Ep. 105. Ironheart: Comics VS. MCU · Vigilante Vibes Podcast

0:17
Hi guys, it's Megan from Vigilante Vibes and I have
0:20
another character breakdown for you today.
0:22
And today I'm going to be talking about RiRi Williams,
0:25
played by Dominic Thorne in the upcoming Iron Heart series that
0:31
comes out on June 24th. That Marvel as of the date as of
0:37
the 8th of May, they have not done anything to promote it at
0:42
all. Of course, as soon as I post
0:44
this, they might drop a trailer. So that's usually how it goes.
0:47
So maybe I'm manifesting it right now, but who knows.
0:50
But since most people don't know that show is coming out, please
0:53
spread the word and raise the hype.
0:55
Even if you're not a fan of re re, if you're not a fan of Iron
0:59
Heart, not a fan of her comics or her character, she still the
1:03
show still deserves a fighting chance like every other Marvel
1:06
show does. So in this episode I will give
1:11
you the MCU version of RiRi Williams, played by Dominic
1:14
Thorne, Dominique Thorne, sorry, and then I'll give you the full
1:20
comic version. So in the MCU, RiRi Williams is
1:24
an MIT student and A gifted inventor who invented various
1:28
cutting edge designs such as a flying suit of armor based on
1:31
Iron Man's suit. As one of her projects was used
1:35
by the CIA to find Vibranium outside of Wakanda, Williams
1:39
found herself threatened by Neymour since her invention put
1:43
Talukan in danger of being exposed to the surface world.
1:47
Targeted by both Tolokinel and the United States government,
1:53
Williams was approached by Cherie and the Wakandans, which
1:56
later escalated into a war between Wakanda and the Tolokin.
2:01
Williams helped the Wakandans in the final battle using the new
2:04
armor made with a Condon technology and returned to the
2:08
US after the conflict. So one thing I want to talk
2:12
about about this particular thing, I see a lot of people say
2:16
if we ever see her again in the MCU, she needs a new suit.
2:19
We can't do it with that suit. They hated it.
2:21
I personally, I, I was all right with the suit.
2:24
It was a little too futuristic looking for me personally, but
2:29
it's Wakandan's. Heck, what are you going to do?
2:32
Just so you know, it won't be that suit in her series.
2:35
If you'll remember, at the end of Wakanda Forever, Cherie took
2:37
the suit back because it belonged to Wakanda.
2:41
So it she'll be getting a new suit, new design and all that.
2:44
So there you go. Now, in the comics, RiRi
2:50
Williams debuted an Invincible Iron Man Volume 3 #7 in 2016,
2:56
created by writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Mike Diadato.
3:01
It's said that she was inspired by the actress Sky Jackson, but
3:06
the creator has also said that he made the character with his
3:09
daughters in mind, which I think is so cute.
3:12
She later appeared under the code name Iron Heart.
3:15
An Invincible Iron Man Volume 3 #9 by Brian Michael Bendis and
3:20
Stefano Caselli If there's one thing you should take away from
3:24
this is that Brian Michael Bendis is an incredible writer.
3:29
He is phenomenal. Like the New Avengers comics,
3:36
all him just. I will at the end of this video,
3:40
check out my breakdown of who the New Avengers are in the
3:44
comics and you will see that his name is littered all over it.
3:48
He's phenomenal. His writing sings to my heart,
3:51
and that's all you need to know. Moving on.
3:54
RiRi Williams was born not long after her dad, RiRi Senior,
3:57
passed away. She grew up in the South Shore
4:00
neighborhood of Chicago with her mom Ronnie, her sister Sharon,
4:04
and her stepdad. While she was 5, her parents
4:08
noticed that she was having some behavioral issues, so they took
4:10
her to a child psychologist. After a bunch of tests, it turns
4:14
out Rhode Island, Rhode Island was a super genius.
