- 5:18Speaker 2: her up, get her in the studio. All right, all right,
- 5:26Speaker 2: all right. I don't know what's going on with this
- 5:31Speaker 2: technology tonight, but you know what, we don't stop. We
- 5:35Speaker 2: don't stop.
- 5:36Speaker 3: Hey, how are you?
- 5:38Speaker 2: It was like I didn't want you to come in
- 5:39Speaker 2: the studio.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Was a liar. We ain't claiming him tonight, not at all,
- 5:44Speaker 3: not at all.
- 5:46Speaker 2: He was just being a little messed. But they know,
- 5:48Speaker 2: we don't stop. We keep pressing, and we keep pressing.
- 5:52Speaker 2: That's what we do. So hello, how are you?
- 5:56Speaker 3: I am also a wonderful thank you so much for
- 5:59Speaker 3: this opportunity of sharing this time with you. I really
- 6:01Speaker 3: really appreciate you, appreciate you actually in all that you do.
- 6:06Speaker 3: I just want to say to you from my heart
- 6:09Speaker 3: to yours that I am so I am very very
- 6:11Speaker 3: grateful to First of go to the Lord, my Lord
- 6:14Speaker 3: Jesus Christ above for the opportunities that you you you
- 6:18Speaker 3: persevere and give others right and give up yourself. But
- 6:21Speaker 3: I want to I also thank him for you singing
- 6:24Speaker 3: yes and obeying right, being obedient to the call that's
- 6:29Speaker 3: on your life. Because Queen Angela, you definitely have a calling.
- 6:32Speaker 3: You had you on my mind today and I was
- 6:35Speaker 3: just saying to myself and I actually I was talking
- 6:36Speaker 3: to my mother about you today and I said, I
- 6:39Speaker 3: don't know how she do what she do. I said, Ma,
- 6:42Speaker 3: if you follow her, how does she do all these
- 6:44Speaker 3: things by herself? And I had to realize that ain't
- 6:46Speaker 3: nothing but God. So that is definitely your gift. This
- 6:49Speaker 3: is definitely your calling that you're operating in. You know
- 6:52Speaker 3: what I'm saying. So you definitely you're definitely on the
- 6:56Speaker 3: throne right there there, right there with God. You know,
- 6:58Speaker 3: He's definitely pushing you and give you the strength to
- 7:01Speaker 3: do everything that you do. And I from my heart,
- 7:03Speaker 3: like I said to yours, I appreciate you for that.
- 7:06Speaker 3: I really do.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Amen. Amen, Amen, And I thank you for that because
- 7:13Speaker 2: it is nothing but God. And I often tell people,
- 7:17Speaker 2: you know, I do not work unto man. I work
- 7:21Speaker 2: unto the Lord. So therefore I have no expectations from
- 7:25Speaker 2: man because I know that it comes from above. So
- 7:30Speaker 2: that's why I do what I do. And that's how
- 7:32Speaker 2: I'm able to do what I do because I know
- 7:35Speaker 2: it's not by my strength because who am I? You know,
- 7:39Speaker 2: I have no power I couldn't do this, so I
- 7:44Speaker 2: know that it is He that operates within me. So yeah,
- 7:50Speaker 2: I'm grateful, and I'm grateful that He allowed me to
- 7:52Speaker 2: be in the midst of great people that make it
- 7:55Speaker 2: so easy, that make it seem so easy.
- 7:58Speaker 3: So it's all Him, it is, it is and I
- 8:05Speaker 3: And I also want to say to you that you know,
- 8:08Speaker 3: like the word tellers, you know many a call, but
- 8:10Speaker 3: few are chosen. And I'm gonna tell you may be
- 8:13Speaker 3: operating your calling, but you was chosen for this. So
- 8:16Speaker 3: that's why you do what you do. And that's why
- 8:18Speaker 3: you're able to do what you do by his unchanging hands,
- 8:21Speaker 3: you know, because he's holding order you. I tell you
- 8:24Speaker 3: because like I said, I look at what you do
- 8:27Speaker 3: woo And I said Lord, And I said, b she
- 8:29Speaker 3: doesn't have anybody operating this with her but the Lord himself.
- 8:33Speaker 3: She don't have a bunch of assistants and workers and
- 8:35Speaker 3: this and this and that. She may get some help
- 8:37Speaker 3: here and there, but I do know you do this
- 8:40Speaker 3: with your own hands, you know, you know, so you're
- 8:44Speaker 3: definitely operating in the Lord's calling and being chosen to
- 8:50Speaker 3: do what you need to do on this earth. And
- 8:52Speaker 3: walking in your purpose. I mean, that's that's all I
- 8:55Speaker 3: can say.
- 8:57Speaker 2: Man, that's how I want to get them. And I
- 9:01Speaker 2: wanted to be an outlet so that others can, you know,
- 9:06Speaker 2: share his goodness. You know. It's it's with me. It's
- 9:08Speaker 2: all about him, you know. And when I first started
- 9:11Speaker 2: doing all of this, I used to tell people. When
- 9:14Speaker 2: I first started a LAC and people used to come
- 9:17Speaker 2: online on whatever I was doing, and they would say,
- 9:20Speaker 2: ask me questions or whatever. It was always it's more
- 9:24Speaker 2: than books. It's not about books. And God just begin
- 9:28Speaker 2: to show me that because when I started going live
- 9:32Speaker 2: and started doing live, it just like I would have
- 9:35Speaker 2: an outline of questions that I was gonna ask people,
- 9:38Speaker 2: and He would just change everything. So that's why I
- 9:41Speaker 2: stopped with the questions. I stopped with having to sending
- 9:46Speaker 2: people questions because they'll have their mindset to answer these questions.
- 9:50Speaker 2: And then God's gonna take me a whole nother direction.
- 9:54Speaker 3: Like he it's like, just.
- 9:56Speaker 2: Listen to them, He tell me, just listen to them.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Here they have to say, and I'm gonna give you
- 10:02Speaker 2: what to stay back so you don't have to have
- 10:04Speaker 2: the questions. He said, It's about relationship. It's about having conversations.
- 10:09Speaker 2: So it's about us having a conversation. We get to
- 10:11Speaker 2: know each other and we have those conversations. So I
- 10:14Speaker 2: want to make people comfortable. I want people to feel like,
- 10:18Speaker 2: you know, they they're at home with a friend, a sister,
- 10:23Speaker 2: somebody that they can relate to. So that that's how
- 10:27Speaker 2: I got here. And I thank you for that because
- 10:31Speaker 2: sometimes we need we we we need that confirmation, right,
- 10:36Speaker 2: and that was just confirmation on today. You know, God
- 10:40Speaker 2: just he'll send you a reminder, He'll he'll send you
- 10:43Speaker 2: someone to remind you of that that you already know
- 10:46Speaker 2: that He's placed in you. But sometimes we allow all
- 10:51Speaker 2: flesh to rise up and then sometimes we just need
- 10:55Speaker 2: you know that that that that spirit man to come
- 10:57Speaker 2: in and say, hey, connect with Joe, spirit man and
- 11:01Speaker 2: connect with you, and then it goes down because sometimes
- 11:04Speaker 2: you know, you wonder if what you're doing, if it's
- 11:08Speaker 2: making a difference it, do it really matter? Do do
- 11:11Speaker 2: people really care? You know, it is not funny that
- 11:16Speaker 2: you say that, because even on the end of last week,
- 11:20Speaker 2: I was even I was having second thoughts about the
- 11:23Speaker 2: one hundred out the movement. I was really wondering you know, God,
- 11:28Speaker 2: is this really what you want me to do? Because
- 11:30Speaker 2: it's not. It's like the more I try to pour,
- 11:33Speaker 2: it's like nobody is. Nobody is grabbing what I'm giving,
- 11:38Speaker 2: just like it's valuable stuff, stuff that can help you,
- 11:41Speaker 2: stuff that you know, and and it's free. I'm not
- 11:44Speaker 2: charging you for it. And it's just like people just
- 11:49Speaker 2: looking at it and it's just being looked at and
- 11:52Speaker 2: nobody is utilizing it, right, and it just hurts my
- 11:56Speaker 2: It's sad. I'm not going to say it hurts my heart.
- 11:58Speaker 2: It saddens my heart that you present this right there
- 12:02Speaker 2: in front of them and they won't take advantage of.
- 12:04Speaker 3: It like you have it.
- 12:06Speaker 2: It's right here, Just step out and do it. Like
- 12:10Speaker 2: I'm not gonna tell you something that I haven't done, right,
- 12:14Speaker 2: Like I'm trying to give you things that work for
- 12:17Speaker 2: some of us that we know work, you know. Right now,
- 12:21Speaker 2: I'm using stuff that I just learned this class. I
- 12:27Speaker 2: just got my NBA, So I'm trying to utilize some
- 12:31Speaker 2: of these things that I've learned over these last two
- 12:33Speaker 2: years of trying to get this this degree. So I
- 12:39Speaker 2: feel like if they say on paper that I know
- 12:42Speaker 2: what I'm doing. Then let me help you.
- 12:45Speaker 3: Right, that's right, let me help you.
- 12:48Speaker 2: I graduated soon.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Cool?
- 12:51Speaker 2: Yeah again, but enough about me, that's all right. You
- 13:03Speaker 2: So you are someone I think we've been knowing each
- 13:06Speaker 2: other about a year, yes, maybe a little over a year,
- 13:10Speaker 2: and you are someone that need to be writing. I'm like,
- 13:18Speaker 2: she needs to be writing, she needs to be getting
- 13:20Speaker 2: that stuff out. But you have, you have, you have
- 13:25Speaker 2: written in some of my collaboration projects. So you have
- 13:28Speaker 2: been getting it out. But it's time.
- 13:32Speaker 3: Yeah, you're right, You're right. And God, I've gotten those confirmations,
- 13:38Speaker 3: even from my bishop. You know, he didn't know exactly
- 13:41Speaker 3: what was going on, but it was He told me
- 13:43Speaker 3: it was time to move forward. You know, people tell
- 13:46Speaker 3: me it's God is telling me move move for it.
