics for any reason, I can't see a scenario how the Falcons can even compete with this team. What do you reckon, Jamie? Jamie: picture this. Penix goes down injured. Tua goes down hit concussion let's say because he likes them. Then who have they got? Andy Downton. The red rifles just signed. Right the red rifle against the Liam: The Red Rifle. Jamie: the red rifles. look at he's just what a beautiful man. It's unbelievable isn't it? Liam: He has got a beast of a hair. Hair do, hair. Jamie: a barnet. He's got a great barnet on him. I watched the fourth quarter of the 49ers commanders game. And if it wasn't for Jaden Daniels not having any pocket presence whatsoever, the commanders would have actually won. They would have beaten the 49ers. The defense just about stepped up, just done enough. Obviously they, 49ers last time out, they actually should have lost. should have lost. Dan Quinn forgot he was on fourth down. So he should have just got a field goal and they could have tied it. with another field goal late in the fourth quarter. Then they got Brock Purdy to not turn the ball over, but basically to only get eight yards. The system QB couldn't deliver when the 49ers offence needed them to. And again, Brock Purdy got bailed out by his defence and by Jayden Daniels just caught just making the wrong plays at the wrong time. So after all that, the 49ers are going to win this game. We're locked. Liam: You know what, Jamie, though? We're locked. It sounds, though, like you might be waiting for a good defense to come to town to lock against an ironis. Jamie: Yeah, but I thought the Seahawks would be that. Liam: I think the problem with the Seahawks is the turnovers though. That's then the problem Jamie: yet Liam: with I think if they tighten that up, think, well, like we said, they win that game. But yeah. Jamie: Yeah, yeah. think the 49ers are probably, you have to say they're the best team in the NFL right now. Injuries. Liam: I think the Chiefs are the best team. Jamie: They struggled against the charges. Liam: I think for me, because Kenneth Walker is such an X factor. I don't know what the individual Jamie: Then again, so do the bills. Yeah. Liam: X factor that can take over the game for the 49ers is. Okay, Jamie, on to the next game. And it is the Miami Dolphins who are one of the two fully defeated teams in the league at the New York Jets who are two and four, the Jets favored by 4.5 points. So it's in New Jersey, just over the river. The Dolphins. I mean what have they got to offer at this point? They're coming off the buy. they've only scored more than 13 points once. Jamie: that. Yeah. Liam: There's not a lot to sing and dance about about these dolphins. don't, they've done it deliberately. They're tanking, right? I did like, I listened to the pod. They called it the fish tank, which made me quite laugh. yeah. Jamie: Show out. Liam: Shout out to he the call. That's who it is. Do you listen to them? Jamie: Only listen to Forth and T, find us all on every single platform possible. Liam: like and subscribe or to download if you feel so inclined. But yeah. Yeah. And obviously Devon A turns out for the season very sad. The Jets lost to New England but they covered. Again, Omar Cooper Jr. He's come out the woodwork top pick up in fantasy this week. Not not much for me to say. There's not much to talk about Miami. We're going to probably talk about them in the offseason more to see how they can rebuild and Hopefully Jeff Haftley, not gonna get canned once he's been given this squad. The Jets go into three and four would be quite nice. And I'm gonna be locking up the Jets. mean, I Bryce Hall's questionable, I think, resting for this game unless, you know, get into a good place, your team into a good place. And I would just say, know, Adnan Mitchell as well, just don't bring back the starters, just try and beat them with what you've got from, you know. having covered the spread last week against the Patriots. Jamie: Yeah. Okay. I'm going to contradict myself later in the pod, but I'm all we're locking in the jets. Right. The jets should win this game. We'll get onto my wild take later, but Miami did the, well, I was going to say did the double. They beat them twice, home away last season. Well, they liked calling NFL. They did a sweep on the jets. That's what they've got going for them. and that's it. Liam: Perfect. You know what? Sometimes we don't need to talk about Teams for a long time. Jamie: I mean, this is one of those games where like, really silly, if the Jets don't win this, Aaron Glenn's seat is going to get rather. Liam: Yeah, I mean, who have we got at the minute? Dan Quinn, Todd Bowles, Hottie Seeds, and Aaron Glenn can't be too far off. we're both locking the Jets. Next game on the ballot, and it is the New York Giants, who are three, two, and one at the Houston Texans, who are fresh off their London win, who are now two and four. The Texans favored by a whopping 9.5 points. Jamie, what have ya? Jamie: I think the Texans are going to beat the spread. think this is going to be a high scoring for Houston Texans against the new giants. JJ McCarthy. I can't believe it. JJ is going to start for the Giants. are they doing? Liam: That got announced, right? Jamie: Yeah, announced today. Breaking news from breaking NFL news. Liam: Breaking, we love breaking news. Jamie: Yeah, JJ McCarthy will start with James Winston. We did