- 0:12Since we've fixed those issues. So thank you so much for joining the show. We'll appreciate it.
- 0:18Just doing some quick, quick last situation here.
- 0:22Okay, Lovey Frazier, thank you for joining us. We've got Blade 313, Edgar Fernandez.
- 0:30Thank you for joining us, guys. You could have been anywhere else,
- 0:34but thanks for dropping in for a little while just to check on us,
- 0:39just to make sure that we're doing okay.
- 0:41So thank you again for being a part of the J&B family. All right, guys.
- 0:46Again, tonight we're asking a question that can end friendships.
- 0:50Break up family, ruin business deals or partnerships, or even mess with your
- 0:55peace. Yes, it can, guys.
- 0:56So if someone gave you the opportunity of a lifetime, just think about it.
- 1:00Somebody said, well, just think about it.
- 1:03By taking it meant leaving behind. This is an opportunity of a lifetime.
- 1:08Leaving behind the people who help build you, what would you do?
- 1:13They offered you a lifetime opportunity.
- 1:16What would you do? And I think earlier at Broker J3, you said you would take it, right?
- 1:20Yeah, yeah. I probably would, Dr. B. I probably really would.
- 1:25So what would you do? Would you stay loyal or would you choose that opportunity?
- 1:30That is the real question here. Okay, guys, this is what we're saying.
- 1:33The right one is right here, guys. Somebody going to be mad tonight because
- 1:38there's nothing wrong with choosing an opportunity that's best for you.
- 1:44Okay? Don't blame us. We told y'all right from the start where we keep it raw,
- 1:50real, and relevant, guys. That's what we do.
- 1:53All right. So tonight we're talking about it.
- 1:56What is loyalty and what does it really mean? We're going to define it because,
- 2:01again, a lot of people throw that word around, you know, like it's candy.
- 2:05Yeah, they sure do. they throw it around like it's nothing yes they do okay guys so loyalty.
- 2:12Should mean trust, consistency. It should mean support and standing beside people
- 2:19during hard seasons, during those difficult times.
- 2:23But loyalty should never mean staying somewhere where you're dying inside emotionally,
- 2:30physically, financially.
- 2:32Guys, it doesn't mean all of that. No, it doesn't.
- 2:36You know, so again, let me ask this question. How many of you guys stayed loyal
- 2:41to a bad job and got nothing but stress.
- 2:45Y'all know those jobs demand more. Or better yet, just think about it.
- 2:49Staying loyal to friends who never celebrated you.
- 2:52Any of your victories that you had, they never celebrated none of their victories.
- 2:57But themselves, of course, they celebrated those.
- 3:00Yeah, or you stay loyal to family members who only call you when they need money.
- 3:04Yeah, you know how those family members are. Sometimes people confuse loyalty with suffering.
- 3:11Okay, now. Now, we started early off tonight and asked a question.
- 3:16So, guys, let us know in the comments, have you ever stayed loyal for too long?
- 3:22Okay, that's a tough question, guys. So, now, some of you guys maybe are quiet.
- 3:28I need to hear from you guys. I already know the comments looking like,
- 3:33what, I stayed loyal to my company for 15 years, and then guess what? I got replaced.
- 3:40And somebody else said, my so-called friends got mad when I finally leveled up.
- 3:45It happens all the time. Yeah, it's common these days. That's going to be the norm, guys.
- 3:51Hey, George Jackson, Jack Ryan, Big Red, and Michael.
- 3:57Thank you guys for joining us and being a part of the J&B family.
- 4:01Thank you, Congresswoman and Thomas Ford.

- 4:36from okay guys so tap that screen share this live,
- 4:40and thank you to our top gifters those of you who are joining in with us we
- 4:46appreciate it and like i said we appreciate your support you could have been
- 4:50anywhere else other than here so thank you all right guys so keep helping us
- 4:55grow the channel so make sure you comment again it affects the algorithm.
- 5:00Okay, Dot B, let's talk about it. All right, guys, so let's look at when opportunity comes knocking.
- 5:06Say it again, Broker J. When opportunity comes not to me. Okay,
- 5:11guys. So here's when things get a little complicated.
- 5:14Opportunity does not always arrive at a convenient time. It does not always come when you want it to.
- 5:22It just shows up unexpectedly.
- 5:25Yeah, that's how that normally works. That's what it does. You know, and guess what?
- 5:30Sometimes opportunity shows up looking really messy.
