- 0:07Speaker 1: This week on the show, We're getting better, We're taking
- 0:09Speaker 1: care of ourselves. It's self help. Wellness influencers are here
- 0:12Speaker 1: to talk the craft.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Ever since the TV got put in our pockets and
- 0:17Speaker 2: we can record stuff on it, I'm talking about phones.
- 0:20Speaker 3: Ever since we got.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Those, people have had the power to say whatever they
- 0:25Speaker 2: want into them, and wellness influencers have taken this full throttle.
- 0:30Speaker 4: Wellness is a fifty billion dollar industry at least, I bet,
- 0:34Speaker 4: and these people are making a lot of that money.
- 0:38Speaker 5: So get ready to get healthy and clear that gut.
- 0:42Speaker 5: Let's listen in.
- 0:47Speaker 4: Wow, it's so fun to be here with you guys.
- 0:50Speaker 6: Wow.
- 0:50Speaker 5: This is absolutely remarkable, absolutely amazing.
- 0:55Speaker 4: Can we take a collective breath? Maybe?
- 0:57Speaker 5: Real quick?
- 0:57Speaker 4: Can we?
- 0:58Speaker 3: Yes? I would love to take a collective breath. Use
- 1:00Speaker 3: a fantastic, fantastic idea. Let's do that one, two, three,
- 1:05Speaker 3: in and out.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Is that what it sounds like when you take a
- 1:10Speaker 1: deep breath in?
- 1:11Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I actually worked on this with
- 1:14Speaker 3: a with a breath shawman. It's it, it's out.
- 1:18Speaker 5: Wow.
- 1:18Speaker 4: So I would actually love to see somebody else at
- 1:21Speaker 4: the helm of doing the breath because that was so yeah.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, So.
- 1:26Speaker 4: Let's take a one two three in one two three out.
- 1:33Speaker 3: That sounds like you have too much air?
- 1:34Speaker 5: Yeah that felt Yeah, that felt felt wow, amazingly releaseful.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll go for it because I usually breathe in
- 1:41Speaker 1: with my nose one two, three and out through the mouth.
- 1:48Speaker 5: I really liked that.
- 1:49Speaker 4: That was amazing. How long did it take you to
- 1:51Speaker 4: learn how to say out to the mouth while you
- 1:52Speaker 4: had air in your lugs?
- 1:53Speaker 1: Oh it pretty pretty quick.
- 1:55Speaker 5: I can tell you're a freaking pro.
- 1:57Speaker 1: I believe the only people that can actually take deep
- 1:59Speaker 1: breaths are people who have had children.
- 2:01Speaker 5: Wow. Huge, And we're already starting on our fun ideas well.
- 2:10Speaker 5: I would like to now lead you all into a breath,
- 2:14Speaker 5: and here we go.
- 2:17Speaker 6: One two, Oh my god, three in and breathe in
- 2:27Speaker 6: that sweet, sweet chocolate air. And hold you say, chocolate air,
- 2:33Speaker 6: chocolate air. The air should should remind you.
- 2:37Speaker 5: And please like chocolate. There's a certain chocolate energy out there.
- 2:41Speaker 5: And hold and hold and chocolate and hold and hold
- 2:47Speaker 5: and hold, and now we're gonna breathe in again.
- 2:50Speaker 3: And oh my god, I can't do more.
- 2:57Speaker 5: Absolutely unbelievable, unbelievable, unbelievab.
- 3:01Speaker 2: You guys breathe so much slower than I ever have
- 3:04Speaker 2: ever even tried.
- 3:05Speaker 5: I was honestly one of the fastest breaths I've ever taken.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Really.
- 3:08Speaker 5: Yeah, it's amazing how people can lead different paths and
- 3:14Speaker 5: lead different energies. And I think that that's only something
- 3:19Speaker 5: mothers can understand, is that light understanding of energy?
- 3:23Speaker 1: Wait, so that's what I said.
- 3:24Speaker 5: So mothers and people that are plugged into the ether.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Oh, I felt like that was some of my original
- 3:31Speaker 1: content that you kind of just took.
- 3:33Speaker 5: I'm pretty sure I came up with that, and I'm
- 3:35Speaker 5: pretty sure I came up with it. Right now, why
- 3:36Speaker 5: don't we go around and say our names and introduce
- 3:41Speaker 5: what we do. Who would like to start?
- 3:44Speaker 4: I'm happy to start. Do you want a jacket or
- 3:46Speaker 4: eating at all?
- 3:46Speaker 5: No?
- 3:47Speaker 4: No?
- 3:47Speaker 5: No? Are you relaxed?
- 3:49Speaker 4: Yeah? Yeah? Yeah yeah. My name is Cody ack Bear
- 3:54Speaker 4: c O. D Y Dash aka Slash b A r E.
- 3:57Speaker 4: I am a I am a a wellness influencer. I
- 4:01Speaker 4: am am a huge advocate of cold Plunge and I
- 4:05Speaker 4: love cold plunch.
- 4:08Speaker 3: Did you take one today?
- 4:09Speaker 4: I took one just now, yeah, and it's been so nice.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Get one backstage.
- 4:14Speaker 4: So I am originating the business of the mobile cold Plunge,
- 4:20Speaker 4: and I am selling it right now, and get the
- 4:23Speaker 4: Kodiak Bear Cold Plunge on the go.
- 4:27Speaker 7: I'm wondering body shaped or like gourts, like gogurt, and
- 4:33Speaker 7: explain that a little bit what that means. So it's
- 4:36Speaker 7: like go gourt because it's cold plunge in your pocket.
- 4:38Speaker 7: So it's a really really really really cold water that
- 4:41Speaker 7: you can carry with you, and the plunge comes from above,
- 4:43Speaker 7: so you just get to kind.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Of pour it on yourself.
- 4:45Speaker 1: I hate to just like spout out more wisdom right
- 4:48Speaker 1: at you. Sure, but it feels as if, like I
- 4:52Speaker 1: know that the act of cold plunging is taking deep
- 4:54Speaker 1: breaths and being really grounded, and it feels as if
- 4:57Speaker 1: you aren't breathing almost at all.
- 4:59Speaker 4: No, no, no, I'm breathing. I'm breathing in my own
- 5:01Speaker 4: special way. Underwater breathing is different because underwater it's it's
- 5:06Speaker 4: almost like underwater breathing is it's kind of like your
- 5:11Speaker 4: you know, somebody wearing red in a in a in
- 5:14Speaker 4: a in a party where someone's wearing only white you know,
- 5:17Speaker 4: it's kind.
- 5:17Speaker 5: Of that didn't really mean Sorry, no, do you.
- 5:23Speaker 4: Guys get that?
- 5:23Speaker 1: Sorry, peaks and valleys.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Sorry, I'm just coming down. So it's like it's just
- 5:27Speaker 4: been a lot.
- 5:28Speaker 5: I was wondering why the green room was so sopping
- 5:31Speaker 5: wet and chill, and now I see you. Well, it's
- 5:34Speaker 5: just important.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Cold cold punches mean clarity, right, Cold punges mean you
- 5:38Speaker 4: can figure things out. Cold plunges. You have a moment
- 5:40Speaker 4: where it's I call it a brain scream, where you
- 5:44Speaker 4: get in the water and you realize, oh, I should
- 5:47Speaker 4: have worked harder on that test and fourth grade you
- 5:49Speaker 4: get this thought. You haven't thought.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Have you had any like profound brain screams recently?
- 5:55Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm happy to talk about them. I had a
- 5:57Speaker 4: brain scream recently that was just like, oh, lizards and
- 6:00Speaker 4: birds would get along if they spoke the same language.
- 6:02Speaker 4: Like that's the kind of stuff.
- 6:04Speaker 3: So that's kind of like random sauce. You came up
- 6:06Speaker 3: with that in the cold plus so.
- 6:07Speaker 4: I actually think it's brilliant. I don't think it's random.
- 6:09Speaker 4: I think it's brilliant.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Oh sorry, man, I just thought random sauce is a compliment.
- 6:13Speaker 4: Okay, where I'm from random sauce is a cussword.
- 6:16Speaker 3: Oh, I'm from Arizona and random sauce is like a huge.
- 6:19Speaker 5: Compliment Arizona tell us more, Well.
- 6:22Speaker 4: Sure, yeah, yeah, Arizona.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm from Arizona, and thank you, thank you so much.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I'm from Arizona. My name is Chuck Ribs. I'm a high.
- 6:32Speaker 8: Performance alpha male and I originated the I originated the
- 6:38Speaker 8: Nesley toll House raw cookie diet, so I eat a
- 6:42Speaker 8: raw Neslei Tollhouse chocolate chip cookies that come.
- 6:45Speaker 3: In the fridge.
- 6:45Speaker 2: And since then I've gotten sort of fucking huge and
- 6:50Speaker 2: absolutely massive.
- 6:51Speaker 4: And I size you're built, Yeah, you're buff.
- 6:55Speaker 5: Yeah, I think that's what they were saying.
