- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, what's going on? It's Romeo. And yes, it's Monday.
- 0:02Speaker 1: So we talked about the first weekend, the first Sunday
- 0:06Speaker 1: of NFL football. And we talked about running into your ex.
- 0:09Speaker 1: What happens when you ran into him or her? How'd
- 0:11Speaker 1: that go down?
- 0:14Speaker 2: R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Hey, Rome. No, I don't want to feel old and slow.
- 0:20Speaker 1: I want to feel young and dumb. Let's see. Belvedere
- 0:25Speaker 1: and low sugar grape juice for me. Sometimes I add
- 0:30Speaker 1: a few raspberries, you know, for aesthetics. Yeah, I get it.
- 0:33Speaker 1: I get what you're going with. I get it. I'm
- 0:35Speaker 1: not trying to say. I'm just, I like beer. I
- 0:39Speaker 1: drink beer. I like beer. Good morning, how's it going on?
- 0:42Speaker 3: Hey, what's up, Romeo?
- 0:43Speaker 1: What up, brother?
- 0:46Speaker 3: Hey, man.
- 0:47Speaker 2: I need some advice from the people in Bakersfield.
- 0:50Speaker 4: What do you need? I'm in a situation, right? Okay.
- 0:55Speaker 4: I'm talking to this married woman, right?
- 0:59Speaker 3: So she wants to cheat on her husband one session,
- 1:02Speaker 3: but multiple times during that session?
- 1:27Speaker 2: Let me put it how she told me.
- 1:32Speaker 4: So she wants to cheat on her husband, but she
- 1:37Speaker 4: wants to see how it would feel cheating on her husband.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 1:42Speaker 2: And if it feels bad, then she'll.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Won't do it again.
- 1:46Speaker 2: But should I be along with it? Should I go
- 1:50Speaker 2: along with it?
- 1:51Speaker 1: So basically, she wants to cheat. She wants to have
- 1:54Speaker 1: sex with you. She even makes her feel bad. And
- 1:57Speaker 1: if it does, she's not going to cheat again. But
- 1:59Speaker 1: if it doesn't, she's going to keep cheating.
- 2:02Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Should you do it?
- 2:06Speaker 2: I don't know, man.
- 2:07Speaker 4: She's pretty hot.
- 2:09Speaker 1: No, you shouldn't do it. What is wrong with you?
- 2:14Speaker 1: Why would you ask me that?
- 2:16Speaker 2: Well, I'm in such a situation.
- 2:20Speaker 3: I'm 22.
- 2:23Speaker 1: She's, like, in her mid-40s. Is her husband cool? I mean,
- 2:26Speaker 1: what's wrong with her husband?
- 2:27Speaker 2: I mean, her husband is a construction worker.
- 2:31Speaker 4: He's never home.
- 2:33Speaker 3: So she just kind of feels lonely, you know?
- 2:36Speaker 2: She hasn't been loved. She hasn't been touched like that
- 2:40Speaker 2: in that minute, though. If he gets out, she told me.
- 2:44Speaker 1: No, you shouldn't do it.
- 2:45Speaker 2: I shouldn't do it?
- 2:46Speaker 5: No.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Okay.
- 2:50Speaker 1: All right. Hey, but let me know what happens after
- 2:52Speaker 1: you do it, okay?
- 2:54Speaker 2: You know I'm going to do.
- 2:55Speaker 5: It, so.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah. What's going on?
- 2:58Speaker 4: Hey, Romeo.
- 2:59Speaker 2: How you doing?
- 2:59Speaker 1: I'm doing great, man.
- 3:00Speaker 2: What's up? What a mess. Are you kidding me with
- 3:03Speaker 2: that other caller?
- 3:05Speaker 3: Well, yeah.
- 3:07Speaker 4: Listen, listen.
- 3:10Speaker 3: As someone who has, you know, been with a lot
- 3:13Speaker 3: of married people, I.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Can spare you the trouble. It doesn't feel good, okay? It's...
- 3:23Speaker 2: It's mentally unhealthy.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Okay.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Okay. It's just, it's just, it's not going to feel good.
- 3:31Speaker 2: It's toxic.
- 3:33Speaker 3: It's mental.
- 3:34Speaker 2: It's mentally unhealthy. You know, she is just not, the
- 3:40Speaker 2: husband is going to like notice that there's something wrong
- 3:44Speaker 2: with her.
- 3:45Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:45Speaker 2: You know, he's going to smell a rat. So listen,
- 3:52Speaker 2: But he's 22. I mean, listen, at 22, I was
- 3:57Speaker 2: like Miss USA. Like, I could get it like crazy.
- 4:01Speaker 2: So I don't know what to say.
- 4:03Speaker 1: He's making a bad decision.
- 4:06Speaker 2: Listen, it may be one of those decisions that he
- 4:09Speaker 2: has to do because at 22 you just do dumb things.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Don't say that because don't justify it in any way.
- 4:17Speaker 1: He's making a stupid decision and he's going to get
- 4:20Speaker 1: his ass whooped.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Exactly. Listen, if you're still listening, young buck, take it
- 4:26Speaker 2: from the aged crows. It's a bad idea.
- 4:30Speaker 1: All right. Thanks for calling.
- 4:32Speaker 2: How you doing?
- 4:33Speaker 1: All right.
- 4:37Speaker 4: RD-4254-727.
- 4:37Speaker 1: This is what's going to happen. I'm going to tell
- 4:40Speaker 1: you exactly what's going to happen with this cat. He's 22.
- 4:43Speaker 1: She's an unhappy 40-something-year-old married woman who he says is
- 4:48Speaker 1: smoking hot, okay? What's going to happen is he's going
- 4:52Speaker 1: to do it. He's going to get sprung on her.
- 4:57Speaker 1: They're going to do it a few more times. The
- 4:59Speaker 1: husband's going to find out, and he's going to take
- 5:01Speaker 1: an ass whooping, and it's going to be a bad
- 5:03Speaker 1: decision for him. That's just all it comes down to.
- 5:05Speaker 4: R-D-4-2-5-4, 7-7.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Some 22-year-old kid just called up. He said he's been
- 5:07Speaker 1: talking to this 40-year-old 40 plus, 40 year old woman.
- 5:16Speaker 1: She's married. She wants to have sex with the 22
- 5:19Speaker 1: year old kid, cheat on her husband to see how
- 5:21Speaker 1: she feels about it. And apparently if she feels fine
- 5:25Speaker 1: with it, she's going to keep cheating. And if that happens, boy,
- 5:29Speaker 1: you're going to be strong, son. And you're going to
- 5:31Speaker 1: be in a bad situation because she ain't leaving her husband.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Apparently he's some sort of construction worker, which I don't know.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I've seen some construction workers, you know. I don't know
- 5:41Speaker 1: if you want to be messing with their wives, but Yeah,
- 5:44Speaker 1: I don't know. R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7. What's going on?
- 5:48Speaker 5: Hey, man, that young man better leave that cougar alone,
- 5:52Speaker 5: for he be lost in there.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Yeah, he's just opening himself up to fall in love,
- 5:57Speaker 1: and then all of a sudden, her man going to
- 5:59Speaker 1: come home. You know what?
- 6:02Speaker 5: The man might go on and let her have him, and,
- 6:06Speaker 5: you know, it might help the man up and be
- 6:08Speaker 5: a man. Well, maybe.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Maybe.
- 6:11Speaker 4: You know? I don't know.
- 6:13Speaker 1: That's a At 22, I wouldn't want to be in
- 6:15Speaker 1: that position. But then again, I'm smarter than everybody else,
- 6:18Speaker 1: even at 22. Right, right, right, right.
- 6:20Speaker 4: I'm with you on that one.
- 6:22Speaker 1: All right, man. Later. I mean, there's so many things
- 6:29Speaker 1: that could go wrong, okay? She over here wanted to
- 6:32Speaker 1: cheat once to see how she feels about it. And
- 6:37Speaker 1: so basically, she's going to use you to see if
- 6:41Speaker 1: she still loves her husband. That's a risky game, bro.
- 6:45Speaker 1: I mean, that is a risky game. And what kind
- 6:48Speaker 1: of husband she got? I know a few construction workers.
- 6:51Speaker 1: I know a few guys that work in the oil fields,
- 6:53Speaker 1: and those guys don't play. I mean, those guys are
- 6:57Speaker 1: pretty serious sometimes about their wives. Now, maybe I'm wrong.
- 7:01Speaker 1: I could be wrong about it, but I know some roughnecks,
- 7:04Speaker 1: and those boys don't mess around when it comes to
- 7:06Speaker 1: their wives. So I'm just, you know, I don't know, man.
- 7:10Speaker 1: All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7. This guy just called up. 22-year-old
- 7:14Speaker 1: kid said that he's been talking to this 40-year-old woman
- 7:17Speaker 1: who's married to a construction worker. Apparently, she ain't been
- 7:20Speaker 1: touched or loved in a while. So she says she
- 7:22Speaker 1: wants to cheat on her husband to see if it
- 7:26Speaker 1: makes her feel better or feel bad or to find
- 7:29Speaker 1: out how it makes her feel. And he was asking
- 7:30Speaker 1: me if he should do it. I know. You're just
- 7:33Speaker 1: going to put yourself in a bad spot. R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7. Rome,
- 7:38Speaker 1: if she feels bad, it's because she felt that wasn't
- 7:41Speaker 1: worth cheating for. If a woman cheats on her man
- 7:44Speaker 1: with me, I give her a false name and all
- 7:47Speaker 1: that because she will leave her man for me guaranteed.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Any woman who wants to cheat plans to get it
- 7:53Speaker 1: like never before and they feel bad when they didn't
- 7:56Speaker 1: have a good time. So he needs to be careful.
- 7:59Speaker 1: People get screwed over like that stuff. Yeah, okay. I'm
- 8:08Speaker 1: just saying, don't cheat, bro. Don't do it. R-8-4-2-5-4-7-7-8, Rome.
- 8:14Speaker 1: I can't believe he called you, Romeo, asking should he
- 8:18Speaker 1: help her cheat. Everyone knows you don't condone cheating. Yeah,
- 8:21Speaker 1: I don't condone cheating. That's a terrible idea for him.
- 8:25Speaker 1: But he is a young, dumb kid, 22-year-old. And you know,
- 8:29Speaker 1: here's the thing. This is what's wrong with these 20-somethings.
