Welcome to Nate's Daily Wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's Daily Wager for
• 0:25
October 16th, 2023. And well, hey, at least Cousin
• 0:32
Vinnie gave you a winner, all right?
• 0:33
And Gaffer didn't give you a loser because like I said, he
• 0:37
had parent teacher conferences or something with the soccer
• 0:39
  kids. And.
• 0:42
But man, I mean, I had to apologize to Cousin Vinnie
• 0:46
because I had picked the Eagles and you know, he's from Philly.
• 0:51
And so, yeah, not a great day, man.
• 0:57
All right. So and the weekend was bad
• 0:59
because then Colorado just just, you know, threw up all over
• 1:03
themselves at the end. So instead of going to Monday
• 1:06
Night Football like I normally do, I'm just happy I got some
• 1:09
baseball tonight. And that's where I'm shifting my
• 1:12
focus because I got to get away from the football for a little
• 1:15
bit. So I'm looking at this Astros,
• 1:20
Rangers game battle for Texas, and I think it's going to kind
• 1:26
of go along the same lines as last night.
• 1:28
I think this whole series is kind of going to do that.
• 1:30
Everybody's expecting lots of scoring, lots of runs, but I
• 1:34
think it's going to stay low all the way through.
• 1:36
So we're going to go under 8 1/2 total runs.
• 1:41
I mean, the Astros and Rangers in tonight's MLB Baseball ALCS
• 1:46
championship action Is anything better than that.
• 1:49
Found it. That's my pick, and I'm sticking
• 1:51
  to it. How terrible.
