- 0:00Speaker 1: Mister New York mar Salon on your.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Well, this is our number three, Yes, our number three.
- 0:12Speaker 2: That's right. If you didn't hear, the show is now
- 0:15Speaker 2: three hours. We're starting at nine am every day, so
- 0:19Speaker 2: don't forget tomorrow nine am will be on nine to
- 0:22Speaker 2: noon every day, three hours a day, nine to noon
- 0:25Speaker 2: every day. So you know, President Trump called off the
- 0:30Speaker 2: big attack. There was to be a massive attack on
- 0:33Speaker 2: Iran last night. But peace talks have resumed and looks good.
- 0:40Speaker 2: But it always looks good then goes bad. But you'll
- 0:44Speaker 2: notice that last week it was it Thursday, the President
- 0:48Speaker 2: held a cabinet meeting. That's unusually has them all the time,
- 0:51Speaker 2: unlike Biden. But he held it at Camp David. Now,
- 0:56Speaker 2: why would all of a sudden the cabinet mean you
- 0:58Speaker 2: have to be at Camp David's paying the neck of
- 1:00Speaker 2: everybody has to go all the way out to Camp David,
- 1:03Speaker 2: which is out in Maryland. That's usually when they're about
- 1:06Speaker 2: to do some major, major, major military operation. Now the
- 1:12Speaker 2: reason is you want to discuss it with your entire cabinet.
- 1:16Speaker 2: So this military attack that he talked about being big
- 1:20Speaker 2: was apparently going to be huge, huge. It's kind of
- 1:23Speaker 2: thing you need to go over with your whole cabinet. Now,
- 1:25Speaker 2: why would you have to go to Camp David for that,
- 1:27Speaker 2: because you don't want anything to leak out. And what
- 1:30Speaker 2: happens is when you have a cabinet meeting, it's all
- 1:35Speaker 2: the cabinet secretaries and then they all have staffs and assistants,
- 1:38Speaker 2: and then when the meeting's over, you know, you can
- 1:39Speaker 2: throw the cameras out of the room. You don't have
- 1:41Speaker 2: to have the cameras there. But once the meeting's over,
- 1:44Speaker 2: they all leave through the White House. They walk through
- 1:47Speaker 2: the White House hallways and corridors and different places, and
- 1:50Speaker 2: it's surrounded by press and the reporters. The press access
- 1:56Speaker 2: to the cabinet members, to their staff, to everybody all
- 2:00Speaker 2: through those hallways. So when you do it at Camp David,
- 2:03Speaker 2: there's no press within fifty miles literally, So everybody leaves
- 2:07Speaker 2: Camp David, gets back in their car, gets back in
- 2:09Speaker 2: their helicopter, and goes home without ever running into any press.
- 2:13Speaker 2: So the fact that he did that cabinet meeting at
- 2:15Speaker 2: Camp David means it was major stuff that was being discussed. Now, Iran,
- 2:22Speaker 2: well we'll see, here's the president on that.
- 2:25Speaker 3: We just made a great settlement of the war with
- 2:29Speaker 3: the RN and we're gonna be a subject to finalization
- 2:33Speaker 3: of documents. We should get done over the next few days.
- 2:38Speaker 3: Probably have a signing maybe in Europe.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Yeah, so they're talking right now as we speak. Talks
- 2:43Speaker 2: will go on all day and that's it. Peace talks,
- 2:47Speaker 2: treaty settlement done. This should last about two days and
- 2:54Speaker 2: then they'll start firing at our ships again. But it
- 2:57Speaker 2: good buys you a couple of days. Spain, the invasion
- 3:01Speaker 2: of Spain by all those migrants. President asked about that.
- 3:04Speaker 4: I watched the catastrophe that took place. It was a
- 3:07Speaker 4: It looks like an invasion of a country by hundreds
- 3:11Speaker 4: of thousands of people, And that same thing's gonna happen
- 3:14Speaker 4: to us if the Republican self get elected, except worse.
- 3:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean we saw it under Biden. Sixty thousand
- 3:21Speaker 2: people entered Spain. We used to have that every day,
- 3:24Speaker 2: every couple of days. We get sixty thousand million people
- 3:28Speaker 2: a year coming in. It was ridiculous. So we have
- 3:31Speaker 2: a boarder. Now. We got Tom Holman one by one
- 3:35Speaker 2: throwing all those criminal, illegal aliens out of here. That's
- 3:39Speaker 2: good news. Now, President again, I took about this last hour.
- 3:45Speaker 2: The economy is fine. I know they keep trying to
- 3:47Speaker 2: convince you it's in shambles, it's a disaster. Absolutely not true.
