- 0:08listening find. Us on the web at MB.
- 0:10Radio dot. Welcome to Veteran Talk with
- 0:13Magic Mike, where what's important to you is important to
- 0:17us. Let's talk.
- 0:20I'm your host, Magic Mike, and today we're diving deep into
- 0:24something close to my heart. How sharing your story and
- 0:27getting behind the mic can be a powerful form of rehabilitation,
- 0:31whether you're fresh out of service, years into civilian
- 0:34life, or somewhere in between, We've got a space for you here
- 0:38because everyone has a story, and broadcasting is how we tell
- 0:41it. Welcome to Veterans Talk with
- 1:52yours truly. Magic.
- 1:53And this is Veterans talk on military broadcast radio.
- 1:56And I have myself muted, so thank goodness I'm sitting here
- 1:58rambling like an idiot. Nobody heard me anyways.
- 2:01Welcome to veterans talk on military broadcast Radio.
- 2:04The radio station gives our veterans a voice.
- 2:05And I am here with you every Thursday from 4:00 to 5:00
- 2:09Eastern Standard Time. Then there's two ways you can
- 2:11reach me. You can either reach me by my
- 2:12e-mail, which is magic at MB Radio dot US, or 720-619-0627.
- 2:21I got a couple emails. I was going through them today.
- 2:23And you know, I don't talk about religion or politics on the show
- 2:27just for simple fact that in the military, nobody cared who you
- 2:30voted for and nobody really cared who you prayed for.
- 2:33What we cared about was that you had my back and I had yours,
- 2:36right? And, you know, a lot of people
- 2:38know that and you know, I have to do it, man.
- 2:43I have to say I have to do it today.
- 2:45Everybody's asking me to talk about what is the white elephant
- 2:49or the pink elephant or the big elephant in the room.
- 2:52And that was yesterday's hearing.
- 2:55If you did not hear about it, oh, for the love of Jesus,
- 2:58Joseph and Mary, it was probably the most horrific thing that we
- 3:02that we have ever seen. And I'm going to dig right into
- 3:05a deep dark be hubris about it. And again, I apologize.
- 3:10I'm. I'm on new medicine.
- 3:12It's making me mess up pretty bad.
- 3:14So our producer just said, there you go, knucklehead.
- 3:18Yeah, I forgot to mute myself or unmute myself.
- 3:21What happened yesterday, Senator?
- 3:24Paul's obvious. Obsession with calling for my
- 3:28prosecution, his repeated slanderous comments about me and
- 3:35recently is. Publicly releasing.
- 3:38My unredacted person OK, so we're talking about Doctor Fauci
- 3:43and what happened yesterday. If you guys did not see it, holy
- 3:48smoke balls. I will just say that I will tell
- 3:51you what he looked like a 5 year old that got his hand caught in
- 3:55the cookie jar and was getting ready to get a whooping.
- 3:58You know, you guys know what I'm talking about.
- 3:59When you were younger, you know, even one parent just talked to
- 4:02you and said, you know, daddy told you not to put your hand in
- 4:05the cookie jar. And, you know, the other one was
- 4:08like, you're going to have to pay the consequences.
- 4:11You know, that's how it went, right?
- 4:12I mean, that's what he looked like yesterday.
- 4:14Listen, I'm going to dig into two things.
- 4:18And this is not politically motivated.
- 4:19This has nothing to do with left or right.
- 4:21This doesn't have to do with center or, or, or or whatever be
- 4:24it. But I want you to.
- 4:25I want you guys. I want to read you guys
- 4:26something right? You you if if you don't know he
- 4:35took the 5th Amendment and I'll dive into Fifth Amendment is
- 4:40almost 100 times or over 100 times.
- 4:42Today they asked him a simple question.
- 4:44What color is your tie? Is it blue?
- 4:45And he under the 5th Amendment, what color is the carpet in
- 4:48front of you under the 5th Amendment?
- 4:50The 5th Amendment provides key legal protections, including
- 4:55protected against self incrimination, the right to due
- 4:57process in a ban on double jeopardy.
- 5:00OK, the 5th Amendment protects you against self incrimination,
- 5:08the right to due process in a ban on double jeopardy.
- 5:10Double jeopardy is when you are found guilty and then, you know,
- 5:16or, or found not guilty, I should say found not guilty.
- 5:19And then they come back and they go, we're going to try you again
- 5:21for the exact same thing. You know, you, you stole this,
- 5:23this iPhone right here and we're going to go ahead and we're
- 5:26going to try you for it. You're found not guilty and then
- 5:28they go, we're going to try you again because we don't like the
- 5:30results. That's double jeopardy.
- 5:31They're not going to do that, right?
- 5:33Everybody knows what due process is, right?
- 5:35The process of the law, right, which is the right to a trial by
- 5:39your your peers, you know, so on and so forth.
- 5:42It's self incrimination means just that that you will not
- 5:46incriminate yourself. So by pleading the fifth, you
- 5:48don't want to say anything that you may get in trouble for.
- 5:57First of all, I'd like to touch on something very important.
- 6:03Why, in this day and age, why would you ever, in your whole
- 6:10entire life, put your personal diary on a military computer?
- 6:16What the fudge? See this right here journal
- 6:26piece of paper. Guess what happens if I die?
- 6:29Don't really care. But guess where that stays?
- 6:32Stays right here in my office. Stays right here in my office.
- 6:37If my producer comes and says, hey, I need my keyboard back, I
- 6:40need my my computer back or I need your iPhone back or
- 6:42whatever this is mine stays here, right here.
- 6:46I bought and paid for it stays right there.
- 6:48He put literally his personal diary on a federal computer.
- 6:57I can only think of one word. You might be the smartest
- 7:03immunologist. You might be the smartest
- 7:05research scientist. You might be the smartest damn
- 7:07doctor in the world. But you common sense stupid.
- 7:14Excuse me, dear Mom and Dad, this year for Christmas I would
- 7:21like a box of common sense love. Doctor Fauci, what is wrong with
- 7:28you? Are you dumb?
- 7:30You are real, real dumb. You put your whole entire diary,
- 7:36journal, whatever you want to call it, on a federally
- 7:40accessible computer that belongs to the federal.
