- 1:37Speaker 1: What's going on this lyric?
- 1:39Speaker 2: Nothing much? How you hold up in this ship show
- 1:45Speaker 2: of America.
- 1:47Speaker 1: The best way I can, Like most people who didn't
- 1:50Speaker 1: vote for Trump.
- 1:54Speaker 2: The amount of I told y'all's blowing and going around.
- 1:59Speaker 2: So I wanted to be at the protests yesterday in DC.
- 2:03Speaker 2: I did. I so wanted to be there, but you know,
- 2:07Speaker 2: my God got he a little under the weather, so
- 2:11Speaker 2: I stayed. You know, everything's cool, But the stuff that
- 2:17Speaker 2: I have seen on line, the amount of a haas,
- 2:22Speaker 2: the amount of gotchas. I'm telling you still it's something
- 2:27Speaker 2: about it, though it's something ominous. Did you watch Joe
- 2:29Speaker 2: Biden's Did you watch his speech and everything to the people.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I watched a little bit of it. I watched when
- 2:36Speaker 1: he was talking about the three.
- 2:40Speaker 2: That have been olive archy.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Yeah, that's about it. You know what, I really have
- 2:49Speaker 1: been trying to watch that ship. Not to be ignorant,
- 2:54Speaker 1: but it's depressing, you know what I'm saying, Like I
- 2:58Speaker 1: don't want to start the year off like that. You know,
- 3:04Speaker 1: what happened has happened. I just don't want to hear
- 3:08Speaker 1: about it twenty.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Four to seven.
- 3:11Speaker 1: And I know that we have to be informed and
- 3:13Speaker 1: all of that stuff, but for me, no.
- 3:16Speaker 4: I mean definitely, it's definitely do what, yeah, do what
- 3:20Speaker 4: works for your mental health. Always For me, it's a
- 3:24Speaker 4: little bit like, I don't know, I'm paranoid all the time,
- 3:27Speaker 4: so probably a little crazy, but either way, you know me,
- 3:32Speaker 4: I'll be thinking about shit that will never happen, but
- 3:35Speaker 4: I just I'm automatically prepared.
- 3:37Speaker 2: So for me, it's it's kind of oddly comforting because
- 3:42Speaker 2: I'd be like, I told you all niggas they was
- 3:45Speaker 2: doing this shit, and it's kind of it's almost a
- 3:47Speaker 2: little bit affirming, if that makes sense doesn't because it's
- 3:53Speaker 2: like all of the things that I felt and I've
- 3:56Speaker 2: said for years, even on this podcast and just been
- 3:59Speaker 2: you know, just just my observations and stuff, and I
- 4:02Speaker 2: guess it goes to uh, it just makes me feel
- 4:07Speaker 2: an overall sense of comfort. I'll tell you that, just knowing.
- 4:10Speaker 2: But I still don't think that we are quite out
- 4:15Speaker 2: of the fight yet, so I'll leave it there for that.
- 4:20Speaker 5: We'll see.
- 4:22Speaker 2: So, despite ignoring and despite what's going on, how's your
- 4:26Speaker 2: mood this week?
- 4:32Speaker 1: It has been kind of in between overwhelmed and not
- 4:40Speaker 1: giving a fuck.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Okay.
- 4:47Speaker 1: I have had these instances where I've just been like,
- 4:52Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, I gotta get this done. Oh my gosh,
- 4:55Speaker 1: I gotta do this. I gotta do this, I gotta
- 4:56Speaker 1: do this. And then I've had these times where I
- 5:01Speaker 1: just sat my black ass down and been like, you
- 5:03Speaker 1: know what, fuck that. That shit can wait. I'm not
- 5:06Speaker 1: gonna worry about this. I worry about this on this day.
- 5:11Speaker 1: And it's kind of been like that. It's all about balance.
- 5:14Speaker 2: I love it. I love it, and that's always been
- 5:17Speaker 2: my formula. I wake up in the morning, I e bacon,
- 5:20Speaker 2: read the news, take it in. You know what I'm saying.
- 5:23Speaker 2: That's why this would be the perfect full time job
- 5:25Speaker 2: for me, because then after I raise my blood pressure
- 5:28Speaker 2: with the bacon, I get it out on this podcast
- 5:30Speaker 2: and then I feel better for the listen. It just
- 5:34Speaker 2: it's always been that way. My mood. I am good.
- 5:38Speaker 2: I'm actually even tempered despite everything that is proposed to
- 5:44Speaker 2: happen tomorrow. Recording January nineteenth. So yeah, we'll see, we'll
- 5:51Speaker 2: see girl, all right, Who you want to be like
- 5:54Speaker 2: when you grow up?
- 5:56Speaker 1: I think you should go first.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Okay, Then when I grow up, I want to be
- 6:03Speaker 2: more like y'all. On TikTok, the din community that has
- 6:07Speaker 2: redefined what it means to connect in this digital age.
- 6:12Speaker 2: I remember when TikTok first came around, right h. And
- 6:16Speaker 2: how it's emerged is like a platform where people from
- 6:19Speaker 2: all walks of life, like everybody can share their stories,
- 6:23Speaker 2: they can share their talents, they baby did something cute,
- 6:26Speaker 2: they can share that, you know what I'm saying, And
- 6:28Speaker 2: it creates like a futuristic new baseline of community that
- 6:32Speaker 2: kind of like you know, it breaks beyond those geographical
- 6:36Speaker 2: boundaries and stuff that we had, you know, back in
- 6:39Speaker 2: the day. Because I mean, how many times that, like
- 6:41Speaker 2: our generation, do you come across a photo album or
- 6:45Speaker 2: something funny from the past that you then try to
- 6:49Speaker 2: share with the coming generation they might not be able
- 6:52Speaker 2: to understand. M H. So I don't know. I mean,
- 6:56Speaker 2: with this incredible space, voices that were once marginalized, they
- 7:01Speaker 2: found residents, they found support, creators. They've used their platforms
- 7:07Speaker 2: to not just entertain but to uplift and power. They
- 7:12Speaker 2: share personal struggles, they showcase their talents. People have transformed
- 7:17Speaker 2: their lives and the lives of their families. Individuals have
- 7:21Speaker 2: been able to launch businesses. They've been able to promote
- 7:24Speaker 2: their crafts, turn hobbies into income. I've seen tiktoks where
- 7:29Speaker 2: people literally sit there and report themselves at their jobs
- 7:32Speaker 2: and depths all day, every day, and they have followers.
- 7:35Speaker 2: There's a community for everybody. So I don't know. As
- 7:41Speaker 2: I reflect on the joy and the connection that I
- 7:44Speaker 2: personally made, I want to be more like y'all out
- 7:49Speaker 2: here because y'all did it. And even with what I
- 7:52Speaker 2: believe what I believe to be a fraudulent claims of
- 7:56Speaker 2: national security to manipulate the masses, the genuine connections I
- 8:02Speaker 2: made and watch others make are undeniable. So I'm giving
- 8:06Speaker 2: it to the TikTok community. I more like y'all when
- 8:10Speaker 2: I grow up.
- 8:11Speaker 1: I feel that so well me being a creative artist,
- 8:17Speaker 1: not just in music, but in art as well. I
- 8:20Speaker 1: want to be more like New Orleans black female artist
- 8:25Speaker 1: the Queen TAJ who makes history as the first to
- 8:29Speaker 1: create hand crafted Super Bowl logo and theme art oh.
- 8:33Speaker 1: She is from New Orleans and she brings to life
- 8:36Speaker 1: with her detailed hand sown beadwork, her designs to honor
- 8:40Speaker 1: her black mask and culture, blending her tribes heritage with
- 8:44Speaker 1: the vibrant energy of the super Bowl in the Crescent City.
- 8:49Speaker 1: I think that is really dope.
- 8:50Speaker 2: You gotta send me pictures of that because I want.
- 8:52Speaker 1: To see some of the I'm about to write now.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Good good, that is awesome. Man, super Bowl. So you
- 9:03Speaker 2: lost me at super Bowl because you know, I don't
- 9:05Speaker 2: really do football. But the art part, the definite art
- 9:08Speaker 2: part that intrigues me because you know, I love African arts.
- 9:13Speaker 1: But the designs are really worth like talking about. She
- 9:17Speaker 1: did a beautiful beating logo and I don't know, it's
- 9:24Speaker 1: just something that you have to see for yourself. I
- 9:26Speaker 1: think I just sent it to you on Instagram.
- 9:29Speaker 2: It is cool if you sent it to me on Instagram.
- 9:32Speaker 2: I definitely didn't see God, I deleted. I forgot.
- 9:39Speaker 1: It's all of this was done by like tiny little
- 9:46Speaker 1: beads that you would make like maybe necklaces or you
- 9:50Speaker 1: know how people and different tribes use those like tiny
- 9:55Speaker 1: beads to make those wastebands. Yeah, that's what she used
- 10:00Speaker 1: and oh my gosh, it's so gorgeous.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Wow. But you know what, I've always wished that I had. See,
- 10:09Speaker 2: my sister has that talent. She has the talent like
- 10:12Speaker 2: the artsy and craftcy stuff. She's really good with that.
- 10:16Speaker 2: But I'm good with digital stuff. So but I wish
- 10:18Speaker 2: that I was. It's so funny because I wish that
- 10:21Speaker 2: I was a little bit more handsy, like with my
- 10:24Speaker 2: crafts and creations because I'm older than her, and I
- 10:27Speaker 2: feel like my talent would benefit her more being younger.
- 10:31Speaker 2: And you know what I'm saying, Like she's the digital
- 10:33Speaker 2: age and stuff, but I'm like that person. Oh wow,
- 10:38Speaker 2: the gorgeous it is? Is that a rug?
- 10:44Speaker 1: Is that it looks almost it looks like a rug,
- 10:48Speaker 1: but it's not. It's because wow, thousands of those tiny
- 10:53Speaker 1: little beads to make this?
- 10:56Speaker 2: How long did it take her to make this?
- 10:58Speaker 1: This is now?
- 11:00Speaker 2: How long?
- 11:01Speaker 1: But I know that I had to take a little time.
- 11:06Speaker 1: I mean like digitally put the pattern that she wanted
- 11:12Speaker 1: out as far as the base, but her having to
- 11:15Speaker 1: match that up with all those beads and all of that,
- 11:17Speaker 1: that had to take some time.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Oh see, maby, I don't have the patience for this this.
- 11:23Speaker 2: I can't even paint by number like noah, Wow, this
- 11:28Speaker 2: is incredible though, m M. All right, shout outs to
- 11:32Speaker 2: people out here, and she has made history.
- 11:35Speaker 1: So shout outs to Queen Tosh work.
- 11:39Speaker 2: You sent me another one. Oh she's gorgeous too. Wow.
- 11:44Speaker 2: All right, work peeps, you ready to dance with some advice?
- 11:49Speaker 2: Mm hmm all right. If it were a lyric up next,
- 11:52Speaker 2: We'll be right back. Child.
- 11:53Speaker 6: Pornography can't continue, but tiktoking no. Human trafficking can't continue,
- 11:58Speaker 6: but TikTok can not. Lack of gun reform can continue,
- 12:02Speaker 6: but TikTok cannot. School shootings can continue but TikTok cannot.
- 12:07Speaker 6: Racism can continue in this country but TikTok cannot. Homelessness
- 12:11Speaker 6: can continue in this country, but TikTok cannot. Let me
- 12:15Speaker 6: know if I should keep going or not. Everything going
- 12:18Speaker 6: on wrong in this country, y'all seem to have a
- 12:20Speaker 6: lack of concern for But God forbid this app continue.
- 12:25Speaker 6: God forbid people continue to find community from this app.
- 12:29Speaker 6: Heaven forbid that the mental health of American citizens gets better,
- 12:36Speaker 6: because then how Big Farma gonna get their money If
- 12:39Speaker 6: everyone's mental health is better. This government makes me sick.
- 12:43Speaker 6: I'm so tired of it because we should not have
- 12:46Speaker 6: to be trying to hurry up and migrate to other
- 12:48Speaker 6: platforms to keep community, to keep our mental health together.
- 12:53Speaker 6: I don't think they understand or care. I should say
- 12:56Speaker 6: they don't care. They do not care at all about
- 13:00Speaker 6: how this app has helped so many people from offering
- 13:03Speaker 6: themselves off this planet in just the past.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Six seven years.
- 13:08Speaker 6: I don't I don't think people really understand that or
- 13:10Speaker 6: care about the fact that this app has helped get
- 13:14Speaker 6: like expand the knowledge of so many people of so
- 13:17Speaker 6: many things. And as much as I am a nerd,
- 13:19Speaker 6: there's so much I learned off of this app that
- 13:21Speaker 6: I never would have had it not been for this app.
- 13:24Speaker 6: So again I say, with the things that really matter,
- 13:28Speaker 6: why does that content with the things that really matter
- 13:30Speaker 6: about stopping?
- 13:31Speaker 2: Why can that continue?
- 13:32Speaker 7: But heaven forbid, this app stays.
- 13:36Speaker 8: What you should do. But definitely she would.
- 13:41Speaker 1: What's up you guys at your Girlma's lric and I'm
- 13:43Speaker 1: back with my segment. If it were a lyric where
- 13:45Speaker 1: I discuss you guys is stories about relationships, situationships, friendships
- 13:53Speaker 1: and everything else in between. You want to continue getting
- 13:58Speaker 1: advice from me, please send your stories to my gmail
- 14:03Speaker 1: at Licravado at gmail dot com. Now let's get into it.
- 14:07Speaker 2: All right. One of y'all Patty, and you didn't put
- 14:09Speaker 2: your name, but the subject line says seeking advice. I'm sorry,
- 14:13Speaker 2: seeking guidance on a toxic relationship. Oh okay, dear Lyric,
- 14:19Speaker 2: this is lengthy, too, Sorry, but okay, okay, dear Lyric.