- 13:50Speaker 3: And you know sometime we we Christmas. What does that mean?
- 13:52Speaker 3: It's simple, I know what's going on in my life.
- 13:55Speaker 3: I know what I need to be doing, and it's
- 13:56Speaker 3: just God needs to be pushing for it. Because God
- 13:59Speaker 3: is not going to give me and give me these gifts.
- 14:02Speaker 3: He's not gonna put me through the trials and tribulations
- 14:04Speaker 3: and have me overcome them to a degree to where
- 14:07Speaker 3: I can't help nobody else and me feel like I'm
- 14:11Speaker 3: less than or that I can't help that person. When
- 14:14Speaker 3: I had to realize that, you know, me being chosen
- 14:17Speaker 3: to do what I do is because God saw it
- 14:21Speaker 3: in me. You know. God wouldn't have put it in me.
- 14:23Speaker 3: God wouldn't have chosen me if he didn't think that
- 14:25Speaker 3: I can handle it. He's not gonna have me go
- 14:27Speaker 3: out there and put things out there or speak or share,
- 14:32Speaker 3: you know, my testimonies and look like a fool, you
- 14:36Speaker 3: know what I mean. I had to, you know, but
- 14:37Speaker 3: this is sometimes how the enemy, you know, works, And
- 14:43Speaker 3: I had to, you know, and I'm still fighting. I
- 14:45Speaker 3: could be authentic. I'm still fighting through that because I
- 14:49Speaker 3: do feel that it is a true calling all my life,
- 14:53Speaker 3: that saying does not want to come the past, and
- 14:59Speaker 3: just having these opportunities, I had to realize, like, these
- 15:03Speaker 3: opportunities are opportunities for you to help somebody else. You
- 15:06Speaker 3: cannot do for other people, and you cannot share by
- 15:12Speaker 3: holding it in. It's not for me. That's what I
- 15:16Speaker 3: had to realize, that what I do, and even what
- 15:19Speaker 3: you do, it's not for us.
- 15:21Speaker 2: We wasn't put on.
- 15:21Speaker 3: Here for the purpose to serve for us we was
- 15:25Speaker 3: put on there. You know, I do nobody no service.
- 15:27Speaker 3: I do them with disservice by not sharing my life,
- 15:31Speaker 3: sharing my testimony, sharing my brand, sharing what I do
- 15:34Speaker 3: with other people when I know that they can practically
- 15:36Speaker 3: and perhaps save somebody's life. I'm actually I feel that
- 15:41Speaker 3: I'm I had to keep this in my mind, that
- 15:43Speaker 3: I'm helping someone else commit emotional and spiritually suicide by
- 15:49Speaker 3: not sharing what God has given me, because what I
- 15:54Speaker 3: have could save some what I say tonight, or what
- 15:57Speaker 3: I have said, or what somebody has read. If I
- 16:00Speaker 3: don't put it out there, how they're gonna read it
- 16:01Speaker 3: in order to have their life changed and experienced transformation
- 16:07Speaker 3: exactly exactly.
- 16:10Speaker 2: And I remember us having a conversation and you was
- 16:12Speaker 2: telling me how you suffer with lupus and how when
- 16:18Speaker 2: you went to the doctor, they there was no evidence,
- 16:21Speaker 2: like they if the doctor said, if he did not
- 16:24Speaker 2: know you had lucas, he would not have believed that
- 16:26Speaker 2: you suffered from lucas, you know. And I'm just like,
- 16:29Speaker 2: I'm just I'm like, you know, people need to hear that.
- 16:33Speaker 2: People need to hear that, because I know plenty of
- 16:37Speaker 2: people that suffer with lupis matter. In fact, my niece
- 16:41Speaker 2: suffered with lucas. And I know people that suffer with lupus,
- 16:45Speaker 2: and some of them they they have doubts. They they
- 16:49Speaker 2: they they listen to all the things that the doctor saying.
- 16:53Speaker 2: They as different things. Like my niece, she she just
- 16:59Speaker 2: she and she won't try. And and and I me
- 17:03Speaker 2: and my me and my sister, we get so aggravated
- 17:05Speaker 2: sometimes because like I want her to get up. My
- 17:07Speaker 2: kniece has gained so much weight and weight go up
- 17:10Speaker 2: and down, all the different medications or whatever. And I
- 17:15Speaker 2: to me, every time I see her, I just I
- 17:18Speaker 2: feel like she's just in so much pain. And it
- 17:21Speaker 2: just hurts me because she's hurting and I see her hurt,
- 17:26Speaker 2: and whenever I talk to her, it's her her son
- 17:30Speaker 2: with he he said, Mama's not feeling good today. She's
- 17:34Speaker 2: laying down. It's always she's laying down, you know. And
- 17:38Speaker 2: she's like, I'm trying to help take care of mama today,
- 17:41Speaker 2: you know. And I'm like, wow, that's not uh me
- 17:45Speaker 2: a child should have to live. I'm definitely waiting for
- 17:51Speaker 2: that book to come out, because you're gonna bless a
- 17:53Speaker 2: lot of people when you share about you know, when
- 17:56Speaker 2: you share about your condition, when you share about you know,
- 18:00Speaker 2: how you're living with lupas and how you're still able
- 18:02Speaker 2: to get out and do all of the stuff that
- 18:04Speaker 2: you're doing. And you know, and I tell people, and
- 18:07Speaker 2: it's a lot of us that we don't look like
- 18:08Speaker 2: what we go through. We don't look like what we've
- 18:10Speaker 2: been through. We don't look like none of that stuff.
- 18:12Speaker 2: But I tell people all the time, you know, it
- 18:15Speaker 2: took all of that to make us look like what
- 18:18Speaker 2: we look like though.
- 18:20Speaker 3: That's right, that's right. The struggle, the pain, you know,
- 18:24Speaker 3: and a lot of times, you know, I was diagnosed.
- 18:26Speaker 3: I'm fifty four now. I was diagnosed with lupus a
- 18:29Speaker 3: year after my daughter was born. So just imagine that
- 18:33Speaker 3: year after my daughter born. Here it is, I'm told
- 18:37Speaker 3: I have lupus. And first of all, when I was
- 18:39Speaker 3: told and diagnosed, you know, a whole year after I
- 18:42Speaker 3: suffered the way I did with the pain, because I
- 18:44Speaker 3: was like a walking they just couldn't understand what was
- 18:49Speaker 3: wrong with me. You know, I would blow up in
- 18:51Speaker 3: the face. Mine would happen more in the face, and
- 18:55Speaker 3: it was more physical with the chronic pain. They just
- 18:57Speaker 3: could not understand what was wrong with me, and I
- 19:00Speaker 3: was diagnosed with through a rash they call the butterfly rash.
- 19:04Speaker 3: It was a rash that would happen around the nose
- 19:07Speaker 3: and it was in the shape of a like a butterfly,
- 19:10Speaker 3: and they took a piece of it. My grandmother, maternal grandmother,
- 19:14Speaker 3: is diagnosed with it, and also my aunt. You know,
- 19:17Speaker 3: neither one of them is with us at this time,
- 19:20Speaker 3: but I'm the one standing with it right now. And
- 19:24Speaker 3: the fact that I could, you know, I like to
- 19:27Speaker 3: show people. I like to show my family that loopis
- 19:31Speaker 3: is not me. I don't have to I have to diagnosis,
- 19:35Speaker 3: but it doesn't define who I am. But at the beginning,
- 19:38Speaker 3: it wasn't always like that, and me feeling and me
- 19:40Speaker 3: knowing that at the beginning when I was diagnosed, I
- 19:42Speaker 3: was a hot mess.
- 19:43Speaker 2: I was.
- 19:44Speaker 3: I was emotionally destroyed, overwhelmed because I had a one
- 19:48Speaker 3: year old to raise, and the fact that the doctor
- 19:53Speaker 3: at that time, nineteen ninety nineteen ninety one, they didn't
- 19:55Speaker 3: know pretty much how to deal with loops, what to
- 19:58Speaker 3: do to smack us with some print the zone and
- 20:01Speaker 3: that was it. You know, That's probably why maybe your
- 20:04Speaker 3: niece is blowing up, you know, and gaining the weight
- 20:08Speaker 3: on and off, because that's what happened with me. When
- 20:10Speaker 3: I get on it, I would blow up. Then when
- 20:12Speaker 3: I get off, I'm losing, you know. So it was
- 20:15Speaker 3: an emotional trauma when my body with life me raising mentally,
- 20:20Speaker 3: you know, I've been off. I was on fourteen medications
- 20:24Speaker 3: at one time, between LOOPIS and mental health. And I
- 20:29Speaker 3: believe all this had to do with me thinking that
- 20:31Speaker 3: LOOPIS was going to be the rest of my life
- 20:33Speaker 3: and I had to live my life through LOOPIS. So
- 20:37Speaker 3: the pain I felt every day, I had to look
- 20:40Speaker 3: forward to that pain. That's how I was living. And
- 20:42Speaker 3: just imagine having a doctor come in the room to
- 20:45Speaker 3: tell you the diagnosis and he said to me that, yeah,
- 20:48Speaker 3: you have LOOPIS. He told that to me like he
- 20:50Speaker 3: was telling me that, you know, maybe I had a cold.
- 20:52Speaker 3: He said, yeah, you diagnosed with lupis. And I just
- 20:55Speaker 3: want to let you know that the Loopis lifespan is
- 20:58Speaker 3: ten years. So I had to I had to internalize that,
- 21:06Speaker 3: and I had to realize why so many years I
- 21:11Speaker 3: felt that I was gonna die, I was gonna be
- 21:14Speaker 3: taken from this earth from LOOPIS. At age forty. I
- 21:18Speaker 3: didn't realize that until maybe a few years ago, of
- 21:20Speaker 3: what was internalized the way he told me what he
- 21:25Speaker 3: told me, you had no reason to say to me,
- 21:28Speaker 3: You had no reason to even give me that information, period.
