  every single day is watching some of these old movies.

  And there's one particular movie, it doesn't get old for

  me. I can watch it over and over and

  over again. And everybody that knows my

  background, I have an Italian background and one of my

  favorite movies of all time is Goodfellas.

  So what I was doing today to get charged up, get ready for the

  show is watch Goodfellas. And, and what's so crazy about

  that movie is there are parts in that movie, no matter how many

  times you watch it, there are things that you see that you you

  really never recognized. And there was a part in the

  movie when Joe Pesci is burying, you know, he's burying the, the
• 7:21
  mafia kid or the mafia guy with Robert De Niro and his group.

  And, and they're burying I'm, I'm like, everybody knows the

  story. And he, he does something on
• 7:32
  camera that I didn't notice and he puts his, as he's burying the
• 7:36
  guy, he puts his finger in his nose.

  So he's like picking his nose on camera while he's, he's burying
• 7:44
  a body during, during the movie. So I never noticed.

  And I was watching and I was like, wait a second, I rewinded
• 7:50
  it and the guy has his finger in his nose.

  So I, I mean, I don't know any killer that actually kills
• 7:55
  somebody and he's burying somebody that actually puts his
• 7:58
  finger in his nose while he's, you know, you know, ending this
• 8:02
  man's life or burying this guy. So I don't know.

  It was something that really stuck out to me in the movie.

  I, I again, it's a movie that I can never get sick of.

  I can watch it over and over and over again.

  And it's one of those movies that I, I'm a Joe Pesci fan.

  It doesn't matter what movie Joe Pesci is in.

  I love it. I I mean, some of the movies

  that he's been in, movies that you probably don't even remember

  in the 80's, the late 80s, early 90s, I mean, you know, My Cousin

  Vinny, you know, those kind of movies.

  But there are other movies that he has been in that you probably

  don't remember because they weren't as big as some of the

  movies he's been in. And I can watch any one of the

  movies that he's been in. It could be a love story, could

  be a drama, it could be action, it could be a killer movie.

  I love Joe Pesci. So what are you what are you

  up for you guys. Tampa Bay Buccaneers came back

  late in the fourth quarter to beat the Houston Texans 20 to 19

  to improve to two and O on the season.

  The bucks quarterback Baker Mayfield LED an 11 play 80 yard
• 9:11
  game-winning touchdown Dr. scoring with six seconds left in

  the game. The Buccaneers dominated on the
• 9:19
  ground, gaining over 169 yards at 5.6 yards a clip between
• 9:25
  Mayfield, who scrambled for 33 yards, and running backs Bucky
• 9:30
  Irvin, who's fantastic, and Rashad White, who scored the
• 9:34
  game-winning touchdown. Rookie wide receiver A Mecca
• 9:38
  Hold on Egg Buca scored another touchdown, his third in the
• 9:43
  first two games of this season and his career.

  The Texans fall to zero and two and have now allowed nine sacks
• 9:52
  in the first two games while being one of only, I'm sorry,

  one of the only three teams that don't have 100 yard receiver so

  far this season. Since 1990, only 12% of the

  teams that have started O and two have made the playoffs, but

  the Texans did pull that off in 2023, CJ Stroud's rookie year.

  The Chargers also approved to two and O with a 20 to 9 win

  over the Raiders in the second game of a Monday night

  doubleheader. Justin Herbert had 200 and 42
• 10:26
  yards and two touchdowns and is third in passing yards and 2nd
• 10:31
  in passing touchdowns to begin the season.

  Gino Smith struggled greatly, going 24 for 43 for 180 yards
• 10:39
  and three picks. Since 2022, Gino's Gino leads
• 10:45
  the entire NFL with 39 interceptions.

  Ashton Gente's slow start is still a concern.

  I don't know about that as he had just 11 carries for 43 yards

  and three catches for just one receiving yard in the game.

  He is averaging only 2.7 yards per carry two games into his

  rookie campaign. I want to go into the first

  game, the Buccaneers and and the reason why I want to get into it

  because I I stand for a lot when it comes to a guy like Baker

  Mayfield. Baker Mayfield is a guy that is
• 11:19
  one of my favorite players in the NFLI.