4:16
The psychologist suggests that they find special ways to
4:20
support her intelligence while also making sure she got the
4:23
emotional support she needed. This is an Invincible Iron Man
4:27
Volume 4 #1 Rhode Island Rhode Island was so smart that she
4:31
often kept to herself and became kind of an introvert.
4:35
She didn't really have any friends until she met Natalie
4:37
Washington at the age of 10. Natalie noticed Rhode Island
4:40
Rhode Island working on some cool superhero related
4:43
inventions in her garage and the two quickly became close.
4:47
Just a year later, Rhode Island Rhode Island got a scholarship
4:50
to MIT. Sadly, when Rhode Island Rhode
4:54
Island was 13, things took a tragic turn.
4:56
During a picnic at Marcotta Park, a drive by shooting
5:01
happened nearby Rhode Island. Rhode Island wasn't hurt, but
5:03
both Natalie and her stepdad were hit by stray bullets and
5:06
did not survive. You can see this in Invincible
5:08
Iron Man Volume 4 #1 What started out just as a personal
5:12
challenge turned into a secret mission for Rhode Island, Rhode
5:15
Island. Building her own suit of armor,
5:17
she reverse engineered some older Iron Man tech, model 41 to
5:22
be exact, and began putting together her own prototype.
5:27
Most of the materials came from stuff she borrowed around
5:30
campus. Once campus security started
5:33
getting suspicious, RiRi decided to test out the suit for real by
5:36
putting on and flying away. As she flew across the country
5:40
getting a feel for how the suit worked, she ended up stumbling
5:43
on a prison break in New Mexico. A couple of inmates were making
5:47
a run for it in the truck, and RiRi managed to stop them, but
5:51
her armor took a pretty bad hit in the process.
5:54
She went back home to keep working on it, even though her
5:57
mom wasn't exactly thrilled. But then something unexpected
6:00
happened. Tony Stark himself showed up
6:03
after hearing what RiRi had done.
6:05
He gave her his full support to become a superhero with her suit
6:09
repaired. She later teamed up with Iron
6:11
Man and joined the fight in the second Superhero Civil War,
6:15
going up against Captain Marvel's side.
6:17
This is in Civil War Two number Six.
6:21
After Civil War ended and Tony Stark ended up in a coma and
6:24
after his fight with Captain Marvel, RiRi stepped in and
6:27
carried on his legacy. With the help from an AI version
6:31
of Tony he'd left behind, she built a new and improved suit
6:34
and took on the superhero name Iron Heart.
6:37
It didn't take long before people, both friends and enemies
6:40
of Iron Man, to start paying attention to her.
6:44
You can see this in Invincible Iron Man Volume 4 #3 After
6:50
teaming up with the Rescue to take down the Techno Golem and
6:54
her biohack ninjas, SHIELD started keeping an eye on her.
6:58
Rhode Island Rhode Island was becoming kind of a big deal.
7:01
Tony's mom, Amanda Armstrong, offered her his old lab.
7:06
MIT wanted to support her work, and even the Champions, a team
7:09
of young superheroes, asked her to join.
7:12
Soon after, SHIELD convinced her to head to Latveria to take down
7:17
a war criminal named Lucia. Von Bardas Re re handled it and
7:21
even declared herself Latveria's new ruler for a bit.
7:24
But after helping broker peace and push for the country's first
7:29
democratic elections, she stepped down and helped set the
7:32
stage for a new beginning there. When Hydra took over the US
7:35
government led by an evil fascist version of Captain
7:39
America, RiRi and the Tony Stark AI joined the Underground, which
7:43
is a resistance group made-up of heroes and regular people
7:47
fighting back. During all of this, RiRi grew
7:50
closer to the Champions and eventually left the Underground
7:53
with them to team up with Spider Man and Black Widow in a secret
7:56
group called the Red Room. They were planning to take down
8:01
HYDRA Cap, but things went S fast when the Champions tried to
8:08
execute their plan. Black Widow was killed by
8:10
Captain America and the young heroes were captured.