- 21:31Speaker 3: And I internalized that, and I lived a lot of
- 21:34Speaker 3: my life thinking I was gonna die at forty. So
- 21:37Speaker 3: just just imagine, just imagine. And I had a one
- 21:42Speaker 3: year old to raise. My daughter was one year old,
- 21:44Speaker 3: you know when I diagnosed. And at seven, you know,
- 21:48Speaker 3: my daughter was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. At the time,
- 21:51Speaker 3: they call it juvenile rheumatory arthritis. So now here I
- 21:56Speaker 3: am battling loopis. But at the same time I had
- 21:59Speaker 3: to suppressed put that on the backbone burner, because I
- 22:02Speaker 3: had to raise a child that I had to watch
- 22:04Speaker 3: go through adult medication and chronic pain that I could
- 22:08Speaker 3: do nothing about. I always had my my spirituality, but
- 22:14Speaker 3: I was operating in the lawd like that at that age.
- 22:17Speaker 3: I just took from my mother's and you know, the
- 22:21Speaker 3: people in my family that were you know, saved, and
- 22:26Speaker 3: you know I had I went on with. I went
- 22:29Speaker 3: on them, I went on with they perceived God to
- 22:32Speaker 3: be So that kept me you know, strengthened, and I
- 22:35Speaker 3: know I was prayed over, so I was able to
- 22:38Speaker 3: kind of overcome those challenges. But just imagine, this is
- 22:42Speaker 3: why I think I'm so passionate about the caregivers, the parents,
- 22:49Speaker 3: you know who who are sick themselves to chronic illness,
- 22:52Speaker 3: going through the chronic illness, and also at the same
- 22:54Speaker 3: time raising another child with chronic illness all meant to challenges.
- 23:01Speaker 3: You know, my daughter was a miracle baby. I always
- 23:04Speaker 3: call it that she was a miracle baby because I
- 23:06Speaker 3: said that I have day by men and doctors, I
- 23:09Speaker 3: shouldn't have had no baby while I was suffering with lupis,
- 23:13Speaker 3: but I wasn't diagnosed until after I had her. So
- 23:16Speaker 3: what happened was I already had the loopis was operating
- 23:19Speaker 3: in my body, but once I had her, the struggle
- 23:22Speaker 3: of that and the different things that I went through
- 23:24Speaker 3: and my body changing. Actually you know, it showed up,
- 23:29Speaker 3: you know as the loopist and then it and then
- 23:33Speaker 3: ten years later the same thing with my son. I
- 23:36Speaker 3: had to suppress the loopis again. And mind you, I'm
- 23:38Speaker 3: still on all these medications. I'm still going through the pain.
- 23:41Speaker 3: I'm still going through. I had to raise my son
- 23:44Speaker 3: who was diagnosed when he was seven. I said, I
- 23:46Speaker 3: don't know what it is. Lord, God, you have me
- 23:48Speaker 3: with the Sevens, with ADHD. You know, later to find
- 23:52Speaker 3: out that I suffered for the simples you know as well.
- 23:55Speaker 2: So this is why you.
- 23:56Speaker 3: Know I find in my lifetime. I had to sit
- 24:00Speaker 3: back and say, well, okay, Lord, what am I to
- 24:02Speaker 3: do with all of this? You know, what did you
- 24:05Speaker 3: do for me? I had to sit back and say,
- 24:07Speaker 3: the Lord saved me from a lot of emotional distress.
- 24:10Speaker 3: You know, he healed me a lot emotionally, you know,
- 24:14Speaker 3: because I could. I felt like I was going to
- 24:18Speaker 3: lose my mind, but I did not, you know, suicidal idiation.
- 24:23Speaker 3: You know, I can look back on all of that.
- 24:26Speaker 3: You know. I'm also I guess you would call it
- 24:30Speaker 3: a sexual assault survivor. You know, I experienced that for
- 24:34Speaker 3: somebody I trusted. So all of this and here I
- 24:39Speaker 3: am today and a lot of it, Like you said, Angela,
- 24:44Speaker 3: people don't know. And it's like, God, is why you're
- 24:47Speaker 3: not telling this story? You know why you're not telling
- 24:51Speaker 3: these stories? Right? These are all a part of you
- 24:54Speaker 3: that people could use. Because I allow people to tell
- 24:56Speaker 3: me that it's too much. It's a lot. You can't
- 25:02Speaker 3: talk about all that. You got to stick to one thing.
- 25:05Speaker 3: So I got stuck in that. I think that's what
- 25:08Speaker 3: it was too. It's like, Okay, what do I talk about?
- 25:11Speaker 3: I talk about all of that?
- 25:13Speaker 2: Yeah, you talk about all of that because all of
- 25:15Speaker 2: that is you like, you know, people wonder why I
- 25:19Speaker 2: never wrote a memoir because it's so much. If in
- 25:28Speaker 2: these one hundred I tell people, if you want a memoir,
- 25:31Speaker 2: go pick up some of these one hundred and thirty
- 25:33Speaker 2: one pieces of work I got out here. You can
- 25:35Speaker 2: find out a little bit about me and every piece
- 25:38Speaker 2: of it because it's a piece of me and all
- 25:40Speaker 2: of them. So you learn bits and pieces here and there.
- 25:44Speaker 2: But along the way, you get a story of who
- 25:47Speaker 2: I am. So it's never too much. You can put
- 25:50Speaker 2: it all over the place, you can put it in.
- 25:53Speaker 2: It's so many different formats, so many different ways. But
- 25:57Speaker 2: you have a journey that so many people need and
- 26:02Speaker 2: want to hear. We often have that. Don't nobody want
- 26:06Speaker 2: to hear that? That that made them EMPs wanted, Yeah,
- 26:11Speaker 2: that be them. Imps wanted to tap into what they know.
- 26:14Speaker 2: God is already placed on the inside of it. But
- 26:16Speaker 2: They can't stop that because he's gonna continue to place you.
- 26:21Speaker 2: He gonna bring you if you if you want to
- 26:24Speaker 2: to to to deny it. He gonna put you in
- 26:27Speaker 2: the presence of people that's gonna pull it about you,
- 26:31Speaker 2: and you're gonna be forced. Like my friend, my my,
- 26:35Speaker 2: my prayer best Snaria in her for five years, we're
- 26:40Speaker 2: gonna do that book. We're gonna do that book. So
- 26:41Speaker 2: she designed that she was gonna do the book in January.
- 26:46Speaker 2: We had a release party last weekend.
- 26:49Speaker 3: Okay, okay, yeah, I think I saw it on social media.
- 26:53Speaker 3: That was beautiful.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Yes, So it took it took him innute, but it
- 26:57Speaker 2: took her five years. But when when God spoke to
- 27:01Speaker 2: her and told her now it's time, did she move?
- 27:05Speaker 3: She moved Yep. She moved yep.
- 27:07Speaker 2: And it didn't take long. It didn't take long.
- 27:10Speaker 3: Once you get that fire back, Once the Lord you
- 27:14Speaker 3: realizing that he really you get that fireback, it's no
- 27:18Speaker 3: stopping because you know, to tell everybody the truth here.
- 27:22Speaker 3: I had wrote a book in twenty it was twenty fourteen.
- 27:27Speaker 3: I wrote a book called Life After Diagnosis. And when
- 27:32Speaker 3: I wrote that book, I was still struggling a lot,
- 27:35Speaker 3: but I knew I overcame a lot when it came
- 27:37Speaker 3: to loopis with some things that I could tell people
- 27:40Speaker 3: how to cope. At that time, I was more into, like,
- 27:43Speaker 3: let me help people cope while they have lupers. Let
- 27:47Speaker 3: me let me give them that hope in that way,
- 27:49Speaker 3: because there's a lot of people with lupis and with
- 27:52Speaker 3: these mental challenges they just don't know how to cope.
- 27:54Speaker 3: They just think they have to just stay in, you know,
- 27:58Speaker 3: the rim of the disease or the mental challenge, and
- 28:01Speaker 3: that's all they know. So I said, let me write
- 28:04Speaker 3: what actually helped me cope so I could live, so
- 28:08Speaker 3: I could take care of my kids, so I could
- 28:10Speaker 3: do what Keisha wants to do. And what happened was
- 28:13Speaker 3: being at I was at the time. I was struggling
- 28:16Speaker 3: a lot with the ADHD, so I had no direction
- 28:21Speaker 3: at all. I was I wasn't following the way to
- 28:24Speaker 3: do it, the way the Lord was telling me to
- 28:26Speaker 3: do it, and I just wrote. I did write. Everything
- 28:30Speaker 3: was for me. I wrote everything, but I had I
- 28:36Speaker 3: had someone publish it for me. And I think like
- 28:38Speaker 3: at that time, you know you want to be Sometimes
- 28:40Speaker 3: some people want to do multiple things and that's fine,
- 28:43Speaker 3: but you really, we really need to find that somebody
- 28:45Speaker 3: that's perfected in these certain areas in order for things
- 28:48Speaker 3: to be a success. And the book just didn't work
- 28:52Speaker 3: out well at all when it was uploaded on It
- 28:55Speaker 3: was uploaded on Amazon and everything, and the Lord said
- 28:58Speaker 3: to me, Keisha, once I got one kind of ify review,
- 29:03Speaker 3: the Lord said, Keisha, download your book. I said, you know,
- 29:06Speaker 3: it's a good idea. Let me go. Let me go
- 29:09Speaker 3: it audio. What is it? Audio? Audio, audible? Let me
- 29:12Speaker 3: download my book from Amazon, girl, I download that book.
- 29:17Speaker 3: And you know how a book that has a message,
- 29:21Speaker 3: even if there's grammical errors, people could just overlook that
- 29:24Speaker 3: because the message is so strong. There was no way
- 29:27Speaker 3: those grammical errors and different things was going to be overlooked.
- 29:31Speaker 3: Because I didn't know what soft editing was. I didn't
- 29:33Speaker 3: edit it. I didn't write like that. So someone did
- 29:37Speaker 3: a soft edit it wasn't really a full edit of
- 29:41Speaker 3: my book, and I let them, you know, put it up.