- 5:33Yes, it does. So let's say you finally get your dream job, guys. You know how it is.
- 5:39You've been looking for that dream job and you finally get it. But guess what?
- 5:43It's in another city. But your family is saying, don't leave us. Don't go. Don't go.
- 5:49Or your friend's saying, oh, you done changed now.
- 5:54Okay? Yeah. So let me make some people mad.
- 5:58Unfortunately, somebody got to do it. You're bad, right? Some people want you
- 6:03loyal because your growth threatens their comfort.
- 6:06Yeah, yeah. They want to keep you at a certain level. So I'm thinking about
- 6:10this. I'm saying to myself, you said it broke the day three. So true.
- 6:14They want to keep you at a certain level. They don't want you to rise above them.
- 6:18They want to keep you at a certain level. You see, they loved your struggle.
- 6:23Yeah. You know, because you were struggling with them.
- 6:25But now that you got options, now all of a sudden you acting funny.
- 6:30You ever heard that before?
- 6:31Oh, you acting funny. I done heard it before, guys.
- 6:35Yes, I have. But you should say, no, maybe I'm finally healing or maybe I'm finally growing.
- 6:42It's okay for you to say that. Yeah. Ain't nothing wrong with leveling up.
- 6:47You're not always going to stay where everybody else is.
- 6:50Especially if you got plans for your life and you got big dreams and you're
- 6:54working towards that, doesn't matter what nobody says.
- 6:57Maybe God finally opened the door, okay?
- 7:00Let's look at this scenario okay guys so what's the
- 7:03scenario it's a better job offer that's what
- 7:06it is okay okay as a woman he worked
- 7:09on the same company for 12 years and she was low hard working and very respected
- 7:14on the job suddenly another company offers her double her salary better benefits
- 7:20and check this out she can work remote at home her current boss says i thought you were family.
- 7:27Yeah, they always throw that up, right, Broker G3? Yeah, and see, first of all,
- 7:32Jobs calling you family? That's a red flag right there. Ain't no family. Okay.
- 7:38Because when layoffs happen, guess what? With that same so-called family,
- 7:43certainly family becomes paperwork. Yeah.
- 7:45So you should be aware of those jobs that call you family.
- 7:50Wouldn't you leave? Would you leave? Would you stay? Comment below loyalty or opportunity.
- 7:57I'm looking. I'm leaving. I'm out of there. Opportunity for me, Dr.
- 8:01B. me too double my salary better
- 8:04benefit yeah me too me too peace me too
- 8:07out the dope big shout out to everybody that's tapping that screen we really
- 8:10appreciate you guys thank you so much and and for those warrants sending gifts
- 8:14appreciate it so much so make sure you guys follow our top gifters we like to
- 8:18help them grow their community as well okay guys so top cat Talisha Halls,
- 8:26James Smith, SUV.
- 8:28Thank you guys for joining us this evening. So what are we talking about now,
- 8:32BrokerJobby? What we're talking about is relationships.
- 8:35Now, this part is really, really deep, guys, when we're talking about loyalty or settling, okay?
- 8:41And it may get a little messy. So, you know, bear with us with this because
- 8:46I'm quite sure it's going to touch some people when we get into this relationship situation.
- 8:51Okay. So not only are we talking about messy.
- 8:53We're talking about relationship messy. So it takes us up a level. Yeah, real messy, Doc B.
- 9:01Okay. What happens when somebody loyal to you, but they are no longer aligned with your future?
- 9:08And oftentimes we get caught up in that situation where we meet people,
- 9:12have a relationship, and they no longer align with where we're trying to go.
- 9:16But this is a tough one, Broker J3.
- 9:18You know, they're good people. They faithful.
- 9:22But they don't want growth. Now, it's a lot of people in your life that love
- 9:27you just the way you are. They don't want to see you grow.
- 9:30Of course, they don't want to see you fall, but they don't want to see you grow.
- 9:33They want to see you right where you are.
- 9:36Okay, guys, this happens to a lot of us.
- 9:40One person is evolving and thriving and just blossoming while the other person is just stuck.
- 9:47That's sad, guys. And you know what happens when that happens,
- 9:50guys? that guilt that enters the room. You understand?
- 9:54Because now one person is working.
- 9:57If leaving makes them disloyal, or if staying means that they're abandoning themselves.
- 10:04Yeah, so this is tough.