8:13
Luckily, during the big final battle in DC, the real Captain
8:17
America returned. Hydra was defeated and the
8:20
Champions were freed. As a thank you for helping to
8:23
defeat Hydra, A sentient cosmic cube named Kobic sent a few
8:28
heroes on a trip through time, Rhode Island.
8:30
Rhode Island ended up in the far future where she met Sorcerer
8:33
Supreme Tony Stark. Magic Tony I said it, which gave
8:39
her a new boost and inspiration to keep building her future.
8:43
This can be seen in Generations, Iron Man and Iron heart #1 Not
8:48
long after, while looking into the mystery of Tony Stark's
8:51
missing body, Rhode Island, Rhode Island got invited to a
8:54
super genius think tank ran by Leonardo da Vinci, the very one
8:59
who wanted to create something new to replace SHIELD.
9:02
After all that and Tony finally waking up Rhode Island, Rhode
9:06
Island officially joined the Champions.
9:08
This is in Champions volume to #19 She went on more and more
9:13
wild adventures while like rescuing the new teammate Amka
9:17
Aliak from the North Pole and even heading into space to help
9:21
Nova stop a genocide against the Shatari.
9:24
Things got intense when RiRi tried to take on Thanos himself.
9:29
He destroyed her armor in seconds but let her live because
9:33
the Champions had unknowingly helped his 'cause.
9:36
After that loss, RiRi was feeling pretty shaken, but her
9:39
teammate Viv encouraged her to design a new suit, this time
9:43
inspired by what they just experienced with the Shatari.
9:46
This is an an Infinity countdown #2.
9:50
Later on, RiRi unveiled her brand new Iron Heart suit to the
9:54
rest of the Champions. Before heading to Tanzania, she
9:59
was doing a favor for a friend of Nadia's by helping install
10:03
water filters into a local village.
10:05
When she got there, the locals welcomed her with a meal and
10:08
Amca and Viv went off to check something strange in a nearby
10:11
forest, which turned out to be man thing hiding out there.
10:15
She he ended up attacking them and although they managed to
10:18
stop him, it came at a cost. Viv got badly damaged and Sam
10:23
and Nadia were accidentally pulled into another dimension
10:27
while the team kept searching for their missing friends.
10:30
Ree Ree was with Miles Morales when he got some awful news.
10:35
A shooting had happened at his school.
10:37
The whole team was shaken, but RiRi took it especially hard.
10:41
She told Amadeus Cho that stuff like that, how common and
10:46
unavoidable it feels, was one of the reasons she built the Iron
10:49
Heart armor in the 1st place. This can be seen in champions
10:52
#22 to 24. A little while later in
10:57
Champions volume to #25 Rebe was with the Champions when AMCA
11:02
figured out that about their missing teammate and where they
11:05
ended up. After some convincing, AMCA let
11:08
the rest of the team tag along and they all entered in the Sage
11:12
parallel. A strange alternate reality that
11:15
looked and felt like a fantasy RPG.
11:18
Everyone got transformed into the classic dungeon and dragon
11:21
style characters based on their personality.
11:24
RiRi became a noble paladin named Lady Ironheart and she was
11:29
the only one who still remembered their lives back on
11:32
Earth. She reunited with Miles who was
11:35
now going by Shadow Spider, a rogue type character, and the
11:39
two of them set off to find and rescue the rest of their team.
11:44
Eventually they found the others, Mystic Marvel who is
11:47
Miss Marvel, Vivid Vessel who is Viv Snow Gore which is Amka,
11:53
Braun, Hammer which is Amadeus Cho, and even a now friendly man
11:58
thing. Together they went up against
11:59
the evil ruler of the world who had brainwashed Nova who's Sam
12:04
and Wicked Wasp who is Nadia into fighting on his side.
12:09
Rhode Island, Rhode Island and Viv teamed up to take the
12:11
villain down and everyone made it back home safely.