- 14:25Speaker 2: When I grew up, I want to be more like
- 14:28Speaker 2: someone who knows their worth. But right now I'm struggling
- 14:32Speaker 2: to find that strength. I guess they're okay. I found
- 14:36Speaker 2: myself in a relationship with someone, and because I'm Patty,
- 14:39Speaker 2: let's call him Marcus. Marcus, I know you wouldn't do
- 14:42Speaker 2: no shit like this, but I wanted to be Patty,
- 14:46Speaker 2: all right. He loved me, but only when it was
- 14:51Speaker 2: convenient for him, only behind closed doors, and only when
- 14:54Speaker 2: his main girl wasn't around. I met Marcus during my
- 14:58Speaker 2: freshman year of college. He was a junior football player
- 15:01Speaker 2: with a charming smile and a body that turned heads
- 15:04Speaker 2: definitely not me. I was drawn to him instantly, not
- 15:09Speaker 2: realizing that he already had a senior girlfriend, who was
- 15:14Speaker 2: a popular member of a sorority. I was just his
- 15:18Speaker 2: little side piece, and he made that clear. After a
- 15:22Speaker 2: series of unfortunate events, including a drunk driving accident that
- 15:26Speaker 2: left him injured and dropped him out of school, I
- 15:29Speaker 2: became his public girlfriend. Marcus often claimed to love me,
- 15:33Speaker 2: but also I'm sorry, but always seemed to come after
- 15:37Speaker 2: he did something shady that hurt me. In a moment
- 15:42Speaker 2: of desperation, I dropped out of college to take care
- 15:44Speaker 2: of him, working at a strip club to support us
- 15:47Speaker 2: while he recovered. I I never imagined that I'd be
- 15:51Speaker 2: in that situation, but he encouraged me to do whatever
- 15:54Speaker 2: I needed to make ends meet, even when it meant
- 15:56Speaker 2: crossing boundaries. I never thought I would. I fell in
- 16:00Speaker 2: to a dark place, struggling with self worth and drowning
- 16:03Speaker 2: my pain and alcohol. When I found out I was pregnant,
- 16:07Speaker 2: Marcus insisted I terminate the pregnancy because he quote loved
- 16:10Speaker 2: me and didn't want anything to jeopardize my new life
- 16:13Speaker 2: at the club. I chose. I chose to keep the baby,
- 16:17Speaker 2: but soon after a miscarried. His reaction was fucked up.
- 16:22Speaker 2: He seemed relieved rather than heartbroken. Things got bad with
- 16:27Speaker 2: us when I discovered he had brought a rival dancer
- 16:30Speaker 2: into our home, and I felt my anger boiling over.
- 16:34Speaker 2: I realized that it was a toxic cycle with someone
- 16:37Speaker 2: who kept hurting me while claiming to care. In a
- 16:41Speaker 2: moment of clarity, I made a decision to leave Marcus
- 16:45Speaker 2: and return to campus, even if it meant starting over.
- 16:48Speaker 2: I re enrolled, but I'm still haunted by those memories.
- 16:52Speaker 2: I blocked him, but can't find myself wondering if I
- 16:54Speaker 2: made the right choice, Lyric, how do I heal from
- 16:58Speaker 2: this toxic relationship and build a life that reflects my
- 17:01Speaker 2: true worth? How can I ensure I don't fall into
- 17:04Speaker 2: a similar pattern in the future. If it were you,
- 17:07Speaker 2: where would you begin to reconstruct? Thank you for all
- 17:11Speaker 2: this safe space, and continue to do what y'all do. Sincerely,
- 17:16Speaker 2: a lost soul seeking clarity. So, like I said, she
- 17:19Speaker 2: didn't put her name.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Well, lost soul, poor, unfortunate soul. Sorry, that's one of
- 17:29Speaker 1: my nabor was given at that time. I will say
- 17:37Speaker 1: it sounds like you started off on a great path
- 17:42Speaker 1: of healing already by disassociating yourself from him. That is
- 17:46Speaker 1: one of the major things that people who are in
- 17:49Speaker 1: toxic relationships need to do stop associating with the person
- 17:53Speaker 1: who put you in the predicament to be in this
- 17:57Speaker 1: unhealthy relationship. It sounded like he didn't love you. In fact,
- 18:02Speaker 1: he used the term love to manipulate you and you
- 18:09Speaker 1: in a position where you didn't realize your worth. He
- 18:13Speaker 1: also let it be known by putting you in that
- 18:15Speaker 1: secondary position that you ended up accepting first of all, no,
- 18:20Speaker 1: you are second to no one, and you deserve to
- 18:22Speaker 1: be loved first and foremost from someone.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Work.
- 18:26Speaker 1: He made you cross boundaries and devalue yourself when he
- 18:30Speaker 1: was at his worst, meaning he didn't want you to
- 18:33Speaker 1: be successful when he was not. Anyone who really truly
- 18:37Speaker 1: loves you, regardless of where they are in life, is
- 18:40Speaker 1: gonna want the best from you. They're not gonna want
- 18:42Speaker 1: you to downgrade yourself in what you have going on
- 18:46Speaker 1: to align with what's going on in their life. I
- 18:50Speaker 1: find it very weird how once his stardom, his wise,
- 18:57Speaker 1: the stardom was over in his sports, that you decided
- 19:02Speaker 1: to quit school and start stripping. He did not want
- 19:07Speaker 1: to be your man. He wanted to be your pem. Wow,
- 19:11Speaker 1: that's what that was.
- 19:14Speaker 2: That's all.
- 19:16Speaker 1: He didn't care about what you had going on or
- 19:18Speaker 1: your feelings when you had that miscarriage, and in fact,
- 19:21Speaker 1: he celebrated it.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that was fucked up. I read that part that
- 19:26Speaker 2: kind that part kind of like sent chills, and who.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Would want to be around that person. You have enemies
- 19:33Speaker 1: that treat you better than that. Like he didn't love you,
- 19:35Speaker 1: He really despised and hated you and tolerated your existence
- 19:40Speaker 1: because of what you could do for him at that time.
- 19:43Speaker 1: What I would do is hold off on dating, find yourself,
- 19:47Speaker 1: get back in school like you've done, and excel at that.
- 19:51Speaker 1: Put your mind on things that can elevate you. So
- 19:56Speaker 1: by the time that you find someone and you were
- 19:59Speaker 1: ready to start, you won't be so trapped into the
- 20:02Speaker 1: past traumas of what he did to you, and it
- 20:05Speaker 1: could be a healthier path for you and whoever you
- 20:08Speaker 1: consider dating, and you'll be able to recognize those red
- 20:11Speaker 1: flags ahead of time and won't put yourself back in
- 20:14Speaker 1: that predicament to be, you know, manipulated again.
- 20:19Speaker 2: And kudos to you, sis, because I read that letter
- 20:23Speaker 2: and even in reading it again, I'm sitting here and
- 20:26Speaker 2: I'm realizing this is a girl that's at least done
- 20:28Speaker 2: the work she's going she's If she's not seeing a therapist,
- 20:33Speaker 2: she's definitely got her shit together. So I agree with
- 20:35Speaker 2: Lyric and saying that you are on the right path
- 20:38Speaker 2: moving forward, but definitely disassociate yourself. Wow, great advice there,
- 20:45Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Now, Oh my gosh, this much?
- 20:50Speaker 2: Is this about to be ratchet?
- 20:51Speaker 1: It's about to be disturbing? All right? Oh deal lerry. Hey,
- 20:58Speaker 1: my name is Emily and I am from Dallas, Texas.
- 21:01Speaker 1: I have some concerns about my boyfriend. He's twenty five.
- 21:04Speaker 1: I'm twenty five as well. He told me something disturbing.
- 21:08Speaker 1: So me and my boyfriend have been together for two years,
- 21:10Speaker 1: and today we were having a kind of leud conversation
- 21:14Speaker 1: about anime girls, which led him to confess to me
- 21:18Speaker 1: that before he got with me, he fantasized about having
- 21:21Speaker 1: sex with a Japanese schoolgirl, because apparently this is the
- 21:24Speaker 1: closest thing to an anime girl.
- 21:27Speaker 2: He quickly added, you mean a Japanese school like a
- 21:30Speaker 2: cartoon or.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Like a real live Japanese schoolgirl a portrayed in anime.
- 21:41Speaker 1: All right, he quickly added, not underage, of course. So
- 21:45Speaker 1: I asked him if he went to hook up with
- 21:48Speaker 1: a girl, and she said she was sixteen? Would he
- 21:50Speaker 1: still have sex with her? And he laughed and said
- 21:54Speaker 1: probably honestly. So I then said, what if she was
- 21:59Speaker 1: like thirteen? But he looked but she looked older than that,
- 22:03Speaker 1: and he said, hmm, I don't know about that. But
- 22:06Speaker 1: my concern is that he didn't say no. I don't
- 22:09Speaker 1: know what to think, honestly, and had nobody to vent
- 22:13Speaker 1: this too. So here we are. It's worth noting that
- 22:16Speaker 1: we are both rather kinky, and I call him daddy
- 22:19Speaker 1: a lot. Please don't judge me. Also, he's into incest stuff,
- 22:23Speaker 1: and now I'm concerned he might do something if we
- 22:26Speaker 1: had a daughter someday. My mind is wondering all sorts
- 22:30Speaker 1: of things right now. What should I do? Should I
- 22:32Speaker 1: stay or should I leave him for being maybe a
- 22:36Speaker 1: pedophile girl? P basically told you that if the girl
- 22:41Speaker 1: was thirteen, he wasn't mine. I don't know about that.
- 22:46Speaker 1: It's not a no, and even him saying sixteen, like
- 22:51Speaker 1: come on, now, why do you have these types of discussions?
- 22:55Speaker 2: I checked out the moment you said she he said
- 23:00Speaker 2: that he would do somebody that's thirteen, and you don't
- 23:04Speaker 2: know what you do. What do you mean, girl? I
- 23:06Speaker 2: immediately thought in my head, like, that's where my mind was,
- 23:11Speaker 2: what do you mean?
- 23:12Speaker 1: Let's be clear, there's kinky, and then there is why
- 23:17Speaker 1: pedophile territory. Yeah, definitely in pedophil territory. If he said
- 23:21Speaker 1: he would absolutely sleep with a sixteen year old and
- 23:25Speaker 1: he's twenty five, there's no need. There's nothing else that
- 23:28Speaker 1: needs to be said or conversations that need to be had.
- 23:31Speaker 1: And I'm more concerned than you asking me this and
- 23:35Speaker 1: then also turning around saying that if we had a
- 23:38Speaker 1: daughter someday, do you watch me? You are on the
- 23:43Speaker 1: sense of what he has revealed to you. Baby, you
- 23:47Speaker 1: should definitely not be on the fence about something like that.
- 23:52Speaker 1: If he is openly telling you that he wouldn't mind
- 23:56Speaker 1: sleeping with a sixteen year old at twenty five years old,
- 24:00Speaker 1: that is a red flag one as far as you
- 24:05Speaker 1: can and you should absolutely not be okay with that.
- 24:08Speaker 2: What is up with y'all in Texas being told things
- 24:11Speaker 2: blatantly to your face and still not believe in them.
- 24:15Speaker 1: I doubt that.
- 24:16Speaker 2: I mean, it seems a little bit larger than just
- 24:19Speaker 2: this letter. It seems like to me it seems to
- 24:23Speaker 2: me to be a problem in Texas of what's going
- 24:27Speaker 2: on down there. I know some people in Texas I
- 24:29Speaker 2: think Eddie's from I don't know. We got to.
- 24:32Speaker 1: See first of all, to speak to the kink, there
- 24:37Speaker 1: are other things to do than sleep with a freaking
- 24:40Speaker 1: underage child.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Or animals or anybody that's not consenting period.
- 24:47Speaker 1: You can be kinky and light anime stuff and use
- 24:51Speaker 1: cosplay with a consented adult as a form to satisfy
- 24:56Speaker 1: your kink. In your adult mind, you think kink is
- 25:03Speaker 1: to have inappropriate sexual relations with a child, someone underage,
- 25:11Speaker 1: a minor. Sir, you are a pediphile. There's nothing else
- 25:14Speaker 1: to be said, no more conversations to be had. And girl,
- 25:18Speaker 1: I don't even know why you're writing in talking about
- 25:21Speaker 1: a daughter. Like I said, it sounds like you're on
- 25:24Speaker 1: the fence of it being right or wrong. This is
- 25:26Speaker 1: absolutely wrong, absolutely wrong, And I would definitely not be
- 25:32Speaker 1: in a relationship with someone who would be so free
- 25:35Speaker 1: to have these conversations and use that as a way
- 25:39Speaker 1: of kink. You know, it's not a kink.
- 25:41Speaker 2: It's a crime.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Okay, it's a crime.
- 25:46Speaker 2: But also, and I mean that is the seriousness of
- 25:50Speaker 2: it it is, but I do know and there is
- 25:54Speaker 2: actually no But I will add though, there are a
- 25:57Speaker 2: lot of people in situations where they see all kinds
- 26:01Speaker 2: of fucked up ship going on around them and they
- 26:05Speaker 2: know that it's wrong, and you know, for whatever reason
- 26:09Speaker 2: they feel, I don't know they o. My heart goes
- 26:16Speaker 2: out Jesus Christ, not to the rapists. My heart goes
- 26:20Speaker 2: out to these victims out here having to deal with
- 26:23Speaker 2: the rapists because people won't have these kinds of comment,
- 26:26Speaker 2: like they won't talk to the woo they're they're not
- 26:32Speaker 2: just when a nigga's on the corner. The police. The
- 26:35Speaker 2: police are there to prevent these types of situations.
