- 0:31Speaker 1: Close your eyes and make yourself all cosy and comfortable.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Now take a big breath in through your nose and
- 0:41Speaker 1: gently breathe out through your mouth. Again, big breath in
- 0:50Speaker 1: through your nose and gently breathe out through your mouth.
- 1:00Speaker 1: One last time. Big breath in and slowly and gently
- 1:08Speaker 1: Breathe out through your mouth. Now just bring your breathing
- 1:15Speaker 1: back to its normal rhythm. Feeling your chest rise and
- 1:21Speaker 1: fall gently. And feeling peaceful and calm. Feeling very relaxed.
- 1:32Speaker 1: And with each breath you take, you can feel yourself
- 1:36Speaker 1: becoming more and more relaxed. So loose and even a
- 1:43Speaker 1: bit floppy. And you feel so peaceful now, so relaxed.
- 1:51Speaker 1: And you feel very happy and light. And your breathing
- 1:56Speaker 1: is almost still. You are so relaxed. Now imagine yourself
- 2:04Speaker 1: walking along a lovely stone path through a beautiful lush
- 2:10Speaker 1: green meadow early in the morning and the sun is
- 2:14Speaker 1: shining brightly and it's a very beautiful and clear day
- 2:19Speaker 1: and you can see the gentle rolling hills all around
- 2:24Speaker 1: you and there is a large forest to one side
- 2:28Speaker 1: of you and to the other side of you is
- 2:31Speaker 1: a small wooded area and you can see that the
- 2:35Speaker 1: leaves on the trees Glisten with the morning dew. Kind
- 2:41Speaker 1: of like tiny little raindrops dancing in the sunlight. You
- 2:47Speaker 1: feel very calm, very relaxed and very, very peaceful. You
- 2:56Speaker 1: can hear the birds singing to each other. You can
- 3:00Speaker 1: hear the rustling of the small creatures darting through the
- 3:03Speaker 1: meadow as they go about their day. Can you hear them?
- 3:12Speaker 1: As you walk along your path, you notice that there
- 3:17Speaker 1: are very beautiful yellow daffodils and pure white crocus scattered
- 3:22Speaker 1: all around you and they look ever so pretty. You
- 3:26Speaker 1: look ahead of you and you see a lovely old
- 3:28Speaker 1: stone bridge that you have to cross. It's very old
- 3:32Speaker 1: and it looks like it's been there forever. As you
- 3:36Speaker 1: reach the bridge you notice a little sign telling you
- 3:40Speaker 1: that this bridge is a fairy bridge and the sign
- 3:45Speaker 1: also tells you that you must say hello to the
- 3:47Speaker 1: fairies and give them a wave. You think this is
- 3:51Speaker 1: a bit odd as you can't see any fairies anywhere
- 3:55Speaker 1: but you do it anyway because you wouldn't like to
- 3:58Speaker 1: offend them now would you? As you cross the bridge
- 4:04Speaker 1: you see movement in the corner of your eye It's
- 4:07Speaker 1: more of a flash of light, really. And then, suddenly
- 4:11Speaker 1: before you appears a tiny little fairy. She is very beautiful.
- 4:17Speaker 1: And she is hovering in front of you, gently moving
- 4:20Speaker 1: her wings backwards and forwards. And she's about eight inches tall.
- 4:26Speaker 1: She's very tiny. But she is a fairy, after all.
- 4:31Speaker 1: And they're not very big. She smiles at you and
- 4:35Speaker 1: says hello. She says she heard you saying hello to
- 4:38Speaker 1: the fairies so she wanted to come and see who
- 4:41Speaker 1: it was. Who was it that was being so kind?
- 4:46Speaker 1: She tells you her name is Liliana and she is
- 4:49Speaker 1: very glad to meet you. So you introduce yourself to
- 4:53Speaker 1: Liliana and you tell her your name. Liliana is not
- 4:57Speaker 1: just any fairy, she tells you. She is the fairy
- 5:01Speaker 1: of the forest and it's her job to look after
- 5:04Speaker 1: all the trees. All the flowers and all the grasses
- 5:09Speaker 1: in the many forests and the many woods. She takes
- 5:13Speaker 1: care of all of them. She makes sure that they
- 5:16Speaker 1: have water that they need to grow big and strong.