12:15
Afterward. Rhode Island, Rhode Island had a
12:16
heart to heart with Miles, who was feeling guilty about some
12:19
things he'd said while playing the role of Shadow Spider.
12:23
He promised he wasn't leaving the team.
12:25
Later. Viv, still affected by what she
12:28
experienced as Vivid Vessel, realized she had feelings for
12:31
Rhode Island, Rhode Island and surprised her with a kiss.
12:34
But Rhode Island, Rhode Island, completely caught off guard and
12:37
not great with emotional stuff by any means, didn't know how to
12:40
react. She didn't respond clearly and
12:44
things got awkward, leaving some tension between her and Viv and
12:47
making RiRi feel a little off balance within the team.
12:50
This can be seen in Champions volume to #27 later on Rhode
12:56
Island. Rhode Island helped later on
13:00
Rhode Island, Rhode Island helped lead a bigger, more
13:02
global Champions mission that had the team doing relief work
13:05
on multiple countries. It was a major operation, and
13:09
she played a big part in pulling it off.
13:11
But after things settled down, Viv approached her again, still
13:14
looking foreclosure about the kiss in her feelings.
13:16
Rhode Island Rhode Island, completely caught off guard
13:18
again, not knowing how to respond, still couldn't give her
13:22
a clear answer. This made things even more
13:25
uncomfortable, and Rhode Island Rhode Island ended up stepping
13:28
back from the Champions for a while.
13:30
Eventually though, RiRi fell under the influence of the demon
13:33
Black Heart. In a twisted moment, she showed
13:37
up at Viv's house in Arlington while Viv was in the middle of
13:40
coordinating a champion's mission and attacked her.
13:44
The rest of the team stepped in and a battle broke out.
13:47
It wasn't until Viv apologized to RiRi mid fight that she
13:50
managed to be snapped out of it and break free of Black Hearts
13:53
control and help take him down. Afterward, RiRi was finally able
13:58
to be honest with Viv, saying she didn't return her romantic
14:03
feelings but valued their friendship very deeply.
14:06
That helped them both finally move forward.
14:08
And this can all be seen in Champions Volume 3 #8 through 10
14:14
Rhode Island. Rhode Island eventually accepted
14:16
MI TS offer to run her own lab, using the opportunity to work on
14:20
proper AI system for her armor. While giving a tour to some
14:25
foreign visitors. There was an accident.
14:27
There's always an accident, and around the same time, she picked
14:31
up some strange police activity that led her into a fight with
14:34
the villain Clash. After she defeated him, he
14:37
handed her a token from the Ten Rings, telling her that she had
14:41
the potential to go down a dark path.
14:43
That really shook her. Later, while processing
14:49
everything, RiRi got a surprise FaceTime from her friend Xavier
14:52
King. They talked for a while, and
14:55
during the call, something huge happened.
14:58
Her AI project, which she'd built from scans of her brain
15:02
waves and memories, suddenly finished building itself.
15:05
The AI had taken the form of an older version of Natalie, her
15:09
best friend that died years ago. Re renamed the AI Natalie, short
15:14
for a Neuro Autonomous Technical Assistant and Laboratory
15:18
Intelligence Entity, and together they returned to
15:22
Chicago to investigate the mysterious disappearances of
15:26
Riri's childhood friend Deja Hamilton, teaming up with Riri's
15:31
mom and Xavier to find out what was going on.
15:34
This is all in Iron Heart numbers one through 3.
15:38
While leading A-Team, RiRi ended up walking straight into an
15:42
ambush set by the Ten Rings. As she kept digging, she finally
15:46
found Deja, who had been kidnapped and was being held by
15:50
a Ten Rings agent called Midnight's Fire.
15:53
Not long after, she showed up at her garage and told her that he
15:56
was searching for something called the Wellspring of Power,
16:00
and he wanted RiRi to join him on that quest.
16:03
She turned him down and they fought, but he beat her pretty
16:07
quickly and took off. Eventually, RiRi tracked Deja to
16:12
a warehouse, where she discovered a bunch of kids being
16:14
held hostage by a corrupt politician named Thomas Birch.
