- 0:10Speaker 1: each other on the air.
- 0:12Speaker 3: There's prop control for the.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Live from the Raising Kine studio.
- 0:19Speaker 4: It's off the Bench, all right, Welcome back here Off
- 0:41Speaker 4: the Bench hour number three. On a Tuesday Combine week,
- 0:47Speaker 4: all the best players in the country packing up their bags,
- 0:53Speaker 4: flying out, registering, getting ready for one of the biggest,
- 0:57Speaker 4: if not the biggest week of their young athletic the
- 1:00Speaker 4: careers of their lives, getting ready and trying to show
- 1:03Speaker 4: out their best performance, their best stuff.
- 1:05Speaker 5: And some of that always gives us his best stuff.
- 1:08Speaker 6: Joins the show right now, mister Nick Underhill, what's going on, sir?
- 1:12Speaker 5: Good morning? How you doing?
- 1:14Speaker 1: Man?
- 1:14Speaker 2: Just just out You're stalking the combine trying to, you know,
- 1:18Speaker 2: get the nuggets to bring here on a Tuesday morning.
- 1:21Speaker 2: I'm actually sitting outside of his Starbucks and I don't
- 1:23Speaker 2: know if you know, but this is the most dangerous
- 1:25Speaker 2: place in the NFL. Last year, Orldon, Jordan Schultzen and
- 1:29Speaker 2: Rappapork got in the fight year. So I'm just kind
- 1:33Speaker 2: of living dangerously right now, Yeah, I'm living dangerously not scared.
- 1:38Speaker 7: Yeah, that's what we're doing.
- 1:39Speaker 6: Yeah, watch hester's there a little backup, go get them. Yeah,
- 1:45Speaker 6: he can protect you. I don't know if he still
- 1:46Speaker 6: got it or not, but that was gonna be my
- 1:49Speaker 6: first question for you. You kind of gave me. You
- 1:51Speaker 6: kind of gave us your secret sauce. When you're at
- 1:54Speaker 6: the Senior Bowl. It's like you like to hang out,
- 1:56Speaker 6: not at the bars at night, at the coffee shop,
- 1:59Speaker 6: so it makes sense that you are at a coffee
- 2:01Speaker 6: shop this morning.
- 2:03Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean, this is what it is.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Like you just kind of stand around, You try to
- 2:07Speaker 2: pick people off and try to have conversations. It's the
- 2:10Speaker 2: dumbest thing in the world that, like we got to
- 2:11Speaker 2: come out here and talk to people that live like
- 2:13Speaker 2: five minutes away at home.
- 2:15Speaker 7: But I mean, it just kind of is what it is.
- 2:17Speaker 2: But yeah, I mean, look, this is where kind of
- 2:19Speaker 2: everything starts to happen. And already I mean just kind
- 2:22Speaker 2: of a handful of little things, like you start to
- 2:24Speaker 2: pick up, like I think the alive thing gets done
- 2:26Speaker 2: probably sooner than later.
- 2:28Speaker 7: It sounds like everybody's on the same page with that.
- 2:30Speaker 7: So that's kind of one thing that's coming out of here.
- 2:33Speaker 7: You know, they've talked to Cam.
- 2:34Speaker 2: I think that the Mario situation is still in the
- 2:37Speaker 2: same place, kind.
- 2:37Speaker 7: Of that wait and see. But I would bet by.
- 2:41Speaker 2: The end of this week, I mean, you get everybody here,
- 2:43Speaker 2: it's all the agents, all the executives, everybody's just kind
- 2:47Speaker 2: of standing around trying to burn enough time in a
- 2:49Speaker 2: day and feel productive. I mean, by the end of
- 2:51Speaker 2: this week, I would bet a lot of stuff is
- 2:53Speaker 2: well defined and we leave here kind of knowing you know,
- 2:56Speaker 2: what's going to happen next. So that's already starting to
- 2:58Speaker 2: take places early in the week. Everyone got here yesterday.
- 3:00Speaker 2: But it really is just like a big football convention,
- 3:03Speaker 2: and it is where like a lot of stuff starts
- 3:05Speaker 2: getting done.
- 3:06Speaker 6: Yeah, I think I think that's a big misconception for
- 3:08Speaker 6: a lot of people that think that this week's all
- 3:10Speaker 6: about the the soon to be NFL rookies coming in
- 3:15Speaker 6: and showing their stuff, which that that's the reason for
- 3:18Speaker 6: everybody joining together, But a lot of other business happens
- 3:22Speaker 6: because it's not, like you said, it's a football convention.
- 3:24Speaker 6: It is everybody that comes together, and most importantly, it's
- 3:28Speaker 6: a lot of current player invets agents come together with
- 3:31Speaker 6: everybody in the same room. So it's a lot of
- 3:34Speaker 6: other stuff, and I think that a lot of these
- 3:35Speaker 6: gms and agents and stuff are going there more for
- 3:39Speaker 6: that business rather than the seniors and soon to be rookies.
- 3:44Speaker 7: Yeah, no doubt about it.
- 3:45Speaker 2: I mean that's that's the biggest part now. I even
- 3:47Speaker 2: think on the on the evaluation aspect of it is
- 3:50Speaker 2: not what you're watching on TV. It's it's the it's
- 3:52Speaker 2: the meetings, it's talking to them, it's finding.
- 3:54Speaker 7: Out what they're about.
- 3:55Speaker 5: You know.
- 3:55Speaker 2: The medical part of it's a huge thing too. But
- 3:58Speaker 2: usually these things in your bull is the same way.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Like it's a lot it's a lot more about the
- 4:03Speaker 2: behind the scenes than what's actually out there.
- 4:06Speaker 7: You know, it's gonna be it's going to be interesting.
- 4:08Speaker 2: I mean, I think there's a handful of the things
- 4:10Speaker 2: that still need to come together that that are going
- 4:12Speaker 2: to define their season.
- 4:13Speaker 7: I don't know that they're going to bend.
- 4:15Speaker 2: Over backward for for some of these older players or
- 4:17Speaker 2: that though, Like I really do feel like this team
- 4:20Speaker 2: feels like it's on a path to just its next chapter,
- 4:24Speaker 2: and I think they want to keep the Mario I
- 4:26Speaker 2: think they want to keep cam but you know, already
- 4:28Speaker 2: just you know, off a kicking the tires on a
- 4:30Speaker 2: couple of things. Like I don't think they're gonna they're
- 4:32Speaker 2: gonna go crazy, you know, for for anyone.
- 4:35Speaker 7: I think they do w't want to find those guys
- 4:37Speaker 7: who are more next.