- 10:07So guys, let's talk about now the relationship dilemma.
- 10:12Say, for instance, a man has been friends.
- 10:16His girlfriend has been with his girlfriend for eight years.
- 10:19They've been together for eight years.
- 10:21She loves him deeply, but she refuses to go to work. You know,
- 10:24we got some people these days that don't want to work. Some out there, Dr.
- 10:28Some refuses counseling as well and resists growth. They don't want to go anywhere.
- 10:33They want to stay stagnant right where they are.
- 10:36Meanwhile, he gets opportunities that require more ambition.
- 10:40Should he stay loyal or should he move on? You know, I think in a situation
- 10:45like that, it deserves a conversation.
- 10:47Babe, this is what's happening. You know, I'm progressing with the job and I
- 10:53want to take advantage of these opportunities.
- 10:55I'd love for you to be with me. But, you know, if not, you know,
- 10:59hey, he's got to move on. You know, this is vice versa, even if it was a winner.
- 11:03Yeah, yeah. Okay, audience, what do you think?
- 11:07Okay, should he move on? Yeah, share your thoughts with us and let us know what you think.
- 11:13Should he move on or should he remain loyal? We're talking about this evening.
- 11:19Loyalty versus opportunity.
- 11:23Somebody in the comments said love ain't enough. And sometimes it ain't enough.
- 11:26You need more than love to keep a relationship going because you can love each
- 11:31other, but you still have other issues going on.
- 11:35Because that love may have brought you together, but that love may not keep
- 11:38you together. Exactly. Exactly.
- 11:40Okay, guys. So another viewer says build together or just go ahead and just separate.
- 11:46Just separate and just go
- 11:49your separate ways that's what he's saying Hotcake
- 11:53from New Orleans says stop dragging dead weight
- 11:56okay now that dead weight can drag you down right that's exactly what I mean
- 12:01yeah yeah yeah alright Trenton M thank you for joining us White Jones appreciate
- 12:06it Thomas Haney and welcome back man of God I remember saying that before thank
- 12:12you for joining us we appreciate you guys Okay,
- 12:15so let's take a deeper dive, Broker J3.
- 12:17We're going to look at friendships. Are they lower or just comfortable?
- 12:22You know, that's a good question because I think that can go both ways,
- 12:26Dr. B. All right, let's go deeper.
- 12:27Because some friendships survive off history and not health.
- 12:31We already know about that. Some of y'all got friends that still y'all are friends
- 12:34just because y'all been friends for years.
- 12:36For a long time. But that doesn't necessarily mean that y'all really are friends.
- 12:40Yeah. Now, you have been friends for a long time. Yeah. That's all that means.
- 12:44That's it. That's it. But they get that twisted a little bit,
- 12:48guys. But guess what, guys?
- 12:50This right here, all of that is true. You've been friends for a long time.
- 12:54That's it. But you still can't get that twisted. So just because you've known
- 12:58each other for over 20 years now, does that mean that we're still good for each other?
- 13:04You know, hey, I'm going to tell you like this. You know, I've had some friends,
- 13:09you know, since since high school.
- 13:12You know, some I still talk to here and there now and then chat via Facebook or whatever.
- 13:17And some I don't talk to at all. It's not that I don't care about them no more.
- 13:20It's just, hey, that was 20 years ago. Okay, guys, some people are loyal to
- 13:25the memory of who someone used to be.
- 13:29So that's what they always see. And guess what, guys? Not only that is,
- 13:33when they think of that person, they see that old image of that person,
- 13:36maybe when they were in their teens or their early 30s or whatnot.
- 13:41That's what they're hanging on to. All right, now talk about it, Dot B.
- 13:46Okay, guys. So some people grow apart. That's normal.
- 13:50They have different priorities, different mindsets, and then even different goals, Broker J3.
- 13:57Yeah. And then, you know, that's where the guilt trip comes in,
- 14:00Doc B, when those goals and those mindsets start changing.
- 14:05You know, and be honest, when somebody say, you changed, you know what?
- 14:09Instead of saying, no, I haven't changed, tell them the truth.
- 14:12Yes, I have changed. Everybody should change.
- 14:14I've grown. And in fact, if you're in the same place that you were five,
- 14:18ten years ago, then that's a problem. I don't care how you see it. That's a problem.
- 14:22So, guys, that terminology, you've changed, that is a good thing. You know what they do.