- 26:40Speaker 1: Yeah, for you, the boyfriend gets some help talk to
- 26:48Speaker 1: someone about these urges and desires that he's having, because
- 26:51Speaker 1: it is locked up healthy at all. But I mean,
- 26:55Speaker 1: give you can lock them, lock them up, but also
- 26:58Speaker 1: get them the help that you need that they need
- 27:00Speaker 1: to like not do the stuff.
- 27:02Speaker 2: And then after the people have gotten them on our level,
- 27:06Speaker 2: on level, give off the streets.
- 27:09Speaker 1: But he has to have committed the crime first. If
- 27:12Speaker 1: he has not, then how we can't lock people up
- 27:14Speaker 1: for just having these thoughts.
- 27:15Speaker 2: We can't as much as we want.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Them to be locked up, he still has to commit
- 27:19Speaker 1: a crime first. Since he has not committed a crime, first,
- 27:22Speaker 1: he needs to get the help that he needs, so
- 27:24Speaker 1: he does not you know, hop on over that fence
- 27:28Speaker 1: and start violating minors and ship because he has an
- 27:31Speaker 1: anime chnic. Wow, that is crazy, but yeah, that's the
- 27:40Speaker 1: it's real ship that people be going through. And y'all
- 27:44Speaker 1: do not hard hold back on no accounts of the
- 27:49Speaker 1: disturbing and concerning things that y'all sent me. But I mean,
- 27:54Speaker 1: thank you for at least trusting me with you guys's
- 27:57Speaker 1: concerns enough to you know, trust my own rice and
- 28:01Speaker 1: you know, express yourself and what you're going through in
- 28:04Speaker 1: your story. So I do appreciate that, and if you
- 28:06Speaker 1: want to continue doing so, please do not hesitate to
- 28:09Speaker 1: send them to my Gmail again. It is Lyric Bravado
- 28:12Speaker 1: at gmail dot com. And I'll see you guys next week.
- 28:15Speaker 2: All right up next, I guess we go control the
- 28:18Speaker 2: tam law. Absolutely, we'll be right back right after this.
- 28:22Speaker 9: I did not know that racism was as bad as
- 28:25Speaker 9: it was. Still, Like, I know it's bad. Okay, don't
- 28:30Speaker 9: come for me when I say that, but I did
- 28:32Speaker 9: not know this bat, and I've never seen it this
- 28:34Speaker 9: bat in front of my own eyes than I did
- 28:38Speaker 9: this morning at three am.
- 28:40Speaker 7: My son had a migraine last night and no.
- 28:44Speaker 9: Store was open, and I had to go to the
- 28:48Speaker 9: one gas station down the street. I was let in blackly.
- 28:53Speaker 9: I was the only one that even was there at
- 28:55Speaker 9: that time. I was let in, was looking for my
- 28:59Speaker 9: stuff out. A minute later, a black man walks in
- 29:04Speaker 9: and he goes to pay for his smokes, and the.
- 29:07Speaker 7: Cash register guy says, we're closed.
- 29:11Speaker 9: And I didn't really understand what was going on until
- 29:14Speaker 9: I got my stuff towards the front of the line
- 29:19Speaker 9: and the black man turns to me and he.
- 29:21Speaker 7: Goes, did you know that he said it was closed?
- 29:24Speaker 9: And the register guy, the register guy says that I'm
- 29:32Speaker 9: not serving him. I'll serve you, no, dude, you lost
- 29:41Speaker 9: my fucking service. So I walked out with the black man.
- 29:45Speaker 9: But that's not the point. The point is is how
- 29:49Speaker 9: fucking disgusting I was feeling for this.
- 30:04Speaker 7: Sorry for this man, simply because he was I don't
- 30:10Speaker 7: know what he was getting there.
- 30:11Speaker 9: He could have been getting, you know, the same thing
- 30:14Speaker 9: I was getting medicine for his child, But he couldn't, and.
- 30:23Speaker 7: That's what's sick.
- 30:28Speaker 9: And even if I lose, if he loses my service,
- 30:32Speaker 9: he still has fucking thousands of other people that are gonna.
- 30:36Speaker 7: Still allow his services to go on. So I'm just.
- 30:43Speaker 9: Gonna call you out on social media because I think
- 30:45Speaker 9: that that's the best thing to do. The man who
- 30:48Speaker 9: worked graveyard at the Rocket gas station.
- 30:53Speaker 7: And convenience store.
- 30:57Speaker 9: On First Avenue in Federal Away, Wahhington, You're racist as fuck.
- 31:04Speaker 9: You've lost my service. I will never ever go back
- 31:09Speaker 9: to your store. I'll never give you a single penny
- 31:13Speaker 9: if it was the last penny I ever had. And
- 31:16Speaker 9: I hope that people who watched this do the same,
- 31:20Speaker 9: because that was disgusting behavior.
- 31:23Speaker 7: Very much.
- 31:24Speaker 2: All right, we're back. Black's time deatrolled the timeline this lyric.
- 31:31Speaker 2: Let's find out if we care. You want to go
- 31:35Speaker 2: first of me?
- 31:39Speaker 1: I can go first.
- 31:40Speaker 2: All right, Let's see about stories match up.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Excuse me, pardon, let's talk about this right, very very much,
- 31:53Speaker 1: very very good, very good.
- 31:56Speaker 2: You see her mouth was covered. It did not sound
- 31:59Speaker 2: like we live in a third world country, even though
- 32:01Speaker 2: we probably do and don't know it. God damn.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Go ahead, So millions of people are getting online and
- 32:12Speaker 1: seeing that TikTok has gone dark. I literally just honked
- 32:19Speaker 1: in to my account and it says welcome back, thanks
- 32:24Speaker 1: for your patience and support. As a result of President
- 32:28Speaker 1: Trump's efforts, TikTok is back in the US, but unfortunately
- 32:33Speaker 1: a lot of banding TikTok has been enacted in the US,
- 32:38Speaker 1: which means you cannot use TikTok for now. We are
- 32:42Speaker 1: fortunate that President Trump has indicated that he will work
- 32:46Speaker 1: with us on a solution to reinstate TikTok once he
- 32:49Speaker 1: takes office. Please stay tuned. I am not able to
- 32:53Speaker 1: use my TikTok, y'all, but guess what, I am so
- 32:56Speaker 1: un bothered, But unfortunately a lot of content creators are
- 32:59Speaker 1: not a lot of them have made very sad videos
- 33:05Speaker 1: on their Instagram crying and talking about how this was
- 33:10Speaker 1: their main source of income and what are they going
- 33:13Speaker 1: to do? And it's really sad because a lot of
- 33:16Speaker 1: people who choosing or not to sympathize with these people.
- 33:21Speaker 1: How would you feel if you went into your job
- 33:24Speaker 1: tomorrow and they said you are no longer able to
- 33:30Speaker 1: work in this company and you just had nothing else
- 33:34Speaker 1: set up at that moment, regardless of what you had
- 33:37Speaker 1: going on in your life, you would be kind of
- 33:39Speaker 1: devastated because to be caught off guard like that is crazy.
- 33:45Speaker 1: And I say caught off guard because yes, they said
- 33:48Speaker 1: this was in the works what months ago. However, it
- 33:53Speaker 1: hasn't been to this point where you can't even log
- 33:56Speaker 1: into your TikTok like it's real and and creators are
- 34:01Speaker 1: like realizing that, yeah, this is real, this is happening,
- 34:06Speaker 1: and unfortunately a lot of people don't have a plan
- 34:11Speaker 1: BCD or E.
- 34:14Speaker 2: Okay, well, I will say this about the TikTok man,
- 34:19Speaker 2: it does suck and listening to that side of things
- 34:23Speaker 2: and that breakdown it does because I'm human, it brings
- 34:28Speaker 2: a certain you know, it forges a certain kind of
- 34:30Speaker 2: an emotion. It's like, God, damn, this is true. This
- 34:33Speaker 2: is This is people's livelihoods. But I think context is
- 34:37Speaker 2: also important. Okay, So these are facts, these are things
- 34:43Speaker 2: you can look up. Okay, so I can say these things.
- 34:47Speaker 2: M H. Trump tried to ban TikTok through an executive
- 34:51Speaker 2: order in twenty nineteen, and that was blocked by the cors.
- 34:55Speaker 2: You can look that up. That is on gov info
- 34:58Speaker 2: dot gov. Look that up and again he did it
- 35:01Speaker 2: in twenty twenty also same website, gov info dot gov.
- 35:08Speaker 2: On June ninth, twenty twenty one, Biden reverses Trump's executive
- 35:13Speaker 2: order with that Trump then afterwards reversed his position on
- 35:20Speaker 2: TikTok after meeting with the hedge fund manager in the
- 35:23Speaker 2: Republican megadon er, jeff Yass, who reportedly has a major
- 35:29Speaker 2: financial stake in TikTok. All of a sudden, Trump said
- 35:32Speaker 2: TikTok wasn't as much of a dangerous Facebook, but it
- 35:37Speaker 2: was too late after that because the Republicans had already
- 35:40Speaker 2: drawn up and build a bannit. Now the bill goes
- 35:44Speaker 2: through the House and the Senate and passes, TikTok then
- 35:49Speaker 2: must be must sell or be banned. Zuckerberg kisses the
- 35:53Speaker 2: ring bands fact checking and adds a Trump ally to
- 35:58Speaker 2: the board of the meadow and now here we are
- 36:00Speaker 2: Trump will reverse this band to look like the hero.
- 36:04Speaker 2: Because people have short memories, that is your TikTok breakdown.
- 36:08Speaker 2: So yes, I can very much so sympathize with some
- 36:12Speaker 2: of the things that people are saying, but I do
- 36:16Speaker 2: realize that coming down the pike is a very serious decision.
- 36:21Speaker 2: For Americans to make, especially a large group of those people,
- 36:28Speaker 2: because that is what this is in its manipulation, and
- 36:32Speaker 2: my opinion, I agree with it. That is my opinion.
- 36:38Speaker 2: The website, the things that I've said about looking up,
- 36:42Speaker 2: those are things that you can go online right now
- 36:45Speaker 2: and look up. That is just the breakdown of it.
- 36:50Speaker 2: I want a lighter note. Did you hear about your
- 36:54Speaker 2: girl Roseanne dropped a wrap.
- 36:57Speaker 1: Matthane Ah, that's her name from now on because that's
- 37:02Speaker 1: what it was given you. Who told you to get
- 37:06Speaker 1: uh down to the booty braids and do all that
- 37:09Speaker 1: extra shit like no, you have to make a mockery
- 37:13Speaker 1: out of black culture and it backfired.
- 37:16Speaker 2: So you're she is up there ridiculous. Look I saw that.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Who needed? First off, who needed a Roseanne rap?
- 37:27Speaker 1: Nobody, nobody acts, nobody wanted. It was just shoved in
- 37:32Speaker 1: our faces, violated personally, all.
- 37:36Speaker 2: Right, So for y'all that don't know what we're talking about. Recently,
- 37:39Speaker 2: Roseanne bar made headlines by releasing a new rap song
- 37:43Speaker 2: titled Quote Daddy's Home, which celebrates the victory of President
- 37:50Speaker 2: or Luck Donald Trump. This unexpected musical venture showcases bars
- 37:54Speaker 2: off to ego and features her rapping about her support
- 37:59Speaker 2: for Trump and incoming administration. The music video highlights her
- 38:03Speaker 2: enthusiasm for Trump's return to the White House, marking a
- 38:07Speaker 2: notable shift in her public persona and political learnings. I'm
- 38:11Speaker 2: sorry political leanings rather. The collaboration features appear Tom McDonald,
- 38:18Speaker 2: who's known for his provocative style and controversial lyrics. The
- 38:22Speaker 2: song and video have they have mixed reactions, with some
- 38:28Speaker 2: critiques expressing that her performance may come off as embarrassing
- 38:32Speaker 2: or lacking in substance, which, in my opinion, should just
- 38:36Speaker 2: be goddamn offensive. Did the braids all of that shit?
- 38:41Speaker 2: What is it the braids? Yes, it's the braids. Nevertheless,
- 38:44Speaker 2: Barr's bold move to enter as the rap genre and
- 38:48Speaker 2: openly support Trump has stirred conversation and drawing attention to
- 38:52Speaker 2: the celebrity world. That's what you need to do. I
- 38:59Speaker 2: could not believe it. And she's like in the song
- 39:02Speaker 2: running around talking about I don't care like the overall
- 39:04Speaker 2: I can't quote her because I did not write down
- 39:07Speaker 2: the lyrics, but the overall message came off to me
- 39:13Speaker 2: as I don't care what you say. I'll say nigga
- 39:16Speaker 2: if I want to. That's how it came across to me,
- 39:20Speaker 2: and you can listen to the song for yourself, but
- 39:22Speaker 2: the undertone to me felt like I will say nigga
- 39:26Speaker 2: if I want it.
- 39:29Speaker 1: And speaking of horrendous imagery on the internet, have you
- 39:34Speaker 1: seen the official presidential portrait that has been released.
- 39:40Speaker 2: With that fit?
- 39:43Speaker 10: Oh?
- 39:44Speaker 2: Wait, I thought you were talking about the coin. Oh
- 39:47Speaker 2: the mugshot.
- 39:49Speaker 1: It's giving my shot. It looks exactly like his twenty
- 39:54Speaker 1: twenty three month shot exactly.
- 39:58Speaker 2: So I mean he ain't got that many looks. I mean,
- 40:09Speaker 2: how many different ways can you dress up a goddamn orange?