- 6:57Speaker 3: Oh, it's kind of like a double wise Yeah, well yeah, actually, dude,
- 7:01Speaker 3: that's like a double entendre. It's absolutely that, so do
- 7:06Speaker 3: it's like a double entendre. I'm huge.
- 7:08Speaker 2: I'm huge on the internet and I'm huge, like physically,
- 7:11Speaker 2: I'm jacked taking up most of that chair.
- 7:14Speaker 4: Like, yeah, you're one of those guys that's so big
- 7:17Speaker 4: it looks like your traps are actual shoulders of a
- 7:19Speaker 4: man stuck inside of a giant man.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, And I like it's tough for me
- 7:24Speaker 2: to kind of like go down the street and like
- 7:25Speaker 2: move in this way because people people keep asking me
- 7:29Speaker 2: to uh hold them to do push ups on because
- 7:33Speaker 2: I'm so hysibally strong and so obviously that way.
- 7:35Speaker 5: And it's completely natural.
- 7:36Speaker 2: It's completely all Toll House chocolate ship cookies all morning, noon,
- 7:41Speaker 2: and night. I wake up at three am. I mean,
- 7:42Speaker 2: we can get into our daily routines later. I'm sure
- 7:44Speaker 2: we'll talk about that for about forty hours.
- 7:47Speaker 1: I love to fog each hower together.
- 7:50Speaker 3: But I'm so excited to be here with you, guys.
- 7:52Speaker 2: I dropped out of electrical engineering school and I yeah, so,
- 7:57Speaker 2: but I found something so much more awesome and so
- 7:59Speaker 2: much more random sauce than that. So it's been amazing
- 8:02Speaker 2: and I can't wait to can't wait to.
- 8:04Speaker 3: Get into it.
- 8:05Speaker 5: That's unbelievable, unbelievable. It's so exciting for you, and I'm
- 8:09Speaker 5: so proud of you. I know we don't know each
- 8:11Speaker 5: other very well, but I just feel like there's something
- 8:15Speaker 5: about you.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Well, Arizona, what a feat.
- 8:17Speaker 5: I know, it's just amazing.
- 8:19Speaker 3: Well, thank you so much.
- 8:20Speaker 2: I mean, I also have like three million followers. I
- 8:22Speaker 2: don't think being from Arizona is like my top.
- 8:24Speaker 5: Thing amazing that you're from Arizona.
- 8:27Speaker 2: But I think I think I have you know, I've
- 8:30Speaker 2: like been on TV and stuff.
- 8:31Speaker 3: I think I've just done more than you're from Arizona.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Tell us more about Well, can I just to change
- 8:37Speaker 4: a subject really quick because I want to talk about
- 8:39Speaker 4: you guys. I know you guys. I found out in
- 8:42Speaker 4: the green room that you guys aren't the same person.
- 8:45Speaker 4: I thought you guys were the same account.
- 8:47Speaker 5: No, yes, we we get this a lot that we
- 8:51Speaker 5: look and feel and sound very very very similar, but
- 8:56Speaker 5: we actually have never met until this one moment here.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it's so interesting. In our industry, we
- 9:05Speaker 1: all make our own stuff and nothing is like another.
- 9:08Speaker 1: I would never say that Billy Joel sounds like Phil Collins.
- 9:10Speaker 4: Would I actually would have lot the drums of similar
- 9:13Speaker 4: that you.
- 9:15Speaker 5: I would never say those two sounds similar. They feel
- 9:18Speaker 5: so diametrically opposed.
- 9:20Speaker 4: What do you mean? Like like I would say Benson
- 9:21Speaker 4: Boone and imagine dragons sound very similar.
- 9:23Speaker 5: And see, I don't even hear what you're even considering there,
- 9:27Speaker 5: because Benson Boone is wholly individual, a collection of cells
- 9:33Speaker 5: and a collection of energy, while imagine dragons is another
- 9:37Speaker 5: collection of cells and energy.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Can't you sort of hear these beautiful things that I've done?
- 9:43Speaker 3: Sale Like, it's sort.
- 9:44Speaker 5: Of that, And so Sale is Chuck Ridgeways.
- 9:54Speaker 4: Just turning the girl talk over there for a seconds.
- 9:59Speaker 5: Look, I'm sorry, we'll talk from me. Thousands, that would
- 10:03Speaker 5: I contain multitudes?
- 10:04Speaker 1: No, but we are different accounts, different people, and please
- 10:07Speaker 1: tell me what you do.
- 10:08Speaker 5: Oh, so everybody, I'm Sue Guru Johnson. Uh, Sir Guru Johnson.
- 10:14Speaker 3: Oh you were knighted.
- 10:16Speaker 5: I was knighted by myself. Yes, and so it's such
- 10:23Speaker 5: an interesting So what happened was I went to Electric
- 10:29Speaker 5: Daisy Carnival one year and a bunch of mushrooms and
- 10:34Speaker 5: I had an ego death. My original name is Ralphie.
- 10:38Speaker 5: And I saw this sign somebody was helding up Ralphie
- 10:40Speaker 5: is dead, and I thought, I'm dead. It's now time
- 10:45Speaker 5: to step in.
- 10:45Speaker 3: Why were they holding up that side?
- 10:47Speaker 5: It turns out one.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Of you just let him get through it.
- 10:50Speaker 3: I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. If someone were holding a
- 10:53Speaker 3: sign that said Chuck Ribs is dead, I would.
- 10:55Speaker 5: Like want an absolute ego death. Now I learned that
- 10:57Speaker 5: dead mouse was playing and one of his hit songs
- 11:00Speaker 5: as Ralphie is Dead. But in that moment, I completely died.
- 11:05Speaker 5: I saw my life flash before me. I said a prayer,
- 11:10Speaker 5: I had a funeral, I had an obituary, and I
- 11:14Speaker 5: and I became sir Guru. And that's the beauty of
- 11:18Speaker 5: a world like this is that we think life is
- 11:22Speaker 5: here and here. But what I've learned is life is
- 11:24Speaker 5: actually a little bit more like this here here, here, here,
- 11:27Speaker 5: here and here, and death is actually a little bit
- 11:29Speaker 5: more like this here here, here, here, here here here.
- 11:31Speaker 3: Now I'm so sorry when you said life is like
- 11:33Speaker 3: here and here. Do you mean like shooting a phone?
- 11:35Speaker 4: Like?
- 11:36Speaker 5: Is this what you're That's exactly what I meant, like
- 11:38Speaker 5: life is captured by the phone. And what I learned
- 11:42Speaker 5: is actually life is a little bit more webby.
- 11:44Speaker 4: Can I ask you showed us life and death, can
- 11:46Speaker 4: you show us what marriage looks like?
- 11:47Speaker 5: So marriage for.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Me is like this the audio listener.
- 11:51Speaker 5: People think marriage is like fingers locking, but actually marriage
- 11:56Speaker 5: is a little bit more like this and that. From me,
- 11:59Speaker 5: this is the symbiotic bond of personhood.
- 12:01Speaker 4: What's lunch looks like to you?
- 12:03Speaker 5: So lunch is like this a mom, that's what people think.
- 12:10Speaker 5: Call you sir guru or what's Johnston? So I would
- 12:13Speaker 5: like sir Guru Johnston actually full.
- 12:15Speaker 4: Sir Johnson questions and look like.
- 12:19Speaker 3: I also have a billigand questions.
- 12:24Speaker 5: Okay, So people think boats look like whoa, whoa, whoa,
- 12:28Speaker 5: but actually what boats actually are are up and down
- 12:32Speaker 5: and they go, that's awesome. Dentists please, so again, And
- 12:37Speaker 5: I've got millions of other things to talk about, but
- 12:41Speaker 5: so dentists for me, I think people think dentist is
- 12:45Speaker 5: oh yeah, olden, Oh you shouldn't be philosophy more. But
- 12:48Speaker 5: what dentist actually is is good teeth.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Can give you betrayal.
- 12:55Speaker 5: I'm so so again. I really want to move on.
- 12:59Speaker 5: But trail see people think what trail is this? Oh,
- 13:05Speaker 5: but what portrayal is actually is thank you, because the
- 13:11Speaker 5: betrayal is a teacher. Betrayal is a teacher trailer.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Thank you. What's music?
- 13:18Speaker 5: Okay, this is the last?
- 13:19Speaker 1: What's music?
- 13:20Speaker 3: Please?
- 13:21Speaker 5: So music? People think music? What people think? What people think?
- 13:27Speaker 3: This is an important part. I do need to know
- 13:29Speaker 3: what people think about it.
- 13:30Speaker 4: I was curious about music.
- 13:31Speaker 3: I don't know what you're talking about.
- 13:34Speaker 5: What people think and what people get from music is huh,
- 13:37Speaker 5: but what music actually is is oho plug in.
- 13:47Speaker 4: And so what's your what's your product?
- 13:49Speaker 1: What about corn Dog?
- 13:51Speaker 3: Your product?
- 13:52Speaker 5: So it's so corn Dog and this is the last one,
- 13:56Speaker 5: and I swear to God this is the last.