question it a couple of weeks ago on how long will it take? What would it take? And it took for the Giants to still be top of the NFC East, the worst division NFL this season. Cause it's definitely NFC South. They're still top with a 3-2-1 record. The Cowboys are by the wayside. The Eagles are finished for the season. The commanders look like they can't win a game. So like the Giants are in the driving seat. James Winston can still put up 250 plus passing yards, a of touchdowns. He might throw eight interceptions a game. But you're going to get a couple of touchdowns. But then there's JJ McCarthy though. What is second play on sensational interception? Get ready to see more of those this Sunday. Liam: I think JJ's not got it. think I did say if we see JJ McCarthy, Giant's season's gone wrong. James Winston, you can't pull the trigger that quick. I know you traded for JJ, but man. I don't know, this Texans defense, hello, you've been wanting a game to wake up, take over these giants. So I can't see too much happening Jamie: Yeah. Liam: in Houston without Jameis Winston. And yeah, for that, for me, that means, it kills me to do this to Big Blue. One of the many teams I really, really do back. And James said, You know, it does kill me, but I don't know. just got, I with my true heart of hearts, I can't pick the Giants this week. However, James did throw a good fact and I don't believe it's going to, it can't last again. Since the NFL two divisions merged, conferences merged, there's, I think it's only the first year when you've had two game weeks in a row where all the teams in the same division haven't won a game. And we did it. We did it. Jamie: Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Liam: We did it. Jamie: can we also discuss the Giants running game really quickly? So Naji Harris is now released by the Giants as well. Scataboos getting some snaps and they got, well, they were doing a four tandem in their last game. Now they're down to three running backs in this weird rotation. he, Harbaugh's come out and said, we don't have a Derek Henry, do we? I'm like, well, not being funny, like minus Kenneth Walker, 30 other teams don't have a top elite running back like Eric Henry, King Henry. So yeah. Liam: And you know what? The Giants have put in some good running performances this year. mean, Tyrone Tracy actually had a really good performance. Kam Skatibou has had good performances this year. Najee Harris has had decent running yards. I mean, to cut Najee Harris after Moaning seems a bit petty to me. But you know what? Maybe it's the culture he's trying to build. Whatever culture that is, I don't know. Jamie: Mm. Liam: But maybe that's the culture he wants to build. But yeah, you've also got to give somebody a chance to take over a game. They always said that about Kenneth Walker as well. Like at some point he can run, he can just, he'll, he'll take two runs because then that third run is a big one. And you know, anyway, I'm locking up the Houston Texans. Jamie, are we locked? Jamie: We're locked. Liam: We're locked. Onto the next one. Jamie, it's with you again. It is the Cincinnati Bengals. who are three and two coming off the bye against the Baltimore Ravens who are four and two. So a division match and the Ravens are favored by 2.5 points. Jamie: I don't know what this Ravens team is, but then I don't know if the Browns are also good. I really am confused by the Ravens this season. They've lost to the Saints and the Browns. Like. OK, it doesn't exist, just. Liam: I want to park that Browns game. I don't want to put that on the Ravens record only because at the end of the day, it was the backup quarterback. Jamie: don't do Snoop. Nah, no. Liam: I love Snoop Huntley, I love him, but it was the backup quarterback. And if you said a team with their starters is going to play a backup quarterback, take the name value away, you're not surprised that the team with their starters won. Jamie: but here's the Browns. Liam: And I mean, are the winning top of Jamie: What are the problems? No one knows. Liam: their division Browns, but yeah. Jamie: Well, like I mean, it's a divisional game Bengals top of this division. Liam: Top of this division. Anyway. Jamie: So it's a great, it's a great matchup for the Browns after the win. Now they've got two AFC North teams going head to head Raven's favorite. This is so tough. You got Joe Burrow coming off his bye week. He's going to be fresh. Is Jamal, Jamal Chase is fine? Is he healthy after he played didn't need so he'll be fine. Liam: He played in the Miami game, so I would imagine he plays in this game. Jamie: They got nothing. I don't think got any other major concerns either for them either. So like Higgins be fine. They'll be firing against this Ravens defense. It's a tough one. I've just remembered this Trey Hendrickson against his forward team Liam: Revenge. Jamie: revenge game after being traded. Yeah. It's always a good one. Isn't it? So, core, you know, I think this is harder for me than the Patriots and Bears game. This is, is Lamar Jackson back? Liam: That's a question mark. Jamie: Yeah, I think if it's Snoop, I'm going Bengals. If it's Lamar, I'm going to go Ravens. Liam: who you're committing to. Jamie: I know that Burrow is going to play. I know that Higgins is going to be there. I know Chase is going to be there. I know Chase Brown is going to be there. So I'm going to go