- 0:00[SPEAKER_02]: Hello, and welcome back to the bread of the podcast.
- 0:04[SPEAKER_02]: We are your hosts.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_02]: My name is Phoebe.
- 0:07[SPEAKER_02]: And my name is Caroline and today we have a lot of pop culture.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_02]: Greatness to discuss.
- 0:15[SPEAKER_02]: But before we get into that, I have some personal updates.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_02]: I want to share one of which is that I'm son burnt like only on my hands.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my gosh, well that's so interesting because I have like the opposite news.
- 0:25[SPEAKER_01]: Is that I realized I might be a little bit repellent to the sun?
- 0:31[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm gonna need you to expand all that.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_02]: What do you mean by that?
- 0:36[SPEAKER_01]: I got like no sun at the beach, but I also didn't get burned.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_02]: Did you go in the sun?
- 0:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_02]: Did you wear sunscreen?
- 0:45[SPEAKER_01]: Mom closed your ears.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_01]: No.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_02]: You didn't, okay, this.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, my face.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_02]: It's actually pisses me to hell off because what do you mean you didn't get an ounce of Sony to wear sunscreen?
- 0:56[SPEAKER_01]: I do have a bit of like, I mean, I'm tanner than I was and like you can see like.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, you're your Apple watch tan.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I can see that.
- 1:05[SPEAKER_01]: But like I'm not what I'm so kid.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_01]: I used to really tan, you know?
- 1:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you did used to get pretty a tan.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_01]: And it wouldn't take very much for me to get tanned and now it's like I can sit in the sun and Dude, that's crazy.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_01]: And the primary long sleeves.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_02]: I was wearing a shirt that has like, it's like an oversized shocker.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_02]: It's like an oversized foot.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_02]: And it when I was sitting, it was on whale watching bills.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_02]: When I was sitting, the sleeves kind of came down.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_02]: So it's literally just like
- 1:37[SPEAKER_02]: Just like a quarter, but I have Vittaligo on my hands.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_02]: I was just like, where?
- 1:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I have a zero pigment on my hands, essentially.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_02]: And it like started growing over the years.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_02]: So like when I was younger, it was just like a few little spots.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_02]: And now I call it my gloves because it's like my whole hand.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_02]: So I like so I do have to be more careful and mom's going to be like annoyed, but I didn't put sunscreen on my hands.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_02]: I just wasn't thinking about it.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_02]: I did put it on my face.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_02]: You never think about it.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_02]: You never think about that.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_02]: You never think about your feet.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_01]: No, there's no other area about it.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_02]: And my scalp was also a little burnt.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_02]: You can kind of see that too.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but I did put sunscreen on my face and then I like it didn't even feel it when I was on the boat and then we got off and I was like fuck, like I it's just pure pink because I don't have and it's like you start to notice it because you're like, oh well, there's
- 2:21[SPEAKER_02]: you suddenly have color on your hands on your white gloves and so it hurts and so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so I am so
- 2:44[SPEAKER_02]: Normally whales like they love to perform and they're like really friendly and like if they're is whale watching and they're around like they'll do tricks like they let me seen it.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, I was like cheering for Boston.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know why in my brain I wasn't realizing that there could be whale watching in New Jersey on a show when you said either was I neither was I
- 3:00[SPEAKER_01]: I think some reason it made sense.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_01]: I know they're not that far, but lost in the region.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_01]: It wasn't.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_02]: So they're in New Jersey from April to November.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_02]: So they'll do whale watching all the way through the last week of October.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_02]: Like, oh, good.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_02]: Come back.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_02]: But, and they're mostly humpback whales.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_01]: And I feel happy to go next year in Boston.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was literally Anthony was like, should we go next year in Boston?
- 3:19[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, yes, we need to plan it.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_02]: But I feel like we've seen.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_02]: It was really good in Boston.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_02]: I don't want to say this, but like blue whales, maybe, or some other kind of whale up in Boston.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like we saw a humpback whale.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe it was humpbacks.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not remembering, but like we, I remember the last time we went whale watching in Boston, they were jumping out of the water.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_02]: It was so fucking cool.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we had pictures that look like they could have been taken by freaking National Geographic.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_02]: On this one I got some good videos.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_02]: It was mostly like a lot of like spouting and then it would do like a little like, you know.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, whatever that's called a swim.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and it was the same way over and over because it had like his orange spot on its, um, dorsal fan.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_02]: But like, I think it was just like barnacles that maybe got like, um, I don't want to go wrong.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, why are you so very happy barnacles?
- 4:08[SPEAKER_01]: I hate them.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_01]: I hate them.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_01]: I hate them so much.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_01]: I hate where they grow.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's like kind of like tripe phobia.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_02]: I was going to ask like, are you freaked out by like lots of like dots and stuff?
- 4:17[SPEAKER_02]: Like what does that fear people have of?
- 4:19[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's tripe phobia.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_01]: It the dots.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_01]: It's like a fear trap.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_01]: The fish.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes they give me like chills on just, this is gonna sound weird, like just this, of course it is.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_01]: Like just like right above my elbow, I'll get like goosebumps.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_01]: But something about barnacles, like really creep me out.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, the fear of circles is tripophobia.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's what I was saying.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I'm saying tripe.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, it might be pronounced tripe, maybe.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_02]: But do you like just that freak you out?
- 4:56[SPEAKER_01]: Not the way that it does when people have, but it gives me that feeling on my arm.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_01]: But barnacles, I should maybe it does.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_02]: It just makes me out.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_02]: Because my iPhone camera thing, because people started getting freaked out by like the, it was like, I can't have a phone with the three cameras.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_01]: That's a little much for me.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, okay.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_01]: Well, sorry.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's when there's like a lot and also just like the way I don't like the uniformity of how they grow.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_01]: I kind of know how they like that on the things.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just like I just want to go like actually giving me that feeling right now.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, sorry.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_02]: We can start talking about it.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_02]: But anyway, this humpback whale.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_02]: So when I said we do like it's it's little like breech and then it would just like sit there and I was like, girl, what's going on here?
- 5:35[SPEAKER_02]: What's up?
- 5:36[SPEAKER_02]: Like you seem a little bit sad.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_02]: Do you want to talk like you don't have to perform for us, but you're not even diving down.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_02]: You're just like, oh, like you're just like,
- 5:44[SPEAKER_02]: And I just was like, are we bothering you?
- 5:46[SPEAKER_02]: Like, so that was like, it's like, every time I came, I started cheering for it because it felt like you weren't when he's like tired and will be like, you have control for a treat.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_02]: And he was like, I needed just like a really half-ass.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_02]: Like I was like, oh, what's going on here?
- 5:59[SPEAKER_02]: But this whale hung out with us literally for like, we were with this whale for an hour watching it.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_02]: And it was just so fun.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_02]: We just wanted to chew.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_02]: And we just see the little glow and you big of the rail is going to come up right there and then come up, but we learn something.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_02]: So the whales, their blowhole, a lot of people think that that is like them exhaling, little water from their lungs, which did you know that a whale's lung can be the size of a small car.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_02]: That's crazy.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_02]: So obviously, you know, when whales eat, they gulp in a bunch of the fish and then they have like teeth kind of things that they're not really teeth but they are kind of like that and they're made out of keratin which is what our hair and nails are made of and that like sifts out the water and then they keep the fish whatever.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_02]: But the blow hole is just water that's like resting on top of their blow hole, but when they breathe out a lot of times it's mucus and like all these kind of things.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_02]: So there's something called a snot bot that like researchers will put underneath like a drone or helicopter or something and they will go fly down to where the out the whale is breaching and they will collect pieces of the mucus and snot and test it and that's how they'll do like a lot of research on whales.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_02]: But it's the worst smell in the world, and I got sprayed by it.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_02]: I got sprayed by the whale's fucking mucus as coming up as full of a bunch of us.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_02]: But it like came up and then it sprayed over and I got it on my face.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_02]: My face was wet and it smells so bad.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_02]: Anthony, like, couldn't handle how bad it smelled.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_02]: He was like, it's also bad, but it was just kind of cool and
- 7:25[SPEAKER_02]: I just, I was reminded by the big debate we had about do whales breathe underwater like we know they don't, but that's crazy.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_02]: It is crazy.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_02]: It's crazy to be an animal that's confined to water and you can't breathe there.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_01]: What do they do to deserve that?
- 7:38[SPEAKER_01]: I have no idea.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, another thing.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_01]: I have no idea.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_01]: Do whales?
- 7:45[SPEAKER_01]: God, I don't know.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_01]: God, I don't know.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_01]: They're mammals too, right?
- 7:50[SPEAKER_01]: Well, their porpsis are those mammals.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my God, I hate this.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_02]: This is the dangerous here to us now.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_02]: We start talking about it.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_02]: Now, we start talking about it on a recorded line of people are going to hear.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, another thing that I learned about whales is that they, they actually are mammals.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I know they're mammals, but the three mammals are using lungs through a blowhole.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_01]: Give way.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_01]: Let me see if that means that they can they breathe underwater.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_02]: a few other fun whale facts that I learned.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_02]: The CO-II, they actually really help humans and the earth by they like intake a ton of CO-II and hold it in their bodies and when they die and they sink to the bottom of the ocean.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_02]: They keep that CO-II from releasing into the atmosphere for like thousands of years and they actually really like help.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_02]: Help us out there so that was neat and then the other thing.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like I didn't really really know this, but like humpback whales don't travel in packs.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_02]: The only time you'll see two, and the only way to really know if it's a girl or a boy one is if it jumps in the air and you can see.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_02]: But two, if there's a calf with a humpback, then you know it's a mother and they're baby because they're the only ones that you will see in packs, they're at all, or like in duos.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_01]: It's really only for hunting.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_02]: The only way to be traveling in packs.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_02]: And it's the life of a showgirl.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_02]: And calves only say what their mom for one year.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_02]: And then they're just like, they have to go and they didn't want to find out about animals.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_01]: I hate when I find that out about animals.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_02]: They just know what to do.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my God.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_01]: Did you see the video of the hippo?
- 9:36[SPEAKER_01]: No, but I'm just going to.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_01]: At the Cincinnati Zoo is a baby hippo.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_01]: And they were trying to get him out of the, like, the water part of his, um, whatever.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_01]: And closer.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_01]: And um, but he's so slippery.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_01]: Like they can't pick him up.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_01]: and they're also heavy yeah and the mom hippo gives a look at the baby hippo like you better walk out here right and the hippo
- 10:05[SPEAKER_01]: It's a good one.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_01]: It's a good one.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_01]: It's a good one.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_01]: It's a good one.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's a good one.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's a good one.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's a good one.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_02]: It's a good one.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_02]: It's a good one.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_02]: It's a good one.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_02]: It's a good one.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_02]: And she starts talking, she's like, I mean, it's not as bad as it was, obviously.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_02]: But like, I'm in a lot of discomfort in those same spots.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_02]: But like, I don't know if I passed it.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, I wanted to be like, girl, I feel the exact same way as you.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I have no idea.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_01]: What are the odds of that?
- 10:45[SPEAKER_01]: I have no idea.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_01]: I thought the silent, the silent color, the silent color could be sounds.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_01]: Can you blow one of the talks about their kidney stuff?
- 10:52[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god, I don't know.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_02]: But anyway, I thought, like, what, what a crazy thing to have so wild.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, it was really, really fun.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_02]: I love whale watching.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_02]: I want to do it again in Boston, so let's just put it on the books.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I have another thing I want to talk about, but if you want to do a personal update for you first, go ahead.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_01]: I'm good.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_01]: About much.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_01]: I just got back into town.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_01]: I was in Los Angeles and then I was in Georgia and now I'm back.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_02]: Love this for you.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_02]: I love that you're back.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_02]: Love that you're back in your heart.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, wait.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_01]: I do have a vote.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_01]: And there's not really a question out there.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_01]: But yesterday, I took my friend to the library.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_01]: And I didn't know why I was taking him there.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_01]: And then we get there.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_01]: And I realized that I'm taking him to something called a repair fair.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, my God, Caroline.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_01]: Faith and humanity freaking restored.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_01]: I walked out of there walking on air.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, this is the coolest thing ever.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_01]: Public services are so cool and need to be maintained and funded properly because this is the coolest thing ever.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, it's a lot of care fair and it is when a bunch of people from the community who know how to fix things come to the library and you can sign up and bring anything that needs to be fixed basically and they will try to fix it for free.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my God.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_01]: It's free regardless, but they might not be able to fix it.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_01]: And they were like, if it's an electronic and we can't fix it, we will we will take it and we can properly dispose of it.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_01]: So you don't have to carry it around.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_01]: But like my friend had a stuffed animal that he wanted to had a hole in it.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my God.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_01]: I brought it.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_01]: They sold it.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_01]: They patched it.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_01]: You can't even tell that I had a hole in it.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_01]: There were people bringing record players and microwaves.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_01]: And all the furniture.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_02]: I knew I was bringing a lamp.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_02]: A lamp, I don't know where to bring it.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_02]: Will there a pair of fair?
- 12:39[SPEAKER_02]: A pair of fair.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I was like, oh my god, this is the coolest thing ever.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_02]: Wait, I've never heard of this before.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_02]: Does this happen other places?
- 12:48[SPEAKER_01]: Is this like a lot of... A lot of the community, there was a community puzzle table with a library too.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_02]: Wait, adorable!
- 12:54[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, oh my god.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_02]: We're gonna get feedback that's like every library has a pair of fair and a puzzle table.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, what's happening?
- 13:04[SPEAKER_01]: Something my level just happened in Phoebe's apartment I Holy shit I had my phone propped up against my mug and the my phone vibrated and I tried it like just completely bobbled Okay, if you try it really just was like and I just got a tax and I just wanted you guys to know that I just got a top because I just made a big show of it right ever to make it to death somewhere she makes a really big show of it has anyone noticed?
- 13:26[SPEAKER_02]: Way in we did so yesterday I
- 13:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it was great.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_01]: That's so pretty.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_02]: And you loved it because there's no other opinion to have.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_02]: I had a blast.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_02]: I laughed out.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody knew you were laughing all out.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like I'm trying to remember back because I literally sought so long ago.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_01]: It's finally year to year when they take me away started to play.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, it's so good.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_02]: We'd have fun.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_02]: He was Jamie.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_02]: Jamie.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_02]: She's so funny.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_02]: And she just looks like she was having a black commitment to this.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_02]: Like, because I wasn't sure I'll be honest.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_02]: I wasn't sure if I was going to like the fact that she wasn't in the family.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean?
- 14:05[SPEAKER_02]: That like the person she was switching with was not Anna.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I wasn't.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_02]: But it ended up working out great.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_02]: It ended up just being so funny and just, and it really reminded me of like how fucking brilliant Jamie Lee is.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_02]: Like she just, it was so fun.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, is it just kind of, I was sorry, I flashed back to the law school to raise this moment of my head.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, God.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_01]: I did that.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't have to put it in a ball.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_01]: No, but my theory is maybe, and I don't believe it.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_01]: I think she was joking, but my theory is maybe she might like bring the house down, like bring the whole thing down.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think that's what she meant because she was going like this with her hands.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_02]: What I think she could have meant.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_02]: Is it could have been a little bit of a play on her coming with the gusto award and like because she kind of enters the gusto award announcement like everybody shut up or something like she kind of did that and she and my crazy I think so she goes like the opposite of gusto at first and she's like really hard ass and so I was like is that what she's going to achieve through all people off the cent that she's going to have this like
- 15:06[SPEAKER_02]: because the award she received was the opposite of the way she behaved on the carpet.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_02]: So I have to believe that was like part of it, but Matt and Millen didn't seem in on it, which is what really made us like scratch our head.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, I mean, I thought she was amazing.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody, I thought was great.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_01]: Even the girls, the young girls in their acting, I thought when we were acting like the other people.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, I was unsure of it when they were playing their age.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but then they didn't necessarily have the Lindsay low-hand like right?
- 15:34[SPEAKER_01]: Right?
- 15:35[SPEAKER_00]: What?
- 15:35[SPEAKER_01]: It's over.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_01]: Like she's just so good and just like wonderful I know and these girls didn't quite have that to me sometimes when they started playing their mom in the grandma that I was impressed with them.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_02]: Sometimes I wonder if
- 15:53[SPEAKER_02]: like we look at kids teens paying the jensey rolls and we're like it's not the acting is in great because of like the way that they're the writing like the way that they're having to speak to show how old they are jensey you know is like you are you like doing the best with what you were given and it's not even really a jagon writing all the time it's a dig on just like
- 16:14[SPEAKER_02]: It's really hard to recreate that culture in an authentic way, because it's so... It's also because there's no monoculture anymore.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_01]: And it's so true.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_01]: And it changes so fast.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_01]: When people are writing, that's another thing.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_01]: Like, when people are writing their scripts and they're trying to think of like, what makes Shenzie, Gen Z?