- 4:38Speaker 2: They want to find the veteran player that that you know,
- 4:42Speaker 2: hasn't necessarily gotten paid yet. Like I think that that's
- 4:45Speaker 2: where they're thinking right now. Doors open for everyone, but
- 4:48Speaker 2: I don't think they're going to compete for it. And also,
- 4:50Speaker 2: by the way, there was this report that came out
- 4:52Speaker 2: that they got to spend fifty million dollars or seventy
- 4:55Speaker 2: million dollars to raise their floor because they have the
- 4:58Speaker 2: three year thing.
- 4:59Speaker 7: And if anybody's all that, like, it's kind of.
- 5:02Speaker 2: A false flag because any money they spend right now
- 5:04Speaker 2: is going to count against that. So if you extend
- 5:06Speaker 2: chrys Olave and you give them a fifty million dollars
- 5:08Speaker 2: signing bonus, there's fifty million dollars off the seventy that
- 5:11Speaker 2: you got to spend.
- 5:12Speaker 7: So it isn't it isn't.
- 5:14Speaker 2: A precursor to some like free agency frenzy, like their
- 5:17Speaker 2: natural way of doing business is going to take care
- 5:20Speaker 2: of what they have to do to raise that three
- 5:21Speaker 2: year level, and uh, they're going to hit that threshold
- 5:24Speaker 2: just doing business they want to do. So, yeah, they're
- 5:27Speaker 2: gonna spend, they're gonna be aggressive, but it isn't going
- 5:29Speaker 2: to be like they got to spend seventy million dollars
- 5:31Speaker 2: to meet this number.
- 5:32Speaker 7: Like that.
- 5:33Speaker 2: The way that information came out, you know, for anyone
- 5:35Speaker 2: that that's why I kind of drove the conversation on
- 5:37Speaker 2: social for a few days like that. The way that
- 5:40Speaker 2: came out was a dross misrepresentational where things exist.
- 5:46Speaker 6: Interesting, Yeah, I like I was, I was listening. I'm
- 5:49Speaker 6: not like super familiar with like the cappit that you're
- 5:52Speaker 6: talking about. But if anybody can control the cap situation,
- 5:56Speaker 6: I believe in the New York Yeah, New Orleans Saints
- 5:58Speaker 6: they can handle that. They're masters of it.
- 6:00Speaker 7: Yes.
- 6:01Speaker 2: So so just like the background on that, So there's
- 6:04Speaker 2: a three year threshold that you have to be at,
- 6:05Speaker 2: you got to say you gotta have there's like a
- 6:07Speaker 2: floor of spending that you have to be at. Cash
- 6:09Speaker 2: going out new cashit new players, So like Derek Carr Leeds,
- 6:12Speaker 2: so you aren't paying out that money kind of screws
- 6:14Speaker 2: up your number. They haven't really brought in a lot
- 6:16Speaker 2: of pricey people the last couple of years, so their
- 6:18Speaker 2: actual like new cash spending wasn't where it was supposed
- 6:22Speaker 2: to be.
- 6:22Speaker 7: There's like five teams that got to spend to.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Get there, and it's a formula over three years, so
- 6:26Speaker 2: like they literally have up until the day before the
- 6:29Speaker 2: league year next year to catch up on this. So
- 6:33Speaker 2: you extend Chris Olave, you extend Chase Young, you sign
- 6:37Speaker 2: a couple of free agents, and the seventy million dollars
- 6:39Speaker 2: they need to have to be at that three year
- 6:41Speaker 2: threshold will hit. But our report came out that was like,
- 6:44Speaker 2: well the Saints.
- 6:45Speaker 6: And oh well we'll try to get him back on
- 6:56Speaker 6: right there. But that was that's an interesting It was
- 7:00Speaker 6: just just a hey, Nick, I don't know if you
- 7:05Speaker 6: can hear us, but we are. You're kind of cutting
- 7:08Speaker 6: out a little bit. I think the coffee shop you
- 7:10Speaker 6: were getting some really nice internet. Then you might have
- 7:13Speaker 6: walked away from the coffee shop. Hey just call me,
- 7:17Speaker 6: all right, sounds good.
- 7:18Speaker 5: It's an in.
- 7:19Speaker 6: I would call him like I did not know anything
- 7:22Speaker 6: about this whole three year spending.
- 7:24Speaker 5: So there's a lot of hoops.
- 7:25Speaker 6: You gotta jump through, a lot, a lot of things
- 7:26Speaker 6: you gotta do as obviously when you're balancing salary cap.
- 7:31Speaker 6: But apparently the nor Leans Saints just haven't spent that
- 7:34Speaker 6: Derek car situation went against that, so they got a
- 7:38Speaker 6: lot of money to have to spend. But Nick is
- 7:42Speaker 6: saying that we have until the beginning of next the
- 7:44Speaker 6: start of next, so we got over a year to
- 7:46Speaker 6: spend that money, and certainly chrysal Lave is going to
- 7:50Speaker 6: it's going to work against work towards that number. We
- 7:54Speaker 6: got them on, all right, we got nickd We got
- 7:56Speaker 6: Nick back?
- 7:57Speaker 5: Nick? What's up? You there?
- 7:59Speaker 6: Yeah, ok there, Look you look so much better in
- 8:02Speaker 6: video than this picture. I gotta tell you, it didn't
- 8:04Speaker 6: even look like you.
- 8:04Speaker 3: That's what I was telling you. Guys have been doing
- 8:06Speaker 3: me dirty for for years.
- 8:07Speaker 5: For years.
- 8:08Speaker 3: I got to send a new pictures could if you could.
- 8:11Speaker 5: We'll pay for the hit shots if you want them.
- 8:15Speaker 3: I don't know who grabbed it, but it just makes
- 8:16Speaker 3: me look like such an asshole man, like I hate it.
- 8:19Speaker 5: I hate it, so I love it.
- 8:23Speaker 6: Okay, So let's talk about the combine a little bit.
- 8:28Speaker 6: I saw like I saw like a mock draft from
- 8:31Speaker 6: Kuyper that came out, and you know, take that with
- 8:33Speaker 6: a grain of salt however you want to. Uh, he
- 8:35Speaker 6: has the Saints takeing mackay Lemon from USC wide receiver?
- 8:39Speaker 5: Now, certainly not.
- 8:40Speaker 6: I think we all we talked about this yesterday, like
- 8:43Speaker 6: we would love to see the Saints go wide receiver.
- 8:46Speaker 6: I would love to see them get really young on
- 8:48Speaker 6: the offensive side of the ball, go like the Green
- 8:50Speaker 6: Bay Packer route.
- 8:52Speaker 5: We just changed your picture. Holy cow, it might actually
- 8:56Speaker 5: be like more of a this is his Twitter profile pig.
- 9:00Speaker 5: So is that turtleneck?
- 9:01Speaker 8: Why you just look like that?
- 9:05Speaker 5: Anyway you'll see it.