- 5:21Speaker 1: If they are sick or not feeling too well, it's
- 5:24Speaker 1: her job to make them feel better. She asks you
- 5:30Speaker 1: if you would like to help her today. Well, of
- 5:33Speaker 1: course you say yes. You would love to help her
- 5:35Speaker 1: take care of the forest and the woods. Well, that's
- 5:39Speaker 1: just fabulous, she tells you. But there is something she
- 5:42Speaker 1: must do for you first. She has to make you
- 5:45Speaker 1: as tiny as she is. And it's then that you
- 5:49Speaker 1: notice her magic wand. It's a beautiful silver wand encrusted
- 5:55Speaker 1: with tiny colourful crystals. And with a quick flick of
- 5:58Speaker 1: it over your head, she says some words that you
- 6:01Speaker 1: don't really understand. That's because you don't speak fairy language.
- 6:05Speaker 1: And in the blink of an eye, you are the
- 6:07Speaker 1: same size as little Liliana. Oh my. How cool is that?
- 6:17Speaker 1: You feel something moving on your back and you take
- 6:19Speaker 1: a look. Oh my goodness me, you have wings. Tiny
- 6:23Speaker 1: little wings, just like Liliana.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Wow.
- 6:27Speaker 1: She then hands you your very own silver wand. She
- 6:31Speaker 1: tells you it takes a bit of practice to use
- 6:33Speaker 1: the wand properly, but... She tells you not to worry
- 6:36Speaker 1: and she will teach you how to do it. It's
- 6:41Speaker 1: at this time you notice that you too have been
- 6:44Speaker 1: hovering in the air just like Liliana. Oh wow! You
- 6:48Speaker 1: say to yourself, I can fly! And it's then you
- 6:51Speaker 1: land on the ground with a big bump. You both
- 6:54Speaker 1: laugh out loud. Liliana tells you that she'll teach you
- 6:57Speaker 1: to fly too because she thinks you might need it. So,
- 7:03Speaker 1: as Liliana guides you to fly through the air with her.
- 7:07Speaker 1: You both go whizzing into the beautiful forest ahead. And you,
- 7:13Speaker 1: you're going to take care of the trees and the
- 7:14Speaker 1: plants and the grass too. As you fly close to
- 7:19Speaker 1: the ground, you see another little fairy going in the
- 7:22Speaker 1: opposite direction to you both. He waves and he calls out,
- 7:25Speaker 1: Good morning, as he whizzes past. Liliana shouts good morning
- 7:30Speaker 1: back at him. She tells you that he is her friend, Simon.
- 7:34Speaker 1: And Simon has the best job in all of the
- 7:38Speaker 1: fairy kingdom. He gets to look after all of the animals,
- 7:44Speaker 1: all of the birds and even all of the insects.
- 7:48Speaker 1: And he makes sure that they too have plenty of
- 7:51Speaker 1: water to drink and lots of food to eat. And
- 7:55Speaker 1: he takes care of them if they become poorly and
- 7:57Speaker 1: he helps them back to good health again. Whatever the
- 8:02Speaker 1: forest needs to grow and to thrive, the beautiful fairy
- 8:06Speaker 1: Liliana provides it all for them. And she does all
- 8:10Speaker 1: of this with her beautiful, silver-encrusted magic wand. And she
- 8:16Speaker 1: tells you she loves her job very much. And you
- 8:20Speaker 1: think Liliana is a very kind fairy indeed. Liliana tells
- 8:28Speaker 1: you to stop, and you both hover in the air.
- 8:32Speaker 1: She tells you to close your eyes and just listen
- 8:35Speaker 1: to the amazing sounds of the forest. She says if
- 8:40Speaker 1: you are very quiet and peaceful, you might hear the
- 8:44Speaker 1: trees talking to each other. You might hear the whisper
- 8:49Speaker 1: of the flowers as they stretch up and outwards towards
- 8:51Speaker 1: the sunshine. You might even hear the grasses all chattering away.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Can you hear So for a little while, you and
- 9:06Speaker 1: Liliana can go off and tend to the forest. You
- 9:11Speaker 1: can help the trees and the flowers and the grasses
- 9:14Speaker 1: to grow and to thrive. And you too can wave
- 9:19Speaker 1: your magic wand. So go and help Liliana and maybe,
- 9:25Speaker 1: just maybe, the forest will talk to you too.
- 9:58Speaker 3: You Thank you.
- 10:49Speaker 1: You Did you enjoy that? Did you help the trees
- 11:51Speaker 1: and the flowers and the grasses to thrive and to grow?
- 11:56Speaker 1: Did they whisper to you? You and Liliana now return
- 12:03Speaker 1: to the beautiful old stone bridge where you first met.