- 40:14Speaker 2: I mean it's like mister Potato had. How many combinations
- 40:17Speaker 2: could we really get out of that motherfucker? You know
- 40:19Speaker 2: what I'm saying?
- 40:20Speaker 1: What is with the expression? Though? It's just horrendous, horrendous.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Obama would never.
- 40:31Speaker 2: Speaking of things that I would never. I would never
- 40:35Speaker 2: have thought Jason Derulo before this TikTok thing came, you know,
- 40:40Speaker 2: came to fruition, his dumb ass piped up. Actually, you
- 40:45Speaker 2: know what the headline reads, Jason Derulo, TikTok's too valuable
- 40:50Speaker 2: to go away. Billionaires have got this. This is what
- 40:53Speaker 2: Jason Derulo said. So in a recent headline that's sure
- 40:57Speaker 2: to bring a chuckle. Jason Derulo has stepped in to
- 41:00Speaker 2: the spotlight, declaring that TikTok is too valuable to go away,
- 41:05Speaker 2: and he's got the billionaires on speeds out to back
- 41:08Speaker 2: him up. It seems the government might be throwing some
- 41:11Speaker 2: shade about TikTok's future, but the Rulo is here to
- 41:15Speaker 2: reassure us that everything is gonna be all right because
- 41:19Speaker 2: he's got connections in high places. So right lyric right
- 41:23Speaker 2: lost that Jason picture like, so imagine right, just follow
- 41:32Speaker 2: me here, goodbye? What a picture like? While politicians right,
- 41:39Speaker 2: they're like wringing their hands over like data privacy and
- 41:43Speaker 2: national security, and all of a sudden there's like a silence,
- 41:46Speaker 2: nobody speaking right, and you hear an echo what you're
- 41:53Speaker 2: gonna do with that big fat wiggle wiggle wiggle? And
- 41:57Speaker 2: then Jason Derulo shows up and he's like, no, no, girls,
- 42:00Speaker 2: TikTok and say I'm here, I have connection. This is
- 42:03Speaker 2: the biggest he are done ever. In my opinion, I
- 42:13Speaker 2: mean this.
- 42:13Speaker 1: Camp to get him some help, because that has to
- 42:19Speaker 1: be the most delusional human being that I can think of.
- 42:23Speaker 1: Right now, Oh no, there's words no, but good grief,
- 42:30Speaker 1: like I was about to say, speaking of in.
- 42:34Speaker 2: Speaking of delusional humans, did you want to talk about
- 42:38Speaker 2: drunk now? No?
- 42:42Speaker 1: No, I'm over him.
- 42:44Speaker 2: Want to get into out of lawsuit?
- 42:46Speaker 1: You are a rapper who followed, who filed a lawsuit.
- 42:49Speaker 2: You literally did everything Kendrick said in his lyrics, and
- 42:53Speaker 2: you doubling down. Kendrick said that you are not like us.
- 42:59Speaker 2: You are not a colleague, your colonizer. What would white
- 43:03Speaker 2: boys do in situations like this? Exactly what you're doing exactly,
- 43:10Speaker 2: this is what they would do.
- 43:12Speaker 11: I want in this instance though his name is Aubrey
- 43:18Speaker 11: or was he ever, don't.
- 43:23Speaker 2: That's what Kendrick said.
- 43:24Speaker 1: So I mean, oh my gosh.
- 43:27Speaker 2: Nigga, everything that you are doing is playing right into
- 43:31Speaker 2: everything that Kendrick said. It's like white people take our
- 43:36Speaker 2: words and the things that we do and then they
- 43:39Speaker 2: twist them to mean something like woke all of a
- 43:42Speaker 2: sudden means black dee new word for nigga, like shit
- 43:47Speaker 2: like that. It's just this is what Kendrick be talking about.
- 43:54Speaker 2: Very Caucasian of you, sir. I'm a call in shocks
- 44:00Speaker 2: all the law period. Well.
- 44:06Speaker 1: As delusional as he may be, let's talk about something
- 44:12Speaker 1: that has got my attention. Barbie decided to release an
- 44:19Speaker 1: alodol of her forty sixth birthday.
- 44:23Speaker 2: I did. I saw that shit.
- 44:25Speaker 7: I was.
- 44:26Speaker 1: I think it's kind of dope.
- 44:29Speaker 2: So do you.
- 44:32Speaker 1: I saw because it sold out within a matter of hours,
- 44:37Speaker 1: and I have mixed feelings about that. I feel like
- 44:39Speaker 1: the pre order should have been to like the real fans.
- 44:43Speaker 1: Now they're being sold for between three hundred and one
- 44:49Speaker 1: thousand dollars on eBay.
- 44:52Speaker 2: That's the part of the Bobby.
- 44:53Speaker 1: It pisces me off because you took the opportunity away
- 44:56Speaker 1: from the real fans just so you can have your
- 44:58Speaker 1: little greed moment. And no, that's no, come on now.
- 45:03Speaker 1: I just feel like the release could have been a
- 45:05Speaker 1: little bit better.
- 45:07Speaker 2: Okay, that's a fair opinion. I was. I was a
- 45:12Speaker 2: little I would say, turned off by the price gouging part.
- 45:15Speaker 2: I thought the idea was dope because I mean, why
- 45:18Speaker 2: wouldn't you have a leadol out of all of them,
- 45:21Speaker 2: but just the over just the stuff behind it. It's
- 45:26Speaker 2: like they take the icons and stuff you just just greed.
- 45:32Speaker 1: It is.
- 45:33Speaker 2: It is all greed. It's like a noble act sucked
- 45:37Speaker 2: into something dirty.
- 45:41Speaker 1: But that's what happens down anytime something that we feel
- 45:47Speaker 1: is true to our culture, people take advantage of that
- 45:52Speaker 1: and get greedy, and now we're no longer able to
- 45:57Speaker 1: like get what we want. Like people, I know, people
- 46:00Speaker 1: purchased that doll for the wrong reasons. Some of them
- 46:04Speaker 1: aren't have never even heard of her or have even
- 46:07Speaker 1: been a fan of her or know like her what
- 46:09Speaker 1: her legacy means, and it's just it's annoying.
- 46:12Speaker 2: But for those that it would truly mean something to
- 46:15Speaker 2: something that we could hold on to and just you know,
- 46:19Speaker 2: really have a piece of they swoop in and tape
- 46:24Speaker 2: mm hmmmm, wow as usual, m mm hmm. What's your
- 46:31Speaker 2: take on this whole Wendy Williams situation.
- 46:36Speaker 1: I think it's horrible. I think it's horrible. I think
- 46:40Speaker 1: I think she had a lot of people who were
- 46:41Speaker 1: around her for the wrong reasons and took advantage of her.
- 46:45Speaker 2: I really do.
- 46:46Speaker 1: I have never seen anything like it. Yes, she might
- 46:50Speaker 1: be going through some things health wise, but does anybody
- 46:53Speaker 1: really give a shit about her personally or are they
- 46:59Speaker 1: worried about what they can get from her estate?
- 47:02Speaker 2: That is what it is. So for those of y'all
- 47:05Speaker 2: catch up. In a recent headline that's got folks shaking
- 47:09Speaker 2: their heads, Wendy Williams is clapping back at these claims,
- 47:14Speaker 2: claiming her bad days are just a load of bs.
- 47:19Speaker 2: So on top of all this, okay, let me finish reading,
- 47:22Speaker 2: she's making it clear that she never spoke to an
- 47:24Speaker 2: attorney about any of the drama swirling around in her life.
- 47:28Speaker 2: It's like every time, it's like, every time Wendy tries
- 47:34Speaker 2: to take a step back and kind of like focus
- 47:37Speaker 2: on her heeling and shit, the cameras are there, ready
- 47:39Speaker 2: to pounce on her microphone judgments. Everything's like in her faith.
- 47:43Speaker 2: Can we let the woman breathe for just a second.
- 47:47Speaker 2: It seems like the world, it seems like you meet
- 47:50Speaker 2: that the world's more interested in her struggles than given
- 47:53Speaker 2: the woman the actual dignity of her journey. Can she
- 47:58Speaker 2: have that? I mean, it's everybody's waiting for the trip
- 48:02Speaker 2: so they can catch it on film. Everybody's looking waiting
- 48:05Speaker 2: for it to look fucked up, her weed, her wig
- 48:07Speaker 2: to be crooked and shit, her nail to be fallen
- 48:10Speaker 2: off so they can take a picture and post the
- 48:13Speaker 2: ship enough like it's exhausting to watch it is and
- 48:20Speaker 2: it feels unfair to me. It's that she can't navigate
- 48:24Speaker 2: her own shit without the spotlight, h Like I would
- 48:28Speaker 2: hate to have gone through some of the most difficult
- 48:31Speaker 2: moments of my life with a camera in my face,
- 48:34Speaker 2: and some I did. M H.
- 48:37Speaker 1: And you know what, A lot of people are saying
- 48:40Speaker 1: that it's karma because of her choice uh to interview
- 48:46Speaker 1: certain people and how she decided to approach certain things.
- 48:53Speaker 1: But what y'all failed to realize is a lot of
- 48:56Speaker 1: what you see in front of you, you don't know
- 48:58Speaker 1: what happened behind the scenes. Like a lot of people
- 49:02Speaker 1: have who have gotten into it with Wendy Williams have
- 49:06Speaker 1: ended up being good back good with her, but you'll
- 49:08Speaker 1: never see that side. We've always been presented with the
- 49:11Speaker 1: ugliness of her career and not like her successes. And
- 49:17Speaker 1: I hate that. And it seems to be like that
- 49:21Speaker 1: for black successful people all the way around the board.
- 49:27Speaker 1: We're celebrated to a certain degree, but the moment we
- 49:30Speaker 1: do something wrong or the moment something happens and it's
- 49:35Speaker 1: not aligned to what people expect out of us, people
- 49:38Speaker 1: turn their backs. And I hate that shit. It drives
- 49:42Speaker 1: me crazy. And it's not right how they have She's been.
- 49:45Speaker 2: Treated, speaking of people mistreated. How you feel about Kid Rock?
- 49:52Speaker 2: Good about him? What's that with him? Uh? I don't care.
- 50:00Speaker 2: Let me let me be clear, I don't care nothing
- 50:04Speaker 2: about Kid Rock. Better yet, I don't care about anything
- 50:09Speaker 2: Kid Rock has to say about two or against Michelle Obama.
- 50:16Speaker 1: Oh wow.
- 50:17Speaker 2: Mainly because Kid Rock is a dumb ass to me,
- 50:20Speaker 2: but more so because of his comments reflect like a
- 50:25Speaker 2: deeper issue of disrespect towards the former first Lady. And
- 50:31Speaker 2: she's always been graceful and gorgeous and all of that.
- 50:35Speaker 2: So headline social media drags Kid Rock for comments about
- 50:39Speaker 2: Michelle Obama skipping Trump's inauguration. And there's video, y'all. I
- 50:45Speaker 2: don't know over the shade room dot God, look at
- 50:47Speaker 2: that shit. Social media has been dragging his ass, he said, Okay,
- 50:56Speaker 2: Kid Rock made some discouraging remarks regarding Michelle Obama skipping
- 51:00Speaker 2: Donald Trump's inauguration. The video of his comments went viral,
- 51:03Speaker 2: sparking outrage from countless users who are tired of seeing
- 51:07Speaker 2: petty jobs thrown at someone who has contributed so much
- 51:10Speaker 2: to the public discourse and the culture at large. What's
- 51:15Speaker 2: particularly frustrating is that Kid Rock seems to think his
- 51:20Speaker 2: opinions carry weight when actual reality, his remarks come off
- 51:25Speaker 2: as like an attention grab to be honest to me.
- 51:31Speaker 2: So I mean the audacity of him critique in Michelle.
- 51:36Speaker 12: Of all people, her choices, her choices from Kid Rock
- 51:43Speaker 12: with his critique.
- 51:48Speaker 2: They dragged his ass and it's well deserved. People pointed
- 51:51Speaker 2: out in him being a hypocrite. They said, it's absurd
- 51:56Speaker 2: to see somebody who's made a career out of shock
- 51:58Speaker 2: value in controversy, the accomplishments of a woman who's navigated
- 52:05Speaker 2: the complexities of public life with loy Wow.
- 52:09Speaker 1: So, speaking of having the Internet and it Issy, I've
- 52:13Speaker 1: heard that Rihanna and Asap Rocky are not actually married
- 52:21Speaker 1: as soon as possible and really.
- 52:27Speaker 2: So.
- 52:27Speaker 1: During your trial downtown Los Angeles, a criminal court judge,
- 52:33Speaker 1: Judge Arnold acts prosecutors and defense how to refer to
- 52:38Speaker 1: Rihanna about a SAP Rocky. Arnold acts, are they actually married?
- 52:43Speaker 1: Rocky's attorney Joe Takapina indicated it's his common law wife,
- 52:49Speaker 1: your honor. If you recall, Rocky has less than a
- 52:54Speaker 1: week before he goes to trial for the alleged shooting
- 52:58Speaker 1: of his former friend a rally. People are talking about it.
- 53:03Speaker 2: Baby, don't y'all having a West Virginia marriage. First off,
- 53:11Speaker 2: I don't know how many of my cousins is actually
- 53:13Speaker 2: married all paper, but you know, it is what it is.
- 53:18Speaker 1: So some are calling her smart to protect her assets.
- 53:20Speaker 1: Others are saying she is a liar and they should
- 53:24Speaker 1: have never, you know, said that they were married to
- 53:27Speaker 1: begin with. So it's been like a split opinion in
- 53:31Speaker 1: the comments about it.
- 53:34Speaker 2: What you think?