- 9:07Speaker 6: Yeah, let's talk about I would love to see like
- 9:10Speaker 6: the I would love to see them get young at
- 9:11Speaker 6: the wide receiver and very versatile and diverse, like the
- 9:14Speaker 6: like the Packers kind of look where they got four
- 9:16Speaker 6: or five just young guys, No, nobody that's like the
- 9:20Speaker 6: super number one. They just got to got really productive guys.
- 9:23Speaker 6: So do you still see them? What are your eyes
- 9:26Speaker 6: going to be on the combine from the wide receiver?
- 9:27Speaker 6: And how do you like the Kuyper mock draft of
- 9:30Speaker 6: mackay Lemon.
- 9:32Speaker 3: I'm mc kay fan. Yeah, I mean he's interesting, like
- 9:35Speaker 3: when you kind of do like the rewatchers of those
- 9:38Speaker 3: guys I think like Jordan Tyson Connell Tay, like you
- 9:41Speaker 3: see it, you watch like six plays and you're like, yeah,
- 9:43Speaker 3: that that guy's great, Like I see what you gotta do.
- 9:45Speaker 3: I think m Kyle Lemon like it's kind of one
- 9:47Speaker 3: of them people that like you really got to watch
- 9:49Speaker 3: and uh it's like, you know, if you watch them
- 9:51Speaker 3: for like seven minutes, by the end of that seven minutes,
- 9:53Speaker 3: like you're gonna be like, man, this guy like he's
- 9:56Speaker 3: a beast. Like he's smaller obviously, but really strong player,
- 9:59Speaker 3: really right after the catch, great hands. Makes a lot
- 10:02Speaker 3: of guys mistackles all that stuff. So I'm a fan.
- 10:06Speaker 3: I like him quite a bit. I think he would
- 10:07Speaker 3: fit well with what they have. Like if you're if
- 10:09Speaker 3: you're kind of drawing it out a little bit, like, uh,
- 10:12Speaker 3: a lot is kind of you do everything great route
- 10:14Speaker 3: runner Bailey gives you that can test to catch and
- 10:16Speaker 3: then you know. I feel like Makatt would be that
- 10:18Speaker 3: guy that gives you the mix underneath the just the
- 10:22Speaker 3: strong hands, the run after touch ability. He's kind of
- 10:25Speaker 3: like thinking Willie Sneeth a little bit, but like putting
- 10:28Speaker 3: the Corvette injinetum, like just he's the uh, he's just
- 10:33Speaker 3: he's just like a really really good player. I like
- 10:34Speaker 3: him quite a bit. I do think though, like I
- 10:37Speaker 3: wonder if you can get better value of like forty two,
- 10:39Speaker 3: like if you do something different at eight. Like I
- 10:41Speaker 3: feel like there's just like a lot of receivers that
- 10:42Speaker 3: are going to be there at forty two, and you know,
- 10:46Speaker 3: I don't know, Like I just feel like if you
- 10:49Speaker 3: allocate your resources, you know, I I think taking a
- 10:54Speaker 3: receiver at eight would be will be a great value,
- 10:57Speaker 3: but I just think it'd be maybe possibly better. Like
- 11:00Speaker 3: there's just one two punches you kind of go through
- 11:02Speaker 3: and do like the Steven Round mock draft, Like I
- 11:05Speaker 3: don't know if like Gruden, Bayne or Downs is gonna
- 11:08Speaker 3: fall that far, but like I don't know, you can
- 11:10Speaker 3: get one of them and then and then hit and
- 11:12Speaker 3: get Chris Bell, Elijah Surratt. You know, there's just a
- 11:16Speaker 3: ton of guys that that I think you could fit
- 11:18Speaker 3: on a little bit later in the draft and check
- 11:20Speaker 3: two boxes. But I'm a Mac fan, Like out of
- 11:23Speaker 3: the three, I facilitate a little bit when you consider
- 11:26Speaker 3: health and everything, it kind of makes Tyson a little
- 11:29Speaker 3: bit a little bit scary. But I think I think
- 11:32Speaker 3: his his highlights, his fate, his his feeling is incredibly high.
- 11:37Speaker 3: He's probably my favorite one out of them. But like
- 11:38Speaker 3: if I'm actually building the team, uh, you can make
- 11:41Speaker 3: you can make a strong case for m Kyle lemon
- 11:43Speaker 3: At that's fuck yeah.
- 11:44Speaker 5: Nick Lamour.
- 11:45Speaker 6: I think about this draft for the for the Saints,
- 11:48Speaker 6: and the more I'm thinking about like which players where
- 11:51Speaker 6: they fit and looking at the draft glaves, like you said,
- 11:53Speaker 6: there's it's pretty deep at route like you had good receivers.
- 11:56Speaker 6: There's going to be guys available in the second, third
- 11:59Speaker 6: round and you look get another position to need the
- 12:01Speaker 6: edge rusher position. It's the same thing with that. There
- 12:04Speaker 6: is going to be really good players you can get
- 12:06Speaker 6: in the second and third round at edge like this,
- 12:08Speaker 6: to me, their position is so primed in my opinion
- 12:12Speaker 6: to trade back. Do you think that that is anywhere?
- 12:17Speaker 6: I'll Mickey Limis's radar get get you an extra second
- 12:20Speaker 6: round pick, move down in the first round, take your
- 12:23Speaker 6: wide receiver there or an edge there, whatever you want
- 12:25Speaker 6: to do, and then stack a couple of those positions
- 12:28Speaker 6: together in the second third round.
- 12:32Speaker 3: I mean, I would love it if they did it,
- 12:33Speaker 3: especially in this draft, because like it's just there isn't
- 12:36Speaker 3: there isn't a lot. I like, gotta have a players
- 12:38Speaker 3: like and I even think that the guys that you're
- 12:40Speaker 3: that feel like the best players in this draft, like
- 12:42Speaker 3: you're compromising with them a little bit. Like Ruben Bay
- 12:44Speaker 3: doesn't have the prototypical line, so like you're kind of
- 12:47Speaker 3: you're taking a little bit of a chance there. But
- 12:50Speaker 3: you know, I think he's going to be a great player.
- 12:53Speaker 3: You know, Rvel Reeves is kind of more of an
- 12:54Speaker 3: idea than a than a real thing. You know, Austin
- 12:57Speaker 3: at Ohio State, great great highlights that I mean, he's
- 13:00Speaker 3: kind of new to play in the edge and he
- 13:02Speaker 3: doesn't have like a strong track record there and there's
- 13:04Speaker 3: a lot of stuff that kind of has to come together.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Or Jeremiah Love like, yeah, great player, But like do
- 13:12Speaker 3: you want to be drafting a running back in the
- 13:14Speaker 3: top five, top ten? Like typically no, you don't. Maybe
- 13:17Speaker 3: in this class you do. Down's another one, like it's safety.