- 12:06Speaker 1: The fairy bridge. Liliana takes out her wand and thanks
- 12:12Speaker 1: you for all the help you have given her today.
- 12:16Speaker 1: She tells you. that the forests all around the world
- 12:19Speaker 1: need our help to thrive and to grow so that
- 12:23Speaker 1: we must all always do everything we can to help
- 12:27Speaker 1: them and she thanks you for helping her take care
- 12:32Speaker 1: of the forest and it's then that you hear the
- 12:35Speaker 1: trees and the flowers and the grasses all whispering their
- 12:40Speaker 1: thanks to you too and it's the most beautiful sound
- 12:45Speaker 1: you have ever head and you feel so happy but
- 12:53Speaker 1: you know it's time for you to go home now
- 12:57Speaker 1: Liliana waves her beautiful wand and says the magical words
- 13:01Speaker 1: in the fairy language and then she flicks her wand
- 13:05Speaker 1: over your head and again with the blink of an
- 13:08Speaker 1: eye you return to your normal size Liliana Now hovers
- 13:17Speaker 1: in front of your face. And gives you a great
- 13:19Speaker 1: big smile. And she thanks you once again. And you
- 13:25Speaker 1: tell her you will miss having wings. And being able
- 13:28Speaker 1: to fly. But you will miss her more. She tells
- 13:33Speaker 1: you not to worry. Because she knows you will come
- 13:36Speaker 1: back to see her. And when you do. She will
- 13:39Speaker 1: give you back your wings again. And with that. She
- 13:44Speaker 1: waves back. And flies away. And you now realise. That
- 13:51Speaker 1: you are back. In your very own bed. All snuggled
- 13:57Speaker 1: up and cosy. And you feel very sleepy too. You
- 14:03Speaker 1: have after all. Had a very busy day. You close
- 14:09Speaker 1: your eyes. And smile. Remembering the wonderful time you had
- 14:15Speaker 1: with Liliana. and you are breathing softly and gently now.
- 14:21Speaker 1: And each time you breathe in, you take in all
- 14:25Speaker 1: the good thoughts and positive feelings from the gentle and
- 14:30Speaker 1: loving forest. You begin to drift in and out of
- 14:37Speaker 1: sleep as you sink deeper and deeper into your lovely
- 14:42Speaker 1: soft bed. Deeper and deeper, Into the most wonderful night's
- 14:49Speaker 1: sleep ever. So turn over onto your side and snuggle down.
- 14:57Speaker 1: When you feel so safe and so protected. You feel
- 15:03Speaker 1: so peaceful and so calm. So just rest your sleepy head.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Night night. Now imagine that you are on your own
- 15:20Speaker 1: private and magical island and you look around you and
- 15:25Speaker 1: you see that you're walking through a beautiful lush green
- 15:28Speaker 1: forest and the sun is shining and making you feel
- 15:33Speaker 1: pleasantly warm. There is a gentle breeze on your face
- 15:38Speaker 1: and you find yourself smiling with happiness. You can hear
- 15:44Speaker 1: the birds singing sweetly in the trees above you and
- 15:47Speaker 1: it's like they're talking to each other. Well, they probably are, really.
- 15:53Speaker 1: You realise that you are on a path, and you
- 15:56Speaker 1: wonder where it goes. So you decide to follow it
- 16:00Speaker 1: and see. And as you walk, you can hear tiny
- 16:04Speaker 1: rustling sounds in the undergrowth around you, and you realise
- 16:08Speaker 1: that it's little animals scurrying about their business. You don't
- 16:12Speaker 1: see them, but you do hear them. So you continue
- 16:16Speaker 1: walking down your path when you hear the sound of
- 16:20Speaker 1: gentle waves getting closer. You see a clearing in the
- 16:24Speaker 1: trees and you notice that the path you are on
- 16:27Speaker 1: has become sandy and the sound of the waves is
- 16:31Speaker 1: a lot louder now. But it does sound really nice though.
- 16:38Speaker 1: You reach the clearing and step out onto a beautiful
- 16:42Speaker 1: golden beach. And you can see the deep blue ocean
- 16:46Speaker 1: now and it sparkles with the sun shining down on it.
