- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. Over the past week or so, we've been
- 0:07diving deep into the death of Jeffrey Epstein and the
- 0:10investigation that came after it. And wouldn't you know, piggybacking
- 0:15off of our work, The New York Post now has
- 0:17an article out about toven O Weel. So in this episode,
- 0:21we're going to dive into this article and we're going
- 0:23to see what they have to say about toven O
- 0:26Weell and the death of Jeffrey Epstein. Like I said,
- 0:29this article was published by the New York Post and
- 0:32the headline Epstein prison guard googled them minutes before a
- 0:36body found and made mysterious deposit before pedophile suicide. According
- 0:41to the DOJ, this article was authored by Gabriel Fahmi. Look,
- 0:48I told you guys from the very beginning that this
- 0:50whole situation with touven O Weel and Michael Thomas is
- 0:54very weird. The problem is, all we had to go
- 0:57on was what the DOJ was giving us with that report,
- 1:03and it was sanitized as hell. And now we know
- 1:06that to be a fact because we have the actual
- 1:09depositions from Tovin Owell, from Michael Thomas, from the electrical engineer,
- 1:14from Mark Epstein, from the lieutenant, and none of it
- 1:17fits with the narrative that they pitched to us. None
- 1:20of it. And then the way they conduct themselves in
- 1:23those interviews is just unbelievable. They should be in prison,
- 1:28Both of these prison guards should be in prison, but
- 1:31they got that deferred sentence and they got hooked up.
- 1:35And now we know why, at least in my opinion,
- 1:38and my opinion is the fix was in. Now the
- 1:42only question is who was behind it, because I don't
- 1:45believe for a minute that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself. One
- 1:50of Jeffrey Epstein's prison guards googled the sex Predator minutes
- 1:54before he was found dead, and also made a mysterious
- 1:57five thousand dollars cash deposit ten days before the Predators
- 2:01jail cell suicide. New Department of Justice documents reveal. I'm
- 2:05sure it's just a coincidence, right, Just like the cameras,
- 2:09just like they fell asleep, Just like they had no
- 2:12idea that Jeffrey Epstein needed another prisoner in the cell
- 2:16with them, Just like they had no idea what the
- 2:18hot list was. Just like they had no idea what
- 2:20the basic policy was. It's all a coincidence, right. Tovi
- 2:26Noel was one of two Metropolitan Correctional Center of workers
- 2:29accused of falsifying records to say that they checked on
- 2:32Epstein throughout the night before is August tenth, twenty nineteen suicide.
- 2:37The guards were fired, but criminal charges against both were
- 2:40later dropped. Now, why in the hell would you do that? Well,
- 2:45you want to keep it quiet. You don't want this
- 2:47getting out, you don't want this turning into a gigantic storm.
- 2:51Well here we are, it's a gigantic storm, and people
- 2:54have questions. How is it that you only get fired
- 2:57and not charged, or you get charged and then those
- 3:01charges are dropped. What would motivate them to do that?
- 3:04Did they do that on a regular basis with normal people?
- 3:08Of course they don't. And in a situation like this,
- 3:12don't you think you'd want to send a message as
- 3:14the bop yo, Look, this is unacceptable, falling asleep, falsifying records,
- 3:20the whole thing. You're going to prison. But no, so
- 3:24the next time it happens, the person will just say, look,
- 3:26precedent says that I should just get fired it's all
- 3:31a big ass joke. Noel googled the latest on Epstein
- 3:34in jail at five forty two am, and then again
- 3:37at five fifty two am, less than forty minutes before
- 3:40her colleague, correctional officer Michael Thomas, found the disgraced financier
- 3:45dead in his cell by hanging at six thirty am,
- 3:49according to an FBI record of Noel's Internet search history
- 3:52that night, Like, that's not weird to anybody that doesn't
- 3:58set off every single alarm bell and have your shit
- 4:00ringing like Tel Aviv in an Iranian attack. I guess
- 4:04for me, we're at a point where I just don't
- 4:05give them the benefit of the doubt because they've screwed
- 4:08around so long, so many times, with so many different issues,
- 4:13So why should I give them the benefit of the doubt.