- 13:20Speaker 3: So this is a draft where like if you can
- 13:23Speaker 3: move back, if somebody wants to move up, like, I
- 13:25Speaker 3: would love it because I think it's better in the
- 13:27Speaker 3: in the depths, and I don't know that that there's
- 13:30Speaker 3: there's a lot of gotta have a players. You know.
- 13:32Speaker 3: The sweet spot for doing that is it one of
- 13:34Speaker 3: those guys faults downs is sitting there, Bang sitting there,
- 13:37Speaker 3: Jeremiah Love sitting there. You decide you don't want them,
- 13:39Speaker 3: Maybe somebody comes up and gets something and you can
- 13:41Speaker 3: drop back a few spots and yeah, double dip, get
- 13:44Speaker 3: another pick. Because there are just so many needs, like
- 13:47Speaker 3: go through them.
- 13:48Speaker 2: Like you are.
- 13:49Speaker 3: You probably aren't drafting the tackle. Probably an't drafting a quarterback.
- 13:53Speaker 3: You can literally take any other position and it's justifiable
- 13:56Speaker 3: and almost it's almost a need right like guard center,
- 14:02Speaker 3: Like even your center, you've got a great turner, you
- 14:04Speaker 3: miss his ten games a year. You can draft the
- 14:05Speaker 3: center anywhere in this draft, it would be it'd be fine.
- 14:08Speaker 3: Anyone on the defensive line you need, you need, you
- 14:11Speaker 3: need the tons of tackles. You need a linebackers to
- 14:14Speaker 3: Mario League a lot day. Taylor's probably leading. You need
- 14:17Speaker 3: a cornerback. You can definitely add a stixty the next
- 14:19Speaker 3: like and I could make a case for taking any
- 14:22Speaker 3: one of those positions, like anywhere. I think you need
- 14:24Speaker 3: guys everywhere, So yeah, more picks allows you to address
- 14:27Speaker 3: more stuff, so i'd before it for sure you.
- 14:30Speaker 6: Got any your eyes on any of the running backs
- 14:32Speaker 6: outside of Jordan Love, Like you know, I think we
- 14:35Speaker 6: can all agree on that. Probably not the pick we
- 14:38Speaker 6: want to see early in the first round, but later
- 14:41Speaker 6: in the draft certainly. I think that is a position
- 14:43Speaker 6: to fill in a position. Need to get your eyeballs
- 14:45Speaker 6: on anybody.
- 14:47Speaker 3: I'm a Jeremiah Love guy, but like in this draft,
- 14:50Speaker 3: like specifically to this draft because laid I'm mugging at
- 14:53Speaker 3: the guys. I'm like, I don't know, Like there's other
- 14:55Speaker 3: positions that I'd probably rather take in a normal draft.
- 14:58Speaker 3: If you're telling me that it's that is even great
- 15:00Speaker 3: or even close, Like I'm probably taking he might be
- 15:02Speaker 3: the best player in this draft. And there are a
- 15:04Speaker 3: kind of guys but theoretically seton like I would rather
- 15:07Speaker 3: them address the team somewhere else with the player of
- 15:11Speaker 3: equivalent value. Yeah, I mean, I guess like Ice, like
- 15:16Speaker 3: the Notre Dame sidekick, Like he's another one. I like,
- 15:21Speaker 3: I don't know, man, Like it's it's it's a tough
- 15:23Speaker 3: running back draft. Last year it was like, really deep,
- 15:25Speaker 3: I don't think there's a ton of games rangers here.
- 15:28Speaker 3: You don't forced to pick at that position though, like
- 15:30Speaker 3: you know, being clear on that l at eight, you
- 15:33Speaker 3: do not force it, you know, I don't think you
- 15:36Speaker 3: want to take a running back there. It's just like
- 15:39Speaker 3: he's the number one guy on your board. Now, I
- 15:40Speaker 3: would be surprised to he's number one on their board.
- 15:42Speaker 3: I would bet they have a few other guys at him,
- 15:44Speaker 3: and I would bet they have other options there. I'm
- 15:47Speaker 3: starting to feel more like it's not going to be
- 15:50Speaker 3: him than it is going to be him at that spot.
- 15:52Speaker 3: So we'll kind of see how we'll say, yeah, that's
- 15:55Speaker 3: probably the spot where I'm going to add somebody may
- 15:57Speaker 3: be in free agency and address it there. And if
- 16:01Speaker 3: if you feel like you got to take love, you
- 16:03Speaker 3: can still take them, like kind of like the year
- 16:05Speaker 3: with Alvin, they signed Peterson a free agency, they drafted Alvin.
- 16:09Speaker 3: Alvin ended up being better. Peterson's gone, Like that could
- 16:12Speaker 3: be a fine situation. So even if you don't pick
- 16:14Speaker 3: him one to day, like you can sign someone and
- 16:16Speaker 3: the idea be like, yeah, we want to address this position,
- 16:18Speaker 3: but we don't have to win the draft. You know,
- 16:21Speaker 3: there's a lot of ways to go at it, but
- 16:23Speaker 3: I'm with you, like I would rather not be a
- 16:25Speaker 3: running back there, but this specific one. You can tell me.
- 16:28Speaker 3: I'm doing it today and I can make a strong
- 16:30Speaker 3: case for it. I did it last week when you
- 16:32Speaker 3: guys were out, like a ten minute ran on it,
- 16:35Speaker 3: like there's a lot of data that that shows that,
- 16:37Speaker 3: like he's a very very special prospect. But do you
- 16:41Speaker 3: tell me I can have Caleb Donald, Druden Bayn or
- 16:43Speaker 3: a Love. I probably go with one or the other two.
- 16:45Speaker 5: Gotcha?
- 16:46Speaker 6: Now, did you make some like some national Did you
- 16:49Speaker 6: get a little popular this week on the social media?
- 16:52Speaker 5: Do you? Did you release an app that I see?
- 16:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I thought it like a little cap calculator. The
- 17:00Speaker 3: guy that's CBA compliant you can do all this stuff.
- 17:04Speaker 3: I don't. I don't really know what happened. I just
- 17:06Speaker 3: kind of snapped and figured something out, and uh, by
- 17:09Speaker 3: the end of it, I had the most nerdy app
- 17:13Speaker 3: ever ever made, uh put together as Saints specific caps
- 17:18Speaker 3: calculator that you know, it's just gets into the real
- 17:22Speaker 3: gritty details and you know, look, it's cool though, like
- 17:26Speaker 3: the cap here has been like I'm two years late
- 17:29Speaker 3: on this, Puy, because like the cap was a huge
- 17:31Speaker 3: issue before and it's not now. But it's just kind
- 17:35Speaker 3: of a culmination of like ten years as how, like
- 17:37Speaker 3: putting stuff in the excelf stad cheets and trying to
- 17:39Speaker 3: figure it out, and like the technology is finally there
- 17:41Speaker 3: to where you can kind of automate some things, and
- 17:44Speaker 3: I don't know how they started playing around with it
- 17:46Speaker 3: and by the end I had something that worked pretty well.