- 3:50Speaker 2: He's doing a tour several states this week to talk
- 3:55Speaker 2: about that. And if you watch the fake news, even
- 3:57Speaker 2: the network news, you're convinced that president's approval ratings are
- 4:02Speaker 2: so low it's disaster. They're fine, they're fine. They're where
- 4:08Speaker 2: every president's approval ratings are at this point. What they
- 4:11Speaker 2: never tell you in those reports is that Democrat approval
- 4:15Speaker 2: rating is one hundred times lower. Again, here's the CNN pollster.
- 4:19Speaker 5: Okay, the Democratic Party net favorability back in twenty eighteen.
- 4:24Speaker 5: Back in twenty eighteen, when Democrats were able to take
- 4:26Speaker 5: control the House, they were actually on the plus side
- 4:28Speaker 5: of Elleger. They were actually in positive territory at plus
- 4:32Speaker 5: one point. Look now in twenty twenty six, we're not
- 4:36Speaker 5: just talking down there underneath the Potomac. We're talking down
- 4:39Speaker 5: there with the Titanic. We're talking twenty four points underwater.
- 4:42Speaker 5: And this is just the party overall. This isn't the
- 4:45Speaker 5: congression leadership. This is the party.
- 4:48Speaker 2: That's the CNN pollster. So the media forgets to tell
- 4:52Speaker 2: you that part that Democrats have approval ratings below Donald Trump.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Now c span supposed to be neutral. Sea span is
- 5:01Speaker 2: a kind of a left wing kind of a thing.
- 5:04Speaker 2: But sea Span does these little polls of their own
- 5:07Speaker 2: where they talk to Democrats. They now listen to here
- 5:10Speaker 2: se Span talking to a Democratic voter.
- 5:12Speaker 3: Jim and Georgia, which party do you plan to vote
- 5:14Speaker 3: for in November.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Well, I'm a little bit confused on that right now,
- 5:21Speaker 1: because the Democrats have lost their mind. This is insanity.
- 5:25Speaker 1: What is going on. You're sitting here and telling me
- 5:29Speaker 1: that the United States of America is going to have
- 5:32Speaker 1: a socialist party that is going to be running the country.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Yeah, the idea socialists communists. That means no more democracy.
- 5:42Speaker 2: So if you're actually a socialist, is a communist. Same thing.
- 5:46Speaker 2: So if you say I'm a socialist democratic socialist, means
- 5:49Speaker 2: you're an anti democracy, anti America as we know it. No kings.
- 5:55Speaker 2: You want to see a king like some socialists, and
- 5:58Speaker 2: you'll see some king there. Unbelievable. Hey twenty twenty eight. Now,
- 6:02Speaker 2: now let me just point out anytime anywhere anybody is
- 6:06Speaker 2: talking about who the nominee is gonna be at twenty
- 6:07Speaker 2: twenty eight, you should probably not listen, pay no attention.
- 6:11Speaker 2: It means absolutely nothing two years earlier. Trying to predict anything.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Whatever it looks like now is not what it's not
- 6:19Speaker 2: going to look like that in twenty twenty eight. It's
- 6:22Speaker 2: like trying to tell It's like me trying to tell
- 6:24Speaker 2: you who's going to win the twenty twenty eight Super Bowl.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Who the hell knows what's going to be happening in
- 6:29Speaker 2: twenty twenty eight. So anything you say about twenty twenty
- 6:32Speaker 2: eight now means absolutely nothing two years from now, because
- 6:36Speaker 2: everything will change five times before then. So I mean,
- 6:39Speaker 2: look at if you went back six months. Ooh, it's
- 6:41Speaker 2: Gavin Newsom. He's way out in the league now he's
- 6:43Speaker 2: completely out of it. So but if you just try
- 6:46Speaker 2: to look at it now, it's Kamala Harris. She's back
- 6:50Speaker 2: on top. Total disaster again for the Democrats. Now, Kamala Harris.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Last time, I remember she pretended to be a little more
- 6:59Speaker 2: moderate stack the Supreme Court. Well, I don't know. I
- 7:04Speaker 2: wouldn't want to do that open border, no, no, no,
- 7:06Speaker 2: I'm not for that. Well, now she's going in the
- 7:08Speaker 2: opposite direction. She's talking about stacking the Supreme Court, adding
- 7:12Speaker 2: two more congressional seats Washington, d C. And Puerto Rico.