- 7:42Did you not know? You don't get, you don't get a
- 7:44consolation prize when you leave the federal government.
- 7:46They don't go. This is your computer.
- 7:49Thank you for your 50 years of great research.
- 7:51It's yours. It can go with you.
- 7:53No, you got to turn that in. And guess what those little IT
- 7:55guys do. Let's see what's on there.
- 8:01The boys ain't got nothing better to do.
- 8:03Them IT guys are not paid all that money.
- 8:05They're really not. They're really not.
- 8:08TMZ called Hey Jovan. Hey.
- 8:11Yeah, dawg. Hey, this your cousin?
- 8:15Hey Yeah, ATMZ just asked me if you work over there at the iti
- 8:18told him yeah, yeah. They will give you $15,000.
- 8:23Yeah, they could give you $15,000 cuz yeah.
- 8:28Playboy for $10, I will take stuff off the computer and sell
- 8:31it. Damn them boys sold that damn
- 8:33diary. Took that diary off The federal
- 8:35government, however they got it. The FBI, the SCCIA, the NCSA,
- 8:40they all got it. And he literally wrote in his
- 8:44diary, which, you know, listen, I'm mixed feelings about that.
- 8:47I think a diary is something personal.
- 8:48I was taught never to go in somebody's diary.
- 8:50I was taught to never, you know, read somebody's diary.
- 8:54I was taught never to, to, to go in it.
- 8:56You know, it's like personal, right?
- 8:57They had a little lock on it. We were kids and you know, the
- 8:59girls had a diary, had a little lock with a key on there and
- 9:02everything like that. Boy, we wanted to go in there
- 9:04and see who they like or whatever, but we didn't do that.
- 9:08This boy, this boy put stuff in his diary that he knew was going
- 9:15to trip him up. So then he gets called into
- 9:19Congress. It's like the, the, the, the
- 9:21second time or third time or fourth time since he's not left
- 9:23office, he's been called into Congress.
- 9:25Now, the first time that he testified on this in front of
- 9:30this whole whole whole committee or whatever, right?
- 9:33The first time he was arrogant. Arrogant little son of a gun
- 9:36boy. He is.
- 9:37Listen, I've met Doctor Fauci in real life.
- 9:38Those of you don't know, I used to work at Department of Health
- 9:40and Human Services. I worked with her HR department.
- 9:42He's a little Shorty. He's a little Shorty.
- 9:44He's not that tall and he's definitely got Napoleon
- 9:47syndrome. But he was arrogant in Congress.
- 9:52I mean, they, they referred to him one time and he said it's he
- 9:55says I am a doctor. And last time I checked, you are
- 9:58not a doctor. I am a doctor.
- 10:00I, I mean, he was arrogant boy and it rightfully so.
- 10:02Some of those congressmen, you know, it's like so
- 10:04unprofessional, right when old boy got up there yesterday in
- 10:09the Fauci hearings and that boy said, oh God, was that senator's
- 10:16name. He has a real deep voice.
- 10:22That boy should be on on TV when when he sat there and he said,
- 10:28Doctor Fauci, you know, I know that you're not going to take
- 10:32the time today, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 10:34He says, let me remind you what this is.
- 10:36And he I guess he's some kind of a lawyer or whatever.
- 10:39It became a congressman and he's like, it was deep boys, young
- 10:43guy. And he sat there.
- 10:44He goes, is it true that your tie today is blue?
- 10:49Under the advice of my lawyers, today I would like to plead the
- 10:52Fifth Amendment. Right.
- 10:53Self incrimination, bro. Bro, just just just answer.
- 11:00It was your tie. But see, he knows that if he
- 11:03would have answered that, he'd have been tripped up.
- 11:05So it's better just to be one way rather than the other way,
- 11:07right? So he pled the Fifth against
- 11:10everything yesterday. Why is this important and why am
- 11:12I talking about it? Because there are a lot of
- 11:16people out there in the military, a lot of military
- 11:19members who this COVID shot just came out all of a sudden boom.
- 11:25Listen, I, I get it. When we went to basic training,
- 11:27we were given shots that we weren't even told half or more
- 11:30because you just lined up there with these air guns and, you
- 11:35know, you got these shots. I, I got a shot in my butt that
- 11:38I still don't know what that was today.
- 11:39I think it was just peanut butter.
- 11:41It, it hurts so bad boy, like a shot injection of peanut butter.
- 11:44Your right butt cheeking it hurt for days.
- 11:46I think it was typhoid or something like that.
- 11:49More of the story is, is that there's a lot of military
- 11:54members that lost their careers because they were like, hey,
- 11:57there are people literally dying from the shot.
- 12:00And and if you think I'm a conspiracy theorist, let me read
- 12:04you a little, a little little little something real quick.
- 12:10I'm not going to read it word for word because you won't
- 12:12understand it because in doctorate terms, I had to
- 12:14research it. But basically what it says is
- 12:15that this is Doctor Fauci and Dr. Fauci had an actual blood
- 12:20clot after he took the vaccine. So he actually took the the
- 12:25vaccine and had a blood clot. And he knew about this.
- 12:29He knew that the vaccine could cause blood clots.
- 12:32He knew this. There are, I don't, I don't even
- 12:36know how many, but there are tons of people who have died
- 12:38from these blood clots, heart attacks and stuff like that.
- 12:40Blood clot breaks loose, goes into the lungs, goes into the
- 12:42heart, heart, heart, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 12:45So he knew that and, and, and, and didn't say, hey, let's do a
- 12:51little more research on this, right?
- 12:54The other thing that's so important is that he used
- 13:00federal employees, federal computer, federal time to
- 13:07solicit a private prize of a billion dollars.
- 13:15My mind just goes with that, right?
- 13:17And I know before you guys even got a lot, Trump did the same
- 13:20thing. He's making millions and Biden
- 13:21did the same thing he's making. I got it, I got it.
- 13:25Trust me, I I know. That's why I don't talk politics
- 13:27here because it opens up Pandora's box that none of you
- 13:29guys are ready for. You guys are going to trust me.
- 13:31You guys are not ready for that Pandora's box.