16:19
She managed to rescue Deja and the others, and realized that
16:22
Midnight's Fire had been using Birch as a puppet the entire
16:25
time. A few days later, RiRi decided
16:29
to drop out of MIT, which it looks like that's what's going
16:32
to be happening in the Iron Heart series on Disney Plus.
16:37
With the reward money she got for exposing Birch and the cash
16:41
from selling the patent for the tech she used to find Deja, she
16:45
bought a studio in Chicago and started setting up her own base
16:49
of operations. You can read all this in Iron
16:51
heart #5. At one point, Miss Marvel asked
16:56
RiRi to look into the disappearance of Miles Morales
16:59
during the time RiRi had been away from the Champions and
17:02
Miles had actually quit the team, breaking the promise he'd
17:06
made to stick around. Determined to find him, RiRi
17:10
fell back into her old habits and tracked down his last known
17:13
location using his phone data, which made her AI Natalie laugh
17:18
a bit at the house. Stalkerish that was.
17:20
They eventually found him caught up in some kind of time related
17:23
experiment being run by a group called The Tank.
17:26
After taking care of that situation, RiRi and Miles
17:29
finally had a heart to heart and patched things up over his
17:31
decision to leave the team. Not long after, while giving
17:35
Nadia a tour of her lab, chaos broke out in Chicago, a full
17:39
blown zombie outbreak. RiRi tracked the source to
17:42
Midway Airport and figured out that the villain behind it all
17:45
was someone named Eclipse. She jumped into action and was
17:48
able to stop the outbreak by taking Eclipse down.
17:51
This can all be seen in Iron Hearts number six to seven.
17:56
After taking down Eclipse, RiRi noticed the symbol on her head
17:59
matching the one tied to the 10 rings.
18:02
Realizing she was out of her depth with whatever she was
18:04
turning into, she flew to New York to get some magical backup
18:07
from Doctor Strange. He was hesitant at first,
18:10
worried that she might fall into the same trap of ego and
18:13
ambition that Tony Stark had, but he helped her anyways.
18:17
With his guidance, RiRi found out that the Wellspring of Power
18:20
was located in Wakanda. She turned to Tony for help
18:24
getting there and eventually met up with Cherie.
18:27
Their first meeting was a little tense, but they both ended up
18:30
working together to stop a swarm of shadow creatures leaking from
18:34
the Wellspring. Along the way, they were joined
18:37
by the Silhouette, who was one on the same mission to stop her
18:40
twin brother, Midnight's Fire. The three of them made their way
18:44
to the Wellspring and fought off more shadow creatures, with a
18:48
koi jumping in to help after secretly following them.
18:52
Once they made it to the Wellspring, A Silhouette helped
18:54
them uncover the Ten Rings in the middle of reopening it.
18:58
Among them were Midnight's Fire Eclipse to MO and their leader,
19:03
someone named Dune, who shockingly turned out to be
19:07
Riri's father. They were captured at 1st and re
19:10
returned the tables by challenging them for control of
19:14
the wellspring. After revealing who she was with
19:17
some PIM particles Nadia had given her, she managed to grab
19:21
the key but ended up falling into the Wellspring herself.
19:25
Inside, she had a huge realization about what really
19:28
happened to her dad and came out of it with upgraded powers.
19:31
She used them to take down the Ten Rings and force them to
19:34
retreat. A few days later, RiRi and
19:38
Silhouette were honored by Wakanda with the Circlet of
19:42
Bast, their highest honor. Sheree also let RiRi know that
19:46
she'd always be welcomed there, and RiRi later returned to help
19:50
Wakanda build a space Armada and even took part in defending the
19:55
country during the battle against Ndijaca's forces.
19:58
This can be seen in Black Panther #20 to 24.