- 29:44Speaker 3: So I kind of got stuck from there. I was devastated.
- 29:50Speaker 3: I was worried about I was doomed before anybody even
- 29:54Speaker 3: know who knew who I was because of the book.
- 29:57Speaker 3: The book is not a you know, and I just
- 29:59Speaker 3: read visited it a couple of weeks ago. I said,
- 30:01Speaker 3: I still have this book. And I said to myself,
- 30:04Speaker 3: I said, okay, Lord, I'm ADHD emotional wellness. I'm loopis.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Where do you want?
- 30:10Speaker 3: What do you want? What do you need? What do
- 30:12Speaker 3: I need to share?
- 30:13Speaker 2: You know?
- 30:14Speaker 3: And and he let me know. You know, you operated
- 30:17Speaker 3: where I need I'm operating and where I need to
- 30:19Speaker 3: operate in. But I do need you to let people
- 30:23Speaker 3: know how you overcame what you came and your loopis journey.
- 30:28Speaker 3: Because every group Angela did I get in It's depressing.
- 30:33Speaker 3: It's no hope in these groups because everyone has loopis
- 30:37Speaker 3: and that's what they focus on because some people are
- 30:40Speaker 3: going through so much but they don't have anyone pouring
- 30:42Speaker 3: into them on a positive note. So I said, that's me,
- 30:48Speaker 3: that's that's that's me. God, you're telling me that's me.
- 30:52Speaker 3: So I can't let twenty fourteen, you know what he
- 30:57Speaker 3: saved me from in twenty fourteen keep me from what
- 31:00Speaker 3: he needs me to do now?
- 31:03Speaker 2: Right, Wow, that's hard and and and and and that's
- 31:10Speaker 2: often the case when you go in these groups, especially
- 31:13Speaker 2: when you go in groups where everybody have similar or
- 31:17Speaker 2: the same conditions, you know, instead of us trying to
- 31:21Speaker 2: pour into each other to lift each other up, it's
- 31:24Speaker 2: just like we're trying to get a pity party, Like
- 31:26Speaker 2: we just trying to have that. We just want everybody
- 31:29Speaker 2: feeling sorry for I don't want nobody feels absolutely because
- 31:34Speaker 2: I tell you, people don't know. They don't know the
- 31:37Speaker 2: struggles of sciatica, they don't know the struggles of PTSD,
- 31:41Speaker 2: they don't knows of and everybody have it in their
- 31:44Speaker 2: own different ways. But you see me on here, You
- 31:48Speaker 2: see me. I have all kinds of things that I
- 31:52Speaker 2: use when I'm not online. I got a massage, I
- 31:59Speaker 2: got two different heating pads. I got a super large
- 32:03Speaker 2: one that fits across my big old pillow, and then
- 32:08Speaker 2: I got a little small one that sometimes I just
- 32:10Speaker 2: need to just be able to slide it up under
- 32:12Speaker 2: my be able to put it in the back in
- 32:15Speaker 2: my back, up under my shirt sometime. So you know,
- 32:18Speaker 2: people don't know what we go through, but yet we
- 32:21Speaker 2: we show up and we try to be intentional about
- 32:25Speaker 2: those things because being intentional. And I did a lesson
- 32:27Speaker 2: this morning about the power of being intentional and understanding
- 32:32Speaker 2: that when you are intentional about that thing, God would
- 32:35Speaker 2: open up those doors. When I was on my bed
- 32:38Speaker 2: of affliction, I was like, Okay, Lord, I don't want
- 32:42Speaker 2: to do this. There's something I got to be. That's
- 32:45Speaker 2: gotta be something. That's got to be something. So when
- 32:49Speaker 2: he raised me up off my bed of affliction, I
- 32:53Speaker 2: begin I came back to Facebook and I started just
- 32:57Speaker 2: going live. And I didn't know what I was doing.
- 33:02Speaker 2: I was just going to live every day, just talking
- 33:04Speaker 2: to people. And I said, well, you know what, start
- 33:07Speaker 2: interviewing people. So I just started interviewing people. Didn't didn't
- 33:12Speaker 2: know nothing about nothing, just started interview on people. And
- 33:15Speaker 2: then guy saw me. I went on another person's podcasts
- 33:23Speaker 2: and I went on on that Friday. That Monday, they
- 33:27Speaker 2: was calling me asking me if I want to do
- 33:29Speaker 2: me a host? Wow, ha, been over there five years.
- 33:33Speaker 2: I celebrate five years. Next next month, I celebrate five years.
- 33:39Speaker 2: It's something about them fives too. Yeah, it's something about
- 33:44Speaker 2: them fives too, because I'm gonna be fifty.
- 33:47Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, okay.
- 33:50Speaker 2: And then I celebrate my five years over there on
- 33:55Speaker 2: over there on one network, and then we celebrate. We
- 34:00Speaker 2: celebrated five years for the prayer the prayer line in Parawe,
- 34:07Speaker 2: I still I can hear you.
- 34:09Speaker 3: Can you hear me? Because I don't know if something happened.
- 34:15Speaker 4: Uh well, we could see you see how the enemy
- 34:28Speaker 4: be working. See she was helping some folks y'all with
- 34:34Speaker 4: this with her testimony. She was helping some people, some
- 34:37Speaker 4: people that was going through and the enemy we still
- 34:39Speaker 4: can hear you, but we can't see you. And it
- 34:46Speaker 4: had to come in and mess with her phone. But
- 34:50Speaker 4: she'll be back on. She'll be back on. When she
- 34:55Speaker 4: come back on, we will breathe.
- 34:59Speaker 2: Can you hear me? Yeah?
- 35:00Speaker 3: I can hear okay, uh okay.
- 35:06Speaker 2: So yes, I tell enemy be busy. But sister Cheryl's
- 35:12Speaker 2: sister Cheryl is one of our prayer warriors that's in
- 35:16Speaker 2: the on the prayer line mornings. She also has Sloopers.
- 35:21Speaker 2: She's a loopers. She's she's had cancer. She's a two
- 35:29Speaker 2: years in remission from cancer. And then they diagnosed her
- 35:33Speaker 2: with forty percent of her heart. Use of her heart.
- 35:40Speaker 2: We're going on with her heart, but we don't claim
- 35:42Speaker 2: none of that. And the last time she went to
- 35:44Speaker 2: the doctors, the the the loopers doctor, they told her
- 35:49Speaker 2: the people told her that they don't. They don't did
- 35:52Speaker 2: all that they can do for her. I said, you
- 35:54Speaker 2: know what, when when she told me that, I wanted
- 35:57Speaker 2: to tell her maybe that was a good thing. But
- 36:00Speaker 2: because they can't do nothing for you, no way, because
- 36:02Speaker 2: it's God gonna do it for you, just like he did.
- 36:05Speaker 2: I'm believing you know when you told me, when you
- 36:08Speaker 2: told me what happened to you? And I wan't I
- 36:11Speaker 2: tell you. I said, I know a lady, and I said,
- 36:13Speaker 2: I need you to tell her your story.
- 36:15Speaker 3: I see that's her, Yes.
- 36:18Speaker 2: That's her. She's listening, and it's her because I want
- 36:23Speaker 2: her to know that forget what them doctor said. You
- 36:27Speaker 2: know what them doctors got. You know what them doctors are.
- 36:29Speaker 2: Those doctors are licensed to practice. That they they got
- 36:33Speaker 2: a license to practice. I mean they'reticing on you. They
- 36:37Speaker 2: don't know for sure, and don't nobody to know for sure,
- 36:40Speaker 2: but him up there, he don't know because he created
- 36:43Speaker 2: all of us. And guess what, he can change anything
- 36:46Speaker 2: at the blank of an eye.
- 36:47Speaker 3: That's right and over there.
- 36:49Speaker 2: In Proverbs twenty one, one of them proverbs. Over there,
- 36:53Speaker 2: he's saying, and that the the rivers of water flows
- 36:57Speaker 2: and the King's saying he turn other where he wanted
- 36:59Speaker 2: to flow. The power lies in the king's answer. He
- 37:02Speaker 2: could turn the rivers.
- 37:03Speaker 3: Of water whichever way he can, So.
- 37:05Speaker 2: That mean he could turn anything around. And doctors can
- 37:07Speaker 2: give us all the diagnosis. They won't. They'll tell you
- 37:10Speaker 2: whatever they want. I'm telling you ain't that to nobody.
- 37:13Speaker 2: And I'm telling you I'm watching the lady right now
- 37:17Speaker 2: to find everything that the doctors done told her. If
- 37:21Speaker 2: she had to listen to the doctors, she wouldn't have
- 37:23Speaker 2: gone two years ago. If she had to listen to
- 37:28Speaker 2: them doctors, she would have been gone.
- 37:30Speaker 3: Jesus, M that's right.
- 37:34Speaker 2: That's like my prayer is that God would show people
- 37:37Speaker 2: how to naturally go to that word, to that word
- 37:43Speaker 2: and find that healing because it can be done as
- 37:46Speaker 2: a chiropractor. There's a guy in Texas. He's a chiropractor
- 37:50Speaker 2: and he he was going to school to be a
- 37:55Speaker 2: medical doctor. That's what he was going to school for.
- 37:58Speaker 2: And then midway he said, the Lord spoke to him
- 38:02Speaker 2: and was talking about natural stuff, and you changed with
- 38:06Speaker 2: the chiropracticed route. And he wrote a book he Fast
- 38:11Speaker 2: and Pray. He talked about fast and trying baby Chile
- 38:18Speaker 2: practice a doctor, he said, he shows you how you
- 38:20Speaker 2: can fast and pray and how you can put the
- 38:23Speaker 2: plate down and turns. I say one good thing I
- 38:28Speaker 2: can say and I can apply to all those people
- 38:31Speaker 2: that think I just really don't like Trump and I
- 38:33Speaker 2: hate Trump. Let me tell you I love what he
- 38:35Speaker 2: doing with this these pharmaceuticals. How he taking all that
- 38:38Speaker 2: these as something's gonna be able to run all of
- 38:40Speaker 2: them ass and stuff. Now Trump, I applied you for
- 38:43Speaker 2: that hats out so they can't flunt all their drugs
- 38:46Speaker 2: around here and they camera now do some more stuff,
- 38:49Speaker 2: do some more good stuff like that, and I got
- 38:51Speaker 2: I'm with you, But as long as you're doing that
- 38:54Speaker 2: foolish stuff, I can't. But I'm with him on that.