Bengals. no, I've done it again. I've it again. Liam: So Jamie, you're gonna pick against the team of the pod again. They lose one match that you, you've picked them once a season, they lose and now you're picking against them again. Jamie: Yeah, sorry, sorry, Bulls of Art. I'm still rooting for you. still think you're obviously going to make the playoffs. Tough division. Three teams and four and two. And then the Bengals could be four and two as well. I think they're a buyer. yeah, I'm sticking to it. I'm going again. Whenever I've knocked back to the Ravens, they've won. And when I've gone for the Ravens, they've lost. I'm gonna go for the... Liam: So reverse curse. Jamie: Yeah, I'm gonna go for the bagels. Liam: Nice. Okay, so for me, I don't know the the Browns defense is good. And also, we some of the defenders that we thought were going to be out like Sweshinder who had an amazing game. We thought, you know, they played Cincinnati's defense is not it's a it's a highlight, not a top end defense, even though it's improved. Trey Hendrickson. revenge game. I'm expect, I think from what I understand Lamar is going to be back even though he's day to day. I'm going to back. I'm gonna back Derek Henry and Lamar at home. You've just lost to the Browns. You can't lose two division matches. I'm gonna back the fourth and T team of the pod, the Baltimore Ravens. cool. Shame on you, Jamie. Shame. Jamie: Sorry, sorry. Liam: Next game. Jamie is with you. It is the poor. the Indianapolis Colts who are 2-4 at the Minnesota Vikings who are one of the three undefeated teams at 5-0. Vikings favored by 6.5 points. Jamie: thought this would have been potentially the biggest spread of the week, but obviously it's not, but yeah, six and a half points. mean, the Vi I'm going Minnesota Vikings, right? Colts. We, we mentioned it a few weeks ago. It's a sliding door season from the head coach in his last year, contract. I'm surprised he survived. and obviously Chris Ballard didn't, during the last week. I've, go on. Liam: I saw an interesting one to cut you to cut up. I did see that. Look at what Chris Ballard did at the trade deadline last year. Getting source Gardner for two first round picks. Jamie: Yeah. Liam: You need to get rid of him to not make any rash decisions while the trade while he still has the ability to trade to try and save his job. And I thought that was a nice way of putting why Chris Ballard needs to go. Jamie: I mean, how many courtbacks did he have under his tenure? mean, like Matt Rimes, Grandad Philip Rivers played last year. How mental Liam: Okay. Jamie: that is? What do you think about that? What? Liam: Wake up, Philip, wake up. You're needed back on the pitch. I mean, yeah. And I mean, I think, I don't even think you got a playoff win and only two off playoff. No playoff Jamie: Yeah. Liam: wins, two playoff appearances. Not good. Jamie: Yeah, and I have called the Vikings frauds, but they will be going 6-0. I'll be stunned if they lose to the Colts. At home, Dan Jones looks bad as well. He's getting sacked a lot. He's throwing, he's turning the ball over. He's being the Daniel Jones that we know and love, you know? So, especially James. Exactly. Liam: Yeah, the ones that the Giants fan knew and loved, yeah. Jamie: So yeah, I mean, I'll be... Brian Flores defense blitzing blitzing Dan Jones Liam: Thank you, mate. You need to get your mates to get one of those 3D printer braces for your legs, your back, your neck, Daniel Jamie: Yeah. Liam: Jones, because the Brian Flores Blitz is coming for you. And I'm not excited to see injuries, but I'm excited to see that Blitz. And I just love it. I'm going to keep buying that Viking stock until... What's like a Viking cow until the yaks come home, right? Until the yaks come home. So I think that's a nice, I don't even know if we need to talk about this game anymore. Onto the next game. Now this one's a doozy. Buckle up guys. It is the Cleveland Browns who are four and two against the Tennessee Titans who are one and five and tightest spread of the week. The Browns are favored by 1.5 points. What to say? That was... The Browns won a game against the Ravens last week against a backup quarterback. There was There was zero offense in that game until the Browns managed to put some stuff together in the fourth quarter and absolutely tear up the Raven secondary. He was just probably knackered from playing so much defense the whole game. But again, they look like they're going through the motions. They're just not messing up. These Browns, I don't know what to say. That's like, you know. If you're a Browns fan, is probably wilder than you could have imagined, especially with He Who Shall Not Be Named or Voldemort. You know, I think both names meet the same purpose at this point. Kam Ward got his first win though last week against the Colts, caused all the firing. I mean, like I said, big on special teams, like punt block for touchdown, huge return just for a touchdown. I proposed a question to James last week. I'm going to say the same thing to you, Jamie, in a minute, but you know, they're going to feel a bit of confidence. They're at home. Yeah, no major injury, like major injury concerns on offense for this Titans team. I mean, I'm trying to build them up. Right, can't really build them up though. Jamie, do you think Cam Ward is a star in franchise quarterback? Jamie: No. Liam: Perfect. Jamie: I