- 17:49Speaker 1: So yeah, yeah, that I saw.
- 17:51Speaker 6: That Rappaport had like reposted or something like that. So
- 17:54Speaker 6: good for you, man. If you're if you're a super
- 17:57Speaker 6: want a nerd out on some new Orance Saints Captain,
- 17:59Speaker 6: check out Underhill's page and his new app, go check
- 18:02Speaker 6: it out.
- 18:02Speaker 5: So all right, Nick, we appreciate it, man. Good luck
- 18:05Speaker 5: this week.
- 18:05Speaker 6: I hope you get a make a lot of contacts
- 18:07Speaker 6: and get a lot of tidbits at the at the
- 18:10Speaker 6: coffee shops around Indianapolis and uh and have a good week.
- 18:14Speaker 3: Yeah for sure.
- 18:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 18:15Speaker 3: And if you get bored, sit down, do some math
- 18:17Speaker 3: and have some fun on our cop calculator.
- 18:18Speaker 5: Yeah exactly.
- 18:19Speaker 6: There you go, there, he is Nick Underhill, New Orleans
- 18:21Speaker 6: a dot football. We appreciate his time each and every
- 18:24Speaker 6: week giving us some good New Orleans Saints info, and
- 18:28Speaker 6: so excited to see what they're gonna do in the
- 18:30Speaker 6: off season. New league year opens up, I believe March
- 18:34Speaker 6: third or March eleventh, and then certainly leading up to
- 18:37Speaker 6: the draft. So a lot to look look forward to
- 18:39Speaker 6: with the Saints, and uh, hopefully they can draft well,
- 18:43Speaker 6: do all the right things, make all the right decisions.
- 18:45Speaker 6: So we'll see, we will see. Hold your breath, let's
- 18:49Speaker 6: go Saints. All right, we're gonna we got a couple
- 18:52Speaker 6: more segments here, a little bit more fun.
- 18:54Speaker 5: To be had by the tripod. Jake's gone now doing.
- 18:56Speaker 6: Some NFL job who knows some bs, But we are
- 19:00Speaker 6: going to be chilling here with you on one of

- 19:46Speaker 6: I like to hang out at the house with a pool,
- 19:48Speaker 6: and we want to be that house where everybody hangs
- 19:50Speaker 6: So we're gonna start that project with Russell Pools. Get

- 21:39Speaker 6: you're gonna pay. You're not gonna see any like fuel
- 21:41Speaker 6: surch charges, dumpage fees, none of that.

- 21:55Speaker 6: give them a call trash Arrangers dot com. Hey, we
- 21:58Speaker 6: had a fun little conversation at the break here, y'all.
- 22:00Speaker 6: Let me into a little office. Tom Foolery, m h.
- 22:06Speaker 6: You saw you saw the white board. I saw the
- 22:08Speaker 6: white board walking out. I didn't really know what was
- 22:10Speaker 6: going on. Looked like baseball players' names, but little play
- 22:13Speaker 6: on words. And so people are coming up with names
- 22:17Speaker 6: of baseball players but making fat jokes. Is that what
- 22:21Speaker 6: we're kind of doing?
- 22:22Speaker 5: Sort of yeah, sort of body shaming.
- 22:24Speaker 6: Body shaming, but not body shame. We're just trying to
- 22:27Speaker 6: make play on words here.
- 22:28Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 22:30Speaker 6: And I don't how did this whole thing start. So
- 22:34Speaker 6: I don't know how to give away too much information.
- 22:36Speaker 6: I don't know if this is one of those things
- 22:37Speaker 6: like fight club.
- 22:39Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't think it's. I don't think it's like
- 22:40Speaker 5: fight club.
- 22:41Speaker 9: So you know, we love a big body goud on
- 22:44Speaker 9: the baseball field, and our guy, Zach Yorke has become
- 22:47Speaker 9: a fan favorite. First of all, I have never heard
- 22:51Speaker 9: a guy like, yes, he hit a home run his
- 22:54Speaker 9: first in bat very poetic. Right the second he stepped
- 22:58Speaker 9: foot in the box was like the loudest I've heard
- 23:01Speaker 9: it this year.
- 23:01Speaker 5: I hadn't even taken a swing yet. It just steps
- 23:03Speaker 5: in like what was.
- 23:04Speaker 8: That Grand Canyon University the year before, by the way.
- 23:07Speaker 9: And everybody knows about him already, Like steps into the
- 23:10Speaker 9: batter's box game one whole crowd went insane. But yeah,
- 23:14Speaker 9: play on words, you know, like like David Ortiz was
- 23:16Speaker 9: big poppy. I've seen people try to come up with
- 23:18Speaker 9: nicknames for for Zach York. So that's how the board
- 23:21Speaker 9: kind of started.
- 23:21Speaker 5: Perfect. So we had some examples. I came up with
- 23:30Speaker 5: Nolan Fryan. Nolan Fryan's great. Somebody said, what would you
- 23:37Speaker 5: just say?
- 23:37Speaker 9: Snacks Snabody say that over the over the weekend.
- 23:40Speaker 5: It's great.
- 23:42Speaker 8: That might be one of my faves.
- 23:45Speaker 9: Got a lot of them out there. There's I can't
- 23:47Speaker 9: remember off the top of my head. There's about ten
- 23:49Speaker 9: or twelve on that board.
- 23:52Speaker 5: Kyle Schwarma, Kyle Swarm.
- 23:55Speaker 9: That was Cade and then when we talked about it,
- 23:58Speaker 9: Kaid goes, thanks, it's Greek.
- 24:00Speaker 5: I was like, yeah, but I know, all right.
- 24:07Speaker 8: You had a good one. Show Hey, O.
- 24:09Speaker 5: Tummy, tummy, there you go, good one.
- 24:12Speaker 6: I like that one. It's the little things in life
- 24:15Speaker 6: that you know, keep you going. I keep you pushing forward,
- 24:18Speaker 6: probably especially.
- 24:19Speaker 8: If you odds he hits a home run tonight, Yeah,
- 24:23Speaker 8: pretty high.
- 24:24Speaker 5: Yeah. Always because of them. Yeah, because of the tummy.
- 24:28Speaker 6: Those little things get a couple of giggles here and there,
- 24:30Speaker 6: a couple of laughs in the office in good fun
- 24:33Speaker 6: and good fun. That's how I got my nickname because
- 24:36Speaker 6: I was getting package sent to Dragon. This was when
- 24:38Speaker 6: when I was in Seattle, right, Seattle was in the
- 24:41Speaker 6: best moment in my football career.