- 14:01Speaker 4: So people, what do people think?
- 14:08Speaker 5: And I didn't plan for this to happen. I really
- 14:10Speaker 5: didn't plan for this to happen. But people think corn
- 14:13Speaker 5: Dog is actually is That's not right.
- 14:25Speaker 3: Okay, I do want onion rings, but save it for
- 14:27Speaker 3: later only if we're good.
- 14:28Speaker 5: Yes. So my product is called Alpha New Web. It's
- 14:33Speaker 5: a shot that you take in the morning that plugs
- 14:36Speaker 5: you in for the rest of the day.
- 14:38Speaker 4: It's a caffeine Jen saying, what is it?
- 14:39Speaker 5: It's nothing. It's just mushrooms plus a little bit of
- 14:43Speaker 5: ginger and you change. It's amazing. I took it this
- 14:48Speaker 5: morning and it plugs you into another world and it
- 14:52Speaker 5: makes your brain activate unlike anything you've ever felt before.
- 14:56Speaker 4: Now.
- 14:56Speaker 5: I don't want to start a huge thing, but I
- 14:58Speaker 5: don't like vaccines. This is doing the work that vaccines.
- 15:05Speaker 5: Would you take this every morning? Your brain turns on
- 15:08Speaker 5: and it's turning on the fuke per Femen the fuke
- 15:12Speaker 5: per Feyman is a spiritual part of your brain that
- 15:15Speaker 5: actually the chakra sends signals to the rest of your
- 15:18Speaker 5: brain to fight any disease that would be fought with vaccines.
- 15:21Speaker 4: So who named that part of the brain, because most
- 15:23Speaker 4: of the brain is named in Latin sounds.
- 15:26Speaker 5: The was named by doctor Richard Defaan. He is a monk.
- 15:33Speaker 3: Shot, you're a friend of yours.
- 15:37Speaker 4: He's a monk.
- 15:39Speaker 5: I do a lot of work with. He lives on
- 15:41Speaker 5: the Great Lakes. He's a he is a doctor. He's
- 15:48Speaker 5: a monk shaman, and he is so plugged in. I
- 15:57Speaker 5: gotta send you guys his blogs.
- 15:59Speaker 4: They are he uses the computer. He's a doctor Bunk.
- 16:02Speaker 5: He has a blog, so he doesn't use his computer,
- 16:04Speaker 5: but his young wife does.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Remember that Disney Channel show Doctor Bunk with the blog.
- 16:12Speaker 5: But I've taken up so much time.
- 16:16Speaker 3: With the blog.
- 16:20Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, and thank you for letting me take up
- 16:23Speaker 5: the space right there.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 16:24Speaker 4: I don't think we had a choice. What's yours?
- 16:26Speaker 5: Yeah, So we share a lot of similaritis.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Our accounts are always linked, but I would say that
- 16:31Speaker 1: they're not.
- 16:32Speaker 5: They're so different once you get into the actual.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Really are I'm Siri Guru Johnston Siri Guru Johnston Don Johnson.
- 16:44Speaker 1: So a lot of people think our accounts are the same,
- 16:46Speaker 1: but you're sir Johnson and Johnson and any.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Connection to Siri at all or is that just okay?
- 16:55Speaker 5: Given name and you can hear her that it's tonal,
- 16:58Speaker 5: it's tonal And.
- 16:59Speaker 4: You guys just think you also you have the same extensions,
- 17:01Speaker 4: So I think that's what's similar to me. Do you
- 17:03Speaker 4: guys know the funny?
- 17:04Speaker 5: These are natural and minor natural too?
- 17:06Speaker 3: Oh are they? You guys have natural clip all clips?
- 17:09Speaker 3: They are different colors than your regular hair, so I just.
- 17:12Speaker 5: Absolutely I've never touched them.
- 17:15Speaker 1: So so you these are natural clip ons.
- 17:18Speaker 5: They're natural, They're absolutely natural.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Okay, Yeah, but yeah, so I'm Siri for sure. I am,
- 17:31Speaker 1: I I do. It's so funny. I don't know about
- 17:33Speaker 1: you guys. I wasn't originally like out to be a
- 17:35Speaker 1: wellness influencer. I just cook for my kids. I just cook,
- 17:40Speaker 1: and I think I should. We should be able to
- 17:41Speaker 1: make snacks for our kids that aren't processed.
- 17:45Speaker 4: Yeah, aren't covered? Oh I love people like you that
- 17:49Speaker 4: talk like that. Yeah, yeah, I love that.
- 17:53Speaker 1: We should have cheese. Its that aren't covered and stuff.
- 17:57Speaker 3: Gosh, I love I love being around it.
- 18:00Speaker 4: You feel disgusted, Yes, it makes me feel like.
- 18:03Speaker 3: The judgment is just like so palpable. It's like awesome,
- 18:06Speaker 3: but you're smiling, so it doesn't catch.
- 18:07Speaker 4: She's not leaving her yard, but she's throwing flames in
- 18:10Speaker 4: your direction.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Yeah, Like it's so funny that I just filmed myself
- 18:15Speaker 1: making sour straws that didn't have a lot of bad stuff.
- 18:18Speaker 4: And she talks about herself. That makes me feel bad
- 18:20Speaker 4: about myself.
- 18:21Speaker 3: And I know it has nothing to do with me.
- 18:22Speaker 3: I don't have any kids, Like it really does not
- 18:25Speaker 3: concern me, but it's really really hurting a lot.
- 18:29Speaker 1: And I think it just blew up from there, Like
- 18:31Speaker 1: I just all I do is what my life and
- 18:33Speaker 1: my kids we do things a little differently, and for
- 18:36Speaker 1: some reason that blew up and is called wellness. Like
- 18:38Speaker 1: sometimes I don't have my kids watch a lot of TV.
- 18:41Speaker 4: Well, you know what you do have and what you
- 18:43Speaker 4: make them do is you make me eat chalk. And
- 18:45Speaker 4: I think that's so interesting. And why do you do
- 18:47Speaker 4: ma chalk? You make your own chalk at home?
- 18:50Speaker 1: Yeah, it's it's it's flower and electrolytes, and you roll
- 18:54Speaker 1: them up, and you roll it up, and you roll
- 18:57Speaker 1: it up. You put it in the fridge, take it
- 18:58Speaker 1: out of the fridge, put it on your stove, put
- 19:00Speaker 1: it back in the fridge. To get out of the fridge,
- 19:02Speaker 1: put it back in the fridge.
- 19:03Speaker 4: It's that easy.
- 19:04Speaker 5: Roll it up and can I can? I can? We
- 19:06Speaker 5: also talk about one of my favorite things is your
- 19:10Speaker 5: kitchen is so unique. It feels so old. But also
- 19:14Speaker 5: everything in that kitchen is worth what ten thousand dollars?
- 19:19Speaker 1: There's not really a big difference between like an actual
- 19:24Speaker 1: just flame and a stove.
- 19:25Speaker 4: Yeah, you use the actual stove that Sylvia Plath killed
- 19:29Speaker 4: herself in, and I just I.
- 19:36Speaker 1: It was an oven.
- 19:37Speaker 4: Wait wait can we.
- 19:39Speaker 3: I love that video where you introduce the stove before
- 19:42Speaker 3: you make some muddy buddies. Can we play that?
- 19:47Speaker 1: So all we're gonna do is take these money buddies
- 19:49Speaker 1: and you're just gonna roll them up really nice, put
- 19:52Speaker 1: it on the cookie sheet, and then stick it in
- 19:54Speaker 1: this Sylvia Plath died in this oven. This oven is
- 20:00Speaker 1: dated back to the early sixteenth century, and it just
- 20:04Speaker 1: cooks my kids snacks without any toxins. Swipe up it's.
- 20:10Speaker 4: Just so crazy because it's the gas killed her, you know.
- 20:13Speaker 1: So it's because yeah, she was a human and those
- 20:15Speaker 1: are nutty bodies.
- 20:16Speaker 3: Great, right, right, Yeah, But.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Anyway, it's so funny that our accounts are always linked,
- 20:20Speaker 1: and it's finally we get to like.
- 20:21Speaker 5: We finally get to disperse the the theial tie that
- 20:27Speaker 5: our accounts have together to start a new web somewhere else.
- 20:31Speaker 5: And it's actually really exciting to be at that place.
- 20:33Speaker 4: So I'd love to talk about wellness influencers and misconceptions
- 20:38Speaker 4: because I think a lot of us deal with you know,
- 20:40Speaker 4: there's a certain way that melt Wellen's influence are perceived,
- 20:44Speaker 4: and I just wanted to talk a little bit about that,
- 20:46Speaker 4: Like what do you hate?
- 20:47Speaker 2: You know, well, I think I mean, for example, like
- 20:50Speaker 2: and I'm not shaming anybody, but like I think there's
- 20:53Speaker 2: this perception that we're all anti vacs.
- 20:55Speaker 3: I myself in very pro vacs.