- 14:29You've changed. There's nothing wrong with changing. Yeah. And you're too good
- 14:33now or you forgot where you come from.
- 14:36Uh-huh. Yeah, they throw that back in your face. Yeah, now, we done heard that
- 14:39before. I know I've heard that before, you know, like, you don't forget where you come from.
- 14:43Know and not and it's what's funny is no i didn't
- 14:46forget where i came from that's why i'm working so hard now
- 14:49because i want to have a better future from where i came from and guess what
- 14:53guys i have heard that so many times before and somebody even threw that up
- 14:57in my face some years ago i told them my response to you've changed or you you
- 15:03think you don't got too good is i told them no.
- 15:07I did not want to forget. I don't want to forget where I came from because that
- 15:12is what made me who I am today.
- 15:15So I never want to forget. But a lot of people want to throw that back up in
- 15:19your face, thinking that you're going to get offensive and you're going to offensive
- 15:23at what they're saying and you're going to say something negative.
- 15:26But no, I don't want to forget where I came from.
- 15:28So let me say something controversial about me.
- 15:31Sometimes changing is exactly what will save your life. Yeah, absolutely.
- 15:36So growth will offend people who benefited from you, you know,
- 15:40from your lack of boundaries.
- 15:42Say that again for the people in the back. Okay. Growth will offend people who
- 15:47benefited from your confusion, your low self-esteem, or your access to the energy.
- 15:55And that's how it usually is, Dr. B. That's how it usually is.
- 15:59Just exactly how you just called it. Exactly how you just called it.
- 16:05Okay, guys. So, and when people stop extending yourself to people,
- 16:10then suddenly you become the villain.
- 16:13They look at you, they try, in other words, to look at you as a villain. But guess what?
- 16:18Guys, you've got to protect your peace. This is not betrayal.
- 16:22Yeah, you have to protect your peace, guys. Do it at all costs.
- 16:24Protect your peace no matter what.
- 16:28Protecting your peace is not betrayal and you want to do it at all costs.
- 16:34Exactly exactly you sure do you have to protect it at all costs,
- 16:39sorry about that not me all right guys
- 16:42so thank you for being a part
- 16:45of the jmb family we've got antonio carnelius
- 16:49thank you for being a part of the jmb family we
- 16:52got ruby red 99 e dollar thank
- 16:56you in the house Vince C no
- 16:59face no case I like that thank you
- 17:03and Rev B thank you for joining us
- 17:06and being a part of the family J&B family
- 17:09as well guys you guys could have been anywhere but on our podcast so we want
- 17:16to thank you for coming through for stopping in to check on us to see that we're
- 17:21to make sure we're doing okay and we appreciate that Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- 17:26Yeah, we appreciate you guys for taking the time to join us.
- 17:31Again, as Doc B said, you could have been anywhere else, but you're here.
- 17:34So we really appreciate you guys for stepping in. As Doc B said,
- 17:39sometimes you have to protect your peace, and it's not betrayal.
- 17:43So let's just...
- 17:45Start minding our own business and begin doing well financially for ourselves. Okay.
- 17:52It's just like when your old friends say to you, you don't come around anymore.
- 17:58You acting brand new. Oh, yeah. They shouldn't say that. Or you don't forgot about us. Uh-huh.
- 18:03Uh-huh. Yeah. I've heard that before. Okay, guys.
- 18:06So every time he comes around, they laugh.
- 18:10It's this person that we're talking about. They laugh at his goals and pressure him into old habits.
- 18:17And so that's not good for that person as well.
- 18:19So guess what? I wouldn't want to come around anybody that's laughing at me
- 18:24and laughing at my goals and trying to pressure me into old habits.
- 18:30I'm done with those old habits. Those old habits are in my rear view mirror.
- 18:34So I don't want to hang around anybody that's trying to pressure me.
- 18:37Yeah, I know that's right. That'd be sometimes that's,
- 18:40yes i do okay okay guys
- 18:43so is he being this lord or is he protecting his
- 18:46future i think he's actually be protecting his
- 18:49future and i wouldn't use this law as the term he's protecting his future because
- 18:54that's where he is at the stage in his life because everybody can't go where
- 18:59god is trying to take you guys god is sometimes trying to elevate you trying
- 19:03to take you to another level He's trying to level us up.
- 19:07And so we can't not try to get to what he has for us.
- 19:12I tell people all the time, what God has for me is for me.
- 19:16You know, there's nothing that you can do to prevent that because it's for me.