think, I did see a clip of someone going, reckon I can name 50 quarterbacks that I'd play over Camwald right now. Liam: Right now Jamie: they did, but there was a few question of ones. was like, well, the ones that didn't make was like JJ McCarthy and that level. Even Case Keenum, you play above him. Marcus Mariotti, you play above him. Matt Jones I probably play above him like he's won more games like Brit like that's the standard Liam: May, yeah, Jamie: right? Liam: are you snapping it directly to Christian McCaffrey? Yeah. Jamie: Yeah. I do think Cam, I think it's harsh on Cam Wold. I don't think the team is built for him. I don't think they've got enough pieces to protect him. He can do it. He threw over 3000 yards last season. So he has done it with nothing apart from Tate and that's like, I'm to think, DK? Liam: Mm-hmm. Jamie: Yeah, taking DK. like, think DK got the fair share of him as well. Yeah, yeah. So like, Liam: DK's the guy who got the special team's return. Yeah, the punt return. Jamie: yeah. So he doesn't even have weapons. And, know, he still delivered that in his first season. this, does look, he does look bad. And I think it's, it's the team that's been built rather than civilly him, but there's so many callbacks you play over him. Liam: So who you looking? Jamie: I think the brown's going to be five and two. Liam: You're locking the Browns. Jamie: Yeah. Liam: Well, Jamie, I'm locking the Tennessee Titans because, yeah, they're going to Jamie: Really? Wow. Liam: ride that confidence wave. They're going to prove that you're wrong about Cam Ward. He's going to be a franchise quarterback. He is the bit that needs to step up. Carnell Tate has woken up. He's now an NFL wide receiver. One. Let's go, Tennessee. Jamie: He's a wide receiver one at the Tennessee Titans. He's a Liam: Yep. Jamie: WR4 most of the places. Liam: Hmm. It'd it'd be WR2 at Seattle. the Green Bay Packers at who are four and two at the Detroit Lions. Lions favorite home by three point five points. Jamie hit me with it. Jamie: Wow. it's a good game. Ennesee North. I love it. There's something about inside in Detroit. Always special. Green Bay come into town. Packers. They've turned it around the last two weeks. I wrote them off. was even going to suggest them for Falcom. I thought they were finished. I thought they were finished, but they just turned it around the last two weeks. I thought the Lions were finished. After the Panthers game, they looked horrific. You know, second in the secondary defensively. think Brad, Brad, come back. They're getting healthy. Obviously Pacheco shout out for all the views as they are like he's still on IR. But really say that coming up fresh from the bar at home. Jared Goss gonna throw 300 plus yards. then, God even loves doing well. He's finding receivers that keep dropping his touchdowns, but it's still winning games. Liam: This is one of the other really good games of the week. Jamie: Very good game. Liam: Good, you know what? Last week was the worst NFL week this year. Jamie: Plus, yeah, yeah. Liam: This is much better week. Jamie: Who... do you know what before I... Who are you swaying towards this game? Because you didn't... You didn't... You You know... Liam: well, you know who I love. You know who I love who has actually bounced back a little bit in fantasy the last two games. I love me some J Mo Jamison Williams. And I think if the Lions can spread this ball about use more than just Amon Ra, who is a fantastic, but if you can use more than him, I see, I, know, you're in a shootout minimum. minimum. And yes, Green Bay have beaten, you know, the backup quarterback Bears, but you know, I'm going to be I'm just going to be backing Jared Goff, this offense, J Mo, Gibbs, Amon Ra, to get the job done. It's an easy one for me in that sense, actually. Jamie: We are locked. I'm also going for the Detroit Lions. I know. I know. Liam: Jamie, you love, you don't pick the teams that you like. Jamie: I know, no, do know what? I believed in the Packers last week against the Cowboys and they got it done. But you did, as you said, like, yes, they beat, they beat a poor Dallas Cowboys team, right? Anyone can beat them. Even that one and five team down in, down in Florida beats them. So like anybody can. Liam: Yeah, that's dumb, I yeah. Jamie: I've got to a buck stick in there somewhere. So I love, yeah, we're locked. We're locked. Yeah. Liam: I know, you know. Okay, well, we're locked. We're locked on the Lions and I could take that. I can take that. Jamie's upgrading his little cats for some big cats. onto the next game and it is the LA Rams who are, wow, not the superstars he thought they was. Two and four LA Rams at the Las Vegas Raiders who are three and three. The Rams are actually favored by 4.5 points. which is where I'm going to start. This super powered propaganda machine is going a little bit too far because the, the, there's only one reason I can imagine like that, that the, there's so many people in LA betting on their theme to win. I just, don't, I don't see that they're driving the odds that way. Like that, don't know. I don't know what to say. That just really frustrates me. How can you not believe in Kerco chains? Cause I already worried about the way that this game's going as well. But you know, the Rams just lost to the 18 points to 16 against the Arizona Cardinals. And this is amongst the Cardinals own struggles