- 8:33Speaker 1: is when you got these, and he says she's hot,
- 8:35Speaker 1: when you got these 40-somethings who look hot in them
- 8:38Speaker 1: yoga pants and be working out and taking care of themselves,
- 8:42Speaker 1: you know it's kids. These kids don't know what they're
- 8:45Speaker 1: getting involved in. She's smarter than him. She's hot and
- 8:50Speaker 1: going to take advantage of him. Yeah, these kids, you kids,
- 8:53Speaker 1: if you a 20-something, stay away from the 40, 50-somethings, okay?
- 8:56Speaker 1: Especially if they still look good. Stay away from them.
- 9:00Speaker 1: You don't know what you're getting involved in? And she's
- 9:03Speaker 1: leaving him. Her man's a construction worker. He probably makes
- 9:06Speaker 1: some legit money. And you can't hang with him. You're
- 9:10Speaker 1: just going to get screwed over, bro. There's no way
- 9:13Speaker 1: for you to win in this situation. Go find you
- 9:16Speaker 1: a little 22-year-old to sleep with, a 23-year-old who's still
- 9:19Speaker 1: as dumb as you. Get her. 425477. So a guy
- 9:25Speaker 1: calls up, and he says that he's been talking to
- 9:28Speaker 1: this 40-year-old, 22-year-old guy. I guess this 40-year-old, he says
- 9:33Speaker 1: she's smoking hot, but she's married. She wants to have
- 9:37Speaker 1: an affair with him. She'd honor her husband just to
- 9:40Speaker 1: see how she feels about it and then go from there.
- 9:43Speaker 1: I think that's an awful idea. I still think he's
- 9:46Speaker 1: going to do it, but I don't think he knows
- 9:47Speaker 1: what he's getting himself into. All righty, 425477. Hey, man,
- 9:50Speaker 1: it's going to end for her. Hey, Romeo, it's going
- 9:55Speaker 1: to to end bad for her. The husband's going to
- 10:02Speaker 1: divorce her. If she got any kids, she's going to
- 10:05Speaker 1: get child support and have to work and pay for
- 10:07Speaker 1: everything all by herself. And the husband's going to pay
- 10:11Speaker 1: his child support and move on. Life's going to probably
- 10:14Speaker 1: be better for him because he doesn't have to live
- 10:17Speaker 1: with her. It may play out like that also. Clearly,
- 10:24Speaker 1: he's never watched Ask Wendy. I've never asked to watch
- 10:29Speaker 1: Ask Wendy. Damn, Rome. That's the problem with these men
- 10:34Speaker 1: and women nowadays. They won't just tell their significant other
- 10:37Speaker 1: that they are not happy and they want to leave
- 10:41Speaker 1: or try to work on their relationship. They just rather
- 10:45Speaker 1: step out on their marriage and and cheat. What a shame. Well,
- 10:49Speaker 1: it could be. Could be a shame. Yo, Rome, ask
- 10:52Speaker 1: him her name so us married can have peace of
- 10:57Speaker 1: mind that it's not our wives he's talking about. Well,
- 11:01Speaker 1: are you a construction worker that doesn't pay attention to
- 11:03Speaker 1: your wife? That's all you need to know. Yeah, it's just,
- 11:10Speaker 1: you know, it's crazy, man. I mean, what are you
- 11:11Speaker 1: going to do? This kid don't, you know, The problem
- 11:17Speaker 1: with these 20-somethings is they don't know what they get
- 11:20Speaker 1: involved in when they start messing with an older woman. 40s,
- 11:24Speaker 1: you know, because these older women, they stay hot nowadays.
- 11:27Speaker 1: They stay looking good, you know? And so you over
- 11:33Speaker 1: there thinking you're doing something by pulling an older woman.
- 11:36Speaker 1: The reality is she chose you, bro. You know, I
- 11:39Speaker 1: know you guys think you're the man. I'm the man, bro.
- 11:41Speaker 1: I got this older woman on the hook.
- 11:43Speaker 3: No.
- 11:45Speaker 1: No, she got you on the hook and you too
- 11:48Speaker 1: stupid to know it. It's only going to end bad
- 11:51Speaker 1: for you. She ain't going to leave her husband. You know,
- 11:55Speaker 1: if she, if she really, if she was serious about
- 11:59Speaker 1: what she was doing, I'm gonna let you guys know
- 12:00Speaker 1: a little insight on your wives. If they in their forties, fifties,
- 12:07Speaker 1: and they're serious about cheating, they're going to cheat, cheat
- 12:11Speaker 1: with somebody in their age range.
- 12:13Speaker 4: Okay.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Okay. They're not going to go find some young buck.
- 12:17Speaker 1: They're serious about doing something, all right? So football started.
- 12:22Speaker 1: The NFL kicked off. I did got to say.
- 12:23Speaker 5: College, though.
- 12:24Speaker 1: College was an amazing game with Texas and Ohio State.
- 12:28Speaker 1: So that was a great game, by the way. But NFL,
- 12:30Speaker 1: that's what you guys really care about. Some of the games,
- 12:33Speaker 1: let's see. The first week, what did we start with?
- 12:36Speaker 3: Thursday.
- 12:37Speaker 1: We already know Wednesday and Thursday. But Sunday games, I
- 12:39Speaker 1: don't know that there were a lot of great games
- 12:41Speaker 1: on Sunday. I watched a little bit of a couple
- 12:44Speaker 1: of them. Like the Buccaneers, they lost to the Bengals.
- 12:47Speaker 1: I didn't watch that. The Lions and the Saints, I think,
- 12:50Speaker 1: went into an overtime situation. That might have been a
- 12:52Speaker 1: good game. Maybe I did watch the end of that. Yeah,
- 12:55Speaker 1: the Titans, the Jets beat the Titans. The Ravens beat
- 12:59Speaker 1: the Colts. The Falcons lost to the Steelers. I think
- 13:03Speaker 1: I watched a little bit of that game. Yeah, the
- 13:05Speaker 1: Bears that just put a whooping on the Panthers, 59 points.
- 13:10Speaker 1: The Browns, got embarrassed by the Jacksonville Jaguars. Let's see
- 13:14Speaker 1: the bills beat the Houston Texans. I think that was
- 13:16Speaker 1: a pretty close game. I didn't see any of this
- 13:19Speaker 1: game at all. Cause it wasn't on TV or at
- 13:20Speaker 1: least where I was at. Uh, the Raiders 27 over
- 13:23Speaker 1: the dolphins, but I don't think the dolphins are very good.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Are they? I see the Packers lost big to the Vikings.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Eagles beat the commanders chargers lost to the Cardinals. And
- 13:34Speaker 1: then the final game of the night was the Cowboys
- 13:38Speaker 1: and the giants.
- 13:39Speaker 5: And wow.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Cowboys got beat by the Giants. Who knew the Giants
- 13:43Speaker 1: were good, huh? I guess they do got Jim Harbaugh, right?
- 13:46Speaker 1: Isn't that one of the Harbaugh brothers? Jim or John? John.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Maybe it's John Harbaugh who's the coach of the Giants.
- 13:52Speaker 1: So I guess you didn't expect. I guess you got
- 13:54Speaker 1: to expect them to be better. But did anybody really
- 13:57Speaker 1: expect the Giants to be better than the Cowboys? Although
- 14:00Speaker 1: I guess the Cowboys are still the Cowboys. But win
- 14:03Speaker 1: enough games to be losers. That's all they do. Already 4-2, 5-4, 7-7.
- 14:08Speaker 1: So I don't really know. I mean, it's the first
- 14:11Speaker 1: game of the season. What are you really going to
- 14:13Speaker 1: take from the first game of the season, right? But
- 14:16Speaker 1: you can say this. The Las Vegas Raiders, first place Raiders.
- 14:20Speaker 1: You can say that today. Where my boy at?
- 14:24Speaker 5: Oh, Ruben.
- 14:24Speaker 1: I'm rolling. Not Ruben.
- 14:26Speaker 5: Rolling.
- 14:26Speaker 1: What did Roland say? Roland said, what up, Big R?
- 14:29Speaker 1: Nothing has changed from last year. Cowboys defense can't communicate
- 14:32Speaker 1: on defense. It's going to be a long season if
- 14:34Speaker 1: this continues. Yeah, I mean, the Cowboys were not good.
- 14:41Speaker 1: What did Big Boy send me? Big Boy said Super
- 14:43Speaker 1: Bowl champs. The Las Vegas Raiders, 2027 Super Bowl champions. Well,
- 14:57Speaker 1: considering it'll be the 2026 year, right, Big Boy? There
- 15:00Speaker 1: you go. Well, there you go. Raider Nation's winning the
- 15:03Speaker 1: Super Bowl this year. That's awesome.
- 15:06Speaker 3: All right.
- 15:07Speaker 1: I mean, I guess why not? What's the... The Chargers
- 15:15Speaker 1: look pathetic, embarrassing. I don't remember that Charger fan that
- 15:17Speaker 1: kept saying how the Chargers were always going to the
- 15:20Speaker 1: Super Bowl every year and how Herbert was the best
- 15:22Speaker 1: quarterback in the NFL. And, yeah, no. He's always been pathetic.
- 15:28Speaker 1: He looked good a couple of times. He's like Dak Prescott.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Looks good a few times, but never going to go anywhere.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Never going to win anything. They're just... not good enough.
- 15:36Speaker 1: They don't have that heart of a champion. Just like the, um, yeah,
- 15:41Speaker 1: you gotta have, you gotta be a certain type of
- 15:43Speaker 1: quarterback to win a Superbowl. And unfortunately, Dak Prescott's just
- 15:47Speaker 1: too nice. He, he tries, tries so hard to be
- 15:51Speaker 1: better than he is. Um, or, uh, more, uh, not talented.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Cause the guy's talented, uh, But you just got to
- 15:59Speaker 1: have that killer instinct. He's trying to overcompensate for being
- 16:04Speaker 1: a nice guy. You know what I'm saying? That's why
- 16:07Speaker 1: he'll never win a Super Bowl. The Raiders? No, not
- 16:12Speaker 1: the Raiders. Yeah, the Raiders. The Raiders aren't winning the
- 16:14Speaker 1: Super Bowl. Come on now. Or the Chargers.