- 13:33Trust me. I heard somebody go preach it,
- 13:35brother. Trust me, sister, you ain't
- 13:36ready. You're not ready for it.
- 13:39But he was the scientific developer.
- 13:43He was the scientific researcher.
- 13:46He was, I mean, his diary, if you go back and read it,
- 13:50there's, there's pieces of it, of course, but you can read it.
- 13:54He knew as as early as November and December of 2019 about this
- 13:59virus and that it was started in the lab in Wuhan.
- 14:04He, he knew that as part of a gate of function research.
- 14:08So gate of function research is stuff that we do give you a
- 14:11breakdown of very easy, I guess gate of function.
- 14:13Is it every year people take the flu shot, right.
- 14:16You take the flu shot, you get the flu shot, whatever it is.
- 14:18Very common people get the flu shot, they get sick for a couple
- 14:21days or they feel a little groggy and you know, they're
- 14:23good to go, right? It helps you not develop the
- 14:25flu. Well, here's a problem with the
- 14:27flu, why we can't find a cure for the flu.
- 14:29Is it it, it mutates every year to something different, to a
- 14:32different strand. So gain of function research
- 14:35does that. It sees and, and looks at what
- 14:37the strand is and it plays with different things.
- 14:39And that's what, that's what immunology is, right?
- 14:43Immunology is immunization, right?
- 14:46Trust me, I I'm really not smart.
- 14:47I've done, I've, I've, I've, I literally had ChatGPT tell me to
- 14:51go to bed last night because I was talking to it so much.
- 14:54I was like, oh, this is really interesting.
- 14:55Let me get into this. What about this?
- 14:56What about that? It is gain of function research
- 15:01that he paid for or the federal government, your tax money paid
- 15:04for to research this and somehow, someway, and and we're
- 15:08not saying this Doctor Fauci's fault.
- 15:09We're not saying that at all. I want to be very clear on that.
- 15:12We're not saying that Doctor Fauci is this Doctor Jekyll and
- 15:16Mr. Hyde. He is not.
- 15:18I'm not saying that I don't believe he is, but he knew about
- 15:21it. He knew.
- 15:24Listen, if my doctor knows that, all right, I'm going to put it
- 15:31out there. I went to to get ACT scan the
- 15:33other day of my heart and it's a cardiac Amazon cardiac calcium
- 15:40work up, whatever. So they want to see.
- 15:42So what they do is they do ACT scan, they chop your heart up on
- 15:45the CT scan and they look at it, see how much calcium build up is
- 15:48there. I was good on calcium, so that's
- 15:51a good thing. But my aorta was slightly
- 15:53enlarged by 4 centimeters, which is significantly enough to be
- 15:57concerned, right? High blood pressure.
- 16:00Everybody knows I've gained a lot of weight in the last couple
- 16:02months. So I'm, I'm working, you know,
- 16:06I'm working on getting that. I've started new medicine for
- 16:09this treatment. It's, I mean, it's all kinds of
- 16:10crazy things. There's so many factors.
- 16:14If my doctor doesn't or didn't come to me and tell me that,
- 16:18hey, your aorta is a little bit enlarged, just a little bit
- 16:20concerned, we'd like you to cut out sodium salt, you know, red
- 16:24meat, all of this stuff. We need you to exercise a little
- 16:27bit more. Then we're going to come back in
- 16:28three months and check it again, right?
- 16:31If he wasn't to tell me that and he knew that my order was
- 16:35slightly enlarged, what do you, what do you think?
- 16:41What happened? I mean, this is I'm just one
- 16:43person now. This is a doctor for the whole
- 16:45entire world. Forget it.
- 16:49Forget America. I mean, he was our doctor, but
- 16:51he was the doctor for the world. And he knew that this whole
- 16:55COVID thing was coming out. He knew it was out there.
- 16:58He knew everything about it. And I mean, and it's not just
- 17:01COVID, it's about the measles as well.
- 17:04He knew about measles. He, he knew about so much stuff,
- 17:07right? That he just was so wrapped up
- 17:12into being a celebrity. I mean, in his diary, he said
- 17:16that there was one quote in the diary that he said him and
- 17:19Kamala Harris were on a campaign trail and that people wanted to
- 17:24shake his hand more than they did Kamala Harris.
- 17:30And it was enlightening. And afterwards, Kamala said,
- 17:35yes, good for you. You are a true American hero.
- 17:40I mean, this guy was he was feeding off of that, that that
- 17:43attention, if you will. And there's listen, we got it.
- 17:47Trump does the same thing. Joe Biden did the same thing.
- 17:50Clinton did the same thing. But we got it, George Bush, we
- 17:53got it. Again, This is why I don't talk
- 17:55about politics and I don't go down that road.
- 17:57But this right here had to do directly with veterans, so you
- 18:01had to wear a mask. So basic training is one of the
- 18:07most besides graduating from high school or college, I feel
- 18:10that basic training from the military is probably one of the
- 18:13most exceptional. Beautiful heart moment moving
- 18:21things that anybody does. I I don't care if it's from
- 18:24Annapolis West Point. I don't care if you're just a
- 18:27private graduating basic trade, right.
- 18:28It's something that is so beautiful that when the family
- 18:32goes to it, they're just they're just in all right.
- 18:34They see the military, they see everything right.
- 18:37I mean just all the, all the accomplishment, all the
- 18:39achievements you've done. I was very unfortunate both my
- 18:43parents were not able to make my basic trade graduation.
- 18:46But I remember seeing all the parents and all the family
- 18:48members and wives and husbands and stuff around and watching
- 18:52everybody graduate and the tears flowing it, it was really cool.
- 18:57That did not exist during COVID. Completely shut down.
- 19:02Basic trainees were six feet apart, minimum of 6 feet apart.
- 19:09He even said he doesn't know where that came from.
- 19:12He's I don't know where that came from.
- 19:13It just started. And we're like, yeah, let's go
- 19:14with it. There's so many things with the
- 19:18military that were wrong with COVID.
- 19:20One of, to me personally, one of the biggest thing was the
- 19:23mandated shots There was, I mean, you were basically a
- 19:27Guinea pig at that point here. Take the shot or get the heck
- 19:30out. I, I had a right when I was in
- 19:35the military to take the flu shot or not, and I denied it.