- 16:50Speaker 1: And it looks like thousands of tiny stars dancing on
- 16:53Speaker 1: the gentle waves. It's so lovely. So you take off
- 17:00Speaker 1: your shoes and walk on the lovely soft sand. And
- 17:04Speaker 1: it feels so warm under your feet. You can smell
- 17:08Speaker 1: the salty air from the ocean and it makes you
- 17:10Speaker 1: feel so peaceful and so calm. It really is beautiful
- 17:16Speaker 1: on your magical island. As you look around you, you
- 17:21Speaker 1: see up ahead of you a cluster of rocks, and
- 17:24Speaker 1: some of them are very large indeed, so you decide
- 17:28Speaker 1: to have a little explore. You reach the rocks, and
- 17:34Speaker 1: they are even bigger now that you're close to them,
- 17:37Speaker 1: and you notice that there is an opening amongst the rocks,
- 17:41Speaker 1: quite a large one too. realise that it's a cave
- 17:46Speaker 1: how exciting it's a cave and you wonder what's inside
- 17:53Speaker 1: so you decide to take a look and see you
- 17:57Speaker 1: step through the entrance and it's dark at first but
- 17:59Speaker 1: then it begins to become lighter the deeper inside the
- 18:02Speaker 1: cave you go you can hear the sound of water
- 18:05Speaker 1: too it sounds like big fat raindrops plonking and others
- 18:10Speaker 1: sounding like musical notes dropping down from somewhere deep inside
- 18:14Speaker 1: the cave. And you can hear it echoing deeper into
- 18:20Speaker 1: the cave as it drops. You can't see it happening,
- 18:24Speaker 1: but you can hear it. As you walk further into
- 18:29Speaker 1: the cave, you see large candles shining brightly in a
- 18:33Speaker 1: big circle. And inside this circle you see a little girl,
- 18:38Speaker 1: and she's wearing a long white dress. and she's sitting
- 18:43Speaker 1: in the middle of all the candles with her legs crossed.
- 18:48Speaker 1: She is smiling happily, and you wonder, who is she
- 18:52Speaker 1: smiling at? As you get closer to her, you see
- 18:56Speaker 1: lots of lovely daisies and buttercups, and they're floating gently
- 19:00Speaker 1: above her head. It's like they're dancing for her. She
- 19:06Speaker 1: sees you and gives you a big grin, and she
- 19:09Speaker 1: asks you if you would like to sit in a
- 19:11Speaker 1: circle with her Well, obviously you say yes. She tells
- 19:16Speaker 1: you that her name is Melody. You tell her your
- 19:21Speaker 1: name and she says she is very glad to meet
- 19:25Speaker 1: you today. You look at the dancing flowers and you
- 19:30Speaker 1: wonder how this is happening. How could she be doing this?
- 19:35Speaker 1: Is she doing this? So you ask Melody. She tells
- 19:40Speaker 1: you That she is moving them with her mind.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Oh my.
- 19:46Speaker 1: How wonderful you think.
- 19:47Speaker 3: But.
- 19:50Speaker 1: How can she, you wonder? Melody sees that you look puzzled.
- 19:57Speaker 1: So she tells you that what she does is concentrate
- 20:00Speaker 1: very hard as she looks at the flowers. Then she
- 20:03Speaker 1: imagines them slowly rising and rising until they are floating
- 20:08Speaker 1: above her head. Then she imagines them dancing for her,
- 20:13Speaker 1: and they do. Wow! Melody tells you that you can
- 20:18Speaker 1: do it too if you want to, and she will
- 20:21Speaker 1: show you how. Next to Melody is a little basket
- 20:26Speaker 1: filled with daisies and buttercups, and she tells you to
- 20:29Speaker 1: take some of the flowers and lay them down in
- 20:31Speaker 1: front of you. So you do. Now, Melody says to you,
- 20:37Speaker 1: just concentrate on the flowers. And just focus. Think of
- 20:43Speaker 1: nothing else, only the flowers. Then she says, imagine the
- 20:47Speaker 1: flowers slowly rising upwards. You concentrate really hard and focus
- 20:56Speaker 1: on the flowers. And you stare at them really, really hard.
- 21:02Speaker 1: You scrunch up your face and screw up your eyes.
- 21:05Speaker 1: But nothing happens. Oh, you feel disappointed. You really thought
- 21:13Speaker 1: you could do it. Melody gives a little laugh and
- 21:17Speaker 1: smiles at you. She tells you that you are concentrating
- 21:22Speaker 1: a little bit too hard. She tells you to relax.
- 21:27Speaker 1: She says, close your eyes. Fill your heart with love.
- 21:32Speaker 1: Take three deep breaths in and out. And open your eyes.
- 21:38Speaker 1: So you do. You relax, close your eyes and you
- 21:45Speaker 1: fill your heart with as much love as you can.
- 21:48Speaker 1: And then you breathe in and breathe out.