- 53:36Speaker 1: I think it's none of my goddamn business, even in
- 53:44Speaker 1: the same tax bracket as me, So how can I
- 53:48Speaker 1: comment on what their decisions are like If it works
- 53:52Speaker 1: for y'all, kudos to y'all, I have no comments period.
- 54:01Speaker 1: I think people get too invested in the affairs of
- 54:04Speaker 1: these celebrities like y'all, friends and family, y'all are not
- 54:07Speaker 1: They are people too. They just have a certain platform
- 54:11Speaker 1: where they can be on and they're in different tax
- 54:15Speaker 1: brackets as us regular work in ninety five folks, So
- 54:18Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, you people have to really
- 54:20Speaker 1: remember that they do they do, and you know what
- 54:23Speaker 1: it's it's it's entitlement for me.
- 54:27Speaker 2: It's that. But then I look at just the fact
- 54:29Speaker 2: it's fun to get engaged and to have an opinion.
- 54:33Speaker 2: But certain tribes like y'all barbs, y'all, the stuff y'all
- 54:37Speaker 2: be doing, the people to be calling uh chop detective
- 54:41Speaker 2: services on CARDI. Yeah, y'all, y'all go, there's there's a limit.
- 54:48Speaker 2: Like you talk about fun, it's a culture. There's a
- 54:51Speaker 2: reason for the entertainment segment so that you can squabble
- 54:54Speaker 2: back and forth and be like, ah, because this, that
- 54:57Speaker 2: and the third. There's a demographic of a step like
- 55:00Speaker 2: that kind of stuff, but there is also the demographic
- 55:05Speaker 2: of those that jump into it. Like Lyrics said, and
- 55:10Speaker 2: y'all go entirely to CPS.
- 55:14Speaker 1: Girl on Carti and baby the way that I would
- 55:17Speaker 1: go far as to finding out the IP address and
- 55:21Speaker 1: all of that shit and find out who that person
- 55:23Speaker 1: is and pressing all types of fucking charges. I'm pressing.
- 55:27Speaker 1: I'm pressing you like a panini sandwich bitch, because you're
- 55:29Speaker 1: not gonna play with me like that.
- 55:34Speaker 2: Crazy they really are. Yeah, we are purposefully missing another
- 55:41Speaker 2: story that we're gonna talk about during real talk. So
- 55:44Speaker 2: we'll get back at that later second half of the show.
- 55:47Speaker 2: You've got anything else, yep do I I be right back.
- 55:53Speaker 10: America freed the slaves eighteen sixty three through the emun
- 55:57Speaker 10: Sipation Proclamation, but gave the slaves no on nothing in
- 56:01Speaker 10: reality to get started on. At the same time, America
- 56:06Speaker 10: was giving away millions of acres of land in the
- 56:10Speaker 10: West and the Midwest, which meant that there was a
- 56:13Speaker 10: willingness to give the white peasants from Europe and economic base,
- 56:18Speaker 10: and yet it refused to give its black peasants from Africa,
- 56:21Speaker 10: who came here involuntarily in chains and had worked free
- 56:25Speaker 10: for two hundred and forty four years any kind of
- 56:28Speaker 10: economic base. And so emancipation for the negro was really
- 56:32Speaker 10: freedom to hunger. It was freedom to the winds and
- 56:35Speaker 10: rains of heaven. It was freedom without food to eat
- 56:38Speaker 10: or land to cultivate, and therefore it was freedom and famine.
- 56:41Speaker 10: At the same time, I believe we ought to do
- 56:43Speaker 10: all we can and seek to lift ourselves down bootstraps.
- 56:47Speaker 10: To crue jest to say to a bootless man that
- 56:50Speaker 10: he ought to lift himself by his own bootstraps, and.
- 56:52Speaker 5: Take us to war, take us home, ago, take us
- 56:55Speaker 5: wherever you go.
- 56:56Speaker 3: Joe rtr Real Talk.
- 56:58Speaker 2: Radio inside second half the show, maybe the last, maybe not,
- 57:04Speaker 2: but we're gonna keep lugging along. Okay. Along with Trump
- 57:10Speaker 2: comes even more germs and pestilence. Have you heard about
- 57:14Speaker 2: the latest warning from the health officials? M they sounding
- 57:19Speaker 2: the alarm again? Girls anyway sound They said, it's a
- 57:26Speaker 2: deadly surge of respiratory illnesses now at high levels in
- 57:31Speaker 2: thirty five statements. It's like a badass sequel to like
- 57:38Speaker 2: nobody wanted. And basically we I don't know. I guess
- 57:44Speaker 2: we the unwilling stars of this horror show because what
- 57:48Speaker 2: the fuck's happening? What does this mean for us? Well,
- 57:52Speaker 2: it's a stark reminder that just because we're tired of
- 57:54Speaker 2: masks and social distancing doesn't mean that the germ said
- 57:59Speaker 2: taking a vacation. So I mean they're throwing a party
- 58:03Speaker 2: at this point, they twerking. Everybody's invited you your immune
- 58:07Speaker 2: system too, And there's certain demographics still refusing put those
- 58:12Speaker 2: masks on.
- 58:14Speaker 1: Wear your masks.
- 58:16Speaker 2: It's not the mask.
- 58:20Speaker 1: And then the words of.
- 58:26Speaker 2: H see I miss even going on his page and
- 58:29Speaker 2: seeing what kind of fuck ship he can both it
- 58:32Speaker 2: nota hate all of this. I'm gonna stay away from it,
- 58:37Speaker 2: but god damn not the masks. Wear your mask. It's say.
- 58:44Speaker 1: You're gonna kill someone.
- 58:48Speaker 2: Good.
- 58:49Speaker 13: We had this conversation before we left the TV show.
- 58:54Speaker 13: We were saying, this ship niggas, their uncles, everybody, and
- 59:01Speaker 13: y'all are still walking around.
- 59:03Speaker 2: Talk about it's nasty. They do not. So I'm pulled
- 59:12Speaker 2: together and again I said, I feel like we've had
- 59:16Speaker 2: this conversation before, you and I on this very show.
- 59:21Speaker 2: So here we are revisiting again. Here are a few
- 59:25Speaker 2: practices to keep in mind as we navigate these germ
- 59:29Speaker 2: infested landscapes. Are we ready? People? Number One, mask it up.
- 59:34Speaker 2: I know some folks are over Wearing a mask in
- 59:37Speaker 2: crowded places is still one of the simplest ways affect
- 59:41Speaker 2: ourselves and others. Think of it as like, yeah, a
- 59:45Speaker 2: silent shield. Yeah, against the respiratory illnesses outside. Think of that.
- 59:50Speaker 1: I'm a cute, but hey, I'm gonna be alive to do.
- 59:53Speaker 2: So, bitch Like, however, you gotta formulate it in your mind.
- 59:57Speaker 2: Get it together. This is nasty. Number Two, wash your
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: hands like you mean it. That means under the nails,
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: get up, under the nails. Y'all will be the first
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: talk about what's that one to dat? Somebody up and
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: your hand looks like who did it?
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: Your hand looks like you worked on auto carburetors and
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: all types of shit like.
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: On your inner germophobe. I'll tell you what. If you
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: are listening to this show, then you know the sound
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: of my voice. Let me be the voice to you going, oh,
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: you nasty bitch. You know you didn't get up under
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: the nails. Think of that very voice saying that very
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: thing as you are washing your hands, because some of
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: you do not do it correctly. Soap and water are
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: your best friends. Lather up for at least twenty seconds.
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: If soap isn't available, hand sanitizer will do. Because some
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: of 'all, yes, some of y'all would just put hand
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: sanitizer talking about Nah, it's alcohol, girl, they kill anything.
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: You put alcohol on a pile of dog shit, would
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: you then still trust to rub it on your face?
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: It doesn't make the germs go away, Bommy, that's not
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: how germs work, stupid. Ugh All right, Number three, stay
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: home if you are sick, bitch, there is this is
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: a no brainer.
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: So if you yeah, Liz It's like, this is.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: A no brainer. If you are feeling under the weather,
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: do everybody a favor, take a break. Nobody wants your
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: germs on top of the already chaotic lives. Yo, this work,
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: and I don't care who's listening from my job. But
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: he will open his mouth and cough the kind of
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: cough that I feel like. I don't even feel like
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: his body is coughing. I feel like now in his
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: soul just reached out. It is the most disgusting kind
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: of cough. And he does so so open mouthfully, to
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: where every time he does it it is something that
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: triggers me. It's in chills. I'm like, y'all are just
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: nasty out here.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: There's there's no reason for it. This motion right here,
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: this right here, use it.
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: You are over our elbow. Cough into your elbow.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: See how easy that was?
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: It was Number four. Boost your immune system, Eat your
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: fruits and veggies. I know y'all don't like to stay hydrated.
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: I mean, even between the shots of liquor. And I
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: am not throwing stones because God knows, I got a
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: glass house once upon a time I did. But stay
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: hydrated and get enough sleep. Another thing I did not do.
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: But a strong immune system is like your best defense
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: against whatever's floating around out here. Number five, Stay informed.
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: I get it, it's depressing, it's awful, but you've got
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: to be ahead of the game. Keep an eye on
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: health advisories and updates. Knowledge is power people. Your own
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: research that too, But knowing what's happening in your area
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: can help you make informed decisions. So as we step
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: back into a world we stepping back, we back here,
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: girl like, if you are in this world where some
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: people are still acting like master or conspiracy, think about it.
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: Let's be sensible, Let's take care of ourselves. Let's take
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: care of one another because we don't need no extra
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: respiratory drama and ship up in your body.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: You don't, And might I add if they come out
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: with a vaccine, use your own personal best judgment for you.
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: Yep, that is it. That is all. We will be
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: back with the Wi FI after the y'all.
- 1:04:07Speaker 5: I'm watching these young kids march already in multiple states, okay,
- 1:04:13Speaker 5: coming together to protest in advance of this, saying my
- 1:04:17Speaker 5: favorite new phrase not my President, which I told y'all
- 1:04:20Speaker 5: I wanted to stitch it, but I couldn't stitch the video.
- 1:04:22Speaker 5: I was going to stitch and just be like for
- 1:04:23Speaker 5: everyone who keeps asking me, what's my plan being? Am
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: I going to be devastated? Not my president? Okay, that'll
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: be me. But it's a warning. It's a warning these
- 1:04:37Speaker 5: this is happening when we're not there yet. Okay, we
- 1:04:41Speaker 5: still have the talk and the kids are already coming
- 1:04:46Speaker 5: together and saying nope, nope. So now imagine that the
- 1:04:51Speaker 5: government hands us a one to two punch of we
- 1:04:54Speaker 5: don't give a fuck about you. Okay, we are effectively
- 1:04:57Speaker 5: shuttering millions of businesses and fire bring millions of independent
- 1:05:01Speaker 5: contractors overnight for reasons we don't really want to discuss
- 1:05:05Speaker 5: to you. But it's for your safety and security. Okay,
- 1:05:08Speaker 5: So you need to be jobless for your safety, all right.
- 1:05:13Speaker 5: And then also we're gonna move in a regime that's
- 1:05:15Speaker 5: going to keep you unemployed and underpaid and under educated
- 1:05:18Speaker 5: so that you will never make money again, you will
- 1:05:21Speaker 5: never be financially free, and you will have no options
- 1:05:25Speaker 5: outside of the shitty, underpaid nine to five jobs, and
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: those are only available for white men, no women, no minorities,
- 1:05:31Speaker 5: and no gays. Okay, So that's what's about to roll
- 1:05:35Speaker 5: in and they gonna take away to talk. Yeah, this weekend,
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: it's gonna be real interest in Monday is gonna be
- 1:05:43Speaker 5: real interesting, and Tuesday might be even more interesting if
- 1:05:48Speaker 5: that is the sequence of events that goes into effect. Again,
- 1:05:51Speaker 5: like I keep saying, I do not believe that we
- 1:05:58Speaker 5: are about to watch them fade away and just leave
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: us here to go feral. I don't think so. However,
- 1:06:08Speaker 5: if they do, if we have been gas lit by
- 1:06:11Speaker 5: Team Blue this whole time and they had no intention
- 1:06:13Speaker 5: of doing anything whatever, like I keep telling you, that
- 1:06:16Speaker 5: seems less likely to me because that is essentially them
- 1:06:19Speaker 5: acknowledging the end of everything. Okay, it's not about Dam's
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: not doing nothing. Like I said in the other video,
- 1:06:25Speaker 5: there will not be another test. These people will not
- 1:06:29Speaker 5: be leaving power. I do not believe that the current
- 1:06:32Speaker 5: administration and heads are unaware of that. I believe they're
- 1:06:36Speaker 5: fully aware of that. So they've either got something cooking
- 1:06:41Speaker 5: or all of the politicians have decided in unison to
- 1:06:45Speaker 5: offer us up on a platter for some short term
- 1:06:48Speaker 5: gains because it's not gonna last long. They know that
- 1:06:51Speaker 5: a regime like this is not gonna last long, we
- 1:06:53Speaker 5: will overthrow it so and then you know, the empire faults.
- 1:06:57Speaker 5: So just very interesting. But yeah, I just want to
- 1:06:59Speaker 5: encourage the folks that are out there doing the damn
- 1:07:01Speaker 5: thing already and letting you all know that my boots
- 1:07:04Speaker 5: are absolutely ready and I might see you on Tuesday.
- 1:07:08Speaker 5: Hopefully not, but if I have to, I got my
- 1:07:11Speaker 5: hat and my boots ready.
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: Why do you have roach?
- 1:07:14Speaker 7: Why?
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: Why? Why file? Why do my children hate me?
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: Are real talk radio?
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: Why do my vaginavine is out there.