- 16:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_01]: It's not as universal anymore, and also, as it was when it was like millennial as being teenagers, were older Gen Z being teenagers.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_01]: It's not the same.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_01]: And also, what's popular or relevant when they're writing it, writing the script, when the movie's out, it might not.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_01]: It's not timeless anymore.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_01]: There's like with Lindsey Lohan, that worked because there was just longevity to the way that the culture moved at the time.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_01]: Totally, totally.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, I thought it was really good.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_01]: I was worried I wasn't gonna like it.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and like that there's that time article.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe we'll ask you to post where someone was like everybody a part of this should be embarrassed.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_01]: I was nasty about it.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_02]: I thought it was fun.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_02]: It's not going to be an Oscar winning movie.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_02]: No, and that isn't why it was create.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_02]: We need to get get get okay with this idea that like everything isn't made to be an Oscar winning.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_01]: And that's why I think Nick had gun is also I didn't I haven't seen that yet either, but I think that that Matt and Bowen were talking about this a couple weeks ago like
- 17:35[SPEAKER_01]: It's important to just have these kinds of movies.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_01]: They're in theaters that are just like they're not meant to be.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_01]: Think that we don't.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_01]: You don't have to write a think piece about every single thing that you consume.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_01]: Everything that's been happening.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_02]: And guys, that was a plug for our Patreon episode that we just recorded.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_02]: There's so much to say, guys, if you want to hear our thoughts on the hunting lives first episode, we got into it on the Patreon.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_02]: Go listen.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_02]: It was really good.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_02]: Well, while I'm plugging, I'll also throw in a plug for the ghost tours.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_02]: The ghost tours have been announced.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, they are out there.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_02]: They are fun.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_02]: We're selling tickets and we're getting DMs from you guys saying that you're gonna be there.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of people are wanting to go and have to wear fourth because Phoebe is going to be there.
- 18:25[SPEAKER_02]: And that's night, you can kind of beat like the cast of the pretty little podcast because it's gonna be me.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_02]: Phoebe Anthony's gonna be there.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_02]: I believe Kelly's gonna be there.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_02]: They're gonna be other road warriors there, confirmed.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_02]: It's gonna be a fun night.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_02]: would love to see you there if you can't make it that night, of course.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_02]: I have a lot of dates in there on our Instagram.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_02]: So go check that out.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm also going to plug the episode from yesterday yesterday was Labor Day guys.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_02]: The official holiday of pretty little liars and we revisited our pilot episode and the pilot episode.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_02]: So
- 18:52[SPEAKER_02]: We did the really brave thing of listening to ourselves, talk about the pilot episode, however many years ago, and we're gonna kind of provide some updated commentary on that, and that is on streaming as of yesterday.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_02]: So go listen if you haven't already.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_02]: Very fun.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, well, that's the thing I need to talk about because I'm not on Dream Rotation this week, and if I was, it would be on there, but I just need to say it before we get into the culture.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_02]: I made a really awesome purchase, and it was inspired because Anthony and I went to the door stop, but you know, it's like our favorite breakfast joy in Pittsburgh.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_02]: And one of the favorite things about it as Phoebe and I have talked at length about on this show is the spirit of the door stop.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_02]: Like there's an enormous guy theory, um, mural on the wall and we kind of talked about it.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'll, well, I feel like we're first not sure about it because it kind of got yassified and it's a very like old school like Dormont diner.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's a, it's been got yassified and it was like, and then it was yassified and really like wait.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_02]: But then we were like, you know what, okay, we love this because we kind of figured out like which one of the girls working was behind it.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_02]: And we really support her.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_02]: We're gonna tell us down behind her, so we're like, okay, we love this.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_02]: But it was kind of making itself like a Bachelor at Destination Diner.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_02]: That's what I felt like it's just rainery.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it's not the vibe.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_02]: It's not the vibe.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_01]: The door stuff is perfect.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_01]: It's closed.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_01]: It's not much the vibe.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_02]: It does.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_02]: So go there on your Bachelor at a pit.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_02]: And Pittsburgh also, probably not their Bachelor at the top.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_01]: If you're in Pittsburgh for your Bachelor at Dormon, you should go to Pittsburgh for your Bachelor at the top.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_02]: But also, go to normal for a ghost tour.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_02]: That's what you're going to do around for it.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_02]: If you want to go by the door shop, come on my door month, ghost tour with Phoebe Connell.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_02]: It'll be really fun.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_02]: We'll go by the door stop.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_02]: And we'll talk about the ghost of the guy, Fieri Merrill, because they painted over it because they filmed a movie there, which is exciting.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to be this app, or I think it's a thriller series.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_02]: But it's going to be an Apple TV.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like mostly films in Dormont.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_02]: And they did a filming day.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_02]: And they came in and they, so all the tables used to have advertisements for local businesses gone.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_02]: All of the character on the walls, the greenery wall, the TJ Maxx canvas art gone.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_02]: The guy, the airy mural, painted, oh, no, that's, that's a hit.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_02]: I couldn't, they hit the second tower.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_02]: The bathrooms are intact, but they added in like a swinging door.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think I've ever been to the bathrooms in that established.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_02]: Well, they still have the classification of the bathrooms, don't worry.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_02]: They have like the sign that's like best seat in the house, you know, in the bathroom.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_02]: They still have that going on.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_02]: I think they have like a picture of like a rainbow zebra wearing glasses.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_02]: Like they've got the horse out of solid there, but they added a swinging door back to the bathroom so that you can't see that.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_02]: But we were like, what is going on?
- 21:21[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm sitting at this seated, holy shit.
- 21:23[SPEAKER_02]: I'm seated at this table and it is fucking wobbling so much.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm already thrown off by the
- 21:30[SPEAKER_02]: lack of ambiance like I'm like they better come in and change this back like I okay whatever we don't have a normal waitress I have to say she did scrub or order which like we didn't say anything but I was like pretty bummed about it it was really the door stop yeah well this was this was one of the only lackluster gorge top experiences I've ever had
- 21:50[SPEAKER_02]: And the table is so on to the first thing I ask, like when our waitress comes over, it's like, can we just have some napkins or something?
- 21:56[SPEAKER_02]: I can just stick under the table.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_02]: And she's like, of course, she never comes back.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_02]: So I end up like asking our favorite server to bring me some napkins.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_02]: So I put something under there.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, God, I just like need a personal stash of wobble wedges.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_02]: Do you want to wobble wedges?
- 22:11[SPEAKER_02]: I have worked in the food industry.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I was just making sure that you weren't knew what they were.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_02]: If you haven't worked in the food industry, you might not know what a wobble leg is, but it is literally just like a piece of plastic that you put under a table to keep it from wobbling.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_02]: And it's genius.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_02]: And I remember when I first got to use a wobble leg, I was like, this is really, but they disappear.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_02]: Like they go back.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_01]: They're great for like a day and then they're like, they're gone.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like where are they're gone or in effect?
- 22:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_02]: So you run out and then you have to use the full of business cards.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_02]: But I was sitting at this table and I was like, you know what, I'm never going to be in this situation again.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_02]: And I went on fucking Amazon and I ordered a thirty pack of wobble ledges to my home.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_02]: And now I have wobble ledges in my purse everywhere I go.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_02]: And I haven't had the chance to use them yet.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm absolutely following at the mouth jumping at the bit, any for my opportunity.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_02]: It's a day that I was going to hope the table is wobbling.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_02]: Anthony's like you did it and I like pull out a wobble ledge.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and I was like, and it's also a gift.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I'm going to leave it there.
- 23:09[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not going to take it with me.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_02]: You're welcome.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_01]: That is nice of you.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_01]: I literally thought it was just for when you were seated at the table.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I have thirty of them, and they're not expensive or hard to get.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_02]: I will, I might get them.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not going to subscribe and see you.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_01]: You learn when you work in a restaurant is like,
- 23:27[SPEAKER_01]: There are certain things at a restaurant that you think are only available to restaurant tours.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, but then you're like, oh, you can just buy this.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_02]: And there are some things that are because there is like restaurant deep out and you can only go.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but if you own a bed.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_02]: Anybody can go there.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_01]: No, you can only go if you own a business.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, well, I guess in my brain, I was like, Marissa and Malibu.
- 23:46[SPEAKER_01]: I was just, I was just, I was just called Colin Malibu.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_01]: No, you didn't almost, you did.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_01]: I heard you say Marissa and Malibu.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_01]: Marissa and Colin would always be like, like, there was one summer before I went to college where they were like, well, if you want anything for college, just let it know.
- 24:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I didn't take them up on it, but I think in my brain, I was like, oh, they're just going.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't connect with like, you didn't realize like their own restaurant.
- 24:08[SPEAKER_02]: But anyway, you can order wobble edges.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_02]: And I guess people use them not just at restaurants.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_02]: Like people use them at home.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_02]: So I have thirty of them now.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_02]: And it was like thirteen dollars.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_02]: And I got this whole big bag of them.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_02]: And the packaging honestly adorable.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, I couldn't be, I was so excited to get them.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_02]: Guys, it's the little things.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_02]: I really is little things.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_02]: And when I get to use one, I will go live so you can all fucking see it.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna feel like the baddest bitch in the joy.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna feel so good.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_02]: It's not kind of epic.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_01]: I'm curious to see like you though getting on your hands and knees.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_02]: I'll see that I do it all the time without a wobble.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_02]: If I'm a dinner or so I just did it dinner with my in-laws.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, this tape, no, no, no.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_02]: And I literally grabbed some napkins, rolled them up, got my hands and knees, put it under there, fixed it.
- 24:59[SPEAKER_02]: Because you become the hero of the night.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_02]: Like, if you're the one that gets in it, just go wash your hands.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, we figured it out.
- 25:04[SPEAKER_02]: No, we figured it out.
- 25:04[SPEAKER_02]: Of course, it's self-serving.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_02]: I don't want to sit in a wobbly table and I want to be the hero of the night.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_01]: But I just hope you're not pulling a Georgia and you're going to wash in your hands.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_01]: And your knees.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you didn't in Georgia.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_02]: Our mother.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_02]: Are you meant Georgia from next gen?
- 25:17[SPEAKER_01]: Of course.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, well, you got to survive.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe you're okay.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_02]: I right.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_02]: Well, now let's get into the culture.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_02]: And we should really just begin and dive right in with the new Sabrina Carpenter album, man's best friend, Phoebe.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_02]: Tell us how you feel.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_01]: Here's the thing.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_01]: I really like the album.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_01]: I really like it.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's it's not as heavy a short and sweet, which is what everybody's been saying, but what I will say it has over short and sweet in my opinion is the production value of decisive voice.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I feel like she was like, this is going to be
- 25:56[SPEAKER_01]: disco with seventies.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_01]: It's very active.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and short and sweet felt very all over the place.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like she had to have those catchy radio singles from short and sweet because I mean, it is crazy to think that man's best friend is her seventh album.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_02]: Like, that's actually insane to think about.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_01]: I just want to say this about me about me.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_01]: I just want to pat myself on the back.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_02]: I love somebody that I would ask.
- 26:22[SPEAKER_02]: They're very talented.
- 26:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_01]: And I used to play her second album evolution with love at the start of it.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_01]: Like, you know how it's a evolution of spelled love backwards.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_01]: That is like a different color.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, well, of course.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_01]: And I would play that in the car on the way to school.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_01]: And I would be like, Mom, she's gonna be massive.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 26:47[SPEAKER_01]: A good singer.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_01]: And mom didn't buy it.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_01]: Phoebe's got that year Phoebe's got that year and I was just saying no she's got something I remember when she performed at the radio doesn't eat radio words for the first time yeah it was like that's she's gonna be an it girl one day you were right
- 27:07[SPEAKER_02]: You were right.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_02]: And I was wrong.
- 27:08[SPEAKER_02]: I'll say it too, because I was like, not really getting it.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_02]: But I also think it really is such a testament to the power of branding and the power of an incredible team, because Sabrina's had the star power, but she was not positioned in a way to really show people.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_02]: And maybe we weren't ready.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_01]: And the fact of the matter, she had to do her first five records.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_01]: With Disney, they had to be on Disney.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I don't think they it she had the disadvantage of being the Disney having the ability to be the Disney in girl at a time where that stopped kind of being a thing.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I guess that's a good point.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_01]: Like it miley was out.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and demi because
- 27:53[SPEAKER_01]: And I actually I saw an interesting video about this the other day because someone was like who were the it girls on Disney and Nickelodeon now like who were the icons for call yeah like they don't exist anymore now like that's not how culture operates do you feel like TikTok has influenced that a lot like I feel like the people are getting famous from the Disney shows and the Disney sitcoms are now just creating their own content on TikTok right and out there so like there's you know there's so many more
- 28:21[SPEAKER_01]: slots available to people, which is like great for people that are creating, but it's not good.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_01]: I think for like the camaraderie that came with having high school music will come out on a Friday and like having over to watch.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_02]: I know, I know.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_02]: I think, but they're now.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_01]: There's like a, there's like a, that was like,
- 28:40[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, it's just, there's a deep nostalgia for it now though.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_02]: So I could see that kind of coming back.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_02]: It'll be on streaming.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_02]: It'll be like, you know, you can watch this on streaming on this, this night.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe Disney Plus will be the one to do it.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe it'll be like, they're gonna do a new D-Con.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_01]: Well, especially because they have Hulu now and kind of, really, yeah.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_02]: So maybe that, I could see it coming back around because it really is like, we're in a deep deep nostalgia.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_02]: time but it's interesting.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_02]: I also think like there wasn't really a clear vision for where she was gonna go at that time with Disney because like Disney was like you'll be a Disney girl and she was probably like no I won't but like how do I start like inching my way out of the box while still being in it.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_02]: Whatever.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_02]: I think we've also become very accustomed to seeing the immediate rise to start on that TikTok has allowed people to get as well as like what happened with Chapel Rhone, what happened with Olivia Rodrigo.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_02]: We've seen a few people become stars so fucking fast that it's unimaginable to think that it would have taken Sabrina seven albums to reach what she's reached by now, you know?
- 29:47[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_01]: And many ways that makes her one of the more authentic.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_01]: I agree.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_01]: And I also kind of feel the same way about Olivia.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_01]: I know Olivia had her like immediate
- 29:59[SPEAKER_01]: like driver's license was immediate and she but she kind of was a song that was popular and she just she feels so much less TikTok but I also think she is such a good head on our shoulders and that like I remember when she
- 30:14[SPEAKER_01]: towards sour.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_01]: I was really impressed that she made the decision to do smaller venues when she didn't have to.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and people were upset about it, but I'm like, you have to think, and I, someone I think about a lot that struggles with this was Lizzie McAlpine is like, we have
- 30:32[SPEAKER_01]: Before phones and before social media, you had to be performing live all the time to make it.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_01]: You were exercising that muscle, your whole career, where is now you can sit in your bathtub and put up an amazing song that everybody loves and then have a record deal the next day and then be terrible live.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not even about being terrible.
- 30:55[SPEAKER_01]: It's just that you're not ready to do that.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_01]: But you had the demand is there an Olivia Rodrigo was able to recognize.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I know that I there's a demand for me to do a Reno's right now, but I'm not I've never played.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's a good point and I don't it brings me back and makes me think of girl and red opening for the era's tour.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_02]: because it was a moment where like, and it was neat having hearing Taylor talk about girl and rad and be like, oh my god, you guys like, how go to she like the album?
- 31:22[SPEAKER_02]: Like, because she came out that night after girl and rad performed and did she have girl and rad come out and sing something with her?
- 31:27[SPEAKER_02]: She might have, but she and her show maybe not, maybe the next I don't, maybe so much.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know whatever.
- 31:32[SPEAKER_02]: She came out at our show and she talked about how much she loved the album and whatever.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_02]: Which I do think is like such a neat thing that Taylor is willing to do to use her time to plug another artist like not even in the opening act.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_02]: That's a really big deal.
- 31:45[SPEAKER_02]: But I think that I remember being like, what is happening right now?
- 31:50[SPEAKER_02]: Watching girl and I had heard the songs is silly and times because I have a TikTok, right?
- 31:54[SPEAKER_02]: And now I really, really like girl and reds music.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't necessarily discover her through the era store, but I really just like her music a lot more now.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_02]: But I remember being like, oh my god, she is so lost on this stage.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_02]: Like she was running around that, do you remember?
- 32:11[SPEAKER_02]: She was like running around this stage is so big.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_02]: And she's trying to connect with this massive audience who frankly isn't there to see her and isn't compelled at all by this performance and isn't and they're not focused on it.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_02]: It just felt like she was lost up on that.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_01]: And the juxtaposition between her and Gracie Abram.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, because Gracie Abrams was I think that
- 32:40[SPEAKER_01]: And also, I mean, it was probably easier for Gracie Abrams because she, there was like a clear connection between her and Taylor and the kind of, she's also been in the line like so long.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_01]: There's like some sort of comfort ability with that.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_01]: And I just feel like she was able to command the audience in a different way because she was so sure of herself.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_01]: Whereas when I think felt like she was proving herself more.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_01]: And also, I mean, that's, but that's really what I meant with the Lizzy McCow Pine aspect of it.
- 33:05[SPEAKER_01]: I think more so what you're seeing with people like her is like, and this is me, like, this is just another annoyance similar with the chapel thing.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, this is your job.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you've like signed into whether you like it or not, some kind of contract with your audience where like,
- 33:22[SPEAKER_01]: The attitude of I can't go on stage tonight has become so potent and I know.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not their fault.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_01]: And I think I completely empathize with the feelings that they're having, absolutely.