- 20:57Speaker 2: And I take the penicillin shot five times a day,
- 21:00Speaker 2: so I'm taking a lot of vaccines.
- 21:03Speaker 1: I'm so glad you said that because you stand for
- 21:05Speaker 1: one of the influencers that isn't is anti vax, right,
- 21:09Speaker 1: and you have your like I make my own visor.
- 21:13Speaker 3: I make it with you make your own, your own
- 21:16Speaker 3: pfisor your own corporation.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Whoop, what is No?
- 21:21Speaker 3: You're right if I make a mad or just so,
- 21:24Speaker 3: I couldn't crack that one.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Oh so the MR M N R is different, but
- 21:30Speaker 1: I think but like, I just want to join you
- 21:32Speaker 1: in that. I am pro vax. I'm just not pro
- 21:34Speaker 1: bax that they're making right.
- 21:35Speaker 4: Oh yeah, and wax fax, which is anything that lacrosse
- 21:39Speaker 4: people use their vaccinations on their physicals and stuff like that.
- 21:43Speaker 4: That's what I can and and you know what's interesting
- 21:44Speaker 4: about wax fax. So when you jump in the water
- 21:49Speaker 4: what I have talked about in cold plunges, things leave.
- 21:53Speaker 4: You know, everyone's trying to go. It's and everything must go.
- 21:55Speaker 4: It's a fire sale because your body is like and
- 21:59Speaker 4: I'm serious, And I have a video of this. I've
- 22:02Speaker 4: thrown up R S V out of my body. I
- 22:04Speaker 4: think we have the video, Yeah, we do.
- 22:09Speaker 5: You've been in for two seconds on hold on.
- 22:14Speaker 2: I think I like this little life.
- 22:17Speaker 5: I love the song choice of that.
- 22:19Speaker 3: Thank you so much. I love it. I think it's wrong.
- 22:23Speaker 4: My wife, my wife was in there too. If you
- 22:25Speaker 4: guys heard my wife she's so wonderful and and and
- 22:28Speaker 4: she's my guiding light. I love her so much. She's
- 22:31Speaker 4: so little and she's I can just hold her all
- 22:35Speaker 4: the time.
- 22:36Speaker 5: And I don't want to, you know, go off on
- 22:37Speaker 5: a huge tangent, because I would literally fight to the
- 22:40Speaker 5: death about how you guys use vaccines. But what i'd
- 22:43Speaker 5: actually like to talk about.
- 22:44Speaker 2: The listener from that, you know, yeah, we won't just
- 22:47Speaker 2: we don't have to bury the hatchet.
- 22:48Speaker 3: Man, I'll, i'll, i'll. We can talk after, we.
- 22:51Speaker 4: Can talk after. And also, you won, right like RFK Junior,
- 22:54Speaker 4: you actually.
- 22:54Speaker 3: Won, and they're not even gonna work anymore actually, because
- 22:58Speaker 3: we're not going to so you want so congrats man,
- 23:02Speaker 3: congrats on the big win.
- 23:03Speaker 1: And we can we could just leave it at that.
- 23:05Speaker 5: If you think RFK answers everything I'm asking for, you're
- 23:08Speaker 5: dead wrong.
- 23:09Speaker 3: I'll go around. What are we asking?
- 23:12Speaker 5: What are your demands to rfkjor you're dead wrong. I
- 23:17Speaker 5: don't want to get into it, but I'm asking for
- 23:19Speaker 5: a lot more.
- 23:20Speaker 3: Okay, I do want to hear what everyone is asking.
- 23:24Speaker 5: Because we all have a direct line, right, Because once
- 23:26Speaker 5: you get a million followers and you're as influencer line
- 23:30Speaker 5: he d MS you. He does most the first one
- 23:32Speaker 5: is always accidentally out of his pocket.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Thank you for telling me to check my hidden request.
- 23:36Speaker 5: I said, check your hidden requests. R is in there,
- 23:39Speaker 5: and it does look like a scam.
- 23:41Speaker 3: He doesn't.
- 23:41Speaker 4: All right, you're on.
- 23:46Speaker 3: It's like and.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Same time, right when I think we should. I was
- 23:56Speaker 1: going to ask if we want to ask what we
- 23:58Speaker 1: ask R Junior? Or I was going to ask what
- 24:00Speaker 1: everyone's I like this little life TikTok is because.
- 24:03Speaker 4: We're all mad.
- 24:04Speaker 5: Oh yeah, that's really great.
- 24:07Speaker 4: We are sound template that would like to use over
- 24:09Speaker 4: and over and over again to sell the same thing.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, chuck, what about Yeah?
- 24:13Speaker 2: Okay, well I can just play mine and then I'm
- 24:15Speaker 2: sure the song will just play.
- 24:16Speaker 3: When it's when it's in it great?
- 24:18Speaker 4: What's videos?
- 24:20Speaker 2: I mean, every every video of mine is just sort
- 24:22Speaker 2: of like an authentic slice of my own personal life.
- 24:24Speaker 3: So I think you'll you'll get it from like what
- 24:26Speaker 3: when is happening?
- 24:27Speaker 4: Let's see it?
- 24:27Speaker 3: High performance alpha males listen up, wake up at three
- 24:30Speaker 3: forty five a m. Put cookies in the oven, run
- 24:35Speaker 3: back and forth ten times.
- 24:37Speaker 1: Friend, where have you been?
- 24:40Speaker 2: No cookie from the oven? Removed cookie from the oven.
- 24:45Speaker 2: You never turn on the oven. High performance alpha males
- 24:48Speaker 2: do not need to turn on the oven. High performance
- 24:50Speaker 2: alpha males go to bed again.
- 24:55Speaker 5: Wow that was so good.
- 24:57Speaker 3: Thanks, thanks so much. Just sort of just like an
- 24:59Speaker 3: authentic size of like my that's.
- 25:02Speaker 5: Literally that's all you do to get fit, Like that's
- 25:05Speaker 5: your cooking.
- 25:06Speaker 3: Yeah, I put it in the oven. I don't fake out.
- 25:08Speaker 5: I don't tell you I'm right, you're not.
- 25:12Speaker 3: No, wait, dude, absolutely not check.
- 25:15Speaker 1: I don't. I don't want to argue, like we said, like,
- 25:17Speaker 1: I don't want to argue, but like what if I
- 25:18Speaker 1: told you that Nesle's toll house isn't really a toll
- 25:22Speaker 1: house but a factory.
- 25:25Speaker 3: I'm sorry. Look, you can kind of say whatever you
- 25:29Speaker 3: want about your personal domain, but if you talk shoot
- 25:33Speaker 3: about Nelstilly Nestlie Toehouse cookies, I think I'm actually gonna
- 25:37Speaker 3: freak out.
- 25:37Speaker 4: There's no way you don't know. I mean, they come
- 25:39Speaker 4: in plastic tubs, so.
- 25:41Speaker 3: They're all natural. They're filled with electrolytes and natural muscle
- 25:45Speaker 3: building proteins.
- 25:46Speaker 1: You're filled with electrolytes unless you acuracne.
- 25:51Speaker 3: It's not with garrosene to make your skin glow. It
- 25:55Speaker 3: has every ingredient needed for a male to perform at
- 25:58Speaker 3: his best. You know, a retinal all as well.
- 26:01Speaker 2: It's it's the it's the most natural source of every
- 26:05Speaker 2: item on the food pyramid that you're gonna find. And
- 26:08Speaker 2: if you come for it, I will freak out.
- 26:10Speaker 4: Got it?
- 26:11Speaker 1: Okay?
- 26:12Speaker 4: What sound do you use, sir Goo Johnston?
- 26:14Speaker 5: Yeah, well, maybe I'll just play one of my clips
- 26:16Speaker 5: and you'll you'll get to see it first hand. Great, Okay,
- 26:21Speaker 5: here it is. Uh, here is a clip about me
- 26:24Speaker 5: doing a little telepathy exercise with my viewers. Now must
- 26:30Speaker 5: stay and as we always say, howdy hello, Ola, ho Ah,
- 26:37Speaker 5: I'm thinking of an animal. Now dig a deep breath
- 26:40Speaker 5: in and you will believe if you look deep into
- 26:44Speaker 5: my eyes, you'll have the animal too.
- 26:48Speaker 4: Glinda alphaba ala and I'm a witch?
- 26:54Speaker 3: Which which is? Which is?
- 26:55Speaker 4: Which?
- 26:58Speaker 3: Oh?
- 26:58Speaker 4: Great, that's a good ques.
- 27:00Speaker 3: I love that song. Choice.
- 27:01Speaker 5: Sure I am going to school Rhino. So that was
- 27:08Speaker 5: an amazing video and you actually would not believe how
- 27:12Speaker 5: many people were thinking rhino. And that is the amazing
- 27:15Speaker 5: thing about telepathy via phones is you can actually plug
- 27:20Speaker 5: something into yourself and you can actually people always say
- 27:24Speaker 5: it's just because you have so many views that you
- 27:27Speaker 5: know a portion of them are gonna naturally think rhino.