- 16:17Speaker 3: Herbert.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Herbert's terrible. He's just not good. Maybe the Raiders will
- 16:23Speaker 1: win the division. We'll have to see how the Chiefs
- 16:25Speaker 1: and the Broncos look tonight, but I mean, really, it's
- 16:29Speaker 1: only one game. Whatever you want to say about the
- 16:31Speaker 1: first week of the NFL, we get all. Today, you
- 16:33Speaker 1: can run your mouth, be proud of your team, or
- 16:37Speaker 1: be upset with your team. But really, only the first
- 16:40Speaker 1: game of the season. We've got to wait a few games.
- 16:42Speaker 1: About the fifth week, we start seeing who's who and
- 16:44Speaker 1: what's what, right? So we'll see what happens. Yeah, I
- 16:49Speaker 1: don't know. Raiders won, though. First place in their division tonight.
- 16:53Speaker 1: What do you got here? Good morning, Roman. Man, so
- 16:56Speaker 1: much of Miles Garrett and them Rams fans. Now he's
- 17:02Speaker 1: out for at least four weeks. Oh, is he really?
- 17:06Speaker 1: Did he get hurt? Is that what happened with Garrett?
- 17:08Speaker 1: All right. All right. Four, two, five, four, seven, seven.
- 17:11Speaker 1: What are the Rams? Rams got beat by the Niners,
- 17:14Speaker 1: didn't they?
- 17:15Speaker 6: Hey, Rome.
- 17:16Speaker 1: I have a friend on Facebook that he is quiet
- 17:20Speaker 1: for half a year, but once NFL comes back, he's
- 17:25Speaker 1: blowing up the page about fly, Eagles fly. I'm about
- 17:28Speaker 1: to block him for the season. Well, he's going to do.
- 17:35Speaker 1: I don't know that I'd expect much out of the
- 17:38Speaker 1: Eagles after what you saw yesterday, right? They didn't look great,
- 17:44Speaker 1: but hey. Like I said, it's only the first game
- 17:47Speaker 1: of the season, so you got to take it with
- 17:50Speaker 1: a grain of salt. We'll see in a couple of
- 17:52Speaker 1: months or, you know, maybe a month. We'll get about
- 17:54Speaker 1: four weeks in, five weeks in. You'll start to see
- 17:57Speaker 1: who the teams, you know, what teams are going to
- 17:59Speaker 1: do what and see how it's all going to shake
- 18:02Speaker 1: out a little more, at least a little more before.
- 18:04Speaker 1: I know a lot of people got hurt yesterday, so
- 18:07Speaker 1: you can't really take much from the first set, especially
- 18:09Speaker 1: now that none of these starters play in the preseason anymore, so.
- 18:15Speaker 1: You really can't take much from the first game of
- 18:18Speaker 1: the season or opening weekend, but we'll see. We'll see
- 18:21Speaker 1: what happens. You guys, some of you guys are happy today.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Some of you guys are sad, but in the big
- 18:26Speaker 1: scheme of things, it's only one game of the first,
- 18:29Speaker 1: you know, first season or the first game of the season.
- 18:31Speaker 1: So things can change a lot over the next 17
- 18:35Speaker 1: weeks or 18 weeks. All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7, yo, Rome.
- 18:41Speaker 1: How about my Giants? They took out the Cowboys. I
- 18:44Speaker 1: guess John Harbaugh really is the man. Maybe they shouldn't
- 18:48Speaker 1: have got rid of him in Baltimore. Well, is it
- 18:53Speaker 1: John or Jim? John's the one for the Giants, and
- 18:56Speaker 1: Jim's the one for the Chargers, right? So John, I mean,
- 19:00Speaker 1: he's a great coach. You can't argue his coaching, right?
- 19:03Speaker 1: Didn't he win a Super Bowl? I think he's won
- 19:05Speaker 1: a Super Bowl. I mean, you can't argue with his coaching, so.
- 19:08Speaker 1: I mean, his time just was up in Baltimore. They
- 19:10Speaker 1: weren't accomplishing anything anymore, so it was time for everybody
- 19:13Speaker 1: to move on. But I like how you think that
- 19:17Speaker 1: the Cowboys are the standard. Like, it was a big deal.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Even the news media, the sports outlets are saying, oh,
- 19:27Speaker 1: my God, the Cowboys lost to the Giants. The Giants
- 19:31Speaker 1: beat the Cowboys. I mean, the Cowboys are not the standard.
- 19:38Speaker 1: of professionalism in football. They are not by any means
- 19:42Speaker 1: the standard of success in football. They're just, I don't know,
- 19:48Speaker 1: they just got the most idiots. They just got the
- 19:52Speaker 1: most dumb, they just got the most idiotic fan base.
- 19:55Speaker 1: And so, and they got the biggest fan base. So
- 19:58Speaker 1: that's why they pump them up every year, but they're
- 20:00Speaker 1: not by any measurement the standard of competitive football. They're terrible.
- 20:08Speaker 1: They keep losing every single year. You know, it's not
- 20:13Speaker 1: like they're the team to beat. The only reason they're
- 20:16Speaker 1: the team to beat is because the media hypes them
- 20:18Speaker 1: up so much. And Jerry Jones is just a genius
- 20:21Speaker 1: at making them the standard of football excellence. And they're not.
- 20:26Speaker 1: They're garbage. So for the Giants to beat the Cowboys
- 20:31Speaker 1: is not something... It's not some spectacular feat to be
- 20:36Speaker 1: proud of. You beat a garbage-ass team who's been garbage
- 20:41Speaker 1: for 30 years and overhyped. My God, give me a break.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Good morning, Rome. Hey, that new Raiders song's a banger. Yeah,
- 20:54Speaker 1: the new Raiders song. How about them Raiders? They won.
- 20:58Speaker 1: They beat Miami. I didn't even know Miami still had
- 21:00Speaker 1: a team. I don't know who the quarterback is. I
- 21:01Speaker 1: don't know anything about them. Are they any good? Are
- 21:04Speaker 1: the Raiders good or does Miami suck? I don't know,
- 21:06Speaker 1: but whatever the case may be, you're first place, Las
- 21:10Speaker 1: Vegas Raiders. Let me check. Let me check the standings
- 21:13Speaker 1: and see how it looks here. Let's see the standings.
- 21:22Speaker 1: What is it, AFC West? Yep, you're first place, Las
- 21:25Speaker 1: Vegas Raiders.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Yes.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Last place, Los Angeles Chargers. All right, so the first
- 21:30Speaker 1: week of the NFL, first Sunday of the NFL season started.
- 21:33Speaker 1: What do you guys got here? Hey, Rome, as an
- 21:36Speaker 1: Eagle fan, the Eagles did look bad yet. But like
- 21:40Speaker 1: you say, it's only one week. And Jalen Hurts, 11th
- 21:44Speaker 1: offseason coordinator. I mean, yeah, it's only one week. You're
- 21:47Speaker 1: right about that. They look terrible, though. They do not
- 21:50Speaker 1: look good. But, I mean, like you said, it's only
- 21:52Speaker 1: one week. We'll see what happens. Everybody will get better.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Jalen Hurts is not going to be– You know, it's
- 21:57Speaker 1: hard to hold Jalen Hurts down. I'm not a huge
- 22:00Speaker 1: Eagle fan, but I do like the way Jalen Hurts
- 22:03Speaker 1: played in college and what he did to accomplish what
- 22:05Speaker 1: he's accomplished. So you can't really argue with the cat.
- 22:08Speaker 1: I mean, he seems like an all right dude. He
- 22:10Speaker 1: worked hard enough to get where he's gotten to, but
- 22:12Speaker 1: then the Eagle sucked. All right. Hey, Rome. What do
- 22:18Speaker 1: you think about the Chiefs and Broncos tonight? Yes, Monday
- 22:20Speaker 1: Night Football tonight. I'll see you guys over at Just
- 22:24Speaker 1: Wing at the Marketplace at 5 o'clock. I don't know
- 22:26Speaker 1: what time the game starts, but I'll be over there
- 22:28Speaker 1: hanging out with you. We're going to hit some golf balls, too,
- 22:33Speaker 1: as well. Hey, Rome, what do you think about the
- 22:36Speaker 1: game tonight? You said last year you weren't worried about
- 22:39Speaker 1: the Broncos, but they won the last three games, but
- 22:43Speaker 1: the Chiefs are favored tonight. Well, when you say worried
- 22:48Speaker 1: about the Broncos, was I worried about the Broncos, what,
- 22:52Speaker 1: beating the Chiefs? Or was I worried about the Broncos
- 22:54Speaker 1: winning the Super Bowl? So those are two totally different things.
- 23:01Speaker 1: Anybody can beat anybody. I don't know. I don't know
- 23:03Speaker 1: who's going to win. Is Patrick Mahomes even playing? I
- 23:05Speaker 1: have no idea what's going to happen tonight. I don't
- 23:07Speaker 1: watch preseason. I mean, it's the first game of the season.
- 23:10Speaker 1: None of the superstars played in preseason. So who knows
- 23:13Speaker 1: what's going to happen? I don't know. All right, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7.
- 23:18Speaker 1: I have no idea what's going to happen tonight. And
- 23:22Speaker 1: do I think the Broncos are good enough to win
- 23:23Speaker 1: the Super Bowl?
- 23:24Speaker 2: No.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Just like I probably, that's what I, when I said
- 23:27Speaker 1: I'm not worried about the Broncos, it probably was me
- 23:33Speaker 1: about them winning the Super Bowl. I don't know if
- 23:35Speaker 1: they're going to beat the Chiefs. Everybody usually splits anyways.
- 23:40Speaker 1: So we'll see what happens. I have no idea what's
- 23:42Speaker 1: going to happen. Hey, good morning, Rome. Hey, we're not
- 23:45Speaker 1: them boys. Garbage. The Cowboys overpaid players think they will
- 23:51Speaker 1: just win. But look at the Giants. Young, hungry. played
- 23:55Speaker 1: uh players who have fun um well they got a
- 23:58Speaker 1: good coach too i mean but yeah i mean the
- 24:02Speaker 1: the not the the cowboys are garbage but they've been
- 24:05Speaker 1: garbage for years it's not like the cowboys were are
- 24:08Speaker 1: just we're on the verge of making the super bowl
- 24:11Speaker 1: or winning it all or doing the cowboys have sucked
- 24:13Speaker 1: for years for decades to be honest with you they've
- 24:17Speaker 1: never come close um to success since when when's uh
- 24:23Speaker 1: uh What's his name? Did they even come with Tony Romo?