20:02
After the Underage Superhuman Welfare Act was passed, which
20:06
banned teen vigilantes, RiRi had to hang up her iron suit for
20:09
good to avoid getting her mom in trouble.
20:12
This led to some tension between her and Natalie, the AI, when
20:16
RiRi found out about Andre Sims, an industrial saboteur, but
20:22
didn't want to go after him directly.
20:25
Things got worse when a glitch in Matt Natalie's system caused
20:28
her interaction with Sims Sabotage software.
20:34
I said that wrong, yes. Hi Millie,
20:51
where was I? This led to some tension between
20:54
her and Natalie when RiRi found out about Andre Sims, an
20:58
industrial saboteur, but didn't want to go after him directly.
21:02
Things got worse when a glitch in Natalie's system caused by
21:06
her interaction with SIM Sabotage software made the AI go
21:09
rogue and take control of Riri's empty armor to attack Sims.
21:14
RiRi eventually tracked Natalie down and helped her snap out of
21:18
it. After SIM Sabotage was exposed,
21:21
RiRi put her Iron Heart armor away for good, accepting that
21:25
her days as Iron Heart were over, but she and Natalie still
21:28
worked with the Champions and Rhode Island.
21:30
Rhode Island was sending her AI to New York to provide security
21:34
for a secret meeting of teen heroes.
21:36
After Kamala's Law was passed and being enforced by Cradle, a
21:41
meeting got busted when Viv Vision accidentally leaked its
21:45
location to the authorities, but Natalie helped a few of the
21:48
heroes escape. Later, the protests against
21:52
Cradle made their way to Chicago, bringing the rest of
21:55
the Champions, Miss Marvel, Miles Sam along with it.
21:59
After a protest got out of hand and exposed them to the
22:02
authorities, the Champions took refuge in Riri's house.
22:05
There, they confronted her about not being there with them and
22:09
accused her of being the one who tipped off Cradle about the New
22:12
York meeting. Rhode Island.
22:14
Rhode Island explained that her public identity and reliance on
22:16
her mom made it impossible for her to break the law like they
22:19
could with their secret identities.
22:22
She also denied betraying them, and in the process revealed that
22:25
she'd figured out Miss Marvel's real name.
22:28
Despite her hesitation, her team mates had inadvertently LED
22:32
Cradle to her house, something Rhode Island, Rhode Island had
22:34
already anticipated, so she was wearing her armor gauntlets
22:38
under her clothes. She had no choice but to suit up
22:40
and help fight off Cradles forces.
22:44
RiRi and the Champions went on the run, trying to stay one step
22:48
ahead of Cradle, but every time Viv accidentally exposed their
22:51
location. Like at this point, just get rid
22:53
of Viv and the final confrontation.
22:56
They were rescued by Cyclops and his team, Pixie and Dust.
23:00
Cyclops explained that while Krakoa wouldn't take them in,
23:03
they could stay with the Marauders and Captain Kate.
23:06
Pride Kitty Pride for those who don't know, after a brief fight
23:11
in a meeting with her idle storm, RiRi and the Champions
23:14
decided to stop running and face Cradle head on.
23:17
They went back to Riri's house, apologize to her mom, and with
23:20
her blessing, recorded a video exposing Cradle.
23:23
They also got their mobile base back. the Champions took down
23:27
rocks on the people behind Kamala's Law, which was then
23:31
repealed. With that, they were finally
23:34
free to be heroes again without the constant threat of
23:37
persecution. As for the Mandarin's rings,
23:40
RiRi had always been interested in them.
23:43
When she found out they were being sold on the black market
23:45
by a group called Source Control, she went undercover as
23:49
Cobalt Man to buy them. Iron Man and War Machine had the
23:54
same idea and ran into her right after she bought the rings.
23:58
She ended up using her cover to help start take down the Source
24:02
Controls leader Spymaster. Tony wasn't thrilled about re re
24:06
keeping the rings at first, but eventually he let her study them
24:11
to explore their potential for non offensive uses.
