The Best Career Advice for Engineering Students
Nobody's coming to hand you the perfect opportunity — the move is to build it yourself. In this clip we get into how.
Malcolm, Thomas, and guest Jayson Johnson talk through the advice every engineering student needs to hear early: chase the work you're actually passionate about, take real risks while you're in college and can afford to, and don't wait around for the right door to open — make your own. They get into why versatility beats boxing yourself into one lane, and how passion-driven projects end up teaching you more than any single job title ever could.