- 19:21So that's why we have to embrace that.
- 19:24Yeah. So this question for everybody, have you ever had to outgrow your friendships?
- 19:30I know I've had to leave print on them.
- 19:33I've had to do it. out be and don't feel
- 19:37ashamed about it yeah one of our viewers said misery
- 19:40loves company all right yes it does
- 19:43and i've had to separate to elevate so thank
- 19:46you fred to fred hampton for joining us leanna we appreciate you guys ll and
- 19:53gg thank you for joining us and success ruby red 99 all right now okay big big
- 19:59mike from miami said my circle got smaller but healthier yeah There's nothing wrong with that.
- 20:05Okay. Big shout out to you guys. E-dollar, Gigi, thank you for joining us.
- 20:10We appreciate you guys so much.
- 20:14All right guys so make sure you guys continue to keep tapping
- 20:17that screen to help us hit our goals tonight we really
- 20:20appreciate and thank you so much for sending those gifts okay guys follow our
- 20:24top gift first we appreciate every single one of you broker j3 let's take a
- 20:29look at family versus loyalty our family loyalty as a matter of fact versus
- 20:35personal purpose yeah that's that's a good one, Dot B.
- 20:39That's a good one. So family.
- 20:42You know why because family royal loyalty
- 20:45it runs deep yes it does it always has
- 20:49sometimes family expectations can delay
- 20:53your s and your destiny so you have to think about that i hate to say this but
- 20:57sometimes family can prevent you from reaching where you need to be all family
- 21:02members are not for you i kid you not guys some family members are not always
- 21:10in your corner this This is, you know, like I said,
- 21:12this is going to be a heartbreaker to some people, but they are not.
- 21:16Some family members are not always on your team. No, they're not.
- 21:21You know, somebody is going to log off after this one. They may. They may. And it's okay.
- 21:26But let's be honest. How many people stayed in their hometown because their
- 21:32family made them feel guilty?
- 21:34Instead of them moving off to a city where you could have made more money.
- 21:38Billions. You know, and they had a better life for their family,
- 21:42but they decided to stay at home because their family told them,
- 21:47you know, made them feel guilty for trying to leave home.
- 21:50Now, my family didn't make me feel guilty. I grew up in Miami.
- 21:54You know, and after college, I moved to Atlanta.
- 21:58You know, I love my family. I love my hometown.
- 22:01But Atlanta, there was more opportunity for me. So I had to leave.
- 22:05Now, you know, it's amazing because, you know, I have had family members that
- 22:09have moved to Atlanta since I have.
- 22:12But if you have family members that are trying to keep you back for whatever
- 22:16reason, you have to think about yourself.
- 22:19Okay, guys. So or guys, are you the person that gave up on your dreams because
- 22:25somebody said, who do you think you are?
- 22:28Or you will never amount to nothing.
- 22:32Guys, that has stuck with so many people's head, and that has affected so many people.
- 22:39Okay, guys, have you ever been in that situation?
- 22:42You know, that's, that's, that's a good one right now. Or, or better yet,
- 22:45you just like your mama or your daddy.
- 22:48Now, now that one may hurt some people because, you know, depending on how the
- 22:52mama and daddy, you know, were or are at a particular time, you know,
- 22:57or, you know, I forgot about this one.
- 22:59Oh, you think you better than us. Yeah, they do that as well.
- 23:02Okay, guys. So sometimes family can unintentionally hold you back because they
- 23:07fear losing access to you guys. Guys, we need you to add your comments in the comment section.
- 23:15Let us know your city and state. Let us know what you're thinking.
- 23:19We want you to join in in this conversation. That's right.
- 23:23And that don't always mean that they are bad people.
- 23:26Sometimes they're just scared of change or just scared of seeing you leave.
- 23:30Yeah, guys. But just think about it now.
- 23:33Fear should not become your prison. Keep, you know, that keeps you trapped in
- 23:37your home town. keeping you trapped in your home town by telling you certain things.
- 23:42You know, a lot of folks that, you know, like, for instance,
- 23:46our kids, you know, they may not want to live in the same city or state.
- 23:50And that happens to the best of us. You know, a lot of times the small,
- 23:54especially small towns, they don't want to grow up in that small town.
- 23:57They want to expand and they want to go and live in other areas,
- 24:01experience other cultures.
- 24:03And there's nothing wrong with that. No, no, it's not.