  Love watching him play, his personality, the passion that he
• 11:23
  has to play the game. And when he went to the
• 11:27
  Buccaneers, there were a lot of questions over there with the
• 11:29
  Buccaneers taking over for a guy like Tom Brady, a team that won
• 11:33
  a Super Bowl, and Baker Mayfield.
• 11:35
  Really after he left the Browns, he jumped from one team to
• 11:38
  another and, and, and finally found a place that he felt more
• 11:42
  comfortable in and had the weapons to succeed.
• 11:46
  Todd Bowles is the defensive coordinator.
• 11:48
  He took over the job over Bruce Arians and, and a lot of people
• 11:53
  question Todd Bowles because Todd Bowles failed with the New
• 11:57
  York Jets. He was there for what, 3 1/2
• 11:59
  years and then was fired. And, and you look at Todd
• 12:02
  Bowles, we know what he is as a football player is one of the
• 12:05
  best safeties of the 80s, late 80s and early 90's.
• 12:08
  The guy was just superb type of defensive type of player.
• 12:13
  But over the years, Todd Bowles as a defensive coordinator has
• 12:17
  really succeeded under Bruce Arians.
• 12:19
  Nobody really believed that this guy can succeed as a head coach.
• 12:23
  But over the last two and a half, three seasons, he's really
• 12:27
  developed a good understanding on success in the NFL and in a
• 12:33
  division that the Buccaneers are in, where you don't really have
• 12:36
  to worry about much. I mean, you have the Carolina
• 12:38
  Panthers trying to rebuild with a new coach in Canales.
• 12:42
  You have the Atlanta Falcons that have a new coach and have a
• 12:45
  rookie quarterback. You understand that the position
• 12:50
  that the Buccaneers are in every single year is to win the
• 12:53
  division. Mike Evans is a borderline Hall
• 12:56
  of Famer. This is a team that has a great
• 13:00
  running game. And Irving, who I think is a
• 13:03
  sensational running back, I have them.
• 13:05
  Bucky Irving is one of my my guys are one of my fantasy
• 13:08
  teams, one of my first picks of the first two rounds.
• 13:11
  He's a sensational player that really transitioned as an NFL
• 13:15
  player last year. When you look at the Buccaneers,
• 13:20
  you try to question what this team really is.
• 13:23
  Are they an offensive sound team or are they a defensive sound
• 13:26
  team? Usually one team is stronger
• 13:30
  than the other at a certain side, offensive or defensive
• 13:35
  side. But with the Buccaneers, I think
• 13:40
  they're strong on both sides of the ball.
• 13:43
  I think they have one of the best offensive tackles in the
• 13:46
  league and worth. I think he's as good as anybody
• 13:49
  in the league. He's proven to be.
• 13:51
  If he could stay healthy, the guy is unbelievable.
• 13:55
  Their defense front 7 is one of the best in the league.
• 13:59
  They put a lot of pressure. They got good strong safety
• 14:02
  play. Even their corners are pretty
• 14:03
  good and you need those weapons. You have the running backs in
• 14:09
  White and Irving, like I was just saying, you have the wide
• 14:12
  receivers and Evans who has stuck out.

  Now there's another wide receiver that needs to get
• 14:16
  healthy. But we're watching a nice young
• 14:19
  player in a Mecca IGBUCA really start to flourish as a young
• 14:26
  wide receiver in the NFL. He needed to be #2 this year
• 14:30
  because of the injuries that the Buccaneers usually have in the
• 14:33
  beginning of the season. And he hasn't disappointed.
• 14:37
  And, and the crazy thing about the Buccaneers is I don't know
• 14:41
  if they have to chase because they're in such a poor division.
• 14:45
  It might be the worst division in football.
• 14:48
  You argue maybe the AFC East is that bad too.
• 14:51
  So I, I, I could go back and forth because I'm a Jet fan and
• 14:54
  the AFC East is just not good right now.
• 14:56
  New England's not good. Miami's not good.
• 14:58
  The Jets are not good. The only team really is good in
• 15:02
  that division is Buffalo. Buffalo looks like they're going
• 15:04
  to run away with the division. The fact is, when I look at the
• 15:10
  NFC, we talk about the powerhouses, we talk about the
• 15:13
  Eagles, we talk about the ramps. That's what we talk about.

  We talk about the commanders, We talk about the North, where you
• 15:22
  could go with the Lions, the Green Bay Packers, the Vikings.
• 15:27
  Doesn't look like Chicago's going to be any good.