- 27:29Speaker 5: But actually what's happening is we are interconnecting through an
- 27:33Speaker 5: interscope that the world is putting us together.
- 27:38Speaker 1: And did you just pick wicked because it was trending?
- 27:40Speaker 5: I accidentally had it that sound. So a lot of
- 27:43Speaker 5: my tiktoks I can't figure out how to get rid
- 27:45Speaker 5: of this sound. An automatic popular one will come up.
- 27:49Speaker 4: Well, what's your SII gu rouge on stem And.
- 27:51Speaker 5: We're so different, it's just crazy, we really are.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll play one. This is one of my big ones.
- 27:56Speaker 1: That's just me making sacks for my kids. My little
- 28:01Speaker 1: seven year old had a hunkering for pretzel sticks, so
- 28:03Speaker 1: I made some organic pretzel out of foot Cotcha bread.
- 28:06Speaker 4: So fast forward, fast forward is so fast.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Here I am pulling out the bread all day every day.
- 28:12Speaker 3: Therapist Mother made.
- 28:18Speaker 1: Organic, so you never lift off.
- 28:23Speaker 5: I've never heard that sound before.
- 28:26Speaker 3: Are you serious?
- 28:27Speaker 2: That?
- 28:28Speaker 5: Okay?
- 28:30Speaker 3: Are you ding me? And I okay? I feel like
- 28:32Speaker 3: I'm living in an alternate universe because that's on everything
- 28:35Speaker 3: I watch? Can you all day? Every day?
- 28:39Speaker 8: Therapist Mother made fits than a virgin fists and a
- 28:43Speaker 8: virgin as a.
- 28:45Speaker 4: Finger finger never once.
- 28:50Speaker 5: Unbelievable.
- 28:51Speaker 2: I hate to out you guys as not feminists because
- 28:54Speaker 2: that is sort of like a feminist anthem.
- 28:56Speaker 3: I watch a lot of women. Okay, sorry, that's awesome.
- 29:00Speaker 5: This is so interesting actually, Like what are you guys watching?
- 29:04Speaker 5: Like what's coming up on your Maybe we just do
- 29:06Speaker 5: a day to day and talk about our day, and
- 29:08Speaker 5: I also if you watch videos in that day, because
- 29:11Speaker 5: we're all content creators. I mean, I don't know how
- 29:14Speaker 5: much you guys are spending on the app, but mean
- 29:16Speaker 5: very little to almost none, very little to almost none.
- 29:26Speaker 2: If you like this podcast, we also have a live
- 29:28Speaker 2: show that we did a couple months ago at the
- 29:30Speaker 2: Beautiful Dynasty Typewriter that you can rent on Dynasty dot tv.
- 29:35Speaker 2: And when you rent that show, you'll get a discount
- 29:38Speaker 2: on our Patreon details below.
- 29:40Speaker 3: We'll see you there.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Just go through our days, like let's start, what does
- 29:46Speaker 1: everybody wake up? What would you first do?
- 29:49Speaker 4: Well? Six am, cold lunch and then I get out
- 29:52Speaker 4: and I dry off, and then I jump back in
- 29:54Speaker 4: because I missed anything, and then I come back out
- 29:56Speaker 4: and then I kind of get to work. I work
- 29:58Speaker 4: at alcon I make contact lens solution cleaner and and
- 30:05Speaker 4: I it's a cleaner for the solution, so so you
- 30:09Speaker 4: can reuse the solution. So I'm over there. I live
- 30:12Speaker 4: in Dallas, So then I come back, can I ask.
- 30:14Speaker 1: You, Yeah, where are you getting your ice?
- 30:16Speaker 4: My ice? I locally source it from. Uh, this place
- 30:20Speaker 4: called Chubby's to Go. It's a it's a it's a
- 30:23Speaker 4: drive through. It's a drive through Dallas liquor store.
- 30:27Speaker 3: Ice.
- 30:28Speaker 4: You know, it is important purity, but water is cleansing
- 30:31Speaker 4: at the end of the day, so so the the
- 30:35Speaker 4: bad stuff goes away. And so it doesn't matter where
- 30:37Speaker 4: the ice comes from. It just matters that it comes
- 30:40Speaker 4: into you, you know. And that's what I always say.
- 30:42Speaker 4: It doesn't matter where you come from, as long as
- 30:44Speaker 4: you come into me.
- 30:46Speaker 2: And have you ever been scouted for that TV show
- 30:49Speaker 2: My Strange Addiction.
- 30:51Speaker 4: No, because I'm an influencer. I'm a wellness influencer. I'm
- 30:53Speaker 4: a professional. You know.
- 30:55Speaker 2: It's just the pattern of the frequency the cold punches
- 30:57Speaker 2: is kind of indicating sort of like an addiction to
- 31:00Speaker 2: like an interesting thing.
- 31:01Speaker 3: And I think would be awesome to see all that shows.
- 31:03Speaker 4: It's not in the dank shit. It's a professional endeavor.
- 31:06Speaker 4: You know, you don't go to somebody who runs a
- 31:08Speaker 4: Betty Boot museum and say I wanted you on my
- 31:09Speaker 4: strange addiction. That man is just a professional who runs
- 31:12Speaker 4: a Betty Boot museum. And that's my father, so it
- 31:16Speaker 4: doesn't matter.
- 31:17Speaker 3: I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I mean to overstep.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Well, now we're getting into your family history. He feels
- 31:20Speaker 1: a little.
- 31:21Speaker 4: I'm just saying, if other people in my family are
- 31:23Speaker 4: allowed to be into things, I can be into things. Okay,
- 31:26Speaker 4: And growing up competing with Betty Boop is not as
- 31:28Speaker 4: easy as you might imagine.
- 31:29Speaker 5: By the way, I can't imagine it's easy at all.
- 31:31Speaker 4: It's an impossible standard.
- 31:32Speaker 5: You're so layered.
- 31:33Speaker 4: It's an impossible standard. She's not even a real woman yet.
- 31:38Speaker 4: She has a cookie jar. I don't want to keep talking.
- 31:42Speaker 4: She has a cookie jar.
- 31:44Speaker 5: So that was an awesome breakdown. You your day awesome.
- 31:48Speaker 1: Well, we're all starting with her mornings, so let's.
- 31:50Speaker 5: Okay, let's just talk about the morning. That is wonderful.
- 31:53Speaker 5: I am up before the dawn, I slowly rise, wearing
- 31:59Speaker 5: my kimono fully nude.
- 32:02Speaker 4: Oh so, whch is it?
- 32:07Speaker 5: So? I'm wearing my kimono fully nude.
- 32:12Speaker 4: So are you currently wearing your clothes fully nude? So
- 32:14Speaker 4: is that how you describe wearing.
- 32:15Speaker 5: I would say, yes, I'm wearing shorts, I'm wearing pants
- 32:18Speaker 5: and a sweater and underwear fully nude. So I wear
- 32:23Speaker 5: my kimono fully nude. And for the first two hours,
- 32:27Speaker 5: I'm just presenting. So presenting for me is a way
- 32:31Speaker 5: to let the sun and the light in. And what
- 32:34Speaker 5: you want to do is present every part of your
- 32:36Speaker 5: body to the chakra to as I like to call it, Chunu.
- 32:41Speaker 5: Chunu is a spirit god that a lot of people
- 32:43Speaker 5: are not seeing. But if you let Chunu in by
- 32:46Speaker 5: presenting two hours in the morning, Chunu can actually raise
- 32:49Speaker 5: your testosterone. He can raise your ability to think and
- 32:54Speaker 5: raise your ability to plug into what's actually going on.
- 32:57Speaker 5: So after presenting, you know every part of me enus,
- 33:00Speaker 5: my penus.
- 33:05Speaker 1: Exactly did you say your penus.
- 33:07Speaker 5: My penus, my ausunu. I stand out on my balcony
- 33:13Speaker 5: and I have this beautiful, beautiful of view over the
- 33:16Speaker 5: Silver Lake reservoirs I present and you just really got
- 33:22Speaker 5: to thrust these of the reservoir.
- 33:24Speaker 6: You present your your ass to the Godchunu and after
- 33:30Speaker 6: that that's my first two hours.
- 33:32Speaker 5: That is from four thirty to six thirty. And I
- 33:35Speaker 5: won't bore you with the rest, but let's just say
- 33:37Speaker 5: it's taking a little bit of my alpha web alpha
- 33:40Speaker 5: new web brain. And also what I try to do
- 33:44Speaker 5: is faux journal I don't know, have you guys heard
- 33:47Speaker 5: of faux journaling?
- 33:48Speaker 4: Yeah, it's reading. It's called reading.
- 33:49Speaker 5: So you're so. We don't like to use that word anymore.
- 33:52Speaker 5: But what we're doing is, rather than journaling and writing
- 33:55Speaker 5: our thoughts down, we're journaling by taking thoughts in.
- 34:00Speaker 3: What's your favorite faue journal to read?
- 34:03Speaker 5: So I'm not reading? Sorry, sorry bad, I'm writing what's
- 34:07Speaker 5: already written in my brain.