- 24:06Yeah. It's not at all. You know, so and it's like that sometimes,
- 24:10you know, my oldest son, you know, went to the Navy, moved to Arizona.
- 24:14You know, came back to Atlanta.
- 24:16Stayed for a little while, and then now he's in Houston. Okay,
- 24:20guys. I love him, miss him, but he's his own man.
- 24:23Yeah, that happens. He has to live for himself.
- 24:26Okay, guys. Let's talk about the big move.
- 24:29Let's get into that. Okay, we're going to talk about this, guys. Let's think about it.
- 24:32A woman gets offered a life-changing opportunity across the country.
- 24:38Better yet, she's going to get more money.
- 24:41She's going to have a better environment and better opportunities for her children.
- 24:46But her parents tell her, okay, now, you know what? You're abandoning the family.
- 24:53Okay, Broker J3, what other statements they love, some of our family members love to make?
- 24:59You know, well, this is a classic right here. Family sticks together.
- 25:04Or you should stay close to home. Okay, guys. So what should she do in this particular situation?
- 25:11Is loyalty worth sacrificing her future? or does the opportunity become responsibility
- 25:18when children are involved? Okay, guys.
- 25:22So what do you do, guys? Would you move, type stay, or type go in the chat? We'd like to hear.
- 25:30Okay, guys. All right. We need those comments.
- 25:33So Bear says, right, with everything costly, now people moving out America to cheaper.
- 25:41Living that is true that is true that's true
- 25:44they're trying to determine an area where they
- 25:47can learn cheaper that dollar they're stretching that dollar
- 25:50yeah if i can i'll probably move to thailand but you
- 25:52know oh yeah thailand is changing their laws now so you
- 25:55know they're they're forcing you to to to
- 25:58get your your permanent visa ese visa
- 26:01or something like that with them so that way every 69
- 26:05days they stop that that border jumping so
- 26:08you can't border run yeah you can't can't do that anymore but you
- 26:11know if you are considering you know countries like that
- 26:14make sure you check into their visa laws
- 26:17so that you don't have any issues Thailand chain yeah
- 26:20yeah you're right there they sure are they check into it they've changed you
- 26:25know it's funny because you know we was there what six weeks six weeks yeah
- 26:30thank god we didn't have to worry about the the border the border run but we
- 26:34did we did go to a couple other countries in between in between so yeah But nonetheless.
- 26:39Guys, you know, keep sharing the live because this conversation is helping somebody
- 26:44make a hard decision right now.
- 26:48Okay, guys. So we appreciate you rocking with us tonight.
- 26:52And guys, don't forget, comments help push the algorithm.
- 26:56So let's keep those comments coming.
- 26:58We appreciate those because let's think about it. If you're thinking that,
- 27:02somebody else is probably thinking the same thing. They sure are, Doug B.
- 27:06Yeah. They sure are. So let's get into it. Let's look at faith,
- 27:10discernment, and knowing the difference between the two.
- 27:12All right, Dobby. Now, that's a real
- 27:14question because we talked about the friendship. We talked about the job.
- 27:18We talked about the relationship. We talked about the family.
- 27:22Now, we're getting into the faith, discernment, and knowing the difference because
- 27:25this loyalty thing, it goes deep into other passions.
- 27:32So, that's the real question. So, let's talk about that, Dobby.
- 27:35Okay, guys. So, here's the real question.
- 27:38Okay, okay. How do people know,
- 27:42How do people know when? All right.
- 27:46Okay, guys. So we're going to ask the question, how do people know when to choose
- 27:51loyalty and when to choose opportunity?
- 27:55Okay. You have to think about discernment.
- 27:57Okay. You ask yourself three things. The first one is, is this relationship, job, a situation?
- 28:04Helping me. You want to make sure that you are meeting your needs.
- 28:08Is it helping me grow or keeping me stuck? You have to ask yourself that question
- 28:13because loyalty should not suffocate your purpose.
- 28:17And then the second question you want to ask yourself is, is fear my decision?
- 28:24Ask yourself those questions, guys.
- 28:27Those are two questions. You know, and you have to have judgment with that.
- 28:31Yeah. You know, so explain it a little bit, Dot B. Okay. So, guys, guess what?
- 28:39Ask yourself those three questions. I gave you the first two.
- 28:42And then the third one is, okay, so just think about it, guys.
- 28:47Sometimes we stay in a relationship or we stay at home because we're scared. We don't want to expand.