- 33:40[SPEAKER_01]: But I think it's, to me, what I just want to be clear, I'm not putting it on the artist, to me, I'm putting it on the industry because the artists, they didn't have the opportunity to start to kind of like wind up.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm just like immediately having to do like a fifty show tour.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_01]: And it's for an amount of people that you've never done and they didn't really get to say like, where is like Taylor?
- 34:00[SPEAKER_01]: So at a point where she's been doing this for so long, she knows what works for her.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_01]: And she knows that like what's gonna be best for her and for her to be able to do as many shows as she did, it's like we're only gonna do weekends.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, obviously smaller artists don't have that love for me, but it's just, we really like fucked up her.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_01]: We just, we as an industry, it's hard to see that that's not being like recognized.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_01]: And it's still, you see, take to our people, get signed every day to these massive labels.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_01]: And they're never going to say no.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it was a concern we have a Sabrina Carpenter when she first announced her arena tour.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_02]: We are like, why the fuck are you doing arenas?
- 34:40[SPEAKER_02]: And you felt this way too.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_02]: You're both willing.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_02]: I just feel like this is going to shoot you in the foot so much.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_02]: It did end and end up working really well.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_02]: But that's not I don't.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe that's the norm now with like concert culture.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like it's really in like fan culture.
- 34:53[SPEAKER_02]: It's really come back to that.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_02]: But like again, it doesn't always mean the person who's performing to have sold out arena should be or has prepared to give you the show that that arena and that your ticket money deserves.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_02]: And that's not necessarily their fault.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_02]: Like you know, it just is the circumstances.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I think it's neat that Halsey is going to be doing her arena tour and then is also going to be doing smaller venues to like try and reconnect with some of her fans that don't go to a arena is like earlier venues that she's performed and I think it's kind of cool.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_02]: Back to Sabrina.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_02]: Um,
- 35:26[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so I think it's really funny because obviously I have been talking for a while about how I'm like, is this too much was Sabrina?
- 35:34[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I felt this way about her feather outros, right?
- 35:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it was feather.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I felt this way about her non-sense non-sense outros, yeah.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_02]: And then, you know, the short and sweet tour, like just knowing that I knew people who were kids who were at this tour and horny is over her head and flashing letters.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_02]: Like things like that, that I was just like, doing the eye full tower on stage, like at what point do we think it's a little bit too much at what point, like her performance at the brits.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_02]: We are like, is this too much?
- 36:02[SPEAKER_02]: And I got a lot of pushback from you, but also from people who listen, they're like, you know, stop it, let her be liberated.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_02]: So I go into this album with that exact mindset.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, okay, this is what I'm gonna get from Sabrina Carpenter.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_02]: This is now what I am expecting and I'm fine to hear it.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_02]: Like I'm just expecting it and I'm on board and now it's too much for Phoebe.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_02]: I know it's not too much for you, but I'm saying this because I understand what you're saying.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_02]: Like I think it's interesting where the line is for certain people.
- 36:33[SPEAKER_02]: Like Phoebe does not like the fact that her second single of the album is actually about being wet and that she's gonna say it point blank over and over again.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_02]: I get wet at the bottom of you.
- 36:43[SPEAKER_02]: I don't like that at all.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and again, like I want to I want to be clear.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_01]: It's like what you said about people being like letter-be liberated me.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we don't have an issue with it.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_01]: I have zero issue.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_01]: It's just like I don't I don't know it's just it's and again like maybe it's challenging my own opinions and things like my own beliefs and everything but like I don't know
- 37:10[SPEAKER_01]: If I wanted to be super commercially successful, which obviously is an issue with that.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not saying that she needs our advice or anything like that.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_01]: But like it just feels like like I was talking to my friend Bobby about this a little bit and I was like, I don't know like it's just a little bit much for me this time around.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not that I'm not going to listen to it.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_01]: I love the album.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to keep listening to it.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm really like the song tears.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_01]: I just was a little bit surprised that it was that.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_02]: It is a pearl clutching moment, but it's like we're not pearl clutches just because that's actually how pearls at this, you know.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_01]: But Bobby was like, I listen to Cupcake.
- 37:44[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't phase me and I'm like, yeah, but Cupcake isn't.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's the pandering to the younger audience.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_01]: That's not really what bothers me because at that point, we know who she is.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_01]: Like, yeah, you're saying that.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_01]: It shouldn't be
- 37:58[SPEAKER_01]: No, but what I'm saying is like cupcakes music is going to be play on hits one ever.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_01]: Well, that's not that kind of music.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_01]: So being as well.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_01]: And that's my exact level of commercial stuff with her music that it's just like doesn't feel super compatible.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_01]: My other thing that I was telling Caroline and Amber about it.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_01]: was like something that I I think of reason the writing didn't irritate me as much irritates the wrong word make me kind of be like whoa I guess is a better way to put it is other than the line that's like
- 38:31[SPEAKER_01]: that is saying horny like that's whatever, but like you mean in short and sweet.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, a lot of the stuff was double on Tondra based and like there were innuendo's the writing was just smart not that there isn't smart writing on this album, but it's just like we couldn't come up with a
- 38:46[SPEAKER_01]: a better pun because better way to insinuate what we're saying in tears.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_01]: I just think it felt a little lazy or this.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_02]: Well, and here's where I'll kind of challenge it.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to get pitchforks for ladies.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_02]: You are.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to kind of challenge that, but in a friendly way, because I do feel like, you know, the context in the musicality of tears where, you know, I get what I thought of you and holding it there for a second and not knowing what's coming next and her next line being
- 39:15[SPEAKER_02]: being a responsible guy like that to me is the.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I guess.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_02]: And then the tears run down my thighs.
- 39:23[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot, but it's also a little bit more like I guess.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_02]: I think that people knew it wasn't thought it was going to be like a breakup like a sad song.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_02]: So that's where the cleverness comes in for that song for me.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, she is still saying I get what the thought of you, which for some people as a visceral thing and you don't want to do.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_01]: I still feel that way a little bit, but you explained that way, maybe it's a little bit better to me.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_02]: I think yeah, I think that
- 39:50[SPEAKER_02]: I think that what's what was really fun about short and sweet as we were looking for it.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_02]: We were looking for the double entendres.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_02]: We're looking for the enduendo and this one.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_02]: We're not looking for it.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_02]: We're looking at where unless looking for where's the inappropriate reference and where is the tie-in to making this appropriate.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_02]: We're more you know what I mean.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_02]: It's like she's kind of flipped it now.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_02]: I do think the other thing is
- 40:11[SPEAKER_02]: And this is where I'm going to sound like a prude.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_02]: I do think I'd like to see from Sabrina her not have to do this and that is where I think it's a little bit of the sexual fatigue for some people who aren't loving this where it's just like I mostly I wonder does she go back and I go back and forth between being like when is she going to be able to stop doing this because I'm like
- 40:33[SPEAKER_02]: Because now I'm like, I think she ever can.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_01]: It's her second.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like that.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_01]: No, but I'm lost.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think she wants to.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't seem like something.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_01]: She feels like she has to know.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_01]: I agree.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_02]: She likes where she is.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_02]: She likes what she's doing.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_02]: She's comfortable with it.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_02]: A hundred percent.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to push back on you saying I don't think that she can.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_01]: I think she can get out of it.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think she wants to, but I think that like she's demonstrated on
- 40:56[SPEAKER_01]: on these albums across the planet.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_01]: They're like the whole span of a career that she is, I think she's a really talented writer.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_01]: I think once she starts, when she gets older, if she ever decides to start writing different, I think there's always gonna be like a quippingist or her writing, but I think I won't be surprised if like in a couple albums, it's not like this anymore and I think we're still gonna really like it because also she's a great year and she writes with people that don't write songs like this.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_01]: Like Amy is writing just songs that sound like this.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_01]: But I am when we were talking about the Renee Rap album Which I really I like a lot more now
- 41:36[SPEAKER_01]: I, and maybe this is me being a prudent.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want people to like, but like, what's, I just want to say, this isn't us being a prudent, because me and Caroline weren't two of the people that were like annoyed about the album.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_01]: No, the album cover, I, I had no interest.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, no issue with it.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_01]: So it's no, I don't want people to put words in our mouth and make it, like, because like, there, such a big part of the argument is like, there's such a push back towards conservativeism.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_00]: And like, it's just, you know, person, which is like, not where we're saying.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_01]: But I just think,
- 42:09[SPEAKER_01]: We're, and I, maybe, I don't know.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_01]: I just feel like the amount and the, the, like, blatantists that people are having when they talk, when they write about sex.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_01]: Now it's like kind of crazy to me.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_01]: Well, and, and one thing, okay.
- 42:28[SPEAKER_02]: I'll say this, I will say this.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_02]: And this is going to make me sound like one of the people who's like saying that we're prudes, but like men, I know men have been doing it, like men have been doing it.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_02]: So it's hard for us to sit here and say this, my main issue with it, and here's the thing.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_02]: I will listen to Cupcake.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_02]: I'll listen to Nicki Minaj.
- 42:50[SPEAKER_02]: Sing about this all day long and have, I mean, I remember when Black Eyed Peas came out with my humps and it was like holy fuck and I was like all over it.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_02]: I still am all over it.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_02]: Like that kind of thing.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_02]: I don't have a problem with slutty music.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_01]: I don't have a problem with, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
- 43:15[SPEAKER_02]: for me with Sabrina.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_02]: Because they also get so excited when Taylor talks about fucking.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, hell yeah, like we find a sex positive.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_01]: She does it in a very sparingly and it's in a more.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_01]: She writes about it.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, another person that we love is Ariana Grande.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my God, yes, yes, that's a perfect example.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna listen Ariana Grande to do it all the time.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_02]: I think for me Sabrina's pandering to younger audiences makes it problematic for me because I'm sorry, it's weird.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_02]: It is weird that I have young kids who talk to me about how excited they are and then I listen to this album and I'm like, I don't fucking want you listening to this because you're gonna hear something and you're not gonna know what it means and then you're gonna wanna find out or you're gonna be singing it or whatever.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_01]: I, that is where for me, I think it gets a little weird where if you're going to go so hard in the paint this direction, stop, what do you feel about the responsibility, like, or the responsibility will typically have when you say that, of like, it's not her responsibility.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_02]: I think that it's not her responsibility to decide who listens to her music.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_02]: However,
- 44:23[SPEAKER_02]: The encouragement of those young audiences and the marketing to those young audiences to listen to her music, I think, I have to notice that.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_02]: I keep coming back to this TikTok sheet as she acknowledges that her fans are eleven years old and thirty years old and she loves them all.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_02]: Like that is a video she made on the short and sweet tour where it's, yeah, but is she like, I sort of feel like she panders to them.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_02]: I talk to kids a lot.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's where this is also coming from.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_02]: No, I'm not saying that.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_01]: I believe kids are listening to it.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_02]: That my fifth grade students want to go to her concert.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm like, your mom's going to die if she takes it.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_01]: But isn't that just like I feel like there's an aspect of that as like her music is just on the radio and they really like her music.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_01]: So, like, I don't know how much of it is her being like, I want kids.
- 45:14[SPEAKER_02]: That's the thing.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but she's not to those kids anymore.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_01]: Like, she was, she was a kid when I was a kid.
- 45:21[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_02]: I,
- 45:24[SPEAKER_02]: Do you feel like, and it's like with, with my, in twenty thirteen, like, she wasn't pant, she was, she was, she was separating herself so much from kids.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_02]: She was saying, I'm not a role model.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_02]: I do not want to be a role model for your kids.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_02]: Miley said that.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean?
- 45:39[SPEAKER_02]: Like, she was like, that is not who I am.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_02]: Sabrina is not making that line clear.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_02]: You couldn't admit that.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_02]: Sabrina is not saying, I don't want the younger audiences.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_02]: And of course, she shouldn't have to say it, but it is like all of us to say, well, I think I wanted to start this whole thing by saying also, it's like, I love this album.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_02]: More than I love Short and Sweet.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I've listened to it on repeat since it came out.
- 46:07[SPEAKER_02]: I'm really enjoying it.
- 46:09[SPEAKER_02]: And I came into it from the Short and Sweet perspective where I had my sort of pro-clutching moment where I was like, oh my God, all of these kids are watching you and they're like,
- 46:20[SPEAKER_02]: wanting to go to your concert.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_02]: I literally, if you had one of my vocal students, ask me to take them to the concert because they didn't want their mom to go.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_02]: I literally, this student came in and she was like, I got tickets to the concert before I think it was before all the album had come out or something.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_02]: Is that even possible?
- 46:39[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_02]: But she got tickets and then she was like, well, now that I've heard all the songs, like, Juneau and stuff, like, I'm, I don't know.
- 46:47[SPEAKER_02]: I don't really want my mom to take me anymore.
- 46:49[SPEAKER_02]: Would you be free to take me and my friend to see it?
- 46:52[SPEAKER_02]: Because I wouldn't feel comfortable seeing it with my mom part of it.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe she's not pandering to the younger audiences, but whether we like it or not there, they're all obsessed with her.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_01]: And I think you would just like to see her maybe take the Miley Cyrus approach.
- 47:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm saying this is for you.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_01]: I say, I make music.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_02]: And then if you're, you know, what?
- 47:15[SPEAKER_02]: Because the thing is like, kids are still going to listen to it if they're still going to listen to it.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_02]: They're just takes, they're all sort of like alleviates any response to the hot.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_01]: People may feel hot.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_01]: People may feel hot.
- 47:22[SPEAKER_02]: This conversation about her.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not even saying that she feels it's more so than it, then it takes away the power from people to be able to say.
- 47:28[SPEAKER_02]: This conversation doesn't happen.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_02]: If she has said, this isn't for you.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I also think a lot of her visuals.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_02]: lean a little bit childlike.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_02]: Sometimes, which I, well, where there was just that discourse, I think about the little Rita photo.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_02]: So there are things like that.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_01]: And I don't think she's the only one that's done.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's not.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_02]: And you can tell me as much as you want that like, she's like, oh, I don't even know that was little Rita, but like, it's a very famous little Rita image of her reading a book laying on her stomach and the grass and the sprinklers being on in a white dress.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_02]: In a very similar outfit.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_02]: It's also like, and like, she's now reading the book.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_02]: It's like clearly that
- 48:07[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 48:08[SPEAKER_02]: So there are things like that that I'm like, and that's where I do, but at the same point, do whatever you fucking want.
- 48:15[SPEAKER_02]: I love slutty Ariana Grande, but I also think, but just do it.
- 48:19[SPEAKER_02]: Ariana Grande is not saying like, hey kids, like this is for you.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_02]: Not this is what we're just doing that.
- 48:23[SPEAKER_02]: But sometimes I think that like her aesthetics, her
- 48:28[SPEAKER_02]: Disney bringing up bringing I also think that and that's an issue with Disney is like Parents and not an issue with Disney.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_02]: It's with parents, too.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_02]: Like a parent.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_02]: So like, oh, she's a Disney girl.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_02]: Like you can listen.
- 48:38[SPEAKER_02]: They don't even like look because they just see the Disney stamp of approval, which we should know better now since the school, the class of my lady Selena Demi.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_02]: Like we should know better than to just do that.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_02]: But anyway.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_02]: I'm loving the album.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_02]: I think house party is my favorite track.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_02]: I love that one.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_02]: Ironically, I think tears may be my feeling.
- 48:57[SPEAKER_02]: I absolutely love her having Coleman Domingo in the video and to do the rocky horror creation.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_02]: So fun.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_02]: And that is the other thing is I love her aesthetics.
- 49:06[SPEAKER_02]: Like I think she does a really great job with them and just sometimes.
- 49:10[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I like nobody's son.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_02]: Nobody's son.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_01]: I got to go to the track list.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_01]: And when did you get hot?
- 49:15[SPEAKER_01]: I'm loving all the
- 49:18[SPEAKER_01]: people making all these fancams of role model.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_01]: With that song and it's just like he might be the hardest man alive.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_02]: Is it about him?
- 49:28[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_02]: It's just like applying that.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_01]: It's just like a third-strap video.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_02]: I got to say man child's like my least favorite song and it's not just because I've heard it the most.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if it's my least favorite.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_01]: I need to keep listening.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_01]: I listen to like twice.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_02]: But I really am enjoying it.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_02]: I found myself like laughing at some of her in her lines.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I love that run.
- 49:48[SPEAKER_01]: She does and when did you get hot?
- 49:50[SPEAKER_01]: The right before she goes into the second chorus and you hear her talk and she's like, wait, I need to take a deep breath like I need to like
- 49:57[SPEAKER_01]: and then she does like this crazy run.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_02]: There are some, there are some runs that sounded already on a Grande S. And it says what I've been saying.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_01]: No, I know.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_02]: I kept thinking about how you've been saying that I, would you agree?
- 50:07[SPEAKER_02]: She hasn't been showing off her vocals as much until now.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think album-wise.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_01]: I think to me, because, again, adult flex, I've been listening for so long.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_01]: I had been seeing her.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_01]: I had seen a lot of iterations of a lot of her songs and I knew what a powerhouse she was.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_02]: There's also an attitude and I had someone say this to me once and I will never forget it because it was the casting director of Six The Musical on Broadway.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_02]: I sang my audition song for her.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_02]: I sang too pretty.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_02]: And she afterwards looked at me and she said, and I do ton of like vocal riffs and runs in that song.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_02]: And she goes, listen, no one's ever told you you're about singer and no one's ever going to.