- 19:37After the third time of getting so virally sick from the flu
- 19:40shot, I went to my doctor said, should I get it?
- 19:42He goes, probably not. He's like, because you wind up
- 19:45in the hospital every time you take the flu shot.
- 19:46So you know what, don't worry about it.
- 19:50So I didn't take it. You know how many times I got
- 19:51the flu? Once was it once I wash my
- 19:56hands? I think we all wash our hands a
- 19:57little bit. Now, some of us are obsessed.
- 19:59But the moral of the story is, again, that there was so much
- 20:03that this doctor knew and it put everybody in jeopardy.
- 20:08And I'm talking about the military especially.
- 20:09There's people kicked out of the military their whole entire
- 20:12careers and lives turned upside down because they felt that this
- 20:16was a injection. Right.
- 20:20A shot that was pushed on them and they were like, hey, listen,
- 20:26listen, here's the thing. I want you to drink this real
- 20:29quick. And you watch look over and your
- 20:31your buddy dies right away after he drinks it.
- 20:33Are you going to drink it? Probably not.
- 20:35You're going to pass. And that's what was happening
- 20:36basically was these people were getting shots and they were
- 20:39dying. The statistics were showing
- 20:41really, really bad results for this shot.
- 20:43And there were military members that were like, hey, I really
- 20:46don't. I really don't want to get this
- 20:47shot. And before you guys say, oh,
- 20:49that's Biden, stop. The shot came out during the
- 20:53Trump administration. This has nothing to do with the
- 20:56presidency. Again, this has nothing to do
- 20:58with who the president was. I don't care if it was Biden or
- 21:00I don't care if it was Trump. Here's the thing.
- 21:04I'm not a doctor. Trump's not a doctor.
- 21:06Biden's not a doctor, and none of his staff was a doctor.
- 21:08Kamala's not a doctor. Freaking what was his name?
- 21:11I don't even freaking know. From Indiana, the vice
- 21:12president, nobody freaking remembers he wasn't a doctor.
- 21:16Nobody was a doctor. Nobody was a specialist or
- 21:18immunologist at the at the NISNISIINSIN it National
- 21:26Institute, whatever. At one of the divisions of HHS.
- 21:32He was he was the the doctor in charge of that.
- 21:35Everybody looked to him. I mean, this is the guy who who
- 21:38wrote a, a actual journal in the medical journal back in the 80s
- 21:44about AIDS. He was given the Presidential
- 21:46Freedom Medal by the president of the United States for his
- 21:50research during the HIV pandemic of the 1980s.
- 21:55And listen, you guys think COVID was bad?
- 21:57Listen, COVID was just a couple years.
- 21:59We're talking about HIV. It lasted our whole entire
- 22:01teenage years all the way in our even today, right?
- 22:07This is a guy who was a genius and everybody looked to as a
- 22:12savior. Hey, we need help, doctor, we
- 22:14need help. What do you think this was?
- 22:17What do you think this was? Well, I think it was.
- 22:19I remember specifically when Doctor Fauci came on TV and he
- 22:21said don't wear a mask. Listen it, listen, leave the
- 22:25mask. And this is quote, leave the
- 22:27mask. We're running out of mask.
- 22:28Thus the healthcare professionals are the ones that
- 22:30need the mask, save the mask. And then all of a sudden it was
- 22:33like buy mask, buy mask. He'd buy a mask.
- 22:36Everybody wear a mask, which have y'all couldn't even wear a
- 22:40damn mask properly anyways. It was it was like this.
- 22:45Like this. Yeah, it made no sense.
- 22:50Again, there were people in the military, excuse me, that
- 22:55literally lost their jobs. Their whole entire families were
- 22:58torn apart. Basic training was a joke.
- 23:03Our military became weaker, our country became weaker.
- 23:07It divided us even more than what we wore.
- 23:09Because half people like get that shot, get that shot.
- 23:11Listen, I have a family member. It wouldn't talk to me or
- 23:17associate with me because I didn't get the shot.
- 23:19I didn't. I didn't want to get it.
- 23:20I don't want to get it because one of my best friends died.
- 23:23And yes, I had a very good friend of mine from church die.
- 23:26He caught COVID and died a week later.
- 23:28That quick boom, OK. And then I had a good friend of
- 23:32mine that died in his sleep a day.
- 23:35A day, I'm sorry, not even a day, not even 24 hours after
- 23:37receiving a shot. He got the shot, went and laid
- 23:39in bed and died. Normally healthy, had no
- 23:42underlying health conditions, little, heavy, but not like
- 23:46obese heavy big boy. My other friend that died from
- 23:51COVID, he was a big boy. He had underlying kidney,
- 23:54diabetes on so on and so forth. I cannot stress enough on this
- 24:03show from the veterans that that that sat there and told me we
- 24:07need to talk about this. Eliza were turned upside down
- 24:10because they refused or did not want to get a experimental shot
- 24:15in the arm. They were just terrified of it.
- 24:19And my opinion, it doesn't matter because that's not what
- 24:24Veterans Talk is. Veterans talk is not my opinion
- 24:27being pushed on anybody else. It is simply me talking about
- 24:29the facts. And that's what I'm doing right
- 24:31now, talking about a fact. I'll tell you if it's my
- 24:33opinion, there's the e-mail I got from a retired retired full
- 24:37bird Colonel. Hey Magic, I watch your show
- 24:39every now and then. I love watching it, especially
- 24:41on your podcast when I get the chance to when I get off of
- 24:44work. I wanted to ask you, could you
- 24:47talk about this whole thing with Doctor Fauci?
- 24:50I retired from the Army early hoping to become a one star but
- 24:53decided to retire because I didn't think that my family
- 25:00sorry I didn't think my family would well my family did not
- 25:03support me being stuck with a needle of a drug that we we were
- 25:07not too sure what it was. I was a medical professional for
- 25:12most of my entire career in the United States military as a
- 25:17doctor and a retired Colonel. I had hoped one day to become a
- 25:20one star general but decided to retire early due to the fact due
- 25:26to the fact that it was mandated for the shot and as a doctor
- 25:29myself, an MDI did not think the shot was thoroughly vested
- 25:33through the proper channels. I am not an eminologist like
- 25:37Doctor Fauci, but after seeing yesterday's testimony, I was
- 25:40sick to my stomach. So sick.