- 24:43Speaker 5: But it's the little things in life.
- 24:44Speaker 6: Every time I got a package, I giggled a little
- 24:46Speaker 6: bit and that kept me going.
- 24:48Speaker 5: So that's all the nickname. So did you have did
- 24:50Speaker 5: you have like a sports in nickname growing up?
- 24:54Speaker 6: Not one.
- 24:55Speaker 9: We we ain't going quad got here. I'm not talking
- 24:57Speaker 9: like give that. No, not really called me sunbonnet. I
- 25:02Speaker 9: don't know if that would translate.
- 25:03Speaker 8: Yell.
- 25:04Speaker 5: She would yell that at the baseball games. Yeah, mm hmm.
- 25:08Speaker 8: They called my brother met Yeah.
- 25:11Speaker 5: We had a bit of guy.
- 25:13Speaker 9: So we had we had a guy on our team
- 25:16Speaker 9: when they called him meat because he was probably I
- 25:19Speaker 9: mean he was our nose guard, but he was probably
- 25:21Speaker 9: five to nine but thick boy, and they called.
- 25:25Speaker 5: Him meat because of that.
- 25:26Speaker 6: Nice always like an ironic nickname, like a big guy
- 25:30Speaker 6: you call him tiny, yeah, small, something like that.
- 25:33Speaker 5: It was always made me laugh. Or a really small
- 25:36Speaker 5: guy called big Country.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Uh.
- 25:39Speaker 5: We had a guy called big Country Big Countries.
- 25:41Speaker 9: Really, I always appreciate my uh, a freshman year QB coach,
- 25:46Speaker 9: because he gave me a nickname that was way too
- 25:48Speaker 9: cool for me at the time. I was lefty, the
- 25:52Speaker 9: only left a QB on the team, and he was
- 25:54Speaker 9: a big Kinny Stabler fan, so he just started yelling
- 25:57Speaker 9: snake at practice.
- 25:59Speaker 5: That nickname hill on for about two years.
- 26:02Speaker 9: So I was I was a snake snake, which is
- 26:04Speaker 9: a cool nickname, and again it was way too cool
- 26:06Speaker 9: for me. It was way too cool. I think that
- 26:09Speaker 9: was the because he liked Kenny Stablers. So that was
- 26:13Speaker 9: that was my nickname for about two two and a
- 26:14Speaker 9: half years really until my senior year.
- 26:17Speaker 6: What movie is that from? I think I think I
- 26:19Speaker 6: think the quote is I think I know the snakes
- 26:21Speaker 6: or I've heard of the Snake's Home on Snakes. Oh,
- 26:27Speaker 6: we had a big guy on one of my teams.
- 26:29Speaker 6: His nickname was Pangaea.
- 26:32Speaker 5: Yeah, that one. That one was very good.
- 26:37Speaker 6: I don't know if it's appropriate anymore, but you know,
- 26:39Speaker 6: I can't change the past.
- 26:42Speaker 5: That's what it was.
- 26:43Speaker 6: I don't know if people mean, I don't know. Yeah,
- 26:46Speaker 6: softies just a nickname.
- 26:48Speaker 5: It's just a nickname.
- 26:49Speaker 8: Since we're like people that are sensitive about that would
- 26:54Speaker 8: not survive in Mexican culture because they take what you
- 26:56Speaker 8: are most insecure about and make it your nickname.
- 26:59Speaker 5: Sure, not a great place to survive right now.
- 27:04Speaker 8: This Uh they call you fair, they'll call you ugly
- 27:06Speaker 8: as your nickname. Gorda fatally Yeah for the girl, but yeah,
- 27:15Speaker 8: don't you you would not survive mmm.
- 27:18Speaker 7: With the kid.
- 27:18Speaker 9: Uh. He was a freshman when I was a senior,
- 27:20Speaker 9: and he hated this, Like I think I think you would.
- 27:23Speaker 9: I'm getting self conscious about it.
- 27:24Speaker 5: But uh.
- 27:25Speaker 9: He showed up late to practice about three days in
- 27:27Speaker 9: a like summer workouts.
- 27:29Speaker 5: The coaches are mad.
- 27:30Speaker 9: One coach started calling him blister, and he's like, why
- 27:33Speaker 9: you call me blister?
- 27:34Speaker 5: Coach?
- 27:34Speaker 9: He's like, Conch, you show up when all the work's
- 27:36Speaker 9: already done.
- 27:37Speaker 5: So it was great. That's pretty good.
- 27:42Speaker 9: That's it's it's great like high school coaches come up
- 27:44Speaker 9: with the greatest thing.
- 27:45Speaker 5: Oh my gosh, that's incredible. I love that.
- 27:51Speaker 6: Already done and never heard anybody with the nickname of blister.
- 27:55Speaker 6: That's gotta be an all time terrible one.
- 27:57Speaker 9: I know it's awful because like with no context, you
- 27:59Speaker 9: like you like, why are you that?
- 28:02Speaker 5: But it makes perfect sense God like that. You know.
- 28:08Speaker 6: One thing we haven't done today it is OTB mail bag.
- 28:13Speaker 6: We can't do it right now because we don't have
- 28:14Speaker 6: any questions. Yeah, but it is nine thirty one, so
- 28:18Speaker 6: we're gonna show little clock integrity. Oh hey, if you're

- 28:35Speaker 9: right now, what's what's her deal?
- 28:39Speaker 5: Yeah? There are two completely different segments laundre jeez.
- 28:43Speaker 8: I also thought we did it on Wednesday, but I
- 28:46Speaker 8: don't remember.
- 28:47Speaker 5: Oh boy, no, we haven't.
- 28:48Speaker 9: We didn't do a TV mail bag yet because we
- 28:49Speaker 9: had Jake on tonight o'clock out.
- 28:51Speaker 5: That's true, we normally do.
- 28:52Speaker 9: Jake really kind of ruined the show, gave us misinformation
- 28:58Speaker 9: on the time zone. Tell you what, he really tried
- 29:01Speaker 9: to play that one off. He knew when I saw
- 29:03Speaker 9: him tapping away on the on the computer, called him
- 29:08Speaker 9: out on the missing He's like, no, no, no, it's not misinformation,

- 32:24Speaker 6: like flip over that piece of ice at that seals
- 32:27Speaker 6: on dead you're not escaping, and then they'll pull you down,
- 32:32Speaker 6: just just drown you. Yeah, just play with and they'll

- 33:23Speaker 8: because I'm just scared it's gonna be somebody yelling at me.
- 33:27Speaker 8: That used to happen to me on Brian's show.
- 33:29Speaker 5: What do you mean? People are so nice?

- 34:45Speaker 6: Did Flynn know hester travel this much? When he agreed
- 34:47Speaker 6: to co ho. Hey youki.