- 24:28Speaker 1: Were they even close to success with Tony Romo? No.
- 24:31Speaker 1: I don't believe they were. I don't remember. It's been
- 24:34Speaker 1: so long since the Cowboys have been a successful franchise.
- 24:37Speaker 1: I mean, who remembers? So, yeah, they're just garbage. Hey, Rome,
- 24:44Speaker 1: to be clear, you said the Chiefs didn't have to
- 24:46Speaker 1: worry about the Broncos. Okay. I was wrong, apparently. There
- 24:50Speaker 1: you go. So what? All right. 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7. The NFL
- 24:56Speaker 1: season kicked off. Actually started Wednesday, but we went through
- 25:01Speaker 1: the first Sunday. Wasn't really a lot to see, to
- 25:04Speaker 1: be honest with you. Not a lot of good matchups.
- 25:06Speaker 1: I mean, there really wasn't, I mean, there really wasn't
- 25:11Speaker 1: a lot happening. It wasn't very exciting. I mean, the
- 25:13Speaker 1: Cowboys and the Giants was probably the most exciting game,
- 25:16Speaker 1: but even that was boring. Maybe the, let's see, the
- 25:22Speaker 1: The Chargers, I mean, there was really no competitive games.
- 25:28Speaker 1: The Detroit game, who Detroit played, whoever Detroit played, that
- 25:31Speaker 1: was a competitive game, but was Detroit and New Orleans,
- 25:35Speaker 1: is that who it was? So even that was a
- 25:38Speaker 1: competitive game, but it shouldn't have been, right? Detroit should
- 25:41Speaker 1: have beat New Orleans pretty handily. But there really wasn't
- 25:47Speaker 1: anything worth watching. Yeah, there just really wasn't anything worth
- 25:52Speaker 1: watching yesterday. I didn't watch much, to be honest with you. Dude,
- 25:59Speaker 1: I don't know what happened to the Packers. I thought
- 26:00Speaker 1: the Packers were going to be a legitimate football team
- 26:02Speaker 1: this year. Maybe they will, but like I said, it's
- 26:04Speaker 1: only one game. It's hard to say after one weekend,
- 26:08Speaker 1: the first game of the season. It's hard to tell
- 26:11Speaker 1: who's going to do what or what's going to happen,
- 26:13Speaker 1: you know? All right.
- 26:14Speaker 5: All righty.
- 26:15Speaker 1: Four, two, five, four, seven to seven. Monday Night Football
- 26:18Speaker 1: tonight over at Justin Wingate at the Marketplace. We'll be
- 26:21Speaker 1: there at five o'clock. Get the Broncos and the Chiefs
- 26:24Speaker 1: going at it. I guess we'll see what happens.
- 26:26Speaker 2: Yeah, Romeo, what are you talking about?
- 26:28Speaker 4: There was no good games on yesterday.
- 26:30Speaker 1: There was no real competitive good games on. There was
- 26:33Speaker 1: no real matchups that anybody wanted to see.
- 26:35Speaker 4: I like that Raider game.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Okay, but it wasn't a real matchup. The Miami Sox.
- 26:44Speaker 4: They do, but we showed a little bit of discipline.
- 26:48Speaker 4: We didn't have as many penalties. Kirk Cousins didn't even
- 26:51Speaker 4: look good out there, so I was happy. We'll take it.
- 26:55Speaker 4: Even if the Dolphins aren't that great, we turned them
- 26:57Speaker 4: to sushi yesterday. Okay.
- 27:00Speaker 2: Go Raiders.
- 27:01Speaker 1: I mean, you played a garbage team. You might as
- 27:03Speaker 1: well have played, I don't know, a peewee football team.
- 27:07Speaker 1: I mean, that's what I'm saying, though. There's just no competitiveness.
- 27:11Speaker 1: There was really no that you really wanted to see yesterday.
- 27:15Speaker 1: I mean, if your team won, congratulations, you're happy about
- 27:18Speaker 1: it today. But if they lost, you're upset about it today.
- 27:21Speaker 1: But there was really no, what was there to learn
- 27:25Speaker 1: from yesterday? I guess that would be the question. If
- 27:29Speaker 1: you were really, I mean, unlike college football the day
- 27:33Speaker 1: before when Ohio State, number one, played Texas, number four,
- 27:38Speaker 1: you were learning something about who Texas ended up winning.
- 27:41Speaker 1: You learned something about Texas. You know, you learn something
- 27:43Speaker 1: about what's going on. I mean, here, you didn't learn anything.
- 27:49Speaker 1: Raiders won a game, okay. Cowboys lost a game, okay.
- 27:54Speaker 1: The big scheme of things, the Raiders always win a
- 27:57Speaker 1: game against garbage teams, and then they end up getting
- 27:59Speaker 1: last place in the division. I mean, they'll do it
- 28:01Speaker 1: again this year. Nothing changed. They didn't beat anybody competitive.
- 28:06Speaker 1: They didn't do anything spectacular except beat one of the
- 28:09Speaker 1: worst teams in the NFL. That's all they did. Anyway, yeah,
- 28:15Speaker 1: there was nothing going on yesterday in the NFL. Let
- 28:18Speaker 1: me get to your text messages. Hey, Romeo, Buffalo versus Houston.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Six lead changes coming down to the final drive and
- 28:25Speaker 1: Houston fumbles to lose. OK, that's still not a big matchup.
- 28:30Speaker 1: I mean, so what did it show you? Hey, Roman Silos,
- 28:35Speaker 1: it's been 30 years of the Cowboys not being good.
- 28:38Speaker 1: They only have made to the playoffs two times and
- 28:43Speaker 1: have lost two games. Okay, so it's been a long–
- 28:46Speaker 1: like I said, but the Cowboys, that's why I said
- 28:48Speaker 1: the Cowboys are not the standard by any way, any
- 28:52Speaker 1: shape or form. Are they the standard of excellence or
- 28:55Speaker 1: what you should rate your team on as a team
- 29:00Speaker 1: to beat? You know what I'm saying? It's just not–
- 29:03Speaker 1: they're no standard. Good morning, now. What's going on?
- 29:06Speaker 4: What's going on, Rome?
- 29:07Speaker 3: Chilly Gilly.
- 29:07Speaker 1: Hey, what up, Gilly?
- 29:09Speaker 3: Nah, there was no exciting games yesterday, man.
- 29:11Speaker 6: You know, the food was good, though.
- 29:16Speaker 3: I made some chili bread then, and I made some
- 29:19Speaker 3: homemade jalapeno poppers and some other.
- 29:21Speaker 2: Nice.
- 29:22Speaker 6: Nice.
- 29:22Speaker 1: It was good. Yeah.
- 29:25Speaker 3: But, no, there wasn't.
- 29:28Speaker 6: You know, one thing that.
- 29:33Speaker 6: What he has to realize is that they.
- 29:35Speaker 5: Have not won a Super Bowl in 43 years.
- 29:37Speaker 6: Who's that?
- 29:40Speaker 3: The Raiders.
- 29:41Speaker 1: Oh. No, they won one. They won one in the 90s, right?
- 29:44Speaker 1: With John Gruden?
- 29:48Speaker 5: Oh, no, no, no. You're right.
- 29:49Speaker 1: They went to the Super Bowl and lost.
- 29:51Speaker 4: Yeah. They went to the Super Bowl and lost.
- 29:53Speaker 2: Yeah. Okay.
- 29:53Speaker 1: My bad.
- 29:54Speaker 5: My bad.
- 29:54Speaker 3: 43 years. Yeah.
- 29:54Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 29:59Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a long time. They're not going to win
- 30:01Speaker 1: one this year. I mean, I don't know, man. But, Gilly,
- 30:05Speaker 1: you will understand when I say this. When you're a
- 30:09Speaker 1: loser in life, you've got to take whatever you get
- 30:11Speaker 1: to try to make you feel better. When you're not,
- 30:13Speaker 1: you know, you and I are successful, fun-loving people. I mean,
- 30:16Speaker 1: a lot of these guys, their lives suck, and they've
- 30:18Speaker 1: got to live vicariously through something else to get them
- 30:22Speaker 1: some success. And you know the.
- 30:23Speaker 6: Only thing that bothers me is that.
- 30:27Speaker 3: I can't go... on a cruise every three weeks.
- 30:30Speaker 1: I want to.
- 30:33Speaker 3: But there's things that need to be done around this
- 30:35Speaker 3: house that I can't depend on somebody, you know, somebody
- 30:39Speaker 3: else hiring out, you know, so.
- 30:42Speaker 6: And that's why I think I need to kiss Ruben's
- 30:46Speaker 6: ass a little bit because I need to get a
- 30:48Speaker 6: gardener and my thing, my yard's a masculine, but.
- 30:53Speaker 3: I need somebody dependable that I can trust and give
- 30:56Speaker 3: him the keys to go to the gates and You
- 30:59Speaker 3: know what I mean?
- 30:59Speaker 1: You can trust Ruben.
- 31:01Speaker 6: He's a legitimate guy.
- 31:03Speaker 3: I know that. Ruben, can we start new? Have a
- 31:09Speaker 3: good day, brother.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Yeah. Ruben's a dependable guy. Gilly ain't lying about that.
- 31:17Speaker 1: But yeah, man. What are you going to do, man,
- 31:20Speaker 1: when your life's not going the way you want and
- 31:23Speaker 1: the only happiness you can find is success through a
- 31:27Speaker 1: sports team that You really didn't do anything. You really
- 31:31Speaker 1: have no, you know, that you've done nothing to earn
- 31:36Speaker 1: that success. You're just living vicariously through somebody else's success.
- 31:40Speaker 1: I mean, it's time to reevaluate how you're handling your life.
- 31:44Speaker 4: I don't really like all these Raider stereotypes, Romeo.
- 31:49Speaker 1: Well, stop doing stupid things, and I don't have to
- 31:51Speaker 1: stereotype you.
- 31:53Speaker 4: But those are outdated stereotypes. Raider Dave gets money. Raider
- 31:56Speaker 4: Dave gets class. All the things that you say, Raiders, aren't.