- 50:47[SPEAKER_02]: Which I was like, thank you.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_02]: Correct.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_02]: I said for my sister, Phoebe.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_02]: Just kidding.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_02]: Never said that.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_02]: But she goes.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_02]: But you need to, she said it in a way.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_02]: I don't, I won't say it perfectly.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_02]: She was like, you need to understand when it's vocal gymnastics and when it has a point.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, ah, that is actually really valid.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_02]: She was like, all these runs, I want you to go through every single one with me and explain to me what the point of it was.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_02]: How is that furthering your story?
- 51:17[SPEAKER_02]: Do you need it?
- 51:18[SPEAKER_02]: Because what I'm seeing is like, okay, she's just trying to show me everything she can do.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_02]: I know from one run what you can do.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_02]: I know from the first moment, which that you can say.
- 51:26[SPEAKER_02]: I'll call you in and ask you to do the runs that I want to hear.
- 51:29[SPEAKER_02]: But like, think about it from the perspective of like, is this just vocal gymnastics for the sake of vocal gymnastics?
- 51:36[SPEAKER_02]: Or am I moving the plot for whatever?
- 51:38[SPEAKER_02]: And it was just an interesting thing.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_02]: And I think that that is something that young vocalists need to learn pretty quickly.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_02]: And when you're when you're in a day with pop music with all the wrists and the runs on the Ariana Grande, I have it all.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_02]: It's really easy to forget that.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_02]: But then, so I feel like maybe in Sabrina's earlier music, there even was more of that.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_02]: where she tampered it out a little bit for short and sweet to be more marketable.
- 51:58[SPEAKER_02]: Because she's like, I'm not trying to occupy the Ariana Grande space.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not trying to occupy the greatest vocalista on the scene.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_02]: I'm trying to be the song you can't get out of your head.
- 52:08[SPEAKER_02]: I'm trying to be the brand that you're hit over the head, but that you can't get out.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_02]: So that I can come with my next album and show you that.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I don't know if you think there's any like validity here, but I think
- 52:23[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I would agree.
- 52:23[SPEAKER_02]: I would agree for them.
- 52:25[SPEAKER_02]: So I actually also, I don't know that I think Sabrina actually articulated it as clearly as she could have to gale gang, but one thing that I like to explanation of the cover a little bit.
- 52:36[SPEAKER_02]: And after hearing the album, it does make more sense to me.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_02]: And it's this idea of her basically saying like, there are going to be times in a relationship where woman is going to understand that she is not in control.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_02]: She's given up the control to the man willingly at that time.
- 52:51[SPEAKER_02]: And there's a little bit of that given taken.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_02]: She's deciding when she's willing to do it.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_02]: And she's like, and a little bit of how that is like a sickness in a relationship.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_02]: But she doesn't say it that way.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_02]: But it's almost like she allowed Barry as what I'm getting from this to she was like, it was me begging for treats, begging for a text, begging for whatever.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_02]: And him throwing me around as he wanted to.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_02]: And I was subscribing to that willingly.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_02]: I was allowing that to be what happened.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and that was the choice that I was making as a woman at the time, and it didn't feel like it wasn't empowering, but now I'm like, I don't want to choose that anymore.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_02]: So I, that make with the album of him grabbing her hair and her being, you know, okay, I'll be man's best friend.
- 53:29[SPEAKER_02]: I'll beg you for a treat.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_02]: I'll sit and stay and do whatever you want me to do so that you respond to my texts.
- 53:34[SPEAKER_02]: that's not really who she is and it's sort of that the play into that and how women will choose to do that at times for men and I don't think she's saying it's a good thing I just think she's saying it's a thing that happened yeah exactly that's what she's saying and so that I think made more sense to me with the album cover and I still looking at the album cover I'm like the things to be upset about was a brainacarmerner this just like she's closed like I'm just like
- 54:02[SPEAKER_01]: I think it looks cool.
- 54:04[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's a good cover.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's a fun thing.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_02]: But I honestly feel like because she prime herself and it's like sexual arena with short and sweet that there was no way to view this cover, not an overt.
- 54:17[SPEAKER_02]: And I think it's also a sort of way.
- 54:20[SPEAKER_01]: People have decided that there's, there's no depth to her.
- 54:25[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, when they looked at this, they were like, oh, great.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_01]: That's all she does.
- 54:28[SPEAKER_01]: He had commentary on something.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_01]: They were thinking about, oh, this is just of course.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_01]: It's like a sex cover.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_02]: Which is also where I want to say something bringing the Sydney Swenie of it all, which we're talking about in a second.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_02]: But her bath lotter thing, you know, how like we kind of talked about how we didn't have a problem with Sabrina's album, but we did have a problem with Sydney selling her bath lotter soap.
- 54:46[SPEAKER_02]: And I think part of the thing there is Sabrina's marketing it to women, you know?
- 54:50[SPEAKER_02]: We said that.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so Sydney Swenie is the beautiful woman for marketing and her subordinate partner is the beautiful woman for women.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_02]: And exactly.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_02]: And that's why her songs also, the loneliness of the sexuality.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_02]: It's tied in with humor.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_02]: It's tied in with like this intelligence.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_02]: It's not just like I want to be nasty for the sake of being not in for the time.
- 55:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's like get your bag whatever.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_01]: Sydney, I don't think you need to be doing that to get your own.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_02]: Also, Sydney's response to, and she's a goes, well, it was interesting because the people who had complaints about it were mostly women when they couldn't wait to get their hands on Jacob authorities.
- 55:23[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that's also a member that women have been sexualized for men's consumption for our entire fucking existence, and that's where fighting against.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_02]: If a man's doing it, that's a completely different thing.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_02]: Sydney, like you're ignoring that like,
- 55:35[SPEAKER_02]: where we're disappointed and you feed it to me.
- 55:39[SPEAKER_01]: It's not just if you weren't also, it wasn't the bathwater alone.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_01]: That was the issue.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_01]: I think it was the amalgamation of things that have been happening around your career and decisions that you've made.
- 55:51[SPEAKER_01]: This was before the genes.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_01]: Well, maybe not before the maga thing, but like, yeah, it's just like you
- 55:59[SPEAKER_01]: I completely lost my train of thought.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_02]: I think I know what you're saying.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it was just, it was just the whole thing of everything.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, yeah, this felt like, girl, what did you do?
- 56:09[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it was a commercial.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_02]: I have you been a dirty boy.
- 56:12[SPEAKER_02]: Like it was like, there was no faking that this was like a joke or this was for women in any way.
- 56:18[SPEAKER_02]: This was like, hey, dirty boys, do you want to get an bath on me?
- 56:23[SPEAKER_02]: And then thinking about what these men were probably fucking doing.
- 56:26[SPEAKER_02]: like it's a lot different than the girls who probably bought a candle that said it was sent it like Jacob a Lordy's bathwater from also the movie he was in hello like there's a boy difference there but I think that her like yeah I guess because it works for his movie that's why we were talking about his bathwater like no one was talking about your bathwater except to be a disgusting man we were talking about Jacob a Lordy's bathwater because Barry Hogan drank it and so that's why we were talking about it so like you know
- 56:55[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, all right.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_02]: So overall, I think short and sweetest fabulous.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_02]: Who produced the first album?
- 57:00[SPEAKER_02]: I know it's on her first album, and I know this one's not called me as uh-huh.
- 57:04[SPEAKER_02]: Not called short and sweet.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_02]: Check dance and all.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_01]: That can't be.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_02]: That can't be.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_02]: It's short and sweet.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_01]: And like I think Julian Bonetta.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_02]: I was wondering, I think it was like a piece of value on this album is like astounding.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's really good.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_01]: I think Julian is probably on this one too, and Amy Allen is still writing with her.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_02]: You called her Amy Adams earlier, and I was content to just believe that that was the same.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, Amy Allen.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, Amy Allen got it.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_02]: All right, well, I want to dive in for a second to the Amanda Knox show because I need to I need to get an influence fee be to watch it and all of you.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_02]: The new Amanda Knox show, first of all, crazy that it's produced by Amanda Knox and Monica Lowinsky.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_02]: What is it called?
- 57:49[SPEAKER_02]: I don't remember what it's called.
- 57:50[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 57:51[SPEAKER_02]: I haven't picked it up yet.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_02]: It's on Hulu.
- 57:54[SPEAKER_02]: And this is a scripted series.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_02]: So what I'm loving about this, it's Grace Van Totten.
- 57:57[SPEAKER_02]: She plays a man in Knox.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_02]: I think she's amazing.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know that I've ever seen her and anything else.
- 58:02[SPEAKER_02]: But I think she's fabulous in this show.
- 58:07[SPEAKER_02]: a few things I need to say about it.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_02]: One, it is primarily in Italian.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_02]: So there is a lot of reading, but I don't think that should- She's the girl from, um, told me lies.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_01]: Did you ever watch the- Okay.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_02]: Lots of, lots of lying stuff for her.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_02]: No, I didn't watch it.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_02]: Um, she looks a lot like Shaleen Woodley.
- 58:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, she does.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_02]: But anyway, don't let the Italian dissuade you from watching the show.
- 58:30[SPEAKER_02]: It's really good because if you're an Amanda Knox follower, like I feel like everyone is, but then I meet people like my husband who doesn't fucking know who she is, which is insane.
- 58:39[SPEAKER_02]: And you're best friend.
- 58:41[SPEAKER_02]: And Kelly.
- 58:41[SPEAKER_02]: I hope point is that you're responsibility.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_02]: No, I know.
- 58:44[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, this is actually the perfect opportunity, but then I realize it's mostly an Italian.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_02]: There's no way Kelly is doing it.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_02]: There's no way Kelly's fucking doing it.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_02]: So we're gonna have to get her on the dock, which is fine.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_02]: Can do that.
- 58:55[SPEAKER_02]: If you're not familiar with Amanda Knox, I don't know what rock you've been living under, but she is the American study abroad student who was convicted with murdering her roommate Meredith in Italy, and she was imprisoned, and then she says still that she didn't do it.
- 59:10[SPEAKER_02]: She's now out of jail.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_02]: She's made a bunch of documentaries.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_02]: I actually don't know what the consensus is.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_02]: I actually don't know.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_01]: It's weird because I remember when Lily posted that thing in our family group chat and like didn't realize who Amanda Knox was.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_01]: And we were all like I think she had a different opinion.
- 59:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_01]: But she didn't really know the story.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_01]: And I think you me and mom who had followed it here and there, we were like, no, I think the consensus is she didn't do it.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think the consensus is that she didn't do it, especially now that we've got this pretty much.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_01]: But she's a fluency.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_01]: Carolina and I were just talking about this like the idea of having Monica Lewinsky bite into it.
- 59:49[SPEAKER_01]: I think she's so concerned with the things that she says yes to now that she really didn't if she really thought there was a chance that Amanda Knox did it.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think so.
- 59:57[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think so.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like women telling their own stories, taking back her power.
- 1:00:02[SPEAKER_02]: And honestly, watching this gives me such a different take on it.
- 1:00:06[SPEAKER_02]: Because even when I'm watching the documentary with Amanda Knox saying I didn't do it, I'm like, okay, I guess I'm just taking your fucking word for it.
- 1:00:13[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I don't know if you did it.
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I don't want to think you did it.
- 1:00:17[SPEAKER_02]: You don't seem like the type of person who would like kill your room.
- 1:00:19[SPEAKER_01]: You don't necessarily seem like someone that I want to go grab a beer with.
- 1:00:22[SPEAKER_01]: No.
- 1:00:23[SPEAKER_01]: Don't seem like someone who murdered her roommate.
- 1:00:25[SPEAKER_01]: Which I think the same time.
- 1:00:26[SPEAKER_01]: I think she was guilty of was being a fucking weirdo.
- 1:00:29[SPEAKER_02]: Well, yeah, that is evident in the show, which I think is one of the reasons I need if you'd be to watch it.
- 1:00:36[SPEAKER_02]: But watching it gives me such a different perspective to on how unfair this was.
- 1:00:41[SPEAKER_02]: Like, because at the first episode, you got to get past the first one, because they're going to take you back to the scene of the crime, and they take you back and they have Grace Vamp hat and playing and Amanda Knox walking into her apartment, finding the crime scene, going through everything that happened after that, of course, according to Amanda, but still.
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_02]: And one thing that's crazy is like Amanda's Italian wasn't that good.
- 1:01:02[SPEAKER_02]: She was not that good at Italian.
- 1:01:04[SPEAKER_02]: And everyone in Italy who was on the police staff on the FBI, they all spoke Italian.
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_02]: So they're asking her for statements and she is speaking broken Italian to them.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_02]: So there's one moment where there's a text and they're going through her texts and her phone.
- 1:01:22[SPEAKER_02]: And she also doesn't even realize that she's like, she needs a lawyer.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_02]: She doesn't even realize that she's like a suspect, the way that they're talking to her.
- 1:01:29[SPEAKER_02]: She just thinks she's like, she found the crime scene.
- 1:01:31[SPEAKER_02]: She's helping out.
- 1:01:31[SPEAKER_02]: She's understand what they're saying.
- 1:01:33[SPEAKER_02]: And then you've got her boyfriend, Rafael, who was kind of the translator, who also gets roped into all of this.
- 1:01:40[SPEAKER_02]: but there's a moment of like a super texting her by not telling her everything like the they obviously think she did it but he's not really conveying that to Amanda I think to protect her feelings but like it's ultimately probably hurting her more because she's not treating this as though she's someone who did anything wrong and um there's this moment where they're looking at our texts and they're like did you go see Patrick this night and she's like no I didn't they're like well your text says see you later
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_02]: It says, see you later, liar.
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_02]: And she's like, no, but I didn't see him.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_02]: And they're like, you made plans with him to see him later.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_02]: And she's like, no, I did, that's just in America.
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_02]: We just say like, see, it's like, child, it's like, but like, even just explaining the little differences culturally and verbiage like that comes into play, you know?
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_02]: And he's less and here is don't commit a crime in another country.
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_02]: Well, the lesson here is don't go to another country because she didn't commit a crime as what we are believing, like with this.
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_02]: don't get involved right if you can help but because she asked for this she comes over my boyfriend's house and finds out that her roommate is fucking dead and she asked for that but like they have a moment where they have her open the knife drawer okay in their kitchen they're like open the knife drawer and Amanda has a fucking panic attack
- 1:02:52[SPEAKER_02]: and they're like guilty.
- 1:02:54[SPEAKER_02]: She was reliving the scene of the crime, whatever.
- 1:02:56[SPEAKER_02]: And then they're talking to her and they're speaking to her in Italian.
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_02]: And she's like, C, C, C, C, saying yes.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_02]: Who thinks she's even no, she's talking saying yes to.
- 1:03:03[SPEAKER_02]: They don't even have a translator there for half the time.
- 1:03:06[SPEAKER_02]: Like, it's just, she can't speak to her mother.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_02]: Her mom is calling her on the phone, calling her calling her.
- 1:03:09[SPEAKER_02]: They've confiscated her phone.
- 1:03:11[SPEAKER_02]: She can't talk her mom.
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_02]: Her mom gets to Italy and sees on the news, a picture of her daughter.
- 1:03:15[SPEAKER_02]: And she's like, who is that?
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_02]: Is anyone speak English?
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_02]: Like who is that?
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_02]: And they're like, oh, the mom requires.
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_02]: The most little iris anymore.
- 1:03:21[SPEAKER_02]: I got later from words.
- 1:03:25[SPEAKER_02]: But they're like, oh, the American girl killed a British one.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_02]: And she's like, what?
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_02]: That's the first she's hearing of it.
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_02]: So there's just so much about it that really seeing it from this perspective of like in real time.
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's one thing to hear a man to talk about it.
- 1:03:40[SPEAKER_02]: But it's another thing to see this happen.
- 1:03:43[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like this could literally have happened to anyone.
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_02]: It's how it feels when you're watching this.
- 1:03:47[SPEAKER_02]: Like this
- 1:03:49[SPEAKER_02]: Now on the other hand, there are fucking moments where if there is this moment I call Phoebe about, I was like, I need you to watch this fucking show because I can't all believe this.
- 1:03:57[SPEAKER_02]: And you know what has to be true because Foxy Noxie was involved with the making of this.
- 1:04:01[SPEAKER_02]: That's what they call her by the way.
- 1:04:03[SPEAKER_02]: She, Amanda Noxie said she's been interrogated for hours.
- 1:04:07[SPEAKER_02]: And the Italian cop is like, all right, do you wanna break?
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna go get you some water.
- 1:04:14[SPEAKER_02]: And Amanda tells the translator, oh, I'm actually kind of hungry.
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_02]: And the translator is like, she's hungry.
- 1:04:21[SPEAKER_02]: It tells the woman in Italian, the woman in Italian looks different.
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_02]: She's like, okay, I'll get her some candy from the vending machine.
- 1:04:27[SPEAKER_02]: Translator tells Amanda, she's going to get you some candy from the vending machine.
- 1:04:30[SPEAKER_02]: Amanda goes, ah, I'm actually like not a big sweet person.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, girl, shut the fuck up.
- 1:04:37[SPEAKER_02]: Girl, shut the fuck up.