  You look at the Buccaneers and do the Buccaneers really stick
• 15:34
  out like a sore thumb like the teams I just mentioned?
• 15:36
  The answer would be no. Because if you look at the
• 15:38
  quarterback play, a lot of people will look at Baker
• 15:41
  Mayfield as a mediocre quarterback.
• 15:46
  But over the last two seasons, especially in the second-half of
• 15:50
  games, Baker Mayfield is one of the best second-half
• 15:54
  quarterbacks in all of the NFL. If you look at the numbers,
• 15:57
  numbers don't lie. And Baker really stands for a
• 16:02
  lot more than just a football player.
• 16:05
  He's a guy that was always undersized.
• 16:08
  He was a guy that was always looked at as a troublemaker
• 16:11
  playing for Oklahoma. He was a guy that a lot of
• 16:15
  people question, was he a first round draft pick?
• 16:22
  And the fact that the Browns took a chance that year where
• 16:26
  you had a bunch of quarterbacks, you had Josh Allen, right?
• 16:31
  Am I right? Lamar Jackson, Sam Darnold, you
• 16:37
  would have thought that Baker Mayfield probably falls in the
• 16:41
  second round. But when you look at that
• 16:45
  quarterback class and you look at Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson,
• 16:49
  who are obviously the two top three quarterbacks, 2 of the top
• 16:53
  three quarterbacks in the league, Baker Mayfield now has
• 16:56
  become a top ten quarterback. You could argue Baker Mayfield
• 17:00
  could be a top seven quarterback.

  Now you look at that draft class where you thought Sam Darnold or
• 17:07
  Rosen, we're going to be those type of quarterbacks.

  Sam Darnold, he's a borderline decent quarterback.

  He had a great season last year with the Minnesota Vikings.

  Now he's playing for Seattle and he's chasing.

  Rosen's not even in the NFL anymore if you look at Lamar
• 17:25
  Jackson. Lamar Jackson is a two time, two
• 17:28
  time MVP and could be three time after this year.

  Josh Allen wins his first MVP last year.

  Baker Mayfield has never been looked at as an MVP type of
• 17:41
  player, but what makes him an NVMVP type of player to me is
• 17:47
  the way he his team perceives him to be when he steps on that
• 17:52
  field. This guy is a leader.

  He's a born leader. You can see that every single
• 17:57
  teammate follows this guy, win or lose.

  Nobody speaks bad about this guy.

  Nobody speaks bad about Baker Mayfield.

  And that to me, makes me wonder, can Tampa surprise the NFC this

  year and come out of the NFC? Everybody keeps talking about

  Green Bay and the Eagles and the Rams with Sean McVay and the
• 18:25
  talent defense that they have, the Eddie Devante Adams, they
• 18:28
  have Matthew Stafford, who's won a Super Bowl, They have Puka
• 18:31
  Nakua. Can the Buccaneers with the
• 18:36
  defense they have and if they can get healthy, can they come
• 18:40
  out of the NFC and surprise the NFC and the Super Bowl gods as
• 18:47
  we say? And I would say yes, I think
• 18:50
  they can. I really do.

  I think they have everything to win and come out of the NFCI.

  Don't know about top balls. I don't know if he's a Super
• 18:59
  Bowl champion, but I've said that about Kyle Shanahan and

  Kyle Shanahan's taking taking his team to a Super Bowl 2 times
• 19:09
  and was an offensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons after
• 19:12
  choking against the New England Patriots.

  They have the opposite clock management issues.

  I think Todd Bowles can, is very capable, very capable of taking
• 19:22
  his team to a Super Bowl. And remember, he was the
• 19:25
  defensive coordinator of the Super Bowl champion Buccaneers.

  So yes, I think they could. And then when you get a chance

  to watch the Texans this year, I mean, I there's a lot of
• 19:38
  problems for the Texans. They decided to part ways with
• 19:42
  their offensive, their number one offensive tackle in the
• 19:44
  offseason. They traded them away.

  Now I understand he was expensive, but that offensive
• 19:51
  line anchored from him and they decided to part ways with him
• 19:56
  and trade him and you could see this offensive line.

  This is arguably one of the worst offensive lines right now

  in football. One player has changed CJ Strout
• 20:09
  and is understanding how to move inside and outside of the pocket
• 20:14
  and make. High school throws.