- 38:56Speaker 2: That that that is something that I ever. They are
- 39:01Speaker 2: the devil. It's nothing but pushing who can who can
- 39:07Speaker 2: push this? And who can push that? And and all
- 39:09Speaker 2: they doing is generic and this and this and and
- 39:12Speaker 2: getting all our money. When you go over to these
- 39:15Speaker 2: other places, you go all to these other places China,
- 39:18Speaker 2: all these people, these people they ain't sick and in
- 39:20Speaker 2: the hospital like that, and they got they get free
- 39:24Speaker 2: health care. Yeah, absolutely, you can give people free half care,
- 39:30Speaker 2: because why they don't be sick like that? Yes, yeah,
- 39:36Speaker 2: Why why we over here get sick? Why because they're
- 39:42Speaker 2: killing us? They with the springing in the air, all
- 39:44Speaker 2: the stuff they spread in the air. I watch them
- 39:47Speaker 2: every Day's first stuff in the air here. I watch
- 39:50Speaker 2: them every day, just the spree and the air. And
- 39:53Speaker 2: then when it rained, it just it don't even look
- 39:57Speaker 2: like rain. Like when it's snowing. We had a mac
- 39:59Speaker 2: that was on our port. When it's snow, I can
- 40:01Speaker 2: go out there right now and still see the residue
- 40:04Speaker 2: from when it snowed.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Back back then.
- 40:06Speaker 2: Y'all it's like plastics stuck in the in the in
- 40:09Speaker 2: the what's the names? It ain't snow. And then you
- 40:12Speaker 2: had people around here flaming up snow. How can you
- 40:15Speaker 2: flame up snow?
- 40:18Speaker 3: Right? So you can tell it's stuff chemicals?
- 40:23Speaker 2: And then you gotta think about and then if they said, oh,
- 40:27Speaker 2: people naturally growing stuff, they really not naturally growing stuff,
- 40:30Speaker 2: because if y'all putting chemicals in the air, then guess
- 40:34Speaker 2: what those chemicals gotta gotta go. It's like just like
- 40:37Speaker 2: all those aircraft that they them shove, them satellites that
- 40:41Speaker 2: they keep sitting up there. We're gonna hear soon that
- 40:45Speaker 2: there there's a whole bunch of falling stars. Stars falling
- 40:49Speaker 2: them ain't gonna be on following star. They're gonna be them.
- 40:51Speaker 2: They're gonna beat them. Satellites falling from that sky that
- 40:54Speaker 2: you don't put up there. It ain't winning got them.
- 40:57Speaker 2: And you put them up there, and you think they're
- 40:58Speaker 2: supposed to just stay there there forever. They got to
- 41:02Speaker 2: come back down and where they're gonna come, pull them
- 41:05Speaker 2: right on back down here.
- 41:08Speaker 3: I tell you, Lord, Lord help us. I tell you
- 41:12Speaker 3: that's why we have to be educated, and we definitely
- 41:15Speaker 3: have to know things for ourselves and stop depending on
- 41:20Speaker 3: what we're being told. We have to stop looking into
- 41:23Speaker 3: these things, reading and you know, so like you said,
- 41:26Speaker 3: you know, being in our word and and just knowing
- 41:28Speaker 3: more because otherwise we we we're not gonna make it.
- 41:33Speaker 3: A lot of us is not even gonna be here
- 41:35Speaker 3: next year if we continue not knowing. You know, we
- 41:39Speaker 3: gotta understand, especially with our bodies. And I you know,
- 41:42Speaker 3: I fall in short. You know of the glory too,
- 41:44Speaker 3: because you know I'm putting things in my body and
- 41:46Speaker 3: I knowing don't belong in there, but you know, you
- 41:49Speaker 3: live and you learn, and at the same time, I
- 41:51Speaker 3: have to understand that this is not my body. This
- 41:53Speaker 3: is God's temple and the way I operate in it.
- 41:56Speaker 3: You know, what I'm saying is what's gonna keep me
- 41:59Speaker 3: here longer and what's going to keep my body healthy.
- 42:03Speaker 3: So I'm more cognizant now, especially with loops and even
- 42:07Speaker 3: with different with the adhd our our meals play a
- 42:11Speaker 3: big part in all of it that we put in
- 42:15Speaker 3: our body, you know, And you know with loop is
- 42:19Speaker 3: it's it's just it's still a disease. That's it's it's
- 42:23Speaker 3: more understood now, but not you know, it's it's still
- 42:27Speaker 3: hard to in some ways diagnosed. But they used to
- 42:32Speaker 3: know a lot more than they did, like when I
- 42:34Speaker 3: was diagnosed, because my grandmother was diagnosed, Oh my god,
- 42:39Speaker 3: you know, years and years and years ago, when they
- 42:42Speaker 3: didn't even have a cure, they didn't have nothing. So
- 42:44Speaker 3: for me, my grandmother looked like she was burnt because
- 42:47Speaker 3: my grandmother had the loopers of the skin as well,
- 42:52Speaker 3: so it showed she had an outer showing, you know,
- 42:56Speaker 3: on her skin. So that's all I saw because that's
- 42:58Speaker 3: all I knew. So when I was diagnosed. What's the
- 43:02Speaker 3: first thing that devastated me. I'm going to look like
- 43:04Speaker 3: my grandmother, right. I didn't know anything about lupas. The
- 43:08Speaker 3: first time I ever heard of loopers was when I
- 43:09Speaker 3: saw my grandmother had it and she said, I have loopis.
- 43:12Speaker 3: Never knew what that was, you know, I was young,
- 43:15Speaker 3: you know, nineteen years old. I didn't dig in to
- 43:16Speaker 3: scene what that meant, or when I was younger watching
- 43:19Speaker 3: people look at her and frown their faces up at her.
- 43:22Speaker 3: She was a strong woman because that didn't phaze her,
- 43:25Speaker 3: you know, but at the same time it did me
- 43:28Speaker 3: because as a little kid and then grow up to
- 43:30Speaker 3: hear that I have that, I'm going to look like
- 43:33Speaker 3: my grandmother. But then come to realize she had the
- 43:37Speaker 3: loopis of the skin, you know, the loopers that I
- 43:41Speaker 3: was diagnosed with. It's called systemic loopis and that's more
- 43:45Speaker 3: internal that you know, it's the possibility that things more
- 43:49Speaker 3: internally go on and where the disease could hit my heart.
- 43:55Speaker 3: You know, your friend would notice to your heartshik organs
- 43:58Speaker 3: and different things like that. Because because it's the body
- 44:00Speaker 3: fighting itself, it's an autoimmune disease. That's what it's a
- 44:04Speaker 3: autoimmune disease, just like five of my alga. Auto immune.
- 44:07Speaker 3: Your body fighting itself, your body fighting your good stuff,
- 44:12Speaker 3: your good bacteria, your good tissues. It sells, you know,
- 44:15Speaker 3: and all of it is. All that the steroid is
- 44:18Speaker 3: doing is just calming down your immune system, which can
- 44:23Speaker 3: be a good thing, a blessing and a curse, because
- 44:26Speaker 3: what happens is when your immune system called down, it
- 44:29Speaker 3: causes you to be viable to catch everything else and
- 44:33Speaker 3: your body is not fighting it anymore. So what happens,
- 44:37Speaker 3: you know, you get these other diagnoses or other things
- 44:39Speaker 3: going on with you, and it hits you like fire,
- 44:42Speaker 3: you know. So you know, like you saying the story
- 44:46Speaker 3: about when I went to the doctor, Lord ha Mercy.
- 44:48Speaker 3: When I went to that doctor, he kept saying, men,
- 44:50Speaker 3: how long have you been coming to me? You know?
- 44:52Speaker 3: And God, since I was like nineteen something years old,
- 44:56Speaker 3: he said, how long are you be coming? He said,
- 44:57Speaker 3: he was diagnosed, He said, but you've been coming recently
- 45:01Speaker 3: and everything my ana, my blood work, things that should
- 45:05Speaker 3: be positive has been negative. And when he said that
- 45:09Speaker 3: to me, all I could do is praise God. And
- 45:11Speaker 3: I said, my mother said to me, the woman of
- 45:14Speaker 3: God she said, I ain't never believe you had it
- 45:16Speaker 3: in the first place, so that believe in her head,
- 45:19Speaker 3: you know, it stuck like she don't have it.
- 45:20Speaker 2: She just they just and I'm telling you, they tried
- 45:23Speaker 2: to give it to me, baby, They trying to give
- 45:25Speaker 2: it to me back. And whenever I refused to accept that,
- 45:29Speaker 2: you know, my mom passed away. My mom passed away
- 45:31Speaker 2: with complications from lupis in nineteen ninety one.
- 45:34Speaker 3: You see what I'm saying. And that's why it is yep.
- 45:37Speaker 2: And two thousand, two thousand and nine, I want to
- 45:44Speaker 2: say it was two thousand and nine. I had a
- 45:49Speaker 2: bad swelling in my foot. I couldn't even put my
- 45:52Speaker 2: foot on the ground. I couldnt walk, and it was
- 45:56Speaker 2: so it was so sore. And when I went to
- 45:58Speaker 2: the doctor, they asked me, here I twisted, had I sprung?
- 46:01Speaker 2: And had I done any thing like that? I told
- 46:03Speaker 2: him no, And they ran tests. They ran test and
- 46:06Speaker 2: they ran tests, and the doctor told me, he said,
- 46:08Speaker 2: the only thing that he could see is that my
- 46:11Speaker 2: immune system was fighting itself. That's the only thing.
- 46:15Speaker 3: Yeah, So that was that.