- 1:04:38[SPEAKER_02]: That is so.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_02]: Your roommate is dead.
- 1:04:41[SPEAKER_01]: Imagine moving through the world like that.
- 1:04:43[SPEAKER_02]: Then there's a moment where they have to go back in the crime scene and they're giving her the little slips to like put over your shoes and they're like something P at us, which is foot and Amanda goes P at she's like putting them on and then she stands up and goes Tata like that and there's an entire crew like like paparazzi press like the cops everyone and they look at they're just like what is as she's walking into the crime scene
- 1:05:09[SPEAKER_01]: Do you think there were times during the production of this, where Monica Lovinsky was like, did you really do that?
- 1:05:14[SPEAKER_01]: Are you sure you want to leave this in?
- 1:05:16[SPEAKER_01]: But he's like, I don't like all this is how I want to go to a hotel for hours because I didn't want the paparazzi to see me.
- 1:05:24[SPEAKER_02]: Literally.
- 1:05:24[SPEAKER_02]: And then there's a moment where she's like flirting with this like police guy and she starts doing tricks and she's a split on the floor of the police station and the head Italian cop comes out and she's like, what are you fucking doing?
- 1:05:35[SPEAKER_02]: This is a police station like have some respect.
- 1:05:38[SPEAKER_02]: so it's like things like that keep fucking happening and it also it adds in there like she's no sympathy for what's happened here she is no empathy she's not like that rocked by this at all so it's very interesting I think it's really well done I would love for you to watch it so we can really talk about it but
- 1:05:56[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, the Amanda and Oxford is just fascinating, but watching it like that, I might be a full converter to the camp she didn't do it after that.
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't know, I'm only on the episode four, but.
- 1:06:04[SPEAKER_01]: I'll give it a watch, but it's healthy.
- 1:06:05[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it's for me today.
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_02]: I know, I know.
- 1:06:08[SPEAKER_02]: Ariana dropping a surprise tour.
- 1:06:11[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, my God.
- 1:06:12[SPEAKER_02]: So excited.
- 1:06:13[SPEAKER_02]: I can't believe it.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_02]: I hope we get to go.
- 1:06:15[SPEAKER_02]: I hope it's going to be hard.
- 1:06:18[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to be borderline and possible.
- 1:06:19[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think harder than Ares tour?
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_02]: I think it might be.
- 1:06:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:06:23[SPEAKER_02]: only because there's so few shows and I don't think she's going to add too many now there are a lot of people I had a lot of kids who didn't know who she was before wicked who are now like I want to go to her tour even though you don't know her music but that's what I mean about the difference in the marketing you know what I mean
- 1:06:41[SPEAKER_02]: Like, they didn't know who she was.
- 1:06:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I guess that's true.
- 1:06:44[SPEAKER_02]: She's one of the biggest pop stars of all time.
- 1:06:46[SPEAKER_02]: They didn't know who she was.
- 1:06:47[SPEAKER_02]: I guess that's true.
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_02]: Until, like, you did your thing.
- 1:06:50[SPEAKER_01]: But then Wicked is pandering, how dare you?
- 1:06:52[SPEAKER_01]: No, but now I'm like, is Ariana pandering to a younger audience if she says don't go as a kid.
- 1:06:57[SPEAKER_01]: If she says don't go, or if she doesn't.
- 1:06:59[SPEAKER_01]: No, if she doesn't.
- 1:07:01[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I don't know if eternal sunshine is like as insane as her former shit.
- 1:07:07[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, and she, she doesn't, she thinks we all hate positions, so she won't.
- 1:07:10[SPEAKER_02]: But set list has allegedly been updated, and positions is on there.
- 1:07:14[SPEAKER_02]: Um, greedy is on there.
- 1:07:17[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you now.
- 1:07:18[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to trust anything that's out there right now about it.
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 1:07:24[SPEAKER_01]: I would, I would highly doubt if she even has a solidified set list yet.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I'm just saying that I saw something, and I don't remember where I saw it, but if it was a set list, I would be fucking brilliant.
- 1:07:34[SPEAKER_02]: Well, yeah, greedy should be on there.
- 1:07:35[SPEAKER_02]: And be all right.
- 1:07:36[SPEAKER_02]: Be all right.
- 1:07:37[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think- With the original SNL choreography.
- 1:07:39[SPEAKER_02]: Be all right.
- 1:07:40[SPEAKER_02]: I love them.
- 1:07:41[SPEAKER_02]: Be all right.
- 1:07:44[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you're right.
- 1:07:44[SPEAKER_02]: That's not that fun.
- 1:07:45[SPEAKER_02]: It's gonna be more fun.
- 1:07:48[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I got it.
- 1:07:50[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 1:07:50[SPEAKER_02]: Let's get into some other people's business.
- 1:07:52[SPEAKER_02]: Cardi B is on trial and it is epic.
- 1:07:56[SPEAKER_02]: Are you paying attention to any of us?
- 1:07:58[SPEAKER_02]: I've seen some clips, but I haven't really been locked in.
- 1:08:01[SPEAKER_02]: Dude, it's fucking funny.
- 1:08:03[SPEAKER_02]: She is on trial because allegedly a security officer, this happened like years ago.
- 1:08:08[SPEAKER_02]: I want to say I'm going to get it wrong, maybe twenty nineteen and twenty seventeen.
- 1:08:11[SPEAKER_02]: This security officer says that Cardi B physically assaulted her.
- 1:08:15[SPEAKER_02]: Cardi was pregnant at the time.
- 1:08:18[SPEAKER_02]: And that she had like to get like cosmetic surgery on her face and she wants Cardi B to pay for that and all this stuff.
- 1:08:24[SPEAKER_02]: Cardi B is showing up to this courtroom in a different wig every single day.
- 1:08:29[SPEAKER_02]: Like, serving.
- 1:08:31[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, she is glammed the fuck up.
- 1:08:33[SPEAKER_02]: And she is, people are saying, like, this is why she became a star because she cannot help but be herself.
- 1:08:39[SPEAKER_02]: She is so, they were like, what did you say to her?
- 1:08:41[SPEAKER_02]: Did you call her fat?
- 1:08:42[SPEAKER_02]: No, I didn't call her fat.
- 1:08:43[SPEAKER_02]: And they're like, well, what did you say?
- 1:08:45[SPEAKER_02]: And she goes, you want me to, like, say to her, like, right now, you want me to say?
- 1:08:49[SPEAKER_02]: And she's like, doing the whole thing and they're like, yes, say it.
- 1:08:51[SPEAKER_02]: And she goes, I said, get out of my face, you fucking bitch.
- 1:08:54[SPEAKER_02]: She might just like, says it.
- 1:08:56[SPEAKER_02]: But she's like, go, me to,
- 1:08:57[SPEAKER_02]: Right to her and there's a lot of shucks up being pregnant.
- 1:09:00[SPEAKER_02]: She's like, I couldn't do fucking anything.
- 1:09:02[SPEAKER_02]: I was pregnant.
- 1:09:03[SPEAKER_02]: I wasn't hitting her.
- 1:09:04[SPEAKER_02]: She goes on and on and on.
- 1:09:05[SPEAKER_02]: I have to say the prosecutor should go to hell.
- 1:09:08[SPEAKER_01]: He sounds a little insane on Twitter that like,
- 1:09:14[SPEAKER_01]: Are you I think you just explained this all never mind.
- 1:09:17[SPEAKER_01]: They basically like the the hotel was like no one was supposed to like she was promised a certain level of privacy.
- 1:09:24[SPEAKER_01]: By the hotel.
- 1:09:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'm sure.
- 1:09:26[SPEAKER_01]: And then there's personally where the team was filming.
- 1:09:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, the will those security officer was filming her.
- 1:09:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, that's that's what it wasn't she said.
- 1:09:32[SPEAKER_02]: Why the fuck are you filming me?
- 1:09:34[SPEAKER_02]: You're fucking bitch or something like get out of my fucking face like something like that.
- 1:09:37[SPEAKER_02]: And as she was part of her, as she was hiding in the kitchen at the time too, she was pregnant with all sets of kids and people didn't know.
- 1:09:43[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that's like why the hotel was like promising her certainly the privacy.
- 1:09:48[SPEAKER_02]: But so in that case with that, me that they didn't have security cameras down there where this happened.
- 1:09:52[SPEAKER_02]: And so we don't have any footage because I'm like, how would we not have footage?
- 1:09:55[SPEAKER_02]: And also if you were filming, do you not have footage of the scuffle too?
- 1:09:59[SPEAKER_01]: You know what, you don't get thrown from your head.
- 1:10:01[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's the point.
- 1:10:02[SPEAKER_01]: And it was still recording.
- 1:10:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:10:04[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 1:10:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it does seem like it's mean so funny, but it is she's cracked.
- 1:10:08[SPEAKER_02]: I wish that there was a moment where she goes hello and the prosecutor goes, hi, yeah, waiting.
- 1:10:14[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, oh, well, like I would have got, I can't believe she didn't get me in.
- 1:10:19[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, we've gotten mean.
- 1:10:19[SPEAKER_02]: I would've been like, okay, go fuck yourselves.
- 1:10:21[SPEAKER_02]: Don't talk to me like that.
- 1:10:22[SPEAKER_02]: You fucking asshole.
- 1:10:23[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, but I'm loving it.
- 1:10:25[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, before we get into reality TV though,
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_02]: We need to like talk to the Swifties.
- 1:10:31[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to talk to them.
- 1:10:33[SPEAKER_02]: I know we're all really excited.
- 1:10:35[SPEAKER_02]: We're all really hyped up about the engagement and not.
- 1:10:38[SPEAKER_02]: Let's keep that in the same energy.
- 1:10:40[SPEAKER_02]: Like, yes, I'm fucking loving this.
- 1:10:42[SPEAKER_02]: I got to explain to Anthony today.
- 1:10:43[SPEAKER_02]: He was like, what did Joe Allen do?
- 1:10:45[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, ugh.
- 1:10:47[SPEAKER_02]: I'm so excited to chat to you about this.
- 1:10:49[SPEAKER_02]: And I got to just kind of like explain that we got in the car and I played it so long London.
- 1:10:52[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, is this giving you a little more out now?
- 1:10:54[SPEAKER_02]: Did you play your losing me?
- 1:10:55[SPEAKER_02]: No, I didn't play your losing me.
- 1:10:57[SPEAKER_02]: I know I explained to him about your losing me and that midnight was like a breakup album that we didn't realize.
- 1:11:02[SPEAKER_02]: And then I played I played so long London.
- 1:11:04[SPEAKER_02]: I played so high school just for a little bit of an extra whatever.
- 1:11:08[SPEAKER_02]: And then I played guilty of sin so that he could also kind of house like this happening in the relationship.
- 1:11:13[SPEAKER_02]: Well, we went through the whole thing.
- 1:11:16[SPEAKER_02]: Have you not seen what's been going on with Gabriette versus the Swifties?
- 1:11:21[SPEAKER_02]: So fucking fun.
- 1:11:22[SPEAKER_01]: It's funny, but I'm also like, guys, you need to stop.
- 1:11:25[SPEAKER_01]: This is giving, here's what it's giving.
- 1:11:28[SPEAKER_01]: It's giving the theater kids, you know, offense to you.
- 1:11:31[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:11:31[SPEAKER_01]: Just in a stereotypical high school.
- 1:11:34[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:11:34[SPEAKER_01]: It's giving the theater kids think that they are like giving it.
- 1:11:38[SPEAKER_01]: No, I know.
- 1:11:39[SPEAKER_01]: But these are the, but gabriette, Maddie and Charlie are the cool, stoner kids that are like, you should be able to just cooler than you.
- 1:11:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 1:11:48[SPEAKER_01]: They're going to put you in your place in a way that's going to make you like feel so much worse.
- 1:11:51[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to die.
- 1:11:53[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to like this idea like when people keep Gabriette might not be like pretty to you in a stereotypical way, but she is a model and like she is high thought.
- 1:12:02[SPEAKER_01]: And when you are posting Taylor in some of these outfits that like you guys love Gabriette wouldn't be caught dead on it.
- 1:12:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, absolutely.
- 1:12:11[SPEAKER_02]: And this is like why they don't fucking like you guys.
- 1:12:14[SPEAKER_02]: Like this is why Swifties have a bad rap.
- 1:12:17[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 1:12:18[SPEAKER_02]: This way here's what happened.
- 1:12:20[SPEAKER_02]: I believe it was on when Veronica is cool.
- 1:12:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's good news for it started.
- 1:12:25[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, crazy place for this to originate.
- 1:12:28[SPEAKER_02]: Crazy, crazy place for us to get like, what is it, patient, patient zero, patient zero is Veronica's cool.
- 1:12:35[SPEAKER_02]: She posted something like, it was like what she thinks the new Taylor Swift Fellon's gonna sound like, right?
- 1:12:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:12:40[SPEAKER_02]: Like blatantly.
- 1:12:42[SPEAKER_02]: Gabriette comments and goes, oh my god, babe, do record actually romantic next.
- 1:12:49[SPEAKER_02]: Which that is a song.
- 1:12:51[SPEAKER_02]: I think some people are thinking might might end up being a digger.
- 1:12:53[SPEAKER_01]: Or weeks that I haven't read, but yeah, people are thinking it's a digger Charlie.
- 1:12:58[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:12:59[SPEAKER_01]: And just that friend group in general.
- 1:13:01[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:13:01[SPEAKER_02]: And so I saw a lot of people saying that this is confirmation that Gabriette is engaging with the leaks, which I'm like, does it because we got the track list?
- 1:13:12[SPEAKER_01]: Well, no, people were thinking that it meant that she read it and she knows that it's about them.
- 1:13:16[SPEAKER_01]: But I think even if you haven't read the leaks, you guys, we could know that.
- 1:13:20[SPEAKER_01]: Like, well, I wasn't even thinking it was to dig on everything's romantic.
- 1:13:23[SPEAKER_01]: I was more so I do think it's about Maddie versus Travis.
- 1:13:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, this idea that the Swifties are like,
- 1:13:29[SPEAKER_01]: Gabriella Matty have engaged for a whole year and they're not even married.
- 1:13:33[SPEAKER_01]: It's clear.
- 1:13:33[SPEAKER_01]: It's clear that Matty is like crashing out over Taylor and Travis getting married and Gabriella's having a hard time with that.
- 1:13:39[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, okay, guys, you guys make fun of Gailers and right now there's some crazy stuff going on over there.
- 1:13:44[SPEAKER_01]: I know and that's not really the camp of things were me and Caroline ever sad no no no no we're just like having fun we're speculators and you know that we're not crashing out over this every chill out not that they've been saying that but I want to be clear that there's a line in the sand of where
- 1:14:00[SPEAKER_02]: but it is, it is funny because it's bringing Gailers a new level of the spotlight that they haven't previously had.
- 1:14:06[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, you have to be asking about it.
- 1:14:07[SPEAKER_02]: And then he was like, so like, what's the deal with his like Gailers?
- 1:14:11[SPEAKER_02]: Like, oh, she's marrying a man.
- 1:14:12[SPEAKER_02]: Like, she's not gay.
- 1:14:13[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, it's something like an NFL Reddit that was like,
- 1:14:18[SPEAKER_01]: Did you guys see that there are fans of hers that think she's kidding?
- 1:14:22[SPEAKER_02]: I was like an Anthony first sexuality's a spectrum and we know that okay just because she's marrying a man that that doesn't mean she didn't have a dress with Harley Claus Which I there's too much evidence to not
- 1:14:36[SPEAKER_02]: Give it a little bit.
- 1:14:37[SPEAKER_01]: I just want people to be like the differences that like it's not going to ruin my life.
- 1:14:40[SPEAKER_01]: No way.
- 1:14:41[SPEAKER_02]: The difference is we're really happy for her and Travis and we love them and we're not going to check ourselves anywhere.
- 1:14:47[SPEAKER_02]: Like this is okay.
- 1:14:48[SPEAKER_02]: It's also like she I don't know her as much as I feel like I do.
- 1:14:53[SPEAKER_02]: I know at the end of the day.
- 1:14:54[SPEAKER_01]: Which is what I just don't understand how like the same people that are making up these theories about how Gabriella and Maddie are feeling about the engagement or the people who are like see the gailers are confused.
- 1:15:04[SPEAKER_01]: I know I'm like I am really crashing out.
- 1:15:06[SPEAKER_02]: You know actually I'm sitting pretty I'm sitting pretty I look and I look pretty till I'm sitting pretty and I look fucking pretty.
- 1:15:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'm still like pretty I am in the middle of that guy right hand gonna move a little but and it's not gonna be because I'm one of you I don't want us to still look pretty.
- 1:15:30[SPEAKER_02]: You're not even going to laugh a little bit.
- 1:15:32[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, I'm such a down and want in my brain.
- 1:15:37[SPEAKER_01]: I went back to chain smokers era.
- 1:15:39[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't want to.
- 1:15:40[SPEAKER_02]: And when I saw her graduate, I did a really good won't want the other yeah crazy.
- 1:15:44[SPEAKER_02]: I did a really, I was at a say, something I shouldn't even put out here, but but do I dare?
- 1:15:49[SPEAKER_02]: I was there when I got to watch her audition for the holiday show and knock it in.