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: Explaining the unexplained. We're answering why to the questions, you know,
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: by taking your now skeats at w RTR radio all
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: Blue Sky. Oh, we take your emails at w r
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: TR radio at gmail dot com. And yeah, that's about
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: the only places at this point that we feel safe
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: posting without feeding money to the billionaires trying to raise us.
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: So this is the wild Files. Remember the truth is
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: out there, which got miss lyrics.
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: My why comes from me. I can't wait to see it.
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: I do Black people don't take nothing serious. I am
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: dying on TikTok at the content that people have come
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: up with. When it's in regards to the red note
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: app and how niggas is learning Mandarin. Y'all learning Mandarin.
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: I'm proud, but I'm also like, y'all are crazy at
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: ship to be like, that's your motivation to learn another language.
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: So y'all can make content. I mean kudos to y'all,
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: but it has had me laughing NonStop for the past
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: couple of days. Y'all came up with videos where y'all
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: are transitioning into Chinese people.
- 1:08:49Speaker 2: And no, okay, so I'm gonna take that one and
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: I will pick up a killer, all right, So this
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: week's why it comes from me because I seldom do
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: them firm on the in the under that same lens.
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: Why are y'all signing up for some ship that you
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: can't read the terms of service? I was joking when
- 1:09:20Speaker 2: I made a video about me going over the red note,
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: your niggas is actually doing this ship. So then you
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: go over here, the red note, you go over here,
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: the red note.
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: You these people?
- 1:09:41Speaker 2: Right, So under Chinese government, by law, so the app
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: itself is owned by the Chinese government owned. Know that,
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: So you don't know what you signing up for, right,
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: So then y'all sign up for it. Y'all meet some
- 1:09:59Speaker 2: English speaking Chinese people, and y'all are having conversations with them,
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: and in these conversations you're learning, Oh no, they love
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: their culture. They just that in the third But you
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: didn't also realize that in the like as in terms
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: of their contract in their government, they can't just say hey,
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: fucking no Trump like y'all do. Over here.
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: They don't have that at all. They don't somebody in
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: the house.
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: So do you think that them niggas is gonna be like,
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: oh no, it's just bad over here. No, of course
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: they're gonna be oh no, girl, is it?
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: We been doing this.
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: Because half of y'all don't want to say shit in
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: front of your goddamn Amazon devices because you think that
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: the people are listening. They niggas will tell you they listening.
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: It's completely that y'all not the same. Oh, I get it.
- 1:10:55Speaker 2: I get that it's a sense of community that you
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: missed desperately. But y'all crazy for that bullshit Because then
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: I heard a rumor. Don't know how true this is
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: because I haven't looked it up. Some of y'all might
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: want to take that approach before you say things out loud,
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: you know, kind of look them up. But anyway, I
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: haven't verified it again. But niggas is saying that their
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: bank account was getting hit by some people reported that,
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: so I don't know.
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: I didn't download it.
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: So neither did I. Y'all was crazy for that too.
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: Because who's learning Mandarin over here?
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: Not me? I don't care, So I'm just regardless. Even
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: if I decided to learn Mandarin, my first venture out
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: would not be before I signed the terms of service
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: on some floring shit that I don't know about. And
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: y'all keep your y'all keep all of your information in
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: your cell phones. We all do. Yeah, it's right there
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: in our phones all of the time.
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: Yes, she would have said, you give us permission to
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: drain all the money out your account and you have
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: to pay this certain amount of money a month, But
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: y'all don't read that because y'all just so quick to
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: get on a different app and not well, we have
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: so much talent and so much people who are coders
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: in the United States. Why are people hanging on to
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: this TikTok thread? Anyway? How come someone won't step out
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: on faith and make just make another app?
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: That shout out to Isaac case the third he got
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: fan base out and niggas is flocking over to that.
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: I just talked to a poet earlier and she was
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: talking about how she moved her content over on fan
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: base because you know, we haven't been keeping in touch
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: since I deleted meta. So I saw her a text
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: message and she was saying that, yeah, that's the thing.
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: You can buy a portion of stock in it, so
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: it's your ship on top of being popular, if you
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: have the three hundred dollars. I know it's a struggle
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: out here for some of us. If you have the
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: three hundred, it might not be such a bad investment risk.
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: I don't think.
- 1:13:20Speaker 7: I mean.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: Content creators, that's my opinion. It's it's all about you
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: have to invest in yourself and take money to make money. Right,
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: anytime you're making content, what do you get? What are
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: you doing? You gotta buy them for the ladies. You
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: gotta buy the wigs, you gotta buy the outfit. You
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: gotta have like the stuff to you know, create your content.
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: Ain't nobody making no raggedy type of content out here.
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: It takes money for all of that shit. Given food
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: put it, how are you buying the food? You gotta
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: buy it even if you do car, that should be
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: like hundreds of dollars. I don't seen it. Mister time Time,
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: for instance, who is plate mister chime Time?
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: I don't know who it is.
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: I'll send you a video. He's a black food review
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: content creator.
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: Okay, like Keith mhmm like Keith.
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: Kind of like Keith, but he tries abnormously amounts huge
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: amounts of food. He's like, yeah, like a muff banger.
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: Okay, gotcha, gotcha Where Keith kind.
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: Of like tastes stuff, he like he'd be fucking in
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: place up.
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: Okay, So all of that.
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: Shit be money, Like that nigga be having like Tama
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: Hop size steaks and ship with gold and shipped on
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: it and all types of ship Like, yeah, that's money.
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: So he's a demographic I guess there's a I guess
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: there's a crowd of people in the world that like
- 1:14:48Speaker 2: to watch niggas eat. Like for me, it's always so
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: uncomfortable when I'm sitting there watching people needs mock bangs.
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: I don't want to see your mouth and then you
- 1:14:57Speaker 2: be sitting there slurping, and then some of y'all like
- 1:15:01Speaker 2: and then your beard as.
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: Some people are like attracted to that as mr aspect
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: of the food muck things, and I think it's disgusting
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: and what's it's very unhealthy because I've watched what is
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: his name, Nick Nicago, Nicoley, I don't remember. He's like,
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: he's a YouTuber, okay, and I've watched him go from
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: like maybe I want to say, one fifty to easily
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: four hundred and fifty pounds from just gorging himself with food.
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: It's disgusting. I'm sorry, I'm not judging, but it's unhealthy
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: and y'all really need to be careful because it's borderline
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: I can't.
- 1:15:51Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, Well that wraps it up for these. This
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: week's Wild File again always skeating out. Well, we're not
- 1:16:00Speaker 2: skating out yet, but we definitely skeeking out. You're not
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: seating on Blue Sky.
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: No, I'm not skating that. I have to decide because
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: first of all, I was never really a TikTok kind
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: of person anywhere. I mean, I'm not TikTok. It was
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: never like a Twitter person really anyway. I'm more of
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: an Instagram girly. Honestly, I like seeing.
- 1:16:25Speaker 2: Like that bird dollar. I can do without it.
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: They come up with something else then you.
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: Know, I'm telling you it's gonna be a millionaire monopoly
- 1:16:36Speaker 2: with this. But anyways, taking your skeets at w R
- 1:16:40Speaker 2: t R Radio, I'm at, well, we'll do that.
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: I don't like that. I don't like that word. They
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: need to change it.
- 1:16:49Speaker 2: I love it, keep the skeets alive, making notions.
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: Love that.
- 1:16:55Speaker 14: I feel like black men love and appreciating black men.
- 1:16:58Speaker 14: It's something that this government is society never want to
- 1:17:00Speaker 14: see because they literally benefiting we a odds.
- 1:17:03Speaker 2: From each other. You know what I'm saying.
- 1:17:04Speaker 14: We start coming together, breaking bed and being able to
- 1:17:06Speaker 14: sharpen iron and reing able to see this show.
- 1:17:08Speaker 2: Stremp is my strift. It's all been coming together. They
- 1:17:10Speaker 2: don't like that, you feel me.
- 1:17:11Speaker 14: That's why I feel like it's always been in their
- 1:17:13Speaker 14: interest to make sure we always beefing.
- 1:17:16Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:17:16Speaker 14: Think about how you've been indotrinated to literally skin another
- 1:17:19Speaker 14: black man up and down when you're a black man yourself,
- 1:17:21Speaker 14: and you be stinking about it. If I gotta go
- 1:17:23Speaker 14: there with this person, how I'm a dude and I
- 1:17:25Speaker 14: got a chance of doing it. You know what I'm saying,
- 1:17:26Speaker 14: I never forget this little interview I seen with Nipsey
- 1:17:28Speaker 14: House Off for the player right here.
- 1:17:30Speaker 15: Looking for your so called enemy. You're driving through a
- 1:17:32Speaker 15: different hood down the street. You know it's an invisible line.
- 1:17:35Speaker 15: You cross this street. Now you're in another hood and
- 1:17:38Speaker 15: you hunting, and when you looking, you're gonna pass up
- 1:17:41Speaker 15: the dude that's dressed square right. You're gonna pass up
- 1:17:45Speaker 15: a dude from a different race. When you see somebody
- 1:17:48Speaker 15: that's dressed like you dress and got to walk like
- 1:17:51Speaker 15: you got and got the body language like you, you're
- 1:17:54Speaker 15: gonna say, there, you go get him. And that's deep cool,
- 1:17:57Speaker 15: you know what I'm saying. When you really unpass, that's crazy.
- 1:18:01Speaker 15: You know what I'm saying. You looking for yourself just
- 1:18:03Speaker 15: on the other side of town, and you're gonna hop
- 1:18:05Speaker 15: out and attack him and try to down him in
- 1:18:07Speaker 15: a real way. And being caught up in gang banging culture,
- 1:18:12Speaker 15: you don't think that deep. You just think of these
- 1:18:14Speaker 15: niggas came through and shot the hood up, were about
- 1:18:16Speaker 15: to go back through there and return the favor.
- 1:18:19Speaker 14: Clear though Nipsey Hustle is talking especially about gang banging,
- 1:18:23Speaker 14: I think that is still very applicable for how us
- 1:18:25Speaker 14: as black men.
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: Relate to each other, because think about.
- 1:18:27Speaker 14: It, how can we unlearn, relearn and fight against this program?
- 1:18:30Speaker 14: And it literally got us internalized in black inferiority and
- 1:18:33Speaker 14: protecting it.
- 1:18:33Speaker 2: On tour fellow.
- 1:18:34Speaker 14: Brother, as a little boy growing up in the hood,
- 1:18:37Speaker 14: dominating or to be dominated was something that was very
- 1:18:40Speaker 14: understood and just to get a little intersectional, we would
- 1:18:42Speaker 14: feminize different bodies justify dominating him, and we definitely would
- 1:18:46Speaker 14: try to question the masculinity of manhood of different bodies
- 1:18:48Speaker 14: to try to literally justify dominating him.
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: Does that sound familiar to y'all?
- 1:18:52Speaker 14: It takes me back to that scene in Django wherever
- 1:18:54Speaker 14: was talking about men dingo fighting and recognizing that a
- 1:18:57Speaker 14: lot of us Black men still orient ourselves just like
- 1:18:59Speaker 14: we were on a priation where we are literally ready
- 1:19:01Speaker 14: to knock each other's head off in order to prove
- 1:19:04Speaker 14: we can survive and prove we strot get anything over there.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: At the expense of each other.
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: Just so they can have some assumption for entertainment. Ain't
- 1:19:12Speaker 2: that crazy? Education is elevation.
- 1:19:17Speaker 3: Used to make you nauseous. On w RT our Real
- 1:19:22Speaker 3: Talk Radio, let's go all.
- 1:19:25Speaker 2: Right, so I had to change up the intro since
- 1:19:27Speaker 2: we've jumped off of some of these platforms. All right,
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: these are some of the lesser known stories that don't
- 1:19:35Speaker 2: always get the media attention, but often make us ask,
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: say what and it reminds us of how he lo.
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: Some of y'all can go, it's news to make you nauseous?
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: All right, all right, all right, I'm gonna go first.
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: This is a horrible story that I read at the
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: beginning of the month, and oh my gosh, it's horrible.
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: All right, and say what, Georgia, Say what? A twelve
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: year old boy from Tifton, Georgia, is recovering from second
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: degree burns after what police say a cruel prank by
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: his three friends. The boys, age twelve to fifteen, allegedly
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: dumped scalding water on the victim while he slept during
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: a sleepover. What theist mother. The boy's mother, Tiffany West,
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: described the moment she found her son in pain. I
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: really can't describe it. I was just mad, hurt and
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: in shock. Everything I was seeing was red. I was
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: just trying to hurry up and get him some help,
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: she told local station WALB News ten. The attack left
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: the boy with severe burns on most of his face.
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: He was rushed right. He was rushed to a burn
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: center in Augusta, Georgia, where he underwent surgery. He is
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: now home recovering and the process doctor say will take
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: at least twelve to fourteen days, but the emotional scars
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: will take a lot far longer to heal.
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: Emotional scars and fits. Okay, what the fut, y'all? I'm sorry,
- 1:21:10Speaker 2: but y'all's little dumb ass babies. It's out here thinking
- 1:21:15Speaker 2: that dumping boiling hot water on people is a joke.
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: I blame y'all as parents. I do. I'm sorry because
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: there's no way that if you there's no way you
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: thought that was funny, Like, what do.
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: You mean boiling water?
- 1:21:32Speaker 2: He he ha ha for boiling water.
- 1:21:38Speaker 8: Or hot I get the cold there again, there's a
- 1:21:42Speaker 8: crowd of people out there that find dumping water on
- 1:21:46Speaker 8: people when they sleeping and waking them up is funny.
- 1:21:48Speaker 2: Okay, fine, I've watched the videos and cackled it a
- 1:21:51Speaker 2: few also.
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: But boiling water is cruel. That's you have, Like what
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: is in your mind to make you think that that
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: shit is funny? That's some psychotic ship.
