- 0:35Savannah banana's from? Not here, not here.
- 0:37Damn it. All right, everybody, we're
- 0:41going to do this one by myself today.
- 0:43Been riding and been thinking, so let's go over here to Kim.
- 0:51Hi, ladies. Hello.
- 0:52Y'all look good. Thank you.
- 0:56Good, good. Hey, are we doing OK?
- 0:59Well, hey, when we got a couple more days, right?
- 1:02No time to bitch. We headed home.
- 1:05Rolling on in, you know, Dale Jacket, right Yonder.
- 1:11Chattahoochee. All right, we roll on over here.
- 1:14Where's my bike? You're Schraders and Hands.
- 1:19All right, we get over here. That's OK.
- 1:26Y'all mind your own business? I said.
- 1:30Y'all mind your own damn business.
- 1:32OK, Today I was riding Kim's trike.
- 1:37For those people that don't know, you know, I've got my own
- 1:42motorcycle and Kim said couple years ago she goes if you get a
- 1:47trike, I'll ride with you. So there's nothing better than
- 1:51having your wife's big hit your back, hit the brake a little
- 1:55bit, get them boobs right up on your back.
- 1:57That's what motorcycles were made for.
- 2:01My dad. When my dad was alive, he'd say
- 2:07I'd ride your mother on the back.
- 2:09I'd hit the brakes, I'd feel her boobs.
- 2:12My dad told me. Dad, that's so awesome.
- 2:15Let's get a good look at the trike.
- 2:19There we are. We love it.
- 2:22Where's your coffee? Cup, Yeah, I just ain't got one.
- 2:27OK, that was my monologue. OK, So, umm, as I was riding the
- 2:33trike, I was thinking, umm, 3 subjects today.
- 2:38Three. It's always for Earnhardt.
- 2:39Umm, Watkins Glen in May Umm Carson Hosavar standing out kind
- 2:48of by himself, and then, uh, Memphis, TN.
- 2:56So let's start with Watkins Glen in May.
- 3:02Everybody hears you all. You're very upset.
- 3:06NASCAR's crazy. Why are they racing Watkins Glen
- 3:10in May? It's a mud fest.
- 3:13There's mud everywhere. They know the weather's bad
- 3:15here. Why is NASCAR running Watkins
- 3:20Glen in May? So I want to I want to tell you
- 3:25a story that happened last night.
- 3:29So, you know, we were with the great Mike Hilton, our
- 3:32president, our past president of NASCAR.
- 3:35Mike is become a dear friend of mine.
- 3:38And we were in the van and I was joking.
- 3:40I said, you know, when I was, when I was 55 years old, I
- 3:44decided to go with everybody telling me I'm crazy.
- 3:47So in other words, hey, Wallace, you're crazy, man.
- 3:50And I'm like, no, I'm not. So I became 55 years old and and
- 3:55I decided, you know what, I'm just going to go with it.
- 3:58So I said I'm crazy. And then Mike Kelton said, and
- 4:03everybody likes you more because you admit it, you're crazy.
- 4:09So the thing with Watkins Glen and may we hear you, we hear
- 4:17you. And maybe it's the wrong thing
- 4:19to do. And once people admit it.
- 4:23So let's say NASCAR goes, hey, we should have never done that.
- 4:28The beauty of the NASCAR now there, there's cons and pros,
- 4:34right? There's cons means bad pros
- 4:36means yay. So let NASCAR do this.
- 4:40And if it turns into a mud fest, gets rained out, like, you know,
- 4:45it did snow at Bowman Gray last year.
- 4:48It didn't snow. And I mean, sometimes you just
- 4:51gotta get lucky with the weather.
- 4:53So the moral, the story is, let's see what happens.
- 5:00And NASCAR can admit we were wrong.
- 5:05But we hear you. We hear you, OK #2 Memphis, TN
- 5:15love Memphis and love Elvis Presley, and we toured it all
- 5:22and it was incredible. It was very emotional and that
- 5:26just hurt my heart to see Lisa Marie die at 54 years young and
- 5:32lose her son and see four buried right there.
- 5:39Elvis's mom, dad, I think it's Minnie.
- 5:43Respond right here 4 by law, Memphis said OK, you can bury
- 5:49four and the other two, Lisa Marie and her son, they're above
- 5:55ground, but they're right there. So my point is this Graceland in
- 6:01the museum across the street, it's so beautiful.
- 6:03It's it's unbelievable. It's worldly, so worldly.
- 6:10However, I was so disappointed in the surrounding areas.
- 6:16The Walgreens is shut down. The old Checkers store is just
- 6:21ratty. Looking across the street the
- 6:23the Taco Bell shut down. I was thinking about Los
- 6:29Angeles. I was thinking about how
- 6:31Hollywood is as but right across street.