- 28:54We don't want to go beyond where we are because it's the unknown.
- 28:58But then, guys, you have to be willing to expand.
- 29:02And then the third one is, am I
- 29:04leaving for growth or am I escaping responsibility? Now, that's important.
- 29:09Yes, it is. Because opportunities should always align with integrity,
- 29:14guys. It should always align.
- 29:17Yeah, so basically loyalty matters, but not at the expense of your future.
- 29:23It does not. And opportunity matters as well, guys, but not if you destroy people to get there.
- 29:30You don't want to destroy anybody to get to the top.
- 29:32There needs to be a balance between the two, between opportunity and loyalty.
- 29:39Now that's it. Balance your loyalty and opportunities. Let's talk about this.
- 29:45Say you and your best friend started a business together, which a lot of people
- 29:49do, or a family member or whatever.
- 29:52You know, suddenly a major investor wants you and you only.
- 29:57I guess they feel like you're the real one behind the business.
- 30:01They see that you're the real go-getter and they want you.
- 30:05You'll be making a life, you'll be making life-changing money.
- 30:09So basically, Big dollar. Big dollar.
- 30:11Yeah. You know, we talk maybe six, seven figures. They want you. Yeah.
- 30:16Yeah. Okay. You know, but your friend isn't included. They don't want your friend.
- 30:20They don't want your friend. They just want you. They just want you.
- 30:22So do you stay with your company to stay loyal to your friend or do you take that opportunity?
- 30:28I say brokerage. They take that opportunity, guys. What do you think?
- 30:32What do you guys think? Please put it in the chat. If you and your friend started
- 30:36a business and a big-time investor only wanted you and offer you big money,
- 30:42do you stay with your company, with your friend, or do you take the opportunity?
- 30:46Put it in the chat, guys, because this is real here.
- 30:49Okay, guys, so what do you think? You know, that's the big question tonight.
- 30:55Okay, guys, so we want your honest answer. Go ahead and drop it in the chat.
- 31:01Drop it and let us know what you're thinking.
- 31:04Is it all right loyalty or opportunity guys yeah
- 31:07that's it come on now okay guys so my final thoughts
- 31:10on this episode tonight first again
- 31:14thank you guys for joining us we've got Lulie Hawk visitor 7107 Trey yeah luck
- 31:22man forward and forward Hampton yeah thank you guys for joining me so loyalty
- 31:26is beautiful when it's a healthy you know it could be a healthy relationship but Lord,
- 31:32it should never cost you your peace or your growth or your purpose.
- 31:37Sometimes God opens doors that require courage for you to walk through those doors.
- 31:43And sometimes the hardest thing
- 31:45you will ever do is disappoint people who expect you to stay the same.
- 31:50Okay. So the question is not whether people understand your decision.
- 31:55The real question is, will you regret not becoming who you were meant to be,
- 32:02who God meant for you to be.
- 32:06Now, that's the real question right now, Dot B. Yeah, it is.
- 32:10So, guys, let me say this before we go.
- 32:14Everybody cannot go with you into your next season.
- 32:17You know, we've said this so many times before, Dot B, and that doesn't mean
- 32:22you have to stop loving people.
- 32:25It doesn't mean that you've become arrogant. No.
- 32:29But sometimes being loyal to others makes you disloyal to yourself.
- 32:35Yeah. If the opportunity is aligned with your purpose, your growth,
- 32:41your peace, and your betterment, you may have to walk through that door even
- 32:47if people don't clap for you.
- 32:48Yeah. Because at the end of the day, you got to live with your decision,
- 32:53not the people judging you. That is correct. That is correct.
- 32:58Okay, guys. All right, Mr. Broker J3 now.
- 33:02Tonight was a good episode. Terrific.
- 33:07A lot of information that we hope you guys will find valuable.
- 33:11Yeah. And we hope you guys, hope we gave you guys something that you guys can
- 33:16really think about tonight.

- 33:20for some of you guys that came in a little late you need to go back to youtube

- 33:28of the things that we said early on because this is really serious because a
- 33:33lot of people are are juggling between that loyalty and opportunity and we were
- 33:38saying earlier you have to make the choices that's best for you you know.
- 33:43We all want to be loyal, but overall, you have to be loyal to yourself.
- 33:49Okay, guys. So let's keep this conversation going.
- 33:52In the comment section, go ahead and drop that last comment.
