  are watching, but deep inside, you are carrying

  worries that you do not know how to explain.

  You keep moving forward, even when your strength

  feels like it is running out. Perhaps you have

  been asking God for an answer. Perhaps you've
• 0:53
  been praying for a breakthrough, waiting for
• 0:56
  a door to open, or wondering how you will find

  the strength to face another day. If that is

  where you are today, take a moment to be still,

  not have to pretend that everything is okay.

  Come before God. You can bring him your tears,

  your fears, your unanswered questions, burdens

  you have been carrying for far too long. Let

  us pray together. Heavenly Father, with an honest

  heart, I need your strength when my own strength

  is fading. I need your wisdom when I do not know

  which direction to take. I need your peace when

  my thoughts become overwhelming. I need your

  guidance when the road ahead seems uncertain.

  Sometimes I try so hard to handle everything

  by myself. I try to find solutions, fix problems,

  meet expectations, and make everyone around me

  happy. I tell myself that I must remain strong,

  that I cannot afford to fall apart, and that

  somehow I will find a way through every difficulty.

  But today, Lord... I need your presence in my

  life, not just when things are going well, but

  especially when everything feels difficult. I

  need you in the quiet moments. When nobody sees

  my struggles, I need you in the middle of the
• 3:18
  night. That asking for your help is not weakness,
• 3:44
  it is an act of faith. It is an acknowledgement

  that I was never meant to carry every burden,
• 3:54
  seeking your wisdom and strength. Word says in

  Psalm 46 .1 that you are a refuge in strength

  and never present help in trouble. Today, I hold

  onto that promise. When trouble comes, help me

  turn toward you. Instead of allowing fear to

  control me, it arrives. I remember that my life

  is not defined by one difficult season. When

  I feel overwhelmed, I surrender the burdens that

  have been weighing heavily on my heart. I surrender

  will go wrong. Lord, teach me the difference

  between being responsible and trying to control

  everything. Help me do what I can with wisdom

  and diligence while trusting you with the things

  I cannot change. I do not want to spend my days

  fighting battles in my mind that have not even

  happened. I do not want tomorrow's worries to

  steal the peace you are offering me today. The

  courage to face today's responsibilities without

  becoming overwhelmed by everything that might

  happen in the future. Tears I have cried, prayers

  I have whispered and have the energy to say that

  by disappointment. Help me release the pain of