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: What do you mean?
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: Oh, my god, watching that they think that that ship
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: is okay? Like, why are you saying? What's going on?
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: Y'all are bad parents? Y'all are bad parents. Y'all are
- 1:22:18Speaker 2: horrible parents. My god? All right, well mine is not
- 1:22:24Speaker 2: much better, but at least okay, not even wait, what
- 1:22:30Speaker 2: is that? What does it say? Oh god? Is it
- 1:22:33Speaker 2: the boy horrible? Why would they put that online if
- 1:22:37Speaker 2: it's if it's psychologically if the psychological damages are going
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: to take this is the quote from the story. The
- 1:22:44Speaker 2: psychological damages may take very long to heal. And then
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: you post a picture of his psychological what are you okay?
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: And that did have the decency to blur his face out?
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: But oh godly, that's just.
- 1:23:01Speaker 2: See what this is what people are talking about in
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: the media. How what we report is there's an art
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: form to it. You can't just regurgitate. That's harmful, m
- 1:23:17Speaker 2: that is harm that's psychological. You're in the same article
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: that you're writing about this is going to be psychologically
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: harmful to someone. You didn't publish a picture of that
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: same trauma, so that anytime that they are going through
- 1:23:31Speaker 2: whatever it's all over the internet, think about what you're
- 1:23:35Speaker 2: doing people out well, I'm sorry, all right, Say what Florida?
- 1:23:39Speaker 2: Say what?
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: You know it.
- 1:23:43Speaker 2: It's always Florida. I've been saying this for years. In
- 1:23:47Speaker 2: a tragic and unsettling incident, a Florida man named Okay
- 1:23:53Speaker 2: I'm gonna leave his name out of it, but he
- 1:23:57Speaker 2: discovered the dismembered body of his in the backyard of
- 1:24:01Speaker 2: her home in Kate Poor. The man believes that his sister,
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: who lived alone with her three dogs, may have died
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: due to health issues related to her drinking habits, and
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: that her quote hungry dogs began to consume her remains
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: after her death. He described her as his sister, as
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: having isolated herself from the family, and noted that her
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: living conditions were poor, with dog feces and filth covering
- 1:24:34Speaker 2: the floors of her home. Although he suspects the dogs
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: played a role in her dismemberment, local police have not
- 1:24:42Speaker 2: confirmed this theory and are not treating her death as suspicious.
- 1:24:49Speaker 2: The dogs have since been taken into custody for evaluation.
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: This tragic event highlights the challenges faced by individuals struggling
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: with addiction and isolationation, as well as the potential dangers
- 1:25:03Speaker 2: of keeping large dogs in such circumstances. Why are you
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: falling out? You might? You're not on mute, you are die?
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: Why are you making me laugh at this?
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: I don't mean laugh, but the very first thing that
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: popped in my head.
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: Oh bitch, you're not gonna feed us? Fine unless that
- 1:25:34Speaker 2: hand no longer feed it.
- 1:25:38Speaker 16: Oh god, that's awful, awful.
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: I'm so sorry, I'm so inappropriate.
- 1:26:06Speaker 2: Never I can't even drive her popularly for not taking
- 1:26:09Speaker 2: care of the dog.
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: I have never never heard of such ship.
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: This is some true funk shit here.
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: Who my gosh.
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: If you want these and more nauseating news stores, make
- 1:26:23Speaker 2: sure you follow us over on Blue Sky at w
- 1:26:25Speaker 2: r t R Radio. I'm also over there skating at
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: m A r z us. That's m o ot, that's
- 1:26:33Speaker 2: making smooth skating a way right, Only I am not here.
- 1:26:41Speaker 2: Come on over and skeet girl. Let's go.
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: You'll find me into on Instagram and Facebook for now
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: until platform that fits.
- 1:26:55Speaker 7: All right.
- 1:26:55Speaker 2: So y'all may have noticed that we purposefully left out
- 1:26:58Speaker 2: the headlines about and Nelly. We left it for this
- 1:27:03Speaker 2: segment real talk. You'll be right back.
- 1:27:07Speaker 3: Nelly and Snoop Dogg have been confirmed to perform at
- 1:27:10Speaker 3: Donald Trump's inauguration. Nelly and Snoop Dogg. When I tell you, guys,
- 1:27:15Speaker 3: I am not ready for the next four years to happen.
- 1:27:19Speaker 3: Trump is not even in office and it feels like
- 1:27:22Speaker 3: he's been president for two years already. In addition to them,
- 1:27:25Speaker 3: Kodak Black, Antonio Brown, and Rod Wave are Trump's guest.
- 1:27:31Speaker 3: Are Trump's guest at the inauguration?
- 1:27:34Speaker 2: What the fuck is going on?
- 1:27:35Speaker 3: First, Lady Elon Musk is moving into the White House.
- 1:27:37Speaker 3: Snoop Dogg, Nelly, Carrie Underwood are performing at the inauguration.
- 1:27:42Speaker 3: Mark Zuckerberg is out here Costs playing a sixteen year
- 1:27:46Speaker 3: old black kid from Harlem with his chain and his afro.
- 1:27:48Speaker 3: The CEO of TikTok is now Chummy Trummy and on
- 1:27:51Speaker 3: the Billionaire looks like he's in the billionaire syndicate of
- 1:27:55Speaker 3: evil people. Snoop Dogg and Nelly are performing at the
- 1:27:59Speaker 3: fucking inauguration. I'm tired. I'm tired, one hundred.
- 1:28:08Speaker 9: It's real job.
- 1:28:11Speaker 3: RG are real talk radio. We keep it.
- 1:28:14Speaker 2: Real all right. Well, like I said, y'all, notice we
- 1:28:23Speaker 2: left at the headlines about Snoop and Elly, So For
- 1:28:26Speaker 2: those of y'all that may not have heard yet, I
- 1:28:30Speaker 2: don't know how you listen to this show, and I
- 1:28:33Speaker 2: have not, but hm, all right, Snoop and Elli are
- 1:28:42Speaker 2: supposedly performing at the magal Oylis tea party, and we're
- 1:28:50Speaker 2: gonna have the discussion cause and I know a lot
- 1:28:53Speaker 2: of y'all aren't gonna like it, but it's not only then,
- 1:28:58Speaker 2: it is smock Flop Rick Ross. They're all supposedly performing
- 1:29:03Speaker 2: at this crypto inaugural ball, not at Trump's inauguration. They
- 1:29:08Speaker 2: ain't like singing Star Spangled manner, but they are. They
- 1:29:16Speaker 2: are performing in a headline that's making waves. It's been
- 1:29:21Speaker 2: announced that Snoop Dogg and Nelly are scheduled to perform
- 1:29:24Speaker 2: at Trump's inauguration, and honestly, I'm sorry his inaugural ball
- 1:29:31Speaker 2: for me, as a black man in my forties, it
- 1:29:36Speaker 2: feels like a gut punch. I'm gonna say that. We
- 1:29:40Speaker 2: have two artists have that have regularly enjoyed the support
- 1:29:45Speaker 2: and live off of the love of the black community
- 1:29:49Speaker 2: throughout their entire careers, and now they're stepping onto a
- 1:29:53Speaker 2: stage that represents like so much division and disregard or
- 1:30:00Speaker 2: our struggles. It feels like to me that they're selling
- 1:30:05Speaker 2: us out, and it's disheartening for me to personally watch.
- 1:30:11Speaker 2: We've rallied behind these artists, celebrating their music, We've celebrated
- 1:30:17Speaker 2: their artistry, their journeys, all of that. We supported them
- 1:30:22Speaker 2: through thick and then even when they had other options.
- 1:30:26Speaker 2: I'm sorry, even when we had other options. They had
- 1:30:29Speaker 2: other options. Everybody had other options that would align more
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: with our values. Because some of us, even you've got
- 1:30:35Speaker 2: your annies and grandma's and them that be so holy Roland,
- 1:30:40Speaker 2: but still love them a little snoop every now and again.
- 1:30:43Speaker 2: It's something, and we've rallied around them in our communities.
- 1:30:50Speaker 2: They then turn around and chose to align themselves with
- 1:30:53Speaker 2: the regime that has consistently marginalized and disrespected us as
- 1:31:00Speaker 2: a people. It's frustrating, y'all to watch, especially when we know,
- 1:31:05Speaker 2: we know that many of our favorite artists they have
- 1:31:09Speaker 2: the power to uplift, they have the power to inspire
- 1:31:13Speaker 2: to unite us. But again, I say here, we are
- 1:31:19Speaker 2: stepping into the spotlight of a figure that is done.
- 1:31:24Speaker 2: Yet he did the opposite, this revelation of hidden Maga people.
- 1:31:33Speaker 2: This feels like a betrayal to me. It's like we've
- 1:31:36Speaker 2: been blind to the signs some of us, and now
- 1:31:40Speaker 2: that the curtain has been pulled back, it's hard not
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: to feel disappointed. We're seeing artists who we once thought
- 1:31:48Speaker 2: were allies reveal themselves as willing to play for another
- 1:31:54Speaker 2: team when it suits them, all while ignoring the pain
- 1:31:57Speaker 2: and struggles to the very community of the community that
- 1:32:00Speaker 2: supported them. This is us, like, it's a community. We
- 1:32:05Speaker 2: deserve better. I'm sorry we do than to have our
- 1:32:09Speaker 2: artists and the people that we have supported turned their
- 1:32:12Speaker 2: backs on us for the sake of a paycheck or
- 1:32:16Speaker 2: for a fleeting moment in the limelight. And who really
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: needed this? You can't. I mean, I get it, Snoop.
- 1:32:23Speaker 2: If you struggling, I get it. It's fine, we all struggling.
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: If you needed a paycheck, that's a different thing. But
- 1:32:33Speaker 2: even so, it couldn't be for fame. It couldn't be
- 1:32:36Speaker 2: for that. It couldn't be because all the white people
- 1:32:40Speaker 2: know who white people that don't know what nigga in
- 1:32:44Speaker 2: their life, they know who Snoop Dogg is. So it
- 1:32:48Speaker 2: can't be that it's time for us to hold people
- 1:32:50Speaker 2: accountable Loyalty runs both ways. It does what you think
- 1:32:55Speaker 2: you fly it.
- 1:32:57Speaker 1: First of all, it was not about a paycheck. When
- 1:33:00Speaker 1: comes to Nelly, Nelly got his black ass on Somebody's
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: podcast and decided to share his reasoning for accepting the
- 1:33:07Speaker 1: invitation quote and I quote, I'm doing this because it's
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: an honor. I respect the office. He then goes and says,
- 1:33:23Speaker 1: hold on, because I just had it. Show me where
- 1:33:27Speaker 1: he's a white supremacist. What me, what rock have you
- 1:33:32Speaker 1: been under? I mean, I know you've had to have
- 1:33:35Speaker 1: you had to tend to you know, your newly wife
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: and your new baby. But sir, there Google is your friend, Like,
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: come on, now, show me where.
- 1:33:51Speaker 2: This is what I'm saying. This is what I'm saying.
- 1:33:56Speaker 2: There's a people don't google thing. The back of this
- 1:34:01Speaker 2: is why I can't get into the rap circles personally,
- 1:34:04Speaker 2: too deep for me. It's because y'all don't like it's
- 1:34:09Speaker 2: always money. Y'all talk about street loyalty, But the loyalty
- 1:34:13Speaker 2: of your people selling out your people for a paycheck
- 1:34:17Speaker 2: that means things. That's a different kind of nigga. You are,
- 1:34:25Speaker 2: you're the uh. That is a different type of disloyalty.
- 1:34:33Speaker 2: I don't care about the business aspect of it all.
- 1:34:38Speaker 2: Some of you need to learn the difference between your
- 1:34:42Speaker 2: jobs and your life. Some of you need to be
- 1:34:46Speaker 2: reminded of what your actual values are. You can't sell
- 1:34:52Speaker 2: your soul for a paycheck. This is the metaphoric meaning
- 1:34:59Speaker 2: of that. Realize this is what that means.
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: I don't even think it was for a paycheck at
- 1:35:07Speaker 1: this point. I think it's worth for some sort of relevance,
- 1:35:12Speaker 1: because when's the last time somebody said, Oh, let me
- 1:35:15Speaker 1: hear that new Nelly.
- 1:35:18Speaker 2: I am number one? Is the last thing I can
- 1:35:21Speaker 2: remember him putting out.
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: Oh nobody is checking for him music?
- 1:35:25Speaker 2: Oh oh no, no, he tried to do that little hold on, no, no no.
- 1:35:29Speaker 2: If you think about it, Nelly was starting to play
- 1:35:32Speaker 2: hold on, Let's do a little two thousands rewind in
- 1:35:37Speaker 2: this lyric. So you remember that weird ass time where
- 1:35:41Speaker 2: Justin Timberlake was kind of getting a little bit popular,
- 1:35:45Speaker 2: and then in Sync came in and kind of stole
- 1:35:51Speaker 2: the shine, and even Black People was kind of fucking
- 1:35:53Speaker 2: with in Sync and Justin Timberlake, and I'm sorry, Nelly
- 1:35:58Speaker 2: was like head of the line at that point, and
- 1:36:00Speaker 2: then justin Timberlake came and Nelly kind of started fading out,
- 1:36:05Speaker 2: and then he came back and did that whole remix
- 1:36:07Speaker 2: with an end sync and shit, you remember that, no
- 1:36:11Speaker 2: because I was okay, well neither was I, but but
- 1:36:16Speaker 2: neither was I. But what I was saying is that
- 1:36:18Speaker 2: he's it just seems to me like he's the type
- 1:36:22Speaker 2: that would do that. Like, I'm surprised by neither one
- 1:36:26Speaker 2: of their decisions. However, Snoop, Actually, you know what, Snoop,
- 1:36:30Speaker 2: I am a bit surprised that, Snoop.