- 32:01Speaker 4: I am.
- 32:01Speaker 1: Well, you might have money, but class and intelligence. No,
- 32:07Speaker 1: I wouldn't go that far.
- 32:09Speaker 4: There's a lot of things. And you know what? It's
- 32:11Speaker 4: just because we won. But like I said, it's just
- 32:13Speaker 4: the beginning. Let us have our little celebration.
- 32:17Speaker 1: I'm not trying to, you know.
- 32:19Speaker 4: You're raining on our parade.
- 32:20Speaker 3: No, I'm not.
- 32:21Speaker 1: No, I'm not. See, it's obvious. It's obvious you don't listen.
- 32:25Speaker 1: I didn't say nothing. I said you guys were in
- 32:27Speaker 1: first place.
- 32:28Speaker 4: You made a song about us.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Well, that's because you guys are idiots.
- 32:32Speaker 4: You say we're always broke, and we're not.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Oh, I know more broke Raider fans than I know
- 32:36Speaker 1: Raider fans with money.
- 32:39Speaker 4: Well, tell them to set the game up.
- 32:41Speaker 1: I know more locked up Raider fans than I know
- 32:43Speaker 1: free ones.
- 32:46Speaker 4: Well, you need to find new friends. Come hang out
- 32:48Speaker 4: with Raider Dave and his good, wealthy, happy Raider fans.
- 32:51Speaker 4: Because we're living vicariously through our moments in life, buddy.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't believe that.
- 32:58Speaker 4: You better. Open your eyes. It's a new world.
- 33:00Speaker 6: 2026.
- 33:00Speaker 4: All right.
- 33:02Speaker 1: You're needed. Raider Dave's a moron. All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7. Yeah,
- 33:09Speaker 1: I mean, stereotypes are there for a reason. And Raider fans,
- 33:14Speaker 1: although I will say this, the Raider fan base has
- 33:18Speaker 1: gotten way better over the last 20 years. They've become
- 33:22Speaker 1: less delusional. They've become a little more realistic about what
- 33:27Speaker 1: their team is, although they still believe they're going to
- 33:33Speaker 1: go to the Super Bowl this year. And that's kind
- 33:36Speaker 1: of idiotic. But they've gotten way better. Either Raider fans
- 33:40Speaker 1: have gotten better or Cowboy fans have gotten so stupid
- 33:47Speaker 1: that they've outshined the Raider fan base. I don't know
- 33:51Speaker 1: which one it is. What did Ruben send me here?
- 33:56Speaker 1: Ruben said, what did Ruben say?
- 33:59Speaker 6: Yo, Rome.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Dude, that fool's a joke. Oh, Raider Dave? Well, Raider
- 34:04Speaker 1: Dave is a clown. Yeah, I'll give you that. He's
- 34:06Speaker 1: quite a character. I wonder what Raider Dave's idea of
- 34:10Speaker 1: rich is, by the way. Because he said he got money.
- 34:12Speaker 1: I wonder what his idea of rich is. You know?
- 34:16Speaker 4: Is it.
- 34:18Speaker 1: Louis Vuitton rich? Or is it Coach Rich? Or what's
- 34:24Speaker 1: the other one everybody gets at Macy's? I can't remember. Yo, Rome.
- 34:29Speaker 1: Raider bandwagoner really arguing with you, Romeo. Well, Raider Dave's
- 34:35Speaker 1: not a bandwagoner. He's just an idiot. I mean, you know.
- 34:39Speaker 1: Come on, what's going on?
- 34:41Speaker 2: Yo, ho, we're going to the Super Bowl.
- 34:44Speaker 5: That's all.
- 34:44Speaker 2: Go Raiders!
- 34:49Speaker 1: Yep, you guys are going to go to the Super Bowl. Absolutely.
- 34:53Speaker 3: Let me tell you, Rome, I'm going to call you
- 34:55Speaker 3: from jail because I'm going to be right.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Up in the mix once we win. Well, I think
- 35:05Speaker 1: they play the Super Bowl in Laredo, so you'll be good.
- 35:09Speaker 2: That's all I need, Rome. Go Raiders!
- 35:14Speaker 3: Get it right with Renner David's Bowie Batard.
- 35:17Speaker 2: Hey.
- 35:22Speaker 3: You know when you have money, when you don't have
- 35:24Speaker 3: to look at your bank and see how much is
- 35:27Speaker 3: in there. The other day I looked and I said,
- 35:33Speaker 3: God damn, where's this check from? Later, man.
- 35:36Speaker 1: What's going on?
- 35:42Speaker 5: Yo, Rome, Raider Joe, what's up, man?
- 35:44Speaker 1: What up, Joe?
- 35:45Speaker 4: Hey, man, the Cowboys are saying their fans try to
- 35:48Speaker 4: act like Raider fans because they lost. They're all crying,
- 35:53Speaker 4: making out, acting like Raider fans.
- 35:55Speaker 5: Because they don't want to be the most annoying humans
- 35:59Speaker 5: on earth.
- 36:00Speaker 1: I think they're overshining that fan base.
- 36:03Speaker 2: Hey, all I heard was they were going to the
- 36:05Speaker 2: Super Bowl.
- 36:05Speaker 6: It was their year.
- 36:07Speaker 4: I mean, even on the... Even on the sports.
- 36:10Speaker 5: Shows, that's... Oh, yeah.
- 36:12Speaker 1: Bayless, everybody was.
- 36:13Speaker 5: Like, oh, they're going to.
- 36:15Speaker 4: This will be the year, and all the professionals.
- 36:18Speaker 1: Yeah, just embarrassing themselves.
- 36:20Speaker 2: And like I said, we were supposed to beat Miami.
- 36:22Speaker 4: That's nothing big.
- 36:24Speaker 5: But we actually looked like a damn football team.
- 36:28Speaker 1: Oh, I didn't see any of the game. Did they
- 36:30Speaker 1: look good?
- 36:31Speaker 5: Oh, dude, I was like.
- 36:33Speaker 3: The scary thing, it was like we're up like 27.
- 36:36Speaker 4: To 13 and it's three minutes. And me and my
- 36:39Speaker 4: wife are still nervous. We got trauma from the past.
- 36:46Speaker 2: We couldn't even get relaxed.
- 36:48Speaker 4: We're like, man, we got trauma, man. 22 years. Yeah,
- 36:54Speaker 4: but we actually do.
- 36:55Speaker 6: We only had like three calls on us.
- 36:57Speaker 1: Hey, I'm glad you called, though. I need a new
- 37:01Speaker 1: set of golf clubs. I broke two of my golf
- 37:03Speaker 1: clubs over the last couple of weeks, so I just
- 37:06Speaker 1: had to dump them. I'm back to my Ping I3s.
- 37:09Speaker 3: Hey, you know what's a good set, and they're really affordable?
- 37:12Speaker 4: Them new Strixons.
- 37:14Speaker 1: Oh, I saw those Strixons. You don't got no hookup nowhere, Joe?
- 37:17Speaker 4: Let me see if I can find you something.
- 37:19Speaker 1: Make some phone calls. Call me later.
- 37:21Speaker 4: I will. All right.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Later, man.
- 37:25Speaker 1: Yeah, that's awesome.
- 37:27Speaker 3: R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7.
- 37:27Speaker 1: Yo, Rome. Who's this? Oh, Ruben. Raider Dave is Ross Rich.
- 37:33Speaker 1: I wonder if he ever looks at himself in the mirror.
- 37:36Speaker 1: He looks like a clown. The only thing that he is.
- 37:42Speaker 1: What is a B-T... Oh, he's EBT Rich. Hustling the system.
- 37:49Speaker 4: Well, yeah.
- 37:52Speaker 1: EBT rich. There's nothing wrong with that.
- 37:54Speaker 4: Oh, so the haters want to hate on Raider Dave.
- 37:58Speaker 1: Well, I don't know. I don't know if I compete
- 38:01Speaker 1: with Chili Gill and Chili Gill. Yeah, but okay.
- 38:06Speaker 4: They don't know Raider Dave has money in the bank.
- 38:09Speaker 4: I got equity.
- 38:10Speaker 2: I got property.
- 38:13Speaker 4: Not only that, I've been collecting royalties from my music
- 38:17Speaker 4: for 12 years.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Hey, you know equity is not money in the bank, right?
- 38:22Speaker 4: Well, no, it's not. It's just my money.
- 38:25Speaker 1: You know it's not real money, right?
- 38:29Speaker 4: It's not, but it's something to show.
- 38:31Speaker 1: It's something to brag about that doesn't really mean anything,
- 38:34Speaker 1: but okay.
- 38:36Speaker 4: So, you know, those stereotypes are wrong, and all these
- 38:39Speaker 4: people calling in, hating on Raider Dave. Like I said,
- 38:41Speaker 4: they just hate me because they hate me.
- 38:43Speaker 1: Okay.
- 38:44Speaker 4: Tell them to just elevate, and someday they can pop
- 38:47Speaker 4: bottles and celebrate.
- 38:49Speaker 1: I'll let them know, Raider Dave. All right. I tell
- 38:52Speaker 1: you guys all the time, Raider Dave's a superstar, you guys. Superstar.
- 38:58Speaker 1: All right. He's like, good morning, Hot. What's going on?
- 39:01Speaker 2: Hey, what's up, Roman?
- 39:02Speaker 5: It's Seahawk Lou.
- 39:03Speaker 1: What up, Lou?
- 39:04Speaker 6: First of all, what the hell is wrong with being
- 39:07Speaker 6: EBT rich?
- 39:07Speaker 1: Hold on. First, second of all, let me tell you
- 39:09Speaker 1: about everybody. You need to know... Raider Dave, he's like Pitbull, man.
- 39:14Speaker 2: He's worldwide.
- 39:15Speaker 1: You guys should know that before you even start making
- 39:18Speaker 1: fun of his money.
- 39:20Speaker 2: Hey, I'm happy for him.
- 39:21Speaker 5: I'm calling because I wanted to say I'm happy for him.
- 39:23Speaker 1: For being EBT rich? What are you talking about?
- 39:27Speaker 2: For Raider Dave.
- 39:28Speaker 4: For being EBT rich.
- 39:30Speaker 1: For everything that.
- 39:32Speaker 2: Happened this weekend, man.
- 39:33Speaker 4: His team looks solid.