- 34:11Speaker 3: So what like Phantom told Booth or like what are
- 34:17Speaker 3: you reading?
- 34:19Speaker 5: A lot of Chuck paul Age?
- 34:21Speaker 4: Your agent.
- 34:24Speaker 3: An actor prepares.
- 34:26Speaker 4: Children of emotionally immature adults.
- 34:28Speaker 6: What are you reading?
- 34:29Speaker 5: What you reading?
- 34:30Speaker 3: I'm glad, my mom is dad? Jeanett McCurdy, what are you?
- 34:34Speaker 3: What are you reading?
- 34:35Speaker 1: Joelostine's Kindness?
- 34:36Speaker 5: Have you heard of pemachodrins? When things fall apart? Of
- 34:41Speaker 5: course to you, I'm.
- 34:44Speaker 9: Writing that that's so interesting that that's your story When.
- 34:59Speaker 5: Things I'm phe journaling that out right now. So that's uh,
- 35:05Speaker 5: takes me to feed time, and feed time is we'll
- 35:09Speaker 5: talk about feed in.
- 35:10Speaker 10: That sounds like an elegant term for your day.
- 35:13Speaker 4: By the way, is what we call feeding pigs in Texas.
- 35:16Speaker 5: Well, that's so funny that you call it that, because
- 35:18Speaker 5: feed time is so specifically important to my schedule. But
- 35:21Speaker 5: I'm taking up too much space. I feel the I
- 35:23Speaker 5: want to hear before we get into feed time, because
- 35:25Speaker 5: I'm sure we all have a very interesting take on
- 35:27Speaker 5: what we eat. What is your morning like?
- 35:29Speaker 1: Yeah? Wow, I feel so basic compared to you guys.
- 35:35Speaker 1: I feel like you all are so like I don't
- 35:37Speaker 1: get in a tub of ice.
- 35:38Speaker 5: I don't.
- 35:39Speaker 1: I don't sacrifice anything like I just I just wake
- 35:43Speaker 1: up and feed my kids.
- 35:45Speaker 4: Oh my god.
- 35:46Speaker 3: She hates me. I literally like I thought we were
- 35:50Speaker 3: making headway and she hates me. I just.
- 35:54Speaker 1: I just take care of my babies, Oh my god.
- 35:59Speaker 5: And I don't and I feel like shit, exactly what
- 36:02Speaker 5: time are you up in the morning?
- 36:05Speaker 1: Usually around five point thirty. And I get out there
- 36:09Speaker 1: and I start immediately making my own milk, which is
- 36:14Speaker 1: just it's just electrolytes. It's just more electrolytes.
- 36:18Speaker 4: And water, so it's not milk at all.
- 36:20Speaker 1: You know, it's snun dairy. I want my kids to
- 36:24Speaker 1: grow up in a world where dairy is optional.
- 36:26Speaker 4: And what do your kids do? I mean, what are
- 36:28Speaker 4: their ages?
- 36:28Speaker 5: Are they home school?
- 36:29Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 36:29Speaker 1: They're both homeschooled. Dylan is four and Bobbett is ten.
- 36:36Speaker 3: Are those religious names?
- 36:37Speaker 1: My husband named Dylan and I named Bobbette?
- 36:40Speaker 4: Oh cool?
- 36:41Speaker 1: Yes, and they're both great, they're both they're they're both.
- 36:45Speaker 5: You stay at home? Yes, and yes, it's changing them
- 36:48Speaker 5: a lot.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Their toys are things of the earth, right, So they
- 36:51Speaker 1: get to play with dirt, they get to play with water,
- 36:54Speaker 1: they get to play with ice.
- 36:56Speaker 4: Love it.
- 36:57Speaker 1: Yes, we just recently started making our own glue.
- 37:00Speaker 4: Okay, well what goes into that?
- 37:02Speaker 3: A little bit of electrolytes, God damn it, a lot
- 37:05Speaker 3: of salts, of getting a lot of.
- 37:07Speaker 1: Salt, A little bit of electrolytes with just a drop
- 37:09Speaker 1: of plastic really quickly.
- 37:12Speaker 4: And why do you keep your liquid plastic in a jar?
- 37:16Speaker 5: Can I ask you what your husband does?
- 37:18Speaker 1: He's a data analyst? Oh for what big pharma?
- 37:22Speaker 4: Okay, interesting, I would love to see that.
- 37:27Speaker 1: See That's what I'm saying is I don't know why
- 37:28Speaker 1: I was picked for this panel because I'm not that interesting.
- 37:31Speaker 1: I just take care of my kids.
- 37:32Speaker 4: I can imagine it comes home after seeing some pretty
- 37:34Speaker 4: insane numbers, sometimes some depressing numbers, and then.
- 37:38Speaker 5: The analysts are usually the people that are kicking the
- 37:40Speaker 5: people off the plants and seeing how they can get
- 37:43Speaker 5: people addicted is so interesting, you think interesting?
- 37:47Speaker 4: What about your day? You live on that giant uh.
- 37:51Speaker 5: Plot of land?
- 37:52Speaker 4: Right?
- 37:53Speaker 2: Yeah, I live on a giant plot of land that
- 37:55Speaker 2: I sculpted myself out of the earth. It's called manscaping,
- 37:59Speaker 2: uh and where Yeah, it's it's this awesome.
- 38:03Speaker 3: You would love it.
- 38:04Speaker 2: You sort of take a property and you manscape it
- 38:08Speaker 2: to your liking, so that you are are building a
- 38:11Speaker 2: home fit for a high performance off of mail.
- 38:14Speaker 1: You actually claimed the land. Now, like if you're like
- 38:16Speaker 1: geotagging it or something, it's called the man Cave.
- 38:18Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, it's the man Cave on Google Maps. So
- 38:21Speaker 2: if you're on Google Maps in Sedona, Arizona, you will
- 38:25Speaker 2: be able to find the man Cave if you just
- 38:28Speaker 2: look up the man Cave.
- 38:29Speaker 3: But don't come to my house. It's fortified. I have guards.
- 38:32Speaker 4: It's so funny because that's not an accomplishment, right getting
- 38:35Speaker 4: onto Google.
- 38:35Speaker 7: Maps ahead, No, you have to they vet it.
- 38:38Speaker 4: They just kick you off if you.
- 38:41Speaker 3: Violate the terms of service.
- 38:43Speaker 4: In there.
- 38:44Speaker 3: Yeah, and that's something to be not everyone graduates from
- 38:46Speaker 3: high school. Okay. I think it's something to be proud
- 38:50Speaker 3: of that you made it out. Okay, and I made
- 38:52Speaker 3: it out of Google for the maps and vetting service,
- 38:54Speaker 3: and I think that's something to be proud of. Look, okay,
- 38:56Speaker 3: I'm sorry, I'm getting heated. I've been taking a lot
- 38:58Speaker 3: of penicillin, like so much penicillin. I've been taking a
- 39:03Speaker 3: lot of penicillin.
- 39:04Speaker 1: Penicillin.
- 39:05Speaker 3: I well, I naturally source it from uh CBS Walgreens.
- 39:13Speaker 3: It's HI.
- 39:17Speaker 2: So basically up three five batch of Neslie Tolhouse cookies,
- 39:23Speaker 2: shot a penicillin in the arm. Then I do what's
- 39:28Speaker 2: called sort of like a man man focusing, which is
- 39:33Speaker 2: where I optimize my body language for high performance. So
- 39:37Speaker 2: it's doing things that you would like practice doing every day,
- 39:41Speaker 2: like bending down to get your phone. But I make
- 39:45Speaker 2: sure that the angles are optimized so that they're all acute, uh,
- 39:50Speaker 2: so that I look masculine when I pick it up right,
- 39:53Speaker 2: because doing because if you if you slouch when you
- 39:56Speaker 2: pick up your phone, that's a beta. But if you're
- 39:59Speaker 2: on toll House Cookie Di, if you're optimizing, that's an alpha.
- 40:03Speaker 4: I can see the difference.
- 40:04Speaker 1: Are you I'm gonna be inappropriate?
- 40:06Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 40:06Speaker 1: Are you one of those guys that doesn't believe in sex?
- 40:09Speaker 1: Because it's like not like I don't.
- 40:12Speaker 4: Know, like like like, don't you're retaining your seed? Yeah?
- 40:14Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, so I'm saving I'm saving my seed for
- 40:17Speaker 2: something big.
- 40:17Speaker 4: Me too, and I just can't find it anymore. It's
- 40:21Speaker 4: my seed. My seed's gone. You don't know where it
- 40:23Speaker 4: won't come out?
- 40:24Speaker 10: Yeah, oh no, I think it's frozen in there anyways.
- 40:29Speaker 4: But yeah, that's smart to do.
- 40:30Speaker 2: I'm saving it for something, so it's gonna. I think
- 40:34Speaker 2: that whatever I'm saving it for is.
- 40:35Speaker 5: Going to be huge. When do you think you're gonna
- 40:38Speaker 5: when do you think that's gonna be?