- 7:17Speaker 2: They would do that because those are guaranteed Democrats. So
- 7:21Speaker 2: if you made them states, you would get two more
- 7:25Speaker 2: Democratic senators from each. So all the radical, crazy stuff
- 7:29Speaker 2: she's now for because she realizes right now that's the
- 7:32Speaker 2: way the wind is blowing. You got to be a
- 7:35Speaker 2: left wing cook, crazy radical if it's Kamala Harris. Could
- 7:41Speaker 2: you imagine that Kamala Harris running against her? He's so
- 7:44Speaker 2: simple for anybody. Mid terms again. Trump approval ratings are fine,
- 7:49Speaker 2: They're not great, but they're fine, and Democrat approval ratings
- 7:52Speaker 2: are so low. Hey. By the way, sometimes you'll see
- 7:56Speaker 2: people that have turned on Trump and they'll yell and scream,
- 8:00Speaker 2: promise no more wars. He promised no. He never ever,
- 8:04Speaker 2: ever ever said anything of the kind. There was never
- 8:07Speaker 2: any promise like that. And if to check the record,
- 8:11Speaker 2: President Trump, even as private citizen, Donald Trump has been
- 8:14Speaker 2: doing interviews for fifty years, and you will find a
- 8:18Speaker 2: million interviews every year of his life where he talked
- 8:22Speaker 2: about going after Iran. He always talked about going after
- 8:25Speaker 2: Iran always, and he never said no new wars. He
- 8:30Speaker 2: promised no unnecessary wars. No, you know, crazy going to
- 8:34Speaker 2: Iraq wars because they weren't really a threat. In this case,
- 8:37Speaker 2: Iran was two weeks away from nuclear a nuclear bombs,
- 8:41Speaker 2: so that was considered a real threat.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Hey.
- 8:44Speaker 2: By the way, the other thing in the midterm elections,
- 8:47Speaker 2: Elon Musk is now stepping up. He's already pledged one
- 8:50Speaker 2: hundred million dollars that he will spend in the mid terms. Now,
- 8:54Speaker 2: a lot of that will be what they call ground
- 8:57Speaker 2: game getting the vote out for Republicans. Is already on
- 9:00Speaker 2: board for one hundred million. Expect that to expand to
- 9:06Speaker 2: probably two hundred and fifty million by the time he's done. Hey,
- 9:10Speaker 2: now this is interesting. Tucker Carlson and Marjorie Taylor Green,
- 9:14Speaker 2: remember her and Thomas Massey. They want to plot a
- 9:18Speaker 2: new political party. They're dissatisfied with Trump and the Republicans.
- 9:23Speaker 2: So Marjorie Taylor Green, Tucker Carlson, I'm talking about starting
- 9:27Speaker 2: their own party now for Republicans that hate Trump or
- 9:31Speaker 2: all that. So they're going to have their own. Now,
- 9:33Speaker 2: this is actually great for Republicans. This will be the
- 9:36Speaker 2: best thing that ever happened because Marjorie Taylor Green and
- 9:39Speaker 2: Tucker Carlson will take all the wackos out of the
- 9:43Speaker 2: Republican Party. They'll remove the wackos and get him in
- 9:47Speaker 2: their party. I think they're going to call it America
- 9:48Speaker 2: First for all Americans, catchy name, huh. So they'll be
- 9:54Speaker 2: like the Alex Jones. They'll be the new Alex Jones
- 9:57Speaker 2: wing of the party. They'll get all the wackos over there. Now,
- 10:01Speaker 2: you know, diners have been disappearing. It's a very important thing,
- 10:06Speaker 2: a diner, especially. You know, Long Island had great diners.
- 10:10Speaker 2: New Jersey's got them, the greatest diners everywhere you go Westchester, Connecticut,
- 10:15Speaker 2: the city. I mean you haven't, but it was really
- 10:17Speaker 2: outside the city. And you know, the great thing was
- 10:20Speaker 2: that those suburban diners, there were so many great ones,
- 10:24Speaker 2: and they started to vanish, one by one by one
- 10:26Speaker 2: by one. People don't eat that stuff anymore, you know,
- 10:30Speaker 2: the people that own the diners, the kids don't want
- 10:32Speaker 2: to be in the diner business. They'd rather open a
- 10:35Speaker 2: chic cafe or something. So but there's still some great
- 10:38Speaker 2: diners in New Jersey, and there's still a couple in
- 10:40Speaker 2: Long Island, but I don't like this story at all.
- 10:44Speaker 2: So a lot of these diners now they think to
- 10:48Speaker 2: hang on, they're going to have to get very trendy.
- 10:50Speaker 2: They've been studying social media and they want very trendy food.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Like instead of soda, dirty sodas, you know what that is.
- 10:58Speaker 2: That means it's a soda. Put all kinds of stuff
- 11:00Speaker 2: in there, alcohol, flavored syrups, things in it. So na,
- 11:07Speaker 2: I don't like that Cajun shrimp alfredo bread bowl at
- 11:11Speaker 2: the seaport. Now, we don't need this. Don't stick to
- 11:15Speaker 2: what you do. It's what it's what makes you better.