- 39:36Speaker 6: I thought it was the Seahawks out there. You know
- 39:38Speaker 6: what I mean?
- 39:39Speaker 1: You know what? You saying that the Raiders look solid
- 39:43Speaker 1: against Miami would be like saying, I look so good
- 39:47Speaker 1: playing basketball against your youngest kid. You know what? It happened.
- 39:52Speaker 3: It happened.
- 39:54Speaker 4: It just looks good, bro.
- 39:55Speaker 1: Shaq, that'd be like Shaq being proud of beating me
- 39:58Speaker 1: at one-on-one.
- 40:01Speaker 2: I'd be proud of it, too, if I was Shaq.
- 40:03Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 40:04Speaker 6: A win is a win, bro.
- 40:06Speaker 4: You got to understand. They don't get.
- 40:08Speaker 6: Very much of those.
- 40:09Speaker 1: You remember that old Charles Barkley commercial where he's in
- 40:12Speaker 1: the middle school playground and they pick him on the
- 40:16Speaker 1: team and he just dunks on them all? The little
- 40:18Speaker 1: middle school. That's what happened last night with the Raiders
- 40:21Speaker 1: and the Dolphins.
- 40:23Speaker 2: Hey, but you still celebrated. You know what I mean?
- 40:25Speaker 2: They got to get their way.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Well, you got to celebrate it because you have nothing
- 40:30Speaker 1: to live for in life except riding somebody else's coattails
- 40:34Speaker 1: to make you feel better about your own existence.
- 40:38Speaker 4: Yeah, you're right.
- 40:39Speaker 6: Hey, shout out to Raider Dave, man.
- 40:42Speaker 1: You guys have been trying to register, right, for this
- 40:44Speaker 1: Halloween and Disneyland. Halloween time returns. Now, for the last
- 40:48Speaker 1: two weeks, we've been getting people qualified to win Disneyland
- 40:51Speaker 1: Resort Vacation. with our What's the Word contest. Now it's
- 40:55Speaker 1: time to get a winner. Now, if you don't know
- 40:56Speaker 1: what's going on, Halloween at Disneyland is awesome, man. They
- 41:00Speaker 1: got a Haunted Mansion holiday, Guardians of the Galaxy. You
- 41:03Speaker 1: got Monsters After Dark. You get fang-tastic treats and so
- 41:07Speaker 1: much more. You don't want to miss your chance to
- 41:09Speaker 1: experience Halloween time at Disneyland's California Adventure Park and Disneyland Park.
- 41:14Speaker 1: So like I said, we've qualified nine people. Now here's
- 41:17Speaker 1: what's going to happen. I'm going to start pulling names
- 41:20Speaker 1: out of the hat right now. I'm going to pull
- 41:22Speaker 1: nine names out of the hat. If I call out
- 41:25Speaker 1: your name, you lost. Okay. Actually, I'm going to call
- 41:28Speaker 1: seven names out of the hat. Unfortunately, those seven names
- 41:32Speaker 1: are going to be out of the contest. And then
- 41:35Speaker 1: I'm going to have two left, which means the one
- 41:37Speaker 1: I pull out of those two is going to be
- 41:39Speaker 1: the winner. Okay. So the last two names we'll be
- 41:44Speaker 1: calling you. Let's do it. Let's get started right now.
- 41:46Speaker 1: Not the last two names, but the this name for winners.
- 41:50Speaker 1: And I was going to confuse myself on that one,
- 41:52Speaker 1: but we're going to call you. Let's go. All right.
- 41:53Speaker 1: So the first name, the first name that is out
- 41:57Speaker 1: of the contest is, let me read the name here.
- 42:01Speaker 1: Lorraine Riza. Lorraine Riza, you are done. Let's see what
- 42:06Speaker 1: else we got. Let me mix it up here. Mix
- 42:08Speaker 1: it up. I don't want to. The next name. Cheyenne Dorado.
- 42:15Speaker 1: Cheyenne Dorado? Is that how you say your name? Cheyenne Dorado?
- 42:18Speaker 1: You are the next name that is out of the contest.
- 42:22Speaker 1: Let's see here. I got to pull, what, seven names?
- 42:29Speaker 1: Angelina Lopez. Sorry, Angelina. Angelina Lopez, you're out.
- 42:33Speaker 3: You're out.
- 42:34Speaker 1: You're out. We're still trying to figure out who's going
- 42:35Speaker 1: to go to Disneyland for Halloween. Disneyland Resort, California Adventure Park.
- 42:40Speaker 1: Let's see here. Maggie Ramos. Unfortunately, Maggie, you're out. You're
- 42:45Speaker 1: out of the contest. How many more names? That's four.
- 42:47Speaker 1: I've got to pull seven, right? We've got nine winners.
- 42:51Speaker 1: Let's see here. Lila Dorado. Lila Dorado. Unfortunately, you are
- 42:58Speaker 1: gone also. What is that? That's five names, right? Five
- 43:01Speaker 1: people are gone. We've got two more to pick from,
- 43:06Speaker 1: and then we're down to the final two, and we're
- 43:08Speaker 1: going to get our winners. Michaela, Michaela Solis, unfortunately, you
- 43:14Speaker 1: are out, mija. Sorry, sorry, sorry. Let's see who else
- 43:19Speaker 1: is out. Alexandria Vasquez. Alexandria Vasquez, unfortunately, you are out
- 43:25Speaker 1: of the contest as well. We are down to our
- 43:28Speaker 1: final two names. The next name is going to be
- 43:32Speaker 1: the winner, and we're going to call him, see who's
- 43:34Speaker 1: going to go to Disneyland.
- 43:39Speaker 4: Hi, if you record your name and reason for calling,
- 43:42Speaker 4: I'll see if this person is available.
- 43:46Speaker 1: It's Romeo from Hot 941.
- 43:47Speaker 4: Thanks, Romeo. Please stay on the line.
- 43:56Speaker 1: I never heard that before. Hey, I need to pre-screen
- 44:00Speaker 1: like that. Is this Sarah? This is Sarah. Sarah, what
- 44:03Speaker 1: in the hell was that? You're pre-screening the pre-screen.
- 44:06Speaker 2: How the heck?
- 44:06Speaker 6: What happened?
- 44:07Speaker 1: Just a number popping up.
- 44:09Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 44:09Speaker 2: It's because I get a lot of spam calls. So
- 44:12Speaker 2: the iPhone asked when I got a new phone, like,
- 44:14Speaker 2: we could pre-screen. And it makes people drop their numbers,
- 44:18Speaker 2: like their name.
- 44:19Speaker 1: Hi, this is so-and-so from the doctor's office or whatever.
- 44:21Speaker 2: And if they don't do that, then it doesn't get
- 44:24Speaker 2: to me. And what happens is it actually prevents a
- 44:27Speaker 2: lot of spam callers.
- 44:28Speaker 4: Really?
- 44:29Speaker 1: That is so crazy.
- 44:31Speaker 2: They end up hanging up because they get scared.
- 44:34Speaker 3: Well, I didn't hang up.
- 44:35Speaker 2: They're like, I'm not giving her my name.
- 44:37Speaker 1: Oh, that's hilarious. Well, Sarah, I wanted to tell you, congratulations.
- 44:40Speaker 1: You're going to Disneyland.
- 44:41Speaker 2: Romeo, I've been listening since 5.50 in the morning.
- 44:47Speaker 1: You've been listening since 5.50 this morning?
- 44:50Speaker 4: Yes, because I know you come on at 6.
- 44:53Speaker 3: Oh, gotcha, gotcha, gotcha.
- 44:54Speaker 6: So I said, I don't know what time you're going
- 44:56Speaker 6: to do this.
- 44:58Speaker 4: I'm going to freaking be listening at 5.50.
- 45:01Speaker 1: Well, congratulations, Sarah. You're going to Disneyland. You got California
- 45:04Speaker 1: Adventure and Disneyland Park tickets. So what are we looking at?
- 45:09Speaker 2: Is it a three-day, a two-day?
- 45:10Speaker 5: What is it?
- 45:11Speaker 1: I'm so excited.
- 45:12Speaker 6: I have no idea.
- 45:13Speaker 2: Oh, my God. I want to cry.
- 45:16Speaker 1: Okay, so you've got a two-night stay at one of
- 45:20Speaker 1: the hotels in the Disneyland Resort and four three-day, one-park-per-day tickets.
- 45:26Speaker 2: And do they all have to be used on the
- 45:27Speaker 2: same weekend?
- 45:29Speaker 1: Oh, my God, girl.
- 45:30Speaker 4: Oh, yeah, huh?
- 45:31Speaker 6: You know what?
- 45:31Speaker 1: Plan a weekend to go to Disneyland.
- 45:33Speaker 4: Yay!
- 45:34Speaker 1: Okay, no more questions asked. Sorry.
- 45:36Speaker 2: I'm just so nervous.
- 45:38Speaker 1: Oh, it's quite all right.
- 45:39Speaker 6: I know how it is.
- 45:40Speaker 1: That's very exciting to go to Disneyland. City Land is
- 45:42Speaker 1: going to be a great time. I hope you have
- 45:43Speaker 1: kids to take with you, right?
- 45:45Speaker 3: I do.
- 45:45Speaker 2: I do. I told him I entered to win, and
- 45:48Speaker 2: he's like, did we win, Mom? And I said, I'll
- 45:50Speaker 2: find out Monday.
- 45:51Speaker 1: Well, you better call him and let him know because
- 45:53Speaker 1: you're going, okay?
- 45:54Speaker 3: Thank you. Have a great day.
- 45:56Speaker 4: Romeo, I really appreciate you putting some respect on my name,
- 45:59Speaker 4: letting everybody know I'm Mr. Worldwide.
- 46:02Speaker 2: Okay.
- 46:02Speaker 4: The fair does start on the 23rd through the 4th.
- 46:07Speaker 1: Okay.
- 46:09Speaker 4: And Raider Dave got some tickets for the 27th if
- 46:11Speaker 4: anybody wants to go. I'll give him a couple tickets.
- 46:13Speaker 1: Okay. Late. For those of you that don't know, Raider
- 46:18Speaker 1: Dave's big time, bro. You haven't seen him on.
- 46:23Speaker 2: Anywhere?