- 1:15:56[SPEAKER_02]: Isn't that crazy?
- 1:15:56[SPEAKER_02]: You know, you know, you know, we also had the same voice teacher.
- 1:15:59[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you know, as we were in a wrap.
- 1:16:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, um Yeah, sorry.
- 1:16:06[SPEAKER_01]: That's she seems like she seems like she's she seems like she's figured it out a little bit.
- 1:16:12[SPEAKER_01]: I agree that's you know what feels it feels like she's just like gotten comfortable.
- 1:16:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah
- 1:16:15[SPEAKER_01]: because I feel like what she became famous.
- 1:16:17[SPEAKER_01]: It's crazy that we're having Grace Tandon discourse right now.
- 1:16:20[SPEAKER_01]: I know, it has crazy.
- 1:16:21[SPEAKER_01]: But I do think that there was probably part of her that was like, hi, it was so popular, like her senior year of high school.
- 1:16:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:16:28[SPEAKER_01]: And she was still very much who she was in high school.
- 1:16:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:16:30[SPEAKER_01]: And so she needed time to, and then change, she didn't have time to ease in, like, she didn't know.
- 1:16:36[SPEAKER_01]: Have time really.
- 1:16:37[SPEAKER_01]: She went to Grammy, like the first year of making music.
- 1:16:40[SPEAKER_01]: Literally.
- 1:16:41[SPEAKER_01]: And so and she and as who she was in high school.
- 1:16:44[SPEAKER_02]: So I think that's probably just took her second but she seems she seems to figure that I just I do want to say just like did take her some time though and I'm like I fear it's too much time as passed for her to like get back what she had not that that's what I did that one
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_01]: song, no, what is she?
- 1:17:03[SPEAKER_01]: She was like a different kind of vibe the last one that I was like, oh, I like that song.
- 1:17:07[SPEAKER_02]: I do keep up with her music.
- 1:17:09[SPEAKER_02]: So if you say the title, I probably know it because I listen to like everything she really says because I'm just I carry us like to support, you know, a local girly, but I do wonder sometimes in like she took some it so long without really like
- 1:17:23[SPEAKER_02]: feeding us.
- 1:17:24[SPEAKER_02]: It was new.
- 1:17:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, new was good.
- 1:17:27[SPEAKER_02]: She was everywhere.
- 1:17:28[SPEAKER_02]: And then she was nowhere.
- 1:17:29[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, I wonder if it's going to be a fight for her to like get that back.
- 1:17:33[SPEAKER_02]: If that's what she wants, which right now, it kind of does seem like that's what she wants.
- 1:17:37[SPEAKER_02]: So hope she can go.
- 1:17:39[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but back to Gabriella.
- 1:17:40[SPEAKER_02]: Some of the things that we saw you guys like, okay.
- 1:17:43[SPEAKER_02]: So basically Gabriella comments that and people go nuts and people start flooding her tagged photos with photos of Taylor.
- 1:17:51[SPEAKER_02]: They're doing like the huge like across the whole grid images of Taylor.
- 1:17:55[SPEAKER_02]: That really good.
- 1:17:56[SPEAKER_02]: One more Taylor's looking back in their her midnight rain bodysuit with her booty.
- 1:18:00[SPEAKER_02]: You know the one
- 1:18:02[SPEAKER_02]: Um, they're doing which guys, by the way, she also probably makes fun of that.
- 1:18:05[SPEAKER_02]: I know, she probably does, but I hope, like if I'm Taylor, here's where it really is and so if he's maybe this will speak to you.
- 1:18:12[SPEAKER_02]: If I'm Taylor, I'm mortified.
- 1:18:13[SPEAKER_02]: If I'm Taylor, I'm not like, go get her.
- 1:18:15[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not like, yes, so if he's I'm like, this is so fucking embarrassing.
- 1:18:20[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
- 1:18:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, I agree and it's like both of them have moved on.
- 1:18:25[SPEAKER_02]: And like imagining Taylor imagining that Maddie and Gabriella are fucking laughing at her and trying to say I don't want to die.
- 1:18:32[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we think Taylor's had some pretty severe crash outs.
- 1:18:35[SPEAKER_02]: This would be one of my worst.
- 1:18:37[SPEAKER_02]: I would flip the fuck out and it's like guys, she doesn't need just need the owner plate.
- 1:18:41[SPEAKER_01]: She's married.
- 1:18:42[SPEAKER_01]: She's married and it's super cool.
- 1:18:43[SPEAKER_02]: This isn't exciting for her and you guys are actually taking some of that away by doing this nonsense.
- 1:18:48[SPEAKER_02]: Plank if she's having someone.
- 1:18:49[SPEAKER_02]: Gabrielle's head.
- 1:18:50[SPEAKER_01]: She's seen it the way that no, but the way that she and Travis talk and like Jason Kelsey's seen it.
- 1:18:56[SPEAKER_01]: But I don't think I don't know what you're paying.
- 1:18:57[SPEAKER_01]: Travis.
- 1:18:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, well, I hope they fucking have it.
- 1:19:00[SPEAKER_02]: I kept, I was like, what is this?
- 1:19:01[SPEAKER_02]: I thought someone made like a fake account for Gabriette because they kept seeing on Twitter like screenshots and it was like Gabriette's Instagram profile and all these photos of Taylor and then I realized, oh no, they're in her tag photos, playing TikTok, tone, Gabriette's head.
- 1:19:13[SPEAKER_02]: They're writing like Maddie will never love you like he loved Taylor like he's dreaming about Taylor.
- 1:19:18[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, so it's like making accounts called Gabriette fucking sucks.
- 1:19:21[SPEAKER_01]: Like any of your probably twelve years old, stop.
- 1:19:25[SPEAKER_01]: And it's also like the idea that Taylor now has to think that like Gabriella's like, wow, she's never going to be over my man.
- 1:19:35[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 1:19:37[SPEAKER_02]: Especially if we're about to get this album of Maddie speaking on the Taylor experience, I'm scared.
- 1:19:45[SPEAKER_01]: I think that we, I'm not as scared about it only because of the way that he writes.
- 1:19:50[SPEAKER_01]: It's less, it's personal, but it doesn't feel, and maybe it's because he's never had an ex-like tailor.
- 1:19:57[SPEAKER_01]: But like even the songs that are allegedly about haulsy, like when that relationship was happening, I didn't feel
- 1:20:02[SPEAKER_01]: that way and also like he's he's more of a writer that's like political things like that.
- 1:20:08[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know that we need to be it's not like if you were dating like a like an Ed Sheeran like if she was dating someone hard to imagine if she was dating someone who writes songs like she writes
- 1:20:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I would be scared, but because of the way that he writes, I'm not as worried.
- 1:20:25[SPEAKER_02]: He's just like mean, though, you know, and like he's just grody and like he doesn't have the discretion and I could just, I could just, but I also think he's so pretentious.
- 1:20:37[SPEAKER_02]: I think that he feels like he's above it.
- 1:20:39[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that's the pretension and the ego is part of why I think he would do it because I mean, he just went on stage.
- 1:20:44[SPEAKER_02]: He was like, you know, I'm somewhat of a poet.
- 1:20:46[SPEAKER_02]: Is it a poet?
- 1:20:48[SPEAKER_02]: Is he's like, wasted?
- 1:20:49[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, do you shut the fuck up?
- 1:20:50[SPEAKER_02]: Like he's so just, but one thing I also want to say about him.
- 1:20:56[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, and it's just just to lessen.
- 1:20:58[SPEAKER_02]: I want you all to hear from me.
- 1:20:59[SPEAKER_02]: You're your big sister Caroline, okay?
- 1:21:01[SPEAKER_02]: You're older sister Caroline.
- 1:21:03[SPEAKER_02]: I don't like big or older anymore, so your wiser sister Caroline.
- 1:21:09[SPEAKER_02]: It is just, I just want to tell you now.
- 1:21:12[SPEAKER_02]: If you have this sort of like, will they won't they with someone?
- 1:21:16[SPEAKER_02]: And maybe everyone doesn't like immediately get it.
- 1:21:18[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, you can romanticize the fuck out of this in your head.
- 1:21:22[SPEAKER_02]: And it's never the right time.
- 1:21:24[SPEAKER_02]: You're both always in a relationship or something like that.
- 1:21:27[SPEAKER_02]: Just don't.
- 1:21:29[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, when you, when you have the opportunity to go for it, do not do it.
- 1:21:34[SPEAKER_02]: And here's why it will ruin your friendship.
- 1:21:38[SPEAKER_01]: Nine and a half times out of ten, you will not end up with that person.
- 1:21:43[SPEAKER_01]: Hence why I think that this long ruin the friendship is about him, not about Blake by everybody.
- 1:21:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I do too.
- 1:21:49[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I really, really do because it's, it's just so true.
- 1:21:53[SPEAKER_02]: And I want you out of here that, like it's happened to me multiple times where it's been like this person, like when the time is right, we're just, we know we're gonna end up together.
- 1:22:01[SPEAKER_02]: We just like aren't right now.
- 1:22:02[SPEAKER_02]: We're just like with other people.
- 1:22:04[SPEAKER_02]: And like me and this guy were both saying it, like this happened with twice.
- 1:22:09[SPEAKER_02]: And let me tell you, I do not speak to either of those people anymore and there is my blood and it ended horribly and it sent me into like a fucking spiral.
- 1:22:18[SPEAKER_02]: So I and it and look what happened to Taylor and Maddie.
- 1:22:21[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so let this just be an example on a really grand scale that you do not need to romanticize whatever that is and you do not need to to go explore that unless you are ready to accept those consequences because I promise you
- 1:22:35[SPEAKER_02]: Unless you're going to write the tortured pellets department about it, it's never going to be worth it, you know?
- 1:22:40[SPEAKER_02]: I think Taylor's got enough out of it that like, it's probably worth it, but the average Joe, not so much, right?
- 1:22:47[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 1:22:48[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 1:22:50[SPEAKER_02]: We have a date for Salt Lake City and we have a date for Mormon Wives.
- 1:22:53[SPEAKER_02]: This is going to be a summer of Mormons, you guys.
- 1:22:55[SPEAKER_02]: Summer of Utah.
- 1:22:56[SPEAKER_02]: Summer is a fall of Utah Mormons.
- 1:23:00[SPEAKER_02]: Do we have the dates?
- 1:23:01[SPEAKER_02]: Do you have the Mandy do you know them?
- 1:23:02[SPEAKER_01]: In the September sixteenth is Salt Lake.
- 1:23:05[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know but wives.
- 1:23:06[SPEAKER_02]: So we're going to get Tuesdays.
- 1:23:07[SPEAKER_02]: I want to say it's September twenty-third, but I could become completely wrong.
- 1:23:10[SPEAKER_02]: It's Wednesdays for Salt Lake, right?
- 1:23:13[SPEAKER_02]: the sixteenth is a Tuesday.
- 1:23:16[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I only know that because that is the night that I'm seeing at Children's Talent Show.
- 1:23:19[SPEAKER_02]: So, right, I will be watching on DVR.
- 1:23:22[SPEAKER_02]: All right, big brother.
- 1:23:25[SPEAKER_02]: Big brother is heating up.
- 1:23:27[SPEAKER_02]: Can you explain to me this is spoilers, by the way, what's going on with the current HOH situation?
- 1:23:33[SPEAKER_02]: Because last I saw, okay, last I saw.
- 1:23:37[SPEAKER_02]: Rachel was furious with Keanu for telling Vince about the plans or something or for telling her something that Rachel said whatever they were going to put or no because he was trying to get Rachel on the block Rachel was mad at Keanu and then Keanu got back in her good graces because he was like not going to put her on the block and now I'm hearing rumbling that he's planning on blind sighting her putting her on the block and she was making him was on you last night to avoid him putting her on the block.
- 1:24:01[SPEAKER_01]: I think that was more so the was for show
- 1:24:04[SPEAKER_01]: I think the was on you was to get him to not put.
- 1:24:08[SPEAKER_01]: He's got a Lauren up.
- 1:24:09[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, okay, okay, okay.
- 1:24:11[SPEAKER_01]: Or two put Lauren up.
- 1:24:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it was to put Lauren up.
- 1:24:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but I think he was also considering Ashley, but she was trying to tell Vince he's going to put Rachel up.
- 1:24:22[SPEAKER_01]: I think to appease events, there really should be so volatile.
- 1:24:25[SPEAKER_01]: I haven't, I'm not, these two little binge like over great, I keep you up.
- 1:24:30[SPEAKER_01]: And like, sorry, after seeing what Kiana said about Ava, I don't even, I don't even, I can't even support Kiana.
- 1:24:36[SPEAKER_01]: I have a moment I would like to have.
- 1:24:38[SPEAKER_01]: She would.
- 1:24:40[SPEAKER_01]: If Rachel knew what Keanu said, I think that she would reevaluate.
- 1:24:45[SPEAKER_01]: I do too.
- 1:24:46[SPEAKER_02]: I had a moment of being like, maybe I do like Keanu.
- 1:24:48[SPEAKER_02]: I like how like he's being with Vince when he was holding his ass to the fire.
- 1:24:53[SPEAKER_02]: I like how he's apologizing to Rachel.
- 1:24:54[SPEAKER_02]: Like I like this situation.
- 1:24:56[SPEAKER_02]: But literally they have this moment where they're they said that they saw Ava had her hair pulled up and they were like, oh, you look different.
- 1:25:02[SPEAKER_02]: It's Vince and Canada.
- 1:25:02[SPEAKER_02]: They're like, oh, you look different.
- 1:25:04[SPEAKER_02]: If she didn't have the body hair, I might, they both have both of them have girlfriends.
- 1:25:08[SPEAKER_02]: They both have girlfriends.
- 1:25:10[SPEAKER_02]: And Keanu, I guess it's been in the house talking about he and his girlfriend aren't in a good spot, blah, blah.
- 1:25:14[SPEAKER_02]: Why are you?
- 1:25:14[SPEAKER_02]: Do you know you're being recorded all the time?
- 1:25:16[SPEAKER_02]: No, I want to watch the same home.
- 1:25:18[SPEAKER_02]: It's like, Vince, what the fuck are my God?
- 1:25:20[SPEAKER_02]: And then when he like mentions his girlfriend, Kelsey, when Vince mentions her, it's like, so you're, you didn't forget that you have one.
- 1:25:26[SPEAKER_02]: You're aware that you have one.
- 1:25:27[SPEAKER_02]: You're just acting like this with Morgan for what reason.
- 1:25:29[SPEAKER_02]: There's no way, if they both end up in the jury house,
- 1:25:34[SPEAKER_02]: All bets are off.
- 1:25:36[SPEAKER_02]: If they don't, if one of them goes home this week, I would put money on the fact that they cast before they leave.
- 1:25:43[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
- 1:25:44[SPEAKER_01]: Because at the end of the drain, everything but kisses.
- 1:25:45[SPEAKER_02]: Vince is already not going to have a girlfriend when he gets out of there.
- 1:25:49[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 1:25:49[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I wonder if he said he told, he said he fucking lied.
- 1:25:54[SPEAKER_02]: He said they tells you that I can use flirting as a tactic and tells you that I said no such thing.
- 1:25:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:25:59[SPEAKER_01]: It's crazy.
- 1:26:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's disgusting.
- 1:26:01[SPEAKER_01]: It's horror.
- 1:26:02[SPEAKER_01]: It also like things.
- 1:26:04[SPEAKER_01]: of all the guys in the house that they've been here.
- 1:26:09[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I can't stand him.
- 1:26:10[SPEAKER_01]: He's such a little pouty.
- 1:26:11[SPEAKER_02]: Knowing that he's straightens his hair, adding that in with the mustache, I'm like he's so obsessed with how he looks.
- 1:26:18[SPEAKER_02]: Like the mustache would be one thing he visited this quirky thing you do with knowing that you also straighten your hair every day.
- 1:26:24[SPEAKER_02]: Is like so this entire persona that you have is so curated that it gives me the egg like I can't stand him.
- 1:26:31[SPEAKER_01]: I really and I hope it goes home.
- 1:26:34[SPEAKER_01]: Now I'm like fine with Morgan fine with Mickey for the.
- 1:26:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I still don't like them very much, but.
- 1:26:40[SPEAKER_02]: right now.
- 1:26:41[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:26:41[SPEAKER_02]: I just say something that's going to get me like tart and father in the town square, but like the messy part of me is like, okay, son, Mickey home.
- 1:26:49[SPEAKER_02]: Let's get vents and we're going both on the jury.
- 1:26:53[SPEAKER_02]: No, it's fair.
- 1:26:55[SPEAKER_02]: Why do I kind of just like.
- 1:26:57[SPEAKER_02]: want us to go on a little longer for his girlfriend.
- 1:27:01[SPEAKER_01]: I want Vince to be like.
- 1:27:03[SPEAKER_01]: I want Vince.
- 1:27:04[SPEAKER_02]: I don't want there to be a gray line.
- 1:27:05[SPEAKER_02]: I want it to be like exactly.
- 1:27:07[SPEAKER_02]: No, you're done for because right now maybe he could.
- 1:27:11[SPEAKER_02]: He could try out this thing a bit together for a long time.
- 1:27:15[SPEAKER_02]: I wouldn't work on me, but I can see.