- 21:55Speaker 4: And you breathe in and breathe out. Then you breathe
- 22:02Speaker 4: in and you breathe out.
- 22:08Speaker 1: And now you open your eyes You feel a lot
- 22:13Speaker 1: calmer now. Melody tells you, you just see the flowers
- 22:18Speaker 1: lifting with your mind. So once again, you focus on
- 22:24Speaker 1: the tiny flowers. Only this time, the flowers start to quiver.
- 22:32Speaker 1: So you keep on focusing and are absolutely amazed when
- 22:36Speaker 1: the tiny flowers slowly begin to rise. Oh wow, you're
- 22:43Speaker 1: doing it. You are really doing it. You watch as
- 22:49Speaker 1: your flowers rise higher and higher. And you see them
- 22:53Speaker 1: floating above your head. You see them begin to dance
- 22:56Speaker 1: for you. Oh my goodness, this truly is magical. You
- 23:03Speaker 1: truly are magical. So now Melody's flowers and your flowers
- 23:12Speaker 1: are both dancing above your heads. And you find it
- 23:15Speaker 1: easier and easier to do this. In fact, you're not
- 23:18Speaker 1: even concentrating now. You're just making the flowers dance and
- 23:22Speaker 1: float in the air. You're just doing it. How wonderful.
- 23:29Speaker 1: So for a few moments, just stay with melody and play.
- 23:34Speaker 1: And see what else you can make your flowers do.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Maybe you can make them go higher. Or maybe you
- 23:39Speaker 1: and melody and make your flowers dance together. So have
- 23:44Speaker 1: some fun just for a little while.
- 24:10Speaker 3: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Wow.
- 26:10Speaker 1: That was amazing, wasn't it? You truly are magical. But now,
- 26:20Speaker 1: It's time for you to return. So you put your
- 26:24Speaker 1: flowers back inside the little basket for Melody and thank
- 26:28Speaker 1: her for showing you that you are magical too. Melody
- 26:33Speaker 1: tells you you can do anything you want if you
- 26:37Speaker 1: focus your mind enough. She tells you that you are
- 26:41Speaker 1: indeed very magical. Melody tells you that you are a
- 26:48Speaker 1: very special being. She says that all you have to
- 26:52Speaker 1: do is fill your heart with love and project it
- 26:56Speaker 1: outwards to the world. She says that if you always
- 27:00Speaker 1: do that, you will never go wrong. She says that
- 27:05Speaker 1: everyone can do it if they want to. Sometimes it
- 27:08Speaker 1: just takes a little bit of practice. So you say
- 27:14Speaker 1: goodbye to Melody and you stand up. Then Melody reaches
- 27:19Speaker 1: into a little bag she has around her waist didn't
- 27:21Speaker 1: notice it before and she pulls out some golden sparkling dust.
- 27:28Speaker 1: She says she can get you home much quicker and
- 27:32Speaker 1: she very gently sprinkles it over your head and in
- 27:35Speaker 1: the blink of an eye you are back home in
- 27:38Speaker 1: your very own bed. Wow! How cool is that? You
- 27:47Speaker 1: snuggle down under your quilt and lay your head On
- 27:51Speaker 1: your soft pillows. And as you relax. You feel yourself
- 27:57Speaker 1: becoming so very sleepy. And you feel yourself. Drifting peacefully
- 28:05Speaker 1: into sleep. And you smile to yourself. And think how
- 28:11Speaker 1: wonderful it was to meet Melody today. You are so
- 28:15Speaker 1: grateful to her. For teaching you. How to use your mind.
- 28:21Speaker 1: hours dance and you know you'll sleep well tonight because
- 28:27Speaker 1: your heart feels so very happy and your body is
- 28:32Speaker 1: completely calm and resting so peaceful so calm as you
- 28:42Speaker 1: go deeper and deeper into a beautiful night's sleep you're
- 28:49Speaker 1: breathing quietly And gently now. Knowing that you will see
- 28:54Speaker 1: Melody again. And you will make the flowers dance. It's
- 29:01Speaker 1: so peaceful. So calm. So very safe. Good night. Sweet dreams.
- 29:18Speaker 1: Now imagine that you are standing in the most amazing forest.