- 6:35Beverly Hills is beautiful. I really feel like they should
- 6:40put a pen right in the middle of Graceland and at least a quarter
- 6:43mile around Graceland should be preserved for just beautifulism.
- 6:49I believe if Elvis Presley was alive today, he'd be really
- 6:53disappointed, and it wouldn't be like that.
- 6:56But Graceland is beautiful. The hotel's beautiful, the
- 7:01museum's beautiful. And I just could not believe how
- 7:06bad it was around the area. Now I want to explain something.
- 7:10Come on here. Come here, come here.
- 7:12Sir. There there are people in life
- 7:16that love to with me, and this is one of them.
- 7:20He's a good guy, but he just constantly jabs me.
- 7:23He can never go. Hey, Kenny.
- 7:24How you doing? Always.
- 7:27And and that's him. And did they did you get roughed
- 7:31up early in life? No.
- 7:32Why? And you're, you're a great man,
- 7:34too. Why?
- 7:35I just like to have fun with people.
- 7:37Everybody. Everybody.
- 7:38So it's not me, no. It's not only you, Kenny, it's
- 7:41everybody. I just if if.
- 7:44I know he loves me, but but he can't say.
- 7:46Hey, Herm, how you doing? He's always like, hey, hey,
- 7:49Wallace, what are you up to? He's doing me all the time.
- 7:52Good, good. OK, let's change a subject.
- 7:54But everybody gives it back to me and I give it.
- 7:56Back to them. Well, I love you buddy.
- 7:58I love you. I see every year.
- 7:59You're a good man. I try.
- 8:01I I just knew he was going to start in so I wanted to warn
- 8:04y'all. OK, last subject is Carson
- 8:09Osvar. So OK, let me tell you no, hold
- 8:13on. Let me let me let me end it.
- 8:15It's my get your own show. OK, I learned that one from
- 8:20Michael Waltrip. Somebody got mad about inside
- 8:22next pick up and he goes, hey, get your own show.
- 8:25So I've been around a long time. I've been around a long time and
- 8:32Rick Allen, everybody and here, here, No, stay right here.
- 8:36But here's here's what I want to say about Carson.
- 8:39The last time I seen somebody unique like Carson was Rob
- 8:43Moroso. Yes, we were in a drivers
- 8:45meeting and Robbie Moroso took some black electrical tape and
- 8:49put it right here as a fake mustache and left it on for
- 8:53hours. And I'm like, and then the next
- 8:56person is Tim Richmond. Tim was not afraid to lean into
- 9:02different parts of life. That's right.
- 9:04So people feel like if you're a race car driver, you got to be
- 9:07this tough guy and and act a certain tough way like
- 9:11Earnhardt. Earnhardt was your image of a
- 9:14race car driver. Absolutely.
- 9:15But if you saw Kasey Kahne walking around, you would think,
- 9:20well, hell, he's. Like a little teenager.
- 9:22He he's not a race car driver. Or if you saw Johnny Benson
- 9:25walking around with studio glasses on, that's true.
- 9:29So in my opinion, Carson Osvar is the first driver I've seen
- 9:34since Rob Moroso and Tim Richmond wear goes to Met Gala
- 9:39and dresses in, but wears his father's watch.
- 9:42And so this is my dad's watching.
- 9:44If you and I agree with Dale Junior, if he was uncomfortable,
- 9:47I didn't recognize it. I, I felt like, I felt like
- 9:53Carson became worldly and I think that Carson put more eyes
- 9:59on NASCAR and for that I appreciate him.
- 10:02Can. I say something.
- 10:03One last thing, One last thing. He's killing me.
- 10:07I told you he's, he's killing me.
- 10:09He's. Killing me.
- 10:11We need people like Carson realizing how all centered he is
- 10:15but yet gets in that race car. Driver gets in that race car and
- 10:18all his ass. Now you know what it feels like.
- 10:21OK, so when he was in the Truck Series, he used to wear all
- 10:25those goofy hats you remember? That no, no, I don't, but go
- 10:28ahead. He used.
- 10:29To have all sorts of different goofy hats that he would wear
- 10:33after the race or before the race.
- 10:35I mean, big straw hats, top hat, whatever kind of hat he he could
- 10:40find, he would wear it. And that got his people
- 10:43attention seeing him in all these different hats.
- 10:46They thought he was a goofball. All right, everybody.
- 10:48Which he is, what, 11 minutes and oh, I like that.
- 10:52He's a goofball, but he's good. That's what they say about me.
- 10:55I can win it. I.
- 10:57You're great. You're no hold on, don't be nice
- 10:59to me. That ruined your image, Kenny.
- 11:02Wallace is one of the greatest guys I know.
- 11:05I love you, buddies. Hey.
- 11:06Besides, Kenny Schrader can. You come on over here, can you?
- 11:10Come over besides. Kenny Schrader, say goodbye,
- 11:11everybody. Goodbye.