- 46:23Speaker 1: The only place you see Raider Dave is that car
- 46:28Speaker 1: show that shows up once a year. Hey, Rome, the
- 46:31Speaker 1: fair starts Wednesday. Are you going to the Kern County
- 46:33Speaker 1: Fair this year, Big R? Um.
- 46:36Speaker 1: Probably go to the fair this year i think i
- 46:38Speaker 1: go every year um yeah i think i went last
- 46:42Speaker 1: year i think i had a great time last year
- 46:43Speaker 1: i went um yeah i'll probably go i'll probably go
- 46:46Speaker 1: what do you got here eight four two five four
- 46:48Speaker 1: seven seven yo rome i didn't see you at village
- 46:52Speaker 1: fest what's up i saw the other guys there um
- 46:56Speaker 1: i don't know i didn't go i stayed at home
- 46:58Speaker 1: to watch texas play i wanted to watch the game
- 47:00Speaker 1: i Went and had lunch, or late, early dinner with
- 47:03Speaker 1: some friends, and then went home to watch football. I didn't, yeah,
- 47:07Speaker 1: so I didn't go to Village Fest. I don't go
- 47:09Speaker 1: to everything. You know, I don't, I don't go to everything.
- 47:13Speaker 1: All right, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. I'll probably go to the fair, though.
- 47:19Speaker 1: It's funny, because I want to talk about, well, it
- 47:21Speaker 1: might have happened. The two things that happen where you
- 47:24Speaker 1: will run into somebody that you ain't seen in forever
- 47:28Speaker 1: is Village Fest and the fair. The two major things
- 47:33Speaker 1: in Bakersfield, gone every year, that if you want somebody
- 47:37Speaker 1: that you weren't looking for, that's where they'll be.
- 47:40Speaker 5: Why?
- 47:41Speaker 1: I have no idea. I know it's kind of funny.
- 47:45Speaker 1: I do want to talk about how many of you
- 47:47Speaker 1: on Saturday night were at Village Fest and ran into
- 47:50Speaker 1: your ex? There was a story I saw earlier today on,
- 47:56Speaker 1: I don't know, some website. It was about... who's the
- 48:00Speaker 1: one dating, uh, what is his name? The Eagles fan.
- 48:04Speaker 1: I can't think of a fan. He was in a
- 48:07Speaker 1: bunch of different movies. Very, very popular guy. I can't
- 48:09Speaker 1: believe I can't remember his name.
- 48:11Speaker 3: Hold on.
- 48:11Speaker 1: I'm trying to look it up right now and see
- 48:12Speaker 1: if I can find the story, but I believe it
- 48:16Speaker 1: was at the U S open. It was, um, gosh,
- 48:20Speaker 1: what was his name? Let me look and see if
- 48:23Speaker 1: I can find it real quick. Like, uh, it's not
- 48:28Speaker 1: coming up. Um, Bradley Cooper, that's his name, Brad Cooper,
- 48:33Speaker 1: and whoever his girlfriend is, I guess. Here it is. Oh, no,
- 48:37Speaker 1: Brad Pitt. I'm sorry. I don't know why I thought
- 48:40Speaker 1: Bradley Cooper. Brad Pitt and girlfriend Inez risk awkward run-in
- 48:45Speaker 1: with her ex-husband, Paul Wesley, and his new wife at U.S.
- 48:50Speaker 5: Open.
- 48:52Speaker 1: If you're showing up somewhere and you run into your
- 48:57Speaker 1: ex-husband and his new wife And you're with Brad Pitt.
- 49:03Speaker 1: How is that an awkward scene for anybody? So when
- 49:07Speaker 1: you run into your ex, is it always awkward when
- 49:09Speaker 1: you run into an ex? I mean, a lot of
- 49:11Speaker 1: times it is. Don't get me wrong. I mean, I
- 49:13Speaker 1: wonder how many people Saturday night were at Village Fest
- 49:17Speaker 1: ran into an ex. Maybe they were with a new girl.
- 49:20Speaker 1: Maybe they weren't. Maybe with a new guy. Maybe they weren't.
- 49:22Speaker 1: I don't know. But you ran into your ex. What happened?
- 49:25Speaker 1: I mean, nowadays, don't you just see your ex online
- 49:27Speaker 1: and crash out? That does it for you? What happened
- 49:31Speaker 1: the last time you ran into an ex? I ran
- 49:34Speaker 1: into an ex once and like I said, I didn't
- 49:37Speaker 1: even recognize her. Had no idea who she was. She
- 49:40Speaker 1: had to tell me who she was and then got
- 49:42Speaker 1: pissed because I didn't remember her.
- 49:43Speaker 3: Hey, what's up, bro?
- 49:45Speaker 5: Hey, what up? I didn't want to call earlier and
- 49:48Speaker 5: change your subject, you know what I mean? I know
- 49:50Speaker 5: you get a little butthurt about that, but, dude, I
- 49:52Speaker 5: want to tell you, we had a blast at Village Fest, bro.
- 49:55Speaker 5: You know, it was such a good time, so much food,
- 49:58Speaker 5: so much drinks, bro. Like, I didn't even have to
- 50:01Speaker 5: hit Jack in the box after that place, bro, so full.
- 50:04Speaker 1: You're talking about changing subjects. You just did, fool.
- 50:07Speaker 5: No, no, but I'm going to tell you, hey, I
- 50:09Speaker 5: didn't run into X wrong, but you know how I coach, man.
- 50:12Speaker 5: I ran into parents out there, and they're like, I
- 50:14Speaker 5: didn't know you drank.
- 50:15Speaker 4: I said, hey, I ain't dead. You know what I mean?
- 50:18Speaker 4: I ain't dead.
- 50:18Speaker 2: I want to party, too. You know what I mean?
- 50:20Speaker 1: You know, the two things you and Raider Dave have
- 50:23Speaker 1: in common, it's the one thing you have in common.
- 50:26Speaker 1: You both know how to call my show and try
- 50:28Speaker 1: to derail everything I'm doing.
- 50:31Speaker 4: Hey, we're talking about Village Fest, Rome.
- 50:33Speaker 1: No, we're not.
- 50:34Speaker 2: I'm not.
- 50:35Speaker 3: You said who.
- 50:36Speaker 5: Ran into your ex at Village Fest.
- 50:38Speaker 4: I didn't run into ex, but I'm telling you I
- 50:39Speaker 4: ran into some parents.
- 50:40Speaker 6: That I go to.
- 50:41Speaker 1: Oh, God. Just, Ruben, go to work.
- 50:44Speaker 3: Rome.
- 50:44Speaker 1: Just go.
- 50:44Speaker 6: But I just got to tell you, I'm human too, bro.
- 50:47Speaker 1: Okay. Yeah, I don't know what that has to do
- 50:50Speaker 1: with what I'm talking about, but okay. All right, Ruben.
- 50:53Speaker 3: All right, Rome.
- 50:54Speaker 4: I see how it is.
- 50:55Speaker 1: Oh, my God. Those are the two things that Raider
- 50:58Speaker 1: Dave and Ruben have in common. They will really try
- 51:03Speaker 1: to bring something up that has nothing to do with
- 51:05Speaker 1: the conversation. And I don't know if they realize it.
- 51:09Speaker 1: I don't know if they think that this is their show.
- 51:12Speaker 1: I don't know if they think that. I mean, I
- 51:14Speaker 1: like them both. And I do let them get their
- 51:17Speaker 1: conversation out. I do. You know, they both bring something
- 51:20Speaker 1: to the table. But, man, they're a pain in the ass.
- 51:25Speaker 1: You know, because both of them will just start talking
- 51:29Speaker 1: about something that has nothing to do with what you're
- 51:32Speaker 1: talking about. You know what I'm saying? All right. 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7. Man,
- 51:38Speaker 1: drives me nuts sometimes.
- 51:43Speaker 4: In my defense, I don't know about Ruben, but basically
- 51:46Speaker 4: in defense, most of the time when I'm off subject,
- 51:49Speaker 4: it's because I wasn't listening prior to it. I was
- 51:52Speaker 4: probably off.
- 51:53Speaker 1: All right, well, there you go. You and Ruben can
- 51:55Speaker 1: get together and not listen together. I just, I can't.
- 51:58Speaker 1: I can't with these clowns anymore, you know?
- 52:01Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 52:02Speaker 1: All right, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. We're talking about running into your ex, okay?
- 52:08Speaker 1: Not what a superstar Raider Dave is, how he gets
- 52:12Speaker 1: royalty checks. Not Ruben and Village Fest, okay? Hey, Roman,
- 52:18Speaker 1: makes my day. It's, what'd you say? Let's see. Hold
- 52:22Speaker 1: on here. Oh, I run into the ex-ex-ex later. It's
- 52:26Speaker 1: remarkable how much time it takes to see me. Hey, Romeo,
- 52:34Speaker 1: completely random question. How do you feel about those people
- 52:38Speaker 1: who bring beer to your house and then take the
- 52:41Speaker 1: rest over? Am I wrong or right? If you take
- 52:45Speaker 1: something to somebody's house and they tell you to take
- 52:48Speaker 1: it back, you need to leave it. Okay?
- 52:55Speaker 5: All right.
- 52:56Speaker 1: You guys. Oh, my gosh. You guys wonder I have
- 52:59Speaker 1: a drinking problem because you guys ask me the stupidest questions.
- 53:02Speaker 1: So the last time, well.
- 53:03Speaker 4: Not like last time I ran into my ex. So
- 53:05Speaker 4: one time we had a visitation with our son.
- 53:09Speaker 1: And I didn't see him for like two months.
- 53:11Speaker 4: He didn't pick him up. He was having his grandpa
- 53:15Speaker 4: pick him up.
- 53:15Speaker 1: Okay.
- 53:17Speaker 4: And then when he finally came and picked him up.
- 53:21Speaker 6: He had a bag and looked like he was 70
- 53:24Speaker 6: years old.
- 53:24Speaker 4: Apparently, he has liver disease.
- 53:27Speaker 1: Your ex?
- 53:28Speaker 6: Yes.
- 53:29Speaker 1: Oh, my God. So, like, I didn't see him for, like.
- 53:33Speaker 4: Two months. And then when I finally, he looked like
- 53:36Speaker 4: a 70-year-old man.
- 53:36Speaker 2: Wow.
- 53:37Speaker 4: John did skin.