24:14
The more re re wore the wings, the more they started to mess
24:18
with her. She kept them on all the time
24:20
and even lied about having them. During Orcas's campaign to
24:25
oppress mutants worldwide, Tony asked for her help to travel and
24:28
build spaceships out of Mysterium for the mutant counter
24:32
offensive. Along the way, she teamed up
24:34
with the mutant inventor Forge, and they ran into Moklon Dragon.
24:39
The dragon warned RiRi that the rings were holding the evil
24:42
spirits of its kin before flying off.
24:44
After they built the ships in Knight of Eller, the dwarfs who
24:49
helped them backed out because they wanted the Mysterium all
24:51
for themselves. Under the influence of the
24:53
rings, RiRi lost it and almost went too far, but Forge managed
24:57
to snap her out of it. Realizing how dangerous the
25:00
rings actually were, RiRi decided to get rid of them.
25:04
Using the device Forge made that could send things whatever they
25:08
needed to go, RiRi shot the rings in a space and scattered
25:12
them across the Galaxy. After Tony Stark's Iron Man
25:15
armor got wrecked by a magical virus that Justine Hammer
25:18
planted, he had to rely on a basic low tech suit to stop her
25:22
plans. He succeeded, but all his other
25:25
suits were still useless, which sucks.
25:28
Needing a way to clear the virus from his systems, Tony called in
25:32
Ironheart and Natalie, asking them to come to his Santa Monica
25:36
base. With some help from the Scarlet
25:38
Witch, RiRi figured out that Justine Hammer's Mysterium
25:42
powered Iron Monger suit, left behind after their fight could
25:46
remove the virus from Stark systems.
25:49
While they were at it, RiRi also discovered that a Stark facility
25:53
in Southern California needed SHIELD clearance to Get full
25:56
access. This LED them to Agent Melinda
25:59
May's office where they found out that ex SHIELD agent Carolyn
26:03
Palamas had been using Tony's old credentials to get into
26:07
start tech. The team headed to the
26:09
restricted facility to stop Palamas from stealing anything
26:13
and Natalie hacked the smugglers phones to find out that they
26:17
were headed to Hellman Circle in West Side Chicago.
26:21
This really ticked off Rhode Island, Rhode Island and she
26:23
used some force to get Palamas to admit what her group was
26:27
planning using Stark's surveillance tech in Chicago.
26:31
Tony then realized that Hellman Circle was the former Stark
26:34
Industries Midwest Operations HQ, sold by Anthony Stark
26:38
decades before, but still registered in his name.
26:41
Arriving at Hellman Circle, RiRi, Tony, and Melinda were
26:45
confronted by Lucia Bond Vardis, and you can read all of that in
26:49
Iron Man Volume 7 #4 So as you can see, Iron Heart Rebellion,
26:55
she's very, very active in the comics with Iron Man, with
27:00
champions, with a lot of different characters.
27:03
I'd really like to see her join the Champions, but we need to
27:08
get a miles in there too. I want to see them all, but as
27:12
usual, I have some comics for you to check out to get to know
27:15
RiRi Williams even more. Starting off Invincible Iron Man
27:20
volume 4, Iron Heart volume 1 Generations Iron Man and Iron
27:29
heart #1 Iron Heart Bad chemistry number one and from
27:37
free Comics Books day Ironheart, Marvel voices number one and
27:43
also check out the Champions runs because she's all up in
27:47
there and she is phenomenal in it.
27:50
So that is RiRi Williams Ironheart.
27:53
Hopefully we get something about her show this week because at
27:58
this point it's like why don't we have anything?
28:01
Every other project has been promoted so much more than this
28:04
show and it just feels suspicious, but that's all I can
28:11
really say. So when that does drop, when we
28:13
do get a trailer, be sure to like and subscribe so you can
28:17
see me react to it as I do with all Marvel trailers.
28:21
So I hope you enjoyed this character breakdown and with
28:23
that being said, have a marvelous day.