- 34:51Speaker 8: Open, It's okay, we'll just play some Duran Duran.
- 34:55Speaker 5: It's not your fault.
- 34:55Speaker 9: It's a brand new This is totally the first time
- 34:57Speaker 9: Alongers played it.
- 34:59Speaker 8: I don't do it every time.
- 35:00Speaker 5: Yeah, it's okay. I mean the show is basically flawless
- 35:03Speaker 5: at that point. Yeah, look, what help will happen?
- 35:06Speaker 11: Now?
- 35:06Speaker 8: I have one for dev We never play it.
- 35:08Speaker 5: A gotcha, but I do like the A to B
- 35:10Speaker 5: mail bag open?
- 35:11Speaker 8: You want me to play it?
- 35:12Speaker 5: Yeah? Good?
- 35:14Speaker 11: I help this special delivery for the bench.
- 35:17Speaker 5: And look it is marked most urgent writing to you
- 35:20Speaker 5: the Internet?
- 35:21Speaker 7: What the is the internet?
- 35:32Speaker 5: All right? Hashtag? Go to the Meilbank. I'll read it again.
- 35:33Speaker 6: Did Flynn know Hester traveled this much when he agreed
- 35:37Speaker 6: to be a co host?
- 35:38Speaker 5: Simple answer, hel No.
- 35:41Speaker 6: I told him he actually wasn't allowed to travel, take
- 35:44Speaker 6: vacation days, take off for being sick. I told him
- 35:47Speaker 6: he was not allowed to I said, hey, Jake, if
- 35:50Speaker 6: you ever miss We're I'm just gonna tell him to
- 35:52Speaker 6: play national.
- 35:53Speaker 5: I'm not doing it. There's no way.
- 35:54Speaker 6: But you know what, now, thank god I got a
- 35:57Speaker 6: launder and Taylor would not be able to do it
- 36:00Speaker 6: without them.
- 36:00Speaker 5: I could not sit here and talk to a.
- 36:02Speaker 6: Microphone at a TV screen by myself for three hours.
- 36:07Speaker 6: Nobody would want to listen to that. It'd be awful
- 36:10Speaker 6: for one. But when it's a tripod, I feel like
- 36:13Speaker 6: we feel our way through it.
- 36:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 36:14Speaker 6: Maybe it's not as planned out as some other shows,
- 36:17Speaker 6: but this show isn't that.
- 36:19Speaker 8: It's never been that.
- 36:20Speaker 5: It's never been that, even before you joined.
- 36:22Speaker 8: I don't know like what people expect when they're tuning
- 36:25Speaker 8: in off the bench. It's been the same show for years.
- 36:27Speaker 6: Yes, we are not a let's let's just say, we're
- 36:30Speaker 6: not a sports show. We don't chase the headlines, we
- 36:33Speaker 6: don't chase the breaking news. We are sports entertainment.
- 36:35Speaker 5: Yeah, all right, we're vie. I don't know for entertaining,
- 36:38Speaker 5: but that's the genre you would put us in, certainly,
- 36:41Speaker 5: I think entertaining. So that was a long answer to Hayle.
- 36:46Speaker 6: No, I didn't know Jake was going to be gone
- 36:48Speaker 6: this long, but this is his busy time of year
- 36:50Speaker 6: towards he certainly endo football season with the playoffs and
- 36:54Speaker 6: all that good stuff, and the combine thing is new
- 36:56Speaker 6: for him, so good for him.
- 36:57Speaker 5: Hopefully he crushes it.
- 37:00Speaker 8: Yeah, to be fair, that wasn't like a planned.
- 37:02Speaker 5: Yep, hmm. Did y'all see any other questions on here, guys?
- 37:08Speaker 5: Yeh t B Millbag.
- 37:09Speaker 9: Will the US hockey team bring beers to the State
- 37:12Speaker 9: of the Union tonight? They better I was just bragging
- 37:15Speaker 9: saying this might be my favorite team of all time. Yep,
- 37:17Speaker 9: you're not cracking a couple of cold ones there at
- 37:19Speaker 9: the State of the Union, then what are we really doing?
- 37:21Speaker 5: Are you even in the American hockey team?
- 37:23Speaker 6: I'm going to say no, they're not going to bring beers.
- 37:26Speaker 6: I think that'd be un American. You know why, I
- 37:29Speaker 6: think the White House should provide them with the beers
- 37:31Speaker 6: again they get there. I think that's because we talked
- 37:33Speaker 6: about they should never have to buy beers again.
- 37:37Speaker 5: Now it's gonna happen.
- 37:38Speaker 6: People are gonna they're going to buy their own beers.
- 37:41Speaker 6: Let's not get it twisted here. People are gonna lose
- 37:44Speaker 6: the emotional connection. But we're riding on a high right now,
- 37:47Speaker 6: a USA high.
- 37:49Speaker 5: And I think.
- 37:50Speaker 6: Trump's got to bring it up at least twice in
- 37:53Speaker 6: a speech, right, got.
- 37:54Speaker 5: To bring it up. Bring it up at the beginning
- 37:55Speaker 5: for sure. For sure.
- 37:56Speaker 8: It just feels like a weird kind of thing to
- 37:59Speaker 8: and bite them to because it's the state of the
- 38:02Speaker 8: Union and I'm pretty sure all the like Epstein victims
- 38:05Speaker 8: are going to be there, So that feels like a
- 38:07Speaker 8: little I mean, I'm not against it, but it just
- 38:09Speaker 8: feels a little well to.
- 38:10Speaker 6: Say, the union might go all over the place, might
- 38:12Speaker 6: be all over the place. Serve them. If you got
- 38:15Speaker 6: to put in a champagne flute, that's fine, whatever it is.
- 38:20Speaker 8: Be Miller high Life in the champagne flute.
- 38:24Speaker 6: Champagn's pretty fancy. So looking forward to that, man, I'm excited.
- 38:30Speaker 6: I'm I'm excited that for just the country right now,
- 38:33Speaker 6: how excited and brought together everybody is.
- 38:36Speaker 5: That's what sports does, which just fantastic. Man.
- 38:42Speaker 6: I gotta tell you, the chat's been on a heater
- 38:45Speaker 6: today now, like when Jacob's out here, I'll probably look
- 38:48Speaker 6: at it the least amount because I'm trying to like
- 38:50Speaker 6: focus on, you know, whatever whatever do in the next segment,
- 38:54Speaker 6: I believe it or not. I do actually kind of
- 38:56Speaker 6: focus on that a little bit. But it's been on
- 38:59Speaker 6: a heat today. Always get nervous though, Like when I'm
- 39:03Speaker 6: doing a live read or talking about something, and y'all
- 39:06Speaker 6: too are laughing over there.
- 39:08Speaker 5: I'm like what I just say?