- 1:27:17[SPEAKER_02]: But I need there to be something that's so hard evidence that he just, all his crying about, I couldn't even, one fucking away, he's completely, I don't think of Lawrence, he's at this way, but I feel like he's kind of hijacked or complete, big brother, experienced.
- 1:27:33[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, a hundred percent, a hundred percent, a hundred percent.
- 1:27:35[SPEAKER_02]: I hope that she can, you know, pick herself up and get out of there, but I'm not convinced.
- 1:27:42[SPEAKER_01]: All right, any other thoughts on Big Brother?
- 1:27:43[SPEAKER_01]: I know, but I'm once again, just like, absolutely loving it.
- 1:27:47[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I can't understand Angela this week.
- 1:27:50[SPEAKER_02]: My girl.
- 1:27:52[SPEAKER_02]: She's fell.
- 1:27:53[SPEAKER_02]: I got hearing some of them talk about Angela on the live feeds after the fact they were, the boys were saying she was like hugging them a long time.
- 1:27:59[SPEAKER_02]: But they probably she was like, into them.
- 1:28:01[SPEAKER_02]: Like a horse right, boys.
- 1:28:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I can't even convince.
- 1:28:05[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sure.
- 1:28:06[SPEAKER_01]: Right, boys.
- 1:28:07[SPEAKER_01]: disgusting.
- 1:28:08[SPEAKER_02]: Also, way another thing.
- 1:28:09[SPEAKER_02]: Vincent Keanu talking about how Will's wife is white.
- 1:28:13[SPEAKER_02]: Even though he's calling her is chocolate drop.
- 1:28:14[SPEAKER_02]: I'm also also like who the fuck cares?
- 1:28:17[SPEAKER_02]: Like who cares?
- 1:28:18[SPEAKER_02]: Well, they were saying because Morgan comes from a mixed family and that's why Morgan feels comfortable with Will.
- 1:28:23[SPEAKER_01]: Or maybe he's just being as well as paternal.
- 1:28:25[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe it has nothing to do with race.
- 1:28:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but the fact that they said that and got it wrong Will have and also like just it would be one thing if like he didn't call her chocolate drop.
- 1:28:34[SPEAKER_02]: But I know.
- 1:28:35[SPEAKER_01]: He does.
- 1:28:36[SPEAKER_01]: Also, I just, I love that Will hasn't won a competition.
- 1:28:40[SPEAKER_01]: I love.
- 1:28:41[SPEAKER_01]: And he's in zero danger of going home.
- 1:28:43[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, my God.
- 1:28:43[SPEAKER_01]: I love the guy watching when the whole thing.
- 1:28:45[SPEAKER_01]: He won't, but I should see it.
- 1:28:47[SPEAKER_01]: He could, I think he's a contender for America's favorite player.
- 1:28:50[SPEAKER_02]: I do too.
- 1:28:51[SPEAKER_02]: I think if Rachel were really smart at some point, she drops his final two with Keanu and takes blood off the top because, but I don't think that she can beat Will.
- 1:29:03[SPEAKER_02]: I think she could beat Keanu.
- 1:29:06[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe I guess that's a good point.
- 1:29:08[SPEAKER_02]: Will social game is so good and Keanu sucks.
- 1:29:11[SPEAKER_01]: Because that's eventually, and that's another thing that people are earning.
- 1:29:14[SPEAKER_01]: I remember understanding about the game.
- 1:29:15[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like it's like, this is going to, you guys are talking to big game about how you guys have the power and jury.
- 1:29:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:29:20[SPEAKER_01]: You want to stop, but you're not realizing that
- 1:29:23[SPEAKER_01]: If you're up there on the final two like that takes you having been Yeah, someone that was well liked consistent like Kelly I wasn't well that I'm done with Kelly the way that she talks She's talking free because I'm in the way that she like she is was she's one of those girls someone put it great in a in a tweet They were like she's the nerdy girl in high school who's actually so mean Yeah, I have this persona that is like a
- 1:29:47[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I'm just a victim.
- 1:29:49[SPEAKER_01]: Everyone has visualized them each face.
- 1:29:51[SPEAKER_01]: Rachel's right now mean to me, but then you watch the entire thing of like Rachel and you and Rachel get an argument and then you clear up the argument and then you tell everybody that she's so mean and then Rachel apologizes to you and you say that you accept the apology, but then you go back and you say you continue to talk about me and Rachel is to everybody.
- 1:30:08[SPEAKER_02]: other thing I want to say about, you know, the constant like a her children are sort of disappointed her husband.
- 1:30:12[SPEAKER_02]: I'm tired as if she and her husband didn't meet playing this fucking game.
- 1:30:16[SPEAKER_01]: It's also like being more upset for proud.
- 1:30:19[SPEAKER_02]: I know she's doing so well, and it's fun to see former big brother players being like, I'm honestly stunned by how well she's doing the fact that she's still in this house is insane to me.
- 1:30:28[SPEAKER_02]: And they're like, it's either that these people are so stupid or playing the game or that she is just that good.
- 1:30:34[SPEAKER_02]: Like they chose the right person to reinvigorate this game.
- 1:30:37[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's both.
- 1:30:37[SPEAKER_02]: I think she it's a perfect.
- 1:30:39[SPEAKER_01]: I mean chemistry, but they're so frustrating.
- 1:30:41[SPEAKER_01]: He's like she doesn't even have the benefit of like I feel like normally if someone who's kind of a contentious player gets to the final two.
- 1:30:50[SPEAKER_01]: They could pull it out because of the respect people have for the game.
- 1:30:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:30:54[SPEAKER_01]: Whereas with Rachel, I think he's going to be able to benefit from that because she's played before.
- 1:30:58[SPEAKER_02]: But we did say also though that they might take into consideration the fact that it's so much harder to win a second time when you're in a house while these new species.
- 1:31:06[SPEAKER_01]: I think people shouldn't have made it.
- 1:31:08[SPEAKER_01]: With like, well adjusted brains who have a brain.
- 1:31:12[SPEAKER_01]: They might think that way.
- 1:31:13[SPEAKER_02]: But there might be enough.
- 1:31:15[SPEAKER_02]: There might be enough.
- 1:31:16[SPEAKER_01]: Converse injury right now because it's I mean Kelly thinks she's got these great numbers, but I don't Kelly the fucking go home this week.
- 1:31:24[SPEAKER_01]: Some of us actually but Kelly I was a renowned I normally don't have a problem with the blockbuster obviously it's all I know having only watched two seasons, but actually like the discourse about it people it is
- 1:31:36[SPEAKER_01]: Kelly's a good argument for why you shouldn't have it.
- 1:31:39[SPEAKER_01]: I agree.
- 1:31:40[SPEAKER_01]: And the reason she's still here is because she's able to pull out of those.
- 1:31:43[SPEAKER_02]: And I do think that like when they first introduced it with the AI arena last season, I was really annoyed about it because it takes away so much of the ability to plan.
- 1:31:53[SPEAKER_02]: Like for the head of household, like it just means your whole shit can get so blown up.
- 1:32:00[SPEAKER_02]: from obviously the non had a household perspective, it's genious, but I do think the way they do, so like before, but they nominate three people, it would be only two people.
- 1:32:11[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, okay.
- 1:32:12[SPEAKER_02]: So it would be like, I nominate two people, we play the video, one person comes down, the person goes down, I wish.
- 1:32:17[SPEAKER_02]: You have the whole week to campaign now.
- 1:32:19[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 1:32:20[SPEAKER_02]: So like, or you have from video night to eviction to campaign, whereas in this, I feel like people aren't really campaigning to stay as hard.
- 1:32:29[SPEAKER_02]: And then it's like they wait until after the blockbuster and it's almost like they don't want to jinx it or something like you should just be campaigning from the fucking you know, but they're not but like that's what was so nice about that they also like they use their speeches a lot more to really can't understand.
- 1:32:43[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to see your family eventually.
- 1:32:44[SPEAKER_02]: I know, I don't expect it all the time.
- 1:32:46[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, sorry, don't like the stone on that speech.
- 1:32:55[SPEAKER_02]: I think that me and mom would be a little pissed.
- 1:32:57[SPEAKER_02]: I know, they don't don't waste your time.
- 1:32:59[SPEAKER_02]: I'm exactly on this.
- 1:33:00[SPEAKER_02]: You need to be pleading your fucking case.
- 1:33:01[SPEAKER_02]: That's where I like I would love to see Ashley pleading her case one day.
- 1:33:04[SPEAKER_02]: I love to see it because she knows she's today.
- 1:33:06[SPEAKER_01]: She would just let it down.
- 1:33:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but I'm like, some people will see.
- 1:33:10[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know why I buy it.
- 1:33:11[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, yeah, we'll see Ashley.
- 1:33:13[SPEAKER_01]: Easy for you to say it out.
- 1:33:15[SPEAKER_01]: I kind of do buy it because she is doing pretty well now.
- 1:33:18[SPEAKER_01]: For a while, we were like this girl, but I'm like, I love how this season started with everybody giving her shit for taking a really long shower.
- 1:33:23[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
- 1:33:23[SPEAKER_01]: And now we're talking about how smelly everybody is.
- 1:33:25[SPEAKER_01]: I know Kelly also smelly apparently.
- 1:33:27[SPEAKER_02]: One of the things that about Ashley is like, she is like, she says offensive shit and she doesn't realize she's being offensive.
- 1:33:34[SPEAKER_02]: Like, she just like says shit and she's like,
- 1:33:39[SPEAKER_02]: mean and so that makes me think that she's not as genius as like she could be because in like you would be thinking through some of these off the cup things you're saying you would be thinking about how they're going to come off if you were really thinking like if this was an act you would you know what I mean that's why I'm like I don't know maybe it is an act if it's an act she's the best actress I've ever seen I'll be interested to see once jury because she said right she once it's jury she's yeah I think she said
- 1:34:08[SPEAKER_02]: I'm also like, it's also one of her studies.
- 1:34:10[SPEAKER_01]: I'm all good.
- 1:34:11[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like people out.
- 1:34:12[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, what's this smart?
- 1:34:13[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
- 1:34:14[SPEAKER_02]: What is that supposed to mean?
- 1:34:15[SPEAKER_02]: Which is underestimated, you know, which.
- 1:34:17[SPEAKER_02]: And that's, you know, when I, when I was thinking about the type of player, I want to be in big brother.
- 1:34:20[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, do I want to be underestimated?
- 1:34:23[SPEAKER_02]: No, I've decided I don't.
- 1:34:26[SPEAKER_02]: I don't want anyone to underestimate me.
- 1:34:28[SPEAKER_02]: Similar to the way, I really want to play the way Rachel's play.
- 1:34:31[SPEAKER_02]: Like, where it's like, no, I'm going to like let you all know that like socially and hopefully in a comp way, I will be a threat.
- 1:34:38[SPEAKER_02]: But like I'm really good for your game and you're going to want me on your side enough that you don't kick me out.
- 1:34:44[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's really it sucks to be underestimated.
- 1:34:47[SPEAKER_02]: I think honestly that's worse sometimes is like being underestimated and having people think that you're just like a floater and you're like whatever.
- 1:34:53[SPEAKER_02]: It's like you need to make a big enough.
- 1:34:55[SPEAKER_02]: Floaters grab a life fest.
- 1:34:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you need to make a big enough flash right away that people she's I mean, she's genius.
- 1:35:01[SPEAKER_02]: I love I've watching her play this has honestly good.
- 1:35:05[SPEAKER_01]: It's it's really a marvel.
- 1:35:07[SPEAKER_02]: I'm so glad I got to see it before I go in that house next year Starting this again.
- 1:35:11[SPEAKER_02]: So why are you rolling your eyes as if you can't what you're not my campaign manager to get me in the house?
- 1:35:16[SPEAKER_01]: I am, but I just think we need to we need to just stop putting time on it
- 1:35:20[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, well you will be in that house one day.
- 1:35:22[SPEAKER_02]: I know that I will but I'm just gonna keep like I'm just gonna keep doing it like this and just be like next year.
- 1:35:26[SPEAKER_02]: Like you guys know next year could mean whatever year I go on.
- 1:35:29[SPEAKER_02]: But like I'm just gonna start manifesting for next year now.
- 1:35:31[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 1:35:32[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 1:35:33[SPEAKER_02]: Let's get into our rotations.
- 1:35:34[SPEAKER_01]: You're on dream.
- 1:35:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 1:35:36[SPEAKER_01]: I am.
- 1:35:37[SPEAKER_01]: First is Leslie Bib.
- 1:35:40[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, she is doing a home remodel on TikTok.
- 1:35:44[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:35:45[SPEAKER_01]: And she just seems like an absolute blast in a half.
- 1:35:47[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 1:35:48[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to love the way the house looks.
- 1:35:50[SPEAKER_01]: And obviously with her husband, I can't think of his name right now.
- 1:35:54[SPEAKER_01]: Sam Rockwell.
- 1:35:57[SPEAKER_01]: It's just, I love her.
- 1:35:58[SPEAKER_01]: I think she's so fun.
- 1:35:59[SPEAKER_01]: I want to hang out with her.
- 1:36:01[SPEAKER_01]: Max is pretty snow.
- 1:36:02[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:36:03[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what to do.
- 1:36:05[SPEAKER_01]: I missed her on my screen.
- 1:36:06[SPEAKER_01]: I know she and she really is great.
- 1:36:08[SPEAKER_01]: Like a performance in a hunting life.
- 1:36:09[SPEAKER_01]: That's awesome.
- 1:36:10[SPEAKER_01]: That scene in episode two where she's standing on the church stage and she starts growing.
- 1:36:15[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 1:36:15[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, this is like, there's a scene in Babylon.
- 1:36:18[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody knows when my favorite movie is where.
- 1:36:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:36:21[SPEAKER_01]: Margot Robbie is acting and they think they like start putting her in a bunch of stuff because she can have one tear fall out of her.
- 1:36:28[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:36:28[SPEAKER_01]: And it's because of the Australian soaps that Margot Robbie actually did.
- 1:36:32[SPEAKER_00]: But she
- 1:36:34[SPEAKER_01]: is able to do it out of her left eye, out of her right eye.
- 1:36:36[SPEAKER_01]: She can really control her tears.
- 1:36:41[SPEAKER_01]: pretty snow.
- 1:36:42[SPEAKER_01]: Whoa, you can kind of, yeah.
- 1:36:43[SPEAKER_01]: You just, she just said the single tier fall while she's out there.
- 1:36:47[SPEAKER_01]: I was really impressed with her.
- 1:36:48[SPEAKER_01]: I just think I missed her a lot.
- 1:36:51[SPEAKER_01]: I'm glad that she's having this moment so Alex Hall can freaking like just have to say no.
- 1:36:56[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
- 1:36:57[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
- 1:36:58[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
- 1:36:59[SPEAKER_01]: You are not the star.
- 1:37:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's recently like started circulating again.
- 1:37:03[SPEAKER_01]: Like when they did, they did their press for the last season and she was like,
- 1:37:07[SPEAKER_01]: I just feel like she like does this like girl next door like kind of like she's like talking about how people it's like she's breathing.
- 1:37:13[SPEAKER_01]: I know how she's drawn to the most die.
- 1:37:16[SPEAKER_01]: She's here for a pinched perfect.
- 1:37:19[SPEAKER_01]: She did you hear what she said about her audition?
- 1:37:21[SPEAKER_01]: No for hairspray, no.
- 1:37:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 1:37:23[SPEAKER_01]: So she said she can completely botched it and even the director was like
- 1:37:28[SPEAKER_01]: I like, sorry.
- 1:37:28[SPEAKER_01]: Like, that was, you botched it.
- 1:37:31[SPEAKER_01]: What did she do for the audition do we now?
- 1:37:32[SPEAKER_01]: No, I don't think she said what song she did, but she just said it was terrible.
- 1:37:36[SPEAKER_01]: And then she went to see a psychic.
- 1:37:38[SPEAKER_01]: And the psychic or the director was like, um, go see if I can.
- 1:37:42[UNKNOWN]: No.
- 1:37:43[SPEAKER_01]: because he's like, it come back here.
- 1:37:45[SPEAKER_01]: The director was like, and it's a shame because like, Michelle Fyford just signed on to play your mom.
- 1:37:50[SPEAKER_01]: And that's like, make this character.
- 1:37:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:37:53[SPEAKER_01]: And she was like, why would the fuck would you say that to me?
- 1:37:55[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I thought exactly, just now I was like, well, why did the guys in your conversation say, it's a shame you tank this audition because like,
- 1:38:01[SPEAKER_01]: We just hope that she goes to see a psychic and the psychic is like, um, you're gonna get a role one day.
- 1:38:07[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a shall-fighter is gonna be, or like some, they might not have said Michelle fight for it, but they said some legend, like some icon is gonna play your mom in this movie that you're in.
- 1:38:17[SPEAKER_01]: And so she calls the director back and is like, look, I know this is crazy.
- 1:38:21[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, no way.
- 1:38:23[SPEAKER_01]: And he was like, okay, I come in and do it again.
- 1:38:25[SPEAKER_01]: And I'll go way like crazy.
- 1:38:29[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, Bernie snow and then last is
- 1:38:36[SPEAKER_01]: The Pittsburgh Steelers.
- 1:38:38[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my God.