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you why.
- 1:36:34Speaker 2: That one made me gasp a little bit. I'm not shocked,
- 1:36:36Speaker 2: but I am surprised.
- 1:36:38Speaker 1: Snoop is actually doing that ship for a chat. Snoop
- 1:36:41Speaker 1: has been in every weird ass commercial that you can
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: count if you if you google or look on YouTube
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: and put Snoop's weird commercials that he's been on been
- 1:36:51Speaker 1: in that you would not expect. A whole shit list
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: of things has come out. That motherfucker there will literally
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: do anything for a chat. Literally.
- 1:36:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: But Lelly, what what pisses me off about him is,
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: since when are you getting on a podcast being so political?
- 1:37:08Speaker 1: You haven't done that this whole run during the campaigning season.
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: You haven't said a word politically. You haven't said who
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: you know what I mean. You haven't said anything about
- 1:37:19Speaker 1: the Project twenty twenty five.
- 1:37:21Speaker 2: Shit.
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: You haven't said your views about our rights being taken away.
- 1:37:24Speaker 1: You've been silent. So don't use this as an opportunity
- 1:37:28Speaker 1: to justify why you decided to make the decision to
- 1:37:33Speaker 1: play this gig. Now you have all these political opinions, boys,
- 1:37:37Speaker 1: send fucking ass down because nobody cares. You're doing this
- 1:37:41Speaker 1: shit to be relevant, because nobody's checking for you. In fact,
- 1:37:48Speaker 1: your wife is more relevant than you. I hear more
- 1:37:50Speaker 1: people exactly what are we talking about here? Who?
- 1:37:58Speaker 2: You know?
- 1:37:58Speaker 16: What?
- 1:37:58Speaker 2: They're added to mahula the list of people. When when
- 1:38:02Speaker 2: they come up, I'll be like, oh yeah, because I
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: don't know who these people are. I don't because you
- 1:38:08Speaker 2: haven't proven like the person that I thought that you were,
- 1:38:11Speaker 2: you're not. You pushed the image on. There's a difference
- 1:38:17Speaker 2: between having an image forced on you and appropriating off
- 1:38:22Speaker 2: of an image that never was you, Drake, you can
- 1:38:26Speaker 2: fall in line with that persona also because you're doing
- 1:38:28Speaker 2: the same talk shit. So here we are y'all, we're
- 1:38:32Speaker 2: at a crossroads. This is literally, in my humble opinion,
- 1:38:37Speaker 2: this is about influence, this whole everything. We're literally being
- 1:38:43Speaker 2: manipulated by a lot of what we mean like, you're
- 1:38:50Speaker 2: chasing fame, you're chasing We're at a crossroads. We need
- 1:38:56Speaker 2: to lift up people who truly represent and our values
- 1:39:02Speaker 2: while also calling out those people out here that choose
- 1:39:05Speaker 2: to disregard the sacrifices and struggles of our people. It's
- 1:39:11Speaker 2: got a slurrit.
- 1:39:12Speaker 1: One more thing, Nelly, don't think that you were the
- 1:39:16Speaker 1: first choice. Please don't.
- 1:39:19Speaker 2: Oh he thought he was number one? Oh oh no,
- 1:39:24Speaker 2: he's not two.
- 1:39:26Speaker 1: You would think that. No, you were not the first choice,
- 1:39:30Speaker 1: second choice, third choice. You were probably the fifteenth choice.
- 1:39:33Speaker 1: Let's be clear on that.
- 1:39:35Speaker 2: And you know the two is not a wonder and
- 1:39:37Speaker 2: three nobody remembers so number.
- 1:39:41Speaker 1: And you know what's gonna happen. Don't forget what happened
- 1:39:45Speaker 1: to Chrissette Michelle. Who oh exactly exactly see how that works?
- 1:39:55Speaker 1: How that works? You get it now? Yeah? And on
- 1:40:02Speaker 1: venis just be just be aware of the consequences.
- 1:40:07Speaker 2: Yoall, we are in for a doozy tomorrow again. This
- 1:40:12Speaker 2: is recording January nineteen, twenty twenty five. We are in
- 1:40:18Speaker 2: for a doozy tomorrow. I just I just mean by
- 1:40:24Speaker 2: the things that we're about to witness over the next
- 1:40:26Speaker 2: four years, the coming threats that some of us knew
- 1:40:34Speaker 2: and saw coming, the rest of us kind of just
- 1:40:37Speaker 2: heard rumor of, and the rest of us are going
- 1:40:39Speaker 2: to be completely oblivious to me personally, I'd like to
- 1:40:48Speaker 2: see something like I'd like to see my attacker coming
- 1:40:51Speaker 2: at me, because then it gives me an opportunity to
- 1:40:56Speaker 2: defend myself. But I also realize that in any horror
- 1:41:02Speaker 2: movie there's also the jump scares, and the people that
- 1:41:08Speaker 2: you know get taken down by sheer surprise, they're also
- 1:41:14Speaker 2: a part in this battle. Which one are you gonna be?
- 1:41:21Speaker 2: It's just that simple. Are you going to be the
- 1:41:24Speaker 2: one that gets snuck up on? Are are you going
- 1:41:28Speaker 2: to be the one that truly watches your surroundings? Because
- 1:41:33Speaker 2: I know a lot of us talk about street cred
- 1:41:37Speaker 2: and values and watching your back, but a lot of
- 1:41:42Speaker 2: you are watching your backs from the lens of your
- 1:41:47Speaker 2: You're watching your backs in your own community mm hmm.
- 1:41:51Speaker 2: When the real threat is outside of those I mean,
- 1:41:55Speaker 2: there are some within. But if we're keeping it a
- 1:41:59Speaker 2: bus up, we all we got.
- 1:42:03Speaker 1: Listen at the end of the day. Keep your head
- 1:42:06Speaker 1: on a motherfucking.
- 1:42:07Speaker 2: Swivel because there are people out here. And like I said,
- 1:42:14Speaker 2: I joke throughout the show about this maybe being the
- 1:42:19Speaker 2: last time that we're able to post a podcast. But
- 1:42:23Speaker 2: laws are changing. There's gonna be some weird ass mandates
- 1:42:27Speaker 2: out here.
- 1:42:28Speaker 1: You never know our freedom of speech rights are being
- 1:42:30Speaker 1: taken from.
- 1:42:31Speaker 2: Us, but you yeah, But you also need to realize
- 1:42:36Speaker 2: your freedom of speech is not through Zuckerberg. Your freedom
- 1:42:43Speaker 2: of speech is not TikTok. That is not what freedom
- 1:42:46Speaker 2: of speech means. Those are just platforms that make speaking
- 1:42:51Speaker 2: out easier. But the whole purpose of social media is
- 1:42:55Speaker 2: to be social and to communicate and to connect with friends.
- 1:43:01Speaker 2: But to the social media and your rights are not
- 1:43:07Speaker 2: the same thing.
- 1:43:10Speaker 17: I do think that's how it starts, though, because if
- 1:43:14Speaker 17: you know, just like what you said earlier, a lot
- 1:43:17Speaker 17: of content creators were able to dive in on what
- 1:43:21Speaker 17: was going on.
- 1:43:23Speaker 1: With Palestine and seeing what was going on as far
- 1:43:28Speaker 1: as the news goes with the whole campaign and what
- 1:43:32Speaker 1: was happening during COVID, and I don't think that we
- 1:43:39Speaker 1: need to just shun this whole idea of where we
- 1:43:43Speaker 1: don't think that that's part of freedom of speech. I
- 1:43:46Speaker 1: do believe that it absolutely is. It is a social platform. However,
- 1:43:51Speaker 1: this platform was also bringing awareness to certain people who
- 1:43:55Speaker 1: would not have access to it, and I think they're
- 1:43:59Speaker 1: using that as an excuse to try to censor the
- 1:44:05Speaker 1: media ship of it.
- 1:44:08Speaker 2: It is. It's true. It's true that they have often
- 1:44:14Speaker 2: used Okay, so you'll hear about a particular story online
- 1:44:19Speaker 2: and this is where the misinformation and disinformation plays a part.
- 1:44:24Speaker 2: Everything is algorithmic now, so based off of what it
- 1:44:29Speaker 2: is that you absorb, that's how much of it you
- 1:44:33Speaker 2: actually see on your timelines. The same videos that go
- 1:44:39Speaker 2: viral on my timeline are not going to be the
- 1:44:42Speaker 2: same ones that go viral on your timeline. That's again
- 1:44:46Speaker 2: algorithmic and specific to what it is that you personally
- 1:44:51Speaker 2: digest on your phone. That's how algorithm is written. From there,
- 1:44:57Speaker 2: it is then filtered through or your personal thing is
- 1:45:01Speaker 2: filtered through. Your preferences are filtered through what it is
- 1:45:05Speaker 2: that is given to you from those entities. So if
- 1:45:09Speaker 2: you're a hair creator, if you're somebody that buys a
- 1:45:11Speaker 2: lot of hair. You're going to see more people with
- 1:45:13Speaker 2: beautiful hair. You're going to see more ads for that
- 1:45:17Speaker 2: kind of thing. If you're a person that's into politics,
- 1:45:22Speaker 2: like me, scrolling through my timeline is literally watching him
- 1:45:25Speaker 2: as NBC. So I think that a lot of people
- 1:45:30Speaker 2: have weaponized that that very thing to then influence how
- 1:45:37Speaker 2: people take content, how things are absorbed. Because the things
- 1:45:43Speaker 2: that make you who you are are influenced by the
- 1:45:49Speaker 2: things around you. So if you absorb specific kinds of
- 1:45:54Speaker 2: images and content, it's going to make you. It's going
- 1:45:59Speaker 2: to force an opinion on you. But you have to
- 1:46:04Speaker 2: be able to look outside of that. Now, by these
- 1:46:07Speaker 2: tech companies coming in and then being the controllers of
- 1:46:13Speaker 2: what you see, yeah, you're gonna see a certain amount
- 1:46:16Speaker 2: of what it is that you watch because literally it's
- 1:46:25Speaker 2: you'll see it because these are the people that are
- 1:46:28Speaker 2: on your timeline. But the stuff that you really should
- 1:46:31Speaker 2: be seeing is then going to be filtered and taken
- 1:46:35Speaker 2: out if these throve circles get into it. Elon literally
- 1:46:43Speaker 2: has a car company that can drive you from here
- 1:46:46Speaker 2: to the grocery store and you ain't got to watch
- 1:46:49Speaker 2: the steering riel. Do you really think that they don't
- 1:46:52Speaker 2: have control over the bigger picture. I think that right now, again,
- 1:46:56Speaker 2: it's going to in my opinion, I feel like it's
- 1:46:58Speaker 2: going to be a cross roads of do I want
- 1:47:03Speaker 2: to give these people? Do I want to stay on
- 1:47:05Speaker 2: these platforms like Meta like TikTok, Do I want to
- 1:47:12Speaker 2: do Do I want to keep giving them money to
- 1:47:17Speaker 2: further enact laws and to fund these these and again
- 1:47:22Speaker 2: my opinion, these what it seems to be bribes or
- 1:47:28Speaker 2: something going on behind scenes and behind closed doors, because
- 1:47:32Speaker 2: again hump wanted to ban TikTok first. This was all
- 1:47:37Speaker 2: him to then so to then be the hero and
- 1:47:42Speaker 2: something that you originally were the creator, like the cause of,
- 1:47:46Speaker 2: Like what do you mean? This is in my opinion,
- 1:47:51Speaker 2: smoking mirrors. In order to get y'aut, you buy in
- 1:47:55Speaker 2: to the like everything is being filtered through Amazon, Everything's
- 1:48:00Speaker 2: being filtered through TikTok shop like there, and then you
- 1:48:04Speaker 2: have these outside sources with Paris that are then going
- 1:48:07Speaker 2: to affect outside trade. So it's going to make price
- 1:48:15Speaker 2: skyrocket everywhere else that's not through these platforms. So yeah,
- 1:48:20Speaker 2: you can go to the market and go to the
- 1:48:22Speaker 2: stores and go to the independence, but you're going to
- 1:48:25Speaker 2: be paying a lot more than you normally would if
- 1:48:29Speaker 2: you just ordered their Amazon Like, this is the way
- 1:48:33Speaker 2: that it works, and y'all have to be privy to it,
- 1:48:36Speaker 2: and decisions are going to have to be made. You
- 1:48:41Speaker 2: can continue to give money to the people to further
- 1:48:46Speaker 2: oppress you, or we can organize. That is your choice.
- 1:48:54Speaker 2: That is what Kamala, That's what Biden, that's what they're
- 1:48:59Speaker 2: talking about when they say these things. Yep, M So again,
- 1:49:06Speaker 2: like I said, I don't know, we might be back
- 1:49:08Speaker 2: next week talking ship.
- 1:49:10Speaker 1: We might, we might be banned.
- 1:49:16Speaker 2: But either way we'll keep you posted. Yeah, this lyric,
- 1:49:20Speaker 2: you got any closing thoughts?
- 1:49:23Speaker 1: Make better choices, and not only that, make better informed choices.
- 1:49:32Speaker 2: Do your own really going on?
- 1:49:34Speaker 1: And you know.
- 1:49:36Speaker 2: These lists they gotta go, They got to go, all right, y'all,
- 1:49:44Speaker 2: So wake up, Paul reassessed, figure it out. Well, I'll
- 1:49:50Speaker 2: let y'all maybe next week w R t R REP
- 1:49:53Speaker 2: Talk Radio Bye, you can kill.
- 1:49:58Speaker 7: Radio.