- 46:19Speaker 2: I don't even know what he did. I don't remember
- 46:21Speaker 2: what he did or what he did, but I know
- 46:26Speaker 2: I was okay, and they never nothing else. I know
- 46:30Speaker 2: I was not fina. I wasn't even thinking about asking
- 46:34Speaker 2: him to run no tests for lupis because I wasn't
- 46:36Speaker 2: gonna take that right because I knew that I knew
- 46:40Speaker 2: my mom had had with that. So I was like,
- 46:43Speaker 2: I know, I don't have nothing. You know, I've always
- 46:46Speaker 2: I was an athlete in my younger days, so I
- 46:50Speaker 2: played sports and stuff, so I've never been sick. I
- 46:53Speaker 2: never had my My blood pressure had always been one
- 46:57Speaker 2: twenty one eighteen with Haiti and all it was always
- 47:02Speaker 2: around the normal. Nothing was got out normal and had
- 47:07Speaker 2: that episode. And then now it seemed like when I
- 47:11Speaker 2: got shot, when I was in domestic violence and I
- 47:14Speaker 2: got shot, it seemed like that's when everything that it
- 47:20Speaker 2: wanted to start acting up. Nye Attica, I started having problems.
- 47:24Speaker 2: But I refuse to accept any of that stuff. I say,
- 47:27Speaker 2: you know what I say, When when it's warm out,
- 47:30Speaker 2: I get out there and I walk and I try
- 47:32Speaker 2: to keep active. I try to make sure I'm eating right.
- 47:37Speaker 2: A lot of stuff like we don't process food. It's
- 47:41Speaker 2: a lot you really should not be dairy products. We
- 47:45Speaker 2: should not be assuming dairy products. Their products are not
- 47:48Speaker 2: good for us. Their products will help. We'll call excess
- 47:54Speaker 2: fluid all of that. You know, my body is supposed
- 47:59Speaker 2: to have some, but it's not supposed to excess. When
- 48:03Speaker 2: we drank out that milk and that their product, then
- 48:06Speaker 2: your body begin to have excess more than it's supposed
- 48:10Speaker 2: to have. And then that is what causes a lot
- 48:13Speaker 2: of our disasement, which, like they have labeled diseases, they're
- 48:19Speaker 2: right there, disasements because it's causing you. It's causing you
- 48:25Speaker 2: to be in a place of being not at rest.
- 48:31Speaker 2: You're stress. So you just ease. So I keep telling people,
- 48:38Speaker 2: get you, get you a natural remedy. Yes, it's okay,
- 48:41Speaker 2: it's okay to to to come off. Come off. I said,
- 48:46Speaker 2: when summertime here again, I'm going on a I'm gonna
- 48:49Speaker 2: try to get back on my vegan watch because I
- 48:51Speaker 2: had I was doing good.
- 48:53Speaker 3: Yes, yes, I do good.
- 48:55Speaker 2: I I'll be doing good. But I sometimes I want
- 48:58Speaker 2: me a little chicken way. But I said, with seeing
- 49:04Speaker 2: all this stuff that I've been seeing here lately, honey,
- 49:06Speaker 2: he's I can I think I can do with that?
- 49:09Speaker 2: You give me a good salad honey, you put you
- 49:12Speaker 2: some mushrooms up in there, crewed up in there, Honey,
- 49:16Speaker 2: you get the chewing on that stuff. It tastes like
- 49:18Speaker 2: the mushrooms. Mushrooms. I'm telling you that that's the alternative
- 49:23Speaker 2: to a lot of the meat that you be wanting.
- 49:26Speaker 2: You can see them, and depending on what kind of
- 49:28Speaker 2: mushrooms you get to because you can get them big
- 49:30Speaker 2: old thick mushrooms, and you can cut them things like steaks,
- 49:33Speaker 2: and you can cut them right, all kind of stuff,
- 49:35Speaker 2: and you can see them little bucks to make.
- 49:38Speaker 3: I like to I like to consume natural things with
- 49:41Speaker 3: must because I don't eat mushrooms. But I can assume
- 49:45Speaker 3: the coffee. I can assume things with the mushrooms in
- 49:48Speaker 3: it because the mushroom, you know, certain mushroom has very
- 49:52Speaker 3: a huge amount of health properties, you know, and healing
- 49:56Speaker 3: properties in them. So you're right when you say much.
- 50:00Speaker 2: I used to not like them, but I learned to. Yes,
- 50:04Speaker 2: I learned to cut them up in my salad. And
- 50:08Speaker 2: that's I mean, well, I'm gonna try it. And I
- 50:11Speaker 2: never tried that, and I see, yeah, season, season everything else.
- 50:18Speaker 2: Yet my mushrooms be my meat. And then I have
- 50:24Speaker 2: I like to get me some I like cranberries or
- 50:26Speaker 2: either or either, and then I get like I like
- 50:31Speaker 2: sunflower seeds. And sometimes I may get some almonds or
- 50:36Speaker 2: either some walnuts. I like walnuts too, But I just
- 50:40Speaker 2: like different kind of dried fruits and stuff that I
- 50:46Speaker 2: can just stop in the salad. You know. Even I
- 50:49Speaker 2: even take some oranges every now and then and just
- 50:52Speaker 2: make me up. Yeah, just put me pillow orange and
- 50:55Speaker 2: just and just put me some and and that's my salad.
- 51:01Speaker 2: And it ain't got to be no. And that'll feel
- 51:03Speaker 2: me up. You give me some time I'm talking about.
- 51:05Speaker 2: You get me some some spinach and some that that
- 51:11Speaker 2: spring mix and spinach. Yes, and then I love I've
- 51:18Speaker 2: started eating broccoli raw. I'm not too fraid of it cooked.
- 51:23Speaker 2: If you lightly cook it where it still got a
- 51:26Speaker 2: crunch to it, I can eat that. But when it's south,
- 51:29Speaker 2: I don't like it when it's out.
- 51:30Speaker 3: And actually that's me because I eat the it gotta
- 51:34Speaker 3: be soft like a baby. But I gotta realize, we
- 51:36Speaker 3: gotta realize the more that's soft it is, it's not
- 51:39Speaker 3: doing anything for your body because you're taking ye.
- 51:46Speaker 2: So I've learned to eat that raw. I'm going to
- 51:49Speaker 2: eat coliflower wrong and I just put it a good salad,
- 51:54Speaker 2: cut it up in a salad salad and you can
- 51:57Speaker 2: eat it wrong. But if you can't eat it wrong,
- 52:01Speaker 2: I get the califlying rice. Use that sometimes the substitute
- 52:06Speaker 2: for regular.
- 52:06Speaker 3: Rice, okay, because that that.
- 52:11Speaker 2: White rice is not good for us.
- 52:13Speaker 3: No, it's not brown rice or black rice.
- 52:16Speaker 2: And it's hard to find black rice. Yes, I ain't
- 52:21Speaker 2: had a good time finding it, so brown rice. But yeah,
- 52:28Speaker 2: but I'm telling you, I'm gonna be looking forward to
- 52:31Speaker 2: hearing your journey and getting it out and sharing because,
- 52:36Speaker 2: like I said, people people don't want to hear it. Yeah,
- 52:39Speaker 2: And oftentimes we think that nobody wants to hear it,
- 52:43Speaker 2: and people will tell you, don't nobody want to hear that.
- 52:45Speaker 2: Don't number one day they ain't saying it because they
- 52:49Speaker 2: probably got something that they want to share and scared
- 52:52Speaker 2: to share. I don't know how to do it and
- 52:54Speaker 2: don't want you to yet that's normally what it is.
- 52:56Speaker 2: Because you you have you will have family members saying
- 52:59Speaker 2: why are you gonna about all that? Why are you
- 53:00Speaker 2: putting all that out there? Because somebody need to know,
- 53:03Speaker 2: because somebody needs to come out of what they're going
- 53:05Speaker 2: through because somebody somebody going through this too, because guess what,
- 53:09Speaker 2: everything that we go through we don't go through because
- 53:11Speaker 2: we're supposed to go through it for us, We're going
- 53:14Speaker 2: through it for somebody else. That's right, right, But we
- 53:17Speaker 2: got to know how to get through it so that
- 53:19Speaker 2: we're through it the people coming behind us. And he
- 53:22Speaker 2: know who can handle what? You know, who can handle it?
- 53:25Speaker 3: You do? He do? Yeah? You know. And the and
- 53:34Speaker 3: the blessing for me is, you know, I do have
- 53:36Speaker 3: a great support system. I do have, you know a
- 53:40Speaker 3: lot of cheerleaders, family members and close friends or who friends,
- 53:44Speaker 3: sisters that are like you know, as if my mother
- 53:46Speaker 3: birth them themselves. So my family is very supportive. You know,
- 53:49Speaker 3: it's always be like those outsiders who you hear them,
- 53:52Speaker 3: you know, people saying this and that. And you know,
- 53:54Speaker 3: I'm glad I am at a at a point in
- 53:58Speaker 3: my life where that doesn't matter to me. You know,
- 54:02Speaker 3: I think I'm my biggest critic, I'm my biggest fight,
- 54:04Speaker 3: I'm my biggest you don't set back, so it's me
- 54:09Speaker 3: versus me, me fighting myself, and I just have to
- 54:12Speaker 3: leave with what the Lord tells me. And then I
- 54:16Speaker 3: know I'll be I'll be okay, I'll be fine, and.
- 54:20Speaker 2: We just don't have to We're gonna have to get
- 54:22Speaker 2: in that mirror and we're gonna have to talk to herself.