- 4:15They haven't earned that. I give the benefit of the
- 4:18doubt to people who have been honest throughout their lives,
- 4:22and then they get caught up, right, somebody who's been
- 4:24honest forever. I'm gonna listen to what they have to say.
- 4:28We're gonna have to see all the evidence, But here
- 4:31I don't even need to see the evidence. I don't
- 4:33believe the narrative that you're pitching. And that's because the
- 4:38narrative that you've been pitching from the very beginning has
- 4:41been absolutely false. Earlier that shift, Noel shot for furniture
- 4:46online and snoozed on the job instead of making the
- 4:49mandated checks on Epstein every thirty minutes, while Thomas perused motorcycles.
- 4:54Prosecutors said the FBI highlighted the eerie internet search in
- 5:00its sixty six page forensic examination of the Bureau of
- 5:03Prisons desktop computers of Noel and Thomas. It was the
- 5:08only search highlighted. No forensic audit, no looking into what
- 5:12they were up to or who they were with, no
- 5:14real investigation. Ask yourself why when question. During her sworn
- 5:20statement to the DOJ in twenty twenty one, Noel denied
- 5:24googling Epstein. I don't remember doing that, she claimed, According
- 5:27to a transcript, She said the FBI records were not accurate.
- 5:30I don't recall looking them up. She's a liar. Everything
- 5:34she said in that interview is a lie in my opinion,
- 5:38and Tovin Noel should have went to prison, not even
- 5:42a question in my mind. How is it you can
- 5:45get away with something like this. It's not like you
- 5:48messed up somebody's order at RB's Okay, I can see that, right,
- 5:52fired cool, that's all you need to get. This is
- 5:55a different story, a whole different story. Noel, who has
- 5:59since been sued dude but in Westchester County Supreme Court
- 6:02for alleged assault at her new job as a medical
- 6:05office assistant at Montefior Einstein Advanced Care, also claimed to
- 6:09investigators that everyone at the Manhattan Federal Lockup failed to
- 6:13do rounds and falsified records about it. Quite possible, But
- 6:18is that her cover while everybody was doing it? And look,
- 6:22I have no doubt that there's a lot of negligence
- 6:24that occurs in all these facilities, and certainly at the MCC.
- 6:28I know people that were there, not exactly a walk
- 6:32in the park. But to say that all the officers
- 6:36weren't doing their rounds, that's a bunch of bs. That's
- 6:39just another lie, just another lie. I've never worked in
- 6:44the special Housing unit and actually done rounds every thirty minutes,
- 6:47she told investigators. Meanwhile, Chase Bank flagged cash deposits in
- 6:52Noel's bank account in a suspicious activity report to the FBI.
- 6:56In November twenty nineteen, Another file from the DEER revealed
- 7:01a total of twelve deposits began in April of twenty eighteen,
- 7:05the bank said, and culminated in the largest deposit for
- 7:08five thousand dollars on July thirtieth, twenty nineteen. Huh, well,
- 7:15why didn't we follow that money? Where did it come from?
- 7:20Why did she get it? Who gave it? To her
- 7:25basic questions. The files only contain Noel's bank records. Beginning
- 7:32in December of twenty eighteen. They showed seven cash deposits
- 7:36totaling eleven thousand, eight hundred and eighty dollars. Noel started
- 7:40working at the special housing unit where Epstein had been held,
- 7:44beginning on July seventh, twenty nineteen, just weeks before his death. Noel,
- 7:50who drove a sixty two thousand dollars twenty nineteen land rover,
- 7:55wasn't asked about the cash during her DOJ interview. Record
- 7:58showed why would they? Why would they? They were trying
- 8:02to put it to bed. This is what I'm telling
- 8:04you about the OIG. Do not trust them, and that's
- 8:07why I want to go through all these interviews for
- 8:09you to see. For yourself. They dog walked us, folks,
- 8:14They dog walked us. And that's why anybody who's out
- 8:17here talking about, well there's not enough evidence. What you
- 8:21don't know what kind of evidence there is. There's never
- 8:23been a real investigation. What you're seeing here is circumstantial,
- 8:30and any good investigator knows that the circumstantial evidence that's
- 8:34the foundation. And if there's this much circumstantial evidence, if
- 8:39we had full on access to the financial records, et cetera,
- 8:42you mean to tell me we wouldn't hit pay dirt.