where they've now traded away Marvin Harris Jr. And their wide receiver one can't get open. However. Raiders have lost three straight after three and O. So they're on a losing streak. So as much as I'm confident against what the Rams are putting on the field, like my confidence is that they're not putting out a good product. The trend of the last three weeks is also telling me, can I trust this Raiders team to deliver? I'd like very quickly, one minute of thoughts from you, Jamie. Jamie: I'm backing the Raiders in this one. I think the spread is a joke. think they've got no Devante Adams, Pukka Nakua dropped a couple of stinkers against the Arizona Cardinals. They just don't look, they don't look right. I think Trent Waduffi is out as well. Defensive Tackle is out as well. They bring in a kicker. He thinks I'm gonna be a big man. I'm gonna showcase myself. I'm gonna prove myself to this team. One tackle, he's told his ACL what he's done for the season, so. Liam: But have you seen that he's like, he's like five foot seven and he's like, Jamie: Yeah. Liam: I don't know, pounds wise, I'm trying to do a weird conversion now. He's like 160, 170 pounds. Jamie: Yeah. Liam: You're not an NFL tackleer, Jamie: You just stay out the way, kick the ball and stay out the way. I'm trying to work out who they're actually going to have now. Have they signed some Matt? Well, they've worked out Matt Prater. And they've just signed Brandon McManus as well. Fine, solid. Liam: You know what? Yeah, let's see what they do. Jamie: Two solid kickers. Not as solid as Mivis. He was built, wasn't he? Liam: Ficke Kicke. Jamie: Thicker kicker. I am... this game, I'm back in the Raiders. They've done well in the games. Ignore the Patriots, be like that Ravens, Browns game, just ignore that one. They took the Chiefs all the way, probably should have won the game. They took the Bills all the way. Apart from Superman, Josh Allen, they win that game as well. So yes, they've lost three straight, but this super team is going to be two of five. Liam: Wow. Okay, I agree. Jamie, I'm locked with the Raiders. just, I can't back, I just can't back against Kirk Cousins at this point. The Rams need to start proving it to us. You're below the Cardinals in the NFC West. But you know what? Kirk Cousins is getting the best out of Trey Tucker, Brock Bowers, Myers. The running game's looking solid. I think I said it on the last pod. Washington looks like the best rookie running back. so far with what's happening with love. that's injuries. I still love love, but I think Washington's looking like the best rookie running back out there. Like you said, Trent McDuffie out at Pune forward out for the season. Yeah, I'm locking the Raiders as well. Let's go Kirk. chains. onto the next game. And it is the Denver Broncos who are 4-2 away at the Arizona Cardinals who are 2-4 having just beat the Rams. And the Broncos are favored by 4.5 points. So we're going to talk about how the Broncos have developed the season very quickly. We've been saying how much stronger they look at home, but they have snuck that one away win. And again, they're away from home, but not against the strongest of competition, even though the Cardinals just won. Bo Nix though, the overtime win against Seattle, he was 17 of 27 passes for 107 yards. He has been atrocious. Without this defense, I don't even, dread to think that, like I dread to think what, where this team would be. That being said, they do have this defense. The Cardinals won. Wilson is now struggling without Marvin Harrison Jr. to stretch and distract defenses. He's getting bracketed and double teamed and he is struggling to find any separation there, which is great for Bourne, the wide receiver too, in fantasy. If you needed a pickup, if you could get him on waivers, but... That translated into no touchdowns last week with Love out. Maybe he's out. don't... Do you know if he's out or... Jamie: I'm not entirely sure. Liam: It looks like he might. He's questionable, but he's now got... He's got injuries to both of his ankles. Jamie: They keep using our jit. Yeah. Liam: Rest him up, right? That being said, I am going to be backing the Denver Broncos defense to pull it out the bag. Jamie: We're not locked. Liam: We're not locked. Jamie: We're not locked on back in brissette at home. Arizona Cardinals gonna be three and four Broncos that their frauds. They should be one and five. They're shocking team right there. They their wide receivers can't catch because the quarterback can't throw. He's obviously not right. They have this horrible knack of just winning one position games because they're coming up against Sam Darnold who for some reason forgets that he needs to throw it to people in Seattle jerseys rather than the opposition. Right. Like it's so frustrating seeing these Broncos just terrible. And if you haven't seen it, right. Fitz magic, right. On my favorite quarterbacks. It's been to nine plus teams. I love him. Right. Beautiful beard. War the chains when he played for the Bucks as well. He's the love money when he won the game there as well. Proper bloke. He called him out saying he's disrespected. quarterback position and he is. He doesn't want to throw it. He doesn't trust his receivers. He does all these check downs, little side things, gets him two, three yards. The blokes averaging 2.9 yards per play. He's probably, if not, he's probably