- 54:24Speaker 2: That what I had to be done because I had
- 54:28Speaker 2: to get in that mirror and I had to tell himself, Hey, Angela,
- 54:31Speaker 2: you need to snap out of there. You need you
- 54:33Speaker 2: need to do this, you need to do that. And
- 54:35Speaker 2: I literally I had to get in that mirror and
- 54:37Speaker 2: look at myself, and that's myself. People may think I
- 54:42Speaker 2: was crazy for doing I had to do it. I
- 54:45Speaker 2: had to do it. And every day I would stick
- 54:48Speaker 2: post and it worked all my thing. I would have
- 54:51Speaker 2: posted all around my room and I'm talking about every
- 54:55Speaker 2: time I would just just say something, Okay, Angela, you
- 54:58Speaker 2: got to do this, you got to do that back
- 55:00Speaker 2: and I look at I think I still have my
- 55:02Speaker 2: vision more from when I first started doing a lot
- 55:06Speaker 2: of this stuff. And just to be able to look
- 55:08Speaker 2: and see the things that you have accomplished, like when
- 55:12Speaker 2: when when when you say right division and make it plain,
- 55:16Speaker 2: right division and make it plain because you write it.
- 55:19Speaker 2: When when you write it and make it plain, then
- 55:21Speaker 2: you can see you can see what, knowing that when
- 55:25Speaker 2: you write it it becomes it's like it get in
- 55:30Speaker 2: the atmosphere when you start writing it down with your emotions, emotions,
- 55:37Speaker 2: it's like it does that vibration does something. So then
- 55:40Speaker 2: just the fact that you put it down on that
- 55:44Speaker 2: that you got it out and you put.
- 55:46Speaker 3: It on paper.
- 55:48Speaker 2: Now somebody can see it. Somebody may run across and
- 55:51Speaker 2: somebody may see it and say ooh, and then you
- 55:54Speaker 2: might read it and it may resonate something else in you.
- 56:00Speaker 2: That's right, I'm telling you.
- 56:01Speaker 3: I think Angela'm gonna have to get with you on
- 56:03Speaker 3: there helping me, you know, because I know you you
- 56:07Speaker 3: help people you know, write their books and we'll published
- 56:11Speaker 3: the books. So I'm definitely we're definitely gonna get together
- 56:15Speaker 3: with me on that. So I'm definitely looking forward to that.
- 56:20Speaker 2: Yeah, we definitely. And and and not only that you
- 56:22Speaker 2: you you are part of the one movement. And there
- 56:27Speaker 2: are so many other individuals that that they got the
- 56:32Speaker 2: same gifts I got. They noticed ta I'm gonna tell
- 56:37Speaker 2: you who they are. You can't get me, you got.
- 56:40Speaker 2: Trida does publish and she's also a whole on the network. Okay,
- 56:46Speaker 2: she's a publisher. She she published and she's a coach,
- 56:51Speaker 2: so she you coach and then if you if you
- 56:54Speaker 2: need an editor, she do edits to you can do
- 56:57Speaker 2: it front. So I told her, I said, any time
- 57:00Speaker 2: I need it is I'm sending them over that to you,
- 57:02Speaker 2: because I'm right right, I don't do that. I'm sending
- 57:06Speaker 2: them to you. Once I send them to you, they yours.
- 57:13Speaker 2: It's in a whole nother story. That's a whole podcast.
- 57:16Speaker 2: That's a whole nother podcast, that's a whole I want
- 57:21Speaker 2: to hear from you because you are part of this
- 57:24Speaker 2: one hundred author movement. What are you expecting to gain
- 57:27Speaker 2: from the one hundred author movement?
- 57:30Speaker 3: Well, community, collaboration, connection, you know, those are those are
- 57:42Speaker 3: huge for me and and and and within myself, you know,
- 57:47Speaker 3: helping me to be more committed to the things that
- 57:50Speaker 3: I need to be doing. So I know within the
- 57:54Speaker 3: graps of all of these other authors, you know, I
- 58:00Speaker 3: can't there's no way for me to fail because the
- 58:03Speaker 3: support is there, The network is there, right, you know,
- 58:07Speaker 3: the people I need to know are there, you know,
- 58:10Speaker 3: and what I love about them because even though I'm
- 58:12Speaker 3: in the chat, I'm going to you know, make it
- 58:15Speaker 3: my business be more active in there because you know,
- 58:18Speaker 3: all of our words and all of our whatever we need,
- 58:24Speaker 3: whatever we have to add matters, you know. You always
- 58:27Speaker 3: say that, you know, So I know for a fact
- 58:31Speaker 3: that the people in there, we cheer, They cheer each
- 58:34Speaker 3: other on. You know, they throwing in opportunities, they're they're
- 58:37Speaker 3: they're showing up and giving people some things that they
- 58:41Speaker 3: can get involved in. And I'm saying to myself, wow,
- 58:44Speaker 3: like like look at this, Like I couldn't be and
- 58:47Speaker 3: the Lord can not have equip me to be with
- 58:51Speaker 3: a better bunch of people. And not only that, a
- 58:54Speaker 3: lot of them you know, of believers. So you know,
- 58:57Speaker 3: because I I you know, I I love to surround
- 59:01Speaker 3: myself around believer it because when I talk and when
- 59:03Speaker 3: I speak, I'm always gonna mention the Lord. So I
- 59:06Speaker 3: want people to be able to relate to that. But
- 59:08Speaker 3: wherever they are in life, I can see that they
- 59:11Speaker 3: are very cheerful, cheerleaders. So I cannot want anything more.
- 59:17Speaker 3: But you already have, We already have the respect for
- 59:19Speaker 3: each other, because I couldnot want anything more but the
- 59:22Speaker 3: collaboration connection, you know, with these people. So I look
- 59:27Speaker 3: forward to that because I know with that alone where
- 59:31Speaker 3: it's gonna lead every single one of us if if
- 59:35Speaker 3: we tap in the way that we should.
- 59:38Speaker 2: Amen, Amen, Amen, But we have to we have to
- 59:42Speaker 2: do the work. To do the work, You have to
- 59:46Speaker 2: do the work. He is provided, He's gonna provide us
- 59:49Speaker 2: the outlet and the resources, but we have to do
- 59:52Speaker 2: the work to them.
- 59:53Speaker 3: You know, faith with that work is dead dead, Yes
- 59:56Speaker 3: it is.
- 59:56Speaker 2: We can believe all day your day. Yeah, don't do
- 59:59Speaker 2: the work. It does not matter. It doesn't matter because
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: I'm telling you, just like I'm reminding people of my faith.
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: I heard.
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: I think it was one Needa Bottom. She gave this
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: scenario about a chair and being in a carry out.
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: She said, when when you were young, she said, your
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: mom put you in a carry out. She used to
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: seat you on the floor and rock you. He said,
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: when you got a little older, she moved you up
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: to the little the little red chair. You got to
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: sit in the little red chair. And then when you
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: got a little older, you you you got to move
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: on up to the high chair. You got to move
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: up and sit in the higher chair. Not quite at
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: the table yet, but you got And then when you
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: got old enough, you didn't need your mama to help
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: you no more. But you got able. You got up
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: and he was able to walk to the chair. Now,
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: did you question that chair to see if that chair
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: was gonna hold you know, you sat down because you
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: believed it was gonna hold youse. Every chair that your
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: mama had put you in.
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: That's right that it helped you.
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: So when you got when you got up and went
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: to that chair until it failed you, you was gonna
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: have faith in that chair. And see a lot of
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: us we don't have that faith.
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: We'll have faith in these bridges that we go across
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: every day. We have say that that that bridge gonna
- 1:01:20Speaker 2: hold us when we go out there and go across it.
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: We don't second gainst that bridge. We just get in
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: that car and we just go on. We just we
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: get on these airplanes. We don't have second thoughts about
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: getting on these airplanes, these trains, these buses. We get
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: on them and we believe that they're gonna do what
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: they're supposed to do. That's what they're supposed to do.
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: So we have enough belief believe in that. But we
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: don't have enough belief to believe in that. That's in us.
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: It's in us, the same man that exactly created this everything.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: So if and you remember open Genesis to A seven,
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: he said he breathed that breath of.
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: Life and life like yes, yeah, so I keep telling people,
- 1:02:12Speaker 3: if he breed that birth of life into you, guess what, huh,
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: everything you needed is in you else, he.
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: Already depositing you. So while you out here searching for something,
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: just tap in.
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: That's it. The treasure is already within us. That's right,
- 1:02:30Speaker 3: always there, so already there. Yeah, you're right, yeap, my
- 1:02:35Speaker 3: bishop to talk about that all the time. We already
- 1:02:37Speaker 3: have what we need. You know, it's in us. It's
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: in us, you know. It's it's just about activating it
- 1:02:43Speaker 3: and using what we have and stop worrying about and
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: searching for other things. And we have what we have
- 1:02:50Speaker 3: already right in front of us, in us. Yeah.
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: Well, I want you before you leave, I want you
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: to tell tell individuals how they can support you and
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: how they can connect with you. And we want to
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: know what you're working on, what you got coming up,
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: what you got going on.