- 11:21Speaker 2: Here's another diner, the Nochie out Taco. Yeah no, no,
- 11:26Speaker 2: no no, don't stick to diner food. It's the smartest
- 11:30Speaker 2: thing to do. It's an amazing place a diner because
- 11:33Speaker 2: if you went to the finest restaurant, you went to
- 11:35Speaker 2: Laberna Dan. If you went to Danielle, the finest restaurant,
- 11:38Speaker 2: the menu is like one page, they got like twenty things.
- 11:43Speaker 2: You go to a diner, the menu is forty seven pages.
- 11:46Speaker 2: They have four hundred and eighty different things that if
- 11:48Speaker 2: you go to Danielle. In the kitchen there's two hundred
- 11:52Speaker 2: French chefs working in there. The kitchen is the size
- 11:55Speaker 2: of a football field. If you go to a diner,
- 11:59Speaker 2: it's a little griddle with one guy and somehow he
- 12:00Speaker 2: can turn out four hundred and twenty five things. It's
- 12:03Speaker 2: absolutely amazing. So you got to give him credit for that.
- 12:06Speaker 2: None of this bad things about the diner. You know,
- 12:08Speaker 2: you walk in and there's that case with all the
- 12:11Speaker 2: pies that are two feet high, and it's spent, the
- 12:14Speaker 2: cases spinning around. And then they always have that sign,
- 12:18Speaker 2: all pies baked, all baking done on premises. You know,
- 12:23Speaker 2: I don't know about that. You look at this diner,
- 12:25Speaker 2: looks like a gas station. I don't want anything baked
- 12:27Speaker 2: in here. I'd rather have it come from a really,
- 12:30Speaker 2: really fine bakery. And then it always it's always that sign,
- 12:34Speaker 2: please wait for a hostess to seat you. They haven't
- 12:37Speaker 2: had a hostess in twenty years in these diners. But well, anyway,
- 12:41Speaker 2: there's still a couple of Long Island and you know
- 12:44Speaker 2: it used to be twenty four hours. You know, you
- 12:46Speaker 2: go three in the morning the diner. There's nobody in
- 12:49Speaker 2: there anymore. Hey, speaking a Long Island, there's a magazine
- 12:53Speaker 2: Business of Fashion it's like the big trade magazine of
- 12:56Speaker 2: the fashion industry. So they picked the top fashion stores
- 12:59Speaker 2: all over the world and for the New York area.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Guess who won? Hirschlifers, that's the great store at the
- 13:06Speaker 2: Americana and Long Island. It really isn't an incredible store.
- 13:10Speaker 2: Lori Hirschlifer, Shelley Hirschlifer, Marcy Hirschliffer. A great family been there,
- 13:16Speaker 2: they've been store has been in business one hundred years.
- 13:18Speaker 2: But Long Island wins top fashion store in America. Great, great,
- 13:24Speaker 2: great honor. Hey, Howard Stern, congratulations won his legal battle.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Remember that assistant was suing Howard Stern for a fortune.
- 13:35Speaker 2: She was hired as an assistant. She was hired as
- 13:38Speaker 2: an assistant on the show, and then somehow she moved
- 13:41Speaker 2: to be the assistant at his Southampton home where what
- 13:46Speaker 2: was the job here? Managing staff of the mansion, setting
- 13:50Speaker 2: staffing schedules, completing staff payroll, managing general household operations. And
- 13:58Speaker 2: guess how much the assistant got. Two hundred and sixty
- 14:01Speaker 2: five thousand a year. Two hundred and sixty five thousand
- 14:04Speaker 2: a year for that and an eighty thousand dollars bonus.
- 14:07Speaker 2: Pretty good but she got fired. She's been suing Howard
- 14:11Speaker 2: Stern and the wife, I guess, claiming a hostile work environment.
- 14:16Speaker 2: And nobody can picture that hostile work environment immense pressure
- 14:22Speaker 2: created by irresponsible and untenable animal rescue and fostering operations
- 14:27Speaker 2: occurring on. So whatever the hell she was claiming, a
- 14:30Speaker 2: judge tossed it out, judged throughout the whole thing, So
- 14:33Speaker 2: a victory for Howard Stern. Hey, movies, this was a
- 14:38Speaker 2: huge you know, actually I think this was the biggest
- 14:41Speaker 2: box office weekend in history, all because of two films.
- 14:45Speaker 2: Odyssey continues to be huge, but Spider Man did three
- 14:50Speaker 2: hundred million this week, So between Spider Man and Odyssey,
- 14:54Speaker 2: biggest box office weekend ever. Pretty amazing. Hey, we'll take
- 15:00Speaker 2: some calls next. Eight hundred three two one zero seven
- 15:04Speaker 2: ten is the number. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 15:09Speaker 2: seven ten