- 1:38:39[SPEAKER_01]: The Pittsburgh Steelers.
- 1:38:41[SPEAKER_01]: The football's back.
- 1:38:43[SPEAKER_01]: And like I know that and I, and I, it's an, it's a testament to Anthony.
- 1:38:48[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, is that I, I've always loved Pittsburgh football.
- 1:38:53[SPEAKER_01]: Like of all, but I've never really like, I just love being a fan.
- 1:38:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, yeah.
- 1:38:58[SPEAKER_01]: But now I like really love football.
- 1:39:00[SPEAKER_01]: Like so much so that I was even watching college football yesterday.
- 1:39:03[SPEAKER_02]: way, that's so cute.
- 1:39:05[SPEAKER_02]: I, there's something very comforting about like, I don't really like like to watch it, but there's something comforting about it being like coming into the house.
- 1:39:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:39:11[SPEAKER_02]: And like Anthony being in the living room, watching football while I'm like working or like I'll sit there and like be on my phone.
- 1:39:16[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not really watching, but there is something.
- 1:39:18[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it's like that sound on TikTok that's like the beginning of an NFL football game.
- 1:39:22[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like pictures of like a fall day.
- 1:39:24[SPEAKER_01]: And it says.
- 1:39:26[SPEAKER_01]: and then it would be like ad for like a sweatshirt.
- 1:39:28[SPEAKER_01]: But that's like, and your family like making Saturdays are gonna be like best soon.
- 1:39:32[SPEAKER_01]: Like, oh, it's so I know.
- 1:39:34[SPEAKER_02]: It really is just like, and it's like, but also this night where you just like know what everyone's doing.
- 1:39:38[SPEAKER_01]: Like everyone actually, one of my favorite things that someone said, I saw a tweet about it because an Anthony is also, he's a really good example of this.
- 1:39:46[SPEAKER_01]: But he was like, I've been a Steelers fan for the guy tweeting this was like, I've been a Steelers fan for like, fifty seasons now.
- 1:39:55[SPEAKER_01]: And the only way to ensure that you're going to have fun, one hundred percent of the time is to be positive about it.
- 1:40:01[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it's not fun to go into a season and say, uh, please suck.
- 1:40:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:40:05[SPEAKER_01]: And like I noticed that when I was at the moment, I was like, I'm so excited.
- 1:40:10[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, we're going to go to the Super Bowl.
- 1:40:11[SPEAKER_01]: I like said something like that.
- 1:40:12[SPEAKER_01]: And they were like, yeah, right.
- 1:40:14[SPEAKER_01]: And I was just like, isn't it more fun to like have a little bit of a whistfulness and like a little bit of whimsy of like,
- 1:40:20[SPEAKER_01]: It's anybody's year until it hasn't.
- 1:40:23[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, until it hasn't.
- 1:40:24[SPEAKER_02]: No, Anthony is such a believer and like that's my team.
- 1:40:28[SPEAKER_02]: Like I remember one of the first games I watched with him.
- 1:40:30[SPEAKER_02]: They were doing it.
- 1:40:31[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it was like, they were doing it so bad and like I was sort of at the point where it's like, are we going to keep watching like whatever and like someone said like, and he's still like getting up and cheering as though there aren't thirty seconds left and the dealers have already lost the game.
- 1:40:46[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, babe, like, I don't remember what it was.
- 1:40:49[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sure I said something to him about it.
- 1:40:50[SPEAKER_02]: And he goes, that's my team.
- 1:40:51[SPEAKER_02]: They need me.
- 1:40:52[SPEAKER_02]: And I was just like, that's so endearing that he is like, no, that's my team.
- 1:40:57[SPEAKER_02]: And he just really is.
- 1:40:58[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, I hate the negativity when we go to games.
- 1:41:00[SPEAKER_02]: There's so much negativity around and it pisses him off.
- 1:41:02[SPEAKER_02]: He gets mad.
- 1:41:03[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, I think that's helping them.
- 1:41:05[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's helping them to hear you shout out how fat and horrible they are.
- 1:41:08[SPEAKER_02]: And so you're right.
- 1:41:10[SPEAKER_02]: That's a really nice point.
- 1:41:11[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to tell me so that all that.
- 1:41:12[SPEAKER_02]: I'll really appreciate it.
- 1:41:14[SPEAKER_01]: especially.
- 1:41:14[SPEAKER_01]: Well, they also are just one more Pittsburgh one more Pittsburgh thing.
- 1:41:16[SPEAKER_01]: Did you see obviously mom sent some of the Savannah banana stuff from when they were at PNC?
- 1:41:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's just so cool.
- 1:41:21[SPEAKER_01]: It's so cool.
- 1:41:22[SPEAKER_01]: Pittsburgh have a baseball team to root for for.
- 1:41:25[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
- 1:41:26[SPEAKER_00]: And what kind of hole has come?
- 1:41:27[SPEAKER_01]: We're willing to show up, by the way.
- 1:41:29[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly.
- 1:41:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I hope that Mr. Nutty is taking a
- 1:41:31[SPEAKER_01]: you know, taking a peek at that, but they did a video beforehand of all these Mac Miller songs and like they did like them lip syncing to the spins across their verticalment date bridge and then they did party on fifth have while they walk down fifth have and then they did fric park market at the whole site park at blue site park.
- 1:41:52[SPEAKER_01]: We did not to me it's so good.
- 1:41:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's so cool.
- 1:41:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, I love some of the things like that.
- 1:41:56[SPEAKER_01]: It's like I know the pirates just did that but people say it was for money grab with the span of it bananas just did it to honor them.
- 1:42:01[SPEAKER_02]: I love that.
- 1:42:02[SPEAKER_02]: I love that.
- 1:42:03[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that was great.
- 1:42:04[SPEAKER_02]: It was a great rotation for you.
- 1:42:05[SPEAKER_02]: Alright, I'm on Nightmare.
- 1:42:06[SPEAKER_02]: First up on my rotation has to be the Swifties right now.
- 1:42:10[SPEAKER_02]: Like I'm sorry, and I just mean the specific Swifties.
- 1:42:12[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean.
- 1:42:13[SPEAKER_02]: I just think we don't need to be acting like this.
- 1:42:15[SPEAKER_02]: You sound insane.
- 1:42:17[SPEAKER_02]: You're really giving us a bad name, and we don't need it.
- 1:42:20[SPEAKER_02]: So that's the first thing that I want to say.
- 1:42:23[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I need to make sure.
- 1:42:26[SPEAKER_02]: Can I guess your other two?
- 1:42:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:42:31[SPEAKER_01]: Sydney Sweeney and Scooter-Brown.
- 1:42:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:42:38[SPEAKER_02]: Sydney Sweeney and Scooter-Brown.
- 1:42:40[SPEAKER_02]: Can be honest, be honest.
- 1:42:45[SPEAKER_02]: I was actually going to say the one on the one.
- 1:42:46[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 1:42:46[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to put Sydney and Scooter-Brown on one because I didn't have the right one.
- 1:42:49[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 1:42:49[SPEAKER_02]: So they're going to one because Sydney, are you out of your fucking mind?
- 1:42:53[SPEAKER_02]: What are you?
- 1:42:54[SPEAKER_02]: thinking.
- 1:42:54[SPEAKER_02]: It's never been more obvious to me that you don't want any of our allegiance.
- 1:42:58[SPEAKER_02]: You don't want her fans.
- 1:42:59[SPEAKER_01]: You don't want to be trying to sabotage her whole career.
- 1:43:02[SPEAKER_02]: It feels that way.
- 1:43:03[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's just move after move, fumble after fumble.
- 1:43:07[SPEAKER_02]: Like what?
- 1:43:08[SPEAKER_02]: It's not enough to be hot because frankly I'm gonna say it you get less hot every time you do something like this and like it's crazy.
- 1:43:15[SPEAKER_02]: It's just and say what do you what could you possibly why what is the social suicide here like what are you doing okay and what do you see in this man also like he's like the walking it click I just don't get it I think it's crazy so that's that
- 1:43:29[SPEAKER_02]: The third person in the late night, my rotation is last night.
- 1:43:32[SPEAKER_02]: I was at a restaurant.
- 1:43:32[SPEAKER_02]: What the Anthony first birthday, I did another restaurant was B.Y.O.B.
- 1:43:36[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, fuck, because it was great.
- 1:43:38[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so the outrageous comes out.
- 1:43:40[SPEAKER_02]: I love what I have, like, I have all these weird restaurant stories.
- 1:43:42[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm like, you guys probably think I'm a nightmare in a restaurant.
- 1:43:44[SPEAKER_02]: I'm actually great.
- 1:43:46[SPEAKER_02]: But there are wages comes over.
- 1:43:48[SPEAKER_02]: And we were like, she was like, did you guys bring any wine or anything?
- 1:43:51[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, oh, who guys B.Y.O.B.
- 1:43:53[SPEAKER_02]: And she was like, yeah, I was like, okay.
- 1:43:55[SPEAKER_02]: But there is a wine store like right over there if you wanted to go.
- 1:43:57[SPEAKER_02]: I was like we're fine.
- 1:43:58[SPEAKER_02]: And then I was like, you guys have Coke or Pepsi.
- 1:44:00[SPEAKER_02]: She's like, we have Pepsi.
- 1:44:01[SPEAKER_02]: It was like, oh, okay.
- 1:44:03[SPEAKER_02]: I'll just drink water.
- 1:44:04[SPEAKER_02]: So then we're like, can we just throw in an appetizer?
- 1:44:06[SPEAKER_02]: She goes, no.
- 1:44:07[SPEAKER_02]: I'll just I'll have to do your whole entire order at the same time.
- 1:44:10[SPEAKER_02]: So just
- 1:44:10[SPEAKER_02]: I know I've never in my life heard that around her.
- 1:44:14[SPEAKER_02]: So we were like okay, so then like she doesn't come back for like ever and she goes in this room and then I remember and she asks like every table for their full fucking order and I was like no, no, no, no, no, because I just know we're gonna be at the bottom of this and like we're never eating like I was just like do this is like when Lily and I were just trying to figure out a place to go when I was in Charleston and I was like
- 1:44:36[SPEAKER_01]: She had mentioned one place, and I was like, is it sit down?
- 1:44:39[SPEAKER_01]: Not to be like, I want to be served.
- 1:44:41[SPEAKER_02]: Well, the first place we almost went, Anthony wanted to go to this place, and I was like, it's not a sit down here.
- 1:44:46[SPEAKER_01]: Like, Mama's like, Mama's like treating a dinner, like, I want to go somewhere and sit down with a treat for a night.
- 1:44:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:44:53[SPEAKER_01]: And then we were going to go to this place that looked so good.
- 1:44:57[SPEAKER_01]: It was really sense.
- 1:44:57[SPEAKER_01]: It was like, it was called a rusty bowl.
- 1:45:01[SPEAKER_01]: And she's positive, it was so open.
- 1:45:04[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, I googled it.
- 1:45:05[SPEAKER_01]: Like it says it's just a brewery location.
- 1:45:07[SPEAKER_01]: Are you sure?
- 1:45:08[SPEAKER_01]: And she was like, I walked by at the other day.
- 1:45:09[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, God wasn't there.
- 1:45:11[SPEAKER_01]: It's pouring rain by the way, too.
- 1:45:12[SPEAKER_01]: So we're like trying to search for somewhere to go in, then I find this place.
- 1:45:15[SPEAKER_01]: Like I just like wanted bar food.
- 1:45:16[SPEAKER_01]: Like I want to have a good like burger or like a fried appetizer.
- 1:45:20[SPEAKER_01]: Like that's what I wanted.
- 1:45:21[SPEAKER_01]: And I found this place.
- 1:45:23[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember what it was called.
- 1:45:25[SPEAKER_01]: But we get there and it looks to down and the order at the bar.
- 1:45:29[SPEAKER_01]: No, fucking way.
- 1:45:30[SPEAKER_01]: Because I was like, just sit at anywhere.
- 1:45:31[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, I have to be sitting down.
- 1:45:34[SPEAKER_01]: He's like, yeah, just sit anywhere.
- 1:45:35[SPEAKER_01]: And then you can just come up here and order with me.
- 1:45:37[SPEAKER_02]: No, what?
- 1:45:39[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
- 1:45:40[SPEAKER_01]: It's such a bummer already.
- 1:45:41[SPEAKER_01]: Find that out.
- 1:45:41[SPEAKER_02]: Well, so we're like, okay.
- 1:45:43[SPEAKER_02]: And then she's going into all these like families eating like four people ordering and just taking their whole order and I'm like, fuck.
- 1:45:50[SPEAKER_02]: So Anthony, whatever she comes over, we order all of our food and I'm like, well, now I am gonna go to the wine store because I think we're gonna be here for hours.
- 1:45:58[SPEAKER_02]: And like, I just like, she was at like our waters.
- 1:46:00[SPEAKER_02]: Like she was busy restaurant, but like I was like, I need whatever.
- 1:46:03[SPEAKER_02]: So I go to the wine store to get a bottle of wine.
- 1:46:06[SPEAKER_02]: I'm coming back to the restaurant and I walk past this woman who's like standing in an alleyway.
- 1:46:13[SPEAKER_02]: And as soon as I walk past her, she starts like, I don't know what other way to put it, casting a spell on me.
- 1:46:20[SPEAKER_02]: She's like, like, making like the most insane.
- 1:46:24[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I don't know what language she was speaking.
- 1:46:26[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't recognize the words, but she's staring at me.
- 1:46:31[SPEAKER_02]: making, I mean, Phoebe, I was like, oh, look, I like walked so fast back to the restaurant.
- 1:46:36[SPEAKER_02]: I was like Anthony, oh my god, there's someone who's got the hex on it.
- 1:46:39[SPEAKER_02]: There's a woman out there who just cast a hero as I saw her in the alley.
- 1:46:41[SPEAKER_02]: He saw her when we came in like he knew what was talking about.
- 1:46:45[SPEAKER_02]: And she literally like cast a fucking spell of me.
- 1:46:47[SPEAKER_02]: And so that is the last person on my nightmare rotation.
- 1:46:49[SPEAKER_02]: There we go.
- 1:46:50[SPEAKER_01]: There we go.
- 1:46:51[SPEAKER_02]: Well, how was the food?
- 1:46:52[SPEAKER_02]: The food was fire.
- 1:46:53[SPEAKER_02]: The food was fire.
- 1:46:54[SPEAKER_02]: It was really good.
- 1:46:55[SPEAKER_02]: It got like an Asian calamari, which was so good.
- 1:46:58[SPEAKER_02]: I'm so good.
- 1:47:00[SPEAKER_02]: And when I was trying to take out box, it was super good.
- 1:47:04[SPEAKER_01]: I just, you know, if you ever had this experience where you have to like, you go to a restaurant, it's so good.
- 1:47:08[SPEAKER_01]: and you have to like more in the fact that you're never going to go there.
- 1:47:11[SPEAKER_01]: I know, I know, I know.
- 1:47:13[SPEAKER_01]: I don't really hear to me.
- 1:47:16[SPEAKER_01]: I was in Georgia sushi and then we got fried pan fried wontons.
- 1:47:22[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:47:23[SPEAKER_01]: It was unlike anything I'd ever had before.
- 1:47:25[SPEAKER_01]: And like the idea that I will know.
- 1:47:27[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I guess it's just in that place.
- 1:47:30[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:47:31[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I, and it's not even like it's all there.
- 1:47:33[SPEAKER_02]: It's like, yeah, you're right.
- 1:47:35[SPEAKER_02]: It's in the middle of nowhere.
- 1:47:36[SPEAKER_02]: What's sucking right now is like, as I said in the beginning, I don't know if I passed my kidney stones.
- 1:47:40[SPEAKER_02]: I'm in a, I'm still in pain, but I had my period, I'm like, sorry, TMI, but I was like, maybe like the period pain is so bad that like, I, and it feels kind of similar that like, I'm not really going to notice like what's the kidney stone pain, what's the period?
- 1:47:54[SPEAKER_02]: Is that wrong?
- 1:47:55[SPEAKER_02]: So what?
- 1:47:57[SPEAKER_02]: Was that wrong?
- 1:47:58[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I just thought maybe when my period ended, I would be like, oh, I'm not in pain anymore.
- 1:48:02[SPEAKER_02]: I must have passed it and like not realized.
- 1:48:07[SPEAKER_02]: I have been the the most devastating amount of nausea a person can have since I ended my period.
- 1:48:13[SPEAKER_02]: The pain is back.
- 1:48:14[SPEAKER_02]: I'm pretty sure either there's just something wrong with me or like I haven't passed it.
- 1:48:18[SPEAKER_02]: I was probably that, but like the nausea.
- 1:48:19[SPEAKER_02]: So like I'm having trouble like enjoying
- 1:48:22[SPEAKER_02]: food, which sucks.
- 1:48:23[SPEAKER_02]: So it's like the food we're getting like I'm really enjoying it and then I'm like I can barely eat it and it just kind of kind of blows to be honest.
- 1:48:30[SPEAKER_02]: But okay, so does end.
- 1:48:32[SPEAKER_02]: Don't not know.
- 1:48:33[SPEAKER_02]: Guys, thank you so much for listening.
- 1:48:34[SPEAKER_02]: Please tune in on Thursday.