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: Okay, Well, for those of you who don't know, I'm
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: also a you know, I am also a certified life
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: coach and I'm also a loopist and ADHD and emotional
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: wellness advocate, right, so I operate in those realms, but
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: I focus this so people will know so when you
- 1:03:38Speaker 3: do join me and my inventions and different things, that
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: you'll understand what I'm actually doing. I mainly empower women
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: Christian women believers who are going through a crisis within
- 1:03:51Speaker 3: their illness disease like diagnosed with lupus, and at the
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: same time they're raising a child with a chronic illness
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: and navigate through those complexities, or a child with mental
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: illness or mental challenges. I like to empower them because
- 1:04:08Speaker 3: they're the moms, they are the caregivers. Because this is
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: where I was at so and overcame it, so I
- 1:04:13Speaker 3: know God had put me there, But I feel that
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: they suffer a lot. We're not understanding that the importance
- 1:04:19Speaker 3: of prioritizing their emotional wellness. We talk a lot about
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: mental health and this self doubt. It all runs together,
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: but your emotional healing, your emotions and stability is what
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: keeps your state of mind right. You know, we know
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: God is our mind regulator, right, but what are those
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: things you're supposed to be doing to prioritize you know,
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: many times I've suppressed my feelings. I suppressed my emotions
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: which also made me sick. These are things that the women,
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: especially in the black community, because we try to be
- 1:04:50Speaker 3: so strong. So I just want to empower women to
- 1:04:53Speaker 3: do better and to let them know the benefits of
- 1:04:56Speaker 3: emotional intelligence and how does this how this is a
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: part of who we need to be in order to
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: operate in the realm of our purpose and gain the
- 1:05:06Speaker 3: hope and the joy of life again. So I have
- 1:05:10Speaker 3: a YouTube channel. You can my YouTube channel, you can
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: you can find me at Keisha Johnson McCrae. That's mc
- 1:05:18Speaker 3: r ae. So Keisha's k I s a h Keisha
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: Johnson McCrae. Just put that in YouTube and I'll come
- 1:05:25Speaker 3: up in YouTube and you'll see it'll say Lupus and
- 1:05:29Speaker 3: ADHD healing, emotional healing, God's Way. So you're seeing you'll
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: know that's me. So you can help support me by
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: subscribing and looking at the videos that are upload there. Also,
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: you can find me on Facebook. I do have Emotional
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: Empowerment group on Facebook. You can also look me up
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: at Keisha Johnson McCrae on Facebook. I'm sure we'll I
- 1:05:54Speaker 3: have it somewhere for you to find me. And if
- 1:05:56Speaker 3: you're if you're that woman that I'm talking to and
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: that I'm able to help and I'm able to support emotionally,
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: you'll be able to tap into my group. And right
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: now I'm right now, I'm focused a lot focused on
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: my YouTube channel because I want to start a podcast
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: there Queen Peaks Queen Speaking Life. That's Kate w E
- 1:06:20Speaker 3: and Queen Speaker Likes, which stands for Kingdom Women Embracing
- 1:06:24Speaker 3: Emotional Wellness. That's emotional newness. I'm sorry, that's a that's
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: a word k w E and the Lord gave me
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: maybe about ten years ago and I'm just now kind
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: of bringing it into fruition. So that's something I'm working
- 1:06:39Speaker 3: on now, that podcast. Now you when you're join my channel,
- 1:06:43Speaker 3: you'll also see that that podcast is starting on there.
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: That's that's that's the start of it. That's the start
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: of it. And I'm just trying to just pursue what
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: God brings to my mind to do right but operating
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: in my in my lane at the same time. But
- 1:07:03Speaker 3: you could just google Keisha Johnson mccrad at because I
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: googled myself, so you could Google, and I'll come up
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: and you can follow me, follow me wherever you see fit.
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: You know, I am on Google, so I mean that's
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: that's pretty much where you can follow me at. But
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: I am also, like I said, when I work on
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: my book, you all have really give me inspiration to
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: do that. So I want to definitely be working on
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: my book at this time. So just look out for
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: Keisha Johnson mccraid. That's all I could say to you
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: guys right now, and just thank you again Quein Angela
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: for having me.
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: Well, we definitely gonna be looking out and we're definitely
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: gonna be sharing. Whatever you do, We're definitely gonna be sharing, y'all.
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: I'm done. I'm done with school, so just what, I
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: got plenty of time on my hands, So y'all see
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: a lot going on with everything that I got my
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: hands in. I'm about to get really really active. I'm
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: about to revamp some things. I'm about to do some things.
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: Were about to get out and visit some places. Our
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: first stop here for the AA L A C is
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: gonna be here in East Point, Georgia. On April the fifth,
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: we headed out to California. You're gonna stop in Texas.
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: We're gonna we're gonna get around. We're gonna make our
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: rounds to many states and cities that we can to
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: be a blessing to be able to share some all
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: these authors. So I'm telling everybody, if you are a
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: group leader, you you are, you are now on notice.
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: We're now on notice because live events. I definitely think
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: that we we should be having a live event for
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: all of us to come together at least every two months.
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: It's enough of us. It's forty seven of us inside
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: of the group right now. We we got no forty three.
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: I'm sorry, it's forty three of us inside of the
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: group right now, not include me, forty four including me, right,
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: But there's enough of us to be hosting virtual and
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: live events on a constant basis. And then it should
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: be no lack because it's too many of us. And
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: then it's we we got too many in the same area,
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: like we have, we have some we have it's about
- 1:09:20Speaker 2: four or five of y'all, six for y'all in New York,
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: in New York. Okay, yes you got Charlotte, you got LaToya, Okay,
- 1:09:37Speaker 2: you got Cherise Rolanda's nis I think. And then you
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: got who else is up there? I want to say six.
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: Of y'all, Well, I need to put that in the group.
- 1:09:55Speaker 3: We we definitely need to we definitely need to connect. Then, yeah, definitely, Okay,
- 1:10:02Speaker 3: I know New York you, Charlotte, Suri's Taya, and it's
- 1:10:12Speaker 3: somebody else.
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: I don't know who that six person is, but it's
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: six A, y'all it is. It's got to be six
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: A y I'm trying to see.
- 1:10:24Speaker 3: And also everybody. You can also reach me on on Facebook.
- 1:10:28Speaker 3: I also have an author page that I created author KEITHA.
- 1:10:32Speaker 3: Johnson McCrae, so you also can reach me there there.
- 1:10:35Speaker 3: My plans with that page is to have you experience
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: my poetry and how I write a lot of my poetry.
- 1:10:42Speaker 3: I had stopped writing that one time because I felt
- 1:10:45Speaker 3: my poet poems were too long. But the Lord let
- 1:10:48Speaker 3: me know. But that's the way he created me to write.
- 1:10:50Speaker 3: My poems tell a story. So more or less, when
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: I write, I'm telling a story. So you'll get to
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: experience a lot of my world there as well. So
- 1:11:01Speaker 3: my planning is definitely to do more on that page
- 1:11:03Speaker 3: as well.
- 1:11:05Speaker 2: And there is six I told you her name, Yes,
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: her name is so So Sophia Shepherd. Okay, I may
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: be saying her name wrong. She's in your group. You her.
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: It's three of y'all in your in your group. That's
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: from New York. Oh, with Charlotte, You, Charlotte and so Fauna.
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: I think her name is Sophony.
- 1:11:32Speaker 3: Okay, she does.
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: She's a social worker, she does elderly, she does elderly,
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: and she's an author. I think she's yeah, but she's
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: in She's in New York. Yeah, we in New York,
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: and I think all of y'all may be in the
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: same area.
- 1:11:51Speaker 3: Okay, Okaylyn Brooklyn, she said, Brooklyn. I'm in the Bronx
- 1:11:56Speaker 3: when Brooklyn is not far.
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: I think.
- 1:12:00Speaker 3: Me too.
- 1:12:01Speaker 2: I think I think Rolanda and what's the name? I
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: think they stay in Brooklyn if I'm.
- 1:12:11Speaker 3: Not okay, Okay, still close.
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: I don't know about the I don't I don't know
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: nothing about the Borrows. I just know it's close. I
- 1:12:25Speaker 2: just know. Look, I just know. I know it's five
- 1:12:27Speaker 2: of them. I don't know. And I'm ready to come
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: to New York as an adult. I've never been to
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: New York as an adult. I've been when I was younger.
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: I actually have a family that lived up in and
- 1:12:45Speaker 2: do they live out of the state.
- 1:12:47Speaker 3: Probably, yeah, upstate New York.
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: But because that's where my my other my dad's family,
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: that's where he was from.
- 1:12:56Speaker 3: They were okay, okay.
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: But yeah. But I thank you for stopping by and
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: sharing with us. I truly have enjoyed it. I thank you,
- 1:13:08Speaker 2: I truly do. Anytime you want to come by and
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: share any updates, anything you got going on, make sure
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: to let me know.
- 1:13:20Speaker 3: We got legacies to create here. You're helping us create legacies.
- 1:13:25Speaker 3: I got a grand baby, grand babies that I need
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: long before I'm when I'm gone, I need them to
- 1:13:31Speaker 3: see what Grammy has done.
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: And that's what we're supposed to do because we should
- 1:13:37Speaker 2: do greater works. They won't see those greater works if
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: we don't leave the evidence of those greater works. So
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: that's what we're here to do. Lead the evidence so
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: that people can have those blueprints so that they read work.
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: See people been saying our ancestor a lot of people
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: have been getting upset because they say they be getting
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: offended because people have been saying they not like their ancestors.
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: I'm not like my ancestors. You can get mad with
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: me if you want to, because my ancestors wanted they
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: wanted me to be better. They wanted me to be better,
- 1:14:06Speaker 2: and I want I want the next group to be better.
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: So they paid the way so that I can do
- 1:14:12Speaker 2: the things that I do. I don't discredit nothing that
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: they've done, don't downplay nothing that they've done, because they
- 1:14:17Speaker 2: had to do what they did in order for me
- 1:14:19Speaker 2: to be able to do what I'm doing. So now
- 1:14:21Speaker 2: I have to do what I'm doing so that they
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: can do what they.
- 1:14:24Speaker 3: Need to do.
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: Right, So I got to I gotta leave them something
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: I got. I got greater than those that came for me.
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: So we're breaking those generational cursing our newness. So thank you,
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: thank you, thank you tonight and sharing with us.
- 1:14:44Speaker 3: Thank you so much for having me.
- 1:14:46Speaker 2: Yes, ma'am. But I want to thank everybody for stopping
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: by and sharing before we leave. I want to give
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: this queen around of applage. Y'all know how we'd like
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: to show our.
- 1:15:06Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: Thank you, thank you, thank you, and I hope you
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: have a great rest of your evening. Thank you for
- 1:15:12Speaker 2: the past, thank you for coming and sharing. Thank you
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: I hope you guys have been blessed by what you
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: have heard on tonight. I tell you I have truly, truly,
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: truly been blessed. Y'all. Please go over support the things
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: that she has going on. Stay connected to the one
- 1:15:28Speaker 2: hundred Author movement, because I guarantee you you will see
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: that book drop in twenty twenty five. So be on
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: the lookout because it's coming. Be my witness. I'm telling
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: you live in direct three twenty four, twenty five, it's
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: coming in twenty twenty five. Be on the lookout. Keisha Johnson,
- 1:15:49Speaker 2: Mick Ray. Good night, y'all. Y'all be blessed.