- 25:41They thought about all those soldiers, airmen, Air Force,
- 25:44Marines that got out of the military that were great people
- 25:48because they did not align with the same things that that were
- 25:51being pushed. Doctor Fauci helped lead the
- 25:57White House. COVID-19 pandemic was seen on TV
- 26:00more so than the President of the United States.
- 26:02It was trusted by not only the Democrat but also the Republican
- 26:09Party. Please, please, please do not
- 26:12let this go. I would love to hear about this
- 26:14on your show. So there you go.
- 26:15That's why I'm here talking about this Pandora's box.
- 26:18Again, this has nothing to do with right or left.
- 26:26This is right or wrong. You literally sat there.
- 26:32You literally sat there on TV before Congress and we're a
- 26:40little bulldog. I, I, I liked him.
- 26:41I thought he was a little bulldog.
- 26:42He was like, I'm a doctor, not you right now you sit in front
- 26:47of the same exact committee and say plead the fifth.
- 26:50I plead the 5th. I put because they got your
- 26:52diary. They got your diary because you
- 26:57know you're going to incriminate yourself because you lied
- 27:00Underoath. You see, yesterday's testimony
- 27:02wasn't about whether or not COVID was real or not.
- 27:05COVID was real 100%. We're not saying that.
- 27:07It's not about whether or not he made millions of dollars or
- 27:11anything like that. Even though the left pushed
- 27:12that, the right kind of backed him up and and said no.
- 27:15And whatever be it, right, it was about lying Underoath.
- 27:21I want you to go to court and I want them to have you raise your
- 27:25right hand and swear underoath to tell the truth, the whole
- 27:28truth and nothing but truth, and perjure yourself and lie and see
- 27:31what happens. Exactly.
- 27:36So he invoked the 5th Amendment, which is his right to.
- 27:42Nobody's taking that right away. But Senator Rand Paul, who is
- 27:50from I think Kentucky, I believe he was hammered.
- 27:53He was hammered. And then on top of everything of
- 27:56this big zoo at fiasco yesterday, the only one that is
- 28:00allowed to sit at that table, the person that sits at that
- 28:02table, right, was the honorable Dr. Fauci right there it says
- 28:09the honorable Doctor Anthony Fauci, right?
- 28:11They, they just took, they gave that title still he did.
- 28:13Nobody took that away. But this lawyer that he hired,
- 28:16who by the way, has represented everybody, they say that this is
- 28:21the lawyer to hire when you're in a Criminal Court.
- 28:23If, if you are being criminally prosecuted, this is not, why
- 28:27would you hire that lawyer anyways?
- 28:29But this lawyer said, they said, you know, you're more than
- 28:33welcome to sit back there with the other lawyers.
- 28:34This table's reserved. Nope.
- 28:36I want to sit next to my, my client.
- 28:38And they, they, they humored them.
- 28:40They said, OK, no problem. You can sit next to your client.
- 28:42Sure, no problem. Go ahead.
- 28:44So he sat next to his client and then he sat there and kept
- 28:50talking. This lawyer, why would you talk
- 28:54to them? Because you want to be famous,
- 28:56Because you want to be a senator, Because of I'm just
- 29:00curious. I don't understand this lawyer's
- 29:02mentality. And Rand Paul said, hey, listen,
- 29:06you need to shut up. Basically, you need to shut up.
- 29:08Listen, I allowed you to sit at the table when I already told
- 29:11you you shouldn't, right? Because it's reserved for the
- 29:13person that we subpoenaed only. But I said, OK, no problem.
- 29:17Because, you know, maybe Doctor Fauci, Hey, you know, I don't
- 29:20think right? Because that's what lawyers do.
- 29:22We all watch freaking law, law things and stuff and see how
- 29:25lawyers whisper, you know, you know, right?
- 29:29That's OK. So they allowed him to do that,
- 29:31but then he can't push in the envelope.
- 29:33I don't, I, I get, I can't fathom why in God's great
- 29:38creation would you not shut the F up?
- 29:42The guy gave you how many chances yesterday?
- 29:44So, yeah, I, I am mind boggled about whole this whole thing.
- 29:48We're at half the hour. I'm going to take a quick
- 29:50commercial break. We come back, we'll talk a
- 29:52little bit about some other stuff.
- 29:53And yeah, I mean that, that that that whole show yesterday was
- 29:57crazy, that whole fiasco. But we'll be right back after
- 29:59this short video on veterans Talk with yours truly on the
- 30:02radio station that gives our veterans a voice, military
- 30:04broadcast radio. And welcome back to veterans
- 32:22talk with yours truly, DJ Magic Mike.
- 32:24I love this set up man. It's like I don't have to press
- 32:25nothing. I just run the and I know people
- 32:27I should I should get money as many times as I play a song.
- 32:30I know it's just it's it's awesome.
- 32:32Anyway, back with magic on veterans talk on military
- 32:35broadcast radio, the radio station that gives our veterans
- 32:37a voice. And before the commercial break,
- 32:39we talked about the fiasco yesterday with but the
- 32:42craziness, but the doctor Fauci hearings and stuff.
- 32:45And everybody knows I don't like to talk politics or anything,
- 32:47but it was something that was brought to my attention by a lot
- 32:49of veterans that, you know, that that that were thrown out of the
- 32:55military because they refused to take that shot, right?
- 32:57They were like, Hey, look, I don't want to do it.
- 32:58This shot is experimental and, and whatever be it, you know,
- 33:02Pete Headset, our secretary of War said, you know, the
- 33:04honorable secretary of War, I guess said that, you know, you
- 33:10if you want to come back in, you can.