- 40:40Speaker 3: Oh? Man, sometime.
- 40:41Speaker 2: I mean I've been like mapping out like sort of
- 40:44Speaker 2: goals and visions, and I've just mapped out something big
- 40:47Speaker 2: in my Google calendar for twenty fifty something.
- 40:50Speaker 3: For your seed big, something big is gonna happen with
- 40:53Speaker 3: my seed.
- 40:54Speaker 5: Well, let's hope you can get out now. I I
- 40:55Speaker 5: did have a question, and this might be a little
- 40:59Speaker 5: contra virtual, but I know those articles came out that
- 41:04Speaker 5: you are juicing but and your response was no, it's
- 41:08Speaker 5: just penicillin. Do you have anything to say to that.
- 41:12Speaker 3: Look, if something else gets into the penicillin, I have
- 41:16Speaker 3: no knowledge of that. If someone outside of me.
- 41:20Speaker 2: With nefarious purposes just trying to juice me, I have
- 41:23Speaker 2: no control over that. I have no control over if
- 41:26Speaker 2: someone is putting human growth hormone in my penicillin.
- 41:30Speaker 4: Well yeah, but also that article mentioned that on your
- 41:34Speaker 4: payroll there's forty five nefarious people. That's their position.
- 41:37Speaker 3: So I just employ them, right, But what they do.
- 41:43Speaker 4: Right?
- 41:43Speaker 2: So I employed them to be nefarious, I give them
- 41:45Speaker 2: nefarious deeds to complete, and then they have free will to.
- 41:49Speaker 3: Do them or not.
- 41:52Speaker 1: Well, that means you're asking them to do it kind.
- 41:55Speaker 2: So I'm asking them to do I'm testing them. So
- 41:57Speaker 2: I'm I'm saying I will, hey you forty five thousand
- 42:01Speaker 2: dollars a year plus healthcare if you spike my penicillin
- 42:06Speaker 2: with HGH.
- 42:07Speaker 3: Your choice, And I always.
- 42:10Speaker 2: At the end of every command, I say, your choice
- 42:12Speaker 2: and it's I gotta say, it's really disappointing that they're
- 42:15Speaker 2: choosing that. It's really disappointing. I'll give them other, you know,
- 42:21Speaker 2: tasks where it's like, go.
- 42:24Speaker 3: Steal money from this place.
- 42:26Speaker 4: And I wanted to ask you something else real quick,
- 42:29Speaker 4: not to grill you, because I don't believe. I don't
- 42:31Speaker 4: believe in grills period. But what I will say is
- 42:35Speaker 4: we'll get into that.
- 42:35Speaker 1: So there's something wrong with just fire exactly.
- 42:39Speaker 4: I mean, well, what's going on on that metal? You
- 42:41Speaker 4: know what I mean? It's like, why are we having
- 42:42Speaker 4: a barrier between that? And also grills too hot? You
- 42:44Speaker 4: know I can't. The hottest thing that I can touch
- 42:46Speaker 4: is hummus. Listen. My question for you is you talk
- 42:51Speaker 4: a lot about optimizing your body for high performance. But
- 42:54Speaker 4: I haven't heard you talk about lifting weights. I haven't
- 42:56Speaker 4: heard you talk about running. I I haven't heard you
- 42:58Speaker 4: using your body in any way. So did you talk
- 43:00Speaker 4: about how you use your body?
- 43:01Speaker 10: Well?
- 43:02Speaker 3: I use my body to wake up, make videos, watch
- 43:07Speaker 3: dirty jobs with Micro.
- 43:10Speaker 4: I love him. I love him, I love him. The
- 43:12Speaker 4: world needs Postman, the world.
- 43:15Speaker 3: Needs Mike Row. I use my body for all sorts
- 43:19Speaker 3: of things. I use my body for.
- 43:20Speaker 2: Being an alpha male is a full time job, and
- 43:23Speaker 2: I use it to, you know, drive cars around. I
- 43:25Speaker 2: use it to test drive kias at the lot. I
- 43:28Speaker 2: use it to I don't know, man, what do you
- 43:31Speaker 2: use your body for? I go to home depot, I
- 43:33Speaker 2: see what they have. I go to the bars at
- 43:37Speaker 2: night and I test out different IPAs to see how
- 43:41Speaker 2: different they are from each other. I'm look at being
- 43:44Speaker 2: a man is a full time job. It's a full
- 43:48Speaker 2: time job.
- 43:49Speaker 1: So funny because you seem like someone who lifts weights
- 43:51Speaker 1: to me, and.
- 43:52Speaker 3: There's just simply no way that that's true.
- 43:54Speaker 2: If people are going to the gym and personally training me,
- 43:59Speaker 2: that is an nefarious act that I have no control over.
- 44:02Speaker 4: How do you feel about raising men in today's society?
- 44:05Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, it's really important because the differences with
- 44:09Speaker 1: bob Bet and Dylan are so different, right because I'm
- 44:12Speaker 1: just to me, I'm like, wow, I think Dylan's already
- 44:16Speaker 1: feeling the pressure that he has to be strong and
- 44:19Speaker 1: he doesn't.
- 44:20Speaker 5: What's going through bob Bet. B Bet, it doesn't seem
- 44:29Speaker 5: like you like her in the video.
- 44:30Speaker 3: It seems like you love the boys, love the boy.
- 44:34Speaker 1: No, I think he's a hungry, hungry boy who eats
- 44:37Speaker 1: a lot and it makes mommy happy.
- 44:39Speaker 10: But bo bet, Oh my god, that's that's sending chills
- 44:44Speaker 10: down my spine. And I have to tell you that's
- 44:46Speaker 10: hard to me. Oh my god, that's hard to do
- 44:49Speaker 10: to me.
- 44:50Speaker 4: I'm chilled. I'm chilled.
- 44:53Speaker 1: No, Yeah, what about you? Well, you kids?
- 44:58Speaker 5: I have old my old self. Ralphie had children.
- 45:03Speaker 1: Do you have kids?
- 45:04Speaker 5: So Ralphie had children and unfortunately they had to hold
- 45:08Speaker 5: a funeral for their dad.
- 45:11Speaker 4: There.
- 45:12Speaker 5: I was there. I was kind of helping facilitate the transition.
- 45:17Speaker 5: So they understood. And I haven't seen them since.
- 45:23Speaker 1: Surely it's just beautiful things that a version of you
- 45:27Speaker 1: would still be in their lives.
- 45:29Speaker 5: No, it's just it's just you're not understanding what it is.
- 45:33Speaker 1: And maybe I'm just a simple girl who just wants
- 45:36Speaker 1: to feed your kids.
- 45:37Speaker 5: Yeah, there's just there's just a disconnection between Ralphie and
- 45:41Speaker 5: Sue Grew Johnston. And it's something that I was working
- 45:46Speaker 5: with this cryptotherapist.
- 45:48Speaker 4: Cryptotherapist.
- 45:49Speaker 3: Oh yeah, great, So.
- 45:53Speaker 4: That could be a million things similar. It could be
- 45:55Speaker 4: a therapist that you pay in crypto. It could be
- 45:57Speaker 4: a therapist for crypto cryptos characters like Bigfoot and so
- 46:01Speaker 4: and such continue.
- 46:03Speaker 5: There's three more definitions.
- 46:05Speaker 4: She has therapists for people.
- 46:08Speaker 5: It's on her website. It's really hard to get through
- 46:10Speaker 5: the website, but it's on all all the informations on
- 46:13Speaker 5: the website. Okay, check it out, and it was great.
- 46:16Speaker 5: Her name is Rachel, uh sorry, doctor Rachel the second
- 46:24Speaker 5: and she comes from a long line of post nuns.
- 46:28Speaker 4: Posts.
- 46:29Speaker 5: They it's nuns that left the church and found this
- 46:31Speaker 5: new life. And what she helped me realize is that
- 46:35Speaker 5: there there's there's so many different little molecules of energy
- 46:43Speaker 5: and if you taste one, if you taste one, the
- 46:47Speaker 5: other side is waiting. Does that make sense?
- 46:50Speaker 1: Can I ask you what those molecules are made of?
- 46:54Speaker 5: So molecules to me, my understanding is a molecule is
- 46:58Speaker 5: an energetic chart of kind of light blue chakra, and
- 47:04Speaker 5: that's what makes up a molecule. If you swallow that,
- 47:06Speaker 5: that kind of unlocks a lot of your gates in
- 47:08Speaker 5: your body from the top. This is your fortis, this
- 47:12Speaker 5: is your bink. So this and this right here is
- 47:16Speaker 5: your h I think it's called the luxe dorophin. And
- 47:21Speaker 5: this right here is called the lux foraphin, and so
- 47:23Speaker 5: if you keep on going down, there's literally thousands of
- 47:26Speaker 5: chakra things that you're gonna lock. Yeah what were we
- 47:28Speaker 5: talking about? Kind of kids, right, so I don't Oh yeah.
- 47:33Speaker 3: Yeah, that's awesome.