  CJ Stroud has made a lot of mistakes so far this year.

  And when you hear these numbers as we pulled out in the
• 20:25
  monologue is he doesn't have one wide receiver that's broken over
• 20:29
  100 yards yet this year. And you've got some good young
• 20:34
  players like Nico Collins. Everybody thought Nico Collins
• 20:40
  was going to be a top five wide receiver in the league.

  The guy hasn't broken over 70 yards yet and that, ladies and
• 20:48
  gentlemen, is a problem. They don't have a running game.

  They're betting on a guy that just came back from another
• 20:54
  major injury in Chubb. They have nothing that I believe

  to get this team to sneak into the playoffs in an AFC that
• 21:06
  especially a division that everybody thought they were
• 21:09
  going to run away with, The Colts are the best team in that
• 21:13
  division. I don't even think you could
• 21:15
  argue that anymore. The Jaguars, you know, the
• 21:20
  Jaguars are the Jaguars. That division is going to be won
• 21:25
  and ruled by one team, the Daniel Jones Indianapolis Colts,
• 21:31
  because there's no way the Texans, with their schedule, the
• 21:34
  way it's set up and the way this offensive line is played in the
• 21:38
  first two games, is going to win more than six games.

  There's no way. Just think about this.

  Everybody was talking about their coach winning coach of the
• 21:48
  year last year. This was one of the best teams
• 21:53
  in the AFC last year and now deciding to part ways with their

  starting offensive tackle, it's ruined everything for them.

  It's put them in a bad situation and that's what stands out to

  me. It was the battle of two teams,

  one team that could be a contender and another team that
• 22:15
  is a pretender. They have been a pretender

  before. The season started because I

  drafted CJ Stroud as my second quarterback.

  I saw that CJ Stroud last year was a top seven quarterback in
• 22:28
  fantasy. This year he fell out of the
• 22:30
  top. He fell out of the top ten.

  Why? And now I'm starting to realize
• 22:35
  that. Lermi Tonsil, what's the reason
• 22:37
  why? Think about it, The guy that was
• 22:39
  smoking weed during the first round of the draft that
• 22:43
  everybody was questioning if this guy's going to be an NFL
• 22:45
  player. That is the guy that is affected
• 22:49
  the offseason and that is the guy that's affected this Texan
• 22:53
  team to succeed. So, I mean, it's crazy to think
• 22:57
  this and the Buccaneers 2 and O guess where they're going?

  They're heading home against who?

  The New York Jets. What are the chances The Jets

  are going to pull out a win against a team that is starting
• 23:10
  to figure out what their identity is?

  2 games into the season and they're still they're still not

  even at full strength. Think about that.

  They're arguably their second best wide receiver is still out
• 23:24
  and might not be back until Game 6 or game eight.

  They don't even know when he's coming back yet.

  Think about it. That's how good this team could

  be. And, and by the way, they have a

  pretty good tight end as well. So I mean, Baker Mayfield, I

  love what Baker had to say after the game.

  He said this team's never out. We believe we can win every

  game, doesn't matter how far we fall behind.

  We believe in each other. We believe in our coaches, we
• 23:53
  believe in what we can do on a football field and we believe we
• 23:56
  can compete with any team in the NFL.

  And then there's the Chargers. I believe Jim Harbaugh is one of

  the best coaches and has been one of the best coaches in
• 24:11
  professional football and college football for the last 10

  years. You saw what he did with

  Stanford. You saw what he did with San

  Francisco taking over for Singletary.

  You saw what he did for Michigan finally winning a national
• 24:28
  championship. Did he cheat?

  Everybody cheats. The Chargers last year under the

  helm of Jim Harpo, remember, he took over a team and and a bunch
• 24:40
  of players that were not his guys.

  They were not his guys. He inherited Slater, who by the
• 24:46
  way is not healthy. He inherited Justin Herbert, by
• 24:50
  the way, last year wasn't healthy.

  This team with the weapons they have, adding back Allen, you see
• 24:59
  the difference in what Allen gives to Justin Herbert.

  It gives him a blanket, a guy that he trusts in the open field

  need be. He needs to make a play.

  He's getting the ball to Keenan Allen and they have one of the
• 25:13
  best tackles we have seen in a very long time.

  And Alt taking over for Slater is out for the season.

  You just paid Slater in the offseason.