- 33:13Yeah, No, I'm good. So moving gears a little bit,
- 33:18wanted to talk about the, you know, the VFW, the Veterans of
- 33:21Foreign Wars had their big powwow and I think it was Texas
- 33:24or whatever. They got a new national
- 33:26commander now. And you know, we all, we all
- 33:32know the Major Richard Star Act, which is very, very important to
- 33:35a lot of combat wounded veterans has, you know, it's just, it's
- 33:43mind boggling that we have bipartisan support on a bill
- 33:46that would help millions or thousands, Sorry, not millions,
- 33:49but 10s of thousands of veterans that were wounded in combat,
- 33:52right? So 10s of thousands of veterans
- 33:54that were wounded in combat are, are offset from their money,
- 33:57right? So they don't get their
- 33:58retirement, they only get their VA disability.
- 34:00They don't get both, which is unfair because they were forced
- 34:03to retire. So they should get retirement,
- 34:06but that was put on a shelf. I mean, there was there was a
- 34:08bill that was introduced. It was called the Taking Care of
- 34:11Veterans Act. And you know, my opinion, again,
- 34:14I said if it was my opinion, it's just my opinion.
- 34:16My opinion is strong that I feel that it's not taken away from
- 34:23future veterans. You're taken away from future
- 34:26veterans. Again, stop using the VA as a
- 34:32welfare system. That's first and foremost that
- 34:34that these, these veteran organizations and the VA and the
- 34:37government and everything need to stop, need to stop allowing
- 34:42veterans to use the VA compensation and pension, not
- 34:46the hospital, right? There's two different entities.
- 34:48You have, on one hand, you have the hospital, right, where you
- 34:51get all your free care. You know, your debt, your, you
- 34:54know, you get your, your blood work done and your health and
- 34:56everything like that. You know, your little toenail
- 34:57and growing toenail from foot, more foot problems or whatever
- 35:00for the military or your, you know, I don't freaking know your
- 35:03craziness or whatever, right? You get all that taken care of
- 35:06on the hospital side. Then you have your, your
- 35:08pension, right, your money, your, your little, your little
- 35:10funding right, which is called compensation of pension.
- 35:13Those are two different things, two different animals, two
- 35:15different melting pots, two different money pots, if you
- 35:18will. And I think one of the biggest
- 35:21problems that we have run into in the 21st century is the fact
- 35:26that a lot of veterans treat that as a, as a social welfare.
- 35:37I served three years, so I should get that You served three
- 35:41years as an S1 clerk and you feel that you should get 100%
- 35:45for PTSD because you went on the computer and did a war game on
- 35:48the computer. All right, all right, so, so
- 35:55this is this is this is hard for me.
- 35:57So to actually be in combat and receive disability compensation,
- 36:08100 percent, 100% to I don't know, man, I'm, I'm going to get
- 36:15in trouble for this. I know a lot of people are going
- 36:16to hate me for this. When you sit there and you use
- 36:26VA pension and compensation as a welfare.
- 36:30And what do I mean by that is that you have soldiers, airmen,
- 36:34Marines, whatever, who are still in the military today.
- 36:37They're still in the military and they are currently using
- 36:45their time before they get out of the military to make sure
- 36:47they're 100% before they even exit the door of the military.
- 36:51How is that possible? I'm not understanding that.
- 36:55Like, I, I get it and stuff. Excuse me for one second.
- 37:06I mean, I get it. I understand.
- 37:12I really do. I, I really do understand that
- 37:15you want to be prepared when you get out of the military.
- 37:20However, you have already 100% disability before you even get
- 37:28out of the military and you've been working on that for a year
- 37:30or two before you get out of the military.
- 37:33So how are you able to do your job while you're in the
- 37:37military? So let me paint you a scenario.
- 37:43You're an infantryman running, PT, jumping and all that stuff,
- 37:47right? You're in the military.
- 37:49You do your job every day. You go to formation every day,
- 37:51you do PT every day. Week before you get out, you go
- 37:55and see the VA specialist. They did.
- 37:58Oh, here's everything documented.
- 37:59Your knees were bombed, your foot was bombed, your hearing is
- 38:03bombed, sleep apnea, PTSD because of, you know, the
- 38:07dumbbell fell on your foot in the gym.
- 38:09Whatever, be it, what, whatever, whatever, whatever.
- 38:12Okie dokie. Well, you're, you know, as soon
- 38:14as you get out, you got your DD214 form, you're going to be
- 38:16100% to the VA. I'm sorry, that's fraud.
- 38:23That's fraud. I, I don't care what you say out
- 38:25there in La La land, that is fraud.
- 38:29How are you able to still do your job in the military, but
- 38:32then get out and then say, oh, but I was broken.
- 38:35But your last year, you were in the military while you were
- 38:39putting all this together, you were still working.
- 38:42Now all of a sudden you're out the military.
- 38:44You can't do it anymore. That's not what the pension and
- 38:46compensation is for. Seriously.
- 38:49It, it, it has become a, it has become a, a welfare system for
- 38:58the military is what the VA pension and compensation has
- 39:02become. There are people out there that
- 39:04are veterans that are legit cannot work legit, they legit
- 39:08cannot work. Amputees, severe PTSD, lung
- 39:16issues from the burn pits, you know, severe migraines from
- 39:21being around your depleted uranium, ammunitions, munitions.
- 39:26There's so much out there. I don't understand it.
- 39:31How do you go and claim VA disability and get the 100%
- 39:38anyway? I, I, I can beat this dead horse
- 39:40until the dead horse comes back to live.
- 39:41Beat it again. The Take Care of Veterans Act
- 39:47had the major richest star act that it was kind of like a, a
- 39:50way to push it through. Well, you've got the VFW
- 39:53freaking guru here. Whatever her name was, she was a
- 39:55nurse and she was like, Oh no, let's rally against it.
- 39:59It's not good for future veterans.
- 40:02Let's make ourselves relevant. We've got to make the VFW
- 40:06relevant again. Let's make them relevant.
- 40:10Well, that's not one way to do it.
- 40:12Just let you know that's not one way to do it.
- 40:15Yeah, I just, I'm confused on how that slipped by.
- 40:18And now the Major Riches Star Act is kind of like off off in
- 40:21Wonderland and everybody's like past Major Riches Star Act by
- 40:24itself. No, we first have to give you
- 40:26create a couple billion dollars more.
- 40:33As everybody knows, I'm I'm kind of jacked up right now.
- 40:36My sinus is. So I apologize.