right. This is outrageous. This could be my wild take. Just a wild take. He's probably the worst quarterback in NFL, Bo Nix right now. Liam: Nice. No arguments here, although the play calling suggests that he's not being Jamie: They don't trust him. Liam: given the chance by Sean Payton. However, on we go, on to the next game. And it's a doozy, in the most serious sense this Jamie: proper. Liam: time. And it is Sunday night football. It is the Kansas City Chiefs, who are 5-0 against the Seattle Seahawks, who are 3-3 in Seattle. The Seahawks are favored by 2.5 points, Jamie. So I've let that shock sink in. Yeah. Jamie: The Seahawks are favourites. Liam: Don't know how the Seahawks are favorites. I think it's because of, like you said, some of the Kansas City wins may not have been as convincing as you'd have hoped. Also, Jamie: Yeah. Liam: let's just cover the elephant in the room. This is the Kenneth Walker versus John Snyder revenge game. He called him out on stage, said that he's weird. He went into free agency. It came out today. We record this on, gosh, what day is it? Wednesday. The Seahawks never even bothered to offer him anything in free agency and look at the state of the Moraband Seattle running game. And Kenneth Walker has been the heart of everything good for Kansas this year. Excited to see it. That is the simple narrative for me. Will the dark side who was credited massively with the Seahawks Super Bowl shut down Kenneth Walker, who was the Super Bowl MVP who was not returned to his team? Do they shut him down or not? If they do, I can see the Seahawks winning. I want to bat. this Seahawks defense because I think they need a signature game where they actually like fully win it without even Sam. And I think they could do that on Kenneth Walker. You know what, Jamie? I thought that this was going to be the underdog pick, but based on the odds, I'm going with the favorites, but I'm not going to pick him to beat the spread. I'm going to back the Seattle Seahawks at home to shut down Kenneth Walker. Patrick, I mean, I haven't talked about Kansas at all, but I'm going with Seattle. Jamie: I'll talk about Kansas. Liam: Talk about Kansas. Jamie: Yes, when you actually look at their wins. edging the Colts in overtime, scraping Liam: cheeky. Jamie: past the Chargers 22-9. They got the job done. Defense looked good for the Chiefs. They have looked good. They got the takeaways on Justin Herbert, who was playing really terribly this season with no O-line, no receivers. Sam Darnold has one receiver, one receiver only. If you can't find him, He finds an opposition player instead. Love it. Great work from Sam Dandle. It's like watching him playing for the Panthers again. Every other throw is just not on target. So I'm backing the Chiefs. We're not locked. And I'm loving this week because we are not locked on... Liam: Full conflict week. Jamie: Yeah, this is a full, we've gone to war. But yeah, I am going for the Kansas City Chiefs and we're not locked. I just Liam: Nice. Jamie: can't see San Darnold not turning the ball over and Patrick Mahomes is Patrick Mahomes still. Liam: You know what, I'm gonna end it like this. I think the Kansas City Chiefs maybe are the best team in the league. I think they're the best team in the league. Seattle had drew a signature win at home in prime time. Are they gonna mess this up again like they did against the Niners? I'm gonna say no. So that's why I am going with the Seahawks. Okay, onto the last one, Jamie. It is the Dallas Cowboys who are two and four. at the Philadelphia Eagles who are also 2-4, Cowboys favored by 4.5 points, and this one was not a win for the Schedule Makers. Jamie: The in a, I think it's next week. It's the Eagles against the commanders and they've decided today as in like the last hour to not flex it and move it. What, what stop putting flex those games, please. No one wants to see that game. No one wants to see this game on prime time. good for the UK fans. because we'll be asleep. It's slightly early after daylight savings and all that. Liam: What? Boss, I'm fresh this morning. Jamie: I'm so good this morning. no, but the Dallas Cowboys are going to win this game. I've, I, you know, I've watched the Philadelphia Eagles up close. The stuff with Jayden Hertz is, Roger Goodell's come out and said they're going to investigate it. It is, you know, the blood clot went from his calf in now has traveled up into his lungs. Like obviously wishing him all the best. He's out indefinitely on blood thinners for as long as it takes basically to, to resolve it. Liam: I think out for minimum of three months. Season done. Jamie: Yeah. So that's it for the season done. Yeah. I medical negligence is finest right there. Liam: My only, my only thing I don't even need to talk about this game. This Cowboys team should beat this Philadelphia Eagles team. They've got all of their offensive stars injured. Devonta Smith, Wicks, Saquon Barkley, done. Then you've got the full starters at Dallas who may have the worst defense in the league, but if you can't beat this team Dallas, we're probably forking, I'm forking you next week. So that's it from me. I mean, let's just shout out to Jalen Hurts. Hopefully he recovers, because that's just pretty actually, that's actually shitty. Like that's like actual health issues, which is just pretty rubbish to see. So. Jamie: and five pound at the bank. Liam: the swear