- 29:24Speaker 1: And the air is so very fresh. And you are
- 29:28Speaker 1: surrounded by the loveliest, leafiest green trees. So many different trees,
- 29:35Speaker 1: so green and so lush. And you think that maybe
- 29:38Speaker 1: you've been here before it looks so familiar to you
- 29:43Speaker 1: and yet you feel very safe here you think you
- 29:47Speaker 1: remember the big tree on the right but you're not
- 29:49Speaker 1: quite sure but it does feel wonderful to you just
- 29:53Speaker 1: being here you can feel the forest coming to life
- 30:00Speaker 1: You can feel the vibrant energy all around you. Can
- 30:04Speaker 1: you feel it? Can you feel the air tingling, making
- 30:09Speaker 1: you feel so full of life? There is a full
- 30:16Speaker 1: moon shimmering high up in the sky. And everything is
- 30:21Speaker 1: bathed in the enchanting glow of the silvery moonlight. You
- 30:28Speaker 1: take a look around you. And you see that the
- 30:31Speaker 1: petals of some of the beautiful flowers have closed for
- 30:34Speaker 1: the night. They've gone to sleep. And you can see
- 30:39Speaker 1: toadstools and red-spotted mushrooms all shimmering in the beautiful moonlight.
- 30:47Speaker 1: There are wildflowers growing over mossy tree roots and soft,
- 30:51Speaker 1: feathery green grass. And you breathe in the night air
- 30:56Speaker 1: of the forest as you walk along. And the forest
- 30:59Speaker 1: floor It feels so fluffy and a little bit bouncy.
- 31:04Speaker 1: It's like walking on air. It's so light. You decide
- 31:10Speaker 1: to take off your shoes and walk barefoot. And when
- 31:14Speaker 1: your bare feet connect with the energy of Mother Earth,
- 31:18Speaker 1: you feel even more welcome in this enchanting place. As
- 31:27Speaker 1: you walk along, you notice a little ball of light
- 31:31Speaker 1: floating slowly and gently towards you. And when it stops,
- 31:36Speaker 1: it hovers close to your face and you wonder what
- 31:39Speaker 1: it is. Then you realise it's a beautiful little firefly.
- 31:46Speaker 1: It's like a tiny little lamp lighting your way through
- 31:49Speaker 1: this magical forest. And you sense that this firefly is
- 31:55Speaker 1: here to help you. You just know it is here
- 31:59Speaker 1: to guide you forward. to help you become even more relaxed.
- 32:04Speaker 1: And you know in your heart that this loving little
- 32:08Speaker 1: firefly will keep you safe. The firefly moves on ahead
- 32:16Speaker 1: of you, but pauses for you to follow as it
- 32:19Speaker 1: darts along and shows you the hidden way through the forest.
- 32:23Speaker 1: And you happily follow. You feel very curious and excited now,
- 32:27Speaker 1: and you're wondering what on earth will you find. Where
- 32:31Speaker 1: will you go with this new firefly friend of yours?
- 32:38Speaker 1: You continue to follow the tiny little firefly as he
- 32:41Speaker 1: zips out on in front of you. You hear the
- 32:45Speaker 1: sounds of the other little night creatures as they go
- 32:47Speaker 1: about their business. You can hear the hooting of the
- 32:51Speaker 1: owls as they fly out to catch their dinner. Can
- 32:55Speaker 1: you hear them? Oh, this forest is so enchanting. And
- 33:01Speaker 1: with every soft step you take, you become so much
- 33:05Speaker 1: more relaxed, but excited too. Up ahead of you, you
- 33:12Speaker 1: can see two very large wooden gates. And there are
- 33:17Speaker 1: very large trees either side of them, so you can't
- 33:21Speaker 1: really see what's behind them. It's very mysterious. All over
- 33:27Speaker 1: the trees are tiny little sparks of light, all of
- 33:31Speaker 1: them twinkling in the moonlight. Your firefly friend darts forward
- 33:39Speaker 1: and you realise that the lights you are seeing are
- 33:42Speaker 1: hundreds of tiny fireflies all dancing and shimmering brightly for
- 33:47Speaker 1: you to see the way clearly. How nice is that?
- 33:52Speaker 1: As you walk closer, the gates slowly begin to open
- 33:57Speaker 1: and you look in amazement at the now open gates
- 34:01Speaker 1: and you can see a swirling magical mist, and it's

- 34:15Speaker 1: a sudden darts straight ahead through the open gate and disappears.
- 34:20Speaker 5: Wow, he just vanished. You think that this must be
- 34:27Speaker 5: a portal to another place, maybe even another world. And
- 34:32Speaker 5: you wonder where it leads. So with a deep breath,
- 34:36Speaker 5: you walk closer. And as you do, the light shines brighter.
- 34:41Speaker 1: And the magical mist floats all around you. So you