- 8:45Stop it, just stop it. And the sixty two thousand
- 8:49dollars land rover really must be nice. Maybe I should
- 8:53go get a job as a corrections officer. An internal
- 8:58FBI briefing all Soil released in the DOJ files reveals
- 9:02the agency thought Noel was likely the mysterious orange shape
- 9:06spotted in a blurry surveillance video near Epstein's sell around
- 9:09ten forty pm that night. Well, well, well, why would
- 9:13she be in the orange lenin? And why would she
- 9:16be carrying it? Did she bring it to Jeffrey Epstein
- 9:19so he could kill himself? Now, remember I said that
- 9:25Tartaglione's job was to pass the message on to Jeffrey Epstein. Look, bro,
- 9:30we can reach out and touch you whenever we want.
- 9:32Either you do it or we're gonna do it, And
- 9:35if we do it, it's not going to be as
- 9:36pleasant as if you do it yourself. Something along those
- 9:39lines right, certainly plausible. What is not plausible is that
- 9:43Jeffrey Epstein killed himself with no help. Not plausible. I
- 9:47don't believe it. I'm sorry, there's no evidence proving it.
- 9:52At approximately ten forty PM, a correctional officer believed to
- 9:57be Tovi Noel carried lenin or inmate clothing up to
- 10:00Ell Tier. Last time any correctional officer approached the only
- 10:04entrance to the shoe tier the agency rode. Epstein apparently
- 10:08hanged himself with strips of orange cloth. Well, was Tovin
- 10:14Nowell paid to let Jeffrey Epstein do this knowing that
- 10:19she wasn't going to face any real consequences because the
- 10:22union would get involved, and then the federal government doesn't
- 10:25want to pursue it further because that would open the door,
- 10:28so they just forget about it. Let's just defer the
- 10:30charges and move on again. It's time for a special investigator,
- 10:36it's not a discussion at this point. We need a
- 10:38special counsel to get to the bottom of all of this.
- 10:43In the Swarren statement, Noel, who was working a double
- 10:46shift that day, told investigator she last saw Epstein alive
- 10:49somewhere around after ten and that she never gave out
- 10:52linen ever or nothing to inmates because that's done the
- 10:56shift before. The Identity of the pixelated orange blob in
- 11:00the video has been a source of debate and conspiracies
- 11:03since the FBI released the footage last summer. The original
- 11:08twenty twenty three Inspector General report said it was an
- 11:11unidentified correctional officer, making the recently released FBI document the
- 11:16first time a name was publicly put to the mysterious shape.
- 11:21She testified she didn't know why Epstein had extra linen
- 11:24in his cell. The other guard on duty was sleeping
- 11:27between ten pm and midnight. She said a prison employee
- 11:31entering the area of Epstein's cell alone would be a
- 11:34policy violation, workers have said. Lawyers for Noel declined the
- 11:39comment and asked during her sworn statement if she had
- 11:42any part in Epstein's death. Noel replied, no, Well, I
- 11:46don't believe her sorry sworn statement. Sure like they're going
- 11:50to pursue it anyway. We all know they want this
- 11:52to go away, and that's why this was a deferred
- 11:54prosecution and why Thomas and Noel were let off the hook.
- 11:58And the whole reason is because they didn't want this
- 12:00to go any further. They didn't want people to know
- 12:03what happened in that jail cell, and they didn't want
- 12:05people to ask any more questions about Jeffrey Epstein. They
- 12:09wanted it to be clean. Right, he's gone, that's it,
- 12:12let's stop talking about it. But the problem is it
- 12:14was sloppy. Maybe not the actual person or persons involved
- 12:18on the ground, but the operation you're seeing here is sloppy.
- 12:22And I think that as more information comes out, it's
- 12:25going to become very obvious that what we were told
- 12:29by Tovin Nowell, Michael Thomas, the DOJ, and the BOP
- 12:34is nothing but a bunch of bs. All the information
- 12:39that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 12:42description box.