- 40:40Yeah. So yeah, we're going to give a
- 40:42couple more billions of dollars to Ukraine and everybody else,
- 40:46you know, and and, you know, fund, you know, all these other
- 40:50programs first before we take care of the combat wounded.
- 40:54That's that's that that's at least that's the excuse that
- 40:56they're using. They're saying that this the,
- 41:00the wounded veteran tax or the offset of the money is going to
- 41:05cost, you know, so many billion dollars over 10 years.
- 41:07Think it was a billion dollars a year for 10 years, $10 million,
- 41:10whatever, whatever be it. Then they were like, well, we
- 41:13don't know if we'll back pay, you know, oh man, if they back
- 41:15pay, you go see every damn veteran with no arm, no leg
- 41:18driving a Lamborghini. I'll tell you that right now.
- 41:20I joke, I know, but nonetheless a joke.
- 41:26They need to pass the Major Richard Richard Starr Act
- 41:29unanimously across the board, bipartisan publicans and
- 41:32Democrats across the board agree on it needs to be passed.
- 41:35They just don't know where the money is going to come from, but
- 41:37they have the money. There's actually a budget for
- 41:40it. They know it.
- 41:42We know it. They're just like, we don't
- 41:45know. It's kind of like I, I, I, I
- 41:48look at it as you know that, that that old bicycle when
- 41:51you're a kid, you see it sitting on the side of the house.
- 41:53It's a little rusty. You're like back put some new
- 41:55wheels on it, man. That'd be a nice little bike to
- 41:56have. You go up and knock on the door
- 41:58and say, hey, man, is that is that bike for sale?
- 42:00No, OK. And you leave couple months go
- 42:04by bike still sitting there getting even more rustier, more
- 42:06rustier, more rustier, more and they're not selling it.
- 42:09It's just sitting there getting rusty.
- 42:10Bit of money just sitting there accumulating come off that
- 42:14money. Take care of veterans, combat
- 42:17related veterans that are were injured in combat.
- 42:20It just it, it's, it's again, it's just so, so, so mind
- 42:26blowing that we would never take care of our veterans that way.
- 42:33You know, and, and, and before you say anything, the average
- 42:36veteran that's 100% permanent total, which are combat
- 42:39veterans, most of them are 100% permanent total.
- 42:44The average is about $3800. Beat a family of three on that
- 42:49wife and two kids. Go ahead, try and try and feed.
- 42:53You'll be on welfare quick. I mean, between housing costs
- 42:56and the it's, it's hard. Excuse me one second over there.
- 43:09And trust me, I've tried everything.
- 43:10I've tried Claritin D, I've tried Allegra D, I've tried
- 43:13Zyrtec D, I've tried nasal sprays, nasal rinses, Neti pot
- 43:19nervage. This, this doesn't go away, man.
- 43:21This is my life. It's been my life for quite a
- 43:23while and yeah, they can't figure it out.
- 43:28Even Prednisone ain't even help me.
- 43:29I'll tell you what Prednisone is.
- 43:31Help me. Help me get fat.
- 43:33That's about all. But excuse me.
- 43:44With that, we're going to take a quick break and I'll be back on
- 43:47Veterans Talk while I try to get this under control because I
- 43:48don't know what's going on in the air here.
- 43:50Maybe I'll turn on the fan. We'll see.
- 43:52We'll be right back on Veterans Talk.
- 47:46And we're back with veterans, talk of military broadcast radio
- 47:48with yours truly. We were talking before the break
- 47:50and before I had my sneezing attack here.
- 47:54Excuse me. We were talking about the Major
- 47:56Richard Star Act. When I I like to talk about at
- 47:58least once on the show, right? Because if somebody's going to
- 48:01watch my show and somebody's going to research it and be
- 48:03like, yeah, I'm with that. I'm, I'm about that.
- 48:05They're going to contact their congressman or whatever.
- 48:07And you don't really get that get that hit hit out there that
- 48:10it needs to be pushed. And again, if those of you who
- 48:12are just not joining us, the major richest Star act is just a
- 48:16a combat tax on veterans. So if a veteran gets injured in
- 48:20Iraq and I use the same person all the time and, and, and I
- 48:23like it and it's OK. And it is a Marine that was a
- 48:26double amputee who stepped on a pressure mine in Afghanistan,
- 48:29lost both his legs and had had aspirations to be the next
- 48:32commander, the next Sergeant major of the Marine Corps.
- 48:37And, you know, he had to retire. He was forced to retire out of
- 48:42the Marine Corps, Right. And, you know, he's been out of
- 48:45the Marines for a long time. And he does great things and
- 48:47great organization that he runs and stuff.
- 48:49But it's not fair that we tax him by saying you can't have
- 48:52your retirement and your VA benefits.
- 48:56But if a soldier does 20 years or if a military member does 20
- 48:59years in the military and they retire, yeah, absolutely.
- 49:03They can have both benefits. Then they can have their, you
- 49:07know, combat or excuse me, their, their VA disability and
- 49:12their retirement. So it's, it's kind of crazy.
- 49:14There's there's two things. It's called CRSC, which is
- 49:18combat really, especially compensation.
- 49:19And then there's another one. It's called CRP something or
- 49:23another, I forget what that is. And that's for retirees.
- 49:25But nonetheless, it's, it's just a portion of CRSC that we get
- 49:31for combat related specialty compensation is a very, very,
- 49:34very small portion of your retirement.
- 49:37Very small portion. So for some, most people it's
- 49:39600 bucks, 700 bucks that they get from their, from their 2000
- 49:44or $3000 retirement. They should normally get, you
- 49:47get every other benefit. You get your medical, your
- 49:50dental, you get your commissary, you get your PX, you get your
- 49:53MWR, you get your ID card, you get your insurance and
- 49:56everything like that. But you don't get your money.
- 49:58And I think that's kind of, I don't know, it's just for me, it
- 50:01just just sounds wrong, just sounds wrong.
- 50:05Again, I, I'm, I'm passionate about it.
- 50:08So I talk about it, you know, and I, I just think it's weird.
- 50:11So today on the show, just to recap real quick, we talked
- 50:13about the testimony yesterday with Doctor Fauci and that, that
- 50:17whole fiasco, you know, I plead the fifth.