- 53:39Speaker 1: He had a bag on the side, you know, can
- 53:42Speaker 1: go to the bathroom or whatever.
- 53:43Speaker 5: Oh, my God.
- 53:44Speaker 1: Hey, let me ask you this. Were you nice to
- 53:46Speaker 1: him when you saw him? I don't know. Damn, that
- 53:55Speaker 1: was cold, but okay.
- 53:58Speaker 4: Oh, that's so great.
- 54:04Speaker 1: Oh, that's awesome. That's great. That's awesome. All right. Thanks
- 54:08Speaker 1: for calling. All right.
- 54:13Speaker 4: Wow.
- 54:16Speaker 1: I do got to tell you a funny story though.
- 54:17Speaker 1: One time, this poor guy, So a buddy of mine,
- 54:22Speaker 1: he's kind of an arrogant jackass. He was one of
- 54:27Speaker 1: these guys that worked out a lot in shape. Still,
- 54:29Speaker 1: he's actually still in great shape, but he was his
- 54:31Speaker 1: wife and his wife had put on some weight. She
- 54:35Speaker 1: had a couple of kids had put on some weight
- 54:38Speaker 1: and he kept telling her to lose weight, like literally
- 54:40Speaker 1: kind of being, you know, arrogant about it, not really
- 54:43Speaker 1: helping her. but telling her because he was a fit person.
- 54:48Speaker 1: And instead of being supportive of his wife, when she had, because,
- 54:52Speaker 1: you know, women have kids, sometimes it's a struggle to
- 54:55Speaker 1: get back into shape. And she was in phenomenal shape before.
- 55:00Speaker 1: So he would kind of degrade her, you know, wasn't
- 55:03Speaker 1: really on her side. Finally, he ended up cheating on her.
- 55:08Speaker 1: And so, of course, she left, took the kids and
- 55:12Speaker 1: And we saw her about a year later. Him and
- 55:14Speaker 1: I were out and about, and she walked into the restaurant.
- 55:18Speaker 1: We were at a bar and grill. She walked in, right?
- 55:22Speaker 1: And she looked just smoking hot. I mean, she must
- 55:28Speaker 1: have did whatever she had to to get back into shape.
- 55:32Speaker 1: And this guy was so upset. I thought he was
- 55:35Speaker 1: going to break down and cry because she was smoking hot.
- 55:39Speaker 1: She was smoking hot to begin with, But she went
- 55:42Speaker 1: through something, and I get it. So then, you know,
- 55:48Speaker 1: instead of supporting her, he just dumped her or cheated
- 55:50Speaker 1: on her. She got smoking hot again, and this guy,
- 55:54Speaker 1: you could just see his whole world drop when he
- 55:56Speaker 1: saw her again. Man, you could have had it, bro.
- 56:00Speaker 1: You just had to be more supportive, I guess.
- 56:03Speaker 3: Well, you know what? I'm going to tell you, you
- 56:04Speaker 3: can see your exes at funerals, too, because my oldest brother...
- 56:11Speaker 3: He had come down for a funeral, and there was
- 56:14Speaker 3: a girl that he used to go around with a
- 56:16Speaker 3: long time ago. And he goes, oh, my God, you
- 56:19Speaker 3: see that girl in the wheelchair? And I go, yeah.
- 56:21Speaker 4: He goes, she's as old as me. He goes, that
- 56:24Speaker 4: was my first girlfriend.
- 56:25Speaker 3: He goes, and she cut it off with me and
- 56:28Speaker 3: went with somebody else. He goes, now look at her.
- 56:30Speaker 6: And I go, oh, my God, dude.
- 56:33Speaker 1: Wait, why did she show up? Whose funeral was it?
- 56:36Speaker 3: It was one of my cousins.
- 56:37Speaker 1: Why did she show up at his family's funeral?
- 56:41Speaker 3: Because they were friends.
- 56:42Speaker 4: They had went to high school together, so they were friends.
- 56:45Speaker 1: Because I've seen that happen before. I've seen a buddy
- 56:51Speaker 1: of mine, he got divorced, and about almost 10 years later,
- 56:56Speaker 1: his father passes away. And his ex-wife shows up at
- 56:59Speaker 1: the funeral. And we're like, what in the hell are
- 57:01Speaker 1: you doing here? Nobody wanted you here. She just showed up.
- 57:03Speaker 1: She just showed up.
- 57:05Speaker 3: She just showed up. She thought she was going to
- 57:07Speaker 3: get something from the wheel.
- 57:10Speaker 1: I don't know. But now that you mention that, you're
- 57:13Speaker 1: absolutely right, Gilly.
- 57:14Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 57:15Speaker 3: And then he proceeded when he went back home. He
- 57:20Speaker 3: sent me a picture. He goes, this is the way
- 57:22Speaker 3: she used to look. I go, who? He goes, that girl, Joanne,
- 57:24Speaker 3: the one that was in the wheelchair. I said, my God, dude.
- 57:28Speaker 2: You know?
- 57:29Speaker 3: And it was a big difference. Wow. He goes, see,
- 57:33Speaker 3: if she would have ended up with me and stayed
- 57:34Speaker 3: with me instead of that clown, she would be upright.
- 57:38Speaker 1: Oh, my God. Good thing he's not holding any bitterness back.
- 57:43Speaker 1: My gosh. But, yeah, that's crazy. You're right about that.
- 57:48Speaker 1: For some reason, exes will show up at a funeral
- 57:50Speaker 1: they have no business being at, thinking they're doing the
- 57:53Speaker 1: right thing? That's strange. Already 4-2-5-4, 7-7. Relax. Romeo, I.
- 58:00Speaker 4: Ran into my ex a few years back, and she
- 58:02Speaker 4: looked beat up, Romeo.
- 58:03Speaker 6: Okay.
- 58:06Speaker 4: I don't know if it's because I've always tried to upgrade,
- 58:09Speaker 4: and that's what your frank should have done. Upgrade, don't
- 58:12Speaker 4: ever downgrade, because you might regret it when you see them,
- 58:14Speaker 4: and they're hot.
- 58:16Speaker 3: But.
- 58:17Speaker 4: And... I don't have a big body count like Romeo. Romeo,
- 58:20Speaker 4: you don't even remember the women you slept with?
- 58:25Speaker 1: No, I don't remember a lot. I couldn't even tell you.
- 58:27Speaker 1: I could tell you about maybe... I've forgotten a few exes, absolutely.
- 58:33Speaker 4: You've got to pop your collar, Romeo. You're a pimp.
- 58:35Speaker 1: No, I just have a bad memory.
- 58:38Speaker 4: Raider Dave, I can count them like on one hand.
- 58:43Speaker 4: I love long and hard, so there's not a lot
- 58:45Speaker 4: of women out there that can say they're my ex.
- 58:48Speaker 4: But the ones that are, they're sad. They're missing Raider Dave.
- 58:51Speaker 4: I know they are. I know you guys are listening.
- 58:54Speaker 4: You're lost.
- 58:57Speaker 1: Well, there you go, man. Not only is Raider Dave worldwide,
- 59:02Speaker 1: there are women out there upset that they're not with
- 59:05Speaker 1: him anymore. Raider Dave's just living another level. He's on
- 59:09Speaker 1: an living another life in Bakersfield than we are. He's
- 59:12Speaker 1: on another level. Yeah. Let me see here what you got. Hey, Rome,
- 59:18Speaker 1: dude ain't lying. I seen the ex love of my life,
- 59:20Speaker 1: two funerals. And the last one I think cried more
- 59:24Speaker 1: seeing her because how good she looked. And we still
- 59:28Speaker 1: had that chemistry had too much, but too much life.
- 59:32Speaker 1: It happened to both of us to give us a shot.
- 59:36Speaker 1: Problem was we just stayed friends the whole time, even
- 59:40Speaker 1: though we both had huge crushes on each other. And
- 59:45Speaker 1: I know for a fact because her mom told me
- 59:48Speaker 1: when I was like 17, we just kind of kept
- 59:51Speaker 1: it from each other. Okay.
- 59:53Speaker 4: All right.
- 59:53Speaker 1: Yeah, how's it going on?
- 59:57Speaker 2: Romeo, what it do, man?
- 59:59Speaker 1: Everything's good, brother.
- 1:00:00Speaker 5: What's up?
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: Saw her that Raider Dave's giving away some tickets.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: Raider Dave's a superstar, bro. You should go listen to
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: his show. And follow him.
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: I know Raider Dave.
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: You know, we've been wrapped together, you know?
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: Be Caller 8 with Raider Dave, and he'll hook you
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: up with some tickets.
- 1:00:21Speaker 6: Caller 8?
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: Are you serious?
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: I have no idea what the hell Raider Dave's doing.
- 1:00:26Speaker 6: All right, tell him how we got to get it.
- 1:00:28Speaker 5: Let me know, because if it's up to Ferret, if
- 1:00:31Speaker 5: nothing else, that's a trip to the Ferret.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: All right, I'll ask him.
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: All right.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: Later, man. Hey, Rome, can you please give Raider Dave
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: a limit to calling? I'm trying to enjoy the day.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, a lot of you guys don't like
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: Raider Dave and Ruben calling all the time. Here's Ruben
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: texting right now. Hey, Rome, too much info. He likes it. Yeah, see,
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: I just... You're right, but I try. I try to
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: accommodate all of you. I am not.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: This show is built around all of you guys participating,
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: all right? So I really do... Let you guys say,
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: and I read all your text messages because that's what
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: the show was built on. You and I doing it together, right?
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: But sometimes you got to hang up on these morons.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: Sometimes they're just morons, you know? I mean, I don't know.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: Raider Dave's far bigger star than I am. I don't
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: know why he keeps calling. Yo, Rome, Dirty Dave is
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: a stalker. I would say he needs therapy. How can
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: you get hung up on and call back within a
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: few minutes? What a loser. Somebody asked me that, by
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: the way. They said, Rome, you keep hanging up on
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: these people. Don't you worry they're not going to listen
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: or participate in your show anymore. And I'm like, no,
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: I don't worry about it. I mean, what do you
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: want me to do, man? You know, sometimes you got
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: to tell some people to shut up because they're just
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: saying stupid things. So if they don't listen anymore, what
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: do you want me to do? I don't care. R-84-254-727.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: Romeo in the morning. Every morning.
- 1:02:09Speaker 6: 94.1.