jar. Cool. So that was our game. Sorry, you are locking up the cowboys, I'm assuming. Jamie, we're locked and we end in a Jamie: yeah, we are locked, yeah, yeah, yeah. Sorry, yeah. Liam: nice, peaceful way. Cool. That was our game previews and predictions of the week. Onto our next segment, and it is our wild takes of the week. Jamie, kick us off. Jamie: Right, let's go. I know I've backed the Jets in the preview, but my wild take is the Jets are going to Jets, right? It's what they do. Aaron Glenn's already on the hot seat. It's going to get quiet. It's going to get, it's going to sizzle. going to sizzle. The Dolphins are going to go one and five. They're going to go there. They're going to win Malik Willis might throw for 50 yards, but it could be enough. But I just think it's going to be a field goal shootout. And I'm backing the Dolphins to edge the win to get one and five and leave. the Chargers as the only winless team while they're sitting on their bye, their best week of the season. So, Liam: Big up Miami. Okay. Big up Miami. I've got another one. My wild take. Sorry, of course I've got one. It's my wild take. My wild take of the week is Bo Nix under 150 yards again, getting the win again. Jamie: It is, it thing is, it's not inconceivable, but it is wild to have a five and Liam: That is, it's a, maybe this one's marginally wild take. Jamie: mild, your mild, wild take. Liam: But you know what, to do that twice in a row, I wanna see, I can't work that out, but I wanna see the people that come out with the stats on that. Two weeks in a row, under 150 passing yards, two wins on the bounce. When did that last happen? I wanna know. So, because also they haven't got a signature running back, they've got a functional running game. So, Jamie: Couldn't agree more, yeah. Liam: there we go. Cool. That's our Wildtakes of the week. Now, onto fantasy players to avoid starting. I'm gonna kick this one off. Given what's going on with the Giants running back room, you might be thinking there's opportunity there. However, Harbol has said he is going with the hot hand. Kam Scataboo is in the doghouse. like the dog he is. Right, the New York pooch. So I'm saying this week, do not start Cam Scataboo until the hot hand, which somehow we've ended up here is Tyrone Tracy messes up. So my first do not start for the week is Cam Scataboo. Jamie: Great shout. I'm going to go for another running back. I'm going to go Josh Jacobs. I think he's now come back with his tag. He's ready to play. He's against Detroit. We don't know what version of Josh Jacobs coming back. Obviously Lloyd's in there now, but they're just trusting Jay Love to throw it. I don't think they're going to give him, I think it's a nice one to have. but you wouldn't even put it as your flex because you just don't know what his workload is going to be. But if you want to risk it for a biscuit, go for it. Don't get in your tea, but don't don't do it. Liam: Jacob's biscuit. Lovely. Not him. We forgot. We can't say he must not be named too, because he's now off the list. Jamie: Yeah. Liam: I don't know. If you told me I know someone on the registry has been bought off it, I'd still be wary of them. Maybe I'm talking about something different, but whatever. My other plan to not start this week is Wilson, the wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals. He's admitted in the public eye to the reporters since Marvin has gone, he has been receiving brackets and double coverage. Because of that, he is not able to get open and it has been reflected in the stats. I am going to be benching him or looking to trade him until I see otherwise. Jamie: My second Dan Jones quarterback. We mentioned it slightly during the preview, right? You've got to 10, three turnovers and how many sacks? Like six sacks against the Titans. And they don't even fill out all our 98%, 99 % Brian Flores blitz, right? I might do a hundred percent blitz on this man. You know, he's going to be turning the ball over like nuts for the Indianapolis Colts this week. Liam: Make 100 % blitz on the court. Can't wait to see it. Yes. Awesome. Jamie: It's me playing mad and just blitz blitz blitz until you get that ball back. But yeah, he's not that many people play him anyway, but don't play Liam: Hey, Jamie: him this week. Liam: well, they're on board with us and Jamie. on to our next segment, one before last, and it is our Forkum segment. We throw teams onto the compost pile early, knowing they're not going to make it to the playoffs. We're getting into that stage where it's getting a bit sketchy, but we've still got some solid teams to throw onto that pile. Last week, we put the Arizona Cardinals on. And the week before that, we the Texans on and actually the teams we've been putting on have then gone on to win. But still, my first nomination for our Forkum team is the Indianapolis Colts, Jamie. And that is because how can you lose to one of the few undefeated teams in the league? What is going on? Who, you know, you Jamie: That is bad. Liam: have lost to a Forked team that haven't got a win. So my nomination is the Colts this week. Jamie: my nomination i raise you the washington commanders won four and Liam: Oof. Jamie: one and boy have i come with ammunition for the fraud at quarterback that is jaden daniels so if we look at some stats that i've been pulling in the last since monday night football where he annoyed me