- 50:19I plead if it, well, if you're plead the 5th to self
- 50:23incrimination, plead the 5th to self incrimination.
- 50:28If you did nothing wrong, then you got nothing to incriminate
- 50:30yourself about knucklehead. So anyway, and it was all
- 50:35because of his diary. We all we, I mean, it's just
- 50:37these are facts and it's not about the left or the right
- 50:40going after anybody. It's about you don't.
- 50:42And I'm going to share a story with you of a friend of mine who
- 50:46went to Yale, Very, very smart individual, went to Yale and we
- 50:49had a big get together, a bunch of us and stuff and knew him
- 50:52since junior high. And a bunch of us from high
- 50:55school got together. And you know, he had a bet.
- 50:57He had a nice Audi stick shift too, man.
- 50:59It was awesome, man. And he left the lights on and
- 51:02battery went dead. And we said, hey, man, we're
- 51:05going to push start. You get in, put it in first
- 51:07gear, hold the clutch in, right. We're going to push you.
- 51:13And as we're pushing you, I'm going to tap on the back truck
- 51:16when I do go ahead and try it. He's like, all right, got it.
- 51:20So we're pushing them, pushing them.
- 51:21I mean, we're all drunk. We're pushing them and slap on
- 51:23the back of the trunk and said he wasn't drunk.
- 51:26Just just to be clear, he hadn't been drinking.
- 51:28We wore much of us a sorority guys or frat guys, Sorry.
- 51:32And when I tapped on the trunk, he tried it.
- 51:37He tried it. All right.
- 51:37He took the key, went and nothing.
- 51:41And I said, what are you doing, man?
- 51:42Popped the clutch. He goes, oh, oh, Oh, yeah.
- 51:45Yale graduate. No common sense.
- 51:48Doctor Fauci, you got no common sense to put your diary on a
- 51:50federally owned computer? No common sense.
- 51:54None. I mean, what did you do?
- 51:57Did you go, damn. What I did with that diary, I
- 52:00left it on there. I mean, these were, this was
- 52:02years of a diary on a computer. Just blow my mind anyway, Yeah.
- 52:10And the reason, again, why did I talk about that was because
- 52:12there was a lot of people that had emailed me and said, can you
- 52:15talk about this and about all the immunizations from the
- 52:18military that people that were forced to retire earlier, forced
- 52:21to get out of the military because they were forced to get
- 52:23that that jab, say no to the jab.
- 52:25You know where that whole thing, I caught COVID.
- 52:29I caught COVID 3 times. The first time I thought I was
- 52:31going to die. My whole body ached all over.
- 52:33I'm going to die the next day. I felt fine.
- 52:36I was literally putting sideboards on my truck with my
- 52:38neighbor playing with his kids. And I say, hey, man, I got
- 52:41COVID. He's like, I don't care.
- 52:42He never caught COVID. His kids never caught COVID.
- 52:44I don't know. I, I just, I don't know.
- 52:47Second time I caught it was, was OK.
- 52:49It wasn't bad. The third time I caught it, it
- 52:50was bad. And I'm like, all right,
- 52:52whatever. It was like having a flu.
- 52:53It really was, it was like a super flu.
- 52:56So, you know, and you always get that one person that comes up
- 52:59and says and that COVID was real.
- 53:00My grandmother died of COVID. I'm so sorry for your loss.
- 53:03How old was your grandmother? She was 87.
- 53:07Your grandmother had one foot in the grave.
- 53:09Not trying to be a jerk, but it's facts.
- 53:11Just saying it's facts out there.
- 53:12There's these are facts. Not a doctor.
- 53:14Don't claim to be 1 don't play 1 on TV.
- 53:16Not a medical doctor, not AMD at least not AMD just serious.
- 53:22It's like it's mind boggling, absolutely mind boggling what we
- 53:26go through in this community of veterans and what what is talked
- 53:31about. I mean, I, I talked to a veteran
- 53:34just the other day or matter of fact today I saw a veteran and
- 53:36when I was shopping at Costco and she said one of the hardest
- 53:39things is for her, for her and her husband, they're both
- 53:42veterans was her husband battles with PTSD.
- 53:47He has a full time job, he works full time and everything like
- 53:49that, but he battles with it and he's trying to become a, a full
- 53:53time work from home. I, I think that's really
- 53:57important. I really do.
- 53:58I think that those jobs for work from home and stuff like that
- 54:01should be reserved for those who can I can I, can I go into work
- 54:07and we're not talking about work.
- 54:09Listen, it's, it's a totally different topic.
- 54:10We'll, we'll, we'll touch base on that another time because I
- 54:12don't have time to talk about it here now, but I do.
- 54:15I think that PTSD is so real and everybody knows this show is a
- 54:18spin off of PTSD talk PTSD, but it's real.
- 54:22And I think that that it's very important that those people who
- 54:26suffer from PTSD, whether it's childhood trauma and stuff like
- 54:28that. By the way, next week's show is
- 54:29going to be great. I've got a doctor that is
- 54:32scheduled to be on. We're going to talk about
- 54:34childhood trauma, PTSD, the effects of it, the correlation,
- 54:39the inbetweens and why people, some, some military members
- 54:44suffer from PTSD and some just seem like they're immune to it,
- 54:49right. And the underlining between
- 54:50childhood PTSD or childhood trauma, something that was in
- 54:54the past before they went into the military and how that
- 54:57affects them while they're in the military, especially in a
- 54:59commerce situation. You're not going to want to miss
- 55:01that episode. It's, it's phenomenal.
- 55:03I've been working with this doctor talking all week long,
- 55:05actually all month long, and it's going to be great.
- 55:08It's really going to be good. So you're not going to want to
- 55:09miss that. Next week, Thursday, I'll be
- 55:13coming live from Ohio, be traveling to Ohio with military
- 55:16broadcast radio. It will be in central Ohio.
- 55:20I am doing some research and some investigative work, if you
- 55:22will, on something and going to meet with some people there and
- 55:28Columbus, OH. So that'll be pretty cool.
- 55:31And yeah, you're not going to want to miss next week's show, I
- 55:35promise. It's going to be great.
- 55:37We'll do a live, a live chat, live show and yeah, it's going