- 47:35Speaker 2: I was wondering if you guys, you know, since we
- 47:38Speaker 2: had this platform, that's not I mean, we all have platforms,
- 47:41Speaker 2: but this is like a chance.
- 47:42Speaker 3: To reach a new audience.
- 47:44Speaker 4: The YouTube is going to super boost this by the way.
- 47:46Speaker 2: Oh, that's awesome and we will probably I hope it
- 47:49Speaker 2: pushes out to the people who need it and the
- 47:51Speaker 2: people who want.
- 47:52Speaker 5: To finally get to the eyes that are suffering out there.
- 47:54Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 47:54Speaker 1: Also just important to just like do it on our
- 47:56Speaker 1: own exactly. We could do this without even cameras being here.
- 48:00Speaker 2: But I was wondering if there were any products you
- 48:02Speaker 2: guys wanted to promote, or if you have any affiliate links.
- 48:07Speaker 2: I uh am, I'm I'm I'm gonna plug my Nestli
- 48:12Speaker 2: toll House super Boost cold press shots. These are like
- 48:17Speaker 2: imagine a ginger shot, except it's a Neslei toll House
- 48:20Speaker 2: raw cookie. Seventeen thousand electrolytes, fourteen thousand grams of pure kerosene.
- 48:29Speaker 2: It is flammable retinol sulfates uh and.
- 48:37Speaker 3: Black charcoal.
- 48:38Speaker 5: And I love I will say, I tried. You were
- 48:41Speaker 5: pushing the venison cookies and I thought that was so delicious. Yeah,
- 48:46Speaker 5: they don't have any venicon in it, but it tastes
- 48:47Speaker 5: just like venison.
- 48:48Speaker 2: Oh yeah, it's for people who are newly because we
- 48:51Speaker 2: get a little converts on my diet from carnivore to
- 48:54Speaker 2: Neslei toll House cookies. So the people who are on
- 48:58Speaker 2: the carnivore diversation with eating one thing, Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 49:01Speaker 3: I mean we prefer to call it a diet, right right.
- 49:04Speaker 3: Hyperfixation is kind of a dirty word.
- 49:06Speaker 10: Yeah. The audacity, the audacity suggest to suggest my strange addiction.
- 49:10Speaker 5: To me is crazy.
- 49:13Speaker 2: Look, man, it's all love, it's all love. But people
- 49:16Speaker 2: come from the carnivore diet.
- 49:17Speaker 3: They're meat crazy, right, and they they sort of have
- 49:20Speaker 3: meat madness, and so the only thing to wean them
- 49:23Speaker 3: off is like pure raw cookie.
- 49:26Speaker 4: And can I just say I love the cookie cutters
- 49:28Speaker 4: that you've been selling to in different shapes that kind
- 49:30Speaker 4: of fit your brand. Yeah, I love the shot, the
- 49:33Speaker 4: penicillin shot.
- 49:34Speaker 3: Yeah, the barbell, the penicillin.
- 49:37Speaker 4: The faious guy.
- 49:41Speaker 3: A woman.
- 49:42Speaker 4: Yeah, I can't believe you got that in a cookie cutter.
- 49:44Speaker 3: It's so good, and it's so clear that there's a
- 49:46Speaker 3: woman outside and he's just pointing at her, and you
- 49:48Speaker 3: can you just know.
- 49:50Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I am, of course promoting a cold plunge
- 49:56Speaker 4: on the go feel pretty get those wherever they're at
- 49:59Speaker 4: G and C and there are big lots right now,
- 50:01Speaker 4: and then we're gonna expand to stores that kind of
- 50:03Speaker 4: fit the middle ground between those two pretty soon. And
- 50:06Speaker 4: then we're also I'm doing this really interesting cool thing
- 50:11Speaker 4: with some friends. We're doing what if we wrote weekend updates,
- 50:14Speaker 4: So we're doing that every week and it's on YouTube
- 50:16Speaker 4: and it's been really fun.
- 50:18Speaker 3: And then of course, man, that's hilarious. I can't wait
- 50:20Speaker 3: to see that.
- 50:20Speaker 4: And of course go to Alcon dot com and check
- 50:23Speaker 4: out Contact Solution. We have so much cool. We have
- 50:26Speaker 4: this purifier that you can plug in now and you
- 50:28Speaker 4: can put your contacts in kind of like an assembly line.
- 50:31Speaker 4: It takes them through and it cleans them and it
- 50:32Speaker 4: drops them a little well and it's really good for
- 50:34Speaker 4: your eyes.
- 50:35Speaker 1: Oh wow, that's amazing. Yeah, I can't wait to watch that.
- 50:37Speaker 1: What if we wrote what we nd up to?
- 50:39Speaker 4: It's so funny that sounds. It's so funny. We've only
- 50:42Speaker 4: been doing drafts right now. I think we're on draft
- 50:44Speaker 4: forty five of this week's. But they're gonna be really cool.
- 50:47Speaker 1: Do you have a colin host, a colin host, colin host.
- 50:52Speaker 4: No, we're all kind of doing it. It's about fifteen
- 50:55Speaker 4: of us sitting together on a table.
- 50:57Speaker 3: Oh god, I bet that rocks. It's so topical.
- 51:01Speaker 5: Honestly, I can't wait.
- 51:03Speaker 4: It's really tough.
- 51:03Speaker 1: What I like about it is it's homemade.
- 51:05Speaker 5: Yeah, it's hilarious because it's organic.
- 51:08Speaker 4: I mean, the biggest thing about Saturday r Life for
- 51:10Speaker 4: me is that it's an organic you know what I mean?
- 51:11Speaker 4: Like for us, it's like this is like homegrown.
- 51:13Speaker 3: And you can tell ethically sourced. We get updates.
- 51:16Speaker 1: Did you know that on Saturday Night Live? There some
- 51:18Speaker 1: of the stuff they're not doing on Saturday Night really
- 51:22Speaker 1: wait what Sometimes they're doing it before.
- 51:24Speaker 4: You got to be careful with that stuff because you
- 51:26Speaker 4: can be taking in stuff that isn't timely, and if
- 51:28Speaker 4: you don't take something and that's timely, it can actually
- 51:31Speaker 4: make you old. I know, somebody that ate it old grape,
- 51:33Speaker 4: but it turned them old.
- 51:35Speaker 10: No.
- 51:35Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, wow.
- 51:38Speaker 1: Anyway, I was sick of my kids, mainly Dylan, playing
- 51:42Speaker 1: in my pool. So I was sick of it because
- 51:44Speaker 1: I was just so scared of all the chemicals. What
- 51:47Speaker 1: you say of the pool was the temp of the pool,
- 51:49Speaker 1: I don't really know off the top of my head.
- 51:51Speaker 1: It's kind of just water.
- 51:52Speaker 4: It's embarrassing. Oh my god, I need to change my career.
- 51:57Speaker 1: But I'm we're doing I'm doing some homemade chlorine because
- 52:00Speaker 1: I also don't want to see water in my pool.
- 52:03Speaker 3: So you it kind of sounds like you're running a
- 52:05Speaker 3: science lap like a sort of like.
- 52:09Speaker 4: You're making chemicals.
- 52:11Speaker 3: World War one rips.
- 52:12Speaker 1: If I'm just making things for my kids to play
- 52:15Speaker 1: with that are sustainable, then then hand me a beaker,
- 52:19Speaker 1: because I just want my kids to play with stuff
- 52:21Speaker 1: of the earth. Along with that, we're also making our
- 52:24Speaker 1: own homemade clareton for the kids.
- 52:27Speaker 5: That is so wonderful.
- 52:28Speaker 1: Yeah, and I'm starting to sell because people in my
- 52:32Speaker 1: comments wouldn't shut up about it. The breathe right strips that.
- 52:36Speaker 1: The yes, I'm taking I'm taking tortillas and I'm putting
- 52:43Speaker 1: them in my Sylvia plath Oven, cutting them up and
- 52:46Speaker 1: sticking them on my sweet Dilan's little nose, and he breathes.

- 53:24Speaker 1: They said, we only have five minutes left, so we should.
- 53:26Speaker 4: Just do this.
- 53:27Speaker 5: And I would actually really like to push all the
- 53:29Speaker 5: products I'm selling, because I sell about a million different
- 53:31Speaker 5: little things. Sure, sure, Disneyland. People think Disneyland. People think
- 53:38Speaker 5: Disneyland is you know, they do, I do.
- 53:44Speaker 3: I think it's that.
- 53:46Speaker 5: But what Disneyland actually is is hmm a lot of exploitation.
- 53:53Speaker 3: Huh whoa, whoa, whoa. These usually don't talk that much.
- 53:58Speaker 5: What about intersectionality, So intersectionality, well, a lot of people
- 54:02Speaker 5: think intersectionality is I guess we can what intersectionality actually

- 55:05Speaker 3: It's kind of it's it's easy because I could do
- 55:07Speaker 3: the same thing for Santa that I do for RFK.

- 55:13Speaker 3: with small animals. Yeah, I can't. What a great guy kill.