well they should have won and beaten the other fraud playing quarterback for the 49ers he hasn't won a game for 380 days by the 380 days his last eight starts he's 07 and won and he has only won this is mental to me he's only won two games since his rookie season Liam: Really? Just because when he's been injured they'll be winning. Yeah. Jamie: Yeah, and you know what's even worse? In his rookie season, he obviously got in the playoffs, played three playoff games, they won two of them. He won as many games in that playoff campaign than he actually did in the two seasons following that said campaign. And I've come with even more ammunition. I just need to find this. So tell me, Liam. Who has more wins over the last two seasons? Is it Jaden Daniels with 11 starts, two wins? Or is it Sanders for the Browns? Liam: no, is it Sanders? Jamie: It is three in seven, can you believe it? Liam: No. Jamie: So, next one, okay, is it Snoop? Or is it Snoop three Liam: Snoop, yeah, we got a back Snoop. Jamie: out of four? Is it Carson Wentz? Liam: Wow, yeah, wouldn't, didn't he win two games this year? Jamie: Three out of six. Is it Mills for the Texans? Liam: Yeah, he won three last year, didn't he? Jamie: Three out of three for Mills and then currently Jayden Daniels is he's won two obviously the last two seasons. Case Keenum has two wins in two games. Justin Fields. Liam: You know what, Jamie, next time, don't tell me how many Daniels's were, and I'd have guessed half of them wrong. Jamie: Justin Fields, two wins in nine. James Winston, two wins in six. Games. Jayden... Yeah. Liam: Only two for Javis Winston as well. Jamie: Yeah. Liam: wow. No, no, that draw doesn't count then. Jamie: I didn't have to know. Liam: No, yeah, fair. Okay. Okay. I'm going to throw one other out there because I think, Jamie: Go on. Liam: you know what? That argument has already convinced me over the Colts. I'm going to raise you again. Now they've lost their starting quarterback for the year. How about the Philadelphia Eagles? Jamie: I do agree they are done. I think we've got our next free wig sorted by the way. Liam: Okay, do know what? Cults, if they win, they're, well, no, they're out. But how are the Cults even going to climb out of that division with the... Jamie: Can we swap them for the Texans pick that we did? can't wait to go in there. Texans are doing quite good. Liam: the Texans, but could the Colts even, you know what though, but can the Colts even pass, can the Colts even go past, can they even go past the Jags and the Texans? Jamie: They're not gonna go past the Jags. And I think the Texans are better than the... Liam: I'll let you take this one, Jamie. Are we going to go for the commanders, the cults or the eagles? Jamie: We're going for the Eagles. Liam: we've fought the Eagles. Okay. I love it. I love it. I love it. The Eagles are on the pile. I didn't think we was going that way before the pod, but that's where we've landed. Okay. Jamie: you Liam: Now we're going on to our last segment of the day. It's a quick one. It's our survivor series. We're in our fourth season of this year. I'm three niller, but good luck. I mean, good news, Jamie, you survived a week. Jamie: Come on, I got one! Yeah! Liam: You managed to get through week one. Jamie, Jamie, I picked the Chiefs, they won. You picked the Patriots, they won. Who have you got for this week? Jamie: This is actually quite a tough week, but I put the Vikings over an offense either. I'm going Texans. JJ McCarthy's dying for the Giants. That's what swayed it for me. I'm going to Houston Texans at home, back from London. Maybe the travel's done them in. Maybe JJ McCarthy's just found potential. Ability actually would be better. No, I'm going, I'm going for Houston Texans at home against the Giants. think the biggest failure was the week. Liam: Biggest, you know what, what we might need to do is maybe put a little bit of like, you know, a little bit of bracket on this and that like, we might have to say, it can't be 9.5 favorites, which Jamie: 9.4. Liam: is crazy. okay, cool. So I'll just go through my options I had in mind. So I had maybe the Jets at the Dolphins to go against your wild pick of the week. I also had potentially the Broncos against the Cardinals, but can I really trust them with the non passing? Bonix himself away from home and away from mile high. So I know you said they don't have an offense, but Jamie, skull, skull, skull. I'm going to go my survivor pick, the Vikings. So that's it. Another pod in the bag, Jamie. How was that for you? Jamie: Cracking, cracking pods. We've disagreed on like, I think the most we've ever done, which is quite nice. Liam: Yeah, I mean, I've had microwaves going off in the background. We're on a timeframe that we're literally just about to get told off for, but I've had fun as well. Jamie: It's been good. It's been good. I think we're both getting told off on this one. But do know Liam: Yeah! Jamie: what? Listen to it. It's a good pod. Support us because we might be homeless and in the dog house by the time it's ready. Liam: We're gonna be the dog house with Kam Scataboo, aren't we? So yeah, anyway, like and subscribe. We are Forth and T, a UK NFL podcast, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer. We see you Deezer. Mate, come on Deezer. We must be your biggest pod. Cool. Anyway, Jamie. Bit of pleasure as always. Peace and love. Jamie: Bye.