- 39:12Speaker 9: Sometimes it's not you, it's us. In that time would
- 39:15Speaker 9: have been one of those times.
- 39:17Speaker 5: Yeah, go south. Here we go. As I go to
- 39:19Speaker 5: the mailbag.
- 39:20Speaker 6: On my highest website, a five pack a pure is
- 39:22Speaker 6: sold out, but a fifty pack is available. You just
- 39:25Speaker 6: opened a fifty pack and make ten five packs. It
- 39:28Speaker 6: was just by the fifty.
- 39:30Speaker 5: That's all we gotta say. The problem.
- 39:32Speaker 6: We do have a couple sold items. This is the
- 39:34Speaker 6: time of year where we do kind of run out
- 39:35Speaker 6: of packaging. And I ordered it all at one time.
- 39:37Speaker 6: So in the next you know, a little bit, I'd
- 39:40Speaker 6: say about a month and a half, everything should be
- 39:42Speaker 6: back in stock. It's just kind of the ebbs and
- 39:44Speaker 6: flows of business. Got to watch the cash flow. People
- 39:48Speaker 6: gotta watch that inventory. But being sold out is a
- 39:51Speaker 6: good thing. Yeah, always a good thing.
- 39:55Speaker 5: M all right? Anybody else anything?
- 40:03Speaker 8: Are we gonna miss the ghosts in the buildings when
- 40:05Speaker 8: we move buildings? And yeah, I am.
- 40:08Speaker 5: Became friends with two of them. What are their names?
- 40:11Speaker 5: Do they haven't I don't know, We're not on the
- 40:12Speaker 5: first name basis or anything.
- 40:14Speaker 8: They haven't told us.
- 40:14Speaker 5: Yet no one has like a nickname, like a fat
- 40:17Speaker 5: nickname or anything. I can tell you one during the break.
- 40:21Speaker 5: All right, we got a ghost.
- 40:23Speaker 6: You got a scandalous Yeah, no, the baby oil.
- 40:28Speaker 9: I won't tell you exactly where men's bathroom, second floor,
- 40:31Speaker 9: other side of the building, second stall. If you really
- 40:36Speaker 9: want to creep ghost, do you really want to, you know,
- 40:39Speaker 9: just for research purposes, make your way over.
- 40:42Speaker 5: There, or is he like he likes the peak and maybe.
- 40:46Speaker 11: A little I mean maybe maybe maybe some maybe maybe
- 40:49Speaker 11: some diddling what maybe a little diddle here there's there's
- 40:56Speaker 11: multiple people.
- 40:57Speaker 5: Stop it.
- 41:01Speaker 9: Yeah, dude, I've actually I've accidentally been in that bath
- 41:03Speaker 9: room like four times.
- 41:04Speaker 5: Happens every time. It's one of those things like.
- 41:16Speaker 9: The other day, tell you you know there's a bathroom
- 41:18Speaker 9: like right by your desk, and I was like, yeah,
- 41:19Speaker 9: but this is just it's just nicer.
- 41:25Speaker 5: I don't know if that's the ghost. Bud.
- 41:31Speaker 8: Let's stay on time.
- 41:34Speaker 6: Oh my god, all right, before we go to break.
- 41:40Speaker 6: When it comes to your health, you know what, the
- 41:43Speaker 6: best team of your said. That team is Astro from

- 42:23Speaker 1: Bench, off the bench, from the locker room to the airwaves.
- 42:33Speaker 1: Gets off the bench with Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn.
- 42:46Speaker 5: All right, welcome back, closing out the show. Here, this
- 42:51Speaker 5: is George.
- 42:51Speaker 8: Michael, m h just George Michael, not Wiam. Yeah, I
- 42:56Speaker 8: have to play the song once a week.
- 42:59Speaker 5: Here's we get cover of this song. Actually I can't
- 43:05Speaker 5: remember who it is, really good cover of this song.
- 43:07Speaker 8: Thank you for that.
- 43:09Speaker 6: All right, right here, off the bench closed out. We
- 43:12Speaker 6: appreciate you joining the show today, listening, hanging out with us.
- 43:15Speaker 6: We'd like to have a lot of fun here, a
- 43:16Speaker 6: lot of giggles, a lot of laughs, just talking about uh,
- 43:21Speaker 6: some ghosts, some deadling ghosts around the around the office, Taylor, that's.
- 43:26Speaker 5: All about it.
- 43:29Speaker 8: So actually asked me to play this song to dedicate
- 43:31Speaker 8: it to the host.
- 43:32Speaker 5: I love that it's getting a warmed up on visit later.
- 43:36Speaker 6: Well from all the conversations today, speaking of balls, let's
- 43:39Speaker 6: talk about baseball tonight Andandra.
- 43:41Speaker 5: But we got McNeese coming into town.
- 43:43Speaker 8: Yeah, mcnemnise McNeese coming into town today for a midweek
- 43:47Speaker 8: coming off a three game just terrible, uh series versus
- 43:52Speaker 8: Kansas lost the entire series. They're two and five on
- 43:55Speaker 8: the season so far. Probably expect to see park Morgan,
- 44:00Speaker 8: who we saw last season. LS you only let him
- 44:03Speaker 8: play or yeah, Parker Morgan, LS you only let him
- 44:06Speaker 8: pitch for a third of an inning because they took
- 44:09Speaker 8: him for four hits and three runs immediately only one strikeout.
- 44:13Speaker 8: So probably gonna see him again. He's tends to be
- 44:16Speaker 8: their mid week starter. But I also didn't look at
- 44:18Speaker 8: who pitched for them against Kansas. So that's just what
- 44:23Speaker 8: I would guess off of, like, because I know that
- 44:27Speaker 8: Paul copping Coppinger Coppinger he made his debut since for
- 44:31Speaker 8: the first time in since twenty twenty five this weekend,
- 44:35Speaker 8: so I don't know if we'll see him. We saw
- 44:37Speaker 8: him after Parker Morgan pitched last season. But yeah, probably
- 44:42Speaker 8: see the bats Keith the bats Hot. Probably see Cooper
- 44:45Speaker 8: Williams on the mound for US today or Zach Cowen.
- 44:50Speaker 8: Zak Cowen started the midwek versus Nichols last week.
- 44:54Speaker 5: He needs at too.
- 44:55Speaker 8: H So either Cowen or No, it doesn't work.
- 45:00Speaker 5: It's different tech.
- 45:03Speaker 6: You tried, though, they can go with anyone. I mean,
- 45:05Speaker 6: no one frying wouldn't big No. But well, I'm looking
- 45:09Speaker 6: forward to actually being able to watch the game. Yeah,
- 45:11Speaker 6: I'm gonna to tune it in. You know, Mia Stitch
- 45:13Speaker 6: had Seat is the one that covers this that I
- 45:16Speaker 6: really like, really good. Hey, we love you guys, Thank
